有一个地方,只要你涉足一次,就足以让你魂牵梦绕一辈子。有一种风景,只要你领略一次,就足以让你回味一生一世———西藏,这个我积淀多年的梦想,这个拥有梦幻般风景的地方、这个离天堂最近的神秘之地。也许2012世界将陷入黑暗,太阳落下,黎明永远不会再来。所以让我们去疯去爱去浪费,去追去梦去后悔,然后微笑着对自己说:这一生,我来过! 纳木错关于行程安排和路线设计: https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1549658-pid-24633220.html关于出发前需要了解的 : https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1549658-pid-24633260.html关于花费和心得 : https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redirect-goto-findpost-ptid-1549658-pid-25149501.htmlPS:奉上此次西藏行和去年长白山的星轨微速摄影作品(其中的场景分别是吉林长白山、西藏然乌湖、西藏来古冰川、西藏南迦巴瓦峰),第二次做,还有许多需要学习的地方,大家别喷我哈:)附上此行的攻略。下载提示:首先点击此链接,(可能显示迅雷下载,但是必须取消),然后鼠点击“如果1秒后下载仍未开始,点此链接”----鼠右键另存为。(切忌不能用迅雷和其它下载软件) 攻略部分来自网上驴友分享,大部分具有很高参考价值,该攻略为2012年10月后整理,其中黄色背景的信息为我们强烈推荐的,如和您的出行时间跨度较大,则部分信息可能有所变更,仅供参考,最后预祝大家旅行愉快。(By FD)如果您喜欢我的游记,想要更多地方的攻略也可参考我其他的游记,在此谢谢您的支持!2011.9月漫步童话世界,喀纳斯金秋之约,11日东线徒步游记附全攻略(全文完) https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1014872-1-1.html闭上眼,静听雪落——雾凇岛、长白山、哈尔滨,这个冬季去雪国,附攻略(全文完) https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1148026-1-1.html2012.2月冬游黄山之云端上的世界,附自助全攻略(全文完) https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1178537-1-1.html 在西藏的日日夜夜,那种记忆永生难忘。打开记忆的窗口,先用照片讲述我记忆中的西藏,那梦中的国度。羊卓雍错 羊卓雍错 羊卓雍错 珠峰观景台 布达拉宫 金色池塘 然乌湖 然乌湖 来古冰川 南迦巴瓦 纳木错 罗布林卡 行程安排 我们花了差不多5个月的时间,去仔细了解西藏各条热门线路及景点攻略,查找一切能在网上找到的讯息,精心设计了线路,出发前还力邀藏漂了2年同城兄弟“野人”给我们做最后的把关,力求在短暂的旅程中尽可能多地看到西藏各种地形地貌(雪山、森林、湖泊、草原、河流、沼泽、冰川、山脉)和极具代表的景致(纳木错雪景、林芝秋色)。由于时间有限又希望旅程中不只是蜻蜓点水,我们圈定了2个主要景点:纳木错和岗乡自然保护区,为保证主要景点的充分游玩特留有了一定的时间余地,还制定了各种备选方案。 一般人甚至是各大攻略网站都认为,西藏最适宜旅行的时候是每年的7月-9月,这时空气氧含量较高,温度适宜。但是同时夏季也是西藏的雨季。即使如今西藏的路况已得到了相当的改善,但也容易在某些路段发生塌方等事故,从而阻碍我们的行程。而秋季不仅是最好的登山季节,此时能窥见平时难得一见的神山圣川,而且10月的林芝地区更是层林尽染美得令人窒息,此外秋季的包车食宿费用也大大低于夏季,对于我们这些经济不算宽裕的普通游客而言更是极大的诱惑。因此我们最终选定了在十一黄金周后错峰出发。 我们很清楚自己的定位,我们仅仅是普通的旅行者,不是探险家,也不是地质学家,更不是登山运动员,而且是初次入藏,那些过于偏僻与险峻的地方我们不去;那些需要强健体魄与非凡勇气的高端路线,我们也只有仰头兴叹的份儿。所以,对于珠峰东坡徒步、阿里大环线、墨脱徒步等这些难度太大或时间不允许的线路我们只能可望而不可及。我们的实际行程如下D1 (10月7日) 拉萨 住:拉萨(海拔3681米)D2 (10月8日) 拉萨—羊卓雍错—日喀则 328km 住:日喀则(海拔3836米)D3 (10月9日) 日喀则—珠穆朗玛峰 351km 住:珠峰(海拔5200米)D4 (10月10日) 珠穆朗玛峰—日喀则 351km 住:日喀则(海拔3836米)D5 (10月11日) 日喀则—纳木错 416km 住:纳木错(海拔4718米)D6 (10月12日) 纳木错—拉萨 339km 住:拉萨(海拔3681米)D7 (10月13日) 拉萨 住:拉萨(海拔3681米)D8 (10月14日) 拉萨—八一 393km 住:八一(海拔2900米)D9 (10月15日) 八一—然乌 352km 住:然乌(海拔3850米)D10(10月16日)然乌—来古冰川 36km(徒步来古冰川) 住:来古村(海拔4000米)D11(10月17日)来古冰川—米堆冰川—波密 170km (徒步米堆冰川) 住:米堆(海拔2750米)D12(10月18日)波密—岗乡—古乡湖—鲁朗232km(徒步岗乡自然保护区) 住:鲁朗(海拔3700米)D13(10月19日)鲁朗—八一 70km (徒步鲁朗无名小湖) 住:八一(海拔2900米)D14(10月20日)八一—派镇—索松村127km(徒步索松村) 住:索松村(海拔3200米)D15(10月21日)索松村—林芝机场103km如果去过西藏的朋友,看到以上行程一定会感到非常奇怪,为什么我们没有常规的“先易后难”(先走海拔较低的林芝地区等适应了高原环境后再走珠峰纳木错等高海拔高寒地区),而是奇葩的反其道而行之呢?其实这也是无奈之举,因为纳木错在10月中后旬经常会应下雪而封路无法前往,且10月中下旬正是林芝地区秋意最浓时,同时当我们适应了行程初始的高海拔环境后,行程的后半程就加入更多的徒步路线来更深度地浏览西藏。