——曾经,我在8264中毒解毒路上没命狂奔!哭着喊着冤冤相毒何时了,驴友何必为难驴友!!!如今,我想说,出来混迟早要还的!人在坛里泡,哪有不挨毒!!!呔!看毒!脆弱的心脏!!! 关于照片:1、全帖图片都是只缩小了尺寸的原图,连裁剪都没有; 2、有我身影的照片都是拓哥拍的,其余照片除一张枯树图片外,都由我拍; 3、拓哥相机里全是精华,被他一个人藏起来慢慢反刍了~~(拓哥被我黑惨啦,哈哈,不要打我)关于装备:1、我的基础装备:背包:OSPREY精灵13款,55L容量。帐篷:三峰飘云四季单人帐。睡袋:定做的1500克95%鹅绒 720蓬松度。防潮垫:普尔兰德六边形。登山杖:鲁滨逊T3E。(求别吐槽没取杖尖保护套,每次都被吐槽这个,是故意不取的,难道大家不觉得尖头刺在硬物上,那感觉不如保护套好吗?乱石堆里加了保护套的登山杖不是更好用吗)炊具:炉头是火枫 FMS-116T,锅是火枫 FMC-XK6 雪套没用上,其他好像没什么了找路的工具其实就是手机里的离线GOOGLE地球啦,出发前先把要走的区域全部加载一遍,到时候没信号也能用了。GPS什么的我俩都木有。2、拓哥的:大多数东西我都没注意看具体是啥型号,不过必须要说的是,他的包包是35L的!!他说35L完全够用,就没带大包!自从看到拓哥的包,我才终于完全明白打包是门学问的真理!关于拓哥打包技术:拓哥只说了“精简是王道,尽量减少不必要的东西”, 除此之外我帮他补充:谁力气大,谁就能把东西压得更小!(他帮我压的睡袋比我自己压的小三分之一) 最后,使劲塞~~~(大家不要吐槽了,真是这样的 )另外,从装备上就能看出拓哥老驴我新驴,拓哥的东西大多都用了五年以上。。。果然是我的偶像啊 这次格聂行是蓄谋已久,虽然十一月并不是最佳时间,可我不想再错过,忽悠上我的偶像——拓哥,一起完成了这次完美无缺的格聂精华转记!红线为重装徒步,黄线为轻装徒步,绿线为依靠现代化交通工具啦给我八天,还你一个绝美格聂梦境行程安排:11月2号至11月9号D1 泸州/合川—康定 宿康定D2 康定—理塘 宿理塘D3 理塘—虎皮坝—冷古寺—虎皮坝 宿虎皮坝D4 虎皮坝—日贡—笑基隆帐山谷 宿笑基隆帐山谷D5 笑基隆帐山谷—岛岛河谷—热梯河谷宿热梯河谷D6 热梯河谷营地—马角红—营地—查冲西—理塘 宿理塘D7 理塘—禾尼乡—哈日若根措—哈日河谷—禾然色巴村—禾尼乡—理塘宿车上D8 理塘—成都—泸州/合川 宿各自家里这次转山转湖转河谷 泸州的我 和 合川的拓哥俩人最巧的是,我们居然是家门儿~人物介绍:1、大家好,我是伍佰,弱弱的楼主。(别人说本人脸方头大跟伍佰长得很像,脸大不是错,我还是认了,只要不说是半个伍佰就谢你八辈儿祖宗)弱爆的楼主真身:2、我的搭档,这次不是陈慧琳,是张震岳!(拓哥,稳住,不要吐槽)我大拓哥真身:关于伍佰、陈慧琳的典故。。。可参考此帖:梦圆长毕穿越—国庆最后的2天强穿队伍:两朵姐妹花儿!错,两坨女汉子!(355楼完结)https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1902367-1-1.html月初,终于盼来人生第一个公休假 太在意,怕浪费假期,直到十月底都还在纠结究竟走哪里最后的最后,还是坚持初衷,圆自己一个格聂梦。把计划告诉拓哥后,立马得到回应,于是二人组搞定。D1 11月2号我们商量好在康定车站汇合,晚上七点半,我俩几乎同时达到,不用东找西找,一眼就认出来,整车站就咱俩背大包的,虽第一次见面,也不显陌生。吃饭买气罐住青旅聊天睡觉D211月3号康定到理塘的车都是早上六点发车,票八九十块,早早就出发。我以为路修好了,结果还是烂得不行,不好意思,到理塘又吐了,谁来拯救我脆弱的胃?胃服安已经败北记得上次到理塘就吐得昏天黑地。。。。下午三点多到理塘,本来可以直接包车进格聂,可就我那状态,拓哥体贴地决定在理塘休整一晚,明早出发。途经如厕地拍一张傍晚的理塘D311月4号因为包车司机对理塘地名儿不熟,8点才由我们找到他,出发去格聂。三个半小时后,我们抵达虎皮坝,对,没错,直接坐车到虎皮坝,既然路都已修通,咱就顾不上前面了,把有限的时间都留给精华吧!说实话,十一月的虎皮坝毫无亮点,格聂东南面也不咋地,有点小失望既来之则安之,扎营打水煮饭,吃饱喝足轻装去看冷古寺。我们没把网上传得最热的肖扎湖列入计划,所以今天下午特别轻松。第一眼的格聂乃干多村格聂脚下的新冷古寺,还没完全完工。有发电机和小卖部,可以去寺里充电买东西。另外喇嘛们超有经济头脑,还跑来收了我们每人十块的营地费。。。。虎皮坝上我们的营地去往冷古寺的路上这水是相当漂亮在冷龙沟里的老冷古寺真心是个清静苦修之地,不通电不通车,十一月里更是冷清之极。我俩转悠了一圈,只看到3个僧人,管大殿钥匙的师父也不在,和格聂三宝 我们是无缘了~遥望冷古寺走近站在大殿门口回看冷龙沟到处都是小羊,超萌,一点不怕生围着主殿转一圈后,我们就往回走了今天天气不太好,云太多太厚,偶尔飘点小雪对水和雪山,我毫无抵抗力站在冷龙沟口俯瞰虎皮坝,漂亮多了,看来我起初不识虎皮坝之美,只因身在其中右下角有我们的帐篷山下新冷古寺虎皮坝夕阳西下,拓哥去新冷古寺给相机充电,其间,有俩喇嘛到咱营地撺掇,让我明儿个包他们的摩托直达热梯。由于拓哥不在,我没敢做决定。当时身体状态不是很好,有点小犹豫~D4 11月5号早上六点多醒来,初冬的高原清晨冻死人等的就是日照金山眼看着晨光点亮整个虎皮坝帐篷上结满冰霜,阳光下闪闪发亮刚刚都还日照金山,突的就是大雪纷飞看天上,一边阳光灿烂,一边蓝天白云,就咱头顶下着大雪。。。。因为这雪,我们都有点小动摇,去到喇嘛所住的木屋询问租摩托事宜喇嘛坐地要价600大洋,十多公里,600大洋。。。算了算了,走吧走吧,按原计划进行。从新冷古寺后面的小路开始上山从现在开始直至走出格聂,我们一路上没遇到一个人类,别说人类,连人类的脚印都没看到过。十一月确实晚了,牧民全都下撤 人去棚空,想入住牧民温暖帐篷的打算,完全就是痴人说梦一路上,与我们相伴最多的是喜鹊和雪地里各种野兽的新鲜脚印。。。。我的保温水壶被掉在理塘到虎皮坝的面包车上了,在新冷古寺小卖部买了一瓶尖叫,一路喝出格聂。 从新冷古寺背后到日贡草坝,要翻两个山脊,强度不大,上坡不陡也不长,虽然是负重,但很快就来到那个让人眼前一亮的大草坝了这样子看格聂好漂亮传说中的格萨尔王遗址也许N个世纪前,这里金戈铁马、、、格萨尔王戎装飒爽 除暴安良 保格聂一方牧民平安 心情放松,扔下包包,开始各种拍照天地间~~玩够后继续上路后来才发现,这样的草坝完全不算个事儿,一路上全是这种无比开阔的高山草甸翻过一个又一个小山脊,我们在想象,如果这是夏天~~~满山遍野的野花话说回来,眼前的黄草也不错啊其实我们从日贡开始就走错了,不应该离雪山太远,应该走内圈的,结果我们在靠外圈走得很辛苦,翻无数的山脊,不停上坡下坡试图改变现状,使劲往雪山靠近可是这坡爬起来确实累,望着格聂,不停驻脚休息山谷中的牧民早已不知去向有点机械的走拓哥的意思是,今天在有较大河流的河谷扎营,翻过一个又一个山脊,始终没见河流明显的山谷。又是一个小垭口上,新鲜清晰的脚印让人莫名兴奋,我们并不孤独又是一个垭口,眼前一亮!!!河谷!!!拿着离线卫星地图一比对,就是这里了,笑基隆帐山谷!!!回望,夕阳打斜了,美丽的光影索性坐垭口休息会儿,既然都看到了河谷了,不着急啦太阳打西,加上垭口上风超大,就算及时穿上羽绒服,也感觉会很快被吹透。。。。赶紧起身下谷,找合适的平地扎营吧把帐篷扎在笑基隆帐山谷的西侧,可以直接看到格聂主峰 ,明早还能继续看日照金山D5 : 11月6号 , 笑基隆帐山谷—岛岛河谷—热梯河谷 , 宿热梯河谷高原寒夜,星空满天,美丽冻人啊!拓哥的卡西欧已经被冻得歇菜了,死活不工作不报实时气温。当时我们都得出结论,卡西欧就是骗人的干活。据我俩估计,晚上应该在零下十度左右。早上依然六点多就醒了,哆嗦着拿出相机等待日照金山,隔着手套也能把手指冻得生疼:拍完照片,我自告奋勇去打水。我们营地在山谷西侧,主河流在山谷东侧,只有主河流才有流运的水,其他小溪流都结冰了,沼泽地的水又太脏。穿过很宽一片沼泽地过去,水一打上来,水面看着看着就结冰。。。今天的早餐还是煮粥,高原上是真心不想吃太干的东西,流质食品对我来说是最好的选择。吃饱喝足,拔营起身喽!!!向营地西面的山脊攀爬!爬上山坡回望笑基隆帐山谷:翻上第一个垭口,不出所料,还有无数个山脊等着我们翻越。。。。唉,看来只能继续上坡下坡的命运了垭口回望格聂([]

