本贴所有图文,均属原创。谢绝任何形式的转载。如有需要,请留言。 本次出行线路:上海-南宁-河内-顺化-会安-芽庄-大叻-美奈-西贡-金边-暹粒-四千美岛-万象-琅勃拉邦-昆明-上海。2011年12月12日出发,2012年1月9号回到上海,总共耗时29天。 本次出行人员:我,我的金牌搭档花花,浙江大叔,东北哥们,四川妹子。其中东北哥们到越南美奈后就和我们分开了,四川妹子到柬埔寨暹粒后也和我们分开了。大叔玩完柬埔寨就回国了,只有我和花花走完了原计划的全部行程。 去之前,我曾经对越南满肚子意见,排华,双轨制,宰起外国人来毫不手软,没有风景也没有人文积淀……等走完三国,发现我还是觉得越南最好。因为被法国殖民很多年,受影响很深,干净,颇具法式风情。跟旅游有关的行业都非常成熟,宾馆便宜,国际电话便宜,最妙的一点是,WIFI几乎覆盖所有旅行者足迹能到的地方,每到一地,掏出手机或电脑,就能上网,有很多还是不设密码的,随便蹭。我开玩笑:蹲在大街上的垃圾桶边上,都有网络可以蹭。度假可以去越南。 柬埔寨是一生中必须要到的地方之一,无他,盖因吴哥太壮观耳。彳亍其中,那种震撼,不是简单的语言可以描述的。 很多旅行者对老挝推崇备至,认为那是东南亚最后一片净土。我到了之后,却大失所望。脏,到处都是漫沙和黄尘,旅馆客栈的卫生条件也大不如越南。村民不错,淳朴,但所有的生意人都联合一致,众志成城地对付外国游客,哪怕你买一瓶水,也得付出比老挝本国人贵一至两倍的价格。不过,四千美岛和琅勃拉邦还是很好的。 除了吴哥,其他地方的风景并没有特别出奇的,就可玩程度来说,远远比不上尼泊尔。推荐有空闲又想不起去哪里的人,可以一试。会一点简单的英语就可以走这三国,其中暹粒已经被中国游客占据了半壁江山,几乎每个人都会说一两句中文,因为这几年,吴哥景区接待的游客中,有40%都是华裔。在景区里走着,随时都能听到中文导游的声音。 因为华裔游客众多,暹粒会说中文的TUTU司机非常抢手,如非提前预约,根本没有可能找上他们。因此我们找的也是英文司机,个人感觉不一定非得迷信网上推荐的中文司机,不但贵,有很多还被中国游客给惯坏了,名不符实。**先上几张组图,兄弟姐妹们多捧场~ 春秋照例晚点一小时,等到达南宁时,已经是晚上9点。和花花会合,住的宾馆就在火车站对面,离第二天的上车地点也很近。她已经买好了13号早上7点前往河内的巴士车票。 车是直达的,走凭祥友谊关进越南,有车掌小姐跟随,每人发一瓶水,含一顿午饭。车是广西运德公司承运的,车况不错,崭新。 到友谊关后,下车,过关。越南入境处真是搞笑,也没人出来维持个秩序什么的,所有的人都乱哄哄挤在一起,菜市场一样嘈杂。 接我们护照的证官俊眉朗目,堪称摔锅,我大大地诧异起来,印象里的越南人,不都是黑,矮,瘦,丑的么?怎么第一个见到的越南人,就颠覆了我以往的认知? 一直等了近一个小时,才拿到盖好入境章的护照,没有碰到勒索。 进越南,换了越南某公司的车,继续往河内开。一路分两次换了500元人民币,有1:3200,也有1:3300的。**友谊关。 到河内是当地时间下午3点半。合伙打了个的,根据功略,要求司机载我们到还剑湖边的肯德基,据说那里是旅行者聚集的地方。卸下行李,和花花去找房。河内的住宿没有传说中那么便宜,间基本上都是20刀以上,找了很久,找到一个30刀的两张大床的房,旅馆同意给我们加2张单人床,于是我和花花睡一张床,到越南的第一晚,是五个人挤在一个房间里睡的。 是晚磨牙声此起彼伏,烦躁中仔细分辨,是东北哥们和四川妹子发出的…… 晚饭就在街边找了个干净的看上去有点情调的小店,一翻菜单,一碗粉6万。真不便宜啊!我看到菜单上有“baby eggs”,不知道那是啥玩意,就点了一个,端上来一看,是没生下来就被杀了的鸡肚子里的小鸡蛋! 填饱肚子就回宾馆,有WIFI,每个人都带了电脑,蹲在床上上网。考虑到便携性,我在网本和IPAD之间犹豫了很久,最后还是带了IPAD。这个小东西到手一年了,之前一直懒得琢磨怎么安装应用程序,所以一直丢在床底下没动过,出来之前俺这个电脑盲使劲研究了一下,把该装的都装上了,就顺便带出来玩玩吧,毕竟看电影玩游戏还是很不错的。 其实,出国如果不是度假,呆在一个地方不动,有大把的时间用来发呆的话,是没有必要带电脑的,一只能无线上网的手机,就把什么都搞定了。大部分时间里,我上网看网页,发围脖,其实都是用手机。**6万一碗的粉。回来后被鱼猪嘲笑了,说这么贵也敢吃。。。第二天早上吃的法棍,比当地人贵一倍多……不过里面夹肉和蔬菜以及沙拉,还挺好吃的。早上起来先围着还剑湖转了一圈。如果你仅仅是围着还剑湖走,你会觉得,这是在中国。因为你眼睛所看到的,几乎全是中文。寺庙的名字,廊柱上的对联,石碑上的词,全部是中文。一句话,只要是看上去有点年代的东西,都离不开中文。 很多新娘在拍婚纱,穿着传统的奥黛。奥黛这种服饰,由身材均匀的女子来穿,非常之好看,越发显得人飘逸曼妙。不过因为它的上衣的开叉在腰部以上,对身材要求比较高,不能有一点赘肉。可惜一直都没有拍到一张象样的奥黛照片。*路过的小庙。圣约瑟大教堂。就在我们住的旅馆附近。来个特写……外墙上的圣父雕塑。教堂内部。看圣经的老人。还剑湖……湖边溜达。玉山祠/全是中文……过一座桥,里面是个小小的寺庙。有人在做法事。穿棕色衣服的女人,唱得抑扬顿挫的,可惜一句听不懂……风月……还剑湖边的肯德基。对背包客来说,这是一个地性的建筑。要去的童鞋,表忘记啊!离圣诞不远了,到处都是雪人和鹿车~年轻人就这样坐在街边,喝一杯果汁,一杯咖啡,谈几个小时恋爱。我们住宿的小巷. 逛完湖边,打的去新咖啡买今天晚上的票。越南有很多冒牌的新咖啡,据说有的就开在隔壁,但是正宗的新咖啡居然也很淡定,相安无事。这种情况如果换了在中国发生,两家早就打破头了。 网上找新咖啡的地点,叫了辆的士送过去,七拐八拐开了好一会才到。走进去,有点店大欺客的感觉,店员的态度不冷不热的,也是,他们才不愁客源呢! 选了河内、顺化、会安、芽庄、大叻、美奈、西贡这条线,每人46刀。后来在路上碰到过中国人,乘坐的是别的巴士公司的车,40刀。当然,也许他们的线路和我们的略有出入,我们选的,是最长的一条线,很多人在芽庄大叻和美奈这3个地方中,只会选其中2个。 虽然店员态度不咋地,但是做事还是非常规矩。一一告诉我们:今天晚上去顺化的车,是不停的,我们必须吃好晚饭过来乘车;下一站旅程必须提前两天去办事处确认;如果碰到周末,每人要加3刀的附加费……这样也好,就算是宰你,也宰在了明处。