从菲律宾回来已经四个月了,一直忙忙碌碌的,也懒得写游记,但是在菲律宾的一点一滴时常浮现在眼前,那里的海滩,那里的珊瑚,那里的鱼儿,那里的螃蟹船,那里热情的人们,还有那里美味的海鲜,浓浓的芒果冰沙,地道的SPA,一切的一切,勾引着我内心的欲望,何时才能再次回到梦中的地方。。。科隆岛的日落。。。我们的EBC链接https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1540409-1-1.html马来西亚沙巴 仙本娜https//bbs.8264.com/thread-2173681-1-1.html科隆岛镜湖,很多杂志上都有的风景。。。 一起在菲律宾FB的家伙,也曾一起走过EBC,那些日子将成为生命中最美好的记忆。。。艾妮岛上的海鲜大餐。。。在艾妮岛的海滩上,大家一起开心着。。。倒带,时间回到2012,在即将踏上EBC的前夕,心跳抢到了宿雾航空广州飞马尼拉的特价票,于是乎在还没有去尼泊尔徒步的时候,我们几个就定了2013春节后飞马尼拉的机票,决定在EBC自虐后来个菲律宾FB游,广州飞马尼拉、马尼拉飞艾妮岛公主港、马尼拉飞上海,三程机票含税一共才一千,很便宜吧!从EBC徒步回来后就盼着日子快点过,想象着迷人的海岛,美味的海鲜,早早的整理好背包,就盼着出发的那一天赶紧到来。。。没有买行李票,所以随身行李不能超过7公斤,再拎个防水袋,用得着。。。2013.02.13 一早就从常州赶往上海浦东机场,乘1235的飞机飞广州和心跳夫妇、小尾巴、金童集合。浦东机场里的巨幅奥德臣广告。。。值机柜台前。。。准备进安检。。。刚过年,天气还是很冷的,旅客们还是羽绒服、棉袄,为了尽量少带东西,我就穿了条单裤,反正广州也不会太冷的。。。进了安检,小跑已经到了,聊了一会就上飞机了,窗外阴霾的天气和我们愉快的心情形成了鲜明的对比,我的心早就飞到了海边。。。在飞机上听歌打发时间。。。提前半小时到达广州,飞行员真厉害。。。飞机一着落,赶紧打电话给心跳,他还在加油,说马上到,打电话给小尾巴,他已经到机场来接我们了。。。一出来就看到了小尾巴,三个月不见,这家伙胖了不少我和小跑。。。候机楼外阳光明媚。。。心跳来接我们了,这家伙挺精神的。还有一个金童没到,她是虹桥机场飞广州的,晚点了,继续等。。。候机楼外。。。等了差不多半个小时金童也到了,上车,今天先到深圳去和一起徒步的朋友聚会。。。一个多小时的路程,很快就到了,悟然和贵妃、巧儿在前面给我们引路,来到雅园饭店,香港的自由也到了,大家互相拥抱,诉说别后的思念。。。小尾巴从内蒙带来的王府白酒,悟然准备的洋酒和红酒。。。左起:小跑、金童、巧儿、悟然、贵妃、心跳、小尾巴、自由。。。席间,大家喝着、吃着、谈着、笑着,仿佛又回到了EBC开心的时刻。。。自由笑的多开心啊。。。酒足饭饱,大伙一起去嗨歌。。。(

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. I would rather make it lighter at any cost.Dry all my stuff in the morning sun, a routine matterA faint dusk in Pur CoThe river bank pushed up by ice and opened like zipper by gustsThe pushed up surface of the iceThe place where I got my drinking water, a thin layer of ice behind the ablation corns The moment just before sun set, glittering Pur Co, nothing was the same差点儿没找到俺自己的帖子,原来变色了。多谢各位鼓励。 Day 10 (April 29), 16km, Camping 5141mIn the morning, I walked around the north bank of the Pur Co, where it were continuous ups and downs sprinkled with light yellow sprouts across the sparse grassland. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 答:当然不是。经常走在路上一阵劲风扑面,能噎死比萨。3、问:欧洲人真的是白天洗澡吗? 答:是的,早上必须洗,不然会熏死人的。4、问:欧洲人的家都是非常大吗? 答:不全是。大城市的房价很贵,住小公寓、合租公寓的比比皆是。5、问:欧洲真的是红灯停绿灯行吗? 答:不是的。欧洲车少人少,有时候红灯的时候路上没有车,大家就不会站在那里等红灯。但是即使行人闯红灯,汽车也会在离行人至少5米时停下,让行人先过。6、问:欧洲的公共厕所是都有卫生纸吗? 前言 从西藏回来已经是第六天了,每晚我静静地守在电脑前,阿里的美景一遍遍从我脑海闪过,我确信自己无法敲出来一个字,我不是作家,不知道该如何来描述这西藏大北线。资料认真查过,相关美文仔细看过,都迥异于我对西藏的理解,该怎样去描述······? 一闭上眼,就仿佛置身于大北线上那种无法形容的辽阔,无法名状的孤寂,那种大美······他们溶进我的血液里,我象喝了酒一样-----醉了! 就像当年一夜之间爱上户外一样,没有什么理由,爱上西藏,是在走过大北线之后,同样也没什么理由,我想那应该是一种心灵的呼唤吧!我属于盲从一族,只有在“从”了之后,才慢慢品出一点点的味道,回味他的香醇。 大北线的路上,我经常受到龙老大的教导,不知天文,不熟地理,中国地图上除了知道山西的图形像个蚕蛹不会搞错外,其他省份一概迷茫的一塌糊涂。每每龙老大给我恶补地理知识的时候就像老道的厨子报菜名一样如数家珍:这是什么什么川,那是什么什么河,终了,我还是一头雾水,他就会恨铁不成钢地戳着我的笨脑壳叹息:你呀你~~!学那点东西,全还给老师了!我也恨不得把龙老大脑子里那些个上知天文下知地理的脑组织抠出来塞进自己的笨脑壳里。我想,我脑子里总不会都是浆糊吧! 几天前,我到过天堂,这一点,我是肯定的······ 7月23日,进藏前综合症 一晚上似睡非睡。530,地球人全在睡觉,我却摸到卫生间里刷完牙,又爬回床上,女儿睡的正酣,丝毫不觉。600,又爬起来,洗脸,再把出行用的东西照单查一遍,确定没有遗漏,回到床上躺着,刚闭上眼,又想起一件事,再溜下床,到阳台上把家里所有的花挨个浇了一遍,这才折回卧室躺倒,一抬眼,老公倚在房门口,满脸疑惑的看着我:你这一大早跟只耗子一样窜来窜去,还让不让别人睡了?