序4天半,360公里骑行,对于一个未满9岁的孩子来说,绝对是一个很有难度的挑战。出发之前,我很是担心,他能不能骑得下来。我都做好了,能骑多远算多远的准备。他自己在出发前,也曾动摇,害怕自己骑不下来。我小看了他,他也小看了自己。人的潜能是无限的,当他把骑行当做快乐,把每一次休息看做愉悦,一切都变得如此的自然。当我们骑行在广袤的高原上,无边的深蓝的青海湖边,骑行在望不到尽头的公路上,如人在画中游,我们忘却了艰难、困苦,舒服的享受大自然给予我们的恩赐予。在路上,小家伙一直在罗列,这次旅行中,他所经历的许多许多的“人生第一次”。在路上的收获,课堂上是永远学不到的。读万卷书行万里路,都是同等的重要。回来后,胡乱整理下我们出行的点点滴滴,留给小家伙做为未来的回忆。 先介绍一下故事的主人公,左起:楼主本人,老杨(楼主的爱人)、豆豆(故事的主角,楼主的儿子)、自留地、龙行 故事就从西宁开始讲起吧!2013年8月20日星期二晴早晨起来,“自留地”大哥就和我商量,咱们今天可不可以改变一下计划,如果到西海镇时间早,租了车,我们就往前骑一段,不用在西海住了,豆豆年纪小,怕跟不上大人的步伐,能往前赶一段是一段,怎么样?我们的原计划是在西海镇租了车,然后去“两弹纪念馆”和“王洛宾音乐艺术馆”看看。老大哥这样的建议也很不错,如此中肯,还考虑了豆豆。既然这样,抓紧时间出发吧!连早饭都没来得及吃,就直接在宾馆的马路对面,坐3路公交赶往长途汽车站(终点站)。当我们排队买票的时候,不断的有人问我们,去塔尔寺吗?去青海湖吗?到西海没车,路不通了,坐我的长安车吧!看着那一张张朴实的紫色的脸膛,似乎真的想相信他们说的每一句话都是真的。请不要相信他们,去西海的车多多,每20分钟一班。买了票,还有20多分钟出发。吃早餐也来不急了,就在车站外面买了点奶和饼干充饥。刚一上车,司机就问我们,是去环青海湖吗?联系好租车的地方没有?对于这种,我一般的方式就是告诉他,我已经联系好了。确实也是提前联系好了的,出行之前,我喜欢把行程安排好,出发前费点心,路上少操心,减少不必要的麻烦。车出西宁城,最先吸引我们眼球的是多巴清真大寺。虽然对它不是很了解,但它那金灿灿的圆顶,直指苍穹的新月,足以说明它在当地的重要性。多巴还有一个让人钦佩的地方——青海多巴国家级高原体育训练基地。当时只是远远的看到山坡上有些房子,并不能看出它的特别来。后来才知道,我国著名的竞走教练王魁、中长跑教练马俊仁先后带领国家竞走队,国家中长跑队来此训练,并从这里把许多人送上了世界冠军的领奖台。不知什么时候,豆豆已经靠在他老妈的怀里睡着了。我也闲上眼睛,随着车儿的节奏慢慢睡着了。“到了,没有租车的,可以在这里下车,可以租自行车。”!司机的喊声,把我从梦中拉了回来。“到了吗?”我问。旁边有人告诉我:“到西海镇了,这是个租车点,还没到车站呢?”“哦”西海镇——青海省海北藏族自治州州府新址,位于湟水源头、海晏盆地的金银滩草原,原系我国第一个核武器研制基地,这块鲜为人知的神秘禁区,孕育了新中国第一颗原子弹、氢弹。1995年,这个核武器研制基地全面退役,移交当地政府安排利用。下车了,马上给自行车骑兵营打电话,早已在网上听各位骑友表扬他们很多次了。(联系人:余西海联系电话:13897109209QQ1435973641)尽管西海镇上还有许多租车的地方,既然大家都选择他们,一定有他的长处。所以我们也顺应潮流,义无反顾的选择了骑兵营。他们接到电话后,让我们在原地等一会儿,他们马上来车接我们。十分钟不到,一辆贴有骑兵营的旅行车停在我们面前。上车,车在“中国原子城”里转了起来。街道干净,布局规整,一点也不像城市,更像解放军的部队大院,这是它留给我的第一影响。这里还保留了一尊毛主席挥手的汉白玉石雕,与成都天府广场的一模一样。这在全国已经不多见了。走进骑兵营的大门,就像是进入了一个自行车的世界,各种各样的自行车有几百辆吧,价格从50-90元/天不等,选择的余地很大。选车的、还车的真不少。店子里的几个年轻小伙子忙得不亦乐乎。老板也不说多雇几个人,呵呵。。。。。。经过小伙子一番介绍,我们决定选择70元/天的车。“龙行”大哥建议,我们统一选择红色的车车,这样,在路上,一眼就能看出我们是一个火红的团队。已经12点过了,抓紧时间吧。看中一辆,把它从车群中提出来,推到院子里,骑上一圈。不行,换一辆再试。选车、选头盔、装驮包、办手续。。。。。。有点手忙脚乱的味道了。豆豆呢,看见大人们在选车,也着急起来。嚷嚷着:“我的车呢?我骑那一辆呢?”来之前,怕骑兵营没有儿童车,还专门问过他们。想着要是没有,还得把小家伙的儿童车抬到西海来呢。结果人家这里什么都有。豆豆一眼就相中了那辆和他自己坐骑一模一样的吉安特,急着让我帮他提出来,推到院子里撒欢去了。他老妈和我觉得,这车对他来讲,有点小了。跟他商量,换一辆大一点的车。小家伙可不高兴了,撅着小嘴,推着他的爱车往里走。当他把那辆大一点的车,推到院子里来,骑上去,在院子里转了两圈后,那可爱的笑容又回到那稚爱的脸上。一下子冲到我们面前,停下来:“就这辆了,比开始那辆骑着舒服!”啰啰嗦嗦的,直到下午2点,一切收拾妥当,问清线路,离开骑兵营。出发!我们的环青海湖就开始了?是不是有点突然或是还有点什么事呢?“咕,咕,咕。。。。。。”肚子提意见了。从早晨到这会儿,就只垫了个底,还没正式吃饭呢。“找地方吃饭,找地方吃饭!”在街上胡乱找个馆子,填饱了肚子。每人买了两瓶水,再买了点水果。15点,这回真的出发了。沿着大道开始了略显仓促的环青海湖骑行。我们已经在路上了。。。。。。