看到有人说买了别的公司的票,等上了车被要求再加钱的。我们没有碰到这情况。唯一一次在芽庄,确认去西贡的票时,因为是圣诞节,别人都加了3-5万不等,只有我一分钱没加。多半是那个服务小姐忘记了。花花夸我终于人品大爆发了一次…… 定好票又打个的回旅馆。车子开了5分钟就到了肯德基,大家面面相觑,这么近?敢情前一个司机是坑爹呢,带着我们绕了那么远,这么近的路程,就是步行也不过十分钟左右! 没法,已经当了瘟生被宰了,只好捏着鼻子认倒霉。 回到旅馆退房。越南的宾馆客栈入住时,都要求交上护照,等走的时候,付房钱,退还护照。一路行来都是如此,只有在西贡,只是填写了护照上的资料后就还给我们了,也不用预先付押金什么的,走时结帐。 背着包重新步行到新咖啡,把包存在那里。大叔和东北哥们想去独柱寺,胡志明纪念馆去看看,我们没兴趣,于是兵分两路。临分开前,花花反复叮嘱他们:“车是晚上6点半出发的,6点之前一定要回到这里。”定票的时候,新咖啡的工作人员就是要求我们6点钟等候的,因为车停在别的地方,必须分批把旅客送过去,所以要提前一点到。 我们又重新走回到湖边,乱逛一圈,累了,拐进路边一个咖啡店。越南产咖啡,所以咖啡卖得很便宜,人民币3元就能买上一杯。 店里有WIFI,一边喝咖啡一边上网。 眼看着时间快到了,吃了晚饭,走回新咖啡。*午饭,鸡肉饭。好象是3万5一碗,忘记了。。继续在湖边闲逛。一个流浪艺术家,在给一对情侣画像。([]

【阿里·缘】一千山万壑云和月,神措圣湖一轮回;陪君醉笑八千里,不负如来不负卿。阿里,每一座山都有他的名字,每一条河流都有她的故事。阿里,天地有大美而不言。山后面还是山,旷野后面还是旷野;风后面还是风,云后面还是云;海子后面还是海子;经幡的后面是无尽的蓝天。。。如果说西藏的林芝是柔情似水的卓玛,那么,阿里,就是粗犷的扎西;如果说冈仁波齐是刚毅的藏族汉子,那么玛旁雍措就是依偎在他身边的美丽佳人。阿里,即使路上没有鲜花,我仍然可以欣赏它的荒芜;即使是没有掌声的行程,我仍然坚定地选择前行。。。【阿里·缘】二“ 7月阿里大环线穿越洛旦。。。”---这几个字眼必定成为我2010年的关键词。“7月10日,珠峰。夜宿5200大本营,二位娇柔的兄弟高反,头疼欲裂。。。”“7月12日,漏夜狂奔,一天18小时,巅波得我们没心没肺。。。” “7月14日,午夜12时,二辆越野车迷失在扎达死人沟转不出去。。。” “7月17日,仁多,夜宿藏民家,深夜的集体狗叫和屋内脏兮兮的被子发出的难闻的气味交织在一起,彻夜未眠。。。”“7月18日,文布,夜宿藏民家,刺骨的寒风从窗缝里钻进来,淅沥的雨滴和冰冷的雪花整夜打在脸上,牛粪羊粪在炉火的烘烤下散发出异样的味道,这哪里是文布天堂,简直就是地狱。。。”“7月19日,几天不能洗澡,我们已和藏民无异,身上散发着和着牛羊粪的气味。。。”现在,当旅行已经结束,所有的痛苦都已过去,留下的只是阿里的美好。 【阿里·缘】 三今年是我藏地五年计划的第四年了,但凡热爱西藏的人在第一次去过拉萨之后,心里就会像我一样想着下一趟的旅行应该是阿里。阿里的缘起还得从去年说起。。。2009年11月15日,川藏线回来之后,当我在电脑上为游记《200年稻草人手记之西藏:理想、信仰和一地鸡毛》敲下最后一段文字的时候,我的阿里梦开始了。 2010年7月,阿里,我来了!---是为序,作为我游记的开始。【英雄人物篇】话说2010年7月,江湖上流传阿里王将带一支8 人的小分队奔向茫茫阿里,去寻找那传说中的古格王朝。这8 个小厮是何许人也?传说中的阿里王为何将他们招入旗下?据坊间的说法,8 人中,有国内著名网站的斑主、著名的自由摄影家、某媒体著名的摄影记者、著名服装品牌的赞助商,还有,还有。。。。还有一个著名的忽悠大王。呵呵,对号入座吧。当然,有了阿里王带队,想不成英雄也难了。 召集的故事【花絮一】 昨天下班路上接到一个无锡驴友的电话,才听说我要走阿里,她跟我说她妹妹10日也走阿里大北线,是阿里王的车队。我笑着说我也是阿里王的车队,并且是阿里王亲自带队,她惊呼:原来你们就是阿里王说的摄影队啊!她说她妹妹的队伍3车,曾经强烈要求洛旦能亲自带队,被洛旦拒绝,因为洛但说了要带一个国内著名的摄影队。(来自队友茗禅)【旁白】后来,我们在拉萨见到了这支比我们晚一天走的队伍的领队,一个叫秦雨巷的小姑娘,第一次去西藏第一次组队就去了阿里,佩服!【花絮二】前几天有个陌生人加我MSN,问从哪里得到我的ID,回答说搜索“阿里七月”百度到我的博客,知道我7月初走阿里(感叹网络的强大),聊了没几句他似乎意识到什么,突然问:“你们老大是稻草人吗?”原来这个人是被草队拒绝过的一个驴子,草队拒绝的人太多,估计也不知道是哪个了吧哈哈。(再感一下江湖真小)。后来他们自己拉竿子组队,也曾要求阿里王带队,同样因为洛旦要带一个强大的摄影队而遭拒绝。(来自队友茗禅)【旁白】哈哈,阿里真大,江湖真小。草人最成功的也许就是让传说中的阿里王带一个强大的摄影队了。自我表扬一下。耶!其实,这次的召集,我们婉拒了很多激情勃发的驴友。【花絮三】一深圳驴子,洋洋洒洒在我QQ上留下了万言书,那豪情壮志就像战争年代战士血书请战上战场一样。让心软的草人蒙生同情。那万言书的结尾让人唏嘘不已:如果我到时去不成,我让我老婆去!一定不会耽误你们的!唉,阿里是不是把人都搞成高反了?不过还是挺感动的。【花絮四】一香港的雌性小驴,游遍了祖国的山山水水,爱国热情可不一般,对西藏也是如数家珍,她的终极目就是阿里,无奈时间不对,自我放弃。呵呵,兄弟们,下次一起去香港,我请客,她出钱。【花絮五】还有一位南京雄性驴子跟我套近乎了半年,有一天却突发奇想跟我说他要开着沙滩车去阿里了,遂自我遁去。有听过把阿里当草原的,从没听过把阿里当海滨沙滩的。草人听此,当场高反!【花絮六】更有一位广东的肌肉男,身高1米8多,满身块状肌。刚刚骑车走了川藏线,从此,自以为天下就唯我独尊了。看他空间里的满身块状肌,真害怕路上一不投机抓起我们就往珠峰顶扔,惹不起,躲得起,婉拒。【旁白】半年的召集,结识了很多喜欢行走的朋友。阿里,我们也许擦肩而过,但我相信,我们会在下一个驿站相遇。截止2010年5月24日,七月阿里行的最终确认8名队员为:西湖、茗禅、飞檐走璧、海拔3000、本色、稻草人、苏幕遮、达华。洛旦:一个叫阿里王的西藏传奇阿里王洛旦,绝对是一个西藏传奇。年轻时的洛旦曾经是个军师,他的手足个个骁勇善战。然而洛旦却从不打架,尽管从堆龙到拉萨,从阿里到新疆到处曾闪耀过他们的刀光剑影。