风景人文篇:上海的阴冷雾霾的冬天似乎永远都不会结束了,虽然立春已过依旧春寒料峭,无数次的问春天什么时候来啊,却在一场又一场贵如油却不会一场暖过一场的春雨中期盼了一次又一次,失望了一轮又一轮。终于再也不能忍,7:30的早班机飞到了赤道边南半球的小岛,把那矜持缓慢的春天直接跳过,直奔盛夏而去。转机新加坡,折腾到巴厘岛,尚未落地已经暮色渐起,机翼上闪烁的灯光如初升的早星,此生最近距离的夕阳映红从未见过的异形云彩,好像列队的礼兵欢迎这不远万里追寻盛夏艳阳的心情。被炫目的阳光晃开了眼睛,在乌鲁瓦图喝个早茶,乌鲁瓦图又称“情人崖”、“乌鲁瓦图断崖”、“乌鲁瓦图天涯海角”、“望夫崖”,位于巴厘岛西南海岸,直面印度洋。每个绝美之地必然有段魂牵梦绕的故事,何况这个号称“情人崖”的浪漫盛境:传说很久以前一对青年男女相爱,却受到父母的阻挠,为了追求爱情的自由相约在此跳崖。从此,巴厘岛乃至全世界的青年男女都怀着对自由爱情的憧憬到此遐思,当今时代更需要那份单纯的勇气和真挚。相信那对炙热的恋人,融身在这地球最纯美的一滴眼泪里,化作海豚相伴相依或是鸥雁双宿双栖,也不负这神的美好恩赐。下午乘复古敞篷吉普前往海神庙(Tanah Lot)。一路热带风光,稻田椰树,伴着咸咸的海风轻轻摇曳在蓝天白云之下,烈日暴晒的焦躁早已抛掷脑后。整个印度尼西亚以信奉伊斯兰教为主,巴厘岛是唯一信奉印度教的地区。海神庙始建于16世纪坐落在海边一块独立的巨大岩石上,海浪凶猛地拍打着海岸,激起千层巨浪。岩石本身因风化形成天然石柱,将整个庙宇顶在巨石顶端。潮起潮落,岩石和庙宇时而被海水拥裹与陆地隔绝,如一座孤岛突兀于海洋;时而与陆地相连,身着白衣包裹头巾的朝拜信徒延礁石攀至庙宇,向庙里供奉的海神与千年蛇神献上敬拜。门口有一股喷涌了百年没有间断的泉水,即使与汪洋大海近在咫尺,依然保持甘甜而非咸涩,倒是像极了中国人尊崇的桀骜精神,任环境澎湃激荡,我自保持清者自清。偶尔有顶着重物的妇女,贩卖铅笔的儿童擦肩而过,这大海的民族自由怡然的精神就如海边飘荡的帆船风筝一般勇敢无畏。金巴兰的沙滩烧烤是当地一绝,一边品尝各式海鲜,一边看落日将如写意画法的大师泼墨将海天染成了一片绚绚丽剔透的红紫色。远处机场的跑道向海中延伸,飞机如流星划过天海交界,如旧日峥嵘码头有勇士扬帆起航亦有游子凯旋归航。夜幕中繁星渐起,沙滩上烛光点点,咸湿的风轻轻抚过脸庞,激昂的浪轻轻吟唱,叫人沉浸在这身心灵的饕餮,仿佛堕入了一个永不醒来的仲夏夜之梦 清晨早起,沿海滩边跨马徐行,羡慕当地人策马飞奔的矫健,自己的小马驹只缓缓的被人牵引时而小跑几步就紧张的我浑身是汗。然而闲散踱步,马蹄踏得浪花起倒也在怡然自得。再过几天,就是巴厘岛的传统节日“魔鬼节”。传说这一天魔鬼会从整个岛的上空飞过,因为魔鬼喜好亮光所以整个巴厘岛都熄灯静寂,所有商店、酒家全部关门打烊,甚至在这一天里机场都没有起降的航班,家家户户闭门不出,只有魔鬼节大游行的人们举着各式魔鬼敲锣打鼓穿街过巷。所以路边随处可见为大游行准备的雕像,据说每家的男孩子自懂事起就开始跟父辈学习这门手艺,成年之后自然就负责起本家制作魔鬼雕像的任务,看着这些形态各异栩栩如生的庞然大物,叫人不禁钦佩这淳朴民族的智慧。比硕大的魔鬼雕像更壮观的,是满城飘荡的彩旗,原来适逢巴厘岛大选前夕,各个党派的候选人都在街边巷角拉起了招牌,候选人明媚的笑容对每个过路人绽放,只需在门口竖一把大旗就表明了支持的党派。我们苦苦追求探索的民主之路,似乎用一种近乎原始的简单粗暴方式实现着~民主的最大志便是位于岛中心的小婆罗浮屠。小婆罗浮屠实质是一座为纪念巴厘岛脱离荷兰殖民统治的抗争纪念碑,也是整个巴厘岛最高的建筑,佛教群塔的外观虽然没有爪哇岛上真正的婆罗浮屠气势磅礴,却也算得上壮观雄伟,登至塔尖,俯瞰半个巴厘岛,近处绿树掩映妖娆红墙,远方海天共享壮丽一色,万种风情尽收眼底。路边随处可见闲散的放学儿童,据说巴厘岛的孩子们只上半天课,其余时间全部嬉笑玩闹好不快活,其实何止儿童,就连成人,都三三两两坐在路边专门设立的发呆亭中,只为发呆。在这个只有拜拜最重要的国家,除了早中晚三次的敬奉好像真的无事可干,就连法律都为之通融。因为岛上主要交通工具是摩托,岛民又喜欢骑得飞快所以不戴头盔是重罚,但若你穿了拜拜的衣服,裹了传统的头巾,就视作敬拜的穿戴而可以不带头盔。神说,你为何事而担忧呢,你看那树上的鸟儿,神且叫他有吃食,何况是神最爱的儿女呢。([]

以后再也不虐了! 2010年国庆节期间,在泸沽湖稻城亚丁徒步的路上,当我一次次离开队伍溜进路边的小树林痛苦地拉肚子的时候,当我一次次地抚摸我那疼痛的左腿膝盖的时候,当我浑身酸软无力迈着沉重的双腿疲惫地一步步地向前蹭的时候,我恨恨地一遍遍地对自己说:以后再也不虐了!是的,以后再也不虐了! 我要好好地爱护好我的膝盖,以使自己还能多玩几年户外。我要好好地爱护我的身体,以使自己能尽情地享受这日益美好的物质文化生活。我要多走些休闲性的线路甚至是些旅游景点,多一些闲适,少一些风吹日晒…… 可是,当我翻过邛引村后的垭口突然发现那将山坡染得彤红一片的楸树的时候,当我到达当天的营地晒着太阳喝着咖啡看漫天云卷云舒的时候,当我在亚丁的草海留连忘返找个安静的小山坡眯上眼睛打盹的时候,当我在稻城前往香格里拉的路上眼前突然出现那红得像簇簇火焰的狼毒花的时候,当我在电脑前一遍遍翻看此行拍的所有照片的时候,我禁不住又怯怯地想: 以后…以后…再也不虐了? 第一章双流机场:有缘的人会再相见 “老史!” 9月21日晚,成都双流机场人来人往。我身后背个大包,胸前背个小包,再挂个单反,全副武装地走向机场出站口。出站通道很像是一个T型台,三面挤满了来接站的人。场面那是相当滴隆重和火爆。当然,他们不是来接我的…… 就在我昂首挺胸地向前进时,那个细细的很清脆的女声突然在我耳畔响起。扭头一看,有点不敢相信,指点着她的鼻子说:“怎么是你啊?!” 这个女子是土豆。今年端午节,我们刚刚一起走了莲花湖-伍须海的徒步穿越。 和土豆的相识很有戏剧性。 那一天,我像个巡海的夜叉一般在论坛闲逛的时候,土豆加了我的QQ,问我她明明发了一个AA约伴的帖子,怎么居然给她转到商业版块了。 我连忙申明这事不是我干的(坏事一般都不是我干的),因为我只有转出帖子的权限,但没有转进帖子的权限。 后来经过了解,我也专门进了她的QQ群了解情况,她确实发的是AA制活动。于是,就向AA版块的版主说明了一下,将帖子重新给她转到了AA版。 