曾经看到一篇驴友从杭州徒步到丽江的游记,他开头的大意是这样的,我这一辈子就是个打酱油的,我用上半辈子打了一瓶酱油,用后半生提回家,如果这样一辈子的话,我只知道酱油的味道,不知道五味陈杂的味道,所以就辞职上路了。 我十分憧憬羡慕那种自由自在,浪迹天涯的生活,但终究是一个无法突破现实生活的人,我得工作挣钱养活自己,我注定这辈子只能做个打酱油的人。既然浪迹天涯只能是梦想,那就只能在平淡的生活当中为自己找到些许乐趣。每年一次的旅行与我来说,就如同物质贫乏的童年时过年,那时候我就可以有零花钱有好吃的。于是每年我会用半年时间来期盼,用10天的时间来尽情享受,再用半年的时间来回味旅途的点点,这样每年都是很值得回忆的一年。 我和老公是大学同学,结婚时几乎是一无所有,当时的结婚照还是黑白色的,结婚十年时流行婚纱照,我们就作为纪念去重拍了一套,结婚二十年时我们已经开始了每年一次的旅行,于是作为纪念我们去了亚丁和梅里,雪山,溪流,森林,草原成为我们美好回忆。时光荏苒,一晃五年过去了,今年我们已经是银婚了,佛国缅甸行成为我们这次旅行的目的地。 行程8月 8日 乘K337次车(2022)离郑州赴昆明 住火车上8月 9日 走之前犹豫来犹豫去,乘飞机太贵还得加一晚住宿,最终下决心辛苦一点乘火车赴昆明,新闻天天都是台风和水灾,很担心铁路再出现问,晚点赶不上出境的航班,只好提前一天到了昆明。 找到住处,给5年前在香格里拉偶遇的小杨和小纳夫妇打了电话,约好晚上在金马碧鸡坊汇合一起吃晚饭。说起来和他们夫妻可真是缘分,5年前在香格里拉汽车站相遇,一起包车去了梅里,原本他们准备在飞来寺看看雪山就回,结果却在我们的忽悠下,一起去了明永冰川,一起住在西当温泉,又一起进入雨崩村去看神瀑,完全不知户外为何物的他们俩,为进入一个完全不同旅行状态感到非常兴奋,因为他们从来没有住过那么破的旅店。最最悲催的是他们是清真人士,而且是非常非常清真的那种,进入雨崩吃撑了大问,只能吃煮鸡蛋和方便面,正好我们带了一些烤馍片是清真食品,都给了他们。从雨崩出来的第一件事,就是在德钦县城找了一家清真馆子,好好搓了一顿。那时是我们结婚二十年的磁婚之旅,在旅行即将进入尾声时,我们相遇了。 现在5年过去了,我们的银婚之旅的第一站,就见到了他们,真的是一种缘分啊。我想起当年一起去雨崩时,我们结婚二十年,他们十年,还遇上一位叫做平安的杭州小伙子,于是我们就起名三十年平安组合。平安当时因为一些个人原因,辞职去旅行,三个月独自走遍了全国,和我们分手后,就进入西藏,后来是新藏,内蒙,东北。我们都和平安失去联系,想来平安现在一定已经拥有一个美满的家庭,过着幸福的生活吧,遥祝我们这个三十年平安组合家家团圆幸福。 白天我们在昆明市内瞎转悠,无聊第给狗狗拍照;看见卖菜的也上前拍照,问人家那些我们没见过的菜叫什么名字,很被卖菜大婶鄙视了一下,大概觉得我们太没有见识,四体不勤五谷不分吧。五年前的三十年平安组合,最右边是我们俩,中间是小杨两口,最左边是平安,平安旁边的是雨崩的女孩,藏歌唱的让人欢笑,让人流泪。商店街上优雅的小比熊,坐在门前任我们拍照,无视我们的存在昆明的第一次餐,吃的是傣家风味,香茅排骨,烤里脊,烤金针菇,菠萝饭,很是美味茉莉花项链,美丽又美味那些看起来很好看且不熟悉的蔬菜 和小杨约好的6点整,来到金马碧鸡坊。不一会就见小杨带着一个女孩过来了,原来小纳出差了,小杨带着女儿来见我们。特别清真的小杨安排的晚餐地点真的很特别,在一个清真寺里面,院子里有遮阳的木架子还有棚顶,很风凉很舒服,那个环境没有理由就让人喜欢。真的不知道清真寺里还有餐厅呢,和小杨母女聊着天吃着饭,耳边回旋着伊斯兰的经文声,似吟似颂,很好听的。真是一种很好的经历,如果没有领着,真的不可能找到这样的餐厅。 8月11日,我们登上了飞往曼德勒的飞机。和两年前的越南柬埔寨不同,这次的4个人的英文几乎都是幼儿园水平,虽然下了很详细的攻略,但还是有点不安和忐忑。 飞往曼德勒的航程很短,只有1小时十分钟,缅甸和国内的时差却有一个半小时,所以下午2点5分起飞,到曼德勒却是1点多钟。飞机进入平飞状态,空乘发了一杯饮料,就进入了下降状态。 空中的蓝天白云真是美丽,蓝的令人心醉,白的像一团团柔软的棉花。 过云层就看到缅甸的大地展现眼前,那幅图画很眼熟,因为在谷歌地图上已经看了很多次了,我极力辨别着陌生而熟悉的环境,那条大河是伊洛瓦底江,江上有两座桥,桥的一边是曼德勒,一边是实皆古城。可是当时我确实没有看懂那边是市区,那大片的水域令我以为曼德勒发大水了,可疑惑的是并没有这方面的新闻啊,旅途结束再看照片时才弄明白,那大片的水的区域,正是因瓦古城和阿马拉不拉古城所在的位置,甚至沿江通往因瓦渡口的那条林荫大道也清晰可辩。感谢以上各位的欣赏和祝福,我们将继续努力,争取金婚,钻石婚时,依然能携手同行。也祝福各位驴友各自有各自的幸福生活,其实幸福是一件很简单的事情,如同兔子有白菜和萝卜一样。 曼德勒一下飞机就开始体验到缅甸的味道,顺利通过移民局,到了提取行李的转盘前,等了半天不见行李出来。同机的大部分人都是往来中国和缅甸作生意的,最后剩下等行李的不到10个人,基本都是游客。 终于行李出来了,却不是从转盘里出来的,而是几个缅甸人从停机坪的那个门口提着过来的,拿到行李对方就开口要小费,没有缅币,只好给了1美金了事。过海关柜台时需要填写一个申报单,各国的内容都差不多,虽然不是太懂,大概也就是姓名护照号码,有没有不允许带的东西,钱带了多少之类的。 出了海关一进入候机,忽地一下围过来一群人,攻略上说了没有公交,这些人都是出租拉客的,问问价格说是一个人3000K,当时是费了好大劲弄明白,不是3美金,是3000K。候机室里有兑换处,却没有营业的人。拿出攻略指着市区,先说“money change “,然后指着火车站,说“train station”,基本上我们没有囫囵的话,只能是蹦单词,一路上令我最郁闷的就是,缅甸恨不得要饭的都会说英语,而我也算是半个知识分子却完全靠蹦单词,肢体语言以及悟性来搞明白所以事宜。最终老公居然谈妥4个人10000K的价格,比攻略上便宜不少呢,这时碰上一对南宁的夫妇,想和我们拼车,15000K6个人搞定,在后来换钱,买火车票等环节上,英文不错的小龙夫妇给了我们很多的帮助,唯一让我乐不可支的是小龙夫人英语虽然不错,但是数字功夫不怎么地,谈车费时居然把15000K听成50美金,在后来的旅途中,这种误听还有好几次。虽然我没有听懂对方说的数字,但我有攻略上的价格参考,认为那是绝不可能的。 说起来缅甸的司机真有耐心,到市内先把我们带到兑换点,当天的汇率1美金850K,比攻略上还好一点。300美金可以换到255000K,瞬间变成大富翁,都是1000一张的,一大把钱就那么用皮筋一捆,扔到背囊里,钱夹已经完全失去了作用。换完钱发现小龙的千元纸币和我们的不是一个版本,要大出许多,于是又一番折腾各自互换一张作纪念。 