一直以来,我不断的出现在路上,用脚步丈量这梦想的距离!从最近的到最远的。从最东的到最西的。梦想的脚步一次比一次远!西藏,一直是我的梦想,为之我付出了很多,也牺牲了很多!想象这那藏地雪山圣湖,那豪情羞怯情怀,还蛮激动的,也许是此次的目的地是世界之颠的原因吧!挑战,一次比一次有挑战性!这次,我真的是只身一人在路上了!当背着那沉垫垫的登山包走向车站,走进人群,我又激动又紧张--要借宿在青旅,要拼车在路上,要独自享受这一路美景!这一次,要考验我身体能不能行,要考验我够不够机智勇敢,要考验我意志力是否够坚定!这一次,我一定不能让自己失望!因为这是我的梦想…西藏,在路上!8.28北京-西宁8.29西宁市区-塔尔寺:藏传佛教的六大宗主寺之一,黄教的创始人宗喀巴的诞生地,它以藏汉艺术相结合的建筑风格、琳琅满目的法器、千恣百态的佛像和浩瀚的文献藏书,酥油花、壁画、堆锈组合的“艺术三绝”享誉国内外,青海省旅游王牌景点8.30青海湖-拉萨列车上今天差点没来成青海湖,因为一人,又没拼上车,就在我都放弃青海湖的时候,早晨醒来准备去吃早餐时,经过前台看见了一哥们儿说是要租车去青海湖,我那一个高兴啊,回宿舍赶紧收拾背包,坐那等候。经过“天下河水皆向东,唯有此溪向西流”的倒淌河,我们抵达中国最大的内陆咸水湖---青海湖,浩渺的青海湖像一望无际的大海一般,只是天空不作美,一会刮风一会下雨的,还好我备的衣服多。。。湖畔大片整齐如画的农田麦浪翻滚,菜花泛金,芳香四溢;那碧波万顷,水天一色的青海湖,好似一泓玻璃琼浆在轻轻荡漾。过了季节的油菜地PS:第一次住青旅,上个片片留作纪念哈,青海行YHA,店主服务态度很好,宿舍都是自己套被套,也很干净,有种回归大学宿舍的感觉。(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……8.31西宁-拉萨的列车上传说中的康巴迪有氧列车,外表看似绿皮车,内部可不一般啊,有图有真相还有我24小时吃的一顿餐,好精贵的途中经过可可西里途中经过雪地途中经过雪山途中经过河流途中经过草原-牦牛途中经过车站-措那湖:站在湖边途中观赏的天空、云彩和阳光PS:这晚住在了拉萨有名的青旅-东措,说实话,这个四人间,还没青海行的好呢,估计名气太大了,人太多了,也就一般了,不过蛮喜欢它墙上的涂鸦的,都是一些人才啊看这个布达拉宫,很需要手艺的9.1拉萨市内-大昭寺一大早,我们就去排布宫的预约票了,早起的鸟儿有虫吃,这话真不假。排完门票去广场拍布宫,这景色,太美了听说这个角度能够拍出最好的布宫哟,只可惜我的相机不是发烧级的药王山广场解放纪念碑布达拉宫那一天,我闭目在经殿香雾中,蓦然听见你颂经中的真言;那一月,我摇动所有的经筒,不为超度,只为触摸你的指尖;那一年,磕长头匍匐在山路,不为觐见,只为贴着你的温暖;那一世,转山转水转佛塔,不为修来世,只为途中与你相见。夜晚的布达拉宫广场,少了天安门广场的喧嚣,多了一份天堂的静谧,伴随着青藏高原的曲子,音乐喷泉为这广场增添了一抹欢动的色彩倒影在水中的布达拉宫,像一位羞涩的女子,静谧的矗立在那PS:分享下我们吃过的藏餐:酥油茶是真喝不惯哎,芒康木耳这个不错,哈哈,就是米饭硬了些9.2布达拉宫巍巍高原,屹屹雪城,宏伟的宫殿横空出世,记载着千年的文明的传承,布达拉宫的高度永远让人仰望。布达拉宫被称为“世界屋脊明珠”,它是拉萨乃至青藏高原的志,这座世界上海拔最高最雄伟的宫殿里,收藏着极为丰富的文物和工艺品,同时也珍存着独一无二的雪域文化遗产。在拉萨和藏地的任何角落,人们虔诚叩拜合拢的手掌永远指向她。世界上海拔最高、最雄伟的宫殿也无限衍伸着藏文化的灿烂,是真正属于世界的遗产,是可以触摸,可以深入,未经粉饰,但真正具有藏族建筑艺术杰出代表的宫堡式建筑群。有时这建筑更像一个神秘的符号,吸引无数人义无反顾地投奔西藏而来。。。PS:分享下我们吃的藏餐厅:多好的环境啊,真心贵啊9.3拉萨3650-曲水-江孜4040-日喀则3950:途径冈巴拉山口4900、羊卓雍错4441、卡若拉冰川、宗山古堡、白居寺经过世界上最高的淡水湖、有天上圣湖之美誉的羊卓雍湖。藏语为“碧玉湖”,是西藏三大圣湖之一羊卓雍错,湖水如羊脂般清澈,湖水甘甜,可以饮用。湛蓝的湖水与远方的雪山连为一体,加上两岸各色的山脉、极具特色的藏民族村落、遍地的牛羊,一路走来,心旷神怡。触手可及的卡若拉冰川一个小水库----马拉水库,都可以蓝成这样PS:日喀则限速40公里/小时,老让我们在路边等,看风景晚上入住的丹增旅社,还是一家蛮特色的旅社对面就是古旧的小布达拉宫9.4日喀则3950-拉孜-定日4300-珠峰大本营5200:途径嘉措拉山5248、乌拉山口5210翻越5248米的嘉措拉山这犹如肠子般的道路,真不是一般师傅能开的了的,要技术滴,还要车子滴。。。后驱车前往巍峨壮丽,气势磅礴,蜿蜒千里的喜马拉雅山脉,向地球之颠挺进 PS借宿在珠峰大本营1号营地,这高的海拔,天真的很冷啊夜里黑漆吗乌的一片,我们竟然还有个哥们儿去拍夜珠峰去了,太敬业了,我不得不上几张片片9.5珠峰大本营5200-日喀则3950:日照金山、绒布寺5100、绒布冰川、绒布河、扎什伦布寺不得不说,我们真的是一群幸运的孩子,在西藏这么多天没下雨,而且该看到的风景一览无余,连珠峰都这么给力,一大早露出了金色的笑脸,我拿什么感谢你啊,珠峰!绒布河是由珠峰北坡的三大冰川——东绒布冰川、中绒布冰川、西绒布冰川部分泉水汇集而成的冰水河流。当今世界上保存和发育完好的绒布冰川(平均宽1.4公里,平均厚120米,最厚处在300米以上,有高达数十米的冰陡崖和步步陷阱的明暗冰裂隙,是一个险象环生的冰崩雪崩区)。