记:如果你厌倦了伦敦,你就厌倦了生活——山缪尔·约翰逊Samuel Johnson。伦敦回来已经2月有余,刚回来就想将这几天的经历分享给大家,于是邂逅了8264.来过,就不曾离开。也在这里认识了很多朋友,一篇篇的游记,一张张的照片,挑动的是内心同样的神经。我知道,青春从未逝去,因为有8264,让青春和梦想再次起航!之前因自己用苹果照的,未能将美丽多彩的伦敦展现给大家,让我苦恼了好大一阵(之前帖子链接伦敦,我来了)。还好前几天收到大洋彼岸的一份包裹,里面有这次活动的全部照片,于是便整理一下再次呈现。一样的旅程,不一样的精彩!!D4出品,必属精品。豪门盛宴,马上开始。。。Awards-临行前的晚宴 ([]

男驴若有点钱女驴就象苍蝇一样嗡的一声把你围上女驴若有点姿色男驴就象疯狗一样呼的一下把你缠住 ———以上之文,如有雷同,纯属巧合。作为背包客就简单多了,一个背包行走在天涯。。。2月23日从新加坡进入斯里兰卡—————3月14日进入马尔代夫途经尼、贾、丹、锡、康、努、马、加、卡、科贾夫纳的海上公路丹布拉石窟里的壁画狮子岩上的日光浴斯里兰卡航空的飞机闲着没事可以看看电视吃的喝的来了斯里兰卡的航空的食物还算丰富,但比起阿航就差运了,尤其让国内很多讲究生活情调的小白领所不能容忍的,是斯航竟然没有红酒供应,它妈妈的。。。下了飞机后的第一站先去尼甘布,一个在海边的小镇,从这里开始斯里兰卡之旅。到了尼甘布后找了一家旅馆住下。尼甘布早晨的海滩特别的宁静只有渔民们在海滩上忙碌着他们的营生刚刚捕捞上来的魔鬼鱼,这种鱼在马尔代夫的海边经常的看到。小时候也在上海吃过这种鱼,肉质一般。斯里兰卡各个景点的旅游图尼干布这个离机场比较近的海边小城,海滩质量不怎么好,水污染有些严重,只适合做简短地停留修整后再去斯里兰卡的各个方向,我是准备从这里坐夜班车去那个靠近印度的海边小城——贾夫纳。看那些从贾夫纳回来的小白领们一把鼻涕一把泪的描述贾夫纳的海上公路是如何如何的消魂,所以打算去看看。去贾夫纳的车不是在车站发的,需要坐34路公交车在Pereyamulla Junction下车(10min左右,做tutu也可以的,150rs),在这个Junction很容易找到一个叫做TAJ hotel 的门面,在这个小店里买好晚上21:30的过路车去贾夫纳的车票,晚上在这里上车。尼于布是一个基督教小城,所以随处可见教堂和相关的雕像、图画。([]
旅行结束已经一个月了,我已深深爱上了在路上的感觉,在路上的每一天,接触的每一寸土地,每一个人都是那么值得纪念。 本人,自取名葡萄,80后女孩一枚,2013年3月22日深圳出发,骑行广东,海南,广西,越南,云南,西藏拉萨,共计骑行超过6000公里;徒步搭车尼泊尔,西藏阿里,新疆,甘肃,陕西,河南郑州,家乡为终点,共计搭车超过10000公里,旅行总旅程近20000公里,耗时四个多月,所有花费不过万元左右!旅行路线以图为例: 那段日子,在我的脑子里总有一个想法,就是趁着自己还年轻,自己还有能力去做一些现在还能做的事情,去和我魂牵梦绕的梦中圣地亲密接触,去实现自己未能实现的梦想,不给自己的人生留下遗憾。因为我明白真的是有许多事情如果现在不做,以后也许真的不会有机会可以这么潇洒说走就走,不被现实束缚,去追逐自己的梦!我热爱旅行,旅行之前的几天,我天天抱着兴奋与期待的心情去开始这趟远行,在乎的只是这种追寻的过程,在此次旅行之前,我2012年五月曾经骑单车走过川藏线,环过青海湖,也骑行过6000公里,曾经没有一点骑行经验的我居然可以做到首次出远门就可以走这么远,因而更见坚定了我的信心,我相信只要我想走,我就可以到达我想去的地方。我已经深深的享受在路上的过程,会更高兴认识每一个驴友,以及每一个驴友物背后的故事。我只是一个行者,也可以一直在路上,只是自己不会是一个人走在路上。我希望在未来,不管是一个人还是两个人,或者是一家人,都可以再路上。如果以后自己有孩子,我会带着孩子去旅行,让他们感受大自然的巨大魅力,让他更好的感受人间冷暖,更好的了解这个世界。2013年3月,刚刚过完年,我辞掉了原本不错的工作,刚好有之前的骑友周叔骑行经过深圳,于是我们一路结伴前行!周叔此次从浙江沿着海岸线一路到达深圳,于是我带周叔简简单单的逛了一下深圳,没有过多的准备,我们说走就走,也许自己喜欢的就是这样,我们两人从深圳湾口岸轮渡到珠海。正是开始了我们的边境线骑行。骑行是快乐的,自由的,无忧无虑的,我享受那种速度与激情,贪恋路上的风景。骑行也是辛苦的,这样的季节,这样炎热的天气,我们也付出了太多的汗水,每一天衣服都是湿了又干干了又湿,即便如此,我依旧享受这个过程。 