毎年秋天都会跟老伴去旅游,去年走了很精彩的新藏线,今年该去哪儿?国內一般的景点嘛......沒兴趣.在论坛內找目吧!尼泊尔的帖子越看越吸引,由其是"塞外老K"的帖子,他们的年纪只比我们大了一点点负重徒步嘛....想信自己也能7月开始计划旅程,订机票丶行程安排,全都是我一手包办,老伴就坐享其成,不过老伴还是有功勞的,就是我的翻译,值得表扬lol出发前沒想到尼泊尔之行会是这么精彩,吃喝玩乐,应有尽有,徒步丶泡温泉丶骑大象丶骑车丶发呆,还遇上大 选 前热闹的拉票活动,还有整个加德满都的商店罢市和罢工.建议提早3个月前买机票会便宜很多的,我在7月初订东方航空,广州-昆明-加德满都 往返机票合共3400元/人(包含所有费用)尽量不要入住中国人开的旅馆,因为房价会比尼泊尔人开的旅馆贵得多,如果你跟同伴一点点英语都不会的话,那只好被中国人任意宰割了!(中国人开的泰山青年旅舍,我问双人间的房价是多少,回答说这里是一张床来算的,收费60元人民币,2个人就是2张床,收费120元人民币.严重鄙视这店),当地人开的酒店比较干净和房间面积较大,双人间大多是700Rs/44元人民币我到达尼泊尔时的兑换率是 116 尼泊尔之行重点是,不用向导和背夫,要好好享受负重徒步的苦与乐.跟老伴一起研究了3条徏歩路线.1.EBC2.安纳普娜大环线3.安纳普娜小环线+POON HILL+ANNAPURNA BASE CAMP(简称ABC)经过商量和衡量我的体能后,决定走3.安纳普娜小环线+POON HILL+ABC因为我们是负重徒歨,而且我的步伐比较慢,预算要走12天,一般人都是在8天之內完成的.之前发的图片尺寸缩得太小,不好看.要抽些时间更換大一点的图片给自己看也好^_^10月16日东方航空 MU5704 0720 广州-昆明MU757 1435 昆明-加德满都(廷迟1个多小时才起飞)尼泊尔时间比北京时间慢2小时15分.往后的全用尼泊尔时间.大约1700到达加都机场,出了海关后便先去拿免费的地图,然后找车去泰米尔区,还未出机场门口,便有很多人走过来问是不是要打车,去泰米尔区500-600Rs,当中有一名中年男子叫我们不要坐外面的车,还说这些都不是好人,然后又说他的车队才是政府指定的车,在机场出口处有公司柜枱,到泰米尔区收费600Rs ,我说太贵了!砍价400Rs成交,但是我还沒兑換卢比尼,付人民币可以吗?他说行,40元人民币.这骗子当我是傻瓜,116便是640Rs 我们转身就走,另找车去泰米尔区才300Rs.因为不知道会在哪里住宿,便叫司机送我们到泰山酒店,下车后才看见是比较高级的酒店,不过还是进去问问房价吧!双人间大约是40美元(我都记不清楚)我说价钱不合适,转身便走,那个中国女人说,我这里也有青年旅舍,我就问双人间多少钱,她回答说是以一张床收费的,60元人民币/床,2个人就是2张床,合共120元人民币,我们听了之后即走.第一天到达便遇到2个当中国人是傻瓜的(骗子)后来找到了当地人开的 HANA HOTE双人间/750Rs环境不错 明天继续 8264论坛內,不少网友分享资料时提及飞机右边位置会看见雪山的.在昆明办理登机手续时,请工作人员安排右边窗口位置(因为我们排队位置较前,能安排较前的位置)天气不是很好,不过能看见雪山已算是幸运. 10月17日今早想步行到NTB办理进山证和TIMS,因为初到加都,不知道位置,只好坐出租车,司机开价500Rs,我们也不用砍价,转身找另一辆车,200Rs成交.(查看地图和熟悉了泰米尔区和附近的街道后,往后在加都的日子就只是步行或是乘坐公交车)车程只有几分钟,9点半到达NTB,我们来早了!办公时间是1000才开始.办理进山证需要1寸照片2张 收费2000Rs 办理TIMS需要1寸照片2张不请背夫的收费是2000Rs(现在已不收美金)办理好证件后便步行返回泰米尔区,不用30分钟就到了.下午到杜巴广场,菜市场丶民居混杂其中,根本不用买票,游走横街窄巷时,不经意就进入了广场.游览完毕返回酒店途中下起大雨,道路又烂得坑坑洼洼,积水难行,只好等雨停了另觅道路回酒店,在巷子里转来转去,迷路了!拿出地图问路,路在口边嘛今无晚餐想吃好一点,便到网友推荐的KC's Restaurant & Bamboos Bar 牛扒500Rs(我吃6成熟的,味道不错) 另加10%小费 住宿HANA HOTEL 10月17日原本的计划是今天到博卡拉,因为天气不好,就更改一下行程,在加都多留一天.巴德岗/和昌古纳拉杨神庙/Changu Naryun Temple原本是安排在徒步之后才去的,行程有变就改今天去参观吧!早上9点从酒店出发,步行到公交车站(就在前往NTB的大街上),车站內每一辆车都有写去哪里,不过都是尼泊尔文字,看不懂,还有当地人不知道巴德岗,所以坐车时要说去Bhaktapur/巴克塔普尔.票价25Rs到了巴德岗时售票员便叫我们下车,忽然间想起要先去昌古纳拉扬,便问售票员该在那里乘车?售票员听后便叫我们先不要下车,再过几分钟便会经过车站的,到了便会叫我们下车.这时正在下车的还有1位来自上海的美女,2位来自新加坡的小夫妻,立刻问我昌古纳拉扬是什么地方?值得去吗?往返时间多久?我说是值得去的地方,往返车程连参观大约2-3个小时就足夠,有时间的话不如一起走吧!就这样一行5人一起乘车到位于山上的昌古纳拉扬神庙,车程约半小时,票价35Rs昌古纳拉扬神庙 门票100Rs参观完毕,我们5个人都不急于乘车下山,因为来时看只沿途风景很美,大家经过商量,返正时间尚早,決定先走一段路,拍拍照,在中途再上车去巴德岗也不迟.加都往巴德普的车廂內巴德普开往昌古纳拉扬的公交车 昌古纳拉扬神庙是尼泊尔最古老的印度教塔庙,庙门由金银装饰,极尽辉惶.甜美的笑容充满爱的笑容车来了!上车去巴德岗.巴德岗杜巴广场 门票700Rs记得买票时出示你的中国护照,有优惠价,只收100Rs进入巴德岗后,首先给我的惑觉是干淨,原来在20世纪70年代,德国人在这里生资开展了一个"巴克塔普尔发展计划",修复了许多建筑,铺成了宽敞的马路,还修建了排污系统.整座城市因而受益,变得整洁有序.巴德岗巴德岗巴德岗发了芽的土豆,谁敢买来吃?聪明的羊羊进了巴德岗杜巴广场后,小夫妻因为要先找旅舍住宿,便跟我们道別.我们和美女继续游览广场,下午約5点乘公交车返回泰米尔,下车后忘记了留下qq联络便与美女道別,有点遗憾.很高兴认识了举止优雅的上海美女,有缘相遇和同游一整天,希望有缘再遇.美女明天乘飞机回国,我们明天继续行程去愽卡拉. 10月19日早上6点退房后便歩行到坎提路/KANTI PATH ,乘车到博卡拉/Pokhara 票价600Rs 这里停了十多辆大巴,有去博卡拉,也有去奇特旺和蓝毗尼.车程约7个小时,中途会停车吃午饭和上厕所.