行程&超级传送门:Day1.海口市,文昌市,东郊椰林很多椰树的海滩滩,超漂亮免费的景区值得一去。13楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-2-1.htmlDay2.琼海市,万宁市,日月湾。日月湾感觉就像迷你的亚龙湾,海水沙滩也超漂亮。环境非常给力游客也少,日月湾还有免费的露营地和淡水自驾必去之地。22楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-3-1.htmlDay3.日月湾闲逛,三亚亚龙湾。32楼:https//bbs.8264.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1625270&page=4&extra=#pid26975841Day4.三亚南山佛教文化风景区,真的很大逛完一定要有毅力。45楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-5-1.htmlDay5.蜈支洲岛,美得难以言语。62楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-7-1.htmlDay6.大东海,三亚湾。虽说是免费景区,但是魅力不减。81楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-9-1.htmlDay7.海口购物,然后启程回家。97楼:https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1625270-10-1.html阳光,蓝海,沙滩,椰林不是夏天胜似夏天的温度冬日里盛夏的体验 海南就在这里 从广西去海南除了骑行外自驾是费用第二低但性价比最高的自助游方式了~这个之前有好好算过的说,此次全程油费总共花费1200R,由于初九才回来高速收了250的过路费,然后洗车50R。然后就是在徐闻港乘坐轮渡过海了,一车一司机过海费用为422R,单人过海费用为42.5R。5人一车总的算来回轮渡费用就是1184R。因此总的交通费用是2684R,每人536.8R。如果是火车的话从我们这到海南12个小时的硬卧最便宜237R,光来回就474R了。还没算海口到三亚的动车费100R和各种去景点的车费。因此不想玩得太累,自助海南的首选方式是当然是自驾行了。当然地区不同里程也不同,这又另当别论了 春假又到来,屌丝的世界观这次把目定在了温暖的海南,经历了南方低温湿冷的天气屌丝的出行欲望只有四季温暖的地方了。于是乎就带着姐姐和几个朋友一起开始了海南的穷游之旅。 话说海南是我大天朝冬季出游圣地,衣食住行各种天价各种贵!人山人海除了温暖的气候我想没人会有欲望想来被宰。呵呵屌丝嘛技术宅拯救世界的说,宅家做好攻略照样低消费玩得开开心心。自驾穷游嘛,预算不多1500R。说多不多,说少也不少,呵呵各位看官慢慢品评好了。 这次出行是我计划的,自驾去海南玩七天。初二晚上走初九晚上到家,一共七天全程自驾。住宿是露营+住店混合进行,毕竟海南的海滩确实很美不睡睡实在浪费了。先来看看实际预算好了: 首先是交通费用,出发地柳州到湛江徐闻渡口坐轮渡是700公里海口市到三亚是300公里。粗略算算来回为2000公里,这次开的是朋友的英朗。全程油费总共花费1200R,由于初九才回来高速收了250的过路费,然后洗车50元。提醒下需要自驾海南的朋友,海南的所有高速都不设收费站。过路费全部都算在油钱里,因此在海南加油93号纯汽油要在8.5R/升。穷游省钱的话就需要在湛江徐闻港先把邮箱加满了,海南逛一圈600公里左右期间我们只在海南加了300R的93号。然后就是在徐闻港乘坐轮渡过海了,一车一司机过海费用为422,单人过海费用为42.5。5人一车总的算来回轮渡费用就是1184R。因此总的交通费用是2684R,每人536.8R。 然后就是住宿费用了,第一天在文昌市东郊椰林露营无费用,第二天在日月湾露营无费用,第三第四天在三亚公共露营区露营每车每天100R管理费总共200R期间去商务酒店开了钟点房洗澡去了80R。第五第六天过了黄金假期酒店恢复正常价格都是120左右的间,住了两日的间总共500R。因此总共住宿花费为780R,人均156R。 最后是吃了,吃货门怎么能少呢?由于去的大多是景区午饭都是干粮饮料7天吃饭费用每人大概就500,很平价。 还有门票,话说海南比较有名的景区都是海滩去一个就行。这次我们去了两个景区,一个是南山佛教文化风景区门票学生价78R,第二个是蜈支洲岛门票学生价143R。所以每人门票支出共221R。 因此这次出行实际总费用为:536.8+156+500+221=1413.8。忍不住买些小吃什么的1500绰绰有余。当然购物费用另算了~ 还有建议下自驾的朋友,最好选辆空间大的座驾皮卡最合适。因为要去的几个偏僻的景点露营,打算自己解决伙食。于是乎带了全套的露营装备,光合理打包装车都花了两个小时。最最主要的是塞得真心太满,最后买特产的时候都没地方放了。一路抱回来的我会乱说么? 先介绍下我们的队伍,左起軒老板,我,花老师,姐姐微粒。看着这还有人穿着羽绒服的说,过了海就得一路脱了。 下面这个略显闷骚的是我们的司机兼摄影蓝老板,一路各种美照各种拍拉风的说。 姐姐很漂亮哦,绝对是为玩痴狂的那一型。爱自由、爱生活、不爱呆在家里;爱疯狂、爱旅行、更爱出远门。当然被拍照也是姐姐的人生一大乐事的说,下面先晒晒我们此次穷游中姐姐拍的美美照之后再开始一起走进你不知道的海南。 高清无码大图,拒绝PS!大家慢慢欣赏吧~ Day1:海口市,文昌市,东郊椰林。 大年初三早上8点到的湛江海安新港,过年略早了到了徐闻县都没见什么小吃摊早餐店。于是乎直接进港排队买票,等轮渡过海。早餐就随身携带的干粮饮料好了。还有给大家个建议,在海南的所有高速都不设收费站。过路费全部都算在油钱里,因此在海南加油93号纯汽油要在8.5R/升。穷游省钱的话就需要在湛江徐闻港先把邮箱加满了,海南逛一圈600公里左右期间我们只在海南加了300R的93号。然后就是在海安新港乘坐轮渡过海了,一车一司机过海费用为422,单人过海费用为42.5。5人一车总的算来回轮渡费用就是1184R。此次的座驾,朋友的英朗。车内空间挺大的,坐得也很舒服。唯一的缺点就是后备箱略小了~或许是带的东西太多了吧 我们上的这艘轮渡好大的说,车子往里面塞满了才开船。9点上的船,一直到10点20才开。本来计划11点到海口的,最后差不多一点钟才下船。下次大家需要自驾海南的话建议选小一点的轮渡上,第一车子上下方便,第二所有轮渡都是塞满才开因此小轮渡开船快不用等太久。 差不多下午一点钟到的海口市,话说海口的绿化挺不错的。马路两旁人行道处处都是椰树,不过种这么多不怕椰子熟了掉下来砸坏车子砸伤人么? 早上就随便吃了点干粮现在都过中午了,好饿的说。都说海南消费高,节假宰人狠。这个只能说是以前三亚的情况,现在整治好了消费也正常了很多。为了方便快捷就在海口市内进了家湘菜馆,东西实惠好味吃得很饱。五个菜加上米饭和茶也就134R,真心比我们这的消费都平价。因此在海南只要找对了地方吃饭,吃花不了多少钱。 午饭过后,马不停蹄马上赶往文昌市。文昌距离海口80多公里,告诉很快就到了。为了去今晚的露营地东郊椰林,我们在椰林里找了很久才穿出海滩。此时已经是下午5点了。夕阳无限好只是近黄昏吖,天马上要黑了于是逛了逛海滩不得不出去找吃的然后原路返回扎营。这里算是东郊镇比较偏僻的海滩了,沙滩的沙子非常细腻很白非常洁净很美。 逛着逛着居然迷了路,杯具。不过此时看到路边有个大哥正在砍椰子,嘴馋问了价钱,但大哥说:你下车送你吃!结果不仅喝了椰汁热情的东郊大哥一家还免费招待了我们一餐“家常便饭”。 于是今晚就在这扎营了,除了吃饭东郊大哥还请我们洗澡,呵呵盛情难却的说。 丰盛至极的“家常便饭”,文昌鸡,咸水鸭,基围虾,香螺,海鱼,入口即化的东坡肉等等。吃得我们都不好意思了,大过年的打扰人家。 饭后孩子们开始放烟火,烟花,年味十足的东郊。大哥一家真的很热情,饭后还陪我们喝茶聊天。介绍海南好吃好玩的,各种欢乐各种开心。第二天临走时实在不好意思就打了红包给大哥家的孩子,但是大哥相当豪爽就是不肯收。看来海南的民风还是非常的淳朴的,最后要了大哥的联系方式年后准备给他邮递些广西的特产以作回报。 夜幕降临,没有了百白日的燥热东郊的夜晚有点凉意。晚上逛逛海滩,别有一番情调。 我们的营地,为了洗漱方便大哥执意让我们把营扎在门前的沙滩上。盛情难却打扰了。 Day2:琼海市,万宁市,日月湾。日月湾感觉就像迷你的亚龙湾,海水沙滩也超漂亮。环境非常给力游客也少,日月湾还有免费的露营地和淡水自驾游圣地的说。 本来想去看日出的可惜天空不作美黑云压城,于是乎又继续休息8点才开始拔营。之后整理物品和大哥一家别过便匆匆赶往更大更漂亮的东郊椰林海滩。 很大一片椰林,免费的海滩,免费的椰亭和沙滩椅。