现在的洛旦一点也不炫耀他的过去,到是见到曾经断足的过去的手下时,唏嘘不已。洛旦说,他现在非常内疚,自觉罪孽深重,这也许是他现在虔诚于佛教的主要原因。后来的洛旦成为一位僧人,先是色拉寺学法,后又到直贡梯寺修行。据说,就是在直贡梯寺著名的天葬台,洛旦认清了生死的真谛,感谢佛祖又超度了一人。还俗后,洛旦曾经在政府部门工作,又因故离开公职岗位。之后的洛旦成了一名职业司机,开始了他云游天下的生涯。洛旦的侠骨柔情和风流倜傥多半是在这个时期展现出来。现在的洛旦是个网络红人,网上追捧他的驴子特别多。洛旦说,阿里的地图就装在他的脑子里。洛旦有着鹰一样的眼睛,能像美式巡航导弹一样准确地发现行程中的目。洛旦有着藏獒一样的嗅觉,他能在我们肉眼还看不见的时候告诉我们前方有一只驴,并且是母驴。洛旦很少走阿里小环线,那是因为他惦念着大北线上的牧民。每次走阿里,洛旦总是会给他们带去衣服和药品,我们行程结束离开拉萨的时候,洛旦还说,别忘了阿里大北线的那些藏民。洛旦还自己出钱在珠峰脚下不远的村庄建了一个小学,他自称为世界上海拔最高的小学。是否是海拔最高的小学无从考证,但起码洛旦的境界和珠峰一样高。(洛旦在分发衣物)洛旦还在南迦巴瓦峰脚下捐资造了一座寺庙,他还建有许多白塔。洛旦还领养和资助过许多孤儿。洛旦也是个诙谐的人,他说,阿里王来了,白帐篷的姑娘出来了。果真,后来的行程印证了他自己所说的话。(洛旦每到一处都很受牧民们的欢迎)每次过垭口,洛旦总会大声喊:拉索索,拉索索。以祈求山神的保佑,那高吭的高原之音成了我现在的手机铃声。同样,每次过垭口,他都会下车挂上经幡,那种对宗教的虔诚让我们很是敬佩。洛旦的镜头感很强,每每当镜头对准他,他的POSE绝对是一流的。洛旦也绝对是个热爱家乡的环保人士,当连年的干旱使海子干涸,草原枯萎,他唏嘘不已:我的家乡怎么变成这样了呢?黯然神伤的表情让我们肃然起敬。当我们用过路餐时,他会和他的同伴把垃圾深埋于他热爱着的大地中。洛旦也是憨厚的,在漂亮的老婆面前,他的笑容可掬。(行程结束后,洛旦在宫廷藏餐馆请我们吃藏餐)洛旦的家庭是幸福的。他有个美丽的老婆,在家中为他打点着生意,据说英文还是六级的水平,让我们汗颜!他有个女儿在北京上大学,据说即将成为一个维和警察;他的一个儿子在大昭寺做喇嘛,有着很高的地位;另外还有一个女儿是教师,一个儿子是医生。这就是他漂亮的老婆,英文讲得比普通话还流利。洛旦无疑是我们这次行程中最伟大的英雄,不仅仅在于他历经千险化险为夷,更在于他的人格魅力和对西藏的深沉的爱。二车失去联系时,洛旦高高地站在越野车上,他说,我站得高,另外的车就容易看得见。此时的他,就像是在指挥千军万马的将军。洛旦:一个叫阿里王的西藏传奇。也许,他是现代西藏的一个文化符号。我们很幸运,在阿里王洛旦即将退休的时候有幸成为他的队员完成了阿里大环线的穿越。虽然,我们夸大了自己,我们的队伍没有国内著名的*****噱头,我们只是一个小斑竹、一个小摄影爱好者、一个小报记者,只有那个忽悠大王是真实的,但我们是善意的,因为我们敬仰你,因为我们爱西藏、爱阿里。在佛祖面前,我再也不敢忽悠您了,忏悔中~~~洛旦,我们想念你,就像我的二个兄弟想念西藏的白帐篷一样。阿里因为有了洛旦是变得如此生动!祝福你,洛旦;祝福你,阿里王!你是我们心中真正的英雄!队友苏幕遮描述阿里王洛旦:洛旦,阿里王,也是一个故事大王,一路上,给俺们讲了不少的故事,碍于本人娇气的高反,记得不多,只能想到哪儿,说到哪儿,至于故事真伪,大家自己明鉴,拒绝牵强附会,拒绝对号入座。第一个故事:洛旦的第一位客人话说,Lond long ago,洛旦,一位年青的藏族小伙子,刚从一个端着铁饭碗的人进化成一个没饭碗的人,(迟到早退,还是风流过头,原因不祥。)心潮澎湃,思绪万千,乍办?还有一大家子的人等着他拿米回家,古语说得好,有手艺就有饭吃,此时的洛旦,就有也只有一手开车的好本领。好不容易借钱买了一辆二手车,洛旦就和其它司机一样,整天窝在停车场等游客。一天,终于来了一位客人,男的。他的要求很奇怪,单人单车,一个月的时间走完西藏车能走的路。有司机报价,15000,他摇头,有司机报价,12000,他又摇头,有司机报价,10000,他还是摇头。问到洛旦了,洛旦内心不想去,家里有老有小,一个月时间太长了,张口就说,30000。“好,就你了”没想到,这位客人二话不说就答应了,还很爽快地付了10000元定金。这下,洛旦没法推了。在当时,这10000元钱,在西藏逛一个月也差不多够了。第二天,洛旦就带着这位奇怪的客人上路了。请问,先走藏北,还是藏南?随便。这里的风景挺美的,要不要停车?随便。一路上,这客人一不爱看景,二不爱拍照,三不爱说话,就好象一个空气人,一个隐形人坐在车上。就这样,一天又一天,一日复一日,从日出到日落,除了开车还是开车。洛旦简直快疯了。如果说这客人还有一点象正常人的行为,那就是,每到一个地方,只要有邮局,他就会拿出一块脏脏的白布,在上面盖一个邮戳。一个月很快就到了,白布上也盖满了各地的邮戳,那10000元钱用得也差不多了,终于回到了拉萨,洛旦揪着的心也放了下来。我的任务完成了,请把余下的20000元给我吧。没钱,我全部的钱在出发前都给你了,要骂要打,随你。洛旦当时怀疑自己的耳朵是不是有毛病,如果不是幻听的话,那肯定是自己疯了。更好笑的是,这客人不仅没有付那20000元钱,还一直跟在洛旦后面,死皮赖脸地来到洛旦的家。我是一个逃债的人,别人欠了我很多钱,我也欠了别人很多钱,家里逼债的人太多,我没办法,本来不想活了,到西藏把仅有10000元用完后,就准备随便找个湖跳下去,可现在,我又不想死了,我哪儿也不去,就住在你家。洛旦和老婆大眼瞪小眼,傻了,乍办?杀了他还是煮了他。这客人的心理素质真是***一流,(这欠钱的都是大爷,真理啊)他把洛旦的家当成了自己的家,到点吃饭,到点睡觉,骂不还口,打不还手。请神容易送神难,这20000元我也不要了,您请走吧,爱上哪儿去哪儿。那行,好人做到底,我也正想回家看看,给我买张机票吧。为了把这尊神请走,洛旦还向哥哥借了2000元,买了机票,送走了他。在这之后的一个月里,洛旦一家人总是把门关得紧紧的,一有人敲门,就心惊胆跳的,生怕那厮杀个回马枪又回来了。光阴似箭,岁月如梭,5年后,那人真的回来了,带了老婆孩子,当然,那欠下的20000元及各种杂费,也一并带来。洛旦一家盛情款待,游拉萨,逛纳木措,想必此时的心境与彼时的心境大不相同。那人如此,洛旦也如此。相逢一笑,尽泯恩怨。