不就是去个西藏麽,至于吗?!我懒得和他辩解,翻个身,睁着眼睛,思考着我的西藏之行,毫无睡意。 一上午的时间,我把背包里的东西翻腾了一十八遍,弄得满客厅都是,反反复复问歪躺在沙发上看电视的老公,这个东东用不用带,那个东东能不能派上用场?他有一声没一声,毫无诚意地随意哼着。问也是白问!我恨得牙根痒痒,哪天非休了你不可!1100老公出门买了几袋饺子,正要下锅,我问他啥牌子的,他说是“滚蛋”牌的,吃完滚蛋!我笑喷!滚蛋牌的?明明是“思念”牌的吗! 吃完饺子,时间还早,说好了中午120火车站集合,这时间咋就和停住了一样呢?我在一秒一秒的数着,不过,一想到马上就可以肆意享受十五天的自由生活,我就禁不住心花怒放!好不容易挨到110,开拔!我迫不及待的上包,老公说,快走吧!快走吧!你再不走,我就神经了!! 到了车站,卸下我和我的大背包,老公便迫不及待的毫无留恋的快乐的扬长而去!去享受他十几天没我存在的自由生活-----撂下一句:彻底给点自由,没什么事别打电话啊,贵巴巴的! -------我崩溃! 尽管我的背包减了又减,还是大的惊人,一看到堆在火车站前亲亲儿的兄弟姐妹们,我就知足了,他们都是重装备双包!还长枪短炮挂了满肩。专员来相送,提了个二十斤重的大西瓜,让我们路上解渴,真是万分感谢! 龙老大,上校,大夫,智老师(游侠百合),呆宝宝,郭队,采风,还有送行的阿呆,我,不丁姗姗来迟,屁股后面还跟着送行的胖子,一个都不能少!全到齐了。 呆呆送宝宝,胖子送不丁,送的人儿脸上也见不到一点点恋恋不舍,反而挂着急不可待的笑容,天哪!又是两个重获自由的家伙! 候车室,由于激动过度,在龙老大的英明决定下亲自指挥失误,一干人马还没出太原就侯错了车,差点上了相反方向的车次。下午220太原到北京的D2010次动车开始检票,最怕出门把我丢了,紧紧跟上前面两头驴,跟着跟着,不对呀!咋嘴里叽里咕噜冒出来的是英语呀!抬眼一看,跟错了,是两头美国背包驴!一回头,龙老大和亲亲儿的兄弟姐妹都泰然自若地坐在原地没动窝呢!我这是怎么了?出师不利呀!我觉得还是肾上腺素惹得祸。 在家,愁坏了老公 侯车室里,愁坏了龙老大 动车上,愁坏了不丁! “换坐位!换坐位!上校咱俩换换坐儿行不行?越野反了!还没到西藏就高反了”不丁恳切的求着前排的上校,上校笑笑没搭理她,龙队悠悠的看看腕上的海拔表“现在海拔是-80,是低反。 我兴奋的笑神经不可名状发挥着巨大作用,有一句没一句的说着毫不着调的话,折磨着自己,也折磨着身边每一个人哭笑不得。下午四点多,我终于安静下来迷迷糊糊的睡着了,一睁眼,北京到了。 二丫接站,把我们幸福了个稀里哗啦,嘻嘻!有人给拎包,有人给安排饭饭,此时大夫和智老师像两只蜗牛背着重重的壳赶来汇合,一个目的,为了蹭饭呗!嗯,不错丫!丫不错!-----我们很受用哦,一点也不内疚,我们已经习惯了劫富济贫,习惯了,二丫也习惯被黑色会的老老小小打劫,这是一件很幸福的事业呦。北京西旁不远处的李先生牛肉面吃了个舒坦,吃完幸福坐着聊,店家捧出好茶泡上,喝着!坐等晚上九点,拥别可爱的丫!------坐上火车去拉萨! 北京到拉萨,九张硬卧,三上,三中,三下。不在同一车厢,经过近一个小时的折腾换铺,最终才尘埃落定,六人换到了同一包厢,布丁,郭队,上校在隔过去的包箱。一行九人,我最瘦小,这可是吃了天大的亏!大夫一上车不由分说把我扔上了三楼,还有年龄最小不占优势的不丁,宝宝。我撅着嘴抗议,无效!没想到,在这个无比狭小的空间,我一下就被囚禁了三天226;•;̶6;•8226;• 兴奋了一整天,当晚,在对面三层铺上呆宝宝悉悉索索的鼓捣声中我睡着了,半夜又迷迷糊糊的醒来,发现车停了,已经习惯了列车晃荡荡的摇着睡,真是郁闷!低头问老大,说到了河北高邑了,不管它,接着睡。7月24日,无可奈何的铁路线 大早醒来,窗外一瞄,吓了一跳!硕大的站牌赫然写着----河北高邑,敢情这火车自打停了一步没挪!!问大夫,我们泥石流了!我们还没出河北。车厢里很闷,我的心也很闷•226;R26;•8226;•一整天的时间,走走停停,外面风景很烂,懒得去看。吃饭,睡觉,憋的厉害了就像猴子一样荡下一楼走走,车厢里挪到哪都是挨肩擦背的人。到了晚上,车又哼哼唧唧停在宝鸡,跑去问列车员,是山洪冲垮了铁路桥,正在抢修,这一停就是十几个小时。在滞留的共一十八个小时里,人类绝对不会像低智商的猴子那样上窜下跳,而是自得其乐,扎堆闲聊,打扑克,听教授级的人物讲人生,讲社会学,串门听邻家母女讲成长的故事,反正人们是一刻也没有浪费时间,我们的车厢里也聊的不亦乐乎,爆笑声不断!而且座位特别紧张,你不刻意占座位,就只有把在门口听的份了。7月25日福祸相依,大美就在眼前 龙老大总是戳我的脑门儿时有原因的,说我对山西那块蚕蛹比较熟悉,我还真有点惭愧,准确点说,我是一个方向感差到极点的人,曾经好几次在家门口方圆一公里之内迷路过N回,有一次还电话叫了救援,后被传为笑谈。其实,火车是穿过什么省什么市,什么地区,到达我知道的地名,我是真的一概不知。 上午850,火车到达天水,离兰州不远了,窗外的景色瑞丽悦目起来,渐渐呈现出藏区前的高原地貌,人们纷纷去取相机,大夫从行李架上取了相机下来,踩了下面布丁的脚趾,大夫没道歉,还文绉绉的告诉布丁,你的脚太大了,我帮你修理成三寸金莲。简直没天理了!布丁气的哇哇大叫,让智老师管管她丈夫。 火车两旁大片大片金黄的油菜花,大片大片浪漫紫的薰衣草,大片大片绿色的麦田,大片大片湛蓝的天空,星星点点的马群,偶而红顶白墙的矮屋,在眼前闪过,远处海天一色的青海湖上白白的云朵,形成美丽无比的调色板,激起车厢里这群光影美景的痴迷者一声声惊呼,还有那光线!阳光透过纯净的空气,穿过白云的缝隙流泻在这明快的土地上,影一片,晴一片,景色十分旖旎!随着火车的行进,聚集的内地村落渐渐地消失,到处是散居的红房顶和帐篷,金黄和绿色多起来,牦牛多起来,经幡多起来,第一次亲眼看到经幡,我们和西藏的距离在逐渐缩短,西藏的气息越来越浓,我眼里竟有一点点湿润!别人在忙着咔咔嚓嚓的记录美景,我却望着车窗外发呆。火车上拍的麦田 7月26日 淡定,淡定 早上六点,到达安多,望望窗外,叫起其他人,一下全惊呆了,云和山巅正在瞬息万变着,人们大呼小叫的抢着自己的单反,长焦,广角,一阵骚乱,我们这节车厢全沸腾了,惊得我不知道该干什么了,人们从我身旁挤来撞去,宝宝,智老师,采风,大夫,老大撞得我站不住脚,我只有迅速攀上三楼躲起来,真不知道该怎么形容这群疯子!两个钟头后我才溜下来,一低头看见智老师一只脚趿拉着一只宝宝的拖鞋,另一只光着脚。再看宝宝的脚上,更可笑!一只脚上穿着我的凉鞋,另一只穿的是自己的凉鞋,我左脚上穿的是智老师的另一只拖鞋,右脚根本就找不到鞋穿!