青春一词,充满了活力、洋溢、动感,却又短暂而即逝。选择如何度过自己美好青春,似乎走出去才变得真实,变得触手可及。我想用我有限的青春抒写一段心灵的烙痕,让自己冥冥之中不再内心的孤单,也让自己觉得我不是路过人间!行走于高山,行走于草原,让我感觉我拥有了-我的无悔青春。说起狼塔的听闻,那是14年的10月在南太行的返程火车上驴友的闲侃得知狼塔的威名,当时想多么霸气十足的名字呀!同时也让我沉淀在了心间,回家经过在8264论坛了解,原来他久负盛名,对他是一种敬畏,又是一种景仰,似乎他存在一种不凡的魅力,驱使我走进去看看,打开自己的眼帘,亲身目睹他的容颜。经过几位驴友近10个月的精心研究与论证,终于决定了最终的形式方式,AA结伴。装备的购置调整,队伍体能的磨练,技术帖子的专研,也似乎成了我们近几个月的主要课程,头脑里似乎除了狼塔容不下其它了。几次碰头会的交流好多事情也在不断的变化着,从队员的退出到新人的加入,从3人组,变为2人组,从思维的波动到思想的肯定,一切充满了变数,这是一段难熬的阶段,也是期盼的过程,最终敲定了全部为男驴的8人本地队伍及8月4日进山时间。而剩下的一个月那就是体能拉链、队伍装备磨合了,是得是失是艰辛是快乐,一切归于自然。记录是一种回忆,当我老了是一种寻觅的味道,记录是一种说明,当我老了是一种茶余的调料,记录是一种祈盼,当我老了是一种回归的不老。本帖将详细的记录狼塔前后的故事,从技术装备到线路行程,为驴友提供一个可能你未知的狼塔生活。因为我更觉的走狼塔实质就是更真实的活着。本人全程采用iPhone 4S,800万像素进行拍摄2400+照片,20+段视频,质量本人还是认为不错的,也将陆续为坛友承上,至于未带单反以后道来。我记录着,我行走着,我思索着,心里莫名的感觉对于我来说—无户外不青春。 根据以往我发贴的习惯,我还是分几个章节篇章+视频,为大家阐述。 今天编辑帖子的时间正好是狼塔行程后一个月整,是驴友就都能体会登顶的喜悦,那我就按顺序先上传狼塔C+V九座达坂的登顶照片吧,也让我拉开记忆的篇章。一、白杨沟达坂(3862M)二、库勒阿特腾达坂(3555M)三、蒙特开增冰达坂(3960M) 四、喀拉尕依特达坂(3770M)五、乌兰达坂(3380M)六、夏热达坂(3150M) 七、乌拉布图达坂(4008M)八、天格尔达坂(3760M)九、乔楞格尔达坂(2500M) 当然也不能忘记让人心旷神怡的——绿湖(3500M)一、风雪中绿湖二、清晨的绿湖三、正午的绿湖 还有那让众多驴友即惧畏而又刺激的台河 一、拉链篇说起此次狼塔之行前,拉链体能磨合装备和队伍,真的必不可少,良好的体能,默契的队内气氛和互助精神都是从平时的拉链接触获得的,还有你新购置的装备也是需要你来驾驭的,我们知道其中的那一项出问,都可能会使全队进程出现危机,其实我更觉得把自己武装好,不成为队伍的负担,能为全队做出力所能及的事,变成我的初衷!而这需要多少汗水呢!加油! 多次演练,也是我们顺利度过台河的关键!野外拉链的闲余各种腐败是沟通情感的方式,又是衡量进狼塔所带食品多少的准。我们在不断的论证着...似乎在劳累汗水欢快中时间过的很快,最后一次拉链,也是订风险责任的时刻,也预示着我们即将出发了...再看看丰满东山家乡的360度美景,再看看汗水流淌的地方,我们择日再见。 二、装备篇我对户外各功能装备可算是研究了好长的时间,可以说是一种喜欢一种兴趣爱好,为此我个人的原则是尽自己最大的经济能力买好的产品宁缺毋滥。买一个就能真正的用到它,并且完全的利用好。我不是土豪但绝不对付自己,自此也花费了大量金钱和精力来满足,也算是为自己为全队尽了自己的责任吧!为什么这么说,因为你的装备好坏与否直接影响你的状态、行进、舒适、心里等等,那我就为大家着重的说下自己走狼塔的主要装备,为大家提供一些在技术装备上的疑问,谈谈自己对我所购装备的感受和理解,以便大家参考。1、一个好的背包注定是你成功的重要因素之一,在这里我没有吝啬,只想走的更舒服。所以我选择了始祖鸟Arcteryx Altra 75 LT Pack2015版户外登山双肩背包,价格3000+包含原版防雨罩L码,本人176M 背长53厘米,购买的RT码,完全驾驭。合理的R2背负重力转移系统,宽大的腰部包覆感,梨形的内部空间,让我全程无外挂,所带食品、装备共计55斤全部囊括其中,美中不足肩带过窄。不过可以承受,记得毕竟腰部力量是重要的保障。 2、一双好的登山鞋,对于驴友自不必多说,我的14新款SCARPA kailash GTX Boot大奖防水登山鞋,罗马尼亚产地。它伴我走过长白山6天重装,南太行6天半自助,狼塔C+V重装12天210公里的日日夜夜这足以证明它的耐用性,说些不足初期一年防水鞋可靠,后期防水型有所下降,脚尖外侧缝线由于长时间在乱石碎石中行走较易磨碎开线,V底波纹做工扎实耐磨,硬伤别再湿滑的石头、倒木上行走,极易摔跤。1000+的价格经济实惠。注意脚肥的人要买宽版的。 3、欧产LEKI Khumbu Aergon SpeedLock 外锁双快锁 登山杖500+一对。强调的是外锁铝制,可能在600克的重量上有所短板,但其可靠性值得推荐。毕竟户外、狼塔是多地形复杂的长距离穿越路线,没有信得过的品牌仗,一但出现问,你只能望山、望水兴叹了,因为你更需要的是过河,爬山,走乱石时的身体稳定与辅助,切记不能贪图便宜。当然了走狼塔仗尖儿的保护还是必须的。4、2013款 MSR Hubba Hubba 2 Person Tent 胡巴2 双人帐篷原装地布,三季帐,2000+的价格,对于你移动的家来说,是必须要投入的,她为你在穿行的路上,不仅仅提供了温暖,可能她的存在就像你在外工作一天回了家的感觉,她为你挡风遮雨,她为你提供了心灵的慰藉,所以我们更应该重视我们的移动家园。4斤的份量是个硬伤,而却宽敞明亮,足够你丢进去所有的东西...5、黑冰14新款G700 超轻鹅绒羽绒睡袋,也是狼塔最低限度的温睡袋了0度——零下10度。因为是8月进山,全程内穿薄抓绒一套睡觉舒适,本人感觉毫无压力,但是也不适合所有人,如果怕冷的人还是建议1000克以上的把握。888的价格国货也算过得去了。 6、Therm-a-Rest Z-Lite Foam蛋槽巢防潮垫,三季垫,方便实用利于收纳,全程背部无晾感,300左右的价格。也算经济实惠了。450克的重量值得推荐。 7、雪峰 Snow Peak600ML超轻单层钛杯,210元,实际称重85克,利用率很高,我在营地的使用范围,600ML的容量足以让我烧水,焖饭,煮牛奶麦片,熬汤了,当然是个人份了。缺点官方无杯盖。 8、Sea to Summit户外旅行超轻充气枕头,舒适,轻便,易收纳,防水,高低可根据吹入气体调整。195元。缺点价格偏高。 9、sea to summit户外折叠收纳超轻洗刷水盆便携野外储水盆10L。价格190元。储水方便,也是泡脚利器。净重49克。缺点利用率较低,进了狼塔我只用了一次而已。 10、PETZL 扁带环 ST'ANNEAU 120cm c07 新款,轻便,价格高。