第一篇T27次开往拉萨 很多年前,我便开始期待一次这样的旅行,抛开所有的羁绊,一个人去一个很远的地方。在决心出发的那一刻所有的困难都已成为过去,身体和灵魂终于一起走在路上。 火车慢慢开动的时候,我差点忘记了时间和空间,像是在做梦又以为是时光倒流了。那么多心情不停地更换那么多种画面不停的在脑中盘旋。我试着把头抬的更高,高到眼眶里的泪水无法落下来,只是留给眼睛一片潮湿和璀璨。我摊开手想触摸窗外呼啸而过的风可是再怎么努力我仍旧无法触及他的痕迹,就像我再怎样哭泣也唤不回种种过去。原来遗忘并不止表面的决绝和优雅,更多的还是实则的冷酷和强悍,我经过的那些青春已经形成一小段人生。我所向往的还是孤独,我所畏惧的仍是孤独。人本来就是一个复杂的结构,而思绪更是一个矛盾体。很多人都有这样的情绪,得不到的拼命想要,得到后又想要扔掉。这便是我们单纯又幼稚的青春,而我碰巧经过。很多张面孔在眼前经过,爱或不爱,想念或厌倦,陌生或熟悉。在火车抵达的那一刻,所有的一切都该有个了结,而后又重新吐出另一片遥遥无期的路程。 湛蓝的天空,行走的步伐,步入旅途,选择性的遗忘原来是为了让你记住更多的东西。我记得那条街、那个公交站、可爱的旺财、一饮而尽的啤酒、一手掌的树叶,自以为的哆嗦、反应迟钝的猪、那面镜子,红了的眼眶。记得每一道食物的味道、每一种风景的颜色,每一个瞬间的感动。那时候便觉得时间就是最好的良药,当你觉的力不从心的时候,莫如把一切都交付给它,他会让你把该忘记得都忘记,让你漫不经心的从一个故事走进另一个故事。 人有时候需要的东西极少,满眼的黄沙即可。天空蓝的眩晕,极不真实,却让我想起信仰来。想起小时候总是觉得时间过的太缓慢,总在期待长大,至少可以站在树下够着那片嫩绿,可以亲历一次花开的过程,可是真的长大了,却觉得流年似水,只消一个转身便告别了那个纯真多梦的年代,彷佛一夜间便可满头白发,那也可将一生的光阴燃烧殆尽。一生一世听上去多么漫长,其实回首转瞬即逝。 每一次变故,都会是人生的一个转弯。这一生总会有那么一些人,是你过河必须投下的石子,是你取暖煮茗必须的薪火,是你夜归照明的路灯,而后这些人都将成为过客,连同自己有一天一同交还给岁月,那时候孤影萍踪又将消失在哪里? 那一生遭遇的无数次相逢里,有的人是你看过了就忘记的风景,有的人早已在你心底生根抽芽,那些我们无法诠释的都归结给了宿命,无法分清的感觉便成了缘分,缘分深浅,早就分晓。之后仍你我如何修行也无法改变初始的模样。 人与人之间的聚散悲喜,在平日里细碎微琐,不过是日常生活里的一部分。但在路途上却不同,他们会被还原成最初的模样,成为内心里最珍贵的点滴,成列在时光深处,供生命纪念支撑未来的自己。对你的一字一句我都坚信不移,因这世上有了一个你我方才成了我。与这世上任何一个男子都有细微差别的你,温柔有时,暴烈有时,并以为,孤独是宿命!于是我开始担心,担心自己的身体有朝一日会在这庸碌的生活里磨成一艘老旧的木船,没有梦想没有远方甚至没有儿女情长,那样的话真是可怕。我依然相信你的话,可是亲爱的,你不在。 若问我旅行的意义我肯定答不上来,那是属于人生的课,能够回答人生的是时年和岁月以及那些在路上的感知和领悟,而在旅行之前谁也不知道会有怎样的震撼和深刻。这便是旅行最令人着迷的好。许巍,唱《旅行》。阵阵晚风吹动着松涛/吹响这风铃声如天籁/站在这城市的寂静处/让一切喧嚣走远/只有青山藏在白云间/蝴蝶自由穿行在清涧/看那晚霞盛开在天边/有一群向西归鸟,谁画出这天地又画下我和你/让我们的世界绚丽多彩/谁让我们哭泣又给我们惊喜/让我们就这样相爱相遇/总是要说再见相聚又分离/总是走在漫长的路上。 下一次想要启程的心,也许在熙熙攘攘的人群中。 珠峰我 来 了----2013.4.21--5.14我站在珠穆朗玛的面前风中是我 雪中是我灿烂的阳光下依然是我随心随性静是我 动是我自然而然我有一颗痴迷的心始终把你想念哪怕你高不可攀我有一双痴迷的眼始终看着你哪怕你冷若冰霜茫茫山野万岁奇冰可有生灵拨动心弦? 十几年如一段简单的旅程,时光流转消逝,我回头看看自己,才发现我是个行走在路上,寻找路的人 。自然的山与心中的山只有在那一瞬间契合,才能成为真正的风景,那么,撩开珠峰的神秘面纱,我想,它再也不会从我的心头抹去,就像我苦苦寻觅多年的爱人。。。。。 西藏高原号称世界最高高原,8000米以上的山峰11座,世界第一高峰——珠穆朗玛峰就在中尼边界上,号称世界第三极。难怪世界登山健将无不以到西藏来登山为荣,高原5000米以上的高俊山峰,大都终年积雪,到处是高峰兀立,寒光流泻,山舞银蛇,蔚为壮观。神奇而雄伟的西藏之山其实也并不乏淳朴而坚毅勇猛的个性,西藏的山不似内地山那般清秀内蕴,它山石嶙嶙,沉默不语,但棱角鲜明,直率坦荡,自有其独特的生命,犹如藏民族那纯朴善良、勇敢坚毅的性格。由此我们会想到,特殊的生存环境是一个民族性格形成的外在条件和基础,生活在雪域高原的藏族人民长期处于高寒缺氧的环境中,他们造就了与生命局限抗争的大无畏气概,高原般粗犷的性格、雄鹰般勇猛的精神、大山般豁达的胸怀,人在高原,望着海洋般湛蓝的天空与洁白的云朵,草原上艳丽的鲜花与嫩绿的青草,还有那封冻的冰山与银装素裹的雪山。。。。。。一种山一样崇高的神圣精神境界会油然而生,激荡全身。 登泰山而小天下,登珠峰而小苍穹! 珠穆朗玛峰,只要能一见她的容颜,即便是路途遥遥,山高水深,也不会停住前来拜见的凡尘之子们的脚步。 听藏民车赞说:珠峰能如此露出真容实属罕见,可见我们的人品有多好啊,呵呵 有人说:生命,是用来行走的;灵魂,是用来歌唱的。我说生命,是用来得瑟的。 我个人超级喜欢这张片子,他俩也说好,我们三个就像正在降落的跳伞队员,呵呵,不对,是无伞速降。 甘肃兰州的米萨,我们都叫他披萨,呵呵,超强的体力,而且年轻,英语说得那是老地道了,一路上只要遇到老外,他都会展示出他那一口地道的美式英语,羡煞我们了,此处走光。。。 此时的珠峰,美得令人目眩、陶醉 又是这个大包,还有我的七仔藏族小女孩,一双天真无邪的大眼睛窗外广漠无际的荒原(

我们营地附近十五公里左右有个小码头,生活生产物资都从这运来,每周都要来码头装卸物资三次,这码头是我们跟当地人交流最多的地方,喜欢拿着相机随便拍拍,或许能拍到些值得回忆的东西。。。。码头附近散养的羊群 在路过一个村庄的小路上,发现不同的蝴蝶聚在这里,立即停车拿起相机点射。 营地附近的草丛里,经常有这样的白鸟在觅食,有时也会大胆的走进营地的空地上溜达。 这种蛙很小,据说还有毒,经常窝在植被上一动不动。 这只山羊感觉很特别 站个队形拍照了。。。 这些山羊竟然没有一只是毛色相同的 停在蚁穴上的小鸟 小蜥蜴机警的观察四周 小毒蛙静静地卧在绿叶上 不仔细观察还真不容易发现 小毒蛙的神态很安详 如果它卧在枯枝黄叶上就不容易察觉到一般人都是不敢碰它的帐篷上停了一只大蛾子一只好大的蝴蝶 在营地停车场溜达([]