预计还有约2个小时车程便到博卡拉,忽然间车停下来,原来堵车了,一堵就是3个小时.通车后往前行驶约20分钟,便看见一辆车窗全部粉碎的公交车,两旁路边上,还有很多拿着步枪的军警,是有暴力事件发生了!到达博卡拉时天色已黑,下车后便打车到湖区,砍价后一车200Rs.住宿 Hotel Khukuri 双人间650Rs明天便要进山了,今晚一定要吃一大块牛排,补充能量 10月20日不用向导,不用背夫,负重徒步安纳普娜小环线+Poon Hill+ABC 正式开始.今天睡到自然醒,10点才退房,然后打车到汽车站200Rs ,转乘中巴到Nayapul 票价110Rs 车程约2小时.今天天气不好,刚过了位于Birethanti的进山检查站便开始下雨,雨势越来雨大,走到Hille还打雷,看见前方有一间餐厅,便想进去喝杯奶茶避避雨,脚还未进门就听到"NO"抬头一看,一个胖胖的老女人,看来是老板娘吧!(我背着背包又披了雨衣,看来她是误会我是背夫,背夫也是人啊!这个老板娘心肠也不会好到那里).既然她这么说,我们就站在屋簷下避雨,沒多久有一位来自大连的先生从餐厅里走出来,叫我们进去避雨,我们说老板娘say no,他说她应该是误会我们是背夫,后来他也站在门外跟我们聊起来,他跟朋友在等车来接他们回博卡拉,他还教我们用之字形上下山,这个方法真的很有效,对我们往后的12天负重徒很有帮助.十分感谢这位来自大连的先生.天快黒了,雨还一直下,大连先生提议我们在此住宿(只此一间),我说不,我不喜欢这沒有同情心的老板娘,不住她的店.我们和大连先生和他的朋友道別后便继续赶路,希望能在天黑前赶到Tikhedhunga天已全黑,我们还沒看见灯光,怎么办,忽然听到声音,一拐弯便看见2个当地妇女,马上问还要走多远才有住宿,她们说,不用一分钟,太好了!真的是拐弯便见到灯光,太激动了!不选店了!就住第一间店.住宿 双人普间300Rs 洗澡100Rs/人 在Nayapul下车后还要走一段路才到位于Birthanti的进山检查站([]

【写在开篇】有人说:“俄罗斯不是一个国家,而是一个世界。”首先,地大。人口只有 1.6 亿的俄罗斯,却拥有横跨欧亚大陆的1700 多万平方公里的国土面积,占了地球上 1/6 的陆地。其次,物博。俄罗斯有着丰富的让人眼馋的自然资源,足以支撑起一个世界。 我们眼中的俄罗斯会是什么样的呢?带着这样的疑问开始我们16天的旅程…在最美的秋季,从寒冷飘雪的伊尔库茨克,到阳光明媚的圣彼得堡,经历着突如其来的暴雪,感受着浓墨重彩的秋色。第一天:每个去过俄罗斯的人,看到的俄罗斯人都是不同的,有人说俄罗斯人很傲气,不屑于用英语回答你。有人说俄罗斯人很冷漠,不会为了你的迷茫而停下脚步。也有人说,俄罗斯人很豪爽,言语间就热络的共进伏特加。也许维京海盗和东斯拉夫农民的结合,注定了他们的双重性格。时而豪迈慷慨,时而自私吝啬。时而热情奔放,时而冷漠残酷。时而目光远大,时而固执短视。通过短短的旅途,去体会俄罗斯的深厚历史是远远不够的,可是我们却看到了美好的未来。留在记忆里的是年轻人的勃勃生机,勤学上进和热情好客,因为你们,让不懂俄语的我们,顺利愉悦的给旅行画上了完美的句号,期待下一次的相遇… 照例,先放行程,接着放毒!喀山圣母教堂的香烛环贝加尔湖火车奥列洪岛眺望贝加尔湖红场上的圣瓦西里和克林姆林宫谢尔盖耶夫镇的圣三一修道院苏兹达尔的洋葱们弗拉基米尔的圣母升天大教堂彼得大帝夏宫北京的夏日才刚刚离去,我们就带着厚厚的冬装,登上了西伯利亚航空的飞机。走出机舱,寒气扑面而来,这就是带着冬天味道的伊尔库茨克了。 伊尔库茨克,没听过吧?可是另外两个响亮的名字,西伯利亚、贝加尔湖,想必大家都不陌生。伊尔库茨克(Иркутск),是伊尔库茨克州的首府,是东西伯利亚第二大城市,市中心与居民区间以天然白桦林连接着。安加拉河贯穿市区,有大桥连通在贝加尔湖的东南端。作为东西伯利亚的首府,伊尔库茨克拥有不少19世纪的豪华建筑,曾被誉为“西伯利亚的巴黎”。到达:北京-伊尔库茨克,直飞的是西伯利亚航空S7和海南航空的飞机,班次并不是天天有,S7每周一、三、六,05:35~08:50,海南航空貌似也是一、三、六1000~1315。 软件:神奇的2GIS必须安装,提前下载几个城市的离线地图,五星推荐,相当于俄罗斯的高德地图,也许做的还要更好一些。需要安装俄文输入或者功课做好,提前把要去的地方俄文备注好。随时查询公交地铁,酒店购物,太方便。一路走来三个有网络的童鞋没有我一个离线地图的灵光~电话卡:网上大家都推荐小蜜蜂,不知道为什么这么迷信,就没有人反馈个真实体会吗?比MTS便宜,但是真心不好用,小火车信号差的一塌糊涂,奥列洪岛甚至基本没信号。还是推荐最大的品牌MTS,3G的包月流量250,比小蜜蜂贵50。另外两个品牌套餐外的流量都会比较贵,尤其是莫斯科或者圣彼得堡的卡在伊尔库茨克用,所以淘宝购卡的需要注意。 换汇:出发前网上有人说,最合适的办法是当地银联取现(用华夏卡,首笔没有手续费),其次是带美金去换汇,最不合适的是国内直接换卢布。我的亲身体会,应该是当地银联取现和出发前国内换汇差不多,都比较合适。旅行16天,两个人4万卢布现金加上取现两次15000卢布,其余住宿,购物刷卡。最后几天卢布增值,刷卡购物的比较不合适。 语言:俄罗斯英文普及的非常不好,伊尔库茨克就会更差一些,问路,坐公交,买车票最好提前准备好俄语,show给大妈大叔看,简单粗暴,沟通无障碍。酒店前台是接触的人群里英文最好的,有问除了Info!就找漂亮帅气的前台~伊尔库茨克(Иркутск),始建于1700年,已经拥有315年的城市发展史,是西伯利亚唯一的大工业城市,也是交通和商贸的枢纽。伊尔库茨克有约1300处历史建筑文明遗产,其中有东正教堂(喀山教堂)、波兰人大教堂、政府大楼、二战胜利纪念广场、历史博物馆、十二月党人文化公园等 ......伊尔库茨克的市区范围并不大,溜达着去Tourist Information Center拿地图,i里的姑娘英文也很好,和城市旅游资讯以及周边交通有关系的问,尽管丢过去吧。心满意足的拿着绿线GREEN LINE地图,开始了我们匆匆半日的城市随行。 ,有30个市区主要景点的英文介绍,非常方便徒步游览。穿过著名的卡尔马克思大街,一路向北,来到了安加拉河畔。远远望去,最为醒目的是矗立的黄白相间的凯旋门,叫做Moscow Gate。凯旋门前停了长长一排的婚车,倒是没咱国内结婚气派。新郎新娘,还有不可思议的诸多伴郎伴娘,欢声笑语不断。零度的气温也抵挡不了新人们的喜悦,穿着婚纱的新娘面对镜头,high的不行。晏宾说,一路碰到的新娘子即使上了妆也没有街上匆忙走过的姑娘们漂亮,也许都是到了一定年纪,即将长腿辣妹变身大妈的时候,才会考虑找个长期饭票?