环湖东路,今天的目是湖东种羊场,全程43公里。刚一踏上环湖东路,两旁矗立的路灯上的骑行志,就告诉我们初创于2002年7月的环青海湖国际公路自行车赛对此处的影响很大,此处也成为所有户外爱好者骑行的圣地。在环青海湖自行车旅游起点的志前,大伙兴奋得不行,停下来不停的拍照。对骑车经过身边的骑友树起大姆指,大声音的为他们加油。走吧!就着蓝天白云,我们也出发。虽然路面起伏,有些坡度,但这并不是问,刚刚起步,体力好着呢。豆豆穿着他蓝色的冷锋衣,没有扣拉丝,那蓝色的战袍在风中飘逸,追风少年来了,没有一点赶路的疲惫,在他脸上只能读出兴奋与激动。一直骑在他的左侧,对小家伙形成一个保护!上坡的时候,不时的为他加油。其实坡不是很陡,缓坡。但在海拔3000多的地方,对于第一次上高原的豆豆来讲,也算是个小小的挑战吧!“加油,不累吧!”虽然大口大口的喘着气,小家伙仍然不服输:“没事,我能行,上了坡就休息!”也谈不上什么节奏,上坡完了休息,等“自留地”和“龙行”两位大哥慢慢的爬上来。见到风景好的地方,就停下来撒欢,玩够了,又跨上“战马”飞驰。1个多小时过后,我们已经战胜了两个垭口,小家伙上第二个垭口的时候,有些畏难情绪,刚到一半就要求休息。一停下来休息,小家伙就不停的要给我们拍照,也摆出各种POS让我们给他拍照。起风了,虽然是平路和下坡居多,但是顶风骑行,真是增加了不少的难度。路上过往的车辆多了起来,而且车速很快。迎面而来的大货,在身旁呼啸而过,一股强大的气流扑来,人和车都要晃几晃。害怕豆豆顶不这样强大的气流:“豆豆,控制好自己的车,靠边点骑!”一边在他的左侧保护,一边大声的告诉他。远远的,看到公路左侧的远处,有几座连绵起伏的沙丘。“豆豆,快看,沙漠,你看,我们面前的草场,如果不加以保护,也会变成沙漠的!”呵呵。。。。。。给小家伙上一点点环保课。“嗯嗯,我看到了!我第一次看到沙漠呢!”小家伙似漠不关心般的回应着我。18点,当我们到达金沙弯景区的时候,他发现,路边的草场都不见了,无数的沙丘就在公路两边。小家伙主动要求停下车来,走进沙丘,捧起一把沙子,让它多自己的指间滑落。在夕阳,一个蓝衣少年,站在沙漠的边缘,一双小手空隙中的沙子,随风飘落。很有些意境。时光就如同他手中的细沙,悄悄的从我们的手间、指间、身边。。。。。。溜走了。或许等他能再次触摸这黄沙的时候,已是年轻的小伙,或是已过中年。也会如我这般,陪着自己的孩子,看他手中的流沙。我们打听了一下,到湖东种羊场还有多久?路人告诉我们,很快了。小家伙有些累了,一听快到了,立马催我们抓紧时间赶路。又往前赶了一段,小家伙可能是真的很累了,不断的问我们,要到了没有。于是,我们只好停下来,在路边休息。夕阳已经下到山那边去了,天空依然还是那样的湛蓝,如纱般的白云在大幕中尽情的表演。天空下,几个骑不动了少年,推着自行车,排成一排,向天际走去。已经到了19点了,怎么还没到呢?大伙心里都没底。这时,对面过来一辆摩托车,“你好,到湖东种羊场还有多远?”“不远了,5公里就到了!你们要住宿不,就住我们家吧!”原来是拉客的,“我们到了再看吧!”“好!”那人塞给我们一张简易的名片,印着他的电话,“要住宿就打我电话!”然后,骑着车去我们后面拉客了,没多大一会儿,就看他们上来了,后面还拖着一辆拖车,当然是骑不动了的家伙被他们捡了回来。“豆豆,还能坚持不?只有5公里就到了呢!”小家伙很坚决的回答:“我能行!”加油,快到了。才骑上车没走多远,又来了两拔拉客的,一个骑着自行车,陪着我们骑,与我们套近乎。另一个则骑着摩托车,跟着我们。对于他提出的问,我们的答复都是一样,到了,看看再决定住在谁家。20点,刚进入那湖东种羊场的小镇,小家伙就着急的让我去看住宿了,他真的累了。这里的住宿条件真的不是很好,看了几家,终于找了一间有5个铺位的房间安顿下来。那屋里有一股很大的味道,让人不是很舒服。没有洗漱的地方,更上人难过的是,上厕所也非常不方便。来之则安之,将就一夜。累了一天,小家伙对吃晚饭,没有在家那般的挑剔。真的是没饿得好,我看啊,饿了,什么都能吃得下去。一直到深夜22点,大家才拖着一天的疲惫躺下。([]

这次穿越男的负重35-40公斤,女的25-30公斤, 做好抵御极限零下40度低温的准备,虽然制定的是10-15天的穿越计划,但所带食物在恶劣气候下至少可支撑20天,同时备了25个高山气罐、1升汽油、15个打火机、若干火柴、打火石等物资,以确保手中有粮心中不慌,饿不死、走的出。 此行2月11日下午塘口上山----2月22日20点铁甲树出山,全体人员无碍! 自带便携式风速仪实测最高风速达到28.9米/秒,几乎每天都大雾大雪大风。。 2800营地之前700米到塔1前树林间不到2公里路程的积雪过腰及胸,若无大包托着必过头,2公里不到的雪路踩了一天......前序: 由于近几年来穿越鳌太的队伍死伤不断,而2012年下半年更是连续出事且造成重大伤亡,同时鉴于冬季穿越鳌太的不可控自然风险太多,凡是知道此行计划的朋友都表示担心,所以为免争议乱心,咱在确定冬季穿越鳌太之后,没有公开发帖约伴,只是私下在群内勾引了几个疯子,最后确定好人锅、夜色、阿生、华女、雪梨5人成行。 此行5人中,阿生、华女、雪梨已经是多年的同行搭档,户外经验、心理承受力与契合度都无需担忧。 和夜色虽然没有一起走过,但之前已经见过面,在群内也是交流甚多,对其近期的出行及锻炼情况都有比较详细的了解。且其2012年国庆曾约伴无向导穿越鳌太,期间认真负责的前窜后跳招朋呼伴也给人以良好的印象。 