为了看到最美的景致,我们最终决定:让身体下地狱,让眼睛上天堂! 出发前需要了解的:1、高反注意休息,保证足够的睡眠,上高原第一晚,一般睡到两三点钟就会醒,当然是因为缺氧,但一定要静下心来,安静一会,争取再次入睡;第二晚一般会出现入睡困难的情况,不能着急,要平心静气;第三晚一般就会好转。不要喝酒。少洗热水澡,特别是酒后绝对不能洗热水澡。避免剧烈运动。2、物价:在西藏的任何地方吃饭、住宿甚至很多地方的门票,我们都有讲价的过程,其实不是不可能,在商言商,正常情况下最少也可以讲到八折左右的。3、手机通讯如今手机通信基本已全面覆盖,但珠峰、纳木错等少数地区只有移动用户可用。此外,绒布寺、珠峰大本营都没有电,去之前最好带好手机和数码设备的备用电池。4、边防证&包车 请参阅1楼附件有详细介绍5、物资准备(秋冬季):1)墨镜、防晒霜、唇膏、小手电、相机、各类充电、暖宝宝。2)衣物: 冲锋衣(雨衣)、抓绒或羽绒服、速干内衣(长袖)、徒步鞋、保暖杯、遮阳帽、头巾、口罩或围巾。3)食品:牛肉干、巧克力、豆腐干。4)药品:泡腾片、感冒药、止泻药、消炎药、创可贴、芬必得/百服宁、抗高反药品:西洋参、葡萄糖针剂、肌苷片、红景天或高原安(提前半月使用)。6、其他注意事项:1)因为高原气候干燥,所以一定要多喝水,多吃水果。吃的东西在拉萨,八一,日喀则补给都非常容易,应有尽有。2)一般认为高原上要多喝水,其实这是个误区,喝水不能过量,会加重心脏负担,所以应该少量多次喝水。3)液体分装,别装满,高原压力影响容易溢出4)西藏旅行,一路上的解手是个问。公共厕所,基本没有干净的,而且公共厕所,基本都是要收费的,一元两元不等。5)食品,一些常规的旅游纪念品,如袋装酥油茶甜茶,牦牛肉干,可去超市选购。6)明信片,拉萨邮局,八一镇邮局,日喀则邮局,都有很多明信片卖,套片18-30元不等,单卖2元一张。珠峰有个邮局11:00-16:00开门,单卖明信片10元一张,珠峰戳可免费敲。7)遇有藏族人来敬酥油茶,为表示礼貌,应尽量不要推却.喝茶时,假如杯中喝剩一点,即表示要继续喝;如果一口气喝光,则表示不想喝了,主人即明白什么意思 坐上前往拉萨的飞机,心情无比愉悦,看着窗外连绵的雪山与洁白的巧云,如梦如幻,变化无穷 坐上民航大巴到了市区,入住了事先预定的白云藏式家庭旅馆,进门之后发现大堂宽敞明亮,二、三楼是客房。我们住的是四人套间,条件很不错,床位宽大,价格比青旅还低,又离八廓街很近,相当方便。 一觉醒来已是六点多钟,心里蹦出一个念头,想去大昭寺看看。下楼发现大门锁着,心怀歉疚地把白云的藏族阿妈叫醒,请她给我们打门,阿妈没有丝毫的怨言,脸上挂着和蔼地微笑。微弱的天幕之光才刚刚开启,八角街上,大昭寺前,朝圣者深深地闭上眼,虔诚地把额头在地面上轻轻一磕,大昭寺门口那光滑如镜的青石板见证着无数次投地匍匐的虔诚。大昭寺前,这充满虔诚朝圣者的地方,连小狗都可以休憩得如此从容 清晨的大昭寺定会让你感动藏族人民有一个“先有大昭寺,后有拉萨城”的说法,大昭寺在拉萨市具有中心地位,不仅是地理位置上的,也是社会生活层面的。而拉萨城里,自古以来有三条转经道,它们分别是朗廓、八廓和林廓。转经道分别为三个圆圈。第一个圈在大昭寺里面,称为“朗廓”,也就是“内圈”的意思;第二个圈围绕大昭寺通俗说就是转八廓街,称为“八廓”,意思是“中圈”;第三个围绕大昭寺、药王山、布达拉宫、小昭寺一圈,称为“林廓”,意思是“外圈”。 每天清晨,大昭寺前升腾起阵阵桑烟,天地氤氲,万物化醇 桑烟袅袅,古树在晨曦中如梦似幻 耸立在大昭寺广场的塔钦,每每信徒从下面走过,总要虔诚的驻留片刻,双手合什仰望祷告 在这里,随时可能被虔诚礼佛的人们感染。对藏人来说,宗教早已成为他们净化身心、纯洁生活的指引。 就算不折不扣的无神论者,来到这里面对如此震慑的架势也会肃

一 2005年我第一次徒步,从哈熊沟到天池,晚上在水磨河边扎营。那时候我还年轻,健若走兽,批鳞带角,行走如风,没帐篷,没睡袋,没防潮垫,一件廉价冲锋衣盖着肚脐眼儿也能凑活一宿。夜里,同帐的驴友呼声震天,我睡不着觉钻出帐篷撒尿,抬头看见满天繁星从远处黑漆漆的雪山后面喷涌而出,在头顶汇聚成河,星光璀璨,如闪烁的原钻,美得让人忘乎所以,尿水洒了一鞋。 早晨,本色大哥指着那座雪山说:那就是博格达峰…… 那时候我对一座冰冷的雪山毫无兴趣。亿万年前,天地玄黄,宇宙洪荒,人类在巨兽横行的冰河时代,仓皇逃离茫茫冰川雪原,在荒芜的冻土和幽深的冰缝前噤若寒蝉,如今退化得没了野蛮的体魄和御寒的皮毛,居然又开始天天梦想着亲近雪山,总让人觉得虚伪可笑。 之后的很多年,我走了很多地方,累了、困了、停下来抬起头,那座雪山总是岿然立在远处,仿佛我故意缠着她,粘着她,一直围着她转。哪怕在城市里,天气好的时候,我堵在外环路上,抬起头,她依然静静的立在天边,对我若即若离,半推半就,搞的我很不淡定。登山界有个说烂的段子,说是有人问登山家希拉里为什么一生登山不止,他说:因为山在那里。这句话很有深意,但是我更喜欢拉条子的版本,他说山确实在那里,但是钱不在那里……。 这两年,我的半月板渐渐开始退化,走碎石路或者下山的时候偶尔的一下刺痛似乎在提醒我,鲜衣怒马,霸气侧漏,纵横江湖的好时光渐渐远去了。夜阑卧听风吹雨的时候,我常常对自己说,是不是该去那座雪山看看了?不管是藏着晦明剑谱还是闯王宝藏,她总该有个让人趋之若鹜的理由罢…… 二 今年端午节,我跟零红蝶穿越恰西-库尔德宁。途中他说,孙老师的博格达后山照片被GTX公司买走了,他很自鸣得意的给那张后来勾引了无数人前往博格达的照片命名为:“三峰并起插云寒”。我告诉他,不管云寒是谁,这个名字都非常之暴力猥亵。对此他很不屑,他说:我拥有的知识岂是你的想象所能及……。于是我识相的闭嘴了,群规第一条:永远不要挑战领队的权威。 坊间记载:零红蝶者,奇人也,脸黑、人瘦,臭屁,喜红衣,好女装,上知天文地理,下懂洗菜煮米,文能识图,武能下厨。携一众疯男癫女,奔走山莽之间,夜宿旷野之下。日行百里不露疲态,帐混数女不越雷池。此君年轻时头顶重发,神似马云,这两年不管脸型还是性格都渐向冯远征的方向一路狂奔去矣。零蝴蝶说,8月博格达五峰连穿,会彻底颠覆你对传统徒步的理解。 于是我不禁又想起孙老师的大作。