新马十一天旅程安排····················2月1日-4日:新加坡 Day 1:总统府-乌节路 Day 2:牛车水-滨海花园-小印度 Day 3:圣淘沙-环球影视城-滨海花园夜景-金沙酒店 Day 4:City hall 周边走了一圈,逛遍了各种景点····2月5日-7日:槟城 Day 1:丹武绒雅海滩 Day 2George Town Day 3:姓氏桥-姐弟共骑-各种瞎逛2月8日-9日:马六甲 Day 1:鸡场街 Day 2:海滩-马六甲基督教堂-荷兰红屋-红屋广场2月10日:吉隆坡-双子塔2月11日:新加坡-逛各种巴刹去找榴莲吃··· 机票花费:6500左右 (本来两人全程所有机票只是花费4K多而已,但是某一只的狮城证被拒,导致不得不重新给他买往返大马的机票,再加上他老妈大马境内和往返狮城的机票,于是乎,就多出了两K多)新加坡花费:无··········马来西亚花费(三人):4000RMB生活费 +2400RMB住宿费(在吉隆坡奢侈了一小把,酒店对面就可以看到双子塔,步行过去也只是5分钟,但正好碰到促销,两间房的房价才1K多,含税) 腾讯微博:离洛洛新浪微博:离洛洛_Joyce粉我吧,粉我吧,粉我吧···········我走过你曾熟悉得风景,却爱上了别人的意外,是你成全了别人,还是我厌倦了回忆·······远行使对自我的放逐,还是去遥远陌生的地方遇见一个全新的自己?因为喜欢《初恋红豆冰》这部电影,才选择去槟城。提一袋红豆冰,执子之手,漫步在落日余晖下,细细去感受老城的浪漫与温情········只是后来,为了红豆冰而去,却爱上了煎蕊而回···各位看客们,请一定要听听这首歌·······感受我所感受过的美好··········"初恋像一袋红豆冰,转眼便溶掉,能回味的,是藏在心里略带轻涩的甜。" https//www.tudou.com/programs/view/JcEhL8LVbYY/ 关于新加坡的印象二三事新加坡很干净,但是不像广州或者香港这种大城市里,CBD地区的那种钢筋水泥,坚硬冰冷的干净,新加坡的干净是一种风淡云轻的干净,并且有一种舒心的整洁;五天,说长不长,但是由于有本地人作陪,我这五天里在新加坡的行程是即充实,也闲散;除了走各种知名景点以外,不知名的小巷子和菜市场(我们这叫菜市场,新加坡叫巴刹)也走了不少,而即便是这些容易藏污纳垢的场所也是干净清爽的,并不会有积水或者是随处堆积的垃圾,更不会有乱摆乱放了。当然这种干净是离不开新加坡人对干净环境的维护和新加坡政府的高压政策。新加坡没有什么养老啊,退休之类的概念,相反,新加坡政府是鼓励老人出来工作的。据说,一来是可以避免老年痴呆症,二来还可以减轻家庭负担,三则新加坡是个小国家,劳动力严重不足,尤其是在一些靠手工劳动的行业里,本地人有地域优越感,大多不愿意干,只能倚靠外劳,而外劳的人数是有限制的,如果老人们愿意“重出江湖”,相对来说会减轻政府用工荒的压力。 所以在巴刹或者是餐厅里的工作者大多数都是老阿姨老叔叔们,当然其他很多行业里面也有很多大年纪的工作者;新加坡的消费对于在当地工作生活的人来说是不高的;就拿一个在巴刹做清洁的阿姨来说,薪水最低也是1500新币往上走,相当于人民币7500左右,在新这算是低收入人群。通常我们在巴刹吃饭,七八种食物,外加饮品,也不过是在30-40新币左右(人民币150-200),我们这种吃法算是奢侈的,主要是为了饱我的口服,各种菜式都尝尝。如果说正常吃饭,一个人通常是一两碟食物加一杯水,通常不会超过10新币。个人日常用品也是想当的便宜,只有我们这边的百分之五六十左右的价格,所以姐回国的时候拖了满满一箱的各种洗漱冲凉化妆用品····相当无敌······再来说说新加坡的房价,想当羡慕嫉妒恨,说多了都是泪啊······为毛我们天广地阔的天朝的房价都是飞天的节奏呢?一个包,一台相机,一双拖鞋,11天,走了两个国家,四个城市。。。大年初一!!!意味着又要出远门了!!!整装待发·············1月31日:深圳-新加坡 (机票1350元)(话说有个空少超帅的,但也超娘炮,我有点怀疑我是不是上到去泰国的飞机了。。。。)上飞机后,空少/空姐会拿一张白条给有需要入境的游客填写,也就是填写最基本的信息····在新加坡没有吃、住、行的花费··········住在男朋友的姑姑家里,吃的全包了,出行伯伯驾车····陪着我这个暴走疯子没日没夜的穿梭在狮城的大街小巷······还得为我去找各种小吃·····好多的红包啊····我们的Ipad就是用红包买的······嘻嘻·········狮城真心热啊····都快把我晒瘦了········ 新加坡总统府名为Istana,在马来语中是皇宫的之意,迄今已有140年历史,其前身曾经是英殖民期间修建的一座白色三层官邸。戒备森严的新加坡总统府汇集了多种建筑风格,四周有雕刻精美的珠子,极富古典韵味。Tips:每年的年初二会对公众开放········总统府内绿化非常漂亮 总统府内的大炮台·········牛车水是新加坡的唐人街,是华族祖先飘洋过海来到新加坡,自1821年逐渐形成的聚居地。当时的人们乘着从中国福建厦门南下的第一艘平底中国帆船抵达新加坡后,就在新加坡河以南一带(也就是现在的直落亚逸街)定居。由于在那儿的每家每户都得拉牛车到安祥山的史必灵路取水,久而久之,这里就被称为牛车水了。牛车水最令人兴奋的时候莫过于农历新年期间。届时,整个地区张灯结彩,各家店铺都装饰一新,还有不少节日商品和风味小吃。([]

引子这是一篇迟交的作业。本不打算写这篇游记,主要是觉得夏威夷是一个休闲度假的地方,与户外运动有一定的差异。这几天在整理照片的过程中,翻看那1200多张辛辛苦苦拍摄出来的照片,不禁想起了一组对话:“独乐乐,与人乐乐,孰乐?”曰:“不若与人。”曰:“与少乐乐,与众乐乐,孰乐?”曰:“不若与众。”。于是决定还是与大家一起分享我印象中的夏威夷,分享我相机里的檀香山。若从狭义的角度看旅行,多是为了追寻一种情趣。而在我看来,旅行的意义更多的是一个人认识世界、与自我内心交流的过程,也是最直接的学习和感知的过程。历时13天,终于将游记写完。收笔时感觉特别轻松,犹如完成了一项很重任务。这篇游记以流水的形式,按时间顺序记录着我在那里的所见、所闻,所思、所想,希望能让读它的朋友们对夏威夷、对檀香山的风土人情有一个大致的了解。前言多年以来,夏威夷就像一个遥远的传说,我一直在脑海里想像着它的美丽。而檀香山则不同,知道它是因为当年国父孙中山曾在那里成立了一个兴中会。但对于夏威夷与檀香山的关系,我却一直都是错位的,甚至一度感觉檀香山也像北京的香山一样,是一座盛产檀香木的山。从喀什离开已是7月12日了,决定去夏威夷是在8月底的事情。虽然夏威夷四季的温差并不大,但是最佳的旅游季节却是6、7月份。进入了8月,降雨量就会逐渐增加,天空便不再是万里无云,而且海浪也会很大。我是在8月28日-9月4日去的夏威夷,先前所顾虑的事情还是都一一发生了,这里暂不多说,在后面详细介绍。 8月28日乘坐Hawaiian航空前往夏威夷Honolulu,即檀香山。