新西兰游玩思路Well, well, well……前面我说了,只要情况允许,无论如何你得有一辆车。地广人稀的意思,就是公共交通不发达。新西兰也用不着发达,它的汽车普及率是全球第二,许多家庭都拥有一辆以上的汽车,而稍远一点的地方,就坐发达的国内航线飞过去了,飞机场跟中国大城市的汽车站一般大小。新西兰可以玩的东西很多,随意列举:水里的——冲浪,漂流,皮划艇,观鲸观海豹,潜水,钓鱼,游轮空中的——跳伞,滑翔伞,蹦极,观光飞行陆地的——自驾,观星,徒步,登山,或者干脆什么也不干,仍是一种舒服的玩法列出我们南北岛30天自驾所去过的地方给大家做参考:南岛——1、MountCook库克山库克山是我们南岛自驾的第一站,来这里的人几乎都会去Hooker Valley track胡克谷步道做往返3小时的徒步。只有走在这条徒步小路上才能完整的看到库克山。四周雪山高耸,路边开着各种鲜花,路过冰湖与吊桥,到达库克山脚下的冰湖后,我们一直等到太阳下山才往回走,是那天最晚离开库克山脚下的游客,回营地的途中,黑暗里看不清路的兔子乱窜,差点撞到我们脚上来。 2、Lake Tekapo蒂卡普湖由于经纬度的关系,Lake Tekapo是南半球最适合观星的地方。除此之外被高耸入云的南阿尔卑斯山环绕的蒂卡普湖是拥有绿宝石般清澈湖水的高山湖泊,景色美得让人窒息。我们并没有专门去找坐落于湖边的牧羊人教堂,而是把车停在树荫下,悠哉的煮起了面吃。吃完准备打个盹,一群鸭子跑到车门前打招呼:不好意思,我们要睡觉了,没工夫social噢。3、阿卡罗阿借宿在友人位于普劳湾的房子里,在一个下雨天翻山越岭的去传说中很像法国小镇的阿卡罗阿看看。由于火山喷发形成的圆形半岛上,山路起伏多弯,雨水并不能遮掩既壮丽又秀美的景色。一路美景相伴,走走停停,开三四个小时到达阿卡罗阿已经不是最重要的目的了,喝上一杯咖啡稍作休息,又往回开进美景中。4、凯库拉凯库拉是南岛著名看鲸鱼和海豹的小镇,当沿着1号公路向北开时,注意路边出现画着海豹的警示,就可以挑地方停车了。有时候顽皮的海豹们会跑到靠近路边的草丛里,当我们靠近,它们就侧着头看上好一阵才跑回海边的礁石。南岛还有别的地方也能看到海豹,但能这么近距离接触的,凯库拉是首选。5、亚伯塔斯曼国家公园亚伯塔斯曼国家公园是新西兰最适合做海边徒步的地方之一,公园内有一条很有名的步行道叫做Abel Tasman Coast Track,全程55.2公里,走完需要3-5天,水上的士停靠在沿途许多沙滩。我们计划走3天,完成2/3的路程,徒步时很长一部分时间是行走在长满巨大蕨类植物的海滨雨林小道,隔一段能看到湛蓝的美丽海景,每天正常人4小时的脚程被爱拍照的我们走成6小时,不知不觉三天过去了,坐水上的士1小时就回到三天前的起点。1小时=3天。但如果不是慢慢的徒步,决然领略不到新西兰如此海岸美景。6、西海岸风光来过新西兰的人,十有八九都说西海岸美。到底是怎么样的美呢?塔斯曼海面吹来的暖气流被南岛中部的高山拦截,形成绵绵不绝的雨水,于是整个西海岸都是一派雨林气息,这里树干长着漂亮青苔的高大树木会跳舞,由于海风的关系,又集体被吹斜到一边,蕨类则铺满低一层的地面。羊群,牛群和鹿群见惯了常年堆积的迅速变幻的雨云,面对我们对这般景色的连连惊叹,始终都是很淡定。 7、 Franz Josef Glacier & Fox Glacier冰川探险是南岛旅游的重头戏,Franz Josef 冰川在毛利语中叫做“雪崩女孩的眼泪”。Fox冰川全长13公里,汇集了四座高山冰河的降雪。冰川徒步是游玩Franz Josef冰川和Fox冰川的最佳方式。可以在当地报名参加徒步冰川探险项目,也可以参加直升机之旅来领略新西兰最高的几大山峰的壮丽美景。但我们觉得新西兰这两号冰川略小,打着以后去巴基斯坦做冰川徒步的算盘,远远的跟它们打了声招呼就开往了下一站。8、Mount Aspiring National Park阿斯帕林山国家公园从西海岸开往Wanaka的道路必须穿过阿斯帕林国家公园,这座生长着茂密的新西兰特有的雨林树木的国家公园惊人的美!车子行驶在密林中间,我们总是有一种穿越的感觉,希望一直这么开下去不要到达终点。阿斯帕林国家公园里也有很棒的徒步路线,但我们并不打算停留,因为多雨气候的缘故,路面常有塌方事件,所以我们必须在封路之前穿过。车子一开出山区,豁然开朗,我们就知道美妙的雨林已经在我们身后了,由于阿斯帕林这些高山挡住了雨水,我们前方的平原夕阳正浓,开到哈威亚湖时,一条前所未有的鲜亮彩虹骑在湖面,高兴的与我们相见。9、Wanaka瓦纳卡湖Wanaka湖上太适合做各种水上运动了,买个大冰激凌往草地上一坐,就可以欣赏水上飞人项目(风筝冲浪者),人们三三两两的坐在一起享受夏日,假如你想喂海鸥,把食物往空中抛会帮助你喂得更拉风一点,三五十只海鸥会张开翅膀聚拢在食物能抛到的领域,尽量在空中保持平衡与静止,同时又以最快的速度争抢食物。10、Oamaru奥玛鲁奥玛鲁(Oamaru)又叫“企鹅镇”,有新西兰特有的黄眼企鹅和世界上最小的企鹅,蓝眼企鹅。在奥马鲁游客中心,有一个小花园是公园为企鹅搭建的,可以通过小窗口了解企鹅孵蛋,当然是收费的。我们尽量赶在企鹅归巢之前到达营地扎好帐篷,先赶去看归家较早的黄眼企鹅,再去看夜幕降临之后才归家的蓝眼企鹅。蓝眼企鹅才巴掌这么大,萌翻了……11、Moeraki摩拉基Moeraki Boulders公园需要自觉往入口处的钱箱中投入2新币,海滩上散布着许多摩拉基巨石,极其圆,还有像蛋黄一样的石心。网上查到退潮时间是早上,到达的时候已经聚集了很多游客,大家变着各种法儿与石头合影,在上面蹲的跳的,钻到石头缝里假装悟空的…… 12、Dunedin但尼丁Dunedin是南岛第二大城市,也是Otago地区首府。这里曾是新西兰最富有的城市,有很多富有历史感的建筑。从古典维多利亚建筑的火车站开始,沿着城内步行道就可以开始但尼丁建筑遗产之旅。St Clair海滩很适合等待日落,也可以背着冲浪板挑战这里的海浪。Dunedin也是吉百利巧克力工厂的总部所在地,目前已经开放成为游乐园性质的博物馆,据说电影《查理的巧克力工厂》就由此得到灵感。在这里不仅可以了解巧克力的历史,亲自体验吉百利的色香味,还能见到壮观的巧克力瀑布。但我们大部分时间都花在半岛上,先跑去皇家信天翁基地探望了威风的信天翁们,又贼心不死的在落日之前赶去桑德弗莱湾,穿过海滩走到半山腰的小木屋,继续看黄眼企鹅。13、Nugget Point纳吉特角从纳吉特角停车场走20分钟,就可以看到陡峭山岬上设的灯塔,岸边不远散布着很多岩石小岛。海豹们休息在岩石上,不过都离得太远。倒是有许多鸟,成双成对的疾飞嬉戏,练习飞翔。新西兰虽美却气候恶劣,但无论如何对于生活在这里的动物而言,没有人类过多的打扰,只需要面对自然界的挑战,总是幸运的。14、Slope Point斜坡角天哪,这里的风大得啊!到达真正的Slope Point,需要从停车场经过私家农场的Track小路,步行20分钟。前往时最后一半的路程,完全是风推着我们走。