人员确定后,所有人都按照咱拟定的装备和物资清单一样不落的照单配齐所有装备物资,实在有个别顽固份子的鞋不太符合要求但是体能变态的好滴就多背一双登山鞋备穿。风险提示,责任自负:***其中关于风速等级的测试依赖于此行携带的便携式风速仪实时测试***关于纯AA的声明:1、此行纯AA,没有领队费、没有向导费、没有组织费、没有会员费、没有任何其它盈利性的费用支出。2、所有人员都参与共同的交通费、餐费和采购高山气罐、汽油、打火机、鞭炮等公用物资的费用AA。3、本人承诺自己的费用完全自掏,而没有收取任何个人或组织的赞助,更没有拿着赞助找人组队搞伪AA以摊低费用支出。4、此行费用支出如下:A、西安至塘口包车1200元(夜色联系,大年初二大涨价也是没办法的事);B、铁甲树--厚畛子--西安包车800元(出山后,辛苦夜色临时打了无数个电话才联系到车,春节涨价,无可选择);C、高山气罐25个+97号汽油1L+打火机15个+2000响鞭炮500元(节前既请司机代买);D、厚畛子晚餐160元;E、以上费用合计2660元,除以5,每人支出532元,实际收取每人530元。注: 户外有风险,出行需谨慎,鳌太多死伤,请不要模仿! 本人不为任何人在阅览此贴后的任何出行负责!!! 本人版权所有,如需转载等请务必征得本人文字同意才行。。此外,几乎任何一个网站都可能因为管理乱删、服务器转移、中毒等原因致使咱们的贴子莫名失踪俺在某些网站发的帖就曾遇到过此类悲剧所以几乎没有一个网站是可靠值得信赖因此咱们除了自己做好资料储存之外,如果发帖一定要记得多发几处以作备份,切记切记~~~ 具 体 行 程 记 录 请 看 后 续...... 先请欣赏此行美图:佛 光塘口村进山药农窝棚2900营地(偶遇另一支想穿越小鳌太的陕豫6人联队)白起庙导航架药王庙荞麦梁飞机梁一带梁1附近2800营地塔1附近九层石海大太白梁大石河(东塬)附近万仙阵大爷海拔仙台药王殿铁甲树 穿越行程记录:忙碌之间,就到了出发的日子。D0、2013年2月10日(大年初一)飞往西安。D1、2013年2月11日(大年初二) 进山第一天天气:阴转小雪、大雾穿着: 脚穿:整张头层牛皮的重装登山鞋(全程干燥没湿过)+快干薄袜1双+厚羊毛袜1双(全程穿着) 下身:快干内裤1条+排汗保暖长裤1条+厚羊毛裤1条+冲锋裤(带防风裙)1条+雪套+护膝(全程穿着) 上身排汗快干内衣1件+薄抓绒1件+厚实防风抓绒1件+冲锋衣(带防风裙、腋下透气拉链)1件(全程穿着,后拔高起风再冷就加了一件充绒120克左右的羽绒服) 头:开始戴了一顶风雪帽+打劫帽+冲锋衣帽,后走起发热出汗,就只戴冲锋衣帽子 手套:开始戴一双防水透气手套+1双半防水手套,后热的只戴一双防水透气手套,此后基本只戴一双防水透气手套(未行进时只戴一双还是很冷手指,行进热身后就暖和了)行程记录: 约早晨8点30从西安出发,本想3个半小时后约12点能到塘口村,哪知下雪起雾路滑难行,14点光景才到塘口村。1438 收拾完毕开始进山1626 前队(华女)在海拔1979米的有水源平地处等我。 因之前阅览多篇他人的鳌太游记攻略都提及往后的山路一直拔高不到药农窝棚都没处扎营。再抬头看天小雪下的小而密实,反正做的是10-15天的穿越计划,前路漫漫不急一时,若此时不扎营,不知摸黑走到几点才能赶到药农窝棚附近的平地扎营,所以立即选择就地扎营。而此时夜色走的意犹未尽,还说前面也有扎营地,Y的,幸亏没被蛊惑,否则后续的摸黑拔高雪路深一脚浅一脚真是会走伤人。1713 测温-5度1732 测温-7度1838 天未全黑2030 测温帐内-5度,帐外-10度2月12日0150 测温 帐内-6度,帐外-12度反应堆烧开一升冰水耗时6分钟西安出发不久天空就开始下起了小雪前面车祸小堵小雪越下越密 雾气越来越浓坡道不装防滑链已经很难上行 大货车也停在坡道上补装防滑链俺们包的车也不能免俗起个大早赶个晚集 天要如此也不能急在看到公路边塘口招呼站亭的时候 咱感觉应该就到拐进塘口的路口了问去过塘口的夜色 夜色却有点发晕 即使看到和路过塘口村口的加油站也还是没有一点回忆俺根据之前做的攻略 在看到加油站及公路村口的地貌后 告诉司机已经到塘口了 请开进村然后司机又开进村口的加油站 从加油站那拐进塘口村的水泥村道 沿着水泥路一直开 不带拐弯 (事后分析夜色去年国庆走鳌太包车的司机应该认识塘口 将他直接拉到塘口下车点 所以夜色才整不清楚如何进村)14点光景到达塘口村 下车最后收拾行装 夜色 很是辛苦的将公用的两挂2000响鞭炮和俺的一点没装进油瓶的汽油都背上了然后夜色就想从村民后院的田地直插山下好心的村民看见后 特意过来告诉俺别走田里 田里不好走 水泥路前行不远左拐就是进山的大路 很好走于是又将夜色喊回再然后夜色才开始逐渐恢复了记忆进山土路已经被白雪覆盖回拍塘口村 没走多久就到有铁栅栏开口的地方在这块告示牌附近的土路上俺们点燃一挂鞭炮 洒上一瓶二锅头 敬山神 祈保平安山越来越近 雾雪貌似越来越密 顺面前烂路右拐就走到山脚山脚下有一堆塌方乱石上山小道就在照片右边白色雪坡和没拍进照片的乱石之间有很明显的山民砍伐痕迹如果没有白雪覆盖就更不易走错进山口夜色到这的时候又失忆了差点就去硬切前面那张照片右边的白色雪坡由于大伙看看那雪坡过于陡滑 不利攀爬 才没上后华女在边上发现了这条正常上山道俺过去查看后也确认此路当为平时的进山小道于是将夜色喊回夜色看着GPS轨迹说 现在轨迹对了自此开始爬升只要开走 俺就难追夜色他们之项背手脚并用的上升到达这个志性的小垭口再前行约几十米就到了今天的扎营地当时的气温-5度 不算太低很是平整避风又有水源的好营地当晚小雪飘飘晚上2047 气温 -10度D2、2013年2月12日天气:晴,无风,极好的天气气温:早晨最低-15度,行进间,中午有太阳无风时高温可达2度左右,太阳下山后气温则急剧下降。