当飞机开始在欧胡岛的上空盘旋时,机舱内的很多游客便已按捺不住兴奋,开始拍起了照片。很早就听说夏威夷的海水清澈程度在世界各地都比较罕见,这在高空中已经可以领略了。透过蓝绿色的海水,可见海底深深浅浅的海岸线。天空特别蓝,能见度很高。除了这个季节特有的大块的云朵之外,可以说感觉不到一点污染。 飞机开始降落,当飞机越来越接近地面的时候,我的心也开始越来越沉,从高空所见到的葱葱郁郁渐渐的被光秃秃所取代。太阳被一大片云给遮住,没有了光彩的地面又多了几分沉闷。。。我有点困惑:难道这就是传说中美丽的夏威夷? 原来机场所在的位置是在岛的工业区,与商业区相比,荒凉很多。 另外整个欧胡岛是由火山喷发而成的,以火山山脊为界,一边干燥荒芜,颇有沙漠味道;而另一边湿润葱郁,俨然一副亚热带多雨气候。 飞机终于着陆了。在等待出机舱的时候,为Hawaiian航空的飞机留个影,我还是第一次乘坐Hawaiian的航班。 回复 长春满仓 的帖子走出飞机,直接登上了蓝色的机场穿梭巴士,去提取在网上提前租赁好的车。这张照片是我下飞机后拍的第一张照片,也是我对夏威夷的第一印象,不好,也不坏,就是没有惊喜。提车的人很多,这时已经能够感受到夏威夷土著的不紧不慢,她们口里不时的向游人说着“Aloha”。Aloha本有希望、愛、和平以及幸福等意思,现已成为问候语,与“你好”的意思相近。每个人的脸上都有着一种友善、放松、幸福的表情,这在其他的地方很难见到。印象最深的是这些土著都很肥胖,200斤都算正常的。他们肤色黝黑,穿着夏威夷自己的服饰,透着一种安逸和慵懒。本来试着偷拍了两张,但他们一直在动,又是背影,不很美观。 回复 girl-go 的帖子1点半出的机场,提到车已经是4点半了,需要找地方吃点东西。朋友说来夏威夷第一件事事实要买一串花环。这是夏威夷风俗,据说带着它有避邪的作用,会给带来好运。入乡随俗吧,于是驱车来到机场附近的一个小店。花环是由鲜花串起来的,而鲜花也是从当地的当季的树开的花。一串花环10美元。花环很香,也许是由于长途旅行的劳累,加上很饿,那花香对于当时的我竟成为了一种负担,让我有着一种快要窒息的烦躁,便把它从脖子上取下,放在了腿上,直到酒店。 回复 天边无夕阳 的帖子因为太饿了,便随便找了一个中餐厅,名字记不得了,也没有心情拍照,狼吞虎咽了一把。吃过东西之后,明显感觉到了不一样,精神头也足了,于是在上车之前,拍了两张吃饭的地方的外面照片。 回复 lltd2006 的帖子吃过了饭便直接赶往酒店。从机场到酒店的路程不长,半个小时左右,但却是一个从荒凉到繁华的渐进过程。预定的酒店是在Waikiki(威基基)海滩附近。Waikiki海滩对很多观光客来说代表了夏威夷,每年吸引超过百万名游客。岛上大多数的饭店均座落于Waikiki地带。预定酒店的时候被告知朝泳池一面的房间晚上可以欣赏到乐队表演,于是便每晚多花了十几美元预定了。入住时被安排的是二楼,一进门房间没什么可挑剔的,但是窗外有一个广告牌,挡住了视线,我便到前台要求更换,刚巧6层有房。这间房间我很满意,在阳台上可以看到泳池、舞台,还有隔街不远处的Waikiki海滩。 回复 神刀侠 的帖子第一天到,有些累,放下行李便带上了相机,到Waikiki海滩上拍日落。在街角处看到有人坐在路边摆着几只硕大的鹦鹉,吸引路人付钱与鹦鹉拍照。我并没有打算与鹦鹉合影,便远远的偷拍了一张。 回复 欢妹 的帖子虽已近傍晚时分,海滩上的人依然很多,人来人往。找了一个空地坐了下来,开始拍过往的游人。 回复 白筱筱 的帖子遗憾的是,没有拍到一个美女,大都是亚洲人。但却拍到一个同我一样专门拍照的人。回复 justsay 的帖子 回复 雨静 的帖子这里的沙子的颗粒比较大,很松软,一脚踩下去的不仅是一个脚印,还是一个深深的坑。然而前面的人的脚印很快又会被后面的人的脚印所覆盖,到后来,沙滩上便只剩下一个个深深浅浅什么也不像的坑坑窝窝了。 回复 且坐亭主 的帖子人渐渐少了起来,我在静静的等待着Waikiki日落。 回复 北屿 的帖子日落仿佛是一瞬间的事情。正在想着太阳就要落山了,发现西边不远处聚集了很多人,我也跑了过去。只见一堵矮墙边,人们肩并肩的站着,欣赏着太阳从海平面上落下去的那一绚丽时刻。 回复 mochi墨池 的帖子走到人群里,不忘继续拍摄日落。不知何时,也不知怎样,相机拍下了这样的一个涂鸦画面。意外所得,特别喜欢。同时,太阳的身影终于消失于浩瀚的海洋,留有一抹余辉,不舍得散去。。。 回复 平安福 的帖子太阳终于从海平面上消失了,人们也开始慢慢散去,我也返回酒店。路上已经掌灯。岛上的一大特色是建筑周围的路灯不是路灯,而是火把。火苗随风忽闪忽闪的,别有意境。 回复 瑾墨 的帖子回来的路上经过一间商铺和一家酒店大堂,感觉很漂亮,随手拍了两张照片,喜欢那里的装饰和柔和的气氛。 回复 融化的冰河 的帖子回到酒店时泳池已经关闭,但乐队正在表演。晚上8:00整,乐队表演结束。当时还在想:为什么乐队要从5:00开始,到8:00,结束得这么早?后来几天晚上经过大堂的时候,才知道,酒店大堂吧每晚有其他的表演。第一天过来,时差还没有适应,很累,想休息却无睡意,电视里面播放的是夏威夷介绍,航拍的画面很美。听着夏威夷特有的音乐,不知什么时候睡着了。 回复 edward741003 的帖子 8月29日睡到自然醒,已是早上9:00。匆匆忙忙出门,要去租赁潜水镜和脚蹼,还有冲浪板。据说今年的租赁有涨,一套每天15美元,如果租一周,不如买一套了,但想想以后也不一定用得上,还是租了。这时天空下起了雨,雨点很大,是太阳雨,正担心出门没有带伞,雨就停了。 回复 稳当斯人的兄弟 的帖子离开租赁的地方已经10点了,就近吃了一个Burger King的汉堡,便前往Bellows Beach。Bellows Beach坐落于岛的南端,以海水的清澈而著名。这里的海浪很温和,可以让冲浪爱好者在近海岸就能捕捉得到。柔软的白沙也深受沙滩爱好者和摄影爱好者的青睐。成排的树在午后形成大量的树荫,这在岛上众多的海滩中并不多见。很多人晚上在这里搭帐篷宿营。到达的时候游人很少。这是我第一次冲浪。虽然会游泳,平时在泳池里游个几百米也没有问,但面对海浪,虽然是浅滩,还是有些胆怯,但还是禁不住此地水晶般清澈的海水的诱惑,走了进去。 回复 齐菲特 的帖前面有提到,8月底的夏威夷进入雨季,风大浪高,我当时的感觉就是当一个海浪打过来的时候,连站都站不稳,再加上手上抱着冲浪板,就更容易被海浪卷起冲到岸边。就这样在水里扑腾了大约半个钟头,仅成功的捕捉到了一次海浪,感受到了在冲浪板上被海浪推到岸上的感觉,其他的时候,都是被海浪毫不客气的冲得人仰板翻的。干沙子是柔软的,而湿沙子就相对锋利很多。由于是被海浪卷着冲到岸上,并没有多少反抗之力,此时身上已经有几处擦伤,被海水一泡,火辣辣的疼,于是决定放弃冲浪,去潜水。 回复 GD318 的帖子于是开车前往岛上人气最旺的海滩:Hanauma Bay。又叫恐龙湾,也叫马蹄湾。位于欧胡岛的东南边。