临出发前2天,零红蝶独自前往温宿破城子煤矿探了一趟路,回来后做出了反穿夏特古道的决定。当我们一行18人在乌鲁木齐南郊客运站乘坐开往阿克苏的大巴时,他还用炫耀的口气得意洋洋地说:我们要从南疆走到北疆!从荒漠走到美丽的草原!越走越美! 牛人就是牛人! 当我们经过一夜加半个上午的长途颠簸,终于站在托木尔峰缓冲带博孜墩边境管理区等候边检登记检查时,才突然想起从乌鲁木齐随车携带的气罐落在了客车上!此时我们与营运客车的距离已经近百公里。一阵忙乱联络安排,待再上路时,已经比预计的时间晚了约3个小时。至旧金矿破房子后,下车、分装气罐、整理背包,开始徒步上路。于漫天浮尘中约行进6、7公里,天色渐晚,择地扎营。 曾经看过王铁男先生的 《魂断夏特古道》,痛失好友的泣血经历使人对夏特充满恐惧,但是神秘的冰川又总是让人欲罢不能。 关于夏特古道: 夏特,清称沙图阿满台,位于昭苏西南部的汗腾格里山下,是伊犁至阿克苏的交通驿站。夏特古道北起伊犁昭苏夏塔牧场,南至阿克苏温宿破城子,沟通天山南北,全长120公里,是丝绸之路上最为险峻的一条沟通南北疆的著名古隘道。 夏特古道承载着太多太厚重的历史,有过太多太炫目的辉煌。2000年前秦汉的和亲公主从这里远托异国;1300年前唐玄奘从这里翻越3500米的哈达木孜达坂,到达天山南麓的龟兹佛国。上个世纪初期,芬兰的探险家马达汉,由阿克苏出发经夏特古道回国,1944年~1946年他担任了芬兰共和国总统。不知在成为总统后,马达汉是否曾经在梦里重走夏特··· 夏特,木扎尔特冰川携带着万古的悠远,散发着神秘的光芒。能在无边苍穹下的冰川上安身,绝对是上帝的独特恩宠。反穿夏特古道,我们将从破城子进山,夏塔牧场出山,从荒漠走向丰美的草原。 被遗弃是荒凉的。但是,荒凉,有时也是一种美;静默无言,或许是生命的另一种倾诉。每次长线重装的过程,恰如一次脱胎换骨。凤凰涅槃,浴火重生,须得一段痛苦煎熬!这,也是一种生命的倾诉! 次日晨9点准时拔营。行前晨会,领队告诉我们当日需要行进20公里,主要沿木扎尔特河主流,一路朔北而上。 因为头天的延误,今天一开始的步伐很赶。沙尘天气让行走很不舒服,每个人都不得不捂着。在隐约看到同行的另外的队伍背影后,零红蝶骄傲地吼着“我们要追上他们了,我们要超过他们.......” 我们的队伍比较整齐,强驴辈出,相形之下我只能算是弱者,果然不久就见了分晓。渐渐地,我的背负感到了沉重。在一次次爬坡之后,一种不好的感觉逐渐笼罩:先是眼睛发花看不清路,接着腿脚也开始有些不听使唤地乱拧起来,我落在了后面。调整、调整,我嘱咐着自己,但是却没有多大改观。我坚持着大口呼吸调整着,竭力不让自己拉得太远。就在这时,心脏的紧刺感袭来,疼痛、呕吐感、呼吸急促,以及眼前发黑同时出现了...... 我出状况了! 从未有过的恐惧和绝望...... 停下,咽下水和急备药丸,我继续调整着,瘫软却逐渐弥漫到了全身。我坚持着靠近了收队夏天,告诉他:我恐怕走不出去了。 夏天扶我斜靠在一处土坡上,喝水、喘息、调整,状况有所减轻。领队派来了不离不弃,背走了我的大包,前队也在高坡上倒伏的铁架处休息等着我。不能拖累队伍的决心让我在稍微缓解后要求继续前行,但是只走了百余米后,一阵恍惚,依稀望见夏天在我前面右侧,伸出手去抓住了他的胳膊,身体便滑落倒下去了...... 似乎就像睡了一觉,再醒来时看见我的周围:双鱼、三儿、好人、夏天等都在,当然,还有领队零红蝶! 零红蝶告诉了我他们的决定:让不离不弃陪着我下撤。 泪水、鼻涕,伴着发自心底的绝望不可收拾!难受的感觉,颤抖的身体,这样的干滩上如何下撤?对陪我下撤的人来说,风险岂不更大?自己做了长时间的准备,只为冰川之旅,下撤??? 泪奔中我拼命调整自己,告诉他们我能行,我能调整过来的!好像还流着泪请领队帮我实现自己的愿望,请求在前队休息的地方路餐休息后看状态再决定撤还是不撤...... 最后的结果是,在双鱼和三儿两人一左一右的架扶下,在夏天随后几步一歇的节奏控制下,我就像太后出巡一般地,一步步爬上了高坡,站在了山顶的铁架旁。休息、调整、慢行,我的状态逐渐在恢复...... 似这样熬到晚上8点左右,终于到了冰川下面的营地,骤雨来袭。不离不弃已经提前为我们扎好了帐篷,还送来了烧好的热牛奶。放倒在帐中,昏昏沉沉地睡去,我需要好好歇歇,备战明天更难更严峻的翻越达坂。 今天,没有后撤就是最大的成功! 3日早晨拔营后,一直处于万劫不复的冰川延伸带的爬升中。为了照顾我,之前领队安排好人背走了我的相机,飞翔、三儿、牧民大哥、双鱼等分走了我包中的食物。在夏天、好人、双鱼、不弃和三儿等协作的先后分别陪伴护佑下,我踏上了翻越冰川达坂之路。从上路开始便一直不停地走,告诫自己绝不能停,不能拖累大家...... 因为地质运动及气候等原因,夏特冰川在以令人惊异的速度退去。碎石、泥雪、石粉布满的前路,不久就令人崩溃!能够让人提起精神的,是连绵的冰川带给我们的惊喜。原来的古道多经地质变迁无法通行,能够找到古道遗存是非常不易的,多半都需要领队先行探路确认后才能通过。 继续...... 直到中午三点多,才在冰川上海拔2900多米处找到有水源的午间营地。坐下来休整,才觉得右腿膝盖下的疼痛,卷起裤腿,一处硬币大的伤口还在渗血,那是前面在行走时不慎踩翻了一处松动的石块造成的!得!祸不单行! 当天后半段的路途多是沿渐渐融化的冰川体斜切。穿行于冰川之中,万古岁月消融,冰川也在消融,时不时会传来冰川融化断裂的轰鸣巨响,令人胆寒。当晚,扎营在一处约5、6米高的冰壁前,营地海拔3200多米。 继续渡劫之旅...... 万古的冰川,也经不起岁月的流逝。在零零碎碎的时光中,无可奈何地沉寂、消融、坍塌、奔泻。一直以为自己很坚强,面对隆隆作化的冰川,却不得不正视残酷,与万古相比,我们的生命是那么的脆弱、那么的微不足道!莽莽天地间,我们究竟该如何安放自己的灵魂? 4日晨9:30时启程,再向上攀高300米海拔,到达木扎尔特冰川达坂顶部。木扎尔特达坂海拔3582米,也是南天山南北水系的分水岭,北为昭苏夏特河源头的冰川,南为阿克苏拜城木扎尔特河源头。木扎尔特达坂东西两侧均为海拔5000—5400米的山峰,常年银装素裹。站在这里,极目远眺,云天激荡,山势傲伟,冰川雄厚,那种壮阔之美,令你浑身的疲惫顷刻灰飞烟灭...... 夏特之精华,此刻尽在我们眼前!最难的路,我们已经走过来了! 下达坂的雪野中,积雪很厚很厚,很多地方都没过了大腿。领队在前面趟路,我们在后面随行,行路艰难。特别是几次涉过寒彻肌骨的冰水后,漫长的前路和刺骨的冰水几乎耗尽了我们的全部体能。“前方1.5公里是今天的营地”,领队说。但是这最后的1.5公里却走的太久、太难,也许是我们体能到了极限,也许是领队开路也累勺了以致预计有误,(我更愿意相信是后者,零红蝶真给累勺了!)过桥后,好不容易熬到了所谓的五星营地,所有人都不愿再动了。