11月,maple改变暴走风格,在各处旅行的间歇,也来一段放松的旅游度假。时间,是最好的治愈剂,虽然此行中有些许不愉快,但是在整理照片的时候,还是很开心,看到自己搞怪的照片,不由得笑出了声。喜欢跳跃,喜欢在海边赤脚行走,享受这种无拘无束。周末的傍晚,是我最开心的时间,听着范玮琪的歌,慢慢来描绘这块记忆中的普吉拼图。枫叶邀请您新加坡之旅各种美图-(附如何办理新加坡过境随意行SSH指南)150楼更新多张大图(完)https//bbs.8264.com/forum-viewthread-tid-1282011-highlight.html这次行程走的XC自由行,10月的时候,在四处询价后,在XC定了海航包机+芭东千禧的机+酒行程,另外预定了接送机+PP一日游+simon秀+古法按摩一次这次出行,对XC服务的印象非常不错。泰国果然是个旅游城市,虽然语言不通,但是因为全套的XC服务,因此少了不少纯自由行的麻烦。关于住宿奢侈的旅行就是好,出了机场专车就等着呢。预定的是芭东千禧酒店,在芭东最繁华的地区。酒店很不错,但是没有能免费升级房间。泰国女服务员都好温柔,声音好好听,不过泰式英语很是锻炼我的听力。之前询价的时候,想订莫温匹克度假村,但是没想到那里那么火爆,提前一个月就没有房间了。找寻了多家,最后决定的还是千禧酒店。不过后来在闲逛的时候发现Phuket resort,离海更近,看大堂也非常不错,下次来可以选择这里。千禧酒店有两翼,lake side 和beach side,大家别误会,这里没有湖也没有海滩,只是这么叫而已。普通房型都集中在lakeside,从大堂穿过去就是robinson和家乐福,去海滩的话,穿过酒吧街步行8-10分钟就到了,也不远。要是预算充足,这里的确是不错的选择。另外提一句,回程我的是晚上夜航,所以免费延迟到2点退房。而且退房之后,从海滩回来后还可以在酒店免费使用shower room,其实就是给你一张间的房卡,让你洗澡。这项服务比较出乎我的意料,非常贴心。行程花费如下:名称市场价实卖价计价单位基本费用机票+酒店直飞+晚住宿5005元人观光游PP岛一日游(大船)(成人)252160人活动普吉岛PASS(2小时泰式古法按摩)280120人演出SIMON人妖秀(VIP座位)--105人证泰国旅游证(适用包机产品,北京送)100100人保险平安携程境外短线保险 经典型9090份交通接驳普吉机场-普吉酒店单程接机服务(专车 4-9人)--150辆普吉酒店-普吉机场单程送机服务(专车 4-9人)--150辆赠送赠送普吉岛自由行PASS(折扣版)--0 --本虽然之前听说,芭东的海滩没有kata或者karon好,但我们还是很满意的。沙子很细,人不多,老外大都是趴在沙滩上晒太阳,看书,聊天,下水的不多。躺椅2把+阳伞不限时200泰铢。这里虽然很热,但是躲在阳伞下,看看云彩,想想心事,可谓优哉游哉。看我发现了什么?海滩上散落着很多小贝壳,一只只像张开的翅膀,飞呀飞。一望无际的大海,真舒服,11月的普吉,很晒,但不是很粘腻。事实证明,普吉太阳好毒,国内带过去的水宝宝被生生用了一瓶,当然,那边也有卖高倍数防晒和美黑霜的。没有比较价格,便利店和商场都有。芭东海滩朝西,看不见日出,但是一定要去看日落余晖。落日中的海滩,游人逐渐散去,白天喧闹的热度被海水冲凉。慢慢走在细腻的沙滩上,留下的脚印瞬间又被海浪带走,就好像人生中的烦恼,回头看看,果真都不算得什么。泰国普吉岛之Season 2:美食1、吃在大排档晚上的芭东,是声色的娱乐场,太多酒吧太多色诱。如果是单身男女,很容易在这里结识朋友吧。我们一群人,还是老老实实的去找网上有名的yoyo祭五脏庙吧。