我的座驾也就是美利达公爵550,去年曾带我走过川藏,青海湖,已经走过6000公里。这次出行我只是稍稍保养变上路了,结果没想到骑行第一天车架就断了,幸好周叔帮我用铁钉固定了一下,不过也就坚持用了一天,两侧车架全部断裂,幸好已到阳江,我换上了全新的车架,继续赶路。确没想三天爆胎三次,还好周叔是补胎高手,五分钟就帮我搞定。在广东边境的每一天几乎都下雨,我们怕热,索性就直接淋雨,哈哈!3月28日,我们到达海安镇,在这里轮渡到海口。一路吹着海风,享受着旅行的快乐。周叔55岁左右,是户外高手,酷爱骑行。去年曾经从上海318的零公里开始一路骑行至拉萨。到达海口之后,另外一个骑友小顾也到达了海口,我们一起参观了海口市博物馆,海南大学,然后我们三人结伴一起环海南岛。我们从东线出发到三亚。环岛第一天,天下起了大雨,下午的时候雨停了,我们三个出发了,环岛正式开始,我们在40多公里处的道班搭帐篷,有个养护公路的阿姨真的很热心,让我们在里面搭帐篷,还为我们提供了洗澡的地方,给我们好大的木瓜吃!幸福,这就是简单的幸福!在这里我们与大自然亲密接触,很多很多的青蛙在草坪上跳来跳去,真是听取蛙声一片。 旅行之乐,在于美景,在于遇人,在于发现,寻找那些我们未知的、好奇的,或者曾经拥有、却被时间淡忘的珍宝。而我们最先寻获的,往往是自己的贪心和不知足。在去博鳌博鳌那里逛了一下,风景美如画!路边种的都是大片大片的菠萝。到了这里才知道原来菠萝是这么长的,菠萝蜜又是这样长的。看来走万卷书不如走万里路,这话可是真的。呵呵。小顾还跑到地理摘了两个菠萝,我们带路上吃,超有意思啦! 这一路走来,路边种植的都是热带水果,来海南,就让我们变成吃货吧!海南就是水果的天堂,是吃货的天堂哦!路过一个椰子的集散站,3块钱一个椰子,这样的酷暑天气,这样的叶子对我们骑行者来说实在是好宝贝,好吃又解渴! 也许旅游对大部分人来说是到景点观光拍照,买纪念品。而对我们来说,骑行式和背包式的旅行却能获得更多,这样的旅行能带来更多的惊喜和冒险,同时也有机会接触当地的人,对当地的文化及风俗可以有更进一步的了解。旅行的日子越久,走的地方越多,纪念品就买的越少,甚至不喜欢去游客多的地方。慢慢才发现,原来最美的景点一直都是在路上!那碧波荡漾的海水,浩瀚无垠的天空,三亚也许是很多人的梦中圣地!因而吸引了一批又一批的游客来到这里,尤以俄罗斯人居多。但对我来说,也许是在深圳看海看多了,所以来这里并没有太大的感觉!我们从西线回到海口,一路沿海边顺风骑行,时速可以达到30km/h,一天我们骑行180公里,两天到达海口,却并没有拍过多的照片。来到海口,我把我的车子外胎和链条,飞轮全部换新,为下面的旅行作准备。环完海南岛之后,我在海口把自行车保养了一下,把有些不用的行李寄回了家,成功减负,为我接下来的行程做准备!由于在海口遇到台风,未能及时买到去广西北海的船票,所以在海口多待了一天,在邮政寄行李的时候遇到了骑友小杨(健身教练),小杨也是资深骑友,骑自行车好多年,对海口也非常熟悉,晚上他带我们沿着海口的海岸线骑行,感受海风带给我们的清爽。2013年4月7日,终于买上了去北海的船票,我们五个人同行踏上了前往北海的船,上了船才知道,船上有好多骑友与背包客,都是“同道中人”,大家聊的热火朝天。 4月8日早上,本想早起看日出呢,没想到天空却飘起了小雨,日出是看不到啦!我们结伴五个骑友一起出发,广西的旅行正是开始啦! 我们早上骑行来到传说中的北海银滩,还从来没有见过这么漂亮的沙滩,洁白、细腻的沙滩会泛出银光,这里海天相连,波涛滚滚,一望无际,令人如入仙境,心旷神怡,流连忘返。 在前往东兴的路上,我们遇到了加拿大骑友Darren, 同是骑友,大家都感觉无比亲切。经过沟通才晓得,Darren也是要去东兴的,他要经过东兴口岸到越南去,因而我们下午就结伴一起走啦!我们一起来到东兴,周叔骑行比较快,已经帮我们订好了房间。Darren的座驾,在深圳买的新的。 到东兴后,发现东兴有好多山地车专卖店,听说车子是从越南走私过来的,不晓得是真是假。不过看起来很不错,Darren要去车店买链条油,但是店家却不懂英文,我只好当翻译啦!到了店里跟老板聊了大半天,店老板特别佩服Darren的勇气和毅力。最后给了Darren一个很好的价格。老板还建议我们从越南北线走,那段路风景又漂亮,又可以体验异国风情。吃晚饭的时候,经过商量,我们几个骑友决定尽下地主之谊,请Darren吃晚餐。聊天才晓得,Darren今年50岁啦,一辈子也未婚未育。他是把房子车子都卖了,才出来自行车旅行。