紫云在这里受到第一次打击,虽然攻略上说的很明白美金必须是新崭崭的,但是她没太在意,带的美金没有一张没有折痕的,基本上是不给兑换的。 曼德勒一出机场,就看到传说中的男人穿裙子三张变成了这么大一捧 到火车站买火车票多亏了有小龙夫人的帮助,一进站见人依然是一个词“train ticket”,于是对方指着二楼回答了一句什么,应该就是在二楼吧,于是冲上二楼就见一大溜售票口,空无一人,没有买票的。找个里面有人的窗口又是一个词“BAGAN”,对方显然知道这么打扮的人是游客,要去蒲甘,于是说了一堆话,其中我们逮住了一个词“ten”,其余皆没听懂,但已然明白是10号窗口,可是到了10号却没有人,到了另一个窗口问,依然听懂一个“ten”,再看10号窗口已然来了一个秃顶的老头,跟他说去蒲甘,这是小龙夫人来了,我听见她跟那老头说要“first-class”,老头说一个人10美金,我们说可以,老头开始很认真地填写车票,写好车票交钱时,我让紫云先用她那些人家不给兑换的旧美金试试,紫云拿出两张10美金,一张20美金,老头恨不得用放大镜一张张的鉴定,结果是全部不行,有折痕的不行,有污垢的不行,紫云再拿一张换换,还是不行,紫云只好将所有的美金扇面打开让老头挑,最终老头只认可了一张20的,我拿出100的,老头示意没钱找,我们几人面面相觑,认可的没钱找,零的人家嫌旧不收,在攻略上已经知道缅甸不收旧钱,但根本没有引起注意拿了一把旧钱,换不了也花不了的紫云,满脸无奈又无辜,基本上她的美金全用不了,小余的一半用不了,幸亏在昆明又换了一些,昆明银行的人了解缅甸,所以全部给的新钱。这样一来我们俩只有900美金,紫云的基本用不成,小余大概也就是五六百美金能用。这是缅甸给我们上的第一课,旧一点的美金不能用这是真的。最终4个人才算凑起来40美金,前后折腾了快半个小时,才算拿到那张珍贵的纸片,正面是价格和车次,背面是手写的座号。除我们空无一人的售票大厅认真填写火车票的老头和站台,注意那个站台,看起来好像还算正规,等我们出发往蒲甘去的时候才真正见识了缅甸的铁路。事实上收集攻略时就已经知道缅甸的火车很令人惊喜(震惊),但好奇心强的我还是想知道到底震惊到什么程度,一是出于省时间省一晚住宿费用,二是希望能体验缅甸各种交通工具,所以整个旅程中3段长途移动,分别为火车,汽车和飞机,事实上3段中唯一能让我们了解到缅甸老百姓交通状况的只有这趟火车,即使我们坐了头等席,依然是比较惊喜,具体惊喜请关注后续章节 买完火车票终于踏实了,于是和小龙两口一起去找饭店,他们打算先玩曼德勒,而我们想最后玩曼德勒,先去了他们目的花园酒店,结果没房,再去了ET,还是没房,要说那个缅甸司机人真是好,先去换钱,再去买车票,然后是一家家地找酒店,让去哪里就是去哪里毫无怨言,在后来的旅途中的种种经历总结一句话,缅甸人民个个都是活雷锋,只要看到你有困难,立刻会有人上前帮忙,和国内事不关己高高挂起的现状有明显的反差。最终在文豪酒店找到了房间,不过曼德勒的酒店涨价很厉害,根本找不到20美金以下的房间,小龙两口也算踏实了。 也就有了观赏街景的心情。ET酒店,一家经济型酒店,住的人不少,但网评不怎么地,回程住了两晚,感觉一般 缅甸的第一餐是在曼德勒文豪酒店附近的街角大排档进行的,我们4人和刚刚相识的小龙两口一起吃的,一进餐厅就见老公跑到里面放了很多菜品材料的地方,指手画脚的说着什么,很疑惑他怎么看着那么得心应手,似乎没有任何障碍,等他回桌前一问,才知道里面有个女孩能说汉语,东南亚旅行好处就在这里,能够求助的说汉语的人非常多,这也是我们初级境外自助游首选东南亚的原因,难度低成本也低,等东南亚和亚洲基本转完,积累了一定的经验后,再考虑非洲和南美,那里是我的中期目,至于欧洲,澳洲,美国那样的地方等老了再说吧。在急剧全球化的时代,还是先选那些保留了更多原始自然和民俗的地区,已经现代化的地区也变不到那里去 感慨先搁着一下,看看我们的晚餐吧。有鱼有菜有肉,还有鲜榨的各式果汁,尤其是那个菠萝汁特别浓,还有很多未完全打碎的果粒,美味极了。其它的还有木瓜,鲜橙,柠檬等等,这么一餐总共才花了17000多,和一人3000左右,后来的每一餐基本上都是这个准。 饭后离火车发车还有一段时间,几个人就在街上乱转熟悉环境,但是真是没有什么好转的,什么也没有。看见一个小店就进去看看,小龙和小余一人买了一条隆基,在后来的旅行中,小余特别中意那条隆基,时不时打开隆基的扎口晃晃,凉快一下然后再系上。我和紫云还有小龙夫人则买了缅甸人涂在脸上防晒的那种香木粉,然后几个人把自己涂的花猫一般,逗得店家乐不可支。 出了店家看见街头卖槟榔的,拿一种什么树叶子,里面图上白色的石膏装的东西,再放上几颗敲碎的槟榔包起来,然后几个一起放进塑料袋中,老公好奇买了一包让大家品尝,没有愿意尝试,只有老公拿了一个放进嘴里,其它人都呲牙咧嘴地看着老公的反映,老公强作镇定对大家说,好吃极了,大家都尝尝,结果是没人上他的当。 一进火车站见人就问“BAGAN”,原以为是车站中间那个看起来还算正规的站台和车道,但对方却指着进门后左手一直走的方向,说去蒲甘的站台在那边。 按照他指的方向朝前走,倒还真有另外一个站台和车道,站台上横七竖八,或坐或卧着很多当地人,带着大包小裹。只是越往前走越疑惑,那条车道上面杂草丛生,还有很多垃圾,怎么看也不像能走火车,倒像极了废弃的铁道。 于是再次找人问,所有的人都及其确定地指着那条荒草丛生的铁路,说“this way”,依然是感觉疑惑,老公很聪明的指着铁丝网隔开的里面那条还算正规的站台和铁道说,应该是那条吧,只不过在这边候车,车来了门一开就可以到那边上车。 但是问到的所有人,甚至是看到我们是游客主动打招呼的人,都是指着那道荒弃般的铁道,说着“BAGAN"。再往前走,看到一列车停在那道上,一个身穿制服貌似铁路工作人员的人,再次指着那条铁道,说那是去蒲甘的,但那车不是。至此虽然我们百般不相信,但事实蒲甘的车就是从那条废弃一般的车道上发车。此时那列车不知什么时候开走了,我一直朝前走,直到一个牌子前,上面写着缅文,搞不清楚是不是蒲甘的意思。 总之就等着吧,紫云和小余看到旁边的一条街上好像有商店,于是就去逛去了,那里已经是站外了。我和老公是在没劲折腾了,站台上也没有坐的地方,就到道边的店里要了一杯啤酒等待,几乎进店里的所有人看见我们俩就比划出9跟手指,他们是告诉我们去蒲甘的车9点发车,缅甸人真是太热心了,和人情冷漠的国内完全是两回事,这种感觉其实是旅行缅甸的最大收获。 后来我要上卫生间,店里的热情的把我带过去,进门时看见貌似要收钱,但我进去却没有问我要,仔细观察发现那里上厕所不要钱,但另外一边是公共淋浴间,洗澡是收费的。在缅甸最大的感受是虽然所有的设施及其简陋,人看起来也黑乎乎的,但其实比国内要卫生的多,至少卫生间不像在国内靠鼻子就可以找到,缅甸的卫生间几乎都是没有一点味道的。 