序: 今年六月间,我攀登了阿拉斯加山脉的主峰麦金利。海拔6193米的北美第一高峰麦金利,位于北极圈附近,气候恶劣,虽然海拔并不高,但攀登的相对高度却超过珠峰,被称为登山家的坟墓,历史上有很多著名登山家在此殒落。麦金利可以说是我所攀登过的山峰最美的一座了,整个攀登期间,共拍了六千多幅照片。 在整理相片时,攀登的情形不时再现,有时,心绪深深陷入在对某张相片的记忆里不能自拔,或悲或喜,宛如第二次攀登。照片本身我不喜欢裁剪或者过度PS,这样能尽量保持原状态。文字虽称诗,但谈不上是诗,最多只是一点心情,望与朋友们分享,更望指教,谢谢~ 另说明:1、此贴不是游记,详细游记《路的尽头》正在写作中,希望能在年底完成,呈现给喜欢的朋友们。2、不是按时间顺序写的,前后秩序有些乱,抱歉~ 今年夏季攀登期间,法国和比利时两个登山家先后在滑坠而亡,痛惜并仅以此贴怀念。死亡,对所有登山者来说,都是必须要学会面对的课。同时,这种死亡也被赋予了另外一种悲壮的美,像一阵鼓声敲打着登山者的灵魂。对于登山者来说,雪山如同永恒的情人,爱有多远,路就有多远~从C3到C4攀登中,遇到刚刚从山上撤下来的登山者,脸上挂满冰碴,沧桑的样子特别悲壮。因为那一阵天气特别不好,得知有的队在山上已经等待了二十九天,还没能登顶,另有两个队员已经滑坠遇难,对所有没能登顶的队员我都心生慈悲,每每遇到他们,都会在心里向失败的登顶者致敬。从C2到C3攀登十分累人,每个人除了自己装备外,还要分摊公用物资,拖着雪橇在漫长而松软的雪上行走,极其艰难。可当我行进到这里,看到队友像狗一样爬行时的悲壮,在这种光与影的氛围中,突然因为卑微而感到做为人的幸运。在那个傍晚,没有黑夜(在这个季节,麦金利只有白天),只有无畏,只有一颗狮子般勇敢的心。快到C3营地时,当一个国外登山者孤独的剪影呈现在我镜头里时,那种温暖的感觉让我想起小时候的家。谢谢母亲。那天下午,在C3营地的帐篷里,我一直看着这哥俩在雪坡上吃力地爬着,雪坡和人都是那样的干净,他们干净的样子让我感动,难以描述,其实,山与人应该可以交融,人本就是自然的一部分~从C3到C4攀登途中,路过这个风口,遭遇强风暴。此前,法国登山家就是在此滑坠的~ 在这里,风暴如此之大,吹得雪坡都起了波痕,让人无法行走,就是站都站不稳,等了一个多小时,风仍不见小,只得再一步步胆战心惊地下撤。从海拔五千多米的山上向下看去,山下一如白色海洋,无声的波涛拍打着堤岸,宛如一曲安魂的歌,听着时,心,无限悲壮~即使远在北极圈附近的麦金利山,人类生活对环境的影响依然明显,雪线也在一天天的消退,让人揪心也让人悲伤。如果连麦金利的雪都消逝了,人类的命运也就开始了倒计时~对山我一直心存敬畏,却一直没有过害怕。我喜欢那种融入和被融入的感觉,虽然前面充满不可预知,但也正因为如此,吸引着我。有时候,你迈出了一步,就会看到另一种人生~有时,走在雪山上,雪山厚重、无言的样子,让我常想起已经离去的父亲,想着小时候,他背我上医院看病的情景。我尝试着与父亲对话,减轻我攀登过程中的疲惫、苦难和恐惧感,更想让他知道我对他的思念。 坐在飞往大本营的小飞机上俯瞰阿拉斯加原生态立体风景,湖畔、草原,白云、群山层次分明,高大的麦金利山巅直入云宵,大地上的一切摄人心魄。看到群山,就想到了一辈子都在山中行走着的父亲。父亲从部队甫转业地方,就被打成了右派。父亲二十年右派最初的生涯是在地质勘探队里挖了几年的槽井中度过的,并落下了矽肺病,最终死于矽肺病引起的哮喘。父亲是个热爱大自然的人,棋琴棋书画无所不通,却生不逢时,郁郁而终。每每看到好的风景,或者登上了山,都想告诉父亲,但,也只能等到来日了。谢谢生我培养我的父亲,一生从没说过一句谎话的父亲!对我来说,对登山的热爱早已超过了对死亡的恐惧,但登山过程中,对那些离去者还是充满了痛惜,对生命本身还是充满悲悯~挑选这幅照片时,恍如一下又回到了当时。那天登顶下撤的过程异常艰难,最后走到大本营时,我双脚一共起了8个大水泡。行进中,袜子和血水粘在一起,每步都疼痛着。现在看着照片,已经不再疼痛,只有梦境般的雄壮和冷~那天沐浴在这样的阳光下,看着雪坡上的那人在蓝色阴影中一点点移动的身形,清风中,细碎的雪花在阳光中轻舞,一切如此美好。然而,人世很短、生命无常,这是无奈,也正是我们要珍惜当下的缘由呀~在雪坡上俯瞰海拔4300米的C4营地,小路上,一个人正在往回走着,还有三三二二的人正在帐篷外晒着太阳聊着天,有的要继续向上攀登,有的则是要下去了,但他们悠闲的样子,轻松、自在。有时候,当你看着这样美丽而清新的营地,就像看着自己曾经呆过的乡村,就像面对才见又要与之分别的情人~一夜大雪覆盖了C3营地,第二天上午的天空中,还在飘着细细的雪,看着眼前的一切,心中一片宁静,有很多的话想要说出来~在四号营地附近,有一个叫着“世界边缘”的地方,举目望去,悲凉的感觉没有尽头,整个时空仿佛都充满着深深的母爱~~这张照片上的文字是在中秋前夕写的,这个世上,我最愧对的,就是我的双亲了。我还没能好好孝顺他们,他们就走了。我经常在梦里梦到他们,每次醒来,枕头边都是湿的。在这里愿意天下所有活着的父母健康快乐~攀登雪山,走累的时候,就想睡觉,那是极度疲惫和高反的表现。看到前面的兄弟走的摇摇晃晃的样子,却无法帮助到他。在山上,一切只能靠自己~一些人走了,一些人却永远留下在了山上。有一些悲伤是短暂的,有些悲伤却很久远。在这个世上,正是因为悲伤,才使我们更加性情,才更懂得珍惜~风暴如此猛烈,横向穿过来,想将我们吹下山去。只有用这种姿势才能站稳,其实说不怕是假的,恐惧的感觉很冷~一场雪,突然而起,不是来自天上,而是从山坡下被风倒灌,吹得人像腾云驾雾一般,冰冷,站都站不稳,人类的渺小和无奈,人类的坚强都在这幅画里了~登山的风险无处不在,每个登山的人都明白,但还是来了,他们登的山,也是自己的梦。登山的时候,他们都是自己心中的山~快到C3营地的最后一个大雪坡,人类的渺小和伟大都在这样背景的映衬下呈现出来了,让我震撼无比。傍晚,两座雪山像两位端坐的老人,冷眼旁观着人世间的一切,冷眼旁观着登山者的一切,几千万年了,他们都是这样端坐着。看懂的人,能感受到他们那晚的慈祥。攻顶成功,下撤到海拔C5营地,晚上一轮明月又大又亮,与太阳余晖共存于长空。看到站在营地崖际间的老罗正在拍摄,面对此景,亲人和家乡的样子也越来越清晰,像流水不息~那天午夜,我目睹了一次太阳落下和太阳升起的过程,我经历了一次阳光将无数星星撒落在雪坡上的震撼。但这里的天空越美,就越让我想着纯朴的家乡——马鞍山~([]