千禧前面的路是北往南单行线,全都是小tutu和小摩托呼啸而过。从千禧芭东出来往右手走10分钟,在路西,就看到一个个大排档,yoyo就在第二家。yoyo的海鲜很新鲜,一定要砍价啊,准就是砍到老板急了为止。与当地人沟通交流的过程,也是旅途中值得回味纪念的一部分。在yoyo是先选食材,然后选择做法。因为中国的游客很多,所以在这里点菜一点都没有问,菜单上都有英文有照片,实在不行我们就使用绝技:比划!上菜啦:饮料必点mango shake。普吉热带水果也别多,新鲜的、榨成果汁的、做成煎饼的。菠萝饭,比国内的料足,里面有大颗腰果,大粒鸡肉,上面盖着肉松,好吃的紧。冬阴功汤,嗜辣的朋友肯定喜欢,不要看表面波澜不惊,但是下面藏着大虾、鱿鱼。([

临出发前2天,零红蝶独自前往温宿破城子煤矿探了一趟路,回来后做出了反穿夏特古道的决定。当我们一行18人在乌鲁木齐南郊客运站乘坐开往阿克苏的大巴时,他还用炫耀的口气得意洋洋地说:我们要从南疆走到北疆!从荒漠走到美丽的草原!越走越美! 牛人就是牛人! 当我们经过一夜加半个上午的长途颠簸,终于站在托木尔峰缓冲带博孜墩边境管理区等候边检登记检查时,才突然想起从乌鲁木齐随车携带的气罐落在了客车上!此时我们与营运客车的距离已经近百公里。一阵忙乱联络安排,待再上路时,已经比预计的时间晚了约3个小时。至旧金矿破房子后,下车、分装气罐、整理背包,开始徒步上路。于漫天浮尘中约行进6、7公里,天色渐晚,择地扎营。 曾经看过王铁男先生的 《魂断夏特古道》,痛失好友的泣血经历使人对夏特充满恐惧,但是神秘的冰川又总是让人欲罢不能。 关于夏特古道: 夏特,清称沙图阿满台,位于昭苏西南部的汗腾格里山下,是伊犁至阿克苏的交通驿站。夏特古道北起伊犁昭苏夏塔牧场,南至阿克苏温宿破城子,沟通天山南北,全长120公里,是丝绸之路上最为险峻的一条沟通南北疆的著名古隘道。 夏特古道承载着太多太厚重的历史,有过太多太炫目的辉煌。2000年前秦汉的和亲公主从这里远托异国;1300年前唐玄奘从这里翻越3500米的哈达木孜达坂,到达天山南麓的龟兹佛国。上个世纪初期,芬兰的探险家马达汉,由阿克苏出发经夏特古道回国,1944年~1946年他担任了芬兰共和国总统。不知在成为总统后,马达汉是否曾经在梦里重走夏特··· 夏特,木扎尔特冰川携带着万古的悠远,散发着神秘的光芒。能在无边苍穹下的冰川上安身,绝对是上帝的独特恩宠。反穿夏特古道,我们将从破城子进山,夏塔牧场出山,从荒漠走向丰美的草原。 被遗弃是荒凉的。但是,荒凉,有时也是一种美;静默无言,或许是生命的另一种倾诉。每次长线重装的过程,恰如一次脱胎换骨。凤凰涅槃,浴火重生,须得一段痛苦煎熬!这,也是一种生命的倾诉! 次日晨9点准时拔营。行前晨会,领队告诉我们当日需要行进20公里,主要沿木扎尔特河主流,一路朔北而上。 因为头天的延误,今天一开始的步伐很赶。沙尘天气让行走很不舒服,每个人都不得不捂着。在隐约看到同行的另外的队伍背影后,零红蝶骄傲地吼着“我们要追上他们了,我们要超过他们.......” 我们的队伍比较整齐,强驴辈出,相形之下我只能算是弱者,果然不久就见了分晓。渐渐地,我的背负感到了沉重。在一次次爬坡之后,一种不好的感觉逐渐笼罩:先是眼睛发花看不清路,接着腿脚也开始有些不听使唤地乱拧起来,我落在了后面。调整、调整,我嘱咐着自己,但是却没有多大改观。我坚持着大口呼吸调整着,竭力不让自己拉得太远。就在这时,心脏的紧刺感袭来,疼痛、呕吐感、呼吸急促,以及眼前发黑同时出现了...... 我出状况了! 从未有过的恐惧和绝望...... 停下,咽下水和急备药丸,我继续调整着,瘫软却逐渐弥漫到了全身。我坚持着靠近了收队夏天,告诉他:我恐怕走不出去了。 