“Hanauma”是弯曲的意思,由于整个海湾形状如同被一只巨龙围着,所以中文名叫恐龙湾。这里有着许多的珊瑚礁和热带鱼,是潜水赏鱼的最佳去处。站的高度不够,没有拍出巨龙环绕的感觉,不过远观这个海滩就是这个样子。 回复 稳当斯人 的帖子这里的海滩是收费的。从停车场到收费处要经过一个小坡和一片绿地。 回复 爱天蝎 的帖子绿地上有几只鸡在觅食。据说鸡在夏威夷比在世界各地都自在,它们完全不用担心谁把它们捉了去,它们不属于任何人。我曾开玩笑的问:夏威夷的人不吃鸡吗?他们说,吃,但是吃的都是超市里卖的鸡。我暗笑:真是傻瓜,土鸡味道多好啊!我拍的只是一只公鸡,还有母鸡和小鸡群,当时就想:这里的乞丐可是饿不着,半夜可以捉一只过来在海边烤着吃。。。但在岛上一个多星期,也没有见到一个乞丐。 回复 龙行天下一 的帖子购票后需要看10分钟的短片介绍才能进入海滩。人很多,观看影片需要在烈日下排队等候。我在这个假山旁,透过假山的这个洞,可以拍摄过往的游人。 回复 金猎手 的帖子远远的看见这个美女,十分欣喜,但是她也看到了我在拍照,有些不自然,不过我还是不客气的拍了下来。 回复 AAK177 的帖子如果离开影片室的时候填写个人信息和邮箱地址,一年内再次过来就不需要观看影片。因为没有想着还会再回来,看完短片直接朝沙滩走去。从影片室到沙滩还有一段距离,大约要走10分钟。边走边拍,越来越近了。([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. I would rather make it lighter at any cost.Dry all my stuff in the morning sun, a routine matterA faint dusk in Pur CoThe river bank pushed up by ice and opened like zipper by gustsThe pushed up surface of the iceThe place where I got my drinking water, a thin layer of ice behind the ablation corns The moment just before sun set, glittering Pur Co, nothing was the same差点儿没找到俺自己的帖子,原来变色了。多谢各位鼓励。 Day 10 (April 29), 16km, Camping 5141mIn the morning, I walked around the north bank of the Pur Co, where it were continuous ups and downs sprinkled with light yellow sprouts across the sparse grassland. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 有人说:看书或者旅行,总有一个在路上。 书山有路,有景,有梦。有的是语言画出美丽的憧憬。 旅游劳累、辛苦,但有的是真切、是触摸。 路在脚下,随时恭候您的光临. 梦在心里,随时出发。 -----梅花烙2011年年底刚开始,一颗想走出去的心又开始按捺不住的蠢蠢欲动。喜欢在路上的感觉,徒步、登山、旅行、自驾,游泳、滑雪、骑车.摄影都是不同的体验,各自有乐趣。但我想说,走更远的路,看更美的风景,用双眼拍更美的风景;这是我内心最强烈真实的愿望,这是,不变的理想,也是我做一切事情的动力,就来源于出发点,只要不忘初衷,哪怕前路艰辛,也会甘之如饴。 万水千山里,总有我的足迹。我希望,并期待着。或许是因为你的神秘,或许是因为你的美丽,从我知道你开始,你就像一个魔咒,在吸引着我,召唤着我。对你的向往和思念几乎是与日俱增,终于,我再也抵挡不住你的魔力,踏上了此次西藏之行。你是高高在上的神山,你永远在那里,不悲不喜,不惊不兀;而我,应该以怎样的面貌出现在你面前? 今夏;我们一行4人,一车历经了千山万水,长途跋涉,在路途中所经历的的一切苦难,我们所有的坚持,都是为了看到前方我们所向往的风景。但是往往风景,并不是终点,而就在我们的路途中,就在我们坚持的过程中。这些天的高原日子,所谓的沉淀,无非就是坚持,再有的,依然-------拉开了我的西藏之行。 只要来西藏的人,知道的人都很想去玛吉阿米,我也来了、、、玛吉阿米,藏语中即“未嫁娘”之意。玛吉阿米这个名字,出自六世达赖喇叭仓央嘉措的情诗,相传是仓央嘉措情人的名字。而当年仓央嘉措与玛吉阿米幽会的地方,正是玛吉阿米所在的那个土黄色小楼。这段美好而浪漫的情歌和故事,将在每一位过客的心里,烙上久久的“美丽遗梦”。到了夜晚,布达拉宫仿佛梦境般呈现在我的面前,千辛万苦换来此刻的幸福,我彻底拜服了自己的决定。第二天,耐不住的我,让他们带我去穿梭在八廊街的小巷子里,那些带着历史气息和不同气质的民族,吸引着我。第二天,耐不住的我,让他们带我去穿梭在八廊街的小巷子里,那些带着历史气息和不同气质的民族,吸引着我。 沿着布达拉宫,大昭寺有很多朝圣之人,他们有的三跪九叩,有的拿着转经筒,穿着藏服,内心虔诚。真是三步一磕头呢!全民信教的地区,即使是我这种无信仰的人看到都深受震撼! 赶紧和当地的藏民合影一张照片!也许只有身在西藏,才被洗礼,才会如此放松、无所顾忌,感觉心灵是自由的,在这里,环境、宗教、人文的感染力、震撼力只有身在其中才能切身感受的到。晚上 ,我们终于住在平措的青年旅社,五湖四海的朋友都汇聚在这,每天都可以看到很多的人来住宿,打开房间,住的旅馆的墙壁上,满满的都是驴友留下的照片和留言~承载着青春的梦想。 你来不来,它就在哪里!不远不近!早上,下起了小雨,我起来的很早,在平措青年旅馆,邂逅了2位来自上海旅游的妹妹,带着我们去了拉萨的茶馆。拉萨有很多茶馆,简陋、拥挤、但是铁炉子里的牛粪烧的很旺,藏民们都聚在茶馆里喝茶聊天,享受着简单快乐和幸福。在满屋子新奇的眼光中,我狼吞虎咽地吃完了一碗藏面5元,我们4个人喝了一大水壶的甜茶,吃完喝完高兴的离开了,去我们的下一站。 第一站不期而至的惊喜 ------- 贡嘎曲德寺 因为遗忘,所以美丽。随着上海的2个妹妹,到了贡嘎曲德寺。一切仿佛在电影电视中看到这样的情景,而真实的寺庙在我面前。让我的如此的好奇,随同他们进寺庙。在西藏辽阔的土地上,应该有许多像贡嘎曲德寺一样的地方,默默无闻,鲜有外人光顾,网上也很难搜索有关它们详细的信息。正如偶然走进别人遗忘的贡嘎曲德寺一样,才欣然概叹:这才是梦中的西藏啊!悠远、宁静、苍茫、安详、任时间流转。与世无争,与世独立。 贡嘎曲德寺位於西藏贡嘎县境内,是拉萨近内着名的萨迦派寺院之一,距今已有数百年的历史。据传,贡嘎曲德寺始建於元代未年,大殿四墙绘有大型佛本生故事壁书,色彩艳丽,笔法精湛,壁书为明清时代所绘;其绘书风格与大殿内的壁书有很大差异。