那张照片上博格达峰在阳光下白雪皑皑,一层薄雾从山脚升起,两个行者眺望远山,画面感十足,宛若幻境。孙老师网名叫米东徒狼,名字狠,但人温和可爱。有次扎营完毕,大家喝了点小酒,就决定歌以助兴。起先孙老师害羞并不愿唱,后来不知道谁唱了首达坂城的姑娘,结果那块硬又平的石头不仅敲开了姑娘的心房,也彻底敲开了孙老师的歌喉,他连唱五首后突然停下来说:小猪,我嗓子马上就要开了……。孙老师跟我说,博格达是要去一次的,哪怕就那么远远的看着她也值得。 不管怎么说,三峰并起插云寒,终于也插得我下定了去博格达的决心。 三 当年傅青主率七剑下天山,拯救天下苍生;练霓裳肝肠寸断,一夜白头独上天山;卓一航,在雪山绝壁苦等优昙花开。武林高手不要脸的地方在于统统无视高反,上天山如上红山,闲庭信步,进退自如。我没有游龙剑也不会凌波微步,临行前还是慎重研究了一下这条纵跃天山的路线:五峰连穿,南起达坂城三个山村,北至白杨河三岔子沟,全程65公里。途径碎石达坂,夜宿登山营地,翻越简单达坂,由于海拔跨度大,草甸、冰川、碎石、河流、雪山、冰湖各种元素一应俱全,好在未来几日显示天气尚佳,穿越难度适中。 我简单评估了一下自己的能力,估计高反应该对我影响不大,但是考虑到膝盖依旧不给力,装备还是谨慎的控制在20kg。除了帐篷、睡袋、防潮垫、冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤外,一切从简。提前一天,联系江湖、飞翔、听雨一干吃货共商搭伙做饭之大计,顺带采购了馕、笋子和蘑菇,准备把“将一切线路走成腐败线”的原则贯彻到底。 整装完毕,已是夜半,倒头睡去,梦中又回到那片茫茫雪山,山下练霓裳白发如雪,宛若天仙,她对我说,长相厮守不若相望于江湖,留一点未了之情,彼此相忆吧……,不等我挽留,已飘然离去,消失在雪山之巅。我不禁悲从中来,泪如雨下,高呼:哥唯知徒步,不会登山也!醒来时,枕巾哭湿了一片……。 四 出发当日报有小雨,上车前却一直阳光明媚。夏天、拉条子、老虎,连带天体流两大掌门:南双鱼北不弃,纷纷前来送行,突然感觉如壮士断腕,陡增豪迈之气。和众英雄一一话别后,车一路南行。途径达坂城,江湖采购了些蔬菜和调料,江湖者,笑傲江湖是也,湖哥虽貌似藏民实为回民,次日便是肉孜节,算算江湖已闭关封斋一月有余,任督二脉俱开,体内真气游走,身轻如燕。江湖是有名的强驴,是这次长线的协作,捎带负责照顾两位外地女施主,白天赶路,晚上混帐,不舍昼夜,甚为辛苦。 下午六时许,车至三个山村,众人整装换乘卡车一路向北,小雨终于开始淅淅沥沥的飘下来,车外风大,和尚我被吹得烦躁不堪,挥手猛抽之仍不解恨。柏油路、机耕路都走完,再过几座水泥桥,卡车再无法前行,从这里旅途算正式开始了。第一天行程约5公里,海拔上升400米,算是热身顺带考察体能。零蝴蝶扬言若比他晚至营地20分钟者,斩立决!众驴不敢懈怠,紧随其后,天黑前悉数按时到达2号羊圈扎营。我挑了个上风上水的宝地搭好帐篷,趁着雨还未下大,忙与飞翔、江湖开始做饭。因江湖逢菜必放十三香,大厨资格被弹劾,由飞翔接手。飞翔是恰西就一起走过的大哥,体力虽然不强,但是性格温和,人品一流,厨艺上佳,尤数醋溜菜系堪称一绝。饭毕,风雨渐强,大家各自回帐休息。 夜晚,风雨交加,我扎营时偷懒未绑风绳,地钉扎的也浅,结果半夜大风吹得帐篷左摇右晃,帐内空间瞬间小了一半,我半梦半醒间对形势做了简单分析:一、睁眼看不到天空,说明帐篷还在;二、内帐贴在脸上,想是帐篷八成被吹塌了;三、实在太困,以上两条皆可忽略。遂继续昏昏然睡去矣。 五 次日,风息雨停,帐篷犹在,除了几个挂绳从地钉上脱落之外,还算坚挺。一夜大风之后,空气格外通透,远处的雪山清晰可见。老衲7点半起来开始收整,吃了一碗翔哥煮的奶粉泡馕,昨夜被风雨折磨损耗的功力顿时恢复,丹田一股热浪涌遍全身。9点半准时拔营,沿马道一路上行,今天的行程全程爬升,本来我已经做好了重装爬坡的心理准备,但是真正到背起包,迈开腿的时候,还是觉得有些英雄“气短”,走长线前期的调整和适应很重要,迷失的都市人要走的慢一点,等等自己的灵魂,徒步人则要不时等等自己的肉体,即使灵魂已经飞到了雪山之巅。我放慢速度,调整好步幅,每步都很小,但是不停顿。大约两公里后,我已经超到了零蝴蝶身后。 天山南坡雨水少,草木皆疏,略显荒凉,山里四下静谧,满耳朵都是风声,这是一段相对枯燥的路程,好在雪山就在那里,她让我迈出的每一步都坚定而有目的性。中午在4号羊圈休息,早上一共在山脊上走了8公里。我顺势坐在零蝴蝶旁边休息,他掏出鸡腿和萨其马,然后幽幽的对我说:没有鸡腿的死开,我毫不示弱的掏出牛肉干还以颜色。 搭伙的小伙伴们陆陆续续也到达了休息点,听雨依旧挑选了个大石块立刻躺展,估计是早上的爬升让她不太适应,我看这一路她逢石必躺。听雨是个单纯妹子,体力不算强,但是耐力很好,爱好徒步的女孩都有个共同的特点,就是性格好,这点在听雨身上尤为明显。当初在恰西的泥里蹚了一路,疲惫不堪,走到一个山包,众人指着对面的另外一个山包说,彼处若有人相衬,照相效果必佳,孰愿往?听雨闻言立刻报名,一路狂奔至对面山包,各种瑜伽抛斯摆起……。 听雨妹子热衷于拍跳跃的照片,每次拍之前和尚我都亲自施展轻功示范,但每次照出来的效果仍旧不佳,所以我断言听雨者,不善弹跳。怎料某次我在给听雨拍跳跃照片时,被飞翔抓拍了一张,照片上,这妮子居然高高腾空,姿势甚是轻盈飘逸,方知原来是我不善摄影也,呜呼! 徒步圈的女人分两种,一曰软妹子,一曰女汉子,软妹子全程靠强驴照顾,女汉子全程照顾别人,听雨介于两者之间,勉强算个软汉子吧。但是偶尔的,我神经错乱的那么一刻,会依稀记起赛里木湖边,清晨,第一缕阳光洒在湖畔,听雨站在朝阳下与景色浑然一体,不事雕琢,令人难忘…… 稍事休息,未等听雨把石板趟热,零蝴蝶已经啃罢鸡腿,背包准备出发了。从4号羊圈向左前方走,进入一条布满碎石的山沟,由于海拔的不断上升,草渐渐变得稀少,下午的路线基本就是一条很窄的碎石马道。我左腿膝盖吃不上力,导致右脚脚踝在碎石间很容易扭伤,所以无奈只好再次放慢速度。路线的强度也开始慢慢变大,除了马道渐渐变窄外,爬升也开始了。中途休息,传统穿越租用的马匹从身后超过来,碎石路让他们不堪忍受,马匹可以一直把运行李驮运到登山大本营。 面对眼前爬升200米,角度40度的碎石达坂,这次行程我第一次感觉到了压力。