可惜没有阳光,不然这将是美得难以言语的地方。在这个地方发呆也是一种享受~漂亮的地方,非常适合爱拍和爱被拍的朋友粒粒姐各种poss各种换,拍~拍~拍~ 逛完海滩准备出椰林到镇上觅食,海南的早餐很简单。最常见的就是卤粉和炒河粉。卤粉加的是卤肉,汤汁非常浓甜味很重。不过粉的口感顺滑Q而弹,配以鲜浓美味的酱汁和新鲜的香菜一口下去清晨的味觉就这样释放了。炒河粉就很一般了话说和我们这的差不多,就是粉细了些。价格一般和我们这的早餐一样,卤粉5R一碗,炒河粉7R一碗。分量略少,我每样来了一份才吃饱的说。 早餐过后大概十点驱车前往万宁市采购补给和晚餐,晚上露营日月湾。中途经过琼海市,话说这的博鳌禅寺很有名于是决定来看看。果然名不虚传,博鳌禅寺是一座完整的、正统的禅宗寺院。说它完整,是因为它的建筑格局包含有一座正统禅宗寺院所需要配备的一切硬件设施是迄今为止海南省唯一一座配套齐全的禅宗寺庙。说它正统,因为寺院主持大和尚是当今中国佛教协会付会长圣辉大师。其次,博鳌禅寺内“万佛观音塔”内供奉着两尊国内独有的佛像,一是全国最高大的青铜千手千眼观音双面观音菩萨像,二是佛祖故乡尼泊尔国国王亲赠的镏金释迦牟尼佛像。在寺庙里拍照是大忌,大家想看得亲自去了。 话说博鳌禅寺的挺远和景观真心漂亮,这里借用花老师的美美照大家一饱眼福好了。 话说博鳌是三江交汇的出海口,小小一方土地上同时汇聚了江、河、湖、海、山、岭、泉、岛屿等八大地理地貌,形成了由湿地、椰林、沙滩、田园、蓝天、彩云、纯氧、民和、鱼欢、鸟乐的“十方净土”。是全国唯一、世界少有的生态地理奇迹。在过去,若想鸟瞰这举世罕见的地理奇观,只有乘坐直升机。现在,只要登上博鳌地区最高的建筑博鳌禅寺里的“万佛观音塔”便可将八大景观尽收眼底。最主要是没有门票的免费景点哦~不容错过。 逛完博鳌禅寺已经是下午两点半了,为了赶时间去万宁市采购午饭干粮解决。大概下午4点半这样,我们才采购完物品来到了美丽的日月湾。到了这里才发现,原来这里并没有传说中的那么冷清。熙熙攘攘的游客,冲浪的帅哥美女,还有就是美丽的沙滩,椰树,和海水。最主要的发现还是这里有免费的露营地提供给大家不收任何管理费用,淡水是一户海边别墅的热心人家免费提供的。很给力的宿营地点! 这里是海南的免费景区不是很热门,由于游客比较少海滩异常的洁净。在这里游泳,发呆,拍照是最享受的事,想想身边在家过年的朋友还穿着厚厚的羽绒服出个门都要带伞唉~可惜的说。 日月湾,在这里你需要找个最舒服的减压方式,释放你的身体从平日的压力中解放出来。([]

2013年马上就将结束,回到老家也有十来天了,心其实还在路上。在路上瞎折腾了8个多月后,累了,审美疲劳了,没钱了,终于停下来有时间整理照片了。旅行快不快乐,取决于跟什么人一起旅行。这里感谢一路同行的小伙伴们。因为有你们,我的人生更快乐。回忆如梦,所有的一切仿佛像似昨晚的一场梦:徒步雨崩抄小路掉进冰冷的溪里,半夜摸黑逃票尼农如同抗日战争, 搭拖拉机穿行澜沧大峡谷,大雪中搭车翻红拉雪山,东达山冰冻中下车奔跑,业拉山搭不到车抄近路徒步,坐在小货车后面敞开的车箱里下72拐,加查山上大雪中吃西瓜,似漆黑夜搭翻斗车去桑耶寺,坐玩命摩托上加乌拉山口看珠峰,在多玛等一天(等了15个小时)没搭到去叶城的车,坐溜索过叶尔羌河去皮勒村,两个B无GPS走狼塔C,单人无GPS穿越鳌太差点失温冻死(3天成功穿越),牛背山看云海啥都没看着(大雾),两个2B走在连傻B都不走的路上穿越罗布泊核心区......一切都历历在目。最美风景在路上2013年的穷游及徒步轨迹3月:湖南、云南(徒步雨崩)4月:云南、西藏5月:西藏、新疆6月:新疆(徒步琼库什台)7月:新疆、青海、陕西(2人GPS无向导穿越狼塔C线、单人无GPS无向导三天穿越鳌太)8月:四川、贵州(徒步牛背山)9月:重庆、湖南、湖北10月:湖北、新疆(2人无向导无卫星电话无后援徒步穿越罗布泊核心区)11月:甘肃、陕西、内蒙、北京、宁夏、山西、青海(徒步华山、箭扣、司马台)12月:湖南(徒步湖南崀山八角寨大峡谷探路)立帖记录下徒步历程微博名:胡世华Swan-hu咨询行程攻略的可加我QQ314880333或加群248211563目录徒步雨崩: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页 梅里雪山: 第28页(中国最美雪山)琼库什台徒步 : 第32页(中国最美草原)狼塔C 第56页风雪中徒步狼塔 2013年3月,辞职了,在家闲着,有个朋友在云南雨崩开了家小客栈想转让问我要不要接过来做(去年骑完318以后就有了开个小客栈的念头),之前听骑过滇藏线的骑友提过雨崩这个地方,只知道是梅里雪山下的一个村子,其它的一无所知,更不知道它竞然是中国十大徒步路线之一。我在网上查了几天雨崩的资料,在8264看了很多帖子,被梅里雪山的美丽惊呆了。日照金山是那么的振憾! 同时发现它是条很难的徒步路线(网上说的是中国十大徒步路线之一),走尼农进还有段很长的路是在悬崖边上走的。 记得去年骑318到泸定时,大家去泸定桥玩,我一到桥头脚就软了,最后还是队友牵我过到对岸的,这证明我有严重的恐高症。我考虑了几天到底要不要去雨崩(怕恐高过不去),权衡了几天我还是买了去昆明的火车票。3月底到4月,我在雨崩与飞来寺这两地方待了二十来天,来回进雨崩不记得多少次了,估计不下十次,后来村里面的很多人都认识我了。我从三条路线进过雨崩。里面的神瀑、冰湖都去好几次,神湖因三四月份去不了没去过。日照金山看到了不下十次。徒步初体验在去雨崩之前从来没有徒步过,对于户外也就是去年5月骑了次川藏南线,也算是驴友了。但看了网上的很多帖子后还是很忐忑,因为从来没接触过徒步,帖子上一般都说的神乎其神的,什么强度很大呀,中国十大徒步路线之一呀,每年都会死人呀。帖子上列的装备我都没有,最后打电话给朋友,朋友说来吧,不是很难的,你一个骑完过318的大男人怕什么呀。打完电话我就把去昆明的火车票买了。下面来说下我后面总结出来的攻略雨崩村位于梅里雪山十三峰之一的缅茨母峰与五冠峰的山脚下,景色优美,民风淳朴,是一个神秘的藏族村落。村子由两上雨崩与下雨崩组成,上下雨崩相距1公里左右。是徒步爱好者的天堂。交通:火车/汽车/飞机到昆明,然后可以从昆明到大理、丽江、香格里拉、德钦一路玩过去(可以搭车也可以班车),昆明、丽江、香格里拉都有直达德钦的班车(昆明到德钦22小时,丽江到德钦12小时,香格里拉到德钦5小时),德钦到飞来寺有班车班车(好像是5块每人),班车有时没有的,(也可以从德钦可以拼面包车到飞来寺,一般要砍价,可以砍到5块/人)从飞来寺到西当温泉有简易公路,西当到雨崩村是没有公路的,村子里的物资全部从西当用骡子驮进去,所以里面的物价很高(550ML的农夫山泉卖5元),但住宿很便宜(五一,十一等假会翻好几番),就是条件稍差点(间也有,平时150左右)。去年已经通了电(南方电网供电),只有中国移动在山上建了个小基站,但是是太阳能供电的,天气很好的时候白天晚上都有信号,天气一般的时候上午8点到晚上12点有信号,天气差的时候要白天10点以后才有信号,下午5点可能就没信号了。我走过的进雨崩的路有三条:1号线.从飞来寺坐车或包车到西当温泉,然后从西当温泉开始徒步或坐骡子进村(骡子来村价格(平时):从西当温泉到上雨崩是175/人,上雨崩到西当是125/人,只有土豪骑呀)2号线.从飞来寺包车到尼农桥,从尼农桥过澜沧江后徒步进村(没骡子骑),这条路相对危险很多,但风景也相对好得多。以前一般逃票的人走这条线,从今年4月开始很难成功了,我带人从这逃了两次没成功。3号线.从飞来寺山214国道下面开始全程徒步进雨崩,从荣中桥过澜沧江后,沿公路到西当温泉,从西当温泉开始与1号线走的是同样的路线。这条路很危险,强度也大,体力一般的人不建议走。日照金山梅里主峰卡瓦格博下面开始回忆第一次徒步雨崩尼农进雨崩攻略: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页 日照金山: 第28页 下面开始回忆第一次徒步雨崩尼农进雨崩攻略: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页日照金山: 第28页 途中偶遇纳帕海 途经金沙江,这段金沙江是云南与四川的界河,这边是云南德钦县,那边四川得荣县 金沙江峡谷春意盎然 白茫雪山上是另一番景象 这里就是飞来寺的街上了 飞来寺建议住觉色滇香国际青旅,在这里可以找到一起徒步雨崩的人可能会遇到很多牛人 第二天早上可以在飞来寺看日照金山,人品不好的就很难看到时了我有个哥们在飞来寺住了一星期没看到过 下面介绍我第一次从尼农进雨崩的情况当天晚上(3月28号)我在觉色滇乡国际青旅约到了7个人,听说头天晚上有人从尼农逃票成功了,我们大家一致决定逃票从尼农工进,我找前台要了包车司机的电话,司机跟我们说昨天还拉人逃票成功了,这更增加了我们的信心,司机说只要在天亮前过了查票的小房子就能成功,于是约好第二凌晨3点半从飞来寺出发。