Gregory美国户外寻根之旅,,2010欣赏了优山美地的“美”,2011领略了“醉”美黄石的“碎”,不知不觉已走进第三届:科罗拉多大峡谷,这片神奇的土地,我们的来了,Are you ready?经过近半年时间的召集推荐评选,9月29日,2012GREGORY美国户外寻根之旅正式开启,白天,阿原(hk08由于个人原因很遗憾未能与队伍成行).....还有我们的小驴乐乐一起奔赴遥远的大洋彼岸........再欣赏下我们获奖驴友的大作:厦门啊原《我的2011,梦,在游离之间》---------------------------------------https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1112638-1-1.html白天《纪念我的第一个8000米人生:马纳斯鲁manaslu(8163米)攀登手记》https//bbs.8264.com/thread-991428-1-1.html大家已经到美国las veags,旅途疲劳,15个小时时差,黑白颠倒中 28日下午,一个简单的启动仪式在CORA建外SOHO国贸店举行。厦门啊原、白天,CORA的脉子及数位户外圈“知名人士”出席了这次活动。厦门啊原、白天,CORA的脉子"即将要出发了,还是没能忍耐住要得瑟一下的心情,对于俺这个土老帽来说,纵然走过国内诸多地方,纵是登了几个雪山,却仍是刘姥姥的感觉。。。这次机会需要严重感谢GREGORY与户外资料网8264及CORA商会,是他们共同举办的“GREGORY美国户外寻根之旅”让我有机会实现了刘姥姥逛米国的梦想。。叫白姥姥更合适".曾勇攀两座8000山峰上的白天出行前也难掩内心的激动.开着捷达老爷车走遍中国的阿原这次美国之行又会带来什么惊喜呢?开着美国老爷车走美国还是,让我们一起来期待吧作为此次活动合作平台,8264将继续全程直播报道此次寻根之旅活动新老朋友助威团,看有熟面孔吗首都机场AA186V29SEP0755073529SEP229SEP2芝加哥AA1117V29SEP0915110529SEP229SEP2l出发的行程安排,凌晨四五点,大家便以齐聚机场北京航站楼远窥,难得的好天气出发前的合影万里之外的科罗拉多大峡谷,我们真的来了15、16个小时的漫漫长路,白昼黑夜的循环,飞过山脉、穿过云层 这都是哪里哪里啊 ,感谢阿原的无私奉献 云层之中看日出的感觉真的很奇妙尖叫声 欢呼声 在哪里 美帝的网速也不给力,传大图真的有点费劲占位占位,得先去睡了,养精蓄锐,准备几个小时后的大峡谷漂流 12个多小时飞行后抵达芝加哥,然后转机拉斯维加斯。不到一个半小时时间,两次安检,时间甚是紧张。美国的飞机不像国内,可以机等人。基本起飞前最后一分钟才登上飞机。乘务员“大婶们”连说我们幸运(确实都挺老的,很遗憾一个漂亮的空姐也没看到),真的好紧张。 拉斯维加斯落地后,手机控们终于可以连wifi,发微博了,边走边看,丝毫不浪费时间 手机真的是改变了人们的生活 ,让人又爱又恨 在米国 ,这个发达的资本主义国度,真的是有驾照行天下,无驾照寸步难行。一出麦卡伦机场,门口就有租车公司的摆渡车等候,直接送到租车的地方。 最后租了一辆7人座的MVP,连保险每天100美元左右。接下来的几天行程,有动力了,呵呵驱车十几分钟,来到了我们这次在拉斯维加斯酒店——Excalibur,国内翻成石中剑酒店。石中剑(Excalibur)一词源于传说中的亚瑟王之剑,故此全酒店的设计都以亚瑟王的传奇故事作蓝本。整间酒店建筑成城堡的形状,在酒店前端的塔楼上有一个象征巫师梅林(Merlin)的人像。百度下关于这个酒店的信息:石中剑大饭店(Excalibur)与米高梅大饭店、纽约纽约赌场饭店、热带天堂大饭店分据热带街与拉斯维加斯大道交叉口的四个街角。石中剑大饭店于1990年6月19日开幕时,曾以4032个房间成为全世界最大的饭店。呵呵 不小心住了个曾经的世界之最。很中古世纪的风格,一切就象是的童话故事的世界一般! Check-in后,大家各自整理,期待着与Wayne等的第一次会面。Wayne欢迎大家远道而来当地时间晚7点半,酒店内的柯莱特餐厅。可爱的Wayne和Dion出现了。一直笑容可掬的Wayne,好多朋友都说看起来像KFC爷爷。呵呵,你觉得呢?Wayne和Dion为白天和阿原颁奖,羡慕的有没有 其实当天来者有份啊 呵呵 来而不往非礼也喽,大家也都各自带去了小礼物表示对Gregory的感谢。 欢迎晚宴上有个故事不得不讲: 寻根之旅连续两年入围的作者太乙今年特意为韦恩创作了一幅漫画由大家转交,惟妙惟肖,Wayne看了之后很是激动 Wayne在太乙的漫画书上郑重的写着赠言,老爷子也是个性情中人啊! 这是谁吃的啊饭后小甜点 看起来很美味从这一晚开始,这个队伍中的某人Icecream之旅也开始了。 一个令人感到的小细节,专门为这次欢迎晚宴准备的菜单。特意要了一张留下来做纪念插播几张拉斯维加斯的夜景拉斯维加斯也有自由女神像,其实全世界的人们都在追求自己,精神上 或行动中漫步繁华中,你只是一个过客而已继续拉斯维加斯介绍拉斯维加斯(City of Las Vegas),美国内华达州(Nevada)最大的城市,有着以赌博业为中心庞大的旅游、购物、度假产业,是世界知名的度假地之一。 拉斯维加斯原本只是到加州路上的一个绿洲,周围则是一望无尽的沙漠。30年代,内达华州决定使赌bo成为合法的事业,此令一出,几乎在一夜之间,市区的赌场纷纷成立。拉斯维加斯的“赌城”之名也就此传开。二战以后,大型的渡假饭店也继之而起,并且经营赌场和娱乐事业,吸引了各方观光客。除了小赌一番,来到拉 斯维加斯的另一个重点便是观看各式的表演。大型的饭店均有夜总@会、晚餐秀等的表演,有些赌场也营表演秀,或以知名知名艺人为号召,杂以小牌艺人的表演、 或为百老汇的音乐剧或戏剧。