我是一个中国援外医疗队的普通医生,爱好旅行,现在在西非几内亚工作。我把自己的所见所闻和生活体验记录了下来,希望告诉大家真实的非洲风土人情和中国医生在海外的生存状态。<br /><br /> 所有的文字和照片都发在www.12walkers.com 的《淫在非洲》专版里了,现在写了20万字,有1600多张照片,现在已经有超过10万人次的浏览,欢迎爱好生活的朋友加入我们的行列。“照片太少了......建议楼主多发PP ”<br /><br />cola,你是不是看错帖子了?1800张照片不应该算少呀。<br /> 诸位,在这里只是一个宣传,我在非洲的网速实在太慢了,不能在每个网站里都发图片,只要你们自己登陆www.12walkers.com 这个户外网站的《淫在非洲》专版,就可以看到所有的文字和1800张照片。<br /> 我现在还在非洲,还有一年多回国,我会把随笔和照片一直发下去的。非洲是一片神秘、美丽、充满苦难的地方。。。。。。。。谢谢龙井!!<br />端午节我去参观了非洲现代艺术展。其他的展品照片和艺术家的介绍都发在《淫在非洲》的第六部分里了,赶兴趣的朋友可以去www.12walkers.com 里的专版去看看。为了打发时间,也是丰富自己的历史知识,我在淫在非洲里增加了历史上的今天这个项目,每天学习一点,内容已经从第六部分开始了。6月20日是世界难民日,今年的难民日的主是:勇气。<br /><br /> “面对砍刀的攻击,逃离,光脚穿过乱石的戈壁,靠着昆虫和树根生存,直到找到帮助、饮水和保护。现在,家就是一顶帐篷,每天一点干粮,和无法遏制的希望。”——难民的生存与家园的重建,需要非凡的勇气!<br />我也很喜欢那幅画,是一位在西非很活跃的白人女画家创作的,非洲的传统文化和现代艺术都非常吸引我。非洲的雨季开始了,我们这里接连几天都是大雨不断,院子里快变成游泳池了。今天是医疗队离开祖国整11个月的日子,有4位同志今天起程回国探亲。这就是让我们所有男同事嫉妒得大口吐血的照片!内幕消息在www.12walkers.com 《淫在非洲》第7部分里。<br />自己对着镜子理了一个秃瓢,清爽!第一次留胡子,咱也装一回老男人。跳得过瘾,哥儿几个在旁边敲得也十分卖力。鼓边钉的铁片上挂着很多小铁环,随着鼓的震动发出清脆的响声。黑人妇女的头发又短又硬,枝枝杈杈象乱草一样,必须仔细地和假发缠在一起才能编出漂亮的辫子来。<br /> 编辫子的时候必须使劲拉紧每一根头发,再和假发缠紧,这样编出的发型才会结实有型,可以维持一个月以上。但是据说头皮会非常疼,甚至疼得睡不着觉,而且一个多月不能拆开洗头,头皮还会很瘙痒难忍。看来想要漂亮点儿还真不容易!<br />还是先前收过我钱的那位司仪比较好心,她看见我着急,就拨开跳舞的妇人们,把新娘子拉了出来......我当时就觉得眼前一亮!真是个美人呀!<br /><br />。。。。。。。具体文字和照片请看www.12walkers.com 《淫在非洲》连载第八部分。新的照片和文字一直在不断更新,都在www.12walkers.com的《淫在非洲》专版里呢,这里只是一点点节选。几内亚人晒衣服的传统,就是趁出太阳的时候把衣服、床单洗完后都摆在地上晒,在他们的想法中认为地面是干净的,其实土地中有很多寄生虫的虫卵,一些虫卵可以通过衣服钻入人体皮肤里,这或许也是这里皮肤病流行的一个原因。奔忙在城市与乡村的小公共,车后面挂上三、五个人是稀松平常的事情。医疗队已经在非洲生活了一年零两个月,我也已经写了30完字的随笔,拍摄了1万多张照片,并且挑选了3000多张在网站发表。<br /><br />全部的文字和照片都在www.12walkers.com 《淫在非洲》专版,欢迎对非洲感兴趣的朋友来看看。从首都通往杜布里卡的公路修得很不错,有的路段两边居然还有护栏。这在几内亚已经是最高档次的公路了。哈哈,感谢众位斑竹和兄弟们的抬爱,不是我抠门,只是我这边上网的条件太烂了,照片已经改的很小了,还是发得很慢,经常要熬到深夜,实在无力在各个网站上都发表全部照片,呵呵,只能委屈大家去www.12walkers.com 的《淫在非洲》专版里看全部的照片了,不过我会尽量挑一些照片发过来,和更多的朋友分享。<br /><br /> 其实除了照片之外,我更多的心情和感受是通过文字表达的,这些只有在《淫在非洲》的专版中才能看到了,呵呵,卖个关子。<br /><br /> 感谢所有新老朋友的支持和鼓励!<br />路边有几个孩子提着不知名的水果在叫卖,我们的司机向他们问路,从这个路口向里拐,就是瀑布了。终于来到了瀑布近前,首先看到了两位美女!奔腾咆哮的瀑布更加衬托出美女的娇柔,正所谓:天人合一!这两漂亮姑娘穿着比基尼在瀑布下戏水,顿时吸引了所有兄弟们的眼球,他们纷纷举起长枪短炮向姑娘们致敬,我在50米开外,顾不得擦流出来的鼻血,赶紧掏出200mm的长焦头狂摄了几张。<br />这一对儿柔情蜜意的,做什么亲昵动作都不避讳大家,也知不道他俩是啥关系,不过我很喜欢这种肤色的对比组合:牛奶+巧克力。<br /><br />估计小胖看见他俩那天的亲昵举动,就不光是流口水了,肯定要喷鼻血了!这是在餐厅鱼缸里养的,看着象小鳄鱼,但比鳄鱼小多了,可能也是爬行动物,谁知道它的名字?肯定不是鳄鱼,比它小多了,也就20厘米长,我不知道它的名字。哈哈,这禽流感确实搞得人不安宁,据说非洲就是下一个重灾区呢,所以要先抓紧吃!黎巴嫩小帅哥,在炎热的非洲,有个地方能经常来戏水,太爽了。([]

拉萨于我是儿时的梦想,这些年走过青藏、甘南、川西,每次临近的时候,都停了下来。没有触及,是因为我觉得自己的渺小实在没有准备好去拉萨的勇气。有时也幻想着,牵一人可终老的手,在布达拉前鉴证下爱的誓言;有时会想起那一年,在雨崩村里,那个单纯的小伙子用不准的汉语,断续的表达,雨崩夏天我们住,冬天我们就去拉萨。拉萨,拉萨。那是一个让我想想就觉得魂牵梦绕的地方。有人去过拉萨,然后就毅然辞职,从此踏上了间隔年的旅程;有人去了拉萨,去了就不再离开;有人去过拉萨,便抛开了尘世,坦然去圆寂自己的梦。拉萨,拉萨。那是一个让我想想就觉得神奇无比的地方。那梦里无数次浮现的拉萨。它是世界上最缺氧的城市,却成为无数来者的心灵氧吧。拉萨,我终于带着一颗忐忑的心,走向你,走向一个美丽的梦。2013-1-25拉萨 2013-1-28羊湖,卡若拉冰川,日喀则,扎什伦布寺,樟木这篇游记,在物理距离上,可能不是精彩的那一篇,但是,我希望你能慢慢的读,和我共同来分享,这个让我常常眼含泪水,一步一菩提的感受的地方。行走,我觉得不是你走了多远,而是你感受到了多少。初到拉萨,住在东措,这家较有名气的青旅。拉萨的夜是寒冷的,没有了太阳,一切都是冰凉的。不过青旅提供了电褥子和暖阳,还算是比较舒服。东措的墙体可以涂鸦,给我印象最深的一句话是“从北京我飞到拉萨,看到布达拉,没什么感觉,头疼高反了,打了一天针,就回去了”。拉萨,这样风景与心灵都会震撼的地方你都不觉得好,我不知道生活还有什么可以感染你。