从卫生间一出来就看到车道上停了一列车,透过窗户看到其中一节的座位上套着白座套,想来那就是我们要坐的头等席吧。赶快回去和老公会合,回去的路上又是所有迎面过来的人,都指着那列车说着“BAGAN”,天呐,缅甸人民可真个个都是活雷锋啊,如此的热心帮助他人。 车是那种窄轨列车,所有一排只有3个座位,很宽大,有点像飞机头等舱的座位,没有空调电扇也不转,好在所有的门窗都是敞开的。([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 2011年9月的菲律宾,一个人的旅行。人生第一次沙发客,花钱住过地下室,免费住过五星级酒店,在机场随便找了个人捡我回家住,全身湿漉漉走投无路时有好心人收留我还帮我吹干衣服,被host放飞机泥石流台风天滞留碧瑶……每天的心情都像是坐过山车,下一秒就有新的奇遇发生,感谢这传奇又美好的一切,感谢一路上遇到的所有肯收留我的善良的人,从一颗空荡荡的心到满载感恩和快乐回国,这一路,我经历了太多,遇到太多善良的人,太多难忘的事情,太多眼泪太多笑容,必须要一颗宽大的心才能装得下如此多的回忆。以下所有价钱已经换算为人民币。2011年9月19日,在我坐上飞机前,并没有将要飞离这个国家的真实感。出发的前一天晚上纠结于没用的事情失眠了一整夜,半夜2点起来补完白兔糖还有tiger&bunny。6点钟去睡觉,睡到9点多起床,到了下午5点还在继续补夏目,丝毫不想收拾行李,到了6点实在好像是要走了,所以就收拾了10分钟背上包就出门吃饭去了机场。起飞用了很长时间,飞离广州后就不知道身在何方了。只是看见如一方棋盘一样的大地,纵横交错的街道,星星点点的灯光,奇妙地随着飞机的摆动变换着角度。渐渐对距离产生错觉,窗外的月亮比地面上的更大更明亮,从上往下的赏月很没有真实感。半夜被冻醒,飞机上冷得无以复加,把带来的所有衣服都包在身上还是觉得实在太冷了!睡得迷迷糊糊闻到前排有人吃饭,好香啊,能不能给我点热水,或者让我走下飞机吧....卖火柴的小女孩划亮了最后一根火柴...然后她就冻死在飞机里。chapter 1 沙发客是怎样炼成的 到ninoy aquino机场(NAIA)已经是1点多,从现在开始,就没人能听懂你说中文了。拖着快要累死困死的身体从arrival走到depature,吃了一个茄子煎蛋,分量太小,又一个baked macaroni,于是被彻底腻到了,特别想吐。熬夜胃不舒服的情况下最不该吃这种东西,太多cheese和肉酱了。 下一班manila-cebu是早上4点,check in counter还没开放,于是我跟当地人一样在机场随便找了个椅子,倒头就睡,东西就丢在旁边也不想管了,不见就不见吧,大不了把我遣送回国。但还是顺利地去check in了,其间看见一个老外腿上纹身是中文的“我爱你”三个大字,还正楷的.还三个字红蓝绿三种颜色的..天呐各位同学,你们要是纹身千万别写什么外文在身上,你想想要是什么c'est la vie在法国人看来就像你在身上纹了中文的“这就是生活”多2B啊...反正我是接受不了... cebu黎明前的夜空是满满的岛屿灯火,星盘的感觉铺开。日出的时候是绵延千里的朝霞,一片安静的红色。因为不会调节压力,我的耳朵剧痛,几乎听不见声音,只感觉机舱内的大家都在红霞笼罩中屏息不语。 出了机场才5点多,这个时间打电话给rufela貌似不太礼貌,于是我绕过几个街角想要找到Jeepny进城,但是怎么也找不到。于是我还是听了rufela所说的,坐白色taxi去她家。司机几乎不会说英语,车厢里几十只蚊子一直在飞,但是很奇妙的是竟然没有一只咬我。 司机是个善良的人,根本没有骗我。只花了不到30块钱就从机场到了rufela家附近的Rahmann st. 因为rufela也没告诉我她家住哪,我又没有当地手机卡,所以就走到街角的jolli bee快餐去吃早餐等她。10块钱的早餐,大蒜饭(非常好吃),热狗,还有咖啡。店员说8点才有得买卡,但是照这么下去,不到8点我就累死了,于是果断找了旁边的警察叔叔打电话给rufela,几分钟后她来接我,然后我们七拐八拐到了她在Rahmann st.的家。本来以为是这么漂亮的房子,但是实际上,要经过一条晾满衣服的通道才到她住在一个楼梯底下的小隔间里面的家。 总共只有放2张床的大小。墙上两个袋子挂满各种杂物,电视机用的还是天线电视,地上有很大一块粘鼠胶,事实证明最后一天我的确也看到了老鼠。微波炉是当做储物柜用的,里面塞满食物。冰箱里面只有果汁没有水喝,衣服丢得到处都是,rufela回家也不换衣服直接就躺床上,但是我坐了一晚上的飞机不换衣服实在脏死了,所以我就换了睡衣,换完才7点多,我们都觉得睡不够很困,就关了灯继续睡,一直睡到12点。 中午rufela问我要吃什么,我说随便吧,你吃什么我就吃什么就可以了。她带我去她经常吃饭的地方。 很好吃哦~~一个鱼一个狮子头一个炒南瓜和茄子什么的还有2个饭,加在一起不到10块钱,吃完又去路边买了炸香蕉吃。然后我们坐jeepny去看COLON street,据说是宿雾最古老的街道了。第一次坐jeepny的感觉很奇妙,大家都拥拥挤挤坐在一起,如果再有人上车,无论多挤仍然可以让出位置。给钱的时候通过一个个乘客传过去给司机,司机一边开车一边找钱,然后大家再递回来。感觉大家心里都有神明的存在,表情都很平和。一路上都是宿雾像城乡结合部一样的风景,但是我却觉得很安心很安全,心里有神有信仰的人跟拜物教的中国人不一样。路过宿雾的一些雕像,我也不记得叫什么了,总之宿雾的所有东西都和西班牙,lapulapu,麦哲伦和天主教有关。菲律宾的某种看起来像橘子的小吃,实际上是削掉皮直接吃的,酸中带甜。(有同学告诉我教santol)宿雾的jeepny跟马尼拉的不一样,马尼拉的会更漂亮一点,宿雾的是面包车改装的,形状上没那么漂亮,但是花纹特别好看,各种有创意的图案。 当地吃的东西最多就是chowking超群,jolli bee,还有各种siopao烧包siomai烧卖。chowking号称是中国炸鸡...我回忆了一下,中国人哪会天天吃炸鸡啊!一点也不中式。烧卖和包子都没吃,国内都有的东西不是很有兴趣。 沿着colon street走,经过许多小贩,一路感受古老街道的风景,最后走到宿雾教堂,很神圣的感觉,大家都跪着默默祈祷。rufela在教堂外面点起一根蜡烛,然后静静地看着蜡烛燃烧,我忽然觉得这样的午后,这样的静谧太美好了,凝视烛光,似乎觉得自己可以更接近神了。 fort san pedro就在附近,进去要门票,所以我们就在门口看了一下,没进去。我对古建筑兴趣不大,所以就直接去逛ayala center了。走在路上,迎面开来的车和走来的人都会跟我say hello,在国内从来没接受过如此善意的眼神和热情的对待,我还有一点习惯不了。 宿雾人民都是画家!去ayala的路上有好多面墙上都是漂亮的涂鸦,绵延不断的。 