如装饰图案、卷草纹图案明显地受到了白居寺及古格书派的影响,大经堂正中佛殿的背后是一凹形的转经迥廊,迥廊两墙都绘满了大型佛经故事,绘书的年代约在清代以前,但由於迥廊内阴暗潮湿,大部分壁书开始剥落毁坏,急需加以修复和补救。 佛殿的前方为长方形的天窗,用以采光。其天窗的内壁上绘有萨迦五祖,格鲁派宗喀巴师徒,甚至带有明显汉地书风的大肚弥勒佛等绘书作品。其造型生动,色彩鲜艳,生动地表现出格鲁教派支该寺的壁书影响。而对于我这个大城市来的人说:只有在电视、电脑上看到这样的神秘的地方。可是这次是我旅行中不其然的遇见了、、、 也许,梦想在不经意间就可以开始。心动的记忆就这样的展开了。 酥油灯---吉祥的酥油灯,吉祥的光芒照着您的慈祥、吉祥的光芒照亮了您的虔诚 。这时,寺庙传来了叽里咕噜的声音,我好奇的走进寺庙,看着很多的和尚拿着佛经一遍又一遍的在朗读、、、那声音似曾亲切,却无法记住它的美妙之处;那声音似曾忘记,可始终摆脱不了那种余音绕梁的感觉。 马上就要离开了,结束了一天的贡嘎曲德寺参观,大师给我们送了很珍贵的礼物。献哈达,大师自传、许愿,这是我此行的最大收获! 走出了寺庙,看见一位老人摇动着转经筒,从村子尽头朝我走来,两人的目光相遇的一瞬,老人家给我一个慈祥的笑脸,那笑容亲切的如同对待自家的晚辈。我内心最柔软的弦被拔动了、、、、、只好轻轻的说声再见了 !默默的祝福老人家平安、健康、快乐! 第二站羊措雍湖 -----邂逅她叫毛毛,是湖北的一位美术老师,外表娇小的她,可爱。大方,给我留下了很好的印象。、、、、、我们一切不需过多安排和商量,拿上简单行李,背上随行背包,和有缘之人起航了 。相识就是缘分,路上认识了很多朋友,大家一起聊天,看风景。很开心,这就是旅行!羊雍措湖初次见此风景,挺激动啊! 先和藏獒合影留影。快的无暇顾及沿途的风景,奔向一个、下一个终点。 人生需要一个暂停键,我要记得多按几次。 佛说:“有求皆苦,无求乃乐”。 去迎接新奇,感受未知,接近梦想吧! 第三站 鲁朗的-------静怡与温柔初到高原,咱都很激动,都挤下车厢下到站台感受一下高原的呼吸,留下自己的足迹 !终于抵达米拉山口了,海拔5013米。山腰上挂满了经幡,铭记着人们的美好愿望。这种地方必须合影留念!旅游的乐趣,就在于每当自己觉得绝望的时候,前方总有一个未知的惊喜在等着你,上帝关上一道门的同时,一定会为你打开另外一门。一路上的风景,让我大开眼界,总想留下什么、、、、、、 在沿途时不时能看到不少骑行者,看到他们我会自然不自然的想到《转山》里的书豪。对于骑行赴藏,那只能是我的梦,一个不可能实现的梦。所以一路上每次看到他们,我都会对他们由衷、敬意的给与鼓励——加油!好样的! 我们的车一路前行着,到了美丽的中流砥柱位于川藏路上的尼洋河中游,山高沟深,河流湍急,为尼洋河第一大峡谷,江中一巨石兀然立于江中,背靠神佛山,相传这块巨石是工布地区的守护神——工尊德姆修炼时的座椅。两江汇流处,有一巨石突起在江心,高有百尺左右。能够起中流砥柱之作用,挽狂澜于将倒之时,唯有这块巨石可以当之无愧。明朝的参议蔡潮在这块巨石上建了一个亭子,取名为“跨鳌”亭,并在上面了“砥柱中流”四个字。继续前行,到了尼洋河 、看着河水、草地,心中澎湃;夕阳把整个尼洋河承托的更加美丽了。而我也不忘记给自己留个影,把自己最美丽的笑容,定格在这美丽的尼洋河了。只缘路遇的能懂的人; 走不同的路看不一样的风景,交不一样的朋友感受不一样的人生。到了美丽的-------卡定沟,张开双臂,拥抱大自然,呼吸天然氧吧,给人以清晰的感觉。卡定”藏语是“天上人间 的意思”。卡定沟山峰群群山连绵,颇有点雁荡之气势。仰天观望,群象多姿,让你想象万千。一路往上,游人络绎不绝。 树柳成荫,把美丽的卡定沟装扮的更加美丽,吸引了全国各地的朋友。 午后;迎着阳光走在拉萨的柏油路上,天空时而下着小雨,时而阳光普照大地;一道道晃眼的阳光,让我恍如梦中,我在车里望着远处、、、、南伽八瓦的壮观和雄伟在我面前,看着它的雄伟,内心也被旅行带来的幸福感慢慢填满。一路上的辛苦和高反,也就忘记了。当我怀揣着达到顶峰的信仰与坚强的心都可以踏上这段挑战自我的征途,面对漫漫山路享受雪山、阳光、河流的洗礼,用自己双眼将沿路美景一收眼底。 到了晚上,我们才找到了一家家庭的旅馆,我们住的家庭旅馆主人(姑且叫她卓玛)给我们喝的是主人家自己养的牦牛奶和青稞,旁边是酥油茶。藏香猪、青稞有点像爆米花呢,爆过的,没味道!都是他们自家吃的东西。吃完了我们各自休息了!清晨,在山坡上看下面的村子特别美,远处的天空、大山、溪流,近处的满山的野花、草地,中间稀稀俩俩的屋子,特有感觉 。在每一次出行的时候,面对雪山、草原、阳光、花朵、河流、碧海、蓝天,才能感受到内心真正的自由了,才能沉淀下来倾听和感受,才觉得自己是如此真实地“活着”…… 路边的野花,植被渐渐厚起来,植物的种类也多了~各种颜色的花儿争相开放。美丽的青稞田,即将成熟的美丽大片的田,秋收的喜悦和美感呈现在我的面前鲁朗, 藏语意为"龙王谷",也是"叫人不想家"的地方。 ‘真想永远的停留在这片田园风光。 蔚蓝的天空中,白云飘飘,时而象奔驰的骏马,时而又恰似高原上的牦牛;时而呼啸而去,时而又闲庭信步,象少女婀娜多姿,象小伙热情奔放。 第四站 纳木错 ---心中的圣地 到了海拔5190米的那根拉山口,我们激动得跳下车,到了山口向下一看,纳木错就在眼前。金灿灿的太阳照在雪山上,照在湛蓝湛蓝的那木错湖面上,美得让人喘不过气来。更让我意想不到的是,已经过5000米了,还是没什么反应。看来,珠峰大本营我也应该可以去,那里也就5200米。近了,近了,远远就看见一缎蓝色绸丝挂于天际,视线已经无法辨别它究竟属于哪个节点,理智告诉我,这肯定是地上的湖,可是看过去,纳木错就是在天上。难怪称它是“圣湖”,“天湖”,这样的形容一点不为过,它已经和天连在一起,成为天空的一部分,我的惊喜程度,文字已经无法准确描述,纳木错的美,也许,它就像圣母一样,温柔婉约,博爱,带给你无限的心灵震撼和灵魂的洗礼。 上午乌云密布,午后又是阳光灿烂。 阳光射进云海那一刻,感慨万千。你若盛开,蝴蝶自来,你若精彩,天自安排。雪后的天空变的非常的蓝,接近下午,太阳开始碰到冰川顶,强烈的目光照射下的冰川显得越发晶莹剔透,它冷静而孤单,仰俯着这个被群山包围的纳木错。而我独自享受这梦幻般的景色,陶醉在大自然中,周围的石山都挂满了经书,五颜六色飘于空中像彩旗一样。草地上有几匹马正悠闲的吃着草,沿着石路下来就来到了纳木错的湖边,这是中国最大的咸水湖,传说是王母娘娘沐浴的地方。 有时我的梦想就隐在现实这下那个遥远的梦我做了很久、、、、跋涉千里来到了纳木错它正是我梦中存在了许久的模样涤滤出生灵的原本面貌而我们只在这个地方呆了3天虽不能一直停留在这个地方可是纷繁的遐想也让归隐变成另一种可能 带上美好的心情让我在旅行中感受美丽的风景,那么,风景一定呈现出的是你想要却又无法用语言形容出来的美好!纳木错的湖面就像海一样辽阔,她的美让我无法抗拒。让我在这个圣湖的地方住了3天三夜,吃了3天的方便面。 一切都值得! 纳木错的湖水十分清澈,能清楚的看到里面的石子,在阳光灿烂的时候它是透明的蓝。 最美不过圣湖的蓝蓝的水,我站在圣湖边,整个人感觉融入在湖水里一样,湖水的海面上一浪又一浪、、、翻着我心中的梦想、下来的时候,我心理很平静,像是被洗过一样的干净,我们在路上,报着各种不同的目的在路上的人,都在寻找些什么,我一直和朋友们说,我是个在路上的人,我在用心感受这世上的每个角落,我要用我的眼睛去寻找我心中的那份感动,朋友们,在你们用双脚丈量这片美丽的世界的时候,请你也用心去感受一下它吧~~谢谢所有关心的朋友们的支持和关注!有你们的一份热情,我会写出更好的游记,给你们带来愉悦的好心情。让你们走出大自然,去享受大自然给予的美好