好在经过多年修炼,我已练成了大理延庆太子的绝学“一阳指铁杖神功”,要领是:双杖前探扎地,气聚天府穴,双臂支撑,一步完成。此神功被证明无坡不破,唯一的缺点是速度太慢,没走多久,身后哈密北山羊的几个武林前辈渐渐超过我走在前头。神功未施展几招,抬头发现零蝴蝶居然已经在坡顶俯瞰群驴,一副君临天下之势……。和尚我一想到我堂堂大理皇家御用神功居然不如他零蝴蝶的疯狗式走法,顿时气不打一处来,遂催动内力,手杖扎地犹如捣蒜,一口气爬到坡顶,累的险些一口鲜血喷出,血洒天山……。事后,哈密寒星大哥说,当时我在他身后,犹如狼撵…… 碎石达坂达坂上乃是一道瀑布,冰川融水汇聚于此,奔流直下,甚为壮观。众驴在瀑布顶端休息,我靠在一块巨石上,遥望远方,远处博峰似乎又近了一步…… 七 离开瀑布很快就见到第一个冰湖,8月湖面浮冰已融,湖水寒冷彻骨,湖面不大,但是湖水碧绿,在雄壮雪山的映衬下显得楚楚动人,如果7月前来,这里的湖冰未融,又是另外一番景象。冰湖边有块大石延伸进湖水里,乃是个照相的绝佳地点,众驴纷纷在此留影。此时天色渐阴,湖边风起,让人觉得有些寒意,大家稍作停留便右拐离开冰湖。路程开始变得平缓,但是路况并未有多大好转,依旧是碎石河道,只不过石块更大。如果是丰水年份,河道里是有水和河冰的,今年气温高,冰雪尽融,只剩下一片碎石。冰河的尽头,是一条溪流,今年水小,甚至不用涉水,直接踩在石块上便可过河。 碎石路让我非常崩溃,纵然施展凌波微步也还是感觉小腿发酸,加上登山鞋的鞋带没有系紧,我掐指一算,脚底应该是已经磨出水泡无疑。好在渡河之后,前方的道路一马平川,我继续用狼撵式走法埋头追了两公里,渐渐又回到队伍前列。肩膀酸加脚疼,我开始渐渐有些烦躁起来,翻过一个小山丘,突然发现,博格达峰已经赫然立在眼前……多年前我在西外环路上堵车,远望东南,天片的博格达主峰与浮云连成一体,如海市蜃楼,虚幻缥缈。之后的很多年,一提起缥缈峰灵鹫宫,我脑子里立刻闪现过天边那空中楼阁一般的博峰。我决定,有朝一日,定要直上天山,力克童姥,取了生死符,从此独步江湖…… 如今博峰即在眼前,只是天边流云似铁,雪峰依旧在云端若隐若现,高高在上,丝毫没有因为距离的缩短而放下身段,反而似乎更加遥远威严神秘。我开始有点理解人为什么会在一座雪山面前惊叹、感动、折服、膜拜。人生如梦,白云苍狗,人总要翻过一座属于自己的山峰,你那些曾经的不堪回首、牵肠挂肚、风光荣耀、没落孤寂、生死离别,在他百万年漫长的守望下,犹如沧海一粟,微不足道。似乎翻过山,抛下过往才有勇气再面对漫漫的人生路,因为我知道不论走多远,永远翻不过去的始终是生活。 八 今天夜宿的营地是博格达登山大本营,一块成熟的扎营地,夏季登山协会会在这里训练队员,地势平坦,营地旁有优质的水源,缺点是:遍地碎石,我的帐篷是半自立式的,对于无法扎地钉的露营条件简直是一场噩梦。只好用大石块压住四角固定帐篷,因为无法充分拉伸帐篷空间,双人帐勉强变成了单人帐。江湖当了一天收队,一路基本没怎么休息,体力消耗巨大,几近崩溃,估计有些轻微高反,到营地立好帐篷就钻进去睡了。 我简单考察了一下营地周边环境,营地边上立着白雪小姐的衣冠冢,后面是三个香港山友的墓碑,想想他们魂断博峰,长眠于此,日日望着不远处的雪山峻岭、日升日落,也算不错的归宿吧。营地对面是一个小山包,翻过山包可以看到博格达4、5、1号主峰和山脚下的冰湖,这时候天气已经转阴,山间云山雾罩,三峰不可全见,我坐在湖边的石头上静静等了一个小时,云无散迹,渐渐三峰均隐没于云中。 我走回营地和飞翔一起张罗着做饭,和零红蝶混帐的两个驴友,状况不太好,准备次日和传统穿越的队伍一起从天池下撤。马达把所有吃的悉数贡献出来,飞翔又整了个四菜,大家就在江湖的帐篷里边吃边聊,直至深夜。每次走长线我都很珍惜和众驴友在一起的时光,常有人在群里说这次没机会下次再一起走,我对这种话一般都不太确信,这些年走了好多路,有些朋友相逢一次就再也没见过,浮云一别后,流水十二年,很多东西过了就过了,没有下一次。 帐外突然开始下雨,我们钻出大帐,准备各自休息,眼前的博峰在一片风雨交加的苍茫夜色里显得愈发雄壮…… 九 一夜风雨,白发魔女和天山童姥均未入梦。早起发现帐篷外全是冰碴,又是阳光明媚的一天。朝阳从山间洒向营地,草石皆金,博峰全貌尽显,此时湖面如镜,雪山投影在水中,浮冰闪耀,美不胜收。当年全真教长春子丘处机道长在天山作诗有云:雪岭界天人不到,冰池耀日俗难观,我能看到这雪岭冰池也算不俗了罢。 吃完早餐,跟传统穿越队伍话别之后,众人沿冰湖向南,走上冰川,逐渐向雪山靠近。今天要长距离的冰川行走和翻越雪山,路程强度最大,也最危险。四百多万年前,博格达冰川形成,巨大的冰川推动着山脚下的巨石缓缓移动,犹如流淌着的时光河流,随着冰河时代的结束,全球气温回暖,冰川渐渐消退,留下巨大的绿色岩石。冰川行走的危险在于表面积雪下深不见底的冰裂缝和冰洞,这个季节,冰川上很大一部分积雪已经融化,大的冰缝都暴露出来,危险降低了不少,一早上数公里的行走,居然丝毫没有感觉疲惫。中午,大部队到达简单达坂脚下,在一处有水源的石堆上午餐。 我靠在一块大石头上仰望海拔4160米的简单达坂,看着云从达坂顶上飘过,拖着七彩光晕,不知为何,突然觉得莫名悲伤。当年简单开发五峰连穿路线,越过4160达坂的时候,大概也是意气风发,豪情壮志,如今山未易,人已逝。这两年不管是严冬冬的英逝还是杨春风、饶剑锋的遇难,总让人不禁唏嘘感叹,也惹得争议一片。在这件事上,我总觉得,一个理性的人,只要明白自己追求事情的危险性,能够接受最坏的结果,那么即使倒在追梦的路上也算死得其所,你可以不认同他们的行为,但是必须保持尊重。 十 吃过饭,我简单评估了一下面前4160达坂的难度,坡度陡、爬升高、积雪厚,应该不像它的名字那么简单,外加早上搭伙的小伙伴们说看我有做强驴的潜质,所以把5个气罐全部塞进我的包里这个不利条件,我认为这会儿不是证明自己负重能力的时候,所以果断把两个满罐藏在石头下面,零红蝶说他日后取来私用。减负之后,也许是心理因素,立刻觉得包轻了不少,很快我跟着零又走到了队伍的最前面。但是走到一半,随着坡度的加大,体重大的缺陷也暴露出来,零走在我前面在雪上踩的很浅的脚印,我一踩立刻没至膝盖,我每一步都只能跪着从雪里拔出脚才能迈下一步。身后的“天气”身形小巧轻盈,很快就超在我身前,我侧身一看,她只在雪上留下一串浅浅的脚印,轻功水上漂啊!