《序》 凌晨两点半,我躺在上海到拉萨的火车上, 此刻,我的心灵得到了彻底的放松.... 面对未知的前路,没有企图,没有欲望, 此刻,一个旅者在路上.....《去西藏》之攻略篇 西藏,很多人向往的地方,2011年9月有机会前往。谨将此行记录,供个人回忆和他人参考。 时间:2011年9月13日----2011年9月29日 地点:以拉萨为中心,东至鲁朗,西至珠峰,北至纳木错。 总结:进藏,无论走川藏,走新藏,走滇藏,需要具备以下几点: 1、一部好车,山高路远,一部好车至关重要。 2、一个好司机,急弯天险,经验丰富的好司机,可以灵活应变。 3、一条好线路,多看攻略,好的线路,可以事半功倍,走更远的路看更美的风景。 4、一个好团队,不是一家人千万别硬靠一家门,不是所有背包的人都是驴,我欣赏喜力家门口贴的那句话,“西服领带莫入”,摆不清个人身份与角色的人,你可以去旅行团。不是所有的“绿皮车”都可以去拉萨,有的“绿皮车”只能做“地铁”。 5、一个好心态,良好的心态很重要,至少不会因为下雨看不到珠峰就怨天尤人。山在那里,看不见峰,你还可以看见云。 西藏之行,我是幸运的。 幸运的是选择了九月,这个晴朗的日子出行;幸运的是选择了好司机,这帮纯朴的藏族汉子,是他们合理地帮我们设计了路线和时间安排,让我们看到了珠峰的全貌;看到了纳木错的晚霞和日照念青唐古拉山;看到了羊卓雍错的静谧和碧玉般的满拉水库.... 幸运的是有一大群关心我的朋友,在我最需要的时候,伸出援助之手。忘不了八一杜鹃花宾馆的次仁;忘不了为了接我们下山,连口水都没有顾得喝的藏族司机次旦;忘不了话虽不多,却掷地有声的平措;还有格桑、次旺,还有很多微笑着的藏族朋友.... 幸运的是我在8264网预定了行者驴舍,忘不了,在行者驴舍那些推开窗子就可以看见布达拉宫的日子....... 我是幸运的,因为有你们..... 既然是攻略篇,那就先来介绍一下我们的车和我们的司机。 我们租用的第一部越野车,丰田巡航舰,驾驶员:格桑罗布。一个非常老实的藏族小伙子,话不多,人实在。 我们去珠峰,去纳木错的越野车和司机师傅:平措。也是一个话不多的藏族师傅,比我们年龄稍大,在路上帮我们设计路线,该赶路的时候赶路,随时拍景观光,时时为我们着想,推荐一下。因为越野车是他本人的,正式的日喀则旅行牌照的丰田越野车,手续齐全。联系电话:13648903219 师傅:平措。他常说,一路上有你,苦一点都愿意! 照片右边的是八一杜鹃花酒店的索朗次仁,一个年轻热心的藏族小伙子,在我们第一部越野车坏在路上的时候,是他及时安排另外一部越野车前去接应,并且帮我们解决了第二部车子的问,被我们戏称为“林芝及时雨”。 林芝杜鹃花酒店 索朗次仁 联系电话:13989940450 还有一位次旦师傅,在我们最需要的时候,开车去鲁朗接我们下山。次旦师傅是一个健谈的好司机,他可以讲述关于西藏的故事,介绍西藏各个景点的历史给你听。联系电话:13908945750 车型:猎豹。 我们的线路:西藏是个让你忘却了时间的地方,所以,没有必要赶路,走到哪里是哪里。这里到处都是风景。 第一天,预定布宫门票,去哲蚌寺,下午去大昭寺。 第二天,去布宫参观,酸奶坊里泡奶吧,布宫广场晒太阳,拉萨博物馆,八角街溜达,去藏家宴吃藏餐。 第三天,前往鲁朗,途径松赞干布的故乡,中流砥柱,尼洋河,八一,林芝,鲁朗林海,住八一。 第四天,鲁朗游 第五天,八一途径拉萨,住曲水。 第六天 ,曲水经岗巴拉山,看羊湖,满拉水库,卡惹拉冰川,住定日。 第七天,定日,珠峰,日喀则,住日喀则。 第八天,日喀则,尼木,纳木错,住纳木错羊宾馆。 第九天,纳木错返回拉萨。 第十天,拉萨河,八角街转悠,住行者驴舍。 第十一天,拉萨河,色拉寺。住行者驴舍。 第十二天,八角街小寺庙,娘热风情园看藏獒。 第十三天,拉萨火车站,离开拉萨。 我们投宿的地方,还有龙门客栈哦!拉萨入住:行者驴舍 坐落在布宫后面的驴舍,环境适宜驴友。 联系电话:13989905360老板江莉八一入住:杜鹃花宾馆 条件不错 长途免费哦 联系电话:13989940450有困难你可以随时找老板:次仁曲水入住:一个被当地评委文明单位的家庭旅舍,没有名字,是那个小镇上为数不多的旅社,我们忘记了名字,因 为当天晚上电路不好,灯忽闪忽闪的,被我们戏称为“龙门客栈”。只是投宿一晚,为了能及时看见羊湖的日出。白坝入住:成都庄园,一个很干净的小驴舍,老板很干净利索,联系电话:13889020294周先生纳木错入住:羊宾馆很有名的宾馆,中央四台介绍过,电话随处可以找到。 我们的团队既然是攻略篇,那就来说说我们的装备吧: 太阳镜、太阳帽、防晒霜(指数要高一点),护肤霜、润唇膏、湿纸巾(珠峰和纳木错不具备洗漱条件)、洗发水、香皂、牙刷、牙膏、毛巾、卷筒纸、头灯,雨具,水壶、睡袋。 衣服:漂亮妹妹可以随意准备衣服,只是不要忘记带一件轻便羽绒服、冲锋衣。 常备药物: 抗高反药物:红景天,西洋参片、板蓝根冲剂(每天喝,干燥到每天起床氮中带血,鼻腔.),消炎药,感冒药,退烧药,肠胃药,止血贴,复合维生素,牛黄解毒片,润喉片、诺迪康(其实就是藏药红景天)。 带些文具,比如:铅笔、本子、圆珠笔等比较好,这些是路上遇见藏族孩子,给他们的,我在纳木错遇见了一个女孩,她留了一个地址给我,希望我可以邮寄一些书本给她,在后面的游记我会写到。 友情提醒:你可以不买文具,但是千万不要带用过的,或者是坏东西给孩子们,在那蓝天下,面对孩子诚挚的眼睛你的良心会颤抖的。 准备一些纸币零钞,那里不用硬币哦! 不要担心东西带的不全,衣服带的不够,在拉萨八角街的商家,什么都有卖的,价格也很公道。 2011年9月13日至2011年9月29日徐州西藏自助游(17天)费用清单 交通:4551元(其中:包车2500,硬卧745,软卧1152,打车153)餐费:1061元(早饭管饱,中餐晚餐四菜一汤准)药品:82元 (四人剩余药品全部捐赠色拉寺附近转山藏民)保险:210元 (美亚保险30天)零钱:9元 (寺庙)住宿:635元(四人间、准间、多人间)门票:665元(含珠峰越野车、哲蚌、纳木措、大昭、布宫、羊湖)通讯:25元捐赠:80元(文具60元,喇嘛电话充值20元)(个人)合计:7318元 嗯,准备好了!我们该出发了!千万不要被下面的啤酒和牛奶吓倒了,这是四个人在44小时里的食物,我们是集中采购,这样可以避免浪费! 好了,啰嗦了这么多!我们出发吧!《去西藏》之二 路上的风景 都说:西藏不在拉萨,西藏不在日喀则,真正的西藏在路上……美景不在前藏,美景也不在后藏,真正的美景在路上…的确如此:美景在路上!凌晨上车,一觉醒来火车已经进入三门峡地区,眼前的河流应该是黄河的支流吧?下雨了,透过车窗看着窗外模糊的风景,心里想,把雨水留在路上吧,祈祷西藏是个大晴天。这里塌方了。桥被大水冲断了。火车驶进了甘肃地界,天开始蓝了,气候也干燥了。这是酒钢集团下属的一个重工基地,好像是在铁路沿线生产钢材的。 从格尔木开始,我们的火车开始进入青藏高原,真正意义上的青藏铁路开始了。 早上近六点的时候,列车停靠在格尔木车站,茫茫大漠只有一轮明月。从这一刻开始,我们的车窗就成了变幻莫测的观景台。([]