自去年行走川西以来,一直未能再目睹雪山的圣洁美景,那片洁白经常在梦中如海市蜃楼一般出现,而后坠落惊醒。由于俢研学业,在不多的时间里,和朋友一起不断的计划中,确定了今夏一起走狼塔C+V这一段路。 狼塔这条尽人皆知的线路不需过多介绍,大多数队伍都是自白杨树煤矿向前大油罐开始,翻过白杨沟达坂即进入了狼塔之路,途径台普希玛河河谷经库勒阿特腾达坂进入尔特兰塔河谷,向南翻越蒙特开曾达坂和喀纳尕伊特达坂,顺河谷而下转入V线高山牧场,之后便是一直沿着马道和机耕路行走,直到翻越天格尔达坂和乔愣格尔达坂出山,全程200公里,11天。 同行朋友多来自山东兄弟连的兄弟,分别是军dao,明月,途胜,快乐生活,黄河,高兴就好,我 在这11天说短不短,说长不长的时间里,团结,互助,共同克服困难,才得以完成共同的梦想,才能为这次旅途附上了灵魂,能得以让琐碎的事情再次鲜活的浮现在眼前,能得以细细叙来。谨以这篇游记,对所有队友以及支持,理解我的朋友们致以衷心感谢。在翻越天格尔达坂中,所遇到的祥云奇景5楼:行程安排,装备简介,费用6楼:成员介绍7楼:D0, D18楼:D212楼:D314楼:D422楼:D529楼:D636楼:D740楼:D844楼:D951楼:D1053楼:D119月5日更新视频记录欢迎关注LZ的微信空间山野记事 摄于白杨沟达坂,远方雪山刺破云层,如梦如幻,仿佛仙境。摄于库勒阿特腾达坂下切途中伙伴驻足远望,久久不肯离去。 摄于蒙特开曾达坂,冰川正在融化,冰河将冰川切为两半摄于日落时分绿湖 日落时分喀纳尕伊特达坂下方营地,正值雨后,阳光穿过云层间隙形成的巨大光柱摄于V线高山牧场,这是冬季牧场,植被未遭到牛羊破坏 行程安排:D1:白杨树煤矿山路--喀蜡莫依纳克D2:喀蜡莫依纳克--白杨沟达坂--马鞍营地--河谷山坡营地D3:河谷山坡--河谷--空中栈道--台普希玛河谷--D3营地D4:台河河谷--栈道天路--库勒阿特腾达坂3200m营地D5:3200营地--库勒阿特腾达坂--尔特兰塔河谷--牧民点D6:牧民点--蒙特开曾达坂--喀纳尕伊特达坂--D6营地D7:喀纳尕伊特达坂河谷--金矿--转入V线--乌兰达坂--恽札D8:恽札--夏热达坂--呼河三岔口--沼泽地--绿湖D9:绿湖--乌拉布图达坂--废弃金矿D10:废弃金矿营地--三屯河--天格尔达坂--D10营地D11:营地--乔愣格尔达坂--农大林场公共装备:海事卫星电话(感谢长春科罗娜提供)GPS两部:罗兰+佳明定向指南针自制50M等高线地图25M辅绳攀岩快挂*7120MM扁带*7工兵铲喷雾医药包(白加黑,酒精,碘伏,肌苷,环丙沙星,泻立停,佐匹克隆,硝苯地平,止痛片,赛肤润,止痛膏,云南白药等)电池:铁锂干电池共22节气罐:人均2-3中罐主要食品:个人按照食品热值携带2500大卡*11 的食物总量。路餐:能量棒+能量胶 =1KG费用:山区往返乌市来回租车费用1700元往返济南火车票费用1100元/每人乌市住宿费用130元/间买羊1000元各种腐败及采购公共装备费用人均约2500元 成员介绍:从左向右分别是:我,途胜,明月,军dao,快乐生活,高兴就好,黄河军dao:团队领队,退伍军人,负责路线辨识,尽职尽责。明月:团队领队军需官,负责攻略制作,财务,以及大多数进山前的工作,背负大量公共装备。途胜:热心的好队员好朋友。性情中人。快乐:退伍军人,体力非常强,第一次长线就是C+V,表现完美。高兴:非常富有户外经验的强驴,热心,也是退伍军人,来自辽宁。黄河:来自山东东营,体力非常好,此行我的搭档。我:团队导航,参与攻略,负责GPS,及大线路辨识。 D0 8月10日晴 初到乌鲁木齐的感觉似曾相识,蓝天,白云,清爽的空气和阳光,让一切明暗分明,强烈的反差给人的那种不真实感仿佛又让我回到了高原。元素大哥和三叶草姐姐热情接待了我们,简单安顿后与他们共进午餐,话简单,随和,享受着志同道合之人之间碰触的特有引力。后记:后来得知,乌鲁木齐仅在这几个月空气比较清爽,冬季的乌市污染较为严重。D1 8月11日 晴转阴雨 “迈着沉重的步伐,我感觉我差不多要透支了,重,好重,今天才第一天,难道我的狼塔之行要结束了?” 今天是进入天山的第一天,从乌市包车到起点需要三个多小时,由于前几天山区降雨,道路被毁,离原计划进山起点大油罐提早3公里左右开始徒步,山区大量的雨水阻碍了我们的行进,早早的便开始切上山坡上的羊道,这极大的阻碍了我们的速度,消耗了过多体力,昨天喝醉的我在下午3点以后开始体力不支,这时候又开始下起雨来,不得不开始扎营,今天我们离原定宿营点距离6公里,离白杨沟达坂最近的营地距离8公里。从此处进山,比大油罐远2-3公里第一天适度的过河,可以减轻体力上的消耗 D2 8月12日 晴转阴 “今天的状态很好,很容易便登上了达坂,阳光驱散了弥留在山脊的迷雾,天山慢慢揭开了她的面纱。但随风而来的云层为艰难的下撤蒙上了迷雾。我不是一名合格的导航,错上再错这种任性的决定有时候会让队伍陷入险境。” 早晨的阳光多少冲淡一些昨天留下的心理压力,向明月索要了止痛药,因怕昨天的糟糕状态延续导致无法翻越白杨沟达坂拖后了队伍进度,作为队伍的线路导航,今天的任务之重恐怕只有我一个人有之正确认识。早晨不到10点出发,下午3点后开始翻越白杨沟达坂,晚上11点前到达营地已经是不可能的任务了,白杨沟达坂,这座从前的雪山,它无时无刻不在向我们证实着它被炸毁前的巍峨。3850米,天山在这个高度上第一次迎接了我们,登上达坂的一刻,我们看到了它严肃的面容。 简短的拍照留念后,漫长的下撤,迷雾四起,黑暗逐渐降临,伤腿膝盖隐隐作痛,到达马鞍营地的时间为11点,哈萨牧民很热情,愿意提供水,但队员商量后决定继续下撤到水源处露营,我也没有提出露营,大约1个小时后找到一片有水的小营地,因为太小,我提出继续下降寻找营地,这个决定导致浪费了一个多小时才开始露营。在愧疚中,我慢慢睡着了。转过山坡,即可望见白杨沟达坂下布满碎石的冰川遗迹 白杨沟达坂冰川云中走来---位于白杨沟达坂,这座曾经的雪山是狼塔之路的第一道门槛,因矿物勘探和牧业需要70年代后被炸毁,但3850米的海拔至今仍然是阻挡徒步者的拦路虎 远处的河源峰(狼塔) D3 阴转小到中雨 “泥泞,湿滑,冰冷的河水,给昨天劳累的我们当头一棒,但是路上的马蹄灵芝一朵又一朵,让我们兴奋了好一阵子,晚上温暖的篝火驱散了白天的劳累,仿佛又活过来了。”今天的主要任务是延河谷而下,进入空中栈道,走过塌方区,沿着右侧山坡横切,辅以过河,但是早晨便开始下雨,山里本来河水就大,这一下子更是雪上加霜,第一次过河很谨慎,冰冷的水冻的大家不忍叫出声来,更痛苦的莫过于在山坡横切,泥巴很滑,每一步都很吃力,走不过去的湿滑路段军dao就用工兵铲挖坑落脚缓慢推进,今天行进速度很慢很慢,只走了预定计划的一半,在碎石坡前找了一处山坡扎营烤火。后记:传说中的老虎嘴塌方区我并没有太多印象,想来当时应该是向上走小路切过去了。由于全天下雨,照片甚少过河采用120mm扁带制作简易胸带,用攀岩快挂连接6MM辅绳的方式做保护过河。后记:鉴于今年狼塔事故,我补充一点,由于7,8月河水很急,绳索保护是必须的,即使独行,也应做好双绳保护;由于河水声音很大,队伍应做好手语准备。 D4 8月14日 小雨转阴 “相信自己,相信伙伴,是最大的能量。” 早晨醒来,身体各种不适,感冒,有旧伤的腿痛,想继续吃止痛片,但是又放了回去,我想不能让止痛片陪伴我全程,否则情况会越来越坏,我向明月说明了我伤腿的情况,他主动提出帮我减负,他替我背负800g面条,军dao提出减慢行进速度,就这样,我们今天继续在湿滑中开始行进。 今天走过碎石坡后过河转为左侧山坡横切,我想这便是所谓的天路,中途经过几次栈道,缺少止痛片的腿在屡屡作痛,湿滑的山路右侧便是深渊,危险让我暂时忘记了伤痛,咬着牙,在麻木中到了库勒阿特腾达坂半山腰的3200M营地。碎石坡栈道台河源头3200M营地 D5 8月15日 阴转晴“太阳驱散的阴霾,我们终于迎来了蓝天,今天是快乐的一天,蓝天,白云,雪山,花香,蝴蝶,还有期待已久的羊肉。”早晨醒来,在迷雾中拔营,能见度很低,只能利用GPS航点和定向指南针找到上达坂的方向,随着海拔的升高,阴霾渐渐散去,云层终于撕开了一道口子,阳光投射到山坡上,很温暖。。。登上达坂后,队员们用卫星电话向家人报平安,大家都很快乐。远处的雪山也渐渐露出真容,在欢呼与振奋中,下山第一次变得那么令人享受。中午,在山坡上沐浴阳光,吃饭,晒装备,聊天,一切都是暖洋洋的。尔特兰塔河谷是美丽的,但也是冰冷的,14次渡河令人崩溃,但是,大家都为了一个目而不知疲倦的走着,那就是-----羊肉!哈萨牧民很热情,请我们喝茶,吃油饼子,羊肉也是美味的,至今无法想象只放一把盐巴的羊肉汤为何那么美味。位于库勒阿特腾达坂旁的云雾正被强烈的阳光驱散,久违的蓝天又出现了,意味着今日的行程将不再泥泞。 尔特兰塔河支流,前方山谷汇集成汹涌的尔特兰塔河 从此以后,每天午饭时间都要例行晒装备 热情好客哈萨牧民的将自己的主要食品---油饼子拿出来一起分享,有一种淡淡的羊膻味“香香的,甜甜的”羊肉汤-----哈萨牧民说 D6 8月16日 晴转雪转晴“告别草原,登上冰川,与大雪打个照面,太阳打开天门,与乌云赛跑,今天很梦幻”今天有一块硬骨头,3900M的蒙特开曾冰川达坂,早晨睡了懒觉,吃了羊肉,养足了精力就为了它。冰川上的雪正在融化,水流在冰体上冲出一条渠道,我们小心翼翼的迈过冰河,沿着右侧艰难的翻过了这座古老的冰川。刚翻过达坂,云雾便从背后扑来,不得不赶紧下降,而后又降下冰雹和雪,好天气才持续一天又是这样,心灰意冷,麻木的走着。一小时后,雪停了,远处的山坡泛起一道金光,天开了。。。天气逐渐晴朗起来,整个山脉云气逐渐散去,太奇妙了,云雨散去仿佛只是一瞬,蓝天又回归了。翻过喀纳尕伊特达坂后,回头张望一朵乌云正扑面而来,仿佛在与我们赛跑,有着张开大口想吞噬一切一般的架势。队员们在享受这来之不易的清晨,许久没有这么闲暇过了。此时我坐在草地上,看着雪山,吃着羊肉,享受着这来自天山的馈赠。伙伴们在等待辨认路线。 蒙达坂下的营地。翻越蒙达坂冰川中 雪雨后云雨散去的速度令人惊异。彩虹隐约可见。 从达坂奔涌而下的云雾,逐渐将我们吞噬,随后被强烈的阳光驱散。 万丈光芒日落金光 D7 8月17日 晴“老天为我们的午餐准备了一条清水小河,饭后干涸了,我们踩着河床走了过去,享受着神的恩赐”今天是转入V线的第一天,山坡行走,不多的几次过河,一小段陡坡横切,很舒服,仿佛很久没这么放松过了。唯一的问就是那条充满泥浆的黄水河,此河因上游开矿充满泥沙,不见底,只能上山坡横切,有少许危险。过河后准备午餐,黄水河的水不能饮用,就向前继续走找到了一条清水小河,谁知午餐过后河竟然干涸了,没有一点水,连河床都是干干的,我们都非常吃惊。真是遇到奇怪事了。 美丽的高山牧场营地很棒,5星每天早晨在帐内烧水做饭是必不可少的事情([