大部份的表演历时九十分钟,而且必须预约。 月圆之夜在异国他乡In the Quiet Night So bright a gleam on the foot of my bed- Could there have been a frost already? 1. 北欧极光摄影之旅 - 瑞典篇 (斯德哥尔摩) https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1944636-1-1.html2. 北欧极光摄影之旅 - 瑞典 (基律纳+ 阿比斯库)初遇极光 https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1949117-1-1.html3. 北欧极光摄影之旅 - 挪威(令人伤心的特鲁姆索):https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1954266-1-1.html4. 北欧极光摄影之旅 - 挪威 (阿尔塔 + 北角)北欧大陆的“最北端”:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1960333-1-1.html5. 北欧极光摄影之旅 - 格陵兰(努克的极光):https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1973832-1-1.html 飞到格陵兰的第三大城市 伊卢利萨特, 也是我们冬季来格陵兰的最终目的地,一会儿告诉大家为什么。其实在格陵兰可以玩的项目非常多,狗拉雪橇,观鲸,直升飞机航拍,冰谷徒步,坐船看冰山但是因为气候的原因很多都不开放了。还好我已经提前在网上联系这边一家旅游公司,预定了直升飞机,徒步,和游船,不然真的是要无功而返了。首先还是要赞一下这边的酒店的服务态度,因为昨晚格陵兰航空的航班取消,北极酒店在得知消息后并没有收取我们第一天的房钱,还为我们9人提供了专车机场接送。让我们感觉到这边的人是非常友好的。在酒店询问了一下去往市区的路线,出乎我的意料,这里竟然提供免费的穿梭小客车服务,每隔一小时一班,能直接把我们放在旅行社门口,这在这里实在不用我这个领队操心了。活动项目: 1. 直升机航拍 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1984743-pid-40351128.html 2. 冰原徒步 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1984743-pid-40351441.html 3. 小船观冰山 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1984743-pid-40419770.html因为当地的天气问,光线并不是很好。 很多照片缺少色彩,索性后期就修改成了黑白,或加深了色彩。 因此失去了景点画面的真实性,望大家多包涵。伊卢利萨特在格陵兰岛的西部海岸上,在北极圈以北200公里左右的地方。虽然是格陵兰第3大城市,但是却也只有4500人左右。在Kalaallisut语言里, 伊卢利萨特是冰山的意思,而伊卢利萨特冰原是这里最吸引人的景点。拍摄于北极酒店海岸,那里养了几条阿拉斯加雪橇犬 (应该是吧), 经常一起嬉戏。红色的桥一直伸向海边,在夏天的时候可以在那里散步,不过冬天还是算了吧! 冻个半个小时整个人都僵了。这一条阿拉斯加幼犬,估计也就是3-4个月大吧,自己在厨房门口玩雪,我摸了摸,并不怕我。"冰很好吃吗? 你舔个没完啦?"年幼就是可爱,自己都可以和自己玩。伊卢利萨特的全景,旅游业击败了渔业成为了这里的经济脊柱!拍了一会儿,实在是受不了了,外面的寒冷加上强风,吹得我手指都没知觉了,回到酒店大厅里休息一下。酒店一层有一间餐厅,可能是因为有会议的原因,这里已经被北欧女性占领了,全都是女的! 我把摄影装备放在了大厅的沙发上,突然间装饰柜上的牛头骨一起了我的兴趣,大家觉得这是哪一种牛类呢?对了,还没介绍酒店呢 - Hotel Arctic, 格陵兰 伊卢利萨特的北极酒店是世界上最北的4星级酒店,在伊卢利萨特机场不远处。 当时因航班延误,我前一晚的6间房间都及时取消了,当时我还夸奖格陵兰航空的办事效率,结果到了酒店才知道,这家酒店就是航空公司开的... 北极酒店有85间客房,另外在沿海处还建了5间铝制的冰屋,一会儿照片里就能看见了。酒店前台上有各式各样介绍当地旅游的宣传单,可以随时联系,不过如果你到这里的时间有限,那就必须提前安排了。我一边看着宣传单上的价格,一边喝着酒店提供的免费咖啡 (或茶),吃着甜点,补充能量。 比较着宣传单上的价格和我提前预定活动的价格,我暗暗的窃喜了一下。从酒店的窗户里就能看见远处的冰山了,没想到除了在南极,又一次看到了这么壮丽的景色。铝制的冰屋,里面是什么样子就真的不清楚了。伊卢利萨特平均气温 从夏天的+8度,到冬天的-16度,很少降雨量,所以也没有什么植物。从1990年开始这里的人口一直在4100-4500人左右,然而这个城市却有降级1万条雪橇犬。到了2月的时候就可以在冰原上玩狗拉雪橇了。狗狗们的脖子上栓了铁链,平时就在外面待着! 这两头正对我行注目礼呢。差不多快中午了,我们吃过了午餐就可以出发了。 酒店每个小时都会发一班车去市中心,当然是免费的,就停在了离我预定的户外旅行社不远的地方,第一个项目就是直升机航拍伊卢利萨特冰原。我们坐着旅行社的车开到了机场,稍等了片刻,经过飞行员讲解了这个项目的安全须知,路线安排后就直接走到了停机坪了。直升机是只可以容纳5位游客观光,为了拍到比较清晰的照片,我自告奋勇的做到了前排。。。(后排的朋友真的对不起了!!) 