自去年行走川西以来,一直未能再目睹雪山的圣洁美景,那片洁白经常在梦中如海市蜃楼一般出现,而后坠落惊醒。由于俢研学业,在不多的时间里,和朋友一起不断的计划中,确定了今夏一起走狼塔C+V这一段路。 狼塔这条尽人皆知的线路不需过多介绍,大多数队伍都是自白杨树煤矿向前大油罐开始,翻过白杨沟达坂即进入了狼塔之路,途径台普希玛河河谷经库勒阿特腾达坂进入尔特兰塔河谷,向南翻越蒙特开曾达坂和喀纳尕伊特达坂,顺河谷而下转入V线高山牧场,之后便是一直沿着马道和机耕路行走,直到翻越天格尔达坂和乔愣格尔达坂出山,全程200公里,11天。 同行朋友多来自山东兄弟连的兄弟,分别是军dao,明月,途胜,快乐生活,黄河,高兴就好,我 在这11天说短不短,说长不长的时间里,团结,互助,共同克服困难,才得以完成共同的梦想,才能为这次旅途附上了灵魂,能得以让琐碎的事情再次鲜活的浮现在眼前,能得以细细叙来。谨以这篇游记,对所有队友以及支持,理解我的朋友们致以衷心感谢。在翻越天格尔达坂中,所遇到的祥云奇景5楼:行程安排,装备简介,费用6楼:成员介绍7楼:D0, D18楼:D212楼:D314楼:D422楼:D529楼:D636楼:D740楼:D844楼:D951楼:D1053楼:D119月5日更新视频记录欢迎关注LZ的微信空间山野记事 摄于白杨沟达坂,远方雪山刺破云层,如梦如幻,仿佛仙境。摄于库勒阿特腾达坂下切途中伙伴驻足远望,久久不肯离去。 摄于蒙特开曾达坂,冰川正在融化,冰河将冰川切为两半摄于日落时分绿湖 日落时分喀纳尕伊特达坂下方营地,正值雨后,阳光穿过云层间隙形成的巨大光柱摄于V线高山牧场,这是冬季牧场,植被未遭到牛羊破坏 行程安排:D1:白杨树煤矿山路--喀蜡莫依纳克D2:喀蜡莫依纳克--白杨沟达坂--马鞍营地--河谷山坡营地D3:河谷山坡--河谷--空中栈道--台普希玛河谷--D3营地D4:台河河谷--栈道天路--库勒阿特腾达坂3200m营地D5:3200营地--库勒阿特腾达坂--尔特兰塔河谷--牧民点D6:牧民点--蒙特开曾达坂--喀纳尕伊特达坂--D6营地D7:喀纳尕伊特达坂河谷--金矿--转入V线--乌兰达坂--恽札D8:恽札--夏热达坂--呼河三岔口--沼泽地--绿湖D9:绿湖--乌拉布图达坂--废弃金矿D10:废弃金矿营地--三屯河--天格尔达坂--D10营地D11:营地--乔愣格尔达坂--农大林场公共装备:海事卫星电话(感谢长春科罗娜提供)GPS两部:罗兰+佳明定向指南针自制50M等高线地图25M辅绳攀岩快挂*7120MM扁带*7工兵铲喷雾医药包(白加黑,酒精,碘伏,肌苷,环丙沙星,泻立停,佐匹克隆,硝苯地平,止痛片,赛肤润,止痛膏,云南白药等)电池:铁锂干电池共22节气罐:人均2-3中罐主要食品:个人按照食品热值携带2500大卡*11 的食物总量。路餐:能量棒+能量胶 =1KG费用:山区往返乌市来回租车费用1700元往返济南火车票费用1100元/每人乌市住宿费用130元/间买羊1000元各种腐败及采购公共装备费用人均约2500元 成员介绍:从左向右分别是:我,途胜,明月,军dao,快乐生活,高兴就好,黄河军dao:团队领队,退伍军人,负责路线辨识,尽职尽责。明月:团队领队军需官,负责攻略制作,财务,以及大多数进山前的工作,背负大量公共装备。途胜:热心的好队员好朋友。性情中人。快乐:退伍军人,体力非常强,第一次长线就是C+V,表现完美。高兴:非常富有户外经验的强驴,热心,也是退伍军人,来自辽宁。黄河:来自山东东营,体力非常好,此行我的搭档。我:团队导航,参与攻略,负责GPS,及大线路辨识。 D0 8月10日晴 初到乌鲁木齐的感觉似曾相识,蓝天,白云,清爽的空气和阳光,让一切明暗分明,强烈的反差给人的那种不真实感仿佛又让我回到了高原。元素大哥和三叶草姐姐热情接待了我们,简单安顿后与他们共进午餐,话简单,随和,享受着志同道合之人之间碰触的特有引力。后记:后来得知,乌鲁木齐仅在这几个月空气比较清爽,冬季的乌市污染较为严重。D1 8月11日 晴转阴雨 “迈着沉重的步伐,我感觉我差不多要透支了,重,好重,今天才第一天,难道我的狼塔之行要结束了?” 今天是进入天山的第一天,从乌市包车到起点需要三个多小时,由于前几天山区降雨,道路被毁,离原计划进山起点大油罐提早3公里左右开始徒步,山区大量的雨水阻碍了我们的行进,早早的便开始切上山坡上的羊道,这极大的阻碍了我们的速度,消耗了过多体力,昨天喝醉的我在下午3点以后开始体力不支,这时候又开始下起雨来,不得不开始扎营,今天我们离原定宿营点距离6公里,离白杨沟达坂最近的营地距离8公里。从此处进山,比大油罐远2-3公里第一天适度的过河,可以减轻体力上的消耗 D2 8月12日 晴转阴 “今天的状态很好,很容易便登上了达坂,阳光驱散了弥留在山脊的迷雾,天山慢慢揭开了她的面纱。但随风而来的云层为艰难的下撤蒙上了迷雾。我不是一名合格的导航,错上再错这种任性的决定有时候会让队伍陷入险境。” 早晨的阳光多少冲淡一些昨天留下的心理压力,向明月索要了止痛药,因怕昨天的糟糕状态延续导致无法翻越白杨沟达坂拖后了队伍进度,作为队伍的线路导航,今天的任务之重恐怕只有我一个人有之正确认识。早晨不到10点出发,下午3点后开始翻越白杨沟达坂,晚上11点前到达营地已经是不可能的任务了,白杨沟达坂,这座从前的雪山,它无时无刻不在向我们证实着它被炸毁前的巍峨。3850米,天山在这个高度上第一次迎接了我们,登上达坂的一刻,我们看到了它严肃的面容。 简短的拍照留念后,漫长的下撤,迷雾四起,黑暗逐渐降临,伤腿膝盖隐隐作痛,到达马鞍营地的时间为11点,哈萨牧民很热情,愿意提供水,但队员商量后决定继续下撤到水源处露营,我也没有提出露营,大约1个小时后找到一片有水的小营地,因为太小,我提出继续下降寻找营地,这个决定导致浪费了一个多小时才开始露营。在愧疚中,我慢慢睡着了。转过山坡,即可望见白杨沟达坂下布满碎石的冰川遗迹 白杨沟达坂冰川云中走来---位于白杨沟达坂,这座曾经的雪山是狼塔之路的第一道门槛,因矿物勘探和牧业需要70年代后被炸毁,但3850米的海拔至今仍然是阻挡徒步者的拦路虎 远处的河源峰(狼塔) D3 阴转小到中雨 “泥泞,湿滑,冰冷的河水,给昨天劳累的我们当头一棒,但是路上的马蹄灵芝一朵又一朵,让我们兴奋了好一阵子,晚上温暖的篝火驱散了白天的劳累,仿佛又活过来了。”今天的主要任务是延河谷而下,进入空中栈道,走过塌方区,沿着右侧山坡横切,辅以过河,但是早晨便开始下雨,山里本来河水就大,这一下子更是雪上加霜,第一次过河很谨慎,冰冷的水冻的大家不忍叫出声来,更痛苦的莫过于在山坡横切,泥巴很滑,每一步都很吃力,走不过去的湿滑路段军dao就用工兵铲挖坑落脚缓慢推进,今天行进速度很慢很慢,只走了预定计划的一半,在碎石坡前找了一处山坡扎营烤火。后记:传说中的老虎嘴塌方区我并没有太多印象,想来当时应该是向上走小路切过去了。由于全天下雨,照片甚少过河采用120mm扁带制作简易胸带,用攀岩快挂连接6MM辅绳的方式做保护过河。后记:鉴于今年狼塔事故,我补充一点,由于7,8月河水很急,绳索保护是必须的,即使独行,也应做好双绳保护;由于河水声音很大,队伍应做好手语准备。 D4 8月14日 小雨转阴 “相信自己,相信伙伴,是最大的能量。” 早晨醒来,身体各种不适,感冒,有旧伤的腿痛,想继续吃止痛片,但是又放了回去,我想不能让止痛片陪伴我全程,否则情况会越来越坏,我向明月说明了我伤腿的情况,他主动提出帮我减负,他替我背负800g面条,军dao提出减慢行进速度,就这样,我们今天继续在湿滑中开始行进。 今天走过碎石坡后过河转为左侧山坡横切,我想这便是所谓的天路,中途经过几次栈道,缺少止痛片的腿在屡屡作痛,湿滑的山路右侧便是深渊,危险让我暂时忘记了伤痛,咬着牙,在麻木中到了库勒阿特腾达坂半山腰的3200M营地。碎石坡栈道台河源头3200M营地 D5 8月15日 阴转晴“太阳驱散的阴霾,我们终于迎来了蓝天,今天是快乐的一天,蓝天,白云,雪山,花香,蝴蝶,还有期待已久的羊肉。”早晨醒来,在迷雾中拔营,能见度很低,只能利用GPS航点和定向指南针找到上达坂的方向,随着海拔的升高,阴霾渐渐散去,云层终于撕开了一道口子,阳光投射到山坡上,很温暖。。。登上达坂后,队员们用卫星电话向家人报平安,大家都很快乐。远处的雪山也渐渐露出真容,在欢呼与振奋中,下山第一次变得那么令人享受。中午,在山坡上沐浴阳光,吃饭,晒装备,聊天,一切都是暖洋洋的。尔特兰塔河谷是美丽的,但也是冰冷的,14次渡河令人崩溃,但是,大家都为了一个目而不知疲倦的走着,那就是-----羊肉!哈萨牧民很热情,请我们喝茶,吃油饼子,羊肉也是美味的,至今无法想象只放一把盐巴的羊肉汤为何那么美味。