夏天扶我斜靠在一处土坡上,喝水、喘息、调整,状况有所减轻。领队派来了不离不弃,背走了我的大包,前队也在高坡上倒伏的铁架处休息等着我。不能拖累队伍的决心让我在稍微缓解后要求继续前行,但是只走了百余米后,一阵恍惚,依稀望见夏天在我前面右侧,伸出手去抓住了他的胳膊,身体便滑落倒下去了...... 似乎就像睡了一觉,再醒来时看见我的周围:双鱼、三儿、好人、夏天等都在,当然,还有领队零红蝶! 零红蝶告诉了我他们的决定:让不离不弃陪着我下撤。 泪水、鼻涕,伴着发自心底的绝望不可收拾!难受的感觉,颤抖的身体,这样的干滩上如何下撤?对陪我下撤的人来说,风险岂不更大?自己做了长时间的准备,只为冰川之旅,下撤??? 泪奔中我拼命调整自己,告诉他们我能行,我能调整过来的!好像还流着泪请领队帮我实现自己的愿望,请求在前队休息的地方路餐休息后看状态再决定撤还是不撤...... 最后的结果是,在双鱼和三儿两人一左一右的架扶下,在夏天随后几步一歇的节奏控制下,我就像太后出巡一般地,一步步爬上了高坡,站在了山顶的铁架旁。休息、调整、慢行,我的状态逐渐在恢复...... 似这样熬到晚上8点左右,终于到了冰川下面的营地,骤雨来袭。不离不弃已经提前为我们扎好了帐篷,还送来了烧好的热牛奶。放倒在帐中,昏昏沉沉地睡去,我需要好好歇歇,备战明天更难更严峻的翻越达坂。 今天,没有后撤就是最大的成功! 3日早晨拔营后,一直处于万劫不复的冰川延伸带的爬升中。为了照顾我,之前领队安排好人背走了我的相机,飞翔、三儿、牧民大哥、双鱼等分走了我包中的食物。在夏天、好人、双鱼、不弃和三儿等协作的先后分别陪伴护佑下,我踏上了翻越冰川达坂之路。从上路开始便一直不停地走,告诫自己绝不能停,不能拖累大家...... 因为地质运动及气候等原因,夏特冰川在以令人惊异的速度退去。碎石、泥雪、石粉布满的前路,不久就令人崩溃!能够让人提起精神的,是连绵的冰川带给我们的惊喜。原来的古道多经地质变迁无法通行,能够找到古道遗存是非常不易的,多半都需要领队先行探路确认后才能通过。 继续...... 直到中午三点多,才在冰川上海拔2900多米处找到有水源的午间营地。坐下来休整,才觉得右腿膝盖下的疼痛,卷起裤腿,一处硬币大的伤口还在渗血,那是前面在行走时不慎踩翻了一处松动的石块造成的!得!祸不单行! 当天后半段的路途多是沿渐渐融化的冰川体斜切。穿行于冰川之中,万古岁月消融,冰川也在消融,时不时会传来冰川融化断裂的轰鸣巨响,令人胆寒。当晚,扎营在一处约5、6米高的冰壁前,营地海拔3200多米。 继续渡劫之旅...... 万古的冰川,也经不起岁月的流逝。在零零碎碎的时光中,无可奈何地沉寂、消融、坍塌、奔泻。一直以为自己很坚强,面对隆隆作化的冰川,却不得不正视残酷,与万古相比,我们的生命是那么的脆弱、那么的微不足道!莽莽天地间,我们究竟该如何安放自己的灵魂? 4日晨9:30时启程,再向上攀高300米海拔,到达木扎尔特冰川达坂顶部。木扎尔特达坂海拔3582米,也是南天山南北水系的分水岭,北为昭苏夏特河源头的冰川,南为阿克苏拜城木扎尔特河源头。木扎尔特达坂东西两侧均为海拔5000—5400米的山峰,常年银装素裹。站在这里,极目远眺,云天激荡,山势傲伟,冰川雄厚,那种壮阔之美,令你浑身的疲惫顷刻灰飞烟灭...... 夏特之精华,此刻尽在我们眼前!最难的路,我们已经走过来了! 下达坂的雪野中,积雪很厚很厚,很多地方都没过了大腿。领队在前面趟路,我们在后面随行,行路艰难。特别是几次涉过寒彻肌骨的冰水后,漫长的前路和刺骨的冰水几乎耗尽了我们的全部体能。“前方1.5公里是今天的营地”,领队说。但是这最后的1.5公里却走的太久、太难,也许是我们体能到了极限,也许是领队开路也累勺了以致预计有误,(我更愿意相信是后者,零红蝶真给累勺了!)