利用率低,但过台河必不可少。115元 11、Petzl Attache 3D Screw-Lock M38 Carabiner主锁,55克,利用率低,130元。过台河必须有。 12、LP782四弹簧升级版登山护膝一对240元,它的功能不必多说,你有再好的膝盖,也经不住狼塔极具下降的折磨,为了能继续走下去,强烈推荐双护膝。同时提醒大家护膝还是贴皮肤点是最正确的。也才能最大的起到保护膝盖的作用! 13、瑞典 正品SILVA 席尔瓦Metro Compass户外运动登山防摔指北指南针。75元的价格防水,防跌,小巧便于携带,精准,如果你对方向没有实足的把握,或无GPS,请你带上它。14、原装进口维氏瑞士军dao典范0.6223折叠水果刀58mm迷你小 dao,75元,小巧好携带,刀锋较快,很不错的。带牙,镊子。 15、15新款西班牙BUFF户外防蚊虫防晒魔术头巾108602纬度,价格199元,可以保证你头部,颈部热量。至于其它好多戴法及用法。16、sea to summit专业户外超薄防水收纳袋4L—2L,强度高,韧性大,很轻便。小东西都可以放在其中,极好的保证了易湿,怕水的装备。缺点价格高4L-60元。2L-40元 17、sea to summit户外专用配饰型小快挂钥匙扣套装3件套多功能挂扣,太小巧轻盈了,做工很好,一路上挂一些随行小装备还是有必要准备的。价格15元。([]

07年我走滇藏线回丽江,在德钦客栈的房间遇一姑娘聊的甚为开心,我们互留电话,地址。原来她是雨崩的支教老师刘一村,湖南师范大学毕业便申请来到了雨崩村,因为怕父母担心,始终没有告诉他们自己在哪里工作,只是每个月出去在西当村打一个电话给父母报平安。但说实在的,当时我对支教还没一个明确的概念。 08年,我在丽江上班,一村放寒假来看我。多日不见,自是分外高兴。临走,再三邀请我有空去雨崩做客,到时管吃管住。雨崩,离梅里雪山最近的一个村庄,但当时因为有事一直未能成行。 09年底我重回丽江,想着有空去看看一村,快两年没见了,不知她过的怎样?可是打电话,手机停机,坐机也不通。这丫头怎么了,不会出啥事了吧!难道不在雨崩,不可能啊!怀着忐忑不安的心情,还是出发了。 香格里拉,德钦,西当一路过来。到西当是下午五点多,原本想直接徒步进雨崩,但司机说太晚了,不安全,无奈在西当住一晚。要见梅里雪山,还真的不容易!~~ 住阿布家的绒客栈,2层是客房,有几个2人间和一个4人间,每床20。院子一角是洗漱和淋浴的地方,太阳能热水器,晴天水温还很热,但阴雨季节就热不起来了。房间没有电热毯,床单被罩一人一换,内有电源接线板,进雨崩之前可以把各种电器充好电。手机在这有信号。 一般进雨崩的司机都住在这里,因为进山2天,所以司机和车辆在此地休息。这也方便了自由行的散客可以租车往返于西当和飞来寺、德钦了。进山时阿布还介绍,若是出山时想租车,可电话提前约定,从西当温泉到飞来寺每车120元,若赶时间也可以从西当直接送到丽江,每车550元。(价格会根据天气以及车型等情况上下浮动) 很多家都挂红旗,晚上聊天得知,普通藏民还是很感谢***的,他们说去年拉萨闹事时,德钦仅仅去了几个喇嘛。只有喇嘛和贵族想恢到过去的政教合一的那种旧制度,广大藏民是不愿意的。 从阿布家包车60元到达西当温泉,若步行大概需要2-3个小时。然后正式开始徒步,一路景色还是很不错的。 从西藏那曲来梅里朝圣的一家五口,爷爷奶奶,爸爸妈妈带着五岁的小女孩。很难想象他们这一路的风餐露宿。我把随身带的乳酸菌饮料给了小女孩,很多游客也纷纷把吃的东西拿出来。 阳光下还是相当的温暖,走不久就觉得好热,干脆拖下外套。一路遇到好多从雨崩出来的驴友,徒步的,骑骡子的(马与驴的杂交种,据说耐力比较好,适合走山路)。 看到一大片经幡,我想垭口应该到了。沿着经幡继续走了几百米,终于到达本次徒步的最高点,据说是海拔3,900米的那宗垭口,垭口方圆百米范围内都是密密麻麻的经幡。接下来都是下坡路了,应该会比较好走些。 最悬的是,据同行的北京大姐说,她看到有位藏族老人在挂经幡,就上前拍了张照。结果一看,屏幕上竟什么也没有显示。天哪,不会是因此冒犯了神山,挂经幡时不能拍照,好象没这个忌讳吧!她赶紧向神山祈祷,我则安慰她,没事的,不知者无罪。 神秘的梅里。。。 垭口有个休息站,一般雨崩和西当的骡子在这交接,若两边都有上下山的客人,那么两边都在此进行交接,费用付给上山的马夫就行了。租马时,大家都希望租到垭口,否则若对方村子那边没客人,有时还要再空返一趟。旺季时,西当村70户人家大约170匹骡马每天都要跑至少3个来回,骡子非常疲惫,累到极点的骡子即使用鞭抽也不走动。但好像村里有规定只要有需求就必须出马。 垭口的阳光非常的灿烂,坐在那里边晒太阳,边看着前方的雪山,真是一大享受。 神女峰,又叫缅茨姆峰,意为大海神女,位于卡瓦格博峰南侧。传说是卡瓦格博的妻子。卡瓦格博随格萨尔王远征恶罗海国,恶罗海国想蒙蔽他们,将面茨姆假意许配给卡瓦格博,不料卡瓦格博与面茨姆互相倾心,永不分离。 缅茨姆,线条优美,气质若兰。给人一种无以言说的美感,一种震憾心霏的灵气。右边是五冠峰 不过照片角度不太好 终于看到了下雨崩,就这么稀稀疏疏十来户人家,感觉很安静。这就是传说中的世外桃源?不去天堂,就去雨崩? 32# kkk8926897 我是12月10号出来的,前几天确实下雪了,还下的不小。一直在想,要怎样写这篇游记,要怎样描述一村,对我来说是个不小的挑战。所以回来后几个月里,我都迟迟一直没有动笔。最终决定还是写这篇游记,反映一个真实的支教老师。穿过村口的检票的房子,直奔学校。据说学校就是那座蓝色屋顶的房子,看上去很不错。长发披肩,手里拿着个脸盆,一个姑娘从门里面出来。我拉下面罩,“一村”。她一看,“姐,你怎么来了。”进去后,生火烧水,多日不见,当然有很多话要说。。。 这位小朋友今年3岁,是一村刚来雨崩那年生的。现在还没正式开始上学,但是普通话说的非常好。他平时没事喜欢到学校来玩,也特别喜欢跟一村在一起。闲时大家会逗他,“你是谁的宝宝呀?”“老师宝宝。”他回答的可快了。 云南政府的规定是只负责完小的费用,雨崩这样的学校因为学生少而不投入任何资金和资助。所以学校的课桌凳子都是就地取材做的,其他书本,文具等所有一切设施是游人捐赠的。 这是我在网上看到的,是一村前面一任志愿者发的帖子: 到雨崩支教一年 完全义务 你愿意吗? 多大的能力承受多大的责任——写在招募义教之前的话 “能力越大,责任越大。” 这是我在云南当了半年义教才能体悟到的。我选择去当义教,是为了一个青春的梦想,从小受过的教育告诉我:“助人为乐之本”,我喜欢那种真正帮助他人后所产生的精神愉悦和自我满足感,我一直相信这个世界真实地存在着无私的爱,人与人之间需要关怀,当然我很喜欢孩子,喜欢简单的生活。 但在支教的半年中我很困惑,我能做什么,我帮到了什么,我改变了什么?当初我满怀激情,带着都市人的优越感进驻那个几乎与世隔绝的藏族区,我给自己定下目:要做一只改变一群狼的羊,而不是一只被狼改变的羊。