或许你来,只是因为听到几次这个让人觉得神奇的地方,你来了,却忘记带来虔诚和故事以及坚定的信仰。如果提前你没有做好充足的功课,我想拉萨的众多充满历史的寺庙,在你眼中无非是红砖白墙的形状而已,看过一两座审美疲劳也罢。来拉萨,我觉得最该做的,不是去提前喝上一周红景天,而是看上一周拉萨人文历史的书,你会对这里爱得更深沉。这座除了印度圣地外,藏族佛教徒最主要朝圣的城,有着太多太多的故事。或许你走过的某个脚印就会与圣者们的足印相印相合。这里每一条的道路,都写满了虔诚,心怀敬畏,一切都不那么一样。在拉萨城,我常走走停停,我没有着急去看壮美的风景,我想静下来,让自己的心得到放松。没有想去寻求什么答案,那么获得的可能就是灵性最好的回答。随便站在哪里,我仿若都能看到,许多朝圣的人在一步一扣,她们的眼神让我时常眼泪满襟。要知道,朝圣的人们几个月甚至更长的时间都在路上,他们没有什么先进的装备保障。我见过一个五六十岁的阿妈,脚下是破旧的军胶鞋,一路来的泥泞早已掩盖了鞋子的真实颜色,肩部背着和她后背一样高的玻璃丝袋子,开口处就用麻绳扎起来,背在身上,而腰间挂着一个烧的发黑的水壶……看到这些,我甚至忘了举起相机,我呆望着默默的目送这这位老者,在心底为她祝福。一般朝圣者上路,口袋里会背着糌粑和牛肉干,烧点热水,就着风霜雨雪,便是一餐。据说,许多人死于朝圣的途中,经过的人,会取出死者的牙齿带上路,最好到达时,将牙齿塞进大昭寺某根柱上,代表替死者完成心愿。如果,我可以什么都放下,什么都不要,修得为来生,修在未来,我不在乎今生的疾苦,所经历的风尘与艰辛,我坚信来世的轮回,我的心会生出一朵美丽的睡莲,它让我日日安稳,伴我安眠。第二天去了布达拉宫,冬季是淡季,票价100元。如果你住在平措,有一部分房间是开窗即可看到布达拉宫的。这座占地总面积36万余平方米,东西长360米,南北宽270米,主楼13层,高117米,是世界上海拔最高,集宫殿、城堡和寺院于一体的宏伟建筑真的是和我想象里一模一样。太多的图片上看到过它的外观,除了气势宏伟外,从建筑的角度来说,真的没什么可以惊呆的。但是如果你了解布达拉扩建的历史,或者站在它的脚下,不仅仅对它是仰望了。在布达拉宫参观需要遵循所有藏传佛教的禁忌,例如不能戴帽,不能拍照(指进入宫殿以后,宫殿外可以拍一些“外景”),不能踩踏门槛等等,大殿内部比较阴冷,即使在阳光充足的中午。绕行布达拉宫为顶转经路。布达拉是拉萨最具特色的代表,这么说一定不为过。无数次的在宣传片,画册中见到。她的美,大气而端庄。今日来到它的脚下,顿觉自己的渺小,如蝼蚁。据说几百年前,这是一个完全没有图纸而建造出来的宫殿,从建筑的意义上来讲,说它是瑰宝也当之无愧。布达拉宫的美,在天然,在历史,在人文,在建筑学,在依然流动的朝圣者就像它的血脉,绵延而生。布达拉宫内是不允许拍照的,或许只有这样,才为布达拉宫殿批上一层神秘的面纱。我没有雇导游,在里面晃荡了一个钟头不到就出来了。或许只有厚重的历史,才可以让人在这里驻足。不得不提一下,布达拉宫的洗手间是很具特色的,建议感受下。从布达拉宫出来,顿时觉得外面温暖无比,暖洋洋的太阳就这样照到身上。冬天进入布达拉宫还是比较阴冷的,建议多穿些衣服。参观完了布达拉宫,就开始绕着布达拉宫转经。仓央嘉措的诗,总是让这些感性女青年心生期待,即便是很多人还没有这种信仰,她们依然会转动经筒,为自己修得福分。此刻,我站在你的脚下。凝重的,我不敢呼吸,我知,每夜遇到的是你,梦一次,是不是就算走过一遭,能不能,就此,阔别已久的心事,行不行,就此,就这样沉淀下去。当,我遇到你,我想这将是个开始。【摄影贴士】早晨七点可到对面的药王山观景台进行拍照,观景台有开放时间,请自行关注,也可到龙王潭拍倒影。 次日去了八角街后,去看被誉为西藏之眼的大昭寺。在拉萨,想早起是很困难的事情,按照生物钟,七点多就醒来的我,还是翻了个身,随即睡死过去,天太黑了,没有阳光的拉萨早晨,是很冷的。日头起来,室内渐暖,已是九点多了。简单洗漱,去隔壁的好利来喝过早点,就去八角街上。那是一个我很想去淘货的地方,无奈市场经济的大潮把这里也搅和的和街边小摊很相近。朋友遇到了有缘的藏族兄弟,说是改天去家里看比较老的藏刀。我与这里的佛珠终无缘不欢。逛了很久,没有遇到一串合适的。去时正逢当地道路改造,很多地段是扬尘严重的。冬季的皮肤是干干的,但在这里我的眼眶却是经常湿润。我看到那些不畏尘土的人,他们一路跪拜过来。脑门上是血肉与灰模糊在一起的颜色。只有意念和理想是没有什么可以阻挡的吧。喜欢看那些朝圣者的表情,哪怕是暮年,也是纯粹的,简单的。莲花由心而生。我匍匐前行的路上,有风,有雨,有尘埃,但,这些是我无关的一切,我只知,我的朝向,是你,一个期许与未来。走到大昭寺的时候,我才真的惊呆了。这里磕长头的人,远远要多于在布达拉宫看到的。虽然到过藏区很多次,但是这么规模宏大的场面,还是第一次见,多多少少的,不再淡定。合掌十字,扣拇指于掌中,双掌举过头顶,再观于眉心,置于喉,停于胸前轻触,拜下时,双膝着地,双掌分开贴于地面,以额触地,活上身前伸,双臂前伸,全身贴地,后而双臂支撑起身重新站立。十指合掌表示悲智并具,合掌经过头顶、眉心、喉部表示积聚善因以成就佛陀之神,拜下贴地表皈敬,着地即起表由轮回解脱。这是在拉萨一位有缘人讲给我的。 在西藏,有这样一首民歌:黑色的大地是我用身体量过来的,白色的云彩是我用手指数过来的,陡峭的山崖我像爬梯子一样攀上,平坦的草原我像读经书一样掀过……这首民歌描述的是藏民信徒从千里之外磕长头朝圣的经历。而朝圣的目的地之一,就是这西藏之眼---大昭寺。 买了门票进入参观,它是有两个入口,早晨正门开放,直达天井小广场。下午则要从南侧门进入。记得走寺庙的时候要顺时针走。在大昭寺供养零钱的时候,最好提前换好角币。当然如果你内心强大,你决对可以放100块,然后自己再找回99块。我看到不少藏族朋友是这样换角币的。拉萨的寺庙多不设功德箱,所以你可以把零钱放到你供养的佛脚下位置。这里的转经,如果绕大昭寺转经为内转经路,绕行八廊街为中转经路。外转经路为:江苏路—金珠路—林廊北路西段—林廊北路—林廊东路—江苏路大昭寺一层供奉有 千手观音 弥勒 莲师 弥勒 弥勒佛塔 大昭寺二层:从左上一开始为 法王修行洞莲师殿 胜乐殿吉祥天母佛龛 菩提道次第殿 佛子殿 药师佛殿 能仁殿 五王殿 骏马殿 法王殿 六道佛殿 传承殿。此处为在大昭寺二层遥望布达拉。 2012年以后纳木错冬日开放,可以说,冬日去纳木错是对身体的更大挑战。除了往返近八个小时的山路以外,还要经过一个5000+海拔的垭口。但这些依然无法阻挡我对神湖的向往。早晨七点从青旅出发,天还没有亮,继续在车上补觉,不想却更觉寒冷。九点不到的时候,天开始亮了起来。太阳也升了起来。阳光变得刺眼。我开始张望着这满目苍茫。苍茫这个词,总是在写作文的时候用到,也未能真正体会到到底何种景色才称得上苍茫。这沿途的风景让我确是感受到了这词的含义。虽不是草长莺飞,风吹草低见牛羊的季节。