过桥后,好不容易熬到了所谓的五星营地,所有人都不愿再动了。但是营地虽好,营地旁的一条小溪却干涸了!没有水源的营地怎么能是五星级营地?几个协作又不得不跑很远的地方取水...... 尽管不远处浑浊的冰川河水在咆哮着向下奔流...... 寒彻肌骨的冰水现在回想起来都如同噩梦...... 没有水源的营地怎么能称五星? 5日,我们穿行在雪莲峰护佑下的夏塔牧场。神秘而美丽的雪莲峰一直目送着我们,无数次回望,无数次感恩,无数次欢笑,似乎所有的艰辛与苦难都已经淡忘。但是,我知道,这一路,我真是来渡劫了!在过夏塔牧场中一条窄窄的小溪时,我又一次踩翻了石块...... 后记: 有一种缘分,叫上天注定;有一种相遇,叫神的安排。 去夏特之前,拜读过王铁男老师的《魂断夏特古道》,对夏特之险有所了解,对能让新疆户外前辈翻船的木扎尔特河心存敬畏。回来后才知道,我出状况不远处的河道,正是当年董务新前辈遇难的地方。那个有铁架的高坡上,正是董务新前辈的衣冠冢。当领队和协作们全部冲下坡去急救我时,队里的南山牧民大哥一直在围着那几个玛尼堆念念叨叨...... 这难道真是上天给我的安排...... 我:夏天,我可能走不出去了! 夏:不会的!记得博格达吗?跟着我,我会带你走出去的...... 这是我开始出状况时跟夏天的对话,我清醒的记着。当年的博格达,我正是踩着夏天的脚步,一步步登上了碎石达坂。但是眼下,我却走不动了! 我不知道后来当我抓着夏天的胳膊倒下去的时候,夏天的心情和举动。平素里夏天是个沉稳的人,好人说正是因为沉稳的夏天发出了“会急救的赶紧下来”的呼声,他们才觉得事情严重,四五个人迅速地赶到了我的身边...... 在路上我曾经想过,夏特之行也许是我最后一次行走了,也许这次就走不出去了。感谢上天垂爱,我不仅平安走出,还结识了一帮生死弟兄! 兄弟们,有你们,真棒! 艰难的路...... 万古冰川消融...... 美丽的雪莲峰目送着我们....... 丰腴的夏塔牧场包容着我们...... 平安夏特,我们感恩天与地!永志涅槃之旅......看到零队的夏特计划,咋又动心了呢?!([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 每年至少游一个地方,是这几年一直所追求的。当然,都是自由行。2011年去过新疆,进行过一天的徒步,就被这种旅行方式深深吸引,全身心地投入,去感觉大自然对身体和心灵的冲击和洗礼,让所有的一切得到彻底的放松,徒步游的种子已在心底发芽。一直在网上找各种徒步线路,国内的、国外的。尼泊尔的几条徒步线路闻名世界,其中以ABC、ACT、EBC最为代表。EBC线路大都在5000米以上,最担心高反无法适应,ABC和ACT都是比较好的选择,有逐步适应的过程。选择很久,攻略看了N多,决定进行安娜普尔纳大环(ACT)徒步,原旅伴都因各种原因无法成行,一咬牙,决定个人独自前往,路上再找旅伴。而且因为是一个人,仗着身体素质好,ACT也成熟,决定不找向导,不雇背夫,挑战一下重装徒步大环。除了新疆一天漫步式的徒步,个人从来没有其它户外经验,重装徒步更是没有经历过,心里还是有点发毛,临行前几天加入了一个QQ背包客群,找到了一个和我同一线路的旅伴,就这样,开始我人生第一次重装徒步行。 尼泊尔徒步线路众多,被称为徒步者的天堂,一点也不为过,而安娜普尔纳大环线则被誉为“世界第一徒步线路”。确实,一圈走下来,深切地感受到了她的魅力。