去年春节,为了躲避国内天气的寒冷,和亲友间拜访往来的嘈杂,时隔7年我再次陪着家人来到了柬埔寨暹粒过年。 地处东南亚,柬埔寨没有四季,只有旱季和雨季,常年气温都在20多度,气候怡人。 在这边住了7天,这次我们没有选择跟随旅行团,而是全程自助,体验一次自由,随意,悠闲的旅游。 不得不承认,在这个时段,暹粒的游客非常多,酒店提前1个月在BOOKING上订的,竟然综合性价比高的店几乎已经没有位置了。最后我们选择了前后分别在两个不同的酒店入住。前4天在距离市区以南5公里的地方的一家,距离ROLUOS GROUP 比较近; 后2天在市区里的一条小街道, 步行至老城区南部的酒吧街只需5分钟。交通也很简单,除了机场来回选择做出租车,其他一切都乘坐当地的嘟嘟车,TUK TUK. 嘟嘟车说白了就是个搭了个棚子三轮摩托,天津人叫“狗骑兔子”。 餐饮很随意,饿了就吃,渴了就喝,不饿不渴就逛。总之一切的安排都是轻松的,没有随团旅游起早拉黑的行程,没有限时看景点的紧迫,没有10人一桌团餐的“抢夺”,更没有强迫购物的烦恼。唯一需要花心思,动脑子的事就是消费时的砍价,但这恰恰也是一种乐趣。下了飞机后,我们直接到机场门口的计程车订车柜台买票,这里需要提前交费,一般到市里需要7美金,但是因为我们的酒店离市区又远了5公里,所以沟通后以10美金成交。吴哥窟全世界闻名,所以来暹粒的游客世界各地都有。当地人几乎都能说简单的英文,对于本人来说,沟通就没有障碍了。出租车是丰田的一款,司机在路上一直在介绍吴哥窟的辉煌。当得知我们是第二次来的时候就开始推销自己了,跟我们说包一天车,随便玩30美金,我们笑而不语,一直没有答应他,当然目的是看他的底限,不出所料,最后到达酒店后他开出了23美金,我们拿了他的电话号码,跟他说晚上打给他确认。办理完入住手续,放完行李后我们去马路对面的一家水果摊看看。买了一袋芒果和一袋山竹,回去后就当作我们的晚餐,在酒店前台我拿了一份简单的景点游览地图,一边吃水果一边计划着这几天的景点行程路线。首先说明吴哥窟景点的分布和联合票的选择:吴哥窟大致分为3个景区: ANGKOR WAT(吴哥窟),ROLUOS GROUP(罗洛寺)和BANTEAY SREI(女皇宫)。联合套票需要在吴哥窟大门的购票处购买,在其他景点是没有购票处的,票价分为20,40和60美金有效期分别是1天,3天和7天。 票上有个人头像相片和有效期,想投机几乎是不可能的。(我想也不会有人这样做的)消费:基本使用美金,不过在当地人经常光顾的水果摊,餐厅,和便利店用柬埔寨货币也很方便。我们来这里就是度假的,并没有购买当地的电话SIM卡。(所以抱歉,有关SIM卡的问我一无所知)下面是我制定的3天个人游览路线计划,最后经过实践,确实是过关的,完整的,简洁的,大家可以借鉴。第一天路线:PREAH KHAN - NEAK PEAN - TA SOM - EASTERN MEBON - PRE RUB - TA PROHM - BANSEAY KDEI - SRAH SRANG - ANGKOR ERA HOTEL 圣剑寺 - 涅槃寺 - 塔逊寺 - 东湄本寺 - 比粒寺 - 塔布隆寺 - 班黛克蒂寺 - 皇家浴池 - 吴哥时代酒店 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34625775.html第二天路线:BANTEAY SREI - TA KEO - ANGKOR THOM - BAYON - ANGKOR ERA HOTEL 女皇宫 - 茶胶寺 - 吴哥城 - 巴戎寺 - 吴哥时代酒店 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34626194.html第三天路线:ROULOUS GROUP - ANGKOR WAT - ANGKOR ERA HOTEL 罗洛寺群 - 吴哥窟 - 吴哥时代酒店 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34626585.html最后一天: TONLE SAP 洞里萨湖 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34626884.html这个路线3天就能看遍所有联票里包括的各个景点,唯一遗憾的是没有骑大象爬巴肯山,不过8年前已经去过了,也无所谓了。接下来的3天我们本打算抽一天包车去距离暹粒东面40公里远的BENG MEALEA,(崩密列庙)和东北面40公里远PHNOM KOULEN(荔枝山),但是并没有实施,而是在市里转了转,休息一下,顺便去了趟 TONLE SAP,洞里萨湖(不推荐)。TU TU车砍价记:来到暹粒的第二天,我们正式开始了吴哥之旅,首先当然是解决交通问。因为昨天出租车司机一天包车开价是23美金,我们心里大致也有了底。走出酒店大门就打算找出租车商议价钱,结果没想到首先来找我们推销的一个TU TU 车司机。