水源:早晨结冰,需要冰镐敲冰取水;晚上化雪烧水穿着:同前,将雪镜改为墨镜行程记录: 海拔1970水源地至2900营地620叫早948出发 偶遇一支穿越小鳌太的陕豫联队,其中有两人和夜色网上相识。 因对方爬升较快,咱就建议跟着对方脚印走,省得找路探路。哪知他们大晴天也走的迷糊,整的咱们跟着他们的脚印在药农窝棚后冤枉爬升到海拔2900多米又下降到2800多米找路。虽然他们在很远的地方大喊,但因一则看不见人、二则喊声四散难定向,所以这段冤枉路走的钢钢滴,体能、时间浪费的阔惜哦。。1247上升到海拔2470米时气温复降至零度山路雪深且滑,没穿冰爪爬升总打滑,累的30步一歇1935因前面说过的原因,从药农窝棚2段木头处到2900营地折腾了近4小时天黑后咱才走到2900营地。早起看昨晚装在碗里的水都成了冰块水都冻住了 夜色拿着冰镐挖冰取水早晨气温-12度平整避风的营地抬头看天 感觉今天天气不错-11度 温度回升中人走而保持营地干净是我们出行的基本准则上山的路已被雪掩埋 得小心下脚 以免扭伤生死之交 阿生 同行过墨脱 狼塔 乌孙 禾木河探源体能好而不焦躁此行帮俺背负了冰镐、3斤食物,还有公用的60米5毫米辅绳 雪渐深 落脚更慎咬牙扛包吭哧吭哧的向上爬海拔2000多米树这么个牌牌浪费钱呀某些部门总喜欢干掩耳盗铃的事终于爬出丛林路 得以见天阳光明媚好惬意灌木上的雪花就像棉花朵看到鳌山大梁了依稀可见山下村庄到达药农窝棚所在心中暗喜很快就能到2900营地了哪知杯具很快就开始嘞跟着他人的足迹走错路 浪费体能浪费时间亏大了还是要立足于自身 不能偷懒呀此地树林里的积雪已经不浅没想到以后的日子里 这种雪窝算浅的俺走到天黑才到2900营地实测气温-14度MSR 耳语油炉不给力化雪烧水至少20分钟 打气泵也易坏且预热浪费油、火焰大 在内外帐之间使用时千万要小心火灾相比而言还是反应堆使用更便捷、烧煮更迅速D3、2013年2月13日天气:小雪大雾4级风气温:早晨帐内-9度;下午扎营搭建帐篷时-15度;18点温度回升到-10度;1930帐外-14度,帐内-10度(帐篷两头位置)水源:化雪烧水穿着:同前,今天开始穿冰爪行程记录: 2900营地出发--在凄风冷雪迷雾中折腾到离导航架2公里左右迷途扎营1010 2900营地出发 雪越来越密,风速渐长,雾越来越大,能见度已经是30米以内了 快到盆景园时,陕豫联队回撤,但随后有两位开封的朋友(悠然、狗子)追上我们要和我们一起走到导航架再返程。就这样我们的队伍变成了5+2. 在过了白起庙后,能见度愈差,且温度愈低,周边白茫茫一片啥都看不见,据说晴好天气可以看见的导航架更不知何方。 关键时刻,夜色的GPS在大雾低温下开始抽疯,带着我们在乱石堆里绕起了8字形,俺穿着冰爪走路极不习惯,动不动就被冰爪绊的摔跤,其中有次是在乱石堆里摔的,冲锋裤、雪套都被冰爪挂破,摔的好不狼狈,如再摔远些就栽进石堆坑隙出大问了。饶是如此,因重包压身半天爬不起,幸得阿生援手拉起。再走下去,感觉在石海里折腾不是办法,于是建议大家啥都别管,先向上切出石海再说,省得在石海里转到天黑都没办法扎营。切出石海后,绕来绕去之间,大伙都发现怎么走着走着又走回原来的脚印了呢? 咱因为夜色2012年国庆才走过鳌太,且其速度快、精力足、背负强,十足的一个人肉装甲车,有他在前开路,咱真是省心不少,除了用指北针确定大方向不错以及之后的主要横切路径方向选择之外,咱的GPS都没太开。此时看着明显是在绕路,而且转着转着又往烂石海里钻,迷雾中绕来绕去实在太浪费体能,看看时间已经1600,于是决定扎营待天气好转后再议,本想就近切回白起庙附近扎营以利确定参照物和走向,后接受夜色的建议就地扎营,以免折腾。 下午的这个迷雾也让悠然、狗子两位开封朋友有些心悸,为免次日回程又遇上此类迷雾,扎营后他们找俺将导航架到2900营地的等高线图用手机拍摄备用以防迷路。 1800雾气突然散去,远方的导航架清晰可见,夜色的GPS在捂暖和后也恢复了正常,显示出咱们刚才绕了个相当准的8字形轨迹。咱们的临时扎营地也恰好是在轨迹上。趁此雾散间歇看清楚方向,明天大伙就不用再担心绕圈了。 再然后夜色兴奋的卖起来鸭脯肉(裸上身拍照,年轻人火旺呀)。。。。。。 没过多久,雾气又继续笼罩了山头。。。。。。早起 帐内气温-9度帐内结满冰霜天阴沉而未全亮([]

【阿里·缘】一千山万壑云和月,神措圣湖一轮回;陪君醉笑八千里,不负如来不负卿。阿里,每一座山都有他的名字,每一条河流都有她的故事。阿里,天地有大美而不言。山后面还是山,旷野后面还是旷野;风后面还是风,云后面还是云;海子后面还是海子;经幡的后面是无尽的蓝天。。。如果说西藏的林芝是柔情似水的卓玛,那么,阿里,就是粗犷的扎西;如果说冈仁波齐是刚毅的藏族汉子,那么玛旁雍措就是依偎在他身边的美丽佳人。阿里,即使路上没有鲜花,我仍然可以欣赏它的荒芜;即使是没有掌声的行程,我仍然坚定地选择前行。。。【阿里·缘】二“ 7月阿里大环线穿越洛旦。。。”---这几个字眼必定成为我2010年的关键词。“7月10日,珠峰。夜宿5200大本营,二位娇柔的兄弟高反,头疼欲裂。。。”“7月12日,漏夜狂奔,一天18小时,巅波得我们没心没肺。。。” “7月14日,午夜12时,二辆越野车迷失在扎达死人沟转不出去。。。” “7月17日,仁多,夜宿藏民家,深夜的集体狗叫和屋内脏兮兮的被子发出的难闻的气味交织在一起,彻夜未眠。。。”