但是营地虽好,营地旁的一条小溪却干涸了!没有水源的营地怎么能是五星级营地?几个协作又不得不跑很远的地方取水...... 尽管不远处浑浊的冰川河水在咆哮着向下奔流...... 寒彻肌骨的冰水现在回想起来都如同噩梦...... 没有水源的营地怎么能称五星? 5日,我们穿行在雪莲峰护佑下的夏塔牧场。神秘而美丽的雪莲峰一直目送着我们,无数次回望,无数次感恩,无数次欢笑,似乎所有的艰辛与苦难都已经淡忘。但是,我知道,这一路,我真是来渡劫了!在过夏塔牧场中一条窄窄的小溪时,我又一次踩翻了石块...... 后记: 有一种缘分,叫上天注定;有一种相遇,叫神的安排。 去夏特之前,拜读过王铁男老师的《魂断夏特古道》,对夏特之险有所了解,对能让新疆户外前辈翻船的木扎尔特河心存敬畏。回来后才知道,我出状况不远处的河道,正是当年董务新前辈遇难的地方。那个有铁架的高坡上,正是董务新前辈的衣冠冢。当领队和协作们全部冲下坡去急救我时,队里的南山牧民大哥一直在围着那几个玛尼堆念念叨叨...... 这难道真是上天给我的安排...... 我:夏天,我可能走不出去了! 夏:不会的!记得博格达吗?跟着我,我会带你走出去的...... 这是我开始出状况时跟夏天的对话,我清醒的记着。当年的博格达,我正是踩着夏天的脚步,一步步登上了碎石达坂。但是眼下,我却走不动了! 我不知道后来当我抓着夏天的胳膊倒下去的时候,夏天的心情和举动。平素里夏天是个沉稳的人,好人说正是因为沉稳的夏天发出了“会急救的赶紧下来”的呼声,他们才觉得事情严重,四五个人迅速地赶到了我的身边...... 在路上我曾经想过,夏特之行也许是我最后一次行走了,也许这次就走不出去了。感谢上天垂爱,我不仅平安走出,还结识了一帮生死弟兄! 兄弟们,有你们,真棒! 艰难的路...... 万古冰川消融...... 美丽的雪莲峰目送着我们....... 丰腴的夏塔牧场包容着我们...... 平安夏特,我们感恩天与地!永志涅槃之旅......看到零队的夏特计划,咋又动心了呢?!([
旅行结束已经一个月了,我已深深爱上了在路上的感觉,在路上的每一天,接触的每一寸土地,每一个人都是那么值得纪念。 本人,自取名葡萄,80后女孩一枚,2013年3月22日深圳出发,骑行广东,海南,广西,越南,云南,西藏拉萨,共计骑行超过6000公里;徒步搭车尼泊尔,西藏阿里,新疆,甘肃,陕西,河南郑州,家乡为终点,共计搭车超过10000公里,旅行总旅程近20000公里,耗时四个多月,所有花费不过万元左右!旅行路线以图为例: 那段日子,在我的脑子里总有一个想法,就是趁着自己还年轻,自己还有能力去做一些现在还能做的事情,去和我魂牵梦绕的梦中圣地亲密接触,去实现自己未能实现的梦想,不给自己的人生留下遗憾。因为我明白真的是有许多事情如果现在不做,以后也许真的不会有机会可以这么潇洒说走就走,不被现实束缚,去追逐自己的梦!我热爱旅行,旅行之前的几天,我天天抱着兴奋与期待的心情去开始这趟远行,在乎的只是这种追寻的过程,在此次旅行之前,我2012年五月曾经骑单车走过川藏线,环过青海湖,也骑行过6000公里,曾经没有一点骑行经验的我居然可以做到首次出远门就可以走这么远,因而更见坚定了我的信心,我相信只要我想走,我就可以到达我想去的地方。我已经深深的享受在路上的过程,会更高兴认识每一个驴友,以及每一个驴友物背后的故事。我只是一个行者,也可以一直在路上,只是自己不会是一个人走在路上。我希望在未来,不管是一个人还是两个人,或者是一家人,都可以再路上。如果以后自己有孩子,我会带着孩子去旅行,让他们感受大自然的巨大魅力,让他更好的感受人间冷暖,更好的了解这个世界。2013年3月,刚刚过完年,我辞掉了原本不错的工作,刚好有之前的骑友周叔骑行经过深圳,于是我们一路结伴前行!周叔此次从浙江沿着海岸线一路到达深圳,于是我带周叔简简单单的逛了一下深圳,没有过多的准备,我们说走就走,也许自己喜欢的就是这样,我们两人从深圳湾口岸轮渡到珠海。正是开始了我们的边境线骑行。骑行是快乐的,自由的,无忧无虑的,我享受那种速度与激情,贪恋路上的风景。骑行也是辛苦的,这样的季节,这样炎热的天气,我们也付出了太多的汗水,每一天衣服都是湿了又干干了又湿,即便如此,我依旧享受这个过程。 我的座驾也就是美利达公爵550,去年曾带我走过川藏,青海湖,已经走过6000公里。这次出行我只是稍稍保养变上路了,结果没想到骑行第一天车架就断了,幸好周叔帮我用铁钉固定了一下,不过也就坚持用了一天,两侧车架全部断裂,幸好已到阳江,我换上了全新的车架,继续赶路。确没想三天爆胎三次,还好周叔是补胎高手,五分钟就帮我搞定。在广东边境的每一天几乎都下雨,我们怕热,索性就直接淋雨,哈哈!3月28日,我们到达海安镇,在这里轮渡到海口。一路吹着海风,享受着旅行的快乐。周叔55岁左右,是户外高手,酷爱骑行。去年曾经从上海318的零公里开始一路骑行至拉萨。到达海口之后,另外一个骑友小顾也到达了海口,我们一起参观了海口市博物馆,海南大学,然后我们三人结伴一起环海南岛。我们从东线出发到三亚。环岛第一天,天下起了大雨,下午的时候雨停了,我们三个出发了,环岛正式开始,我们在40多公里处的道班搭帐篷,有个养护公路的阿姨真的很热心,让我们在里面搭帐篷,还为我们提供了洗澡的地方,给我们好大的木瓜吃!幸福,这就是简单的幸福!在这里我们与大自然亲密接触,很多很多的青蛙在草坪上跳来跳去,真是听取蛙声一片。 旅行之乐,在于美景,在于遇人,在于发现,寻找那些我们未知的、好奇的,或者曾经拥有、却被时间淡忘的珍宝。而我们最先寻获的,往往是自己的贪心和不知足。在去博鳌博鳌那里逛了一下,风景美如画!路边种的都是大片大片的菠萝。到了这里才知道原来菠萝是这么长的,菠萝蜜又是这样长的。看来走万卷书不如走万里路,这话可是真的。呵呵。小顾还跑到地理摘了两个菠萝,我们带路上吃,超有意思啦! 这一路走来,路边种植的都是热带水果,来海南,就让我们变成吃货吧!海南就是水果的天堂,是吃货的天堂哦!路过一个椰子的集散站,3块钱一个椰子,这样的酷暑天气,这样的叶子对我们骑行者来说实在是好宝贝,好吃又解渴! 也许旅游对大部分人来说是到景点观光拍照,买纪念品。而对我们来说,骑行式和背包式的旅行却能获得更多,这样的旅行能带来更多的惊喜和冒险,同时也有机会接触当地的人,对当地的文化及风俗可以有更进一步的了解。旅行的日子越久,走的地方越多,纪念品就买的越少,甚至不喜欢去游客多的地方。慢慢才发现,原来最美的景点一直都是在路上!那碧波荡漾的海水,浩瀚无垠的天空,三亚也许是很多人的梦中圣地!因而吸引了一批又一批的游客来到这里,尤以俄罗斯人居多。但对我来说,也许是在深圳看海看多了,所以来这里并没有太大的感觉!我们从西线回到海口,一路沿海边顺风骑行,时速可以达到30km/h,一天我们骑行180公里,两天到达海口,却并没有拍过多的照片。