“一期”表示人的一生;“一会”则意味仅有一次的相会。百多年前大将井伊直弼诠解道,“茶会也可为‘一期一会’之缘也。即便主客多次相会也罢。但也许再无相会之时,为此作为主人应尽心招待客人而不可有半点马虎,而作为客人也要理会主人之心意,并应将主人的一片心意铭记于心中,因此主客皆应以诚相待。此乃为‘一期一会’也。”人生及其每个瞬间都不能重复。 “一期一会”提醒人们要珍惜每个瞬间的机缘,并为人生中可能仅有的一次相会,付出全部的心力;若因漫不经心轻忽了眼前所有,那会是比擦身而过更为深刻的遗憾。 一直放在博客里未曾拿出,这是2012一段美好的回忆。不管世事多么纷纷扰扰,枫叶的帖子依旧坚持旅游即时生活,真诚和大家交流,但是本帖依旧坚持勿谈政治!传说,古老的大阪住着一位可爱的老爷爷,老爷爷每天都会用烤炉,制作绵绵软软香气扑鼻的起司蛋糕。周围的街坊邻居总会聚集在老爷爷家门口,等待新鲜出炉的美味蛋糕。 当然,老爷爷的故事是我杜撰的,不过老爷爷起司蛋糕店是真心存在滴哟。枫叶的小屋,请您光临:如果你想多认识我。枫叶的微博 https//weibo.com/huwai8264?/huwai8264?/huwai8264?/huwai8264?/maplebj不过这里都是一些家长里短的小事。从机场抵达到动物园前太洋,休整片刻,就赶紧携队伍出发了。网站上的地图实在太抽象,我们在难波站转了两大圈,吃了长崎拉面攒足体力,又穿过道具筋,再问过无数哥哥妹妹店员后,才找到这里。出来前被洗脑,说这家店,无论平时还是周末,从开门到闭店,永远是大排场龙,而且除了多观光客之外,也很多日本当地人在排。一路走到千日前筋的尽头,都已经快放弃了,远远看到某家店门口排了好多人,心里就觉得,肯定是到了!酱~~酱~~!!感谢M同学,不懈的努力,带我们找到了可爱的老爷爷家。满足了我的口福之欲。五一是姐姐生日,大家一起happy birthday! 感谢M同学,不懈的努力,带我们找到了可爱的老爷爷家。满足了我的口福之欲。五一是姐姐生日,大家一起happy birthday!满眼的花花广告牌,全凭猜,这个貌似是起司蛋糕和新品布丁的特价套餐,好诱人哟。为了避免蛋糕压扁,所以店面很贴心的,都会帮你用盒子把蛋糕装起来喔!整个店铺里面,都是年轻女士在烘焙或者服务,后厨在柜台就能一览无余,眼巴巴看着新鲜的蛋糕出炉,整个人都会跟着兴奋起来。其实如果习惯重口味的起司蛋糕的人,应该会觉得老爷爷起司蛋糕的味道有点淡。老爷爷起司蛋糕味道较属于轻奶酪,相较之下,会显得比较没有强烈的口味,但是,引人入胜的是较为温和的奶香味与口感。 有发现上面还烫印着可爱的老爷爷图像吗?这是在刚出炉的时候,店员当我们的面现场烫上去的喔~我们坐在店里,用汤匙挖来吃~哈,因为太过顺口,所以在吃完分量极大的长崎拉面之后,我们四个快速的分食了一只。为什么Rikuro's老爷爷起司蛋糕这么受欢迎的原因之一!那就是这样一个份量十足的起司蛋糕(直径18cm),只要日币588啦!台币大概两百块左右 这价格不管是在日本人的金钱观来说连对铁公鸡的台湾主妇来说,这都超超超~便宜的啦!蛋糕下方,还可以看到有许多葡萄干!吃起司蛋糕吃到最后容易口味感到烦腻,所以最后吃上几颗葡萄干,可以中和甜腻的口味~传说中的断面图啦~Rikuro'老爷爷起司蛋糕所使用的起司,都是丹麦所进口的浓郁起司,加上新鲜的牛奶与鸡蛋,吃下后口内即有股清爽的奶香味呢! 而最特别的是:与一般的起司蛋糕不同,蛋糕体本身的口感偏向有点类似略软的海绵蛋糕,湿度适中,真的是入口即化呢~!教大家有五种能美味享受老爷爷起司蛋糕的方法:1 刚出炉热呼呼的时候,享受那温热入口即化的美味2 在常温的状态下,享受素材的原本的美味3 冰镇过后,味道更加浓郁,推荐夏天品尝4 吃不完的蛋糕,使用微波炉加热后,享受二度入口即化般的美味5 等待加热的时间里,享受烤箱里传来阵阵的起司香 6个装需要冷藏的香草焦糖布丁。特别滑,好像美味的鸡蛋冻一般。这期间是有期间限定只贩卖到4月底的草莓香蕉蛋糕哟!可惜我们实在吃不下了,又不好保存,生生错过了美味的限量版。据说,里面添加大量的当季新鲜草莓跟香蕉,加上清爽的鲜奶油跟大量鸡蛋的蛋糕体!!如果有机会到大阪玩乐的朋友们,如果想尝试看看Rikuro's老爷爷起司蛋糕,建议不一定要在难波商店街大排长龙。可以到其它更大的店铺买,能慢慢的挑选自己想要的商品~ 日本自由行成型的条件之一,就是这证。目前,日本自由行证有两种:1、三年多次往返证。获得条件:第一次必须去冲绳,且在冲绳停留住宿。冲绳是远离日本本土的小小岛,如果安排冲绳+日本本土如大阪、东京的自由行,还要从冲绳那霸机场乘坐飞机飞到其他地方。当然,第一次安排去冲绳的4、5日自由行,三年内便一劳永逸的可以不受限制安排自由行计划了。2、三个月有效,停留15天以内的一次有效证。这种证可以以日本任何地方为目的地前往。不过,由于日本大使馆的规定,不接受个人提交证申请,只接受指定旅行社提交申请,且,必须在同一旅行社购买机票以及住宿酒店,才核发证。因此在此过程中,各处询价的结果就是,必定会被旅行社在机票和住宿上宰一刀。通过旅行社购买机票+酒店+证的概念一直萦绕在心头,因此3月初时,考察了ctrip冲绳自由行的线路。无奈,冲绳的吸引力还是弱了一些,又考虑到未必有太多机会往返日本多次,因此便考虑直接去日本本土,办理一次。其实,Maple已经去了日本三次,不过老爸之前说,一定要我带姐姐去一次,此行,就当还了老爸的愿望。选定目的地为关西后,还是先从ctrip查询自由行报价。ctrip的打包证费真是太便宜了,才200多还是300多人民币。其实它的机+酒+证的自由行套餐蛮不错,不过就在比较酒店很久准备下订的时候,ctrip提示选择的商务酒店全部没有房间。无奈无奈,只得再寻它法。朋友多就是好,还是和朋友的闲聊得知,其实有的旅行社是可以单独出证的,自己再搞定机票和住宿就好。大家去万能的TB,就有多家在做。报价基本在800-1000元之间。不过Maple最后选择了一个线下旅行社,其间也经历了旅行社抢客户、旅行社拖延时间等状况,不过经鉴定,还是满靠谱的。证所需资料,各旅行社细节要求不同,不过大体不超过:因私护照1. 护照原件。申请人的护照自出发日起必须至少还有6个月以上的有效期;2. 护照最后一页须有申请者本人用蓝、黑色水笔中文名。3. 护照内应至少有两页完整的空白证页,不包含备注页;4. 若曾经换发过护照同时请提供旧护照。 照片近1年内拍摄的两寸(3.5cmx4.5cm)白底光面彩照2张。 身份证正反面复印件 户口本1. 本人户口本整本复印件(需连同第一页空白页一起复印)2. 如是集体户口,请提供集体户口首页复印件及本人页复印件。 