(详见330楼)4月14日羌塘独白晚上一直睡不好,迷迷糊糊间感觉有什么东西从帐外经过,感觉热哄哄地贴着我的帐蓬……4月15日羌塘独白湖围着山,山挨着湖,一整天就是反复的从冰冻的湖面穿过去。天空又开始飘起雪花,孤独半天没找到车辙印的延续,云起心里崩溃了,她不想走了,也走不动了,当车接到她时,已经冻的缩作一团。4月16日羌塘独白在单一色彩的群山间突然显现一个洁白圆锥形山体,它孤傲的站立着,弥散着圣洁的光环。那就是岗扎日。远处的山坡上散布着一大群野牦牛,随后进入布满火山石的河谷。4月17日羌塘独白顺着冰河山脚走,赫然出现了一串狼的脚印……原本稀薄的空气变得更加稀薄,伴着暴风雪,手指已渐渐失去知觉,双脚与鞋好像冻成一团无知觉了,双眼和大脑开始迷离起来,当看到李嫂伸出车窗外的的帽子时,我的泪水与鼻涕一同滑落……4月18日羌塘独白开到湖中轮子打滑,只见冰屑四溅,一下就卡死在湖中间,要是车陷冰河,我们可都完了。4月19日羌塘独白牦牛直接转冲向空哥,把空哥顶起有两米多高然后摔下就狂奔而去,空哥当时已经晕过去了,口鼻都来血,把大家都吓坏了。4月20日羌塘独白我们踩着火山石走,就似不小心掉入到一个火山群堆里,就这样从这个锅底翻下来爬上去,又接着从另一个锅底翻下又爬上,如此反复、翻下爬上。4月21日羌塘独白刚走进不到几米,突然觉得不太对劲,感觉慢慢在往下陷,要是再往前走几步,我就陷沼泽里去了。4月22日羌塘独白居然在羌塘看到了海市蜃楼,远处的雪峰折射在云层里若隐若现、如梦似幻。4月23日羌塘独白东温河又冻住一层,鲍刚第一个开车过河开路,可就在离对岸几米的地方突然破冰了,鲍刚差点吓破了胆,如果反应再慢一点就掉冰河里去了。4月24日羌塘独白远远地瞧见两只胖胖的棕熊正往左边的山坡上爬,动作看起来很迟缓,看他俩憨笨的样子着实可爱,远远的又看见有两只狼在雪中奔跑,跑一段还回头瞅上我们一眼,然后又继续跑。4月25日羌塘独白离营地不到几百米的半山坡上居然还有一群野牦牛在溜达呢,看来今晚我们将与野牦牛为邻了。4月26日羌塘独白在无人区里,要是在自己的视线范围内看不到自己的队友,那种感觉是相当恐慌的,当我精疲力竭地回到营地时,还剩半条命。4月27日羌塘独白藏羚羊在欢快地奔跑、野牦牛在悠闲的散步、藏野驴却傻乎乎的给我们行注目礼……打开车窗,一个骑着摩托车的牧民正朝我们驶来,这是进入无人区以来看到的第一个人。后记感悟之一羌塘鼠兔感悟之二羌塘不同情女人 生死可可西里第一章可可西里秘笈第二章可可西里秘境第三章可可西里日记前言4月10日可可西里记事司机李哥流着鼻血,田哥有了高反,头疼的不行,无法躺下睡觉,第一次上这么高海拔,他很害怕,说肯定没命回去了,嚷嚷着要写遗书。4月11日可可西里记事跑到湖边,沾了点水放嘴里,很咸很苦,不是说鲸鱼湖有一小半淡水的嘛!用眼睛贪婪地看,努力想把冰封的鲸鱼湖记在心间。4月12日可可西里记事深夜十一点多,包哥高反严重了,得马上连夜下撤。我赶忙和九尾银狐起来,帮着卸包哥的车,那天孙哥说了一句话,可可西里真不能把女人当女人看。4月13日可可西里记事凌晨听到帐篷外窸窸窣窣的,还有吭哧吭哧喘粗气、啃东西的声音,外帐上还有一巨大的黑影映射,吓得我不敢呼吸,喊乒攀侠说外面有熊,他也很紧张,告诉我不要出声。4月14日可可西里记事孙哥的高反越来越严重了,走路都发抖,嘴唇青紫,根本无法自己开车,我们只剩下李哥一个司机,该如何送,是一个车回去还是两个车都回去……4月15日可可西里记事说到动情处,听到蓝海的哽咽,我们都知道前几天他高反其实挺严重的,几次差点出危险但他都在坚持,就是为了走完可可西里呀,他很担心因为这次的延误而缩减线路计划,那他这些天的苦都白捱了。4月16日可可西里记事我们帐篷3人都没水了,渴得不行。乒攀侠很勇猛地跑到湖边去砸冰,跑到湖边猛踹冰面但踹不下一点冰,冻得结实啊,又箭一样的跑回来。4月17日可可西里记事以前一直不知道信仰到底是怎么来的,这些年慢慢体悟到是爱,爱到极致便是信仰。就如海子是我的信仰一样,爱得简单纯粹、忘我,可以为这份爱抛开凡尘俗世。4月18日可可西里记事洗衣服的时候一只棕头鸥过来挑衅,不停地在我面前走来走去,装着自己是路过的,走几步就一歪头瞪着我,根本就不怕人。4月19日可可西里记事车子回来的时候,乒攀侠背对着车来的方向正在蹲坑,车上的人看营地静悄悄的,还以为我们转湖没回来呢,结果就看到一交通指示灯:红衣服下的白屁股。4月20日可可西里记事翻东湖梁山,天气不好开始飘雪,四周都是白茫茫的,没什么参照物,也没什么野生动物,只看到4头野牦牛和一群奔跑的藏羚羊。4月21日可可西里记事怕拖累队友,我硬撑着继续走,每走一步冷汗都把衣服湿透,我的羽绒服外面全是汗水,又拿出冲锋衣套在身上。西北风抢过我的背包帮我背着,乒攀侠掺着我走了很远,几乎我一半的重量都在他胳膊上。4月22日-24日可可西里记事狼像是要故意迷惑我一样,竟然蹲坐下来。退了大概百米的距离觉得安全一点了,我转身就跑,用平生最快的速度,边跑边回头看狼是否追了上来。4月25日-26日可可西里记事山坡上露出一个头,是一匹狼。这狼很肥,也不怕人,慢悠悠地跑。这狼居然跑到营地来,还撒欢蹦跳,打滚装可爱,好像在说它不是头狼是条狗一样,真是太狡猾了。4月27日-30日可可西里记事在营地附近碰到三头狼,一头母狼带着两头小狼。狼妈妈已经很老了跑都跑不动,看到车子过来它只是示意小狼跑,自己就在那悠闲地吸引我们注意。5月1日-4日可可西里记事西北风正埋头走路,没招谁没惹谁,突然被狂飙而来的三头熊拦住了去路,一头母熊领着两头小熊仔。估计它们娘仨看到武装到眼睛的西北风,也愣了。5月5日可可西里记事我拼命追也追不上,这时候已经渴得很难受了,还有半瓶水在乒攀侠包里,风大,喊他们也听不见,累的我要吐血了。5月6日可可西里记事这4公里真难走啊,陷脚不说,还有很多鼠洞,一踩地就坍塌了。5月7日可可西里记事全部队员都踏上了青藏公路2942处,那一刻,可以用狂喜形容。先到的队员在公路旁扯起五星红旗,西北风甚至跪伏在地亲吻青藏公路。 走过梦中的天堂前言阿尔金见闻之一青藏线上的列车飞驰而过时,我激动;过念青唐古拉山的垭口时,我激动;看到磕长头的藏民时,我更激动……然后,我高反了。阿尔金见闻之二终于到双湖啦!县城所在地海拔4990米,当地人说:爬上三楼海拔就是5000米了。阿尔金见闻之三我胆战心惊地等着双湖第一夜的到来。天黑了,也开始头痛了,痛到要裂开一样。12点准时熄灯,还是睡不着, 胸口时而又堵上了,不时的需要大口地喘气才能好点,一阵阵的恶心,心跳得厉害。阿尔金见闻之四山上很多大大小小的湖,但几乎无一例外的全都给冰封住了,好似一个害怕受到伤害的女人严密的封存住了自己的心,其实那看似冷酷的表面下总是藏着无限的激情,只要你有足够的热情和耐心,冰雪融化之时,就是你收获之日。阿尔金见闻之五这是动物们的天堂,它们悠然的在广阔的大地上或飞奔,或漫步,或嬉戏玩耍。相比之下,我们却被局限在了这拥挤而狭小的车厢内,不敢轻举妄动,被这儿的动物们观摩着。阿尔金见闻之六离开阴森的满山遍野都是白骨的野狼谷,远远的,看到冰面上一个朦胧的小黑影时,王队就直说着“完了,完了,这会玩完了!一个车屁股都掉下去了!”快深夜12点了,始终没有进展,气温已降到最低点,老大果断的结束了此次救援行动。阿尔金见闻之七一只肥大的雪原老狼,正在极力狂奔,瞬间逃到了对面的山头上,还洋洋得意的回头看着我们,一副不屑的表情,许久后才大摇大摆的离开。阿尔金见闻之八这次是真的要哭了,大家都在全力帮高BB想着各种办法,说就是拖!也要把他是车拖出去。不抛弃!不放弃!大家用行动一次又一次的诠释着这六个字。后记 生死羌塘死亡土地走上羌塘的地狱之路前言到羌塘去,到荒原去!用孩子一样好奇的眼睛去看看那个神秘的世界,你不知道前面等你的是冰川,还是雪峰?你不知道明天会遇见野牦牛,还是藏羚羊?你不知道徒步中会遇到可怕的狼群,还是会遭遇一段浪漫激情?你在想,雪山会告诉你什么,火山会讲述什么,冰川会藏着什么,湖泊会袒露什么。你的心不再蒙着污垢,你的灵魂不再隐匿在心灵的某个角落。