一开始上升的时候,还真有点不适应,虽然不是第一次坐直升飞机,但是因为当时的风力比较大,多少还是有些不稳定。 驾驶员是个年轻的挪威人,操作起来很熟悉,人很和蔼,当然也会说英文这样交流起来就没有任何问了。驾驶舱内不同的计量表,根本看不懂,估计时时要了解的东西会非常多。很小巧的指南针方向就挂在前窗上,确实我们正在向东南方飞行。在这种直升飞机上,一定要带上耳机,不然螺旋桨的噪音会带来很大的伤害。 我带着耳机,用耳麦和驾驶员沟通,经过磋商,他同意在回程的时候,为我们在比较好看的地方多盘旋几圈。Jakobshavn Glacier 就是 伊卢利萨特冰川了。 当地人叫它 Sermeq Kujalleq, 意思是南方的冰川。 它位于伊卢利萨特的南边,包含了整个格陵兰的冰盖有6.5%的面积, 格陵兰一年之内有10%的冰山都会在这里形成。不过令人遗憾的是冰川正在慢慢向后减少,所以我们大概要飞行20分钟才能抵达那堵高大的冰墙。这个冰川的移动速度是很惊人的,差不多以 每天20米流向西边的海洋。无数的小型冰山被堵在了这个冰河里看的比较清楚了吧, 下面的冰块一片接一片的,远处也已经可以模糊的看到了那一堵冰墙。因为当时的阳光很强,所以加上冰块的反光,很难拍出效果。 所以我把以下的照片做了大量的后期处理,变成黑白或加深色彩来显示, 有失原景的真实性,请大家多包涵。偶尔也会遇到一两块大型的冰山([]
说实话,不去墨脱想去感受一下;而进了墨脱却只有一条路选择:朝前走。其他的即使你再奢望那也是空想。你到那时候没有退路,任何想退却的愿望只能是想想而已。 说实话,进墨脱是对自己的挑战,尤其是你想自己背包进去的话,就更是一种挑战。对于几乎没时间锻炼的人士来说,要么别去要么请背夫,就这两个选择。 说实话,墨脱已经通路了,札墨公路从波密一直通到墨脱县城,还以为这里是中国最后一个没有通公路的县城的人们请更正这个想法。但路况是非常之差这是实话,我觉得是我走过的最难走的公路,可以上下左右把你颠个佩服,要是会晕车的也想清楚再去。 说实话,墨脱的景色是绝佳的,但却没有变化性,就是一派的原始雨林的感觉,走路4天依旧是差不多同样的景色,连路上做生意的四川人都疑惑说:“里面有什么好看的啊?” 说实话,去墨脱是对自己毅力的巨大挑战,你走了你会更平和会对工作和生活更有忍耐力,是自己人生的一个提高。 1.香格里拉 进多了藏区,就对藏区的建筑或是风景几乎都会产生很大的免疫力。路上小鱼就说中甸的草甸好像没有郎木寺那边的那么有气势,只是小小的一块,而不是像甘南的那样远远的都望不到边际。 从昆明做高快去中甸,从早上一直坐到了晚上,短短的13个小时,回想一下,在这次的旅途中真算是最好消磨的路程了。 到了中甸,联系了小草,阿飞和阿科,他们早我们到了几小时,在香格里拉青旅已经住下了。 当晚,几个人又对此次旅途进行了更深入的探讨和交流。但我们的领头人toby大哥还在路上,又只好等待了一夜。[ ]昆明到香格里拉的高快车好像每天只有1趟,从昆明西客运站发车,8点半发车,要13个小时才到香格里拉。香格里拉有两个青旅,一个在老城区一个在新城区,这次我们去的是新城区这个。此外还有非常有名的活佛之家等好几家老外喜欢的旅店。活佛专家竟然就在松寺旁边是大大出乎我的意料的。香格里拉青旅好像开的时间还不长,房间里面看起来都是新新的,但就是入住的人太少,不知道是位置的关系还是其他的什么原因。[ ]从中甸市区去云南最大的藏传佛教寺院松赞林寺倒是很方便,在路上看见市区走着的2路公交车上去就可以了,但你一定要打扮的很普通,不能让人知道你是来旅游的,否则司机师傅会在松寺的山门出叫你买票,35块呐,还是蛮多的一笔银子。在中甸也只有松寺可以去逛逛,其他的像的碧塔海之类的景区就看你是否喜欢了,我个人觉得倒是没有多大的意思。但是,松寺被叫做“小布达拉宫”,但看过布达拉宫你也就觉得这寺庙真是小得可怜了。格鲁派六大寺哪个都比松寺大好多倍,但对于云南最大的格鲁派寺庙这也很不容易了。去了松寺要看准时间,要是9点到11点才到寺庙里面,就几乎都是人了,你照相就只能看到人头,我和小鱼就一直先四处逛,逛到几乎没游客了才拿出相机来一通猛照。松赞林寺我个人认为这是松赞林寺里面最漂亮的小院[ ]松寺景色![ ]其实早早的去松赞林寺只是和小鱼一起打发无聊的时间的,那么松寺的景色也就随便照了一些,但回来发现其实无论哪个景点只要用心去发现都会有绝佳的PP的,比如在松寺你就没有必要随着什么旅游团一起走,企图混听什么解说。这样你倒反被限制住了,再说这些佛像壁画无非是宗喀巴大师啊,贾珠杰,克珠杰,根敦珠巴之类的大师,外加什么吉祥四瑞啊,八宝之类的,听了过会也就忘记了,还是看看景色吧,比如从寺庙的正门右边去看白塔,虽然是一个小坡,但却也有好些景色去拍去看呢。寺庙殿堂的大锁,和内地的是有不同啊。松赞林寺里面游人比较喜欢的一面大大的墙。松寺周围的小村远处的到底是个什么地方,要是我能有这里的房子就太好了,美景啊。某个大殿里面的大大的酥油灯香格里拉城里面有个小小的不收门票的烈士陵园,有时间的话应该去看看,解放中甸时候牺牲的战士,有好多墓碑上连名字也没有,我们去的时候好几个老外也在里面慢慢的看,不知道他们到底能看懂多少?路上见到的的土陶罐子,要是不是走那么长的路真该带一个回家呢。其实还没有出墨脱,或者是出了墨脱在八一的时候,我们6人就一直在讨论要在8264上发个“宏大”的帖子。但是我们到底是以什么样的立场去发这帖子我们一直有争论。一种说是要去有意的多害一些“无畏”的人去墨脱,把他们累个够惨。一种说要帮助更多的人知道怎样来墨脱和怎样开心的走完墨脱。其实在八一我们的结论是前者,甚至我像陈科大哥一看到他已经裂口的噢若卡的鞋子一定会依旧坚持前者说些不着边际的话来害人。但我现在还是把我们这次一些不能称其为经验而是教训的东西告诉大家吧。首先:关于《边防通行证》的问:我们是奥运期间到的墨脱,应该是检查边防证最严的时候,但我们六人里面只有小草,toby和我在我们自己的户口所在地办了边防证,其它三人都没有。