世界上海拔最高的寺庙--西藏红教寺庙绒布寺5100。当群峰还在晕睡,珠峰已披上女神华服般洵丽夺目的朝霞,伴着珠穆朗玛峰升起的第一缕霞光穿行在巍峨壮丽、气势磅礴、蜿蜒千里的喜马拉雅山脉,在荒芜和寂静中翻越海拔5200米的加乌拉山。远方除了为首的珠穆朗玛峰(海拔8848)以外,周围横亘着尚有拉布吉康峰(海拔7367)、卓奥友峰(海拔8201)、洛子峰(海拔8516)、马卡鲁(海拔8463)等白雪皑皑的世界顶级峰群,眺望雄壮肃穆的希夏邦马峰(海拔8012),一个唯一全境都在中国境内的海拔八千米以上世界顶级山峰。。巅峰之旅结束返回日喀则途中,途观片片田地观班禅大师灵魂安息地、黄教六大寺之一的扎什伦布寺:历经近五个多世纪风雨的扎什伦布寺,依然以它恢宏的气势,绚丽的色彩、神圣而庄严的殿宇耸立于日喀则市西面的尼玛山上9.6日喀则3950-拉萨3650,沿途欣赏后藏大漠景色 途经发源于喜玛拉雅山北坡的雅鲁藏布江流域,千百年来,江水奔腾不息,流过大半个西藏高原,一路上劈山跨涧,坡势愈发陡峻,景色更为壮观.PS今天,我们一起相处了4天的8人这张最齐(广东刘Sir,陕西红雷哥哥,陕西赵大叔,浙江黄磊弟弟,安徽邓超,ME,安徽朱小姐,新疆萧萧)在明天就要分道扬镳了,回家的、继续前行的即将各奔东西,晚上嗨皮了下下9.7拉萨-纳木错4718-拉萨:沿途观赏藏北大草原、青藏公路、圣火采集点,翻越那根拉山、游览西藏三大圣湖之一的纳木措,远观“光明之神”念青唐古拉山。PS:八角街闲逛中川藏8天之旅开始:著名的G318,中国最美的风景线川藏线,沿途有翻不完的山,淌不完的水,以及沼泽、冻土区、地震区、碎石塌方区、原始森林和大冰川。一路上景观千变万化:有高山峡谷,有一望无际的草原,有雪山草甸,还有沿途随见的经幡、玛尼石、藏寺和多姿多彩的民俗民风,充满了刺激,充满了魅力,旅途虽然艰辛,但一路风景壮丽,是旅游探险爱好者和摄影师的极乐所在。这一次,我选择的是中国最美的风景线----川藏南线! 9.8拉萨—68km—墨竹工卡—206km—工布江达—127km—八一—19km—林芝—70km—鲁朗主要景点:追龙藏布大峡谷, 原始森林, 雪山冰川, 易贡藏布,追龙藏布与易贡藏布交汇后、就是藏区仅次于雅鲁藏布的第二条大河“帕隆藏布”, 鲁朗林海观景台, 色季拉山(4650m), 尼洋河与雅鲁藏布汇合处,巨柏树。早起从圣城拉萨出发,途经工布江达县,沿拉萨河谷行驶,翻越第一座雪山——米拉山到达墨竹工卡。再沿途出发欣赏尼洋河风光,传说尼洋河是“神女的眼泪”汇聚而成的,水色清幽明澈,绿波见底。然后前往尼洋河,它是一条非常美丽的河,它是雅鲁藏布江的一条支流。藏语称河为“曲”,称湖为“错”。尼洋河,藏人叫它尼洋曲。而“拉康”是宫殿的意

目录总线路图关于机票关于酒店、费用、出租车关于证关于其他吉隆坡转机尼甘布斯里兰卡,引用孤独星球的兰卡版书中的一句话:雾里看花隔一层,斯里兰卡就是这样的国度。斯里兰卡 古称“锡兰”,简称兰卡,这里还不像东南亚国家哪么热门,也并不是国内多数游客的首选东南亚国家。由于多年的战争乱和海啸这个岛国更是蒙上了一层面纱。我在来兰卡之前完全对这个小国家一无所知,更不知道它是在地球上哪个方位的(可能是地理没学好)。而是在2014年有一次在网上看到一篇关于斯里兰卡的游记。看了一下游记的开头就马上对这个国家产生了浓厚的兴趣,一直花了半个多小时看完整篇兰卡的游记。才对这个位印度洋中小岛国有了些认识。斯里兰卡紧邻印度,所以被称为“印度洋中一滴泪”因地域关系使他深受印度文化的影响。兰卡大部份居民都是来自北印度的移民。是北印度的雅利安人移民至锡兰岛建立了僧伽罗王朝。后来南印信奉印度教泰米尔人也开始来到了这个岛上。不过给我印象最深的是可能还是兰卡美景和兰卡人民的的纯朴和纯洁的笑容。同时了兰卡也是个以佛教为主,另外也有信奉伊斯兰教的。他是个多种信仰和谐共处的神秘国家。正因为了有了这些原因,也是他优越于印度在我心中印象的原因。所以我决定去这个探寻这个美丽的小岛国。接下来的几天就是在网上找了很多关于兰卡资料。以前不知道的关于兰卡地理知识一下子全知道了。另外怎么去兰卡。证。机票。住宿。当地的风俗习惯。。。。还买了一本孤独星球的兰卡版书来更深入的了解兰卡。在网上有了更多对兰卡这个国家了解后,才有了2015年7月的这次真正意义上的兰卡自助之旅。。基本上每次自助游我都是一家三口。因为我想让三岁的儿子去更多的去了解这个世界上不同的风景和不同的历史文化和人文色彩。让他在成长的路上有着更多的体验和经历。这次本来是一家三口准备来兰卡旅行的当我正准备买机票时在微信群里说了一下我要去斯里兰卡旅行了。一下子很多朋友根本跟我开始一样都不知道斯里兰卡在哪里就说要报名跟我结伴自助游,一下子从一家三口变成了四五个家庭的旅行的大队伍了。接下来的事大家都知道了,我自然就是队长了给大伙解决。机票,住,行,吃。证。全落在我一个人的身上了。。。。。。。。。不过这次斯里兰卡之旅在网络上认识了很多去过兰卡或是常住兰卡的朋友们,他们给了我很多帮助和建议。比如:中国国家地理《斯里兰卡旅行指南》的作者。斯里兰卡小妞。还有因旅行在兰卡找到真爱的福建美女kiko.还有在兰卡开酒店的李哥和在兰卡卖蓝宝石土豪呵呵。按照惯例先上几张图: 总体线路图:尼甘布(Negombo)狮子岩(sigiriya)-丹布勒石窟寺(Dambulla)--康堤(kandy)--努瓦勒埃利耶 (NuwaraEliya)--埃勒(Ella)—亚拉(yala)--美蕊莎(Mirissa)--加勒(Galle)--科伦坡(Colombo)DAY 16月28广州至科伦坡 中午抵达,先去酒店办里check in 然后尼甘布镇上游览观光 。