哎!全疯了!此时,已到达西藏那曲地区,海拔达到了4500米以上,晚点使我们错过了可可西里,确意外捕捉到了那曲藏北草原大美的晨光和念钦唐古拉雪山,格拉丹东雪峰那雄美身姿!这群疯子一边没命的按着快门儿,老大兴奋的喋喋不休,采风和智老师嘴里还不停地念叨着:淡定!淡定!我真是佩服。我们的这个包厢简直乱得没办法下脚了,布丁和郭队不是过来瞅瞅,然后蹙着眉头抛下一句:这包厢里的女人都是邋遢婆姨!天哪,碍我什么事?!车厢里其余旅客此时正在和高原反应坐着殊死的斗争,我们的人,哈哈!没事•̶6;••R26;R26;如梦如幻 初见拉萨 7月26日 初见拉萨,神秘的情人 经轮每转一圈,就离天堂更近一些,车轮每转一圈,就离拉萨更近一些。在这趟西藏旅游专列运行多年首次晚点达十八个小时之后,我们终于在26日中午1245分踏上了拉萨的土地,揭开了他她神秘的面纱。 走出拉萨车站,天气很好,真正呼吸到了西藏第一口清新稀薄的空气,有点甜甜的,怪怪的,该是酥油的味道,这里离太阳很近,应该还有太阳的味道! 像我们这样的背包客在拉萨人看来不足为奇,拉萨现在是个以旅游为主的城市,各地的游客都在这个季节涌向这里,包括户外爱好者和摄影爱好者,就像后来阿里大北线上的司机小李说的那样,西藏是多数人的梦想,少数人的天堂。站在这块土地上不是每个人都可以看到人间天堂,除了机遇,运气之外,你还需要用你纯净的心灵去打开天堂之门,他才会给你丰厚的回馈! 来藏之前,西藏这个地方对我而言只是个神秘的名词,我向往,但似乎遥不可及,此时此刻,我却幸福的站在了这里,有点云里雾里,感谢大夫和此次相伴出行的兄弟姐妹,大家的坚持才有了我坚定地假期,没有大家的推波助澜,我此刻应该还囚在我的办公室里凭空向往。 在火车站留了影,九个人分到三辆出租直奔市区,此次的义务领队大夫在半个月前已经联系好住处----暮野青年旅社,这是拉萨唯一坐落在拉萨八廓古城核心保护区内的青年旅舍,也就是8264驴友大本营,价格便宜,这是个藏式四合院,房顶挂满了风马旗,这里没有星级服务,但他可以为你提供自已动手,丰衣足食的设施,如自己洗洗衣服,做做饭,自己亲手在人家白白的墙上涂涂鸦,让每一位来到拉萨的驴友有一个可以释放自己的第三空间。几百面来自全国各地户外俱乐部赠送的旗,上面满了一个个主人好朋友们的名字,每一位来到这里的驴友都可以找到自己熟悉的志、熟悉的名字,倍感亲切,暖到心里的阳光、五颜六色的风马旗、满院飘香的菜香和酒香……暮野驴舍是主人喜力独具匠心的杰作, 一个用理想堆积的精神家园;一个绝对理想主义者的家、驴友的家…… 进门一楼拐角处,我看到了山西霞客行户外俱乐部的会旗,出身霞客行户外的我们,倍感亲切。 十一张床的“珠峰大本营”温馨干净的大屋,承揽了我们一路的疲惫, 褪去一身的尘埃,在舒适中小憩一会儿。中午就在暮野顶层的天台餐厅解决了午饭,敞开式的布局,简单、粗放、民族化的装饰,让人心情放松。布丁点的随意,饭菜非常可口,秀色可餐的是居然抬眼看到不远处巍峨伫立的布达拉,这是一种幸福,还是一种感动? 下午休整,不做具体安排,原则:尽量少活动,多睡,预防高反。一连坐了三天的火车,都疲惫了,大家不约而同的选择了睡午觉。出门三天了,我都没上过厕所,不知道是不是属于高反范畴,趁大家睡的香,我溜出驴友之家,到街上逛逛,顺便买药。高反,没有想象中那么严重吗,我轻轻松松逛了江苏路,找到一家药店买了药,返回暮野,整个家园都静悄悄的,我到一楼服务吧拿了一只字笔,在二楼楼梯拐弯处,信手涂鸦了一番,回屋睡觉! 晚上,仍足不出户解决了晚饭,喝着啤酒,遥看着神秘的布达拉,那种惬意!原本打算和传说中的布达拉又一次非常正式的会见,却没想到在这里和他不期而遇。暮野餐厅遥望布达拉晒晒装备 7月27日 走近布达拉 暮野提供免费早餐,馒头、咸菜、稀饭。义务财务总监(还未正式任命)布丁今天犒赏三军,特嘱咐大厨给每人加一份煎蛋,她自己却吃了人家三个馒头、四碗稀饭、五碟咸菜、外加一听拉丁鱼罐头、一个煎蛋!愁得人家暮野餐厅的小伙只掉眼泪,咋跟人家店主喜力交待呀! 9:30兵分两路,曾经来过拉萨到过布宫的龙队、上校、郭队去参观西藏博物馆,大夫,智老师、布丁、采风、宝宝、还有我六个人去参观布宫。 布达拉一直存在着,从小到大一直听说着,却没怎么做过功课。没有理性的认识,只有感性的理解,我是个靠感觉大于靠理性分析事物的人,绝大多数的时候,我的感性判断非常靠谱。身边的人经常说我是先知,也就是先感再知,等我触摸到他,领悟到他的神韵,我想我会更深的理解布达拉。在这里,我不想对这座宏大建筑的历史沿革、建筑特色、宗教渊源,文化遗产做过多的描述,那大多是网上功课的摘录袭抄,而是以我的感觉为主线,做一次情感随想。 遥看过布达拉,如今站在他的面前,仰望这座存在了一千三百年多年的“白色宫殿”,我还是感到无比震撼和由衷的惊叹!人在他面前显得如此渺小,他不仅神秘,他还有种巍然气势使你对他顶礼膜拜,宗教的信仰在这里非常浓郁,这座依山而建的建筑是公元7世纪松赞干布为迎娶文成公主而兴建的规模宏大的宫堡,他到底具有怎样的魔力,诱使人们如此着迷? 入口处十分严格的安全检查之后。我们拾级而上,还没等我抬眼望个全貌,只听见“噗通---哐!”的一声,布丁首先一个扎扎实实的响头磕了下去,不是吧!这可不是五台山,这可是藏传佛教,再说了,这头不是这个磕法!布丁揉着自己的膝盖满脸委屈:奶奶的!摔死我了,看来前世是造孽了,一进门就让我磕这麽大一个头,我的相机!!!旁的游客认真的说:磕的好!磕的好!磕了就解了。没想到武功高强的不丁也有失蹄儿的时候,哈哈! 我们是经过特批的一群人,省了提前一天的预约,进门特殊的顺利,不跟团,当然也没有导游,送我们的人告诉我们只能混导游了.这儿的导游不像内地,白听讲解会不高兴,会想方设法的甩你,还是这儿的导游明理,一个人也是讲,十个人也是讲,不多我们几只耳朵!再说了,在布宫这麽人多地窄的地方,你防的过来麽?!挑长的一明快、顺眼的导游小伙儿,混!还不错,普通话过关,没口音,而且有问必答,只是有点给不上步伐,这里对他们带团导游有考核(天哪,这地方也有考核这个字眼,这让我想起单位的指考核,郁闷!)----一个小时之内,必须将团带出布宫,否则取消下次带团进宫的资格。我们这群没组织的闲散人等,只能多混几任导游了。进入白宫,视线一下变得昏暗,酥油的味道浓烈到窒息,仿佛进了不见天日的迷宫,宫外阳光明媚,光和热气被西域特有的牦牛毛制成的挂帘隔开,人很多,中国游客,外国游客,藏人。我被这第三种人深深感动着,他们着传统藏装,神情专注,头脑里装着不可亵渎的神灵,虔诚而忘我。他们携儿带女,大多千里迢迢远道徒步而来,手里捧着纯纯的酥油,向他们心中至高无上的神灵奉上自己执着的信仰,这种虔诚的气氛相互感染着,没有民族之分,没有国界之分!