在职证明1. 工作单位出具的中文在职证明原件(用印有公司抬头、地址、电话、传真的抬头纸打印),加盖公司公章。2. 提供在有效期内的单位营业执照副本复印件或组织机构代码证复印件(需要有有效年检章)。加盖公司公章。 资产证明(以下请至少提供2项,请尽可能多的提供,有助于提高出率)1. 房产证复印件。2. 五万元以上的中英文银行存款证明原件;或5-10万元资产银行冻结三个月原件。3. 车产或购车发票复印件等。4. 工资卡、信用卡、储蓄卡等,提供近期6个月内使用明细单。机票预订单往返机票预订单(出后实际入境日期 须与送时提供的预订单入境日期一致,否则可能导致入境不成功)。 证申请表申请者本人用黑色水笔、中文填写。 有的还需要:结婚证如是已婚人员,提供结婚证复印件。 暂住证居住地(工作地)和户口所在地不一致,须提供暂住证原件 有的旅行社还需要:担保函或押金,根据申请证人的资产条件,这个就要具体问具体分析了。证申请书和在职证明模板旅行社都会给,这里展示一下。所有资料准备完全后,交给旅行社,合同,交钱,等待10天,就等出了。期间旅行社还会嘱咐你,如果大使馆打电话过来询问,怎样回答。Maple就是赶上了换新的证官,证被拖了几天,老姐还真被抽查到。不过一切顺利,只待出发!住宿解决方案:动物园前大阪太洋hotel在自由行花费中,住宿费用仅排在机票费用之后,是第二大消费项目。 曾经有网络上的朋友问我,如何控制自由旅行的预算,Maple的回复是,通过提前预定特价机票,控制住第一大消费项目;然后寻找低价的青年旅社或者民宿,以控制住第二大消费项目。这样,就可以把节省下来的预算,花费在目的地的吃喝玩乐上了。当然,预算充足,或者享乐型的旅行方式除外。周围有不少志同道合的朋友,与Maple的旅行观念相似。朋友多,优势就是,当自己有需要的时候,总会有热情的朋友伸出援助之手,为我指点一二。在准备2012年四人日本关西大旅行的过程中,朋友的经验,为迷途中的Maple,拨开了纷扰的云雾。其中一点,就是住宿的解决方案。4.30出发,5.6日回程。期间主要目的地是大阪、京都与奈良三地。从地图上看这三地的地理位置,分别处于三角形的状态。其实,这三地之间的单程时间花费,基本都在1个小时左右。因此主打这三地的旅行,可以考虑住在交通发达,夜生活丰富的大阪。早晨通过发达的日本轨道网络去到各个地方进行白天的行程,也是很方便的。当然,如果想要体验京都的品味,期间换到京都住宿1-2天也是不错的选择。全程住大阪,还是中间换到京都住,是当时让Maple很头疼的选择。去过关西若干次的风帆,在住宿方面颇有心得,为Maple推荐了位于大阪御堂筋线与堺筋线交叉点的动物园前站的经济住宿:Hotel Taiyo。考察了一圈关西地区星级酒店的住宿费用,太洋一晚一间4000日元的住宿费的确是大大的吸引力。因此Maple最后决定,全程入住大阪Taiyo,中途免去拖着行李换酒店的烦恼。一、预订Maple订住宿的网站:日本乐天https//travel.rAKUten.co.jp/HOTEL/19666/19666.html 住宿名称:ビジネスホテル太洋<大阪府>taiyo自己的官网,也接受预订,价格与乐天一样:https//www.hotel-taiyo.com/预订很简单,不需要押金,保险起见,打印出预订成功页面带过去check in。其实酒店前台自己也有一本记录,只要你报的名字符合,不需要任何证明文件,也是可以入住的。二、入住体验个人感觉,这家酒店应该属于日本六七十年代比较好的商务酒店,房间不大,但地理位置非常之方便。因为时间久远,现在变身物美价廉的国际化旅社。旅馆一共九层,第九层是女性专用楼层,这层的卫生间马桶还是带加热坐垫的,相当体贴。下面的楼层房型基本分为2大类,带卫生间还是不带卫生间。其中每种还分和式和洋式。带卫生间的一晚住宿费4000日元,相当于RMB320元。不带卫生间的一晚住宿费是3000日元。([]
2013年春节,准备去越南柬埔寨看看。 原计划是从南宁陆路进越南,由北往南穿越越南到柬埔寨吴哥窟后回国。 做好计划开始买飞机票时发现,从柬埔寨暹粒回国的机票比较贵,从国内去胡志明的机票倒是比较便宜。 这次去柬埔寨主要就是去看那世界七大奇迹的吴哥窟,去寻找高棉的微笑,这是不能略去的。 于是就有了直飞胡志明市,由胡志明市去柬埔寨暹粒,再回到胡志明市,再一路北下,经过美奈,大叻,牙庄,惠安,顺化,河内,下龙湾回国的路线。 虽然去柬埔寨走了个回头路,但从节约自己并不充分的资金上来看,还是个不错的选择。 废话不多说,直接看图说话,虽然照片质量不好,但以量取胜吧。 一千多张照片记录了全程,并附有路线攻略。 春节前,赶上越南证涨价,我们是两次入境越南,需要一月两次入境,两本证花了1140元。 福州飞上海再飞胡志明市两人机票包括税费2850元。 因为我们的飞机是凌晨到达胡志明市,在国内预定了宾馆,2晚总计30刀,加接机14刀。 带了1300刀,剩余290刀。两个人总花费约10566元。 飞机正点到达胡志明市已经是凌晨1点了。 出关很顺利。 走出机场就看到有人举着我们名字的大牌子。 如果不是这么晚到达,根本不需要订酒店和接机,机场有大巴去市内。 在BOOKING订的房间总是不能让人满意,(但又能去哪里订纳?), 只有一个优点是提供早餐。 住在范五老街的小胡同里,走出胡同口就看见The SinhTourist的招牌。这个小帅哥是店里唯一会汉语的人。要不然,真不知道只会几个英语单词的半大老人怎么搞定买很多班次的汽车票。在The SinhTourist买了明天由胡志明市去柬埔寨暹粒的车票。本想买好回来时由胡志明市去河内的OPENBUS全程票。由于赶上了越南的春运。虽然现在是提前了一星期买票,但只有胡志明--美奈--大叻这一段路程有车票。而且只剩余4张票,赶紧掏钱把这一段的票先买了。其实在范五老街有很多家公司经营OPENBUS。我们从The SinhTourist出来,走了不到50米,看到一家公司卖OPENBUS票。可是售票员不会汉语,我们又不懂英语。正在对牛弹琴时,一位新加坡人也来买票,帮助我们买好了后半程的车票,而且还是全程卧铺车票。显然,这段路程的车票已经涨价。现在想想,The SinhTourist不是没有票,他是在等涨价再卖。涨点钱能买到票就好。我们后来遇到很多人买不到车票,从而打乱了整个旅游计划。我们避开了国内的春运,来到越南却赶上了越南的春运。看来,春节期间也要避开越南旅游了。这家公司的马路对面有换汇的,汇率比市中心区的金店低点。换了点越南盾去吃午饭,就在大街边上的小店。