宿艾温拉花园酒店 (Avenra Garden Hotel)DAY2 尼甘布(Negombo)--狮子岩(sigiriya)---丹布勒石窟寺(Dambulla)----康堤(kandy)6月29 早上5点起来游览尼甘布鱼市7点30退房然后坐车前往狮子 下午前往下午前往丹布勒石窟寺。从丹布勒石窟 寺出来就往康提赶宿康堤Thilanka Hotel(提兰卡酒店)Day3康堤(kandy)7月1 睡到自然醒今天一天都在康堤活动 上午皇家植物园(Royal Botanic Garden下午佛牙活动 .宿康堤Thilanka Hotel(提兰卡酒店)Day4 康堤(kandy)-努瓦勒埃利耶 (NuwaraEliya) 7月2早上康堤湖边晨跑。10点出发去努瓦勒埃利耶 宿努瓦勒埃利耶The hill clubDAY 5努瓦勒埃利耶 (NuwaraEliya)--埃勒(Ella)—亚拉(yala)7月3早上镇上闲逛上午去镇中心的湖边玩然后 中午我们就去体验就前往埃勒的高 山火车。司机把我们送到火车站后就去ELLA火车站接我们前往今天最终的目的地 亚拉(YALA)晚上BBQ.宿亚拉Serene Park Hotel海悦酒店DAY6:亚拉(yala)--美蕊莎(Mirissa)7月3早上从酒店checkout 然后前往亚拉野生动物园(Yala National Park)。游览完动物园后下 午前往美蕊莎宿:Paradise Beach Club(天堂海滩俱乐部酒店)DAY7美蕊莎(Mirissa)7月4早上睡到自然醒吃过早餐。拍照今天一天在美蕊莎玩.宿:Paradise Beach Club(天堂海滩俱乐部酒店)DAY8美蕊莎(Mirissa)-加勒(Galle).上午在美蕊莎出海观鲸,下午坐车去加勒古城宿:Landesi By Jetwing(杰特威兰迪斯酒店)DAY9加勒(Galle)今天一天在古城自由活动 。宿:Landesi By Jetwing(杰特威兰迪斯酒店)DAY10加勒(Galle)-科伦坡(Colombo)-班达拉奈克国际机场(Bandaranaike international airport 7月7早上6点多坐加勒前往科伦坡的火车到达科伦坡后, 吃过中饭坐车前往班达拉奈克国际机场。下面这张是斯里兰卡区间的乘车时间地图,是我在网上找的。由于像素太低后面自已考备了一张。关于机票去兰卡行程搞定了接下来的 首要事情就是要解决机票的问:从国内飞兰卡有很多航空公司 斯里兰卡航空公司。马航。亚航。。。网上一查很多公司。最近这些年我可能坐亚航的飞机坐的比较多因为机票便宜。(我是亚航的粉丝,我儿子现在一看到亚航飞机就脱口而出:air ASIa.呵呵)。我是在亚航一次大促中提前了半年就预定今年7月飞兰卡的机票,广州飞科伦坡中途吉隆坡转机来回1570元人民币。虽然便宜不过时间也花的多。从广州飞吉隆坡4个小时。在在吉隆坡等4个小时然后在吉隆坡飞科伦坡3个半小时,有点累。不敢时间还是可以坐亚航的,转机也很方便为因不用拿行李到了吉隆坡后跟着指示牌走找到换登机牌的窗口换好登机牌后你就等着亚航的大飞机来接你就是了。。关于费用和 酒店, 租车这是我的一些吃住行玩的基本开支。因为我们都是带小孩的所以住的会好一点。其实兰卡有很多民宿都是很不错的,性价比高。酒店:我的所有酒店都是通过在到:BOOKING和雅高达上预定的。只有美蕊莎的酒店是由在长期在 兰卡 KIKO帮我预定的。租车:我们是通过网上找到的当地司机。由于兰卡的交通条件和地理位置原因一般去兰卡游大部分会选择包车因为哪些会方便很多。去兰卡租车是最常见的。至使我对于兰卡各地区来往的公共交通不是熟悉。因为我们人多所以就租了一辆大巴车。我觉的兰卡的大部份司其实挺负责的也很诚实本份的哪种。我们的司机叫 Udayanga Buddhika.挺不错的一个兰卡人。经常跟我们炫耀的是他有一个儿子和一个女儿。后在我们教会他用中国的微信。回国以后还经常可以互动。他每个星期都会主动来向我们问好一声。关于证关于斯里兰卡的证。也有落地和官方的网上申请的eta。因为中国海关没有到证一般是不让放行的。所以去斯里兰卡的证最多的就是电子证了ETA了。ETA主要是通过官网申请。一般前期准备作足。5分钟搞定。至于详细步骤大家可以在网上找一下有专门介绍证。一般有小孩在一起的证。小孩的会慢一二天的样子。要是没有可能直接发邮件去兰卡海关咨询。咨询后一般马上就会有eta发过来了。我只是要讲一下关于验证码刷不出来的原因,给大家分析一下。开始我也是按关网上的电子证的步骤可是怎么都不见验证码出来,浏览器换了几个了。后面在网上找了半天才终于给解决这个问了。下面我把验证码刷不出怎么解决的分享给大家。关于斯里兰卡ETA证刷不出验证码解决问:如果浏览器刷不出验证码。在网上下载一个谷歌的hosts文件。下载完后解压 在Windows系统里,打开C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts文件,打开hosts文档在末尾添加最新下载的谷歌hosts文档。,然后重启电脑即可操作完成后。我发现我随便打开一个浏览器都可以看到验证码了。360也可以。不过到了付款阶段要等。有可能要重新几次。等到后面我发现每次都很快成功了。二三分钟一个。我一天帮人刷 了20个证。小孩子的有护照的也要单独证。不要加在父母哪里。只不过是可能收到的电子ETA会比成人要慢。要是没有收到可以至电或是发邮件过去,询问。英语不行的直接可以打成都大使馆电话:电话:0086-28-66168361/2。接通后在拔分机805。有中文服务。跟他说你的小孩没有收到ETA电子档。