陈科大哥用护照通过了;阿飞用单位证明原件通过了;小鱼在墨脱县派出所传真了户口所在地的户口证明和单位证明也过来了;在背崩的边防检查站人家解放军也说了用户口所在地的无罪证明原件或者复印件或者传真件都可以。墨脱没有复印店和传真机,要弄只有在县派出所去弄传真,但人家有点不乐意,呵呵。阿飞的单位证明大意如下:xx是我公司员工,于xx时间到西藏旅游,请各单位协助其办理西藏各地边防证……小鱼本来在80K就因为没有边防证而险些过不来,一直磨到给县派出所所长打电话说尽好话才给在墨脱弄传真过来,在背崩时候墨脱还打电话给背崩的派出所说要密切注意这个没有边防证的游客,真是给她几乎吓得半死。但我认为,为了避免到时候的担心,还是在自己家办好边防证或者带着护照好一些,人家检查的看这两样东西时间都很短,也就是说是最被认可的东西。在拉萨办理要100块,我们在拉萨听有人花了那么高的价钱办下来了,各位自己想一想是否划得着,即使可以最后退几十块钱。最起码我和小草的边防证办的时候就拿着身份证一分钱也没有要就办下来了,toby大哥在上海还弄了单位证明。还是把边防证的问说清楚吧。的确:现在去深圳,珠海等地方是不要边防证了,这也就是小鱼没有办到边防证的原因,那里的派出所已经快十年没有见过这东西了。但只有西藏和新疆的某些边境县要边防证,新疆的哪几个县我没研究过,但西藏的一些县要边防证,这主要是因为我们中学学过的所谓“麦克马洪线”的问,印度侵占的大片领土就与这一些县的县城很近,比如墨脱和察隅。办理边防证首先是国家的安全需要吧。论坛上有过西藏哪些地方要边防证的帖子了,大家自己搜一下,但办理边防证的时候,我们昆明的规矩是只能写三个县在边防证上,人家说了,把你去的终点县的名字写上,路过的没必要写。比如去墨脱就写墨脱,去察隅就写察隅,去阿里看玛旁雍错就写普兰县,去看古格遗迹就写扎达县,一路上去新疆就写日土县。实在地点很多就多开几张边防证。说没见过边防证的看看我出行前ps的这张PP吧。在中甸的香格里拉青旅的日子是愉悦和轻松的,白天睡到太阳出来,晚上和刚到的toby大哥开始喝酒,我觉得只是简单的青稞酒泡了点梅子,为什么我们同行的两位女生都会一个劲的大喝特喝,最后两位美丽的女生全喝醉了,但据说小草老大上一天就已经喝醉过一次了,陈科大哥不得不忍气吞声(其实是心里很高兴的吧)把小草抱上房间,扔下给她睡,自己再下来偷偷的喝酒。香格里拉青旅的酒坛就放在电视房里面,又不上锁,应该可以常常来喝一点。^_^在青旅的一角,架子上全是国内青旅的名片,大概有四五十家吧,我慢慢的找,竟然找到了好友老康在保山青旅的名片,顿时觉得这世界好小啊。2年前他们去了墨脱,现在我也要去了,却在这里看到了2年来他奋斗的痕迹,有趣得很呢。[ ]在香格里拉逛着,发现竟然也有昆明的烧饵块,还有夹着蔬菜的烧饵块,原来竟然没吃过,看起来也很干净,用个小盘拿着涂酱,我倒是建议吃甜酱,外地人比较容易接受。[ ]从中甸到波密,据说是2天一夜,又是一段无奈的大客车旅行,这几年在外面瞎跑,把我锻炼得竟然不会晕车了也算一个奇迹,但我们这次去车站卖票的就说了要准备十张身份证复印件,路上都要检查。但看着这几天连续不断的雨水,我真怀疑滇藏线又要塌方(最后的路线大出我们的预料)。要是在路上耽误一两天,弄得前不着村后不着店的就麻烦死了。阿飞他们已经买好了票,从中甸去拉萨的车,每三天发车一次。这次的车实在坐的太多,养成了一个坏毛病,上厕所随便路边上去解决,在这个岔路口,欣赏完了漂亮的陶器,就在人家房子背后解决问,一路也几乎是这样:男的车子左边,女的车子右边。不记得是小鱼和小草照了个什么好东西,好像是谁向谁献了一棵大大的狗尾巴花吧,小鱼就偷拍成功。后面是我们的领头大哥:toby!!一路都是立马下车第一个冲进饭店后厨点菜,而我们其它5人基本属于:“坐等吃”的舒服类型。我们买的车票是车子的倒数第二和第三排卧铺的下铺,一路上给toby和小草郁闷的是最后一排几位大哥的脚臭,就像小草说的,闻过臭的,没闻过那么臭的。最经典的是阿飞带了花露水,上车就把我们的被子一个一个全喷了一遍,但坐到第一天晚上,toby实在忍受不住了,拿了阿飞的花露水到最后一排的床铺上全喷了个遍,大叫实在忍受不住了,一直把头转了180度才说好些。一车上,脚臭,抽烟不停……全是煎熬啊。只要有机会就下车透气,坐司机的引擎盖上面,又暖和风景又好,还可以和司机聊些当地的风土,比如哪里的藏民村子有钱之类的。诱惑得我们一行的女士们见到村子就问那里的村长结婚了没有,有几个儿子,家里有多少头牦牛……小草的运气就是好,开着窗子透气避免闻脚臭都会有知了飞进怀中。前面这张pp是可以看看我们的床铺后面是这张pp是倒霉的知了,最后第二天被谁给压死了,在过道看见它扁扁的尸体!唉!本来以为我们会走滇藏线过奔子栏-盐井-芒康,但谁料滇藏已经塌方的不可救药了,只好绕道四川进去。香格里拉-得荣-巴塘-芒康,完全就是一个大圈圈嘛!得荣吃饭时见到的羞涩的藏香猪只要一有相机对准就跑开或扭头,但一收相机就欢快异常我喜欢收藏的东西,看着就好值钱,左贡一个老太太手上的。[ ]我本以为只有滇藏线会有连绵的群山,但芒康-八宿-左贡一线尽是那富有变化的群山,完全值得高兴的是,这些山包形态各异,都有无数的变化性,让人看个不厌。而这里群山间流淌的溪水也富有柔情。看山,不一定要雄壮的那种,不然的话太过于给人有压迫感同样,看山也不一定只能看那种秀丽的,不然的花太过于给人有局限感这一路的山脉却刚刚好,有着葱绿的树木,也有着寸草不生的荒凉。有着绕山而转的溪流,也有着连绵不绝的云和雾。一样的风景,要是换个角度再换个人,是不是会有不同呢?小草抓住这只可怜的知了之后,总是说自己是知了的妈 L 于是乎,拿自己的围巾包住了知了,名曰避免知了因为高山环境而被冷到于是,我怀疑知了的实际死因!