价格一点也不比国内便宜,越南人做生意是一致对外,内外有别。范五老街志性建筑。旅店有简易地图。范五老街距胡志明市的景点并不是很远,我们也想走路沿线看看。来前就听说越南的水果鲜榨汁很好喝,路边看到一家,结果是大失所望。晚上回来在小胡同的另一出口处,有一家现做现卖,有很多人坐在小板凳上等待,那个才是好喝。街边小公园街景在繁华的大街中央广场,有一尊骑马铜像,是越南的民族英雄陈元汉。他昭示世人,越南人民是不会忘记历史的。说到越南的历史,是离不开中国的。秦朝时,秦始皇派军队征服了越南北部,中国的版图扩大到越南。公元10世纪,五代十国时,交趾叛乱。爱州(今越南清化)牙将吴权在海门镇打败汉军,次年称王。968年越南丁朝建立,安南最终建立了国家,但一千多年来一直作为中国的属国或藩属国。19世纪后期,法国对越南进行殖民侵略,清朝派兵抵抗,冯子材和刘永福、黑旗军等参战。1885年,清政府与法国订《中法新约》,被迫承认越南独立。从此,越南彻底从中国版图独立,并沦为法国殖民地。1945年第二次世界大战结束前后,胡志明在越南北方的河内宣布独立。而南方还处在受法国殖民保护的保大皇帝管辖之下。1954年7月21,署《日内瓦协议》。《日内瓦协议》规定,越南以北纬17度为界,南北分治,北方由胡志明领导,南方由保大皇帝统治。1955年7月17日,美国撕毁了《日内瓦协议》,取代法国在越南南方的地位,设定了所谓的越南共和国。吴庭艳发动政变,废黜保大皇帝,自己当了总统,建立南越南共和国,首都为西贡。自此,越南南方沦为美国新殖民主义的殖民地。1961年,越南战争爆发,美国与韩国、菲律宾、泰国、澳大利亚、新西兰等国组成联军,介入了这场战争。中国出动军方和大量民力、免费物质,支持越南,援越抗美。1973年1月27日《巴黎协定》订,美国承认越南民主共和国在国际上的法律地位,退出越南战争。同年3月从越南南方撤出全部军队及其同盟者军队和军事人员。1975年5月,胡志明领导的越盟(即后来的越南劳动党)击败了吴庭艳政府。1976年7月,越南南北实现统一,定国名为越南社会主义共和国,首都为河内。为了纪念胡志明的伟业,将前南方首府西贡改名为胡志明市。陈元汉铜像前方是滨城市场,是胡志明市最大的市场。里面各类生活旅游纪念用品齐全。还有各类越南小吃。越南曾经沦为法殖民地,法式烙印无处不在,从早点的法棍到街边的咖啡店让人以为身处欧洲某小镇。中国元素也无处不在,从门面上的汉字到理发小作坊。刮胡子捏背与国内一样舒坦。无论大街小巷,摩托都是绝对的主力。原来以为越南是个穷国。现在已经颠覆了以前的认识。越南国家是不富,但人民却不穷。不像天国,国家富人民穷。到总统府已经快4点了,拍了张照片没进去。门前有妹妹执勤,很乐意与我合影。合影后还到没有路灯的马路上将往来车辆叫停,让我们轻松过马路。胡志明市路边有很多这样大的公园,供市民在公园里休闲歇息。从总统府走到红教堂只有几分钟的路程。圣母大教堂是法国人于1883年建成,据说建造教堂的红砖全部是从法国运来,是仿照巴黎圣母院钟楼的设计建造的。教堂不收门票,但只对游客开放前面一小部分。站在教堂的入口处,看那高大的穹顶和花窗,配上庄严肃穆的神像,显得庄重又有气势。从教堂前方看,两座40米高的白色钟塔直冲云霄。门前伫立着一座重达4吨的圣母玛丽亚雕像,红色基座白色雕像与身后的红教堂相配的极为融洽。红教堂的旁边是百年邮政局。从外表看是一幢普通的欧式建筑。但里面穹顶设计源自伦敦水晶宫的大玻璃屋顶。漂亮的地砖,红色电话亭,手绘的西贡地图和墙上巨幅胡志明画像勾勒出一幅豪华又安详的画面。我也不能免俗,在这豪华又古老的邮局里寄出一张写给自己的明信片。走出邮局,四周景色。红教堂正对着的路是胡志明市最繁华的一条路。路口街头的宣传画,好像又回到40年前的中国。中国统治了越南上千年,越南的很多民俗与中国一样。传统节日主要有春节、清明、端午、中秋、重阳等。现在春节快到了,路上张灯结彩,很有过年的气氛。也不乏高档商场,大牌云集。进百盛商场看看,世界各地的大牌都能在这里看到。二楼还有吃饭的地方。PHO24米粉连锁店在越南很有名气,但我不喜欢吃米粉,没尝试。走过百盛就是歌剧院,歌剧院的建筑风格是最具法属时期的建筑。([]
本贴所有图文,均属原创。谢绝一切形式的转载。如有需要,请站短。本次出行线路:上海-成都-稻城-中甸-丽江-六库-贡山-匹河-老姆登-六库-大理-昆明-上海。10月12号从家里出发,11月2号凌晨到家,总计耗时21天。本次出行同伴:花花。5月刚一起走了新藏线。好人,好姑娘,好伴。并不是一趟很愉快的旅行,在四川境内时,天气太糟糕,在亚丁的两天雨雪交加,下得人眼睛都睁不开。三座神山无一得见全部真容,统统昙花一现即隐在云雾中。21天的全部费用是4160元。性价比偏低(我去年在川青藏甘也是晃了21天,费用是3000不到)。稻城中甸包括丽江这些地方,早已经不是传说中的香格里拉,处处悬着大刀,有些明,有些暗,一不小心,就中招了。中国景点的门票之高,已是全世界之最。不知道这样发展下去,再过几年,我辈还去得起国内的什么地方。在成都聚会时,就听得破猪和南猪不停地说某某景点门票是多少,某某地方又圈起来收钱了……而以前,都几乎是极低或者根本免费的。破猪说:“太贵了,真是去不起啊!”这趟走完之后,深以为然。丽江已不是印象里的丽江,古城已扩大了三四倍,喧嚣闹腾,日夜笙歌,象一个踏进红尘的村野少女,迅速变得世故艳丽媚俗,连一点点矜持都没有了,只剩下急不可耐。好在大理却还是那时的大理。本次出行运气不好,号称从不掉东西的我,丢了两样东西,一把瑞士军dao,一把伞,都是跟随我多年的好伙伴,尤其是前者,心疼了我很长时间。后来到了大理,偶遇一个摔锅,送了我一把伞。可惜我的军dao,落在了丽江到六库的大巴上,再也回不来了,不知道它如今的主人是谁?稻城,去往傍河的路边。亚丁,珍珠海边。丽江,街头。去秋那桶,同行的藏族MM。丙中洛全景图。在老姆登俯瞰怒江。走完新藏线回来,到处对人说,这下彻底对高原审美疲劳了。可是还没过一个月,一听到和高原有关的歌,心就又开始痒痒。关于国庆长假如何过,很是纠结彷徨了一阵子,先是南猪叫我和他们一起穿越贡嘎,我怕一上去就是大强度运动,肯定放倒,拖累大家,不太敢答应他。南猪拍胸脯保证给我搞到高原安。我又想着即使弄到了药,等穿越完也才10月上旬,稻城的秋色肯定还不够浓艳……胡思乱想了好几天,终于决定,长假还是宅在家里,等完了再出动,也省得处处跟人挤。出行要考虑综合因素,尽量提高性价比,所以我定的是上海-绵阳的票,出发那天上网一查,有免费大巴直接送到成都,赶紧预定了一个位置。之前我还在头痛12号晚上在绵阳的住宿该如何安排呢。