只恨自己轻功不佳,就这么一步一跪,如朝圣一般,终于爬到了达坂顶端。 眼前无限风光,茫茫冰川向远处延展,右侧是博格达高耸入云的雪峰,天空蓝的发暗,风过身摇,一时间感觉有点轻微的晕厥。那些阴郁的、无奈的、沮丧的、伤感的、愤愤的情绪在这一刻随风而逝。我开始明白人们为什么对一座雪山如此热衷了,当你靠近她的时候,她的纯净、纯洁、纯粹似乎可以净化你的内心…… 也许是有点忘乎所以,下达坂的时候,我掏出防潮垫,准备坐着直接滑下去。这个壮举被零蝴蝶凶狠的制止了。无法控制下滑速度,很可能会掉进冰裂缝或者撞在前方的石头上,纵然我有神功护体刀枪不入,也难免大伤元气,从此退出江湖。 十一队伍在达坂北坡下休息,等后面的队员陆续翻过达坂。喀什来的驴友“飘絮的风”有些高反,翻达坂对他来说是个大考验,飘絮的风背了五六公斤的摄影器材,所以一路很受折磨,但是走在队伍最后的他还是拍下了很多美不胜收的照片,本帖的照片照的好看的均出自他之手,在这顺便感谢飘絮的风。 大概等了一个多小时,队伍再次聚齐。开始漫长的冰川行走,从现在开始,海拔一路下降,这一段冰川的景色异常壮观,博格达2、3、4、1号峰就在身旁,随便停下都可以拍到雪山美景。队伍沿着冰河前行,遇到横切的冰裂缝,冰河便流入冰缝,有的冰缝被冲击成一个冰洞,深不见底,看着慎人。冰川的尽头又是一片乱石路,听雨才走了一小段就扭伤了脚,好在不严重,稍事休息还可以继续。前一天的碎石达坂,让我总结了几条走碎石路的经验:一、多用手杖,二、不要相信任何一块石头,哪怕它看着很大很稳固,三、两只脚同时踩到落脚点了再迈下一步。按照这个方法,虽然还是走的很慢,但是这一段路程我膝盖没有感到不适。 傍晚,在一处地势平坦的冰湖边扎营,远处夕阳斜下,博格达峰被镶上了一层金边。晚饭本来按惯例依旧由飞翔掌勺我打下手,炒了两个菜后,听雨对我和飞翔每个菜都不放辣椒这件事很火大,所以决定亲自下厨。听雨炒菜的风格属于剽悍型,一个菜用三个菜的肉和调料,手法也基本是降龙十八炒加打狗铲法,虽然看似暴力,尝了尝味道居然还不错。这是我们在山里的最后一顿晚餐,大家吃完又聊了很多。聊起了曾经的孟克特、冰川壮美的夏特,繁花开满山谷的环博,细雨绵绵的恰西,风雪漫天的车师……。帐外已是浓浓的夜色,天山上,龙蛇笔走,墨泼南溟…… 十二早起拔营,大家沿着冰湖边一路北行。今天我们就要开始离开博格达峰了,翻过山梁,博峰渐行渐远,我们已经走到了经典的博格达后山,当年孙老师就是在这里拍下了“三峰并起插云寒”的美图。众人也纷纷效仿,只是少了些魔幻的光线和雾气,怎么也没法拍出孙老师那张照片的感觉,好在博峰壮美,随便怎么拍都是美景。 一路下坡。路况也基本是草地和马道,队伍的速度越来越快,中午在绝望坡下的河流边吃完午饭,接下来就是几公里的马路,身后的博峰渐渐隐匿在山间的松林里,前方是无尽的石子路,走得我非常崩溃。我的登山鞋非常不适应在这种道路上行走,所以我放慢速度,和哈密北山羊的几个大哥走在一起,速度和步幅正合适。 远处村落渐现,我知道旅途该结束了,不管你翻过多少山峰,终究还是要面对生活这座高山。这些年我一直问自己,我们为什么活着,是为了活的更长?更富有?走的更远?去更多的地方?我们行走的意义究竟是什么?早些年我看山是山,看水是水,那时候膝盖坚若磐石,大块吃肉大碗喝酒,铁肩担道义,长歌万里行,妄言万水千山走遍。这几年吃了亏,摔了跤,碰了壁,灰头土脸,头破血流,开始变得看山不是山,看水不是水,行走也变得不再单纯,徒步里多了些炫耀、虚荣和自以为是,其实走过多少地方,登过多少山峰并不堪称其为一种资本,不管是腐败、自虐、探险还是玩命,你要寻找的始终还是心里的那片风景,如果不明白这一点,即使走再远也走不出自己的心。可以想象,若干年后我终究会老的再也不能行走,也许膝盖早已置换成了钛合金,以前走过旅程渐渐变成回忆,对此我并不恐慌,因为那时候我也许已经变得宠辱不惊,看山还是山,看水还是水,短锄栽花,长诗佐酒,诗剑年年总忆卿……大合影 最 后 最后说说装备和注意事项,8月博格达山区气温并不算低,所以徒步一般可以穿速干衣裤,遇到风大的山口或者阴天,可以套上冲锋衣御风。考虑到碎石和冰雪路面,全程必须穿高腰登山鞋。有两件事是以前我持怀疑态度,通过这次长线确认的:一是零蝴蝶的长线穿两双袜子的理论,二是零蝴蝶的速干裤外面套冲锋裤的理论,证明都是正确的。 关于睡袋我个人认为10月前上博格达,只要防潮垫给力,G700的羽绒睡袋绰绰有余。 冲锋衣方面我还是坚持我的观点,就是带一件好冲锋衣,就不要带雨披了,虽然群里曾经有高端人士在这个问上跟我有过争论。 最后说说帐篷,博格达五峰连穿除了第一天外,全程营地不适合扎地钉,对于轻量化的半自立帐篷,由于无法用地钉把帐篷完全撑开,所以会损失很多空间,飞溪2在这种环境下只能作为单人帐使用。 There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. 斯里兰卡是印度半岛南端印度洋中的一个岛国,北临孟加拉湾,西濒阿拉伯海,为印度洋东西方海上交通必经之地面积65610平方公里。人口1580万(1985)。僧伽罗人占72%,泰米尔人占20.5%,摩尔人占 6.7%,柏格人和马来人占 0.8%。僧伽罗语为官方语言,泰米尔语为民族语言,社会上层通用英语。居民67.3%信奉佛教,17.6%信奉印度教,7.9%信奉基督教,7.1%信奉伊斯兰教。首都科伦坡。中国古书称之为师子国僧伽罗国、僧诃罗国等。僧伽罗系梵语 Simhala一词的音译,意为狮子。古代阿拉伯航海家称其为“宝岛.锡兰”目前“锡兰”一称仍通用。如对斯里兰卡有兴趣的朋友,有想到斯里兰卡自助游的兴趣(附带说一句,斯里兰卡和中国一向友好,是最适合中国人去自助游的国家之一);可跟贴就你所想详细了解和有疑问的地方提出,我会尽量详细就我所知解答。下文预告;本人独自在印度自助流浪历时23天,从印度最东面的加尔各答横穿到印度最西面的阿姆利则,沿途所见所闻精彩粉呈。近期将整理出来以飨各位朋友。斯里兰卡有两千多年文字记载的历史。来自南亚次大陆北部的雅利安移民约在公元前 6世纪来到兰卡岛,先在沿海地区落脚,然后沿河流向内地迁移,建立若干沿河村落并种植水稻。移民中最强大的是僧伽罗人。这一名称后来成了所有移民的共同名称。