不过这只是一句玩笑话,无论是在伊尔库茨克这样的小城市,还是莫斯科圣彼得堡那样的大城市,路上偶遇的年轻年长的女性,穿着打扮,发行配饰,无不透着精致和品位,好像随时准备走上时尚杂志一般。安加拉河畔的围栏上挂满了漂亮的同心锁,大小颜色各异,周边也没看到售卖亭,难道这里有这样的传统?出门还得备锁头[/惊讶] 河边望去,高耸的烟囱,进进出出的船只,忙碌工作的吊车,无不显示着工业城市的繁忙。冬季河畔漫步,寒风扑面,带来丝丝潮气,有孩童包裹的如童话里的公主,粉嫩嫩的,推着同样粉嫩的小推车和玩具公主,蹒跚学步,小脸呈现着健康的苹果红。沿着无人的河滨大道一路走到了基洛夫广场,广场上教堂林立,救世主大教堂,主显节大教堂,波兰人大教堂。首先看到的是这座堆积木一般的主显节大教堂(Собор Богоявления)。大教堂始建于1693年,是伊尔库茨克第二古老的石头建筑,至今保存的很好。漂亮的教堂白色亮洁,各层由长方形、圆柱形、三角锥形组合在一起,旁边还有两的金色的洋葱头形状的穹顶衬托着,非常耀眼,也有人称它为“博戈亚福列涅大教堂”。东正教教堂男士不允许带帽,女士入内可以带帽或者包头巾。建议还是随身携带一条围巾,既能保暖,又能裹头,戴着帽子总觉得对上帝不太尊重。一般情况教堂内不允许拍照,需要拍照提前询问,有的教堂只是唱诗和讲经的地方不让拍照。马路对面是救世主大教堂SpasskayaTserkov,历史超过300年。教堂外围有一圈小花圃,还有纪念碑,老爷爷带着孙子挑选着鲜花献给长眠的英雄们。推开厚重的有着岁月痕迹的木头门,拾级而上,二楼是教堂主体,教堂内部不大,顶部和墙壁上的彩色绘画,讲诉着一个又一个圣经故事,指引着教众前行的方向。([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 出发前写下的话:去西藏,而且还是去阿里,世界屋脊的屋脊,不是去郊区郊游,要面对的困难以及要准备的东西真的很多,也不知道是不是真的是好事多磨,正文之前就先写写我出发前遇到的主要困难、解决办法及最后的结局遇到的困难:1.今年是毕业年,和每一个毕业生一样,要面临找工作和答辩两大问,但是工作何时能定,答辩及时能完,一切都不是我能掌握和确定的,所以我不知道自己有多长的假期,或者说有没有假期,从年后一直烦闷,直到4月底知道答辩时间这种烦闷才略有好转。2.不知道有多少人会与我同行,因为我去西藏是打算包车的,而一辆越野车除司机外是坐3~4个人,最好是4个,这样费用是最划算的,人少了就贵,人多了就得再加一辆车,4或8个人当然最好,3个,6个,7个也行,万一是5个,那就真是呜呼哀哉了。3.行程的确定,到底是走A计划还是B计划,一直在纠结,最主要的原因是考虑到妈妈的身体情况。4.钱的问,小金毛的寄养问,旗子的问,师傅6月初开大会不知道哪一天结束的问,到底我是从北京还是从广州出发的问,中间还夹杂了去长岛的旅行问。。。。。。反正就是有一堆的问等待自己去发现及解决。解决的方法及最后的结果:1.(1)答辩的时间为5月21号,不会对出行造成影响。 (2)原计划6月6号广州飞拉萨,但我4号就得离开北京,回来安置好我家的小金毛,和妈妈一起出发,但不知道师傅的会几号结束,最后会议定在1~3号,4号踏实地离开。 (3)工作方面,陆总在5月24,25号两天进行了面试和体检,再有消息是6月中下旬,对我的计划几乎不造成影响,庆幸一下,但还是尽快回来为好。 (4)省医一开始说体检时7月中下旬的事,也不会对我的计划造成影响,但是在4号晚上,北京回广州的火车上,我接到了6号一早体检的通知,顿时傻了,是不去体检呢?还是改机票呢?南航一天就一个航班,我是退南航票,买别家的呢,还是改晚一天呢?N个电话后得到的结果是,如果退南航的票,买别家的票贵就不说,而且我之前买的是来回程的票,去程不坐南航,回程就没了,所以只能改后一天,但是改后一天,我就只能晚一天办边境证,也就是6月8号,但原计划是8号出发走阿里,8号办证能来得及么?一天的适应时间我妈妈受得了么?又是N个电话加深思熟虑,最后决定所有行程顺延一天,8号是周五,还能办边境证,要是周末就又得等两天,当机立断,赶紧改机票,又是N个电话,还是火车过山洞时信号不好的时候不断拨打,最终结果就是事情安排妥当后,几十块钱电话费又没了。不幸中的大幸是6号体检,万一是7号和8号,麻烦只会更大的。2.好兄弟脖子鱼一开始就退出了西藏之行,原因是多方面的,让我深感遗憾,就和去年贡嘎一样。小悠和张扬又没时间,色狼家里不放人,小肠没经费,老婆要考试,就算不考试家里也不同意,所以身边能和我同行的还是只有康娜。3.(1)行程的确定,一开始我想过两种进藏方案,一种是成都包车走318国道到拉萨,然后再去看珠峰,二是先到拉萨,再包车到处走,后来因为年后去云南,走梅里线的时候,一天坐12小时汽车,实在是烦了,所以改成了直奔拉萨。还有就是到拉萨的交通工具,开始时想坐火车的,但是票不好买,而且火车时间太长,我们的时间也有限,所以就改成飞机直飞,到拉萨再适应吧。至于到拉萨以后再怎么走,最后我选的是A计划,去阿里,因为实在是太喜欢看雪山了,心中太执着了,而且妈妈再不去,以后的身体条件更不适合了,这次不能说没有危险,我只能做好充分的准备,高原安,红景天,氧气,甲强龙,一个都不能少,而且先去看珠峰,万一不行,可以方便下撤。 (2)包车的问,找了很多家旅行社,报价从20000到24000不等,最后选择了一个最便宜的,也是给我感觉最好的一家。由于我们只有3人,一直还想再找到第4人,尝试了现实里拉人,网络上找人,最后未果,只能盯着高昂的车费出发,但愿风景能值回票价。 (3)第一次定机票时也出现了小插曲,导致原本十几分钟的事情愣是弄了一个半小时,最后的结果还不错,票都买下来,而且我也和那个客服代表熟悉了,以后订票又多了条私人关系。 (4)其他方面的问也一一解决,钱筹够了,小金毛放小舅家寄养了,摄影攻略找到了合适的了,装备也整齐了,药业买了。总的来说就是麻烦和困难很多,但都一一排除以及克服了。去西藏我一开始以为是需要三样东西,时间、金钱、身体,但后来我又发现需要魄力,但到了4号晚上接到体检通知的时候我有发现,还需要第5样,就是运气,如果我这次无法成行,无法圆梦,只能说明我暂时还与西藏无缘,但无论成行与否,所有的艰难困苦都将是对我的磨练,而我也从中学到很多东西,希望这次的圆梦之旅能顺利完成!出发前,先展示一下朋友们对我们的祝福,这是刚拿到旗子的时候拍的,到出发的时候,整面旗子都已经是名字了,可以和后面的照片对比 DAY1广州——拉萨444AM 睁眼,等待5点的到来,在等待的过程中赶到了淡淡的哀伤,是为什么呢?是这趟旅行的花费太高了,舍不得了?很多好友无法同行,亲爱的老婆也无法同行的缘故么?