落后的山区,大半文盲的村民,重寺庙轻学校,急功近利发展旅游,拔刀子解决纠纷,在我眼里,他们确实是一群需要改变的狼。 可是当我一次次教不好学生,无法考出满意的分数;当游客捐赠的文具免费派发,反而让学生无知地浪费;当我想带一年级学生出来考试,遭到家长的联手反对;当我提出由村民出资请一个专业的老师,得不到任何回应。我开始反省:流动的义教对孩子的意义有多大,我们的善心是否反而使接受者产生依赖或堕落。 我带着这种困惑,没能实现目的自责出山,没有留下来继续支教。重返繁华的都市,我的困惑犹在,我能做什么,我能帮到什么,我改变了什么?很多朋友认为这是教育体制的问,应该由政府来解决,依靠个人的力量根本是杯水车薪。甚至认为我与其浪费半年的时间在那里,不如拿一笔钱来捐助给学校。是的,是的,中国的教育制度确实需要完善,找老师应该是政府的事,捐助学校应该是富豪们做的慈善事业,但在抱怨政府和制度的同时,你做了什么,在你的能力范围内? 我没有能力去改变一个国家的教育制度,但我有能力花上半年时间去当一个完全义务的老师,以弥补落后山区师资的不足;我也没有足够的钱捐一所希望小学,但我以一个老师的威信,让学生在接受馈赠时,既懂得感恩,又懂得自尊自强;我没有能力让学生考出高分,但我倾注了所有的耐心教他们各种知识和人生道理;我没有能力改变孩子们的命运,但为他们打开一扇通往外界的窗子,鼓舞他们走出大山,用自己的双手改变贫穷的命运;我没有能力改变村民依赖外界捐助的懒惰心理,但我决不因此放弃助人的信念。 “有多大的能力承受多大的责任”,当我不再把义教当成一剂救世的良药,不再认为自己可以改变别人命运时,我不再困惑,因为在我的能力范围内,只能做到这些,而我很负责地做到了这些。接下去,我能做的是为学生找到一位有能力,有责任心,有爱心的老师,延续这根爱心接力棒。 一年之内没有任何报酬,没有任何政府组织的支持,除了食宿,所有费用自己承担;不带任何功利目的,只是一种责任,一种爱心,去帮助一群落后地区的学生,你有能力吗,你愿意吗,如果你有能力,你也愿意,请告诉我。 招募云南雨崩义教要求 地处云南省西北地区的迪庆州德钦县云岭乡西当村雨崩公社,为藏族区,坐落于梅里雪山腹地的山谷中,这里四面绕山,不通公路,出入雨崩必须徒步或者骑马翻越海拔三四千米的大山,行程为五六小时。目前雨崩不通电,没有手机信号,不能上网,但每家都有卫星电话,可以接收外界来电,打长途比较贵,4元/分钟。每家每户买了发电机,水利发电,灯光不亮,但可以看电视,用电脑。村里的条件比较简陋,但景色很好,经常有游客徒步进山。雨崩村共有34户人家,150多名村民,雨崩小学为村小,行政上隶属于西当村完小,雨崩学生到西当完小就读须寄宿,低龄学童无法寄宿,先在雨崩小学读到三年级再转入完小。雨崩小学设有一到三年级,隔年招生,每年大概有十几个学生。 考虑到老师流动性太大,对学生的教学不利,这次招募义教任期为一年,对于义教有一些基本要求:首先要有耐心和爱心,因雨崩学生从小讲藏语,相对于城里的小孩,他们学习汉语犹如学外语,学习基础薄弱,老师的教学任务很重,需要有极大的耐心和爱心反复教导。 雨崩条件很简陋,义教又没有薪水,所以不考虑没有经济基础的应届毕业生或在读大学生,需要有教学工作经验,或所学专业为师范类的,年龄在26岁以上,35岁以下,本科以上学历,未婚人士,男女不限。 要有责任心,雨崩的义教属民间自发,没有政府资助,也没有太多的合同约束,但是既然选择了去当义教,一定要做好充分的心理准备和其他准备,面对各种挑战,不能中途而废。 最后请报名者谨慎考虑的是,请一定要在你的能力范围内去做,一年内没有任何经济收入,你是否有这样的经济条件承受?你的家人是否同意?在偏僻的山区,除了要应对落后的自然条件,还有无人沟通甚至不为人所理解的苦闷,你是否有足够的心理能力承受? 如果你慎重考虑过,有足够的能力,有足够的爱心和责任心,请发一份个人简历,并附上你对义教的看法(字数不限,仅供参考)到:XXX 欢迎有意向的朋友发邮件咨询。 趁一村上课那阵子,我去客栈看望一起徒步进来的朋友。他们就住在雨崩往事,学校旁边的一个客栈。 凭心而论,雨崩真的很美。特别是和朋友一起坐在客栈的阳台上烤太阳,看着对面的梅里雪山,那份惬意。世外桃源,从某种意义上来说也就意味着与世隔绝。对游客来说,这里真的很适合度假,可以暂时抛开世俗的一切。但长住就另当别论了。 远处是雪山,但阳光下一点都不冷。 和雨崩往事的老板及北京大姐合影(小冯帮我拍的)我特别喜欢这张的笑容,很灿烂。 晚上在雨崩往事一起吃饭,一村不愿意来,我把她拉过来。来雨崩的客人太多了,出出进进诱惑太大,很多人请她吃饭,她都不愿意去,在这个封闭的环境,她已经习惯把自己层层包裹起来,也不愿对人多说自己。 听说一村来雨崩第一年只吃过一次肉,还是游客请的。所以小冯特意叫了只土鸡,(150一只)热情的替一村装了一碗又一碗。后来才知道,这里的鸡都是从几十公里外的尼农运过来的。 晚上,我们打着电筒回学校,村子里没有路灯。 这就是学校的宿舍,也就是我住的房间,看上去还不错,却是个豆腐渣工程。之前一直漏水,后面上面加了个蓝色铁皮,但有时还会掉一些小石头土块之类的。晚上听着外面牦牛(这里牦牛都是放养的,没有牛棚)脖子上的铃铛响了一夜,仿佛天籁之音,再看着窗外满天明亮的星星,感觉太棒了! 当时没拍照,只能发张一村拍的照片 早上不到8点,就有学生在外面敲门,一村下去开门。然后是朗朗的读书声,小朋友一个个都很自觉的拿出书来。一村开始生火,烧水。二年纪开始,学生吃住都在学校,她一人不仅负责所有学生的所有课程,还要解决孩子很多方面的问,如语言、卫生、生活习惯等等,给孩子们做饭,照顾起居,与学生们同吃同住。学生都是免费上学,她没有工资。吃的是每周学生从家里背来的青稞土豆,烧得是捡来的树枝。 她差不多一个月去一次德钦县收信、取募捐、购买蔬菜肉类,药品,生活用品等等,以改善学生们的生活和伙食。一般早上9点左右开始做操,学生们都很乖,还有很多村里的人在旁边看。我有时也会跟着一起做。后面穿藏服的是一村老师,旁边是客人小冯 高压锅蒸的米饭,菜是藏区最常见的土豆。一村说这是她自己种的,因为围着的栏杆被猪拱了,吃了不少,现在只剩一小口袋了。还有一些是学生带来的,放久了,都有些焉掉或烂了,一直舍不得扔掉放在那里。荤菜就是腌过的猪肉或是火腿肠,也是客人留给她的。这里要吃新鲜肉不容易,村里一般只有过年才杀猪,平时就只能吃腊肉之类。配上酥油茶,大家吃的还是很香 饭后我们一起去村子旁边的树林散步,抛开物质上的种种缺乏,雨崩真的很美 在一村的再三要求下,村里人终于每家每户主动把柴火堆到学校门口,之前都是一村带者孩子们一起拣柴 说实在,在雨崩那些日子,我最大的感受就是心疼,甚至有些心酸。三年,不是三天,三个月,是个什么概念。从物质的缺乏到精神上也没有朋友可以交流,还要面对来自外界的不理解,需要一种怎样的信念才能支撑下去。交通不便,手机没信号,没有电视,不能上网,没有商场,没有很多东西,我只是个俗人,我真的做不到! 