而快要到达终点立牌的地方时,是无论如何也无法走直线了,稍有不慎人就被风吹着跑。一开始觉得冷哆哆嗦嗦,后来被风吹嗨了,我们都张开双臂像鸟儿一样逆风往前冲,笑声跟我们本人一样跌跌撞撞的被风吹散,足足吹了快半小时,过足了瘾才往回走。15、Bluff小镇哎,今年的生蚝节是5月14号。看到路边的大招牌,大口大口的咽口水。Bluff,新西兰最南端的小镇,出产被誉为世界上最美味的生蚝。好想吃啊好想吃啊!非生蚝季不推荐来这里,会被馋坏的……16、Te Anau蒂阿瑙湖蒂阿瑙湖就像一块湛蓝的宝石。在i-site隔壁,可以在RealJourney公司报名乘坐游船前往Glowworm Caves(萤火虫洞)。17、Milford Sound米尔福德峡湾南岛自驾途中我们最期待的一个地方之一。从西海岸拐向Wanaka之后,米尔福德峡湾是唯一再能看到雨林美景的地方了。汽车开过一段幽暗隧道,一出隧道口,270度环绕的群山,下雨的关系,大概每隔十米就有一两米宽的小瀑布,从山顶倾泻而下,几乎上百道之多。完全就是现实版的《霍比特人》里精灵居住的地方。我们每隔一小段距离就停车拍照,希望长焦能拉到一两只精灵,向住在这里的它们表达诚挚的羡慕! 18、皇后镇皇后镇大概是新西兰最出名的地方之一了。Remarkables山脉,天台餐厅,观星,跳伞,蹦极……它集美景和各种户外极限运动体验地于一身,每个来南岛的人大概都不会错过它,以及镇上永远排满长队的Fergburger(大汉堡)。我们走在湖边拍照,一个吉他手卖命的演唱着,他的吉他盒上写着:为Fergburger!北岛——1、奥克兰奥克兰作为北岛自驾的出发地,是新西兰最大的城市,经济文化中心,新西兰的门户。这里有美丽的海港和岛屿,有着“风帆之都”的美名。周围的山峦尽是热带雨林风貌,有许多休眠火山。虽然奥克兰是新西兰人口最多的城市,但喧闹和拥挤却与这里无关,这里是宁静而迷人的城市。虽然奥克兰有很多可以去的地方,但由于时间关系,我们租好车后直接出城往南开去。2、霍比屯一直以为自己是《魔戒》《霍比特人》的死忠粉,结果听一位当地大叔说他们这里有人看了50遍霍比特人!这个人真的不是放电影的工作人员吗?!所以霍比屯,也就是电影里霍比特人的故乡夏尔的拍摄地,对我们来说还是有吸引力的。但是由于建在私人农场里,必须买票组团进入,限制了自由。而电影拍完之后明显疏于维护,菜园里的紫包菜,都长得有洗澡盆那么大了!我们还是把最美好的印象留在电影里吧…… 3、罗托鲁瓦想要了解毛利人的文化,这个城市是最好的选择。毛利文化村提供3个半小时的文化体验之旅,可以去看看关于毛利人的一切。但当我们赶到时,所有的团都订满了。正在消亡的毛利文化,是资本主义扩张的罪恶,也是一段忧伤的故事。4、怀基蒂地热公园罗托鲁瓦到怀基蒂这一片区域,到处都有地热现象,并不一定需要买门票进地热公园。我们就在一个不停冒热泡泡的泥巴池边上待了好久。但如果想看地热喷泉,就花钱买上门票去离地热公园开车还有20分钟的地方去,记住喷发时间是早上10点。 5、陶波湖Taupo湖是新西兰最大的内陆湖。湖光山色,美不胜收。我们在一块高地停车架好脚架准备拍合影,延时正要结束之际,镜头里突然窜出一个脑袋,原来是一个毛利小伙子从坡下辛苦的爬上来捡一块飞盘……于是变成3个人的合影。6、东格里罗国家公园末日火山是佛罗多实行摧毁魔戒任务的终点。电影演到这里的时候一波三折,末日火山的圆顶也频繁出现。我们站在鲁阿佩胡山的山顶平台时,脑子里老是回放那幅场景。这里就是末日火山的拍摄地,中土神话的终结地。这一站之后,我们就要开往惠灵顿,结束全岛的自驾之旅。 7、惠灵顿新西兰的首都是惠灵顿而不是奥克兰这件事,常常记混……但我们永远不会忘记离开前能将车吹晃的大风和瑰丽的晚霞,惠灵顿机场的出发大厅里,咕噜瞪着大眼睛在抓鱼,甘道夫骑着大鸟来为我们送行,新西兰之旅,令人享受至极。总结一下,我们的重点放在自驾和徒步这两件事情上面,在城市里停留很少。如果时间和预算允许的话,沿途还可以加入以下新西兰热门的体验式活动:皇后镇跳伞,漂流,蹦极等凯库拉观鲸观海豚福克斯或约瑟夫徒步,还可以坐直升飞机到冰川上面徒步阿斯帕林国家公园徒步奥玛鲁,但尼丁等地观看蓝眼企鹅米尔福德小径徒步陶波湖跳伞东格里罗国家公园徒步罗托鲁瓦毛利人村庄体验游怀托摩萤火虫洞自驾与徒步TIPS:正如我开篇所提,新西兰租车业发达,费用也低廉。驾照:使用中国驾照没问,但需要一份新西兰交通部授权的翻译件,可以在淘宝上办理,也可以找当地的代理,前者价格便宜一半。保险:大的租车公司基本建议上全险,我们租车的那间有三个选项,配的基本险不要另外交钱,00以上的车损才理赔,半险每天,0以上理赔,全险。保险费按照车型的不同会有小幅调整。导航:新西兰的公路条件非常好,国小人少,路完善,大地方基本不看地图也没问。我们没有带导航,手机上的谷歌地图就很完美。住宿:新西兰遍地都是露营地,部分需要预定。但有些只是房车营地,如果是汽车+帐篷的组合,要确认营地是否可以扎帐篷。营地分两种,一种是私营,厨房洗衣卫生间热水淋浴都有,电视房之类的公共活动区域也大;一种是DOC管辖的自助式,一般可能只有厕所和饮用水,自助缴费。此外Motel也遍地,若非圣诞这样重大的节日,很少会订不到房。条件更好的星级酒店也有不少。装备:新西兰天气变化非常快,即使是盛夏早晚温差也非常大。海边风大,应该备一件防风外套。如果夏天准备扎帐篷露营,建议最好带-5度的睡袋。实用网站:自然资源保护部的官网,上面几乎可以查到新西兰户外活动的一切信息,例如徒步路线与地图,露营地,国家公园,打猎活动,珍惜动植物等等的详细介绍:https//www.doc.govt.nz/新西兰营地大全,非常实用,我们都是当天提前几个小时在这个网站上找最近的合适的营地:https//www.rankers.co.nz/respectTop10和Holidayparks都是新西兰规模比较大的连锁营地,设施条件也比较好:https//www.top10.co.nz/https//www.holidayparks.co.nz/welcome 新西兰各处的潮汐预告,新西兰很多景点都需要事先了解潮汐时间才能看到:https//www.niwa.co.nz/services/online-services/tide-forecaster 新西兰旅游官网上有《霍比特人》和《指环王》的拍摄地介绍,喜欢的朋友可以按图索骥:https//www.newZEALand.com/cn/feature/lord-of-the-rings/https//www.newzealand.com/cn/feature/the-hobbit-trilogy-filming-loCATions/ (下图至33楼均为哈威亚湖及周边美景)([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 一 2005年我第一次徒步,从哈熊沟到天池,晚上在水磨河边扎营。那时候我还年轻,健若走兽,批鳞带角,行走如风,没帐篷,没睡袋,没防潮垫,一件廉价冲锋衣盖着肚脐眼儿也能凑活一宿。