头天睡觉前看了一篇别人的游记,一路的风霜雨雪,没有美景,只有痛苦,我是在担心风景不给力么?500AM 起床,HR:53次/分。老妈起床时说昨晚吃了高原安后头疼,晨起还好点,这TMD是啥情况?不是假药吧!700AM办完登机,选择了安全通道那排座位,其中一个靠窗,航拍雪山是肯定不可少的,机场测得海拔27米,113°17′51″E,23°23′28″N。 飞机从广州至重庆一路的行程都是厚厚的云层,我的心也如云层一样厚重,我不希望蓝天,白云和阳光被乌云遮蔽。我们的飞机在重庆经停,再起飞前广播说起飞时间延后50分钟,但最终只晚了30分钟,在等待起飞的过程中,测得重庆的数据:海拔252米,106°38′12″E,29°43′4″N。飞机从重庆到拉萨的过程中,云层越来越薄,最后都已经变成小块状的了,地面已经能看见了,雪山也能看见了,我的心情终于也多云转晴了。快降落时我发现了,在西藏,天云地是如此的接近,这是以前从来没有体会过的感觉,在广州长大的我,从来都觉得云彩是高不可攀的1500 到达拉萨贡嘎机场,海拔3623米,91°7′57″E,29°39′52″N。我们住在天树花园酒店,下午算好日落的时间到布宫拍照,一开始夕阳被云朵挡住了,但是后来还是出现了,由于布宫不是非常准的坐北朝南,所以夕阳只把金顶和我们照亮了这就是在药王山的角度拍摄布宫,算是拍摄布宫的准照的机位吧,票价2元/人。今天从海平面直飞拉萨,轻微头疼(主要是同时拎着60来斤的行李),在药王山拍布宫时抽烟,头疼加重,但过会就好。说到在药王山拍摄布达拉宫,这里确实是个不错的机位,但是,来的人实在太多了,基本上拍出来的照片只要不是跑焦的,基本上都差不多,除非有很好的阳光和云彩作为衬托,不然我觉得,以我的摄影技术,想在这个位置拍出出彩的照片,难度恐怕很高。DAY2:拉萨晨起HR:70次/分,一晚上头疼,醒了多次,不过很快能再次入睡。上午去百益超市买干粮,罐头,零食等东西,以备大北线上没有吃饭的地方不至于饿死。我有一本摄影攻略,作者叫老鱼,下午我去布宫东侧拍摄布宫时,来到一个叫做老鱼饭局的餐馆,结果一聊才知道这个餐馆就是攻略那个老鱼开的,而且他本人就在餐馆内,于是和老鱼交流摄影经验,留了他的电话,然后就走去大昭寺,准备拍磕长头了。先用长焦拍,效果一般由于这个地方环境狭小,而且光线明暗差异很大,加上人多,动作杂乱,所以感觉用长焦拍摄不方便,就换上了24-70这个镜头,下面这张照片是一位藏民在给一个不知名的炉子里添加酥油。这是我很喜欢的一张照片,经幡与藏民,不能说每一个经过这个经幡的藏民都会虔诚的用额头来触碰这些经幡,但大多数都会停下脚步,用身体某个部分去与之接触换个角度看这个经幡,其实是某个东西的基座,远处是大昭寺的金顶,双鹿法轮就在我拍摄这个经幡的时候,一位藏族的大妈来向我化缘来了,可不要以为藏族同胞都是好吃懒做喜欢行乞的,而是他们为了心中的信仰,在朝拜途中实在没有经济来源时才向同胞求助的,我当然要慷慨解囊了,而且正好和老大妈说让她别动,当我的模特,说起来搞笑,这是我第一次付费拍摄,代价是5元,可惜当时没带外闪,阳光从头顶直射下来,加上大妈的帽子有宽大的帽檐,导致了他面部完全在阴影里,只有下巴有点亮光,没法把她脸上的神态和纹理拍摄清楚总觉得刚才在大昭寺门口没有拍到自己满意的照片,尤其是捕捉不到人们磕长头时的景象,非常的不甘心,于是我再次换上70-200焦距的爱死小白,蹲在大昭寺门口边上,换个角度,不从侧后方,二是从正侧方尝试抓拍,结果拍到了一张我很满意的照片,照片中的老大妈的虔诚一度让我忘记了按下快门,因为在那一瞬间,我的脑子不是在思考怎么拍照,而是在思考这大昭寺里面究竟有什么东西那么大魔力,让这位大妈这么身亡,这么诚心的跪拜没多久老妈和康娜来了,我们就到大昭寺广场外的藏餐馆吃饭,然后再度折回大昭寺,我妈每次看到这些小东西,都会忍不住停下来看看,有时候不得不说这些小玩意是挺吸引人的大昭寺广场永远都有转经的人流,这一天,我们并没有随人流转大昭寺,但是当我们从大北线回来以后,我们在此转了一圈本想在经幡边上打旗子的,但是保安不让,我只好站在经幡边上让康娜给我留影了,恰好有转经的人经过,我的相机也记录下一个游客与一个信徒之间的差异,我是用手随意地触摸着经幡,她是用额头虔诚的靠近经幡,其实当时我不是故意这么做出对比的,只是当时我是在思考问的时候,康娜给抓拍的,不知道这样一个不经意的动作,算不算是内心的自然流露呢前面说错了,原来我们这天也是转了大昭寺的,这张照片是我妈在选购小玩意时,我等她的时候抓拍的,其实在这一路上,磕长头的人有很多,但是要抓到一张自己满意的,并不是那么容易的,因为你既不能走得太近去打扰他们,又不能离得太远被人流遮挡镜头,所以想要拍一张好的,真要花点心思转经筒在八角街随处可见,大到要双手才能抱起来的,小到可以当手机挂饰的,款式太多,眼都花了,用店家的话说,总有一款适合你我们汉族人过年帖对联,藏族人是在屋顶插经幡,过年的时候把去年的旧经幡取下,但不是随意丢弃,而是统一集中到某个特定的地方,让其慢慢风化,回归自然。给我的感觉就是,他们很重视这些经幡,即使他们旧了,也不随意丢弃,而是给他们找个好归宿最后,夕阳西下,天公作美,送了我一张这样的照片。从大昭寺出来以后给老婆买了唐卡,然后坐人力三轮车回宾馆。在回程时和蹬车的人聊天发现他是个伟大的父亲,蹬了16的车,今年42岁,也就是说在和我一样年纪的时候就开始蹬车了,而且就是靠着蹬车养活了4个孩子,最大的孩子马上就要大学毕业了,突然觉得他很伟大,我在26岁的时候还在四处乱花钱,人家却已经靠着卖苦力养家糊口了。没有给这个伟大的爸爸照相,因为我不知道怎么用照片来表达我当时的感受,所以只能以文字表述了。DAY3 拉萨——日喀则630起床,700出门去拍布宫日出,地点已经选好,就是昨天去过的老鱼饭局,因为早上的缘故,选择了在布达拉宫的东面,顺光的方向拍摄的,这也是为什么在下午的时候要在药王山拍摄的原因,就是不想逆光。当第一缕阳光照到布宫时,我得到了这么张照片在思考光圈,快门,色温以及构图的时候,我无意间发现天上的云彩似乎呈问号状,于是拍了一张布宫在思考的照片太阳越升越高,布宫呈现明暗相间,可以和第一缕阳光刚照上布宫那张比较一下 1000 陆地巡洋舰正式起航,开始我们阿里大北线之旅,出发前公里数:315917KM1200 到达岗巴拉山口,这是第一个能看到羊卓雍错的地方,也是拍摄羊卓雍错准照的地方,天气好的话,还能看见远处7000+的宁金岗桑峰,这天虽然云比较多,但雪山还是为我露出了笑脸和藏獒合影完后,我们第一次打旗,现在的旗子已经是慢慢的祝福了顺公路下行一小段,来到一个不知道算不算是观景台的地方,换个角度继续拍摄羊湖,在这里我先用牦牛当前景照相,感觉不错,可我照完以后居然有个藏民过来和我说要收5元,我不乐意了,我说我拍之前你不说,现在说什么意思,要不我把照片删了行了吧,那老哥说删了也收钱,我听了就来气,直接无视他继续拍照再来一张羊湖的准照,因为这个地方基本上是人人都会选择拍照的地方,所以拍出来的也都差不多,要真想找不同的角度,除非到对面的山头上吧,这张照片很好的说明了,在晴天来到羊湖的重要性,因为天上的云彩会严重影响湖面的颜色左边是我,中间是同学康娜,右边是我妈虽然一干朋友没能同行,但打个旗,让朋友们看到这张照片的时候,也算是心里好过点吧,至少我在看到美景的同时,是想着和你们一起分享的最后当然少不了接片了,因为羊湖很大,而且形状极其不规则,湖水分布在山脉之间,所以是不可能照全的,除非从上往下航拍。这天多云,湖面不是纯蓝色的,而是蓝黑相间,虽没看见最美的羊湖,但此景对付我这种凡夫俗子的审美,那是绰绰有余了,借用一哥们的话说,湖面如同磨砂玻璃一样,呵呵([]