“7月18日,文布,夜宿藏民家,刺骨的寒风从窗缝里钻进来,淅沥的雨滴和冰冷的雪花整夜打在脸上,牛粪羊粪在炉火的烘烤下散发出异样的味道,这哪里是文布天堂,简直就是地狱。。。”“7月19日,几天不能洗澡,我们已和藏民无异,身上散发着和着牛羊粪的气味。。。”现在,当旅行已经结束,所有的痛苦都已过去,留下的只是阿里的美好。 【阿里·缘】 三今年是我藏地五年计划的第四年了,但凡热爱西藏的人在第一次去过拉萨之后,心里就会像我一样想着下一趟的旅行应该是阿里。阿里的缘起还得从去年说起。。。2009年11月15日,川藏线回来之后,当我在电脑上为游记《200年稻草人手记之西藏:理想、信仰和一地鸡毛》敲下最后一段文字的时候,我的阿里梦开始了。 2010年7月,阿里,我来了!---是为序,作为我游记的开始。【英雄人物篇】话说2010年7月,江湖上流传阿里王将带一支8 人的小分队奔向茫茫阿里,去寻找那传说中的古格王朝。这8 个小厮是何许人也?传说中的阿里王为何将他们招入旗下?据坊间的说法,8 人中,有国内著名网站的斑主、著名的自由摄影家、某媒体著名的摄影记者、著名服装品牌的赞助商,还有,还有。。。。还有一个著名的忽悠大王。呵呵,对号入座吧。当然,有了阿里王带队,想不成英雄也难了。 召集的故事【花絮一】 昨天下班路上接到一个无锡驴友的电话,才听说我要走阿里,她跟我说她妹妹10日也走阿里大北线,是阿里王的车队。我笑着说我也是阿里王的车队,并且是阿里王亲自带队,她惊呼:原来你们就是阿里王说的摄影队啊!她说她妹妹的队伍3车,曾经强烈要求洛旦能亲自带队,被洛旦拒绝,因为洛但说了要带一个国内著名的摄影队。(来自队友茗禅)【旁白】后来,我们在拉萨见到了这支比我们晚一天走的队伍的领队,一个叫秦雨巷的小姑娘,第一次去西藏第一次组队就去了阿里,佩服!【花絮二】前几天有个陌生人加我MSN,问从哪里得到我的ID,回答说搜索“阿里七月”百度到我的博客,知道我7月初走阿里(感叹网络的强大),聊了没几句他似乎意识到什么,突然问:“你们老大是稻草人吗?”原来这个人是被草队拒绝过的一个驴子,草队拒绝的人太多,估计也不知道是哪个了吧哈哈。(再感一下江湖真小)。后来他们自己拉竿子组队,也曾要求阿里王带队,同样因为洛旦要带一个强大的摄影队而遭拒绝。(来自队友茗禅)【旁白】哈哈,阿里真大,江湖真小。草人最成功的也许就是让传说中的阿里王带一个强大的摄影队了。自我表扬一下。耶!其实,这次的召集,我们婉拒了很多激情勃发的驴友。【花絮三】一深圳驴子,洋洋洒洒在我QQ上留下了万言书,那豪情壮志就像战争年代战士血书请战上战场一样。让心软的草人蒙生同情。那万言书的结尾让人唏嘘不已:如果我到时去不成,我让我老婆去!一定不会耽误你们的!唉,阿里是不是把人都搞成高反了?不过还是挺感动的。【花絮四】一香港的雌性小驴,游遍了祖国的山山水水,爱国热情可不一般,对西藏也是如数家珍,她的终极目就是阿里,无奈时间不对,自我放弃。呵呵,兄弟们,下次一起去香港,我请客,她出钱。【花絮五】还有一位南京雄性驴子跟我套近乎了半年,有一天却突发奇想跟我说他要开着沙滩车去阿里了,遂自我遁去。有听过把阿里当草原的,从没听过把阿里当海滨沙滩的。草人听此,当场高反!【花絮六】更有一位广东的肌肉男,身高1米8多,满身块状肌。刚刚骑车走了川藏线,从此,自以为天下就唯我独尊了。看他空间里的满身块状肌,真害怕路上一不投机抓起我们就往珠峰顶扔,惹不起,躲得起,婉拒。【旁白】半年的召集,结识了很多喜欢行走的朋友。阿里,我们也许擦肩而过,但我相信,我们会在下一个驿站相遇。截止2010年5月24日,七月阿里行的最终确认8名队员为:西湖、茗禅、飞檐走璧、海拔3000、本色、稻草人、苏幕遮、达华。洛旦:一个叫阿里王的西藏传奇阿里王洛旦,绝对是一个西藏传奇。年轻时的洛旦曾经是个军师,他的手足个个骁勇善战。然而洛旦却从不打架,尽管从堆龙到拉萨,从阿里到新疆到处曾闪耀过他们的刀光剑影。现在的洛旦一点也不炫耀他的过去,到是见到曾经断足的过去的手下时,唏嘘不已。洛旦说,他现在非常内疚,自觉罪孽深重,这也许是他现在虔诚于佛教的主要原因。后来的洛旦成为一位僧人,先是色拉寺学法,后又到直贡梯寺修行。据说,就是在直贡梯寺著名的天葬台,洛旦认清了生死的真谛,感谢佛祖又超度了一人。还俗后,洛旦曾经在政府部门工作,又因故离开公职岗位。之后的洛旦成了一名职业司机,开始了他云游天下的生涯。洛旦的侠骨柔情和风流倜傥多半是在这个时期展现出来。现在的洛旦是个网络红人,网上追捧他的驴子特别多。洛旦说,阿里的地图就装在他的脑子里。洛旦有着鹰一样的眼睛,能像美式巡航导弹一样准确地发现行程中的目。洛旦有着藏獒一样的嗅觉,他能在我们肉眼还看不见的时候告诉我们前方有一只驴,并且是母驴。洛旦很少走阿里小环线,那是因为他惦念着大北线上的牧民。每次走阿里,洛旦总是会给他们带去衣服和药品,我们行程结束离开拉萨的时候,洛旦还说,别忘了阿里大北线的那些藏民。洛旦还自己出钱在珠峰脚下不远的村庄建了一个小学,他自称为世界上海拔最高的小学。是否是海拔最高的小学无从考证,但起码洛旦的境界和珠峰一样高。(洛旦在分发衣物)洛旦还在南迦巴瓦峰脚下捐资造了一座寺庙,他还建有许多白塔。洛旦还领养和资助过许多孤儿。洛旦也是个诙谐的人,他说,阿里王来了,白帐篷的姑娘出来了。果真,后来的行程印证了他自己所说的话。(洛旦每到一处都很受牧民们的欢迎)每次过垭口,洛旦总会大声喊:拉索索,拉索索。以祈求山神的保佑,那高吭的高原之音成了我现在的手机铃声。