夜里,同帐的驴友呼声震天,我睡不着觉钻出帐篷撒尿,抬头看见满天繁星从远处黑漆漆的雪山后面喷涌而出,在头顶汇聚成河,星光璀璨,如闪烁的原钻,美得让人忘乎所以,尿水洒了一鞋。 早晨,本色大哥指着那座雪山说:那就是博格达峰…… 那时候我对一座冰冷的雪山毫无兴趣。亿万年前,天地玄黄,宇宙洪荒,人类在巨兽横行的冰河时代,仓皇逃离茫茫冰川雪原,在荒芜的冻土和幽深的冰缝前噤若寒蝉,如今退化得没了野蛮的体魄和御寒的皮毛,居然又开始天天梦想着亲近雪山,总让人觉得虚伪可笑。 之后的很多年,我走了很多地方,累了、困了、停下来抬起头,那座雪山总是岿然立在远处,仿佛我故意缠着她,粘着她,一直围着她转。哪怕在城市里,天气好的时候,我堵在外环路上,抬起头,她依然静静的立在天边,对我若即若离,半推半就,搞的我很不淡定。登山界有个说烂的段子,说是有人问登山家希拉里为什么一生登山不止,他说:因为山在那里。这句话很有深意,但是我更喜欢拉条子的版本,他说山确实在那里,但是钱不在那里……。 这两年,我的半月板渐渐开始退化,走碎石路或者下山的时候偶尔的一下刺痛似乎在提醒我,鲜衣怒马,霸气侧漏,纵横江湖的好时光渐渐远去了。夜阑卧听风吹雨的时候,我常常对自己说,是不是该去那座雪山看看了?不管是藏着晦明剑谱还是闯王宝藏,她总该有个让人趋之若鹜的理由罢…… 二 今年端午节,我跟零红蝶穿越恰西-库尔德宁。途中他说,孙老师的博格达后山照片被GTX公司买走了,他很自鸣得意的给那张后来勾引了无数人前往博格达的照片命名为:“三峰并起插云寒”。我告诉他,不管云寒是谁,这个名字都非常之暴力猥亵。对此他很不屑,他说:我拥有的知识岂是你的想象所能及……。于是我识相的闭嘴了,群规第一条:永远不要挑战领队的权威。 坊间记载:零红蝶者,奇人也,脸黑、人瘦,臭屁,喜红衣,好女装,上知天文地理,下懂洗菜煮米,文能识图,武能下厨。携一众疯男癫女,奔走山莽之间,夜宿旷野之下。日行百里不露疲态,帐混数女不越雷池。此君年轻时头顶重发,神似马云,这两年不管脸型还是性格都渐向冯远征的方向一路狂奔去矣。零蝴蝶说,8月博格达五峰连穿,会彻底颠覆你对传统徒步的理解。 于是我不禁又想起孙老师的大作。那张照片上博格达峰在阳光下白雪皑皑,一层薄雾从山脚升起,两个行者眺望远山,画面感十足,宛若幻境。孙老师网名叫米东徒狼,名字狠,但人温和可爱。有次扎营完毕,大家喝了点小酒,就决定歌以助兴。起先孙老师害羞并不愿唱,后来不知道谁唱了首达坂城的姑娘,结果那块硬又平的石头不仅敲开了姑娘的心房,也彻底敲开了孙老师的歌喉,他连唱五首后突然停下来说:小猪,我嗓子马上就要开了……。孙老师跟我说,博格达是要去一次的,哪怕就那么远远的看着她也值得。 不管怎么说,三峰并起插云寒,终于也插得我下定了去博格达的决心。 三 当年傅青主率七剑下天山,拯救天下苍生;练霓裳肝肠寸断,一夜白头独上天山;卓一航,在雪山绝壁苦等优昙花开。武林高手不要脸的地方在于统统无视高反,上天山如上红山,闲庭信步,进退自如。我没有游龙剑也不会凌波微步,临行前还是慎重研究了一下这条纵跃天山的路线:五峰连穿,南起达坂城三个山村,北至白杨河三岔子沟,全程65公里。途径碎石达坂,夜宿登山营地,翻越简单达坂,由于海拔跨度大,草甸、冰川、碎石、河流、雪山、冰湖各种元素一应俱全,好在未来几日显示天气尚佳,穿越难度适中。 我简单评估了一下自己的能力,估计高反应该对我影响不大,但是考虑到膝盖依旧不给力,装备还是谨慎的控制在20kg。除了帐篷、睡袋、防潮垫、冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤外,一切从简。提前一天,联系江湖、飞翔、听雨一干吃货共商搭伙做饭之大计,顺带采购了馕、笋子和蘑菇,准备把“将一切线路走成腐败线”的原则贯彻到底。 整装完毕,已是夜半,倒头睡去,梦中又回到那片茫茫雪山,山下练霓裳白发如雪,宛若天仙,她对我说,长相厮守不若相望于江湖,留一点未了之情,彼此相忆吧……,不等我挽留,已飘然离去,消失在雪山之巅。我不禁悲从中来,泪如雨下,高呼:哥唯知徒步,不会登山也!醒来时,枕巾哭湿了一片……。 四 出发当日报有小雨,上车前却一直阳光明媚。夏天、拉条子、老虎,连带天体流两大掌门:南双鱼北不弃,纷纷前来送行,突然感觉如壮士断腕,陡增豪迈之气。和众英雄一一话别后,车一路南行。途径达坂城,江湖采购了些蔬菜和调料,江湖者,笑傲江湖是也,湖哥虽貌似藏民实为回民,次日便是肉孜节,算算江湖已闭关封斋一月有余,任督二脉俱开,体内真气游走,身轻如燕。江湖是有名的强驴,是这次长线的协作,捎带负责照顾两位外地女施主,白天赶路,晚上混帐,不舍昼夜,甚为辛苦。 下午六时许,车至三个山村,众人整装换乘卡车一路向北,小雨终于开始淅淅沥沥的飘下来,车外风大,和尚我被吹得烦躁不堪,挥手猛抽之仍不解恨。柏油路、机耕路都走完,再过几座水泥桥,卡车再无法前行,从这里旅途算正式开始了。第一天行程约5公里,海拔上升400米,算是热身顺带考察体能。零蝴蝶扬言若比他晚至营地20分钟者,斩立决!众驴不敢懈怠,紧随其后,天黑前悉数按时到达2号羊圈扎营。我挑了个上风上水的宝地搭好帐篷,趁着雨还未下大,忙与飞翔、江湖开始做饭。因江湖逢菜必放十三香,大厨资格被弹劾,由飞翔接手。飞翔是恰西就一起走过的大哥,体力虽然不强,但是性格温和,人品一流,厨艺上佳,尤数醋溜菜系堪称一绝。饭毕,风雨渐强,大家各自回帐休息。 夜晚,风雨交加,我扎营时偷懒未绑风绳,地钉扎的也浅,结果半夜大风吹得帐篷左摇右晃,帐内空间瞬间小了一半,我半梦半醒间对形势做了简单分析:一、睁眼看不到天空,说明帐篷还在;二、内帐贴在脸上,想是帐篷八成被吹塌了;三、实在太困,以上两条皆可忽略。遂继续昏昏然睡去矣。 五 次日,风息雨停,帐篷犹在,除了几个挂绳从地钉上脱落之外,还算坚挺。一夜大风之后,空气格外通透,远处的雪山清晰可见。老衲7点半起来开始收整,吃了一碗翔哥煮的奶粉泡馕,昨夜被风雨折磨损耗的功力顿时恢复,丹田一股热浪涌遍全身。9点半准时拔营,沿马道一路上行,今天的行程全程爬升,本来我已经做好了重装爬坡的心理准备,但是真正到背起包,迈开腿的时候,还是觉得有些英雄“气短”,走长线前期的调整和适应很重要,迷失的都市人要走的慢一点,等等自己的灵魂,徒步人则要不时等等自己的肉体,即使灵魂已经飞到了雪山之巅。我放慢速度,调整好步幅,每步都很小,但是不停顿。大约两公里后,我已经超到了零蝴蝶身后。 天山南坡雨水少,草木皆疏,略显荒凉,山里四下静谧,满耳朵都是风声,这是一段相对枯燥的路程,好在雪山就在那里,她让我迈出的每一步都坚定而有目的性。中午在4号羊圈休息,早上一共在山脊上走了8公里。我顺势坐在零蝴蝶旁边休息,他掏出鸡腿和萨其马,然后幽幽的对我说:没有鸡腿的死开,我毫不示弱的掏出牛肉干还以颜色。 搭伙的小伙伴们陆陆续续也到达了休息点,听雨依旧挑选了个大石块立刻躺展,估计是早上的爬升让她不太适应,我看这一路她逢石必躺。听雨是个单纯妹子,体力不算强,但是耐力很好,爱好徒步的女孩都有个共同的特点,就是性格好,这点在听雨身上尤为明显。