我们第一次被检查身份证是在XX县的边界上有个很帅的兵哥哥被小草看上了,于是,小草以超慢的速度靠近了拿着枪的兵哥哥,说道:“这枪,我能摸摸吗?”得到允许后,摸了又摸,直到兵哥哥烦了,直接把枪扔给她去摸个够。但眼睛一直看着小草的右手!陈科大哥乘机靠近。混上了这张宝贵的照片。这时候,小草问我,拿枪怎么拿啊? L 左手拿着弹夹,右手欲拿扳机那里。这一问立马提醒了兵哥哥,以极快的速度抢过弹夹又才把枪扔给小草。这时候小鱼也慢慢凑上来,两位女士一个劲拉着兵哥哥要照相,人家无奈之下。。。[ ]羞涩的猪同样没有把正脸给小草但小草竟然说。。。。。。美女(左)与野兽 ;P道路漫漫我佩服骑车进藏的勇士这位老哥45了,从成都一个人骑来的。竟然不带睡袋,每天骑到差不多有人家就停下。而且不带锅和炉头。晚上才有热饭吃!巴塘镇路口检查的帅警察小草照他,而他竟然叫小草留下电话有空联系联系,呵呵从巴塘上来了一群藏族美女,据说是去山里面拣蘑菇的。^_^哈哈完全就是拣蘑菇小姑娘的现代版嘛小草和小鱼一个劲问人家村子的具体情况:村长几岁?有几个儿子?村长家牦牛有几头?把人家问了个高兴,分别把自己项链上的绿松石给了她们一人一颗。而这群姑娘几乎都叫“卓玛”,于是,小鱼给自己起名叫“金珠卓玛”而小草的卓玛太难记,于是,我们以后就把她叫做"玉盆卓玛"可爱的金珠卓玛脖子上就是刚得到的绿松石!(口水ing)本次班车的帅司机,只有26岁哦。[ ]左贡出去是美丽的山,山间有潺潺的溪流,而这些溪流都只有一个归宿---伟大的怒江!路边的小溪的确是提神的好东西,连续2晚上没有刷牙洗脸,用小溪的水对付一下也不错。在八宿,刚才我们还说川藏南线慢慢的路况越来越好了,比得上青藏线了,这路立马来了个大变脸,不知道哪里修路,把路挖了好深。于是,我们很高兴的下车拍照,其实心里面都但愿多修一会,省的上车也无聊。因为小草和toby最喜欢停车了,一下车,空气都那么清新![ ]([]
肥出发,看了下地图,走个环线,把主要免费景点玩一圈,第一站打鼓岭。 烟雨濛濛,去打鼓岭的途中随拍。打鼓岭 打鼓岭在好多年前就计划去的了,却一直失之交臂。打鼓岭最引人入胜的是它的瀑布和潭水,夏天去的话在潭水里游泳将是非常舒爽。 飞瀑成群,清幽深涧,在丛林群峰中跌宕穿梭跳跃不停的流水,或蓄积而成深潭,或淋漓于悬崖之间而成天然瀑布,有的气质飘渺,有的激情四溅,有的柔美细腻,日夜叮咚,鸣响不绝。主要景点有仙女潭、舞袖潭、三迭瀑、仙浴池、小银河瀑布等。 游客中心离景区入口有好几公里,每人15块的景交送到景区入口,回程包接,这是景区入口处的小木亭。 "打鼓岭"地名由来有二说一说此地山高谷狭,莽莽丛林间群峰叠起,一道白练,在峭壁悬崖间飞珠溅玉,蒸云腾雾。那瀑布在山崖间三番冲折,泻入深潭,訇然有声,水声几经山谷回响,像无数面锣鼓在敲打,因而这山叫打鼓岭,岭上的人家叫打鼓村,岭下的小河叫打鼓河。 过年后一直下雨,山涧的水流量很大。打鼓岭是黄山山脉自东向西延伸的余脉,与棠棣岭、 殷溪岭、方家岭等同为新安江和青弋江的分水岭,打鼓河便是由此汇入青弋江的源流之一。 第一个大瀑布,人工砌筑石坝打造的,水量超大,但不够自然,旁边还有一小瀑布。 这个应该是仙女潭,传说仙女洗澡的地方,潭边有一截枯树头,枯树根,天然密铺一层小卵石。 水帘洞,就是瀑布后有一个洞,却不知美猴王在何处? 吊桥,淡妆的胳膊受伤了,依然出行,精神可嘉。 一株古树横亘山涧,长满了青苔,恐怕只有武林高手才能飞渡了。 三迭瀑,比起庐山瀑布千古流传的“飞流直下三千尺,疑是银河落九天”的千古绝句,打鼓岭的三迭瀑一点也不逊色,同样是豪情万丈,声若惊雷。 最高峰处打鼓祈福。 这个细细的瀑布非雨季应该是没有的,好似少女粉颊上一缕刘海,秀丽拘谨,声若柳琴轻拨。 最后一个是小银河瀑布,不高,很雄厚,状若奔马,声响震天。 喀斯特地貌,山中全空,水从不知名洞中奔流而出。 山涧上游出来便是打鼓人家了,要是天气暖了,在这住下来休闲几日应该是极好的。坐景交返回游客中心停车场,继续下一站卢村。卢村 卢村,又名雉山村,安徽省黟县宏村镇辖村,距世界文化遗产地宏村镇区以北约1千米。卢村最有名的就是号称“徽州第一木雕”的木雕楼,是卢氏三十三代传人卢邦燮于清道光年间所建。卢邦燮早年经商,家富百万,后来转入仕途。他妻妾成群,除大夫人外还娶了四房姨太太;为能金屋藏娇,共修建了志诚堂、思济堂、思成堂和玻璃房等宅院,并请能工巧匠来雕梁画栋和对门窗等雕刻,历时二十多年;传说到卢的女儿要出嫁时,木雕还没有完成呢。 卢村的停车场及村口门楼正在修建,有点乱糟糟。这是在停车场拍摄村内的石拱桥。 村子被溪水环绕,进村需过一石板桥,门楼就在桥头,还没完全建好,没拍了,这就是村口的小河。 这就是志诚堂了。 志诚堂木雕非常精细,技艺精湛,图案栩栩如生,简直就是一座雕刻艺术的博物馆,折射出古代徽州艺人娴熟的技巧和超凡的智慧。 还有一栋房非常阴森,一进去就感觉不舒适,可能是阴气太重了,没注意看是什么堂了,赶快退出来。 被烟熏黑的白墙,古朴盎然。 烟雨凄迷,小巷深深,抬头仰望,高大的马头墙,无垠的天空下,或许是对自由的向往。在这样一个巷口转角处,会不会和一个丁香一样的姑娘不期而遇呢? 还有木匠师傅正对一栋老宅子进行翻修,社会不断的发展,很多传统的手艺都快丢失殆尽了。 狭窄的巷道,一线天。 朦胧烟雨,远山含黛,青瓦白墙,这是梦里的徽州。 卢村不大,一个多小时就溜了一圈,这是进村石板桥的船形桥墩,很好的抵抗了水流的冲击。木坑竹海 卢村到木坑竹海不到十公里,途中还经过宏村,塔川。检票口的长廊,景点名塑石不自然,同周边环境不搭,要是天然石块就好了。 入口处为水色清碧的秀女湖,湖面积不大,湖畔的层层青竹倒映在水中,与微波一起轻轻荡。上方是刚刚修建好开业的玻璃桥,横跨秀女湖两边山峦,我们玻璃桥栈道走的太多,这次就没上去走了。 木坑以竹海而著名,地处桃源山村东大门,为黄山入黟第一寨。