洛旦的第二个故事:一个人和一只羊洛旦走阿里,一年复一年,可这一年却遇到了一件奇事。出普兰不远,发现路边有一位徙步的男青年,身上背着一个大包,包上挂着一支水瓶,身后却牵着一只羊,羊很小,以人来算的话,最多上小学,人很瘦,不到90斤,一只羊,一个人,在荒凉的土路上,孤独地前行。洛旦深知在这样人迹罕见的地方,实在不适合独行,停车相问,到哪儿?答:不知道。走了多久了?答:三个月了。从哪儿来?香港。那人怕洛旦他们不信,还拿出护照,果然是HK人。又问:为什么来这里?答:走着走着就到这里了。再问:羊从哪儿来的?答:自己跟来的,可能它也寂寞吧。洛旦好心,带你一程吧,那香港人也实在,就缩在行李包中,一路不哼声,带到了札达。那香港人浑身臭哄哄的,洛旦让他洗了个澡,用了整整一块肥皂,又请他吃了三碗拉面,问:究竟怎么回事?答:我在香港把自己给丢了,不知道自己是什么人。独子,父母皆是成功人士,我却是平凡小子,事业无成,未能聚妻,内心自闭,父母相轻。走到哪儿算哪儿,对我来说,处处都是人生的归宿。洛旦见此人神情恍惚,说话颠三倒四,便好言相劝,你若没有地方可去,我有一处,极适合现在的你,色拉寺,去不去?香港人答:有何不去。洛旦随即向色拉寺的师傅汇报,希望大师能救救这位年轻人,师傅说,来吧。半年后,这位香港人的父母特地来到洛旦家,向洛旦致谢,在路上拣回了他们儿子的心。后来,这年轻人子承父业,还真成就了一番事业,现在也算是名人了。江湖上有句传言,来西藏的人,不是失恋的,就是失意的,或是已辞职的和准备辞职的,如果都不是,那一定是精神病。如果还不是的话,那一定是自己还不知道自己是精神病的精神病。仔细想想,这句话有一定的道理。【英雄团】 (左起:本色、海拔3000、苏暮遮、飞檐走壁、茗禅、稻草人、西湖美、达华) 英雄莫问出处威振江湖、人见人威、骑最快的马、亮最快的剑、喝最大碗的酒、高原上蹦得最高此乃我们天地英雄是也。英雄总有个主角,在没经大家同意之下,达华轻易地充当了一回主角。(三个配角和一个没经导演潜规则的主角)我们的队伍向太阳,太阳就是那伟大的党。呀拉索!扎达土林沟苦练猴功。猴哥,猴哥!你真了不得! “没经苏导演的潜规则,岂能当主角?”草人大喝一声!达华当场被草人踢出镜头之外。画外音:那天之后,达华对苏毕恭毕敬,后经苏导演的对达华的潜规则时的实地考察发现:达华虽然年纪最小,头上毛发却掉得最多,可是,腰部以上颈部以下却是郁郁葱葱。从此,苏导演赐给达华一个艺名:小青龙。 男儿厮杀正闹,美女拉拉队也不甘落后,她们齐声大喊:“草人,加油!草人,加油!!草人草人我爱你,就像老鼠爱大米!” 潜规则后的达华迅速蹿红成了导演。他正指导着女主角们为艺术献身。 英雄团集体亮相谢幕!洛旦的第三个故事:死人沟札达土林,长50里,横20里,或长20里,横50里。总之方圆千里。在这千里之内,有着13条沟,都是同一走向,南北还是东西(忘了)其中有一条沟,就叫作死人沟。洛旦讲这个故事的时候,是在凌晨12点,我们正在札达土林里迷路着。黑色的天空里有个弯月,提醒我们,还是在地球上,且我们还活着。有一年,洛旦带着一个摄影团游土林,到土林时,快傍晚了,摄影大师们是最讲究光影的,对洛旦说,我们徒步进去,你在沟外等着,3个小时就回来。过了3个小时,大师们还没回来,洛旦想,光线太美了。4个小时还没回来,洛旦想,这些人真的没时间概念。5个小时还没回来,洛旦就是用膝盖想也知道,大师们迷路了。天黑了,洛旦也慌了,对人来说,这土林里没吃没喝的,可万一有只狼,对它来说,进去了三个人,这狼倒变成有吃有喝的了。洛旦跑到附近的一个村子,恳求村里的人都来找人,找到一个人给500,没找到人,也给100。全村的人打着火把,分批进沟。找了一宿,活的没找到,死的也没见过一个。第二天一大清早,村民们继续找,洛旦跑到札达去报警,有关部门说,不到24小时,不算失踪,说不准,自己就溜达出来了。中午,终于找到了一个,还活着。村民们不愿再找了,能去的地方我们都找了,土林太大了,我们尽力了。村民们可以撤,可洛旦不能撤,洛旦通过关系,求爷爷告奶奶,请军营里的大部队帮忙。不惜一切代价,不管多少钱,不管死的活的,只要能把人找回来就行。关键时刻还是要靠部队,到了第三天,终于把人都找齐了,佛祖保佑,人都活着,也没少个零件什么的。世界上没有无缘无故的爱,一般的爱都要用金钱来计算,这般折腾化了2万5,世界上也没有无缘无故的恨,化了这么多钱,这三个人不愿了。我们只不过在里面呆了一天两夜,也没有给狼吃了,凭什么要化我们这么多钱。只能看在洛旦你也算是尽心尽责的份上,再说,我们也不是没钱的主,这钱我们出了,可你们得帮我们把那机子找回来,那可都是十几二十几万的哈苏啊。洛旦年轻时,也不是善良的主,也见过各种各样的人,经过各种各样的事,到了这时候,才发现,原来自己还真是一个没见过什么世面的人。隔天,到了狮泉河,三位大师们说再多的话也没用了,分道扬骠,算帐走人。故事听到这里,我们不仅流着口水问,那些哈苏们是不是还真的躺在土林的哪一个角落里,等着我们去拣,洛旦白了我们一眼,贼贼地笑道,机子都在,就看你有没有那个命了。【英雄之二】西湖美 在内罗毕参加了当地旅行社提供的SAFARI行程,一辆面包车临时凑起四个来自不同国家(中国、日本、保加利亚、肯尼亚)的客人,安排住CAMP的SAFARI六天报价680美元,包括CAMP内的三餐。如果因观赏动物中午不能返回CAMP,还包括野外的盒饭。 好一点的帐篷宿营区可以在帐篷内部提供简单的淋浴和卫生设施,营区内有人烹制简单的餐食,还算可以我去过的最后一个帐篷营地很简陋只有几个水龙头和公共淋浴设施,就属于比较艰苦的了。 前排左起:伶达、松田奈丽、扎西 后排:库拉利通常的野生动物观赏地有三个:马塞马拉国家公园(MASAI MARA),纳库鲁湖国家公园(LAKE NAKULU)。安波塞利国家公园(AMBOSELI) 马塞马拉国家公园(MASAI MARA) 马塞马拉在肯尼亚南部,属于肯尼亚和坦桑尼亚共同建立的塞伦盖蒂 – 马塞马拉动物保护区。每年,数以百万计的角马,斑马争先恐后渡过马拉河,逐水草迁徙在塞伦盖蒂和马塞马拉之间,成为《国家地理》,探索频道永恒的主。这里是肯尼亚最好的野生动物观赏地。野生动物的种类和数量都是首屈一指的。最特别的是汽车可以在广袤的草原上任意沿着长期碾压出来的车辙行驶,也可以在地面条件允许时独辟蹊径。这就使游客可以在最近的距离观赏野生动物。我们就有数次与狮子,猎豹面对面的接触。纳库鲁湖国家公园(LAKE NAKULU) 这里以燃烧的火焰 – 火烈鸟著称。