但是低矮的草壿让人的视线更加开阔,心也变得宽广起来…一路就这样欣赏着风景,听着我最爱的那首“天籁之爱”奔向你,纳木错,那种心情像是去见一个梦里的爱人,期盼而忐忑。若冬天不如平日的美,不知道会不会失望。一路走着,突然想起梭罗曾说“外面越荒凉,我的情绪就越高昂,这一点从无例外,因此赐予我海洋,沙漠或是荒野吧”。拉萨到纳木错一路的路况是很好的,没什么危险系数。终于要到了,到了,远远的望见,一片白色的冰清玉洁。山湖相连,仿若那冰封的湖水,是念青唐古拉山的眼泪,它流到心里,冻成冰。那关于你,古老的传说,我依然记得。纳木错哇,你是念青唐古拉山美丽的妻子,山与水的交融,世世代代的恩爱。这里的冬天汇集演绎着天地间最壮美和最具魄力的风景。虽不见纷纷扬扬的飞雪,但放眼望去,那白雪茫茫,银装素裹的纳木错是那么宁静而端庄。远处的念青唐古拉山银峰玉柱,在那无垠的蓝天映照下把人们带入一个洁白而高雅的白色天堂。那一刻我眼中的你,没有丝毫的羞怯与粉饰,我只是想静静的凝望着你,无法倾听,无一花一草的贪念,此刻,我的眼里都是你,纳木错,我爱你最原始的样子。一月,在固化的白色与蓝调中我更清晰的认识到你的美不若湖,不似海真正震慑我心的,是你的庄严与凝重玛尼堆在这里,替我守望守候的是幸福么还是一个未止的梦 【摄影贴士】到纳木错进行拍摄一般以春夏秋三季为宜,尤以5-9月为最佳。冬季在扎西半岛上很少有人留守,天气太冷了,我这个原产东北的菇凉都觉得要冻哭了。而且那根拉山口有时会因大雪封山。不过,纳木错的光影变化经常始料不及,任何季节任何时候都可能出现意想不到的光影效果。1、一早一晚是拍摄纳木错湖景的大好时机,强烈建议摄影发烧友在纳木错住宿一晚。2、扎西半岛的岩洞里有不少修行的僧人和尼姑,喜欢人文摄影的不妨与他们交流沟通一下。3、扎西半岛的小山包上新修了观景台,体力好的话可以沿台阶爬上去拍摄远景。 4、纳木错湖边修了转经筒,是很好的人像拍摄地。 羊湖-卡若拉冰川-聂拉木-日喀则-樟木这条路线租车时候,是和师傅讲好的两天行程,但是出发一早师傅说,可能大雪会封路,建议要一天到达。我们就选择一天来走。在高原上,不要去相信什么天气预报。一位经验丰富的老司机会给你更好的建议。往往他们车之间都是相互认识的,谁早出发,到了哪里什么路况都会有所沟通。出发的时候还不到六点。我们是打算在羊湖看日出的。羊卓雍措,简称羊湖,距拉萨不到100公里,与纳木措、玛旁雍措并称西藏三大圣湖,是喜马拉雅山北麓最大的内陆湖泊,湖光山色之美,冠绝藏南。位于西藏山南地区浪卡子县,拉萨市西南70多公里,喜马拉雅绵延的山体间,羊湖像一条美丽的玉带贯穿其中,熠熠生辉。日出的羊湖,不见蓝色,但是你会看到漂亮的光影,这也是一种享受。当然,冬天早晨的羊湖,一定要多穿多穿再多穿。西藏的景致,是大气浑厚的美,远远的,看那么一眼,驻足那么一次,也就今生难忘。从羊卓雍错出来后,跨越4330米的斯米拉山口后就来到了卡若拉冰川的冰舌下。冰舌前沿海拔5560米,观看卡若拉冰川的地方海拔约有5400米。在整个西藏离公路最近的就是卡若拉冰川,离公路只有三百多米。这可是位纯正的冰山美人,冰雪沿冰层张裂消融,形成壮丽多姿的冰塔林,那是上天雕琢的图腾,你无须懂得,瞻仰和凝视就是最好的对待。冰川的背后是山势险峻。卡若拉冰川因“红河谷”、“云水谣”等电影的拍摄而闻名于世。接下来,我们就开始一路奔向日喀则,想着能去趟扎什伦布,这座寺意为“吉祥须弥寺”的寺庙。这里供奉世界上最高最大的铜塑佛像,为强巴佛。我心向往着,在这尊强巴佛前许下对于美好未来的希望。期待着能够实现。强巴佛的大殿是定时开放的。(
始终相信,善良的人,会幸福。用照片和文字,记录一段时光,凭吊一些化作尘埃的往事,我,微笑如初康堤是这次旅行中的第二站,kandy在斯里兰卡语中意为“多山的”,山城气候湿暖,环境优美,是斯里兰卡的第二大城,也是锡兰王朝最后的古都。这里保留了封建时代的皇家建筑和有着异国风味的殖民建筑,使得斯里兰卡的文化精粹在康堤汇集。佛牙寺也是第2天的重点行程之一,庙门口有很多卖进贡仙佛的莲花~任何一株花草树木都不紧不慢,万物从容的生活在变迁世界。因为他们知道,在每一年中,它们都有一次开花的机会~都有属于自己最美丽的瞬间,鲜艳欲滴的展现在人们面前;3;⋯;一九八八年经联合国列为世界人类遗产的“佛牙寺”是最著名的历史建筑,更是佛教徒的朝圣之地。佛牙寺则因供奉着佛祖释迦牟尼圆寂后的佛牙舍利而名扬世界。高达的菩提树下,幽然扫地的当地人 阳光很大,进寺庙不宜戴帽子,用头巾裹着防晒是个不错的选择如果行程安排的这1天打算参观佛牙寺,在着装上一定要多注意了,男人女人的衣服裤子裙子都要过膝盖才能进入参观哦!舟舟今天也走异国情调风格着装色彩鲜艳才有能和这里的风格融入佛牙寺的每一层建筑都像戴着一顶绅士帽式屋顶,这是典型的康缇式的建筑。妈妈带着孩子来朝拜,也是光着脚丫的~进门之前左侧的一排白墙~要在这里先把鞋子脱了再进去朝拜天空的颜色很通透,天气真好阿~带着小baby来朝拜的十分常见,孩子从小就培养了宗教信仰~话说这个萌孩子怎么和我一样裹的很严实佛牙寺作为全国最重要的佛庙,受到政府严密军警保护,入庙必须接受安全检查,入寺者务必脱鞋、服装端庄,以示虔诚。进门前把鞋子先存放在存鞋处,三人来张光脚丫的合影那里不但是佛教徒膜拜朝圣之处,也是游客的必到之所,更是斯里兰卡每位新总统上任前必须前往礼赞的地方。佛牙寺建于十五世纪,经过历代国王的扩建,规模宏大雄伟,主要入口处在西门,我们的身后就是入口周围有护寺河环绕,寺院建在高约六米的台基上~有上下两层,厅堂套厅堂,结构复杂,来朝拜的当地人络绎不绝 门廊上的艳丽彩绘,描述着当年护送佛牙进寺的故事,相传西元三一三年,古老的传说中,印度羯陵伽(Kalinga)国的艾玛玛菈(Hemamala)公主,将圆寂的释佛的一颗臼齿,藏在发髻中夹带到斯里兰卡,成了几经激烈烽火战争的锡兰岛民赖以寄讬的精神遗产。进入参观的门票,1000卢比人,相当于50rmb佛牙寺主要有佛殿、鼓殿、长厅、诵经厅、大宝库、内殿等,其中最重要的建筑是中心大殿。[size=#]一天定时开门三次供人遥拜,还有相应的祈福仪式[size=#]亭阁前供信徒念佛诵经,即使朝拜人数众多,一样是肃穆宁静。[size=#]亭阁前供信徒念佛诵经,即使朝拜人数众多,一样是肃穆宁静。朝拜祈福的当地人和游客是走不同的通道,每个孩子的表情都不一样,虽然拍虚了些,但依旧不影响我喜欢这张照片的氛围即使用纸壳捧着一把花儿,也是虔诚的象征和当地人一样席地而坐的我,静静的感受着这虔诚的氛围一个大眼睛的兰卡小姑娘朝我踉跄的走来~仿佛在问我,你在这里做什么呢?(