只是我这一加进她的群,就上了贼船。 土豆的征伴帖,目的地是莲花湖-伍须海徒步。他们在群里聊线路,聊攻略,我看着看着,就上钩了,决定报名。但结果,土豆和我,一个领队,一个副领队,皆因为某些原因没有成行。 冬去春来。某一日我偶然打开了早就屏蔽的那个群时,发现他们又在讨论那条线路。原来土豆和一帮朋友又决定今年端午节再相约走这条线路。土豆说,老史,你也一块吧,正好五缺一呢。我说好! 2010年的端午节,我们驴友6人,在莲花湖-伍须海徒步穿越中,走过了一条难忘的线路,度过了难忘的几天。特别是在黑漆漆的塔公草原上,在风中雨中,在泥泞中,我们并肩战斗,一路连推带拉带拽,终于和那辆苦命的面包车一起在凌晨时分顺利回到了康定县城。 “你怎么在这里啊?”我对突然出现在双流机场欢迎人群中的土豆感到非常惊讶。我知道她肯定不是因为欢迎我才出现在这里。 在此之前的MSN上交流中,土豆说要去尼泊尔。而她的男友ROFFEE,我们莲花湖-伍须海穿越的队友,则要独自骑行川藏线。而就在我这次出行前,土豆听说我要去徒步泸沽湖稻城亚丁,还专门把在亚丁一重要岗位工作的朋友的电话告诉了我,告诉我如果在亚丁有什么事情处理,她朋友肯定会帮忙摆平。 土豆刚从上海飞到成都,在双流机场都没来得及出机场大厅。她提前赶到,然后在此接ROFFEE。遗憾的是,ROFFEE明明从2号通道出来,她却误跑到了1号通道。于是,该接的人没接到,不该接的人却接上了…… 于是一起等ROFFEE。 在此期间,经数次通话,终于和前来接我的本次泸沽湖稻城亚丁徒步队友老铁棍接上了头——他跑到2号通道去了。 几个月没见,和土豆、ROFFEE在双流机场的不期而遇,让我们都又惊又喜。要知道,我们三人初次见面,就是在双流机场。 因为老铁棍开车来机场接我,要直接拉我去郫县,而ROFFEE的自行车不方便携带,我们只好遗憾话别。 在去郫县的路上,我给同走莲花湖-伍须海的老相发了条手机短信,说我在双流机场居然遇到土豆和ROFFEE了。老相回复道:缘份呐 第二章 关于老铁棍这个人 老铁棍,土生土长的四川人。包工头。 此次泸沽湖稻城亚丁徒步,我们给老铁棍起了个绰号:万人迷。 另外,徒步过程中我们给老铁棍一个集体的评价:包工头不可怕,就怕包工头有文化。 老铁棍“万人迷”的绰号是我们到达亚丁景区后封给他的。 经过8天的风吹日晒,我们个个灰头土脸,脸色黝黑。老铁棍更是8天没洗过脸,满脸的晒伤。但他喜欢笑,一笑就露出两个小酒窝和一嘴大牙。河北的猫就说:老铁棍,我现在发现你的牙真白啊! 饶是如此,当我们背着大包穿行在亚丁景区的人流中时,老铁棍还是被一个美女给拦了下来。“帅哥,你背的包好大哦,我好佩服你哦。明天能带偶去卡斯地狱谷不?” 老铁棍连忙把墨镜一推推到了额头上,两眼放光、满脸堆笑地说:“好哦好哦,我们明天就去哦!”我敢打赌,当时他连卡斯地狱谷在哪都不知道! 在荒草野岭里走了8天,那形象说实话不太上镜。但在这样的情况下还能被美女给盯上,我等一干人等既忌妒又羡慕。老铁棍很牛逼地低头微微一笑对我们说:“哥这叫沧桑,知道不?” 于是,大家集体授予老铁棍一个绰号:万人迷。 不仅美女喜欢万人迷,男人也喜欢他,当然也喜欢他的一手好厨艺。如果我们这次要评选什么什么最佳人气奖的话,那最佳得主肯定非老铁棍莫属。 和社会上传说的包工头不一样,老铁棍是个很豪爽仗义的人。 本来老铁棍决定在家过完中秋节再出发和大家集合,因为我们原计划订的是26号从泸沽湖出发。但我想在泸沽湖环湖徒步,决定提前到达泸沽湖等待大部队,而不是和别的队友一样全部在丽江集合。老铁棍是成都人,有他同行我肯定会方便很多。所以我忽悠老铁棍22号晚上和我一起从成都火车出发去西昌,然后再转汽车去泸沽湖。老铁棍立马答应了。后来我才意识到22号是中秋节感觉不好意思。 我俩确定好行程后,老铁棍提前买下了从成都出发去西昌的卧铺车票。但很惭愧地向我道歉,说没买到软卧,只有硬卧车票了。我差点被雷翻。问:你是新驴吧?老铁棍鄂然说:你怎么知道?我说你居然还要坐软卧! 老铁棍确实是个不折不扣的新驴,泸沽湖稻城亚丁,这条我梦寐多年的徒步线路,居然是他的入门线路。唉,这世道,变化太快了…… 我曾经问老铁棍为什么会对户外感兴趣。老铁棍说经过多年的打拼,他忽然失去了对生活应有的热情。“我和一个朋友在茶馆聊天聊了整整一个上午,聊理想,聊人生,越聊越感觉生活没什么意思,感觉对生活没啥激情了。一次上天涯,偶然发现了这个出行约伴的帖子,感觉这样的活动不错,就报名了。”老铁棍告诉我。 虽然老铁棍对户外的事情不太懂,但丝毫没影响他对团队的热情。他专门买了两本类似《户外圣经》一类的书装在了背包里,打包时就拿出书来比对着看,一边看一边问我对不对。他不仅把我在成都的行程包括吃住玩安排得滴水不漏,而且以自己的热情、体力还有风趣幽默,得到了大家的普遍赞同。以致于团队按原计划在稻城解散后,大部分队友都跟他一起包车回成都了。 所以大家在路上感慨地说:包工头不可怕,就怕包工头有文化! 这个包工头虽然有文化,但他的四川话讲得和唱歌一样好听,普通话可就不敢恭维了。我俩在泸沽湖一块呆了三天,他担心我听不懂四川话,就努力讲普通话。记得一次租自行车时,他一遍遍地对我说:“走,先去办手术(续),办手术(续)。”我没听明白,旁边一个美女笑喷了:“帅哥,求您了,您还是讲四川话吧!” 泸沽湖稻城亚丁徒步结束后,老铁棍的感受是:无论天堂地狱,如果只是吃饱睡好到达终点,目少了,人生就会很简单。 第三章格桑花:怜取眼前人 一向年光有限身, 等闲离别易销魂。 酒筵歌席莫辞频。 满目山河空念远, 落花风雨更伤春。 不如怜取眼前人。 千年之前,北宋太平宰相晏殊端着酒杯,赏着歌舞,摇头晃脑地赋下这首词的时候,这位著名的神童不知可曾想到,他的这首词除了被世人传诵之外,精华部分还和一种美丽的花联系了起来。 这个花,便是西部高原美丽神奇的花—格桑花。“怜取眼前人”,成为格桑花的花语。 从西昌到泸沽湖,山路崎岖难行。人在车中,被颠来颠去,宛如坐轿一般。头昏脑胀之际,不经意间,路边一丛丛连片的白的、粉的、红的花跃入眼帘,自然排列组合的颜色五彩缤纷,分外绚丽。心情顿时兴奋起来。一片片的花儿沿着公路铺陈排比,让人感叹。 格桑花,美丽而不娇艳,纤细而不柔弱。当时让我又想起了小五台上的金莲花。西昌到泸沽湖路上的格桑花泸沽湖畔的格桑花格桑花,将泸沽湖畔的公路装饰成了一条彩带格桑花,将泸沽湖畔的公路装饰成了一条彩带 第四章格桑花一般美丽的女子 格桑花,在藏语中是“幸福”的意思,现在常被喻为女子。 