雅利安移民的政治制度是婆罗门式的。在南印度种姓制度影响下,逐渐形成斯里兰卡独特的种姓制度,构成了僧伽罗村社制度的基础。 2500年前,来自北印度的雅利安人移民至锡兰岛建立了僧伽罗王朝。前247年,印度孔雀王朝的阿育王派其子来岛弘扬佛教,受到当地国王的欢迎,从此僧伽罗人摈弃婆罗门教而改信佛教。公元前2世纪前后,南印度的泰米尔人也开始迁徙并定居锡兰岛。从公元5世纪至16世纪,岛内僧伽罗王国和泰米尔王国之间征战不断。16世纪初先后被葡萄牙(1505—1658)和荷兰(1658—1796)统治。 18世纪末,斯里兰卡成为英国殖民地,并在二战中成为盟军在南亚对抗日军入侵的海军基地。当时的锡兰总督兼三军总司令是以善于调和种族关系而著称的郝德杰(任锡兰总督时间为1937.10.16—1944.9.19)。1948年2月4日获得独立,定国名锡兰。1972年5月22日改称斯里兰卡共和国。1978年8月16日改国名为斯里兰卡民主社会主义共和国。斯里兰卡自助游,分别为:文化之旅、海滨之旅、高山之旅和生态之旅。一、文化之旅。在斯里兰卡这个小小岛屿国家中,分布着与埃及一样多的,共6处世界遗产,可谓是个奇迹。充分展示了斯里兰卡有文字记载的2000多年的文明史。由皇城康提、圣城阿努拉德普勒、古城波隆纳鲁沃这3个城市构成的三角区,被称为“文化金三角”。在这个三角区内,汇聚了多达5处该国的世界文化遗产。这里有巨大的古建筑群;有2500多年前的宫殿和石刻;有古都的遗址、花岗岩的雕像、高耸入云的巨型舍利塔。参观、体验这些文化遗产,可令人充满惊奇和振奋,焕发人的灵感,让人感受到这是一次文化之旅、精神之旅。1、“文化金三角”世界遗产分布情况。(1)康提(Kandy)一处:佛牙寺(Temple of Tooth Relics)。(2)丹布勒(Dumbulla)二处:丹布勒金庙石窟(The Golden Temple and Rock Temple of Dambulla)、锡吉里耶狮子岩(Sigiriya the Lion Rock)。(3)阿努拉德普勒(Anuradhapura)一处:由菩提树、千柱寺,及数个超巨型舍利塔组成。(4)波隆纳鲁沃(Polonnaruwa)一处:嘎里亚那(Galvihara)古城遗址。(5)南海之滨的世界文化遗产。斯里兰卡全国共6处世界文化遗产中,有5处在“文化金三角”,另一处在南海之滨的加勒(Galle)。是17世纪建造的,位于一座岛礁上的荷兰城堡。 二、海滨之旅。斯里兰卡这个海岛拥有1340公里长的海岸线,以及数百个沙滩。这些沙滩中,已经开发出来,供游人休闲的多达几十个。其数量之多,质量之好,环境之美,都是绝无仅有的。这是大自然对斯里兰卡人民的慷慨赐予。斯里兰卡的海滨度假胜地,集中在这个海岛的西南部海岸。在不到200公里长的距离中,大大小小已经开发出的海滩就有几十个。其中几个较大的海滩各具特色、名声在外。 1、几个值得一去的主要海滩。(1)尼甘布(Negombo)距科伦坡37公里,距国际机场仅有6公里。因其位置优势,这里常年吸引了大量刚刚到达,或者准备离开斯里兰卡的各国游客。这里也是首都科伦坡民众节假日最好的休闲之地。(2)卡卢特勒(Kalutara)距科伦坡42公里。这里除了拥有迷人的海滩和众多的五星级酒店外,还有一座庄严的3层佛教寺庙,以及里面的那座世界独一无二的空心佛塔。(3)本托塔(Bentota)距科伦坡62公里。这里有宽广如画的海滩;有大型海滨度假村和星级饭店;有独特的古董店;有斯里兰卡驰名建筑师巴瓦兄弟花园。在本托塔河上,游人还可乘船在内河游览和进行各种水上运动。(4)希克杜沃(Hikkaduwa)距科伦坡98公里。这里是全岛最有名的海滩之一。希克杜沃以潜水运动和珊瑚礁闻名。同样出名的还有冲浪和丰富多彩的夜生活。海边既有很多顶级海景酒店,附近也有背包客能接受的舒适客栈。(5)乌纳瓦吐纳(Unawatuna)距科伦坡116公里;距世界文化遗产,加勒的荷兰古城堡仅4公里。乌纳瓦吐纳号称世界12大顶级海滩之一。这里有奇妙的潜水区域;有像沙丁鱼罐头一样挤在一起的,让游人放松的沙滩;有丰富的夜生活;有许多性价比不高,但却符合市场经济规律,比三亚划算得多的酒店和度假村。(6)韦利格默(Weligama)距科伦坡143公里。这里风景迷人,绵延10多公里的海岸线上,全是大大小小的沙滩。海面上有端坐在木杆上垂钓的渔民和游弋的双体船;海岸边有名气很大,但规模很小的金枪鱼市场。(7)美蕊沙(Mirissa)距科伦坡155公里。这里的漂亮海湾,散发着原始、迷人的气息。游人们评价说:这里是斯里兰卡南部最美的海滩。在美蕊沙,除了冲浪、潜水、休闲外,最富特色,最吸引人的就是,在当年的11月至次年的5月,乘船出海看鲸鱼、海豚和飞鱼。(8)马特勒(Matara)距科伦坡163公里,公交大巴车程约5小时。这里是海岛南部顶端的一座大型海滨城市。在城边海岸的突出沙滩上,可以看到清晨太阳从海中冉冉升起,傍晚又从海中缓缓落下的罕见自然景观。这里还是游人去附近几个著名海滩远足的,最佳的中转站和大本营。(9)坦加勒(Tangalle)距科伦坡195公里。这里有世所罕见,几乎渺无人烟,拥有宽阔漂亮沙滩,长达10多公里,能够一览无遗的巨型、正圆形弧形海岸线。眼前不时跃出水面的银鱼,和那不断掠过水面的上百只海鸥,伴随着生生不息的海浪,引人遐想,令人忘我。(10)瑞卡瓦(Rekawa)距科伦坡205公里。在这里,在相应季节的夜晚满月时,可以看到从水下爬到沙滩上,自然繁殖的海龟,还可以与它们亲密接触。这就是高勒到科伦坡的海边火车。在就是传说的海边渔夫三、高山之旅。斯里兰卡有多样的地形地貌,以及由此带来多样化的气候和丰富多彩的自然景观。斯里兰卡南部山区有30多座上千米高的山峰。有这个海岛最高的,海拔2555米的皮杜鲁塔拉格勒山(Mount Pidurutalagala)。在山区的腹心地带,最有名,最受游客青睐的地方是努瓦勒埃利耶(Nuwara Eliya)。这里是斯里兰卡海拔最高的村镇,是美誉度最高的山区旅游胜地,有“小英格兰”之称。村镇周围有高尔夫球场和赛马场,附近有可供垂钓鳟鱼的湖泊、河流。夜晚在零度的气温下,人们穿冬衣戴皮帽,依偎在壁炉边烤火的情景,在这个只有夏天,没有春天、秋天,更没有冬天的热带岛屿上,构成一幅奇特的,引人入胜的自然、人文景观。