宿雾本身很像城乡结合部,但是shopping mall里面都很华丽,跟外面的环境一比,完全天壤之别。mango shake很好喝。去完ayala又去SM。这个国家里,这两个shopping mall特别的多。 一直逛到晚上,回到rufela家已经累得不想动了,来了才知道,菲律宾人是不用热水洗澡的,于是我也入乡随俗用冷水,天气比较热,还是受得了用冷水的。 洗完澡rufela出门买了芒果干和炸猪皮给我吃。这边的炸猪皮是一般人吃的小零食,蘸醋吃,我有点接受不了这种味道的东西。芒果干包装袋上用中文写着“菲律宾特产”而且保质期到2177年.....不怕...肯定比国内的更安全更有良心,rufela真是个善良的好女孩,我只是在couchsurfing上面联系的她,她就愿意带我到处玩,愿意让我睡她的床住在她家里,根本不考虑我是不是坏人的问。如果我是国内,从小被父母教育,连自己的好朋友都要防着三分,有时候我真的不明白为什么要防着,防了又能怎样,如果人家真的要拐卖你,你这种程度的防能防到什么?又说什么防君子不防小人,君子是不需要防的吧?为什么不能把心交给别人,不能得到真正的友谊呢?想起小的时候每次想去朋友家玩,爸妈都怕我遇到危险,都不是很愿意我去。但是这世界哪有这么多坏人,其实大家都很忙的,根本没时间总想着怎么骗你,但是大家总也不懂,总要告诉自己要防三分防三分,这样活着多累啊!即使这种防备已经融入生活中了,不觉得累了,但是冷静下来想一想,不觉得很悲哀么? 连续熬夜2天太伤身体了,再加上坐飞机带来的耳朵痛,看了一会全是雪花的电视,9点多就睡了。chapter 2一天花40块钱如何在异国生活呢? 决定不带单反出门,这是个正确的选择。 不知道为什么就迷迷糊糊没吃午饭跟rufela出门了,她说带我去lapulapu的海滩,我什么也不知道,显然也不会有什么异议。 先坐了两次jeepny,车上一个大叔先问我是不是韩国人,我说不是,然后他开始跟我讨论宗教的问。你信主么?不信为什么呢? 这个为什么把我问住了,我从来没有想过信不信主的问,一时语塞了,而且让我用中文我都不知道怎么回答,要我用英文回答我真的不知道说什么了.... 于是我只有灰溜溜地说,我只信钱啊不好意思.... 说完这句我终于明白为什么中国人缺德了...因为只信钱啊...因为钱就是缺德的人的橘色司,他们为了钱可以做出一切事情,根本没有内心的声音可以约束他们,所以他们为所欲为,做一切坏事都不愧疚。 大叔显然不明白我说的是什么,又噼里啪啦跟我说了一堆,我只有解释为国家背景不一样,难以相互理解,还没说完就下车了跟rufela去坐船,本来船票只要2块钱,rufela说我们是学生,然后船票就变成了1块5.....囧....在船上,旁边的姐姐一直用山寨机播歌曲,忽然发现,是不是黑眼豆豆在国外就跟国内的凤凰传奇一样..... 10分钟后到了lapu的码头,又坐2次jeepny去海滩。 一路上司机一直大功率地放Bieber的baby还有lady gaga的各种歌,下着小雨,车上的人兴致都很高。一路上很多小店在烤鸡,烤肉的香味呀~~~ 路过海边的浅滩,小雨里青青绿绿的草,还有吃草的牛,平平静静的乡村风景,远处浅浅的海面和颜色浅浅的天空。有一种恍如隔世的感觉。我竟然是跟一个菲律宾少女坐在jeepny上面欣赏这样的风景。我已经离开自己的国家很远了,这里已经是异国他乡了,但是我却不觉得害怕也不觉得想念,只是很期待每一天新鲜的一切事物。 rufela说的lapu海边其实是某度假村里面。大片的热带花朵和banga船,到处都是韩国人。我们坐在防波堤的栏杆上,吹着海风不说话。这时一个大叔走过来搭话,大叔真是个好厉害的大叔,会说中文广东话日语韩语英语塔加洛语。于是大叔就在混合各种语言跟我聊天。我大脑一直处于混乱运转中,各种语言跳来跳去... 聊不多久,大叔就开始问菲律宾男人必问的几大问:where 's your boyfriend?我说木有(其实我有木有又不关你事)惊讶状まじ???!!!俺、きっと今晩眠れないよ!(真滴?我今晚肯定睡不着了)可能你不喜欢大叔型的他有点伤心的表情没有没有...我很爱大叔的......(嘴贱啊!!!说了立刻后悔了) 于是他就开始喋喋不休像自然界其他雄性生物一样开始展示他的强大之处,人老心不老啊,40岁的人,20岁的花花心…… 过了一会下雨了,他也回去招呼客人,我和rufela就躺在沙滩的躺椅上吹风,看船看海看天空看云,难得的悠闲午后,慢悠悠躺到4点再慢悠悠回去。路上见到二手衣服的商店,在国内还从来没见到可以买到古着的地方呢~在路边小摊买了炸蛋(囧)来吃,类似于国内的炸鹌鹑蛋,配着洋葱和辣味或者甜味的酱一起吃,1块5 3个,蛮好吃~ 卖炸蛋的大叔又是很热情地问我是不是韩国人(囧)然后祝我在菲律宾旅途愉快。周围的人也都对我微笑,这种被人善意对待的感觉温暖又幸福,像被棉花糖包住一样,甜甜的很快乐的感觉,在国内这么多年都没经历过,快要被宠坏了。 晚上回到家,rufela领着我去吃宿雾的夜市。一路上跟我解释菲律宾的有一种食品balot也就是毛鸡蛋。夜市好一片烟熏火燎,如果鼻子敏感的人肯定会被呛得进不去了,雾蒙蒙的离5米外都看不清人了。可能是她没理解我要的东西,就点了一个咸鸭蛋给我吃,原来菲律宾的咸鸭蛋是戴着手套用手吃的,而且就着洋葱、辣椒生着一起吃,还有包得像粽子一样的米饭。很特别的感受。然后烧烤就一一的端上来了,最后结账每人17,还可以还可以~~ 吃完烧烤走出来,rufela一边走一边问路边的人一些问,因为是Tagalog语,所以我也听不懂,想着这里离家这么近她没可能迷路吧~~她带着我走到一个神神秘秘坐在路灯下卖糖果的阿姨那里,阿姨打开一个暖暖的小蒸笼,啊!里面全都是毛鸡蛋哦~~孵化18天已经长出毛来尚未出壳的雏鸡,这是一种多么残忍又奇妙的吃法,我也是回来之后发现中国人也会这么吃的。有一点腥味,但是又带着点特别的感觉,但是吃羽毛真的不是我能受得了的...我还是把毛都扔掉了。蘸着辣醋,我们在广场的路灯下吃这种奇妙的食品,感受内心的战栗。旁边好像是在开露天演唱会,吃完我们冲了过去,看USA embassy乐团N个帅哥在台上又唱又跳,听着听着我和当地人一起快乐地跳了起来,一边大喊Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!毫不顾忌地大家一起跳舞,一起跟着唱,一起大声笑。又一次觉得恍如隔世,3天前还在CPA考场上纠结得要哭出来的人竟然在宿雾入夜的街边和菲律宾少女一起吃毛鸡蛋一起看露天演唱会,这个世界是有多神奇多美好?我没有被的士司机骗,警察叔叔接我电话让我联系到了rufela,第一次做沙发客,第一次吃毛鸡蛋,第一次听露天演唱会开心得快哭了。世界原来这么大,有这么多奇妙的事情等着我们去经历!chapter3血和巧克力蛋糕。早上起来rufela去上课了,我呆在她家里有点闷,就拿着相机出门走走。