来到海口,我把我的车子外胎和链条,飞轮全部换新,为下面的旅行作准备。环完海南岛之后,我在海口把自行车保养了一下,把有些不用的行李寄回了家,成功减负,为我接下来的行程做准备!由于在海口遇到台风,未能及时买到去广西北海的船票,所以在海口多待了一天,在邮政寄行李的时候遇到了骑友小杨(健身教练),小杨也是资深骑友,骑自行车好多年,对海口也非常熟悉,晚上他带我们沿着海口的海岸线骑行,感受海风带给我们的清爽。2013年4月7日,终于买上了去北海的船票,我们五个人同行踏上了前往北海的船,上了船才知道,船上有好多骑友与背包客,都是“同道中人”,大家聊的热火朝天。 4月8日早上,本想早起看日出呢,没想到天空却飘起了小雨,日出是看不到啦!我们结伴五个骑友一起出发,广西的旅行正是开始啦! 我们早上骑行来到传说中的北海银滩,还从来没有见过这么漂亮的沙滩,洁白、细腻的沙滩会泛出银光,这里海天相连,波涛滚滚,一望无际,令人如入仙境,心旷神怡,流连忘返。 在前往东兴的路上,我们遇到了加拿大骑友Darren, 同是骑友,大家都感觉无比亲切。经过沟通才晓得,Darren也是要去东兴的,他要经过东兴口岸到越南去,因而我们下午就结伴一起走啦!我们一起来到东兴,周叔骑行比较快,已经帮我们订好了房间。Darren的座驾,在深圳买的新的。 到东兴后,发现东兴有好多山地车专卖店,听说车子是从越南走私过来的,不晓得是真是假。不过看起来很不错,Darren要去车店买链条油,但是店家却不懂英文,我只好当翻译啦!到了店里跟老板聊了大半天,店老板特别佩服Darren的勇气和毅力。最后给了Darren一个很好的价格。老板还建议我们从越南北线走,那段路风景又漂亮,又可以体验异国风情。吃晚饭的时候,经过商量,我们几个骑友决定尽下地主之谊,请Darren吃晚餐。聊天才晓得,Darren今年50岁啦,一辈子也未婚未育。他是把房子车子都卖了,才出来自行车旅行。他说,自行车旅行能够更好的体验当地的风土人情,能够让你与大自然亲密接触,自行车旅行能够让他以最小的花销走最多的地方,带他到达他想去的每一个角落,还可以锻炼身体。他的目是自行车环游世界。在此之前,他已经从伦敦出发,骑行欧亚大陆来到中国,已经走过一万多公里啦!听他讲完,我们佩服的五体投地,不是每个驴友都能抛下一切去旅行的,这需要多么大的勇气和毅力呀! 能够认真地做自己喜欢的事情,当真是不可多得的幸福,一旦这样,我们便可以把一切令我们不安与恐惧的事情拒之门外,只要能够改变自己身边的一方小小天地,用执着的态度坚持不懈地耕耘它,便是肉眼凡胎如我的一切芸芸众生存在的理由、自信的来源,与坚定的依持。 4月10号一大早我们送DARREN从东兴口岸进了越南,但是我们都没有彼此的联系方式,就跟DARREN分开了!经过商量,我和周叔决定走越南北线,从东兴口岸入境,经过下龙湾,海防,河内,从中国河口出境。我们一拍即合,马上联系旅行社办了越南的证。证速度也快,只需要一天就可以办下来,费用400元。秦叔也让家人把护照顺丰了过来,但还是比我们晚了2天。我和周叔4月11号早上在东兴口岸兑换了越南盾,想着只在越南待10来天, 我自己兑换了900元的越南盾,就匆匆过海关啦!好黑的越南海关,每个关口都收钱,一共3个关口,一共收了150块人民币。结果到后来我们问了当地人才知道,这些钱根本不用给的。东兴与越南芒街只是相隔一条河,中国的手机在芒街也是可以使用。到越南第一件事就是换了手机卡,越南当地大部分人不会英文也不会中文,我们只好用手比划进行沟通。本想继续向前赶路,不料下起雨来,我跟周叔就找了一家家庭旅馆住下,环境还不错!住下之后,我们出去逛了下去寻找当地的美食,其实物价跟国内价格是差不多,一碗粉8-10元,水果也和国内价格差不多,并没有传说中的便宜。 我们早早的在芒街住下了,准备明天出发到下龙湾。晚上无聊,就把自己换的200多万越南盾拿来拍照发微博,之后就把money和手机都装在腰包里就睡觉啦!却不想,第二天早上起来,发现我的手机和200多万越南盾全部不见了。谁能料想这些东西会在这样的家庭旅馆自己丢失呢!这可是我10天的全部费用哦!难不成是昨天拿手机给老板看翻译,他瞄上了我的手机,还是房间内装有监控,我们不得而知。我急忙告诉周叔,他检查了一下他的东西都在,幸好我的sony微单在一个角落里充电,还在。没想到到越南第一天竟遇上这种事情,于是下楼找老板理论了半天,由于语言不通,老板用干巴巴的中文说我们没关窗户,是我们自己的责任。说是只愿意赔偿我200RMB, 要我们不要报警,说报警一分钱也没有。在这样的异国他乡,我们也不晓得该怎么办啦!出去逛了一圈,找到当地的派出所,虽然这里和中国只有一河之隔,却不想没一个人懂中文或英文。晕!只好作罢!谁叫咱在国外呢,想来如果这种事情在国内也很难说个清楚。幸好国内手机在这里还有信号,我就借来周叔的手机,装上自己的电话卡,给准备到越南来的秦叔打了电话,让他帮我多换一千左右的越南盾。要不还真不小的接下来怎么走。当天既然没走成,我和周叔只好去压马路啦!却不想在逛街再一次遇到加拿大骑友Darren,本以为他已经走了好几天了,没想到他也还在这里。好兴奋,我们来了一个大大的拥抱,这这种情况下,真是不是亲人胜似亲人。我们一起买水果吃,Darren买的好甜好甜的菠萝蜜,顿时洗去了我丢失手机的阴影。我们一起吃的晚餐,越南粉。挺特别的,可以加好多青菜,蛮好吃!在这里还认识了一个意大利驴友。大家都聊得很high。我们约好第二天一起等到秦叔再一起出发前往下龙湾。 旅行的美感,往往存在于和我们平常生活犹如遥隔天海般的巨大反差之中。那些快乐的,悲伤的,都成为我们永久的记忆。4月13日早上,我,周叔,Darren一起去口岸接了秦叔,大家一起上路了。秦叔已经60多岁啦!他是一位只是渊博的学者,喜欢专研政治。他也是资深自行车爱好者, 平时也加入自行车俱乐部,他的目是骑行穿越西藏。 我们沿着越南海岸线一路南下,风景秀丽无比,山水田园,想着当地人的生活无不惬意。我们骑行两天就到达了下龙湾,一个被称为“水上桂林”的地方。风景确实美如画,真正置身其中,你才真正能体会到什么叫做身在画中游。越南粉 我们沿着越南海岸线一路南下,风景秀丽无比,山水田园,想着当地人的生活无不惬意。我们骑行两天就到达了下龙湾,一个被称为“水上桂林”的地方。风景确实美如画,真正置身其中,你才真正能体会到什么叫做身在画中游。下龙湾海景 沿着下龙湾一路往东,沿途都是喀斯特地貌。很美。由于中午天气太热,我们就在路边休息,顺便把洗的未干的衣服拿出来晾一晾。听秦叔讲了好多共济会的事情。想不到他居然会研究如此多的东西,学问如此之大,不亚于名校大学教授级别。佩服啊!突然发现越南的女人都非常的能干,一个普通妇女都能干这么重的活,也许都是生活所迫吧! 晚上到达下龙湾,我和Darren约好去逛一下市区。