走进羌塘,走进荒原,那是离灵魂最近的地方……初春的阿尔金已渐渐显露一丝春的气息,冰河已开始消融,泛黄的枯草也悄无声息的透出一丝丝绿意。偶尔可以看到三三两两的藏羚羊、藏野驴在草地上悠闲地吃着草,丝毫不理会卷尘而来的我们。这里是野生动物的天堂,是它们栖息的乐园,它们才是这里的主人,只是我们这些不请自来的行者闯进了它们的家园,打破了这荒原上亿万年的沉寂。不过,一抹夕阳正从天边隐去,我们也给荒原增添了一道美丽的风景。初春的阿尔金保护区的确很美。天空蓝得很纯,无一丝杂质,白白的云朵点缀着蓝天,映衬着远处的雪峰、冰湖,给人一种空旷、静穆、深邃与辽远的感觉。远远地就看到了鲸鱼湖,雪峰排成一列,鲸鱼湖横卧在泛着青黄的草地与雪白的山峰之间分外美丽,如果此时再跑来一群藏羚羊、牦牛啥的,那就是一幅最美丽的画卷了。 4月11日羌塘独白:那哪是什么狼啊,那不是花雕和静雪在翻山呢!鲸鱼湖→D2营地,徒步直线距离17.5公里,沿鲸鱼湖边走6.5公里,爬小山坡抵营地直线11公里,营地海拔4850米。 出发前每个队员兴致都很高,我也不例外。我把单反和卡片机连同长焦全塞进背包里,希望徒步途中能邂逅野生动物,但却完全忽略了徒步负重的问。事后证明带上这些纯属拖累,因为连拿出来的机会都没有,一天下来一张照片也没拍。上午基本上全是沿着鲸鱼湖边走,虽然已是四月,但偌大的湖面仍然冰冻着,白花花刺眼。之前在谷歌地球上看到的鲸鱼湖与眼前的鲸鱼湖完全是两码事,很想拍一张鲸鱼湖的全貌,可是太难了。在羌塘高原,很难找到一处制高点,无法俯瞰鲸鱼湖,即使在你视线内看到的某个山坡,至少最近距离都在几公里以上,甚至是开车一天才能到达,站在湖边无论从哪个角度看,也看不出鲸鱼的模样来。沿着湖边的冻土层走着,我很喜欢踩着那些有冰层的地方,硬硬的走上去还“扑哧扑哧”直响,很有感觉也很带劲。走着走着,突然在脚底下发现一只藏羚羊头角,忍不住捡起来,心里想着这是大羌塘送给我的第一个见面礼,我得把它带出无人区,带回家当做纪念。可是后来还是把它留在了羌塘没有带走,因为羌塘才是它最终的归宿。中午一点多到了湖边拐点,吃过路餐后就准备翻小山坡走。路餐搭配很丰富:一个梨、两个派、两根腊肠、五颗大白兔奶糖。基本能保证一天下来徒步所需的能量。从开始爬小山坡起,路就开始不好走了。冻土也开始变得松软,走起来不省力,整个下午天空都是阴沉沉的,无风景可看,也无动物出没。如此天气令人压抑,我也只得机械的走路,心情也变得和羌塘的天一样沉沉的。我们徒步时一般都是自由组合,两人一组,我一直和天神一起同行。但每天出发前,为安全起见,花雕都要安排一名男队员收队,今天收队的是天神。当我们刚开始从湖边拐点走过没多远,我就发现小九一个人孤零零地落在队伍的最后,我记得出发前小九是和空哥一起的,怎么就走散的呢?而且走的方向也偏航,远远地看过去,小九似乎想从我们左边的那座山翻过去。天神大声地叫着小九跟过来与我们一起走,可小九似乎根本就听不见,还是自顾自地还往那边走,不时还停下来弯着腰歇息,看样子体力不支了。正在这时候,我看到那边山脚下有两个一大一小的黑点在向山坡上移动,我跟天神说,那边的两个小黑点会不会是两只狼啊?天神说,很有可能的。这样子不行的,小九这样走很危险,我们得等小九和我们一起走,于是朝着小九边喊边用手枚打手势,可是距离太远,小九根本就没看见天神打手势,我和天神只好在原地等,希望小九能看见我们。终于,小九在一次歇息的时候看到我们在叫她,于是慢慢朝我们靠拢过来。当小九走过来后,我问她:“你怎么往那边山上走啊?难道没发现有两头狼就在山坡上?”小九委屈地辩解:“我的GPS指的就是那座山的方位啊!那哪是什么狼啊,那是花雕和静雪在翻山呢!”我哑然。在羌塘荒原上,在视线范围内能看到的黑点其实距离都很远,有时候分明是石头,可我们往往会以为是动物,有时候分明是动物,我们却又当成是石头。天神对小九说:“还翻什么山啊,不用翻山了,跟着我走不会错。”于是,小九就一直跟着我们一起走。当GPS显示离营地只有四点多公里的时候,我感觉体力有些不支,感觉背包越来越沉,高海拔长时间的缺氧,我竟有点昏昏欲睡的感觉,最后的几公里几乎是走一段就得拉着队友的背包带子牵引着走,这样才终于走回营地。后来回营地才得知,那两个黑点真是花雕和静雪,不过听静雪抱怨说,翻过那座山后,跟着还有两座山要翻,都翻惨啦!原来花雕是按GPS直线距离走捷径直接翻山了,却没想到山外还有山。这可是后勤车呢多开心4月12日羌塘独白:羌塘的冷那是一种剌骨地冷,就像置身于一个巨大的冰窖中,夏花体能耗尽,很难再往前行,云起高反缺氧不时呕吐,已出现失温状态,真担心她会“睡”过去,我和夏花焦急地喊着她名字,叫着她不要睡……2号营地→桃湖,徒步直线距离24.5公里,营地海拔4882米。 今天是徒步的第二天,出发时天气还是好好的,可没曾想到之后会遭遇恶劣天气。本来今天的线路难度不算大,可没出发多久就遇到刮风,且还是刮着迎面风,逆风行走,阻力很大,也很耗体力。羌塘的天女孩的脸,说变就变。一会儿狂风大作,一会儿风雪交加。下午三点过后,我们遭遇了一场暴风雪,无任何征兆,就铺天盖地向我们袭来。暴风雪袭来时,温度也急剧下降,逆风又顶着暴雪徒步,对于生性惧寒的我来说几乎是致命的打击。风在刮,雪在舞。刹那间天地间白茫茫连成一片,能见度极低。暴雪打在眼镜上几乎快要看不清路了,只能紧跟着踩着前面队友的脚印走,记得有一段路积雪很深很深,只是凭着感觉深一脚浅一脚地走着,风雪持续一个小时左右才停,就是这场暴风雪挫败了所有的女队员。我虽然戴着厚厚的防风抓绒手套但感觉和没戴一个样,右手的五个手指在暴风雪中全部冻伤,这是后来回到营地后才发现的。到最后八点多公里时,夏花和云起出现了状况,夏花体能耗尽,很难再往前行。云起也是如此。高反缺氧加上本来体质就弱,还时不时呕吐,吐出来的东西全是黑黑的,看着让人害怕更令人揪心。我此时的体能还勉强可以支撑,可就是感觉特别的冷特别的冷!羌塘的冷那是一种锥心刺骨地冷!好像自己已置身于一个巨大的冰窖中,好像之前的暴风雪已把我身体里的热能全部抽走。今天收队的是孤独,孤独是个很有责任感的队友,一直陪着走在最后的云起和夏花,可云起的体能已透支到极限,坐在地上不想走了。天神回头看云起的情形不对,然后很冷静的与营地李哥联系救援,不知是信号不行还是李哥没开机,始终联系不上。此时的云起已出现失温状态,要是再联系不上救援,缺氧再加上失温,后果不堪设想。聪明的孤独很快找到一个稍稍可以避风的斜坡面叫我们都过去,让我们三名女队员挤在一起,这时候,花雕也赶过来了,花雕很快从背包里拿出两张救生毯,让我们三个坐下来背靠在沙坡上,然后用救生毯裹住我们,让我们原地等待救援。这时我的双脚双手也冻得麻木,能感觉到云起在瑟瑟发抖已处于迷糊状态,自己也不由自主的跟着发抖。看到云起这样子了心里是又着急又害怕,真担心她此时会睡过去,我和夏花一直轮流喊着她的名字,叫着她不要睡……不知过了多久,直到天神与营地联系上,后援车开过来,一切才化险为夷。如果没有后援车,云起又能在寒风中坚持多久?我都不敢去想象。 羌塘的冷那是一种锥心刺骨地冷 嗮一张本小姐的相片,(*^__^*) 嘻嘻…… 4月13日羌塘独白:我边走边祈求佛祖保佑:走出无人区时,手指能完好无损!桃湖→3号营地,徒步直线距离25.5公里,过荷花湖,营地海拔4940米。 “起床啦,吃早饭啦!”我们的“后勤部长”李嫂在叫我们起床了。我们几乎每天都是在李嫂的喊声中醒来,比闹铃还靠谱。李嫂是李哥的爱人,也是我们全队的大厨,在无人区每天变着花样给我们煮吃的。睡袋里好暖和的,真不想起来钻出帐篷外挨冻,可是饭还得吃啊。懒懒的坐起来,感觉头有些炸疼炸疼的,估计还是高反在作怪,赶紧找了包头疼粉喝下,然后出帐吃早餐。出发前把单反从包里忍痛弃掉以减轻负重,只带了小卡片机。除云起和花姐留守车上休整外,其余队员领好路餐,打好GPS点后,又出发了。今天的天空阴沉沉的,一路上,荒原的风景依然是天地间雪茫茫一片。因为右手指已冻伤,抹了冻疮膏还是不管用,五个手指头麻麻的还略微有点发肿,悲催的是,今天就连取拿水壶喝水右手指都不给力了,水壶盖都无力揭开,心情真是沮丧到了极点。队友一路总是细心地提醒我时不时要活动一下手指。可我心里清楚我的右手指短时间内肯定好不了。不知出去后能否落残心里还真没个底,只能祈求佛祖保佑:走出无人区时,手指能完好无损。今天迎风面也很多,好在老天有眼没有下暴风雪,但风刮在脸上还是硬生生的疼。因为蒙着头巾感觉呼吸不畅,我无奈只能扯掉头巾,鼻子饱受紫外线和寒风的折磨,很难受也很无奈。走出去脸会变成啥样子倒是有心理准备的,走一次羌塘肯定是要付出一点代价的。今天的线路没有什么坡度,一路上大多时候都是顺着车辙印走,一般徒步的时候我都喜欢看风景,可长时间走在海拔5000米以上的雪地里感觉很乏味,心底里总是期盼能邂逅某只野生动物,可雪茫茫一片哪有动物的影子呢。后来听说倒是走在前面的花雕和静雪偶遇了一头狼,花雕还用相机拍了,静雪说有点远可能没拍清楚。到最后还剩下4公里的时候,天都快要黑了,这时看到前面有车开来,原来是司机胖李看天快黑了特地来接应我们。此时我感觉体力还行,坚持不上车要自己走完全程,让胖李去接应后面的小九他们,后来得知小九也不愿坐车回营,真是要强的姑娘。