木坑竹海又称"滴翠谷",此谷纵深约6公里,四面环竹,郁郁葱葱,形如金斗,聚财不漏,风水甚佳。电影《卧虎藏龙》,就曾经在此取景拍摄"竹林斗剑"。 循着长长的绿竹相夹的石级小道一路往上,自山脚盘旋而上,极目天地之间,大片大片的竹林覆满了整个辽阔的山脉。漫山的竹林,郁郁葱葱,且前往游玩的游客不多,非常地安静,让人心旷神怡。 山里尽头竹海深处的小村就是木坑村了,只有几十户人家,房屋依山而建,如今大多改为民宿了,有些颇有几分格调。 雨后观景,白云人家,翠浪波涛,仿佛天上人间。 出村,转过茶园,很快就回到了秀女湖出口。 此时下午四点左右,继续到塔川看看。 下一篇逐梦徽州,追寻春的脚步——画里乡村黟县行(中)~塔川●奇墅湖●屏山驴行户外,一直在路上!户外纯属兴趣爱好,希望有一天能走遍神州大地。有空时我会慢慢记下现在以及过往的驴行历程同大家分享,也许偶尔会发发牢骚。喜欢的识别下面二维码关注,微信好友也可点击下蓝色字“随风印迹”关注。驴行路上有你更精彩
行程&超级传送门:Day1.海口市,文昌市,东郊椰林很多椰树的海滩滩,超漂亮免费的景区值得一去。13楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-2-1.htmlDay2.琼海市,万宁市,日月湾。日月湾感觉就像迷你的亚龙湾,海水沙滩也超漂亮。环境非常给力游客也少,日月湾还有免费的露营地和淡水自驾必去之地。22楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-3-1.htmlDay3.日月湾闲逛,三亚亚龙湾。32楼:https//bbs.8264.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1625270&page=4&extra=#pid26975841Day4.三亚南山佛教文化风景区,真的很大逛完一定要有毅力。45楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-5-1.htmlDay5.蜈支洲岛,美得难以言语。62楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-7-1.htmlDay6.大东海,三亚湾。虽说是免费景区,但是魅力不减。81楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-9-1.htmlDay7.海口购物,然后启程回家。97楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-10-1.html阳光,蓝海,沙滩,椰林不是夏天胜似夏天的温度冬日里盛夏的体验 海南就在这里 从广西去海南除了骑行外自驾是费用第二低但性价比最高的自助游方式了~这个之前有好好算过的说,此次全程油费总共花费1200R,由于初九才回来高速收了250的过路费,然后洗车50R。然后就是在徐闻港乘坐轮渡过海了,一车一司机过海费用为422R,单人过海费用为42.5R。5人一车总的算来回轮渡费用就是1184R。因此总的交通费用是2684R,每人536.8R。如果是火车的话从我们这到海南12个小时的硬卧最便宜237R,光来回就474R了。还没算海口到三亚的动车费100R和各种去景点的车费。因此不想玩得太累,自助海南的首选方式是当然是自驾行了。当然地区不同里程也不同,这又另当别论了 春假又到来,屌丝的世界观这次把目定在了温暖的海南,经历了南方低温湿冷的天气屌丝的出行欲望只有四季温暖的地方了。于是乎就带着姐姐和几个朋友一起开始了海南的穷游之旅。 话说海南是我大天朝冬季出游圣地,衣食住行各种天价各种贵!人山人海除了温暖的气候我想没人会有欲望想来被宰。呵呵屌丝嘛技术宅拯救世界的说,宅家做好攻略照样低消费玩得开开心心。自驾穷游嘛,预算不多1500R。说多不多,说少也不少,呵呵各位看官慢慢品评好了。 这次出行是我计划的,自驾去海南玩七天。初二晚上走初九晚上到家,一共七天全程自驾。住宿是露营+住店混合进行,毕竟海南的海滩确实很美不睡睡实在浪费了。先来看看实际预算好了: 首先是交通费用,出发地柳州到湛江徐闻渡口坐轮渡是700公里海口市到三亚是300公里。粗略算算来回为2000公里,这次开的是朋友的英朗。全程油费总共花费1200R,由于初九才回来高速收了250的过路费,然后洗车50元。提醒下需要自驾海南的朋友,海南的所有高速都不设收费站。过路费全部都算在油钱里,因此在海南加油93号纯汽油要在8.5R/升。穷游省钱的话就需要在湛江徐闻港先把邮箱加满了,海南逛一圈600公里左右期间我们只在海南加了300R的93号。然后就是在徐闻港乘坐轮渡过海了,一车一司机过海费用为422,单人过海费用为42.5。5人一车总的算来回轮渡费用就是1184R。因此总的交通费用是2684R,每人536.8R。 然后就是住宿费用了,第一天在文昌市东郊椰林露营无费用,第二天在日月湾露营无费用,第三第四天在三亚公共露营区露营每车每天100R管理费总共200R期间去商务酒店开了钟点房洗澡去了80R。第五第六天过了黄金假期酒店恢复正常价格都是120左右的间,住了两日的间总共500R。因此总共住宿花费为780R,人均156R。 最后是吃了,吃货门怎么能少呢?由于去的大多是景区午饭都是干粮饮料7天吃饭费用每人大概就500,很平价。 还有门票,话说海南比较有名的景区都是海滩去一个就行。这次我们去了两个景区,一个是南山佛教文化风景区门票学生价78R,第二个是蜈支洲岛门票学生价143R。所以每人门票支出共221R。 因此这次出行实际总费用为:536.8+156+500+221=1413.8。忍不住买些小吃什么的1500绰绰有余。当然购物费用另算了~ 还有建议下自驾的朋友,最好选辆空间大的座驾皮卡最合适。