先把行程列一下,给想去的朋友一个参考:第一天:加德满都—Besisahar—Syange,乘车13小时;第二天:Syange—Dharapani,徒步9小时,行程21公里,上升850米;第三天:Dharapani—Bhratang,徒步10.5小时,行程23公里,上升950米;第四天:Bhratang—Ngawal,徒步10小时,行程17公里,上升830米;第五天:Ngawal—Manang,徒步3小时,行程10公里,下降140米;第六天:Manang—Tilicho Base Camp,徒步7.5小时,行程16公里,上升660米;第七天:Tilicho Base Camp—Tilicho Lake—Sheree Kharka,徒步10小时,先上升1000米,再下降1150米;第八天:Sheree Kharka—Letdar,徒步8小时,行程13公里,上升150米;第九天:Letdar—High Camp,徒步7小时,行程7公里,上升650米;第十天:High Camp—Thorung Pass—Muktinath,徒步6.5小时,行程14公里,先上升566米,后下降1600米;Muktinath—Jomsom—Ghasa,乘车5小时;行程49公里;第十一天:Ghasa—Tatopani ,乘车3小时,Tatopani—Ghorepani,徒步7小时,行程17公里,上升1700米;第十二天:Ghorepani—Poonhill—Ghorepani—Nayapul,徒步10小时,行程16公里,先上升330米,后下降2230米。在加德满都“New Bus Station”乘车去传统徒步起点BESISAHAR,一点也看不出是新公交车站的味道,车站破旧,车也破旧,但人还是很友善的,这个感觉,在尼泊尔整个行程中都能感受到。路上堵车是家常便饭,尼泊尔全境就没有几条公路,所有去尼泊尔旅游的人要有心理准备。当然,有飞机的地方,乘机是最快的选择,但尼泊尔的飞机安全吗?心里打鼓,2012年9月28还掉了一架。尼泊尔的卡车都很具有观赏性,都类似这样跟大篷车似的 到了BESISAHAR后,原徒步起点从这开始,但现在已经开始往里修路了,大部分人会继续乘车,我们也在BESISAHAR换乘,一辆公交挤满了人,挤不进的就坐车顶。不过,坐在车顶,必须具备两项条件,一是技术好,因为在山路,车子在行进过程中不断摇晃,而且幅度不小,要当心被晃下来;二是心理素质,这车在山路上行走,一边就是靠着悬崖,下边是滚滚的河水,有时车轮离悬崖不到30CM,坐在车里都有心惊胆战,在车顶,没有一定的心理素质估计够呛。行至一半,又堵车了,那辆430的公交坏在路边,正好是拐弯路口,所有车不得都停下来。大家注意,在尼泊尔山区,公交的底盘比越野车的底盘要高得多,往往很多越野车过不去的,公交车反而能过,当然,这是指专门在山区里通行的公交车。有几位老外等不了啦,干脆背起包来走人,反正是来徒步的与我们同车的俄罗斯小妞干脆当起了模特就这样,我们折腾到晚上8点才到SYNGE,基本上旅店都没满了,顶着头灯找了一家住下,没热水洗澡,随便吃点东西,擦擦身体睡了,听了一晚的浪涛声,第二天早晨起来,才发现住在了河边。第二天的早餐,煮土豆加奶茶,配点自己带去的榨菜,心里觉得土豆含淀粉高,热量必然高,能应付徒步的消耗出发时的背负,毕竟是新驴,这种背负让我第一天就差点崩溃。胸前挂着小包和相机,大包在肩带紧紧贴着肩膀,整个负重都在肩和脖子上,大包腰带是松的,老驴一看就知道背负不对。刚出发时还是这么意气风发的样子。徒步开始,我的新伙伴--阿健,一路上多亏他照顾,才让我顺利完成大环徒步。看了这张照片,才明白为什么叫“驴友”。这大环线上,各个客栈的补给,都是这样人扛驴驮上去的。 前两天的路,都是这样山清水秀空气好,除了有时会闻到驴粪味,至少还是乡野的气味。没有城市中的喧嚣和汽车尾气的污染。我们几乎都是每天上午7点出发,下午2-5点到目的地。