他说,自行车旅行能够更好的体验当地的风土人情,能够让你与大自然亲密接触,自行车旅行能够让他以最小的花销走最多的地方,带他到达他想去的每一个角落,还可以锻炼身体。他的目是自行车环游世界。在此之前,他已经从伦敦出发,骑行欧亚大陆来到中国,已经走过一万多公里啦!听他讲完,我们佩服的五体投地,不是每个驴友都能抛下一切去旅行的,这需要多么大的勇气和毅力呀! 能够认真地做自己喜欢的事情,当真是不可多得的幸福,一旦这样,我们便可以把一切令我们不安与恐惧的事情拒之门外,只要能够改变自己身边的一方小小天地,用执着的态度坚持不懈地耕耘它,便是肉眼凡胎如我的一切芸芸众生存在的理由、自信的来源,与坚定的依持。 4月10号一大早我们送DARREN从东兴口岸进了越南,但是我们都没有彼此的联系方式,就跟DARREN分开了!经过商量,我和周叔决定走越南北线,从东兴口岸入境,经过下龙湾,海防,河内,从中国河口出境。我们一拍即合,马上联系旅行社办了越南的证。证速度也快,只需要一天就可以办下来,费用400元。秦叔也让家人把护照顺丰了过来,但还是比我们晚了2天。我和周叔4月11号早上在东兴口岸兑换了越南盾,想着只在越南待10来天, 我自己兑换了900元的越南盾,就匆匆过海关啦!好黑的越南海关,每个关口都收钱,一共3个关口,一共收了150块人民币。结果到后来我们问了当地人才知道,这些钱根本不用给的。东兴与越南芒街只是相隔一条河,中国的手机在芒街也是可以使用。到越南第一件事就是换了手机卡,越南当地大部分人不会英文也不会中文,我们只好用手比划进行沟通。本想继续向前赶路,不料下起雨来,我跟周叔就找了一家家庭旅馆住下,环境还不错!住下之后,我们出去逛了下去寻找当地的美食,其实物价跟国内价格是差不多,一碗粉8-10元,水果也和国内价格差不多,并没有传说中的便宜。 我们早早的在芒街住下了,准备明天出发到下龙湾。晚上无聊,就把自己换的200多万越南盾拿来拍照发微博,之后就把money和手机都装在腰包里就睡觉啦!却不想,第二天早上起来,发现我的手机和200多万越南盾全部不见了。谁能料想这些东西会在这样的家庭旅馆自己丢失呢!这可是我10天的全部费用哦!难不成是昨天拿手机给老板看翻译,他瞄上了我的手机,还是房间内装有监控,我们不得而知。我急忙告诉周叔,他检查了一下他的东西都在,幸好我的sony微单在一个角落里充电,还在。没想到到越南第一天竟遇上这种事情,于是下楼找老板理论了半天,由于语言不通,老板用干巴巴的中文说我们没关窗户,是我们自己的责任。说是只愿意赔偿我200RMB, 要我们不要报警,说报警一分钱也没有。在这样的异国他乡,我们也不晓得该怎么办啦!出去逛了一圈,找到当地的派出所,虽然这里和中国只有一河之隔,却不想没一个人懂中文或英文。晕!只好作罢!谁叫咱在国外呢,想来如果这种事情在国内也很难说个清楚。幸好国内手机在这里还有信号,我就借来周叔的手机,装上自己的电话卡,给准备到越南来的秦叔打了电话,让他帮我多换一千左右的越南盾。要不还真不小的接下来怎么走。当天既然没走成,我和周叔只好去压马路啦!却不想在逛街再一次遇到加拿大骑友Darren,本以为他已经走了好几天了,没想到他也还在这里。好兴奋,我们来了一个大大的拥抱,这这种情况下,真是不是亲人胜似亲人。我们一起买水果吃,Darren买的好甜好甜的菠萝蜜,顿时洗去了我丢失手机的阴影。我们一起吃的晚餐,越南粉。挺特别的,可以加好多青菜,蛮好吃!在这里还认识了一个意大利驴友。大家都聊得很high。我们约好第二天一起等到秦叔再一起出发前往下龙湾。 旅行的美感,往往存在于和我们平常生活犹如遥隔天海般的巨大反差之中。那些快乐的,悲伤的,都成为我们永久的记忆。4月13日早上,我,周叔,Darren一起去口岸接了秦叔,大家一起上路了。秦叔已经60多岁啦!他是一位只是渊博的学者,喜欢专研政治。他也是资深自行车爱好者, 平时也加入自行车俱乐部,他的目是骑行穿越西藏。 我们沿着越南海岸线一路南下,风景秀丽无比,山水田园,想着当地人的生活无不惬意。我们骑行两天就到达了下龙湾,一个被称为“水上桂林”的地方。风景确实美如画,真正置身其中,你才真正能体会到什么叫做身在画中游。越南粉 我们沿着越南海岸线一路南下,风景秀丽无比,山水田园,想着当地人的生活无不惬意。我们骑行两天就到达了下龙湾,一个被称为“水上桂林”的地方。风景确实美如画,真正置身其中,你才真正能体会到什么叫做身在画中游。下龙湾海景 沿着下龙湾一路往东,沿途都是喀斯特地貌。很美。由于中午天气太热,我们就在路边休息,顺便把洗的未干的衣服拿出来晾一晾。