位于库勒阿特腾达坂旁的云雾正被强烈的阳光驱散,久违的蓝天又出现了,意味着今日的行程将不再泥泞。 尔特兰塔河支流,前方山谷汇集成汹涌的尔特兰塔河 从此以后,每天午饭时间都要例行晒装备 热情好客哈萨牧民的将自己的主要食品---油饼子拿出来一起分享,有一种淡淡的羊膻味“香香的,甜甜的”羊肉汤-----哈萨牧民说 D6 8月16日 晴转雪转晴“告别草原,登上冰川,与大雪打个照面,太阳打开天门,与乌云赛跑,今天很梦幻”今天有一块硬骨头,3900M的蒙特开曾冰川达坂,早晨睡了懒觉,吃了羊肉,养足了精力就为了它。冰川上的雪正在融化,水流在冰体上冲出一条渠道,我们小心翼翼的迈过冰河,沿着右侧艰难的翻过了这座古老的冰川。刚翻过达坂,云雾便从背后扑来,不得不赶紧下降,而后又降下冰雹和雪,好天气才持续一天又是这样,心灰意冷,麻木的走着。一小时后,雪停了,远处的山坡泛起一道金光,天开了。。。天气逐渐晴朗起来,整个山脉云气逐渐散去,太奇妙了,云雨散去仿佛只是一瞬,蓝天又回归了。翻过喀纳尕伊特达坂后,回头张望一朵乌云正扑面而来,仿佛在与我们赛跑,有着张开大口想吞噬一切一般的架势。队员们在享受这来之不易的清晨,许久没有这么闲暇过了。此时我坐在草地上,看着雪山,吃着羊肉,享受着这来自天山的馈赠。伙伴们在等待辨认路线。 蒙达坂下的营地。翻越蒙达坂冰川中 雪雨后云雨散去的速度令人惊异。彩虹隐约可见。 从达坂奔涌而下的云雾,逐渐将我们吞噬,随后被强烈的阳光驱散。 万丈光芒日落金光 D7 8月17日 晴“老天为我们的午餐准备了一条清水小河,饭后干涸了,我们踩着河床走了过去,享受着神的恩赐”今天是转入V线的第一天,山坡行走,不多的几次过河,一小段陡坡横切,很舒服,仿佛很久没这么放松过了。唯一的问就是那条充满泥浆的黄水河,此河因上游开矿充满泥沙,不见底,只能上山坡横切,有少许危险。过河后准备午餐,黄水河的水不能饮用,就向前继续走找到了一条清水小河,谁知午餐过后河竟然干涸了,没有一点水,连河床都是干干的,我们都非常吃惊。真是遇到奇怪事了。 美丽的高山牧场营地很棒,5星每天早晨在帐内烧水做饭是必不可少的事情([]
从在AA相约里发了帖子约人一起墨脱之后 便开始着手准备着这次出行 很可惜因为自己假期的变动 最后是一人前往拉萨 沿途风景很不错,,平原雪山河流湖泊 藏羚羊 牦牛 狐狸 大鸟(我不知道品种就叫大鸟啦~~~) 还有火车路过便敬礼的可爱军人,,,路过一个站台时 那地儿我记得非常冷 风很大 火车正准备加速 我看到铁路旁一位正敬礼的军人 下意识的向他挥手 不想他用没有敬礼的另一只手也向我挥手,,,惊喜油然冒出~~~10月3号傍晚到了拉萨 的士20元一人 直接去了东措国际青年旅舍 前台问床位 跟美女提了点要求要女生比较多的房 美女直接回 三人间可不可以 有个三人间已经两位女生。50元 运气不错 马上搬东西歇进去了 顺便问了下边防证 给了身份证100元 说一天能办下 不过国庆节期间不一定能办。10月4号早上九点多起来准备对付个早饭先 刚出旅舍接到电话边防证办不了 开介绍信的不上班,,郁闷吃了个粉 接到一起穿越过的一驴友电话 他也“措”回了拉萨 约好地点 几个人一起晃了拉萨一天 其中一位驴友刚墨脱反穿过来的 得了不少经验,,,10月5号起早打电话给在贴条上联系的两位墨脱的美女 确定了她们想等两天边防证 我一人打的去了东郊汽车站 10元 买了去八一商务车的票140期期艾艾终于开车了 拉萨下雨了 我心想这天气怕是赶不上八一去派镇下午2点半的班车了 到了八一3点 问个路 直接走向派镇方向 来车便伸手拦 终于是拦到了一去八一机场方向的车 到了地方才知道是一出租的 给了20元 下车继续走向派镇 经过一村庄 藏族小伙向我打招呼 HELLO 你一个人啊?答 是啊,一个人你怕不怕啊?答 人民是友好的!笑~~~~答完自己也觉得挺搞笑 继续走继续拦车一越野停下了 我问去派镇么?他问你知道雅鲁藏布大峡谷怎么走么?原来是想找一认方向的 我说不知道 你能不能把我载到有岔路的地方放下?(一直到派镇都没有岔路的,,嘿嘿)不想那人便说不好意思不方便汗~~回去画个圈圈诅咒你... 继续走继续拦车 拦着一车50元 到了派镇 打了电话给兄弟客栈的何姐(何姐那得到信息很多 驴友们去了派镇可以联系她:13989949665)本来想叫何姐帮忙逃票没想到我运气这么差 同车的一女的居然就是旅游公司的 回想一下一路上说的话...抱怨门票买的非常冤枉 逃票很难,,,抱头自省 住进兄弟客栈35住宿 20晚饭 10元早饭 条件经过之后几天的住宿 比较一下 很好!10月6号早上何姐帮忙问了车子 没人走 只有我和另一个上海男生两个人走墨脱 所以 没有翻斗车去松林口 上海的章鱼哥走得比我快 在松林口之前我们就开始各走各的了 一路上都是石头 慢慢的就开始看到雪了 然后遇到了返回的背夫 问问还有多远,,继续走 恰好在1点半走过山口 走着走着 突然发现找不着路了 左看右看都不像有路,,,想想找了一高点 爬上去往下一看 一二十米下的地方看到了路 想想不去找路了那是一个苔藓长满石头的小山包 苔藓我看长得挺长的应该不滑了 就直接下吧 下到路上 心踏实了 一路下山都是石头 不小心的脚脖子还是扭了很多下(穿的低帮鞋) 快到拉格的时候突然发现高山流水平原树林 那流水平原树林的感觉像是把亚马逊河流截了个小图丢在这里 长着绿草的平原被河流的无数分支分割成一块一块的 矮的但是树冠茂盛的一颗颗树木分布着,, 不久就到了拉格 看着那几个木房子 那只被拴着吃草的驴子,,不多话了 就第一家丢包烤鞋歇去,,,35块住宿 15块的蛋炒饭 10块的面(70块包住宿晚饭早饭,,后来才知道拉格 汗密 背崩都这样 还有更便宜的)10月7号 早上7点半吃了面条出发 今天拉格到汗密路程不远 晃进树林后发现这里的树真是不可思议的古老 直径一两米啊,,,走在路上很有丛林的感觉 很多大树倒在路上被人锯掉一截方便过人也有的地方几棵树倒在一起 有时候从树下钻过去 有时候树面上走 有点需要小心的就是那几棵树倒一起的 不能钻又不方便直接抬脚上 有点高度 得爬上去 下午3点到了汗密 木房子 丢下包看到一位边防兵在打电话 来之前就知道这里电话长途2块钱一分钟 我向老板娘招呼了去房间丢了包 洗头洗澡洗衣服烤鞋 兵哥哥还在煲电话粥,,,有钱哪,,, 边防军人打完电话问俺要边防证 俺小心翼翼递上身份证 做无辜状 解释解释再解释,,,兵哥哥拿着俺的身份证走了,,,,良久 送回俺的身份证没说话转身走了 俺心里哦耶~~~~ 过 老板娘四川人 怀着孩子 老板出山背日需品去了 老板娘一个人在家打打娃娃衣服 听听流行歌 守着小卖部电话机 柴房里有着老板劈的满满一房间柴 养着两只猫 挺幸福的说,,,, 10月8号 今天要从汗密走到背崩 还是早上7点半出发 预计了前面有蚂蝗山 塌方 老虎嘴 绝望坡,,,脚底生汗 因为前天路上便有下雨 晚上更是 想想也知道蚂蝗正在前头蹦跶得欢快着 我穿上准备好的长袜子 长过膝盖了 嘿嘿...把裤子套在袜子里面 章鱼哥也有预计 做的准备是短袖短裤,,,因为蚂蝗山 章鱼哥决定放慢脚步跟我一块走方便互相查看蚂蝗 从一开始的发现蚂蝗激动得想方设法把它弄下去 到后来一发现 直接两个指头捏住撮一撮弹掉,,,也因为对蚂蝗的麻木 我和章鱼哥又倾向了独自行动 距离越拉越远 时聚时散 塌方 没见着时挺畏惧 见着后发现还是能下脚的 遇着一背夫 告诫俺天黑前一定要过最后的大塌方 后来证实这是忠言哪~~确实大塌方 比前边的几个塌方都长 老虎嘴路其实已经被拓展得挺宽了不必担心 绝望坡那叫一个绝 俺从祈祷 祈求 咒骂 到无语,,,,我的右膝盖在石头看到吐的那天栽了 肿着 下坡那叫一个痛苦 这一个接一个的 没完没了的上坡下坡 折腾惨了我 桥 看到第一个桥的时候我就激动得血压都上来了 这叫终于见着见证群众力量的物什了,,, 当终于见到解放大桥的时候 虽然知道不准拍照 还是忍不住拍了几张 开始过桥便见着一位边防军人走向我们 过了桥才知道他是帮我们开桥中那扇铁栅门的 到桥这头 便开始检查 先是证件交上 俺再次递上身份证 做累死狗状 苦求+恳切的解释 检查包 没有任何违禁品检查相机 删掉不该拍的 安全了 放行 晚上 边防军人到客栈来检查 再次登记身份证等等,,,检查相机 没脱袜子时看到血印子就知道被咬了 脱了之后 一看血口子不小 看这蚂蝗的吸盘这么大估计不是孙孙我一共被咬3下 听老板说 现今保持的记录是一个人被咬63下,,,寒颤一个 从背崩便不能烤鞋了 估计明天得穿着湿鞋子上路 沉重那,,,上床喂跳蚤去~~~10月9号虽然昨晚被跳蚤虫子老鼠扰醒很多次早上还是赖到9点才出发 从背崩可以坐车去墨脱 总共200元一人因为西贡桥断了 所以是背崩到西贡桥100过了西贡桥换车100 出发没几步就遇到了两位军人 从说话习惯感觉是两位领导 问俺那边的路好走不 俺说 都还好 问有没有碰到修路的 俺说没有可能是俺走的时候已经修好了。。。