行李尽量精简,厚衣服就带一件羽绒,抓绒已经整理出来,看着满当当的包,又给我扔回柜子里去了。所有药品除了淘宝买的高原安(淘宝真是好地方,以后不用求爹爹告奶奶找人弄高原安了,嘿嘿)和阿莫西林(额,俺扁桃体容易发炎,多年的老毛病了),其他一概不带。5月走新藏时,我带了大瓶的善存,后来回家时,给我扔在乌鲁木齐的酒店里了。这次啥都不带,爱咋咋地吧。火车站坐一号线,到人民广场换二号线,虹桥二号航站楼出来,坐地面摆渡车到一号航站楼,换票,过安检……一路马不停蹄。老天真开眼,十次倒有九次误的春秋,今天居然准时到分钟,晚上9点40分到达绵阳,出口处看到举着免费大巴牌子的人等在那里,再一看,俺的大名,排在预定大巴第一位。两小时到成都人民公园,打个的直奔据点武侯祠,入住梦之旅青旅,和先到一天的花花顺利会合。坐在床上一看,时间是凌晨十二点十分。梦之旅6人间下铺40/人,上铺是35/人。我住了下铺。前台承认他们又涨价了,这让我很不爽。下次我不住他家了,我去隔壁的九龙鼎。虹桥瞎捏一张。早上起来,和花花先到新南门买好明天去稻城的票。车是上午十点发,在康定住一晚,第二天傍晚到稻城。成都已经没有新意,无非锦里,宽窄巷子。乱逛了一会,回旅馆睡觉。晚上南猪请吃饭。晚饭成员如下:南猪,破猪,米猪,米家油瓶,豆猪,花猪。吃完饭又去宽巷子喝茶。下了车,我一眼看到路边有卖花的,喊了一声:“黄桷兰!”南猪立马掏钱,给俺和花花一人买了一串。俺不由得想,真是好银啊,哪个姑娘要是娶到南猪,算是有福了。话说,这两串花,俺的那串,第一天晚上挂在床头的横栏上,香了一整晚,第二天到康定前,给俺留在了路边一棵开满花的树上。花花那串,一直挂在她相机包上,直到干了,锈了,花瓣掉光了,剩下几片叶子,仍旧顽强地跟随她的脚步晃荡着。PS:破猪=浦树;南猪=南迦巴瓦的雪。下面胡乱贴点锦里的照片。大家胡乱看看。 囧里格囧,这个角度,去年也拍过一张的,一模一样……猜猜他是谁?原来是刘关张。话说,俺更喜欢张飞,活得恣意,实在。喝酒吃肉,打架骂人,想干吗就干吗。多爽啊。好可爱的孔明哈哈~张飞今天不在家……一条极窄的小巷子。俩胖子迎面肯定得互相侧身让一下,要不然谁都过不去。很可爱的草编小熊,和我的小熊有一拼~~N多的小吃……对了,叶儿粑很好吃。夜色锦里。梦之旅一直是驴们的根据地,这两年生意越来越好,于是就地坐大,价格也越来越贵了。我很不爽。下次不会再住他家。从成都到康定,已经走过好几次了,简直半点新意也没有。上车我就大睡。傍晚6点左右到康定,随便在车站对面找了家客栈住下,还算干净,有热水洗澡,20/人。然后去城里晃一圈,找地方吃饭,回去睡觉。不幸我们的房间下面,正好是旅馆的厨房间,于是只要下面锅铲声一响,楼上就烟熏火燎,把我和花花整成了烤猪。我和花花的座位号是1、2号。最前面还有一个单人座,是备用的。车的上座率只有70%的样子,我眼看没人坐,眼明腿快占了过来,花花一人坐了我们的1、2号,大家都宽敞舒服。嘿嘿。拍照片的话,视线还凑合,不过总是避不开车头的倒后镜。路边的花。俺是花痴,看到花儿,总是没有免疫力~~甘孜州首府康定。街头的雕塑。不知道为什么,如果让我住在这样的河谷城市里,我是肯定没安全感的,一旦地震泥石流,立马全军覆没。 路边的雕塑。康定古称“打箭炉”,所以,城里有一条街,叫箭炉街。第二天5点就起床,天还墨墨黑的,就着开水吃一点干粮,然后去车站,司机昨天歇车前就宣布了开车时间,6点。结果等了半天,始终有一个人没来,等到6点15分,仁至义尽,车终于开出了车站。 康定到理塘的路,我真是闭着眼睛也能数得出来。折多山,新都桥,高尔寺山,雅江,剪子弯山,卡子拉山……车子一路盘旋着,海拔慢慢地越来越高,从林木苍翠的原始森林,到植被稀疏的高山草甸,最后全部被雪覆盖。天气并不好,阴得看不到一丝阳光,有时候甚至还下着雨。我很担忧,到了稻城,是否也这样糟糕。 班车上居然有一小半是游客。一停车,那伙人就冲出去,不管是长枪短炮还是小卡片,主人全部是一副专业摄影师的架势,近处拍不过瘾,往往跑到人都看不见,急得司机在那扯着嗓子大喊:“上车了!再不走天黑也到不了!”还不肯上来。路上的秋色。停车吃午饭。吃饭的地方,是雅江城外一个莫名其妙的院子,饭菜象猪食一样粗糙,人均20。贵。山上的秋色。貌似那个小门,是厕所。额,楼猪一不小心猥琐了……请大家自动忽略车窗~~海拔高了,雪也来了…
几个月前来到驴友论坛,此地高人辈出,令人惊叹不已。看帖看久了也想贡献一点自己的经验,但我没有上山下海的体力与毅力,我的工作也不允许请太长的假,要说户外活动,实在没有拿得出手的东西,想了又想,只有2007年去新西兰的自助旅游还值得一看,于是就整理一下,发了上来。事先声明,我是台湾人,我知道有很多事物在两岸有不同称呼,例如我去的New ZEALand这个国家,你们称为新西兰,我们则称为纽西兰。入境随俗,我会尽量用你们的说法,但是这篇游记内容繁多,我不可能事事求证。如果你们觉得有些句子怪怪的,那就是台湾习惯的说法,也许我疏忽了没有改正,或者我不知道你们会怎么说,请见谅。新西兰由两个大岛组成,也就是北岛和南岛。这是我和老婆在2007年春节去新西兰北岛自助旅游半个月的游记,只去群岛湾(Bay of Islands,北岛着名景点)和奥克兰(Auckland,新西兰最大城市)两个地点,游记大纲如下。2月18日:高空云层、奥克兰、派希亚的晚餐2月19日:派希亚的清晨、我们住的汽车旅馆、熟悉环境、罗素小镇、晚餐2月20日:哈鲁鲁瀑布、到处闲逛、糖船餐厅2月21日:出发之前、海湾巡航、返回派希亚、晚餐2月22日:海豚发现之旅、再访乌鲁普卡普卡岛、水下风光、归途、再访糖船2月23日:清晨出发、公路休息站、九十哩海滩、沙丘滑行、瑞因格岬角、午餐和点心、巨木森林、晚餐和姜汁汽水2月24日:出发之前、海滨步道、欧普瓦的周末市集、森林步道、预约的晚餐2月25日:被放鸽子的高空跳伞2月26日:三访乌鲁普卡普卡岛、晚餐2月27日:清晨的日出、空中俯瞰群岛湾2月28日:出发之前、奥克兰的旅馆、外出逛街、亚伯特公园、夜景3月1日:晨景、奥克兰大学、失望的玫瑰花园、奥克兰公园3月2日:迪芬港一日游、晚餐、奥克兰灯节3月3日:到处走走、海事博物馆、墨西哥晚餐、尾声 2月18日高空云层出发时还是冬季,台北总是灰天暗地,凄风苦雨,感觉很郁闷。到纽西兰就不一样了,二月是当地天气最好的月份,清晨在飞机上醒来,就看到一望无际的蓝天白云,预报一个美好的假期。照片上奇怪的七彩颜色是偏光镜造成的,不知为何,在高空就会这样。整个行程我都把偏光镜装在镜头上,懒得拿下来了。