布宫又通过建筑艺术体积的无限夸张和极度渲染,布局的强烈对比和互相陪衬,尽情表现了佛法神威,告诫人们,惟有超脱尘世,皈依佛门,才是通向天国的境地。不同角度看布宫 进入殿堂,南壁玻璃罩内的那枚代表权势的神秘手印让我印象颇深,据史料记载:1682年五世达赖喇嘛圆寂后,摄政第巴•桑结嘉措为了让工程顺利进行,将五世达赖喇嘛圆寂的消息秘不发丧长达13年之久。因此,公元1693年布宫重建工程结束后,落成纪念碑只得以无字碑的形式出现。而今天人们到布宫朝拜、参观,大多会从这块地处红山脚下的无字碑开始他们游历的步伐。还有至今未设灵塔的六世达赖喇嘛:红宫主体为达赖喇嘛的灵塔殿和佛殿。一世至四世达赖喇嘛的灵塔分别安放在日喀则和拉萨,五世至十三世达赖喇嘛等八位的灵塔则全部安放在布达拉宫的红宫里。布达拉宫里唯一保留有六世达赖喇嘛遗迹的地方,是他曾经的寝宫——德丹吉殿。缘何如此,据称是这位被誉为“情歌圣手”的活佛其时争议颇多。 六世达赖喇嘛14岁时入主布达拉宫,传闻他始终未能忘情于世俗生活,并以亲身感受创作了大量诗歌。相传八阔街的玛吉阿米,就是他当年与情人幽会的地方。康熙三十二年,仓央嘉措殃及于西藏的政教斗争,被清廷废除,解送北上,传说道经今青海湖时,夜中遁去,不知所终。 当然,我不用费心布宫的历史由来,但这座用金子和珍宝筑成的宫殿确实让我惊诧不已。布宫,宫宇叠砌,迂回曲折,与山体有机地融合,昭示周而复始的规律,这是布达拉宫给人最为直接的感受。 从布宫出来,沐浴着炽烈的阳光,身上有着从未有过的轻松,仿佛将所有的罪孽在神灵面前涤荡一清,混混沌沌的进去,清清爽爽的出来,烦恼统统的不见,心轻松到可以放飞!绕着宫墙汇入街上的人流,藏人,汉人,宗教派人士,无神论者,,车水马龙在这片圣土上依旧川流不息着,我不禁心生慨叹:人如蝼蚁,却是万物之灵,改造着这个世界,也筑造着心灵的家园。到底是人创造了神,还是神创造了人?答案无从知晓。僧侣 偶是越野偶们的首领----龙老大我们的上校,是真的上校哦!这是武功高强的布丁 驱车到西郊和第二小分队汇合,在罗布林卡附近的一家川菜馆解决了午饭,下午接着逛历代达赖喇嘛的夏宫---罗布林卡公园,不过60元的门票价格不菲,这是一座宫廷式园林,绿树成荫,是历来传统藏戏及民间歌舞表演的重要场所。进园不久,就发现这是个很好的去处,环境幽静,绿树成荫,氧气充足,青青的草地诱惑着酒足饭饱的我们小憩一番,没等龙老大的号令,就卧倒了一片。这个美丽的季节,美丽的地方,不仅仅吸引着外地人,本地藏人也会携朋招友来此踏青,草地上摆上香醇的青稞酒及各种美食,就着糌粑,喝着上好的酥油茶。相互高声说一句:“扎西德勒”!如有客人到访,家庭的主妇就会端出清香可口的酥油茶,恭恭敬敬地捧到客人面前。客人不能轻意拒绝,至少要喝上三碗,喝得越多,就会被认为懂得礼貌。龙队和上校就是这个时候过去讨了人家三杯青稞酒,喝完美滋滋的砸吧着嘴坐在草地上回味! 做驴的时候,什么苦都能吃,等做回猪了,想着法儿的享受!偌大个园林,没走了多少路,没进了几座园中寺院,就想着地儿歇了,索性尽情享受一番,园中觅一清净茶社,来几壶价格便宜又味道纯正的藏式酥油茶和甜茶,坐在树下的阴凉地儿美美地品着,布丁幸福的感慨:不要太幸福呦!老大幸福地总结:喝了酥油茶,从此山不再高,路不再遥远!-----真是幸福的一天。 由于高反,食欲下降,我决定晚饭免了,早点休息,却被布丁不由分说赶上了天台,并亲自给调了一碗香喷喷的汤面,意外地勾起了我的食欲,干掉了满满一大碗! 这里的时间和内地相差近两个小时,布达拉的夜景十分壮观,晚9:30----10:30布宫整个灯火通明,在夜空的映衬下批上了一层神密的外衣,魅力十足。这群疯狂的人们,体力超乎想象,九点多,在内地已经快洗洗睡了,龙老大居然带着一支队伍,全副武装,长枪短炮,如同一群夜行军,要夜探布达拉。房间里留下了头痛的上校,胸闷的大夫,感冒的采风,浑身没劲的越野。十一点多,迷迷乎乎听见部队回来了,一个个脸上没有眉飞色舞,全都面无表情,象霜打了的茄子,我起身问:被抓了?布丁:非!老大今儿是打上鸡血了,把我们楞生生从布达拉给遛回来了,腿筋都抽了三回!我窃喜,倒头接着睡…… 大夫花絮(1)到拉萨的第一天,因大家混住一间房,大夫有点心猿意马,不肯入睡,第二天就高反 了,第二天晚上,借此契机,要求换床到美眉布丁旁边那张床上睡。 布丁:你吃了豹子胆了!? 大夫:我没吃豹子胆,但我吃了安定了! 布丁:那我就放心了!看你也是有贼心没贼胆! 大夫碍于智老师在场不好吭气,自言自语:贼要睡了!老大有没有鸡血,给我打点。 老大朝我嚷嚷:护士!咱还有鸡血吗?给大夫打点! 我嚷:别开玩笑了,睡吧!!! 大家从被窝里笑醒,上校一跃而起:我们没开玩笑!我们说正经的呢!还有没有鸡血,给我也来点!!! 全体笑喷…….全体卧倒!喝着酥油茶,幸福的像花儿一样! 7月28日 继续在暮野休整,规定早5点起床,睁眼就8点了,今天游览大昭寺,说实话,大昭寺的香火很盛,人多到拥挤,还要排队,如果在平时,我不会去凑这个热闹,但这是西藏的大昭寺,不去不合适,只有硬着头皮一头扎进如海的善男信女当中,扎进那片烟雾缭绕的酥油味里,拜了神灵,观了佛面,敬献了格桑花,速速出寺,再逗留半个时辰,准晕在里面。 大昭寺在藏人眼里,是神圣的庙宇,他们会倾其所有,尽一生的积蓄用来拜谒,不管千里迢迢,还是山穷水恶,钱用尽了,一路乞讨而来,路人大多乐善好施,助其成业,也求己福。所以信徒众多,衣衫褴褛,手摇转经筒,磕着长头,梭巴仁波切开释:“转动经纶,使一切有情(不只是人,也包括昆虫等)均不会堕落三恶趣,他们会获得天人身,或往生净土。 这就是他们信仰的世界,我对藏传佛教没有研究,不懂但很尊重,有信仰应该是件好事。布施远道而来同样也是远道而来 宗教的力量 宗教的力量宗教的力量这里超人如云,沉贴的最高纪录,刚发了贴几秒钟不到,沉到下一版了,郁闷!{5_151} 下午,自由活动,龙队去丹杰林路上的户外店购置了气罐,为明天的阿里之行----大北线做准备。我陪采风逛街购物,来西藏之前她理了个红军发型,戴上她那顶帽子,有人说她像地质工珠峰是必然的,我觉得我这辈子登珠峰是不可能了,能够亲眼看到珠峰我也觉的是一件可望不可及的事情,后天居然要去珠峰,住在大本营,我是真真儿的有点懵。虔诚的藏人在转寺大昭寺前合个影路过的哥哥姐姐们,请顶顶贴,否则好文美图大家都看不到喽! 7月29日 魂牵梦绕的阿里----我们来了 约好八点启程,利利索索打好包,等到太阳晒到屁股了,司机小李才开着他那辆18号丰田4500出现在我们面前,一个高大、憨厚、热情的甘肃小伙儿,还有另一位司机小朱和他的16号丰田4500姗姗来迟,接上我们出发。 一辆车四个坐儿,两辆车八个人,偏偏就多我一个,小李说,坐后面吧,查的紧。这样我被塞进了后面行李堆儿,似乎这种情况就是为我专门准备的。