听秦叔讲了好多共济会的事情。想不到他居然会研究如此多的东西,学问如此之大,不亚于名校大学教授级别。佩服啊!突然发现越南的女人都非常的能干,一个普通妇女都能干这么重的活,也许都是生活所迫吧! 晚上到达下龙湾,我和Darren约好去逛一下市区。海防的夜晚宁静,清凉。非常安静的美!我和Darren还在广场看到一尊雕像,Darren非说是菩萨,而对我们亚洲人来说,一看便知那时一名将军。海防的夜晚是那么的静谧! 夜色中的海防,有小情侣在拍照!还有越南非常好吃的甜品饮料,一份折合人民币三块钱,我和Darren一人吃了两份!好好吃!怀念中! 因为这尊雕塑,我们僵持半天,我们问了路边的一对小夫妻,他们告诉我们说那是他们那里很有名的一名将军,是她保卫着当地人民的幸福生活。不聊天不晓得,这对小夫妻女孩是中国广西人,之前在越南教中文,男孩是他的学生,男孩对女孩展开疯狂追求,于是就有了这么一段美好浪漫的跨国恋。 4月16日,我们从海防骑行到越南首都河内。路上来往的车辆挺多的,下午我们早早的就到达了河内。河内的发展感觉跟中国的二三线城市差不多,特别多的电动车和摩托车。在闹市区,也有特别多的欧洲的背包客汇聚于此,热闹非凡!这里是越南首都的志性地表,相当于中国的天安门级别的! 越南的很多古建筑,寺庙都跟来源于中国,因而在那里能够看到很多的汉字诗文。 在越南休整了一天,我们就依依不舍的跟Darren告别,因为他要往南骑行到南越,而我们却要往北回国。从河内往回走的路上,风光依旧秀丽无比,时而有起伏比较大的长坡,这些对我来说都没问,但秦叔却有些吃不消,一爬坡就大喘气。我只好在后面等他。没想到周叔骑行太快,竟然与我们走散了。在这样的异国他乡,周叔没有手机,没有地图,不懂越语,我们就此失去了联系。 就这样,后来的三天回国路,我担心了周叔整整三天三夜,晚上也睡不好觉,不晓得周叔自己能不能回去。我跟秦叔每天都在路边休息等周叔两个小时,却依旧没能等到他!在越南的最后一天, 秦叔非要请我吃饭,瞧瞧我们的最后一餐,还挺丰盛的,但是量太大了,我们只好打包走! 怀着忐忑不安的心情,我们终于来到了越南老街,而对岸就是云南河口啦!好兴奋,终于回国来,感觉无比亲切,还是中国好! 一到中国,我就迫不及待的给周叔打电话,但是还是一直打不通,想来他应该还在越南吧!到了河口,我们把剩余没用的越南盾换回人民币,便继续往前赶路啦!本以为往前20公里左右就有住的地方,但是我们一直沿着边境线骑行,河对岸就是越南,前不着村,后不着店,眼看天就黑了下来,我们只好打着手电继续赶路,越往前走我的心里越发忐忑不安,秦叔说这一带是走私贩毒特别严重的地带,这么晚骑行很不安全。我的心里害怕极了。幸好路上来往还有一些大货车,我的心里稍许平静了一些。走了好久,漆黑一片,在这伸手不见五指的黑夜,我和秦叔只好硬着头皮往前走,值得安慰的是秦叔带的“护身工具”挺齐全的,我一直嘲笑他带那么多的东西,现在想来说不定还真有用到的时候。秦叔带的锁链一直拴在腰间,手里还握着手电电警棍。他让我不要骑得离他太远。这个时刻,我也只有心理默念,祈祷我们的车子千万不要出问啊! 又过了好久,我们到了一个兵站,兵哥哥告诉我们前面5公里左右就有住的地方了,我们的心才算平静了下来。 到国内两天之后,周叔的电话终于打通了,原来他真的走错了路,翻了两座大山,每天都好几罐8264,一路往北,终于到达了中国的一个小边境口岸,我悬着的心终于松下来了!与小杨和小顾联系上之后,我们大家决定在元阳汇合。然后一起去西双版纳。4月21日,我们开始前往元阳方向的骑行,由于都是盘山公里,秦叔可能有些吃不消,他说我们跟小杨小顾汇合之后,就我们三个一起骑,他速度太慢了,要我们不要等他。他自己单骑能力很强的。我们顺理成章的跟他们在元阳汇合。卖香蕉的阿姨!小顾也要感受下背篓的分量!瞧瞧小杨,肌肉还是挺发达的呢!([]
好久没有写点什么了。去了欧洲不少地方,借这次贴,帮大家总结一下欧洲旅游的的大概交通以及欧洲的一些经验。我会尽量把每个景点的德语名和地铁站也给大家列出来,方便以后出行。小囡完结文推荐:我的西班牙情结-巴塞罗那(更新完)https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1263433-1-1.html结束了大大小小的考试之后开始准备申根,如果你在弄欧洲的申根的话,强烈推荐德国,不少朋友第一次都给了3个月多次往返,且每次时间长达30天,这个是别的国家不可能达到的大方。这样三个月内你可以随意去欧洲而不用准备证,省了很多麻烦。