距努瓦勒埃利耶不太远的南部地区,有景色优美,海拔超过2000米的山区高原霍顿平原(Horton Plains)。霍顿平原上最吸引人的景点是悬崖落差达1000多米,被人们描述得具有极大想象空间的:“世界的尽头(World’s End)”。科伦坡和康提都有公交车驶往努瓦勒埃利耶。行驶时间分别为3.5小时和2小时。距努瓦勒埃利耶同样不太远的东南部地区,有山区的另一个著名景点埃拉(Ella)。乘火车从努瓦勒埃利耶到埃拉,这条线路是世界上最美的火车线路之一。火车在海拔2000多米高的大片原始森林间,迎着茶园,穿过松涛,沿着陡峭的峡谷蜿蜒而行。真个是景在心中,人在画中。四、生态之旅。斯里兰卡除了无所不在,令人神往的海洋景观外,岛上森林密布、河流纵横,无数湖泊镶嵌其间。全岛有12个国家公园,52个自然保护区,占国土面积的12%。其中最著名的是位于海岛南部,被评为世界自然遗产的辛哈拉加森林保护区(Sinharaja Forest Reserve)。最吸引游人的是位于东南沿海的,巨型的自然保护区 —— 雅拉国家公园(Kumana National Park)。在康提附近,有几十头大象的人工保护区品纳维勒大象孤儿院;在狮子岩附近的米内日亚国家公园湖边,最多时可一次出现几十头野生大象;在波隆纳鲁沃的湖边,夕阳西下时,可一次见到数百只鸽子那么大的巨型蝙蝠;湖面上整天都能见到时而浮在水面,时而排队飞行的成千上万只水鸟;在南部海边瑞卡瓦的沙滩上,能在明月下见到上岸繁殖的海龟;在美蕊沙近海,可看到鲸鱼、海豚和飞鱼;........([]
注:为便于浏览,请点击下方的“只看该作者”。(恭喜此帖在“新年贺岁帖”评比活动中荣获一等奖)上篇:寻龙记 我常被一个问所困扰:对于人类的信仰,是真实存在的?还是虚无缥缈的?有人信奉如来观音弥勒佛;有人信奉上帝耶稣玛利亚;有人信奉狐仙关公灶王爷,有人信奉安拉胡大信天使。这些,到底哪个才是正根儿呢?要说无神论,那许多的灵异事件和民间巫术,却又为什么不能用科学来解释呢? 相信很多人都曾遇到过类似的事:一些善良诚实的老人或者山民,一辈子都没说过谎话,但却誓言旦旦的说他们遇到过不可思议的东西。对此,我一直抱着怀疑的态度,而上次的鬼宅探秘,发生了让人难以置信的灵异事件,更激发了我探索未知的欲望!我和娟子的探险系列:业余选手三探雨扇洞: https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1872892-1-1.html疯狂情侣再入深山冒险——探寻地狱中的宫殿。附多种洞穴生物!(毒帖,切勿模仿):https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1895956-1-1.html一路上有你,凶险的探寻之旅我没有一丝恐惧(孤岛烟儿炮鬼吹灯+鬼宅探秘)贺岁帖 :https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1988167-1-1.html我很喜欢在闲暇时间查阅一些神秘的地方和事件,如果有机会,我和娟子两人必要一探究竟。很久前就曾在网上看过两条这样的信息: 这两个帖子,有时间地点人物事件经过,而且还有很多目击者,不容得人不信。我去过很多农村,从东北到江南,无一例外,都有龙的传说。而且还有很多人自称亲眼见过。 龙,在中国传统文化中是权势、高贵、尊荣的象征,又是力量和无敌的志。 而在西方文化中,龙是一种凶暴的怪兽生巨翅,披鳞甲,有利爪,头小腹大,形象狰狞、丑陋;有飞翔、喷火、守财、护宝、破坏、吃人等习性;寓意天人对立,主要象征争战、灾难、恐怖;少有正面形象,主要象征邪恶。 无论是中国龙,还是西方龙,虽然都有很多目击者,但却无有一丝证据。这种神秘的巨兽是否真的存在,谁也解答不了。有幸,湖北赤壁的好友,约请我和娟子去做客,正好借此机会,我俩可以去探一探这个恐怖的洞穴。 我和娟子从相识到相知,四年半的光阴岁月,无数次的化险为夷,让我俩的感情愈加牢固,也让我俩开了眼界,长了见识,学到了很多在理论中学不到的东西。一个女汉子+一个男屌丝,两人连年的在草高林密的崇山峻岭中探险,光凭胆识远远不够,更多的是需要经验和运气。 在这里,我给亲爱的驴友们一点提示:户外运动风险级别高的,尽量不要轻易挑战。如果喜欢探洞,可以选择一些已经探明而且难度不大的洞穴,在探洞之前,多学习一些和洞穴有关的知识,装备很重要,最好有向导,至少三人以上团队,洞口有接应人员。我和娟子虽然也懂这些,但克制不住内心冒险的欲望,虽然积累了一点探洞经验,但像我俩这样,风险系数还是很大,所以请大家以我俩为戒,切勿效仿! 唉!每个帖子前面,都啰哩啰唆一大堆,继续下去没个头,赶紧转入正。 2013与2014的交接之日,我和娟子来到了位于湖北省赤壁市中伙铺镇一个叫莲花塘的小山村。好友的家依山傍水,风景秀丽。晚上吃饭的时候,好友叮嘱我俩说,天黑以后不能再出门,山里有不干净的东西,容易迷人。一切都入乡随俗吧,当晚听了好友的劝告,又详细的询问了去往纸棚郑家的路线,画好地图,就休息了。 第二天一大早,借了好友家的一辆摩托车,我和娟子就出发了。没想到山里的雾气这么大,能见度只有不足十米,只能慢慢的摸索前行。 途中摔倒在一滩烂泥中,苦了娟子,从摩托车后座上掉下去,腿都跪到了泥里。我还好,腿长站住了哈哈。 幸亏我和娟子两人穿的都是滑雪裤,防风防水效果很好。找到了一条小河,用湿毛巾擦了半天,就恢复如初了。 路上没有行人,沿途的几个小山村也几乎见不到人影。想打听一下路真是困难。终于在这个房子前看到了一个中年人,向他问路,他还不会说普通话,费了好大的劲儿,我才知道那个神秘的洞穴就在后面的山中。 太阳出来了,慢慢驱散了浓雾。这里也是典型的喀斯特地貌,弃车徒步,山里的轮廓依稀可辨。虽然山路难行,但正好运动一下,身上也能暖和暖和。 又见到一个砍柴的山民,再次询问了一下,确定了方位,终于在半山腰一片杂草丛中看到了洞口! 我和娟子奋力爬了上去,向黑漆漆的洞里观察,里面寂静无声。这个神秘而又恐怖的洞穴,会有什么等待我俩呢?进洞之前,我问娟子怕不怕,女汉子依旧坚定的摇头。简单准备了一下照明工具及绳索,深吸几口气,我俩就小心的踏入洞穴。 