日本一档关于雨崩的旅游节目,曾经介绍过小刘老师义务支教的事迹,韩国媒体也曾做了报道。但国内媒体似乎比较麻木,也许是义务支教的事情在其它地方也较多,但这种奉献社会的精神值得政府或社团关注。 无法去抱怨村里不重视教育或是国内的教育体系,其实是抱怨也没用,在自己力所能及的范围内做些事情,譬如捐助等等。希望各位朋友若有机会去雨崩,适当的献份爱心吧,一村老师这种奉献精神值得社会关注,值得颂扬、支持。 如有意寄东西过去,请寄至:云南省迪庆州德钦县邮政局22号信箱雨崩小学 刘一村收 邮编:674500目前仅邮政的网络能寄达,其他的物流公司都不通的。 每天中午和傍晚,我和一村都会来这转转,特别喜欢坐在那晒太阳,发呆,什么都不用想,时间似乎停住了一般。 早上一早就起床了,为了陪我,一村决定今天带着学生去神瀑,算是郊游吧!昨晚就把今天的干粮做好了,一大包土豆丝包子。我这两天就象被供起来了,一村啥都不让我干,弄的我很不好意思。昨天终于把火生起来了,高兴了半天,回头一看,脸上黑乎乎的全是锅灰,呵呵!这就是学校的小型水利发电机,冬天由于水量不足,导致电压不稳,灯老是忽明忽暗的。至于是什么原理,我看了半天,没看出个所以然上,下雨崩之间走路大约40分钟,从上雨崩过去很多是下坡路。 一村把掉下来的东西挂上去 我喜欢这片树林,感觉很适合拍婚纱或是写真。不久的将来,呵呵,希望有机会再来。中午在雨崩第一家客栈休息,吃包子,小朋友一人一个,大人一人两个。烤火,喝酥油茶,沾了一村的光,当然是免费的。好心的大婶怕我们不够吃,又拿了两个油煎粑粑给一村。 巴桑拉姆的小木屋,离神瀑最近,比较简陋的一个。但现在是淡季,没有开门。夏天,一村最喜欢来这里露营了,到处是盛开的花儿,看着满天的繁星。现在太冷了。前方,五冠峰的背后就是神瀑,不过我看了半天没看到。听说这段时间神瀑那边不时有冰雹掉下来,出于安全考虑,肯定不能带学生去了。所以一村决定下午给学生放假,全部回家洗澡换衣服去。有点奇怪的理由,却是事实。她跟着去家访,由管理站站长带我继续往神瀑方向走。([]
旅行的意义并不是要得到什么,而是享受这个流浪的过程只要有合适的朋友,美丽的风景相伴或无聊、或寂寞、或折腾,这都算不了什么我们总在不断探索生命的意义 在找答案 不管路有多远,不管路有多艰难,我们会一直在路上……相信多年以后回想起来,嘴角还会露出会心的一笑 这些美好记忆 记录着我们青春的脚步也会一直在我们心中 成为永恒的慰藉▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂活动时间:2012.1.5-2012.1.18 人 数:7人路线介绍:骑行时间:实际共12天。1月6号中午海口骑行,1月17号到达海口骑行线路:海口―文昌―博螯―万宁―亚龙湾―天涯镇-大安镇—琼中黎族苗族自治县—屯昌县—海口,总长650余公里。 线路特点:路况较好,以国道和省道为主,车很少,地形以平原丘陵为主,高差不大,沿线食宿还算方便。我们的实际路线:(与原攻略中心时间有少许调整)详细攻略见319楼D1:海口—灵山—三门坡—新桥—文昌县城D2:文昌—会文—长坡—谭门—博鳌D3:博鳌—龙滚—乐来—万宁—兴隆D4-5 兴隆—陵水—英州—亚龙湾D6-8:亚龙湾——三亚D9:三亚 —五指山市D10:五指山市—琼中—枫木镇D11:枫木镇—屯昌县—定安D12:定安—海口2012海南之行 生活篇 377楼https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1138689-38-1.html海南之旅 诙谐趣味篇(照片/阿东编)744楼https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1138689-75-1.html人物介绍: 舞者 阿东 胡来熊 I am me Seasons Meri 安吉儿 呵呵现在开始正式介绍……★舞 者 : 来自海口,舞者做事总是非常细致,考虑问也比较周到,应该也是经常出去游走,经验还蛮丰富的。由于是本地人,对路线和饮食都比我们更了解,一路对大家尽心尽力,照顾有加,非常感谢呢。我对舞者感到抱歉的是没能让他成功露营,背着露营装备还有单反,大包小包行李不少,最后又原封不动的背回去了,嘿嘿,我也一样。★阿东:来自广东茂名,这一路听着东哥似懂非懂的普通话与之交流着,看得出他也是个向往自由的人,当我们在三亚一起听一个流浪的文艺女青年讲述他们从丽江-海南-西藏-尼泊尔一路边走边玩的经历与故事时,在他眼中看到的是共鸣与羡慕。再加上传说他这一路手机相册拍了5000张照片,而且拍的不错哦,要是带的是相机就更好了,我算是服了,忒能拍了……★胡来熊 :长沙人,老朋友了,以前是自行车队的,体力还不错,装备准备的很专业,有模有样的,只是想起那个儿童睡袋,我有点Hold不住……跟他一起我又学习了一些骑车技巧,确实很有帮助。这一路最活跃的就是这位同学了,也算是个超级玩家,似乎有永无止境的激情,有啥好吃好玩找他错不了,话说以前是主唱来着,跟他唱歌还是很爽的,歌声不错哟★I am me: 长沙人,威懿是个做事扎实的人,平时话不多,但是做起事来还是杠杠的,平日应该经常骑车,体力挺好的,好在他还会修车,我爆胎三次,呵呵,真是辛苦了,这一路上在他的帮助下避免了不少麻烦……一路上大家还是比较团结的,威懿是的随性的人,性格很好的大好人,哈哈。。。。★Seasons: 江西人,这一路上我很感谢佳栋,本来他只背了一个背包和相机,非常轻便,结果帮我背了大部分行李,而且一直到最后,哈哈,辛苦了啊!其实也很佩服他,为了此次出行,不顾一切的勇气,其实我也挺赞同的,当你知道自己想要的是什么,就赶紧去做,不要留下遗憾,工作也是,生活也是……★Meri : 来自贵州,我研究了半天他的名字怎么念,原来是取名于梅里雪山,也是有着梦想的年轻人,计划今年去梅里雪山,这一路上话不太多,体力还是不错的。后来几天就和东哥在三亚玩转,看你们后来拍了好多照片,真是羡慕。。。。。 ★安吉儿:我不知道自己糊里糊涂的就组织了这么一次活动,平时都是去凑大家的热闹,原本计划大年初二随朋友去泰国,但是家里原因暂且搁浅,或者去向往已久的贡嘎雪山,但是找了好久都没有合适的人一起,最终放弃了。也许是缘分吧,我约了几个朋友年前环岛,他们立马答应了,让我计划已久的环岛之旅终于实现了,真的很开心。像我们这行,一次长假不容易,自从上次去了太白山,已经相隔2年,这次既然决定了,说什么我都会去的。其实我也不知道自己为什么这么爱折腾,但是每折腾一次就有一种说不出的喜悦,或许人生就该多折腾才更有滋味,苦与乐,笑与泪来哼唱一曲生命之歌……但我也明白,真正的过日子是经不起折腾的,而是平淡与踏实,是要落实到柴米油盐、吃饭睡觉的,或许那又是我另一个生活阶段了。 2012.1.5 计划已久的海南之行总算成行,将所以行李收拾好还真不那么容易,头天晚上将行李全部整理好,放在一旁,自己看着都觉得好笑,这么多东西哪骑得动啊,还有就是怎么固定啊……管他的,明日再说,呵呵 早上爷爷也帮我一起打包,架势挺足,多亏了爷爷的帮忙才弄好。。。。