并且德国的申根是不需要定机票的。这次的行程是 德国—奥地利—捷克 ,因为三个国家都接壤,所以直接飞去柏林,然后从布拉格飞回曼彻斯特,中间都是火车,个人比较偏好坐火车的感觉,沿途穿越欧洲大陆,看着风景,又何尝不是一种享受。嘎嘎。 具体行程路线:德国,柏林—科隆—慕尼黑—天鹅堡—慕尼黑奥地利,慕尼黑—萨尔斯堡—国王湖(属于德国,但是萨尔斯堡比慕尼黑的距离短)—维也纳捷克,维也纳—布拉格—Kutna Hora—布拉格—Český Krumlov(ck小镇)—布拉格(如果有童鞋想去匈牙利布达佩斯,可以从维也纳先去布达佩斯,大概2个半小时,然后从布达佩斯去布拉格,这样是最合理的)交通:曼彻斯特—柏林,汉莎航空,(这个是中文网址 https//www.lufthansa.com/cn/mi/Homepage)不要迷信廉价航空一定便宜,官网有很多deal,比廉行的便宜,而且行李免费托运一件的。布拉格—曼彻斯特,jet2,这个是廉价航空,不过个人感觉比easyjet好多了,起码不是那么乱,而且服务还不错。www.jet2.com 对了,如果有想欧洲境内飞的,且想省钱的,给大家一个概念,飞机比火车便宜,飞机有很多廉价航空,比如之前提到的jet2,easyjet,ryanair,bmibaby,flybe等,价钱很便宜,但是只能拿一个随身行李带上飞机,并且大小有严格要求,还有重量,如果要托运需要加钱。机上不供应免费的酒水和餐。他们的航线会有所不同。不过欧洲国家飞机最远也超不过3个小时,所以廉行是一个很不错的旅行省钱选择。住宿我是属于比较挑剔住宿的人,必须干净和有免费的wifi,主要觉得玩一天累了可以有一张床让我期待。嘿嘿。住宿我会在下面不同的城市列出来。不过所有的住宿都是在www.booking.com上定的。德国交通机场出来,直接找information处,可以问怎么去你的酒店。他会给你推荐公交还是地铁地铁分为S-bahn 和 U-bahn,当天买天票,可以随便坐。单次的票,2个小时之内随便坐。城市之间:德国联邦铁路 DB Bahn 中文网址 https//www.detie.cn/ 英文网址 https//www.bahn.de/i/view/overseas/en/index.shtml 它还有app,直接搜DB 就出来了, 下免费的那个,可以实时查火车时间,站台什么的,很方便快车停靠站相对较少,主要有ICE,IC/EC慢车停靠站相对较多,主要有RB,RE.IRE有的时候快车慢车可以差4,5个小时,所以提前计划好,当然票价也差很多。天气:柏林的7月大概就二十多度,也可能是那两天天阴,有雨,带外套是必须的。火车上的空调一般都是很足的。初到柏林,得瑟一下,嘎嘎。勃兰登堡门﹙Brandenburger Tor﹚ 也称凯旋门,是柏林的志,位于东西柏林分界线上。是柏林第一座古典主义建筑物。地址:Pariser Platz 11017 Berlin地铁:Brandenburger Tor站胜利柱 Siegess8;ule勃兰登堡门背对着可以看到也可以乘地铁到Hansaplatz站勃兰登堡门正对着的就是菩提树下大街 Unter den Linden延着这条街一直走下去,可以到柏林大教堂和柏林博物馆岛,Museuminsel由老博物馆(Altes Museum),在它前面伸展着卢斯特花园。最北端是新博物馆(Neues Museum)和老国家艺术画廊(Alte Nationalgalerie)。面向西侧的是佩加蒙博物馆(Pergamonmuseum),最外侧的是博德博物馆(Bodemuseum),组成。地址: Unter den Linden/Am Kupfergraben 10178 Berlin Mitte地铁:Friedrichstra23;e站柏林大教堂Berliner Dom 仿造罗马的彼得大教堂,具有意大利文艺复兴盛期和巴罗风格。地址:Am Lustgarten 10178 Berlin Mitte地铁:Hackescher Markt站柏林国会大厦 REIchstag 国会大厦不仅是联邦议会的所在地,它屋顶的穹形玻璃圆顶也是俯瞰城市全貌的很好选择,和勃兰登堡门很近。地址:Platz der Republik 1,11011 Berlin Tiergarten地铁:Brandengburger Tor站远处不需要门票,如果要去玻璃顶要提前预约拿门票,一直到晚上8点也可以。门票是免费的。波茨坦广场 Potsdamer Platz 是新柏林的象征,DB,购物中心,索尼中心,都集中在这里。