这个酒店很多游客都是随旅行团来的,交通几乎是大巴,所以这个常驻酒店的TU TU 车司机一直没有揽到活,看到我们3个单客出来后,那叫一个热情啊!说自己的车安全,干净,当然也没有忘记想要抬高租金黑我们。开价包车一天25美金,我去!那叫狮子大开口啊!我跟他说我们已经有出租车司机了,一天才23美金,立刻改口落价。最后跟他的协议价是包三天,去全部景点,加第4天早晨驼行李去市里第二个酒店(需来回两趟)一共是50美金,成交!这个TUK TUK 司机叫“南”, 17岁,看来入行也没多久,还没有其他老司机的精明和狡诈,为人也很谦和,时刻都带着微笑,驾驶时也很认真。虽然英文水品略差,但是沟通基本没有问。游览的入口在寺庙的北边,我们沿着红土地慢慢往前走,首先映入眼帘的是道路两旁的遮天大树,不难想象为什么吴哥窟整个文明,消失在丛林里,经过将近800年直到上个世纪才被发现。路边上是几十尊(据说有72尊)不完整的雕像,雕刻的是鹰神GARUDA“揭路荼”,握着蛇神NAGA “娜迦”。圣剑寺 - 此页涅槃寺 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34625839.html塔逊寺 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34625856.html东湄本寺 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34625898.html比粒寺 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34625918.html塔布隆寺 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34625925.html 重点!!班黛克蒂寺 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34626165.html皇家浴池 - https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1852402-pid-34626190.html差不多走了50米,我们来到了寺庙大门。一座15米宽的石桥架在了护城河上,石桥两端也有雕像,貌似是天神 DEVA 拖着蛇神,但大多数都缺少了头部。可以清晰的看出河道旁的丛林非常的茂密。 桥上的护栏也设计的非常新颖:DEVAS 天神抱着娜迦的身躯 :充分的体现出当时佛教和印度教的影响力。为了纪念在12世纪末,当时的吴哥王朝抵御了古越南的侵略,国王在此建造的圣剑寺。寺庙主供Avalokiteśvara 也就是观世音菩萨,(以国王的父亲的形式出现)。目前这座寺庙还有很大部分没有恢复完工,因为很多古树已经在一部分建筑上生根,所以几乎已无法实施修建工作。为什么颜色还会变的这么有层次呢?很多位置的维护和修复还没有做到位!这座寺庙主供观音,不知这座像是不是菩萨.圆塔顶部与亮光处的对接很有创意。([

尼泊尔的蝴蝶-2013尼泊尔风雪ABC徒步https//www.songtaste.com/song/363930/主曲:Resham firiri 如果你要问我为什么去尼泊尔,而且要徒步ABC,我真的不知道,你能告诉我为什么你喜欢开车,打牌,抽烟,喝酒,逛街吗?从山上回归尘世,整个人依然停留在尼泊尔节奏里,说话,做事总要慢一拍,时不时跟重庆人冒几句普通话或英文而浑然不觉。昏睡了一天一夜,虽然时差也不过2个多小时,感觉好像一辈子没睡过觉似的。爬山的8天每分每秒都是处于兴奋,疲惫,紧张中,睡觉是一种奢侈。常常半夜醒来,望着窗外满天繁星,或者满地白雪发呆,纠结要不要出去拍星轨。一大清早又被世界各地早起的驴友咚咚的脚步声吵醒,精神抖擞地开始新的一天。 相信到过尼泊尔或徒步走过ABC路线的驴友们,一定会听过这首resham firiri,尼泊尔最受欢迎的一首喜马拉雅民歌,讲的是木棉花开时,花飘落树枝和对恋人的爱慕之情。曲调以打击乐为主,反复重复四五次。整首歌我只听懂了三句不断重复的英文,sometimes TREKking, sometimes dancing, sometimes singing,那优美的旋律伴着尼泊尔传统手鼓,以及我们的背夫齐声合唱时熠熠发光的眼神,载歌载舞的身姿,非常非常的异域而性感。 回来后在网上搜到了这首歌的歌词如果我能飞 我愿飞越山谷乡村 只为了见到你 我向天鸣枪 不是猎杀美丽的麋鹿 而是让你知道我在何方啊 渴望能见到我那心爱的女子 微风中飘动的围巾 请美丽又善解人意的蝴蝶送到心爱的女子手上 木棉花开了, 你是何时开的花呢? 花落似白鸟飞下, 白色的鸟一直在飞。 你可能很累很累了,是否想停下来休息,还是你喜欢飞去,很远很远的地方 歌词的最后两句,非常的应景,爬山真的很累很累,尤其是雪地直线拔高。然而,没有那些突如其来的大雪,ABC仅仅就是N个黄果古道的延伸,我会在那儿插一面红旗,表明我的存在和征服。大雪给了我无数的第一次。