将帐篷睡袋硬是塞进去了,拿捆带固定绑好,可话了不少力气……大包小包把后车坐堆的特别高,骑上去还好,没想象中那么重,OH~出发! 一路骑到火车站,上火车一路比想象中顺利,不过也好在I am me的朋友送我们进去的,只是晚点1个多小时……进第一道门我们还是把前轮拆下来了,我们怕耽误了上火车就进了VIP等候,上火车查票员看着我们这架势,就说能放得下就不用拆了,看来他们也是看得多了,好人啊……自行车上火车,这里是之前其他骑友给我们建议的:(我觉得有一句特有趣)1.一定要拆轮子,至少前轮要拆。不拆是车,拆了就是配件了。自行车不能上火车,但是配件可以上火车。最省事的办法是只拆前轮,不要拆把横,只需把它转90度,和车架在一条直线即可。这样最省事,不用任何工具,不用捆扎。不拆后轮有个好处就是无论进站还是出站都可以把车竖起来,后轮着地推着走,避免了提车累的胳膊酸痛。一般最多拆掉前后轮也就不会有问了。也有拆掉把横的,要用到5mm的内六角,还要用绑扎带把把横绑在车架上,比较麻烦,不推荐。上车的准形象是:左手提车,右手提轮子,背上背包,嘴上叼车票。 2.如果有工作人员询问或刁难,最好暂时低下嫩高贵的头颅,谁叫在人家的地盘哪,最好解释说本来要去办理托运手续的,但是时间紧张没来得及。拜托拜托了。他们一般不会那么绝情的,火车又不是他自己的。 3.上了车,最好把车子放在连接处,还要询问乘务员,靠站开门时候是哪边,要放在不开的那边。如果人太多,连接处也全都是人,就只好,把脚踏也拆了,然后塞在车座下边,否则放不进去。这点需要事先了解情况。不过一般都可以放连接处了。 4.最好,一定不要办理托运手续,上车要办手续,下车还要去行李房办理,太麻烦了。很显然要花时间,要花钱,车站工作人员一定不会像你一样爱惜你的车子,粗暴装,粗暴卸是很有可能的。因为那不是她得的车。 5.出站可以马上装轮就走,有时候车子拆的比较厉害,工作人员不让长时间逗留站台,可以把后轮先装好,站着推出去,这样省力,特别是出站距离比较长的时候。 6,一点体会:一般越是大城市,越是不会遇到麻烦,因为车站工作人员可能也经常见到这种情况,反而是小城市,没见过的,就要问问。 最初其实是计划火车从长沙-广州-海口,但是买票时,当我继续买广州到海口的票时没票了,坑爹。。。所以只有在广州买汽车票转船过海了……头一次坐汽车就把我折腾够了……天下雨,自行车被放在放行李处,还另外收了50元的行李费,无语……车内是卧铺,天气很冷,也没开空调,还有一股脚的异味,垫子还返潮,是湿的,睡着真有点压抑,而且正好是躺在厕所附近,唉……悲剧的呆了8个多小时,我快窒息了,各种不自在……广州到海口,折腾一晚……难忘,细节已经不想说了,我想以后再也不会坐汽车来了………… 海面很平静,马上就到海口了,比想象中冷多了~后悔没有带上我那件抓绒……好在Seasons把外套借我了一路折腾……2012.1.6 去的一路真不是一般折腾,火车转汽车转轮船加一路冒雨骑车……骑了15公里,总算折腾到了舞者家,当时都11点多了,已经50个小时没睡觉了。。。。虽然很累,但还是按原计划走……先到舞者家的是阿东和Meri,他们都是凌晨到得,等了我们很久,当时我记得阿东是穿着一双凉鞋,呵呵,凉快啊~估计冷的不行了……大家集合了就出发,中午出发前舞者坐东请大家吃了一顿大餐,美味极了。 一路绵绵细雨,还挺惬意的,但是时间一长就hold不住了。。。。好在有佳栋帮我驮行李,我轻松不少,由于出发较晚,一路停停走走赶路,尽量晚上感到文昌住。原本是不骑夜路,但是不骑就意味着我们会露宿街头了,所以冒着寒风细雨勇往直前,快到文昌有段在修路,泥泞的路再加上下雨,而且还一片漆黑,更是艰难,路很烂,我们不得不下来推,脚踩在地上,还有泥巴下陷的感觉……过了这一段就快了,当晚一直到晚上九点才到文昌。 到了就放心了,赶紧去吃晚饭,淋了一天雨,头发一直都是湿的,全身是泥,虽然非常想去洗个热水澡,但是已经饿的不行了,先解决温饱问……细心的舞者立马先要老板煮了锅可乐姜汤给大家取暖,喝的舒服……我们点了一只5公斤的鸡!椰汁煮鸡~味道真的特别特别鲜浓……我都快饿扁了~~爽啊~~ 开吃了!同志!呵呵,这些人“欠不得纸",也要拍……一群拍鸡的人……吃饱喝足哟~总算稍微暖和一点了,去附近找住的地方已经2天没睡觉了,晚上可以睡个好觉 2012.1。7海南人也喜欢喝早茶,早餐很丰盛,我们点了奶茶、包子、面、饼……吃的好撑……大家吃完早餐便去附近找地方洗车,经过昨天雨水的攻击,车子已经到处是泥了,在县上找了好久,我们在附近洗汽车的地方将自行车给整理干净了,他们工作人员并没有要我们的费用,好人呐~将刹车擦洗干净,将泥巴抹干净,洗洗舒服的出发~ 2012.1。8博鳌论坛旁边的沙滩,久违的太阳出来了,感觉很好!这是我有生以来第二次看到大海,第一次还是很小很小的时候,记忆已经很模糊了大海的声音真的很好听哦~~~~~~PS出行一定要记得带拖鞋,可以随时换上,特别是去沙滩,或者停留在某地的时候都很方便! 博鳌论坛要来这边沙滩是要收费的,套票好像是1百多,我们咨询的当地的一个保安,后来在他给那买的票,60元一个人,包括坐船和沙滩,水族馆等几个景区,这样又可以省几十块钱,嘻嘻回复 汗斯2008 的帖子海南真的很不错,我们这条路线民风淳朴,一路美景、美食,非常值,是与旅游的感觉完全不同的,很适合骑行回复 史瑞克 的帖子哈哈 攻略有,要的话可以邮给你 看完海景,我们便又出发了,经过商议,阿东带我们换了条路走,可以一路沿海边骑,真爽~没骑多久就被这美丽的风景吸引了,还看到了很多骑友,他们在海边露营,看到我们大家便互相礼貌的打招呼……让我们感觉对带着帐篷表示非常值得~风景真的很好,我们把车子往旁边一扔,拿出相机忍不住停下来2一下……大伙都有点疯狂了……先是拿着阿东的车子轮流拍照,后又去帆船那,摆各种POES…… 让咱也来装一回逼~呵呵 看着这些沉旧的船只,生锈的锚,仿佛经历无数风雨,又有谁能看出这背后的故事……回复 活在垃圾场(彪) 的帖子呵呵是啊真的很开心 出去旅行不仅仅是体验生活,同样也是享受 这张照片……我们取名为——拍个“锚”啊 附近遇到很多骑友,见了我们都相互友善的打招呼,感觉特别好…… 拍的过瘾~立刻前往万宁……听着海声,风声唯一有点遗憾的就是没有带音响……要是有点音乐相伴那该多美好~~~~([