2月18日奥克兰一下飞机就坐巴士到市中心的巴士站,离出发还有一段时间,就在附近逛一逛。回复 roray 的帖子谢啦!您是第一个回复的码头边的渡船大楼(Ferry Building)。 码头的一角 刚离开码头的渡船。这一家Fullers在奥克兰和群岛湾都有据点,经营渡船和当地旅游业务,我们这一次旅游都搭乘他们的渡船,也参加了他们的三个旅**程。(旅.游.行.程.当中的游.行.被河蟹了 )码头旁的街景,周日的下午,街道颇为冷清。 2月18日 派希亚的晚餐坐了十小时的飞机到奥克兰,又坐了四小时的巴士才到群岛湾(Bay of Islands)的门户小镇派希亚(Paihia),抵达时已经是晚上七点,终于到了,好累啊。 我们在派希亚的住宿地点是停泊点汽车旅馆(Anchorage Motel)。旅馆就在海边,沿海的路上有一整排餐厅。第一天的晚餐选择了隔壁的六号餐馆(Cafe No. 6)。六号餐馆和海滩只隔着一条马路,这一带的餐厅有很多座位设在户外,我老婆正在看菜单。 绿唇胎贝(green lip mussel),用白葡萄酒煮,加大蒜、西洋芹(parsley)、橄榄油、柠檬汁,新鲜又美味。 这是spreads & dips,spread是用来涂抹面包的酱,dip是用面包沾来吃的酱。盘子左边有四个小格,分盛四种酱料。黑色是陈年义大利醋,黄色是特纯橄榄油(extra virgin olive oil),白色是黄瓜优格酱,橘色是兼具咸酸甜味的奇怪果酱,还有面包、黑橄榄、生菜叶,随个人喜好自由搭配。典型的生菜沙拉。 2月19日 派希亚的清晨群岛湾是纽西兰的旅游重镇,但是本身的人口不多,这一带的小镇都是几千人的规模,派希亚也不例外。这个海边小屋就在我们的旅馆对面,出租帆船、小艇、自行车等运动器材。旅馆前的海边道路。这里的房屋旁边都有宽广的草坪和大树,令人羡慕。看下面的房屋就知道这棵树有多高,如果在圣诞节来个张灯结彩,会是非常壮观的圣诞树,不知道他们会不会这样做。 这里的房屋不是整片都一个样,而是各有特色小小油罐车,给直升机加油用的 从旅馆走十几分钟就到了码头,在码头边的一家咖啡屋吃早餐。柠檬酸乳酪蛋糕,烤得太干了,不好。([]
2011年9月的菲律宾,一个人的旅行。人生第一次沙发客,花钱住过地下室,免费住过五星级酒店,在机场随便找了个人捡我回家住,全身湿漉漉走投无路时有好心人收留我还帮我吹干衣服,被host放飞机泥石流台风天滞留碧瑶……每天的心情都像是坐过山车,下一秒就有新的奇遇发生,感谢这传奇又美好的一切,感谢一路上遇到的所有肯收留我的善良的人,从一颗空荡荡的心到满载感恩和快乐回国,这一路,我经历了太多,遇到太多善良的人,太多难忘的事情,太多眼泪太多笑容,必须要一颗宽大的心才能装得下如此多的回忆。以下所有价钱已经换算为人民币。2011年9月19日,在我坐上飞机前,并没有将要飞离这个国家的真实感。出发的前一天晚上纠结于没用的事情失眠了一整夜,半夜2点起来补完白兔糖还有tiger&bunny。6点钟去睡觉,睡到9点多起床,到了下午5点还在继续补夏目,丝毫不想收拾行李,到了6点实在好像是要走了,所以就收拾了10分钟背上包就出门吃饭去了机场。起飞用了很长时间,飞离广州后就不知道身在何方了。只是看见如一方棋盘一样的大地,纵横交错的街道,星星点点的灯光,奇妙地随着飞机的摆动变换着角度。渐渐对距离产生错觉,窗外的月亮比地面上的更大更明亮,从上往下的赏月很没有真实感。半夜被冻醒,飞机上冷得无以复加,把带来的所有衣服都包在身上还是觉得实在太冷了!睡得迷迷糊糊闻到前排有人吃饭,好香啊,能不能给我点热水,或者让我走下飞机吧....卖火柴的小女孩划亮了最后一根火柴...然后她就冻死在飞机里。chapter 1 沙发客是怎样炼成的 到ninoy aquino机场(NAIA)已经是1点多,从现在开始,就没人能听懂你说中文了。拖着快要累死困死的身体从arrival走到depature,吃了一个茄子煎蛋,分量太小,又一个baked macaroni,于是被彻底腻到了,特别想吐。熬夜胃不舒服的情况下最不该吃这种东西,太多cheese和肉酱了。 下一班manila-cebu是早上4点,check in counter还没开放,于是我跟当地人一样在机场随便找了个椅子,倒头就睡,东西就丢在旁边也不想管了,不见就不见吧,大不了把我遣送回国。但还是顺利地去check in了,其间看见一个老外腿上纹身是中文的“我爱你”三个大字,还正楷的.还三个字红蓝绿三种颜色的..天呐各位同学,你们要是纹身千万别写什么外文在身上,你想想要是什么c'est la vie在法国人看来就像你在身上纹了中文的“这就是生活”多2B啊...反正我是接受不了... cebu黎明前的夜空是满满的岛屿灯火,星盘的感觉铺开。日出的时候是绵延千里的朝霞,一片安静的红色。因为不会调节压力,我的耳朵剧痛,几乎听不见声音,只感觉机舱内的大家都在红霞笼罩中屏息不语。 出了机场才5点多,这个时间打电话给rufela貌似不太礼貌,于是我绕过几个街角想要找到Jeepny进城,但是怎么也找不到。于是我还是听了rufela所说的,坐白色taxi去她家。司机几乎不会说英语,车厢里几十只蚊子一直在飞,但是很奇妙的是竟然没有一只咬我。 司机是个善良的人,根本没有骗我。只花了不到30块钱就从机场到了rufela家附近的Rahmann st. 因为rufela也没告诉我她家住哪,我又没有当地手机卡,所以就走到街角的jolli bee快餐去吃早餐等她。10块钱的早餐,大蒜饭(非常好吃),热狗,还有咖啡。店员说8点才有得买卡,但是照这么下去,不到8点我就累死了,于是果断找了旁边的警察叔叔打电话给rufela,几分钟后她来接我,然后我们七拐八拐到了她在Rahmann st.的家。本来以为是这么漂亮的房子,但是实际上,要经过一条晾满衣服的通道才到她住在一个楼梯底下的小隔间里面的家。 总共只有放2张床的大小。墙上两个袋子挂满各种杂物,电视机用的还是天线电视,地上有很大一块粘鼠胶,事实证明最后一天我的确也看到了老鼠。微波炉是当做储物柜用的,里面塞满食物。冰箱里面只有果汁没有水喝,衣服丢得到处都是,rufela回家也不换衣服直接就躺床上,但是我坐了一晚上的飞机不换衣服实在脏死了,所以我就换了睡衣,换完才7点多,我们都觉得睡不够很困,就关了灯继续睡,一直睡到12点。 中午rufela问我要吃什么,我说随便吧,你吃什么我就吃什么就可以了。她带我去她经常吃饭的地方。 很好吃哦~~一个鱼一个狮子头一个炒南瓜和茄子什么的还有2个饭,加在一起不到10块钱,吃完又去路边买了炸香蕉吃。