最可气的是坐在前面的大夫和布丁总是象看猴子一样回过头来看我,后备厢是和前面相通的,靠窗多了一个竖的座位,在上校的帮助下摞在后面的徒步大背包规整的还可以,出了市区几下颠波我就被埋在了行李堆里,咂得我眼冒金星!更可气的是后门不能开,要想放风还得光着脚提着鞋从后座上爬出来,非常辛苦!就像上车没买票的待遇! 快到羊湖(羊卓雍错)的时候,苦难终于结束了,我被获释坐到了副驾旁边的加坐上,视野无比开阔。 沿着拉贡公路往机场方向走,过一条隧道,道路出现分岔,一条是通往机场的,另一条是通往日喀则的,去江孜要走去机场的路,我们4500盘绕在山间,弯路比较多,但路况还好。过了甘多拉山口就可以看到美丽的羊卓雍错了,只见蓝天下群山环抱着碧蓝的湖水,远处天边矗立着雪山,静如处子的羊湖让我们惊叹不已,后来得知羊卓雍错和玛旁雍错、纳木错同为西藏三大圣湖。我们的司机也特别配合,他会寻找合适的拍摄角度为我们停车,狂热的拍摄人尽情挥洒热情。公路沿着湖畔到卡浪子,这时候,天暗下来,我们的车一会儿冲进雨里,一会儿冲进阳光里,很有意思,司机说,这就是所谓的“十里不同天”都是头顶上的那片云彩在翻云覆雨。冲出那片有意思的云彩约两个多小时后,壮观的卡诺拉冰川就呈现在眼前了。我的一生中虽没经历过大富大贵,却经历了如此大美,我认为这也是老天赐予的一份意外收获。 相传,羊湖是天上的仙女下凡变成的。由于湖水的深浅不同和光照的变化,湖水从里到外颜色逐层变幻,据说,如果俯首凝视羊湖,就能在水中看到自己的前生和来世,传说归传说,我相信每个人都不会愿意真的去探索自己的前世来生,活着的美好在于明天的不可预测,未知才使生活变的有意义,今天活着就能看到明天要做什麽,生命会在哪个季节消逝,那将是一件多么可怕、生不如死的事情啊。 看着美丽的羊湖,上校立刻表示有裸游的迫切需要,特别想让羊湖这个美丽的仙女拥抱一下他嫩滑的身体,他渴望一头扎进湖里,出来就返老还童变成一妙龄少女或英俊少男,上校说话的态度一本正经,口气十分的恳切,应该能够感动上苍。 此时此刻卡诺拉冰川就矗立在我们眼前,长长的冰舌由山间而下,冰川下五彩的经幡随风飒飒作响,闭上眼,感受着拂面而过的高原之风,我感到自己的心境无限的扩展开来,空旷而辽远……. 下午七点,路过宗山古堡,是电影《红河谷》的外景拍摄地,当时没反应过来,所以印象不是十分深刻,拍了几张照片匆匆而去。过了江孜县,已是西藏的黄昏时刻,一片大光从山边投射下来,光线不强不弱,落在公路两边的青稞田里,山暗田明,远暗近明,正是我们想要的大光!我们跳下车以迅雷不及掩耳盗铃之势钻进田边抢拍,十分钟的时间,大光移走,相信大家都有了几张大作,就连用松下LX2拍的这几张大片都非常满意! 日喀则距离拉萨250公里,海拔3800米,比拉萨略高,是臧南的重镇,日喀则臧语称“喜葛次”意为“如意庄园”是西藏第二大城市和宗教中心,称后臧地区。这一带气候温和,日照充足,是西藏的粮仓。今晚就住在日喀则,司机帮我们联系了一家经济、干净的小店----金兰卓玛住吧,名字很有意思,里面的设施也别有风味,一进门就能看到舒服的秋千藤椅和摇椅,让你一解疲劳,我们就住在后院的二楼,放了行李,集合吃饭。西藏有名的怪现象:四川的饭馆,河南的出租。真是不假,就是没有山西的东东! 饭吃的舒服又热闹,布丁这个大总管还算不错!跑里跑外,像李连英一样辛苦,凑合用吧!饭桌上就“人工呼吸”方面诸多问展开激烈讨论,我有点饿,没听清楚由来,不细述了,好象是以布丁为人工呼吸的模特,鼓励大家勤于练习户外急救知识,要知详情请致电布丁同志为你细细道来! 卡诺拉冰川 光影大片 翻云覆雨 风起云涌([]
一个的人旅行时间于2013年10月28日开始。时间共半月之久!哈巴是此行的第二站!我会慢慢的把其他徒步之行发上来!(雨崩-哈巴雪山-虎跳峡-尼汝)。此行起初是因为工作的不顺心。攻略做的是一个星期。但是因一个朋友的劝说,既然出去就好好的走走。后改为15天之行!很多人担心我一个路痴的一个人之行。不报团,不和他人结伴!我只想锻炼自己。只想让自己成熟点!一路上很多人会打来电话慰问情况,感谢朋友门的关心!这次在路上把自己丢过几次。但是更高兴的是没有其他任何不好的事情发生!四座山是连续攀登。预算好时间,并要把每座山的距离坐车时间掌握好,爬完一座就要赶往下一座山!甚至一天就只进食一次!每天徒步时间约8-10小时!庆幸自己一路身体状况都还好,主要是没有浮肿和头疼疲惫的现象!半月之行让我学到很多!出发的前两天无意看到了哈巴雪山的游记,把所有的攻略都打乱了,更打乱了我的心。哈巴雪山 海拔5396米 。属于5000米以上入门级的雪山。对于我,没有太多登山经验的驴,是一种自我考验,但是往往诱惑大于一切。在蚂蜂窝搜了很多却找不到任何攻略,不断的寻觅找到了一个名叫好四哈巴村人。这是唯一一次没有任何忧郁的去给一个人打电话。自己忘记了到底问了什么,只是加强肯定了去的心,同时知道了尼汝这个神秘的地方(后面的游记会续尼汝之徒步)。武洋(公瑾网名)是在哈巴雪山群认识的。他告诉了我去的线路,并帮我联系了从香格里拉到哈巴村的班车。每天下午一点从香格里拉到哈巴村。车程约4-5小时,全程环山路,(晕车的人完全受不了)。大家还可以包车,他们可以从丽江接大家到哈巴村,包车费400元。人多比较划算。省时省力省钱。好四(高山向导):13988848381香格里拉-白水台-哈巴:李顺明 13578475501(司机)11-01飞来寺-香格里拉-哈巴村-哈巴雪山从尼农村07:00到停车场07:35急急忙忙的坐车到了飞来寺,(尼农-飞来寺,包车150元)。到飞来寺很多拉人的面包车去香格里拉。每人80元。09:10飞来寺-13:05香格里拉客运站吃了一份素菜米线9元,待司机来接飞来寺至香格里拉一路美景 好心司机帮照的,本人为了户外徒步专门买的型号诺基亚920手机!几乎所有徒步相片都出自我的爱机! 香格里拉-哈巴村-哈巴雪山 第一次户外给自己找了一个向导,在哈巴村得知,我的向导已在大本营,我需要一个人或者跟随马夫到大本营。无奈。所有的无奈都在到达哈巴时候发生了,连续几天的喷嚏在哈巴村变成了感冒,巴金(好四户外一员)不建议我上山,因为感冒容易在高海拔肺气肿死亡。我不甘心,给自己煮了姜汤红糖水。希望第二天能够好起来。11-02感冒貌似没有加重,也没有减轻。轻装上阵。09:20哈巴村出发10:10第一大草坪11:01到第二草坪11:25到第三草坪11:55开始路面见雪13:20到达大本营(海拔4100米) 在第一草坪马夫休息,独自一人继续前进 上面的是到达第二草坪! 经过这小屋我选择了像左走,那里的人走的痕迹留下了一条小路,可是走着走着。发现我的判断是错误的,因为在很远处被一棵大树拦住了。