原来边防兵都会把不好走的地方修好方便人走 兵哥哥们真辛苦 每天从背崩巡五六十公里山去印度边境那 失踪人了得找人 路不好走了得修路,,, 一路走来路都宽宽的 跟着越野车轮胎印 我慢慢的晃向墨脱 遇到三个边防兵 走得飞快从我身后到身前 很快就不见身影了 遇到一个又一个背家具的 我在猜是不是谁家喜事请亲朋好友邻居帮忙在背新家具 他们背东西习惯用头,,,看着挺累 遇到一越野车 问我要不要顺便搭他的车走 我谢绝了 继续迈着俺的两条肥腿 向着墨脱前进 遇到几位包车进墨脱旅游的 去了德兴村 我望了望德兴村 木桥 雅鲁藏布江 居民房 瀑布 芭蕉树,,,这些我一路上一直都在看的 经过西贡桥的时候 我前前后后拍了不少 之前在何姐那里便看过了照片 得知那个向导就是这里掉下去的 当时连接断桥的只有一根木头 那位向导走的时候水流量很大 水漫过木头有两三厘米 他想踩着木头跳过去 悲剧是他滑脚了 被水流冲走 大半个月后在快到印度的江边找到了他的尸体 根据背崩那位聊过的兵哥哥说 他们找到尸体的时候已经高度浮肿 脸都肿成平面了,,一条腿看上去只有皮连着 里边全断了 全身没有一处好皮 被什么给咬了冒着蛆,,,,诶 恶寒一个~~~ 过桥时遇着正在搬运拉萨啤酒 一箱一箱的运过桥 在这边拉萨啤酒随处可见 过了桥便涨价 墨脱一听5块 过了桥就卖10块 走在连接断桥的木头上 很小心的前后仔细看 水流很急 石头很多很大 推测下向导一掉下去便被冲到石头上 当场撞晕了被冲走的,,,现在这里原先只有一根木头的地方加了4根木头 左边还加了两根粗竹子做护手 算是很安全了 终于看到墨脱县城的房子 知道那个高处红屋顶的便是墨脱县政府 我加快了步子 终于踩在了水泥马路上 看着两边的路灯 我一口一个词的感叹 组织啊,,党啊,,人民啊 革命终于成功啦! 边走边问路边的小卖部有没有冰啤酒 顺着马路越往下走发现商店越大 后面的都是品种齐全的超市了 县城果真是现代化了呀,,,冰啤酒 5块 灌了一听 就开始找住宿的 在一小卖部老板那里了解到这里所有招待所宾馆不管便宜贵的都不可以洗澡 洗澡只能去澡堂 15块一次 越野车拼车或者几个人一起包车去波密的 大部分游客都以为行情是500就500走了其实3、4百就能走 我就在路边找了一家说是新开的招待所住下了 50一晚拖鞋吊牌都是我剪的 洗澡洗衣,,这一路在汗密 墨脱 洗了两次衣服 都有洗衣机洗不过是双筒的那种 可以甩干 救生绳被我用来当晾衣绳了 因为听说可能会要封路 所以不敢在墨脱休整 准备明天就出发去波密 留了一个越野的电话 说是500 早上8点准时出发 但是我因为打听到了平时也有不少去波密的车 所以其实做了搭顺风车的打算 歇好了 准备起早上路,,, 10月10号 出门看到一个陕西面店 进去吃了两肉包 像是大的小笼包 1块一个 喝了一碗大米粥 很稀 1块 打包带走了两馒头也是1块一个 店里的萝卜丁很好吃 我都塞在两馒头被划出的缝缝里 事实证明被堵在山上时 俺这带了萝卜丁的馒头真是美味啊,,,, 在店里吃包子的时候 包车的车主就电话给我问我在哪里 告诉他我在某某店 他说也来吃早饭 8点出发 我喝完粥 过了8点 没见人 自己就走了 走出店 一丁字路 问人波密怎么走 回答是两边最后会归到一条路 通向波密 我选了右边的 走出没多远有卡车经过我招手 不停 又有车经过 招手,,,,没多久 离开那个丁字大概不到100米 一老旧白色越野停下 我赶紧问是不是去波密 答是的 我一看前边一中年男司机 副驾驶座上一年轻美女 穿着像是'淑女屋'风格的外套 这感觉好,,,后排座位都堆满了木箱子行李什么的 我问能不能顺便栽我去波密 司机说了什么我没听懂 美女解释 他们到前面停下腾出地方给我坐 喜~~~~ 看着他们停在了前边 我走过去时 师傅正在腾后边的行李 腾出了一个座位 还接过我的包放好 指着座位告诉我坐这里,,,好人哪~~~上车 聊天,,,原来是父女两 姓李 四川人 呆这边18年了 女儿是背崩乡的教师 去八一考等级考试的 木箱子里面是墨脱县特产的石锅 很重 一路上很是颠簸 堵了几次车 这里的路都只能通一辆车 遇着对方来车 都是小车让大车 后退到会车点 这一点是共识 而且大伙遵守的都挺好 因为天气原因今天路况不是很好 好几次遇到泥石流塌方什么的 车上的男人们便下车修路去,,, 在过一个大的塌方时因为泥太深 头一个试着通过的车陷进去了 花了很长时间才出来 过了那个塌方又全体停车让银行押运车先行,,,墨脱县城银行的押运车 吇吇~~·跩跩滴啊 前后实弹警察护行 中间的车全是防弹玻璃 露着一不锈钢小圆孔 ,,,,李李美女惊叹在墨脱住了这么多年第一次见着,,,牛! 今天是不可能到达波密了 好容易到了80K 决定住下 我蹭了车不好意思再蹭吃住 吃晚饭时李师傅邀请了两个当地警察吃饭 付钱的时候 老板娘说165 我没让美女掏钱 给了老板娘200老板娘还没有算清帐 我有点晕便麻烦美女去算 后来看见美女又给了张50 原来住宿费用一起算了 总共是235想想李师傅这么辛苦开车出来 这样的顺风车搭得我有点不好意思,,,10月11号 因为想避免老是遇上堵车 李师傅决定凌晨4点出发 赶早车少 ,,,不料还是遇上了大堵车 一队运输卡车 因为没有预料到山上这么大雪 没有带链子不敢走了,,,堵了很久很久 美女都不耐的下车走路下山去了 我在车上睡觉 下午4点多了 到达估计15K的时候 李师傅车子出问了 打不起火了,,汗~~~ 修了半钟头 放弃 只能找修理工了 师傅决定找车让我们两个女孩子先去波密 找人上山修车 在师傅跟人离开的时候我拦到了一辆大卡 美女要守着车 便让我一个人先走了 留了电话说好到了波密联系 貌似李师傅有计划换新车有包车业务 去那的驴友们可以联系他李师傅人很好 技术钢钢滴~~~李李美女在背崩教书 可以直接联系她 电话:13618947133 下午6点半 终于到了波密 大卡师傅把我放下 告诉我过了桥左转走下去就是汽车站 听说早上六点有去成都的班车 所以我直接赶去汽车站附近准备找地儿住下 到了汽车站看到黑板上写着三趟班车 去成都 去八一 去昌都,,,去成都的发车时间是下午6点票价500汗~~~刚走不久 短信告诉美女我到波密了 感谢一番便在波密找地儿住下 住在民政宾馆 只有间了 120一晚 住进去才发现 热水不是那么热 哆哆嗦嗦的洗头洗澡 马桶上贴了条‘小心’ 原来马桶安装不固定,,,汗~~~ 10月12号 早上赖了会儿床 9点到汽车站买票 售票的说 去成都的刚刚卖完了 暴汗---- 怎么下午6点的车 早上9点票就卖完了,,,! 昨晚 因为有走在路上搭便车的想法 一直走到了最后一家建筑 是个加油站 我在那里等到九点没有等到车 跟一位在这边干修路干了13年的拉萨帅哥聊天 了解到这几天在修路 晚上11点才通车 所以去成都方向的车很少 想起拉萨帅哥当时建议过我去邦达机场飞去成都 打了电话给机场 问到近十天内去成都的机票不紧张 可以直接去机场补票 我便买了去邦达镇的班车票120元 也是下午6点出发 坐去昌都的班车,,,, 生怕班车提前开下午5点半我就坐到了班车上 事实证明我的决定是正确的 确实提前开了 不过司机是确认过买到票的全到齐了才开车的318国道 车子走得又快又稳,,,,堵了几次车后 大家开始有聊天 我说我去邦达 然后有一个小伙子指着另一个小伙子 我便问你也是去邦达? 