虽然老驴春哥和丹丹姐很打击的说这个不叫爬雪山,而是爬的下过雪的山!然后给我展示他们征服雪山的照片, 受不了了,旅行就是不断发现新的烧钱的渠道,先是自驾,然后摄影,然后爬山,还有什么不烧钱的。 15天的旅程,100多公里的山路,从1000米徒步上升到3700米,这一路的汗水,雨水,雪水加泪水;笑声,歌声,欢呼声加呼噜声,如何能一一道来! 还是先从ABC说起吧。 对于一个海拔从70米到8000多米的国家-尼泊尔来说,它有着太多吸引世界各国游客的旅游资源,除了丰富的人文景观和众多的寺庙,其壮美的雪山、茂密的原始森林,和保护得极为完好的生态资源,也架构出了一个理想和近乎完美的徒步旅行圣地,其中最负盛名的便是环安娜普纳(Annapurna)地区线路及珠峰地区线路。 安娜普纳地区位于尼泊尔北部,喜马拉雅山中段,山脉高峰林立,海拔7000米以上的雪峰有7座。在它的西南边缘,在一座白雪皑皑的三角形山峰下,在一个倒映着雪山身影的宁静大湖旁,有个被称为东方小瑞士的博卡拉(Pohkara)。博卡拉是安娜普纳几条徒步线路的起点或终点。一年四季,游客不断。安娜普纳地区有四条徒步路线:安娜普纳环线(Annapurna circuit,简称大环线)、安娜普纳保护区线路(Annapurna Sanctuary或Annapurna Base Camp,简称ABC)、布恩山环线(PoonHILL,简称小环线),以及乔姆松线路(Jomsom,实际上是大环的一半,单程徒步,飞回或飞去)。 我们这次走的ABC加Poonhill小环线徒步,即图中蓝色的线路(B-3-2-A-B)。从Nayapul上,Nayapul下,整个登山8天时间。 To make a long story short,省略前面准备工作若干。来自全国各地的驴友们抱着相同的革命目,聚集在西安冰岩户外的大旗下,飞到了拉萨。DAY 1 -2 拉萨-拉孜-樟木 春节到拉萨机票真心便宜,一共600多,拉萨到樟木包车,途经扎什伦布寺,冬日的扎什伦布寺少了夏季熙熙攘攘的游人,有着别样的安静。 拉孜到樟木沿途,第一张集体2B照---那些年看出问没,女多男少!搞不懂! 背上背包证明我是驴行,不是自驾哦,可惜啊,我的大背包拿不出。一看就是新驴。好女不跟男斗,我跑!让我在雪地里撒撒野吧!南方的孩子没见过雪,各种奔跑,各种跳跃,各种扑倒。远处是著名的希夏巴瓦峰(最高峰8012米),看上去很近,很低,那是因为我们已经身处5000多米的高原。 亲爱的室友暖暖,准美女一枚;摄影师李哥,帅哥一枚 让我在雪地里撒撒野吧!南方的孩子没见过雪,各种奔跑,各种跳跃,各种扑倒。远处是著名的希夏巴瓦峰(最高峰8012米),看上去很近,很低,那是因为我们已经身处5000多米的高原。 这副画面谋杀了多少快门,领队,借你的衣服当人肉背景行不?画虎不成反类犬,本想学学人家的小鸟依人,怎么看来看去都像一个人贩子,孩子,乖,阿姨带你回家 樟木前几天下的暴雪樟木口岸换尼币确实便宜,114,后来在尼泊尔的money exchanger 一直看到都是112左右。近观尼泊尔民居樟木口岸出关后走一小段路就是尼泊尔海关了,类似于杂货店大小的海关就在街上一个很不起眼的地方。在尼泊尔海关填写入境申报单时,第一次在课堂之外有了职业荣誉感,筒子们,安静,老师讲课了,呵呵呵!我们的尼泊尔导游Susan,此刻隆重登场。像许多尼泊尔男人一样,地陪Susan有着一双深邃的眼睛,高挺的鼻梁,深深的瞳仁,笑起来很迷人。初见到他时,一直把他当成是司机的小弟,后来才知道 22岁的他居然在这个行当搞了7年。在尼泊尔,没有童工一词,7、8岁的孩子就在餐馆,旅游车当小弟,穷人的孩子早当家。尼泊尔的旅游大巴,行李全放车顶上,人超载也往车顶放,真想坐车顶兜兜风。 樟木到加德满都基本是下坡山路,沿途跟中国西部山区的景色相似,只是更穷,更脏,更乱。我的镜头始终追踪的是迎面而来的大篷车和这里的人民。 从樟木口岸开了大约6个多小时,一进入加德满都,两边的低矮密集建筑迎面扑来,每条胡同一样的马路都拥挤着矮小、破旧的车子,尘土飞扬,牛羊满街。城中村 城中随处可见的垃圾河蛛网密布的电线杆 在一个狭窄的街道堵车,遇到尼泊尔游行的车队,据Susan说这样的游行很多,大学生常常停课游行示威。没有红绿灯,人车争道尼泊尔街头最大的广告牌尽管这个城市给我们留下如此脏乱差的形象,我们却被这里的人所深深吸引。上天真的非常的公平,虽然尼泊尔人清贫,却给了他们美貌; 虽然这个国家动荡不安,却给了他们信仰。尼泊尔人也赠予我世上最珍贵的礼物———真情,信任和赞美。当我的相机对准他们,尤其是孩子的时候,他们没有丝毫的不悦和回避,只是,静静地看着我,眼神传递着或温柔或天真或多情或羞涩的表情,黑白分明的瞳仁有一种发自内心的安祥沉静,一眼看穿我的前世今生。 下面两组都是车上抓拍的街头人像,随随便便一个站姿,回眸都让人惊艳最爱的一组人像。看到这样的眼睛,你会深深的陷进去。尤其是那个穿校服的小女孩,我们去烧尸庙的途中遇到她,不知是在上学的路上还是逃学的路上,总之,看到我们,她就这样停下来,望着我们,直视镜头。