回到营地后,赶紧坐到李哥的车上避寒,裹着军大衣还瑟瑟发抖。刚坐下还不到十分钟,就听见李嫂在大声叫着:“喝姜汤了!”这时候,李嫂早已煮好了姜汤。喝着李嫂递过来的姜汤,心里暖暖的。 羌塘三大家族-野牦牛,可凶了。 4月14日羌塘独白:晚上一直睡不好,迷迷糊糊间感觉有什么东西从帐外经过,感觉热哄哄地贴着我的帐篷…… 3号营地修整,营地海拔4940米。 今天天气很好。花雕决定休整一天。早上本想呆在帐篷里好好睡个觉,因昨晚没睡好。起来擦脸时,我感觉鼻子很疼,心里又是一紧,知道自己的鼻子肯定冻着了。 中午阳光很好。花雕首次在营地搭起了大帐篷,叫大家都出来打牌娱乐一下。我看着大家玩了一会儿后,突地感觉肚子有点疼,索性又钻回帐里睡觉去。 或许是见大家都在营地休整,羌塘的天格外给面子突然变得温暖起来。太阳很炽烈的照在帐篷上,帐内暖暖的似火炉,很难得享受一次这样温暖的羌塘时光,坐在帐内把前几天的日记整理了一下,握笔的时候感觉右手指还是不给力,下笔全是歪歪斜斜的,心理上忽的蒙上一层阴影,看着自己的手指郁闷了好一会,然后就躺下来闭目养神。半睡半醒中听到外面刮风了,帐篷打得哗啦啦直响,不一会儿就听到有人惊呼,原来是大帐篷被硬生生的刮飞掉了,可想而知这风力有多大了。我还听到云起也在惊叫,大嘁梦驴快来帮忙,原来云起的帐篷也差点被吹跑,铝杆断了两根,幸好人在里面呆着没事。听着外面的风声和队员的惊呼声,我担心自己的帐篷也被吹走,也不敢贸然出帐,生怕一走出帐外就被刮跑。 晚餐米饭,牛肉红烧胡萝卜,这是进入无人以来的第一次大餐。为了这餐饭,李嫂顶着风寒站了近三个多小时才做出来。 晚上一直睡不好,老是静不下心,一会儿担心手指会不会落残,鼻子会不会被冻掉,一会儿又担心野生动物会不会来袭击营地。胡思乱想中,迷迷糊糊间感觉有什么东西从帐外经过,感觉热哄哄地贴着我的帐篷。潜意识里突然想到了野生动物,于是无意识地大叫起来,醒来后吓出一身冷汗。 于是坐起来发会儿呆,一种莫名的压抑和恐惧令我不安,此时大脑里忽的闪过一个很纠结的念头,非常想快一点走出羌塘无人区,非常想快一点回到家,离开这个高寒之地。 终于看到新书了,放几张新书的图片,(*^__^*) 嘻嘻…… 4月15日羌塘独白:湖围着山,山挨着湖,一整天就是反复的从冰冻的湖面穿过去。天空又开始飘起雪花,孤独半天没找到车辙印的延续,云起心里崩溃了,她不想走了,也走不动了,当车接到她时,已经冻的缩作一团。 3号营地→围山湖→向阳湖,徒步直线距离25公里,营地海拔4800多米。 今天早上起来就知道状态不行,腰酸腿疼。加上昨晚噩梦没睡好,咋寒咋冷的,临行前才鼓足勇气向队长请求随车前行。这是我进入无人区来第一次随车队前行。随车可没有我想象中的那么舒适,三辆越野车上全塞满了我们的装备物质。李哥让我坐胖李的车,胖李的副驾上坐着花姐,后排座位上也全挤得满满的,还放着两个液化气瓶,胖李把一个液化气瓶搬到鲍刚的车上后,我才有机会挤进一个位置。一下子就感觉有坐在货仓的压抑,时不时还得防着有东西掉在我头上。车行路上一共过了三个冰湖,每次过冰湖,都是李哥先下车,然后找好过河点,车队才依次而过。湖围着山,山挨着湖,一整天就是反复的从冰冻的湖面穿过去,翻越垭口,下坡后再穿过冰冻的湖面。坐在车内,几次都看到有野生动物在草甸上悠闲吃着草,要不是特殊情况,我还是宁愿与队友们一起徒步的。我随车队两个多小时后就到达了营地。今天的营地依然是扎在冰湖边。下了车就赶紧搭帐篷,湖边风很大,还飘着雪,一个人手忙脚乱的怎么也弄不定,后来在花姐、鲍刚的帮助下,三个人顶着狂风才终于搭起来,搭完帐篷感觉非常的累,还得从车上卸下的一堆物品中找到自己的装备包,然后吃力的拖进帐内,于是钻进帐里就不想再出来。听着帐外呼啦啦的风声,呆在帐篷里开始为徒步的队友们担心。这会儿已经在开始下雪了,雪天徒步体能消耗会很大,祈求佛祖保佑:希望队友们平安归来。快六点的时候,我正在帐内写着日记,听到帐外突然很吵。原来是李哥收到呼救信号,说是云起体能又不行了,需要马上前去救援,还需要带着葡萄糖前去。李哥在大声的询问谁的车上有葡萄糖,听到鲍刚说有,国为我们的药箱一直就放在鲍刚的车上。我很担心,每天都是5000米以上的海拔,又是零下极温,时不时还得遭遇暴风雪,这样按原计划的徒步距离肯定有难度,特别是体质较弱的女队员吃不消。云起才刚走三天就感觉快崩溃了,每天要是控制在20公里内,我觉得每个女队员都可以走下来。可是,花雕会不会改变线路呢?云起日记“下午四点,结束折磨人的“围山湖之战”后,顺着车辙印走进峡谷。冷,风吹的瑟瑟发抖,羽绒衣等同于无。静雪,花雕,天生和鱼姐已经不见踪影,梦驴和九妞也逐渐远去,我又落在最后。还是孤独押队,耐心地陪我耗着。一看GPS,显示直线距离还有七公里多才到宿营地,也就是说起码还需要三个小时时间才能走到。天空又开始飘起雪花,孤独侦查半天没找到车辙印的延续,于是崩溃来的迅猛而果决,我说,我不想走了,不要走了。孤独估计呆住了,咋遇上一个这么赖皮?怎么哄,我就是可耻的不肯迈步。当李哥的车接到我时,我已经冻的缩作一团,然妞赶紧递上加葡萄糖热水,一口气喝下去好半天才缓过劲来。” 4月16日羌塘独白:在单一色彩的群山间突然显现一个洁白圆锥形山体,它孤傲的站立着,弥散着圣洁的光环。那就是岗扎日。远处的山坡上散布着一大群野牦牛,随后进入布满火山石的河谷。 向阳湖→岗扎日→5号营地,徒步直线距离25公里,营地海拔4840米。 今天才真正看到羌塘最美丽的一面。中午时分,在单一色彩的群山间突然显现一个洁白圆锥形山体,它那么孤傲的站立着,弥散着圣洁的光环。我久久望着,相机并不能真实记录它的神采,唯有用心铭记。那就是岗扎日。惊喜还没有结束,右手边的山坡上散布着一大群野牦牛,随后进入布满火山石的河谷。关于火山,我最初的记忆还是停留在中学地理课本上,那是一种浓烟滚滚、炽焰四射的世界末日的可怕印象。而当我今天亲眼见到那一座座曾经惊天动地折腾过大地的火山安静地耸立在羌塘高原上,令我无比的震撼!我惊叹于大自然的鬼斧神工,在这广阔的羌塘高原上,似乎白色就是这里的主色调。洁白的雪就像是一只神奇的画笔,把光秃秃的火山口涂抹成一幅幅的素描画,线条优美、层次分明,像一幅幅的速写,又似写意;每座光秃秃的山坡上、每块草甸上,却又似被谁打翻了奶油桶,泼洒上一层浓浓的奶油汁。一路上的美景应接不暇,行进在如此美丽的荒原上,那种愉悦的心情是无与伦比的,顿感之前所有的辛苦和付出都是值得的。当我用镜头对着这些壮美的火山遗迹时,可以想象得出,我们脚下的羌塘高原曾经就是火山活动异常活跃的地方,可以想象出在青藏高原强烈隆起过程中,地壳褶皱与断裂运动发生火山喷发,大地颤抖,炽焰四射的惊天动地的场景,我的心也似乎感知到,这些沉寂的火山遗迹分明在风中述说,述说着羌塘远古的传奇,述说着羌塘亿万年的演变。([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 今年2.29—3.25,完成了向往已久的尼泊尔EBC徒步和景区旅游,我们的路线是:成都—加都—卢卡拉—EBC(三人原路返回,一人穿越CHO LA PAAS从GOKYO返回)—卢卡拉—加都—博卡拉—蓝毗尼—奇特旺—加都—成都。产生徒步尼泊尔EBC的愿望,最早是因为两年前在我参加活动的杭州起点登山队的论坛上看到“小妖精FAY”的一个帖子《天堂的约会-尼泊尔14日无背夫无向导徒步》(本论坛也有此帖),当时立马“中毒”, 心想“杭州小妖精”去得,难道“杭州老妖怪”就去不得? 年轻人能够重装无向导,我老头轻装用背夫总可以吧?话是这么说,形成决定还需多方了解情况,掂斤估两。我自己的情况是:65岁,数年前被医生宣布为高血压病人,需每天服药降压; 从03年起间或参加过不少杭州周围野山的登山活动,体能在团队中属中下等; 2009年5月去川藏,在定日珠峰大本营徒步5公里,2010年春节从德钦雨崩徒步到梅里雪山大本营, 这两次高原行走都感觉高反轻微;去年五一,作为EBC徒步的热身去爬了浙西清凉峰(海拔1787.4米, 8.5小时上下),下山时陡坡砾石路很难走,把四个脚趾盖都顶黑了,筋疲力尽,但还是跟上队伍走完了全程(能不跟上吗?)。浏览了不少有关EBC徒步的网帖,反复权衡,最终的结论是:走EBC不需要超强的体力,但需要有一点意志和耐力, 需要有高原行走适应高反的经历,因此我基本上是能够胜任的, 尽管从古狗卫星图上看下去,我们将要走的路是如此严酷狰狞。根据旅行必须“有钱有闲”的条件, 我把出发日期定在2012年初,在杭州19楼,8264,磨房,台湾背包客栈上都发了招伴帖,帖子发出后,前前后后来联系的有二十多人,包括香港,日本, 台湾的驴友, 但因为我的日程较长,上班族假期不够或不对应,最后成行的只有四人,其实, 这样的徒步旅行结伴最好也就是4-6人,人多了容易意见分歧各行其是。在搜集尼泊尔旅行资料做攻略的过程中,除了上面提到“杭州小妖精”的帖子,对我帮助最大的就是简如邠女士的书《尼泊尔玩全秘笈》,尽管这本书的大陆版本完全以“中国”的面目出现,没有一字提到台湾, 但一看行文风格便知这本书是台湾作者写的。在此真心对这两位女菩萨致谢。 