同样,每次过垭口,他都会下车挂上经幡,那种对宗教的虔诚让我们很是敬佩。洛旦的镜头感很强,每每当镜头对准他,他的POSE绝对是一流的。洛旦也绝对是个热爱家乡的环保人士,当连年的干旱使海子干涸,草原枯萎,他唏嘘不已:我的家乡怎么变成这样了呢?黯然神伤的表情让我们肃然起敬。当我们用过路餐时,他会和他的同伴把垃圾深埋于他热爱着的大地中。洛旦也是憨厚的,在漂亮的老婆面前,他的笑容可掬。(行程结束后,洛旦在宫廷藏餐馆请我们吃藏餐)洛旦的家庭是幸福的。他有个美丽的老婆,在家中为他打点着生意,据说英文还是六级的水平,让我们汗颜!他有个女儿在北京上大学,据说即将成为一个维和警察;他的一个儿子在大昭寺做喇嘛,有着很高的地位;另外还有一个女儿是教师,一个儿子是医生。这就是他漂亮的老婆,英文讲得比普通话还流利。洛旦无疑是我们这次行程中最伟大的英雄,不仅仅在于他历经千险化险为夷,更在于他的人格魅力和对西藏的深沉的爱。二车失去联系时,洛旦高高地站在越野车上,他说,我站得高,另外的车就容易看得见。此时的他,就像是在指挥千军万马的将军。洛旦:一个叫阿里王的西藏传奇。也许,他是现代西藏的一个文化符号。我们很幸运,在阿里王洛旦即将退休的时候有幸成为他的队员完成了阿里大环线的穿越。虽然,我们夸大了自己,我们的队伍没有国内著名的*****噱头,我们只是一个小斑竹、一个小摄影爱好者、一个小报记者,只有那个忽悠大王是真实的,但我们是善意的,因为我们敬仰你,因为我们爱西藏、爱阿里。在佛祖面前,我再也不敢忽悠您了,忏悔中~~~洛旦,我们想念你,就像我的二个兄弟想念西藏的白帐篷一样。阿里因为有了洛旦是变得如此生动!祝福你,洛旦;祝福你,阿里王!你是我们心中真正的英雄!队友苏幕遮描述阿里王洛旦:洛旦,阿里王,也是一个故事大王,一路上,给俺们讲了不少的故事,碍于本人娇气的高反,记得不多,只能想到哪儿,说到哪儿,至于故事真伪,大家自己明鉴,拒绝牵强附会,拒绝对号入座。第一个故事:洛旦的第一位客人话说,Lond long ago,洛旦,一位年青的藏族小伙子,刚从一个端着铁饭碗的人进化成一个没饭碗的人,(迟到早退,还是风流过头,原因不祥。)心潮澎湃,思绪万千,乍办?还有一大家子的人等着他拿米回家,古语说得好,有手艺就有饭吃,此时的洛旦,就有也只有一手开车的好本领。好不容易借钱买了一辆二手车,洛旦就和其它司机一样,整天窝在停车场等游客。一天,终于来了一位客人,男的。他的要求很奇怪,单人单车,一个月的时间走完西藏车能走的路。有司机报价,15000,他摇头,有司机报价,12000,他又摇头,有司机报价,10000,他还是摇头。问到洛旦了,洛旦内心不想去,家里有老有小,一个月时间太长了,张口就说,30000。“好,就你了”没想到,这位客人二话不说就答应了,还很爽快地付了10000元定金。这下,洛旦没法推了。在当时,这10000元钱,在西藏逛一个月也差不多够了。第二天,洛旦就带着这位奇怪的客人上路了。请问,先走藏北,还是藏南?随便。这里的风景挺美的,要不要停车?随便。一路上,这客人一不爱看景,二不爱拍照,三不爱说话,就好象一个空气人,一个隐形人坐在车上。就这样,一天又一天,一日复一日,从日出到日落,除了开车还是开车。洛旦简直快疯了。如果说这客人还有一点象正常人的行为,那就是,每到一个地方,只要有邮局,他就会拿出一块脏脏的白布,在上面盖一个邮戳。一个月很快就到了,白布上也盖满了各地的邮戳,那10000元钱用得也差不多了,终于回到了拉萨,洛旦揪着的心也放了下来。我的任务完成了,请把余下的20000元给我吧。没钱,我全部的钱在出发前都给你了,要骂要打,随你。洛旦当时怀疑自己的耳朵是不是有毛病,如果不是幻听的话,那肯定是自己疯了。更好笑的是,这客人不仅没有付那20000元钱,还一直跟在洛旦后面,死皮赖脸地来到洛旦的家。我是一个逃债的人,别人欠了我很多钱,我也欠了别人很多钱,家里逼债的人太多,我没办法,本来不想活了,到西藏把仅有10000元用完后,就准备随便找个湖跳下去,可现在,我又不想死了,我哪儿也不去,就住在你家。洛旦和老婆大眼瞪小眼,傻了,乍办?杀了他还是煮了他。这客人的心理素质真是***一流,(这欠钱的都是大爷,真理啊)他把洛旦的家当成了自己的家,到点吃饭,到点睡觉,骂不还口,打不还手。请神容易送神难,这20000元我也不要了,您请走吧,爱上哪儿去哪儿。那行,好人做到底,我也正想回家看看,给我买张机票吧。为了把这尊神请走,洛旦还向哥哥借了2000元,买了机票,送走了他。在这之后的一个月里,洛旦一家人总是把门关得紧紧的,一有人敲门,就心惊胆跳的,生怕那厮杀个回马枪又回来了。光阴似箭,岁月如梭,5年后,那人真的回来了,带了老婆孩子,当然,那欠下的20000元及各种杂费,也一并带来。洛旦一家盛情款待,游拉萨,逛纳木措,想必此时的心境与彼时的心境大不相同。那人如此,洛旦也如此。相逢一笑,尽泯恩怨。洛旦的第二个故事:一个人和一只羊洛旦走阿里,一年复一年,可这一年却遇到了一件奇事。出普兰不远,发现路边有一位徙步的男青年,身上背着一个大包,包上挂着一支水瓶,身后却牵着一只羊,羊很小,以人来算的话,最多上小学,人很瘦,不到90斤,一只羊,一个人,在荒凉的土路上,孤独地前行。洛旦深知在这样人迹罕见的地方,实在不适合独行,停车相问,到哪儿?答:不知道。走了多久了?答:三个月了。从哪儿来?香港。那人怕洛旦他们不信,还拿出护照,果然是HK人。又问:为什么来这里?答:走着走着就到这里了。再问:羊从哪儿来的?答:自己跟来的,可能它也寂寞吧。