顾不上调光圈,快门,我就这样一直拍下去,她就这样一直望着我,周围的队友争着跟她拍照,而我,真的不敢跟她合影。这个小男孩是在领队催我们快走时闯入我的镜头的,一直梦想拍这种眼神光,他就那么轻而易举地随随便便地抛过来,杀得我措手不及。第一次在网上发帖,游记6集早就写好了,QQ空间里有音乐和视频,很热闹。这里是新人,发不了音频和视频,安静得有点发慌。照片的整理和压缩太花时间,第一次对自己没了信心,有没有必要再传上来分享,还是留在记忆里呢 Day 3,加德满都一日游 猴庙-杜巴广场-烧尸庙-大佛塔 虽然尼泊尔号称众神的国度,但我们此行主要目的是登山,所以一日之间游览4个景点,典型的到此一游。以照相为主,几个景点介绍是回来补习功课才了解详细,当时Susan 只是零零星星的介绍了一部分。猴庙是第一个景点,有充分的时间照相。斯瓦扬布纳特寺(Swayambhunath)俗称猴庙。位于尼泊尔首都加德满都西郊2公里处的小山丘上。坐拥至高点,可以俯瞰整个加德满都城。传说这是喜马拉雅山脉地区最古老独特的寺庙,距今已有2500多年的历史,它不但融合了印度教和佛教,3000只被奉为神灵的猴子更是这里的小主人。从猴庙的正门需上行300级台阶才到达,或许为了省时间,或许照顾游人,我们的旅游车径直开到了山顶。很想说把我放下来吧,我要走上去,这长长的阶梯该有多少摄影素材。不过我们是个团队,少数服从多数,一个人旅游有一个人的自由,团队旅游必须有得有失,我珍惜得到的。流水的杰作。我怎么就没注意到呢,难道是这只调皮的猴子找到了同类,所以才会挤眉弄眼,一见如故?地摊上精美的装饰品或许因为直接上顶,没有见到多少猴子,反而拍了不少佛塔。对着这座塔前后左右,上上下下的照,总也照不全 Buddha's eye,是我的修行不够,佛不开眼?哦弥陀佛,我懂了,大慈大悲的佛给我的第一个教训,人不能太贪,两只眼足矣,为何你要四只眼?一直在想为什么下面的白塔要修这么高,正常人需距离20米以上才能照全佛像,是否意味佛只能远观,不能近玩呢美丽的女警察谢谢泡泡姐,李哥,刘哥,春哥给我照的美照,这就是集体游的好处,呵呵调皮的猴子,时而警惕地窥探;时而爬到肩上,头上抢夺糖果亲爱的队友们,注意形象! 第二站:杜巴广场(Durbar Square)意为皇宫广场,在加德满都河谷的三个古城:加德满都、帕坦和巴德岗中各有一个杜巴广场,是当年三个王国的王宫广场。尼泊尔王国的马拉王朝鼎盛时期,在文化、建筑、艺术上曾一度达到巅峰,马拉王朝第六代国王死后,其三个儿子各据一方,自立为王,为夺取西藏商路的控制权,相互征战,斥巨资修建王宫广场。它囊括了尼泊尔十六世纪至十九世纪间的纽瓦丽古典寺庙建筑和宫殿,现在都是辉煌的世界文化遗产。我们参观的帕坦皇宫位于帕坦市内皇家广场。 200多年前是帕坦国王的宫邸。三层高,呈回廓式,中间有一个大大的庭院。宫内的黛姑塔莱珠庙历史悠久,庙高32米,在三层阁楼基座上再建造了重檐的金顶寺庙。皇家广场周围寺庙林立,殿堂富丽,雕刻精美,堪称露天博物馆。这一站是最匆忙,也最赶时间的,susan 只给了我们一个小时的时间。回来才知道,还有那么多精美的雕像,千佛寺,活女神都没能一睹芳颜,也罢,遗憾是下次的动力。尼泊尔人的生活节奏很慢很慢,高大神庙台阶上赭红宫墙下,总是坐满闲散慵懒的人们。作为游客的我虽然行色匆匆,真想就这么席地而坐, 晒着阳光, 观蓝天流云, 看人来人往, 闻市井喧哗, 做一个与世无争的闲人

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. I would rather make it lighter at any cost.Dry all my stuff in the morning sun, a routine matterA faint dusk in Pur CoThe river bank pushed up by ice and opened like zipper by gustsThe pushed up surface of the iceThe place where I got my drinking water, a thin layer of ice behind the ablation corns The moment just before sun set, glittering Pur Co, nothing was the same差点儿没找到俺自己的帖子,原来变色了。多谢各位鼓励。 Day 10 (April 29), 16km, Camping 5141mIn the morning, I walked around the north bank of the Pur Co, where it were continuous ups and downs sprinkled with light yellow sprouts across the sparse grassland. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 旅行的意义并不是要得到什么,而是享受这个流浪的过程只要有合适的朋友,美丽的风景相伴或无聊、或寂寞、或折腾,这都算不了什么我们总在不断探索生命的意义 在找答案 不管路有多远,不管路有多艰难,我们会一直在路上……相信多年以后回想起来,嘴角还会露出会心的一笑 这些美好记忆 记录着我们青春的脚步也会一直在我们心中 成为永恒的慰藉▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂▂活动时间:2012.1.5-2012.1.18 人 数:7人路线介绍:骑行时间:实际共12天。1月6号中午海口骑行,1月17号到达海口骑行线路:海口―文昌―博螯―万宁―亚龙湾―天涯镇-大安镇—琼中黎族苗族自治县—屯昌县—海口,总长650余公里。 线路特点:路况较好,以国道和省道为主,车很少,地形以平原丘陵为主,高差不大,沿线食宿还算方便。我们的实际路线:(与原攻略中心时间有少许调整)详细攻略见319楼D1:海口—灵山—三门坡—新桥—文昌县城D2:文昌—会文—长坡—谭门—博鳌D3:博鳌—龙滚—乐来—万宁—兴隆D4-5 兴隆—陵水—英州—亚龙湾D6-8:亚龙湾——三亚D9:三亚 —五指山市D10:五指山市—琼中—枫木镇D11:枫木镇—屯昌县—定安D12:定安—海口2012海南之行 生活篇 377楼https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1138689-38-1.html海南之旅 诙谐趣味篇(照片/阿东编)744楼https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1138689-75-1.html人物介绍: 舞者 阿东 胡来熊 I am me Seasons Meri 安吉儿 呵呵现在开始正式介绍……★舞 者 : 来自海口,舞者做事总是非常细致,考虑问也比较周到,应该也是经常出去游走,经验还蛮丰富的。由于是本地人,对路线和饮食都比我们更了解,一路对大家尽心尽力,照顾有加,非常感谢呢。我对舞者感到抱歉的是没能让他成功露营,背着露营装备还有单反,大包小包行李不少,最后又原封不动的背回去了,嘿嘿,我也一样。★阿东:来自广东茂名,这一路听着东哥似懂非懂的普通话与之交流着,看得出他也是个向往自由的人,当我们在三亚一起听一个流浪的文艺女青年讲述他们从丽江-海南-西藏-尼泊尔一路边走边玩的经历与故事时,在他眼中看到的是共鸣与羡慕。再加上传说他这一路手机相册拍了5000张照片,而且拍的不错哦,要是带的是相机就更好了,我算是服了,忒能拍了……★胡来熊 :长沙人,老朋友了,以前是自行车队的,体力还不错,装备准备的很专业,有模有样的,只是想起那个儿童睡袋,我有点Hold不住……跟他一起我又学习了一些骑车技巧,确实很有帮助。这一路最活跃的就是这位同学了,也算是个超级玩家,似乎有永无止境的激情,有啥好吃好玩找他错不了,话说以前是主唱来着,跟他唱歌还是很爽的,歌声不错哟★I am me: 长沙人,威懿是个做事扎实的人,平时话不多,但是做起事来还是杠杠的,平日应该经常骑车,体力挺好的,好在他还会修车,我爆胎三次,呵呵,真是辛苦了,这一路上在他的帮助下避免了不少麻烦……一路上大家还是比较团结的,威懿是的随性的人,性格很好的大好人,哈哈。。。。★Seasons: 江西人,这一路上我很感谢佳栋,本来他只背了一个背包和相机,非常轻便,结果帮我背了大部分行李,而且一直到最后,哈哈,辛苦了啊!其实也很佩服他,为了此次出行,不顾一切的勇气,其实我也挺赞同的,当你知道自己想要的是什么,就赶紧去做,不要留下遗憾,工作也是,生活也是……★Meri : 来自贵州,我研究了半天他的名字怎么念,原来是取名于梅里雪山,也是有着梦想的年轻人,计划今年去梅里雪山,这一路上话不太多,体力还是不错的。后来几天就和东哥在三亚玩转,看你们后来拍了好多照片,真是羡慕。。。。。 ★安吉儿:我不知道自己糊里糊涂的就组织了这么一次活动,平时都是去凑大家的热闹,原本计划大年初二随朋友去泰国,但是家里原因暂且搁浅,或者去向往已久的贡嘎雪山,但是找了好久都没有合适的人一起,最终放弃了。也许是缘分吧,我约了几个朋友年前环岛,他们立马答应了,让我计划已久的环岛之旅终于实现了,真的很开心。像我们这行,一次长假不容易,自从上次去了太白山,已经相隔2年,这次既然决定了,说什么我都会去的。其实我也不知道自己为什么这么爱折腾,但是每折腾一次就有一种说不出的喜悦,或许人生就该多折腾才更有滋味,苦与乐,笑与泪来哼唱一曲生命之歌……但我也明白,真正的过日子是经不起折腾的,而是平淡与踏实,是要落实到柴米油盐、吃饭睡觉的,或许那又是我另一个生活阶段了。 2012.1.5 计划已久的海南之行总算成行,将所以行李收拾好还真不那么容易,头天晚上将行李全部整理好,放在一旁,自己看着都觉得好笑,这么多东西哪骑得动啊,还有就是怎么固定啊……管他的,明日再说,呵呵 早上爷爷也帮我一起打包,架势挺足,多亏了爷爷的帮忙才弄好。。。。