因为要去的几个偏僻的景点露营,打算自己解决伙食。于是乎带了全套的露营装备,光合理打包装车都花了两个小时。最最主要的是塞得真心太满,最后买特产的时候都没地方放了。一路抱回来的我会乱说么? 先介绍下我们的队伍,左起軒老板,我,花老师,姐姐微粒。看着这还有人穿着羽绒服的说,过了海就得一路脱了。 下面这个略显闷骚的是我们的司机兼摄影蓝老板,一路各种美照各种拍拉风的说。 姐姐很漂亮哦,绝对是为玩痴狂的那一型。爱自由、爱生活、不爱呆在家里;爱疯狂、爱旅行、更爱出远门。当然被拍照也是姐姐的人生一大乐事的说,下面先晒晒我们此次穷游中姐姐拍的美美照之后再开始一起走进你不知道的海南。 高清无码大图,拒绝PS!大家慢慢欣赏吧~ Day1:海口市,文昌市,东郊椰林。 大年初三早上8点到的湛江海安新港,过年略早了到了徐闻县都没见什么小吃摊早餐店。于是乎直接进港排队买票,等轮渡过海。早餐就随身携带的干粮饮料好了。还有给大家个建议,在海南的所有高速都不设收费站。过路费全部都算在油钱里,因此在海南加油93号纯汽油要在8.5R/升。穷游省钱的话就需要在湛江徐闻港先把邮箱加满了,海南逛一圈600公里左右期间我们只在海南加了300R的93号。然后就是在海安新港乘坐轮渡过海了,一车一司机过海费用为422,单人过海费用为42.5。5人一车总的算来回轮渡费用就是1184R。此次的座驾,朋友的英朗。车内空间挺大的,坐得也很舒服。唯一的缺点就是后备箱略小了~或许是带的东西太多了吧 我们上的这艘轮渡好大的说,车子往里面塞满了才开船。9点上的船,一直到10点20才开。本来计划11点到海口的,最后差不多一点钟才下船。下次大家需要自驾海南的话建议选小一点的轮渡上,第一车子上下方便,第二所有轮渡都是塞满才开因此小轮渡开船快不用等太久。 差不多下午一点钟到的海口市,话说海口的绿化挺不错的。马路两旁人行道处处都是椰树,不过种这么多不怕椰子熟了掉下来砸坏车子砸伤人么? 早上就随便吃了点干粮现在都过中午了,好饿的说。都说海南消费高,节假宰人狠。这个只能说是以前三亚的情况,现在整治好了消费也正常了很多。为了方便快捷就在海口市内进了家湘菜馆,东西实惠好味吃得很饱。五个菜加上米饭和茶也就134R,真心比我们这的消费都平价。因此在海南只要找对了地方吃饭,吃花不了多少钱。 午饭过后,马不停蹄马上赶往文昌市。文昌距离海口80多公里,告诉很快就到了。为了去今晚的露营地东郊椰林,我们在椰林里找了很久才穿出海滩。此时已经是下午5点了。夕阳无限好只是近黄昏吖,天马上要黑了于是逛了逛海滩不得不出去找吃的然后原路返回扎营。这里算是东郊镇比较偏僻的海滩了,沙滩的沙子非常细腻很白非常洁净很美。 逛着逛着居然迷了路,杯具。不过此时看到路边有个大哥正在砍椰子,嘴馋问了价钱,但大哥说:你下车送你吃!结果不仅喝了椰汁热情的东郊大哥一家还免费招待了我们一餐“家常便饭”。 于是今晚就在这扎营了,除了吃饭东郊大哥还请我们洗澡,呵呵盛情难却的说。 丰盛至极的“家常便饭”,文昌鸡,咸水鸭,基围虾,香螺,海鱼,入口即化的东坡肉等等。吃得我们都不好意思了,大过年的打扰人家。 饭后孩子们开始放烟火,烟花,年味十足的东郊。大哥一家真的很热情,饭后还陪我们喝茶聊天。介绍海南好吃好玩的,各种欢乐各种开心。第二天临走时实在不好意思就打了红包给大哥家的孩子,但是大哥相当豪爽就是不肯收。看来海南的民风还是非常的淳朴的,最后要了大哥的联系方式年后准备给他邮递些广西的特产以作回报。 夜幕降临,没有了百白日的燥热东郊的夜晚有点凉意。晚上逛逛海滩,别有一番情调。 我们的营地,为了洗漱方便大哥执意让我们把营扎在门前的沙滩上。盛情难却打扰了。 Day2:琼海市,万宁市,日月湾。日月湾感觉就像迷你的亚龙湾,海水沙滩也超漂亮。环境非常给力游客也少,日月湾还有免费的露营地和淡水自驾游圣地的说。 本来想去看日出的可惜天空不作美黑云压城,于是乎又继续休息8点才开始拔营。之后整理物品和大哥一家别过便匆匆赶往更大更漂亮的东郊椰林海滩。 很大一片椰林,免费的海滩,免费的椰亭和沙滩椅。可惜没有阳光,不然这将是美得难以言语的地方。在这个地方发呆也是一种享受~漂亮的地方,非常适合爱拍和爱被拍的朋友粒粒姐各种poss各种换,拍~拍~拍~ 逛完海滩准备出椰林到镇上觅食,海南的早餐很简单。最常见的就是卤粉和炒河粉。卤粉加的是卤肉,汤汁非常浓甜味很重。不过粉的口感顺滑Q而弹,配以鲜浓美味的酱汁和新鲜的香菜一口下去清晨的味觉就这样释放了。炒河粉就很一般了话说和我们这的差不多,就是粉细了些。价格一般和我们这的早餐一样,卤粉5R一碗,炒河粉7R一碗。分量略少,我每样来了一份才吃饱的说。 早餐过后大概十点驱车前往万宁市采购补给和晚餐,晚上露营日月湾。中途经过琼海市,话说这的博鳌禅寺很有名于是决定来看看。果然名不虚传,博鳌禅寺是一座完整的、正统的禅宗寺院。说它完整,是因为它的建筑格局包含有一座正统禅宗寺院所需要配备的一切硬件设施是迄今为止海南省唯一一座配套齐全的禅宗寺庙。说它正统,因为寺院主持大和尚是当今中国佛教协会付会长圣辉大师。其次,博鳌禅寺内“万佛观音塔”内供奉着两尊国内独有的佛像,一是全国最高大的青铜千手千眼观音双面观音菩萨像,二是佛祖故乡尼泊尔国国王亲赠的镏金释迦牟尼佛像。在寺庙里拍照是大忌,大家想看得亲自去了。 话说博鳌禅寺的挺远和景观真心漂亮,这里借用花老师的美美照大家一饱眼福好了。 话说博鳌是三江交汇的出海口,小小一方土地上同时汇聚了江、河、湖、海、山、岭、泉、岛屿等八大地理地貌,形成了由湿地、椰林、沙滩、田园、蓝天、彩云、纯氧、民和、鱼欢、鸟乐的“十方净土”。是全国唯一、世界少有的生态地理奇迹。在过去,若想鸟瞰这举世罕见的地理奇观,只有乘坐直升机。现在,只要登上博鳌地区最高的建筑博鳌禅寺里的“万佛观音塔”便可将八大景观尽收眼底。最主要是没有门票的免费景点哦~不容错过。 逛完博鳌禅寺已经是下午两点半了,为了赶时间去万宁市采购午饭干粮解决。大概下午4点半这样,我们才采购完物品来到了美丽的日月湾。到了这里才发现,原来这里并没有传说中的那么冷清。熙熙攘攘的游客,冲浪的帅哥美女,还有就是美丽的沙滩,椰树,和海水。最主要的发现还是这里有免费的露营地提供给大家不收任何管理费用,淡水是一户海边别墅的热心人家免费提供的。很给力的宿营地点! 这里是海南的免费景区不是很热门,由于游客比较少海滩异常的洁净。在这里游泳,发呆,拍照是最享受的事,想想身边在家过年的朋友还穿着厚厚的羽绒服出个门都要带伞唉~可惜的说。 日月湾,在这里你需要找个最舒服的减压方式,释放你的身体从平日的压力中解放出来。([]