最有名的就是柏林电影节走的星光大道也在这里地铁:Potsdamer Platz站星光大道柏林墙 Berliner Maues不知道是什么节日还是政要会首,我们正好碰上德国总理默克尔阅兵,还蛮幸运,只拍了一个背影最后,附一张德国柏林的地铁图 德国的总火车站都是Hauptbahnhof,简称hbf,买车票的时候要选车站,可以用到。科隆 其实火车站一出来就是科隆大教堂,如果只看这个,不打算莱茵河坐船游的话就没有必要住了。住宿:XII Apostel Albergohttps//www.booking.com/hotel/de/xii-apostel-albergo.en-gb.html?sid=a8a14747e6a0b49920eb3df0546e1b64;dcid=2条件还是不错的,地理位置也很好,晚上比较热闹,但是偏贵。交通科隆没有多大,景点也差不多在一起,走路就够了,没有必要买什么地铁票。天气明显比柏林热太多了,柏林还是长裤,到了科隆立马短裤。科隆大教堂 一出火车站就看到了,闻名世界的科隆大教堂 ([]
带你一次游遍呼伦贝尔我的四次骑行之路 这是我三年来骑行呼伦贝尔的经历。 之所以现在才集合成帖,不是想三年不鸣,一鸣惊人,而是因为一个字——懒。 不过这样也有好处,沉淀下来的的才是精华。因为时间就像一把大漏勺,滤过了了无数细节,却留下了那些深深刻在脑海里的东西。 狐狸乌鸦说过,游记要写的像小说一样好看,像散文一样真情,像杂文一样真实。狐狸乌鸦是一个牛逼的人,所以能说出这样牛逼的话。我也喜欢这样的游记,因为别人不是去看你的流水账的。但我不是作家,写不出那样牛逼的文字,只能罗列成流水账给大家。与此同时,郑重声明,我也不是一个摄影家,帖子里面的照片也只能称为记录而已,拍摄工具更是五花八门,有入门单反,有普通卡片,有手机摄影,甚至还有视频截图。归结起来一句话——不喜莫入。 之于为什么要选择骑行的方式,我也答不上来。因为这个问我已经思考了整整三年,至今没有答案。 三年前那个阳光灿烂的下午,在一个名叫哈达图的村庄,一个跛着腿的老太太问正在狼吞虎咽消灭冰淇淋的我一个困扰着所有骑行者的终极问,你为什么要骑行? 为什么?骑行的意义,到底是自我救赎,还是自我放逐。是去陌生的远方寻找世界上的另一个自己,还是逃离现实的尘嚣让一切归零。是一种对未来的觊望与躁动,还是一种在现实压力下的爆发与抗争,抑或只是一种像模像样地装逼。 我不知道答案,所以我当时只能对那个跛腿老妇装逼地傻笑。 我在三十岁之后,有那么一段时间,会经常想到死亡的问。对于我们而言,死亡代表着生命的结束,以及之后的全然的未知,但比死亡本身更可怕的,是死亡的不确定性,死亡当然“将来进行时”,但“将来”可能是指遥远的几十年后,也可能就指下一秒。所以佛家不去探求长生之道,而是告诫世人要“活在当下”,这也许就是我选择骑行的终极原因。此外,骑行的过程和生命的进程极其相似,自然与社会的和谐之道,自由与未知的矛盾之道,顺境与逆旅的参悟之道。可以说,生命本身就是一次充满不确定性的骑行,沿途的风景固然值得留恋,目的完成也必不可少。 关于呼伦贝尔,大家可以询问度娘,她比我的介绍详尽得多,这里无须多言。要让我归纳一下,那就是骑过西藏的,一时骑不了西藏的,或者不屑于骑行西藏的,骑行呼伦贝尔吧!你来或者不来,那水草丰美的草原,松涛激荡的大兴安岭,纵横交错的河流,就在那里等着你!视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!!! 一、单车环骑呼伦贝尔(2012年7月22日开始,总里程约2126公里) 满洲里市——黑山头镇——七卡村——室韦乡——莫尔道嘎镇——根河市——甘河镇——加格达奇市——大杨树镇——莫力达瓦自治旗——阿荣旗——扎兰屯市——柴河镇——阿尔山市——新巴尔虎左旗——满洲里市 二、沿着大兴安岭的脊背去漠河(2011年7月22日开始,总里程约750公里) 牙克石市——库都尔镇——根河市——金河镇——满归镇——漠河县——北极村 三、陪你一起看草原,我的归乡之旅(2011年7月30日开始,总里程约600公里) 海拉尔市——伊敏镇——阿尔山市——索伦镇——乌兰浩特市 四、草原民俗之旅(2010年7月20日开始,总里程约380公里)牙克石市——海拉尔市——拉不大林市——恩和乡——室韦乡视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!! 视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!! 