将帐篷睡袋硬是塞进去了,拿捆带固定绑好,可话了不少力气……大包小包把后车坐堆的特别高,骑上去还好,没想象中那么重,OH~出发! 一路骑到火车站,上火车一路比想象中顺利,不过也好在I am me的朋友送我们进去的,只是晚点1个多小时……进第一道门我们还是把前轮拆下来了,我们怕耽误了上火车就进了VIP等候,上火车查票员看着我们这架势,就说能放得下就不用拆了,看来他们也是看得多了,好人啊……自行车上火车,这里是之前其他骑友给我们建议的:(我觉得有一句特有趣)1.一定要拆轮子,至少前轮要拆。不拆是车,拆了就是配件了。自行车不能上火车,但是配件可以上火车。最省事的办法是只拆前轮,不要拆把横,只需把它转90度,和车架在一条直线即可。这样最省事,不用任何工具,不用捆扎。不拆后轮有个好处就是无论进站还是出站都可以把车竖起来,后轮着地推着走,避免了提车累的胳膊酸痛。一般最多拆掉前后轮也就不会有问了。也有拆掉把横的,要用到5mm的内六角,还要用绑扎带把把横绑在车架上,比较麻烦,不推荐。上车的准形象是:左手提车,右手提轮子,背上背包,嘴上叼车票。 2.如果有工作人员询问或刁难,最好暂时低下嫩高贵的头颅,谁叫在人家的地盘哪,最好解释说本来要去办理托运手续的,但是时间紧张没来得及。拜托拜托了。他们一般不会那么绝情的,火车又不是他自己的。 3.上了车,最好把车子放在连接处,还要询问乘务员,靠站开门时候是哪边,要放在不开的那边。如果人太多,连接处也全都是人,就只好,把脚踏也拆了,然后塞在车座下边,否则放不进去。这点需要事先了解情况。不过一般都可以放连接处了。 4.最好,一定不要办理托运手续,上车要办手续,下车还要去行李房办理,太麻烦了。很显然要花时间,要花钱,车站工作人员一定不会像你一样爱惜你的车子,粗暴装,粗暴卸是很有可能的。因为那不是她得的车。 5.出站可以马上装轮就走,有时候车子拆的比较厉害,工作人员不让长时间逗留站台,可以把后轮先装好,站着推出去,这样省力,特别是出站距离比较长的时候。 6,一点体会:一般越是大城市,越是不会遇到麻烦,因为车站工作人员可能也经常见到这种情况,反而是小城市,没见过的,就要问问。 最初其实是计划火车从长沙-广州-海口,但是买票时,当我继续买广州到海口的票时没票了,坑爹。。。所以只有在广州买汽车票转船过海了……头一次坐汽车就把我折腾够了……天下雨,自行车被放在放行李处,还另外收了50元的行李费,无语……车内是卧铺,天气很冷,也没开空调,还有一股脚的异味,垫子还返潮,是湿的,睡着真有点压抑,而且正好是躺在厕所附近,唉……悲剧的呆了8个多小时,我快窒息了,各种不自在……广州到海口,折腾一晚……难忘,细节已经不想说了,我想以后再也不会坐汽车来了………… 海面很平静,马上就到海口了,比想象中冷多了~后悔没有带上我那件抓绒……好在Seasons把外套借我了一路折腾……2012.1.6 去的一路真不是一般折腾,火车转汽车转轮船加一路冒雨骑车……骑了15公里,总算折腾到了舞者家,当时都11点多了,已经50个小时没睡觉了。。。。虽然很累,但还是按原计划走……先到舞者家的是阿东和Meri,他们都是凌晨到得,等了我们很久,当时我记得阿东是穿着一双凉鞋,呵呵,凉快啊~估计冷的不行了……大家集合了就出发,中午出发前舞者坐东请大家吃了一顿大餐,美味极了。 一路绵绵细雨,还挺惬意的,但是时间一长就hold不住了。。。。好在有佳栋帮我驮行李,我轻松不少,由于出发较晚,一路停停走走赶路,尽量晚上感到文昌住。原本是不骑夜路,但是不骑就意味着我们会露宿街头了,所以冒着寒风细雨勇往直前,快到文昌有段在修路,泥泞的路再加上下雨,而且还一片漆黑,更是艰难,路很烂,我们不得不下来推,脚踩在地上,还有泥巴下陷的感觉……过了这一段就快了,当晚一直到晚上九点才到文昌。 到了就放心了,赶紧去吃晚饭,淋了一天雨,头发一直都是湿的,全身是泥,虽然非常想去洗个热水澡,但是已经饿的不行了,先解决温饱问……细心的舞者立马先要老板煮了锅可乐姜汤给大家取暖,喝的舒服……我们点了一只5公斤的鸡!椰汁煮鸡~味道真的特别特别鲜浓……我都快饿扁了~~爽啊~~ 开吃了!同志!呵呵,这些人“欠不得纸",也要拍……一群拍鸡的人……吃饱喝足哟~总算稍微暖和一点了,去附近找住的地方已经2天没睡觉了,晚上可以睡个好觉 2012.1。7海南人也喜欢喝早茶,早餐很丰盛,我们点了奶茶、包子、面、饼……吃的好撑……大家吃完早餐便去附近找地方洗车,经过昨天雨水的攻击,车子已经到处是泥了,在县上找了好久,我们在附近洗汽车的地方将自行车给整理干净了,他们工作人员并没有要我们的费用,好人呐~将刹车擦洗干净,将泥巴抹干净,洗洗舒服的出发~ 2012.1。8博鳌论坛旁边的沙滩,久违的太阳出来了,感觉很好!这是我有生以来第二次看到大海,第一次还是很小很小的时候,记忆已经很模糊了大海的声音真的很好听哦~~~~~~PS出行一定要记得带拖鞋,可以随时换上,特别是去沙滩,或者停留在某地的时候都很方便! 