rufela说出门不用关门了,于是我就真没关门,钱包还丢在家里就出门了。 难得的好天气,所有的事情都显得如此美好,巧克力蛋糕才不到1块钱,而且超级好吃,秒杀国内一切贵爆了的蛋糕,走着走着忽然被一个铁丝刮到了脚,不算很痛所以就没留意,但是又走了几步血就流出来了,但是又没带纸巾又没带创可贴,那就继续走,回去再清洗算了,但是血流出来超多,鞋都湿了....这时有个大叔走过,就提醒我说血流出来了...我也知道血流出来了..但是我也没办法。 刚好路边有一家药店,我就走进去买创可贴,店里有个阿姨看到我流血了,立刻拿出纸巾给我,其他人也都很关心地看着我一直到我贴好创可贴不流血了为止,心里觉得很温暖不孤单,即使是不认识的人也会这样的关心别人太难得了,如果是在国内,路人肯定都避之不及。 回到rufela家东西都还在,只是有只老鼠在房间里跑来跑去.....还真有老鼠啊..... 写了张感谢信给rufela,背上包坐jeepny去机场了,开始觉得坐飞机跟坐汽车一样普通,cebu-boracay,螺旋桨小飞机chapter4 RP用尽是孤单 宿雾机场竟然有免费ipad用,严重的强大,玩ipad玩太HI了,变成最后一个登机的,走在路上还摔了一跤,一天之内相继伤到了胳膊和脚,难道是RP用尽了么? 在飞机上坐在一个很有气质的美国老奶奶身旁,我们开始交谈,她说她在长滩开咖啡馆,热情地给了我名片,邀请我去。我这种穷人肯定是没钱去喝咖啡的了,但是看看应该也是可以的。 螺旋桨的小小飞机,到了CATiclan机场我就直接走去坐船了,码头的水比岛上的还清还美。心情好到不行,尽管根本还不知道自己在岛上住哪里。下了船以为可以自己走路去找地方住,但是码头好像离游览区还挺远的,走了很久还是坐了tutu车。之前想订的Trafalga cottages在S3的金凤凰大酒店旁边,叫tutu车开到金凤凰旁边。但是走来走去也没看到这间cottage。正疑惑的时候,走出一条小巷就是海边了。 下午2点稍有阳光的大海,第一印象就是好欢乐好幸福。空气中飘散着食物的香味,沙滩道上放着音乐,小贩们来回叫卖,大海在很近的地方闪闪发亮,每个人的脸上都喜气洋洋,各种美美仙仙的长裙满街飘荡,尽管背着2个包有点另类,我也马上陶醉于这幸福的氛围中。 既然找不到trafalga,就随便走走吧,看到一个牌子写着traveller's inn,看到名字这么朴素肯定是便宜的地方,想也没想就进去了。 一条小巷子里面的二层木屋,养着许许多多可爱的小金鱼和小鹦鹉,院子里郁郁葱葱都是漂亮的花花草草。跟屋主老奶奶装了半天可爱讲价到150元4天,很不错的价钱了。房间很大,一个人住4个人的床,虽然有点旧,没热水,不过这个价格还是很不错的。弄好房,老奶奶的亲戚,一个当地男人也很热情地跟我打招呼,说:#¥%&……&*(&(¥%……I come from Iloilo city%…………&*……¥¥%@好吧...我就只能听懂那个iloilo city,其他都听不懂......他说iloilo的方言,英语说得很不好,然后问我要电话,说会发短信给我,这是第一次。院子里可爱的小鹦鹉和小鱼都是他养的,貌似他是iloilo过来做批发花鸟鱼虫生意的。 收拾好一切我就去吃饭,已经是下午3点,太饿了,我一个人吃掉yellow cab的一整个10寸大pizza,幸福到不行。不知道为什么,长滩岛的男人都特别喜欢我,路上打招呼都是说“我爱你”,yellow cab的店员超级热情,全部要过来跟我合影...好吧...早知道就要你们打折!吃完一个人在岛上闲逛,长滩不是一个适合一个人的地方,没有朋友在身边,看到街上所有双双对对会觉得特别孤单,所有有趣的东西也会变得无聊起来,只有悻悻地回去。iloilo city看见我回来,又问我电话多少...我说你都不记别人电话的么!!!这是第二次了!!!我很认真地给他输到手机里,还看着他加入通讯录了,这位哥记忆力太崩溃了。 晚上没有朋友,只能默默写日记,岛上的物价真是高啊!比宿雾高了个3倍。chapter5午夜惊魂早上起床去inasal吃早餐,这边的人早餐也要吃米饭,还用叶子包起来。味道还不错,就是感觉有点难消化。吃完继续四处瞎逛,绕过S1的山崖去看west cove,因为阴天,景色实在太一般,跟国内也差不多了。 ([]
从今年1月5日开始正式筹备,(2012年4月份拟骑改装电动车远游的招行草案。敬请关注)https//bbs.8264.com/forum-viewthread-tid-1125687-fromuid-33878381.html)到今天已经三个月了,后天就要出发了,虽然经常出门,但是像这次这样隆重,还是有生以来第一次。看起来我的行程路线很长,三个月的时间也够多,其实不然,我的想法是:此次出门是为了玩儿,也许我喜欢一个地方,就会在那里多住几天,也许我感觉疲劳了,就会把车寄放在那里,回家休息数日,感觉好了回去骑上我的车,再继续我的行程。这个年纪了自己都不是很自信了,所以才会拖了这么久,否则搁我以前的脾气,恐怕此时已经在走完全程回来的路上了。家人担心是正常的,说明有很多人在爱着你,女儿曾经说过:“如果是别人的老爸这样做,我也会非常佩服的称赞人家,问是你是我的老爸,我对你这次出行,只有每天的担心、、、”姑娘一句话让我犹豫过很久,孩子很孝顺,为了让我们晚年幸福,该想的都想了,该做的都做了,在北京远郊租的农家院,光装修费就花了五万元,我心中很知足!但是年轻时一直想做的这件事,一直没有机会尝试,似乎总在让我烦躁,人不就是这样吗,有一个想法就努力去实现它,一旦实现了,还会又产生一个新的想法,再努力去实现它。也许有的想法努力去实践了,没有成功暂时搁置了也是有的,毕竟想了也努力做过了,即使没实现最起码不会留下终生的遗憾,如此循环往复,这就是一个人的一生。 河南、湖北是三国文化的精髓,可以说这两省中任何一个地方都有丰厚的三国遗迹,要想一次走全,恐怕最起码要几个月,留下一点遗憾还会有下次再来,所以中原地区只不过是一线而过。中央电视台的海疆行每集都吸引着我,沿海边游走那该多么浪漫,每走一个地方,都会有完全不同的感受,人活一辈子经历是有限的,眼界更是有限的,但是我们可以人为地展宽和延长,多走一个地方,就会在我头脑中多增加一部分精神财富,这一点很多户外爱好者都在默默地做着,他们在一步一步地努力着,一公里一公里的累积着,他们在让我们分享他们的快乐,他们是富有者。喝着咖啡,听着音乐,从电脑上看别人的游记文章固然是一种非常惬意的享受;行走在浩瀚的自然中,经常会领受到精美绝伦的景色或人文,那更是行走者的独道享受,在壶口听母亲河倾诉、在兴安岭听松涛的呐喊、在小溪边听泉水耳语,这些非亲临现场是体会不到的,这就是为什么会有那么多行走者在不懈地游走。 40丹东市旅游景点:凤凰山;鸭绿江;青山沟110元;黄椅山火山森林公园30元;天桥沟国家森林公园。