视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!!视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!! 视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!!视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!!视觉盛宴即将开始,精彩片花抢先看!! 先露一小脸儿…… 大片正式开始……(第一部分)单车环骑呼伦贝尔(2012年7月22日开始,总里程约2126公里)满洲里市——黑山头镇——七卡村——室韦乡——莫尔道嘎镇——根河市——甘河镇——加格达奇市——大杨树镇——莫力达瓦自治旗——阿荣旗——扎兰屯市——柴河镇——阿尔山市——新巴尔虎左旗——满洲里市 环行呼伦贝尔总里程2126公里,骑行时间为15天,平均每天骑行近142公里。从呼伦湖出发,绕一个大圈子又返回呼伦湖。前六天是两人同骑,后九天是我一人独行。最短一天骑过70公里,最长有六天超过180公里。走过174公里的边境烂路,足迹踏遍呼伦贝尔所有旗县。期间两次横穿大兴安岭,翻越无数有名无名的大岭,创下过丘陵地区一日爬过几十座山头的个人受折磨记录。直插呼伦贝尔大草原腹地,在34度的高温下,穿越100多公里的无人区。最后在笔直的草原公路上,和几个在路上认识的骑友保持着骑行队形,一会排成S形,一会排成B形……最后终于将内蒙雄鹰铁骑团的旗帜插在了在呼伦湖畔!环行呼伦贝尔的路线图2012年7月21日,我和朋友宝山乘火车从牙克石抵达满洲里,准备开始环呼伦贝尔之旅。结果被在满洲里参加足球比赛的朋友得知消息,非要拉我顶替别人踢上一场比赛。想当年哥也是业余足球场上一位球星级的人物,位置是前腰兼队长,曾经代表兴安盟参加1997年内蒙古自治区三好杯足球赛,还在大学里面率领十几年没有在小组赛里面出过线的中文系勇夺亚军,那可是一袭红衣一位追风少年……无论是我个人还是中国足球,那都是一段阳光灿烂的日子! 我们的骑行从呼伦湖开始…… 百度是这样描述呼伦湖的—— 呼伦湖是中国北方数千里之内唯一的大泽,水域宽广,沼泽湿地连绵。面积2339平方公里,是内蒙古第一大湖、中国第四大淡水湖,与贝尔湖为姊妹湖。呼伦湖烟波浩渺,天水相连,白帆点点,波光粼粼,来这里旅游,不但可以观赏到美丽的景色,还可以品尝到数百种鱼虾做成的美味佳肴…… 不过这是从前! 现在是这样的—— 据气象部门的遥感卫星监测,2000年4月呼伦湖的湖面面积为2370平方公里,到了2010年6月,湖面面积只剩下了1850平方公里,整整减少了520平方公里。 呼伦湖是呼伦贝尔草原的肾,肾坏了,当然会出大事情。最直接的结果就是周边草原的地下水不断补充到湖中,造成草原地下水位下降,加剧草原沙化和草场退化。 所以我们的骑行选择从呼伦湖开始,又到呼伦湖结束,也是希望能吸引大家的目光投到这片草原! 踢完球,简单的和朋友们小聚了一下,带着肚子里的三瓶啤酒和一身的疼痛,我和宝山向呼伦湖进发…… 满洲里和扎赉诺尔之间的大觉禅寺,锗红色的墙金色的瓦,依着山坡而建,衬着无边的绿色,还是比较壮观。扎莱诺尔---猛犸象的故乡! 据介绍,1980年4月露天矿在达兰鄂罗木古河道上进行剥离作业时,发现猛犸象骨骼化石,现保存在扎赉诺尔煤业公司少年宫内。猛犸象是生存于距今33700年前的身披长毛的古代大象。经过半年多的紧张修复,猛犸象化石被合并、装架成一具完整的骨架,沉睡地下数万年之久的巨兽雄姿得以再现。这具骨骸化石装架后高达4.7米,长9米,门齿长达3.1米,据推算它生前的体重在8吨以上,是我国迄今古象化石本中最大的一具,被誉为中国古象王国中的“巨人”。 扎赉诺尔是满洲里的工贸卫星城(县级区)。扎赉诺尔有着悠久的历史,早在二、三万年以前,扎赉诺尔远古人类就在这里繁衍生息,创造了灿烂辉煌的扎赉诺尔文化。扎赉诺尔古猿人头骨、拓跋鲜卑古墓群、蘑菇山旧石器遗址、猛犸象化石、金代边壕等映射着 " 扎赉诺尔文化 " 丰厚的底蕴,构成了扎赉诺尔独具特色的古文化遗址旅游。 第一次扎胎 我在补胎。这时上午踢了一整场足球的身体开始疲态尽显,没有不疼的地方。满洲里到呼伦湖只有36公里,我累得实在难以跟上宝山。也借着补胎好好歇歇!顺便拍一张宝山孤寂的身影这是我第三次来到呼伦湖畔夕阳西下,燕雀归巢,在天空划过一条淡淡的痕迹。残阳给湖面镀上一层薄雾似的金黄,在那水天交汇之处渐渐融为一色 也把地上的两条人影拉长。