这是我们经过的第一个之字坡。大环线上,这种之字坡比比皆是,这种比较缓的坡走起来还不太费劲,后面有几个之字坡,走的差点让人崩溃。 前面山谷中的村庄是JAGAT,是大环线上第一个比较大的村镇。路上碰到去上学的学生,很大方地合影。尼泊尔虽然经济落后,但对教育十分重视,我们经过的地方,最好的房子基本上都是学校,而且全免费教学,学生统一着装,走出来看着都赏心悦目。这些学生上午10点上课,下午4点放学,每天往返需要走路2个多小时,真是很辛苦。但看他们,脸上都洋溢着笑容,很能感染人。阿建同志跟同学们在亲切交谈,尽管他的英语水平很差,但孩子们还是觉得他很帅,愿意交谈。在这山区里,一般都是几个村庄才一所学校,因此大多数孩子上学都得翻山越岭,一趟要一个多小时。到一JAGAT村口。这些村庄,除了日常农作外,大部分都兼营客栈,以接待越来越多的徒步者。一路上,村里的客栈大都很漂亮,而且干净,尤其是被鲜花装点,别有一番风味,让人流连。客栈的老板娘和她的孩子,看到他们我们照相,很友善地对着我们微笑,那孩子笑容中带着些羞涩,但都是那么真诚,我明白了,为什么那个写尼泊尔的书名叫《尼泊尔的微笑》,朴实的笑容确实打动了我。 过了JAGAT,路过的瀑布逐渐增多在这种山清水秀的地方徒步,真是一种享受辛苦的背夫。他们的背负能力真的很强大,背着这么重的东西,比大部分徒步者都快,而且基本上都穿着拖鞋。这两位的拖鞋算是很好的,穿人字拖走大环的背夫占大多数。而这种背负就是专门用来搬运石头用的。中午12点左右,我们到达CHAMCHE,只是简单地吃了路餐,便继续赶路了。走出村口约一公里后,我们发现河对岸也有一条路,而且徒步者明显比这边多,怀疑自己是否走错路。后来才知道,我们走的这条是新开的路,传说大环线要修公路,估计是真的。但为了保险起见,我们还是打算去走老路。我们返回CHAMCHE,在村里一个不起眼的地方找到了老路的路口。感觉这样的路才是真正徒步的线路,在公路上走算怎么回事呀。我们走的第一座铁索桥。在大环线上,这种铁索桥很多,走起来晃悠悠的。 我们还在桥上照相的时候,遇到了昨天同车前来的俄罗斯姑娘。她们本来没有背夫,后来感觉重装无法走完大环,昨晚临时在住宿的地方雇了村里的背夫,费用好像也比较低,一个背夫一天700卢比(约50多元人民币)。但如果要保险一些,还是跟当地旅行社雇用背夫,能订合同,不满意还可以投诉退款。天下驴友是一家,见面了自然很高兴。 这种路走起来有点费劲,落脚点不实在。 哥俩第一次合影。有飞流直下三千尺的感觉。我曾经在《中国国家地理》杂志上看到过这幅图,当时惊为天堂的徒步环境。现在,这座挺拔险峻的山峰拦腰被切了一段路,山体和植被完全被破坏,给这美丽的山谷添了一道永远无法弥补的伤疤。从理智上,我也知道山里的人要发展经济,改善生活,但看到这一幕,还是不自觉地感

出发前作了一点攻略,听说柬埔寨有可能是世界上最腐败的国家之一,柬埔寨海关也有可能是最黑的海关之一。到机场,进入柬埔寨海关,海关人员就会索要小费,虽然只有1美元,但是如果不给,海关人员就会借故任何理由难为你,比如说你的入境卡没有写好,说你的护照不对等等。这还真是Maple首次听说得怪异事。到了机场,果然看到不少游客在护照内夹一美元,海关关员很熟练地把护照中的美元放到桌面上一小叠美元中了,拍地一声就盖章放行了。但是Maple偏偏不原意,不是1元钱的问,而是对这种风气太鄙视了。不过,柬埔寨政府目前也在整治这样的事情,我们回国时,就看到有官员在海关巡视,禁止海关人员拿钱。Maple入关和出关,都在没有给小费的前提下,顺利进出。(Tips:据说,一定要走男海关员的通道,女海关员会很坏。另外,入境时候一定要检查好出境卡海关有没有给你,出境卡遗失也经常是回国时找你要小费的理由)。