在地球上行走,做一次这样的自己。 9月24日青岛出发,12月12日返回青岛,辞掉工作开始30岁的独自旅行上篇。路上遇到的好友FOX现在印度继续旅行,而我只能陪女儿在家发呆了。 发几张图片试试找回曾经的记忆,记录一段平凡人生的传奇。 出门时老婆陪女儿睡着了,我悄悄的走了,我知道她没有睡,只是不想看到分离罢了。 从家乡海边的栈桥出发。。。。我的EBC不坐飞机全程徒步。。。全程景点一律逃票。。。住过寺院蹭过赌场。。。 旅行79天总花费约6000元人民币!照片不会PS保证真实。全程:开封—嵩山少林寺—洛阳—华山—西安—延安—银川—阿拉善—兰州—西宁—青海湖徒步—格尔木—拉萨—加德满都—难忘的EBC徒步—博卡拉发呆—饱餐蓝比尼—加德满都购物—拉萨闲逛。92楼青海湖开始正式的旅行。 159楼进入尼泊尔。203楼开始EBC徒步。看过其他EBC帖子的朋友,请直接看鲁克拉山下往返8天的故事。我们的EBC 徒步,自己做背夫,LP做向导,全程往返22天。 2人的每天花费卢比10月22日 加德满都——SHIVALAYA (JILI) 500卢比长途颠簸 57010月23日 SHIVALAYA (JILI)——SETE 纽瓦丽人陪我前行 66010月24日 SETE——SALUNG 不停的攀登 102010月25日 SALUNG——BUPSA 美妙的小屋 94010月26日 BUPSA——PHAKDING 奇怪的山路 89010月27日 PHAKDING——NAMCHE(3440) 公园中漫步 365010月28日 NAMCHE——PHERICHE(3860) 拼命走下来的 123010月29日 PHERICHE——CHHUKUNG——PHERICHE 傍晚迷失在山顶。 64010月30日 PHERICHE——LOBUJE(5140) 自己找路 150010月31日 LOBUJE——GORAK SHEP——EBC——KALA PATTAR发挥潜能 202011月1日GORAK SHEP——ZONGLA 结实新伙伴 100011月2日ZONGLA——GOKYO(4790) 迷途 自理50011月3日GOKYO——第五湖——GOKYO 藏龙卧虎 自理100011月4日GOKYO——DOLE 云里行走 120011月5日DOLE——NAMCHE 大雾 52011月6日NAMCHE——PHKDING 迟来的大雨 150011月7日PHKDING ——LUKELA 机场已经停飞5天了 148011月8日LUKELA——JUBING 旧地重游 164011月9日JUBING——JUNBESI 神奇小镇 229011月10日 JUNBESI——KENJA 可恶的石子 90011月11日KENJA——SHIVALAYA 胜利的喜悦 166011月12日 SHIVALAYA ——加德满都 630卢比不再感到颠簸,不再感到疲惫,不再感到胆怯。25310/2合用费用+1500走散自理+(500+630)长途车费+1800登山卡=17085 当时汇率111.8 结果EBC的22天个人花费才1448人民币。刚刚结束的旅行:一使劲走遍东南亚——青岛出发东南亚五国游记https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1434891-1-1.html3月12日出发 5月3日回家 5个国家38个城市2个人花费12400元人民币。 天津—马来西亚—泰国—老挝—柬埔寨—越南—南宁旅行是人生的美酒,我喝不起洋酒,来口二锅头吧。仅此2杯!多了我会记不起发生的事情。 迷途 旅行中最难忘的经历往往是那些出乎意料的事情。 2011年10月31日尼泊尔时间中午十二点,我们(FOX,山风,longkex)顺利翻过垭口。之前听说这段路很危险,要连滚带爬才可以通过,其实赶在中午遇上个好天,一般是没有问的。在垭口里徒步2公里雪地,对我这个北方人也不算困难,只遗憾没戴墨镜,只能抬头望着蓝蓝的天空。眼看要到达山顶了,一大队欧美人,在向导和背夫的协助下放下绳索,像幼儿园的小朋友做游戏似的,小心翼翼的爬下来,耽误了半个多小时。等到我们上去的时候,丝毫没有什么胜利感了。 随后下山的路,真是让我们头疼了。山坡遍布着陡峭的乱石,我们根本分不清脚下的路在哪里,费了好长时间才下来。当我们缓过劲来,再回头一看,才发现山顶已经被浓雾吞没,后面已经不可能再看到什么了。感谢上帝把好运给了我们,耽搁几步可能就会有危险。此时气温开始下降,山风实在走不动了。一个女孩子能到EBC徒步,已经很不简单了,她在前面逐渐放慢步伐,开始发起牢骚。FOX这时早在前面不见踪迹,她埋怨都向我来了,寄希望下个村庄早些出现。能围在火炉旁边喝茶瞎扯,那是多么幸福呀。可前面一个个山头,总是连绵不断。山峰甚至开始骂开了“真不应该跟你们这些人来到这,什么时候才可以到呀,我不走了”我安抚她说“快了前面山头后面一定就是”,走上下一个的下一个的坡顶,果然看到下面有群人,在安营扎寨,他们是准备第二天中午反方向翻越垭口的团队,可是我们不能停下,只能继续前进。山丘过去之后,开始拐进一片山谷里,顺着小溪一直往下,不停的下降,让我们感觉是走错路了,很久才发现石头上的记,才敢放心继续前进。 下午四点,我们终于看到ZONGLA,一个不小的村庄,这里由五家旅店组成。我自信的先冲进村里,像土匪扫荡似的找FOX,结果让我们很失望,他又继续往GOKYO出发了。后来知道他是提前1小时到达的,按以前的习惯才继续前进的。我和FOX尼泊尔以来一直在一起,钱也都放在我这保管,这时我开始晃了,山峰住下来坚决不再往前走了。我进屋扫了眼旅店的地图,冲动的选择一个人继续前进。走出村庄,过了条小溪,感觉要翻过一座小山,再下条冰川到对岸就可以了。我自信的跟着牛粪的足迹前行着,看到有石头堆积的路应该不会错,1个多小时就能看到FOX了。想想上次迷路他在山口等我的表情,这次也不会例外,步伐迈的更加坚实。可是走了半个小时也没看的冰川,才感觉越走越不对劲了,冰川应该在左面的山后,可是路却一直是往前走,并且山势也越来越高,根本不敢爬上去。地上的足迹也渐渐消失了,这时已经快5点了,我知道自己彻底迷路了。脑子里开始琢磨,应该不只一条路能过冰川,再往前走试试看。这时看到有头牛在吃草,大声叫起来“有人吗?救救我”,周围一片寂静,牛喘气的声音,像是在嘲笑我,这个倒霉的嫩驴。冻僵的脑袋提醒自己,现在回去还来的急,心里却在想,我包里有头灯,要不再往前走走。 又走了半个小时后,前面没有路了,这时右边是耸立的高山,左面是爬不上去的山丘,前边被一个小山坡挡住了。雾气开始浓了,天色也经逐渐暗了下来,我不死心的爬上山坡,希望能看到小路。身子转过一块巨石,眼前的一切,瞬间把我惊呆了,脚下松软的石块下面,有阵阵寒风吹过,一大片纵横交错的冰川出现在面前。这时我不知道哪来的勇气,走到山崖旁边,往下瞅了一眼。冰川融化后使周围形成突出的山崖,而我就站在上面,只能看到不见底的深渊,对岸对称的崖壁,证明我的判断是对的,危险就在脚下。在去大本营的时候,走在冰川里听过一样哗哗的碎石声,我不会也随着滑落碎石一起滚下吧。往眼一看,这条的冰川到这里和右侧石壁后的另外一条冰川,汇集在眼前继续延伸,远处还有几条冰川,就像河流入海前冲击成的三角洲,在此汇合后,流入汪洋的大海。这无边无际的冰川场景,让我置身于动画片《冰河世纪》般的卡通世界。世界屋脊确实有这样神奇的地方,真是沉静的冰雪天堂,冰冻过的伊甸园,通往天庭的升降梯,一切让我不敢相信,是在做梦吧。 