他们会帮你跟兰卡哪边联系的。 关于其它通讯:大部份来斯里兰卡的都会办一个叫Dialog卡。机场一楼大厅就有售的。一般都是办个1300卢比的套餐500卢比的话费和。1.5g上网流量。这个足够了刷微信和微博,我办了一个用了10天开热点后面还没有用完。所以我觉的办个别699套餐也差不多够用了。出行准备证件类: 护照, ETA证,往返机票,保险电子版,酒店预订单,美金,银联卡/信用卡摄影器材:D700相机二台。三角架。sony 微单。内存卡4张。衣物:替换内衣裤,短袖T恤若干,裙子若干,裤子(长/短),帆布鞋,凉鞋,长袖外套,遮阳帽,泳衣*1,墨镜?生活用品:洗漱用品,纸巾若干,湿纸巾,浴帽,吹风机,风油精,防蚊贴,护肤品,防晒,晒后修复(香蕉船),面膜,军dao,充电宝,各种充电线?常用药:创可贴,肠胃药,感冒药,消炎药,晕车药???关于现金:?可以不用提前兑换斯里兰卡货币,带上足够美金到了到了兑换就行,科伦坡的机场有好几家兑换点,汇率都还可以,最划算的应该算是司机帮我们去的兑换的汇率最高了。【注意事项】1、斯里兰卡与中国有2.5小时时差,北京时间的早上8点就是斯里兰卡时间早上5点半。2、斯里兰卡人视乌鸦为神鸟,请不要打杀乌鸦。3、斯里兰卡是佛教国家,请尊重当地的习俗,进寺庙一定要脱鞋,不要穿短裤短裙和背心。4、虽说斯里兰卡整体治安良好,但在科伦坡一些人口稠密的环境还需注意随身物品。5、中部山区的人观念较保守,女性在那里尽量不要穿的太过暴露,海边城市则没有限制。6、旺季火车的二等座和三等座非常拥挤,单身女性请尽可能做好自我保护。7、若入住当地人自己住处开设的家庭旅馆,或者进入一些个体商店,请注意是否需要脱鞋进入,请尽可能尊重并且适应当地人的习惯。 吉隆坡转机6月28日凌晨我们怀着无比兴奋和对兰卡之旅充满期望的心情踏上了广州飞科伦坡的飞机。因为我们坐的是亚州航空。亚航飞科伦坡随说机票便宜不过最麻烦的是要在吉隆坡转机。我们早上5点多到达吉隆坡klcc机场。要在这里等上4个小时等到930吉隆坡飞科伦坡的飞机。到在科伦坡是当地时间1055.等于从吉隆坡飞到科伦坡花了三个半小时。。到达吉隆坡机场后直接跟着指示牌走就可以找到这个换登机牌的地方了。换好登机牌左转上电梯就可以去登机口了。儿子刚在飞机上还睡着了。这一下飞机就醒了。醒了后要马上对着窗户外面问我飞机什么时候来。他就守着窗户这里看。。。凌晨会5点多小孩子个个精神好 。我的个神呀。。([]
长海子垭口鱼海子营地红星海定: 中秋国庆进七藏沟,重装、轻装、马帮,啥形式都有,路上也好,营地也好,到处是人,艾妈,从未走过这么热闹的线路。人之多谓之赶集,一点不为过;红叶漫山,海子娇媚,重装行走七日,心醉大美!我就不煽情了,没资本,煽不起来,流水帐直出!目就定为“背上大包去赶集,纵情山水七穿九——中秋国庆七藏沟穿越至九寨沟记实”。精神领袖,灵魂人物——鸟哥~长海部分营地定人: 不是我定人,是人定我,俺就一跟队的。感谢江湖一点点建立七进九QQ交流群,通过群内信息的沟通,得知盐城腾龙户外有几名队员和我们走同样的线路,加大神鸟哥的QQ没反应,担心人家不屑带俺们,又找8264盐城版主腾龙来打招呼,鸟哥才开金口,同意带上俺们。谢谢鸟哥等人的不嫌弃,8人小队组成,为了能跟上队伍,不拖大家后腿,平日里开始拉练,以鸟哥制定的10公里跑用时50分钟为目,唉,累死! 组队一周左右,上海兄弟一哥找我,他和朋友两人要求加入国庆队伍,我们8人队伍本已成行,包车也方便,杂整?唯有请他和朋友自行乘车到卡卡沟集合,于是乎,8人小队从卡卡沟开始徒步时就成为10人小组。行走时队伍扩大至16人,当然,这是后话。 关于队友,很多,不一一介绍,都是大神,介绍不好会得罪人。有一点需要说明,全程走完,无过节,无争论,相聚别离,几多情深,嘎嘎! ~~定事:1、气罐由鸟哥网购寄至成都同学处,他的美女同学亲自送到茶店子,两人情意绵绵地聊了很久才恋恋不舍的告别,没办法,人老公在。2、茶店子至川主寺卡卡沟的包车由我负责,网上短时没找到包车电话,我便联系了七月和八月刚刚请过阿坝专线的占登师傅(他的电话13684390213,阿坝专线, 人非常好,车开得也很稳)。他的常规包车线路是成都到阿坝,而送我们去川主寺再回阿坝需再走二三百公里的路,所以他车费定为1500元(略高)。在征得鸟哥等人的同意后,便以此价确定好租车事宜,其实如果找到合适的川主寺专线包车,价格应该在1200元左右。3、成都茶店子住宿,阿豆先到成都,由他联系好了。4、攻略网上找,线路基本成熟,最后一天穿长海原始森林可能会有些难度。GPS及手台大家自行携带,轨迹共享,手台在最后关键时刻通联,平时节电基本不用。这次10个人共携带4部GPS,尼玛,有点多啊。5、装备及食物自行安排,保险各自购买,去成都及回程的交通自行安排。本次活动无领队,大家同进退。这可能是我精神上自感参加的最轻松的一次高海拨徒步线路了,不劳神也。6、俺的摄影装备是多年前入手的一台二手尼康D90相机,曾2012年狼塔中磨励得坚韧无比,虽全身开花,但拍出的照片还能有影儿,18-135的狗头在2013年鳌太穿越中进水后无法成像,垃圾堆旁待两年后我发现他奇迹般的又出成像了。得知这次行程中都是雨,得,就带上他们吧,随时随地做好牺牲的准备!则藏海徒步穿越线路:卡卡沟-长海子-长海子垭口-鱼海子-草海子-红星岩下营地-红星岩垭口-红星海子-草海-鱼海-垭口-三道坪-垭口-则藏海-源海营地-长海南端-长海北端-进九寨沟景区,全程徒步七日,里程大致110公里。~~定期:9月26日:晚上到达成都,住茶店子青年施舍,通铺,30元—人9月27日:成都包车至卡卡沟,见时间还早,徒步进沟3公里扎营。