当初在恰西的泥里蹚了一路,疲惫不堪,走到一个山包,众人指着对面的另外一个山包说,彼处若有人相衬,照相效果必佳,孰愿往?听雨闻言立刻报名,一路狂奔至对面山包,各种瑜伽抛斯摆起……。 听雨妹子热衷于拍跳跃的照片,每次拍之前和尚我都亲自施展轻功示范,但每次照出来的效果仍旧不佳,所以我断言听雨者,不善弹跳。怎料某次我在给听雨拍跳跃照片时,被飞翔抓拍了一张,照片上,这妮子居然高高腾空,姿势甚是轻盈飘逸,方知原来是我不善摄影也,呜呼! 徒步圈的女人分两种,一曰软妹子,一曰女汉子,软妹子全程靠强驴照顾,女汉子全程照顾别人,听雨介于两者之间,勉强算个软汉子吧。但是偶尔的,我神经错乱的那么一刻,会依稀记起赛里木湖边,清晨,第一缕阳光洒在湖畔,听雨站在朝阳下与景色浑然一体,不事雕琢,令人难忘…… 稍事休息,未等听雨把石板趟热,零蝴蝶已经啃罢鸡腿,背包准备出发了。从4号羊圈向左前方走,进入一条布满碎石的山沟,由于海拔的不断上升,草渐渐变得稀少,下午的路线基本就是一条很窄的碎石马道。我左腿膝盖吃不上力,导致右脚脚踝在碎石间很容易扭伤,所以无奈只好再次放慢速度。路线的强度也开始慢慢变大,除了马道渐渐变窄外,爬升也开始了。中途休息,传统穿越租用的马匹从身后超过来,碎石路让他们不堪忍受,马匹可以一直把运行李驮运到登山大本营。 面对眼前爬升200米,角度40度的碎石达坂,这次行程我第一次感觉到了压力。好在经过多年修炼,我已练成了大理延庆太子的绝学“一阳指铁杖神功”,要领是:双杖前探扎地,气聚天府穴,双臂支撑,一步完成。此神功被证明无坡不破,唯一的缺点是速度太慢,没走多久,身后哈密北山羊的几个武林前辈渐渐超过我走在前头。神功未施展几招,抬头发现零蝴蝶居然已经在坡顶俯瞰群驴,一副君临天下之势……。和尚我一想到我堂堂大理皇家御用神功居然不如他零蝴蝶的疯狗式走法,顿时气不打一处来,遂催动内力,手杖扎地犹如捣蒜,一口气爬到坡顶,累的险些一口鲜血喷出,血洒天山……。事后,哈密寒星大哥说,当时我在他身后,犹如狼撵…… 碎石达坂达坂上乃是一道瀑布,冰川融水汇聚于此,奔流直下,甚为壮观。众驴在瀑布顶端休息,我靠在一块巨石上,遥望远方,远处博峰似乎又近了一步…… 七 离开瀑布很快就见到第一个冰湖,8月湖面浮冰已融,湖水寒冷彻骨,湖面不大,但是湖水碧绿,在雄壮雪山的映衬下显得楚楚动人,如果7月前来,这里的湖冰未融,又是另外一番景象。冰湖边有块大石延伸进湖水里,乃是个照相的绝佳地点,众驴纷纷在此留影。此时天色渐阴,湖边风起,让人觉得有些寒意,大家稍作停留便右拐离开冰湖。路程开始变得平缓,但是路况并未有多大好转,依旧是碎石河道,只不过石块更大。如果是丰水年份,河道里是有水和河冰的,今年气温高,冰雪尽融,只剩下一片碎石。冰河的尽头,是一条溪流,今年水小,甚至不用涉水,直接踩在石块上便可过河。 碎石路让我非常崩溃,纵然施展凌波微步也还是感觉小腿发酸,加上登山鞋的鞋带没有系紧,我掐指一算,脚底应该是已经磨出水泡无疑。好在渡河之后,前方的道路一马平川,我继续用狼撵式走法埋头追了两公里,渐渐又回到队伍前列。肩膀酸加脚疼,我开始渐渐有些烦躁起来,翻过一个小山丘,突然发现,博格达峰已经赫然立在眼前……多年前我在西外环路上堵车,远望东南,天片的博格达主峰与浮云连成一体,如海市蜃楼,虚幻缥缈。之后的很多年,一提起缥缈峰灵鹫宫,我脑子里立刻闪现过天边那空中楼阁一般的博峰。我决定,有朝一日,定要直上天山,力克童姥,取了生死符,从此独步江湖…… 如今博峰即在眼前,只是天边流云似铁,雪峰依旧在云端若隐若现,高高在上,丝毫没有因为距离的缩短而放下身段,反而似乎更加遥远威严神秘。我开始有点理解人为什么会在一座雪山面前惊叹、感动、折服、膜拜。人生如梦,白云苍狗,人总要翻过一座属于自己的山峰,你那些曾经的不堪回首、牵肠挂肚、风光荣耀、没落孤寂、生死离别,在他百万年漫长的守望下,犹如沧海一粟,微不足道。似乎翻过山,抛下过往才有勇气再面对漫漫的人生路,因为我知道不论走多远,永远翻不过去的始终是生活。 八 今天夜宿的营地是博格达登山大本营,一块成熟的扎营地,夏季登山协会会在这里训练队员,地势平坦,营地旁有优质的水源,缺点是:遍地碎石,我的帐篷是半自立式的,对于无法扎地钉的露营条件简直是一场噩梦。只好用大石块压住四角固定帐篷,因为无法充分拉伸帐篷空间,双人帐勉强变成了单人帐。江湖当了一天收队,一路基本没怎么休息,体力消耗巨大,几近崩溃,估计有些轻微高反,到营地立好帐篷就钻进去睡了。 我简单考察了一下营地周边环境,营地边上立着白雪小姐的衣冠冢,后面是三个香港山友的墓碑,想想他们魂断博峰,长眠于此,日日望着不远处的雪山峻岭、日升日落,也算不错的归宿吧。营地对面是一个小山包,翻过山包可以看到博格达4、5、1号主峰和山脚下的冰湖,这时候天气已经转阴,山间云山雾罩,三峰不可全见,我坐在湖边的石头上静静等了一个小时,云无散迹,渐渐三峰均隐没于云中。 我走回营地和飞翔一起张罗着做饭,和零红蝶混帐的两个驴友,状况不太好,准备次日和传统穿越的队伍一起从天池下撤。马达把所有吃的悉数贡献出来,飞翔又整了个四菜,大家就在江湖的帐篷里边吃边聊,直至深夜。每次走长线我都很珍惜和众驴友在一起的时光,常有人在群里说这次没机会下次再一起走,我对这种话一般都不太确信,这些年走了好多路,有些朋友相逢一次就再也没见过,浮云一别后,流水十二年,很多东西过了就过了,没有下一次。 帐外突然开始下雨,我们钻出大帐,准备各自休息,眼前的博峰在一片风雨交加的苍茫夜色里显得愈发雄壮…… 九 一夜风雨,白发魔女和天山童姥均未入梦。早起发现帐篷外全是冰碴,又是阳光明媚的一天。朝阳从山间洒向营地,草石皆金,博峰全貌尽显,此时湖面如镜,雪山投影在水中,浮冰闪耀,美不胜收。当年全真教长春子丘处机道长在天山作诗有云:雪岭界天人不到,冰池耀日俗难观,我能看到这雪岭冰池也算不俗了罢。 吃完早餐,跟传统穿越队伍话别之后,众人沿冰湖向南,走上冰川,逐渐向雪山靠近。今天要长距离的冰川行走和翻越雪山,路程强度最大,也最危险。四百多万年前,博格达冰川形成,巨大的冰川推动着山脚下的巨石缓缓移动,犹如流淌着的时光河流,随着冰河时代的结束,全球气温回暖,冰川渐渐消退,留下巨大的绿色岩石。冰川行走的危险在于表面积雪下深不见底的冰裂缝和冰洞,这个季节,冰川上很大一部分积雪已经融化,大的冰缝都暴露出来,危险降低了不少,一早上数公里的行走,居然丝毫没有感觉疲惫。中午,大部队到达简单达坂脚下,在一处有水源的石堆上午餐。 我靠在一块大石头上仰望海拔4160米的简单达坂,看着云从达坂顶上飘过,拖着七彩光晕,不知为何,突然觉得莫名悲伤。当年简单开发五峰连穿路线,越过4160达坂的时候,大概也是意气风发,豪情壮志,如今山未易,人已逝。这两年不管是严冬冬的英逝还是杨春风、饶剑锋的遇难,总让人不禁唏嘘感叹,也惹得争议一片。在这件事上,我总觉得,一个理性的人,只要明白自己追求事情的危险性,能够接受最坏的结果,那么即使倒在追梦的路上也算死得其所,你可以不认同他们的行为,但是必须保持尊重。 