海防的夜晚宁静,清凉。非常安静的美!我和Darren还在广场看到一尊雕像,Darren非说是菩萨,而对我们亚洲人来说,一看便知那时一名将军。海防的夜晚是那么的静谧! 夜色中的海防,有小情侣在拍照!还有越南非常好吃的甜品饮料,一份折合人民币三块钱,我和Darren一人吃了两份!好好吃!怀念中! 因为这尊雕塑,我们僵持半天,我们问了路边的一对小夫妻,他们告诉我们说那是他们那里很有名的一名将军,是她保卫着当地人民的幸福生活。不聊天不晓得,这对小夫妻女孩是中国广西人,之前在越南教中文,男孩是他的学生,男孩对女孩展开疯狂追求,于是就有了这么一段美好浪漫的跨国恋。 4月16日,我们从海防骑行到越南首都河内。路上来往的车辆挺多的,下午我们早早的就到达了河内。河内的发展感觉跟中国的二三线城市差不多,特别多的电动车和摩托车。在闹市区,也有特别多的欧洲的背包客汇聚于此,热闹非凡!这里是越南首都的志性地表,相当于中国的天安门级别的! 越南的很多古建筑,寺庙都跟来源于中国,因而在那里能够看到很多的汉字诗文。 在越南休整了一天,我们就依依不舍的跟Darren告别,因为他要往南骑行到南越,而我们却要往北回国。从河内往回走的路上,风光依旧秀丽无比,时而有起伏比较大的长坡,这些对我来说都没问,但秦叔却有些吃不消,一爬坡就大喘气。我只好在后面等他。没想到周叔骑行太快,竟然与我们走散了。在这样的异国他乡,周叔没有手机,没有地图,不懂越语,我们就此失去了联系。 就这样,后来的三天回国路,我担心了周叔整整三天三夜,晚上也睡不好觉,不晓得周叔自己能不能回去。我跟秦叔每天都在路边休息等周叔两个小时,却依旧没能等到他!在越南的最后一天, 秦叔非要请我吃饭,瞧瞧我们的最后一餐,还挺丰盛的,但是量太大了,我们只好打包走! 怀着忐忑不安的心情,我们终于来到了越南老街,而对岸就是云南河口啦!好兴奋,终于回国来,感觉无比亲切,还是中国好! 一到中国,我就迫不及待的给周叔打电话,但是还是一直打不通,想来他应该还在越南吧!到了河口,我们把剩余没用的越南盾换回人民币,便继续往前赶路啦!本以为往前20公里左右就有住的地方,但是我们一直沿着边境线骑行,河对岸就是越南,前不着村,后不着店,眼看天就黑了下来,我们只好打着手电继续赶路,越往前走我的心里越发忐忑不安,秦叔说这一带是走私贩毒特别严重的地带,这么晚骑行很不安全。我的心里害怕极了。幸好路上来往还有一些大货车,我的心里稍许平静了一些。走了好久,漆黑一片,在这伸手不见五指的黑夜,我和秦叔只好硬着头皮往前走,值得安慰的是秦叔带的“护身工具”挺齐全的,我一直嘲笑他带那么多的东西,现在想来说不定还真有用到的时候。秦叔带的锁链一直拴在腰间,手里还握着手电电警棍。他让我不要骑得离他太远。这个时刻,我也只有心理默念,祈祷我们的车子千万不要出问啊! 又过了好久,我们到了一个兵站,兵哥哥告诉我们前面5公里左右就有住的地方了,我们的心才算平静了下来。 到国内两天之后,周叔的电话终于打通了,原来他真的走错了路,翻了两座大山,每天都好几罐8264,一路往北,终于到达了中国的一个小边境口岸,我悬着的心终于松下来了!与小杨和小顾联系上之后,我们大家决定在元阳汇合。然后一起去西双版纳。4月21日,我们开始前往元阳方向的骑行,由于都是盘山公里,秦叔可能有些吃不消,他说我们跟小杨小顾汇合之后,就我们三个一起骑,他速度太慢了,要我们不要等他。他自己单骑能力很强的。我们顺理成章的跟他们在元阳汇合。卖香蕉的阿姨!小顾也要感受下背篓的分量!瞧瞧小杨,肌肉还是挺发达的呢!([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 从尼泊尔回来差不多已有一月,还是懒洋洋的浑身没劲,不会是还在醉氧吧? 去年的三月去尼泊尔晃了十几天,本来想去布恩山徒步,由于各种原因没能如愿,所以去尼泊尔徒步一直是我未了的心愿。。。去年的十月就开始发帖招同伴、准备攻略行程和用物清单,采购装备,一切进行的有条不紊。。。谁知道年初就摔了一跤致右髌骨骨折、半月板损伤、韧带撕裂。。。再后来9.28噩耗传来,飞卢克拉的小飞机坠落,机上18人全部遇难,其中就有我的QQ好友肥狼,本来他要跟我们一起走EBC的。。。更可气的是9.29又无缘无故的左小腿肌肉受伤。。。老天爷跟我开玩笑呢吧,辛辛苦苦准备了一年,切!啥都不能阻挡咱迈向EBC的脚步。。。这是去年3月在尼泊尔的时候。。 尼泊尔的坤布地区(Khumbu Area)珠峰大本营(Everest Base Camp)萨加玛塔国家公园(Sagarmatha National Park)萨加玛塔,尼语意思是“摩天岭”或“世界之巅”。该公园位于尼泊尔喜马拉雅山区,位于加德满都东北的索洛―坤布地区,坐落在珠穆朗玛峰南坡,是尼泊尔著名的旅游胜地,北部与西藏珠穆朗玛自然保护区接壤。公园总面积1244平方公里,包括珠穆朗玛峰在内,共有7座山峰,其余6座山峰海拔高度也在7000米以上,还有数量可观的冰川深谷,这里因其独特的地质地貌而成为世界上最令人感兴趣的地区之一。萨加玛塔国家公园气候宜人,夏无酷暑,冬无严寒,终年阳光灿烂,四季如春。四周群山气魄雄伟,冰峰林立。山上有终年不化的积雪,山下四季常青的花草,园内还有代表喇嘛教宁玛派的谢尔巴人文化的寺院庙宇,是联合国教科文组织公布的首批文化遗产和自然遗产之一。EBC特点1、风景独一无二。每天与雪山为伴,可以看见的雪山多达几十座。其中:8000米以上的有:珠峰、洛子峰、卓奥友、马卡鲁。2、尼泊尔成熟徒步线路,路指示清楚,每年上万人前往!3、沿途设施完善,基本上约2个小时路程就会有休息的地方。4、费用相对低廉。背夫一天约15美金,2个人请一个背夫就更便宜了!山上住宿一天200卢比左右,徒步期间一天的费用(包括背夫费用)在250元左右。5、线路难度不大,15天可走完全程,每天徒步约6小时。这条线的前两天的行程就一条路往前走,到了Namche Bazaar开始分出岔路,西边的那条线终点名字叫Gokyo,观景点是Gokyo Ri,主要是去看卓奥友峰、Gokyo湖,也能看珠峰,路程相对较短,比较好走;中间的那条就是到达EBC,观景点是Kala Patthar,主要是看珠峰、坤布冰川;东边的那条通往Chukung,观景点是Chukung Ri,看的是Lhotse(洛子峰)。 秋季(雨季后):10-11月,最适合徒步的季节。10月份,雨水把空气清洗得无比澄澈,能见度最好,气候温和。低海拔区在白天依然很暖和,超过3000米后夜晚会有霜冻。再往上,任何时候都可能下雪,需带上足够保暖的衣物和适温睡袋。ACAP进山证:所有超过4天的徒步游都必须办理ACAP的许可证,办理地点在加德满都展览路附近Tourism Service Centre的ACAP办公室,办理费用是2000Rs,需提供一张证件照片,填好申请表,即刻就能拿到许可证。