第77天—81天:用7天时间从丹东市返回北京市974公里全程:10184公里历时81天。 这里还要再说一下我的车,其实就是一辆普通的电动车,牌子是新日的旗舰第七代,型号是:新日TDR64--7Z,卖车老板说电池是铅酸电池48V20AN,价格是3300元。这是座舱底下的两块电池和备用的控制器。 我没有要他的电池减了900元,2400元拿回来以后,请一个专门做电动车锂电池的人帮我改装了一下,现在里面装了四组锂电池,总重量是40公斤,比原来的一组铅酸电池重10公斤,但是原来一组铅酸电池最远只能跑50公里,现在我这四组锂电池理论上可以跑240公里。这是脚底下的两块电池实际测试在正常天气和平整路面完全可以达到,我在去北戴河测试的时候,在曹妃甸国际湿地公园里面一天跑了280公里,表盘上加了一个可以显示里程数的液晶显示器。这是自己装的液晶显示器。因此可以从理论上说,这个改装车可以满足我远行的基本要求,但是还存在几个问,就是如果赶上刮大风,顶风逆行实际行驶里程数要衰减一半,这个车最容易坏的是爆胎,去北戴河我一共行驶了1060公里,补了两次后袋;其次容易坏的就是控制器,因为我计划每天要跑150公里,再加上往返旅游景点,每天预计要能够达到200公里才可以满足我玩的需求。这些问和车的额定技术指有点相悖,原则上解决起来是有一定困难的,但是可以变通一下,例如尽量减少我的负重,极为恶劣路面尽量不骑行,这样最起码可以减少爆胎次数;至于控制器的问,之所以控制器会坏是因为长时间骑行,控制器得不到休息,总处于高温情况下烧坏的,所以就要在行驶中增加休息次数,基本上跑50公里休息20分钟到半个小时。为了满足次日的里程数,每天还必须保证有15个小时充电时间,所以我每天早上起床后不吃早点6点钟就出发,骑行50公里后连休息带吃早点,下午三点钟就要住宿充电,这样来延长控制器的使用寿命,我自己车上带了备用的控制器、内外胎,简单维修工具,刮大风如果我行走方向是逆风,就停车一天原地游玩,下雨天也尽量不走,避免电池收到伤害。这样算下来我实际行驶里程数和实际使用时间,都要远远超过我的预计数字,所以我前面说了在路上一定不强求公里数,不贪晚、不露宿,安全第一,有这一次成功的返回,才会有我下一次的户外远行,才能继续考虑大西北、新疆、西藏、、、、、 差点忘记了,我在去北戴河短途训练的时候,在曹妃甸住过一个酒店,天福源宾馆,位置在河北省唐海县四农场天成加油站东侧。老板姓王是个北京人,性格非常爽快,办事干练,是个纯爷们儿!王总的电话:18611786515,他的店里有各种不同类型的客房,价格从三十到七十都有。 昨天去了平谷,一是临走之前把院子里的地收拾一下;二是想把已经补过两次的后轮内胎换一条新的,结果到修车的那里一看,他的外胎比我的要结实一些,干脆里外胎全部换掉,又加了100元,但愿能减少路上的麻烦。本来定的今日正式出发,可是那天我在淘宝网看见一件荧光马甲不错,希望穿上以后能引起开车人的注意,多一些安全系数,所以晚走两天等马甲到了再走。想来想去还是把车开进城里吧,好歹也算4月10日从平谷出发了,到城里家等淘宝送货,马甲一到穿上就出发。临出发之前再给我的宝马照一张相,13:30从平谷小院出发,很顺利到城里家把座舱的两块电池搬到五楼,充上电正好是15:30,两个小时跑了76.5KM。 这是朝阳北路靠近顺通路刚入口的地方,还没有完工,但是非机动车可以走,路面宽广,大桥也很漂亮! 今天即将中午的时候,终于等到了淘宝送来的高大威摩托驮包和一件浅绿色的荧光马甲,马上先通知了我所有北京朋友,明天一早六点半我将正式出发,开始我的梦想行程,如果昨天就算做一天的话,今天应该算做我在北京游览了一天,中午急急忙忙出去拜访了一个老朋友,路上顺便去美术馆急匆匆转了一圈,美术馆是我最喜欢去的地方,尽管我在美术上是个门外汉,但是我非常喜欢欣赏各种各样的美术作品,顺便照了几张相片,和大家分享艺术的魅力。路上又买了一些必要的东西,回来一试比我去北戴河时,包的重量减少了将近十公斤,我想负重减少了,轮胎加厚了,那么路上应该可以减少烦恼了。明早出发之后,上网就不方便了,但是我会每晚把我的游记先传到网上,让大家及时了解我路上的所见所闻,照片要等我到路上的朋友家才能补发到这里,请大家耐性等候,最早是想随身带笔记本,一是觉得太重,二是怕我住的停车住宿旅店上网不方便,所以放弃了带笔记本的打算;后来想每到一个地方就去网吧传照片,考虑一个人最好少外出,况且网吧鱼龙混杂还是少去,所以只好让大家多等几天,差不多一个星期左右上一次图片吧。 还有几张。今天好多人给我来电话,千叮咛万嘱咐一定要小心,安全为主不要勉强自己,我非常理解大家的心意,尤其是我小弟弟一席话,千万要记住,你在外面游走,家中有很多亲人在为你担心,一句话象重锤实实在在地敲了一下我的心,我告诉他:凡是我想做的事,一定是我最喜欢的事,只要是我喜欢的事,我一定想办法带给大家和我一样的快乐! 美术馆外面的铜雕也很漂亮,北京的美术馆真的很值得去看,经常会有很经典的美术作品展,而且是半个月左右就会换新的展览,经常有这样高水准展览的,还有位于东四十条立交桥西南角的保利大厦新馆,我建议外地朋友来北京玩的时候,千万不要错过去欣赏的机会。 昨晚住在河北河间市的龙华店乡的一个停车住宿旅馆,所住地里河北献县还有15KM,由于该地无法上网连短信都发不出来,所以昨晚游记只好今天补发。昨天我六点十分从家出来,从红领巾桥上东四环一路向南,从新发地北面拐上京开高速的辅路,过河北固安、霸州、文安、任丘、河间,在固安稍微做了一个短暂的停留,因为前年我在这里租过一个农家院,想找找那是的痕迹,变化还是很大的,路边盖满了高高的商品房,看起来固安要抢夺北京的房地产市场。到下午三点之前已经跑了242公里,我看余电已经不多了,就找了一个停车住宿的旅店住下了,价格包房间20元,充电外加5元,到晚上我才知道他的房间连点灯都没有,只要是充电没问,其他就都不算事了,一夜无话次日清晨五点半起床,洗脸后连忙上路,启程没多远过了一个地方叫大陈庄,一个很长的大桥,估计得有一公里,刚一下桥路边不远有一个装修很不错的大教堂,让我很感吃惊,我周围很多人也信天主,我不懂但是我对这些人表示尊重,毕竟是一种充满某些人灵魂的一种信仰,你可以不信,但是你必须尊重人家。前面马上就要进入献县的领域,突然眼前一片大雾迎面而来,对面五十米什么都看不见了,不一会就觉得手都快僵了,头盔帽檐上挂满了水珠儿,眼睫毛上不知水汽还是霜,视线都有些模糊,于是我就下车推车走一段,解决寒冷的问,走了一段以后,感觉差不多了,似乎应该拐弯了,看见路旁不远处有个人,过去一问路,人家说你再往前走20米,有一个叉路口,往左拐再向前20公里就是你要去的阜城县,茫茫大雾中我深感欣慰,就这么巧,在关键时刻我问了一句话,是我在寒冷中没有多走冤枉路。不到八点和我的兵团战友联系上了,到家一看雾气中我的衣服竟然被雾气打湿了很多,我的战友是天津人,在几千里之遥的北大荒,我俩不期而遇,当时很多人就说我俩长得很像亲兄弟,尽管返程后见面机会不是很多,但一直互相十分思念,那段共同的生活是我们一生的回忆。