记:孟克德古道啊!半年前就开始计划6.1走一次,随着时间慢慢的临近,心里莫名的激动。此路线为什么会吸引我呢,孟克德古道会穿越苦杨林,天湖,翻雪山达坂,有美丽的、铺满鲜花的草原,一路上风景如画,新疆的各种美景都尽收眼底。回来后由于工作生活原因,作业一直拖到现在才写,(不好意思啊!高队,81,83~)接下来请大家随着我的照片,来一场身临其境的孟克德之行吧!(好矫情,哈哈!)天湖的早晨苦杨 翻越门克廷达坂 唐古拉草原的花海唐古拉草原 门克廷达坂下的花 线路简介 孟克德古道位于中天山博罗科努山的最东段,最高峰4590米,在其北坡孕育有古尔图河,奎屯河;在其南坡是喀什河水系的重要补给水源,并且有“千里画廊”美誉的唐布拉百里旅游区,也是奎屯和尼勒克县的分界山脉。其门克廷达坂海拔为3945米,为依连哈比尔尕山最高达坂之一,常年积雪,气候变化无常,道路险峻,达坂附近常有雪豹等珍稀野生动物出没。 此行是由北向南跨越博罗科努山,以奎屯河和孟克德河谷为穿越线路。自然风光 孟克德湖:伊犁州境内因自然地质灾害形成的高山湖泊之一,海拔2808米,成梯形状。大约在十九世纪末时,尼勒克境内依连哈比尔尕山范围内发生了强烈地震,地震导致山体滑坡、碎石滚落,促使孟克德沟谷内两座山之间狭小的空隙堵塞,从此常年积雨水而形成的地质灾害湖。 天湖(乌兰萨德克湖):海拔2320米,暂无资料记载。该湖两边为海拔在3500米以上的高山,湖面面积较大,湖泊内多为枯木,显现出该湖的诡异。 奎屯河:奎屯河为依连哈比尔尕山中段北侧积雪融化而形成,水量较大且波涛汹涌,河床内多巨石,河谷内生长着大量的苦杨,秋季金黄一片,与湖水和河水相衬,景色异常壮美。 独库公路:独库公路深入天山腹地,纵贯天山南北,一半以上的道路都在崇山峻岭、深山峡谷中穿过,很多地段都是“猿猴欲度愁攀援”的飞绝险境。独库公路全程需要翻过4个海拔3000米以上、常年积雪的达坂,跨越5条险恶的河流,穿过3条高山隧道。 第一天:(老天爷给我们下马威!)行程:217国道(625公里处)与奎屯河交汇处—乌兰萨德克河谷—海拔2150米处的苦杨林,徒步8公里。 早上8点,从乌鲁木齐出发,结果天开始下雨,哎,老天爷不结力啊!后面几天不会还要下雨吧,(事实证明了我的猜想)车开至独山子,美美地吃了顿新疆大盘鸡,后面几天可是吃不到这么爽的肉肉了啊,可要吃好,哈哈。车出独山子,开上了独库公路,这里有点小插曲,警察叔叔一开始不让我们过去,后面我们好好给作了下工作,说明了我们的来意,终于才放行,车顺着独库公路一直向上爬升,终于到了徒步起点,独库公路625公里处。大家整理好装备就出发了,队员们都很兴奋。从独库公路边上下去,下到奎屯河边,走过一座小桥,前行一公里,发现前面的路石塌方,原本要向前斜插的路因为前几天下了几场大雨,经过雨水的冲刷,大量的碎石塌方把原本就很难通过的路整个掩埋掉,根本不能通过。没办法,我们只能另外择路,下到山脚下,再沿着河边走,绕过塌方路段,再爬到老217国道,这段塌方的路很难爬,坡度很陡,并且全是碎石子,脚每向上踏出一步,身体就要向下滑两步,到最后我们都手脚并用往上爬了,经过艰难的爬行,大家都气喘吁吁,这才是第一天啊,老天爷给我们这个下马威太狠了!爬这个坡感觉体力都要透支了!继续前行,穿过一片苦杨林,终于到达了今天的营地,扎营吃饭,睡觉。出发前的合影,现在大家都是白白净净的,五天后就变成野人了,哈哈。这里介绍一下队员们:左一:走8户外领队高纯度,著名户外领队,爱好摄影,抽烟,还有美女(哈哈),这里公布下他的户外群:273652461。PS:就是他忽悠我带三脚架的!。左二:本尊我啦,喜欢户外,喜欢走路。目是走完新疆所有长线!左三:网名 不在,话不多,一般都闷头走路,个子虽小但毅力惊人!小小的身体内有很大的小宇宙。我们都叫她83,至于为什么呢,因为我们都是81,82,83年的,叫起来顺口!左四:网名 1981,和前面的83都是浙江来的!也是心仪孟克德古道的美景已久哈,81和我一样都是装备控啊,喜欢研究户外装备,所以我们很有共同话!第一座桥,从这里进去乌兰萨德山谷。前面的斜切路由于下大雨,碎石塌方导致无法通行。现在我们只能选择下到河谷(后面几天都会遇到这种情况)。下到河谷去,这是我们遇到的前面一支队伍,后面几天都会遇到,是来自当地(奎屯地区)的队伍。我们要下到河边,然后穿过塌方地区,再爬上来,想想都累啊!小伙伴们都小心翼翼的从河边走路不好走啊,石头很滑在顺着这个碎石斜坡爬上来,老天爷真是折磨人!今天强度不大,再走大约5公里就到营地了。这就是今天的营地了第二天:(目:天湖!)行程:海拔2150米处的苦杨林—天湖,徒步10公里。昨晚账篷外各种声响,让本来就睡觉不沉的我受尽折磨,老觉得外面有东西,早上七点,我拉开帐蓬,天已经亮了,反正我也睡不着,干脆起床吧!便开始起床收拾了(哎劳碌命),过了半小时,大家陆续睡来,这时候第一缕晨光,透过山谷,慢慢地洒向我们的营地,吃完早饭,开始出发!今天的目是前往直线距离15公里外的天湖!首先我们走进了一片美丽的苦杨林,这时阳光洒在我们身后,行走在这美丽的树林,感觉心情也格外的美丽!我们继续沿着老217国道前行,有部分路段因为塌方,滑落的碎石把路掩埋,我们只能下到下面的河谷,越过一条条小溪往前走,一路沿着缓坡上行,我们走到乌兰萨德克沟北岸,在我们的左手边,是一片片苦杨林,生长在沟底,这里的风光简直美不胜收,穿过这条沟,我们便到了今天的目的地:天湖,这个时节的天湖,可能是因为季节性的因素,水位下降很多,以前能看到的美景,因为水位下降的原因,只剩下一片枯死的苦杨,这更加加深了这片苦杨的悲壮沧桑,每一棵死去的苦杨,历经了多少年的岁月,依然伫立在天湖干枯的河床之上,让我们不得不佩服大自然的神奇魔力。 太阳要出来了!第一缕晨光照进营地! 我们的营地即将沐浴在晨光之中!在苦杨林间穿行。今天天气很好!([]