(包车好像是240元)第二天大家按约定上车出发了,当时特别冷,因为睡觉的时间短,大家一上车都睡着了,不知道翻过了几座山,大概过了1小时20分司机把我们叫醒下车,打着手机照向澜沧江边说:看到没,那里有座桥,桥对面有白塔,过了桥后往右走,一直沿路就行了,大概走1个半小时会看到一座小房子。我们仔细一看离河边还有很远呀,问司机怎么不送我们到下面去呀,司机说下面塌方了下不去,走10分钟下坡路就到了。我们打的打电,亮的亮手机照路,走了大概10多分钟到了河边,仔细一照发现有两座桥,我们选择了下游的一座,也就是尼农老吊桥过的河当时一片漆黑,这张照片是后面去的时候照的过桥后我们往右沿着澜沧江走一直走到到雨崩河与澜沧江交汇处右拐进峡谷 这个地方就是小河与澜沧江交汇处进入峡谷后就是沿着水渠走,这就是传说中的悬崖路了,其实一点都不危险,最窄处也有50-60CM宽 沿水渠走的这段峡谷很狭窄,风景不错 峡谷里看日照金山清澈的雨崩河 走到水渠尽头,遇到一座木桥 走到小木桥这里可以看到远处有一座木房子 ,沿着路一直往到房子方向走走到这里离小房子很近了,我们逃票胜利在望了 走到小房子附近时发现情况不妙,有人在,我们估计是查票的,绕也绕不过,大家只好硬着头皮过去了,走近以后果然不出所料是查票的,最后大家磨了1个多小时买了半票 这里要说一下,走到这个位置上面是有一条简易公路的,一直沿着公路走就到下雨崩了,但是走下面小路风景好很多。我们那天走的是下面的小路,结果还迷路了。 这是我认识的第一拔徒步驴友,一起走雨崩的战友(其实大部分都和我一样是第一次徒步) 我们那天运气不错,梅里雪山露出了真容,老远就印入眼帘 为了抄小路过河,第一次徒步居然掉河里。在这里晒了一个小时也没把鞋子晒干 有一段因为河边是峭壁,只能走在河床上,如果大雨天河水暴涨河床被淹,这里将很危险,我们走这里的时候还看到这里粘了一张去年的寻人启事,寻找一位老外([
行走乌孙,源于半年前一张湖水的照片。湖看起来不大,但很有灵气,湖中倒影的,是一座貌似没有名气的雪山,但却很庄重。湖和山的搭配,没有玛旁雍错加冈仁波齐的豪华阵容,更没有雅鲁藏布加南迦巴瓦的恢弘气势,但是不知为何,无比摄人心魄。整个照片所拍摄的,不像一个常人可以企及的地方。经过多方打听,湖的名字,叫阿克库勒湖,驴友尊称为天堂湖,而为了来到湖边,要走过一条叫乌孙的神奇古道。。。于是,心生萌动,放下喀纳斯,放下禾木,一心朝拜天堂湖。原来打动我的照片已经不知去向,就用自己的照片开吧!-------------------------------------------------------------------最终的行程(每天徒步时间与公里数为大概数值):D009.24行程准备提前到达伊宁集中采购物资D109.25田园牧道先包车伊宁到琼库什台,后轻装徒步到包扎敦木屋5小时15公里海拔变化1937m 知名度来说夏特》狼c》乌孙.”经过多方面的了解,乌孙的相对低知名度,使得这里得到了较好的保护,原始的道路上几乎没有任何现代人摧残的痕迹,而简单计算了一下,所有前前后后到过乌孙的背包客,应该不会超过三位数。其实,好几年前,就曾经有过走夏特的念头,但是一直没有找到合适的理由,这次机缘巧合,不但走了比夏特更美的路线,而且还避免了过多的人潮 --> 对于一个驴子来说,人越少的地方越是兴奋,虽然我可能还不能算驴。-------------------------------------------------------而对于线路的描述,可以参考“流行2008”在召集帖中的描述:徒步级别:探险级活动(高风险+高强度难度+美景)徒步内容:峡谷穿越+翻越天山+高海拔徒步+溜索渡河+寻古探幽+涉冰水渡河主要面临的风险:狼群、雪豹、灰熊、高原反应并发症、掉进冰达坂的冰川逢隙中、被冰水河冲走以及其它未列出的风险小麦补充:因此,对于要走这条线路的驴友,尤其是新驴,一定要做好相应的准备。-------------------------------------------------------乌孙古道,从百度百科上查到:乌孙古道是贯通南疆与伊犁之间的交通便道,起始于新疆昭苏县夏塔乡境内、向南沿夏塔河谷、翻越冰达坂、终至南疆阿克苏地区温宿县境内,民间传说称唐玄奘曾穿越此古道。清初,南疆和田、喀什、阿克苏等地区的很多维吾尔族百姓经过古道举家迁移至伊犁地区的昭苏。这古道也是国内外探险爱好者涉足的古道。-------------------------------------------------------对于装备,为了首帖的完整性,我把本来在后面的描述贴过来,当然,鉴于几位驴友的建议,价格也一并列出,给大家参考。包类: 主包是deuter 55+10, 背了好几年了,这次懒得换大包,结果实际7天用起来稍微有点小,徒步过程中有些东西需要外挂,取东西方便性一般,自重不轻。但是vari quick的调节非常方便,air contact的设计也比较合理,背负系统还是非常满意的。价格:打6折以后1000左右,忘记详细了。小包是Quechua 一个轻量化小包,装东西还行,但是比起队友的kailas变色龙还是有一些差距。价格:免费,公司发的。相机包是KATA DC435,小倒是差不多够了,平常都是放在大包里,相机一般都是单另挂脖子上。价格:好像350。医药包杂物包洗漱包都是用的Deuter,平常用挺好的,对于长线半重装,这些重量确实需要考虑考虑。价格:每个包大概100的样子。防水袋是淘宝买得尖峰,两个XL,一个装睡袋,一个装衣服等,还有一个S的装一些小件换洗衣服。重量还好。不过还好最后他们都没有派上真正用场。价格:每个小几十。密封食品袋买了很多,主要是用来分放每天的食品和路餐。价格:一盒十几块好像。上身:外套:The North Face Hyven 冲锋+抓绒二合一。多年前买得衣服,冲锋的透气不行,但是防风防刮防撕裂还不错,保暖还行,徒步大部分时间冲锋都只能绑起来,只穿抓绒,而且是敞口。价格:打六折1200好像。内衣:patagonia C3, 非常不错,看着很薄,保暖还行,贴身穿也舒服,天热的时候单穿也可以,散热排汗都可以。价格:360.内衣:另外带了一个非户外普通保暖内衣,早晚在营地时候穿,怕冷的人还是很有必要的。价格:200左右。头套:淘宝买装恐怖分子的那种抓绒头套,平常用太热,爬达坂时嘴和鼻子部分湿气又有点重,还好这个头套嘴部开口比较大,直接扯到下巴下面即可。价格:小几十。下身:冲锋:Arc'teryx Alpha SL,非常不错!防水防刮防撕裂防风都很好,样子也是稍微处理过的,个人感觉比一般的筒形好看一些,能上就上吧。价格:1300.速干:Quechua某款。其实裤子自身没有任何问,舒适速干都很不错。但是有两个设计不太适合这次的行程,带同类裤子的请注意参考。1,裤腿不能拆卸成短裤,因此过河的时候要卷起来,但是问是这个卷起来的裤腿经常自己脱落,所以过河频繁的时候要不停的卷裤子,尤其当过河中间忘记卷起的时候,过河阻力很大。2.裤子侧面有普通的拉锁设计,这个拉锁刚好和主包胯部绑腰的承重系统重叠,可以想象:走路时候拉锁被承重系统压迫,不停摩擦大腿,结果就是大腿一大块伤疤(我出来后才发现)。对于第二点,一开始我还对大部分冲锋裤没有兜子表示遗憾,后来才发现原来是有好处和道理的。不过实际的擦伤与当时背包的调整等也有很大关系,不过当时已经想不到这些了,只管闭着眼睛走。这一点希望其他高手纠正和补充。价格:300.保暖:Patagonia C4, 保暖不错。10月乌孙天晴的时候,单穿C4+冲锋也不会嫌热,而翻越阿克布拉克达坂的时候,同样的穿着也不会觉得冷。价格:460保暖:另外带了一个普通的羽绒棉裤,早晚在营地的时候穿,怕冷的人很有必要。价格:200雪套:K2的淘宝货,不错。价格:小几十。冰爪:四齿简易冰爪,淘宝货,最后上阿克布拉克达坂的时候很给力。价格:小几十。鞋子:登山鞋:ECCO Yak , 这个鞋是多年前在瑞典当棉鞋买的(国内一直未见此款,淘宝上可以看到一款类似的高帮,但是实际比淘宝那款结实度和防护度高很多)。冲着他的Vibram 底,Goretex面,内外全牦牛皮,我赌了一把走乌孙,结果舒适度,抓地性能,保暖排汗,脚部保护等都非常不错,全程走下来脚部没有任何不适,只是出来后才觉得脚有发肿的感觉。其他队友穿着的一些比较专业的品牌,有磨脚,起泡等情况,应该是磨合不够的原因。不过因为此鞋表面为皮质,7天走下来外皮也直接废了。另外一点要提的是:Vibram的底子,确实比较怕湿的光滑的石头,我因此单脚掉河里两次。这里有一个小经验是:万一真的脚掉到河里,水从上部直接灌进去,要做的就是迅速上岸脱鞋,因为这个时候可能灌进去的水先是被你的coolmax袜子吸掉了,所以直接换个袜子就可以上路。我采取这个方法,而且由于鞋子内部基本为全皮设计,所以虽然经历过两次河水从上部灌入的经历,但是鞋子都还干爽,一点不影响走路。