十 吃过饭,我简单评估了一下面前4160达坂的难度,坡度陡、爬升高、积雪厚,应该不像它的名字那么简单,外加早上搭伙的小伙伴们说看我有做强驴的潜质,所以把5个气罐全部塞进我的包里这个不利条件,我认为这会儿不是证明自己负重能力的时候,所以果断把两个满罐藏在石头下面,零红蝶说他日后取来私用。减负之后,也许是心理因素,立刻觉得包轻了不少,很快我跟着零又走到了队伍的最前面。但是走到一半,随着坡度的加大,体重大的缺陷也暴露出来,零走在我前面在雪上踩的很浅的脚印,我一踩立刻没至膝盖,我每一步都只能跪着从雪里拔出脚才能迈下一步。身后的“天气”身形小巧轻盈,很快就超在我身前,我侧身一看,她只在雪上留下一串浅浅的脚印,轻功水上漂啊!只恨自己轻功不佳,就这么一步一跪,如朝圣一般,终于爬到了达坂顶端。 眼前无限风光,茫茫冰川向远处延展,右侧是博格达高耸入云的雪峰,天空蓝的发暗,风过身摇,一时间感觉有点轻微的晕厥。那些阴郁的、无奈的、沮丧的、伤感的、愤愤的情绪在这一刻随风而逝。我开始明白人们为什么对一座雪山如此热衷了,当你靠近她的时候,她的纯净、纯洁、纯粹似乎可以净化你的内心…… 也许是有点忘乎所以,下达坂的时候,我掏出防潮垫,准备坐着直接滑下去。这个壮举被零蝴蝶凶狠的制止了。无法控制下滑速度,很可能会掉进冰裂缝或者撞在前方的石头上,纵然我有神功护体刀枪不入,也难免大伤元气,从此退出江湖。 十一队伍在达坂北坡下休息,等后面的队员陆续翻过达坂。喀什来的驴友“飘絮的风”有些高反,翻达坂对他来说是个大考验,飘絮的风背了五六公斤的摄影器材,所以一路很受折磨,但是走在队伍最后的他还是拍下了很多美不胜收的照片,本帖的照片照的好看的均出自他之手,在这顺便感谢飘絮的风。 大概等了一个多小时,队伍再次聚齐。开始漫长的冰川行走,从现在开始,海拔一路下降,这一段冰川的景色异常壮观,博格达2、3、4、1号峰就在身旁,随便停下都可以拍到雪山美景。队伍沿着冰河前行,遇到横切的冰裂缝,冰河便流入冰缝,有的冰缝被冲击成一个冰洞,深不见底,看着慎人。冰川的尽头又是一片乱石路,听雨才走了一小段就扭伤了脚,好在不严重,稍事休息还可以继续。前一天的碎石达坂,让我总结了几条走碎石路的经验:一、多用手杖,二、不要相信任何一块石头,哪怕它看着很大很稳固,三、两只脚同时踩到落脚点了再迈下一步。按照这个方法,虽然还是走的很慢,但是这一段路程我膝盖没有感到不适。 傍晚,在一处地势平坦的冰湖边扎营,远处夕阳斜下,博格达峰被镶上了一层金边。晚饭本来按惯例依旧由飞翔掌勺我打下手,炒了两个菜后,听雨对我和飞翔每个菜都不放辣椒这件事很火大,所以决定亲自下厨。听雨炒菜的风格属于剽悍型,一个菜用三个菜的肉和调料,手法也基本是降龙十八炒加打狗铲法,虽然看似暴力,尝了尝味道居然还不错。这是我们在山里的最后一顿晚餐,大家吃完又聊了很多。聊起了曾经的孟克特、冰川壮美的夏特,繁花开满山谷的环博,细雨绵绵的恰西,风雪漫天的车师……。帐外已是浓浓的夜色,天山上,龙蛇笔走,墨泼南溟…… 十二早起拔营,大家沿着冰湖边一路北行。今天我们就要开始离开博格达峰了,翻过山梁,博峰渐行渐远,我们已经走到了经典的博格达后山,当年孙老师就是在这里拍下了“三峰并起插云寒”的美图。众人也纷纷效仿,只是少了些魔幻的光线和雾气,怎么也没法拍出孙老师那张照片的感觉,好在博峰壮美,随便怎么拍都是美景。 一路下坡。路况也基本是草地和马道,队伍的速度越来越快,中午在绝望坡下的河流边吃完午饭,接下来就是几公里的马路,身后的博峰渐渐隐匿在山间的松林里,前方是无尽的石子路,走得我非常崩溃。我的登山鞋非常不适应在这种道路上行走,所以我放慢速度,和哈密北山羊的几个大哥走在一起,速度和步幅正合适。 远处村落渐现,我知道旅途该结束了,不管你翻过多少山峰,终究还是要面对生活这座高山。这些年我一直问自己,我们为什么活着,是为了活的更长?更富有?走的更远?去更多的地方?我们行走的意义究竟是什么?早些年我看山是山,看水是水,那时候膝盖坚若磐石,大块吃肉大碗喝酒,铁肩担道义,长歌万里行,妄言万水千山走遍。这几年吃了亏,摔了跤,碰了壁,灰头土脸,头破血流,开始变得看山不是山,看水不是水,行走也变得不再单纯,徒步里多了些炫耀、虚荣和自以为是,其实走过多少地方,登过多少山峰并不堪称其为一种资本,不管是腐败、自虐、探险还是玩命,你要寻找的始终还是心里的那片风景,如果不明白这一点,即使走再远也走不出自己的心。可以想象,若干年后我终究会老的再也不能行走,也许膝盖早已置换成了钛合金,以前走过旅程渐渐变成回忆,对此我并不恐慌,因为那时候我也许已经变得宠辱不惊,看山还是山,看水还是水,短锄栽花,长诗佐酒,诗剑年年总忆卿……大合影 最 后 最后说说装备和注意事项,8月博格达山区气温并不算低,所以徒步一般可以穿速干衣裤,遇到风大的山口或者阴天,可以套上冲锋衣御风。考虑到碎石和冰雪路面,全程必须穿高腰登山鞋。有两件事是以前我持怀疑态度,通过这次长线确认的:一是零蝴蝶的长线穿两双袜子的理论,二是零蝴蝶的速干裤外面套冲锋裤的理论,证明都是正确的。 关于睡袋我个人认为10月前上博格达,只要防潮垫给力,G700的羽绒睡袋绰绰有余。 冲锋衣方面我还是坚持我的观点,就是带一件好冲锋衣,就不要带雨披了,虽然群里曾经有高端人士在这个问上跟我有过争论。 最后说说帐篷,博格达五峰连穿除了第一天外,全程营地不适合扎地钉,对于轻量化的半自立帐篷,由于无法用地钉把帐篷完全撑开,所以会损失很多空间,飞溪2在这种环境下只能作为单人帐使用。 五台山,中国佛教第一圣地。位于山西省五台县境内,方圆五百余里,海拔三千米,由五座山峰环抱而成,五峰高耸,峰顶平坦宽阔,如垒土之台,故称五台。五台分别为东台望海峰,西台挂月峰,南台锦绣峰,北台叶斗峰,中台翠岩峰。五台之中北台叶斗峰最高,海拔3058米,素称“华北屋脊”。五台山除五大禅处外,名寺还有金阁寺和碧山寺等。碧山寺是五台山最大的十方禅寺,佛经称东、西、南、北、东南、西南、东北、西北、上、下为十方。十方禅寺是可以使各方名僧来作主持的禅院,又叫十方刹。五台山在隋唐时已经名声远播,宋以后,日本、印尼、尼泊尔等国的僧侣与五台山都有往来。从五台山源远流长的兴始发展中,我们不难看出它在四大佛山所占据的特殊地位。它不仅生动翔实的记录了中国佛教起落兴衰的过程,同时还展现了佛教文化的灿烂和进步。作为我国四大佛教名山之首的五台山,千百年来吸引了无数的游人。 东台:又称望海峰,台顶如鳌鱼脊,海拔2795米。 鸿门岩:海拔2500. 北台:叶斗峰(3061m),号称“华北屋脊” 中台:翠岩峰(2894m). 西台:挂月峰(2773米) 狮子窝 金阁寺 南台:锦绣峰(2474米) 大朝台线路 漫漫朝台路 包车从武汉与山西忻州砂河镇往返,单边行程约1200公里。这里友情提示下:考虑到湖北到达山西五台的火车票紧张加上队员多不方便转车,本次包车前往。但是最大的细节失误是没有预计到山西境内高速的本地规定是:大客车禁止夜间通行的时间与全国的不一样,当地高速规定:晚20:00--凌晨5:00禁止大客通行(与全国的规定凌晨2:00--5:00不同)。副领队:凡人 从砂河镇上鸿门岩。这里也友情提示下:五台门票目前168元,进山费100元,但这只是从台怀镇进入上五台的规定,而我们从砂河镇进入上五台,再从南台出来,没有任何收取门票和进山费用的地方。 鸿门岩 轻装东台往返东台眺望北台鸿门岩至北台,突遇8级狂风夹雨水以及大雾天气,重装沿山脊穿越几乎无法站立行走,同时狂风夹着雨水击打在全身,手上感觉如同冰雹击打,全身迅速失温,大雾中几乎难以看到前行的线路,原定的山脊和直切向上几乎不太可能。 当晚在北台挂单 第二天早上6:00全体24名队友北台合影,出发向中台。([]