如果没有来得及办理许可证,可以在珠峰公园大门处补办,20美金。 行前准备:1、护照、证自办,证可到北京的尼泊尔大使馆、上海尼泊尔领事馆、拉萨尼泊尔领事馆和香港尼泊尔领事馆。需填一张表,一个2寸照片和护照原件,15天停留证是150元,30天的是340元。可委托旅行社代,网上很多人在办这个业务。2、机票:如果不走陆路赴尼泊尔,机票可以占到全部花费的50%。目前国内航线:南航-广州至加德满都,机票较贵,到尼泊尔时间是深夜;东航-昆明至加德满都,机票较平,提前半年可以买到折扣很低的机票;国航-成都经停拉萨至加德满都,机票较贵,早上7点半的飞机,需提前一天到成都,国航提供一晚免费住宿;还有一班香港港龙公司的,但需要过境香港,适合珠三角地区的朋友。还有一个办法是通过神*网预定团购机票,一般是3-4折左右,还包括国内段联程。 旅行健康1、确保自己的心肺功能正常,非高血压患者。重视狂犬病的预防。雨季时注意蚂蝗叮咬,避免穿着凉鞋或短裤在雨中淌水。被叮上后用烟头烫或者使劲搓掉并及时处理伤口。避免自以为是,保持平常心,注意个人卫生保健。2、徒步容易口渴,在高海拔地区需要摄入大量液体来减轻高原反应的影响。喝水之前务必确认已经煮沸过,或者饮用瓶装的纯净水。只要是开水冲泡的,客栈或茶馆里卖的茶、咖啡、热巧等热饮都相当安全。每天应喝下4升水,尿液呈黄色表明需要增加水的摄入。3、把维持高准的个人卫生作为一种习惯。尽量把手弄干净,不仅仅是吃东西时。湿纸巾很有用。如果刚开始有轻微腹泻,也可能是水土不服,持续时间通常很短。徒步中比较头疼的问是身体疲劳。应多吃热的食物,建议别吃沙拉和生的蔬菜。4、感冒:徒步中经常大汗淋漓,太阳下山后或者背阴处又可能比较冷,一冷一热会有引起感冒的可能,尘土飞扬的道路和干冷的空气会加剧呼吸道症状。避免每天徒步太长时间,过于劳累会降低身体的抵抗力,早一点到达目的地休息,换下湿透的衣服也是对身体的一种保护。万一不幸感冒,尽量在低山区休息缓解,不要冒险上海拔。5、高原反应:提前了解高原反应的知识并循序适应海拔能减少其带来的影响。只要时间足够长,大多数人上到高海拔时都能够自行调整过来,每个人适应的程度会有不同。长时间在一地去适应的办法几乎不利于避免高反,要边往高走边适应,采取渐进爬升的方式很重要,为了让身体在低氧环境下更好地适应,要安排休息调整的时间。判断是否高反,注意下列症状:极度疲劳,头痛及食欲不振。有的游客会出现没怎么运动就喘得厉害,心慌,失眠。当这些症状变得严重时就不要再上升,直到症状消失为止。如果一两天后症状还没消失,反而变得更严重,就必须下撤。不要过分使用强力的止痛药或安眠药,它们可能会掩盖住病症。出现呕吐、严重头痛、站立不稳、失禁、口吐白沫,甚至在休息时仍感到疲劳加剧、呼吸急促,说明情况进一步恶化,有发展成严重后果的危险(肺水肿或脑水肿),如果不能及时救治,会失去意识并在12小时内死亡。办法只有一个,就是马上下撤(必要时就算半夜),直到症状减轻,并最终完全消失。下降300米通常就能有所缓解。必须强调的是,不能让病人独身一人下撤。6、不要随手乱扔难以降解的垃圾。不要污染水源。保护森林,尽量在使用液化气的客栈吃饭住宿。使用太阳能热水洗澡时不要浪费,点餐也不要铺张。为了减少对植被和土壤的破坏,尽量走明显的路迹。穿过农田时请小心,不要踩坏作物、灌溉水渠和田埂。 2012.10.11,南京飞昆明1335--1755,同行的有徐州的土哥,到达机场后提取行李,乘机场大巴到预定的酒店,晚上和同一天到达的悟然、贵妃、快乐会合,晚上吃了顿云南特色菜,悟然请客的哦,为了感谢我和贵妃给他省下的机票钱,晚饭后回酒店睡觉,第二天一大早继续乘大巴赶往机场,搭乘MU757航班--1040,飞往尼泊尔的首都---加德满都。飞机上看到的云海、陆地空少、空嫂同行的土哥 飞机上无聊,玩手机。。女儿的小恐龙,一直伴随我走完旅程。。大哥花生豆,FB物资哈。。 飞机上的帅锅哈。。 机场到了,这个帮忙的可是要收费的哦。。 到了泰美尔,加德满都游客聚集区,放好行李赶紧换钱、买手机卡。。 小跑,在EBC不下前三的小跑,名符其实。。内蒙的小尾,挺实诚的一个小伙哈。。一路漂流、一路捡妹子。。真正的领队--心跳,能力极强,各方面 绿茶童鞋,超级装备控。。。不是掰的。。在新加坡工作的重庆小伙--生番童鞋,很可惜,徒步第三天就因为感冒和高反给背夫背着下撤了。。 飞卢克拉的机票是在国内就提前定好的,往返248美金,后来涨价了281美金,据说还买不到,我们的票是745的,一大早5点多就赶往机场,22人包了两部车300RMB,到了机场分两批飞,来自米国的JEN负责跟机场方面打交道,有个热情的小伙帮忙办理,后来小费都没要,到现在我还纳闷为啥不要呢???机场的小飞机、行李车、接驳车。。。 我们第二批16个,包机,嘿嘿,享受过这待遇吗?上了飞机一点没害怕,第二次坐了,不过航线不同罢了。想到9.28的空难,心里难过了一阵,有太多想不到的事随时可能发生。。。起飞了,很平稳,机师娴熟的驾驶着小飞机在群峰上掠过,偶尔穿过云层会有小的颠簸,无大碍,心里坦荡的很,我福大命大造化大,是这么说的吗?小飞机上看群峰。。。卢克拉机场。。号称世界上最危险的跑道。。 准备出发了。。过年准备一起去菲律宾FB的四个家伙,嘿嘿。。这是我们的向导:班巴,一个很不错的小伙子。。 一下飞机行李还没取好就有一群背夫围上来争取我们这单大生意,就在我们和无头苍蝇一样不知道如何选择的时候,英语不错的又独具慧眼的心跳一下就相中了班巴,也就是我们后来的向导,事实证明心跳的选择非常正确,这小伙确实不错,为我们走完全程提供了保障,特别是我这个伪驴!在此对给我很大帮助的哑巴背夫再次表示感谢,如果你们去EBC而且英语又不太好的话就请他做你的背夫吧,不会错的,他是一个既负责又善良的好背夫,后面我会细说的。班巴的姨夫在机场门口开了一个旅馆兼饭店,大家跟着班巴进了旅馆,心跳负责跟他谈价格及行程,我们做好出发前的准备,在这里一瓶水100rs。 这是开始徒步见到的第一座白塔,后面有很多,各种各样的,很漂亮。。每个人都在看自己的风景,把它定格在脑海和心底。。每个人都在走自己的路,这一段将成为生命中的烙印。。 这是进山的大门,门上面是首位登上珠峰的夏尔巴妇女的雕像,先留影一张,回头出来时不知道会整成啥样,第一天行程不多,看别人的攻略也就两三小时的路,所以根本没放在心上,吊儿郎当的晃着,护膝也没绑,登山杖别在包上,鞋带都是松的,唯一做的就是穿了双过膝的弹力袜,以保证腿部血液循环,后来弄的别人以为我娇情,谁让我是伤兵呢。。照片咋倒了 路边是等着运送货物的牦牛队,沿路会遇到很多,三五头一队,遇到它们你可得赶紧让路,不然给你顶到山下那就嗝屁了。。。一路提心吊胆,因为嘛。。一身红装哈秋哥这是干啥呢?想帮妹子背一段不?背得动还是背不动?lol算了吧,别让后面的笑话了([]