到了他的家里立刻有一种到家的感觉,一碗小棒碴粥进肚驱走了一早上的寒气,到家了、、、、、本来想过路不住,我兄弟一再挽留我,那就不说什么了,住一个晚上好好聊一聊,明天再去邯郸。今天只走了58公里。 在邯郸住在驴友家中,次日又陪我去了几个市内的旅游景点,照了几张相,我就开始向本次远游第二个省份--河南进发。出了邯郸找到107国道,安驴友的说法一直趴在107闷头前行,路面非常好平整光滑,连点尘土都没有,车子走起来声音很轻,我心情极好!其实前天我没有来得及说,我在到邯郸之前,离邯郸还有36公里的时候,车子突然断电了,其实才跑了232公里,远远没有达到电池额定的公里数,我心里明白,是因为从河北广宗县出来以后,有一段修路,把所有的车都赶到了土路上,路面坑坑洼洼不说,还有很厚的浮土,那段路虽然只有三公里多一点,却费了我很多的电,等再上到正路的时候,电压一下子就降到了48.5V,电池商曾经告诉过我一旦电压低很有可能会突然断电,我考虑应该马上住店,可是想到邯郸的驴友们在等我,就想再往前走走,没想到真的会没电了,于是我一边通知邯郸驴友说我今晚不能过去了,要在这里住宿充电。没想到邯郸驴友坚持要开货车来把我连车带人一起接到邯郸,盛情难却只好客随主便,于是来了两辆车和五个人,七手八脚把我的车抬上货车,一直开到邯郸市内,当时我很想照几张相,可是考虑到人家来接我,我不帮忙抬车似乎有些太过分了,于是留下了一个遗憾,没有留下邯郸驴友帮我装车的镜头,在此再次向邯郸朋友表示最衷心地感谢!晚上大家一起吃饭喝酒,谈论起我路上的体会,还帮我设计在邯郸该玩的旅游路线,在我的旗子上上了大家的名字,约好我回北京后去我的平谷农家小院再聚一次,晚上就住在了驴友三人行的家里。虽然第一次在路上断电,却也说明一个问,我选的路线人烟稠密,住宿方便,一路上卖电动车、修电动车的比比皆是,大家对我骑电动车出游甚至没有表示出过多的惊奇。离开邯郸在河北最南端的磁州参观了磁州瓷器博物馆】。一路到安阳都很顺利,安阳是个很古老的城市,我看了袁世凯的墓地袁林】、司母戊鼎出生地殷殷墟王陵遗址、【古文字博物馆,汤阴去看了【岳飞庙。到了当地我才知道,我行程中所列出的旅游景点,有很多离我走的主线距离很远,还有相当一部分是山,所以我重新修订了旅游的景点,基本上到一个地方听当地驴友介绍来决定去那里参观。还有一条原则就是参观一定要保证我的车辆安全,如不能保证就只在门口照张相。原计划是住在鹤壁,后来一看时间富裕,再加上想明天能够到达许昌做一个小小的休整,所以就多跑了一下路,当晚住在了离淇县还有十公里的地方。这一天一共跑了177KM。 今早没起床就被外面的风声惊醒了,因为一旦风很大我就不能出发了,因为刮风天电池续航能力会大打折扣,连忙起床一看风向正是我前进方向,真是天助我也,否则要是走不了在这个地方,会很没意思的,什么也做不了,马上收拾好行李出发,路上真很舒服,背后路推着我,路面也很干净,第一次尝受顺风跑路的感觉。一过新乡坏事了,所有的路段都在修路,两边挖了很深的沟,眼看着旅游景点离我身边只有几公里,就是不敢去,车推不过去,放在路上也不放心,眼巴巴地只好放弃。好在我骑行方向过黄河是一座新建的大桥,非常漂亮,而且桥上还没有什么车,我可以安心照相,要不是因为桥上风太大,怕三脚架被风刮倒,我一定会多照几张。下午两点多我就到了战友家,一番寒暄、一次畅快地我们当年友谊的回忆,晚上推杯换盏畅饮一番,饭后在许昌开发区宽敞的街道上散步很惬意!不仅感慨还是小地方好,多安静、、、、、今天一共跑了245公里。 这是我和我许昌兵团战友夫妇的合影,这些人当年在动荡的岁月一起生活了少的三五年,多的十几年,虽然分手后很少见面,但是我们一说起当年都会泪流满面,不是亲兄弟却胜似亲兄弟! 今天在我朋友的陪同下,在许昌市内看了几个旅游景点。整个许昌我看非常注重关羽,关羽是我一生很崇拜的人物,其实我倒觉得许昌如果打旅游牌,应该更多地开发关于曹操的历史资料,许昌在曹操的发展历史中起着重要的作用,这在历史上是毫无争议的。关羽灞桥挑袍 我们还去了曹丞相府,明天到河南最南端的一个城市--南阳市,然后就进入我此程第三个省份--湖北了。 凌晨五点多钟怎么也睡不着了,感觉我写的游记有些过于随意,每篇都没有日期,让朋友们看着一定会有时间上的凌乱感,所以从今天开始正规起来。 2012年4月18日 天气阴转多云 许昌地区 最高气温24度今天预计行程:许昌----南阳市预计里程190KM 一会儿就要出发了去南阳了,真有些像是要离开家一样的感觉,昨晚聊到晚上十点多钟,问这问那,还要再带上点儿啥?一摞给我洗好的衣服叠的整整齐齐放在我面前.来之前心中还在疑惑,是住在朋友家中还是住到外面的旅馆,虽然我们兄弟俩很熟悉,毕竟第一次见我兄弟的老婆,她不是和我们一起去北大荒的,万一我兄弟娶一个小媳妇,人家会不会闲我一个外人住在家里?没想到一见面张口说出我们连队好多事情,用河南话说那种感觉可亲!见他们夫妻俩那么恩爱,虽然收入不高但是过得很充足,我弟妹的老妈刚去世不久,老太太活到104岁,我一听这个就对这个弟妹超有好感,对父母孝顺的人一定是好人!昨晚我在里屋电脑上打字,他们夫妇俩在外面你一言他一语地和我聊天,一会说你再晚走半个月吧,许昌有个旅游节,一句话说的我心中幸福感满满的,真像自己的亲兄弟一样! 昨晚睡觉前突然想起路上的一个感觉,行走之中时常会看到这样的牌子:“前方500米断路维修请绕行、、、、、、。”每看到这样的牌子都会很烦恼,因为这种绕路一是路况会很差,二是不知道要绕出去多远,无形之中要增加很多计划外的行程和耗电量,好在我这个人方向感极好,不管怎么绕,总会比较顺利地回到原始的主道上,每次回到主道上我都会有一种成就感。 4月20日襄樊阴有小雨先接着把许昌出来的那段写完,早上本来想早点出发,后来朋友坚持要开车送我到S311去南阳的正路上,免得我大早上走错路,既然人家送我怎么好意思让人家和我一起早起,于是六点半起床,出去吃了一碗热干面,到底是快到湖北了,许昌大街上有很多买热干面的,记得文革时在武汉,那时没钱去品尝毛爷爷说的武昌鱼,所以吃得最多的就是湖北的热干面了,其实就和上海的阳春面差不多,阳春面就是白水煮面条,放点葱花倒点儿酱油;热干面是早已煮熟的面条在开始锅里涮一下,加上芝麻酱,不过味道还不错,所以给我留下极深的印象。早上车少再加上有人带路,所以很快就到了我去南阳的起始点,找人帮我俩拍照留念后恋恋不舍地分手,一拧右车把一声柔柔的马达声,迈路表又开始了新一天的计程。总体来说河南的路还是不错的,大部分都很干净,车也不算很多,尤其是大卡车偶尔有几辆,绝没有像唐山那么成帮结伙、盛气凌人,再加上路面宽阔所以没有觉得有什么威胁。