静静的站着,灵魂脱壳似的发呆了5分钟,看到远处天空最后一丝夕阳,才反应过来,我必须原路回去。这时很小心的退后几步,生怕用力踩塌了脚下的石头,掉到冰川里去。救生的本功能让我猛的一转身,往来时的方向飞奔起来,真的被吓着了,连腰包里的相机都没敢拿出来,遗憾没有留下照片,见证一下神奇。我根本不敢想象这场面,是真实的存在的,此时此刻,它依然在那,只是很少被人发现。几万年前的冰河纪以来,大地原来就有这般浩瀚的景致,平常生活在世俗中的人们,永远也不会知道。或者2012未来世界末日后,我是唯一活着站在这的人,代表人类这种动物,爬到这里,发现真相,留下最后一眼的无奈。我这样一个普通的人,怎么配的上有这种经历。脱掉了虚荣的伪装,撤去了生存的面具,看清楚自己赤裸的生命。房子,金钱,美女,权力等等追求的一切都是假象,短暂的生命也不过是脚下的碎冰,50年以后必然消失。几番感慨过后,生活还要继续,一个完全纯洁的人,在这个肮脏的世界里,只能是个疯子,还是往回跑吧! 10分钟后,天逐渐黑了下来,我边走边开始评估自己的装备,如果万一回不去,住在野外存活的可行性有多大?只有抓绒睡袋,周围没有树或者巨大的岩石挡风。而我又只有一次在崂顶混帐的经历,可以说没有任何野外生存能力。这时想起,我是沿右侧的山边过来的,只要咬住牙往前,再走1个小时就会得救的。人的潜能是不可知的,此时自己生起无穷的体力,拼命的向前求生,顾忌不了脚下的小溪和石头,早就不用看来时的路了,简直就是在草上飞。天黑后的山里格外的冷,幸亏没有大风,雾气也悄悄散去,月光下还能看清前面的方向。悔恨自己出来,没有带指南针和买当地的电话卡,真出了什么意外,老婆会骂死我的。家人并不知道我来EBC,说了他们也不知道是什么,其实没来尼泊尔之前,我也不知道。好在我一路上运气超好,坚持走到了这里。我绝不能放弃行走,一定会得救的,如果我成功回去了,这是我30岁前唯一可以自豪的事情。选择间隔年里,走这种自虐的旅行,也是给失败的青春,留下最后的荣耀吧。在我精疲力竭的时候,远处隐约的灯光闪现出来,我通过自己的努力得救了。 我几乎是爬到山风住的旅店。当我敲开门进去的时候,一群老外们,坐在火炉旁惊讶的看着我,他们好像在说:“你怎么这样狼狈呀”英文我是听不懂得。我着急的打量着周围,终于看到了山风,惭愧的想让她收留我住在一起,只为节省点房费。这时我吝啬抠门的本性暴露无疑,别人不会理解我辞职来的尼泊尔的心情。我时刻提醒自己不是来玩的,放弃工作,放下责任,回去半年内还要花家里的积蓄过日子,每一分钱都要更有价值。我看的出山峰真的生气了,像是老婆在埋怨我的狠心,爱答不理的说:“你这是怎么了,怎么又回来了”我有种特冤的感觉。喝了口热水平静了下来,我把迷路的经历讲述了一遍,这才勉强原谅了我的背叛。第二天,我留下200卢比独自一大早又走了,因为我知道FOX还在等我。女人们,请原谅我的自私和狠心吧,后来我在加德满都决定不继续跟FOX去印度了,希望以后不会再有这样鲁莽和自私的旅行了。此贴献给我心爱的两岁女儿。有一天她长大了,喜欢上旅行来8264分享快乐,也许会看到吧。l 开始向珠峰脚下前进。。。 请站在照片里,用心去感受。。。《未选择的路-弗罗斯特》黄色的树林里分出两条路可惜我不能同时去涉足我在那路口久久伫立向着一条路极目望去直到它消失在丛林深处但我却选择了另外一条路它荒草萋萋,十分幽寂显得更诱人,更美丽虽然在这两条小路上都很少留下旅人的足迹虽然那天清晨落叶满地两条路都未经脚步污染呵,留下一条路等改日再见!但我知道路径延绵无尽头恐怕我难以再返回也许多少年后在某个地方我将轻声叹息将往事回顾一片树林里分出两条路——而我选择了人迹更少的一条从此决定了我一生的道路即选择勿回头。。。 单反D90照片大于2M,首次发帖不会处理,先发卡片机照片,请见谅!第一站开封主要游览了大相国寺院,早上抢到了沙发。 第一次背着包在马路上走,还真是不好意思。第一次发帖还是用照片说话吧。 佛日增辉 塔有九层 缸是开封府的 行程第一天就看到释迦摩尼,难道知道我要去蓝比尼,呵呵 。遇到了个长者说办个波依佛门的证可以天下寺院免费,比导游证好事,它怎么知道我有导游证呀 八角琉璃殿中心亭的一尊银杏木雕千手千眼观音像,更是蜚声海内外。这尊雕像高达7米,像分四面,每面分四层,各雕手臂千只,精美之极,雕造于乾隆年间(公元1736-1785年),历时500多年,工艺之精,造型之美,举世无双,极为珍贵。 方丈门前的麒麟急事慢做 很有禅意 日本真言宗的开山祖师弘法大师空海,于唐德宗贞元二十年(公元804年)曾居于大相国寺内。他学问渊博,且精通汉文,参照中国草书偏旁,创立了日文字母"平假名"并作《伊吕波歌》传世至今很贵的罗汉餐,后来在蓝比尼中华寺赶上水陆法会免费吃了7天,我佛缘不浅呀心愿要晒起来的这木头好像是化石 什么时候能发完行程走了3个月呢先睡觉了我的珠峰EBC全程徒步用时22天,值得期待呀 哈哈发完帖子回头再看,一切都很简单了。感谢大家的捧场,原本只为借帖子保存照片,后来看到有朋友关注,开始写一点感想。以前每天关心看帖人数的增加,有点炫耀的激动。帖子结束后,在东南亚旅行离开了2个月,回来后看到并没有跟帖开始有些失落。其实旅行总有结束的一天,帖子也总有被遗忘的一天,自己的经历才是最珍贵的财富。我会坚持丰富帖子的内容,对自己和观众负责 呵呵。 龙亭公园 北宋开国皇帝赵匡胤陈桥兵变后,把这里作为皇宫。 地上的现实地下的往事 对面的驴肉汤很棒 延亭观殿内有位神婆子说我是秦二世投胎 故能玄虚 9月26日出发D3 登封少林寺,先上照片导游证被拒,幸运的是找到旅游团队扮演全陪逃票成功。 上面的招式是出门前看别人帖子里学的姿势。少林寺威震武林,我真的来了! 山东有孔庙;河南有少林。 到处都是碑林 此碑是留给我的吧,写我一生丰功伟绩,现在看不到是因为我活着。 呵呵好 达摩和玄奘是我最敬重的两位高僧本人是位滥竽充数的基督徒,在此只能半蹲表示对佛的尊敬。想起歌曲金鱼与木鱼,选择到此的无数高僧,敲击木鱼的声音回荡在大殿中。。。 在此我已练成绝世武功,下少林必将威震武林。哈哈哈 旅游让我走火入魔了吧。 少林寺感从身受,上午游览寺庙和塔林,下午缆车上少室山,时间紧张犹豫过去达摩洞,旁晚还是从少林寺傍的小路上了达摩洞,在此有所顿悟。上山的路上看到路边的杏树,索性用登山仗打果玩耍,来到达摩洞时随手捐了10元平生第一次功德,老僧尼见我疲惫送我苹果解渴,登山顶看达摩雕像,回来把杏留于洞口还礼,下山时悟出合理的行走方法,往山门跑的精疲力竭,天已经全黑被困少林景区,最后一位出景区。刚谈好价钱包车回县城, 最后一班公交8路空车拉上我一个人回旅馆 ,运气真好。 此事的感悟: 1、 万事皆有因果,多种善因必得善果。 2、遇到困难慢下脚步静心思考总有方法。3、贪心的游览差点因小失大,旅行不要太追求完美。 我也不提倡这种自私的旅行,抛下老婆孩子自己闲游野鹤。这次冲动是萌发自心底的叛逆,领导同事们都非常的吃惊。更新的旅行还将继续,3月12日出发带上老婆穿越马泰老柬越54天!燃放出精彩。未来就在脚下,未来不可预测,只想自己既然选择就做好再说吧。这张照片是在EBC返程的时候拍的,珠峰脚下留下过我的足迹。本次行程:青岛-开封-登封-洛阳-华山-西安-延安-银川-阿拉善-兰州-西宁-青海湖徒步-格尔木-拉萨-樟木-加德满都-EBC-博卡拉-蓝比尼-加德满都-拉萨-青岛 全程约3个月 花费6000元 这是傍晚武术学校的同学会爬山练功的地方。 达摩洞是坐禅悟道的最好地方。 9月27日 出发D4 嵩阳书院 嵩山登山前有段公路,我的动作还准吧 发照片让自己回忆一下呵呵 写游记要对大家负责任,慢慢写点等可以见人了,一定邀请大家拍砖。 能看出树杈上有3个菩萨吗? 9月28日 出发D5 昨天晚上冒着大雨做大巴到达洛阳,背着大包坐公交车找旅馆,找到第一次漂泊的感觉了,最终在牡丹园找到20元一间的旅馆.早晨雨中的白马寺充满诗意。 寺院大多是不让拍照的,释迦摩尼创立佛教时还不让拜佛呢,规矩是人订的冒犯之处请原谅。十八罗汉太精妙了 故宫赠给寺院的一级文物,简直傻眼了。