在这静谧的时光里,坐在木桥上,点燃一根烟,让双腿自由自在地荡来荡去…… 正式骑行的第一天——朝辞满洲里,暮至黑山头! 学过木兰诗吧?有这样一句,旦辞黄河去,暮至黑山头,貌似花木兰的骏马比我的山地车要迅猛得多.我们沿边境线,经胡列也吐至黑山头镇,行程约190公里。这是我最累的一天,昨天踢球的疲劳和伤痛此时都找了上来。平时我和宝山骑行一般都是我来领骑,今天能跟上他都感觉是在拼命! 这是我们住的旅店,40元两个单间,名字起得很好吧? 在大桥上第二次扎胎! 我们途经的第一条大河——海拉尔河从国道变到省道,就是这条路通向黑山头 骑行在一望无垠的草原上,心胸随之开阔,有点草原骑士的味道一个不知名的小村庄,好像是以养牛为主。土坯房,干牛粪,沿袭着千百年来的生活传统。唯有风力发电机,提醒着我们这是现代社会!路边开满了粉红的牵牛花草原人家胡列也吐是扎区到黑山头的中间,疲惫的我们不断地盼望着早点迎来这个地名。宝山一路总问:“狐狸野兔在哪里啊”?通往“狐狸野兔”的道路一路不断经过边防哨所,但是没看见士兵。还有这样绵长的铁丝网……不知道我把照片发在这里会不会泄露秘密。钓鱼岛危机期间,大家要提高警惕,保卫祖国!!!知道什么是行摄之徒吗? 路上的牛交警正在下班回家,我们就这样对视,它在想些什么呢?牛群每日早起吃草,日落归栏,朝朝暮暮,周而复始。我们呢?也生活在一个圆里,每天走着,却困在原地,活着也如同死去……人的存在本身无意义,但人却可以在存在的基础上,用自己的个性和自由,去换来属于自己的意义。 给大家奉上一首《北京青年》的主歌《存在》存在词曲 汪峰多少人走着却困在原地 多少人活着却如同死去 多少人爱着却好似分离 多少人笑着却满含泪滴 谁知道我们该去向何处 谁明白生命已变为何物 是否找个借口继续苟活 或是展翅高飞保持愤怒 我该如何存在 多少次荣耀却感觉屈辱 多少次狂喜却倍受痛楚 多少次幸福却心如刀绞 多少次灿烂却失魂落魄 谁知道我们该去向何处 谁明白生命已变为何物 是否找个借口继续苟活 或是展翅高飞保持愤怒 谁知道我们该梦归何处 谁明白尊严已沦为何物 是否找个理由随波逐流 或是勇敢前行挣脱牢笼 我该如何存在又是一个不知名的小村庄,不过好在有商店,饥肠辘辘的我们用方便面充饥,这是宝山兄弟在喝啤酒。在这里我们发现了同一个群里的骑友明镜的行踪,他一个人昨晚住在了这里。有谁见过这样纯天然原生态的足球场,真不知我们昨天的比赛要是放在这里会有什么效果。这个虎头虎脑的小家伙一点也不怕陌生人。他对我的车子很好奇,结果试骑了以后跟我说,你的车子不好,太沉,不如他的轻巧。然后一溜烟的在草地上骑走了。这个村子有人在院子里喝啤酒,烤肉串,并且大声喊我过去一起喝点,我笑着摆摆手,抓紧时间去赶宝山。由于天色渐暗,我和宝山轮流领骑,以接近三十迈的速度狂奔了近一个小时,耗尽了身体里最后一点能量。我们跋涉近190公里,终于到达第一天的终点——黑山头镇。此黑山头绝不是《木兰诗》里的黑山头, 这里有一个著名的黑山头古城遗址,从辽代开始,后来成为成吉思汗大弟弟拙赤·哈撒尔的封地,距今已有700多年。 呵呵,是一个有历史的地方。而黑山头镇已经成为额尔古纳市重要的旅游中转站,镇里到处都是旅店和游客。 这几张照片是借的,希望大家更好地了解黑山头。 骑行第二天,从黑山头镇到沿边境线经五卡至七卡村。大约90公里,全是砂石路,但路况还算可以,除个别路段泥泞不堪以外。我的身体恢复了一些,基本是我在领骑。早晨的阳光格外柔和……从这开始,宝山不断停下来摆弄他的包搓板路大铁桥,牢固异常,据说是日本人建的([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The workers at a nearby mine did not know it and I too missed it last yearUnderground water with a constant temperature, an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such icy weather 感谢大伙儿支持和加分,不一一回复了。特别感谢多啦,希望能有机会一起喝酒吃肉。 Day 2 (April 21), 0km, Camping5192mBlustering gale all night, up and down like ocean waves. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later.