回忆的开始 从狼C线和乌孙古道出来也有些日子了,每天都在翻看一路的相片,队友们的相片也在陆续传来。这次走狼C一路上上遇见了雨,雪,雾,大风更是常客,看着照片中我和朋友们那一张张皲裂的脸,都会不由自主地想起路上的一幕幕。天气多变,难度也相应增加了,本来计划狼C7天走出,最后走了8天加2小时。老天爷上调了难度,但却给了我们最好的回报:风景绝美。狼C线前后翻越5座雪达坂,每次精疲力尽登顶后极目远眺都能感觉到天不负我。无数的雪山在风起云涌中格外雄伟壮丽。 慢慢整理一下资料,陆续发布,给自己留点记忆,也给朋友们留点资料。8264上狼C的攻略很多了,我就不多献丑了。这次打算通过大量的照片来描述狼C的雄伟壮丽,狼C的美。不逊于任何一条线路的大美狼C. 从现在开始。。。。。。。。。。。。插入:感谢大家支持,俺就多花点时间,480楼开始改用长边2500像素的PP,看上去貌似要有气势很多,不说好不好看,至少大了很多。大片我把整个帖子的主要文字整理了一下,免得各位看的辛苦。 一,初入白杨沟 人马在乌市集合完毕,总计11好汉加一猛女,12员大将。队员是:管子乡村四月臭猫老李无极六戒老解大漠幻想真情一牛 透心凉(俺) 乌市,一大早我还没起床,牛哥就跑出去侦查了一路,回来后很肯定地告诉我:“去火车站旁边的八一车站坐车,我刚去了一趟,了解清楚了。” 佩服。。。。。。要知道来回要折腾一小时,老牛还真是勤快人啊。 12人整装集合出发八一车站,10:50坐车出发,12点20到达呼图壁车站,12点30到达狼塔户外。第一次看见大自在老哥,大自在很热情,好人啊。之前我们没有联系车,也没和大自在联系,临时找车很麻烦。老哥热心地到处打电话,帮我们联系了车辆,帮了大忙啊。另外说一句,从狼塔户外采买的高山气罐非常强大,一人带两个,出山之前我们还剩了一堆。 找好车辆,在旁边吃了一个超爽的手抓饭,1:50开拔进山。4点50到达出发点大油罐,上包,照集体照,出发。狼C之路开始了。 两小时之后到达一个台地,绝对五星级营地,真情一看,打死不走了,感觉要不让他扎营,估计今天晚上俺就别想好好吃饭了,没办法,就地扎营。吃饱喝足,生了堆篝火,兄弟们坐在一起天南地北开始吹牛,感觉像一家人。 二 穿行白杨沟 今天很不幸,湿身了,登山鞋全湿了,在海拔3000米以上的营地这可是大麻烦,明天要过白杨沟达坂,内心有点郁闷。。。。。。 今天的预计营地是白杨沟达坂下的小冰湖,走到跟前,发现雪线向下延伸了很多,小冰湖营地全是雪。只好在离小冰湖2公里左右的一处台地扎营了。 今天算是真正见识了大美天山的绚丽风光。笔直的云杉无论独立还是成林,在金色晨光的照耀下都是那样独特的美丽风景。宽阔的河谷,连绵的高山草甸,起伏的雪山,一切都是那样为之赞叹,为之倾倒。虽然出了点小插曲,但总的看来还是让人相当愉悦的旅程。 今天早上9点20出发,中午休息晒太阳一小时,晚上17点20扎营。营地很冷,吃饱喝足进帐休息,我在外帐用炉头烤鞋子,折腾了一个多小时,基本烤干 。 明天计划8点30出发,冲击白杨沟达坂,据今天碰见的牧民说:雪深20公分以上。。。。。。。。。。。。 三 翻越白杨沟达坂 早上出发,1小时多后到达小冰湖,开始冲锋达坂。 我发现:被忽悠了,雪深及膝,马道被盖住。只能利用GPS和地图来判断了,找好线路,啥也不说,埋头走吧。 边走边观赏风景,上了第一个台地,眼前忽然开阔,大美。于是休息,众人开始作秀照相。看到大家都活蹦乱跳,我突发奇想,对一众强人说:站成一排,摆POSS。于是同学们开始站成一排,又蹦又跳,我一边偷笑一边顺手卡卡。连续的POSS后,看见一个个面红耳赤即将高反的众人,我说道:“很好,很不错。”内心狂笑中,哈哈哈哈。 走走停停,连续上攻了5小时到顶。很累,很疲倦。 不过风景确实对得起付出的辛苦,天公作美,天气极好。登顶远眺河源峰的一刻,疲劳随风而去,俺又活力充沛了。 今天8点50营地出发,10点半左右开始冲击达坂,下午3点20登顶,3点50下撤。由于体能消耗的问,下撤很慢。估计天黑前无法到达河滩营地了。于是在马鞍营地前行40分钟左右的一个临时营地扎营。 洗刷刷,吃点面条,进帐睡觉恢复体力。 四 反复涉水 8点50从营地出发,全天涉水,本来计划过栈道到三角洲营地。由于今天水流很大,多次过河消耗体能很多。加之真情他们由于老虎口有小塌方走了回头路,耽误了一个多小时。下午6点多才到栈道口附近,考虑到安全问,决定今天放弃走栈道,找地扎营。今天比计划的行程慢了2小时。晚上生起一堆篝火,烤了半天总算驱走了身上的湿气和寒气。和一众兄弟一边吃肉一边喝着小酒,感觉很滋润。整了大概四两,感觉身上暖洋洋得很是舒服,哼着小曲进帐睡觉。所哼曲目:鸿雁。 五走过空中栈道 今天的计划是穿过空中栈道,翻越库达坂,一大早起来洗刷刷,吃饱喝足,继续走路。 走啊走啊,走上了空中栈道,风景不错,就是不大敢看,只敢看路,不小心滑了一跤,我趴那动都不敢动,心里只念叨:诸天神佛,饶我一次吧,下次走路俺不唱歌还不成吗。整了几分钟才重新站好,稳住重心。再过了几分钟,又开始哼着小曲走路,不过确实不好走,很多地方都是在斜坡上被人或者山羊踩出的一脚宽的痕迹(个人觉得很多地方不能定义为路),下面就是悬崖。相片照的很少,俺怕相机牺牲,更怕自己牺牲。 提心吊胆两小时,算是走完了空中栈道。前方就是原计划昨天的营地:三角洲营地。 三角洲附近的山坡上有很多五颜六色的红果果树(由于树上结红色果很多,我们就顺口这样称呼了),很漂亮,我们一路走去,边看边照,走了良久,突然有兄弟反应过来。不对,上库达坂沟口就在三角洲旁边,没这么远。于是方才从美景中清醒过来,回头。找到了沟口,志性小树。老天开眼,下起了大雨,啥也别说,扎营吧,雨中上达坂可不好玩。于是有了我狼C的第一个午觉,睡的相当愉快,心里不由念叨:想走就走,想停就停,这才叫旅行,这才叫徒步,这才叫享受,连老天爷都照顾我们。 今天很轻松,全天才走了三小时,睡完午觉起来喝喝下午茶,到处拍拍照,尽享旅行乐趣。 六翻越库达坂 一大早起来,抬头看天,蓝天白云,绝对好天气。今天的行程是翻越库达坂,沿呼图壁河谷上行至牧民营。 库达坂在去年的同期是无雪的,但今天上升时发现最后的地方雪深及膝,大部分到脚踝处。好在上午风不大,疯狂上冲。我由于没带墨镜,走雪地眼睛会很难受,所以基本是眯着眼睛载头猛走。4小时到顶,稍作休整,开始了漫长的下降。 下山的路有几段是由拳头大的碎石组成的滑石地段。采用重心靠后,脚跟先落地的原则,开始冲锋。半溜半跑地迅速下降,让人很有一种坐电梯的感觉,相当爽。唯一需要注意的是要掌握好平衡,不然就变成连滚带爬地下降了。 中途碰见了几个赶着羊群的哈萨克牧民,老解开始看着羊群发呆,估计是饿了。我仿佛看见老解的头上出现了一个巨大的框。里面飘过一只只烤全羊。。。。。。。 下午3点左右,下到了呼图壁河边,一路逆流而上,趟河无数。