博鳌论坛要来这边沙滩是要收费的,套票好像是1百多,我们咨询的当地的一个保安,后来在他给那买的票,60元一个人,包括坐船和沙滩,水族馆等几个景区,这样又可以省几十块钱,嘻嘻回复 汗斯2008 的帖子海南真的很不错,我们这条路线民风淳朴,一路美景、美食,非常值,是与旅游的感觉完全不同的,很适合骑行回复 史瑞克 的帖子哈哈 攻略有,要的话可以邮给你 看完海景,我们便又出发了,经过商议,阿东带我们换了条路走,可以一路沿海边骑,真爽~没骑多久就被这美丽的风景吸引了,还看到了很多骑友,他们在海边露营,看到我们大家便互相礼貌的打招呼……让我们感觉对带着帐篷表示非常值得~风景真的很好,我们把车子往旁边一扔,拿出相机忍不住停下来2一下……大伙都有点疯狂了……先是拿着阿东的车子轮流拍照,后又去帆船那,摆各种POES…… 让咱也来装一回逼~呵呵 看着这些沉旧的船只,生锈的锚,仿佛经历无数风雨,又有谁能看出这背后的故事……回复 活在垃圾场(彪) 的帖子呵呵是啊真的很开心 出去旅行不仅仅是体验生活,同样也是享受 这张照片……我们取名为——拍个“锚”啊 附近遇到很多骑友,见了我们都相互友善的打招呼,感觉特别好…… 拍的过瘾~立刻前往万宁……听着海声,风声唯一有点遗憾的就是没有带音响……要是有点音乐相伴那该多美好~~~~([]

尼泊尔被称为高山之国,境内的喜马拉雅山被誉为世界屋脊,世界上14座海拔8000米以上的山峰中有8座诞生于这里。在这里徒步穿越,既可以走得如驴子般的自虐,也可以雇上挑夫,过得如王子般的享受。 而此次的尼泊尔行,我们的主要目的就是徒步喜马拉雅南坡安娜普纳ABC。以至于进入尼泊尔的第二天,就迫不及待的奔赴博卡拉,走上ABC. 都说尼泊尔是登山爱好者的乐园。那里有多条成熟的登山健行的路线:你可以去挑战雪山;也可以只花3、4天在山间转转,远眺喜玛拉雅群山;有兴趣有时间的话,还可以用20多天走个大环线。其中徒步安娜普纳登山大本营(即Annapurna Base Camp,简称ABC),无疑最具诱惑力。 老C长我两岁,我们都是老三届,都已经从领导岗位退了下来,都喜欢户外运动,登山骑车、徒步健行,虽年已花甲,却自认为体能不让后生。 两老驴是首次结伴驴行,岁数合计122岁,自称KC组合,呵呵,幸好偶不叫老王老魏老吴老温,不然就成了WC组合。 一路行来,所遇登山驴友,几乎都是雇用背夫负担装备,没有几个是自己重装徒步的。在国产驴友中,60花甲,自己背负全套装备,重装完成ABC徒步的,也许只是凤毛麟角。不是想节约几个钱,只是想找那种感觉,证明一下---我能。 时间:2010年1月19日--26日 路线:Nayapul--ABC(即Annapurna Base Camp,安娜普纳登山大本营)--Nayapul 装备:睡袋、冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤、速干内衣、登山鞋、手套、帽子、墨镜、头灯、手机、书本地图;笔记本电脑、两部相机、三套备用电池、四套充电器,电源转换头,多联接线插板,摄影独角架;若干食品、饮料、糖、酒,总之70升背包填得满满的。 1月23日,当我们冒雪抵达海拔4130米的ABC营地,在客栈餐厅里,满墙驴友的留言涂鸦中,贴上第三张用汉字书写的留言时,心理获得极大的满足。 需要特别说明的是,俩老驴目不识丁(外文盲),刚刚认得ABC,竟然敢走ABC。对于我们来说,登山体能没有问,最大的困难是语言不通,无法交流。于是在博卡拉请个中文翻译做向导,带俩聋子和哑巴上路。 没有请背夫,那装备就自己背上了,因为在国内登山都是如此,还没有奢侈到那种程度。何况来了,就是为了体验那种重装徒步喜马拉雅的感觉。 27岁的小吴,具有二分之一的中国血统。他是我们住在博卡拉峨眉饭庄老板的儿子,瘦高的个子,非常腼腆,汉语说的并不十分流利。他父亲说他是博卡拉唯一的中文向导,佣金自然就较英文向导高些,物以稀为贵吗。 头天在博卡拉办理了进山证,是小吴领到办事地点,大门有人执勤,不让当地向导进入。我们俩老外,面对工作人员的热情招呼,竟只能靠手势交流。两张表格,还是又拿到外面让小吴找人代填的,至此才发现,我们的翻译也是文盲,只会说不会写。 填表,帖照片,交2000卢比,发证盖章,***非常顺利。 早饭后,乘车前往徒步出发地Nayapul,距博卡拉约60多公里,吴老板说通往那里的公路,就是中国援建的,当时他是援建公司的尼泊尔语翻译。(我在想:这语言能沟通,令吴翻译钩到了尼泊尔MM。然后留在那里成家立业)。 想象中的Nayapul应该是个比较繁华的地方,因为来安娜普纳登山的都要在这里进山或出山。下车的路边是排简陋的板房,卖些小食品,石砌泥糊的灶台,青烟缕缕。 沿板房间的石阶下山到河边,走过铁索桥,以后山里过河基本上都是铁索桥,无惊无险。桥边有长着黑白羽毛的鸭子在溜达,心想这异国的鸭子也是异样的。 路过第一个检查站,查验登山证件,盖章放行。尼泊尔的徒步登山旅游开放有近百年的历史,管理服务确实是做得非常周到。 尼泊尔的徒步旅游非常成熟和完善,几乎每走1--2个小时就会遇到一个落脚点,可以食宿休整,所以大家尽可根据自己的体力和节奏,安排出自己的徒步计划。