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 写在前面: 你想去印度吗? 我第一次听到这句话是在07年的拉萨,一个奶茶馆,当一个藏族人知道我去尼泊尔之后。 哦?印度?当时脑子里有过那么一闪念。 再次听到,是去年在泰国,当时遇到的同伴对印度很向往。,可我还不知道我是否可行。在去年的游记完成之后,查阅了相关的信息,发现,原来是可以的,于是,看游记,做功课,订机票。。。。。。。 真是一次漫长的等待。 今年的十月,当我坐在飞往加尔各达的航班上,对我的同伴说:明明是坐的飞机,怎么却象在坐过山车呢? 当时并不知道,这种情绪几乎贯穿了整个印度,上下起伏着,带着兴奋和不安。 费用:约8600人民币 线路:苏州-上海-吉隆坡-加尔各达-格雅-瓦位纳西-克久拉霍-欧洽-德里-阿格拉-斋普尔-乌代普尔-焦特普尔-伊斯伊梅尔-比卡内尔-阿姆利则-德里-奥兰加巴德-海德拉巴-金奈-默哈伯利布勒姆-金奈-吉隆坡-上海-苏州。 拍这张照片的时候,我已经在加尔各达的机场待了一夜,天刚亮。 初印象是:入境很容易,印度人相当随意,公共场所不太顾及别人。机场不但有持枪的军人,还经常有警犬巡视,但气氛并不紧张。 这是加尔各达的印度博物馆。 加尔各达是印度第二大城市,从机场到背包客聚集区萨德街,我和同伴选择了大巴,这个过程让我见识到很多熟悉的画面,二名男性勾着小手指,拥挤的交通,好喝的CHAI。 找好住处,换好钱,办好手机卡已经是下午了,于是选择了离住处不远的印度博物馆。 这是印度最老的博物馆,第一次体会到外国人的优越性,一进售票处,就被保安领到最前面,本地人都在那里排着队呢,当然,我们的票价是他们的15倍。 这个厅还算吸引我的视线,呈列的都是各时期的石雕。很多地方都是空白,贴着一张纸,让同伴看过才知道,它们去了中国展出,我来到印度看它们,它们却去了我的国家,好微妙。 更微妙的是:我和同伴被要求站在一起拍合影,从去年遇到到今年,印象里从未跟他合过影。那人拍了我俩之后,道了谢转身离开,咦?他要我俩的照片干嘛? 随后又被邀请数次合影,我基本一看就闪,同伴数次牺牲色相。 这个厅还算吸引我的视线,呈列的都是各时期的石雕。很多地方都是空白,贴着一张纸,让同伴看过才知道,它们去了中国展出,我来到印度看它们,它们却去了我的国家,好微妙。 更微妙的是:我和同伴被要求站在一起拍合影,从去年遇到到今年,印象里从未跟他合过影。那人拍了我俩之后,道了谢转身离开,咦?他要我俩的照片干嘛? 随后又被邀请数次合影,我基本一看就闪,同伴数次牺牲色相。 :) 10月17日一早,萨德街。 这红墙和白墙之内就是印度博物馆。 那个水桶里应该装的是他们的饮用水,架在砖上的是做饭的锅。 棚里是睡觉的地方。 那边,早起的人在喝CHAI,从昨天出机场尝过之后,就特别喜欢,我也去喝一杯。 用陶土的杯装了,很环保。 这边喝完,转个街再找地方喝,这个摊很热闹,我也过去和他们坐在一起。 大家相互拍呗。 坐在那里喝着,看着。忽然,坐在边上的小伙子把耳机的一端,插进我的耳朵里,里面传出的是印度歌,是他喜欢的吧。虽然有点惊讶,但我喜欢这样的善意。 今天上午的计划是去特蕾莎修女创办的motherhouse(仁爱之家)做一天的义工,但我们并不认识路。 在不断问路的时候,遇见一个人,表示可以带我们去。 他给我的印象是个拾荒者,他向我们介绍了自己的名字,家人,和家庭的一些情况,这个场景,在很多游记里都有记载,无非是带路,收取小费。但我印象很深的是二点,一是:他数次为自己的衣冠不整道歉(他的衬衣上有一个不小的划口),二是,在拿到50卢比(人民币5元)之后,他不仅用英语说谢谢,还一直问我的同伴,谢谢的中文怎么说,用中文向我表达了谢意。 仁爱之家总部小小的门口。 若不是那人带领,我们应该是无法在别人出发之前赶到。 以至于,我们都没来得及参观特蕾莎修女陵墓。刚找到一个中国人,就开始了某些“仪式”? 先是唱基督的歌曲,我不会,只能低着头听着,然后是请最后一天做义工的人走出来,唱感恩歌,看着很多人,眼中闪着泪光。 唱罢,分组。那个中国人去的是垂死之家,同样是中国人,自然想去同一个地方,他让我们去修女那里登记,因为我们没有特别说明,所以分派的字条上写着Prem Dan(老人之家,照顾需要长期照料但不垂死的老人)。 领队的是个智利人,每年来加尔各达做一个月义工,已经几年。这一队里有三个东方面孔,来自三个国家:马来西亚,韩国,中国。 在这里服务,男女是分开的,这让我一下慌了神,语言不通该如何是好? 韩国的那个女孩,帮我拿来围裙和手套,指给我放包的地方。当我们进到宿舍的时候,能移动的人已经出去了,床已经搬开,用消毒水拖地,擦床垫,重新把床摆好,铺床单,然后就是去室外帮助向那些老人分发食物。 把分好的食物拿到她们面前,有行动不便的,需要喂食的,要喂她们吃下。在我东张西望想知道该做什么的时候,我被招到一个老人面前,这应该是个中风的病人,她被斜绑在椅子上,看着我,不能说话。 奶茶冲的米花是很烫的,她知道我是新人,虽然看着我每次都先吹凉,但还是用嘴唇试着温度,她坐不直,我们俩都很努力的尽量能一次把一勺的米花吃完,我很紧张,不知道怎么做会更好些。先喂的都是干的部分,最后的那些奶茶是实在不在我的能力范围之内,我向一个老的义工求助,她告诉我应该怎么处理,但很快发现,我根本听不懂,于是她接了过去。 不知不觉到了休息的时间,男性的义工们也都过来坐在一起喝奶茶,大家聊着天。 十几个人中只有二个来自相同的国家,真是个多国的部队,只有我和同伴二人是一天的义工。 这是休息时间,大家坐下喝奶茶,聊天。 休息总是短暂的,下面更加忙碌些。 替老人按MO头部,跟她们一起玩拼图,喂中饭。 送她们回房间的时候,才发现,残疾的人比我想的要多,有些需要坐轮椅,有些是自己坐在地上撑着回去的。 最后一次搀扶一个老人回房间之后,我被另一个老人招手叫到床前。我看看四周,义工只有我一个,我知道她,我们到的时候,她就在跟老的义工打招呼,看着是个性格活泼的人,似乎看不出患有疾病的样子,她叫我干嘛呢? 