出发前一天晒装备, 说明如下:60升背包自重2.2公斤,总重11.5公斤,EBC路上拿出自己背装相机水壶的小背包,托付给背夫的重量是8.5公斤。考虑到走EBC本人体力有限, 没有带笨重的单反,只带了两个傻瓜机,打印机用来现场打印小照片讨尼泊尔小盆友的喜欢。事后最满意的装备:骆驼全防水登山鞋(740元),天石海子羽绒睡袋(淘宝886元,舒适温零下4°C--零下11°C,充绒800克,自重1.4公斤),宜家0.5升保暖瓶(29元,看瓶贴属日本退货,却是我用过的水瓶中保温效果最好的,让我能在雪山上喝到热水)。为了保持对外联络并免去网本的重量,专门买了一个爱疯4替换原来300元的双卡山寨手机.因为后来三人放弃了计划中的CHO LA PASS, 所以雪套冰爪都没用上。D0 (2月29日) 上海--成都又一次来到这个驴友中转城市,免不了再去逛逛锦里。D1 (3月1日)成都--加德满都(Kathmandu)950从成都起飞, 1130左右飞越喜马拉雅山脉。80年代某个夏天曾首次飞越喜马拉雅, 那时只看到一片赭色的高原, 如同火星表面, 没有任何生命迹象,也十分震撼, 现在则疑惑当时为什么没有看到积雪呢?飞临加都河谷上空加都国际机场, 尼泊尔欢迎你网上招伴集结的四个人(来自杭州, 嘉兴, 漳州)在加都机场外, 一副神采飞扬的样子, EBC的冰天雪地正等着狠狠地折磨这四个小子。到达塔梅尔区东口。在所住旅馆对门的旅行代理处买了明天去LUKLA的小飞机票(往返205美元),换了足够的卢比。大街上的尼共竞选广告。外国游客受到尼泊尔武警的严密保护:) 自己去尼泊尔旅游局办理进山证(TIMS), 每份1600卢比。如果委托旅游代理办, 每份要2000卢比,但如果你和代理有其他生意可做, 如委托其代办旅馆,机票,团队游,雇佣向导背夫等等, 代理也可能向你提供只要1000卢比或10美元的进山证,其中有何奥妙他们自己知道。街上的骑警, 把照片在电视机上放大看才看出骑警是位女性, 正用冷峻的眼神瞟我这位“老外”的镜头。人行天桥上的盲人乞丐。穿过加都最热闹的传统集市阿森街(ASON TOL)。 杜邦广场纳拉扬神庙距离这个“苦行僧”的背影十几米远按下了快门,不料他却听到了“咔嚓”声立马转过身朝我走来,“哈哈, 可逮着你了,100卢比!”--看他的表情我猜想他心里是这样想的,他走近向我讨钱,我假装听不懂他的话一脸茫然双手乱挥, 最后不了了之。湿婆和帕尔瓦蒂在他们的神庙上方俯视着芸芸众生。尼泊尔人90%信印度教,湿婆(SHIVA)是三大神祗之一,主管生殖与毁灭, 虽是外形是女的,却是个男儿身(像佛教的观音菩萨?),以男性生殖器(LINGGAM)为象征; 帕尔瓦蒂是湿婆的配偶,是喜马拉雅雪山神女,代表幸福美满的婚姻,以女性生殖器(YONI)为象征。D2 (3月2日) KATHMANDU--LUKLA (海拔2840)--PHAKDING(2610)--MONJO(2840)加都国内机场大厅买的是YETI的机票,坐的是TARA的飞机, 驾驶员是典型尼泊尔美男。登机完毕, 乘客中有不少当地女藏民, 是去转山拜佛的。 第一次坐这样的小飞机,觉得命都悬在窗外这个黑铁皮包的螺旋桨上。降落了我们的飞机 卢卡拉山地机场,仅有400米斜坡跑道, 据称居世界上最危险的十个机场之首。在机场出口和出发前在网上约好的两名向导背夫会面,决定今天和随后的行程安排。尼泊尔时间早上10:00启程,从机场边的小路上山。刚才得到消息, 本月14号尼泊尔AGNI公司的一架小飞机从博克拉(POKHARA)飞往江森(JOMSOM, ABC徒步的一个起点)途中因技术故障失事撞山, 机上至少17人遇难。无语。 愿逝者安息, 一路走好。难免会想, 同在2012年, 为什么是ABC, 不是EBC?为什么是五月的他们, 不是三月的我们?想起这次旅行前,老同事(曾在空军中维修飞机)劝我不要去坐小飞机。户外运动的风险当然比坐在家中大,但是,生命的本质,就寓在运动之中啊。 夏尔巴人的孩子, 也许从小就学习这种用头顶承重的负荷方式了。1400到PHAKDING午餐, 1710到MONJO投宿。我们的向导(左)和背夫(右),向导能英语会话, 书写也很漂亮,背夫是他徒弟,看上去18岁都不到吧。 D3 MONJO(2840)—NAMCHE (3440)萨加马塔国家公园门口。 在这里查验进山证和购买门票(每人1000卢比)。珠穆朗玛峰(藏语, 圣女峰)在尼泊尔语中为萨加马塔峰(SAGARMATHA),西方人则习惯称埃佛勒斯特峰(MOUNT. EVEREST), 是为了纪念英国统治印度和尼泊尔时,负责测量喜马拉雅山脉的印度测量局局长George Everest。办公室内记载每年每月进山人数的表牌,2012年3月还是空白。路遇一位在事故中失去一条胳膊的夏尔巴向导,他仍在继续他的职业。 据说今天的路陡升600米比较费劲, 结果却没有感觉, 上午8:00出发, 中午1230即到目的地NAMCHE。下午到市场上去购物,买了气罐, 矿泉水,夏尔巴帽等等。投宿HOTEL TIBET.旅馆店堂里纪念1953年新西兰人希拉里和他的夏尔巴向导诺尔盖首次登上珠峰的的招贴。小时候(1956年)我在上海黄陂路南京路口(现上海美术馆)看过一个《印度摄影展览会》,里面有首次登上珠峰的诺尔盖的照片,所以一直以为首次登上珠峰的是个印度人。 D4NAMCHE(3440)--TENGBOCHE(3860)上午10:00从NAMCHE 出发据向导说这座塔是纪念首次登上珠峰的夏尔巴人诺尔盖的。下午1720在一片阴霾中到达TENGBOCHE的客栈 D5TENGBOCHE(3860)--DINGBOCHE(4410)早上起来挂在室内的毛巾成了冰棍,说明室温在零度左右,自己的睡袋加客栈的一条毯子,基本可以睡得比较暖和。早餐。 NAMCHE以上客栈的房价是100卢比/人,早中晚餐的价格基本上是300-450卢比一餐,热水300卢比/一热水瓶,牦牛奶400卢比/一热水瓶,充电300卢比/一次。 牦牛所背货物的外包装是“浙江温岭工业园区”的饲料袋。今天是上午820出发, 下午1550到DINGBOCHED6DINGBOCHE (4410)今天在DINGBOCHE停留一天,适应海拔。客栈店堂里台湾驴友的帖子。晒鞋,烧水泡方便面。夕阳下的 AMA DABLAM 峰(海拔6858米)D7DINGBOCHE (4410)--LOBUCHE(4940)早餐后在客栈店堂里和房东合影,山上所有的店堂都是同一格局,屋中央通常有个火炉,四周墙边连上约70公分宽50公分高的坐台,上铺毛毡, 再放一圈餐桌,白天可当餐厅,晚间遇旺季客人爆满时可让客人睡在坐台上。柜台上贴了告示提醒健行者在此购买巧克力瓶装水等物资, 再上去越高越贵。 能和心爱的人一起神游喜马拉雅山真是人生莫大的快乐啊, 后面是KANGTEGA峰(6778米) 早上7:50出发,1020到TUKLA午餐,各国登山队健行者都习惯事先做好不干胶LOGO一路留名,俺们下次也要学这一招。这次只能用随身带的红色唛头笔留名(见上方)。爬坡上了这个垭口是一片开阔地,这里有许多在山难中殒命的夏尔巴人和各国登山者的灵塔。 夏尔巴人用石块垒的灵塔。这个德州达拉斯的小伙子25岁就没了, 不知是在雪山冲顶中遇难还是在高反中一睡不起了。亲属的铭文是“愿他的灵魂在此永生,我们爱你, 我们想你”。 在温暖的阳光下看着,读着,泪水忽然涌上了眼眶。 缺氧,大脑有点迷糊,在平坦的开阔地,EBC的温和阳光令人感到舒服,空气中好像有一种甜蜜的意味,体力消耗似到极限,几乎想就地躺下不再起来, 怎么样?像很多高反患者那样,睡下去就不起来了如何?把所有的烦恼一下全部扔在身后,这样的离开世界也未尝不好啊。亲历过许多长辈和同辈的去世,病人躺在医院病床上,围着一大堆心思各异的亲友,身上插满管子,连着生命监护仪,用各种药物维持血压, 心率,血氧饱和度等各项指,延长濒死者的生命,最后再尝试用大电极刺激心脏复苏 - - 难道这样的死就好么?人的血液里,或多或少流动着早先荒野上群居动物的基因,那些喜欢亲近大自然的登山者探险家的生死观,肯定会和一般人有差别啊。 我们还在向LOBUCHE靠拢, 这位法国大哥已经从EBC下来了,这是我见到的最嬉皮士的“驴友”,脚蹬硬底大皮鞋, 身穿一件到处是破洞的皮大衣,用一根带子背着一个SACK (单口帆布袋, 或曰小偷越货用的大袋子),没有帽子围巾, 没有登山杖, 没有开麦拉,可令所有讲究名牌的“装备控”驴友目瞪口呆 - - - - 前方左面是PUMO RI (7165米), 右面是LINGTREN (6749米)。下午1510到LOBUCHE, 今天走的路在地图上量得的直线距离是9公里,但实际上上下下的距离是多少, 就不清楚了。空中不时响起救援直升机的声音,把严重的高反病人送往加德满都救治,一次救助飞行需5000-6000美元。出发前买过人民币165元的美亚保险,一旦出险只要报保单号就可以得到先行救助,但这样的飞行享受还是不要为好。([]