价格:好像是1600.过河鞋:Reebok 超轻厚底超软包裹型运动鞋,多年前买得 舒适度一流,这个鞋子倒是不怎么怕潮湿的光滑石头,因此过河比较给力,只是过完河,这个鞋也磨损的差不多了。价格:800.相机:机身: 索尼a100,伴随5年有余,小毛病开始出现,不过重量倒是合适。价格:7500,06年入手。镜头 索尼zeiss 16-80/3.5-4.5, 焦段非常好,重量还好,这次发照片下来,现在越来越喜欢这个头。价格:4500,港行。电池: 一共带了6块,实际用了5块半,第七天没有拿出相机,提前为过河做好充足准备,结果证明没必要全天不拿相机。价格:1个100左右。另外,这次的照片,除了缩放与名外,只有个别照片用到旋转,裁剪,没有任何照片使用色彩等方面的PS,一个原因是对直接的出片还算满意,另一方面是确实没有时间。。。其他:对讲:北峰320一对,待机很牛,6天间歇着开机,没换电池还有电,第七天为了保险换了备用电池。有体力的最好带一个,落单的时候很有用。价格:一个210.GPS:Garmin Dakota,不错!有可能的话大家都带上,万一落单的时候这个很有用。我们队好几个人都有落单经历,每次1-3小时,都是在黑夜走岔路的时候落单。价格:2200好像。睡袋:Camp Arctic 900, 第一天热得不行,后面刚好,重量好像比起hw没有优势,保暖绝对没有问。价格:1200.帐篷:Big Agnes fly creek UL2, 双人三季帐,只有1公斤,重量超给力,缺点是空间稍小,尤其是门厅空间较小,但是也基本够用,冲着这个重量也值了。价格:2300.套锅:Jetboil Group Cooking System. 这个套锅买了好几年了,之前上太白的时候表现非常给力,3000米的海拔,烧水超快,一点也不怕风。但是这次表现非常差,别人普通的炉子烧水三锅了,我这个一锅才勉强烧开,不知道是不是储存不当还是怎么。另外,这个锅有几个硬伤:一上面的盖子很难盖上,尤其是走这种早晚温度较低的地方,能盖上盖子的时候,只能是吃完饭了,用非常大的力度去盖才行。二底座的盖子更害人,经常忘记卸掉盖子去烧锅,结果最终底盖被我烧掉,弄的整个炉子到处脏兮兮。也许是我太笨?不过听说做同样事情的人有很多。三锅的外面有一圈保暖套,但是问是如果有这个套子,你烧好水往水壶里倒得时候,会有20%的水被这个棉套子吸引到其他方向,倒不进水壶去,很是恼火!总不能每次烧水灌水都要不停拆了再装这个套子吧。价格:700.气罐:这次买的大气罐,优点是比起两个小气罐重量有所减轻,缺点是太高了挡风板不方便挡风。价格:每个35.饭盒:多次用塑料折叠饭盒,不推荐。天气冷得时候那个很难折叠,最后我手上的大部分伤口不是爬山来的,而是折饭盒折的。价格:小几十。头灯:petzl E02p e+LITE 超小头灯。好处是非常轻,非常省电,两个纽扣电池号称够用40个小时(实际更多)。但是问是亮度非常不够!建议用更亮的。价格:200.毛巾:MSR 速干毛巾,手感非常好,吸水好,干的快,重量轻,推荐。价格:100水袋:Deuter 3L, 不错!价格:200好像,忘记了。保温杯: Thermos FES 800W, 超轻,超保温,中午路餐泡汤,翻达坂补温非常好用!价格:280.主锁:Simond Goliash HMS,不错,价格:100扁带:宽25MM长5米,不错,价格:100防潮垫:voca joy 菱形,不错。价格:60餐食:米: 必备挂面:必备广式香肠:建议带,大卫的最爱方便面:必备鱿鱼丝:重量轻,味道好,补充好,但是很难咀嚼,最后天天吃,吃的我牙齿的嘴很累很酸手撕牛肉、猪肉:重量轻,味道好,补充好,推荐鱼片:重量轻,味道好,补充好,推荐紫菜,木耳:做汤很好的原料,重量轻,推荐脱水汤料:中午路餐的热汤就靠它,推荐巧克力:必备压缩饼干:中午路餐主力,09式的,个人觉得味道不错,可惜和鱿鱼丝一样,非常难咬,后来一看见这两个东西就害怕军用能量补充剂:每天使用,但是效果不好评估军用谷物棒:隔天吃一个,效果不好评估馕:最后两天路餐实在咬不动压缩饼干了,就开始吃馕,结果发现配合海会寺豆腐乳实在是人间美味,推荐,尤其推荐最大最薄最不好带的那种,因为放很多天后这个最容易咬奶糖:带点吧红糖,白糖,盐:给特殊需要补充的情况预备的,结果还好没有用到军用罐头烟熏牡蛎:味道不错,重量还可以,就是经不住吃药品:藿香正气水: 木马:网名木马,广州单人队队长兼队员。他在整个团队中有几个最:一年龄最小,二唯一全程重装,三普通话最不清楚,四最会打扮,最会摆pose,五防晒涂抹最多,六最不爱说话,七最帅,八最讲义气。。。最经典场景:非常淡定地问:我们明天要不要翻坂达?“坂达”?我忍了几次,最后终于忍不住,一次笑了个过瘾。大家纠正了他一次,他说对了没两天,就又开始坂达了,中毒不浅。。。回答下面飞姐:“坂达”,就是咱们说的达坂,雪山垭口,木马先生对于翻坂达是非常上瘾的。。。 小麦:网名小麦,西安单人队队长兼队员。非自虐狂,但是出于对于美景的向往,什么样的路线都愿意尝试。足迹主要散落在国内各种传统与非传统路线和欧洲部分主要景点。 屁股:网名猪屁股,上海双人组落单队员,天堂湖捡到的同学。屁股最搞笑的,就是每天给我们展示和描述他和他队友带的扔的有意思的装备:12个苹果,1颗快烂完的白菜,一个人3个毛巾,一个人两个睡袋,3公斤的四季帐篷,8个气罐,3个炉头,高压锅。。。最后我们到了库车的时候,竟然发现他还有个手摇发电机,这个发电机主要是给他山寨手机电池充电,山寨手机则是为了在旅途中播放山寨歌曲来解闷。更加经典的是:骆驼在第二天捡到了一个对讲机,到了第四天晚上捡到他的时候才知道对讲机就是他队友的。介绍完队友,简单写一下个人装备,为了给大家参考,我会做一些评价,而不是简单的罗列,希望对大家有所帮助。另外,个人不是户外装备发烧友,难免不够专业,敬请大家拍砖。 这个套锅买了好几年了,之前上太白的时候表现非常给力,3000米的海拔,烧水超快,一点也不怕风。但是这次表现非常差,别人普通的炉子烧水三锅了,我这个一锅才勉强烧开,不知道是不是储存不当还是怎么。另外,这个锅有几个硬伤:一上面的盖子很难盖上,尤其是走这种早晚温度较低的地方,能盖上盖子的时候,只能是吃完饭了,用非常大的力度去盖才行。二底座的盖子更害人,经常忘记卸掉盖子去烧锅,结果最终底盖被我烧掉,弄的整个炉子到处脏兮兮。也许是我太笨?不过听说做同样事情的人有很多。三锅的外面有一圈保暖套,但是问是如果有这个套子,你烧好水往水壶里倒得时候,会有20%的水被这个棉套子吸引到其他方向,倒不进水壶去,很是恼火!总不能每次烧水灌水都要不停拆了再装这个套子吧。价格:700.气罐:这次买的大气罐,优点是比起两个小气罐重量有所减轻,缺点是太高了挡风板不方便挡风。价格:每个35.饭盒:多次用塑料折叠饭盒,不推荐。天气冷得时候那个很难折叠,最后我手上的大部分伤口不是爬山来的,而是折饭盒折的。价格:小几十。头灯:petzl E02p e+LITE 超小头灯。好处是非常轻,非常省电,两个纽扣电池号称够用40个小时(实际更多)。但是问是亮度非常不够!建议用更亮的。价格:200.毛巾:MSR 速干毛巾,手感非常好,吸水好,干的快,重量轻,推荐。价格:100水袋:Deuter 3L, 不错!价格:200好像,忘记了。保温杯: Thermos FES 800W, 超轻,超保温,中午路餐泡汤,翻达坂补温非常好用!价格:280.主锁:simond Goliash HMS,不错,价格:100扁带:宽25MM长5米,不错,价格:100防潮垫:voca joy 菱形,不错。价格:60 9月23日空中之旅第一班东航飞机,西安到乌鲁木齐还算顺利,第二班东航飞机,乌鲁木齐到伊宁晚点两个小时,结果到伊宁已经半夜三点。 9月24日前期准备伊宁独自腐败了一把,烤肉、烤肝、烤样子,纳仁、包子、凉粉、拌面、大盘鸡样样尝了遍。葡萄买了五种,可惜没有一个有想象中那么甜。馕买了三种,最大最薄的那种最好吃,但是也最难带。苹果和梨也试着买了点,没有发现什么特别。到了下午开始集中采购物资:7个人9个大气罐,每人三个馕,四瓶矿泉水,两个西红柿,一个黄瓜,一个梨,另外,蔬菜也买了很多,大白菜,茼蒿,小白菜,洋葱,辣椒,白萝卜,西兰花,前两天的FB全靠他们!另外,香姐还额外交代买了熟牛肉,鸡蛋,盐,油等。。。当然,少不了的就是联络感情用的烟一条多,还有自己人FB的伊犁老窖白酒两斤,每人一个打火机备用,还有一个大铝锅用来烧水和煮大锅饭。另外,包车也联系好了,和达瓦用的一个司机,温师傅(13031361604),人不错,路线熟,采购物资和节省时间都很在行。我们7个人1050,达瓦他们2个人800。 9月25日牧道田园1:00,五农,骆驼,香姐三人到达酒店,五农和骆驼就在我隔壁,也不知道他们怎么那么兴奋,两个猛男一晚上不停说话,搞的我也几乎没睡成,还好前一天一个人多睡了些懒觉。7:30,司机已经到了楼下,我们陆续搬东西,退房间,吃早餐。