我走到她的床边,她对我微笑着,捧起我的脸,亲吻我的双颊,双手合十对我说着谢谢。 禁不住,泪流满面。 离开的时候,回望Prem Dan。 回程,因为大家大多都住在萨德周围,所以没有再搭公车回去仁爱之家的总部, 领队帮我们打TUTU直接回到萨德。 在印度,TUTU是主要的交通工具之一,这里的TUTU比泰国小很多,因为是固定的线路,领队帮我们谈好价钱(一般对外国人都会开高价),分几批,让我们坐上去。四个大人挤在后面一排,那是绝对无法动弹的,坐在最外面的闻侨(我的同伴)甚至脚都放不进来。 加尔各达拥挤的交通,TUTU的横冲直撞,那一程,真是心惊肉跳。其实一直到离开印度,我坐TUTU的时候都会不安,但必须承认,没有出过意外。 回到旅馆,退房,存包,找地儿吃饭吧。在街上晃着,看见早上一起的那个韩国女孩和昨天误以为我是韩国人的另一个韩国女孩都坐在路边吃饭,禁不住好奇,第二天就吃起了路边摊。另一个韩国的女生,第一次来印度,,哪儿都没去,就待在儿童之家做义工,已经三个月了,说是刚去的时候也是天天都在哭,现在已经习惯了。 下午,去了多利亚纪念堂,明明还在开放的时间,不知为何却不让我们进入,只能离开。 走走晃晃,天色渐晚,今晚就要坐火车离开了。 终于,要见识印度的火车了,传说中经常晚点,不报站名,名字会贴在车门口的火车是什么样的呢? 在印度,火车无疑是最重要的交通工具,历史悠久,网线遍布各处。而它的实名制,也实行近百年。 这一次的印度之行,火车也是做为首选的交通工具。为了在排灯节(印度三大节日之一)前,赶到瓦拉纳西,闻桥在官网上注册,并提前订购了二程火车票。今晚,是我们的第一程。 尽管印度火车站的画面几十次,数百次的出现在我面前,但我到达豪拉火车站之后,还是感到震惊。候车室的地上,坐着,躺着,满满都是人,黑压压的几大片,甚至我们都找不到合适的地方。 上到二楼的AC候车室(印度火车卧铺分为AC1、AC2、AC3、SL四等),外国人的优势再一次得到体现,查票的人数次从我们面前经过,却都跳过(我们的票是SL,不可以进AC的候车室)。 闻侨每隔一段时间,就下楼去看电子屏,回来对我说很奇怪,比我们时间晚的车次都已经公布站台,而我们的班次却迟迟没有信息,问过值班室,说没有问。 再晚些的时候,答案终于揭晓,我们的火车改道了。那对我们有影响吗?问了值班室的结果是无任何影响,但总觉得放心不下,官网上去搜了站名,再搜了公告找出地图对比,我们要去的格雅,被跳过了。。。。。。。 那怎么办?公告是改道五天,延期不可能,唯一的办法是到最近的站点下车,然后转车。所有经济上的损失和下一程的车票,都由我们自行负担。 第一次见识到印度铁道的随意性(提前无任何通知),却也无可奈何,只能期望下一班车票能顺利买到。 上车,找铺,检票(印度火车站,进站是不用查票的,上车后,卧铺车厢会来检票),睡觉。 一晚的辗转,这是第二天早上,停靠的一个小站。 SL车厢,不锁车门,在门口坐了一会,迎着风,把脚伸出门外,感觉很自由。 天亮以后,便躺不住,从上辅下来坐到下辅(印度卧铺车厢没有座位,在我们座位的位置,是二层的边铺)。 车厢里,一直有小贩进出,叫卖着CHAI和各种小吃的东西。旁边边下铺坐着二个印度人,买了带壳的花生,示意要给我吃,推了二次之后,便接过几个,自己剥来吃。我跟他们说,我是中国人,但明显,他们并没有反应,看来是不懂英语。 递了二次之后,看我不好意思一直拿,竟然帮我剥好一把花生仁,再递过来。此后一直继续这个步骤,当然也没少了我的同伴。这是我第二次感受到普通印度人的善意。 晚点三小时之后,到了帕特纳,所幸后面的车票购买十分顺利,但原本只有六小时的车程,延到了十四小时。 格雅并不是我们要去的地方,我们想去的是十公里之外的菩提迦耶。去看一棵树,那棵菩提树。 大菩提寺,高52米,始建于公元前三年,由阿育王建造,后几经修缮,于2002年被列为世界文化遗产。 虽然是清早,但已经有各国的僧人在此念经了。 光脚踩在石板上(进寺庙不能穿鞋),那是相当的凉。 看见一队小和尚,远远的跑过来,感觉上,大部分象是藏族的孩子。(这里有藏寺庙,还有藏人村) 待我转到后面的时候,他们已经列队站好,在唱佛歌,各国信徒们纷纷站在前面合影、布施。 这就是那棵菩提树。 其实这不是那棵的本株,本来的树已经被毁,这株是阿育王时代带去斯里兰卡的分枝,后又从斯里兰卡移回。 树下,是金刚座。 再转过去,这一隅,是藏传佛教的区域,很多僧人,在长叩。 这是在藏区最为长见的场面,所以找了一处空地,坐下想吃点饼干。 刚一坐下,就有狗狗围上来,我知道它们是想要些吃的东西,但它们也不会去抢你手中的东西,只会趴在你的身边,脚塔在你的脚上,非常温顺的样子。 饿了,回去吃饭,正好遇上住在同一旅馆的中国人,叫上一起,这是第一次吃印度式套餐,当时觉得,味道还不错。 其实这里还有各国的很多寺庙,昨天傍晚已经去粗粗转过。 所以,这天的黄昏,还是再去了大菩提寺。 黄昏的大菩提寺,各国的僧侣都以自己的方式在参拜者,但给我的感觉并不太好,似乎各自为营,又似乎有些哗众取宠,总之不是那么纯粹。 那塔下,便是那棵树,真真是枝繁叶茂。 夜了,那一点点的,不是星星,而是--飞虫。 又到了离开的时候,今晚,是第二程火车,还会有变化吗?([]
临出发前2天,零红蝶独自前往温宿破城子煤矿探了一趟路,回来后做出了反穿夏特古道的决定。当我们一行18人在乌鲁木齐南郊客运站乘坐开往阿克苏的大巴时,他还用炫耀的口气得意洋洋地说:我们要从南疆走到北疆!从荒漠走到美丽的草原!越走越美! 牛人就是牛人! 当我们经过一夜加半个上午的长途颠簸,终于站在托木尔峰缓冲带博孜墩边境管理区等候边检登记检查时,才突然想起从乌鲁木齐随车携带的气罐落在了客车上!此时我们与营运客车的距离已经近百公里。一阵忙乱联络安排,待再上路时,已经比预计的时间晚了约3个小时。至旧金矿破房子后,下车、分装气罐、整理背包,开始徒步上路。于漫天浮尘中约行进6、7公里,天色渐晚,择地扎营。 曾经看过王铁男先生的 《魂断夏特古道》,痛失好友的泣血经历使人对夏特充满恐惧,但是神秘的冰川又总是让人欲罢不能。 关于夏特古道: 夏特,清称沙图阿满台,位于昭苏西南部的汗腾格里山下,是伊犁至阿克苏的交通驿站。夏特古道北起伊犁昭苏夏塔牧场,南至阿克苏温宿破城子,沟通天山南北,全长120公里,是丝绸之路上最为险峻的一条沟通南北疆的著名古隘道。 夏特古道承载着太多太厚重的历史,有过太多太炫目的辉煌。2000年前秦汉的和亲公主从这里远托异国;1300年前唐玄奘从这里翻越3500米的哈达木孜达坂,到达天山南麓的龟兹佛国。上个世纪初期,芬兰的探险家马达汉,由阿克苏出发经夏特古道回国,1944年~1946年他担任了芬兰共和国总统。不知在成为总统后,马达汉是否曾经在梦里重走夏特··· 夏特,木扎尔特冰川携带着万古的悠远,散发着神秘的光芒。能在无边苍穹下的冰川上安身,绝对是上帝的独特恩宠。反穿夏特古道,我们将从破城子进山,夏塔牧场出山,从荒漠走向丰美的草原。 被遗弃是荒凉的。但是,荒凉,有时也是一种美;静默无言,或许是生命的另一种倾诉。