我就想自己走错了路,折回寻找正确路段 开始见雪的路面,到达大本营的一路,遇见了三拨人,是在我到哈巴村的当天登山的人。这些人因为山顶风大无法登顶,只登到海拔4700米下撤。 孤苦伶仃一人。终于到达大本营。看见的第一人。他正拿着氧气瓶。慢慢的品味着。(向导说。氧气能不用就不要去用,因为会依赖),我的氧气瓶,在上山时候忘在了好四家。还好路上只是轻微的气喘,坚持到了大本营。 下午身体适应海拔需要住在大本营不能登顶。身体的乏累下午3点就去睡了,在过程中。向导阿四(不是好四)和大本营大叔进来叫过我两次,因担心怕我会休克过去,直到我应声才离开。原定第二天凌晨三点起床,可是外面的风凛冽的刮着。让人不忍心起床。心中漠然的想起了一句老话,懒汉听风,越听越凶。就这样一直到六点半也没有听见外面的风停。心中不甘。难道就要这样下撤。起床转了一圈。风一阵阵的刮过。在临近七点。风小了。不甘心的我去把阿四喊起来让他带我上山。他竟然也感冒了。鼻涕抽搐着。我抓狂。整个大本营四人。大叔,小赵,向导,还有一个我。他们三个对我很好。因为我吃素。还特别照料我的吃饭。阿四身体真好。吃了早饭和药竟然就好了。清晨的美景看着好美的云,事实它预示着山顶的风是没有停歇的。 11-0308:20出发—13:40下撤到大本营(未登顶,至海拔5100米,因山顶起风太大无法前行) 开始呼吸困难,阿四教我如何的去走每一步,忽然发现爬山再强悍的人,在雪山就是一个婴儿,要重新学会走路和呼吸,慢慢的不再让我感觉害怕呼吸不动的恐惧。阿四说话,我只能点头或摇头的应答。他竟然在我呼吸困难的时候大声的唱起了歌。真是什么事都有。真心的感谢阿四。一路给我讲故事。 当我适应了后,开心的加大了脚步,可又被现实的雪山打回。好吧。安份的攀爬。 山顶的风,越来越大,看着却又像美丽的云。那么美呢。 这位就是我的向导!在我高反喘不动气的时候他在唱高原歌。差别太大了!后面是云加风的自然风光 一对一的向导真好,有人照相,享受VIP。 到达海拔5100米。眼看着绝望坡。阿四死活不准备带我继续前进。风大,山顶又是悬崖。所以我听从了阿四,知足的在海拔5100米驻足,留影下撤。 第一次的雪山给我最多的是让自己深思自己的生命。在太白从山上滚下去的时候都不曾有过的恐怖。却在我高反无法呼吸的时候深刻的体会那种无法让自己呼吸下一口气的恐惧!步伐要根据自己的呼吸做调整。心里一直告诉自己的就是,家里放心的让我出来。那么我就要让他们放心的看到我回去。去想很多很多生命中的一切。这就是大自然带给人的奇迹。也是多少人不曾恐惧死亡。无数次的去探索自然。因为它敲醒了太多人的内心! 向导是个很善良的人。尽心并认真负责的让他带领的人都能安全上山与下山!谢谢。阿四! 大本营的大叔,因为我和他的女儿一样大。他一直喊干女儿,我不敢应声,临走,说了一句,干爹我会再来的,他高兴的笑了。 小赵,我,阿四(可耐向导),在这个大本营并不无聊,因为有你们在,认识你们很高兴。 吃过午饭,下午15:45大本营下撤—18:20哈巴村下山呼吸冲刷着喉咙,喉咙难受的要死,阿四一路带小路下行。到哈巴村的时候。说话的声音都变了!哈巴村,哈巴雪山,就这样的又告一段落。下一站虎跳峡,我来了。。。每一座山的攀爬挑战的不是山,而是自我,大自然你永远无法预测,无法挑战,爬与不爬它易在那。生活即是如此。勇敢的走出每一步,完成我们需要完成的旅程,因为踏出那一步易无法回头。 一个的人旅行时间于2013年10月28日开始。时间共半月之久!哈巴是此行的第二站!我会慢慢的把其他徒步之行发上来!(雨崩-哈巴雪山-虎跳峡-尼汝-束河古镇-丽江)。此行起初是因为工作的不顺心。攻略做的是一个星期。但是因一个朋友的劝说,既然出去就好好的走走。后改为15天之行!很多人担心我一个路痴的一个人之行。不报团,不和他人结伴!我只想锻炼自己。只想让自己成熟点!一路上很多人会打来电话慰问情况,感谢朋友门的关心!这次在路上把自己丢过几次。但是更高兴的是没有其他任何不好的事情发生!四座山是连续攀登。预算好时间,并要把每座山的距离坐车时间掌握好,爬完一座就要赶往下一座山!甚至一天就只进食一次!每天徒步时间约8-10小时!庆幸自己一路身体状况都还好,主要是没有浮肿和头疼疲惫的现象!半月之行让我学到很多!原本简单的一次散心,却成了一次长期云南徒步之旅。28岁,给自己青春的尾巴一份礼物。一个人去面对,去思考,去承受。大自然给予的一切直接明了。全身心的投入在自然的每一分钟。只属于自己一个人的大自然。一路上的不懂要问(司机,客栈老板)。脸皮要厚的讲价,因为腰包承受不住那漫天要价。各种愉快,不给自己任何烦恼。雨崩爱她 带她去雨崩 恨她 带她去雨崩 天堂与地狱相结合的地方。我爱自己又恨自己。所以我带自己去了这个地方真正让我感觉地狱的是看似不难却又让人无奈的攀爬和那沉重的背包,累的几乎想丢掉。当放下所有负重去享受那自然时,一切又犹如那天堂般。大自然的神奇,总是让人叹为观止。10月28青岛-昆明 07:40-12:35 596元 3.2折13:25 昆明机场乘坐1号线班车前往西部客运站(25元,无直达,需到达小西门可再乘坐82路车)14:06到达小西门,因下雨,拼车15元继续西部客运站。昆明-德钦县 (昆明西部客运站-德钦县城,每天一班车,19:00,267元)10月2916:10到达德钦县德钦县包车至飞来寺(因为一人无拼车,30元)到飞来寺入住正宗川菜馆,间100元,可直观日照金山。到达昆明机场,发现下雨了 (昆明-德钦县)随着车子的前进,车内温度开始降低,卧巴的被子不忍盖在身上。有点味道有点潮湿,只好全部挡在车窗上防风。因为下雪了,行进山路车子速度减慢,临近下午三点,开始轻微的有高反,头疼,呼吸有些困难,身体的脆弱,无法与大自然抗衡,只能顺从,慢慢调整呼吸。(后来得知,高反的地方是垭口海拔4200米最高地)。乘坐昆明到德钦县班车的一路风景(在车窗上抓拍的) 到达飞来寺,简单的收拾了一下背包。吃了一份蛋炒饭和一份素菜烫共22元,补充能量,出去小转了一下。买了一瓶氧气罐25元,因一人,所以做好万全准备。 10-30 07:30准时开始日照,神奇的竟然烟消云散看到日照金山。(听说8-9月的日照金山会更黄,更美),起床发现头疼消失,让我心理很是开心,减少了对行程中对身体的担心。 (