他望着我说邦达机场?我喜:你在邦达机场?答不是的 在白马镇,,,在聊天中得知从邦达镇去邦达机场还有30公里 上山的路,,,我寒,, 车子中途堵了挺久 后来都是在走盘山公路 突然我闻到了一股橡胶烧焦的味道 感觉车子在向一边倾斜 ,,,我猜着车子出问了 抱着包口里念叨不要翻车不要翻车,,,有另一个戴眼镜的帅哥问我是不是闻到了什么味道 我皱眉瘪嘴点头,,看帅哥穿着西服提着手提 看样子出差的,,,聊起来才知道 他居然买了一张去成都的车票 然后人坐在去昌都的车上,,,原来是朋友帮他订票的时候昌都听成了成都,,,郁闷哪~~~10月13号 凌晨3、4点的时候 车子停在了八宿一家饭店 大伙下车点菜吃饭 车子卸了轮胎慢慢修。。。 5点多的时候到了邦达镇 我看着外边黑漆漆的 不敢下车 打算去昌都了,,,天亮了司机看到我问在邦达怎么没有下车 我说太黑一个人没敢下车 司机也没有说要补票,,, 看到山上的小高层建筑便知道 昌都到了到了汽车站 吃了个面 问了面馆老板机票售票处怎么去 说是打个的士5块就到 到了售票处 还没下的士 便有一妇女递名片给我 原来是包车去机场的 120元一人我还了一句价 就说100元 她很详细的告诉我这里的航班情况 还给表给我填因为这里9点半才上班 售票要到11点以后才开始 所以我找了旁边一家开了门的店 不想在外边冷着,,,进了个馒头店 美女老板娘正在烙饼 河南的 俺买了馒头 和美女老板娘聊着天 了解到这边都这样 这些包车去机场的都是这样做生意的 坐他的车去机场 他可以帮忙买机票 价格也确实是这样 不过我因为一个人刚来这边 还是没敢把钱给别人帮我去买机票自己辛苦点等了 痛苦的事情来了 排队买票 一开始说去成都的机票不紧张不用排队 后来突然出现了担架旅客 大家开始了紧张的排队抢票 不到10点就站好在柜台前 售票美女接到电话飞机降落了,,,11点正式开始售票 先是订了票的拉萨旅客 然后没预定的拉萨旅客 接着才开始预定了的成都旅客 眼看着轮到我这个没有预定的成都旅客 突然插入担架旅客,,,12点多了 美女还没有喊出‘没有订的成都的’,,,后边的便开始拥挤 我站在第一个 左边一位妇女搂着我的腰霸占左1号 右边一位穿藏袍的大哥 占地面积不小 最狠的是我后面的 一位穿着喇嘛衣服的男的 从1钟头前就趴我背上把我挤向柜台 内脏都挤缩水了,,, 终于拿到机票 900元 明天9点15 飞往成都 就近住进了一招待所 50元一晚 立马歇了睡~ 10月14号 凌晨5点 车主电话5点半出发 来招待所接,,准备好了 上车去机场 坐在车上睡着觉 慢慢慢慢就感觉越来越冷 迷迷糊糊把冲锋衣拉链拉上 又拢了拢帽子 实在冷得不好睡 往窗外一看 白茫茫一片 又在上山,,, 快8点了,我看到了被称为“世界上海拔最高”、“世界上离市区最远”、“世界上气候最恶劣”的邦达机场 飞机晚点1个半钟头 这个机场每天两趟国航 一个飞去拉萨一个飞去成都 这样也晚点,,不容易 在飞机上看着下面白云背后偶尔露出的绵延起伏的雪山 心想着 不知道哪一座是我翻过的多雄拉 哪又是噶隆拉,,, 以往的任何一次旅行都没有这次留给我体会到的深刻 那些虔诚的长拜 那些游牧式生活的人 在暮霭中 在帐篷前围着篝火谈笑 不远处空地上还是一如既往的长拜,, 这次旅行其实路途中发生了一些事情本想都写上 冷静了一天后还是决定那些事情留给自己体味 大家能在这篇帖子上得到各自想要知道的便好了。 10月6号早上何姐帮忙问了车子 没人走 只有我和另一个上海男生两个人走墨脱 所以 没有翻斗车去松林口 上海的章鱼哥走得比我快 在松林口之前我们就开始各走各的了 一路上都是石头 慢慢的就开始看到雪了 然后遇到了返回的背夫 问问还有多远,,继续走 恰好在1点半走过山口 走着走着 突然发现找不着路了 左看右看都不像有路,,,想想找了一高点 爬上去往下一看 一二十米下的地方看到了路 想想不去找路了那是一个苔藓长满石头的小山包 苔藓我看长得挺长的应该不滑了 就直接下吧 下到路上 心踏实了 一路下山都是石头 不小心的脚脖子还是扭了很多下(穿的低帮鞋) 快到拉格的时候突然发现高山流水平原树林 那流水平原树林的感觉像是把亚马逊河流截了个小图丢在这里 长着绿草的平原被河流的无数分支分割成一块一块的 矮的但是树冠茂盛的一颗颗树木分布着,, 不久就到了拉格 看着那几个木房子 那只被拴着吃草的驴子,,不多话了 就第一家丢包烤鞋歇去,,,35块住宿 15块的蛋炒饭 10块的面(70块包住宿晚饭早饭,,后来才知道拉格 汗密 背崩都这样 还有更便宜的) 前往拉萨路上风景也很迷人,,, 昨晚刚到家 没有整理好就激动的发帖来了 稍等啊,,, 走在去松林口的路上 回望派镇 多雄拉山口,,,, 俺从这小山包直下了 半腰上回头拍一张,,, 在这里 俺不小心栽了一下 幸亏及时牺牲手臂硬生生撞向岩石 没栽下去,,,晚上掀开衣服 肿老高的——— 高山流水平原树林 可惜没拍出来,,, 10月7号 早上7点半吃了面条出发 今天拉格到汗密路程不远 晃进树林后发现这里的树真是不可思议的古老 直径一两米啊,,,走在路上很有丛林的感觉 很多大树倒在路上被人锯掉一截方便过人也有的地方几棵树倒在一起 有时候从树下钻过去 有时候树面上走 有点需要小心的就是那几棵树倒一起的 不能钻又不方便直接抬脚上 有点高度 得爬上去 下午3点到了汗密 木房子 丢下包看到一位边防兵在打电话 来之前就知道这里电话长途2块钱一分钟 我向老板娘招呼了去房间丢了包 洗头洗澡洗衣服烤鞋 兵哥哥还在煲电话粥,,,有钱哪,,, 边防军人打完电话问俺要边防证 俺小心翼翼递上身份证 做无辜状 解释解释再解释,,,兵哥哥拿着俺的身份证走了,,,,良久 送回俺的身份证没说话转身走了 俺心里哦耶~~~~ 过 老板娘四川人 怀着孩子 老板出山背日需品去了 老板娘一个人在家打打娃娃衣服 听听流行歌 守着小卖部电话机 柴房里有着老板劈的满满一房间柴 养着两只猫 挺幸福的说,,,, 10月8号 今天要从汗密走到背崩 还是早上7点半出发 预计了前面有蚂蝗山 塌方 老虎嘴 绝望坡,,,脚底生汗 因为前天路上便有下雨 晚上更是 想想也知道蚂蝗正在前头蹦跶得欢快着 我穿上准备好的长袜子 长过膝盖了 嘿嘿...把裤子套在袜子里面 章鱼哥也有预计 做的准备是短袖短裤,,,因为蚂蝗山 章鱼哥决定放慢脚步跟我一块走方便互相查看蚂蝗 从一开始的发现蚂蝗激动得想方设法把它弄下去 到后来一发现 直接两个指头捏住撮一撮弹掉,,,也因为对蚂蝗的麻木 我和章鱼哥又倾向了独自行动 距离越拉越远 时聚时散 塌方 没见着时挺畏惧 见着后发现还是能下脚的 遇着一背夫 告诫俺天黑前一定要过最后的大塌方 后来证实这是忠言哪~~确实大塌方 比前边的几个塌方都长 老虎嘴路其实已经被拓展得挺宽了不必担心 绝望坡那叫一个绝 俺从祈祷 祈求 咒骂 到无语,,,,我的右膝盖在石头看到吐的那天栽了 肿着 下坡那叫一个痛苦 这一个接一个的 没完没了的上坡下坡 折腾惨了我 桥 看到第一个桥的时候我就激动得血压都上来了 这叫终于见着见证群众力量的物什了,,, 当终于见到解放大桥的时候 虽然知道不准拍照 还是忍不住拍了几张 开始过桥便见着一位边防军人走向我们 过了桥才知道他是帮我们开桥中那扇铁栅门的 到桥这头 便开始检查 先是证件交上 俺再次递上身份证 做累死狗状 苦求+恳切的解释 检查包 没有任何违禁品检查相机 删掉不该拍的 安全了 放行 晚上 边防军人到客栈来检查 再次登记身份证等等,,,检查相机 没脱袜子时看到血印子就知道被咬了 脱了之后 一看血口子不小 看这蚂蝗的吸盘这么大估计不是孙孙我一共被咬3下 听老板说 现今保持的记录是一个人被咬63下,,,寒颤一个 从背崩便不能烤鞋了 估计明天得穿着湿鞋子上路 沉重那,,,上床喂跳蚤去~~~ 仔细看那叶子上 有两条蚂蝗 看不清楚的复制了放大看吧 呵呵,,你经过这些树叶的时候蚂蝗就跑到你鞋子上了 然后以你料想不到的速度往上爬(别看蚂蝗没脚跑的挺快的,,,)这样的树叶高度在你身体哪 它就粘你哪,,,寒颤一个 我肩膀上就拉下来一条吸得正过瘾的胖蚂蝗..... 