十五天游历了欧洲大小十国。荷兰—— 比利时—— 法国—— 卢森堡—— 德国—— 瑞士—— 列支敦士登—— 奥地利—— 意大利—— 梵蒂冈。哈哈,我自己都感到迷惑,十个国家十四个城市。阿姆斯特丹、布鲁塞尔、巴黎、卢森堡、法兰克福、(海德堡)、琉森、列支敦士登、慕尼黑、菌斯布鲁克、威尼斯、罗马、梵蒂冈、佛罗伦萨、米兰。走马观花,浮光掠影,除了三飞,汽车行程四千多公里。城市的繁荣我无动于衷,悠久历史留下的艺术作品,人文景观让人震撼。但对我来讲,收获最大的还是这四千多公里,让我饱尝眼福,见识了欧洲超美丽的自然风光。还是那句话,风景在路上。原以为,只有高原才有的兰天白云,在欧洲天天见到。在川藏南线左贡到芒康的“卡均”,草甸、牧场、森林,美不胜收,殊不知这种风光在瑞士沿途尽是,好几天都车行在无限的美景中。这次旅行我最大的收益是这4000多平里。虽然同车40人都在行走,可认真关注窗外的人只有我。大巴车一路奔驰,再好的风景也不会停车。加之团员们上车就关好窗帘睡觉,我睁大眼睛也无法看到前面,风景一闪而过,非常遗憾,错失了很多美景。本来摄影技术有限;加上密封窗,头手伸不出去;到景点时间非常有限;挤在人缝中拍照;像机不专业,没有三角架;这次照片质量不好,许多都歪歪斜斜,删掉了1/3的照片,心痛啊,不可复制。看过哈总欧洲的照片,差别太大了。作为辛勤劳动的回报,还是想与大家分享,鼓起勇气,发贴,谢谢大家浏览。 十五天走了太多的地方,脑子里很混乱,几千张照片还需分门别类,慢慢上贴。也许地点与照片不符,请指正,谢谢。(上图为巴黎艾菲尔铁塔,下图为瑞士琉森的廓桥) 阿姆斯特丹 —— 美好与罪恶并存的城市 阿姆斯特丹,荷兰的首都,荷兰最大的城市和第二大港口,人口约71万,阿姆斯特丹是座水城,河网交错,河道纵横,被称作为“北方威尼斯”。提起阿姆斯特丹,就想到了:风车、乳酪、钻石、木鞋、喜力啤酒、郁金香、雏菊花海,春天里的阿姆斯特丹更是花的海洋。阿姆斯特丹的早晨 这里街道很干净,人、车很很少。在欧洲都是有轨电车,人们都骑自行车,市内停放自行车的地方很特别。 停放自行车的"高架桥" 街景 环绕阿姆斯特丹的运河 兰色、红色、绿色的各式小楼房,可爱极了。这里曾有个古老奇怪的法律,门越大交税越多。所以阿姆斯特丹住房的门都很小,而窗很大,家具都是从窗口吊运进去的。所有的楼房顶部都有数个伸出的铁钩子,以固定吊运物品所用的绳索。 正当我们在鲜花盛开的房前拍照,窗口出现了一位老人,慈眉善目的向我们招手微笑,还与我们合照。 正当欧洲杯,到处挂满了足球、花环、小旗,十分热闹。 刚进入阿姆斯特丹,我非常喜欢这个古老、宁静、花团锦簇的城市,可到了红灯区,听到看到后,感觉十分厌恶。这是个美好与罪恶并存的地方,糜艳奔放的红灯区丹拉克大街,橱窗女郎,性博物馆,把性、性交赤裸裸的表现出来了,让人毛骨悚然。在荷兰,榜“自由开放”的法律,使得“合法的性交易”、“合法的大麻贩卖”得到保障,它也是世界上第一个使同性恋婚姻合法化的国家。在这里,可以公开吸大麻 ; 妓女有营业执照、执证上岗;可以光明正大的嫖娼。 性博物馆我们没有参观,丹拉克大街也是清早去的,让女人亲眼目睹那些……,会有些难堪,也许对男人更有诱惑力。这里的红灯区在欧洲是最著名的,比泰国的红灯区“极别高”,许多男人专门为此到阿姆斯特丹。(网络也许不让上这些照片,上一张组照吧) 谢谢所有关注及留言的朋友们。发贴时还忐忑不安,摄影水平太低,与哈总的照片相比差距太大了。你们给了我信心,"本色出演" 哈,我也再返走一趟欧洲。4000多公里,路景太美了。我每天睁大眼睛,贪婪地注视着窗外,拍下这些照片,质量不太好,但是真实的欧洲自然风光。不好意思,拙品。因为旅行,工作积累太多,照片也多,只有慢慢上,请原谅。 在距阿姆斯特丹10公里的桑斯安斯风车村,是个美丽宁静的乡村。保留了三座木制风车,还有十几座荷兰风格的木建筑。当和煦的春风吹动着屹立了几百年的风车时,我想起了“堂吉诃德”手持长矛与风车的博斗。可别小看这个美丽而宁静的小乡村,彼得大帝曾经在这里学习过造船,拿破仑也曾赞美过这里的美景。当然,也是旅游团必到之地。 小树被立型成了这样 荷兰造型朴拙的木鞋,世界闻名。木鞋起源于数百年前,由于荷兰低地雨水多,户外工作的人们都会穿上木鞋,既可保暖又可保持干爽。五光十色的各式木鞋挂满了商店,旅游的人都会买些各式木鞋装饰品作为礼物送人。这是从古到今的朩鞋,刚开始没有颜色现今五光十色的各式木鞋 每个进入风车村的人,都会被拍照。打印后放在门口,10欧拿走。 网络资料 沃伦丹也称福伦丹,离阿姆斯特丹约20公里的车程,是艾瑟湖边一个小渔村。从前,当艾瑟湖还是个海湾的时候,这里的人们都是以打鱼为生。后来荷兰人为抵挡洪水,在北面建起了拦海大堤,海湾也变成了现在的艾瑟湖。打鱼的人渐渐少了,蜂拥而至的游人使这里成为荷兰北部的一个旅游镇,它也是到阿姆斯特丹旅客顺道游的必经之地。称它为奇迹小镇是因为,沃伦丹是围海造出来的小镇。这里风光秀丽,湖水宁谧,阿姆斯特丹人周末会来度假,也有很多城里人到这里买房子。 ([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later.