而每处客栈都整洁干净,布满了鲜花。 每个客栈都有这样的图示,识出你当前所在的位置,以及各个站点之间徒步所需的时间,一目了然。 这些建于数十年前的石头砌的台阶,高度与宽度正好能将背包靠住,非常的人性化。 我们的背包有20公斤重,第一天就重装爬升了1000多米,喜欢那种出大力,流大汗的感觉。 午餐一般我们吃的是炒米饭,或炒面条。晚上收工后,会拿出背来的物资,煮点奶茶,吃几颗花生米,喝两杯烧酒。 尼泊尔地处喜马拉雅山脉南坡,从海拔8848米的世界第一高峰珠穆朗玛到海拔只有50米的平原,落差巨大。正是这种巨大的海拔落差以及印度洋的暖湿气流造就了尼泊尔独特的迷人景观:海拔8000米以上的高大雪峰和海拔不足1000米的绿色梯田可以同时出现在你的视野之中。 这里有雪山,有瀑布,有象国内川西一样的丰沛流水,有象云南一样的茂密植被。 当你徒步穿越美丽的溪流、峡谷,来到远离城市尘嚣的偏僻山村,巨大的海拔高差带来的视觉上的震撼,而垂直分布引起的迥异的景色又给人强烈的虚幻的感觉。视觉的享受和心灵的愉悦,会令你为他们那传统的田园生活唏嘘不已。 来到尼泊尔,如果没有徒步喜马拉雅,那将会是件很遗憾的事情。 在安娜普纳徒步有着非常成熟的线路,有4天的小环,有8天的ABC,还有21天的大环线。沿途的小村庄很多,配套设施都做得很好。一路上的客栈都可以提供各种便利,几乎每走1-2小时路程,就会遇到像样的客栈。提供食宿,干净舒适,完全没有那种攀登野山,风餐露宿,饥寒交迫的现象。 为此:来到尼泊尔,徒步高山,那将又是件很幸福的事情。 遇有村镇,会聚集着十几家甚至几十家客栈,一般房价在200-400卢比/天左右。客栈虽然简陋,但绝不乏整洁优雅,服务周到。 山区里不通公路,全靠驴驮人背。物价随着海拔的升高,逐渐上涨,确也合情合理。尼泊尔人习惯于头顶背负东西,感觉人家颈椎很硬。 海拔2000米左右的山里,植被茂盛。穿行在密林深处,阳光透过枝叶,斑斑点点的洒在路上、身上,异常的惬意。 感觉欧美人比我们会享受生活,硕大的包包有背夫给背着,自己悠闲的赏景,休息时品味着热咖啡,充分体验着旅行的乐趣。(我是说他们是旅行而不是驴行)。 哥德班尼海拔2860米,那天专门绕行三个多小时,就是准备住在这里,第二天早上看日出。 哥德班尼是个小镇,有数十家客栈。这里还有登山检查站,要查验证件,登记盖章。工作人员很悠闲,边晒太阳边下棋。 还可以见到前几年的语,不认识写的什么,但对那镰刀斧头的图案是再熟悉不过了。 这里房屋的屋顶都是蓝色的彩钢板,我喜欢这个颜色。小吴领我们进了最高处的一家客栈,推开窗户,就见雪山,近在咫尺。 仁者乐山,见雪山就兴奋。今爬行没有强度,时值中午,感觉日晒强烈,天气却很凉。在小吴的建议下,午饭点了份套餐:炸薯条、炸鸡块、炸牛排、蔬菜、米饭。500卢比一份,这是我们进山仅有的最FB的一餐。 特意在露天用餐,来两瓶啤酒,对着安娜普纳雪峰畅饮,体验着神仙过的日子。美了美了,醉了醉了。 黄昏时登临附近较高处,山里的傍晚,大多是云遮雾罩,没有那期待中的雪山落日,巍巍雪峰若隐若现,只抓拍了雪峰那瞬间即逝的靓影。 这天的早饭是油饼+奶茶;晚饭是在房间里,叫了份炒面,煮了锅紫菜汤,牛肉花生米,限量两杯小酒... 当驴不要太苦了自己,毕竟自虐也不是唯一。 本来依我们的体力(得利于经常性的登山和骑行运动),虽然重装7天内肯定能走完ABC。但为了拍日出,昨天只徒步3小时,就住在了哥德班尼。 昨天傍晚的云遮雾罩,没有预想的美丽的夕阳落日。心情多少有些郁闷,担心早晨是否能够拍到日出。 黎明前,戴着头灯上路,满天的繁星眨着眼睛,那颗悬着的心踏实了,没有白浪费那半天的时间,有时耐心的等待并不是一件坏事。 布恩山(Poon Hill,海拔3200米),是安娜普纳小环游线路的最大亮点,如果天气好的话可以看到270度雪山群峰日出的壮观景色。 早上五点小吴就叫我们起来,开始向布恩山顶进发,去看日出。这段路程大概有十多里但海拔要提高600多米,人们都在漆黑的山路上登顶,不时会看到照明头灯的闪烁。([]
野 山 清 凉 2009年 6月26日至6月28日,我们一行六人在向导蔡胜民的协作下,完成大别山霍山龙井河1号线局部、广家河2号线全程和狼牙谷3号线大半程的徒步穿越,观瀑嬉水。 喜欢行走,是因为心向林泉。如果你的骨子里刻满了随性与浪漫,那这个世界就无所谓城市与荒原。 2009.6.26,凌晨四点,我们一行六人驱车来到大别山堆谷山村。小憩两个小时,醒来就开始摘向导老蔡家的桃子充饥。 我和老蔡商量了一下行程,酷暑难耐,此行主要去水区。略去1号线无瀑布的地区,必要走完2号线,也就是强度难度最大的广家河瀑布区,3号线主要安排腐败项目。上图红线部分就是广家河线,线路内有11道瀑布,依次为玲珑瀑、贴心瀑、老虎夹瀑、珍珠瀑、万字瀑、彩虹瀑、三道崖瀑、黄崖瀑、飞天瀑、美女献秘瀑和老牛撒尿瀑。返程途经神龙首瀑和龙王樽瀑,再插入1号线看鲤鱼跳龙门瀑,经24道弯回堆谷山村。蓝线是3号线,狼牙谷线,相对强度较低,适宜嬉水。([]