我们同行的一家三口,就在入境时被海关人员索要小费,3人的护照仅还给了2本,当时没有发现。等我们回国时坐上大巴以后,这一家人才发现少了一本。多亏当地的领队给机场打电话,机场说拾到这本,后来他们交了16美金才把护照拿回来。黑暗呢。。!!酒店的棋盘吴哥遗迹(Temples of Angkor)吴哥遗迹氏柬埔寨的灵魂所在。虽然泰国一直在宣扬吴哥遗迹属于泰国,但我会一直坚持,吴哥遗迹只能属于柬埔寨自己。吴哥遗迹是柬埔寨人灵感和民族骄傲的源泉,正是它激励着柬埔寨人民在经历了各种劫难之后仍在顽强不息的经营自己生活。这一伟大奇迹的成就来源于神的灵感。古代高棉帝国的都城吴哥是创作激情和精神信仰的完美结合。柬埔寨的历代神王在塑造他们祖先形象的时候,都力求在大小、比例和对称方面做得更好。知道世界上最大的宗教建筑吴哥窟的建成,这种努力也达到了极致。到了今天,有数百家寺庙被保留了下来,联合国也在号召各个国家,为了这个人类文明的共同财产,募捐修缮。吴哥的公共建筑和宫殿都是用木材建造的,如今年代久远都已腐烂。只有神才能居住的砖石结构的建筑,才能保留至今。很多旅游攻略都会提到吴哥路线的大圈和小圈。但是务必要参考常规旅行团的路线,才能避开成群结队的韩国、台湾旅行团。另外,每4天会有一个佛日,佛日当天是不能登小吴哥最高层(天堂的)。所以提前要规划好路线。当然,没有时间压力,边走边看,也会遇到自己的“偶遇”。 第一天,集合完毕,第一步就是去办理吴哥窟三日门票。吴哥三日门票,吴哥门票有防伪,而且当时会给你拍照,印在上面。在每个遗迹门口还会有查票的,要是用假票,会被罚得很惨很惨!!僧侣现代的寺庙去往大吴哥的路,两边是红土地和茂密的丛林路边的商贩吴哥王城(Angkor Thom)固若金汤的吴哥王城,又被我们成为(大吴哥或者大城),占地10平方公里。是由吴哥最伟大的国王阇耶跋摩七世(1181-1219)修建。吴哥王城是以巴戎寺为中心,周围有8米高,12公里长的城墙,外层还绕着一条100米宽的护城河。它的建筑布局同样也遵循了须弥山被海洋包围这一惯例。王城有五扇大门,北、西、南三方各有一扇,东面有两扇。大门高20米,以象鼻作为装饰,顶端有四个巨大的观世音菩萨头像(四面佛)面对着主要的方向。每扇门前都排列着54个天神像(在引导的左侧,也叫修罗),和54个恶魔雕塑(在引导的右侧,也叫阿修罗),这一设计借鉴了乳海翻腾中的主。南门是目前维护最好的,因为南门也是四周大门最繁华的,所以佛像被偷盗的最少。 以象鼻为装饰的王者之门第一站:圣剑寺(Preah Khan)圣剑寺是吴哥王城最大的寺庙之一,这里有错综复杂的拱形长廊,精美的雕刻和长满青苔的巨石。它与塔布隆寺形成了完美的对应。它紧邻吴哥城东北方。相传该寺是阇耶跋摩七世为纪念他父亲而修建的。这座寺庙供奉了515位神,一年之中,18个主要节日的庆典活动都是在这里举行。圣剑寺占地面积很大。但是寺庙本身仅位于700*800的长方形围墙内。在寺庙的门口立着数尊手拿长蛇搅动乳海的修罗与阿修罗,在东西两边,有一列长的砂岩石莲花墙,而莲花上曾经有佛像,但在湿婆派主持时,被毁坏了不少。整个建筑呈十字型,中心是中央圣堂,周边是由拱顶长廊连着的东、南、西、北四扇大门,门外则是漫长的甬道。中央圣堂,的内墙因饰以青铜而闪现出迷人的光彩,内里供奉着Avalokiteshvara。那是依照国王的面容设计的神像,有高僧日夜陪伴左右,烟雾缭绕,木鱼送经,昼夜不息。圣剑寺,循着落叶无尽的甬道,一阵风吹过,真腊国王千年前的一瞬间,就这样被抓住,或是被错过。 左右两排修罗与阿秀罗,很多都被破坏或偷走。Maple不喜欢面目恐怖的阿修罗,所以还是和慈善的修罗合影吧。([]