话说9月22日晚10点,我和老铁棍一起乘火车奔西昌,早晨6点到西昌。从西昌火车站去长途汽车站,打出租要价15-20元不等。火车站广场上就是个公交车站,乘12路,一元钱,约10来分钟就到了汽车站。老铁棍先去买上了去泸沽湖的汽车票。好玄,只有不多的几张票了。西昌到泸沽湖每天只有一班汽车,上午8:40发车,8点就可以进站上车了,这样能提前放上大包。西昌火车站广场上公交的时候有扒手,需要注意。 买上车票,就去对车站对面吃早饭。在这里,居然遇到了另一支从木里穿越去亚丁的驴友。巧合的是,原来我计划跟他们的队伍,但后来因为时间不合适,退出了。居然在这巧遇。 在西昌汽车站吃早餐时,遇到了去泸沽湖旅游渡假的小周,顺手捡了,虽然是个男的。 上了汽车,老铁棍拿出地图和一本攻略之类的书,我们一起研究在泸沽湖期间的安排。确定大致行程正准备将地图收起来时,一个很动听的女声从后排传来:“帅哥,能借地图一观否?” 老铁棍回头一看,口水立马哗啦啦流了一地……美不美?美不美?这次出行,为防止晒伤,我专门带了副墨镜。没想到,墨镜还有另一个功能,不仅能防止晒伤,还能让人脸皮变厚。 戴上墨镜,再戴上有檐帽,一张脸,基本上就遮住一大半了。反正别人看不清我是谁,所以这次出行,我是逢美女便拍! 到点了,哈酒去了。想看美女的,请帮俺顶到10页以后。。。。。。谢谢昂~~~ 友情提示:我已和上面的“红妹妹”约,正式成为其经纪人。如有户外品牌商请“红妹妹”做代言人,请和我联系。 联系QQ:77586668 联系电话:~~~~~~感谢想看美女的兄弟们顶帖,美女的照片也发了。 现在,感谢想看帅哥的姐妹们顶帖。开始发衰哥的照片~~~ 传说中的老铁棍~~~ 保镖兼收队老马,我的好兄弟,下次再一块走个线路,我陪你!傻欧,我们都叫他傻鹅~~~活动召集人:绝地反击,NND,怎么追都追不上!沉稳内敛的阿甘。希望有机会真能同行西沙~~~来自内蒙古的骑士 很佩服清泉的耐力和坚韧 这些年,走过一些线路,也结识过一些驴友。无论是哪条线路,总有一些风景值得我们驻足,总有一些朋友值得我们感动。在这次泸沽湖稻城亚丁徒步的线路上,子默穿着单薄的冲锋衣怀揣着一包达利圆蛋黄派在风雨中走出营地那么远迎接我们的镜头,总是定格在我的脑海中。 子默,如果有下次,如果下次再同行,我一定再给你带烧饼!佳佳猫,在邛引村的垭口,你担心队友在垭口冻感冒,抱着一大抱冲锋衣在风中等了20分钟。虽然你抱的冲锋衣中没有我的那件,但当时还是特别感动。傻丫头啊,你担心别人经过垭口时感冒,怎么你在垭口等了20分钟就不担心你自己呢? 第五章 泸沽湖:难忘那一夜的《爱情》 到达泸沽湖镇以后,我们包车到了大嘴村的一家客栈。 安排好住宿,我们在周边走了走。客栈的饭菜比较简单,本来想吃条泸沽湖打的鲜鱼,可店老板趴在地上,撅着腚用个网兜在一个小得不能再小的水坑里捞了半天后,摇了摇头:“那条鱼哪去了呢?”晕。。。。。于是我们包车赶到相对比较繁华的洛洼村去吃晚饭。 洛洼村商业气息比较浓,恍若闹市。 饭后,租了辆自行车去看演出,但到达时已近尾声。 随后,我们决定骑自行车回大嘴村。 9月23日,农历八月十六。一轮圆月挂在天际,月光如洗。路边的草海一片朦胧,一条条猪槽船泊在岩边,仿佛置身幻境。 从洛洼到泸沽湖镇,柏油路宽阔平坦,没有陡坡,即使有坡,也是缓慢地上升和下降,非常适合骑行。 泸沽湖的夜晚非常宁静,行人也不多见。特别是下坡的时候,就那么毫无顾忌地直冲而下,很爽。 我们住宿的客栈依水而建,院子里一个茶亭,一个酒水吧,均依水而筑,平静辽阔的水面尽收眼底。 客栈的房间内是没有热水的。坐了一天的车,又骑了那么远的自行车,我便拿上水杯去酒水吧冲咖啡。 刚下楼,就听到酒水吧里传来叮叮咚咚的吉他声。循声望去,客栈的二老板,正对着电脑用心地弹吉他。 他弹的曲子我不熟悉,但回头看了看他眼前电脑屏幕上的曲目,赫然发现两个字:《爱情》。 二老板个头不高,梳着分头,戴着副黑框眼镜,留着胡须,显得又黑又瘦,脚上则拖着双拖鞋。 我说明来意,二老板放下吉他,摁下电热壶的开头后,继续面无表情地回去弹奏他的《爱情》。 我不知道二老板的经历,也不知道他为什么来这个泸沽湖畔小小的一家客栈来做所谓的“二老板”。但很显然,此刻的他正陶醉在自己的精神世界里,不以物喜,不以己悲。甚至连我伸出的大拇指,都没有个礼节性的反应。 这个酒水吧就建在泸沽湖的边上,高出水面约有半米,吧内并排放着几张因破烂而似乎很沧桑的桌子和长条椅,墙壁上则贴着一些驴友或者游客的照片。 窗外,明亮而柔和的月光下,微风轻拂,泸沽湖水面荡着层层涟渏。 一切都那么宁静,除了这低沉的吉他声,和二老板自顾自低声吟唱的《爱情》。 因时间已晚,没有客人,酒水吧内光线昏暗。我冲好咖啡,选了个离二老板有一定距离且光线更加昏暗的桌子坐了下来,临窗伏桌而坐,看着远处若隐若现的水面,发呆。 轻轻的风从一扇扇开着的窗户吹进来,细微的波声清脆而缈小。和着二老板弹奏的吉他声和低沉的歌声,突然感觉走进了一个隐居的世界。 眯上眼睛,身心感觉那么地放松。 从所谓正统和主流的角度来看,这个深夜躲在群山环绕的泸沽湖畔僻静之处客栈里一个僻静角落里自顾自弹奏自己的吉他吟唱自己的《爱情》的青年,肯定属于“垮掉的一代”。是的,他们不一定有远大的理想,也不一定有济世匡国的抱负,甚至,也不一定有现代企业家那样的事业追求。他就是那么无所事事地经营着自己的客栈——不,也不是经营,因为他对客人没有明显的热情和殷勤。他只是守着这个小小的客栈,在一个静静的月圆之夜,面对着一湖碧水,抱一把吉他,吟唱着自己的《爱情》,守护着自己的精神家园。 远方的那个女子,你是否听到了这来自遥远的泸沽湖畔的歌声? 我忽然又陷入了迷茫之中:这是心灵的颓废,还是心灵的放逐? 从小学到中学到大学,及至参加工作后,很多人一直被正统和主流的思想所灌输,所左右。我们可能有了所谓的财富,有了所谓的地位,有了所谓的事业,甚至有了一整套规范自己和规范他人的世界观和方法论,但我们的精神世界却可能一日日地开始荒芜。 那一晚,泸沽湖畔的吉他声一直响到很晚。回到房间,我始终无法入睡。那吉他声,冲击的不是耳膜,而是内心。([]