每次长线重装的过程,恰如一次脱胎换骨。凤凰涅槃,浴火重生,须得一段痛苦煎熬!这,也是一种生命的倾诉! 次日晨9点准时拔营。行前晨会,领队告诉我们当日需要行进20公里,主要沿木扎尔特河主流,一路朔北而上。 因为头天的延误,今天一开始的步伐很赶。沙尘天气让行走很不舒服,每个人都不得不捂着。在隐约看到同行的另外的队伍背影后,零红蝶骄傲地吼着“我们要追上他们了,我们要超过他们.......” 我们的队伍比较整齐,强驴辈出,相形之下我只能算是弱者,果然不久就见了分晓。渐渐地,我的背负感到了沉重。在一次次爬坡之后,一种不好的感觉逐渐笼罩:先是眼睛发花看不清路,接着腿脚也开始有些不听使唤地乱拧起来,我落在了后面。调整、调整,我嘱咐着自己,但是却没有多大改观。我坚持着大口呼吸调整着,竭力不让自己拉得太远。就在这时,心脏的紧刺感袭来,疼痛、呕吐感、呼吸急促,以及眼前发黑同时出现了...... 我出状况了! 从未有过的恐惧和绝望...... 停下,咽下水和急备药丸,我继续调整着,瘫软却逐渐弥漫到了全身。我坚持着靠近了收队夏天,告诉他:我恐怕走不出去了。 夏天扶我斜靠在一处土坡上,喝水、喘息、调整,状况有所减轻。领队派来了不离不弃,背走了我的大包,前队也在高坡上倒伏的铁架处休息等着我。不能拖累队伍的决心让我在稍微缓解后要求继续前行,但是只走了百余米后,一阵恍惚,依稀望见夏天在我前面右侧,伸出手去抓住了他的胳膊,身体便滑落倒下去了...... 似乎就像睡了一觉,再醒来时看见我的周围:双鱼、三儿、好人、夏天等都在,当然,还有领队零红蝶! 零红蝶告诉了我他们的决定:让不离不弃陪着我下撤。 泪水、鼻涕,伴着发自心底的绝望不可收拾!难受的感觉,颤抖的身体,这样的干滩上如何下撤?对陪我下撤的人来说,风险岂不更大?自己做了长时间的准备,只为冰川之旅,下撤??? 泪奔中我拼命调整自己,告诉他们我能行,我能调整过来的!好像还流着泪请领队帮我实现自己的愿望,请求在前队休息的地方路餐休息后看状态再决定撤还是不撤...... 最后的结果是,在双鱼和三儿两人一左一右的架扶下,在夏天随后几步一歇的节奏控制下,我就像太后出巡一般地,一步步爬上了高坡,站在了山顶的铁架旁。休息、调整、慢行,我的状态逐渐在恢复...... 似这样熬到晚上8点左右,终于到了冰川下面的营地,骤雨来袭。不离不弃已经提前为我们扎好了帐篷,还送来了烧好的热牛奶。放倒在帐中,昏昏沉沉地睡去,我需要好好歇歇,备战明天更难更严峻的翻越达坂。 今天,没有后撤就是最大的成功! 3日早晨拔营后,一直处于万劫不复的冰川延伸带的爬升中。为了照顾我,之前领队安排好人背走了我的相机,飞翔、三儿、牧民大哥、双鱼等分走了我包中的食物。在夏天、好人、双鱼、不弃和三儿等协作的先后分别陪伴护佑下,我踏上了翻越冰川达坂之路。从上路开始便一直不停地走,告诫自己绝不能停,不能拖累大家...... 因为地质运动及气候等原因,夏特冰川在以令人惊异的速度退去。碎石、泥雪、石粉布满的前路,不久就令人崩溃!能够让人提起精神的,是连绵的冰川带给我们的惊喜。原来的古道多经地质变迁无法通行,能够找到古道遗存是非常不易的,多半都需要领队先行探路确认后才能通过。 继续...... 直到中午三点多,才在冰川上海拔2900多米处找到有水源的午间营地。坐下来休整,才觉得右腿膝盖下的疼痛,卷起裤腿,一处硬币大的伤口还在渗血,那是前面在行走时不慎踩翻了一处松动的石块造成的!得!祸不单行! 当天后半段的路途多是沿渐渐融化的冰川体斜切。穿行于冰川之中,万古岁月消融,冰川也在消融,时不时会传来冰川融化断裂的轰鸣巨响,令人胆寒。当晚,扎营在一处约5、6米高的冰壁前,营地海拔3200多米。 继续渡劫之旅...... 万古的冰川,也经不起岁月的流逝。在零零碎碎的时光中,无可奈何地沉寂、消融、坍塌、奔泻。一直以为自己很坚强,面对隆隆作化的冰川,却不得不正视残酷,与万古相比,我们的生命是那么的脆弱、那么的微不足道!莽莽天地间,我们究竟该如何安放自己的灵魂? 4日晨9:30时启程,再向上攀高300米海拔,到达木扎尔特冰川达坂顶部。木扎尔特达坂海拔3582米,也是南天山南北水系的分水岭,北为昭苏夏特河源头的冰川,南为阿克苏拜城木扎尔特河源头。木扎尔特达坂东西两侧均为海拔5000—5400米的山峰,常年银装素裹。站在这里,极目远眺,云天激荡,山势傲伟,冰川雄厚,那种壮阔之美,令你浑身的疲惫顷刻灰飞烟灭...... 夏特之精华,此刻尽在我们眼前!最难的路,我们已经走过来了! 下达坂的雪野中,积雪很厚很厚,很多地方都没过了大腿。领队在前面趟路,我们在后面随行,行路艰难。特别是几次涉过寒彻肌骨的冰水后,漫长的前路和刺骨的冰水几乎耗尽了我们的全部体能。“前方1.5公里是今天的营地”,领队说。但是这最后的1.5公里却走的太久、太难,也许是我们体能到了极限,也许是领队开路也累勺了以致预计有误,(我更愿意相信是后者,零红蝶真给累勺了!)过桥后,好不容易熬到了所谓的五星营地,所有人都不愿再动了。但是营地虽好,营地旁的一条小溪却干涸了!没有水源的营地怎么能是五星级营地?几个协作又不得不跑很远的地方取水...... 尽管不远处浑浊的冰川河水在咆哮着向下奔流...... 寒彻肌骨的冰水现在回想起来都如同噩梦...... 没有水源的营地怎么能称五星? 5日,我们穿行在雪莲峰护佑下的夏塔牧场。神秘而美丽的雪莲峰一直目送着我们,无数次回望,无数次感恩,无数次欢笑,似乎所有的艰辛与苦难都已经淡忘。但是,我知道,这一路,我真是来渡劫了!在过夏塔牧场中一条窄窄的小溪时,我又一次踩翻了石块...... 后记: 有一种缘分,叫上天注定;有一种相遇,叫神的安排。 去夏特之前,拜读过王铁男老师的《魂断夏特古道》,对夏特之险有所了解,对能让新疆户外前辈翻船的木扎尔特河心存敬畏。回来后才知道,我出状况不远处的河道,正是当年董务新前辈遇难的地方。那个有铁架的高坡上,正是董务新前辈的衣冠冢。当领队和协作们全部冲下坡去急救我时,队里的南山牧民大哥一直在围着那几个玛尼堆念念叨叨...... 这难道真是上天给我的安排...... 我:夏天,我可能走不出去了! 夏:不会的!记得博格达吗?跟着我,我会带你走出去的...... 这是我开始出状况时跟夏天的对话,我清醒的记着。当年的博格达,我正是踩着夏天的脚步,一步步登上了碎石达坂。但是眼下,我却走不动了! 我不知道后来当我抓着夏天的胳膊倒下去的时候,夏天的心情和举动。平素里夏天是个沉稳的人,好人说正是因为沉稳的夏天发出了“会急救的赶紧下来”的呼声,他们才觉得事情严重,四五个人迅速地赶到了我的身边...... 在路上我曾经想过,夏特之行也许是我最后一次行走了,也许这次就走不出去了。感谢上天垂爱,我不仅平安走出,还结识了一帮生死弟兄! 兄弟们,有你们,真棒! 艰难的路...... 万古冰川消融...... 美丽的雪莲峰目送着我们....... 丰腴的夏塔牧场包容着我们...... 平安夏特,我们感恩天与地!永志涅槃之旅......看到零队的夏特计划,咋又动心了呢?!([]