因为麦兜的一句话,马尔代夫成了多少人觉得此生必须一去的天堂,我也不能免俗! 定岛的时候有些波折。其实本次行程首选希腊的,但一屏幕的流程,却有两屏幕半的证说明,着实吓了我一跳。证至少一个月而且还不一定能办下来,而我们假期又定死了,所以来不及了。 (详细叙述此旅程为后去者做参考)马尔代夫的落地,实在很人性化!首先选的X程网,产品很少。于是我转战X牛网。经过足足三天的筛选,粗矿到岛的大小,细致到酒店的牙刷,每个评论都不放过,终于选中一个岛。等订单交上去以后,第二天(交上去已经半夜了),X牛网工作人员来电说,我的订的产品已经没有了!左右几天都没有了!8月中都悬! 没有了你放在网上干什么??一个电话告诉我,我浪费了三天生命?然后拼命推销我不喜欢的岛,顿时心生反感。难怪你们的产品是X程网的几倍,原来放着吸引眼球的,把客人吸引过来再推销其他产品!算不当竞争么!!果断挂了电话!又回到X程网,产品真心不多,而且心情已经大不如前几天激动了,最后草草了事定了很小很小的Vadoo岛。订单交上去几小时后,X程网给我来电,大致意思是订单已经传给美佳航空和Vadoo酒店,需要我等待回复。我心想,不会两家网站一样不靠谱吧!但精疲力尽的我实在提不起精神了,等吧。第二天下午,X程网来电,意思是今天是周五了,对方酒店还没有回复,预计要等到周一,我是等还是换。此刻心情,实在难以言表。心一横,等,没有就不去了! 好在星期一一早,X程网客服告诉我订单已经形成了,从收到行程确定单的那刻起,心中再无旁骛,好心情回归,开始大肆搜寻攻略,疯狂采购装备,原来Vadoo是第一个水屋岛,无需出海,水屋下面就是珊瑚等等,开始一点点期待这个随便定的岛了。也搜到美佳航空出过几件负面事件,飞机连修三次,甩客,延误什么的,略担心! 2013.7.29看天气预报,马累接下来7天,天天雷雨,我的小心脏处再次传出破碎的声音。 。2013.7.30-3:30启程,飞机是美佳航空直飞,7:00起飞,按照网上攻略必须提前3个小时到达机场(实验证明过早的攻略完全没有价值,一点点慢慢道来),订单注明提前2小时30分,我也觉得3小时略长,因此3点30分出发,凌晨从淮海路到浦东国际机场1个小时足够,果然只用了45分钟,T2航站楼车库停好车,到达值机柜台处(32-36),一个工作人员也没有,屏幕显示5:00开始换登机牌,工作人员5:05慢慢悠悠的陆续来了,磨蹭一会终于开始工作了。我的托运很顺利,因为知道什么随身,什么能托,什么不能带。还是有很多乘客被叫去小屋子里开行李的,一种莫名的小得瑟油然而生,嘻嘻!换好登机牌就直接进去安检了,突然发现由于太兴奋了,带的早饭忘记吃了,都进安检区了,我可不想学电影里王宝强安检口喝牛奶,只好丢掉了。过安检后,果然什么店都没开,只有一家很难吃的咖啡店开着,难吃也还是吃了。抱着我的小兔猪,心情大好! 准点登机,一分钟也没延误,好的开始成功的一半! 顺利起飞,平稳后就开始发早餐,虽然也很一般但比刚才又贵又难吃的面好多了!吃完早餐开始填写全英文的入境单,对我这个英文考试没超过70分过的人来说,真是一大难,幸好我提前网上下了模板,不过每家公司的入境单都不一样,最后还是求助了别人。目前为止,美佳航空的服务还是很好的,没有出现网上评论的那些状况,还招了一些12岁以下的小朋友体验一把小空乘的感觉,很温馨!还有啊,空少比空姐养眼,哈哈! 在马尔代夫上空了,看着印度洋上的点点珍珠,耳边响起了麦兜的话:“蓝天白云,椰林树影,水清沙白,是坐落于印度洋上的世外桃源……”迫不及待的下了飞机,没有雷也没有雨,太阳当空照,花儿对我笑!哈哈!RP太好了我!欢快的下了飞机!出关时,我完美的入境单通过,不过护照是以前胖的时候拍的,小胡子入境员,看看护照看看我,看了三次,然后笑了……笑得我很伤心,看他眼神好像在说,你以前是有多胖! 找啊找啊找酒店,人家希尔顿啊什么的酒店的接待都在入境门口等,唉……俺们只好自己去找人家的柜台啦!其实选Vadoo岛有一个很大的原因,中国人少,因为岛上没有中国的或者会中文的服务员。好多攻略说卡尼岛,满月岛什么的,像中国人包岛一样,根本感觉在三亚,完全没有在国外的感觉。可是我没想到的是,Vadoo岛什么国家的人都不多!整个航班去我们岛的就两家人家!!也许是因为我们的岛太小了,本身能接待的客人也不多的缘故吧! 发到帖子上的照片怎么变得不清晰啦 怎么回事呢马累机场的海岸码头从这里出发去马尔代夫的各个岛屿 碧海蓝天 真美人家一船的人是去一个岛,我们搭着去别的岛的船,先把我们送到我们的岛去,因为我们的岛离机场只有15分钟船程!印度洋的大海与蓝天我们出发上岛去啦我们乘风破浪 VADOO岛近在眼前了! 终于到了!!真不敢相信,我已经在马尔代夫了!o我身后的小MM一定也欢喜雀跃吧。 麦兜的向往:“蓝天白云,椰林树影,水清沙白,是坐落于印度洋上的世外桃源……”如画般美丽!我们的管家叫Shafi,一个腼腆的小帅哥。小管家Shafi带我们整个岛介绍了一遍,真的好小,走走说说也就20来分钟,估计跑一圈5分钟有么……泳池,花园,沙滩排球,海上娱乐项目介绍等,岛上的Spa是很有名的,技师全部来自巴厘岛,此行一定要败一次!一圈逛下来没遇到多少其他游客,好开心,我就想要一个安静的小岛,一个放空心灵的假期,顿时有种来对了的意外惊喜! 回来已经一个月了,似是过了很久,又似乎都在眼前。记录总是要做的,为我自己,也为了那些期待已久的人。 线路:苏州--拉萨--塔钦--霍尔--札达--札不让--狮泉河--拉孜--江孜--山南--拉萨--林芝--波密--然乌--八宿--邦达--左贡--芒康--巴塘--理塘--新都桥--小金--成都--重庆--苏州。 耗时:40天,耗资:7500元。 或许是因为走过川藏,再次的走过青藏铁路,仍没能给我惊喜。