I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. I would rather make it lighter at any cost.Dry all my stuff in the morning sun, a routine matterA faint dusk in Pur CoThe river bank pushed up by ice and opened like zipper by gustsThe pushed up surface of the iceThe place where I got my drinking water, a thin layer of ice behind the ablation corns The moment just before sun set, glittering Pur Co, nothing was the same差点儿没找到俺自己的帖子,原来变色了。多谢各位鼓励。 Day 10 (April 29), 16km, Camping 5141mIn the morning, I walked around the north bank of the Pur Co, where it were continuous ups and downs sprinkled with light yellow sprouts across the sparse grassland. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 温馨提示:为了方便朋友们浏览,我将泰国、新加坡、马来西亚之旅,分成了三个帖子进行发布。这是第一个帖子——泰国印象。 在专介绍泰国游历之前,先介绍一下旅行泰新马的起因以及结束泰新马之旅后,对泰新马三个国家的综合印象。 我向往东南亚国家去旅行,尤其是经常在耳边听到泰国、新加坡、马来西亚,简称:“泰新马”等国家,但一直没有找到合适的机会。 在去年3月从海南飞往郑州的客机上,我突然产生了带爱妻走出国门的想法,时间就定在“爱你一生”2013年爱妻的生日与光荣退休期间,其寓意深刻,并极具浪漫的纪念意义。 当我与爱妻跟朋友们相聚201314“爱你一生一世”的时候,这一想法愈发强烈。 我不动声色,又巧遇昔日的同事相邀,这与我的决定不谋而合,真是天赐良机。 天时地利人和,自然齐备,就连自己也按耐不住心中的惊喜。(第1次)7月29日,更新至第19—30页第188—293楼;(第2次)7月31日,更新至第31—54页第301—531楼;(第3次)8月3日,更新至第54—65页第538—650楼;(第4次)8月6日,更新至第66—83页第651—825楼;(第5次)8月8日,更新至第83—86页第826—854楼;(第6次)8月13日,更新至第87—90页第869—897楼;(第7次)8月16日,更新至第90—93页第898—925楼;(第8次)8月18日,更新至第93—95页第926—944楼;泰新马之旅——泰国,全部内容已更新完毕;泰新马之旅——新加坡,全部内容已在【走出国门】专版更新完毕;一路走来,对您的热情鼓励和大力支持,深表谢意!泰新马之旅——马来西亚,内容正在【走出国门】专版更新完毕。敬请期待欧美十一国之旅!泰 国新加坡 马来西亚 面对爱妻,虽然羞于表白,也未购买生日礼物,但我要送上的是一次充满温馨浪漫的异国风情,是一颗放在行动上的真诚祝福之心,我想,这样的幸福收益是无价的。 不仅如此,在这次回国的飞机上,我亲口给爱妻许下了又一个诺言,那就是在特定的时期,感受了具有代表性的亚洲国家的风土人情后,再选择一个特定时刻,飞往欧洲,去感受欧洲国度的纯欧式情调;然后,再择一个特别的日子,飞往具有彪悍气息的美洲国家,实现美好的夙愿。 围绕一生的幸福,我曾给爱妻许下多个诺言,经过自己艰苦不懈的努力,全部如愿以偿。所以,从现在开始计时,耐心期盼特定吉日的来临,去兑现新的承诺…… 首选泰新马之旅,从这里开始;泰新马之旅,从泰国开始…… 既然泰新马连在了一起,就插一句对泰新马三者先后排位的解读。早些时候,人们习惯说新马泰,而现在习惯说泰新马。从旅游的角度讲,我个人理解,三者的排位是有区别的,也就是说,谁排在前,谁就是主要“角色”,这次泰新马之旅,安排了10天时间,仅在泰国就游览了5天,不就是个例证嘛。现实生活中,类似这样的排法,可举一反三,其意义普遍也是如此。 完成了泰新马之旅,对三个国家有了初步的了解。现在,谈谈对三个国家的综合印象。 泰新马是放在一条旅游线上的,从泰国飞新加坡,需要3个小时零20分钟;而从新加坡到马来西亚,根本不用搭飞机,直接坐旅游大巴即可,因为两国接壤,只是抬腿之遥。据相关资料显示,东南亚国家风情特征在大体接近中,又各有千秋。就泰新马而言,我对三个国家的总体印象是不错的。 首先,主要体现在“吃”上,国人外出经常口头说这样一句话:“吃饱了不想家”,可见“吃”,是何等重要! 这次远游三个国家,在“吃”上,泰国的口味“甜”、马来西亚的口味“咸”、新加坡的口味适中。 本不太适应“特别”口味的我,却在三个国家几乎挑不出什么毛病。尽管导游事先都要提醒游客饭菜不一定合口,甚至强调饭菜非常一般,但10天里,多品位的自助餐,却让我大饱口福,即使后期遭遇圆桌集体餐,在口味、花色、供应上,也是比较满意的,并且,一顿接着一顿,肚子还不饿,就要吃下顿,所以,想减肥的人士,自然会前功尽弃,不增肥算你有毅力;交流中获悉,我们这个旅行团的成员,没有一个不增加重量的。 由此,我不禁发出这样的感慨:中国有那么多著名的旅游胜地,要是旅游业也能采取这一做法,不知能吸引国内外多少游客,收益又会增长多少倍啊! 其二,体现在“住”上,入住三个国家的、可以说都是星级酒店,且几乎都是高配置,比如配有超大衣柜、冰箱、保险柜。甚至在床头柜、写字台和卫生间就配有三部电话,让客人舒适有加,有宾至如归之感。 酒店房间普遍宽敞整洁,除了不配备牙膏牙刷、剃须刀和拖鞋外,其余一应俱全。原来,没配备的东西都是为环保而规定的。当然,我们出国前,在这些方面就做好了充分的准备。 在客房用的冰箱里,备有付费的食品,每天送的玻璃瓶装的纯净水是免费的,但玻璃瓶不能带走,否则是要收费的。 当然,用电热壶自烧开水也是免费的;哈哈,还有,看电视也是免费的,但,只能看懂中国中央电视台第4套《中文国际》与《走遍中国》栏目,因为这档节目是用中文播报的,其余节目使用的是他国语言。 洗澡,24小时热水不间断;洗发液、液体香皂和润肤液,是用英文说明的,搞错是会闹笑话的,再者,这些液体的味道,我是不习惯的。我想,要是在泰国住上一段时间,并且经常使用这些东西,是不是身上也就有了外国人的“生猛”味道呢?