然后我们坐jeepny去看COLON street,据说是宿雾最古老的街道了。第一次坐jeepny的感觉很奇妙,大家都拥拥挤挤坐在一起,如果再有人上车,无论多挤仍然可以让出位置。给钱的时候通过一个个乘客传过去给司机,司机一边开车一边找钱,然后大家再递回来。感觉大家心里都有神明的存在,表情都很平和。一路上都是宿雾像城乡结合部一样的风景,但是我却觉得很安心很安全,心里有神有信仰的人跟拜物教的中国人不一样。路过宿雾的一些雕像,我也不记得叫什么了,总之宿雾的所有东西都和西班牙,lapulapu,麦哲伦和天主教有关。菲律宾的某种看起来像橘子的小吃,实际上是削掉皮直接吃的,酸中带甜。(有同学告诉我教santol)宿雾的jeepny跟马尼拉的不一样,马尼拉的会更漂亮一点,宿雾的是面包车改装的,形状上没那么漂亮,但是花纹特别好看,各种有创意的图案。 当地吃的东西最多就是chowking超群,jolli bee,还有各种siopao烧包siomai烧卖。chowking号称是中国炸鸡...我回忆了一下,中国人哪会天天吃炸鸡啊!一点也不中式。烧卖和包子都没吃,国内都有的东西不是很有兴趣。 沿着colon street走,经过许多小贩,一路感受古老街道的风景,最后走到宿雾教堂,很神圣的感觉,大家都跪着默默祈祷。rufela在教堂外面点起一根蜡烛,然后静静地看着蜡烛燃烧,我忽然觉得这样的午后,这样的静谧太美好了,凝视烛光,似乎觉得自己可以更接近神了。 fort san pedro就在附近,进去要门票,所以我们就在门口看了一下,没进去。我对古建筑兴趣不大,所以就直接去逛ayala center了。走在路上,迎面开来的车和走来的人都会跟我say hello,在国内从来没接受过如此善意的眼神和热情的对待,我还有一点习惯不了。 宿雾人民都是画家!去ayala的路上有好多面墙上都是漂亮的涂鸦,绵延不断的。 宿雾本身很像城乡结合部,但是shopping mall里面都很华丽,跟外面的环境一比,完全天壤之别。mango shake很好喝。去完ayala又去SM。这个国家里,这两个shopping mall特别的多。 一直逛到晚上,回到rufela家已经累得不想动了,来了才知道,菲律宾人是不用热水洗澡的,于是我也入乡随俗用冷水,天气比较热,还是受得了用冷水的。 洗完澡rufela出门买了芒果干和炸猪皮给我吃。这边的炸猪皮是一般人吃的小零食,蘸醋吃,我有点接受不了这种味道的东西。芒果干包装袋上用中文写着“菲律宾特产”而且保质期到2177年.....不怕...肯定比国内的更安全更有良心,rufela真是个善良的好女孩,我只是在couchsurfing上面联系的她,她就愿意带我到处玩,愿意让我睡她的床住在她家里,根本不考虑我是不是坏人的问。如果我是国内,从小被父母教育,连自己的好朋友都要防着三分,有时候我真的不明白为什么要防着,防了又能怎样,如果人家真的要拐卖你,你这种程度的防能防到什么?又说什么防君子不防小人,君子是不需要防的吧?为什么不能把心交给别人,不能得到真正的友谊呢?想起小的时候每次想去朋友家玩,爸妈都怕我遇到危险,都不是很愿意我去。但是这世界哪有这么多坏人,其实大家都很忙的,根本没时间总想着怎么骗你,但是大家总也不懂,总要告诉自己要防三分防三分,这样活着多累啊!即使这种防备已经融入生活中了,不觉得累了,但是冷静下来想一想,不觉得很悲哀么? 连续熬夜2天太伤身体了,再加上坐飞机带来的耳朵痛,看了一会全是雪花的电视,9点多就睡了。chapter 2一天花40块钱如何在异国生活呢? 决定不带单反出门,这是个正确的选择。 不知道为什么就迷迷糊糊没吃午饭跟rufela出门了,她说带我去lapulapu的海滩,我什么也不知道,显然也不会有什么异议。 先坐了两次jeepny,车上一个大叔先问我是不是韩国人,我说不是,然后他开始跟我讨论宗教的问。你信主么?不信为什么呢? 这个为什么把我问住了,我从来没有想过信不信主的问,一时语塞了,而且让我用中文我都不知道怎么回答,要我用英文回答我真的不知道说什么了.... 于是我只有灰溜溜地说,我只信钱啊不好意思.... 说完这句我终于明白为什么中国人缺德了...因为只信钱啊...因为钱就是缺德的人的橘色司,他们为了钱可以做出一切事情,根本没有内心的声音可以约束他们,所以他们为所欲为,做一切坏事都不愧疚。 大叔显然不明白我说的是什么,又噼里啪啦跟我说了一堆,我只有解释为国家背景不一样,难以相互理解,还没说完就下车了跟rufela去坐船,本来船票只要2块钱,rufela说我们是学生,然后船票就变成了1块5.....囧....在船上,旁边的姐姐一直用山寨机播歌曲,忽然发现,是不是黑眼豆豆在国外就跟国内的凤凰传奇一样..... 10分钟后到了lapu的码头,又坐2次jeepny去海滩。 一路上司机一直大功率地放Bieber的baby还有lady gaga的各种歌,下着小雨,车上的人兴致都很高。一路上很多小店在烤鸡,烤肉的香味呀~~~ 路过海边的浅滩,小雨里青青绿绿的草,还有吃草的牛,平平静静的乡村风景,远处浅浅的海面和颜色浅浅的天空。有一种恍如隔世的感觉。我竟然是跟一个菲律宾少女坐在jeepny上面欣赏这样的风景。我已经离开自己的国家很远了,这里已经是异国他乡了,但是我却不觉得害怕也不觉得想念,只是很期待每一天新鲜的一切事物。 rufela说的lapu海边其实是某度假村里面。大片的热带花朵和banga船,到处都是韩国人。我们坐在防波堤的栏杆上,吹着海风不说话。这时一个大叔走过来搭话,大叔真是个好厉害的大叔,会说中文广东话日语韩语英语塔加洛语。于是大叔就在混合各种语言跟我聊天。我大脑一直处于混乱运转中,各种语言跳来跳去... 聊不多久,大叔就开始问菲律宾男人必问的几大问:where 's your boyfriend?我说木有(其实我有木有又不关你事)惊讶状まじ???!!!俺、きっと今晩眠れないよ!(真滴?我今晚肯定睡不着了)可能你不喜欢大叔型的他有点伤心的表情没有没有...我很爱大叔的......(嘴贱啊!!!说了立刻后悔了) 于是他就开始喋喋不休像自然界其他雄性生物一样开始展示他的强大之处,人老心不老啊,40岁的人,20岁的花花心…… 过了一会下雨了,他也回去招呼客人,我和rufela就躺在沙滩的躺椅上吹风,看船看海看天空看云,难得的悠闲午后,慢悠悠躺到4点再慢悠悠回去。路上见到二手衣服的商店,在国内还从来没见到可以买到古着的地方呢~在路边小摊买了炸蛋(囧)来吃,类似于国内的炸鹌鹑蛋,配着洋葱和辣味或者甜味的酱一起吃,1块5 3个,蛮好吃~ 卖炸蛋的大叔又是很热情地问我是不是韩国人(囧)然后祝我在菲律宾旅途愉快。