看别人一直不断的在拍,我有些疑惑,但始终没有拿出相机。 所以我的经历由拉萨开始。 拉萨的第一个早晨,有些小雨,去客厅拿了几本书,冲了咖啡,拿了小食,看着院子里的花,等着房东睡醒。 吃过饭,问了阿里办事处的方向,走过去买去阿里的车票。 比我想像中的远,一路问人,很热心的告诉我,再说按你的速度,再走半小时也到不了,还是打个车吧。那我就走快点呗。 途中,干净的街心公园。 中秋的前一天,副食品批发市场特别热闹。这才是我印象中的拉萨,站在交警边上按了一张。红灯过后,他问我,你不过去吗?笑着摇摇头。 买票很顺利,买到司机后面的座位,心里踏实不少,打个电话回家报了行程。中午照例睡觉,下午去了大召寺。 一天很快就过去了。 第二天是中秋。拿出带来的月饼,想等房东下来一起分食。 他的书指引过我许多地方,现在,他在拉萨开了这间客栈,养了二只狗,五只猫。 狗没下楼,说明他还没有起床。 等到11点多,实在饿得不行,自立更生吧。厨房里一顿忙呼。 还行,我居然把面煮熟了。 仓姑寺,和四年前相仿,依旧是那么多的人。只是,四周多了纱帐,总感觉闷了许多。 在大昭寺的许愿墙前,总会坐着这么一群人,他们的名字叫藏飘,或几天,或几月,或几年。 很容易的,就可以成为他们中的一员。 依然是那么多长磕的人。 只是,少了些纯粹,他们中的一些也会向游客兜售饰品。向朝他们拍照的人要钱。这使我愕然,心里便没有了以前的宁静。 借了垫子,我也磕拜下去,为了我的此行顺利。发现,真是行动的时候,心里并不曾想什么,空空的,只是不断重复着相同的动作。 大昭寺的金顶依然,蓝天白云依旧,这里还是我喜欢的地方。 时值藏族的沐浴节,这是在拉萨河边洗晒毛毯。 每年藏历七月六日至十二日,在西藏,在拉萨河畔,从城市到乡村,从牧区到农区,都有一个群众性的洗澡活动。这种一年一度的洗澡活动,要集中进行一个星期,所以,这是藏族独有的沐浴节,也叫沐浴周。在这七天中,从垂髫的娃娃,到白发苍苍的老人,都要下河洗澡,这已成为藏族群众传统的风俗习惯。在拉萨地区,凡是肉眼看得见南方的弃山星,便说明季节已入春或入秋。每当七月弃山星出现时,季节已进入夏末秋初。据藏文天文历书记载,初秋之水有八大优点:一甘、二凉、三软、四轻、五清、六不臭、七饮时不损喉、八喝下不伤腹。这种归纳是有一定科学道理的。西藏高原冬长夏短,春天雪水入河,冰人肌骨;夏日大雨滂沱,山洪暴发,河水浑浊;冬天皮袍裹身,谁敢入水。只有在入秋之时,水温较高,河水清净。可见秋水最佳,因此,选择这个时机洗澡再合适不过了。 因为游客太多,现在在拉萨已经很少能看到洗澡的场面了。但洗晒厚重的衣物还是随处可见。 晚上跟刚认识的新朋友去了仙足岛的酒吧,是一位藏族姑娘开的,这一边都是她各处收来的东西,另一面墙全是她在各地游玩时拍的照片。 明天就要起程阿里,想着二十几小时的车程,想着平均4500米以上的高度,心中忐忑。 一直睡眠不好,拿了二粒安眠药塞进嘴里,希望能有个好的精神,面对这一切。 9月13号的天气很好,坐在院子里吃过早饭,慢慢的收拾东西。 这些花儿开得真好。 拉萨的班车,总是不能及时开出,不是等这就是等那。待车到西郊客运站附近,总算看到了另一个背包的游客,来自长沙的小张,一个单薄的小姑娘。 见到背包客总会觉得陌名的亲切,急忙问:去阿里哪儿? 塔钦,你转山吗? 转,但是想先去札达。 哦。。。。。 拉萨到贡嘎机场的高速,已经是一片丰收景象了。 一路看着窗外,想找回很多记忆里的东西,无奈此车不走羊湖,只见二旁的树叶已开始黄了。 和附近坐位上的当地人聊着天,很快就到了吃晚饭的地方。 时针指向11点,悲剧开始上演,我晕车了。 几年不曾有过的事,一直持续到凌晨3点。 边上坐的是个小武警,一点都不解风情,且不说帮我递个纸巾,水啥,连安慰都没有一声,唉,郁闷。 一夜无眠,挨到清晨,马攸桥检查站。 登记证件,一一核查。 过了这,就是阿里了。 天空乌云密布,不让拍照,我背对着士兵,偷偷按了一张。 继续往前走,快到霍尔的时候,路边好多野马群,悠闲的吃着草,远远的看着车过,也不躲开。 一转弯,前面出现一座雪山,只听到后面有人说,那就是纳木纳尼,神山的第三位美丽的妻子,背面看和正面看完全不同,赶紧的拍下。 远远看到一片集镇,当地人告诉我,那就是塔坎,然后指着左手方向说,那里就是神山的位置。云层太厚,什么也看不见。 考虑到身体状况,在塔钦下了车,跟小张一起寻找住的地方。 找过几家之后,住进北川宾馆,因为居说那里可以洗澡。进了房间,我们俩都倒头就睡,不知道是过了点,还是海拨高,一直也没睡着。 爬起来,去了浴室,细细的水流,空空的房间,怎么看,洗澡的后果都是感冒,还是将就洗下头发吧。 不知怎么,头就开始痛起来。紧接着,发现另一个意外。。。。。。。 唉,休整吧。 拉了小张去找茶馆,叫了酥油茶和甜茶,喝完之后,暖了许多。想想昨晚吃的全部吐光,一整天没吃东西肯定不行,我们又开始寻找饭店。 在东北饺子馆等饺子的时候,认识了来自深圳的吴和东北的笨笨。吴的状况看上去很不好,笨笨很热络的跟我们聊天,并且和小张商量决定明天一起去转山。 吃罢,去了他们住的地方,看到他们另一个同伴,广西的LILY,脸色也很不好,不肯吃饭,只肯喝点葡萄糖水。而且说,明天也要一起转山,让我觉得很担心。 幸好,吃饱后,头痛停止,看到小张什么都没带,翻出护膝、头灯、睡袋等等,让她带着转山的时候用。 一早起床叫起小张,她去过笨笨那边,回来的消息却是:笨笨开始高反,呕吐不止,LILY身体无碍,她们俩决定结伴同行。 既然醒了,就去镇上转转吧。天阴沉沉的,神山依然不见踪影,想回房间的时候,遇上行走缓慢的笨笨和吴,拉着他们去喝甜茶。 笨笨喝了一会就忍不住跑到门外吐,然后决定当天离开塔钦,去海拨低些的札达。 喝甜茶的时候,外面一阵大雨,打LILY的手机,已经没有信号了,不知道山上情况如何,很为她们担心。 这是由苹果基金援助的塔钦苹果小学。 又是一天,云层依然很厚。笨笨已经离开,我和吴决定试着走一下内转经道,看看能不能有所收获。 这是在塔钦看到的纳尼木尼,果然是另一番模样。 因为事先决定带一壶甜茶上去,所以先到了茶馆。4600以上的高度,让我们走到茶馆时就放弃了角架。上到第一个坡的时候,决定明天不带单反。 这是在第一个山坡上看塔钦全景。 远处纳尼木尼脚下是鬼湖拉昂措。 远处冈仁的位置,依然乌云密布,我们期待走近的时候,他可以露出真容。 吴的步履艰难,每次问他,都说喘得很辛苦,想想明天的高度,要到5100,还是加油吧。 内转经道上真是人烟稀少,偶尔会有摩托或者卡车经过,时不时还会有些转山狗。 石头上鲜艳的苔藓 与山融为一体的江扎寺。