人生总是有许多遗憾,虽然我们极力去避免,但它还是常常会在某个角落与我们不期而遇,让我们感受到生活并非总是遂心如意...... 旅行也是如此,在路上,我们无法要求并做到每一段行程都能够完美,途中那些或多或少的“意料之外”,无论带来的是“得”还是“失”, 它们都可能会改变我们的生活和生活态度——“多走一段弯路就多看一段风景”,今生,我愿生命能在山的那边“醉”成一道风景,哪怕,哪怕再多走一段弯路……——记 “风在追求叶子,承诺要带着叶子去看看外面精彩的世界,叶子犹豫不决,征求树的意见,树说,你若不离,我便不弃……然而,终于有一天,叶子被风打动,于是选择了随风去漂泊”……“旅行”与“旅游”不同,我想,旅行,真的需要一种心境,当你有了坚定的信念,义无返顾的的走下去时,你将会发现——并非只有他人可以,原来,我,也可以这样……——记 这个世上的很多东西都无法诠释,包括所有的“痛苦”与“幸福”,包括所有的“放下”与“放不下”——结缘“贡嘎”,完全出于当时面对一组画面后那一瞬间的震撼,从此,在心中再也没能放下。我想,人世间很多事情也是如此吧,生命中那些个偶然乍现的“一刹那”,常常会换来一个个或长或短的期盼,让你在渐行渐远的等待中觉得幸福就在不远的将来……——记这是当时令我震撼的一组画面 随着《中国国家地理杂志》的推介,“贡嘎山”从深藏闺中变为天下驴子所共知,每年来此徒步的人络绎不绝,只为一睹它的风采。“贡嘎山”坐落于“青藏高原”东部边缘,“大渡河”与“雅砻江”之间,位于“甘孜藏族自治州”的“泸定”、“康定”、“九龙”三县境内,以“蜀山之王”美誉的“贡嘎”主峰海拔7556米为中心,主峰周围著名的山峰有:中山峰海拔6886米、爱德嘉峰6618米,热德卖峰6549米,笔架山5880米,蛇海子山5878米,白海子山5924米,田海子山6070米等五、六千米以上的冰峰有145座,形成了群峰簇拥、雪山相接的宏伟景象。由“木格错”、“五须海”、“巴王海”等高原湖泊,“海螺沟”、“贡嘎南坡”、“贡嘎寺”、“塔公寺”等藏族、彝族等丰富多彩的民族风情和藏传佛教寺庙组成,面积1万平方公里。这组“贡嘎”主峰相片是此行领队“橄榄树”拍摄的 “贡嘎山”是国际上享有盛名的高山探险和登山圣地,但贡嘎山也是最难以征服的大尺度极高海拔雪山,其登顶难度远远大于珠穆朗玛峰。据统计到目前为止,仅有24人成功登顶,却有37人在攀登中和登顶后遇难,这其中包括14名外国人。登山死亡率远远超过珠峰的14%和K2峰的30%,仅次于梅里雪山和雅拉雪山。目前已有多年无人登顶。 “贡嘎”徒步路线主要有三条:一、上木居—草科 ;二、草科—老榆林; 三、老榆林—上木居。其中,第一条最易,第三条最难,五座雪山集中在“日乌且”沟,这是此路线的精华所在。根据网上资料介绍,观看“贡嘎”主峰最漂亮的季节是在冬季,以每年的10月下旬至5月上旬这个时间段内雪后初晴为最佳观景时间。借网上图片截图说明 .下图是本次行走路线的参考图(图中央黄色路线为原计划此行穿越的增改路线)---前序部分结束---在此,先道上一声感谢,感谢一直关心和关注我此行的家人和朋友;感谢一路走来,无私的帮助我、并在途中为我留下一张张宝贵画面的队友们…… ——起程—— 我们总是这样,总是要等到过了很久以后,才知道曾经亲手舍弃的东西在后来的日子里再也遇不到了, 所以,别再浪费时间纠结“昨天”曾欠缺了我们什么,翻过去的那一页无论是辉煌还是窘迫,就让它安静的化成一段旧时光吧。——记 四个多小时的汽车,然后倒车到机场,飞机经停济宁后到达成都,从早晨到傍晚背着大包不停的折腾,哎,谁让俺住在东北的极角旮旯——距离北朝鲜最近的边境城市“丹东”,这里,去哪,都好远。到达成都后与队友汇合,当晚入住在“新南门汽车客运站”附近的“交通青年旅舍”,这里乘车去“康定”很方便。 ——记 日子,依旧还要继续,人生道路需要我们自己去努力谱写新的篇章,别“奢望”和“乞讨”别人能给你想要的“明天”……当这个冬季来临,当再一次忙忙碌碌做着出行前的准备,我知道,我又将踏上去往远方的路,去山的那边,去看看属于我的梦想......——记——第一天—— D1(11月30日):成都乘坐班车出发——雅安——二郎山——泸定——康定——包车至老榆林、水电站——徒步到格西草原(海拔约3600M)扎营(注:“格西草原”又名“大草坝”,是个高山大草甸,相传是“格萨尔王”征战过的地方。从“水电站”进山,一路沿着河水逆行,就已经可以看到“小贡嘎”、“嘉子峰”了,当日到达进山徒步入口处时间已晚,行程短,很较松,大家开始适应海拔)清晨,离开新南门的“交通青旅”(物品在此免费寄存了十天,感谢您的服务) 曾经,一首“康定情歌”让大江南北的人记住了它。“康定县”是四川省甘孜藏族自治州的首府,是C318川藏线上的一个重镇,距离成都330公里,自从“二郎山”隧道开通后路况于交通已大有改善,从成都乘班车大约六、七个小时到达。——记上车后的我依旧习惯了睡大觉,“成都”到“康定”一路没有拍照,这张是包车到“老榆林”的路上(BY 橄榄) 1735分,在水电站入口处下车开始徒步(某男,长的太帅,怕人见人爱,希望我把他的脸遮住,于是我发明了各种口罩) 从“老榆林”出发不久,海拔6070米的“田海子”雪山就出现在眼前 此时已经傍晚18时,按照原计划,进山后并不需要走太多的路便可以扎营休整 队长大银,天黑了,咱们啥时候扎营做饭呐——哎,没一个人搭理俺。一身骚绿色的“海浪”兴趣盎然不减,各种得瑟,各种摆拍,差点晃瞎了俺们大家的眼…… 海拔约3600M的“格西草原”(又名大草坝)营地的合影是此行的第一张全家福。画面可以看出,此行三男两女的搭配可以堪称为完美组合,那天,从徒步进山开始笑声便一直不断 没想象到队长从家乡带来了正宗的“贵州镇宁六马狗肉火锅”,二斤狗肉外加汤他背了一路,让我们在海拔3600米的营地品尝到了如此的美味(此画面虽然看不清脸有多帅,起码能看清帅锅的嘴哦) 夜幕降临,气温急剧下降,毫无睡意的我们挤在我的帐篷里喝茶、侃大山,队长在外面为我们记录下这个营地夜晚的快乐 “大草坝”营地的星空(当日最低气温约-8度左右)(BY 橄榄) 我们的D1营地……(BY 橄榄) 感谢一路有你——我此行的队友——相识真好 走在一起是缘分,一起在走是幸福”,我相信,途中所有的“缘分”都是相互的,它需要一份淡定去看待“随缘而聚”,它需要一种洒脱去对待“得与失”,它更需要用一颗宽容淡泊的情怀去尊重彼此、相互信赖——善待自己也要善待他人,我相信,在外行走的范围也是一个“世界”——情深未曾讲,今天,我在这里道上一声感谢,感谢一路有你!——记活动的召集人、此行的领队:贵州的“橄榄”(备注:体力超强,一路打前锋趟雪、探路,争先恐后的把啥大活都干了,堪称此行的安保和全职保姆)