8:10,出发去火车站,迎接大卫,yiling,木马。8:30,全部人员到齐,目琼库什台!由于提前交代好,大家都已经在酒店或火车上吃好早餐,而且所有物资都已经采购好,所以特克斯并没有做什么停留。八卦城中间的观光塔正在施工,上不去,因此这里迅速掠过。过了特克斯不久就开始进入山区,路逐渐不好走,但是没有传说中那么烂,“颠脏路”走多的人这里就是小case。不过,虽然路差了点,景色倒是开始好转。路边,没有九曲十八弯,六曲十二弯却是有的。沿途的民居都很简单森林植被非常茂密 正在路途中,收到九品郎从英克家打来的电话,问我们要不要和他们的队伍一起吃手抓羊肉,哈哈,我们RP爆发啊,吃的都有人帮我们预定好了,预示这这一路的顺畅!到了英克家,香喷喷的羊肉已经煮好,英克的老婆赶快帮我们下面,我去陪木马买军胶鞋,遇到可爱的小卖部小老板一样纯朴的民房 九品郎帮忙预定羊肉,给我们节省了不少时间,我们要严重感谢!而他们自己则要等凤凰驴友的大部队来了以后一起吃了再一起走,毕竟他们是早就约好一起走的。为了前两天走的轻松些,我们从英克哪里提前预定了三匹马帮我们托行李。等我们吃完饭,马匹早已等候多时。大概两点左右,装好行李,出发,凤凰驴友的包车刚好到达。终于可以出发了!看我们烧水的铝锅明晃晃!一路人马马夫的家 There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 前段时间准备休年假,和老公讨论去哪玩儿。俺俩都是爱吃的人,对美食情有独钟,在郑州基本每星期都要吃几个地方。想当年谈恋爱的时候,一个重要的保留节目就是:吃饭。呵呵,那时候他父母正好在广州给他哥哥带孩子呢,所以俺们是每天,中午,晚上都在外面吃,吃了大半年,就这样吃进了婚姻……哈哈,废话少说,转入正。话说两个爱吃的人最想去的地方是哪里(补充下,俺俩都可能吃辣)?当然是天府之国——四川了。其实这个念头我们去年就有了,可是,可是,由于众所周之的原因,俺们没能去成……去年4月,俺们决定5月份去成都玩,结果没去成,震了;去年12月份,俺们又准备去三亚玩,结果又没去成,霍乱了……俺老公QQ的个性名都变成:度个假咋这么难呢?呵呵。俺的年假是10天,可是工作繁忙,领导只同意俺休5天。老公时间比较宽松,所以,加上两个周末,俺们只能休9天的假。于是,定于6月13日正式出发。第一步,定机票。一个朋友告诉我了一个定机票的网址,上去一看,赫,价格还真是便宜哦。郑州飞成都,最低价237元,加机场建设费也才287,比火车卧铺还要便宜哈。最重要的是非常节省时间,因为俺们总共才休9天啊。但是因为领导还没正式批俺的假,所以没敢定。等周一上班跟领导说好,机票价格又涨了!还是俺那个朋友,她是经常到处飞的,说帮俺定算了,结果……人家在南航网站上定了个往返套餐,1人750含机场费,有够便宜吧?但是,人家只订上了一个人的!我慌了,这不让我和老公分道扬镳嘛!于是赶紧又定,结果那个票价是一路飙升啊,我犹豫了两小时还是定了,万一最后同班飞机没票了咋办,后果相当严重啊!最后的价格是两个人往返所有费用1838元。搞定!接下来,定酒店。先是看上了成都国际青年旅社,后来觉得太专业了,俺们可是离驴友的档次还差好大一截呢。后来在熊猫故乡网站上看到了推荐酒店的一个帖子,就上去看了下,没想到还真找到了满意的,是一个酒店式公寓,名字叫“成都之家”,展示图片都很漂亮,就像自己家一样感觉。我很喜欢就定了6晚。后来等真正住进去,发现真是物有所值,房间真的很漂亮。一室一厅一厨一卫,40平米左右,还有一个大阳台,位置在王府井,太平洋百货后面的正成财富id,离著名的春熙路北口走路只要5分钟,价格是128一晚。而且闹中取静,晚上也不吵,很好睡哦。描述:酒店的房间先发张酒店的房间图,这个是老板拍的哈~~~我自己也拍了几张,后面附图——是不是很有家的感觉?然后,该安排成都的行程啦。和老公意见一致,此次度假以休闲游为主,不要搞的那么累。真是两个懒人哈哈~~~鉴于时间有限,而我们又想过过嘴瘾,乐山和峨眉山就不去了——这可是著名景点啊,哭~~~但是,估计以后出差有机会去滴,就留点想头吧。老公强烈要求去都江堰,于是决定行程安排如下:青城山1天,都江堰1天,熊猫基地半天,锦里、武侯祠半天,杜甫草堂、青羊宫半天,其他时间就在市内逛逛,吃些大餐和小吃,呵呵。以吃为主~~~对了,插播一下,成都市今年4月份发行了熊猫卡,因为当时已有去成都的念头,就申请了2张,花了十几块钱邮寄回来的。别小看这张卡,这趟下来我们省了将近1000块钱呢,就这还只逛了一半景点,呵呵。今年想去成都的TX赶紧申请吧。 闲话啰嗦完毕,正式飞赴成都。 话说6月13日,俺们起了个大早,赶8点的飞机,随身携带两个拉杆箱,两个背包,还有偶提前打印好的自助游攻略和美食指南,嘿嘿。到成都已经是10点多了,出了机场大门就是大巴,10元1人,如果打车的话到住的酒店要50元左右。该省的钱就要省啊,俺们还是坐大巴吧。不得不说下,成都的机场大巴比我们新郑机场的班次多多了,基本上买了票就能上车不用等,一班坐满开走马上就来班新的,也许是因为人流量大吧。这点我们还是没法比的。 大巴坐到终点站岷山饭店,然后打车去酒店,花费9元。上楼找到老板,办理了入住手续,已经12点多了。老板是一对年轻夫妇,大学毕业后在此创业,人很不错。偶把打印的美食攻略给他看,请他帮忙指正,居然他说了好几个我都有打印,哈哈,看来我的功课做的不错哦。描述:从客厅看过去描述:大大的阳台还是卧室,是不是感觉很通透?住的酒店图片,实拍~~~挺喜欢的是不是很有食欲嫩嫩的蛙肉豆花,真的很好吃,也是成都特色一盘凉菜,好像是鸡,香辣香辣的成都的第一顿饭: 中午决定去吃老板推荐的一家店“自贡好吃客”,那里的跳水蛙是一绝(环保人士请自动忽略哈)。不过他事先提醒我们要微辣就可以了,因为他吃中辣觉得太辣了。偶们已经有些迫不及待了,立马打车直奔目的地,在科华北路川大西门旁边。 这个店的门脸不大,第一次路过竟然没看到。出租车司机又兜了一圈才发现。进店一看,100%的人吃的都是跳水蛙,呵呵。闻着那个香气,俺们的哈喇子都快流出来了~~~等了20分钟,终于端上了锅来,二话不说,开吃!不得不说,真的很辣也很香,借用一句成都话:巴适!岳飞写的前出师表后园美景巨大的滴水观音,离的有点远看不出效果孔明锁,据说可以打开,但我摆弄了半天仍不得要领接着说啊。吃完了美味的跳水蛙,决定去武侯祠和锦里逛逛。到了武侯祠,熊猫卡派上用场了,刷卡免费换票,感觉不错呵呵。因为是周六,所以里面的人还挺多,风景不错,我们顺着人流闲逛,看了几个景点就出来了。印象最深的是后门附近有一个小小的花园,不像我们这里的小花园都是种的花啊草啊什么的,这里种的都是盆景,有盆栽的,也有直接种在地上的,都非常巨大,真是南方特色啊。逛完武侯祠,出来发现还不到5点钟。锦里就在隔壁,但是听说锦里的晚上是最漂亮的。怎么办,就在我们犹豫该去哪里打发时间的时候,一个桥边的露天茶座映入了眼帘。哈哈,真是想瞌睡就来了枕头,早就听闻成都的茶馆是街头一景,泡上一杯茶,你可以懒懒的坐上一天,那个悠闲~~~这个茶座的名字也很美:花间月。于是,我们就找了个靠栏杆的位置坐下来。桌椅都是木质的,头顶有遮阳伞,身后是浓浓的树荫,飘来阵阵凉意,舒服啊~~~一人一杯茶,品味悠闲人生要的是青城山特产的竹叶青,开水一冲,绿意盎然~~~夜色中的锦里休闲的人们你见过这样的星巴克吗?像不像大红灯笼高高挂?在茶座坐了一个多小时,眼看天色渐暗,我们准备去小吃街吃些东西。一路走来,各色小吃琳琅满目,刺激着我们的眼球。肥肠粉不能不尝,伤心凉粉名字特别,还有三大炮什么的~~~我俩东买西买了一堆,开始大快朵颐~~~光顾吃了,没怎么拍照。吃饱喝足,开始逛逛锦里的夜景。白天挂着的一串串的灯笼派上了用场,次第点亮。果然夜色中的锦里美丽迷人,弥漫着浪漫和悠闲的气息。呵呵,住的地方个人觉得还不错。推荐大家去成都的可以看看他们的网站:www.9090950.cn锦里小吃街的肥肠粉肥肠粉,不得不尝的四川小吃,估计爱辣的MM都喜欢~~~台阶旁的同心锁幽静的小路绿意逛完锦里,已经快9点了,我们都有点累。坐车回到酒店,洗洗睡吧,明天一早准备去青城山。6月13日行程结束。14号早上,我定的7点钟的表,结果等我们出门,都已经8点多了。就在酒店旁边的小吃店一人吃了碗牛肉面做早餐,花费10元,味道还不错。貌似成都的随便一个小吃店味道都不错哈~~~吃完面,打车到游客集散中心(10元),几乎所有省内游的线路都在那里发车。忘了说啊,我和老公都非常不爱跟团,感觉那样不自由也玩不好,所以我们一直都是自助游的。买了2张10点钟到青城山的车票,19.5元一张,花费29元。同车的老外很多,几乎占了一小半,想起近来流行的HINI,有点小寒~~~顺利到达青城山,已经快12点了。我们决定先吃点东西再开始爬,不然饿着肚子没力气了~~~在此鄙视一下自己,还没开始行动就吃了两顿了这顿午饭吃的,简直是......反正强烈不建议在青城山脚下的这个饭店(好像叫什么阁的)吃饭!