回忆的开始 从狼C线和乌孙古道出来也有些日子了,每天都在翻看一路的相片,队友们的相片也在陆续传来。这次走狼C一路上上遇见了雨,雪,雾,大风更是常客,看着照片中我和朋友们那一张张皲裂的脸,都会不由自主地想起路上的一幕幕。天气多变,难度也相应增加了,本来计划狼C7天走出,最后走了8天加2小时。老天爷上调了难度,但却给了我们最好的回报:风景绝美。狼C线前后翻越5座雪达坂,每次精疲力尽登顶后极目远眺都能感觉到天不负我。无数的雪山在风起云涌中格外雄伟壮丽。 慢慢整理一下资料,陆续发布,给自己留点记忆,也给朋友们留点资料。8264上狼C的攻略很多了,我就不多献丑了。这次打算通过大量的照片来描述狼C的雄伟壮丽,狼C的美。不逊于任何一条线路的大美狼C. 从现在开始。。。。。。。。。。。。插入:感谢大家支持,俺就多花点时间,480楼开始改用长边2500像素的PP,看上去貌似要有气势很多,不说好不好看,至少大了很多。大片我把整个帖子的主要文字整理了一下,免得各位看的辛苦。 一,初入白杨沟 人马在乌市集合完毕,总计11好汉加一猛女,12员大将。队员是:管子乡村四月臭猫老李无极六戒老解大漠幻想真情一牛 透心凉(俺) 乌市,一大早我还没起床,牛哥就跑出去侦查了一路,回来后很肯定地告诉我:“去火车站旁边的八一车站坐车,我刚去了一趟,了解清楚了。” 佩服。。。。。。要知道来回要折腾一小时,老牛还真是勤快人啊。 12人整装集合出发八一车站,10:50坐车出发,12点20到达呼图壁车站,12点30到达狼塔户外。第一次看见大自在老哥,大自在很热情,好人啊。之前我们没有联系车,也没和大自在联系,临时找车很麻烦。老哥热心地到处打电话,帮我们联系了车辆,帮了大忙啊。另外说一句,从狼塔户外采买的高山气罐非常强大,一人带两个,出山之前我们还剩了一堆。 找好车辆,在旁边吃了一个超爽的手抓饭,1:50开拔进山。4点50到达出发点大油罐,上包,照集体照,出发。狼C之路开始了。 两小时之后到达一个台地,绝对五星级营地,真情一看,打死不走了,感觉要不让他扎营,估计今天晚上俺就别想好好吃饭了,没办法,就地扎营。吃饱喝足,生了堆篝火,兄弟们坐在一起天南地北开始吹牛,感觉像一家人。 二 穿行白杨沟 今天很不幸,湿身了,登山鞋全湿了,在海拔3000米以上的营地这可是大麻烦,明天要过白杨沟达坂,内心有点郁闷。。。。。。 今天的预计营地是白杨沟达坂下的小冰湖,走到跟前,发现雪线向下延伸了很多,小冰湖营地全是雪。只好在离小冰湖2公里左右的一处台地扎营了。 今天算是真正见识了大美天山的绚丽风光。笔直的云杉无论独立还是成林,在金色晨光的照耀下都是那样独特的美丽风景。宽阔的河谷,连绵的高山草甸,起伏的雪山,一切都是那样为之赞叹,为之倾倒。虽然出了点小插曲,但总的看来还是让人相当愉悦的旅程。 今天早上9点20出发,中午休息晒太阳一小时,晚上17点20扎营。营地很冷,吃饱喝足进帐休息,我在外帐用炉头烤鞋子,折腾了一个多小时,基本烤干 。 明天计划8点30出发,冲击白杨沟达坂,据今天碰见的牧民说:雪深20公分以上。。。。。。。。。。。。 三 翻越白杨沟达坂 早上出发,1小时多后到达小冰湖,开始冲锋达坂。 我发现:被忽悠了,雪深及膝,马道被盖住。只能利用GPS和地图来判断了,找好线路,啥也不说,埋头走吧。 边走边观赏风景,上了第一个台地,眼前忽然开阔,大美。于是休息,众人开始作秀照相。看到大家都活蹦乱跳,我突发奇想,对一众强人说:站成一排,摆POSS。于是同学们开始站成一排,又蹦又跳,我一边偷笑一边顺手卡卡。连续的POSS后,看见一个个面红耳赤即将高反的众人,我说道:“很好,很不错。”内心狂笑中,哈哈哈哈。 走走停停,连续上攻了5小时到顶。很累,很疲倦。 不过风景确实对得起付出的辛苦,天公作美,天气极好。登顶远眺河源峰的一刻,疲劳随风而去,俺又活力充沛了。 今天8点50营地出发,10点半左右开始冲击达坂,下午3点20登顶,3点50下撤。由于体能消耗的问,下撤很慢。估计天黑前无法到达河滩营地了。于是在马鞍营地前行40分钟左右的一个临时营地扎营。 洗刷刷,吃点面条,进帐睡觉恢复体力。 四 反复涉水 8点50从营地出发,全天涉水,本来计划过栈道到三角洲营地。由于今天水流很大,多次过河消耗体能很多。加之真情他们由于老虎口有小塌方走了回头路,耽误了一个多小时。下午6点多才到栈道口附近,考虑到安全问,决定今天放弃走栈道,找地扎营。今天比计划的行程慢了2小时。晚上生起一堆篝火,烤了半天总算驱走了身上的湿气和寒气。和一众兄弟一边吃肉一边喝着小酒,感觉很滋润。整了大概四两,感觉身上暖洋洋得很是舒服,哼着小曲进帐睡觉。所哼曲目:鸿雁。 五走过空中栈道 今天的计划是穿过空中栈道,翻越库达坂,一大早起来洗刷刷,吃饱喝足,继续走路。 走啊走啊,走上了空中栈道,风景不错,就是不大敢看,只敢看路,不小心滑了一跤,我趴那动都不敢动,心里只念叨:诸天神佛,饶我一次吧,下次走路俺不唱歌还不成吗。整了几分钟才重新站好,稳住重心。再过了几分钟,又开始哼着小曲走路,不过确实不好走,很多地方都是在斜坡上被人或者山羊踩出的一脚宽的痕迹(个人觉得很多地方不能定义为路),下面就是悬崖。相片照的很少,俺怕相机牺牲,更怕自己牺牲。 提心吊胆两小时,算是走完了空中栈道。前方就是原计划昨天的营地:三角洲营地。 三角洲附近的山坡上有很多五颜六色的红果果树(由于树上结红色果很多,我们就顺口这样称呼了),很漂亮,我们一路走去,边看边照,走了良久,突然有兄弟反应过来。不对,上库达坂沟口就在三角洲旁边,没这么远。于是方才从美景中清醒过来,回头。找到了沟口,志性小树。老天开眼,下起了大雨,啥也别说,扎营吧,雨中上达坂可不好玩。于是有了我狼C的第一个午觉,睡的相当愉快,心里不由念叨:想走就走,想停就停,这才叫旅行,这才叫徒步,这才叫享受,连老天爷都照顾我们。 今天很轻松,全天才走了三小时,睡完午觉起来喝喝下午茶,到处拍拍照,尽享旅行乐趣。 六翻越库达坂 一大早起来,抬头看天,蓝天白云,绝对好天气。今天的行程是翻越库达坂,沿呼图壁河谷上行至牧民营。 库达坂在去年的同期是无雪的,但今天上升时发现最后的地方雪深及膝,大部分到脚踝处。好在上午风不大,疯狂上冲。我由于没带墨镜,走雪地眼睛会很难受,所以基本是眯着眼睛载头猛走。4小时到顶,稍作休整,开始了漫长的下降。 下山的路有几段是由拳头大的碎石组成的滑石地段。采用重心靠后,脚跟先落地的原则,开始冲锋。半溜半跑地迅速下降,让人很有一种坐电梯的感觉,相当爽。唯一需要注意的是要掌握好平衡,不然就变成连滚带爬地下降了。 中途碰见了几个赶着羊群的哈萨克牧民,老解开始看着羊群发呆,估计是饿了。我仿佛看见老解的头上出现了一个巨大的框。里面飘过一只只烤全羊。。。。。。。 下午3点左右,下到了呼图壁河边,一路逆流而上,趟河无数。丰富的秋之色彩随处可见。金黄,酒红,浅红,淡黄,美丽到极致。 