塌方,,,小心点都能过的 老虎嘴,,,路加宽了,,有的地方还是要小心 看见桥了 激动~~ 遇上的马帮,,他们一队人马 有男有女 有马有骡子,,,男的一般腰上都挂着一把刀 我不敢直接拍他们脸。。。(我挺怕人的~~~) 大塌方 走在中间拍拍。。。 看到雅鲁藏布江了 脏水的那个就是,,,, 大家都对怂人的有些建议 俺发完就改去,,,其实俺就怂点 俺很怕死的 因为听了何姐说 十月1、2号去了一大批人马 估计五六十人 所以我一路上会碰到很多返回的背夫 所以俺才敢一个人也上路 再着还有章鱼哥在俺前头走着 有安全感 俺还是山里出来的娃,,那种只能下一脚的路 俺小时候走得不少哇,,,, 10月9号虽然昨晚被跳蚤虫子老鼠扰醒很多次早上还是赖到9点才出发 从背崩可以坐车去墨脱 总共200元一人因为西贡桥断了 所以是背崩到西贡桥100过了西贡桥换车100 出发没几步就遇到了两位军人 从说话习惯感觉是两位领导 问俺那边的路好走不 俺说 都还好 问有没有碰到修路的 俺说没有可能是俺走的时候已经修好了。。。原来边防兵都会把不好走的地方修好方便人走 兵哥哥们真辛苦 每天从背崩巡五六十公里山去印度边境那 失踪人了得找人 路不好走了得修路,,, 一路走来路都宽宽的 跟着越野车轮胎印 我慢慢的晃向墨脱 遇到三个边防兵 走得飞快从我身后到身前 很快就不见身影了 遇到一个又一个背家具的 我在猜是不是谁家喜事请亲朋好友邻居帮忙在背新家具 他们背东西习惯用头,,,看着挺累 遇到一越野车 问我要不要顺便搭他的车走 我谢绝了 继续迈着俺的两条肥腿 向着墨脱前进 遇到几位包车进墨脱旅游的 去了德兴村 我望了望德兴村 木桥 雅鲁藏布江 居民房 瀑布 芭蕉树,,,这些我一路上一直都在看的 经过西贡桥的时候 我前前后后拍了不少 之前在何姐那里便看过了照片 得知那个向导就是这里掉下去的 当时连接断桥的只有一根木头 那位向导走的时候水流量很大 水漫过木头有两三厘米 他想踩着木头跳过去 悲剧是他滑脚了 被水流冲走 大半个月后在快到印度的江边找到了他的尸体 根据背崩那位聊过的兵哥哥说 他们找到尸体的时候已经高度浮肿 脸都肿成平面了,,一条腿看上去只有皮连着 里边全断了 全身没有一处好皮 被什么给咬了冒着蛆,,,,诶 恶寒一个~~~ 过桥时遇着正在搬运拉萨啤酒 一箱一箱的运过桥 在这边拉萨啤酒随处可见 过了桥便涨价 墨脱一听5块 过了桥就卖10块 走在连接断桥的木头上 很小心的前后仔细看 水流很急 石头很多很大 推测下向导一掉下去便被冲到石头上 当场撞晕了被冲走的,,,现在这里原先只有一根木头的地方加了4根木头 左边还加了两根粗竹子做护手 算是很安全了 终于看到墨脱县城的房子 知道那个高处红屋顶的便是墨脱县政府 我加快了步子 终于踩在了水泥马路上 看着两边的路灯 我一口一个词的感叹 组织啊,,党啊,,人民啊 革命终于成功啦! 回忆的开始 从狼C线和乌孙古道出来也有些日子了,每天都在翻看一路的相片,队友们的相片也在陆续传来。这次走狼C一路上上遇见了雨,雪,雾,大风更是常客,看着照片中我和朋友们那一张张皲裂的脸,都会不由自主地想起路上的一幕幕。天气多变,难度也相应增加了,本来计划狼C7天走出,最后走了8天加2小时。老天爷上调了难度,但却给了我们最好的回报:风景绝美。狼C线前后翻越5座雪达坂,每次精疲力尽登顶后极目远眺都能感觉到天不负我。无数的雪山在风起云涌中格外雄伟壮丽。 慢慢整理一下资料,陆续发布,给自己留点记忆,也给朋友们留点资料。8264上狼C的攻略很多了,我就不多献丑了。这次打算通过大量的照片来描述狼C的雄伟壮丽,狼C的美。不逊于任何一条线路的大美狼C. 从现在开始。。。。。。。。。。。。插入:感谢大家支持,俺就多花点时间,480楼开始改用长边2500像素的PP,看上去貌似要有气势很多,不说好不好看,至少大了很多。大片我把整个帖子的主要文字整理了一下,免得各位看的辛苦。 一,初入白杨沟 人马在乌市集合完毕,总计11好汉加一猛女,12员大将。队员是:管子乡村四月臭猫老李无极六戒老解大漠幻想真情一牛 透心凉(俺) 乌市,一大早我还没起床,牛哥就跑出去侦查了一路,回来后很肯定地告诉我:“去火车站旁边的八一车站坐车,我刚去了一趟,了解清楚了。” 佩服。。。。。。要知道来回要折腾一小时,老牛还真是勤快人啊。 12人整装集合出发八一车站,10:50坐车出发,12点20到达呼图壁车站,12点30到达狼塔户外。第一次看见大自在老哥,大自在很热情,好人啊。之前我们没有联系车,也没和大自在联系,临时找车很麻烦。老哥热心地到处打电话,帮我们联系了车辆,帮了大忙啊。另外说一句,从狼塔户外采买的高山气罐非常强大,一人带两个,出山之前我们还剩了一堆。 找好车辆,在旁边吃了一个超爽的手抓饭,1:50开拔进山。4点50到达出发点大油罐,上包,照集体照,出发。狼C之路开始了。 两小时之后到达一个台地,绝对五星级营地,真情一看,打死不走了,感觉要不让他扎营,估计今天晚上俺就别想好好吃饭了,没办法,就地扎营。吃饱喝足,生了堆篝火,兄弟们坐在一起天南地北开始吹牛,感觉像一家人。 二 穿行白杨沟 今天很不幸,湿身了,登山鞋全湿了,在海拔3000米以上的营地这可是大麻烦,明天要过白杨沟达坂,内心有点郁闷。。。。。。 今天的预计营地是白杨沟达坂下的小冰湖,走到跟前,发现雪线向下延伸了很多,小冰湖营地全是雪。只好在离小冰湖2公里左右的一处台地扎营了。 今天算是真正见识了大美天山的绚丽风光。笔直的云杉无论独立还是成林,在金色晨光的照耀下都是那样独特的美丽风景。宽阔的河谷,连绵的高山草甸,起伏的雪山,一切都是那样为之赞叹,为之倾倒。虽然出了点小插曲,但总的看来还是让人相当愉悦的旅程。 今天早上9点20出发,中午休息晒太阳一小时,晚上17点20扎营。营地很冷,吃饱喝足进帐休息,我在外帐用炉头烤鞋子,折腾了一个多小时,基本烤干 。 明天计划8点30出发,冲击白杨沟达坂,据今天碰见的牧民说:雪深20公分以上。。。。。。。。。。。。 三 翻越白杨沟达坂 早上出发,1小时多后到达小冰湖,开始冲锋达坂。 我发现:被忽悠了,雪深及膝,马道被盖住。只能利用GPS和地图来判断了,找好线路,啥也不说,埋头走吧。 边走边观赏风景,上了第一个台地,眼前忽然开阔,大美。于是休息,众人开始作秀照相。看到大家都活蹦乱跳,我突发奇想,对一众强人说:站成一排,摆POSS。于是同学们开始站成一排,又蹦又跳,我一边偷笑一边顺手卡卡。连续的POSS后,看见一个个面红耳赤即将高反的众人,我说道:“很好,很不错。”内心狂笑中,哈哈哈哈。 走走停停,连续上攻了5小时到顶。很累,很疲倦。 不过风景确实对得起付出的辛苦,天公作美,天气极好。登顶远眺河源峰的一刻,疲劳随风而去,俺又活力充沛了。 今天8点50营地出发,10点半左右开始冲击达坂,下午3点20登顶,3点50下撤。由于体能消耗的问,下撤很慢。估计天黑前无法到达河滩营地了。于是在马鞍营地前行40分钟左右的一个临时营地扎营。 洗刷刷,吃点面条,进帐睡觉恢复体力。 四 反复涉水 8点50从营地出发,全天涉水,本来计划过栈道到三角洲营地。由于今天水流很大,多次过河消耗体能很多。加之真情他们由于老虎口有小塌方走了回头路,耽误了一个多小时。下午6点多才到栈道口附近,考虑到安全问,决定今天放弃走栈道,找地扎营。今天比计划的行程慢了2小时。晚上生起一堆篝火,烤了半天总算驱走了身上的湿气和寒气。和一众兄弟一边吃肉一边喝着小酒,感觉很滋润。整了大概四两,感觉身上暖洋洋得很是舒服,哼着小曲进帐睡觉。所哼曲目:鸿雁。 