饭是夹生的,还很硬,菜也是,前所未有的难吃。我勉强吃了小半碗饭,就咽不下去了,老公吃了一小碗。不过附近好像就这一家店,生意还很火爆勉强果了腹,我们就开始向青城山进发。一进山门,一股凉意扑面而来,满眼绿色。不愧是青城天下幽啊。虽然是周末,但游人不多,走到幽静处,更是前后无人,颇合我意。突然想起一句话:山中日月长。在这幽静的山中,就是什么也不做,静静的发呆也是好的。爬了10多分钟,我们这经常坐办公室的身板就不行了,俺俩都是汗流满面,气喘如牛。“不行了,歇歇吧”,老公率先垂范。就这样,我们三步一停,五步一歇,2个多小时才爬了一小半。在半山的一个茶社又歇了会儿,吃点东西喝点茶,我们向天师洞进发。终于到了,再歇会儿看来这身板真是该锻炼了。听说去年地震的时候把老君阁震坏了,眼下还在维修,我们就不准备往上爬了。说实话也爬不动了。眼看时间快到5点了,我们还要赶到都江堰住宿,俺们就咔嚓咔嚓拍些片片打道回府了。有个很奇怪的现象,我们爬山的时候,经常在大石头底下看到密密麻麻的树枝,顶在地和石头中间,不知道虾米意思。石头和地之间全是树枝,啥米意思啊山上的道观天师洞,俺们上的最高处天师洞后面的道观夜晚的南桥桥顶的图案独自莫凭栏桥下的滔滔江水继续更新哈。话说我们一路下了青城山,差不多5点半左右,很顺利地在停车场找到了通往都江堰的101路公交车,上车1人2元。不过这2元钱可真值啊,坐了差不多1个多小时(注:都是郊区公路,跑的飞快哈)。主要是听说都江堰的夜市很不错,所以俺们两个爱吃的人,就打算在这里住一晚了,呵呵。因为当初我定计划的时候,是准备住在青城山的,所以都没有查都江堰的宾馆。现在两眼一抹黑,到底住哪儿还心里没谱呢。不过隔不住咱运气好,就在车到了都江堰市区俺们东张西望的时候,发现俺们后面坐了两个老先生好像当地人,于是就请教:都江堰有什么宾馆好住的,离都江堰景区近一些的?俩老先生笑了:跟我们走吧,我们就住那旁边。俺们一听,哈哈,真是老天有眼,下了车屁颠屁颠的跟在人家后面就走。原来就在都江堰景区大门旁边就是一座桥,叫南桥,过了南桥就是南街,街两边全都是旅馆,有点象家庭旅馆那样子的。老公有点洁癖(哼,在此鄙视一下),没办法我们一直往里面走,找了一家99元连锁酒店住了。房间倒是挺干净,可惜太小,连个桌子都没有,包和衣服什么的只能挂墙上,跟我们在成都住的没法比。据说在北京还有连锁,也是99元,难以想象会是什么样子,难不成是地下室?强烈建议在都江堰住一晚上!夜晚的南桥很漂亮,而且很干净,桥下就是滚滚的江水,或凭栏远望,或斜坐桥面,微凉的夜风吹在身上,怎一个爽字了得!对了,临行前我整理了一些青城山和都江堰游玩的攻略,回来后结合自己的体会重新整理了一下,在此发出来,以供TXM参考。青城山前山、都江堰自助游攻略一、交通费用1、成都新南门车站——青城山前山,车票19.5元/人。2、青城山前山——都江堰,出前山山门,在停车场乘101路直达车到都江堰,路程1个小时,车票2元/人。3、都江堰客运站——成都茶店子车站,车票15.5元/人。(注:都江堰客运站只有到成都茶店子车站的大巴,不过茶店子公交车比较多)二、青城山游览路线1、游览门票前山90元/人。2、前山索道(月城湖→四望观)单程30元/人,往返50元/人。3、前山月城湖船票5元/人。4、步行游览路线:前山山门→天然图画(0.8公里)→天师洞(1.5公里)→朝阳洞(1公里)→上清宫(1.5公里)→老君阁(0.5公里)→四望观(1公里)→月城湖(2.5公里)→建福宫。游览下来大约需要半天多。索道游览路线:前山景区大门→怡乐窝→月城湖(渡湖)→缆车上山→凌云山庄→上清宫→老君阁→下山原路返回到上清宫→朝阳洞→祖师殿→天师洞→五洞天→凝翠桥→山荫亭→天然图画坊→怡乐窝→前山景区大门(整个游览需要5个小时)。三、都江堰游览路线1、门票90元/人。2、推荐游览路线:景区离堆入口→清溪园→伏龙观→宝瓶口→飞沙堰、离堆→鱼嘴→安澜桥→二王庙→秦堰楼→玉垒山→玉垒关→西关→城隍庙→十殿→玉垒山景区出口。游玩时间3-4个小时。地震后二王庙后面的景点不能游览(2009年6月份)3、观光车10元/人不需要坐,路程不远。四、住宿前山:星级酒店、山庄别墅不少,适合来青城山度假、养生的游客,间从两百元至上千元不等,但一般季节均可打折。山中部分道观,如上清宫、天师洞(推荐)等也可住宿,20—60元/人。山中还有农家乐,30—80元/人。都江堰可住在南街,有很多旅馆可供选择。五、注意事项1、前山主要是道教文化,文物古迹多集中在这一区域。门票为90元/人。2、重要景点介绍:青城前山的主要景点有天然图画、天师洞、朝阳洞、上清宫、老君阁、四望观、月城湖、建福宫等。3、提醒:青城山的山道入口和出口几乎被各种索道和新修的仿古庙宇遮没了,要找到登山入口和出口不太容易,甚至会有不良工作人员告诉你上山只有坐索道一种办法。所以强烈建议喜欢徒步的朋友买好导游图再上山。还有青城山后山的自助游攻略,因为现在后山没有开放,没去成。听说比前山好玩。在此也发出来,给后来者参考吧。据说年底就能开放了~~~青城山后山自助游攻略一、交通费用1、成都新南门车站——都江堰,车票16元/人。2、都江堰——青城山后山,从秦堰楼后面直接出都江堰景区离堆大门,门口乘101路直达车到青城前山,路程30分钟,大巴车票16元/人。3、青城山后山——成都新南门车站,车票25元/人。二、游山费用1、游览门票前山90元/人,后山40元/人。2、前山索道单程30元/人,往返50元/人;后山金骊索道单程35元/人,往返60元/人;后山白云索道:上行35元/人,下行30元/人,往返60元/人。3、前山月城湖船票5元/人;后山翠映湖船票2元/人。4、后山白云万佛洞门票5元/人;后山水晶溶洞门票10元/人。三、住宿后山总共有三四处可以住宿:(1)山脚下,有很多私人旅馆,也有稍大型的酒店。 (2)山上三分之二处的又一村。 (3)坐缆车的话,还可以住在白云寨。(4)山顶白云寺,寺庙内。如果你想第二天一大早登山,可以提前住在山脚下,但这里四周的风景绝对比不上山上的环境和空气。建议还是住在又一村,这里是整个青城山后山山上住宿和餐饮最集中的地方,全部都是很是私人的旅馆,二层的阁楼,一般都是一层是敞开式的灶台和吃饭的地方,二层或三层全是住宿,基本装修都是差不多,除了两三家外把自己家的外墙和屋檐装修成古代风格的,其他的基本是木本色,一律是落地的窗户,屋里装修一般,有电热水器,所以只要有电,24小时有热水,有电视(频道有限)。又一村住宿的地方比较多,建议你尽量往里多走一些,不要光看眼前的旅馆,在后面还有几个,环境比前几家好一些,前几家基本都是集中在一起,你在二层楼,楼下的人稍抬头就看得到你的全景。后面有一家欣欣酒家的,环境不错,他的楼下是一处平台,好像是一处延伸到山那一面的平台,比较有私人空间,几把太阳伞,下面一个长条四人桌,上面铺着好看的镂空的白色桌布,几把四川味道的竹椅,可以坐在那里看着青山,呼吸着清新的空气,喝得茶,或是撮着饭,最美不过。房价淡季价格为两人间40元/天(不含早)。四、攻略1、青城山后山风景都围绕着山间的溪水,一路飞瀑和水潭,风景好的路线都是溪水流经的路线山间清幽,不会热。但一路溪水多,路虽然好走,但有些地方比较滑,大家要注意。2、最好的主要在两段:五龙坊——金娃娃沱——又一村和翠映湖——百米长桥——金骊索道下站。从又一村——九僧洞——白云寺——天桥这一段只是爬山,没什么特别的风景,可以不去。3、山势不是很陡,路面也不错,且有两段缆车可坐。从山下到半山有金骊索道,从又一村到天桥有白云索道。4、我个人感觉,比较好的旅游路线是:五龙坊——金娃娃沱——又一村——坐白云索道——天桥——翠映湖——百米长桥——金骊索道下站。这条路线可游览所有风景好的地方,且省去了九僧洞——白云寺一线比较无聊的地方和一次门票(5元)。 只是需要坐一次缆车(35元)。如果不想坐缆车也可以从又一村水平沿金骊索道上站步行到翠映湖的下方,然后向上走到天桥再折回。只是要坐两次船(共4元)。到旅馆简单洗洗,我们就沿着江边走,看看有什么好吃的。沿江两岸全是小吃摊,一家挨一家屋顶连绵不绝。夜色渐暗,一串串的红灯笼亮起来,星星点点投射到滚滚江水中,此情此景,说不出的心旷神怡。真羡慕都江堰的市民,这种悠闲的生活是他们的常态,而我们,却是匆匆过客。不过小吃的品种让我们有些失望,和郑州的夜市差不多,都是些螺蛳、大虾、野味、野菜之类的,感觉没有当地的特色。和老公来回转了两趟,也不知道该吃啥。突然想吃串串香。问了路边店的老板,说是市区有一家本地人喜欢吃的“西川红太阳”串串香,于是我们就坐了个本地特色交通工具三轮车,跑了差不多15分钟到地方,花了5元钱。不得不说,都江堰的消费还是很便宜的。端上锅来,二话不说,点串开吃。点串的时候,偶和老公有好多东东都不晓得是什么,左问右问的,汗一个别说味道还真不错。他家的料碟有特色,有两种,一种是香油碟,一种是辣椒碟,就是那种干辣椒末混合了磨碎的干花生,蘸着吃起来很香也够辣!另外发现每个桌子上都有一个蚝油瓶子,不明白干什么用的,后来回成都吃著名的玉林串串香的时候才发现,原来也是加在料碗里吃的,我试过,吃起来有种特别的香味。不过好像只有串串香才有这个,正宗的火锅是没有的,比较迷茫吃完一结帐,一共消费73元。呵呵能吃啊~~~吃完饭,我们又回南桥吹了好久的江风,还看了好多美女(主要是老公看,我间或点评),直到夜深了,才恋恋不舍地回去睡觉了~~~6月15日早上,因为前一天爬山的疲劳,起床已经是快8点了。梳洗完毕,把不需要带的东西整理好,到前台退房并寄存,我们就出发去都江堰景区。走在南街上,天空下着蒙蒙小雨,游客并不太多。我们找了一个小面馆解决早餐。成都人习惯早上就吃面食或米线,基本没有馒头稀饭什么的。入乡随俗,我们要了两碗牛肉面,一小碗焖鸡。说实在的,我俩都是很能吃辣的人,可也没有早上吃辣的习惯呢,呵呵。看看这油汪汪的辣椒!牛肉面5元一碗,焖鸡6元,共花费16元。早餐的牛肉面,这么大碗才5块钱焖鸡