蜜月后时隔五年又一次去了海南三亚,这次是带着爸妈亲子游行程。吃海椰,品海鲜,享受海滩和阳光,已轻车熟路。三亚湾蓝雨公寓无敌海景三房二厅908元一晚有WIFI,周边有超市、水果店、餐馆、早餐店、车站、夜宵店、酒吧等,公寓对面就是椰梦长廊。福湾梅诺卡酒店豪华泳池双卧别墅1300一晚有WIFI(但是是坏的),度假村内有超市、水果店、餐馆、市区班车、海鲜排挡等,福湾梅诺卡酒店有私人沙滩,并时时有内循环电车接送。去程机票1238回程机票2720三亚湾蓝雨公寓*4天908一晚海棠湾别墅*2天1300一晚海南三亚好汉坡南田温泉*2人156呀诺达门票*2人376出海一日游*2人596亚龙湾环球城BBQ*2人316美高梅度假酒店下午茶*2人158 (周末)餐费20009座商务车租金350/天4天油费300元共计人均5100元梅诺卡度假酒店源于地中海西岸巴利阿里群岛(Balearic Islands)第二大岛梅诺卡岛(Minorca),一座像月亮般的西班牙环海小岛,梅诺卡度假酒店远离嘈杂的三亚市区,对于爱清静的来说,这里就是片世外桃源,严格来说这里不是一般的酒店,是私人住宅区,西班牙特色别墅群,环境安静,相比星级酒店性价比超高,享受着星级酒店般的体验,但价格却十分优惠。梅诺卡度假酒店位于福湾,远离三亚市区,从三亚沿G98海南环线高速可以到达。目前并没有从凤凰机场可以到达的班车或公交。且由于梅诺卡度假酒店其实是商品房,大多出租的别墅或公寓都是委托物业代为管理的,所以预订梅诺卡度假酒店房间后,梅诺卡度假酒店并没有接机服务,需要游客自行到达,所以给一般不能自驾的游客带来不便。虽然交通不便对梅诺卡度假酒店人气有一定影响,但整个酒店服务与设施却完全不逊色于四五星酒店,首先是价格,在订房最贵的2月,预订一间带泳池的两房一厅独栋别墅,每晚报价1300元,度假村拥有优质的绿化,公共景观休闲区和独立沙滩。与五年前住过三亚悦榕庄相比,其环境设施不亚于三亚悦榕庄,但住宿价格却是悦榕庄的零头,其优惠的价格非常适合家庭旅行度假。梅诺卡度假酒店分为一期二期与三期,一期二期大多为独栋别墅,其中有少量公寓楼,这些别墅与公寓都是对外销售的全精装商品房,一期二期已全部销售完毕,新建三期建筑住宅区大多是高层公寓房,目前在期房销售中。这些精装商品房售出后,有些业主作为养老使用,有些则节假日前来度假,大多数时间都有物业托管租借使用。呵呵,以上介绍搞得和房屋销售一样。▲前台工作人员的服务态度都很礼貌,办理完入住手续后,由服务生,带我们入住并讲解注意事项及度假村的所有服务项目。在梅诺卡度假酒店中大部分别墅房型都是一模一样的西班牙建筑风格。▲别墅套房虽然占地面积不算大,但五脏俱全,大门入口处有个小厨房,如果入住的客人需要使用灶台,可以喝前台说,他们会提供相应数量的锅碗瓢盆,供客人自行烹饪食物。当然梅诺卡度假酒店周边没有大超市与菜场,自行烹饪的想法很好,但实现起来估计还得等上将来周边设施的发展。▲走过露天内院,然后是干净亮堂的客厅南北通风,西班牙内饰设计华丽美观,给予客人一种舒适并至如归的感觉,冰箱电视等应有竟有。▲屋外泳池不算很大,但足够一家人度假使用了,内置循环过滤系统,24小时工作。▲两室风格不一,各种高大上的度假享受。如果告诉你这里的精装房,每坪才10000至12000你相信嘛?▲飘窗浴缸,如果我不告诉你这里是私宅,你一定会以为这里是酒店。▲别墅的两个浴室一个是露天,一个是半露天的,当然在房子设计之初,相信设计师也不会想到,三亚的冬天也有20度以下的天气温度。所以呢,大冬天在室外洗澡,有点凉。还好热水比较给力,不然一定会感冒。▲夜幕下的房间照片。▲入住后唯一不足的是房间的WIFI服务似乎一直存在着链接问,总之无法链接,所以全程我们使用了华为喵王移动WIFI上网。▲度假村的的绿化面积很大,环境不逊色于专业的大型别墅度假酒店。整个区域内每10至15分钟有电瓶车接送,招手即停,一直到晚上十点,前往沙滩、步行街与餐馆都非常便捷。▲梅诺卡度假酒店公共泳池有好几个,园林设计精致美观。▲坐着晒晒太阳真的不想离开。▲在接近公共海滩的大泳池水面漂浮着一些漂浮物。可能由于我们去的时候是2月,是三亚最冷的季节,游泳的人并不算多,所以公共泳池不是非常干净。别墅的泳池相对干净不少。▲酒店的公共沙滩距离大多别墅区较远,一般选择电瓶车到达。坐着定时巡园的电瓶车吹吹风,来到私人海滩,沙滩上的人相当少,海边的躺椅随便坐。▲海滩砂质蛮细腻的,可以打打沙滩排球。([]
恰好你青春年少,恰好我风华正好。恰好你来,恰好我在。2015年2月16-2月26日越南行结束,走过河内、西贡、大叻、芽庄、美奈,也算是略微见识过越南的风土人情了。物价相对中国较低,民风相当不错,甚是喜欢。海岸线很长,无人沙滩到处是,对比三亚的“饺子湾”,完全天堂地狱之差。海鲜相对便宜,特别是小渔村里,简单粗暴的做法,又新鲜又好吃。因为去的都是比较成熟的旅游城市,大家英语水平都还不错,所以操着垃圾英语交流完全无障碍。花,简直是越南最好的装饰品,颜色缤纷绚丽,种类数不胜数,数量之多更是令人咂舌。可以这么说,眼睛能看到的地方,一定少不了花的装饰。由于时间关系,会安、岘港、下龙湾神马的都没有去,有时间会再去的,不过相对于旅游城市,更感兴趣的是那些越南人保持更原始的生活状态的地方了。2015.2.16-17 南宁-河内河内(Ha Noi)是一座拥有1000多年历史的古城,又是越南社会主义共和国的首都,还是越南第二大城市及政治中心。地处亚热带,因临近海洋(北部湾),气候宜人,花木繁茂,百花盛开,素有“百花春城”之称。国内去越南有很多方法,可以南宁坐汽车,可以坐火车,现在还有很多城市有直飞的航班。我们选择的是“南宁-凭祥-河内”的国际线,体验一把火车出国的感脚,下午6点左右出发,早上4点左右到。中途在中国边境和越南边境要拿着所有行李下车安检和办理出境入境手续。中国的正式一些,一个一个排队检查,越南边检是直接把所有人的护照收集起来,检查、盖章,再一个个叫名字发给大家。早上下火车,在路边吃了第一碗越南米粉(PHO,越南一大特色,物美价廉的典范。),牛肉是现切的,味道真心不错。30,000VND一碗,后来发现是性价比最高的一家了。在越南说金额是省略三个零来说的,比如30,000VND,他们会说30千;300,000VND就是300千。人民币汇率大概是1:3000~3300,美元汇率高一些1:20000~22000。