周围的人也都对我微笑,这种被人善意对待的感觉温暖又幸福,像被棉花糖包住一样,甜甜的很快乐的感觉,在国内这么多年都没经历过,快要被宠坏了。 晚上回到家,rufela领着我去吃宿雾的夜市。一路上跟我解释菲律宾的有一种食品balot也就是毛鸡蛋。夜市好一片烟熏火燎,如果鼻子敏感的人肯定会被呛得进不去了,雾蒙蒙的离5米外都看不清人了。可能是她没理解我要的东西,就点了一个咸鸭蛋给我吃,原来菲律宾的咸鸭蛋是戴着手套用手吃的,而且就着洋葱、辣椒生着一起吃,还有包得像粽子一样的米饭。很特别的感受。然后烧烤就一一的端上来了,最后结账每人17,还可以还可以~~ 吃完烧烤走出来,rufela一边走一边问路边的人一些问,因为是Tagalog语,所以我也听不懂,想着这里离家这么近她没可能迷路吧~~她带着我走到一个神神秘秘坐在路灯下卖糖果的阿姨那里,阿姨打开一个暖暖的小蒸笼,啊!里面全都是毛鸡蛋哦~~孵化18天已经长出毛来尚未出壳的雏鸡,这是一种多么残忍又奇妙的吃法,我也是回来之后发现中国人也会这么吃的。有一点腥味,但是又带着点特别的感觉,但是吃羽毛真的不是我能受得了的...我还是把毛都扔掉了。蘸着辣醋,我们在广场的路灯下吃这种奇妙的食品,感受内心的战栗。旁边好像是在开露天演唱会,吃完我们冲了过去,看USA embassy乐团N个帅哥在台上又唱又跳,听着听着我和当地人一起快乐地跳了起来,一边大喊Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!毫不顾忌地大家一起跳舞,一起跟着唱,一起大声笑。又一次觉得恍如隔世,3天前还在CPA考场上纠结得要哭出来的人竟然在宿雾入夜的街边和菲律宾少女一起吃毛鸡蛋一起看露天演唱会,这个世界是有多神奇多美好?我没有被的士司机骗,警察叔叔接我电话让我联系到了rufela,第一次做沙发客,第一次吃毛鸡蛋,第一次听露天演唱会开心得快哭了。世界原来这么大,有这么多奇妙的事情等着我们去经历!chapter3血和巧克力蛋糕。早上起来rufela去上课了,我呆在她家里有点闷,就拿着相机出门走走。rufela说出门不用关门了,于是我就真没关门,钱包还丢在家里就出门了。 难得的好天气,所有的事情都显得如此美好,巧克力蛋糕才不到1块钱,而且超级好吃,秒杀国内一切贵爆了的蛋糕,走着走着忽然被一个铁丝刮到了脚,不算很痛所以就没留意,但是又走了几步血就流出来了,但是又没带纸巾又没带创可贴,那就继续走,回去再清洗算了,但是血流出来超多,鞋都湿了....这时有个大叔走过,就提醒我说血流出来了...我也知道血流出来了..但是我也没办法。 刚好路边有一家药店,我就走进去买创可贴,店里有个阿姨看到我流血了,立刻拿出纸巾给我,其他人也都很关心地看着我一直到我贴好创可贴不流血了为止,心里觉得很温暖不孤单,即使是不认识的人也会这样的关心别人太难得了,如果是在国内,路人肯定都避之不及。 回到rufela家东西都还在,只是有只老鼠在房间里跑来跑去.....还真有老鼠啊..... 写了张感谢信给rufela,背上包坐jeepny去机场了,开始觉得坐飞机跟坐汽车一样普通,cebu-boracay,螺旋桨小飞机chapter4 RP用尽是孤单 宿雾机场竟然有免费ipad用,严重的强大,玩ipad玩太HI了,变成最后一个登机的,走在路上还摔了一跤,一天之内相继伤到了胳膊和脚,难道是RP用尽了么? 在飞机上坐在一个很有气质的美国老奶奶身旁,我们开始交谈,她说她在长滩开咖啡馆,热情地给了我名片,邀请我去。我这种穷人肯定是没钱去喝咖啡的了,但是看看应该也是可以的。 螺旋桨的小小飞机,到了CATiclan机场我就直接走去坐船了,码头的水比岛上的还清还美。心情好到不行,尽管根本还不知道自己在岛上住哪里。下了船以为可以自己走路去找地方住,但是码头好像离游览区还挺远的,走了很久还是坐了tutu车。之前想订的Trafalga cottages在S3的金凤凰大酒店旁边,叫tutu车开到金凤凰旁边。但是走来走去也没看到这间cottage。正疑惑的时候,走出一条小巷就是海边了。 下午2点稍有阳光的大海,第一印象就是好欢乐好幸福。空气中飘散着食物的香味,沙滩道上放着音乐,小贩们来回叫卖,大海在很近的地方闪闪发亮,每个人的脸上都喜气洋洋,各种美美仙仙的长裙满街飘荡,尽管背着2个包有点另类,我也马上陶醉于这幸福的氛围中。 既然找不到trafalga,就随便走走吧,看到一个牌子写着traveller's inn,看到名字这么朴素肯定是便宜的地方,想也没想就进去了。 一条小巷子里面的二层木屋,养着许许多多可爱的小金鱼和小鹦鹉,院子里郁郁葱葱都是漂亮的花花草草。跟屋主老奶奶装了半天可爱讲价到150元4天,很不错的价钱了。房间很大,一个人住4个人的床,虽然有点旧,没热水,不过这个价格还是很不错的。弄好房,老奶奶的亲戚,一个当地男人也很热情地跟我打招呼,说:#¥%&……&*(&(¥%……I come from Iloilo city%…………&*……¥¥%@好吧...我就只能听懂那个iloilo city,其他都听不懂......他说iloilo的方言,英语说得很不好,然后问我要电话,说会发短信给我,这是第一次。院子里可爱的小鹦鹉和小鱼都是他养的,貌似他是iloilo过来做批发花鸟鱼虫生意的。 收拾好一切我就去吃饭,已经是下午3点,太饿了,我一个人吃掉yellow cab的一整个10寸大pizza,幸福到不行。不知道为什么,长滩岛的男人都特别喜欢我,路上打招呼都是说“我爱你”,yellow cab的店员超级热情,全部要过来跟我合影...好吧...早知道就要你们打折!吃完一个人在岛上闲逛,长滩不是一个适合一个人的地方,没有朋友在身边,看到街上所有双双对对会觉得特别孤单,所有有趣的东西也会变得无聊起来,只有悻悻地回去。iloilo city看见我回来,又问我电话多少...我说你都不记别人电话的么!!!这是第二次了!!!我很认真地给他输到手机里,还看着他加入通讯录了,这位哥记忆力太崩溃了。 晚上没有朋友,只能默默写日记,岛上的物价真是高啊!比宿雾高了个3倍。chapter5午夜惊魂早上起床去inasal吃早餐,这边的人早餐也要吃米饭,还用叶子包起来。味道还不错,就是感觉有点难消化。吃完继续四处瞎逛,绕过S1的山崖去看west cove,因为阴天,景色实在太一般,跟国内也差不多了。 ([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later.