本贴所有图文,皆为原创。谢绝任何形式的转载。如有需要,请站短。 尼泊尔是一幅古怪的画。 雨季加都狭窄混乱的街道,泥泞不堪的地面,随处可见的神庙,满街的纱丽店,大大小小患着皮肤病的狗只……所有浓烈的色彩都堆砌在一起,冲撞着你的视觉。偏偏又因为作画人有着梵高那样的天赋,所以这画即使刺得人眼疼,却也另有一种动人心魄的魅力。* 本次出行线路:无锡-拉萨-樟木-加德满都-帕坦-巴克塔普尔-提米-奇特旺-博卡拉-加德满都-拉萨-无锡。6月23号出发,7月18号回到家,总计26天。 本来是准备在回来的时候走滇藏线的,但是电视里天天在播318线新都桥和雅江段因塌方断路的消息,就打消了这个念头。生命只有一次,安全第一。* 本次出行人员:本豆,本豆的无敌金牌搭档花花,小欣子,叔。三女一男。 其实四人组合是很好的,吃饭包车都经济实惠。唯一不好的是尼泊尔的旅馆撑死了只有三人间,出于安全考虑,我们一般都住在一起,每次叔独占一床,我们仨女的挤两张床,小欣子就只能睡在中间,叔叫她“填缝专家”,因此小欣子很恨叔,没事就跟他吵个小架。 关于叔,及叔的二三事叔其实了不起算个哥,但是因为队伍里有了小欣子这个九零后,哥就悲催地混成了叔。*加都,凤凰。叔其实很绅士,不管做什么都让着仨娘们。有次我从外面进来,花花和小欣子一个洗澡一个唱歌,房间里蒸汽弥漫,我奇怪地问:“叔呢?”小欣子说:“在楼下大堂里呆坐着。”我上楼的时候是路过大堂的,但是我没有注意到叔。叔,其实我不是无视你,我是450度近视……之后,如果叔不在,我通常是这样问小欣子的:“你苦逼叔呢?”*关于叔的脸小欣子有个同学,跟她男朋友打电话的时候,动不动就说:“小心我呼肿你的脸!”小欣子学给我们听,集体笑倒,以后,大家只要一不高兴,就扬言要呼肿对方的脸。某天,我无意中买到了一件很好看的衣服。兴冲冲地对叔说:“明天我要穿新衣服,你帮我多拍几张照片,要是拍不好,我就呼肿你的脸!”花在旁边幽幽地接一句:“那叔的脸一定是肿的。”*某天,东措叔满脸郁闷地坐在床上,说,刚才给老婆的QQ发了个表情,老婆居然回他说“你好。”隔壁有个小哥要去墨脱。叔听了蠢蠢欲动,长吁短叹。我说:叔,还是早点回家吧,否则下次你老婆要 “请问你是哪位”了。*总结:叔其实是个准好男人,大方豪气,从不和女同胞斤斤计较,热爱家庭,热爱宠物,虽然有时候细腻了点,比如喜欢看云卷云舒,喜欢听雨,喜欢拍小景,经常蹲在草丛和烂泥里(看贴童鞋敬请期待叔在以上俩场景里的照片)搞创作,但总的来说,叔是个堂堂正正的好男人。*下面附上一张叔在库玛丽女神庙专心搞创作的照片。 **上一张全家福。依次为花猪,小欣子,豆猪,叔。 淡扯完,从头说起。 我记得去年上海-拉萨的火车是两天发一趟的,叔说,每天都发。于是我不确定了,让叔去打听下。打听下来的结果,是每天发。于是提前十天去买票。到了代售点,人说,京沪高铁马上要开通,上海铁路局所属范围内,7月1号之前的火车票一律只能提前5天发售。于是回家。到了限定的日子,起个大早去,居然一张卧铺都没有,想着先上车,拼着坐到西安,总能补到的吧,就先买了3张硬座。 结果等到那天,一上车我就问有没有卧铺补,答复是没有,到哪都补不到。因为这趟车的卧铺出售权,是交给站台的,列车没有资格出售……除非过了格尔木,可是等到了格尔木,还补个毛啊。貌似有不少同学以为俺是为了省钱才买的硬座,8是滴,47小时呢,楼主8是铁打滴,如果有卧铺,是不会自虐滴——特此说明。不要再同情和佩服俺了。俺坐到下车,腰都坐断了,铁老大、黄牛和旅行社以及所有炒火车票的人,祖宗八代都给俺问候到了。哦,对了,叔为了这三张鸟火车票,一共跑了三次,劳苦功高。出发前的准备有点琐碎。护照拍成照片存在邮箱里,以防出国后万一丢失或被偷;药物准备了易蒙停、咽立消、阿莫西林、万金油等,淘宝高原安集体涨价了,于是在掌柜的推荐下买了高原宁,结果是毛用没有,一路照样反得头昏眼花; 淘宝还买了《走遍全球尼泊尔》、《背包旅游英语》两本书,以及2个月前开始背英语,天天看美剧(虽然等出国后才发现,俺的英语水平等于文盲);据说那边太阳很厉害,忍着心疼买了金瓶安耐晒(虽然后来发现这玩意不适合俺,用了脸上的皮掉了一层又一层,摸上去跟砂皮似的);叔提前一个月就天天跟俺念叨,今天败了啥,明天又败了啥。俺帮他粗算了一下,人还没出去,2000大洋没了……花花比我们提前一天到拉萨,说好在东措帮我们定房。 火车上的47个小时生不如死,上去后先问有没有卧铺补,答复是没有,到哪都补不到。因为这趟车的卧铺出售权,是交给站台的,列车没有资格出售……除非过了格尔木,可是等到了格尔木,还补个毛啊。坐到后来,终于麻木。到拉萨后洗澡的时候才发现,屁股是麻的。 车上听歌,看小电影,小欣子和叔玩扑克,输的人贴纸条,小欣子的脸贴得跟个“公”字似的,她愤愤地说叔是千王…… 我则按照惯例,在过了格尔木之后开始高反,吐了两次,昏沉沉闭着眼装死。 无锡火车站。还好,人不是很多。到西安的时候,至少晚点了一个小时。车到兰州,我特地提着相机下去拍兰州烧饼。没有。只有兰州炸鸡。格尔木。盼望着,盼望着,岗秀到了,拉萨的脚步近了……东措的走廊。俺居然还是住在202,还是去年那张床……缘分啊!到了拉萨,我高反得象头死猪。很快我发现,不是我一个人反,连皮实得跟个铁蛋似的花花,这次也嚷不舒服,叔的高反也紧跟着来了,嘴唇紫得吓人,据他说,心跳达到了120。一直睡到下午,才提起精神,去大昭寺转了一圈。在拉萨的几天,就是胡乱混日子。和花花一起来的还有她朋友小天。小天虽然是第一次跟着花出远门,但天生是个麻大胆,都不用花领着,自己出去乱转。每天早上出门,不到晚上11点基本是不见人的。花开始还担心,后来就推测,丫一定是有人陪着玩,否则不可能在花主动要求陪她的情况下,一个人急急忙忙地出门去……于是,我管花叫“花尔摩斯”。花龙颜大悦,欣然接受了这一称呼。 *仓央嘉措的玛吉阿米。据说是装13的好地方,不过俺老人家不感兴趣,一次也没上去过。也就是在每次路过的时候,随便拍一张。大昭寺前磕长头的人们。今年的天气很诡异,拉萨的云层很厚,经常下雨。照片拍出来总是灰蒙蒙的,唯一的好处是不象往年那么干燥得让人难受。*大昭寺的金顶。广场。远一点,再来一张。在大街小巷里乱窜。这张照片,是叔帮俺拍的。走累了,闯进一家茶馆。酥油茶6元一壶。看到壶的大小后,我们一致认为,伙计收的是游客价。下午的小昭寺。进去转个圈。不要门票,当然,大殿门关着,你啥也看见。大殿。在大殿和外墙之间,还有一条夹道,供转经的人们围着殿堂转。小昭寺的这夹道算很宽的,还能放下一排转经筒。我后来又逛过几个小寺庙,那些夹道,都是又窄又暗的。早上的时候转经的人摩肩接踵,现在,只有三三两两的几个。我们也跟着转了一圈。 东措对面的木如寺。这个寺庙,经常被游客忽略,其实,那里面,还有一个印经院呢。 有个不大的殿堂,很安静。除了早上,这里几乎没有人来。从尼泊尔回国后,我在一天清晨重新造访了这里。很多信徒。这是木如寺旁边的下密院。也是除了早上,白天没什么人。小昭寺紧隔壁的次巴拉康寺,据说是拉萨人气最旺的小寺庙。真不是假的。清晨的时候,全是熙熙攘攘的人流,在昏暗的夹道里一圈一圈地转着,寺外桑烟缭绕,周围的小摊子,全是卖的和这个寺庙有关的东西。我买了一束花,也进去转了一圈。卖花的小摊。大的花束3元,小的2元。烟雾。次巴拉康寺大殿门上的彩色小鹿。([]