洛旦好心,带你一程吧,那香港人也实在,就缩在行李包中,一路不哼声,带到了札达。那香港人浑身臭哄哄的,洛旦让他洗了个澡,用了整整一块肥皂,又请他吃了三碗拉面,问:究竟怎么回事?答:我在香港把自己给丢了,不知道自己是什么人。独子,父母皆是成功人士,我却是平凡小子,事业无成,未能聚妻,内心自闭,父母相轻。走到哪儿算哪儿,对我来说,处处都是人生的归宿。洛旦见此人神情恍惚,说话颠三倒四,便好言相劝,你若没有地方可去,我有一处,极适合现在的你,色拉寺,去不去?香港人答:有何不去。洛旦随即向色拉寺的师傅汇报,希望大师能救救这位年轻人,师傅说,来吧。半年后,这位香港人的父母特地来到洛旦家,向洛旦致谢,在路上拣回了他们儿子的心。后来,这年轻人子承父业,还真成就了一番事业,现在也算是名人了。江湖上有句传言,来西藏的人,不是失恋的,就是失意的,或是已辞职的和准备辞职的,如果都不是,那一定是精神病。如果还不是的话,那一定是自己还不知道自己是精神病的精神病。仔细想想,这句话有一定的道理。【英雄团】 (左起:本色、海拔3000、苏暮遮、飞檐走壁、茗禅、稻草人、西湖美、达华) 英雄莫问出处威振江湖、人见人威、骑最快的马、亮最快的剑、喝最大碗的酒、高原上蹦得最高此乃我们天地英雄是也。英雄总有个主角,在没经大家同意之下,达华轻易地充当了一回主角。(三个配角和一个没经导演潜规则的主角)我们的队伍向太阳,太阳就是那伟大的党。呀拉索!扎达土林沟苦练猴功。猴哥,猴哥!你真了不得! “没经苏导演的潜规则,岂能当主角?”草人大喝一声!达华当场被草人踢出镜头之外。画外音:那天之后,达华对苏毕恭毕敬,后经苏导演的对达华的潜规则时的实地考察发现:达华虽然年纪最小,头上毛发却掉得最多,可是,腰部以上颈部以下却是郁郁葱葱。从此,苏导演赐给达华一个艺名:小青龙。 男儿厮杀正闹,美女拉拉队也不甘落后,她们齐声大喊:“草人,加油!草人,加油!!草人草人我爱你,就像老鼠爱大米!” 潜规则后的达华迅速蹿红成了导演。他正指导着女主角们为艺术献身。 英雄团集体亮相谢幕!洛旦的第三个故事:死人沟札达土林,长50里,横20里,或长20里,横50里。总之方圆千里。在这千里之内,有着13条沟,都是同一走向,南北还是东西(忘了)其中有一条沟,就叫作死人沟。洛旦讲这个故事的时候,是在凌晨12点,我们正在札达土林里迷路着。黑色的天空里有个弯月,提醒我们,还是在地球上,且我们还活着。有一年,洛旦带着一个摄影团游土林,到土林时,快傍晚了,摄影大师们是最讲究光影的,对洛旦说,我们徒步进去,你在沟外等着,3个小时就回来。过了3个小时,大师们还没回来,洛旦想,光线太美了。4个小时还没回来,洛旦想,这些人真的没时间概念。5个小时还没回来,洛旦就是用膝盖想也知道,大师们迷路了。天黑了,洛旦也慌了,对人来说,这土林里没吃没喝的,可万一有只狼,对它来说,进去了三个人,这狼倒变成有吃有喝的了。洛旦跑到附近的一个村子,恳求村里的人都来找人,找到一个人给500,没找到人,也给100。全村的人打着火把,分批进沟。找了一宿,活的没找到,死的也没见过一个。第二天一大清早,村民们继续找,洛旦跑到札达去报警,有关部门说,不到24小时,不算失踪,说不准,自己就溜达出来了。中午,终于找到了一个,还活着。村民们不愿再找了,能去的地方我们都找了,土林太大了,我们尽力了。村民们可以撤,可洛旦不能撤,洛旦通过关系,求爷爷告奶奶,请军营里的大部队帮忙。不惜一切代价,不管多少钱,不管死的活的,只要能把人找回来就行。关键时刻还是要靠部队,到了第三天,终于把人都找齐了,佛祖保佑,人都活着,也没少个零件什么的。世界上没有无缘无故的爱,一般的爱都要用金钱来计算,这般折腾化了2万5,世界上也没有无缘无故的恨,化了这么多钱,这三个人不愿了。我们只不过在里面呆了一天两夜,也没有给狼吃了,凭什么要化我们这么多钱。只能看在洛旦你也算是尽心尽责的份上,再说,我们也不是没钱的主,这钱我们出了,可你们得帮我们把那机子找回来,那可都是十几二十几万的哈苏啊。洛旦年轻时,也不是善良的主,也见过各种各样的人,经过各种各样的事,到了这时候,才发现,原来自己还真是一个没见过什么世面的人。隔天,到了狮泉河,三位大师们说再多的话也没用了,分道扬骠,算帐走人。故事听到这里,我们不仅流着口水问,那些哈苏们是不是还真的躺在土林的哪一个角落里,等着我们去拣,洛旦白了我们一眼,贼贼地笑道,机子都在,就看你有没有那个命了。【英雄之二】西湖美 There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 自驾最好是私车哦! 如果没有的话也可以考虑下面的方案 从西宁市出发先走宁大高速S1到大通县,下高速进入G227国道,在达坂山收费站,青石嘴镇进入岗青公路一直东走便可以到达门源县中心浩门镇。整个行程约150公里,3个半小时行程。也可以选择找个靠谱师傅包车前往门源,一般一天游玩一个来回足够,整个包车费用在600元左右。 西宁市内租车推荐: 神州租车 地址:西宁市城东区花园北街3号省军区招待所院内北2楼 电话:4006166666 赢时通汽车租赁 地址:西宁市新宁路新宁花苑6号楼1043(新宁客运站旁) 当地风俗禁忌 藏族是全民信仰佛教的民族,入乡随俗,请务必尊重当地习俗。 1、青海湖是藏传佛教信徒心中的圣湖,不可以在圣湖里游泳,也不要触碰当地人祭海的物品。环湖最好按照当地习惯,顺时针环湖。 2、 献哈达是藏族待客规格最高的一种礼仪,表示对客人热烈的欢迎和诚挚的敬意。