今年2.29—3.25,完成了向往已久的尼泊尔EBC徒步和景区旅游,我们的路线是:成都—加都—卢卡拉—EBC(三人原路返回,一人穿越CHO LA PAAS从GOKYO返回)—卢卡拉—加都—博卡拉—蓝毗尼—奇特旺—加都—成都。产生徒步尼泊尔EBC的愿望,最早是因为两年前在我参加活动的杭州起点登山队的论坛上看到“小妖精FAY”的一个帖子《天堂的约会-尼泊尔14日无背夫无向导徒步》(本论坛也有此帖),当时立马“中毒”, 心想“杭州小妖精”去得,难道“杭州老妖怪”就去不得? 年轻人能够重装无向导,我老头轻装用背夫总可以吧?话是这么说,形成决定还需多方了解情况,掂斤估两。我自己的情况是:65岁,数年前被医生宣布为高血压病人,需每天服药降压; 从03年起间或参加过不少杭州周围野山的登山活动,体能在团队中属中下等; 2009年5月去川藏,在定日珠峰大本营徒步5公里,2010年春节从德钦雨崩徒步到梅里雪山大本营, 这两次高原行走都感觉高反轻微;去年五一,作为EBC徒步的热身去爬了浙西清凉峰(海拔1787.4米, 8.5小时上下),下山时陡坡砾石路很难走,把四个脚趾盖都顶黑了,筋疲力尽,但还是跟上队伍走完了全程(能不跟上吗?)。浏览了不少有关EBC徒步的网帖,反复权衡,最终的结论是:走EBC不需要超强的体力,但需要有一点意志和耐力, 需要有高原行走适应高反的经历,因此我基本上是能够胜任的, 尽管从古狗卫星图上看下去,我们将要走的路是如此严酷狰狞。根据旅行必须“有钱有闲”的条件, 我把出发日期定在2012年初,在杭州19楼,8264,磨房,台湾背包客栈上都发了招伴帖,帖子发出后,前前后后来联系的有二十多人,包括香港,日本, 台湾的驴友, 但因为我的日程较长,上班族假期不够或不对应,最后成行的只有四人,其实, 这样的徒步旅行结伴最好也就是4-6人,人多了容易意见分歧各行其是。在搜集尼泊尔旅行资料做攻略的过程中,除了上面提到“杭州小妖精”的帖子,对我帮助最大的就是简如邠女士的书《尼泊尔玩全秘笈》,尽管这本书的大陆版本完全以“中国”的面目出现,没有一字提到台湾, 但一看行文风格便知这本书是台湾作者写的。在此真心对这两位女菩萨致谢。 出发前一天晒装备, 说明如下:60升背包自重2.2公斤,总重11.5公斤,EBC路上拿出自己背装相机水壶的小背包,托付给背夫的重量是8.5公斤。考虑到走EBC本人体力有限, 没有带笨重的单反,只带了两个傻瓜机,打印机用来现场打印小照片讨尼泊尔小盆友的喜欢。事后最满意的装备:骆驼全防水登山鞋(740元),天石海子羽绒睡袋(淘宝886元,舒适温零下4°C--零下11°C,充绒800克,自重1.4公斤),宜家0.5升保暖瓶(29元,看瓶贴属日本退货,却是我用过的水瓶中保温效果最好的,让我能在雪山上喝到热水)。为了保持对外联络并免去网本的重量,专门买了一个爱疯4替换原来300元的双卡山寨手机.因为后来三人放弃了计划中的CHO LA PASS, 所以雪套冰爪都没用上。D0 (2月29日) 上海--成都又一次来到这个驴友中转城市,免不了再去逛逛锦里。D1 (3月1日)成都--加德满都(Kathmandu)950从成都起飞, 1130左右飞越喜马拉雅山脉。80年代某个夏天曾首次飞越喜马拉雅, 那时只看到一片赭色的高原, 如同火星表面, 没有任何生命迹象,也十分震撼, 现在则疑惑当时为什么没有看到积雪呢?飞临加都河谷上空加都国际机场, 尼泊尔欢迎你网上招伴集结的四个人(来自杭州, 嘉兴, 漳州)在加都机场外, 一副神采飞扬的样子, EBC的冰天雪地正等着狠狠地折磨这四个小子。到达塔梅尔区东口。在所住旅馆对门的旅行代理处买了明天去LUKLA的小飞机票(往返205美元),换了足够的卢比。大街上的尼共竞选广告。外国游客受到尼泊尔武警的严密保护:) 自己去尼泊尔旅游局办理进山证(TIMS), 每份1600卢比。如果委托旅游代理办, 每份要2000卢比,但如果你和代理有其他生意可做, 如委托其代办旅馆,机票,团队游,雇佣向导背夫等等, 代理也可能向你提供只要1000卢比或10美元的进山证,其中有何奥妙他们自己知道。街上的骑警, 把照片在电视机上放大看才看出骑警是位女性, 正用冷峻的眼神瞟我这位“老外”的镜头。人行天桥上的盲人乞丐。穿过加都最热闹的传统集市阿森街(ASON TOL)。 杜邦广场纳拉扬神庙距离这个“苦行僧”的背影十几米远按下了快门,不料他却听到了“咔嚓”声立马转过身朝我走来,“哈哈, 可逮着你了,100卢比!”--看他的表情我猜想他心里是这样想的,他走近向我讨钱,我假装听不懂他的话一脸茫然双手乱挥, 最后不了了之。湿婆和帕尔瓦蒂在他们的神庙上方俯视着芸芸众生。尼泊尔人90%信印度教,湿婆(SHIVA)是三大神祗之一,主管生殖与毁灭, 虽是外形是女的,却是个男儿身(像佛教的观音菩萨?),以男性生殖器(LINGGAM)为象征; 帕尔瓦蒂是湿婆的配偶,是喜马拉雅雪山神女,代表幸福美满的婚姻,以女性生殖器(YONI)为象征。D2 (3月2日) KATHMANDU--LUKLA (海拔2840)--PHAKDING(2610)--MONJO(2840)加都国内机场大厅买的是YETI的机票,坐的是TARA的飞机, 驾驶员是典型尼泊尔美男。登机完毕, 乘客中有不少当地女藏民, 是去转山拜佛的。 第一次坐这样的小飞机,觉得命都悬在窗外这个黑铁皮包的螺旋桨上。降落了我们的飞机 卢卡拉山地机场,仅有400米斜坡跑道, 据称居世界上最危险的十个机场之首。在机场出口和出发前在网上约好的两名向导背夫会面,决定今天和随后的行程安排。尼泊尔时间早上10:00启程,从机场边的小路上山。刚才得到消息, 本月14号尼泊尔AGNI公司的一架小飞机从博克拉(POKHARA)飞往江森(JOMSOM, ABC徒步的一个起点)途中因技术故障失事撞山, 机上至少17人遇难。无语。 愿逝者安息, 一路走好。难免会想, 同在2012年, 为什么是ABC, 不是EBC?为什么是五月的他们, 不是三月的我们?想起这次旅行前,老同事(曾在空军中维修飞机)劝我不要去坐小飞机。户外运动的风险当然比坐在家中大,但是,生命的本质,就寓在运动之中啊。 夏尔巴人的孩子, 也许从小就学习这种用头顶承重的负荷方式了。1400到PHAKDING午餐, 1710到MONJO投宿。我们的向导(左)和背夫(右),向导能英语会话, 书写也很漂亮,背夫是他徒弟,看上去18岁都不到吧。 D3 MONJO(2840)—NAMCHE (3440)萨加马塔国家公园门口。 在这里查验进山证和购买门票(每人1000卢比)。珠穆朗玛峰(藏语, 圣女峰)在尼泊尔语中为萨加马塔峰(SAGARMATHA),西方人则习惯称埃佛勒斯特峰(MOUNT. EVEREST), 是为了纪念英国统治印度和尼泊尔时,负责测量喜马拉雅山脉的印度测量局局长George Everest。办公室内记载每年每月进山人数的表牌,2012年3月还是空白。路遇一位在事故中失去一条胳膊的夏尔巴向导,他仍在继续他的职业。 据说今天的路陡升600米比较费劲, 结果却没有感觉, 上午8:00出发, 中午1230即到目的地NAMCHE。下午到市场上去购物,买了气罐, 矿泉水,夏尔巴帽等等。投宿HOTEL TIBET.旅馆店堂里纪念1953年新西兰人希拉里和他的夏尔巴向导诺尔盖首次登上珠峰的的招贴。小时候(1956年)我在上海黄陂路南京路口(现上海美术馆)看过一个《印度摄影展览会》,里面有首次登上珠峰的诺尔盖的照片,所以一直以为首次登上珠峰的是个印度人。 