9月28日:营地出发到长海子(14公里) 长海子营地露营9月29日:长海子营地出发,翻4210长海垭口后下行到鱼海子营地(8公里左右)露营,精力过剩,去鱼海子转了一圈9月30日:鱼海子营地出发,翻4000红星岩垭口观红星海再回到鱼海子营地露营(来回17公里)10月1日:鱼海子营地出发,翻4200雪山垭口一路下行到三道坪(有点远近18公里左右) 三道坪老杨的木屋露营10月2日:三道坪出发,翻4230垭口见到则藏海,下行到源海营地露营(17公里左右)10月3日:源海营地发出,经长海南端进入长海原始森林,晚上在长海边扎营(10公里)10月4日:从原始森林营地穿越进入九寨沟景区(5公里),包车宿九寨沟景区内树正寨民居 10月5日:九寨沟景区一日游,晚上出沟住沟口河畔人家酒店,晚上大伙腐败10月6日:早晨大家告别,我们沟口坐大巴到广元,晚上火车回家 小帖士九寨沟内住宿包车:树正寨储大叔,电话:13990421356 13551776117,住宿条件不错,旺季200元/人,淡季150元/人,包含晚餐及早餐。九寨沟口住宿:河畔人家酒店,在崇牙村,老板索朗15983720556,虽然离车站有两三公里,但是老板包接包送,服务态度很好。新房设施不错,不过没有牙具等,价格合理,100元间。卡卡沟口进山中秋夜,月明时图片党的穿越过程简介1、第1天 成都到卡卡沟口,徒步进沟3公里扎营 成都包车到卡卡沟,这里是徒步的起点,距川主寺35公里,海拔3500米,因时间还早,包车到此后徒步进沟3公里扎营。长海子河沟风光长海子营地风光2、第2天 进沟3公里营地到长海子营地 今天最高海拔3800多米,最低海拔3300米,全长约14公里。路况比较平缓,没有太大的起伏,要过七座独木桥,翻过一个长长的小垭口(3800多米),看见长海子,下行,营地在一个四面环山的山窝,小河在中间流过。 ~~~3、第3天 长海子营地----鱼海子营地 (长海子垭口)4210米,全程约8.6公里 今天的难点是一开始就爬长海垭口,垭口长,不陡,路窄,一个半小时爬升到4200米垭口,右边是通往鱼海子的小路,从垭口到鱼海子约7公里,过了垭口是一段倾斜45度的乱石路,大概中午到牧场,下了一个60-70度的陡坡,转入峡谷,鱼海子营地路口,藏民在此收环保费,30元/人收垃圾费。 鱼海子营地很大,是多条穿越七藏沟线路的汇集点,走卡卡沟,阿翁沟,还是红星沟,这里是必经之路,所以很多队伍都在这里扎营。红星海草海子在路上4、第4天 鱼海子--红星垭口--红星海--鱼海子,单程8公里,往返17公里,最高海拔4000米。 从鱼海子到红星海,要经过草海。从草海出来,不久会看到右前方红星岩。红星岩的下方是一宽阔平地,三面环山,。穿过开阔地,尽头的灌木丛中一条小路通往山上,上面就是红星垭口4000,垭口很陡,垭口顺着一条长碎石缓坡路往前走约十来分钟,红星海出现!原路返回。~~5、第5天 鱼海子----三道坪全程 18 公里, 海拔最高4195米。 路程长,耗体能,易迷路。从营地的左边进入了另一条沟。看到了牧场就要过桥。穿过一条干枯的壕沟,乱石成堆,植被明显减少,已到4000米以上海拔。过了壕沟有两条路,一是往左往上,一是向右向下,选择向右向下,山脚有一条小溪,沿着小溪走了十几分钟,远处出现垭口,长长缓缓,这就是我们今天要翻越的垭口,垭口由三个坡组成。 三道坪是个天然的大牧场,高大的柏树很多。转过一个山坳,到三道片牧场老家木屋扎营。老杨服务很好,有开水有电供应,小木屋平板上睡一夜20元。~翻越则藏海垭口则藏海 6、第6天 三道坪老杨木屋----则臧海----源海 约17公里,翻越则臧海垭口海拔4230米 穿过一片灌木林,右拐向上走错路,返回找到向左的路前行。小山包一个连一个,一路的爬升,大概十点到一平台,再往上就是石头山,翻垭口,垭口海拔超过4230米,四周全是岩石结构,地面上铺满碎石,下行不远,则臧海出现,在巨大的石壁之间。 则臧海就进入了九寨沟地界,则臧海是查洼沟的源头的海子,海拔3959米,是九寨沟最高的海子,距源海只有8公里。绕湖走到对岸开始下山,又长又陡的碎石坡。从则臧海到源海刚开始陡下坡,然后进原始森林,最后8人走到源海边扎营。今晚队伍分成两个队,另8人向前行走了2公里左右扎营。今天经历了下雨,源海,一个不大的海子,四面环山。源海走到长海南端折返,找到这木棍搭的桥过河我的身影7、第7天 源海---九寨沟长海南端----九寨沟长海中端,全长约10公里 源海出发下到溪边,沿溪行走,6公里左右到达长海南端,队伍分成两组,鸟哥6人组离我们一多小时路程,我们10人从长海右边开始进原始森林,这段路难走,很多时候是没有明显路径,有时在悬崖边上走,有时在溪边走,有时还要穿过荆棘。长海是九寨沟风景区海拔最高3060米、湖面最宽600多米、最长5公里的海子。今天走到天黑下切到海子边扎营,遇到飞鱼他们的5人队伍,大致位置是长海中端。长海原始森林穿越长海原始森林穿越长海风光8、第8天 长海中端走到北端进景区 今天九点多出,队伍里两个小孩要和飞鱼他们坐船出去,变成8人组,继续穿越长海原始森林。沿河边走,溯吉林队红布条行走,翻过高坡下行,一直走到北端,联系的车要等景区5点清场才能来接,所以我们在北端的树林里休息等待。 五点多走出景区,包车进入树正寨储大叔的农家院儿,飞鱼他们因为和船没有交涉好,晚我们一个多小时也走进景区,并和我们同一车到达树正寨后出景区。至此穿越成功,九寨沟亦成功逃票,晚上小酒整起来。鸟哥6人组晚上7点左右也进景区,安排储大叔接至藏家,至此16人队伍全部安全出山又汇合到一起。~~九寨风光9、第9天,九寨沟景区一日游,晚上出沟住沟口崇牙村河畔人家酒店,大伙腐败。