一路走来一路看,晚上7点多,走到了牧民营旁的计划营地,安营扎寨。 晚上,星空明亮,起来嘘嘘,发现风很大,巨冷,飞速完工后进帐,缩入睡袋。在牛哥悠扬的鼾声中,安然入睡。 七翻越蒙达坂,喀达坂 又是一个早晨,天气不太好,很重的云雾,看来不是个好天气。今天的行程是翻越蒙达坂和喀达坂,然后下到谷底,走到两河口的牧民营地。 事实证明天气确实很糟,翻越蒙达坂的时候下起了大雪,大风则是陪伴我们全天。蒙达坂积雪基本在膝盖到大腿的未知,步步维艰。雪很厚,看不见一点前人走过的痕迹,经过反复探路,我们最后从蒙达坂冰舌直切而上的时候,感觉那叫一个遥远,风雪中又看不清前方,唯一能做的就是傻走。 冲上蒙达坂,横切三小时,小幅度地下降上升之后就到达喀达坂。 喀达坂的积雪到小腿,还算好。走过喀达坂的时候,有段时间大风吹出了一块蓝天,当时的风景格外壮丽。众兄弟抢着POSS拍照。由于大漠要拍裸照,是最后一个。当这哥们三两下拔下自己的衣服后,估计是不被老天爷欣赏,一阵雾气吹来,结果照片拍下来一个强壮的裸男和一个玛尼堆。 今天出了一个笑话:横切去喀达坂的时候,幻想同志本来在我前面,我一路狂追,始终不见身影,快上喀达坂的时候突然看见在海拔下降80-100米处,看见一个小人在移动,很是惊诧,再一看,是幻想,倒,我们是横切,这哥们怎么跑下去了。后来聊天才知道:这哥们等高线设置80米一根,以为20米一根,跟着GPS轨迹傻走,看上去走的路线是重叠的,其实差之毫厘谬以千里。我在想:要是这哥们整了张5000比1的图看,会不会直切到西藏去了 lol 过了喀达坂,为了尽早赶到营地,大家都在快速前行。我一个人在后面边走边拍照,磨磨蹭蹭一直到9点多才最后抵达营地。不过一路拍了不少照片,也算值得了 。 八 行走在高原牧场 早晨起来,很冷,但天气很好,温度表显示的室外温度-8.1,估计夜晚的温度在-10往下,水袋和套锅里面全是冰。 狼C最艰难的行程已经结束了,剩下两天的路程很好走。今天的行程基本是在高原牧场欣赏风景。涉水一次,过一个小达坂,就到金矿,然后就是一路顺着峡谷欣赏草场了。 河水是从金矿方向留出来的,很浑浊,和泥汤一样。换鞋趟过去,剩下的就全是干路了。行走在高山牧场的台地上,偶尔会走过河滩。金黄的草场绵延无边,让人心旷神怡。天气很好,一整天都是大太阳,我跨着愉快的小步子,边走边欣赏风景,旅途中还小睡了半个小时,晚上6点到达哈尔哈特达坂脚下的牧民房。两间房,一间睡六个,大家都睡大通铺。 房子周围有很多牛粪,真情开始计划用牛粪生火,结果发现在没有炉子导走烟的情况下,那就是杀人。看着一双双熏得通红的眼睛,最后还是决定继续用先进武器气炉生火做饭。 晚餐:土豆烧大肉,莴笋干菜汤,那叫一个腐败。今夜有房睡,明天能出山了。想着都开心。吃饱后,钻出帐篷随手拍了两张雪山月色。 回到铺上,身心都很满足的安然睡去。 九走出狼C线,踏上新旅程 清早起床,太阳还没爬上山头,远处的雪山显得格外宁静。过了一会太阳出来了,照耀山巅,一道金色铺满了山脊。 吃完早饭,9点了,阳光明媚,大家在小木屋附近合影留念。今天冲过哈达坂顺着机耕路一路向下,预计下午4点前就可以到达交叉路口附近的桥,那就是我们这次徒步的终点,可以拦车了。想着今天可以重回人间,大家心情都很好,拍张集体照作为见证。合照完毕,继续踏上我们在狼C线最后的行程飞速冲上了哈达坂,也是狼C线路中的最后一个达坂。稍作休整,欣赏风景,可以看见山下的机耕路蜿蜒通向峡谷外,我们马上就要出去了,心情有一点激动,也有点失落。怀着激动的心情,150M左右的高差,10分钟就从碎石坡冲下去了。下到机耕路,众人到齐,再次合影,也是我们穿越狼C的最后一次合影,剩下的只是傻走了,穿越基本算是结束了。快到交叉口处,看见地质队的营地,看见了一台皮卡。回到人间。地质队养了两条狗,一黑一白,冲着我们乱叫。狗很不懂礼貌,地质队的诸位师傅却是好人。地质队的一位师傅看见我们这群野人,似乎很清楚我们需要什么,直接洗了一盆苹果端了出来,我刚拿出相机照了张相片,苹果就只剩下一个了。 休整片刻后,地质队的一位大哥用那台白色的小皮卡分三次把我们送到了218国道。一路飞驰,极目望去,连绵雪山,蓝天白云。8天半的行程结束了。一路上兄弟们同甘共苦,爬山涉水,见证了狼C的大美。我和臭猫接下来的行程是去伊宁休整,27号出发去乌孙。其他的兄弟的安排是包车回乌市。大家要分开了,带着不舍,带着对下一次相聚的期盼,我和臭猫走上218国道,踏上了下一段旅程。。。。。。。。。 简单列一下行程: 16号:乌市出发,12点30到达狼塔户外。1:50包车进山(感谢大自在老哥的热心帮助),5点到达出发点大油罐,两小时到达一个台地,五星级营地。考虑到第二天运动量不大,就地扎营。 17号:目小冰湖营地。到后发现由于降雪,雪线下移很多,只好在小冰湖前约2公里的一处台地扎营了。 18号:翻越白杨沟达坂,雪深及膝。体能消耗大,7点到达马鞍营地,前行40分钟左右,在谷底旁的一块空地扎营。 19号:全天涉水,(老虎嘴部分再次出现局部塌方不能通行),下午6点到达栈道口附近,由于担心失温影响体力,考虑到安全,决定扎营,比计划行程晚了两个小时。 20号:走完空中栈道,在库达坂沟口遇见大雨,今日行程早早结束,下午睡觉,那叫一个愉悦。21号:翻越库达坂,沿着河谷逆行到达牧民营地。库达坂雪深达到小腿中部。22号:风雪交加中翻越蒙达坂(雪深膝-大腿),俺的小脸算彻底毁了。翻第二座达坂时候天气不错(雪深小腿-膝盖),起了一阵大雾。今日走到计划的牧民营地。全天12小时,累惨了。晚上很冷,零下10度。装水的全结冰。23号:没选择走河谷,趟河一次后,翻越一个小达坂到达机耕路,顺路至金矿,沿峡谷向哈达坂前进,一路看景,晚6点至两座牧民房,扎营,一间六个,腐败吃饭,很爽地睡觉。24号:斗志昂扬地冲过哈达坂(雪深小腿-膝盖),高速下降200米,上机耕路,下午4点到达地质队营地,重回人间。队员由左至右: 管子 乡村四月臭猫老李无极 六戒 老解大漠幻想 真情一牛 透心凉 初见白杨沟,开始磨蹄,计划了一年的狼C总算踏出了第一步,怀着哈皮的心情和兄弟们踏上了狼C之路 牛哥的背影和他的人一样沉稳(备注:一牛为本队最年长队员,51)一个小下坡,狼C之路的上下坡正式开始路边上的一堆残骸 第一座木桥 浮土路,有点滑。大漠的第一次爬行,还是牛哥走的稳啊云杉,仿佛一把把出鞘之剑指向苍天第一天的五星级营地烤火吹牛,加强团队感情,顺便把新装备燎几个洞来证明资历收营,又要出发了哼着小曲,在阳光中前行缕缕阳光拂过,俺的小宇宙开始沸腾,浑身充满力量自拍一张二牛在自由地吃草,问是咋在路上吃,不进牧场去吃,疑惑高原牧场枯败的灌木在秋日的晨光中也能让人感到那一丝不屈和生机阳光带来了生机,带来了美远处的草料堆六戒和管子,这时候还能算是小白脸(