哈达以白色为主,亦有浅蓝色或淡黄色的,一般长约1.5米至2米。最好的是蓝、黄、白、绿、红五彩哈达,用于最高最隆重的仪式如佛事等; 3、喝酥油茶时,主人倒茶,客人要待主人双手捧到面前时,才能接过来喝;续杯时,客人须用双手把茶碗向前倾出,以表敬意; 4、藏族人一般不吃鱼虾、鸡肉和鸡蛋,不要勉强劝食,不过现在很多藏族人也开始吃了; 5、忌讳别人用手触摸头顶; 6、接待客人时,无论是行走还是言谈,总是让客人或长者为先,并使用敬语,如在名字后面加个:"啦"字,以示尊敬和亲切,忌讳直呼其名。迎送客人,要躬腰曲膝,面带笑容。室内就坐,要盘腿端坐,不能双腿伸直,脚底朝人,不能东张西望。接受礼品,要双手去接。赠送礼品,要躬腰双手高举过头。敬茶,酒,烟时,要双手奉上,手指不能放进碗口。 关于高原反应 门源平均海拔2866米。部分人会在海拔3000米以上的地方产生高原反应症状,例如头晕、头疼、全身无力、失眠等,轻微的高反症状一般会在1-2天内随着身体对海拔的适应而消失。 关于高反的一些建议: 1. 行前禁止烟酒,避免劳累,可适当提前几天服用红景天等预防药品。感冒期间不宜去高原地区,容易引发肺水肿。 2. 无需体能锻炼,多吃蔬菜水果多喝水,保证睡眠,心态放松即可。 3. 轻微的高原反应会随着身体对海拔的适应而逐渐自愈,所以不要轻易吸氧,以免造成对氧气瓶的依赖,可服用高原安或西洋参等药品缓解。 4.经过海拔较高路段时,避免跑步、疾走和蹦跳。 蜜蜂蛰后紧急处理措施 门源油菜花资源太过丰富,无奈蜜蜂众多,穿梭油菜花田中难免会有狭路相逢的时候,结合大家以往的处理经验,给大家提供几个应急的处理措施,所谓有备而无患。 蜂毒主要含有蚁酸,神经毒和组胺。人被蛰伤后,主要是局部剧痛、灼热、红肿或水疱形成。被群蜂或毒力较大的黄蜂蛰伤后,症状较重,可出现头晕、头痛、恶寒、发热、烦躁、痉挛及晕厥等。少数可出现喉头水肿、气喘、呕吐、腹痛、心率增快、血压下降、休克和昏迷。被蜂蛰伤后,可采取以下方法急救: 1.立即在被蛰局部寻找到蜂针并拔除,然后再拔火罐吸出毒汁,减少毒素的吸收。 2.局部用3%氨水、5%碳酸氢钠溶液或肥皂水洗净。对黄蜂蛰伤则不用上药而局部涂涂以醋酸或食醋。 3.可在伤口周围涂南通蛇药或在下列草药中任选一种捣烂外敷,如紫花地丁、半边莲、七叶一枝花、蒲公英等。 有神志障碍、呼吸困难或血尿的重症病人,应尽快送医院治疗。([]

【墨脱、墨脱】2010年5月1日(第六期)徒步墨脱活动敬请关注https//bbs.8264.com/thread-235981-1-1.html以下为自助墨脱攻略,希望对独自进入墨脱的朋友们有些帮助!前言在雅鲁藏布江大峡谷的深处,传说有个开满莲花的圣地,这里就是西藏的墨脱。藏在大山里的墨脱至今没有公路,只有在夏秋冰雪融化的季节里才能与外界相通,墨脱也因此成了西藏最神秘的地方之一,她是一片从来没有开发过的处女地。而对于我们这些徒步爱好者来讲,走进墨脱也成了我们的梦想。我们一行五人,包括本次活动-领队:喜力队员:小范(辽宁)、老梁(辽宁)、娜娜(女四川)、小鱼(女湖北) D1天:拉萨-派乡(550公里)住派乡5月15日早上9:00坐班车(100元/人)从拉萨出发,6小时左右到达八一镇。下车马上又包了一台越野车直接到达派乡(350元/车)2小时,买了门票进入派乡(150元/人)。过了边防检查站,通过边防站的好心武警联系了第二天上山的背夫(800元\人),入住乡上的川渝饭店(20元/人)。在乡上找到了索朗,预约了明天从派乡到徒步起点松林口的大货车(200元/车)。晚上在索朗家的小藏式酒吧小坐……注意:八一有到派乡的班车每天早上八点一班(50元/人),派乡的收门票处可以从河边绕过(小心被抓,后果很严重)派乡川渝饭店的墙上看到很多熟悉朋友的名字,更看到了最为熟悉的8264小旗~D2天:派乡-松木口-翻多雄拉雪山-拉格(徒步约18公里用时8小时左右)住拉格7点整理好食品、装备早餐后爬上索朗的大货车在山里颠簸了一小时终于到达了徒步起点松林口。翻多雄拉雪山到达拉格。5月过多雄拉雪山还是很危险的,雪深到膝盖,随时有雪崩的可能,我们五名队员体力都算不错,不到四个小时就翻过了多雄拉雪山,晚上四点多到达了第一天的住宿点拉格(住20元/人)木板床,吃饭晚餐(25元/人)四菜一汤,早餐(15元/人)稀饭馒头。注意:翻多雄拉雪山时要迅速通过,最好不要逗留,小心雪崩。一定要带太阳镜,小心雪盲。背夫在称我们的背包这就是索朗的大货车,200元送到松林口翻多雄拉雪山 垭口的经幡下山的时候大家在确保安全的情况下选择了"滑" 过了雪山出现在眼前的是一片原始森林下午四点多到达了今天的休息处拉格~D3天:拉格-汉密(徒步约25公里用时8小时左右)住汉密9点出发,一路都是下坡,行走在原始森林里山间的碎石小路,偶尔有蚂蟥出没~这一天算是最好走的。晚上我们最后一个队员630到达汉密。住木板房(20元/人),吃(25元/人)不过我们吃的是自己带的FB物资。友情提示:绑腿要系好,小心蚂蟥。途中到处可见发育完好的瀑布,冰川,河流^本人这里可以说是中国最原始的森林一路风景独特,终于到达了第二天的休息点,汉密!D4天:汉密-背崩(徒步约30公里用时12小时左右)住背崩7点出发,一路下坡,经老虎口、蚂蟥区、塌方区、过解放桥晚上最后一名队员8点到达美丽背崩乡。吃四菜一汤(25元/人)早餐面条(15元/人),住木板床(20元/人)今天最整个行程最危险、风景最漂亮的一天。友情提示:蚂蟥多的可以吃人,注意绑腿。塌方区十分危险,随时都有生命危险,团队进入一定要打路绳。([]