本次活动是由Haglofs 中国公司策划组织,主旨除了让大家体验瑞典这座“北欧雪国”之外,也希望能让我们更了解Haglofs的历史和发展过程。能够参加这样的活动,我很高兴,感谢8264把这次体验机会给了我,感谢Haglofs 中国公司组织的活动。出发时间正好赶上过年,我在瑞典给大家拜年了。祝愿大家蛇年快乐,吉祥幸福永无疆!2月12日——北京集合出发飞往斯德哥尔摩到了机场看到已经有中文指示牌,真的非常方便。出关时候遇上一些小麻烦,瑞典海关官员在帮助我们办理出关手续。瑞典于中国时差7个小时,北京时间下午2点的飞机,到达是瑞典当地时间1610分。24小时没睡觉,一直过下午,吃了好多次晚饭。斯德哥尔摩在下雪,还好不像导游说的那么冷。2月13日——参观Haglofs总部以及在瑞典的旗舰店低调的正门这里有好几只狗狗,原来是公司允许员工带宠物上班,太人性化了。在总部不仅可以带狗狗上班,公司还为员工每周请来一名按摩师为员工免费按摩服务、还可以任选一天在家工作。品牌总监RICHARD给我们讲解了Haglofs的历史:Haglofs于1914年在瑞典的Dalarna镇上由VictorHaglof所创立。Haglofs在创立之初是以生产背包为主。90多年过去了,Haglofs现在已经成长为瑞典最大的户外品牌,同时也是北欧地区最大的户外产品制造商和提供商,其拥有全线的户外装备并分为服饰、鞋品及配件三大类。公司对环保要求很高,员工买车汽车排量不能高于2.0。对运输都是用海运,就是为了降低碳排放。他们和合作的企业也有一些要求,也是对环保和员工的待遇进行考核。公司有多名世界冠军,如滑雪,跳伞等。Haglofs 看到熟悉的8264公仔,感觉8264真的无处不在。一共60多人的团队,销售额达到7.8个亿有人说我装小清新,其实我真滴是小清新。摄影室Haglofs 有很多咖啡间、处处体现人性化、羡慕。市场经理AMILA女士一直做为我们的陪同,接机,带我们吃饭,带我们去旗舰店。 斯德哥尔摩的Haglofs总部新址,是用厂房改建。位于湖边,景色优美。内部办公环境的简捷舒适让一行人羡慕不已,而作为一个国际知名品牌只有十几个人的设计团队(公司设计服装6人,鞋4人,背包2人),其工作效率之高也给所有人留下深刻印象。Haglofs的旗舰店位于斯千哥尔摩市中心商业区的一个十字路口,300多平的面积虽然不是很大,但分区明确、摆放有序,还有Haglofs特有的鲜明色彩,空间感强,视觉感观也很有冲击性。作为品牌的专卖店,集中体现一种产品,显得更有气势。旗舰店外景Haglofs的旗舰店位于斯千哥尔摩市中心商业区的一个十字路口,300多平的面积虽然不是很大,但分区明确、摆放有序,还有Haglofs特有的鲜明色彩,空间感强,视觉感观也很有冲击性。作为品牌的专卖店,集中体现一种产品,显得更有气势。斯德哥尔摩中心城区街景、晚上由斯德哥尔摩乘火车到Kiruna、这里要说的一句的就是,火车站进入大厅不过安检、无人检票,在车站里面好多大屏幕你只要看好你要做的车次以及站台号、剩下就可以直接上车。斯德哥尔摩到科罗娜火车票990瑞典克朗,在欧洲座火车要比飞机贵很多,Haglofs想的很周到、从斯德哥尔摩坐了18个小时火车到瑞典北边一个小镇KIRUNA,进到北极圈200公里。(火车站)2月14日——入住冰雪酒店本人倾情露点演绎,拒绝裸替。打倒烟民酒吧冰雪酒店里面的酒吧在酒吧庆祝太浪漫了,必须带老婆一起来中国主酒店内景在冰雪酒店举办婚礼的新人手印墙冰雪酒店酒吧,用的酒杯都是冰做的喝完以后摆出的造型,起名节节高冰雪酒店和普通的酒店可以不一样,在零下20多度的房间睡觉还是需要勇气滴,这位洋妞给大家讲解入住酒店一些基本常识、(最不人性化的一点就是没有配暖被窝的、哈哈)([]