大裂谷的西侧,一潭潋艳的湖水。一个一个并不很大,只有62平方公里的咸水湖,湖水也很浅,只有两三米。但是这里却因三百万只大火烈鸟的聚集,而闻名世界,被称做火烈鸟的天堂。湖边成片的金合欢树林,映衬蓝色的湖水,火红的火烈鸟,俨然一幅大自然的风景画卷。安波塞利国家公园(AMBOSELI) 安波塞利国家公园也在肯尼亚的南部,马塞马拉的西边。个人感觉这里最著名的就是非洲之颠 – 乞力马扎罗山。虽然乞力马扎罗山在坦桑尼亚境内,但是最佳的观赏位置却是在安波塞利。乞力马扎罗山在这里呈现出完全对称的火山地貌,遗憾的就是随着地球边暖,山顶的积雪在旱季已经寥寥了。 安波塞利国家公园更多的是平原,雨季浅浅的湿地在旱季变成成片的荒野,气流不时卷起一股股小龙卷风。几个不大的池塘,就成了各种动物的聚集宝地。我们感觉这里除了大象群以外,其他的野生动物远比不上马塞马拉。最不方便的一点就是这里不允许汽车在干涸的原野中自由行驶,必须沿着几条砂石公路行驶,给野生动物的观赏带来不小的局限性。毕竟动物们并不一定都在路边上恭候我们。如果一心一意想看动物,倒不妨不来这里,而在马塞马拉多住几天。地球的“十字架”东非大裂谷(RIFT VALLEY) 号称“地球伤疤”的东非大裂谷纵贯肯尼亚,戏称“地球裤腰带”的赤道横穿肯尼亚。我就把这个巧合妄称为“地球十字架”吧。首都内罗毕在裂谷的边缘,去马塞马拉的话,出内罗毕不远就是眺望大裂谷的观景台,景色蔚为壮观。沿盘山公路下行,进入谷底一直向南,就是马塞马拉国家公园了。裂谷在肯尼亚人心中有非常重要的位置,以至于他们把其中的一个省命名为“裂谷省”。 小费 通常是一辆车4 – 6人,司机兼导游。小费一般每人每天5 – 10 美元。如果对司机的服务满意当然可以多给一些。小费是在全部行程结束时给的。 易货 肯尼亚的木雕非常有名,乌木,乌心木等硬木雕塑的人物,动物都是不错的纪念品。在前往任何一个国家公园的途中,都有供旅行车停车休息,旅客方便的地方,那里都有出售纪念品的摊位。根据我的经验与教训,最好不要在这里买,因为喊出的价格非常高,即使侃价下来,也不划算。内罗毕市中心有个CITY MARKET,里面有很多出售木雕的摊位,价格相对便宜。 观赏野生动物,如果司机兼导游是说英语,就需要知道常见的野生动物名称。 Aardvark 土豚 Baboon 狒狒 bush buck 南非大羚羊 cheetah 猎豹 dik-dik 非洲小羚羊 Eland 旋角大羚羊 hippo 河马 hornbill 犀鸟 Hyena 鬣狗 Implala 黑斑大羚羊 mongoose 猫鼬 ostrich 鸵鸟oribi 非洲侏羚oryx 直角大羚羊rock thrush 非洲画眉secretary bird 鹭鹰shrikes 伯劳鸟starling 八哥stork 鹳topi 牛羚Tompson’s gazelle 汤普森瞪羚vulture 兀鹰Waterbucks 非洲大羚羊wildbeest 角马wildhog 疣猪whilst rock hyRAX 蹄兔六天的行程:内罗毕——马塞马拉国家公园 ———纳库鲁湖国家公园 ——安波塞利国家公园 ——内罗毕 马塞马拉国家公园三天纳库鲁湖国家公园一天安波塞利国家公园二天另外三个同伴简单的介绍:伶达:肯尼亚人,当我们在车上看野生动物时,她大多时间都在座位上看书~库拉利:保加利亚人,伶达的男友,很沉默寡言的一个老实人松田奈丽日本妞,来非洲的志愿者,她在上海财经大学留过学,现在新加坡搞什么数据分析,她只跟我们一起走了两天后又去别的国家,很阳光大气的女孩,在一起混了一天多就可以勾腰搭背了,她也成了我这二天的兼职翻译车子去马塞马拉途中在东非大裂谷的观景台停留了一会本来以为大裂谷会像峡谷一样的深不可测,但看看身后大裂谷就有些失望了这是别家去草原看野生动物的大卡([]

云南德钦的梅里雪山和雨崩相信许多喜爱旅游的朋友都耳熟能详。而我,算上这次的雨崩6天之行因该是今年第3次带驴友来到梅里雪山,过去的2010年214国道迎来的是一场人工的灾难,从去年4月后开始破土动工修建二级公路,但至今未果,直到这次我们雨崩之行结束返回香格里拉道路状况还是一片狼藉……在痛苦的颠簸后,最让人期盼的就是让这条令人神往滇藏路能够早日迎来崭新的面目。在全封闭施工的这些日子里,还是有许多不畏艰险游人或组织者绞尽脑汁设法来到这里,梅里雪山的神秘诱惑确实是让人无法抵挡,绕路、换车、打时间差、寻觅小路、连夜狂赶……一系列能够想到的办法都在“只要能到梅里”的欲望驱使下产生。到现在如果你要问“梅里雪山、雨崩能去吗?”回答一定是:“可以去!”“幸苦吗?”“确实很幸苦”……现在总算好了,路是通了,只是还有些难走,反正滇藏线总是在缝缝补补又一年中度过的……先不说这些了,既然能去,就算是我这样到过这里许多次的人也同样向往,并且依旧如此激动!带队这次的雨崩之行也是非常另人满意的,原因是特殊的天气让我们全团人都感受了不一样的雨崩!清晨的日照金山分外令人震惊!雨崩神瀑浮云中夹杂的大雪更是为我们此次朝圣之旅增添了洁白和纯净。梅里雪山是藏民心中的神山,当看到他时敬畏油然而生,卡瓦格博早在800年前就被藏民奉为神山,而且是藏区八大神山中唯一的男性神山,每年秋冬季节,尤其是这个时候,许多来自西藏、四川、青海等滴的藏民到此朝山转经,其中雨崩神瀑是比去之地,因为转经的人们都相信,能够被“雨崩神瀑淋湿,就能求得福气!接下来再慢慢介绍,全篇大概会有400多幅全都是梅里雪山和雨崩的图片,相信你一定能够看个大致的过瘾。其中整个行程中的香格里拉、虎跳峡等其他部分的介绍我都省略了,因为那些不是本帖的重点,而且现在整个丽江的自助游线路都是大同小异!照片也是漫天飞舞,参差不齐。我就不做太多的描述了,慢慢看,看我们一趟雨崩之行到底能够感受到些什么,值不值得!就请跟我的镜头扫过,一有时间我会慢慢更新的,不过按照惯例我还是将和往常发新贴一样先做个记录:行程时间:6日 里程:丽江-香格里拉180公里 香格里拉-飞来寺 200公里足有 飞来寺-西当温泉50公里左右 西当温泉-南宗垭口 12公里(徒步)南宗垭口-上雨崩7公里(徒步) 雨崩-冰湖 12公里(徒步)雨崩-神瀑7公里 (徒步)人数:10人 用车:福特 方式:丽江云行户外俱乐部 活动 徒步里程:80公里左右(3天完成) 气温跨度:-3°——15° 相机:50D 18-270具体攻略可见 www.aaa5.com 提示:备一个小背包,在徙步时,小包内只要装上一套换洗内衣、裤,可以背相机、饮料、食物即可。