五台山位于山西省五台县境内,因五峰如五根擎天大柱,峰顶平坦如台,故名五台。又因山上气候多寒,盛夏仍不知炎暑,故又别称清凉山。五台山是文殊菩萨的道场,位居四大佛教名山之首。五台山由古老结晶岩组成,五峰耸立:东台望海峰、西台挂月峰、南台锦绣峰、北台叶斗峰、中台翠岩峰。五峰之外称台外,五峰之内称台内,台内以台怀镇为中心,其中北台最高。五台山是中国佛教建筑最早地方之一,目前台内外尚有寺庙47座。五台山还是当今中国唯一兼有汉地佛教和藏传佛教的佛教道场。北台叶斗峰,海拔3061米,为华北最高峰,有华北屋脊之称五台山由东西南北中五大高峰组成,据说代表着文殊菩萨的五种智慧:大圆镜智,妙观察智,平等性智,成所作智,法界体性智;以及五方佛:东方阿閦佛,西方阿弥陀佛,南方宝生佛,北方不空成就佛,中央毗卢遮那佛。 五台山,因其五座主峰峰顶平缓有如垒土之台而得名,这五座台顶上,分别供奉着文殊菩萨的五个法身,又称五方文殊。东台望海峰,海拔2795米,有寺名曰望海,主供聪明文殊,拜之可使人聪明。北台叶斗峰,海拔3061米,为华北最高峰,有华北屋脊之称,有寺名曰灵应,主供无垢文殊,拜之可心地纯净、一尘不染。中台翠岩峰,海拔2894米,台顶遍布龙翻石,有寺名曰演教,主供儒童文殊,他是西方宗教中国本土化的典型产物。西台挂月峰,海拔2773米,有寺名曰法雷,主供狮子文殊,拜之可使人勇敢。南台锦绣峰,海拔2485米,有寺名曰普济,主供智慧文殊,拜之可使人获得无穷智慧。 2014年8月1-3日,我们一行55人,1日从帝都出发,2日到达鸿门岩开始徒步大朝台,3日晚上返回帝都。集体穿越是表现团队合作精神的好机会,每次穿越感受都不同,很清静、很纯净的心灵之旅。随着户外运动的蓬勃开展,到五台山徒步进行大朝台的人越来越多,这条线路也被冠以“中国徒步十大经典线路”之一。 东台名望海峰,海拔2795米,东台顶上“蒸云浴日,爽气澄秋,东望明霞,如陂似镜,即大海也,”故冠此名。由于海拔高,台顶气温低,盛夏时节,仍须穿冲锋衣。中国佛协前会长赵朴初填词赞曰:“东台顶,盛夏尚披裘。天著霞衣迎日出,峰腾云海作舟浮,朝气满神州。” 东台望海峰,海拔2795米。 虔诚的朝拜者 五台山(Mount Wutai)位于山西省忻州市五台县境内,位列中国佛教四大名山之首。五台山位于山西省东北部,隶属忻州市五台县,西南距省会太原市230公里,与浙江普陀山、安徽九华山、四川峨眉山、共称“中国佛教四大名山”。素有“金五台、银峨眉、铜普陀、铁九华”之说,同时五台山与尼泊尔蓝毗尼花园、印度鹿野苑、菩提伽耶、拘尸那迦并称为世界五大佛教圣地。 采药老汉 在中国每年都有许多虔诚的信徒,他们带上一生辛辛苦苦积攒起来的钱财,携家带口的不远万里,怀着虔诚的心愿,迈步、合十、举手、匍匐、五体投地、周而复始,用磕长头的行走方式,风雨无阻、马不停蹄缓慢地前行。 公元67年,汉明帝刘庄梦见了释迦牟尼,于是,白马西来,佛教正式传入中国。佛门弟子说:佛教传入中国的第二年,五台山就有了赦建大孚灵鹫寺,但历史学家又说,五台山有史可考的最早寺庙建于北魏年间。始建年代无论是东汉还是北魏,这都不影响五台山成为中国四大佛教名山之首,不影响佛教信徒们趋之若鹜的朝拜。([]
本贴图文,均属原创。谢绝所有形式的转载。如有需要,请留言或站短。这是2009年7月的行程了。从自然风景来说,317不如318,地貌比较单一,大部分地段是在高山草甸上行走,不象318,峡谷,高山,草原,湖泊应有尽有,尤其在通过横断山脉那一段时,雄浑的群山看得人心旌摇曳,目瞪口呆。但是,就人文和风情来说,317却远胜318,这条国道,基本都是在藏区穿行,并且,是很深入很原生态的藏区,而不是被汉族同化了的风景区。这里甚至有很多人,都听不懂普通话,从交流上来讲,是种缺憾,但是,从风情上来讲,却是很多驴子求之不得的。这条线游客稀少,甚至可以说没有。玉树-昌都-德格-甘孜-马尔康这一段,我只碰到两个和我们一样的背包客。要去的驴子,可以赶紧筹划了,不要等到游客蜂拥而来时,再去凑热闹。本次出行线路:上海-成都-康定-甘孜-石渠-玉树-昌都-江达-德格-甘孜-色达-马尔康-若尔盖-郎木寺-夏河-兰州-上海。基本都沿着317国道在走。说起来好笑,这次出行,在没有到达火车站之前,我居然不知道是否能走得成。之前一天,破树幸灾乐祸(他自己去新疆的时候遇上75,担惊受怕地逃回来,困在家里出不去,就巴不得所有的人都不能成行)地告诉我,宝成铁路江油段因为连日暴雨,河水超过警戒水位,列车停止运行。而我坐的那趟车,正好要经过江油。这真是出师未捷,心已经死了好几回了。先是新疆75事件,闹得人心惶惶,家人担心藏区也跟着闹,不许我去。于是把眼光瞄准东北。可是筹划了几天,还是兴致索然。虽然东北我早晚要去一趟,但在最近的三年里,它不在我的计划之中。几经周折,终于还是买了车票。准备出发。进了车站,一看,电子显示屏上,我坐的那趟火车正在检票。看来没停运,赶紧进站台,一问,可能要绕道。不管怎么说,能照常发车就好,还是很高兴地上了车。我摸着脖子上挂着的小弥勒。那是大爷去九华山的时候,一位高僧送给他的,我每次出行,都戴着它,每次都能平安回来。我是个有一点轻微迷信的人,所以,宁愿把出发前这一切不顺,当成“好事多磨”。列车在苏南平原上奔驰着,窗外是大片碧绿的稻田。即使隔着窗,也能想象出烈日下蒸腾的水汽。这是我所熟悉的故乡原风景,我在这里出生,长大,变老。可是尚且年轻的心,总是不安分的,渴望去到更远更陌生的地方。所以,一次次离家,行走。到了西安,火车广播通知,改道走安康达州南充到成都。这一改道,原定35个小时能道成都的火车,就足足走了48小时。从西安到安康不到200公里,居然走了大半天,直坐到人崩溃。我从17号早上8点,一直坐到19号凌晨4点半,才算到成都。西部的天亮得晚,只好在广场上等肯德基开门,挨到6点半,天终于亮了,搭公交去武侯祠。在梦之旅青年旅馆开好房,一边先洗头洗澡,一边等船过来。她的火车比我晚几个小时。会合以后,逛锦里,睡午觉,去新南门车站买明天去康定的票,继续闲逛。色达。若尔盖花湖。玉树街头的康巴妇女。路过达州,穷极无聊,拍下窗外的山。成都,火车站肯德基。在这么热闹的地段,它居然不是24小时营业的。为了等开门,我蹲在外面的台阶上,等了一个多小时。坐公交到武侯祠的时候,大约是清晨7点半。锦里空无一人,非常清净。20号,成都-康定一早起床,坐公交去车站。还忙里偷闲吃了早饭,买了水果。上车昏睡。说飞仙关那里修路,实行交通管制,但是我们的车居然没停,一直就开过去。司机小气得紧,不舍得开空调,车里一直很闷热。 到二郎山,跳下车,才发现车里车外是两个世界。成都带来的燠热已经烟消云散,取而代之的是无比的凉爽。二郎山是四川盆地和川西高原的分界点,一翻过山,温度就骤然下降好几度,跟成都的湿热比起来,俨然两重天。 越往康定开,太阳越是照得人睁不开眼,我把魔术围巾拉到鼻子上扮蒙面鬼。车停下来加水,我问洗车的妇女,康定还有多远?她愣愣地看着怪异的我,半天才说:前面就是了,还有18公里。去年其实走过一次康定,但没有停留很久,只是匆匆而过。记得它有狭长的街道,奔腾的折多河,和依山而建的民居。刚出车站,就被一群小面包司机包围了,七嘴八舌地问我们,去不去塔公、丹巴、八美……等地方。船同志想去塔公,她不知道从哪听说塔公很美,中了邪一样非要去。于是打听了下,乖乖,两个人包车得450元,拼车也得80一个人。而且路上得花4个多小时,现在已经是下午4点,等到那里,天也快黑了。而且考虑到川北的班车,都是大清早就发车的,即使是明天早上,还是没时间玩。并且塔公只是个小镇,有没有班车往甘孜,还很难说。加上车站的工作人员对说,我们两个女的,没事最好不要坐藏民的车……前前后后一耽误,时间也晚了,于是买了明天直接到甘孜的车票,在车站附近找个小店住下,20/人,公用洗澡间,还凑合。之后的一路,住的大都是这样的旅店。至于玩,康定无非有个跑马山,被圈了地,门票60。