07年我走滇藏线回丽江,在德钦客栈的房间遇一姑娘聊的甚为开心,我们互留电话,地址。原来她是雨崩的支教老师刘一村,湖南师范大学毕业便申请来到了雨崩村,因为怕父母担心,始终没有告诉他们自己在哪里工作,只是每个月出去在西当村打一个电话给父母报平安。但说实在的,当时我对支教还没一个明确的概念。 08年,我在丽江上班,一村放寒假来看我。多日不见,自是分外高兴。临走,再三邀请我有空去雨崩做客,到时管吃管住。雨崩,离梅里雪山最近的一个村庄,但当时因为有事一直未能成行。 09年底我重回丽江,想着有空去看看一村,快两年没见了,不知她过的怎样?可是打电话,手机停机,坐机也不通。这丫头怎么了,不会出啥事了吧!难道不在雨崩,不可能啊!怀着忐忑不安的心情,还是出发了。 香格里拉,德钦,西当一路过来。到西当是下午五点多,原本想直接徒步进雨崩,但司机说太晚了,不安全,无奈在西当住一晚。要见梅里雪山,还真的不容易!~~ 住阿布家的绒客栈,2层是客房,有几个2人间和一个4人间,每床20。院子一角是洗漱和淋浴的地方,太阳能热水器,晴天水温还很热,但阴雨季节就热不起来了。房间没有电热毯,床单被罩一人一换,内有电源接线板,进雨崩之前可以把各种电器充好电。手机在这有信号。 一般进雨崩的司机都住在这里,因为进山2天,所以司机和车辆在此地休息。这也方便了自由行的散客可以租车往返于西当和飞来寺、德钦了。进山时阿布还介绍,若是出山时想租车,可电话提前约定,从西当温泉到飞来寺每车120元,若赶时间也可以从西当直接送到丽江,每车550元。(价格会根据天气以及车型等情况上下浮动) 很多家都挂红旗,晚上聊天得知,普通藏民还是很感谢***的,他们说去年拉萨闹事时,德钦仅仅去了几个喇嘛。只有喇嘛和贵族想恢到过去的政教合一的那种旧制度,广大藏民是不愿意的。 从阿布家包车60元到达西当温泉,若步行大概需要2-3个小时。然后正式开始徒步,一路景色还是很不错的。 从西藏那曲来梅里朝圣的一家五口,爷爷奶奶,爸爸妈妈带着五岁的小女孩。很难想象他们这一路的风餐露宿。我把随身带的乳酸菌饮料给了小女孩,很多游客也纷纷把吃的东西拿出来。 阳光下还是相当的温暖,走不久就觉得好热,干脆拖下外套。一路遇到好多从雨崩出来的驴友,徒步的,骑骡子的(马与驴的杂交种,据说耐力比较好,适合走山路)。 看到一大片经幡,我想垭口应该到了。沿着经幡继续走了几百米,终于到达本次徒步的最高点,据说是海拔3,900米的那宗垭口,垭口方圆百米范围内都是密密麻麻的经幡。接下来都是下坡路了,应该会比较好走些。 最悬的是,据同行的北京大姐说,她看到有位藏族老人在挂经幡,就上前拍了张照。结果一看,屏幕上竟什么也没有显示。天哪,不会是因此冒犯了神山,挂经幡时不能拍照,好象没这个忌讳吧!她赶紧向神山祈祷,我则安慰她,没事的,不知者无罪。 神秘的梅里。。。 垭口有个休息站,一般雨崩和西当的骡子在这交接,若两边都有上下山的客人,那么两边都在此进行交接,费用付给上山的马夫就行了。租马时,大家都希望租到垭口,否则若对方村子那边没客人,有时还要再空返一趟。旺季时,西当村70户人家大约170匹骡马每天都要跑至少3个来回,骡子非常疲惫,累到极点的骡子即使用鞭抽也不走动。但好像村里有规定只要有需求就必须出马。 垭口的阳光非常的灿烂,坐在那里边晒太阳,边看着前方的雪山,真是一大享受。 神女峰,又叫缅茨姆峰,意为大海神女,位于卡瓦格博峰南侧。传说是卡瓦格博的妻子。卡瓦格博随格萨尔王远征恶罗海国,恶罗海国想蒙蔽他们,将面茨姆假意许配给卡瓦格博,不料卡瓦格博与面茨姆互相倾心,永不分离。 缅茨姆,线条优美,气质若兰。给人一种无以言说的美感,一种震憾心霏的灵气。右边是五冠峰 不过照片角度不太好 终于看到了下雨崩,就这么稀稀疏疏十来户人家,感觉很安静。这就是传说中的世外桃源?不去天堂,就去雨崩? 32# kkk8926897 我是12月10号出来的,前几天确实下雪了,还下的不小。一直在想,要怎样写这篇游记,要怎样描述一村,对我来说是个不小的挑战。所以回来后几个月里,我都迟迟一直没有动笔。最终决定还是写这篇游记,反映一个真实的支教老师。穿过村口的检票的房子,直奔学校。据说学校就是那座蓝色屋顶的房子,看上去很不错。长发披肩,手里拿着个脸盆,一个姑娘从门里面出来。我拉下面罩,“一村”。她一看,“姐,你怎么来了。”进去后,生火烧水,多日不见,当然有很多话要说。。。 这位小朋友今年3岁,是一村刚来雨崩那年生的。现在还没正式开始上学,但是普通话说的非常好。他平时没事喜欢到学校来玩,也特别喜欢跟一村在一起。闲时大家会逗他,“你是谁的宝宝呀?”“老师宝宝。”他回答的可快了。 云南政府的规定是只负责完小的费用,雨崩这样的学校因为学生少而不投入任何资金和资助。所以学校的课桌凳子都是就地取材做的,其他书本,文具等所有一切设施是游人捐赠的。 这是我在网上看到的,是一村前面一任志愿者发的帖子: 到雨崩支教一年 完全义务 你愿意吗? 多大的能力承受多大的责任——写在招募义教之前的话 “能力越大,责任越大。” 这是我在云南当了半年义教才能体悟到的。我选择去当义教,是为了一个青春的梦想,从小受过的教育告诉我:“助人为乐之本”,我喜欢那种真正帮助他人后所产生的精神愉悦和自我满足感,我一直相信这个世界真实地存在着无私的爱,人与人之间需要关怀,当然我很喜欢孩子,喜欢简单的生活。 但在支教的半年中我很困惑,我能做什么,我帮到了什么,我改变了什么?当初我满怀激情,带着都市人的优越感进驻那个几乎与世隔绝的藏族区,我给自己定下目:要做一只改变一群狼的羊,而不是一只被狼改变的羊。落后的山区,大半文盲的村民,重寺庙轻学校,急功近利发展旅游,拔刀子解决纠纷,在我眼里,他们确实是一群需要改变的狼。 可是当我一次次教不好学生,无法考出满意的分数;当游客捐赠的文具免费派发,反而让学生无知地浪费;当我想带一年级学生出来考试,遭到家长的联手反对;当我提出由村民出资请一个专业的老师,得不到任何回应。我开始反省:流动的义教对孩子的意义有多大,我们的善心是否反而使接受者产生依赖或堕落。 我带着这种困惑,没能实现目的自责出山,没有留下来继续支教。重返繁华的都市,我的困惑犹在,我能做什么,我能帮到什么,我改变了什么?很多朋友认为这是教育体制的问,应该由政府来解决,依靠个人的力量根本是杯水车薪。甚至认为我与其浪费半年的时间在那里,不如拿一笔钱来捐助给学校。是的,是的,中国的教育制度确实需要完善,找老师应该是政府的事,捐助学校应该是富豪们做的慈善事业,但在抱怨政府和制度的同时,你做了什么,在你的能力范围内? 我没有能力去改变一个国家的教育制度,但我有能力花上半年时间去当一个完全义务的老师,以弥补落后山区师资的不足;我也没有足够的钱捐一所希望小学,但我以一个老师的威信,让学生在接受馈赠时,既懂得感恩,又懂得自尊自强;我没有能力让学生考出高分,但我倾注了所有的耐心教他们各种知识和人生道理;我没有能力改变孩子们的命运,但为他们打开一扇通往外界的窗子,鼓舞他们走出大山,用自己的双手改变贫穷的命运;我没有能力改变村民依赖外界捐助的懒惰心理,但我决不因此放弃助人的信念。 “有多大的能力承受多大的责任”,当我不再把义教当成一剂救世的良药,不再认为自己可以改变别人命运时,我不再困惑,因为在我的能力范围内,只能做到这些,而我很负责地做到了这些。接下去,我能做的是为学生找到一位有能力,有责任心,有爱心的老师,延续这根爱心接力棒。 一年之内没有任何报酬,没有任何政府组织的支持,除了食宿,所有费用自己承担;不带任何功利目的,只是一种责任,一种爱心,去帮助一群落后地区的学生,你有能力吗,你愿意吗,如果你有能力,你也愿意,请告诉我。 招募云南雨崩义教要求 地处云南省西北地区的迪庆州德钦县云岭乡西当村雨崩公社,为藏族区,坐落于梅里雪山腹地的山谷中,这里四面绕山,不通公路,出入雨崩必须徒步或者骑马翻越海拔三四千米的大山,行程为五六小时。目前雨崩不通电,没有手机信号,不能上网,但每家都有卫星电话,可以接收外界来电,打长途比较贵,4元/分钟。每家每户买了发电机,水利发电,灯光不亮,但可以看电视,用电脑。村里的条件比较简陋,但景色很好,经常有游客徒步进山。雨崩村共有34户人家,150多名村民,雨崩小学为村小,行政上隶属于西当村完小,雨崩学生到西当完小就读须寄宿,低龄学童无法寄宿,先在雨崩小学读到三年级再转入完小。雨崩小学设有一到三年级,隔年招生,每年大概有十几个学生。 考虑到老师流动性太大,对学生的教学不利,这次招募义教任期为一年,对于义教有一些基本要求:首先要有耐心和爱心,因雨崩学生从小讲藏语,相对于城里的小孩,他们学习汉语犹如学外语,学习基础薄弱,老师的教学任务很重,需要有极大的耐心和爱心反复教导。 雨崩条件很简陋,义教又没有薪水,所以不考虑没有经济基础的应届毕业生或在读大学生,需要有教学工作经验,或所学专业为师范类的,年龄在26岁以上,35岁以下,本科以上学历,未婚人士,男女不限。 要有责任心,雨崩的义教属民间自发,没有政府资助,也没有太多的合同约束,但是既然选择了去当义教,一定要做好充分的心理准备和其他准备,面对各种挑战,不能中途而废。 最后请报名者谨慎考虑的是,请一定要在你的能力范围内去做,一年内没有任何经济收入,你是否有这样的经济条件承受?你的家人是否同意?在偏僻的山区,除了要应对落后的自然条件,还有无人沟通甚至不为人所理解的苦闷,你是否有足够的心理能力承受? 