但是除了河内,其他地方人民币兑换要么汇率超级低,要么直接不能换。美元都可以换,但也要分面值,100面值的美元(有些地方50面值的也可以)的是最好换汇率最高的,其他的汇率都相对低一些。吃好饭去红河宾馆定好回南宁的大巴,早上7点30和9点30出发两个时间,票价170RMB。千万不要在国内定,贵的多。如果要买电话卡,在国内就可以网上买到。最好买包流量的那种,因为越南的流量真的太好用了。当地办卡的话,有些麻烦,因为大的营业厅不太好找,小店的话,你很可能搞不懂他说的套餐内容是什么,买错了很麻烦。也可以不用买,到处都有WIFI,你只需要问密码就可以了。河内景点:还剑湖,三十六街,巴亭广场,主席府,独柱寺等定好票就去了还剑湖(Ho Hoan Kiem),说实话,不知道看什么。一个小池子,和国内小公园差不多。但是湖边花开的很好很灿烂也算不错。三十六街(36Bank Street)是热闹的小商圈,挨着还剑湖,各种工艺品小饰品民族服饰都可以买到。值得一逛。在三十六街,你才知道什么叫摩托车大国!大街小巷全是摩托车的影子,一个车上可坐下最多4人,没有限载,没有人行道,没有交通规则,如果胆子小一点,过街可能会成为你在越南的一个负担。但看似混乱的行驶中却隐隐藏着秩序(这是我后来深深佩服的一点,因为在越南十天,居然一起车祸擦挂都没有看到。)下午去了巴亭广场(Quang Truong Ba Dinh)和主席府。巴亭广场人很少,有别于天安门的人山人海。据说中间的字是用红宝石镶嵌的。主席府下午2点(越南时间比北京时间晚接近一小时)开始对外开放,需要买门票,越南景点门票都很便宜,折合人民币就是几块十几块。里面有出名的独柱寺(One Pillar Pagoda)可以看看。越南吃的真心不错,相较于东南亚其他国家偏重的饮食口味,越南饮食更加清爽可口。新鲜食材以蒸、凉拌、烤、闷等手法烹饪,配以青柠檬、香草、香菜、和鱼露等调料食用。其实我的感觉是每个菜都是一样的吃法,就是配以各种叶子菜,卷起来,蘸调料,吃。这里说的叶子菜不是指蔬菜,而是各种味道类似于鱼腥草、薄荷、香菜的叶子。在河内特别推荐这家连锁店—Quan An Ngon。这家店的建筑是法式别墅风格,加上越南色彩艳丽的花配村,相当漂亮。食物以摊档的形式展示,且云集了越南各类小吃。粥、春卷、米粉、海鲜、烧烤、各式甜点各类饮料应有尽有。必点的是越南春卷啦,据说是越南人最爱的一道菜了。味道真心不错,糯米皮卷上蔬菜海鲜杂七杂八的一堆,炸的酥酥脆脆的,蘸调料或不蘸都相当棒,不过和国内春卷一样的缺点,就是油腻。这家店人流量很大,人多只能分散开来坐,建议错开餐点去用餐。这家店人均消费大约30+RMB。2015.2.18胡志明市插话:从河内到西贡,我们选择的是捷星的航班,果然是廉价航班的典范,座位前后排很挤,腿放不直,坐立不安。飞机内空气质量很差,夹杂各种怪味道。飞机一路颠簸,胆战心惊。食物、饮品需要菜单点单,也就是需要消费,还可以买到包包帽子挂饰一类的东西,现场交易,和内蒙小飞机上一样的感脚。下飞机的瞬间,酸爽的像跑了一场马拉松一样,疲惫不堪几斤虚脱。酒店办好入住,直奔夜市,tiger喝了两瓶,终于缓过来一些(tiger是来越南前我唯一知道的越南啤酒,但这里比国内好喝多了,夜市价18,000VND,价格公道)。特别提醒:在越南,不管是飞机票还是汽车票,非常随意的就是一张A4纸而已,一定要保管好这张纸!胡志明市(TP.HO CHI MINH),我们口中的西贡(SAI GON)。胡志明市在法属时期原名为西贡,南越解放后为纪念胡志明更名为胡志明市。好玩的是,胡志明原名阮必成,参加革命后又曾改名为阮爱国,胡志明并不是他本来的名字。胡志明市是越南直辖市,也是越南最大的城市和经济中心。相较于河内,这里繁华热闹许多,游客也比较多。游胡志明市,我认为最好的方式莫过于拿份地图闲逛。中央邮局,红教堂,西贡市政厅,范老五街,统一宫•8226;R26;走路不远,打车更近。中央邮局(Buu Dien Sai Gon),建于19世纪末,由法国建筑师设计,大厅内部装饰华丽,圆顶极富古典气息。在这里寄一张明信片,写一封信,都是很好的体验。这里的美元汇率是1:22000,应该是我在越南遇到最高的了,人民币很低,1:3000,大部分国家的钱这里都可以兑换。红教堂(Nha Tho Duc Ba),胡志明市圣母大教堂,因为全部使用红砖建造,所以又叫红教堂。红教堂是天主教堂,且至今仍在使用,建造教堂的红砖全部从法国运来,建造耗时6年,建成于1883年,神奇的是至今没有丝毫褪色。挨着中央邮局,和邮局共同形成一个90°角。坐在邮局的大树下,从侧面仰视黄昏的红教堂,一丝云飘在那里,整个教堂恰好占据你的全部视线,眨眼就像按下快门一样,脑子里自动生成这一刻的图片且永久存放。西贡市政厅(Ho Chi Minh City Hall),法式建筑风格,不要太漂亮了!没有国内市政厅的严肃沉闷,明丽的色彩,临街的随意,更像是婚纱照的背景建筑呢。我想如果我在里面办公的话,肯定工作效率会翻倍吧,哈哈哈。插话:最值得购买的特色产品是商店里销售的西贡香水,小瓶子是精致的越南女子造型,分为河内小姐、顺化小姐、西贡小姐三种,用三种香味代表着三个城市的女子。为什么说香水是推别值得购买的呢,因为越南盛产各种天然香料,法国香水的香料大部分都是来源于越南,只是越南香水一直没有得到好的发展,但近几年越南香水也做的越来越好了。越南香水和白虎膏、牛角梳被称为“越南三宝”。范老五街(Pham Ngu Lao)是晚上去的,正好今天是新年(越南是世界上少数几个使用农历的国家之一,也是少数几个全国过春节的国家之一),和中国一样。范老五街非常热闹,就好像在西贡旅行的来自世界各地的人都汇聚在这里一样,一起过越南春节。越南春节守岁的方式非常奇特且不知所以,必须和大家分享一下。全部的人都在街边一排一排的小板凳面对街道坐好,凳子整齐划一,面前摆着高一点的凳子,放着啤酒饮料,放着小吃,朋友们一起闲散的聊天,和街对面的人一不小心就面面相觑,小店放着不知名的越南歌曲,偶尔一个表演喷火吞刀片的人出现,街上还有骑着摩托车的人目不斜视的通过。就这样所有人静静的等12点到来,然后远处烟花绽放,所有人起立欢呼。这就是守岁了。一开始我以为,一定是有表演吧,在路中间,所以大家这样一排一排的坐好,结果,nothing。也算是一种奇特的体验了吧。有一种街边小吃,炸鱿鱼,很好吃,可以试试。说起春节,小伙伴们一定要注意了,越南人对春节很重视,会有表演,会装饰街道,会盛装出席,也会放假!餐厅也是会放假的哈,我们就是定了一个餐厅,和小伙伴约好各自逛,然后晚上一起去那集合吃饭,结果到那里时,发现人家放假了,只能现找别的地方。由于是除夕,其实很多餐厅都会放假,所以最好看到什么吃什么,哈哈。2015.2.19-20大叻大叻(2;à L841;t)是越南林同省省会。该市的海拔高度为1500米,很多湖泊、深林,平均气温为17°C,最热的季节不超过25°C。大叻被誉为越南私藏的法国,城里密布着色彩鲜艳的法国老别墅,你随便去小巷子里面转转,到处是别墅,用各种花装扮起来,就像爱丽丝漫游仙境的感觉一样,不过提醒你,很多人家都有狗,很凶那种。