D4NAMCHE(3440)--TENGBOCHE(3860)上午10:00从NAMCHE 出发据向导说这座塔是纪念首次登上珠峰的夏尔巴人诺尔盖的。下午1720在一片阴霾中到达TENGBOCHE的客栈 D5TENGBOCHE(3860)--DINGBOCHE(4410)早上起来挂在室内的毛巾成了冰棍,说明室温在零度左右,自己的睡袋加客栈的一条毯子,基本可以睡得比较暖和。早餐。 NAMCHE以上客栈的房价是100卢比/人,早中晚餐的价格基本上是300-450卢比一餐,热水300卢比/一热水瓶,牦牛奶400卢比/一热水瓶,充电300卢比/一次。 牦牛所背货物的外包装是“浙江温岭工业园区”的饲料袋。今天是上午820出发, 下午1550到DINGBOCHED6DINGBOCHE (4410)今天在DINGBOCHE停留一天,适应海拔。客栈店堂里台湾驴友的帖子。晒鞋,烧水泡方便面。夕阳下的 AMA DABLAM 峰(海拔6858米)D7DINGBOCHE (4410)--LOBUCHE(4940)早餐后在客栈店堂里和房东合影,山上所有的店堂都是同一格局,屋中央通常有个火炉,四周墙边连上约70公分宽50公分高的坐台,上铺毛毡, 再放一圈餐桌,白天可当餐厅,晚间遇旺季客人爆满时可让客人睡在坐台上。柜台上贴了告示提醒健行者在此购买巧克力瓶装水等物资, 再上去越高越贵。 能和心爱的人一起神游喜马拉雅山真是人生莫大的快乐啊, 后面是KANGTEGA峰(6778米) 早上7:50出发,1020到TUKLA午餐,各国登山队健行者都习惯事先做好不干胶LOGO一路留名,俺们下次也要学这一招。这次只能用随身带的红色唛头笔留名(见上方)。爬坡上了这个垭口是一片开阔地,这里有许多在山难中殒命的夏尔巴人和各国登山者的灵塔。 夏尔巴人用石块垒的灵塔。这个德州达拉斯的小伙子25岁就没了, 不知是在雪山冲顶中遇难还是在高反中一睡不起了。亲属的铭文是“愿他的灵魂在此永生,我们爱你, 我们想你”。 在温暖的阳光下看着,读着,泪水忽然涌上了眼眶。 缺氧,大脑有点迷糊,在平坦的开阔地,EBC的温和阳光令人感到舒服,空气中好像有一种甜蜜的意味,体力消耗似到极限,几乎想就地躺下不再起来, 怎么样?像很多高反患者那样,睡下去就不起来了如何?把所有的烦恼一下全部扔在身后,这样的离开世界也未尝不好啊。亲历过许多长辈和同辈的去世,病人躺在医院病床上,围着一大堆心思各异的亲友,身上插满管子,连着生命监护仪,用各种药物维持血压, 心率,血氧饱和度等各项指,延长濒死者的生命,最后再尝试用大电极刺激心脏复苏 - - 难道这样的死就好么?人的血液里,或多或少流动着早先荒野上群居动物的基因,那些喜欢亲近大自然的登山者探险家的生死观,肯定会和一般人有差别啊。 我们还在向LOBUCHE靠拢, 这位法国大哥已经从EBC下来了,这是我见到的最嬉皮士的“驴友”,脚蹬硬底大皮鞋, 身穿一件到处是破洞的皮大衣,用一根带子背着一个SACK (单口帆布袋, 或曰小偷越货用的大袋子),没有帽子围巾, 没有登山杖, 没有开麦拉,可令所有讲究名牌的“装备控”驴友目瞪口呆 - - - - 前方左面是PUMO RI (7165米), 右面是LINGTREN (6749米)。下午1510到LOBUCHE, 今天走的路在地图上量得的直线距离是9公里,但实际上上下下的距离是多少, 就不清楚了。空中不时响起救援直升机的声音,把严重的高反病人送往加德满都救治,一次救助飞行需5000-6000美元。出发前买过人民币165元的美亚保险,一旦出险只要报保单号就可以得到先行救助,但这样的飞行享受还是不要为好。([]
《最后的藏地:甘青川大环线》 序2007年,随着一篇帖子误打误撞地进入了川西的藏区后,在接下去的几年,藏地,就像魔咒般地吸引着我。我和我的兄弟,因此,有了藏地五年计划。今年,是我们行游藏地的第五年,也是藏地五年计划的最后一年。五年来,我们很幸运,也很执著:07年,我们第一次来到了藏区。我们惊艳于新都桥的光影和八美的柔情;而穿越四姑娘让我们第一次有了驴的感觉。08年,贡嘎的壮美、剪子弯的高原草甸、外星球般的海子山、仙乃日的威严、雨崩的神秘和一妻多夫以及雨崩小学的张老师和十个小时的的梅里穿越,更给我烙下了深刻的印象。09年,我们终于走了川藏南线。跨过金沙江,真正来到了西藏。来古冰川、米堆冰川、嘎瓦龙雪山和天池。。。无不让我深深怀念!10年,21天,我们完成了阿里大环线的穿越。珠峰的夕照和普兰的宁静;玛旁雍措的深邃和拉昴措的诡异;古格的神秘和东嘎皮央遗址的凄凉;扎达的壮观和天堂般的文布;色林措的欢乐和仓姑寺的详和;以及一路相伴的藏野驴、藏羚羊、差点因高发下撤而割袍断义的兄弟和我的队友组成了我10年最美好的回忆。2011年,藏地五年计划的最后一年,我们走进了甘青川。。。 目录一、序二、出发前的纠结三、穿越夹金山四、西索民居和土司官寨五、关于马尔康的阿来和其它六、太阳河峡谷劳作的藏族小孩七、邂逅马尔康看花节八、色达:经幡扬起的是一颗宁静的心九、年龙寺:探访闭关修行的年龙上师仁波切十、班玛:天葬台、江日堂寺和非诚勿拢的刘婷婷十一、白玉寺:拜访著名的传奇人物----“年宝玉则的观鸟喇嘛”扎西桑俄十二、年宝玉则:僧人的笑容十三、放花无语对玛卿----穿越阿尼玛卿纪实十四、玛多:黄河之水天上来十五、走向共和十六、青海湖:不要问我从哪里来十七、大美祈连:卓尔山十八、阿柔大寺:最帅气喇嘛和可爱的藏民十九、门源:一片金色向着党 二十、西宁--合作:多民族聚集的和谐走廊二十一、扎尕那:遗世独立的非著名山峰 二十二、郎木寺:天葬台的诱惑二十三、红原:千回百转的黄河第一湾二十四、汶川:不能忘却的纪念二十五、结束语 二、出发前的纠结是甘川青还是川青甘?这是个问。时间进入到五月,10年同行阿里的队友开始活跃起来。西湖和本色不断邀约加入他们甘川青的队伍;我也开始谋划我的11年行程,但皆因种种不确定性没有允诺队友。首先是兄弟的不确定性,达华云里雾里,不置可否;另外一个刚加盟的小兄弟(耗子)想玩回大环线自驾;而我自己确定不了具体出发的时间。再者,今年,我必须得去色达。而西湖本色的队伍走的是甘-川-青,他们放弃了色达。而放弃色达是我不能容忍的。就这样,和原来阿里的队友失之交臂,以致于11年的行程只有风景,没有了风情;只有色彩,没有了精彩;只有英雄,没有了故事。五千公里的旷野,只有三个年近不惑的孤独的男人在自我装酷却无人欣赏。。。苏说,他就像旷野里的那只藏原羊一样孤独,只好不断地把白屁股炫耀以期待少许的目光。七月初,达华正式告知将携妻儿自驾;汶川突至暴雨和泥石流交通中断;而我家阁楼露台上的紫藤却突然枯萎。。。这无疑不是出发前的好兆头。耗子在暴雨、泥石流和枯萎的紫藤以及我们的七嘴八舌下终于决定放弃自驾。至此,我们终于决定七月初从成都出发。后来得知,本色当上了队长,拉起了原来阿里的队伍,过起了万花丛中一点绿的滋润日子;茗禅冒充强驴骗取信任穿越了贡嘎,留给我们的是嫉妒和羡慕;达华最终携妻带子自驾弃我们而去。。。七月,阿里英雄终于各自在路上。 