酒店大厅一隅超大卧室超大卧床容下4人还显宽松电子设备基本俱全超大客厅超大洗浴间、洗漱间 洁净如洗,整齐划一 写到这里,插两段一次入住酒店时的“笑话”: 那是在当地导游为我们办理好入住酒店的手续后,离开酒店时,几个同行者手持房卡,抢跑似地涌进了电梯,同时快速关闭电梯门,可电梯门就是不动,此刻,站在电梯门外的两个“老外”看到此情景,笑得前仰后合,笑泪不止。 同样站在电梯门外的我与几个同事,看在眼里,恨在心里,羞在颜面。恨的是,“老外”不仅不提供帮助,反而显然是在嘲笑;同时又可恨的是,同行者的素质太差:同行几天来,上车抢座位、吃饭抢桌子……可见在国内,此不良行为已习以为常,到了国外既不通语言,又不懂“规矩”,还处处抢先,能不闹出笑话吗?听起来是笑话,可认真地想一想,是不是丢失了大国的“文明”,所以,又替同行者感到脸上无光彩。 乘电梯上楼,其实很简单,电梯内第一有英文说明(当然本人懂点儿),第二附有图片操作志。即使不懂外文,但只要稍一留意,就绝不会出现这种让人不理解的状况。然而,外人能明显地看得出,同行者争先恐后涌入电梯的心思与素质,根本就不会顾及自己的行为与形象。 见此状况,我快步走进电梯,按照极其简单的操作说明,将自己的入住房卡迅速插进识别身份孔中再瞬间抽出,电梯门安全关闭,电梯很快升至客人要到的楼层。 当同行者进入各自的房间不久,类似的笑话又出现了: 几个人站在走廊里,大声喊着服务生,可楼层上没有提供这项服务。我听到同行者的不雅喊声,走出房门问怎么回事,原来洗脸时,水龙头流不出水来。其实,这个问解决起来更简单,只要看看水龙头后面,就不难发现水龙头的开关。我告诉他们时,他们还自嘲自己是“老外”。 是啊,他们来到了外国,自己确实是“老外”了,虽然此时此刻自己真的是“老外”,但这里通常指的不是“外国人”的意思,而应该意识到是“外行”之意。 如此看来,让人产生不良看法的同行者,一时半会儿是总结不出经验教训的,但愿他们今后能不再出现不该出现的所谓“笑话”。 尽管这样或那样的不良行为导出的“笑话”,哪国人都存在,甚至比我们有过之之举,但我们只能管住我们自己。 从知道自己的不足开始,不断完善自己,为泱泱大国之“文明”增光添彩;从自身做起,自觉提高自己的素质,加强自己的修养,让健康的行为,一个教育一个,一个影响一个,逐渐形成一个培养高素质的大环境,这样慢慢地走下去,还会出现那么多不该出现的“笑话”吗? 其三,体现在“文明”上,就拿交通来说,我看到三个国家的交通,普遍是秩序井然,人车分明,各行其道,不争不抢不加塞,一切是安全至上,令人赞叹;行驶中的车辆,车距保持良好,没有发现一辆违规行驶,交通畅通无阻,事故不见一起;旅游大巴司机不仅开车平稳,而且十分敬业。 10天来,我非常留意:这样良好的交通状态丝毫未变;因此,我想,这总不至于是在给我们这些外国人作秀吧。泰国的交通状况下面这些PP都是在行驶的旅游大巴上,隔着车窗拍的([]
洛阳,一座有着5000多年文明史、4000年的建城史和1500多年的建都史的古城,是华夏文明的发源地和中华民族的发祥地之一。而洛阳又因牡丹闻名于世,被世人誉为“千年帝都,牡丹花城”。在牡丹花盛开的日子里,我独行洛阳,去造访这座千年都城并欣赏我国著名的国花。4月10日晚,乘坐K419次列车,经过6个半小时的车程,与次日清晨558,我到达了洛阳。按照事先做好的功课,车到洛阳站后,出站后直接去公交站台乘坐801公交,上车直达龙门石窟。 龙门石窟位于洛阳市南郊龙门峡谷东西两崖的峭壁间。因为这里东、西两山对峙,伊水从中流过,看上去宛若门厥,所以又被称为“伊厥”,唐代以后,多称其为“龙门”。 这里地处交通要冲,山清水秀,气候宜人,是文人墨客的观游胜地。又因为龙门石窟所在的岩体石质优良,宜于雕刻,所以古人选择此处开凿石窟。 龙门石窟是中国石刻艺术宝库之一,国家AAAAA级景区。2000年被联合国科教文组织列为世界文化遗产。 两山之间的伊水让洛阳这座古城尽显了灵秀之气。 龙门石窟位是中国石刻艺术宝库之一,世界文化遗产、是中国四大石窟之一。龙门石窟与甘肃敦煌莫高窟、山西大同云冈石窟并称为“中国三大石刻艺术宝库”。 石窟始凿于北魏孝文帝时(公元471~477年),历经400余年才建成,迄今已有1500年的历史,龙门石窟南北长约1公里,现存石窟1300多个,窟龛2345个,记和碑刻3600余品,佛塔50余座,佛像97000余尊。 最大的佛像高达17.14米,最小的仅有2厘米。其中以宾阳中洞、奉先寺和古阳洞最具有代表性。 宾阳中洞是北魏时期(公元386~512年)的代表性作品。这个洞窟前后用了24年才建成,是开凿时间最长的一个洞窟。洞内有11尊大佛像。主像释迦牟尼像,面部清秀,神情自然,堪称北魏中期石雕艺术的杰作。主像座前刻有两只姿态雄健的石狮。左右侍立二弟子,二菩萨,菩萨像含笑凝眸,温柔敦厚。洞中还雕刻着众菩萨,弟子听法的浮雕像,栩栩如生。窟顶飞天仙子的刻画也十分传神。 宾阳中洞是北魏时期代表性的洞窟。“宾阳”意为迎接出生的太阳。宾阳三洞开凿于北魏时期,是北魏的宣武帝为他父亲孝文帝做功德而建。它开工于公元500年,历时24年,用工达80万2366个,后因为发生宫廷政变以及主持人刘腾病故等原因,计划中的三所洞窟(宾阳中洞、南洞、北洞)仅完成了一所即宾阳中洞,南洞和北洞都是到初唐才完成了主要造像。宾阳中洞内为马蹄形平面,穹窿顶,中央雕刻重瓣大莲花构成的莲花宝盖,莲花周围是八个伎乐天和两个供养天人。它们衣带飘扬,迎风翱翔在莲花宝盖周围,姿态优美动人。洞内为三世佛材,即过去、现在、未来三世佛。主佛为释迦牟尼。他是佛教的创始人,原名叫乔达摩·悉达多,原是古印度净饭王的儿子。他和中国的孔子生活在同一时代,比孔子要年长12岁。他在29岁时出家修行,经过六年,悟道成佛,创立了佛教。由于北魏时期崇尚以瘦为美,所以主佛释迦牟尼面颊清瘦,脖颈细长,体态修长。衣纹密集,雕刻手法采用的是北魏的平直刀法。由于北魏孝文帝迁都洛阳后实行了一系列的汉化政策,所以洞中主佛的服饰一改云冈石窟佛像那种偏袒右肩式袈裟,而身着宽袍大袖袈裟。释迦牟尼所有侍立二弟子、二菩萨。二菩萨含睇若笑,文雅敦厚。左右壁还各有造像一铺,都是一佛、二菩萨,着褒衣博带袈裟,立于覆莲座上。洞中前壁南北两侧,自上而下有四层精美的浮雕。第一层是以《维摩诘经》故事为材的浮雕,叫做“维摩变”。第二层是两则佛本生故事。第三层为著名的帝后礼佛图。