进雨崩切记不用带太多的东西,轻松上阵。厚一点的袜子二到三双,最好是户外袜,通气性强,穿久了也不会有异味。雨崩里面的条件是非常有限的,但手机和相机充电是完全没有问的,信号是时有时无,进山之前最好是先和家里打好电话以免担心,驴友有必要准备一些常备药。其他的就无所谓了,外话:在梅里雪山、雨崩等藏区很神圣的地方最好是不要乱说话,跨经幡,要尊重当地风俗习惯,我见过很多这类不注意的人和事情,乱说话可能会给自己带来不好的运气……云南最美的村寨-雨崩还是由于修路的原因我们不得不第一天就直接从丽江到飞来寺住下,当天晚上没有风,从来没有见过这么多星星的夜晚,美极了,一道道的银河好像就在头顶不远处,梅里雪山只在我们对面留下了一道轮廓,由于光线太暗,根本没办法对焦,花了半个多小时就曝了下图这么仅有的一张12点钟的梅里雪山。第二天清晨,在住所窗口架上三脚架拍的梅里雪山全景,只是广角不够28的广角确实很尴尬。这个是日照金山开始的前兆,天气真是太好了,不过这段时间能够看到日照金山的几率是非常高的!我边拍边叫醒同行的团友,这样的风景是绝对不允许错过的。梅里雪山是藏民心中的神山,十三峰一字排开,让人领会到自然的伟大,敬畏油然而生。日照金山的那一刻,白马山头观景处一片寂静,放佛所有的人都深怕打扰了神山焕发光彩。神女峰是我看到过这么多雪山中最秀美的一座山峰,每次到梅里总是先把镜头对准她,与卡瓦格博截然不同的是她的气质一眼就能看出似女人的高贵,旁边的五冠峰依偎在右侧传说是卡瓦格博与神女峰的儿子。卡瓦格博6740米,云南第一高峰,威仪俊朗锐利如剑锋直指天空,尊严从不轻易让人朝觐。雨崩神瀑其实就是从五冠峰高耸的悬崖顶坠下,因水源为神山的雪水,所以特别神圣.日出那一刻,满目皆是金山。快马下到飞来寺新修的观景台,这里确实是最佳的观景位置,只是收费有点昂贵,60元的费用真是让人望而生畏……好在我来过多次混了个脸熟,领队证也没有出示,直接进去狂怕。日照金山是很短暂的,夏天出来的时间会早一些大概7点15左右,而冬天金山是8点后才慢慢出来,但冬天和春天的天空会更加清澈。看到过很多拍金山的照片颜色过于鲜艳,看起来还真如金子般绚丽,其实真正当时的颜色是很不好把握的,相机不同拍出来的效果和颜色是完全不一样的,这个把握相信谁都做不好,当时看到的场景颜色和照片差别太大。远瞰这片村寨好像就在卡瓦格博主峰脚下,其实这里离主峰还有很远,真正主峰脚下的村寨是明永村。不能只顾关注雪山了,其实佛塔和雪山的配合才显得分出彩。在佛塔前拍梅里雪山会更具有浓厚的宗教色彩。回复 mxhsz889 的帖子呵呵,谢谢,正在发,会陆续更新的!瓦格博在眼前显得特别高大,每个季节来看到他都不一样,非常神奇!因为当天就要进雨崩村,天已经很亮,大概已经9点多了,我还在继续不断的拍会很晚才能进到雨崩村里,飞来寺下去到西当温泉还有50公里的山路要开车进去,到西当温泉后就只能徒步进山了。 集结了所有团友准备出发!回复 歪歪_79 的帖子嗯,一定加油!不过平时工作忙,我一有空就会来发帖的!谢谢版主支持!!从飞来寺下去会有两条线路,一条是西当也就是去雨崩的必经之地,另外一条就是去明永冰川,明永冰川大概需要徒步2个多小时,冰川像一条凝固的河流从卡瓦格博主峰的山谷汹涌而下,冰面下就是雪水流水声震耳欲聋,明永冰川也是不非常不错的景点,只是我们这次的重点在雨崩,所以就不对这里做太多的图片介绍了。雪山周边的密林深处,经常会看到朝圣的藏民,他们世世代代与神山交往,虔诚地视神山如祖辈,所以卡瓦格博也叫做阿尼(爷爷的意思)卡瓦格博。到梅里雪山就怕广角不够用,28的广角总是差了一大截,没办法,换个方法把整个雪山群拿下.先谢谢以上给位朋友帮顶!!!!{5_135}在不同的平面看雪山会有截然不同的效果,这个地方是在前往西当村的路上的澜沧江大峡谷边拍到的。之后我还会贴上一些不同的角度给大家参考,因为很少有人去拍这样的角度,所以建议大家留意一下,不然大家的照片都一样也就没意思了。回复 摩托摩托 的帖子嗯,雨崩的就在后面,稍等。卡瓦格博和明永冰川。从飞来寺开车往下大概15分钟左右会到达一个挂满经幡的神台,这里看到的神女峰和在飞来寺观景台上完全就是两个模样。听过很多人说梅里十三峰他们怎么数都没有十三座?其实你换到这个角度就会明白为什么数不出有十三座了,因为有些山头是需要到特定的角度才能看到的。澜沧江梅里大峡谷,过了这个峡谷才能到达西当村,这里也只有唯一一座能够过峡谷的大桥,桥前面就是雨崩景区的门票口,所以到雨崩想逃票有点不大可能……呵呵。这个角度的卡瓦格博我相信很多人都没有看到过,这个是我们从西当温泉出发后爬到山的另一个侧面拍到的,而这个位置可以同时看到白马雪山群和梅里雪山群,但由于密林遮挡这里其实根本不是理想的拍摄位置,而且到这里很容易迷路,坡也非常难爬,还有比较危险,所以不推荐到这里来,我自己去年走过这边,但是今年还差点迷了路,好不容易在天黑之前找到了大路,不然真的头大了……如果你对自己有信心,体力超强的话可以考虑从南宗垭口再往南上坡20公里的样子估计能找到这里,不过,呵呵还是不推荐去,因为如果没有向导,在这里迷路到时候哭都没用了…… 从迷途中出来找到了一条大路,这条大路虽然可以到南宗垭口但还是走个没完没了的,但路上的景色确实让我感受不一般!([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 今天凌晨落地北京,狠狠的睡一觉,起来收拾东西,然后想,如果不马上写点什么,一定会耽搁下来了先把整体内容整理出来,文字部分完善,照片最后补行程总揽6月14日凌晨1点的飞机 北京-马尼拉 6月22日晚上7点35的飞机 马尼拉-北京6月23日凌晨0点5分落地D1 马尼拉 市中市等相关景点D2 达雅台火山D3 早上飞公主港 长途车去爱妮岛D4 跳岛A C——推荐D5 跳岛B DD6 租摩托车去另一个海滩——推荐D7 返回公主港D8 公主港一日游并返回马尼拉D9 马尼拉逛街 晚上返京行程安排其实有很多不妥的地方,主要原因是在决定出行的时候对菲律宾一点都不了解约去年年底的时候看到宿雾的1元机票就匆匆定了下来——当时是折扣的最后一天,没有考虑长岛那种很热门的地方,锁定爱妮岛,以1元机票为核心做的行程费用总揽 两人共计13000元左右机票费用 2683元 4程往返双人北京 马尼拉往返 2人 1965元 包含机建各种税费 还买了行李和餐(后面会详述)马尼拉 公主港往返 2人 111美元 按6.2算即为688元菲律宾比索兑换9712.44元人民币换了68000比索,回来还剩4000多比索好吧,让我们进入正,菲一般的爱妮 菲律宾之准备如果不是1元机票,我可能永远不会考虑这个国家- -多多的关注宿雾航空吧,经常会有1元票的活动,时间任选,适合浮潜、深潜、考证(OW只要3天大概2700元,当然还是马来西亚最便宜)、发呆。。。