第10天,早晨大家作别,各自踏上回家的路。我的装备我的家 9月25日上午10点,我便坐上了开往成都的列车,这个车真坑爹,要到第二天晚上九点多才能到。大包一背,四十几斤上身,累点就罢了,最关键的是车到成都站了,我还在熟睡,居然没人提醒我。当车厢空了时,乘务员发现我还在睡时及时地提醒了我。 赶紧急急忙忙地背包下车,刚下车发现给占登师傅的月饼忘了拿,又跑上车拿月饼,奶奶的,手忙脚乱。一想到没人提醒我下车,心里就恨恨地。唉,算了,求人不如求已,只怪自己太贪睡!车经过泰州时手机拍了一张外面的田园风光川主寺镇 成都下火车,阿豆兄弟来接我们,除小乐凌晨四点到,其他人都已到达。打两辆车去往茶店子青年旅舍,住下后都一点多了。约了占登早晨7:30来接我们,刚下楼走到早点处,他的车已停在那里了。早餐后,我们8人坐上小车向川主寺出发。路上堵了一会儿车,大概三点多我们到达。川主寺停车问了个路便没作停留,直接奔向卡卡沟。告别占登师傅 下车后该清仓的清仓,该拿装备出来的就拿装备。因为时间还早,我们决定先走一段再说,路上选择扎营天气真好 来前查了多次天气预报,国庆这段时间松藩连续多天都是下雨,心里都有点不想来了。没想到硬着头皮来了后却发现这里蓝天白云,艳阳高运。这是什么样的人品啊?上帝应该知道。~~路边写着七藏沟露营地,应该是一些自驾的营地。整理一下背包,我们便出发了。大包上身,我们的徒步开始,先下一段机耕道下到底是一个牧民搞了农家乐,有帐篷可以租用,吃饭喝酒都可。我们从此要过一道小木桥,收费10元一人,领队可免,虽然我们没有领队,但也可以免掉一个也。电话联系一哥,他们二人也马上就到沟口,我告诉他先进去走两三公里再扎营,让他一定跟上,否则明天就不能同步了。过河之后便是一个拨高,冲上小坡,我们就走进了上帝的调色板,红色的海洋中,我们恣意行走,爽我已到坡顶,他们还在下面未拨高逆光,就当记录拍了玩了真正的丛林穿越,灌木丛,还好,不难走很黄很暴力待到山花烂漫时,他们在从中叫8264背包罩,很抢眼顺光,蓝天,红海,绿树([]
斯里兰卡是印度半岛南端印度洋中的一个岛国,北临孟加拉湾,西濒阿拉伯海,为印度洋东西方海上交通必经之地面积65610平方公里。人口1580万(1985)。僧伽罗人占72%,泰米尔人占20.5%,摩尔人占 6.7%,柏格人和马来人占 0.8%。僧伽罗语为官方语言,泰米尔语为民族语言,社会上层通用英语。居民67.3%信奉佛教,17.6%信奉印度教,7.9%信奉基督教,7.1%信奉伊斯兰教。首都科伦坡。中国古书称之为师子国僧伽罗国、僧诃罗国等。僧伽罗系梵语 Simhala一词的音译,意为狮子。古代阿拉伯航海家称其为“宝岛.锡兰”目前“锡兰”一称仍通用。如对斯里兰卡有兴趣的朋友,有想到斯里兰卡自助游的兴趣(附带说一句,斯里兰卡和中国一向友好,是最适合中国人去自助游的国家之一);可跟贴就你所想详细了解和有疑问的地方提出,我会尽量详细就我所知解答。下文预告;本人独自在印度自助流浪历时23天,从印度最东面的加尔各答横穿到印度最西面的阿姆利则,沿途所见所闻精彩粉呈。近期将整理出来以飨各位朋友。斯里兰卡有两千多年文字记载的历史。来自南亚次大陆北部的雅利安移民约在公元前 6世纪来到兰卡岛,先在沿海地区落脚,然后沿河流向内地迁移,建立若干沿河村落并种植水稻。移民中最强大的是僧伽罗人。这一名称后来成了所有移民的共同名称。雅利安移民的政治制度是婆罗门式的。在南印度种姓制度影响下,逐渐形成斯里兰卡独特的种姓制度,构成了僧伽罗村社制度的基础。 2500年前,来自北印度的雅利安人移民至锡兰岛建立了僧伽罗王朝。前247年,印度孔雀王朝的阿育王派其子来岛弘扬佛教,受到当地国王的欢迎,从此僧伽罗人摈弃婆罗门教而改信佛教。公元前2世纪前后,南印度的泰米尔人也开始迁徙并定居锡兰岛。从公元5世纪至16世纪,岛内僧伽罗王国和泰米尔王国之间征战不断。16世纪初先后被葡萄牙(1505—1658)和荷兰(1658—1796)统治。 18世纪末,斯里兰卡成为英国殖民地,并在二战中成为盟军在南亚对抗日军入侵的海军基地。当时的锡兰总督兼三军总司令是以善于调和种族关系而著称的郝德杰(任锡兰总督时间为1937.10.16—1944.9.19)。1948年2月4日获得独立,定国名锡兰。1972年5月22日改称斯里兰卡共和国。1978年8月16日改国名为斯里兰卡民主社会主义共和国。斯里兰卡自助游,分别为:文化之旅、海滨之旅、高山之旅和生态之旅。一、文化之旅。在斯里兰卡这个小小岛屿国家中,分布着与埃及一样多的,共6处世界遗产,可谓是个奇迹。充分展示了斯里兰卡有文字记载的2000多年的文明史。由皇城康提、圣城阿努拉德普勒、古城波隆纳鲁沃这3个城市构成的三角区,被称为“文化金三角”。在这个三角区内,汇聚了多达5处该国的世界文化遗产。这里有巨大的古建筑群;有2500多年前的宫殿和石刻;有古都的遗址、花岗岩的雕像、高耸入云的巨型舍利塔。参观、体验这些文化遗产,可令人充满惊奇和振奋,焕发人的灵感,让人感受到这是一次文化之旅、精神之旅。1、“文化金三角”世界遗产分布情况。(1)康提(Kandy)一处:佛牙寺(Temple of Tooth Relics)。(2)丹布勒(Dumbulla)二处:丹布勒金庙石窟(The Golden Temple and Rock Temple of Dambulla)、锡吉里耶狮子岩(Sigiriya the Lion Rock)。(3)阿努拉德普勒(Anuradhapura)一处:由菩提树、千柱寺,及数个超巨型舍利塔组成。(4)波隆纳鲁沃(Polonnaruwa)一处:嘎里亚那(Galvihara)古城遗址。(5)南海之滨的世界文化遗产。