五走过空中栈道 今天的计划是穿过空中栈道,翻越库达坂,一大早起来洗刷刷,吃饱喝足,继续走路。 走啊走啊,走上了空中栈道,风景不错,就是不大敢看,只敢看路,不小心滑了一跤,我趴那动都不敢动,心里只念叨:诸天神佛,饶我一次吧,下次走路俺不唱歌还不成吗。整了几分钟才重新站好,稳住重心。再过了几分钟,又开始哼着小曲走路,不过确实不好走,很多地方都是在斜坡上被人或者山羊踩出的一脚宽的痕迹(个人觉得很多地方不能定义为路),下面就是悬崖。相片照的很少,俺怕相机牺牲,更怕自己牺牲。 提心吊胆两小时,算是走完了空中栈道。前方就是原计划昨天的营地:三角洲营地。 三角洲附近的山坡上有很多五颜六色的红果果树(由于树上结红色果很多,我们就顺口这样称呼了),很漂亮,我们一路走去,边看边照,走了良久,突然有兄弟反应过来。不对,上库达坂沟口就在三角洲旁边,没这么远。于是方才从美景中清醒过来,回头。找到了沟口,志性小树。老天开眼,下起了大雨,啥也别说,扎营吧,雨中上达坂可不好玩。于是有了我狼C的第一个午觉,睡的相当愉快,心里不由念叨:想走就走,想停就停,这才叫旅行,这才叫徒步,这才叫享受,连老天爷都照顾我们。 今天很轻松,全天才走了三小时,睡完午觉起来喝喝下午茶,到处拍拍照,尽享旅行乐趣。 六翻越库达坂 一大早起来,抬头看天,蓝天白云,绝对好天气。今天的行程是翻越库达坂,沿呼图壁河谷上行至牧民营。 库达坂在去年的同期是无雪的,但今天上升时发现最后的地方雪深及膝,大部分到脚踝处。好在上午风不大,疯狂上冲。我由于没带墨镜,走雪地眼睛会很难受,所以基本是眯着眼睛载头猛走。4小时到顶,稍作休整,开始了漫长的下降。 下山的路有几段是由拳头大的碎石组成的滑石地段。采用重心靠后,脚跟先落地的原则,开始冲锋。半溜半跑地迅速下降,让人很有一种坐电梯的感觉,相当爽。唯一需要注意的是要掌握好平衡,不然就变成连滚带爬地下降了。 中途碰见了几个赶着羊群的哈萨克牧民,老解开始看着羊群发呆,估计是饿了。我仿佛看见老解的头上出现了一个巨大的框。里面飘过一只只烤全羊。。。。。。。 下午3点左右,下到了呼图壁河边,一路逆流而上,趟河无数。丰富的秋之色彩随处可见。金黄,酒红,浅红,淡黄,美丽到极致。 一路走来一路看,晚上7点多,走到了牧民营旁的计划营地,安营扎寨。 晚上,星空明亮,起来嘘嘘,发现风很大,巨冷,飞速完工后进帐,缩入睡袋。在牛哥悠扬的鼾声中,安然入睡。 七翻越蒙达坂,喀达坂 又是一个早晨,天气不太好,很重的云雾,看来不是个好天气。今天的行程是翻越蒙达坂和喀达坂,然后下到谷底,走到两河口的牧民营地。 事实证明天气确实很糟,翻越蒙达坂的时候下起了大雪,大风则是陪伴我们全天。蒙达坂积雪基本在膝盖到大腿的未知,步步维艰。雪很厚,看不见一点前人走过的痕迹,经过反复探路,我们最后从蒙达坂冰舌直切而上的时候,感觉那叫一个遥远,风雪中又看不清前方,唯一能做的就是傻走。 冲上蒙达坂,横切三小时,小幅度地下降上升之后就到达喀达坂。 喀达坂的积雪到小腿,还算好。走过喀达坂的时候,有段时间大风吹出了一块蓝天,当时的风景格外壮丽。众兄弟抢着POSS拍照。由于大漠要拍裸照,是最后一个。当这哥们三两下拔下自己的衣服后,估计是不被老天爷欣赏,一阵雾气吹来,结果照片拍下来一个强壮的裸男和一个玛尼堆。 今天出了一个笑话:横切去喀达坂的时候,幻想同志本来在我前面,我一路狂追,始终不见身影,快上喀达坂的时候突然看见在海拔下降80-100米处,看见一个小人在移动,很是惊诧,再一看,是幻想,倒,我们是横切,这哥们怎么跑下去了。后来聊天才知道:这哥们等高线设置80米一根,以为20米一根,跟着GPS轨迹傻走,看上去走的路线是重叠的,其实差之毫厘谬以千里。我在想:要是这哥们整了张5000比1的图看,会不会直切到西藏去了 lol 过了喀达坂,为了尽早赶到营地,大家都在快速前行。我一个人在后面边走边拍照,磨磨蹭蹭一直到9点多才最后抵达营地。不过一路拍了不少照片,也算值得了 。 八 行走在高原牧场 早晨起来,很冷,但天气很好,温度表显示的室外温度-8.1,估计夜晚的温度在-10往下,水袋和套锅里面全是冰。 狼C最艰难的行程已经结束了,剩下两天的路程很好走。今天的行程基本是在高原牧场欣赏风景。涉水一次,过一个小达坂,就到金矿,然后就是一路顺着峡谷欣赏草场了。 河水是从金矿方向留出来的,很浑浊,和泥汤一样。换鞋趟过去,剩下的就全是干路了。行走在高山牧场的台地上,偶尔会走过河滩。金黄的草场绵延无边,让人心旷神怡。天气很好,一整天都是大太阳,我跨着愉快的小步子,边走边欣赏风景,旅途中还小睡了半个小时,晚上6点到达哈尔哈特达坂脚下的牧民房。两间房,一间睡六个,大家都睡大通铺。 房子周围有很多牛粪,真情开始计划用牛粪生火,结果发现在没有炉子导走烟的情况下,那就是杀人。看着一双双熏得通红的眼睛,最后还是决定继续用先进武器气炉生火做饭。 晚餐:土豆烧大肉,莴笋干菜汤,那叫一个腐败。今夜有房睡,明天能出山了。想着都开心。吃饱后,钻出帐篷随手拍了两张雪山月色。 回到铺上,身心都很满足的安然睡去。 九走出狼C线,踏上新旅程 清早起床,太阳还没爬上山头,远处的雪山显得格外宁静。过了一会太阳出来了,照耀山巅,一道金色铺满了山脊。 吃完早饭,9点了,阳光明媚,大家在小木屋附近合影留念。今天冲过哈达坂顺着机耕路一路向下,预计下午4点前就可以到达交叉路口附近的桥,那就是我们这次徒步的终点,可以拦车了。想着今天可以重回人间,大家心情都很好,拍张集体照作为见证。合照完毕,继续踏上我们在狼C线最后的行程飞速冲上了哈达坂,也是狼C线路中的最后一个达坂。稍作休整,欣赏风景,可以看见山下的机耕路蜿蜒通向峡谷外,我们马上就要出去了,心情有一点激动,也有点失落。怀着激动的心情,150M左右的高差,10分钟就从碎石坡冲下去了。下到机耕路,众人到齐,再次合影,也是我们穿越狼C的最后一次合影,剩下的只是傻走了,穿越基本算是结束了。快到交叉口处,看见地质队的营地,看见了一台皮卡。回到人间。地质队养了两条狗,一黑一白,冲着我们乱叫。狗很不懂礼貌,地质队的诸位师傅却是好人。地质队的一位师傅看见我们这群野人,似乎很清楚我们需要什么,直接洗了一盆苹果端了出来,我刚拿出相机照了张相片,苹果就只剩下一个了。 休整片刻后,地质队的一位大哥用那台白色的小皮卡分三次把我们送到了218国道。一路飞驰,极目望去,连绵雪山,蓝天白云。8天半的行程结束了。一路上兄弟们同甘共苦,爬山涉水,见证了狼C的大美。我和臭猫接下来的行程是去伊宁休整,27号出发去乌孙。其他的兄弟的安排是包车回乌市。大家要分开了,带着不舍,带着对下一次相聚的期盼,我和臭猫走上218国道,踏上了下一段旅程。。。。。。。。。 简单列一下行程: 16号:乌市出发,12点30到达狼塔户外。1:50包车进山(感谢大自在老哥的热心帮助),5点到达出发点大油罐,两小时到达一个台地,五星级营地。考虑到第二天运动量不大,就地扎营。 17号:目小冰湖营地。到后发现由于降雪,雪线下移很多,只好在小冰湖前约2公里的一处台地扎营了。 18号:翻越白杨沟达坂,雪深及膝。体能消耗大,7点到达马鞍营地,前行40分钟左右,在谷底旁的一块空地扎营。 19号:全天涉水,(老虎嘴部分再次出现局部塌方不能通行),下午6点到达栈道口附近,由于担心失温影响体力,考虑到安全,决定扎营,比计划行程晚了两个小时。 20号:走完空中栈道,在库达坂沟口遇见大雨,今日行程早早结束,下午睡觉,那叫一个愉悦。21号:翻越库达坂,沿着河谷逆行到达牧民营地。库达坂雪深达到小腿中部。22号:风雪交加中翻越蒙达坂(雪深膝-大腿),俺的小脸算彻底毁了。翻第二座达坂时候天气不错(雪深小腿-膝盖),起了一阵大雾。今日走到计划的牧民营地。全天12小时,累惨了。晚上很冷,零下10度。装水的全结冰。23号:没选择走河谷,趟河一次后,翻越一个小达坂到达机耕路,顺路至金矿,沿峡谷向哈达坂前进,一路看景,晚6点至两座牧民房,扎营,一间六个,腐败吃饭,很爽地睡觉。24号:斗志昂扬地冲过哈达坂(雪深小腿-膝盖),高速下降200米,上机耕路,下午4点到达地质队营地,重回人间。队员由左至右: 管子 乡村四月臭猫老李无极 六戒 老解大漠幻想 真情一牛 透心凉 初见白杨沟,开始磨蹄,计划了一年的狼C总算踏出了第一步,怀着哈皮的心情和兄弟们踏上了狼C之路 牛哥的背影和他的人一样沉稳(备注:一牛为本队最年长队员,51)一个小下坡,狼C之路的上下坡正式开始路边上的一堆残骸 第一座木桥 浮土路,有点滑。大漠的第一次爬行,还是牛哥走的稳啊云杉,仿佛一把把出鞘之剑指向苍天第一天的五星级营地烤火吹牛,加强团队感情,顺便把新装备燎几个洞来证明资历收营,又要出发了哼着小曲,在阳光中前行缕缕阳光拂过,俺的小宇宙开始沸腾,浑身充满力量自拍一张二牛在自由地吃草,问是咋在路上吃,不进牧场去吃,疑惑高原牧场枯败的灌木在秋日的晨光中也能让人感到那一丝不屈和生机阳光带来了生机,带来了美远处的草料堆六戒和管子,这时候还能算是小白脸([]