https//www.cebupacificair.com/web-cn/Pages/default.aspx当初选在6月,甚至没有考虑雨季的问。。。)——建议出行选择11月到4月期间菲律宾关键词后殖民地天主教友善(在我办理证的第二天发生了台湾渔民时间,说实话有些担忧,但实际上那边的人都很友好)服务意识极好热贫富差距较大(多日只见过2奔驰、2宝马、1保时捷,主要以丰田为主,还见过比亚迪- -)出行准备证自己去使馆的话250块,我是在淘宝办的,https//detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=16384354290&spm=a1z09.5.0.41.Vu9Gl1264.9元还包顺丰,出极快~只要给他护照、照片、填好申请表就行了~而且是澳门发的59天有效期~携带物品 以下是我自己打印的表儿当时,bikini女生要带2套以上哦,潜水装备在后面重要身份证、护照、机票行程单打印(复印护照)、酒店预订打印纸、笔、词典(需要装个手机APP哈)信用卡、人民币、美元、比索日常洗漱用品、洗发水发膜、浴液毛巾发卡、指甲刀、小刀?、雨伞纸巾、湿纸巾、塑料袋、防水袋、手电水杯防晒帽子、墨镜、防晒霜、面膜、芦荟胶下水泳衣、方巾衣物衣服 各种T 短裤 长裙,我还带了皮肤衣和冲锋衣内衣拖鞋、凉鞋、袜子数码相机、手机、充电器药品酒精棉、创可贴、防蚊、眼药水水下相机是必须的,推荐我在淘宝租的一家https//item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z09.5.0.40.m5GITm&id=15345136637提前预定减、发微博减、自提减~各种减完一天不到10块钱三宝的话,面罩和呼吸管跳岛线都是包含的,fins一般都木有,我也是到那边去买了鞋子~建议在国内买30多元的潜水袜就好了~如果只是常规跳岛的话~货币兑换工商银行的汇率都说是最好的,但货币量不一定充足,需要预约~也可以看汇率换成美元后到当地兑换,不过机场的兑换是要收手续费的~语言沟通当地的口音有点难听懂,我是到了第二天才适应的~所以用写的还不错- -不需要什么英语水平,只要知道吃喝住问路就可以了~对一些海洋生物等名词最好提前查一下- -还有各种食物的做法相关词汇~出入境现在菲律宾的出入境卡是非别填写的了~主要就是姓名国际纸业护照相关国内及菲律宾住址等~木的问~而且- -相关的检查。。。非常之不严格免税店宿雾在北京都走T2在马尼拉都走T3万宝龙很便宜~芒果干很好吃~其他真没啥可带的- -那边很多东西上都有中文~ D1 抵达马尼拉关于飞机宿雾的这个航班是从马尼拉飞到北京12点 然后1点继续飞走的- -如果你单纯的购票,飞机上的水和吃的都是要收费的~我还是建议= =不要买!太特么难吃了~!不能再难吃了!这个航班基本上都是中国人~你会看到很多旅行团是去长岛的~而去爱妮岛的会选择5点半落地后在机场等待转飞公主港如果你是个容易入睡的人~直接闭眼吧~起来再填入境卡和申报单~具体填写对应在网上一搜一大堆,蚂蜂窝的攻略上也有,不过出入境卡现在是分别的了~关于出关出关的工作人员几乎什么都不会问你- -最多核实一下名字就盖章了——话说对待中国公民现在是另纸证,因为新版护照的问,你懂的~关于行李马尼拉的行李传送带是按航空公司分的~跟着人群出去找就好了话说行李我2个人是买了35公斤的,最沉的时候应该是30出头~因为带了好多的东西还有电脑= =如果你只是随身的小包衣物也是可以的,但不要超过7公斤~不然真不让上机~关于电话卡出来第一件事儿是买电话卡,菲律宾主要是3大供应商~globe smart和sun不要买sun在巴拉望木有信号的我是买了globe的 在机场收了一张100比索~听说外面30或者50充值了500比索,让工作人员给开通了7天的internet~是300,5天的是220,1天的是50根据你的需求发短信到8888就好了~回国加拨1280086即可关于打车当地的出租车为2种一种是让机场工作人员给你开小条,根据地区写价格的,比较贵还有一种是meter计价的计价的车子到马尼拉市区或者makati这样的中心区域300P足矣而我们刚下飞机的时候用的小条~到intramuros花了700块- -如果到达大厅人多,可以考虑去出发大厅坐来送人的出租车计价进城~当然还是要看时间,一般晚上马尼拉的交通状况很差- -较难弄到计价出租车,所以在本文的最后我也会更合理的安排行程 D1 马尼拉一日游市中市 Intramuros马尼拉大教堂 Manila CAThedral圣奥古斯丁教堂 St.agustin church 100P可以全面参观黎刹公园 Rizal park圣地亚哥城堡 Fort Santiago 75P门票马尼拉湾第一天住的酒店叫The Bayleaf Intramuros房间价格具体的忘记了 是在booking上面定的加上12%的地方税 10%的服务费 还有一个2.2%左右的什么费是3500P每天含早入住时间是下午2点之后,退房时间是12点前选择这家的原因是他就在intramuros里面,到所有的景点都是步行,还可以看见马尼拉湾所以我们先去寄存行李,就可以在市中市里面漫步啦市中市是座400多年历史的西班牙式。。。城堡- -好吧!他们的城堡建的真的很一般~本楼剩余为照片寄存行李后第一件事去711买烟和蓝色的百事可乐这就是市中市的其中一个城门了0 0和故宫比。。。肿么样雕像雕像圣地亚哥城堡 马尼拉大教堂可惜在装修圣奥古斯丁教堂 教堂随便进~建议花75P参观! D2 达雅台火山Taal Volcano是世界上最低的火山是被湖围住的,在湖中形成的火山而且- -是活火山!