斯里兰卡全国共6处世界文化遗产中,有5处在“文化金三角”,另一处在南海之滨的加勒(Galle)。是17世纪建造的,位于一座岛礁上的荷兰城堡。 二、海滨之旅。斯里兰卡这个海岛拥有1340公里长的海岸线,以及数百个沙滩。这些沙滩中,已经开发出来,供游人休闲的多达几十个。其数量之多,质量之好,环境之美,都是绝无仅有的。这是大自然对斯里兰卡人民的慷慨赐予。斯里兰卡的海滨度假胜地,集中在这个海岛的西南部海岸。在不到200公里长的距离中,大大小小已经开发出的海滩就有几十个。其中几个较大的海滩各具特色、名声在外。 1、几个值得一去的主要海滩。(1)尼甘布(Negombo)距科伦坡37公里,距国际机场仅有6公里。因其位置优势,这里常年吸引了大量刚刚到达,或者准备离开斯里兰卡的各国游客。这里也是首都科伦坡民众节假日最好的休闲之地。(2)卡卢特勒(Kalutara)距科伦坡42公里。这里除了拥有迷人的海滩和众多的五星级酒店外,还有一座庄严的3层佛教寺庙,以及里面的那座世界独一无二的空心佛塔。(3)本托塔(Bentota)距科伦坡62公里。这里有宽广如画的海滩;有大型海滨度假村和星级饭店;有独特的古董店;有斯里兰卡驰名建筑师巴瓦兄弟花园。在本托塔河上,游人还可乘船在内河游览和进行各种水上运动。(4)希克杜沃(Hikkaduwa)距科伦坡98公里。这里是全岛最有名的海滩之一。希克杜沃以潜水运动和珊瑚礁闻名。同样出名的还有冲浪和丰富多彩的夜生活。海边既有很多顶级海景酒店,附近也有背包客能接受的舒适客栈。(5)乌纳瓦吐纳(Unawatuna)距科伦坡116公里;距世界文化遗产,加勒的荷兰古城堡仅4公里。乌纳瓦吐纳号称世界12大顶级海滩之一。这里有奇妙的潜水区域;有像沙丁鱼罐头一样挤在一起的,让游人放松的沙滩;有丰富的夜生活;有许多性价比不高,但却符合市场经济规律,比三亚划算得多的酒店和度假村。(6)韦利格默(Weligama)距科伦坡143公里。这里风景迷人,绵延10多公里的海岸线上,全是大大小小的沙滩。海面上有端坐在木杆上垂钓的渔民和游弋的双体船;海岸边有名气很大,但规模很小的金枪鱼市场。(7)美蕊沙(Mirissa)距科伦坡155公里。这里的漂亮海湾,散发着原始、迷人的气息。游人们评价说:这里是斯里兰卡南部最美的海滩。在美蕊沙,除了冲浪、潜水、休闲外,最富特色,最吸引人的就是,在当年的11月至次年的5月,乘船出海看鲸鱼、海豚和飞鱼。(8)马特勒(Matara)距科伦坡163公里,公交大巴车程约5小时。这里是海岛南部顶端的一座大型海滨城市。在城边海岸的突出沙滩上,可以看到清晨太阳从海中冉冉升起,傍晚又从海中缓缓落下的罕见自然景观。这里还是游人去附近几个著名海滩远足的,最佳的中转站和大本营。(9)坦加勒(Tangalle)距科伦坡195公里。这里有世所罕见,几乎渺无人烟,拥有宽阔漂亮沙滩,长达10多公里,能够一览无遗的巨型、正圆形弧形海岸线。眼前不时跃出水面的银鱼,和那不断掠过水面的上百只海鸥,伴随着生生不息的海浪,引人遐想,令人忘我。(10)瑞卡瓦(Rekawa)距科伦坡205公里。在这里,在相应季节的夜晚满月时,可以看到从水下爬到沙滩上,自然繁殖的海龟,还可以与它们亲密接触。这就是高勒到科伦坡的海边火车。在就是传说的海边渔夫三、高山之旅。斯里兰卡有多样的地形地貌,以及由此带来多样化的气候和丰富多彩的自然景观。斯里兰卡南部山区有30多座上千米高的山峰。有这个海岛最高的,海拔2555米的皮杜鲁塔拉格勒山(Mount Pidurutalagala)。在山区的腹心地带,最有名,最受游客青睐的地方是努瓦勒埃利耶(Nuwara Eliya)。这里是斯里兰卡海拔最高的村镇,是美誉度最高的山区旅游胜地,有“小英格兰”之称。村镇周围有高尔夫球场和赛马场,附近有可供垂钓鳟鱼的湖泊、河流。夜晚在零度的气温下,人们穿冬衣戴皮帽,依偎在壁炉边烤火的情景,在这个只有夏天,没有春天、秋天,更没有冬天的热带岛屿上,构成一幅奇特的,引人入胜的自然、人文景观。距努瓦勒埃利耶不太远的南部地区,有景色优美,海拔超过2000米的山区高原霍顿平原(Horton Plains)。霍顿平原上最吸引人的景点是悬崖落差达1000多米,被人们描述得具有极大想象空间的:“世界的尽头(World’s End)”。科伦坡和康提都有公交车驶往努瓦勒埃利耶。行驶时间分别为3.5小时和2小时。距努瓦勒埃利耶同样不太远的东南部地区,有山区的另一个著名景点埃拉(Ella)。乘火车从努瓦勒埃利耶到埃拉,这条线路是世界上最美的火车线路之一。火车在海拔2000多米高的大片原始森林间,迎着茶园,穿过松涛,沿着陡峭的峡谷蜿蜒而行。真个是景在心中,人在画中。四、生态之旅。斯里兰卡除了无所不在,令人神往的海洋景观外,岛上森林密布、河流纵横,无数湖泊镶嵌其间。全岛有12个国家公园,52个自然保护区,占国土面积的12%。其中最著名的是位于海岛南部,被评为世界自然遗产的辛哈拉加森林保护区(Sinharaja Forest Reserve)。最吸引游人的是位于东南沿海的,巨型的自然保护区 —— 雅拉国家公园(Kumana National Park)。在康提附近,有几十头大象的人工保护区品纳维勒大象孤儿院;在狮子岩附近的米内日亚国家公园湖边,最多时可一次出现几十头野生大象;在波隆纳鲁沃的湖边,夕阳西下时,可一次见到数百只鸽子那么大的巨型蝙蝠;湖面上整天都能见到时而浮在水面,时而排队飞行的成千上万只水鸟;在南部海边瑞卡瓦的沙滩上,能在明月下见到上岸繁殖的海龟;在美蕊沙近海,可看到鲸鱼、海豚和飞鱼;........