在内罗毕参加了当地旅行社提供的SAFARI行程,一辆面包车临时凑起四个来自不同国家(中国、日本、保加利亚、肯尼亚)的客人,安排住CAMP的SAFARI六天报价680美元,包括CAMP内的三餐。如果因观赏动物中午不能返回CAMP,还包括野外的盒饭。 好一点的帐篷宿营区可以在帐篷内部提供简单的淋浴和卫生设施,营区内有人烹制简单的餐食,还算可以我去过的最后一个帐篷营地很简陋只有几个水龙头和公共淋浴设施,就属于比较艰苦的了。 前排左起:伶达、松田奈丽、扎西 后排:库拉利通常的野生动物观赏地有三个:马塞马拉国家公园(MASAI MARA),纳库鲁湖国家公园(LAKE NAKULU)。安波塞利国家公园(AMBOSELI) 马塞马拉国家公园(MASAI MARA) 马塞马拉在肯尼亚南部,属于肯尼亚和坦桑尼亚共同建立的塞伦盖蒂 – 马塞马拉动物保护区。每年,数以百万计的角马,斑马争先恐后渡过马拉河,逐水草迁徙在塞伦盖蒂和马塞马拉之间,成为《国家地理》,探索频道永恒的主。这里是肯尼亚最好的野生动物观赏地。野生动物的种类和数量都是首屈一指的。最特别的是汽车可以在广袤的草原上任意沿着长期碾压出来的车辙行驶,也可以在地面条件允许时独辟蹊径。这就使游客可以在最近的距离观赏野生动物。我们就有数次与狮子,猎豹面对面的接触。纳库鲁湖国家公园(LAKE NAKULU) 这里以燃烧的火焰 – 火烈鸟著称。大裂谷的西侧,一潭潋艳的湖水。一个一个并不很大,只有62平方公里的咸水湖,湖水也很浅,只有两三米。但是这里却因三百万只大火烈鸟的聚集,而闻名世界,被称做火烈鸟的天堂。湖边成片的金合欢树林,映衬蓝色的湖水,火红的火烈鸟,俨然一幅大自然的风景画卷。安波塞利国家公园(AMBOSELI) 安波塞利国家公园也在肯尼亚的南部,马塞马拉的西边。个人感觉这里最著名的就是非洲之颠 – 乞力马扎罗山。虽然乞力马扎罗山在坦桑尼亚境内,但是最佳的观赏位置却是在安波塞利。乞力马扎罗山在这里呈现出完全对称的火山地貌,遗憾的就是随着地球边暖,山顶的积雪在旱季已经寥寥了。 安波塞利国家公园更多的是平原,雨季浅浅的湿地在旱季变成成片的荒野,气流不时卷起一股股小龙卷风。几个不大的池塘,就成了各种动物的聚集宝地。我们感觉这里除了大象群以外,其他的野生动物远比不上马塞马拉。最不方便的一点就是这里不允许汽车在干涸的原野中自由行驶,必须沿着几条砂石公路行驶,给野生动物的观赏带来不小的局限性。毕竟动物们并不一定都在路边上恭候我们。如果一心一意想看动物,倒不妨不来这里,而在马塞马拉多住几天。地球的“十字架”东非大裂谷(RIFT VALLEY) 号称“地球伤疤”的东非大裂谷纵贯肯尼亚,戏称“地球裤腰带”的赤道横穿肯尼亚。我就把这个巧合妄称为“地球十字架”吧。首都内罗毕在裂谷的边缘,去马塞马拉的话,出内罗毕不远就是眺望大裂谷的观景台,景色蔚为壮观。沿盘山公路下行,进入谷底一直向南,就是马塞马拉国家公园了。裂谷在肯尼亚人心中有非常重要的位置,以至于他们把其中的一个省命名为“裂谷省”。 小费 通常是一辆车4 – 6人,司机兼导游。小费一般每人每天5 – 10 美元。如果对司机的服务满意当然可以多给一些。小费是在全部行程结束时给的。 易货 肯尼亚的木雕非常有名,乌木,乌心木等硬木雕塑的人物,动物都是不错的纪念品。在前往任何一个国家公园的途中,都有供旅行车停车休息,旅客方便的地方,那里都有出售纪念品的摊位。根据我的经验与教训,最好不要在这里买,因为喊出的价格非常高,即使侃价下来,也不划算。内罗毕市中心有个CITY MARKET,里面有很多出售木雕的摊位,价格相对便宜。 观赏野生动物,如果司机兼导游是说英语,就需要知道常见的野生动物名称。 Aardvark 土豚 Baboon 狒狒 bush buck 南非大羚羊 cheetah 猎豹 dik-dik 非洲小羚羊 Eland 旋角大羚羊 hippo 河马 hornbill 犀鸟 Hyena 鬣狗 Implala 黑斑大羚羊 mongoose 猫鼬 ostrich 鸵鸟oribi 非洲侏羚oryx 直角大羚羊rock thrush 非洲画眉secretary bird 鹭鹰shrikes 伯劳鸟starling 八哥stork 鹳topi 牛羚Tompson’s gazelle 汤普森瞪羚vulture 兀鹰Waterbucks 非洲大羚羊wildbeest 角马wildhog 疣猪whilst rock hyRAX 蹄兔六天的行程:内罗毕——马塞马拉国家公园 ———纳库鲁湖国家公园 ——安波塞利国家公园 ——内罗毕 马塞马拉国家公园三天纳库鲁湖国家公园一天安波塞利国家公园二天另外三个同伴简单的介绍:伶达:肯尼亚人,当我们在车上看野生动物时,她大多时间都在座位上看书~库拉利:保加利亚人,伶达的男友,很沉默寡言的一个老实人松田奈丽日本妞,来非洲的志愿者,她在上海财经大学留过学,现在新加坡搞什么数据分析,她只跟我们一起走了两天后又去别的国家,很阳光大气的女孩,在一起混了一天多就可以勾腰搭背了,她也成了我这二天的兼职翻译车子去马塞马拉途中在东非大裂谷的观景台停留了一会本来以为大裂谷会像峡谷一样的深不可测,但看看身后大裂谷就有些失望了这是别家去草原看野生动物的大卡([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. I would rather make it lighter at any cost.Dry all my stuff in the morning sun, a routine matterA faint dusk in Pur CoThe river bank pushed up by ice and opened like zipper by gustsThe pushed up surface of the iceThe place where I got my drinking water, a thin layer of ice behind the ablation corns The moment just before sun set, glittering Pur Co, nothing was the same差点儿没找到俺自己的帖子,原来变色了。多谢各位鼓励。 Day 10 (April 29), 16km, Camping 5141mIn the morning, I walked around the north bank of the Pur Co, where it were continuous ups and downs sprinkled with light yellow sprouts across the sparse grassland. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later.