第四层为“十神王”浮雕像。特别是位于第三层的帝后礼佛图,它们反映了宫廷的佛事活动,刻划出了佛教徒虔诚、严肃、宁静的心境,造型准确,制作精美,代表了当时生活风俗画的高度发展水平,具有重要的艺术价值和历史价值。非常可惜的是,在上个世纪的三、四十年代被盗往国外了,现在分别陈列在美国纽约大都会博物馆和美国堪萨斯州纳尔逊艺术博物馆。 “剪刀手”卖萌佛祖在宾阳中洞石窟,有一尊历经千年风霜的佛像,手势神似“剪刀手”。剪刀手佛像是在向游人卖萌,在提醒大家保护文物,还是想说点什么?有网友评论:四百年前的艺术大师们好有远见,知道在四百年后剪刀手肯定会风靡全球。 《伊阙佛龛之碑》亦称"褚遂良碑"。篆额《伊阙佛龛之碑》。贞观十五年(公元641年)刻于河南省洛阳龙门石窟壁宾阳洞内。 这里因伊水东西两岸之香山和龙门山对峙如天然门阙,故古称“伊阙”,隋唐以后,习称龙门。《伊阙佛龛之碑》通高约5.00米、宽1.90米。由中书侍郎岑文本撰文,谏议大夫褚遂良书。字共三十二行,满行五十一字。计一千六百余字。碑文主要记述唐太宗第四子魏王李泰为其母文德皇后长孙氏死后做功德而开凿,太宗末年李泰与太子李承乾争夺太子位,李泰借为母亲开窟造像做功德,实有获得太宗好感,为自已捞取政治资本的目的。这通碑原应为北魏所雕的宾阳中洞的造窟碑,到了唐代李泰为节省费用,竟就势磨去原有碑文,又重新雕刻成唐碑的。 关于该碑的记载,始见于宋嘉祐六年(公元1061年)欧阳修之《集古录》及赵明诚之《金石录》。《伊阙佛龛之碑》是早期传世褚书的代表作。为目前国内所见褚遂良楷书之最大者,字体清秀端庄,宽博古质,是准的初唐楷书。此碑虽说是碑,实际上却是摩崖刻石。两者功用相同,都是为歌功颂的。但在创作时条件不同,一个是光平如镜,而另一个则是凹凸不平,书写的环境也不会那么优游自在。于是,摩崖书法的特征也就不言而喻。因无法近观与精雕细琢,于是便在气势上极力铺张,字形比碑志大得多,舒卷自如,开张跌宕。正是在这一点上,像汉代的《石门颂》、《郙阁颂》、《西峡颂》,它们气度之开张,韵致之飞扬,自然拙朴,即使是如《礼器碑》、《乙瑛碑》、《史晨碑》等真正的碑志精品也无法比拟,褚遂良的《伊阙佛龛碑》,正是这样一种典型的摩崖书风。传世墨拓以明代何良俊清森阁旧藏明初拓本为最佳,拓工精致、字口如新;比《金石萃编》所载犹多五十余字,曾经清代毕泷、沈志达、费念慈等递藏,现藏北京图书馆。有影印本行世。 魏窟――公元495年魏宗室丘慧成开始在龙门山开凿古阳洞,500--523年魏宣武帝、魏孝明帝连续开凿宾阳洞的北中南三个大石窟,石阳洞和宾阳洞的修建共费人工80万以上,还开凿了药方洞和东魏时开凿的莲花洞等石窟。北朝石窟都在龙门山,古阳洞自慧成至东魏末50多年的营造,表现出列多的中国艺术形式,大佛姿态也由云岗石窟的雄健可畏转变为龙门石窟的温和可亲。以宾阳中洞主佛为代表的佛像,人物面部含着微笑,龙门石窟比云岗石窟表现出更多的中国艺术佛像。龙门石窟还保留有大量的宗教、美术、书法、音乐、服饰、医药、建筑和中外交通等方面的实物史料。因此,它又是一座大型的石刻艺术博物馆。 只可惜龙门石窟遭受的破坏要比云冈石窟大得多,绝大多数佛像都不存在或者是残缺不全的了。 ([]
忘不了这淳朴的笑容,忘不了这壮丽的景色,忘不了路上的艰辛,忘不了每天的发现,我们,洗玛之队,追寻雪山的脚步永不停歇! 洗玛之队的最终行程:D1,(9月27号)拉萨--环羊湖东南岸--普姆雍措--推瓦村D2,(9月28号)推瓦村--普姆雍措东南岸--普南冰川--康马D3,(9月29号)康马--冲巴雍措--多情措--吉汝村--岗巴D4,(9月30号)岗巴--曲登尼玛寺--神湖--岗巴D5,(10月1号)岗巴--牧村土林--宗错--定结湿地--新定日D6,(10月2号)新定日--定日--曲当D7,(10月3号)曲当--热布村--徒步--晓乌措营地D8,(10月4号)晓乌措营地--徒步--晓乌拉垭口--卓湘营地D9,(10月5号)卓湘营地--徒步--夏浓营地--汤湘观景台--汤湘营地D10,(10月6号)汤湘营地--徒步--措学仁玛D11,(10月7号)措学仁玛--徒步--朗玛拉垭口--拉则措--轮朱林村--曲当D12,(10月8号)曲当-新定日--岗嘎D13,(10月9号)岗嘎--拉龙拉垭口--通拉山口--聂拉木D14,(10月10号)聂拉木--雄鹰雪山观景台--欧日村--聂拉木D15,(10月11号)聂拉木--通拉山口--西夏检查站--佩枯措--恰门巴村D16,(10月12号)恰门巴村D17,(10月13号)恰门巴村--孔塘拉姆山口--吉隆县--热玛村--热玛营地--吉隆D18,(10月14号)吉隆--岗嘎D19,(10月15号)岗嘎--日喀则D20,(10月16号)日喀则--拉萨(原计划中绒辖沟行程因绒辖沟不开放,放弃。吉隆沟3日游因大雪,放弃。) 本日要点:相比通常的羊湖线路,羊湖东南岸的线路更加安静,没有大量的旅游车辆,没有收费站,没有限速,油路!羊湖就在你的身旁。普莫雍措的美丽毋容置疑,推瓦村是摄影爱好者的天堂,无论是雪山湖泊, 日落日出,还是银河星空你有太多的材可以拍摄。库拉岗日到不丹边境的喜马拉雅雪山群整齐的排列在普莫雍措东南岸,推瓦村的银河及星空是此次行程中最绚烂的夜空,没有之一。推瓦村里有藏民家庭可以住宿,最佳住宿地是湖边的推瓦村村委会。 洗玛之队环羊湖东南岸轨迹图 贡嘎普曲河谷-从岗堆村到加若拉山口的路景加若拉山口北麓的村庄-普努村站在海拔4700m的加若拉山口北望,可见远处的念青唐古拉的雪山;东南的远处山峦间,拉轨岗日的雪山群-乃钦康桑和卡鲁雪山冒着头下了山口,蔚蓝的羊湖出现了 山下是羊湖东南岸的村庄格希村格希村 格希村离平时我们从冈巴拉山口下的羊湖边村庄-扎玛龙村只有15km路程画面左侧远处的雪山是拉轨岗日的雪山卓木喀拉。其实我们去西藏游玩过的都在卓木喀拉山边绕过。G318从拉萨出发时,卓木喀拉一直在视野里,过了曲水三十多公里,在日喀则仁布县帕当乡,卓木喀拉就在G318公路左侧的雅江对岸。下图为G318边的卓木喀拉格希村羊湖边的卓木喀拉雪山辨识 羊湖边的一群全景接图离开格希村,沿着湖岸往吉琼村,湖边有片美丽的湿地 吉琼村,丰收的景象吉琼村看的到乃钦康桑雪山(宁金抗沙雪山) 离开吉琼村后道路离开了湖岸,翻越觉贡拉山口后羊湖又出现在不远处。