([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. I would rather make it lighter at any cost.Dry all my stuff in the morning sun, a routine matterA faint dusk in Pur CoThe river bank pushed up by ice and opened like zipper by gustsThe pushed up surface of the iceThe place where I got my drinking water, a thin layer of ice behind the ablation corns The moment just before sun set, glittering Pur Co, nothing was the same差点儿没找到俺自己的帖子,原来变色了。多谢各位鼓励。 Day 10 (April 29), 16km, Camping 5141mIn the morning, I walked around the north bank of the Pur Co, where it were continuous ups and downs sprinkled with light yellow sprouts across the sparse grassland. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 【墨脱、墨脱】2010年5月1日(第六期)徒步墨脱活动敬请关注https//bbs.8264.com/thread-235981-1-1.html以下为自助墨脱攻略,希望对独自进入墨脱的朋友们有些帮助!前言在雅鲁藏布江大峡谷的深处,传说有个开满莲花的圣地,这里就是西藏的墨脱。藏在大山里的墨脱至今没有公路,只有在夏秋冰雪融化的季节里才能与外界相通,墨脱也因此成了西藏最神秘的地方之一,她是一片从来没有开发过的处女地。而对于我们这些徒步爱好者来讲,走进墨脱也成了我们的梦想。我们一行五人,包括本次活动-领队:喜力队员:小范(辽宁)、老梁(辽宁)、娜娜(女四川)、小鱼(女湖北) D1天:拉萨-派乡(550公里)住派乡5月15日早上9:00坐班车(100元/人)从拉萨出发,6小时左右到达八一镇。下车马上又包了一台越野车直接到达派乡(350元/车)2小时,买了门票进入派乡(150元/人)。过了边防检查站,通过边防站的好心武警联系了第二天上山的背夫(800元\人),入住乡上的川渝饭店(20元/人)。在乡上找到了索朗,预约了明天从派乡到徒步起点松林口的大货车(200元/车)。晚上在索朗家的小藏式酒吧小坐……注意:八一有到派乡的班车每天早上八点一班(50元/人),派乡的收门票处可以从河边绕过(小心被抓,后果很严重)派乡川渝饭店的墙上看到很多熟悉朋友的名字,更看到了最为熟悉的8264小旗~D2天:派乡-松木口-翻多雄拉雪山-拉格(徒步约18公里用时8小时左右)住拉格7点整理好食品、装备早餐后爬上索朗的大货车在山里颠簸了一小时终于到达了徒步起点松林口。翻多雄拉雪山到达拉格。5月过多雄拉雪山还是很危险的,雪深到膝盖,随时有雪崩的可能,我们五名队员体力都算不错,不到四个小时就翻过了多雄拉雪山,晚上四点多到达了第一天的住宿点拉格(住20元/人)木板床,吃饭晚餐(25元/人)四菜一汤,早餐(15元/人)稀饭馒头。注意:翻多雄拉雪山时要迅速通过,最好不要逗留,小心雪崩。一定要带太阳镜,小心雪盲。背夫在称我们的背包这就是索朗的大货车,200元送到松林口翻多雄拉雪山 垭口的经幡下山的时候大家在确保安全的情况下选择了"滑" 过了雪山出现在眼前的是一片原始森林下午四点多到达了今天的休息处拉格~D3天:拉格-汉密(徒步约25公里用时8小时左右)住汉密9点出发,一路都是下坡,行走在原始森林里山间的碎石小路,偶尔有蚂蟥出没~这一天算是最好走的。晚上我们最后一个队员630到达汉密。住木板房(20元/人),吃(25元/人)不过我们吃的是自己带的FB物资。友情提示:绑腿要系好,小心蚂蟥。途中到处可见发育完好的瀑布,冰川,河流^本人这里可以说是中国最原始的森林一路风景独特,终于到达了第二天的休息点,汉密!D4天:汉密-背崩(徒步约30公里用时12小时左右)住背崩7点出发,一路下坡,经老虎口、蚂蟥区、塌方区、过解放桥晚上最后一名队员8点到达美丽背崩乡。吃四菜一汤(25元/人)早餐面条(15元/人),住木板床(20元/人)今天最整个行程最危险、风景最漂亮的一天。友情提示:蚂蟥多的可以吃人,注意绑腿。塌方区十分危险,随时都有生命危险,团队进入一定要打路绳。([]
朋友去美国公干,俺正好没事就一起去混几天。游车河,拍拍照,吃吃饭。下了飞机,租了台车,开到海边...没啥人,整个沙滩就当你的就好开始不知道这捅是干啥的,后来明白了,垃圾筒。保持清洁人人有责... 漫步海边,走老远看到一个放遥控飞机的一个跑步的一个晒太阳的 栈桥一座海岸巡逻车一台海边安静的只能听到波浪声 开着车沿海岸线没目的的前行享受安静轻松的日子 沙滩 另一个栈桥边终于看到人了,已经开出去百十来公里了这兄弟俩是开摩托车四处周游的,也不象美国人海鸥 孤寂的感觉挺好,国内天天都想战斗着,难得放松 难得什么都不想,也可以想很多... 停车海边,同行的小熊说: 拍我,拍我! 哈哈 不知为啥,俺一直拍女孩子拍的很不好!!! 她没事也试试身手我也拍 祖国就在那边 滑翔 + 冲浪 天色见暗 海边的风景 朋友也开完会了,海边相聚 外国的月亮待续.......([]