[ ]9、16晚六点半青岛准时出发北京徒步长城,这是几年来第一次如此准时出行,感谢童鞋们。在天津和黄骅之间,大雨瓢泼而至,再加北屿短信告之北京大雨,心骤然又不安起来,虽说之前看密云晴天,但现在对天气预报着实不敢抱太大希望,只能想没雨就好。一路雨中行至北京,五环接上娜娜。行至密云,路边一点雨的迹象也没有,大喜。17早七点半从古北口上山,沿长城蜿蜒行走。且行且拍,队伍慢慢一点点拉开,据说走在前面的是小报记者,走在后面的是摄影师一路慢慢走来,在金山岭长城内沐浴阳光梦回明朝等落日也是很开心的一件事、、、、、、、18日清早三点半起床四点农家出发,四点十分进检票处,一路急行军四点半到达后川口上到敌楼上,开始夜爬长城。司马台景区于2010年六月因景区修整关闭,而我们要去的望京楼就在司马台景区内,大家不远千里来到长城上,望京楼也是一个必须要去的地方之一,集体决定后要夜爬长城就为了避开景区保安,及至到了司马台景区内因长城内地面以修复,逐开始了跑城。一路小跑过了铁索桥,经东坡村八点十分上到望京楼和仙女楼。中午十二点离开密云,天津晚饭顺便逛了意式风情街并观看天津夜景。于零晨四点抵青,至此结束长城徒步开心而快乐的旅程。以流水帐记录全程,后续期待油国佳文有片片的童鞋全程砸过来,分享开心快乐之旅第一张是从古北口到金山岭的线路图,全程17公里用时10小时,其中行走才用了五小时多点,其余时间不是在拍照就是在休息,很惬意呢。因第二天的数据丢失没有详细的记录,只能用景区线路图来做个大概说明,走涵龙沟经丫髻山寨、花楼、东五眼楼、麒麟壁、文字长城、过温泉水库经东坡村直达望京楼,大约也有十公里左右。 野长城游记去穿越古北口、金山岭、司马台三段长城是很早之前就定下来的,为此兴奋了好久,耳畔一直回响着张明敏的《我的中国心》这首歌:“长江、长城,黄山、黄河,在我心中重千斤,无论何时,无论何地,心中一样亲。留在心里的血,澎湃着中华的声音...... ”一直盼着这一天的到来。之前出去玩,心情总是非常的愉悦,而这次长城之行心里却觉着沉甸甸的,可能是长城在我心里过于神圣,就像是朝拜一样吧。作为中年人,在面对这些历史古迹的时候,感触与年轻人会有所不同,可能会更深一些的。车在漆黑的高速公路上飞驰,我的思绪早已飞到了长城之巅。夜很深了,车厢里早已没有了年轻人的嬉闹声,进入河北境内,下起了雨,且越下越紧,进入耳畔的只有雨声和发动机的低鸣,秋雨打在车窗上,就像打在我的心头,一丝寒意袭来,不禁打了个寒战。这是怎么了?我渴望了解历史,我离着历史越来越近。长城,我来了。登上长城,残缺破败的残墙断壁映入眼帘,心中不免平添了一丝苍凉之感,但它雄伟依然,尽显残缺之美,抑制不住激动的我频频按下快门,始终冲在队伍的最前头。以前我来过长城,但那是修复过的慕田峪长城,心里涌现的只有感叹和自豪,而这次站在未修复的明长城上,头一次与古代遗迹有了一种心灵的碰撞,我能读懂你吗?我觉得长城与圆明园不一样,虽然都是历史遗迹,虽然都已破败,但长城体现的是古老中国的强大和不可战胜,而圆明园则寓意着中国的耻辱。一个从强大到衰败的中国历史就这么浮现出来。我不是搞历史的,我只是历史长河中的一个过客。我也是一个爱国者,我为我的祖先感到骄傲。今天来到这,除了震撼,我只能用我的思维去了解它,解读它;用我的双脚去丈量它,接触它;用我的心灵去抚摸它,亲吻它。 长城从嘉峪关而来,向山海关而去,绵延近万里; 长城从历史而来,向未来而去,历经几千年; 长城从儿时父母的故事而来,也必将在我们的子孙中传唱下去,世世代代,永不停息。 在古代,长城用它坚强挺拔的身躯抵挡外来列强的入侵;在现在,长城用它苍老破败但依旧雄伟的容貌迎接中外慕名而来的游客;到未来,长城必将成为中华民族的象征,中华儿女的中华魂。而此时的长城则像一位老者,静静地安卧在那里,向人们讲述着中华民族的兴衰荣辱,讲述着它所目睹的历史故事,讲述着它曾经的辉煌,从没停止过...... 2011年9月的菲律宾,一个人的旅行。人生第一次沙发客,花钱住过地下室,免费住过五星级酒店,在机场随便找了个人捡我回家住,全身湿漉漉走投无路时有好心人收留我还帮我吹干衣服,被host放飞机泥石流台风天滞留碧瑶……每天的心情都像是坐过山车,下一秒就有新的奇遇发生,感谢这传奇又美好的一切,感谢一路上遇到的所有肯收留我的善良的人,从一颗空荡荡的心到满载感恩和快乐回国,这一路,我经历了太多,遇到太多善良的人,太多难忘的事情,太多眼泪太多笑容,必须要一颗宽大的心才能装得下如此多的回忆。以下所有价钱已经换算为人民币。2011年9月19日,在我坐上飞机前,并没有将要飞离这个国家的真实感。出发的前一天晚上纠结于没用的事情失眠了一整夜,半夜2点起来补完白兔糖还有tiger&bunny。6点钟去睡觉,睡到9点多起床,到了下午5点还在继续补夏目,丝毫不想收拾行李,到了6点实在好像是要走了,所以就收拾了10分钟背上包就出门吃饭去了机场。起飞用了很长时间,飞离广州后就不知道身在何方了。只是看见如一方棋盘一样的大地,纵横交错的街道,星星点点的灯光,奇妙地随着飞机的摆动变换着角度。渐渐对距离产生错觉,窗外的月亮比地面上的更大更明亮,从上往下的赏月很没有真实感。半夜被冻醒,飞机上冷得无以复加,把带来的所有衣服都包在身上还是觉得实在太冷了!睡得迷迷糊糊闻到前排有人吃饭,好香啊,能不能给我点热水,或者让我走下飞机吧....卖火柴的小女孩划亮了最后一根火柴...然后她就冻死在飞机里。chapter 1 沙发客是怎样炼成的 到ninoy aquino机场(NAIA)已经是1点多,从现在开始,就没人能听懂你说中文了。拖着快要累死困死的身体从arrival走到depature,吃了一个茄子煎蛋,分量太小,又一个baked macaroni,于是被彻底腻到了,特别想吐。熬夜胃不舒服的情况下最不该吃这种东西,太多cheese和肉酱了。 下一班manila-cebu是早上4点,check in counter还没开放,于是我跟当地人一样在机场随便找了个椅子,倒头就睡,东西就丢在旁边也不想管了,不见就不见吧,大不了把我遣送回国。但还是顺利地去check in了,其间看见一个老外腿上纹身是中文的“我爱你”三个大字,还正楷的.还三个字红蓝绿三种颜色的..天呐各位同学,你们要是纹身千万别写什么外文在身上,你想想要是什么c'est la vie在法国人看来就像你在身上纹了中文的“这就是生活”多2B啊...反正我是接受不了... cebu黎明前的夜空是满满的岛屿灯火,星盘的感觉铺开。日出的时候是绵延千里的朝霞,一片安静的红色。因为不会调节压力,我的耳朵剧痛,几乎听不见声音,只感觉机舱内的大家都在红霞笼罩中屏息不语。 出了机场才5点多,这个时间打电话给rufela貌似不太礼貌,于是我绕过几个街角想要找到Jeepny进城,但是怎么也找不到。于是我还是听了rufela所说的,坐白色taxi去她家。司机几乎不会说英语,车厢里几十只蚊子一直在飞,但是很奇妙的是竟然没有一只咬我。 司机是个善良的人,根本没有骗我。只花了不到30块钱就从机场到了rufela家附近的Rahmann st. 因为rufela也没告诉我她家住哪,我又没有当地手机卡,所以就走到街角的jolli bee快餐去吃早餐等她。10块钱的早餐,大蒜饭(非常好吃),热狗,还有咖啡。店员说8点才有得买卡,但是照这么下去,不到8点我就累死了,于是果断找了旁边的警察叔叔打电话给rufela,几分钟后她来接我,然后我们七拐八拐到了她在Rahmann st.的家。