山下是东拉乡贡嘎村贡嘎村过了岗巴村,一直到羊湖最东端的张达乡,路基本是沿着羊湖岸边行进 不远处延伸到湖中有个小山上有个寺庙,东拉乡日托寺翻越一个小山口-达隆拉山口后就是张达乡 我们在张达乡的藏茶馆用了午餐 张达乡的藏茶馆的午餐 藏区的传说里,十二丹玛是分布于藏区的地方神,藏语称“丹玛久妮”。她们都是莲花生大师收服守护雪域佛法的女神。其中,举着一根长矛和拿着绳套,骑着一匹骡子的蓝色魔女叫多结盖杰左,她就是羊卓雍错的女神。这幅壁画应该保存在达隆的桑丁寺里,空母措边的一个寺庙三年前我曾臆想过环羊湖的路线,当时制作的地图如下(格希到岗堆的路是这次画上的,当时候不能确定可行)当时想象的环线是这样的:拉萨-曲水-冈巴拉山口-扎玛龙村-白地-叶色村-道布龙-浪卡子-打隆-多劫-特布拉-工布学-曲朵-张达-东拉-格希村-加若拉山口-岗堆-拉萨这次行走证明了环羊湖是很容易的事,特别是我们这次行走的羊湖东南岸,已经大部分油路建设好了。 过了张达乡不久就正式绕到羊湖的南岸了。羊湖南岸的伦布雪乡附近的湖光山色: 翻过日拉山口不久就会看到羊湖的子湖巴纠错。日拉山口的羊湖景色:从日拉山口到特布拉山口的道路会从羊湖的子湖-巴纠错边经过。翻上特布拉山口,卡鲁雪山和乃钦康桑雪山的雪峰群伫立在羊湖的身后。 下山口是羊湖南岸村庄特布拉村,是个拥有无敌雪山湖景的富饶小村。环羊湖的同志们可以把此处当一个落脚点。 南岸的多劫乡 果拉勒乡羊湖最南端,可以看到乃钦康桑(宁金抗沙)的主峰 西行不多路就接上从浪卡子经达隆镇到洛扎的油路-浪洛公路 转过山口 普莫雍措就展现在眼前,海拔5000米的普莫雍措是西藏的圣湖,被称作为少女的眼泪, 从普莫雍措北岸观景台望去,蒙达岗日,卡热疆,库拉岗日,接响,抗沙等喜马拉雅群峰均可看见。 推瓦村的黄昏宁静而美丽,普莫雍措的星空如此灿烂。普莫雍错北岸的推瓦村,又称推村。推村有个寺庙叫推寺庙。我们旅程的第一夜就在推寺边不远处的推瓦村居委会里度过的 普莫雍错以南的那些雪山:以下资料借用老皮的研究心得。(老皮一个酷爱喜马拉雅雪山的摄影爱好者。但奇怪的是他自称为横断山脉的追随者)普莫雍错南方的连绵雪山,除了左侧庞大的蒙达岗日属于北喜马拉雅的雪峰,其他都是大喜马拉雅的主脊线上的雪山。学术上的大喜马拉雅山脉的东段,就是从墨脱的南迦巴瓦峰向西延伸,经过错那,洛扎,康马一直到帕里的卓木拉日峰。大喜马拉雅东段雪山是这样分成若干段的:墨脱的南迦巴瓦雪山段【NAMCHA BARWA RANGE】,南伊沟到加玉乡的巴恰西仁雪山段【PACHAKSHIRI RANGE],错那的康格多雪山段【KANGTO RANGE】,然后就是洛扎的库拉岗日雪山段【KUNLA KANGRI RANGE],普错对岸洛扎和康马边境处的鲁那拉雪山段【LUNALA RANGE】,库拉和鲁那拉背后的干卡本森雪山段【Gangkhar Puensum range】,康马到帕里的卓木拉日雪山段【CHOMOLHARI RANGE】。普莫雍错北岸看到的雪山,从左到右这样排列:北喜马拉雅的蒙达岗日雪山-大喜马拉雅的库拉岗日雪山群-大喜马拉雅的鲁娜拉雪山群(我们称之为普南雪山) 【库拉岗日雪山 KUNLA GANGRI HIMAL】在普莫雍错湖北的观景台放眼望去,左侧的库拉岗日雪山傲然伫立。东卫峰卡热疆三峰,库拉岗日中央峰三峰,以及西峰群的接响、杠沙等雪峰一览无遗。甚至能清晰的看到库拉岗日主峰北坡的主冰川展窝卓果冰川。 库拉岗日的主要6K以上雪峰山峰数据如下:东峰过拉卡日6497m,康米岗日6412m(被蒙达岗日庞大山体遮挡,观景台处看不到);东卫峰卡热疆III6820m,卡热疆II7216m,卡热疆I7221m;中央峰库拉岗日I7538m,库拉岗日II7418m,库拉岗日III7381m。以上诸峰,除了主峰西坡在中不两国争议区内,其他都在国境内。西峰群的数座6K雪峰,国境内的是6722m的杠沙峰,7776m的接响峰,争议区内的P6606,P6211,P7000数座无名雪峰均能在观景台处看见。库拉岗日雪山图解 【普南雪山】普南雪山,正式E文名为鲁那拉雪山 LUNALA HIMAL连绵80KM的普南雪山,在中国和不丹边境线上,是大喜马拉雅东段雪山的西端雪山群。区段划分为从康普沟(康普曲)以西,通玛关(toma la)以东的雪山段。该段雪山的北坡地区均为争议区,但实际为我方控制。绵长的普南雪山从东到西又分成三段。东段雪山在不丹叫平台雪山table mountion,主峰安比康雄(7100m),其他主要雪峰有7034m的增岗日zonpghu gang;中段叫康普岗,主峰7212m的康普岗(kangpu gang),主要雪峰有什磨日(jejekangphu7300m), 康普岗II 峰6945m;西段就是大名鼎鼎的40冰川所在的色略岗雪山(theri gang),主峰7202m的同山加布峰(日本人取的名字tongshanjiabu),在不丹称为teri 峰。很多游记上,包括GE的注上,有个卓木拉日岗或卓木拉日康Chomolhari Kang,那是GE的误,那其实应该是个小雪坡。([]
尼泊尔被称为高山之国,境内的喜马拉雅山被誉为世界屋脊,世界上14座海拔8000米以上的山峰中有8座诞生于这里。在这里徒步穿越,既可以走得如驴子般的自虐,也可以雇上挑夫,过得如王子般的享受。 而此次的尼泊尔行,我们的主要目的就是徒步喜马拉雅南坡安娜普纳ABC。以至于进入尼泊尔的第二天,就迫不及待的奔赴博卡拉,走上ABC. 都说尼泊尔是登山爱好者的乐园。那里有多条成熟的登山健行的路线:你可以去挑战雪山;也可以只花3、4天在山间转转,远眺喜玛拉雅群山;有兴趣有时间的话,还可以用20多天走个大环线。其中徒步安娜普纳登山大本营(即Annapurna Base Camp,简称ABC),无疑最具诱惑力。 老C长我两岁,我们都是老三届,都已经从领导岗位退了下来,都喜欢户外运动,登山骑车、徒步健行,虽年已花甲,却自认为体能不让后生。 两老驴是首次结伴驴行,岁数合计122岁,自称KC组合,呵呵,幸好偶不叫老王老魏老吴老温,不然就成了WC组合。 一路行来,所遇登山驴友,几乎都是雇用背夫负担装备,没有几个是自己重装徒步的。在国产驴友中,60花甲,自己背负全套装备,重装完成ABC徒步的,也许只是凤毛麟角。不是想节约几个钱,只是想找那种感觉,证明一下---我能。 