如果你慎重考虑过,有足够的能力,有足够的爱心和责任心,请发一份个人简历,并附上你对义教的看法(字数不限,仅供参考)到:XXX 欢迎有意向的朋友发邮件咨询。 趁一村上课那阵子,我去客栈看望一起徒步进来的朋友。他们就住在雨崩往事,学校旁边的一个客栈。 凭心而论,雨崩真的很美。特别是和朋友一起坐在客栈的阳台上烤太阳,看着对面的梅里雪山,那份惬意。世外桃源,从某种意义上来说也就意味着与世隔绝。对游客来说,这里真的很适合度假,可以暂时抛开世俗的一切。但长住就另当别论了。 远处是雪山,但阳光下一点都不冷。 和雨崩往事的老板及北京大姐合影(小冯帮我拍的)我特别喜欢这张的笑容,很灿烂。 晚上在雨崩往事一起吃饭,一村不愿意来,我把她拉过来。来雨崩的客人太多了,出出进进诱惑太大,很多人请她吃饭,她都不愿意去,在这个封闭的环境,她已经习惯把自己层层包裹起来,也不愿对人多说自己。 听说一村来雨崩第一年只吃过一次肉,还是游客请的。所以小冯特意叫了只土鸡,(150一只)热情的替一村装了一碗又一碗。后来才知道,这里的鸡都是从几十公里外的尼农运过来的。 晚上,我们打着电筒回学校,村子里没有路灯。 这就是学校的宿舍,也就是我住的房间,看上去还不错,却是个豆腐渣工程。之前一直漏水,后面上面加了个蓝色铁皮,但有时还会掉一些小石头土块之类的。晚上听着外面牦牛(这里牦牛都是放养的,没有牛棚)脖子上的铃铛响了一夜,仿佛天籁之音,再看着窗外满天明亮的星星,感觉太棒了! 当时没拍照,只能发张一村拍的照片 早上不到8点,就有学生在外面敲门,一村下去开门。然后是朗朗的读书声,小朋友一个个都很自觉的拿出书来。一村开始生火,烧水。二年纪开始,学生吃住都在学校,她一人不仅负责所有学生的所有课程,还要解决孩子很多方面的问,如语言、卫生、生活习惯等等,给孩子们做饭,照顾起居,与学生们同吃同住。学生都是免费上学,她没有工资。吃的是每周学生从家里背来的青稞土豆,烧得是捡来的树枝。 她差不多一个月去一次德钦县收信、取募捐、购买蔬菜肉类,药品,生活用品等等,以改善学生们的生活和伙食。一般早上9点左右开始做操,学生们都很乖,还有很多村里的人在旁边看。我有时也会跟着一起做。后面穿藏服的是一村老师,旁边是客人小冯 高压锅蒸的米饭,菜是藏区最常见的土豆。一村说这是她自己种的,因为围着的栏杆被猪拱了,吃了不少,现在只剩一小口袋了。还有一些是学生带来的,放久了,都有些焉掉或烂了,一直舍不得扔掉放在那里。荤菜就是腌过的猪肉或是火腿肠,也是客人留给她的。这里要吃新鲜肉不容易,村里一般只有过年才杀猪,平时就只能吃腊肉之类。配上酥油茶,大家吃的还是很香 饭后我们一起去村子旁边的树林散步,抛开物质上的种种缺乏,雨崩真的很美 在一村的再三要求下,村里人终于每家每户主动把柴火堆到学校门口,之前都是一村带者孩子们一起拣柴 说实在,在雨崩那些日子,我最大的感受就是心疼,甚至有些心酸。三年,不是三天,三个月,是个什么概念。从物质的缺乏到精神上也没有朋友可以交流,还要面对来自外界的不理解,需要一种怎样的信念才能支撑下去。交通不便,手机没信号,没有电视,不能上网,没有商场,没有很多东西,我只是个俗人,我真的做不到! 日本一档关于雨崩的旅游节目,曾经介绍过小刘老师义务支教的事迹,韩国媒体也曾做了报道。但国内媒体似乎比较麻木,也许是义务支教的事情在其它地方也较多,但这种奉献社会的精神值得政府或社团关注。 无法去抱怨村里不重视教育或是国内的教育体系,其实是抱怨也没用,在自己力所能及的范围内做些事情,譬如捐助等等。希望各位朋友若有机会去雨崩,适当的献份爱心吧,一村老师这种奉献精神值得社会关注,值得颂扬、支持。 如有意寄东西过去,请寄至:云南省迪庆州德钦县邮政局22号信箱雨崩小学 刘一村收 邮编:674500目前仅邮政的网络能寄达,其他的物流公司都不通的。 每天中午和傍晚,我和一村都会来这转转,特别喜欢坐在那晒太阳,发呆,什么都不用想,时间似乎停住了一般。 早上一早就起床了,为了陪我,一村决定今天带着学生去神瀑,算是郊游吧!昨晚就把今天的干粮做好了,一大包土豆丝包子。我这两天就象被供起来了,一村啥都不让我干,弄的我很不好意思。昨天终于把火生起来了,高兴了半天,回头一看,脸上黑乎乎的全是锅灰,呵呵!这就是学校的小型水利发电机,冬天由于水量不足,导致电压不稳,灯老是忽明忽暗的。至于是什么原理,我看了半天,没看出个所以然上,下雨崩之间走路大约40分钟,从上雨崩过去很多是下坡路。 一村把掉下来的东西挂上去 我喜欢这片树林,感觉很适合拍婚纱或是写真。不久的将来,呵呵,希望有机会再来。中午在雨崩第一家客栈休息,吃包子,小朋友一人一个,大人一人两个。烤火,喝酥油茶,沾了一村的光,当然是免费的。好心的大婶怕我们不够吃,又拿了两个油煎粑粑给一村。 巴桑拉姆的小木屋,离神瀑最近,比较简陋的一个。但现在是淡季,没有开门。夏天,一村最喜欢来这里露营了,到处是盛开的花儿,看着满天的繁星。现在太冷了。前方,五冠峰的背后就是神瀑,不过我看了半天没看到。听说这段时间神瀑那边不时有冰雹掉下来,出于安全考虑,肯定不能带学生去了。所以一村决定下午给学生放假,全部回家洗澡换衣服去。有点奇怪的理由,却是事实。她跟着去家访,由管理站站长带我继续往神瀑方向走。([]
8月22日晚上从马来西亚的吉隆坡飞去了意大利的罗马。在欧洲的行程还没有确定,就从罗马开始旅行基本上就走一步看一步,走到那就算那呗。。。旅行中没有闲工夫写文字就简单的发点图片吧!纪录下走过的行程:意大利:罗马——梵蒂冈——佛罗伦萨——比萨——锡耶纳——圣吉米亚诺——米兰瑞士:卢塞恩———苏黎世德国:巴州———国王湖奥地利:萨尔茨堡———维也纳捷克:布拉格———克鲁姆洛夫德国:柏林———汉堡荷兰:阿姆斯特丹———马斯特里赫特比利时:卢森堡:法国:肯尼亚:坦桑尼亚:在意大利的驴友有木有?求各种形式的拼房+拼饭。。。去欧洲是上中学时就有的愿望,这次终于有机会实现,实在是老天的恩赐咯!在旅行的过程中重拾自我,一个人来到欧洲,需要溶入这里的生活,否则自己会很痛苦,我想我应该能做到。我想能溶入这里的生活是因为我没有像大多数中国人那样把自己摆在亚洲人甚至是中国人的位置上跟他们交往。作为同是吃食物造粪的地球人,没有什么区别,如果他们是吃粪造食物的,那我们天朝人也不敢吃食物了,但是还好他们和我们一样也是娘了个希匹的造粪动物,这样想我们就是平等的哇哈哈。。。没有来欧洲之前就知道这里的空气很新鲜,大概相当于杭州空气质量优的日子,甚至更好。所以下飞机走出机场,不由的做几次深呼吸,我终于又来了,自由的欧洲。这里是没有压力的欧洲,没有人在意你有钱没钱,没有人在意你在这里是否有房,是否有车,是否穿名牌,是否结婚,甚至没有人在意你是否穿衣服。。。总之,不会有人会在意你的一切,爱干嘛干嘛。你要是觉得失落,你就失落,你要是觉得寂寞,你就寂寞,你要是觉得自由,你就自由。第一次去欧洲,基本没有行程上的设计,觉得那里都难以割舍,这样可能这次的欧洲之行注定是走马观花只能对欧洲历史、文化作一些基本的了解啦。不过这也不要紧,按照家里的安排明年应该还是会去欧洲留学,学习企业的管理。虽然自己并不喜欢这个专业但还是应付一下吧,希望自己将来的另一半能有企业管理上的天赋,这样以后就不用我自己直接来管理公司,可以过一些自己喜欢的生活方式,就像扎大叔那样选择30多岁就退休到处旅行过些简单平常的穷日子,希望这样吧。。。算算来8264快半年了,期间得到了很多领导、老驴们的关心与指导,这也是我一路走下去的动力源泉,看到你们能开开心心的来这里评分跟帖,善善真诚的在圣母玛利亚的像前替你们祈福啦!!!罗马的中央火车站Roma Termini,过几天会从这坐火车去佛罗伦萨。火车站的周围就是中国商贸城,有很多福建人、浙江人在这里长住经商。到了罗马就按照LP旅行指南上的介绍直扑那家物美价廉的冰淇淋百年老店,从罗马中心火车站走过去大概20分钟左右的路。这家冰激凌店的制作完全遵循自然原则,所有选料均为时令水果、天然坚果、奶、蛋等,甚至除了原料本生含水外制作过程不再加一滴水。因此在入口后,绵延松软的口感、新鲜且层次鲜明的味觉体验,感动各年龄层的视觉及味觉,它更是意大利爱美女性的最爱,低脂、低糖、低热量,最低乳脂肪含量在10%左右,吃了也不会发胖的哇哈哈哈。。。还有那些美味的冰激凌糕点。。。吃完冰激凌后坐地铁去罗马斗兽场,到了那里感觉比想象中要破旧,进到里头,也没有在电影电视中看到壮观,就是大环套小环的圈圈里面象迷宫一样的一排排小巷似的隔间,真不知道当时残忍嗜血的罗马人是怎么观赏人与兽或人与人的血腥决斗的。出了斗兽场,爬上了山丘顶,可以俯瞰一下罗马废墟的全景。。。斗兽场的旁边这个建筑物看起来有点像巴黎的凯旋门斗兽场外面有很多这样的货,你花几个小钱就可以与他们合个影什么的,下次那个胆子大的姐妹与他们合影的时候顺手掐掐他们的肌肉看结不结实哈哈哈哈哈哈斗兽场的外围轮廓这俩姐妹踏着电动车围着斗兽场转来转去不知是什么的干活斗兽场外面的石头路上一辆精致的扫垃圾车斗兽场二楼的走廊有一个古物博物馆,在这些玻璃柜里面陈列着古罗马时期斗兽场里勇士们华丽的盔甲、武器。。。等等([]