本来以为是这么漂亮的房子,但是实际上,要经过一条晾满衣服的通道才到她住在一个楼梯底下的小隔间里面的家。 总共只有放2张床的大小。墙上两个袋子挂满各种杂物,电视机用的还是天线电视,地上有很大一块粘鼠胶,事实证明最后一天我的确也看到了老鼠。微波炉是当做储物柜用的,里面塞满食物。冰箱里面只有果汁没有水喝,衣服丢得到处都是,rufela回家也不换衣服直接就躺床上,但是我坐了一晚上的飞机不换衣服实在脏死了,所以我就换了睡衣,换完才7点多,我们都觉得睡不够很困,就关了灯继续睡,一直睡到12点。 中午rufela问我要吃什么,我说随便吧,你吃什么我就吃什么就可以了。她带我去她经常吃饭的地方。 很好吃哦~~一个鱼一个狮子头一个炒南瓜和茄子什么的还有2个饭,加在一起不到10块钱,吃完又去路边买了炸香蕉吃。然后我们坐jeepny去看COLON street,据说是宿雾最古老的街道了。第一次坐jeepny的感觉很奇妙,大家都拥拥挤挤坐在一起,如果再有人上车,无论多挤仍然可以让出位置。给钱的时候通过一个个乘客传过去给司机,司机一边开车一边找钱,然后大家再递回来。感觉大家心里都有神明的存在,表情都很平和。一路上都是宿雾像城乡结合部一样的风景,但是我却觉得很安心很安全,心里有神有信仰的人跟拜物教的中国人不一样。路过宿雾的一些雕像,我也不记得叫什么了,总之宿雾的所有东西都和西班牙,lapulapu,麦哲伦和天主教有关。菲律宾的某种看起来像橘子的小吃,实际上是削掉皮直接吃的,酸中带甜。(有同学告诉我教santol)宿雾的jeepny跟马尼拉的不一样,马尼拉的会更漂亮一点,宿雾的是面包车改装的,形状上没那么漂亮,但是花纹特别好看,各种有创意的图案。 当地吃的东西最多就是chowking超群,jolli bee,还有各种siopao烧包siomai烧卖。chowking号称是中国炸鸡...我回忆了一下,中国人哪会天天吃炸鸡啊!一点也不中式。烧卖和包子都没吃,国内都有的东西不是很有兴趣。 沿着colon street走,经过许多小贩,一路感受古老街道的风景,最后走到宿雾教堂,很神圣的感觉,大家都跪着默默祈祷。rufela在教堂外面点起一根蜡烛,然后静静地看着蜡烛燃烧,我忽然觉得这样的午后,这样的静谧太美好了,凝视烛光,似乎觉得自己可以更接近神了。 fort san pedro就在附近,进去要门票,所以我们就在门口看了一下,没进去。我对古建筑兴趣不大,所以就直接去逛ayala center了。走在路上,迎面开来的车和走来的人都会跟我say hello,在国内从来没接受过如此善意的眼神和热情的对待,我还有一点习惯不了。 宿雾人民都是画家!去ayala的路上有好多面墙上都是漂亮的涂鸦,绵延不断的。 宿雾本身很像城乡结合部,但是shopping mall里面都很华丽,跟外面的环境一比,完全天壤之别。mango shake很好喝。去完ayala又去SM。这个国家里,这两个shopping mall特别的多。 一直逛到晚上,回到rufela家已经累得不想动了,来了才知道,菲律宾人是不用热水洗澡的,于是我也入乡随俗用冷水,天气比较热,还是受得了用冷水的。 洗完澡rufela出门买了芒果干和炸猪皮给我吃。这边的炸猪皮是一般人吃的小零食,蘸醋吃,我有点接受不了这种味道的东西。芒果干包装袋上用中文写着“菲律宾特产”而且保质期到2177年.....不怕...肯定比国内的更安全更有良心,rufela真是个善良的好女孩,我只是在couchsurfing上面联系的她,她就愿意带我到处玩,愿意让我睡她的床住在她家里,根本不考虑我是不是坏人的问。如果我是国内,从小被父母教育,连自己的好朋友都要防着三分,有时候我真的不明白为什么要防着,防了又能怎样,如果人家真的要拐卖你,你这种程度的防能防到什么?又说什么防君子不防小人,君子是不需要防的吧?为什么不能把心交给别人,不能得到真正的友谊呢?想起小的时候每次想去朋友家玩,爸妈都怕我遇到危险,都不是很愿意我去。但是这世界哪有这么多坏人,其实大家都很忙的,根本没时间总想着怎么骗你,但是大家总也不懂,总要告诉自己要防三分防三分,这样活着多累啊!即使这种防备已经融入生活中了,不觉得累了,但是冷静下来想一想,不觉得很悲哀么? 连续熬夜2天太伤身体了,再加上坐飞机带来的耳朵痛,看了一会全是雪花的电视,9点多就睡了。chapter 2一天花40块钱如何在异国生活呢? 决定不带单反出门,这是个正确的选择。 不知道为什么就迷迷糊糊没吃午饭跟rufela出门了,她说带我去lapulapu的海滩,我什么也不知道,显然也不会有什么异议。 先坐了两次jeepny,车上一个大叔先问我是不是韩国人,我说不是,然后他开始跟我讨论宗教的问。你信主么?不信为什么呢? 这个为什么把我问住了,我从来没有想过信不信主的问,一时语塞了,而且让我用中文我都不知道怎么回答,要我用英文回答我真的不知道说什么了.... 于是我只有灰溜溜地说,我只信钱啊不好意思.... 说完这句我终于明白为什么中国人缺德了...因为只信钱啊...因为钱就是缺德的人的橘色司,他们为了钱可以做出一切事情,根本没有内心的声音可以约束他们,所以他们为所欲为,做一切坏事都不愧疚。 大叔显然不明白我说的是什么,又噼里啪啦跟我说了一堆,我只有解释为国家背景不一样,难以相互理解,还没说完就下车了跟rufela去坐船,本来船票只要2块钱,rufela说我们是学生,然后船票就变成了1块5.....囧....在船上,旁边的姐姐一直用山寨机播歌曲,忽然发现,是不是黑眼豆豆在国外就跟国内的凤凰传奇一样..... 10分钟后到了lapu的码头,又坐2次jeepny去海滩。 一路上司机一直大功率地放Bieber的baby还有lady gaga的各种歌,下着小雨,车上的人兴致都很高。一路上很多小店在烤鸡,烤肉的香味呀~~~ 路过海边的浅滩,小雨里青青绿绿的草,还有吃草的牛,平平静静的乡村风景,远处浅浅的海面和颜色浅浅的天空。有一种恍如隔世的感觉。我竟然是跟一个菲律宾少女坐在jeepny上面欣赏这样的风景。我已经离开自己的国家很远了,这里已经是异国他乡了,但是我却不觉得害怕也不觉得想念,只是很期待每一天新鲜的一切事物。 rufela说的lapu海边其实是某度假村里面。大片的热带花朵和banga船,到处都是韩国人。我们坐在防波堤的栏杆上,吹着海风不说话。这时一个大叔走过来搭话,大叔真是个好厉害的大叔,会说中文广东话日语韩语英语塔加洛语。于是大叔就在混合各种语言跟我聊天。我大脑一直处于混乱运转中,各种语言跳来跳去... 聊不多久,大叔就开始问菲律宾男人必问的几大问:where 's your boyfriend?我说木有(其实我有木有又不关你事)惊讶状まじ???!!!俺、きっと今晩眠れないよ!(真滴?我今晚肯定睡不着了)可能你不喜欢大叔型的他有点伤心的表情没有没有...我很爱大叔的......(嘴贱啊!!!