丰富的秋之色彩随处可见。金黄,酒红,浅红,淡黄,美丽到极致。 一路走来一路看,晚上7点多,走到了牧民营旁的计划营地,安营扎寨。 晚上,星空明亮,起来嘘嘘,发现风很大,巨冷,飞速完工后进帐,缩入睡袋。在牛哥悠扬的鼾声中,安然入睡。 七翻越蒙达坂,喀达坂 又是一个早晨,天气不太好,很重的云雾,看来不是个好天气。今天的行程是翻越蒙达坂和喀达坂,然后下到谷底,走到两河口的牧民营地。 事实证明天气确实很糟,翻越蒙达坂的时候下起了大雪,大风则是陪伴我们全天。蒙达坂积雪基本在膝盖到大腿的未知,步步维艰。雪很厚,看不见一点前人走过的痕迹,经过反复探路,我们最后从蒙达坂冰舌直切而上的时候,感觉那叫一个遥远,风雪中又看不清前方,唯一能做的就是傻走。 冲上蒙达坂,横切三小时,小幅度地下降上升之后就到达喀达坂。 喀达坂的积雪到小腿,还算好。走过喀达坂的时候,有段时间大风吹出了一块蓝天,当时的风景格外壮丽。众兄弟抢着POSS拍照。由于大漠要拍裸照,是最后一个。当这哥们三两下拔下自己的衣服后,估计是不被老天爷欣赏,一阵雾气吹来,结果照片拍下来一个强壮的裸男和一个玛尼堆。 今天出了一个笑话:横切去喀达坂的时候,幻想同志本来在我前面,我一路狂追,始终不见身影,快上喀达坂的时候突然看见在海拔下降80-100米处,看见一个小人在移动,很是惊诧,再一看,是幻想,倒,我们是横切,这哥们怎么跑下去了。后来聊天才知道:这哥们等高线设置80米一根,以为20米一根,跟着GPS轨迹傻走,看上去走的路线是重叠的,其实差之毫厘谬以千里。我在想:要是这哥们整了张5000比1的图看,会不会直切到西藏去了 lol 过了喀达坂,为了尽早赶到营地,大家都在快速前行。我一个人在后面边走边拍照,磨磨蹭蹭一直到9点多才最后抵达营地。不过一路拍了不少照片,也算值得了 。 八 行走在高原牧场 早晨起来,很冷,但天气很好,温度表显示的室外温度-8.1,估计夜晚的温度在-10往下,水袋和套锅里面全是冰。 狼C最艰难的行程已经结束了,剩下两天的路程很好走。今天的行程基本是在高原牧场欣赏风景。涉水一次,过一个小达坂,就到金矿,然后就是一路顺着峡谷欣赏草场了。 河水是从金矿方向留出来的,很浑浊,和泥汤一样。换鞋趟过去,剩下的就全是干路了。行走在高山牧场的台地上,偶尔会走过河滩。金黄的草场绵延无边,让人心旷神怡。天气很好,一整天都是大太阳,我跨着愉快的小步子,边走边欣赏风景,旅途中还小睡了半个小时,晚上6点到达哈尔哈特达坂脚下的牧民房。两间房,一间睡六个,大家都睡大通铺。 房子周围有很多牛粪,真情开始计划用牛粪生火,结果发现在没有炉子导走烟的情况下,那就是杀人。看着一双双熏得通红的眼睛,最后还是决定继续用先进武器气炉生火做饭。 晚餐:土豆烧大肉,莴笋干菜汤,那叫一个腐败。今夜有房睡,明天能出山了。想着都开心。吃饱后,钻出帐篷随手拍了两张雪山月色。 回到铺上,身心都很满足的安然睡去。 九走出狼C线,踏上新旅程 清早起床,太阳还没爬上山头,远处的雪山显得格外宁静。过了一会太阳出来了,照耀山巅,一道金色铺满了山脊。 吃完早饭,9点了,阳光明媚,大家在小木屋附近合影留念。今天冲过哈达坂顺着机耕路一路向下,预计下午4点前就可以到达交叉路口附近的桥,那就是我们这次徒步的终点,可以拦车了。想着今天可以重回人间,大家心情都很好,拍张集体照作为见证。合照完毕,继续踏上我们在狼C线最后的行程飞速冲上了哈达坂,也是狼C线路中的最后一个达坂。稍作休整,欣赏风景,可以看见山下的机耕路蜿蜒通向峡谷外,我们马上就要出去了,心情有一点激动,也有点失落。怀着激动的心情,150M左右的高差,10分钟就从碎石坡冲下去了。下到机耕路,众人到齐,再次合影,也是我们穿越狼C的最后一次合影,剩下的只是傻走了,穿越基本算是结束了。快到交叉口处,看见地质队的营地,看见了一台皮卡。回到人间。地质队养了两条狗,一黑一白,冲着我们乱叫。狗很不懂礼貌,地质队的诸位师傅却是好人。地质队的一位师傅看见我们这群野人,似乎很清楚我们需要什么,直接洗了一盆苹果端了出来,我刚拿出相机照了张相片,苹果就只剩下一个了。 休整片刻后,地质队的一位大哥用那台白色的小皮卡分三次把我们送到了218国道。一路飞驰,极目望去,连绵雪山,蓝天白云。8天半的行程结束了。一路上兄弟们同甘共苦,爬山涉水,见证了狼C的大美。我和臭猫接下来的行程是去伊宁休整,27号出发去乌孙。其他的兄弟的安排是包车回乌市。大家要分开了,带着不舍,带着对下一次相聚的期盼,我和臭猫走上218国道,踏上了下一段旅程。。。。。。。。。 简单列一下行程: 16号:乌市出发,12点30到达狼塔户外。1:50包车进山(感谢大自在老哥的热心帮助),5点到达出发点大油罐,两小时到达一个台地,五星级营地。考虑到第二天运动量不大,就地扎营。 17号:目小冰湖营地。到后发现由于降雪,雪线下移很多,只好在小冰湖前约2公里的一处台地扎营了。 18号:翻越白杨沟达坂,雪深及膝。体能消耗大,7点到达马鞍营地,前行40分钟左右,在谷底旁的一块空地扎营。 19号:全天涉水,(老虎嘴部分再次出现局部塌方不能通行),下午6点到达栈道口附近,由于担心失温影响体力,考虑到安全,决定扎营,比计划行程晚了两个小时。 20号:走完空中栈道,在库达坂沟口遇见大雨,今日行程早早结束,下午睡觉,那叫一个愉悦。21号:翻越库达坂,沿着河谷逆行到达牧民营地。库达坂雪深达到小腿中部。22号:风雪交加中翻越蒙达坂(雪深膝-大腿),俺的小脸算彻底毁了。翻第二座达坂时候天气不错(雪深小腿-膝盖),起了一阵大雾。今日走到计划的牧民营地。全天12小时,累惨了。晚上很冷,零下10度。装水的全结冰。23号:没选择走河谷,趟河一次后,翻越一个小达坂到达机耕路,顺路至金矿,沿峡谷向哈达坂前进,一路看景,晚6点至两座牧民房,扎营,一间六个,腐败吃饭,很爽地睡觉。24号:斗志昂扬地冲过哈达坂(雪深小腿-膝盖),高速下降200米,上机耕路,下午4点到达地质队营地,重回人间。队员由左至右: 管子 乡村四月臭猫老李无极 六戒 老解大漠幻想 真情一牛 透心凉 初见白杨沟,开始磨蹄,计划了一年的狼C总算踏出了第一步,怀着哈皮的心情和兄弟们踏上了狼C之路 牛哥的背影和他的人一样沉稳(备注:一牛为本队最年长队员,51)一个小下坡,狼C之路的上下坡正式开始路边上的一堆残骸 第一座木桥 浮土路,有点滑。大漠的第一次爬行,还是牛哥走的稳啊云杉,仿佛一把把出鞘之剑指向苍天第一天的五星级营地烤火吹牛,加强团队感情,顺便把新装备燎几个洞来证明资历收营,又要出发了哼着小曲,在阳光中前行缕缕阳光拂过,俺的小宇宙开始沸腾,浑身充满力量自拍一张二牛在自由地吃草,问是咋在路上吃,不进牧场去吃,疑惑高原牧场枯败的灌木在秋日的晨光中也能让人感到那一丝不屈和生机阳光带来了生机,带来了美远处的草料堆六戒和管子,这时候还能算是小白脸(