在菲律宾的交通方式很多,但暴热的天气使我们实在没勇气尝试Jeepney于是坐了一把轻轨到第二天的酒店轻轨应该是12P起价~根据距离计算的从LRT1 Central Terminal to EDSA大概是16?18P一个人选的位置在LRT和MRT交汇的EDSA 看起来很穷的一个区域~是做长途车的地方然后我就被google地图骗了,明明右转的口注了左转~害的我们找了半天酒店不过前台小妹很nice~说如果我们提前check out的话就可以早上就入住~Shogun Suite Hotel也是在booking上定的 2400P含各种税费~相差大约150人民币和昨天的比条件就很一般了不过是上下层的套房~还有桑拿房~只不过空调是很老式的窗机简单收拾一下就去找大巴车站咯从SOGO Hotel旁麦当劳右侧巷子进去,便可找到直达Tagaytay的冷气公车78P每人大概3小时我们被售票员叫说到了~有很多tutu在等客~告诉他要去Talisay达利赛 叫价200P 还价100P送我们过去~100P他很爽快的答应了- -估计因为是下坡吧 不过路程很长需要30分钟左右他很好心的帮我们在几处适合拍照的地方停车~然后就将我们拉到了坐船的地方~这个螃蟹船可真贵啊- -不过是只载了我们两个并在那里等着,往返2个人2000P但是如果你做过其他地方的船就会觉得这个价格很黑心了~不过我在网上找的其他攻略都说要1000P一个人应该是很成熟的商业模式 人都被惯坏了~下了船会有人带着你去交保护费,没有门票,只是交50P每人然后个名字和国籍~可以选择骑马上山或者徒步~身为8264人都到火山了肿么能骑马呢!走着~一路的土啊 晒啊~爬火山~哼哼~山顶的椰子非常美味~吹吹小风看看火山就下去吧~需要返回公车站的tutu都叫价200P可是考虑到是上坡,我们就在路边找了个黑车~师傅很健谈~就住在山上~上山路上还有他的狗来迎接他~:)上山的黑车350P把我们送回公车站正好一辆BUS在- -但是上车了才发现- -不是来时的那个公司的车子也就是说 虽然是回马尼拉但是不是一个地方- -大约2小时后我们根据google地图在离酒店较近的地方下了车- -而google再一次把我骗了怎么也找不到想去的那家餐厅~于是吃了满街都是的jollibee~和街边的汤粉~ 占楼准备更新用的LRT车票上下层的酒店麦当劳有面条很好吃 占楼准备更新用的远眺火山合影要坐船哦 D3 在前往爱妮的路上首先 爱妮岛不是一个独立的岛屿而是巴拉望岛上一个靠西北部的海滩叫做elnido巴拉望在很久以前久以前是和亚洲大陆相连的,且从未和菲律宾主岛相连过巴拉望的风土人情更像东南亚的一个mix版本首先从酒店到机场,直接用的酒店的出租车250P,有点小贵但是合理~坐8点10分由马尼拉到公主港puerto princesa的宿雾航空飞行只需1小时然后到一个类似 衢州的小机场。。。(有直飞爱妮岛的航线,但是只为那两个独立岛上的度假酒店客人开放,单程大概是一千多块,酒店每晚是2-3K人民币)领行李和出口几乎是挤在一起的同时你就能看到前往爱妮岛的BUS和VAN shuttle的接待人员同航班下来的有一对82年的青岛夫妇,是当天从上海飞马尼拉然后飞公主港的,他们只在爱妮岛待2天然后去薄荷岛于是我们一起坐那种10人的包车,价格600P每人大约200多公里,需要开6小时,包括中途停车休息及吃饭时间(天气好的话)约3点的时候抵达爱妮岛,青岛夫妇没有定酒店于是我们同行去我定的那家看看有无空房我选择marina的原因是 1海滩 2热水 3不需要预付费 marina应该是大多攻略上最常见的海滩酒店了 但条件真的很一般 对不起2490P每天的价格建议,如果不是旺季,可到岛上在找住处,且不要一下将全部天的酒店订满,有很多更改余地不过爱妮岛是限时供电 白天停电 且很多客栈无热水 这里同步推荐几家~请邮件沟通~午后的爱妮岛有些安静,大多游客都去hopping了~沙滩上有些懒懒的狗狗~我们简单收拾一下,下海小玩一会,就准备用餐以下是我之前查过的餐厅,当然没有吃遍~且其实还发现更多其他不错的选择~后面会进行详述Squidos restaurant (在镇上的)Ric son's restaurant (在海滩边的)SEASLUG'SCORNER BEACH RESTAURANT面包店Midtown Bakery,islandfront cottagealtrove披萨ALTERNERTIVE RESTAURANT 鸟巢 最著名的La Salagane先飞再坐车时间表一张,但实际上,基本任何时候你都能找到车,尽量不要下午抵达公主港,有时会凑不全人 占楼准备更新用的 D4 hopping tour A+C爱妮岛的有4条成熟的一日跳岛线路其中走A B C的居多 报价为 700 800 900 其中去lagoon tour这家定可以便宜100P报价都是包含面罩和呼吸管以及导游和午餐的我们住的marina garden门口就停了很多螃蟹船于是在刚抵达的当晚就联系了最大的那个船长:)直接谈定的价格是A+C一天一人1000P船叫 north hope tour导游叫做 dude = =他家门店负责揽活的女孩子很漂亮第一天船上10个人,6个菲律宾朋友,我俩,以及那对青岛夫妇午餐是烤肉、烤鱼、水果等~想想看 1000P才150块不到,从早上9点玩到下午5点还管饭- -有个跟班的20岁小男孩一直跟着我帮忙拍照,于是给导游100P的小费,单独给小男孩50P不足是在到倒数第二个岛时水下相机没电了~而那个岛浮潜的水质最好,鱼最多最后一个岛很美,已经搭建了酒吧~ 这层继续照片 A+C的照片补充 占楼准备更新用的 占楼准备更新用的 D5 tour B+D更像是观景岛吧除了B的蛇岛外,赶脚木有前一天的强烈毕竟溶洞神马的在国内看过很多我还是更爱水下世界都有心改行潜水了话说初级OW的报价是18500P 第一天理论 后两天潜水 即可拿证 占楼准备更新用的 占楼准备更新用的 占楼准备更新用的 D6 由于是做了tour的组合 原定3天的出海最后一天空闲了~导游建议我们可以去nacpan beach于是早起在他的带领下去租了摩托车~700P每天 归还的时候加满油 押护照即可nacapan beach和elnido大概25公里 但路不好走 时速20-60 需要近1小时才能抵达经过elnido机场后基本就是土路了- -经过pasadena经过学校看见路左转即可真的是long beach而且太安静了 整天我们都没有遇见其他人。。。 占楼准备更新用的 占楼准备更新用的 晚上的小龙~这家店不像本地人开的更多泰国特色~ D7 返回公主港一路的颠簸推荐 booking上定的innblue lagoon~带游泳池且离机场超近 晚餐只约到8点半的座位所以去逛街先 据说当地第一的kalui餐厅需要预定~ D8 公主港一日游 返回马尼拉([]