附近还有个木格措,门票160……我一听就连忙摇手:不去不去。安顿好住宿,我先洗了一个澡,然后出去逛街找食,顺便把湿的头发晾干。 远处的跑马山。没上去。门票太贵了。折多河。和绝大部分西北的县城一样,康定也坐落在一个河谷中,湍急的折多河把城市一分为二,奔涌而过。街上行人稀少,藏汉相杂。有人沿河摆了小摊,卖各种菌子,大的小的花的,还有松茸。也有水果,桃子一元,苹果两元,比起上海来,便宜得让人觉得惊喜。便拎了一袋在手里。 仔细看折多河,水是浑黄的,可是在靠边的地方,又似乎是绿的,不由得奇怪起来。继续往上走,果然发现那是两条河汇合而成的,其中有一条,是清澈碧绿的水。问了路边溜狗的大爷,说,那条清的河,叫雅拉河。我连忙问:再往上走,是不是有一座雅拉神山?大爷说:对对,河水就是从山里淌下来的。 找了半天,找到一家小馆子,菜居然出乎意料的便宜,回锅肉12元,素菜6元,两人花20元解决了晚饭,拎着明天在路上吃的水果糕点,幸福地摸着肚子往回踱。路边卖菌子的山民。一条河的两种颜色。21号,康定-甘孜一早被闹钟叫醒,船去洗澡。等了半天,她气急败坏地推门进来,告诉我,浴室有扇窗子对着住客的房间,而锁和窗帘,居然是装在房间里面的!她洗着洗着,看到个影子拉开窗帘,站在后面偷看!我顿时昏倒。我昨天洗的时候,压根没发现这一茬,还笃悠悠地又哼又唱,在浴室消磨了不少时光。我只好祈祷老天,我洗澡的时候,那个房间,还没住人。船又说:他不会带着相机吧?我¥%·#……满天金星。这家的老板,真他妈是头猪。 背着东西下楼去车站,狭小的候车室已经人声鼎沸。一看,康定每天有四班车同时发往甘孜,三辆小巴,一辆大巴。我们不幸坐的,正是其中一辆小巴,并且,是在最后一排,并且,行李仓已经占满了,我们的包得放在过道上。并且,从康定到甘孜,我们一坐,就坐了十四个小时。这哪行啊。我抽身就出去了,东转西转半天,想找张报纸什么的垫在包下面,好歹干净些,但是找了半天,这里的人敢情都不看报的,连个纸屑也没见着,只好在站外的杂货店里,花8元钱买了个编织的蛇皮袋,拿到车上一抖开,正好放下两只包。后来我还很佩服自己的先见之明。要是没有这个蛇皮袋,我们那两只背囊,不知道要脏成什么样了,出出进进的别人的脚,不停地蹭在袋子上,还有坐我们前排的一个中年大爷,以每隔三分钟的频率吐一次痰,我怀疑他吐出的口水,都可以装满一痰盂罐了,保不定也粘点在我们袋子上……额,写到这里,有点恶心。可惜后来,这个袋子让船拉在了车上。这个败家娘们啊。 车到新都桥。窗外金绿色的草原。 最后一排共坐四个人。我好不容易挤进去,靠窗坐下来。小巴的最后一排都比前面的椅子要高,而窗的高度却是一样的,这就注定了坐在最后一排的人,视野有限。座位高了,我的脚就够不到地,只能悬在半空里。最后一排有多颠,坐过的人都知道,而且,这条路,是横贯在川西高原上的,除了不超过五十公里的油路外,几乎全是碎石路和土路……出了城就是折多山。去年经过的时候,从新都桥到折多山一段在修路,整个路面就是一个大酱缸,人车经过,无不被染成灰黄色。今年,据说新都桥那一段已经修好了,换成折多山的那段路被扒了,因为康定在造机场,要把路都换成高等级的。于是去年好好的油路不见了,被挖得东一个坑西一个坑,一路颠上山去。好容易到新都桥,路面终于平坦。车子离开318国道,向塔公方向拐过去。两旁是高大苍翠的林荫道,树木闪过车窗的间歇里,能看到远处的河流、青稞田和一幢幢灰白色的藏民居。这里的房子大都是石头建的,颜色和式样都很朴素,只在窗子周围,饰有红白的镶边。正开着,车子停下来,一问,单边放行。正好松泛一下坐木了的腿脚。路边有草地,权当是郊游吧。停车休息。一个晒太阳的小和尚。等上了车再开,路就变了,尤其是从塔公到八美的那一段,一点都不美,灰大得简直铺天盖地,车窗全部关上了,车里还飞舞着密密的细小的灰,无处不在,一会的工夫,深色的包和裤子上,就落下厚厚一层灰土。而外面的太阳正大,车厢里闷热不堪,简直难以忍受。我全副武装,帽子,魔术围巾齐上阵,把自己包得严严实实,只露出两只眼睛。船没带魔术围巾,而我发神经带了三条,于是分给她一条,同样裹严实。但是晚上到了甘孜,拿纸巾一擦鼻孔,还是漆黑一团。其他乘客就惨了,只能拿手捂着,或者拿衣袖挡着,没多久,就头发眉毛胡子全变成灰色的了。下车吃午饭的时候,车里的藏民全被我们的怪样逗笑了。我伸头问一个男孩:我象不象鬼?他摇头,用生硬的普通话回答我:不象,哪有这么美的鬼。哈哈。过了八美,路终于又好了一点,虽然还是颠,但是灰没那么大了,窗子也可以偶尔开一点透透气了。 我们的车。 接近道孚的时候,两边的民居变得异常美丽起来。这里的房子,都用黄和白色做主体,饰以朱红,明黄,橙红,天蓝等颜色,十分的明丽鲜艳。虽然道孚并没有什么出名的景点,但是我记得中国国家地理杂志上好象提过,这里的民居本身,就非常值得一看。后来我们不止一次地后悔,应该在道孚住一个晚上的。康定到道孚大约开八个小时,下午两点多就能到,正好四处逛逛,拍拍建筑,没准还能找个藏胞家访一下。这样的话,能在车上少颠六个多小时,人就不至于过度疲倦,那么第二天,我也许就不会因为高反跌破了下巴。 道孚一带的山比较平缓,山和山之间的平地也多,适合农作物生长,因此这里的经济也相对富裕,所以,房子修得特别讲究漂亮。一栋栋明媚艳丽的房子,夹杂在绿树青山间,显得格外悦目,是安详的高原田园风光。 从道孚到炉霍这一带,景色都很优美,靠近炉霍,民居的颜色又变了,和道孚民居的轻盈明丽不一样,这里的房子以朱红色为主体,饰以红黄绿白等其他颜色,整体看上去,显得华美庄重。 六点多的光线已经开始柔和,投射在路边的林子里,是各种深浅不一的美妙的绿色。我甚至看到一只小猴子轻捷地漫步在草地上,阳光在它身上清晰地折射出毛茸茸的金黄的剪影。 道孚民居……真正的房子,比我拍下的要美上十倍。可惜那段路,我不停地在打瞌睡,眼睛怎么都睁不开,白白错过了很多拍摄的机会~~炉霍汽车站。上下客,休息十分钟。炉霍街头。车上抓拍,歪歪倒倒,请忽视楼猪三脚猫的技术~~炉霍民居的颜色,和道孚又不一样了,以深红色为主,庄重华美。接近甘孜的时候,司机大约也心急了,车子开得飞快,本来路况尚好,但因为速度一快,后排就越发地颠起来,经常能把人从座位上抛起老高,再硬生生地砸下来,颠得屁股、大腿、甚至是浑身的骨头都痛。为了防止这打夯一样的硬砸,我不得不一手抓住前面的椅背,一手抓住座椅面;一只脚插在前面座位和车壁的空隙里,一只脚紧紧抵住前排座位,浑身每一个细胞都提高了警惕,一有被抛起的迹象,立刻放松身体,跟着车子的起伏跳起,再控制着尽量轻一点落到座位上,减少震动。下车后我回想了一下自己当时采取的举动,分明就是武术的基本功,“马步蹲档”嘛。下车后,我的整个背部剧痛,整整痛了两天才好。问一下船,她也同样痛。 翻越罗锅梁子时,山中的卡萨湖。 山脚的小镇。刚到甘孜,老天就给了我们一个下马威。太阳的余光还在山顶上挂着,豆大的雨点就毫不留情地砸下来,生冷的风直往衣领里灌,气温在不到五分钟的时间里,下降了好几度。好在我们决定明天在甘孜休整一天,不用急着赶路,于是就近,在亚青旅馆住下来,三人间,10元/人,不能洗澡,但是胜在便宜,离车站又近,何况斜对面就有澡堂,走过去也不过五分钟而已。简陋的旅馆里居然住满了人,大部分是喇嘛和觉母,也有汉族的和尚尼姑,还有很多的信徒。我们同房间的一个女人,也是从石家庄特地过来朝佛的,据她说,附近的亚青寺和色达,最近几天都有大法会,难怪有这么多的人了。 同屋大姐推荐我们到楼下的小饭店吃饭,说他们那里便宜,味道也不错。于是去了。一看,只有一间屋的门面,摆着三张油腻腻的桌子,电灯的瓦数明显不够,看上去黑咕隆咚的,生意倒不错,坐满了人。 点了两个菜,等了半天。味道差强人意。第二天换了一家店堂看上去干净些的,结果吃下来,比在他家贵起50%。后来就不挑剔了,还是老老实实回到他家吃。一边吃饭,一边不停地有人进来乞讨。手里捏着把一元的零钱。给了一个,跟着又来下一个。打发了几个,我们也学聪明了,照这样给下去,还不破产啊?于是再来讨,一概摇头:没有。他们倒也不强求,你说没有,就走人。 夕阳西下……22号,甘孜早上睡到自然醒,爬起来,但觉得象被人毒打过一顿般,动一动就混身痛。看来昨天那十四个小时的颠簸煎熬,确实伤了老本了。 出去找吃的,然后去澡堂洗澡。5元/人,船嫌太贵,一定要洗够本才行。于是把换下的脏衣服,也就着热水洗干净了。施施然回旅馆,晾衣服,吃午饭,买明天到石渠的车票,睡午觉,直到下午三点,才出门去甘孜寺。 功略上说,甘孜寺是不用门票的,但的士把我们送到大门口以后,却有一个喇嘛背着布包走过来,要我们买票,一看,票价10元,上面也没有核价的章。好在不贵,就掏了。甘孜寺是整个县城的制高点,站在寺门口的平台上,能鸟瞰整个城区。远处层层叠叠的山峦,青翠的青稞田,土黄色的民居,军营,和军营里停放整齐的军车,把长焦拉近,还能看到他们在打球。 甘孜街头。那一天,好象正是日全食,大雨滂沱,街上漆黑一片,路灯都亮了。不过到了中午,就云开日出,阳光灿烂了。吃过午饭,打了一辆的,去甘孜寺。([]