这几日有一个新的郁闷,我为了少带东西,一般出发前要喝很多水,没想到我走的路段都是人烟稠密的地区,路上上厕所成了问,我不太习惯在路边解决,这里的加油站有厕所的极少,无奈只好在路边解决,可是正如我所设想的一样,电动车在广大城乡太普及了,每天我几乎都在电动车的车流中荡漾,在河南的省道和国道两边,几乎很少没有住家的空白点,即使有路上车辆不断,难得有解决战斗的机会,所以既要斗智斗勇还要学会闪展腾挪,大不了多休息几次。眼看着南阳市大牌楼远远出现在远方,车上显示跑了190公里,时间尚早里程数也还有富余,那就再跑会儿,顺便看看旅游景点的位置,最后还是住在了靠城边的停车住宿旅店,二楼单间50元有独立卫生间,车放在楼下充电,和服务员、厨师的车子放在一起很安全。晚上终于和我老爸原来的保姆联系上了,说好明天去她家,这样在南阳就要多住一天了。 4月19日南阳早上大雾中午转晴早晨决定去南阳卧龙岗的武侯祠去看看,和旅店老板商量好把行李放在酒店,回来再取行李去老爸的保姆家。昨天说到找到了在南阳的,过去曾经陪伴过我父母的保姆,那我就要在南阳多住一天,她陪伴了我父母七年,我们一家对她都很有感情,后来她脑血栓回家休养了,我这次特意走南阳就是想看看她。从南阳出来绕行了58公里到了她家,看样子她脑血栓后遗症还是很严重的,因为生活困难儿子出去打工了,她和儿媳妇照顾孙子和孙女,农村人没有后代传人是一件大事,所以即使困难也要要孙子,还好老二就是个孙子,否则无限制地要下去,岂不是要更困难?虽然在她家只待了半天,帮她做了一些家务活,第二天清晨天一亮我就离开了。 4月20日襄樊阴有小雨早上从保姆家540分就启程了,因为有雾所以还真有点冷,亏得在河北我朋友家要了一双皮手套,此时还真的用上了,昨晚向保姆的老公打听从南阳她家社旗县去湖北襄樊怎么走,到天亮我临走时他说从唐河去襄樊,我从社旗县出来到三岔路口,一条路是去唐河的,一条路是去新野的,犹豫半天最后还是上了去新野的路,我说过我方向感很好,最后证明还是我的决定是正确的,到襄樊一共是180公里,到市区后一看有时间,就过江去襄阳古城做了一个浏览。到两点多钟进酒店一共跑了210公里,和我襄阳的朋友也联系上了,帮我定了一个很好的酒店,可以上网我可以更新游记了,明早先去古隆中游览,然后我朋友开车带走我的行李,去荆门帮我订酒店,我骑电动车随后也上荆门预计行程125公里,我朋友说襄樊仍是平原地,实际上我今天差不多隔五六公里就要爬一个大坡,虽然没有对我的车造成任何威胁,但是我感觉最少应该比河南上升了20多米的海拔。 4月21日荆门晴天26度早上在朋友的陪同下去了古隆中,路上朋友就介绍,河南南阳和襄阳古隆中都在争自己是诸葛孔明的出生地,南阳武侯祠】里没有什么更久远的建筑,古隆中更是稀少,园中正在大兴土木,只能说明都是现在访旧建筑,门票43元;南阳【武侯祠全票60元,确实物无所值。这次来我才知道襄樊和襄阳隔这一条汉江,现在对外统称襄樊,古城墙和古隆中都在襄阳,文革时期这里也建了很多三线兵工厂,现在都已经不存在了,两个城市加起来成为湖北第二大城市。我个人觉得古城墙比古隆中更有价值一些,古隆中现代人为因素过于浓重。看完古隆中我就骑车往荆门出发了,一路上有了更明显的丘陵地段,很多近60度的坡路,明显感觉海拔在逐渐升高,今天一直是沿着国道207走,这条国道北起锡林浩特经张家口、长治、襄阳、常德、梧州到海安,全长3405公里,我从襄阳出来里程碑在1904公里,随着历程的增加,我想应该在1946那里照一张相,因为那是我的出生年,里程数字越走越大,渐渐地1948,我随父母进京的年、1950抗美援朝、1957反右派、1958大跃进、1960三年困难开始、1966颠倒是非的文革开始、1967我去了北大荒、1979我一家人返城回到阔别12年的北京以33岁的年龄二次就业,重新开始全新的事业、1992我在北京有了属于自己的房产、2006年退休,这条路整个是我一生的经历,其中的甜酸苦辣只有我们这一代人最清楚!本想多拍几张这些路碑,偏偏都在坡路上坡最要紧的地方,为了保护电池,我还是舍弃了拍照,就能在这里向大家口述了。荆门没有什么旅游景点,早点休息恢复体力,明天过荆州要去看看关羽祠,然后住在湖北最后一个城市公安县,后天就进湖南了。今天走了140公里。整理一下买车后一共所走的公里数:*平谷--北京市内三个单程230KM*北戴河、天津短途训练1060KM4、12北京--献县242KM4、13献县--阜城县58KM4、14阜--邯郸232KM4、15邯郸--淇县177KM4、16淇县--许昌245KM4、17休息4、18许昌--南阳190+市内30=220KM4、19南阳--南阳社旗县58KM4、20南阳社旗县--襄樊210KM4、21襄樊--荆门140KM从买来车到今天一共跑了2722KM. 再上几张路上的图片。回复 酷爱户外的老者 的帖子我也是这样想的,其实很划算,和坐大巴车相比,可以多看见一些东西,更亲近自然;和骑摩托车相比更省钱,刚环保。 4月22日湖北公安县 晴最高温度28度昨晚在荆门住的酒店不错,电脑很好用。一早6点半我们就出发了,两个朋友其实是我亲戚的朋友,真的就象自己的朋友一样,事事都替我考虑到了,一遍一遍地提醒我注意安全。今天两个人非要开车跟着我走,坳不过他们只好同意,我在前面走,从反光镜中看到他们远远地跟在后面,连大卡车都在超他们,我想开卡车的人一定在骂他们,开这么好的车跑这么慢。 4月22日湖北公安县晴转雷阵雨骑行距离160公里昨晚住的荆门酒店不错,电脑上网速度很快。早上6:30就出发了,一路向荆州进发,刚走出去不远,就看见前面的大卡车都在调头,我看见大车前面有个缝隙,赶快钻过去一看,是因为前面的桥是个危桥,正在修理,半个桥面已经被刨开了,所有的机动车都不能通过,非机动车可以过去,我很庆幸,如果晚走一天也许就要绕路,过桥以后宽宽的马路一辆车都没有,那种心情别提多兴奋了,到了湖北道路两边明显增加了浓浓的绿色,很宽的道路已经被树木遮盖的十分清凉。只是这里因为进入丘陵地区,所以路上已经看不到电动车,一水儿的各种摩托,在河北、河南路上行走很少有人关注我,进入湖北以后我的回头率极高,我知道这是因为电动车走坡路会有些难度,我心里已经有了准备,在较长的坡道上尽量保持中速,防止控制器受到伤害。100公里很快就到了,荆州大牌楼已经近在眼前,进城后看了荆州市博物馆,浏览了荆周州古城墙,说实在话荆州古城墙真的非常好,四个城门都存在,城里城外建筑物有条不紊、陈列有序,和古城墙相得益彰,城水相连,人们在城墙外面的树阴下嬉戏、看书,看得出荆州人很有情调。博物馆中的展品也很有水准,不象是个地级市的博物馆。从博物馆出来,吃过午饭一路向南向长江大桥奔去,和黄河大桥一样车辆也不是很多,只不过给摩托车留的路面不是很宽,所以没敢支三脚架,照了几张就飞奔下桥了。到湖北最后一个休息地公安县是下午14:30,共走了160公里。洗完澡刚打开电脑外面雷雨交加,我又一次庆幸,老天爷真会心疼我,这要是早下半个小时,恐怕我就在劫难逃了!