三、穿越夹金山夹金山,并不是我们计划中的行程。汶川线的暴雨和泥石流让我们被迫放弃了原来的线路,我们只能绕道夹金山。夹金山,是一座英雄的山。夹金山位于四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州小金县南部,与著名的四姑娘山风景区毗邻,距成都250公里。夹金山也是当年中国工农红军一方面军万里长征与红四方面胜利会师的地方。夹金山从此载入中国革命历史的光荣史。2011年的7月,是红色的7月。我们的行程就从这红色的夹金山开始了。夹金山垭口 红军达维会师1935年6月,中国工农红军第一方面军翻越夹金山与红四方面军在四川省阿坝州小金县达维乡正式会师。如今,达维会师已成为一处重温红色记忆的旅游景点。70年后,这里也成了一个旅游胜地。这里,也是世界第一只大熊猫的科学发现地,尽管我们没有发现大熊猫。 傍晚的夹金山沐浴在夕阳中。夏日的夹金山却犹如沐浴在秋色之中,傍晚时分的一缕夕阳打在藏居上。当年的红军,也许无暇这样的风景。 四、西索民居和土司官寨傍晚,我们终于抵达马尔康郊外的西索民居和卓克基土司官寨。西索民居卓克基土司官寨西索民居独具嘉绒藏族特色,保持了嘉绒先民“垒石为室”的传统建筑风格,寨子鳞次栉比、错落有致,远目望去犹如一座壁垒森严的古堡。整个民居从远处鸟瞰,便会惊奇地发现西索藏寨酷似藏族八宝图案中的“花依”图案(状如“中华结”,代表释伽牟尼的心),寨子中直来竖往、弯来拐去的青石板小道,把图案的线条展现的非常清晰。 藏寨全是三层石楼,底层饲养牲畜,第二层是厨房和住宿,三层是经堂和客房。民居建筑形如碉状,也称碉楼。房屋四周的墙体均用片石砌成,用黄泥粘合。墙体厚达1米,采用内直外收的砌法, 工匠们仅凭经验,砌出的石墙如刀切豆腐般整齐,棱角锐利,上窄下宽,整个墙体处于抗压状态,成为建筑的承重主体。加之内部木结构横梁的互相支撑拉合,整个建筑下大上小、重心向内、稳定性强。到最高处,碉楼四角顺势形成角锋,造成一种气势,最高处的石墙边缘加厚,避免墙表的平面化,增强立体感。房顶一分为二,前半部分为平顶,三面砌成矮墙;后半部分形成斜山式,覆盖石板或瓦。每层楼的窗户都外小内大,窗框很讲究,用上了雕刻、绘画、上彩等技巧,民族特色很浓。这种碉楼不仅冬暖夏凉,而且建筑艺术独特,审美价值高,就像一件件珍贵的艺术品。卓克基土司官寨位于距马尔康县城7公里的卓克基镇西索村。官寨依山而建,坐北朝南,被国际友人赞誉为“东方建筑史上的一颗明珠”。官寨始建于1918年清朝乾隆年间,为四层碉房,1936年毁于大火,1938年----1940年,土司索观赢组织人力进行重建。1935年7月,毛泽东同志及中央机关长征途中曾在官寨住宿一周。1988年,卓克基官寨被国务院列为第三批国家重点文物保护单位。卓克基土司官寨有着重要的历史文化以及丰富的旅游资源。 五、关于马尔康的阿来和其它值得说一句的是,马尔康是著名藏族作家阿来的家乡。阿来:1959年出生于马尔康,毕业于马尔康师范学校。2009年3月,阿来当选为四川省作协主席,现兼任中国作协副主席。从1994年《尘埃落定》写出至1998年出版其间,阿来由阿坝州一家杂志转辗到四川成都《科幻世界》由编辑到总编辑社长,《科幻世界》在阿来手里由一本杂志变为五六种,成为世界上发行量最大的科幻类杂志。数百万读者期待读到阿来新作。来之前,我不知道,马尔康就是阿来的家乡。在西索民居时,我的司机师傅轻轻说了一句:这就是阿来居住过的地方,小说《尘埃落定》的故事就发生在这里。轻描淡写的一句话,却触动了我的内心。阿来是我喜欢的一位作家。《尘埃落定》就是他的代表作,曾获得第五届茅盾文学奖。我喜欢的倒不是他的《尘埃落定》,而是他对西藏土地深沉的爱和对西藏发展自己独立的见解。虽然,我没看过他写的《格萨尔王》,但我欣赏他写《格萨尔王》的勇气和毅力。我有一本阿来的文集《看见》。在文中,阿来说:看哪,落定的尘埃又微微泛起,山间的大路上,细小的石英沙尘在阳光下闪烁出耀眼的光芒,在茫茫宇宙中漂浮不定。唉,一路都是落不定的尘埃!写完《格萨尔王》后,阿来说:王啊,今天我要把你的故事还给你,我要走出你的故事了。这是一个小说家的宿命,从一个故事向另一个故事漂泊。当一些所谓的有识之士忧虑于青藏铁路的建设时,阿来所说的话让我赞叹,他不同流和盲从于“有识之士”。阿来说:如果说,这条铁路的建成,对建设者是一个胜利,而对这条铁路经过的高原,对这条铁路所冲击的古老文化,对当地政府和老百姓,这到底是一个天降的福音,还是一个巨大的考验,全赖于面临这样一个新的机遇的人们有没有准备好去迎接挑战。我讨厌于一些看法。诸如,西藏的高原上架设高压线破坏景观;西藏的腹地通公路影响生态;西藏铁路和机场的建设是对环境和西藏文化的破坏。。。诸如此类,等等等等。当我们手拿IPAD,喝着咖啡,畅游在信息高速公路上时,我们有什么权力让西藏人民永远手持转筒匍匐着转经呢?五年了,当我周游在藏地时,更多看到的只是游客们猎奇的眼光和浅薄的认识,他们讨厌藏民用手机、讨厌藏民开着摩托车放牧;他们希望的西藏永远是原始、原始、再原始;他们希望把西藏割裂于现代文明之外。。。古老和现代的冲突是一个永恒的话。我崇拜甚至是膜拜西藏悠久的文化和宗教,但我也不排斥他们对现代文明和现代化的选择,我相信,这不是西藏人民的“被选择”。只是,在这种选择之前,正如阿来所说的,“全赖于面临这样一个新的机遇的人们有没有准备好去迎接挑战”。我想,在现代化、现代文明和西藏古老的历史、文化、宗教冲突中,我们不要做非此即彼的选择,我们所要关注的是,如何去寻找冲突间的结合点,以期待让西藏古老文化和宗教在现代文明前更加熠熠生辉,以期待西藏的环境在现代化面前妥善地予以保护。这才是真正考验政府和百姓的智慧。感谢阿来,祝福西藏。 六、太阳河峡谷劳作的藏族小孩这一天,除了色达五明佛学院让我震撼之外,就是这在田间劳作的藏族小孩的眼睛和笑容。 从清晨的马尔康醒来,昨晚的灯火辉煌已遗留在睡梦中。马尔康县城位于山谷之间,海拔并不高,只有2700米。县城规划整齐,湍急的索磨河穿城而过。清晨的马尔康夜幕下的马尔康霓虹闪烁,光影迷离。 在藏语里,马尔康的意思就是灯火旺盛的地方,据说此命名来至一位得道高僧。在藏地,这样的高僧往往又是伟大的预言家。今天,预言再次成真。我们沿着大渡河的上游---太阳河峡谷前行。山涧,雾气升腾。大渡河咆哮东去,雨后的太阳河峡谷清新诡异。晨雾中的藏居很是抢眼,早起的藏民已走向田间地头。 藏居、碉楼、高压塔。虽然,高压电线塔很不应景,但我希望大家更多的是看到它给西藏人民带来的光明而给以包容。有一种风景,她遗世独立。有一种力量,她坚如磐石。 有一种行走,叫做虔诚。也有一种行走,叫做造作。中午,我们来到了壤塘县大伊里村。这一路,最吸引我们的就是藏式民居。 这一带的藏式民居三楼均以柳条编制而成,上宽下窄,俨然穿上铠甲的将士。 就在这样的环境里日出而作,繁衍生息。大伊里乡其实是个重点扶持的富裕乡。对口帮扶让他们过上了现代生活。在这红色的七月,需常怀感恩之心。大伊里乡瓜果青翠,花香四溢。([