说了立刻后悔了) 于是他就开始喋喋不休像自然界其他雄性生物一样开始展示他的强大之处,人老心不老啊,40岁的人,20岁的花花心…… 过了一会下雨了,他也回去招呼客人,我和rufela就躺在沙滩的躺椅上吹风,看船看海看天空看云,难得的悠闲午后,慢悠悠躺到4点再慢悠悠回去。路上见到二手衣服的商店,在国内还从来没见到可以买到古着的地方呢~在路边小摊买了炸蛋(囧)来吃,类似于国内的炸鹌鹑蛋,配着洋葱和辣味或者甜味的酱一起吃,1块5 3个,蛮好吃~ 卖炸蛋的大叔又是很热情地问我是不是韩国人(囧)然后祝我在菲律宾旅途愉快。周围的人也都对我微笑,这种被人善意对待的感觉温暖又幸福,像被棉花糖包住一样,甜甜的很快乐的感觉,在国内这么多年都没经历过,快要被宠坏了。 晚上回到家,rufela领着我去吃宿雾的夜市。一路上跟我解释菲律宾的有一种食品balot也就是毛鸡蛋。夜市好一片烟熏火燎,如果鼻子敏感的人肯定会被呛得进不去了,雾蒙蒙的离5米外都看不清人了。可能是她没理解我要的东西,就点了一个咸鸭蛋给我吃,原来菲律宾的咸鸭蛋是戴着手套用手吃的,而且就着洋葱、辣椒生着一起吃,还有包得像粽子一样的米饭。很特别的感受。然后烧烤就一一的端上来了,最后结账每人17,还可以还可以~~ 吃完烧烤走出来,rufela一边走一边问路边的人一些问,因为是Tagalog语,所以我也听不懂,想着这里离家这么近她没可能迷路吧~~她带着我走到一个神神秘秘坐在路灯下卖糖果的阿姨那里,阿姨打开一个暖暖的小蒸笼,啊!里面全都是毛鸡蛋哦~~孵化18天已经长出毛来尚未出壳的雏鸡,这是一种多么残忍又奇妙的吃法,我也是回来之后发现中国人也会这么吃的。有一点腥味,但是又带着点特别的感觉,但是吃羽毛真的不是我能受得了的...我还是把毛都扔掉了。蘸着辣醋,我们在广场的路灯下吃这种奇妙的食品,感受内心的战栗。旁边好像是在开露天演唱会,吃完我们冲了过去,看USA embassy乐团N个帅哥在台上又唱又跳,听着听着我和当地人一起快乐地跳了起来,一边大喊Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!毫不顾忌地大家一起跳舞,一起跟着唱,一起大声笑。又一次觉得恍如隔世,3天前还在CPA考场上纠结得要哭出来的人竟然在宿雾入夜的街边和菲律宾少女一起吃毛鸡蛋一起看露天演唱会,这个世界是有多神奇多美好?我没有被的士司机骗,警察叔叔接我电话让我联系到了rufela,第一次做沙发客,第一次吃毛鸡蛋,第一次听露天演唱会开心得快哭了。世界原来这么大,有这么多奇妙的事情等着我们去经历!chapter3血和巧克力蛋糕。早上起来rufela去上课了,我呆在她家里有点闷,就拿着相机出门走走。rufela说出门不用关门了,于是我就真没关门,钱包还丢在家里就出门了。 难得的好天气,所有的事情都显得如此美好,巧克力蛋糕才不到1块钱,而且超级好吃,秒杀国内一切贵爆了的蛋糕,走着走着忽然被一个铁丝刮到了脚,不算很痛所以就没留意,但是又走了几步血就流出来了,但是又没带纸巾又没带创可贴,那就继续走,回去再清洗算了,但是血流出来超多,鞋都湿了....这时有个大叔走过,就提醒我说血流出来了...我也知道血流出来了..但是我也没办法。 刚好路边有一家药店,我就走进去买创可贴,店里有个阿姨看到我流血了,立刻拿出纸巾给我,其他人也都很关心地看着我一直到我贴好创可贴不流血了为止,心里觉得很温暖不孤单,即使是不认识的人也会这样的关心别人太难得了,如果是在国内,路人肯定都避之不及。 回到rufela家东西都还在,只是有只老鼠在房间里跑来跑去.....还真有老鼠啊..... 写了张感谢信给rufela,背上包坐jeepny去机场了,开始觉得坐飞机跟坐汽车一样普通,cebu-boracay,螺旋桨小飞机chapter4 RP用尽是孤单 宿雾机场竟然有免费ipad用,严重的强大,玩ipad玩太HI了,变成最后一个登机的,走在路上还摔了一跤,一天之内相继伤到了胳膊和脚,难道是RP用尽了么? 在飞机上坐在一个很有气质的美国老奶奶身旁,我们开始交谈,她说她在长滩开咖啡馆,热情地给了我名片,邀请我去。我这种穷人肯定是没钱去喝咖啡的了,但是看看应该也是可以的。 螺旋桨的小小飞机,到了CATiclan机场我就直接走去坐船了,码头的水比岛上的还清还美。心情好到不行,尽管根本还不知道自己在岛上住哪里。下了船以为可以自己走路去找地方住,但是码头好像离游览区还挺远的,走了很久还是坐了tutu车。之前想订的Trafalga cottages在S3的金凤凰大酒店旁边,叫tutu车开到金凤凰旁边。但是走来走去也没看到这间cottage。正疑惑的时候,走出一条小巷就是海边了。 下午2点稍有阳光的大海,第一印象就是好欢乐好幸福。空气中飘散着食物的香味,沙滩道上放着音乐,小贩们来回叫卖,大海在很近的地方闪闪发亮,每个人的脸上都喜气洋洋,各种美美仙仙的长裙满街飘荡,尽管背着2个包有点另类,我也马上陶醉于这幸福的氛围中。 既然找不到trafalga,就随便走走吧,看到一个牌子写着traveller's inn,看到名字这么朴素肯定是便宜的地方,想也没想就进去了。 一条小巷子里面的二层木屋,养着许许多多可爱的小金鱼和小鹦鹉,院子里郁郁葱葱都是漂亮的花花草草。跟屋主老奶奶装了半天可爱讲价到150元4天,很不错的价钱了。房间很大,一个人住4个人的床,虽然有点旧,没热水,不过这个价格还是很不错的。弄好房,老奶奶的亲戚,一个当地男人也很热情地跟我打招呼,说:#¥%&……&*(&(¥%……I come from Iloilo city%…………&*……¥¥%@好吧...我就只能听懂那个iloilo city,其他都听不懂......他说iloilo的方言,英语说得很不好,然后问我要电话,说会发短信给我,这是第一次。院子里可爱的小鹦鹉和小鱼都是他养的,貌似他是iloilo过来做批发花鸟鱼虫生意的。 收拾好一切我就去吃饭,已经是下午3点,太饿了,我一个人吃掉yellow cab的一整个10寸大pizza,幸福到不行。不知道为什么,长滩岛的男人都特别喜欢我,路上打招呼都是说“我爱你”,yellow cab的店员超级热情,全部要过来跟我合影...好吧...早知道就要你们打折!吃完一个人在岛上闲逛,长滩不是一个适合一个人的地方,没有朋友在身边,看到街上所有双双对对会觉得特别孤单,所有有趣的东西也会变得无聊起来,只有悻悻地回去。iloilo city看见我回来,又问我电话多少...我说你都不记别人电话的么!!!这是第二次了!!!我很认真地给他输到手机里,还看着他加入通讯录了,这位哥记忆力太崩溃了。 晚上没有朋友,只能默默写日记,岛上的物价真是高啊!比宿雾高了个3倍。chapter5午夜惊魂早上起床去inasal吃早餐,这边的人早餐也要吃米饭,还用叶子包起来。味道还不错,就是感觉有点难消化。吃完继续四处瞎逛,绕过S1的山崖去看west cove,因为阴天,景色实在太一般,跟国内也差不多了。 ([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later.