时间:2010年1月19日--26日 路线:Nayapul--ABC(即Annapurna Base Camp,安娜普纳登山大本营)--Nayapul 装备:睡袋、冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤、速干内衣、登山鞋、手套、帽子、墨镜、头灯、手机、书本地图;笔记本电脑、两部相机、三套备用电池、四套充电器,电源转换头,多联接线插板,摄影独角架;若干食品、饮料、糖、酒,总之70升背包填得满满的。 1月23日,当我们冒雪抵达海拔4130米的ABC营地,在客栈餐厅里,满墙驴友的留言涂鸦中,贴上第三张用汉字书写的留言时,心理获得极大的满足。 需要特别说明的是,俩老驴目不识丁(外文盲),刚刚认得ABC,竟然敢走ABC。对于我们来说,登山体能没有问,最大的困难是语言不通,无法交流。于是在博卡拉请个中文翻译做向导,带俩聋子和哑巴上路。 没有请背夫,那装备就自己背上了,因为在国内登山都是如此,还没有奢侈到那种程度。何况来了,就是为了体验那种重装徒步喜马拉雅的感觉。 27岁的小吴,具有二分之一的中国血统。他是我们住在博卡拉峨眉饭庄老板的儿子,瘦高的个子,非常腼腆,汉语说的并不十分流利。他父亲说他是博卡拉唯一的中文向导,佣金自然就较英文向导高些,物以稀为贵吗。 头天在博卡拉办理了进山证,是小吴领到办事地点,大门有人执勤,不让当地向导进入。我们俩老外,面对工作人员的热情招呼,竟只能靠手势交流。两张表格,还是又拿到外面让小吴找人代填的,至此才发现,我们的翻译也是文盲,只会说不会写。 填表,帖照片,交2000卢比,发证盖章,***非常顺利。 早饭后,乘车前往徒步出发地Nayapul,距博卡拉约60多公里,吴老板说通往那里的公路,就是中国援建的,当时他是援建公司的尼泊尔语翻译。(我在想:这语言能沟通,令吴翻译钩到了尼泊尔MM。然后留在那里成家立业)。 想象中的Nayapul应该是个比较繁华的地方,因为来安娜普纳登山的都要在这里进山或出山。下车的路边是排简陋的板房,卖些小食品,石砌泥糊的灶台,青烟缕缕。 沿板房间的石阶下山到河边,走过铁索桥,以后山里过河基本上都是铁索桥,无惊无险。桥边有长着黑白羽毛的鸭子在溜达,心想这异国的鸭子也是异样的。 路过第一个检查站,查验登山证件,盖章放行。尼泊尔的徒步登山旅游开放有近百年的历史,管理服务确实是做得非常周到。 尼泊尔的徒步旅游非常成熟和完善,几乎每走1--2个小时就会遇到一个落脚点,可以食宿休整,所以大家尽可根据自己的体力和节奏,安排出自己的徒步计划。而每处客栈都整洁干净,布满了鲜花。 每个客栈都有这样的图示,识出你当前所在的位置,以及各个站点之间徒步所需的时间,一目了然。 这些建于数十年前的石头砌的台阶,高度与宽度正好能将背包靠住,非常的人性化。 我们的背包有20公斤重,第一天就重装爬升了1000多米,喜欢那种出大力,流大汗的感觉。 午餐一般我们吃的是炒米饭,或炒面条。晚上收工后,会拿出背来的物资,煮点奶茶,吃几颗花生米,喝两杯烧酒。 尼泊尔地处喜马拉雅山脉南坡,从海拔8848米的世界第一高峰珠穆朗玛到海拔只有50米的平原,落差巨大。正是这种巨大的海拔落差以及印度洋的暖湿气流造就了尼泊尔独特的迷人景观:海拔8000米以上的高大雪峰和海拔不足1000米的绿色梯田可以同时出现在你的视野之中。 这里有雪山,有瀑布,有象国内川西一样的丰沛流水,有象云南一样的茂密植被。 当你徒步穿越美丽的溪流、峡谷,来到远离城市尘嚣的偏僻山村,巨大的海拔高差带来的视觉上的震撼,而垂直分布引起的迥异的景色又给人强烈的虚幻的感觉。视觉的享受和心灵的愉悦,会令你为他们那传统的田园生活唏嘘不已。 来到尼泊尔,如果没有徒步喜马拉雅,那将会是件很遗憾的事情。 在安娜普纳徒步有着非常成熟的线路,有4天的小环,有8天的ABC,还有21天的大环线。沿途的小村庄很多,配套设施都做得很好。一路上的客栈都可以提供各种便利,几乎每走1-2小时路程,就会遇到像样的客栈。提供食宿,干净舒适,完全没有那种攀登野山,风餐露宿,饥寒交迫的现象。 为此:来到尼泊尔,徒步高山,那将又是件很幸福的事情。 遇有村镇,会聚集着十几家甚至几十家客栈,一般房价在200-400卢比/天左右。客栈虽然简陋,但绝不乏整洁优雅,服务周到。 山区里不通公路,全靠驴驮人背。物价随着海拔的升高,逐渐上涨,确也合情合理。尼泊尔人习惯于头顶背负东西,感觉人家颈椎很硬。 海拔2000米左右的山里,植被茂盛。穿行在密林深处,阳光透过枝叶,斑斑点点的洒在路上、身上,异常的惬意。 感觉欧美人比我们会享受生活,硕大的包包有背夫给背着,自己悠闲的赏景,休息时品味着热咖啡,充分体验着旅行的乐趣。(我是说他们是旅行而不是驴行)。 哥德班尼海拔2860米,那天专门绕行三个多小时,就是准备住在这里,第二天早上看日出。 哥德班尼是个小镇,有数十家客栈。这里还有登山检查站,要查验证件,登记盖章。工作人员很悠闲,边晒太阳边下棋。 还可以见到前几年的语,不认识写的什么,但对那镰刀斧头的图案是再熟悉不过了。 这里房屋的屋顶都是蓝色的彩钢板,我喜欢这个颜色。小吴领我们进了最高处的一家客栈,推开窗户,就见雪山,近在咫尺。 仁者乐山,见雪山就兴奋。今爬行没有强度,时值中午,感觉日晒强烈,天气却很凉。在小吴的建议下,午饭点了份套餐:炸薯条、炸鸡块、炸牛排、蔬菜、米饭。500卢比一份,这是我们进山仅有的最FB的一餐。 特意在露天用餐,来两瓶啤酒,对着安娜普纳雪峰畅饮,体验着神仙过的日子。美了美了,醉了醉了。 黄昏时登临附近较高处,山里的傍晚,大多是云遮雾罩,没有那期待中的雪山落日,巍巍雪峰若隐若现,只抓拍了雪峰那瞬间即逝的靓影。 这天的早饭是油饼+奶茶;晚饭是在房间里,叫了份炒面,煮了锅紫菜汤,牛肉花生米,限量两杯小酒... 当驴不要太苦了自己,毕竟自虐也不是唯一。 本来依我们的体力(得利于经常性的登山和骑行运动),虽然重装7天内肯定能走完ABC。但为了拍日出,昨天只徒步3小时,就住在了哥德班尼。 昨天傍晚的云遮雾罩,没有预想的美丽的夕阳落日。心情多少有些郁闷,担心早晨是否能够拍到日出。 黎明前,戴着头灯上路,满天的繁星眨着眼睛,那颗悬着的心踏实了,没有白浪费那半天的时间,有时耐心的等待并不是一件坏事。 布恩山(Poon Hill,海拔3200米),是安娜普纳小环游线路的最大亮点,如果天气好的话可以看到270度雪山群峰日出的壮观景色。 早上五点小吴就叫我们起来,开始向布恩山顶进发,去看日出。这段路程大概有十多里但海拔要提高600多米,人们都在漆黑的山路上登顶,不时会看到照明头灯的闪烁。([]