街道两旁总是花团锦簇,绣球花,开的刚好,这里就是我想象中的花城。春香湖( Xuan Huong Lake),一个人工开挖的占地5平方公里的月牙形湖泊。狭长的湖面波光潋滟,绿柳环绕,松树挺拔,草坪青翠,视线开阔。你可以湖边餐厅喝一杯咖啡,静看天上云卷云舒,也可以划着小船,在月牙里穿梭,你还可以,骑着单车环湖,360度无死角的感受春香湖的美。最喜欢是湖边的一栋紫色餐厅--blue water,可能因为我是一个紫色控吧,紫色屋顶,紫色桌布,紫色太阳伞,倒影在水中那叫一个赏心悦目啊,大爱。大叻大学,于1957由越南天主教委员会成立,称为“大叻大学院”。当时是西原教育最重要的中心。1975年,西贡沦陷大叻大学院改名为大叻大学。我们是骑单车去的,学校当时在放假,在没有人的校园里骑单车,一路欢声笑语,很有初恋的感脚还是。大叻玛丽修道院(Domaine de Marie Church),粉红的颜色可能是它最为引人注目的特点了。白天在蓝天白云的映衬下,粉色的修道院真是可爱俏皮,但是夜晚,深蓝色天幕下,修道院又反而端庄肃穆起来。她是有生命的,我这样觉得。疯狂的房子(Hang Nga Crazy House),是前越南共和国总统的女儿nga设计的,nga一定是个美丽又大胆的女子,才能经过自己独特的设计,让它变成了现在的样子。“人从诞生之初就与自然有着密不可分的联系”,nga的这个设计理念贯穿于整幢建筑。我不知该怎么给你描述它,两个字就是—疯狂!它可以狭窄的只能一个人穿过,它可以低矮的必须弯腰通行,它可以直通云端让你双脚颤抖,它可以断壁残垣像废弃的筒子楼,它又可以让你觉得自己是掉进兔子洞里的爱丽丝,是被龙卷风带到奥兹国的桃乐丝,又或者是思念玫瑰花的小王子。我无法给你描述它是怎样的,哪怕我拿着nga的设计图纸也讲不好,但它就如它的名字一样,它是疯狂的。大叻旧火车站(Da Nagar)。占婆塔的建筑风格有些吴哥窟的味道,又叫小吴哥窟,但是规模小的多,雕刻也没有那么的细致。门票21,000VND。开放时间:600-1800。进门要记得脱鞋子哦。保大别墅(BietThuCauDa)门票2000VND,在这里可以观赏到南海的风光,餐厅顾客通常免费。龙山塔(ChuaTinhHoiKhanhHoa),免门票。建筑上的龙形马赛克是由琉璃和陶瓷瓦片装饰而成的。这座塔寺始建于19世纪,至今寺中还住着和尚。在寺后的山上,有一尊全镇都看得见的大坐佛雕像。从这座佛像的位置,你也可以俯瞰整个芽庄。龙塔寺离火车站非常近,只有500M左右。如果你住的酒店楼层高一些,站在楼顶就能看到这座坐佛雕像了。我们住的九楼,十楼餐厅和十一楼泳池都能看到。芽庄四岛:黑岛(Mun Island)、第一岛(Mot Island)、银岛(Tam Island)还有一个岛是水族馆,水族馆是需要自费的。芽庄其实有9个岛屿,至于芽庄四岛游是怎么成为当地旅游者必参与的项目我也很好奇。芽庄四岛游是很成熟的一日游线路,但是成熟也意味着人多,模式固定死板。一天的时间拿来游游泳,看看珊瑚,潜水,晒晒太阳,参加船上的节目表演和跳水运动。水族馆可能是世界上最小的了吧。有意思的是节目了,大副水手和厨房师傅拿上自制乐器就成了乐队,导游首先会带领大家唱不少当地的歌带动气氛,然后邀请船上的各国游客表演,一时之间,各国的歌曲舞蹈都见识了。玩的HIGH的导游还会反串女生进行表演,也是挺拼了。刺激一点就是参加跳水游戏了,三个船围起来形成一个小范围的水池,游戏规则很简单,只要跳到水里,就有免费的红酒喝。导游拿了游泳圈坐在海中央,等着大家纷纷入海,然后分你一杯美酒。安全性还是很高的,你一下水就会有人给你扔过去游泳圈,不会游的也可以带着游泳圈下水。关于吃的部分,因为是春节,又因为芽庄实在太多外国游客,所以餐厅其实真的没有想象中的便宜。都说芽庄龙虾便宜,但是一定要去小摊子上吃,所有的海鲜产品在餐厅和在小摊子价格差几倍,至于味道么,我在芽庄住了两天,真心觉得小摊子更好吃呢。关于玩的部分,推荐给大家一个酒吧—Sailing Club。买票进去,20,000VND一个人,送酒一杯。沙滩上建造的背靠大海的舞台,沙滩就是舞池了,十点开始,劲歌热舞high爆海岸线。美女非常多,各国美女争奇斗艳,穿的都很性感火辣,舞姿尤其热辣。男男女女自发的进入沙滩舞池,跟着台上的歌者舞者一起唱起来跳起来,晚些时候,DJ会把这里变成开放空间里的夜店,干冰、音乐、灯光、美女帅哥一一到位,只剩HIGH了,没别的。(带LP出行的勿入,小心回家跪搓衣板哦~)插话:其实和三亚的“饺子湾”比较,你就是在芽庄的海滩上什么都不做,躺一天,也是相当惬意的一天。外话,三亚有个叫后海的小渔村很不错,挨着蜈支洲岛,早晨当地市场买海鲜,旅馆厨房自己加工一下,便宜新鲜又好吃。后海是中国看日出最美的地方了。可以风筝冲浪。另一边海滩有一些低矮的礁石,沙滩不算宽,水质却相当好,沙也够细。重点是一下午,可能也只有几个当地的渔民在抓傻瓜鱼或几个零散的游客出现在你的视野里。背后的小山是一个废弃的海防基地。这几年那边已经开始开发了,网上也能看到一些介绍,但相较于“饺子湾”还是好很多的。2015.2.23-24美奈美奈(Mui dune),顾名思义就是红色的沙滩了。其实准确说应该是红沙丘吧这里。有一点小沙漠的感觉,滑沙是这里唯一也是最有意思的游戏,当然把自己或同伴埋起来也是不错的,哈哈。仙女溪(Fairy stream) , 一条溪流,水质清澈,水里的沙子很软,岸边生长有四叶草等植物。在仙女溪游玩是要赤脚淌水逆行,所以穿短裤或短裙以及溯溪鞋或拖鞋是最方便的。属于典型的红沙黏土地带流水地貌。山腰上的小泉水流出来,带着土林地表的红沙黏土流到谷底,慢慢的,溪水被染成了红色,也称:红溪。门票是最惊奇的,5,000VND,折合人名币1块多钱,旁边的厕所呢,收费也是5,000VND,哈哈。美奈渔村,一定要去!绝对是一个摄影的绝佳地方。沙滩上铺满贝壳,水面上飘着一个个圆形小船,小船上插着红色旗帜,夕阳余晖洒下来,整个海面变成金色,波光粼粼,小船变成模糊的形状,随着水波荡漾,这时候你只需静静站在那里,就可以成为谁梦中的风景。“你站在沙滩看风景,看风景的人在岸边看你,夕阳的余晖装饰了你的记忆,你装饰了别人的梦”在美奈住了两天,这里的宾馆都很有特色,外部环境极好,沙滩、泳池、草坪、秋千、台球桌、各种植物花卉,就是度假村的节奏。内部环境却很不咋样,蚊虫多,设施旧,潮湿闷热导致房间内空气质量欠佳。我们换了两家酒店,这是通病。美奈吃的很便宜,小餐厅里6个人点了一桌子,每个人的主食和各种小吃饮品,才折合人民币100块。鲜榨果汁好喝又便宜,可以在卖果汁的店买一点新鲜芦荟,晒过太阳的皮肤敷一敷芦荟,非常不错。一直忘记说Mojito,是一种传统的古巴鸡尾酒。味道清新又带点青涩,并不浓烈。和国内mojito味道不同在于,我在美奈点的Mojito薄荷叶碾得太碎了,浓烈的薄荷味和苏打水的味道盖过了其他所有味道,让小伙伴们直呼太涩了。主料:青柠檬