户外运动在大多数人的眼中是高山、白云、绿地、丛林……的代名词,是一项充满了阳光、鸟语、花香、活力与激情的运动。然而探洞者却用一种另类的玩法诠释户外运动,向我们展示了坚忍不拔、勇于探索的户外精神。我和娟子属于业余选手,装备和人员配备的不足,都足以致命。每次探洞,我俩都只能依靠经验和洞穴知识来保护自己,尽量的预见危险,躲避危险。这片未知的领域中,对我俩充满了诱惑,这些是很多人不能体验到的。 娟子戴的摩托车头盔是半覆式的,视线开阔。 而我戴的摩托车头盔,是全覆式的,眼睛只能看到正前方,但上下左右的视线都被遮挡,所以只能把头盔扔在洞外了。一切加倍小心吧,免得撞个头破血流。 脚下虽不平坦,但也可以勉强行进。在强光手电的光柱照射下,前面除了黑,就是一片雾茫茫。我不知道洞穴中哪个方位是东南角,不过还是按照鬼吹灯的老规矩,点燃一支蜡烛。仔细观察,火苗没有变化,燃烧正常,证明洞穴内的空气流通较好。然后收了蜡烛,绷紧神经,高度集中注意力,继续向深处走去。 沿途的洞道,还算宽阔。脑海里不禁想起人们所说这个洞穴中的两条巨龙,心里也有一丝忐忑。在洞口的时候,我就问过娟子:“如果真的遇到了龙,怎么办?” 女汉子轻描淡写的回答说:“那就认命吧!” 是啊,要是真的遇到了,除了认命,还有别的可以选择吗? 洞内的雾气明显比外面的雾气还要浓,湿度也很大,这是由于洞内外巨大的温差造成的。如果继续深入,雾气就会逐渐消失。洞腔上布满了密密麻麻的正在发育的鹅管,饱含碳酸钙的水,一滴一滴落下来,给这寂静黑暗的世界带来了一丝生机。 洞道一直向下延伸,从钙华的发育生长来看,没有人类破坏的迹象,这一点让我和娟子非常欣慰。应该是恐怖的传说,洞穴才能得以保存完好。 我俩也非常小心,除了脚印,尽量不给洞穴留下任何痕迹。 沿途的支洞,有大有小,有深有浅,我俩只是简单看一眼,就继续顺着主通道前行。我和娟子在探洞方面,积累了一点经验,如果不是特别相似的岔路,一般不做记。 在进入洞穴大概三四百米处,我突然发现有绿色植物!不可能啊!没有一丝光线的洞穴中,怎么会有绿色植物呢? 我蹲下身,仔细观察,认出这是几株菖蒲。菖蒲,为多年水生草本植物,该物种为中国植物图谱数据库收录的有毒植物,其毒性为全株有毒,根茎毒性较大。口服多量时会产生强烈的幻视。呵呵,鬼吹灯第一部——精绝古城中的尸香魔芋我没发现,却在这洞里发现了菖蒲,毕竟这两种植物,都有相似之处啊。 我和娟子曾在洞穴最深处,发现过透明植物,无枝叶,却开花。所以说,每次的探险,都能有新的发现,都能学到新的知识,这也是我俩热衷于此的原因。 就在距离这几株菖蒲不远处,又发现了一根动物的腿骨!很粗很大,不是人类的,应该是牛马之类的动物骨骸。其实在洞穴中发现这种东西并不稀奇,但这个洞穴既然有巨蟒的传闻,就不禁让人紧张了。由于我的相机,刚进洞的时候,镜头上了一层雾,拍照不是很清楚,所以我打算回来的时候再拍这根腿骨,可惜的是,回来的时候竟然忘了,遗憾啊! 继续向前走吧。眼前的雾气逐渐消退,视线变的清晰起来。我再次点燃蜡烛,火苗依旧没有变化。巨大的钟乳石开始出现,钙华发育多种多样,这让我和娟子很高兴。 这里出现了第一个洞厅,面积大概有近百平方。洞穴一般由狭窄的通道和宽敞的洞厅组成。大厅往往是几条通道相会的地方,且乱石密布。从通道进大厅容易,从大厅找通道口难。所以,当从一条狭窄的通道进入一个宽敞的洞厅时,一般都要在入口处作好反光路。不过这个洞厅的支洞在洞穴上方,所以我也没有必要做记了。 在神秘的洞中穿行,总是有独特的异景。 有活矫捷现的钟乳石,有各类的石笋石花色如白玉,质如凝脂;有壮美的洞窟瀑布,有神秘的洞中湖、洞中泉,雾气弥漫有如仙境。置身在这神奇的世界中,会使人忘了危险的存在。 一只纯黑色的,巨大的蝙蝠,孤单单的悬吊在洞壁边。我和娟子在三探雨扇洞的时候,曾遭到一只巨大蝙蝠的攻击,那只蝙蝠展开双翼能达到近一米!娟子眼疾手快的抢拍下来了。 这只蝙蝠的个头也不小,身长大概二十多厘米,如果张开翅膀,也会很惊人!平时我和 娟子探洞所见的蝙蝠都是灰色的果蝠,而这只蝙蝠明显不同于其他果蝠,应该属于食肉蝠。我慢慢靠近它,打开闪光灯近摄了一张,还好没惊动它,蝙蝠所携带的狂犬病毒可不是闹着玩儿的! 探洞的危险性,主要表现在地下水暴涨、毒气、迷路、野外动物以及洞顶落石等,所以,每一次探洞,都需要做足安全保障。同时探洞是技术性很强的活动,是对体能、技巧、经验等各方面最全面的体现,洞穴探险不像登山运动那样有终点目,甚至不知道等在旅途前面的是惊人的发现,还是艰难的挑战,这种未知性就是洞穴探险的最大魅力。洞穴探险可以分为两种:即水洞探险和干洞探险。 水洞的探险:水洞,是指洞内有常年地下水流的岩溶洞穴。水洞中探险有两种。一种是在地下廊道里有自由水面。一种情况是洞道没顶,全部充水或倒缸吸管。 干洞的探险:干洞是脱离了自由水面的化石洞,发育在地势较高的地方,发育的历史较长,洞内往往被各种多彩多姿的钟乳石所装饰。 目前我和娟子还不能确定这个洞穴到底属于哪一种类型,不过这个洞穴系统还是比较复杂。([]
引子:穿越狼塔线的最佳季节又到了,狼塔线(新疆户外更喜欢称其为“狼C线",主要是为了区别于狼塔a线、狼塔b线两条相对较简单的线路的缘故吧)以其神秘的传说、绝美的风光和三高(高危险、高强度、高海拔)而蜚声全国户外界,被越来越多的驴友所追捧。由于穿越狼塔的难度已经远远超过著名的夏特古道,所以每年能有机会走狼塔线的驴友也是少之又少。 这篇穿越狼c的日志,是2009年国庆节长假穿越狼c回来所作。由于新疆断网近一年,故还没有机会公开发表。我们这次穿越后,至今并没有其他的队伍再走狼c。文中所称的狼c既是狼塔线。希望这篇日志对你了解狼塔,穿越狼塔有所帮助。 先上一张穿越狼塔的照片,这是在翻越3960米的蒙特开增大阪途中狼塔三险之一----空中栈道美 女 与 狼 c2009版狼塔c线穿越攻略简介--- D3日:10月2日,晴天 早9:00拔营。从马鞍山营地下降200米,来到一不知名的小河沟。 这时,走在前面的“石头”和“飞翔”高兴地大呼小叫! 原来,他们在沟底下,捡到了昨天被大风吹走遮阳帽和背包罩 再往前走,经过一段约30米高,坡度达50度小陡坡,就来到一条较大的小河边。 河水很清,沿河谷顺流向前走几十米,跨过一座简易木桥,再爬过一块档在前面的大石头,传说中的狼塔C线空中栈道就已经开始了。 今天的大部分路段,将不停地在木桥—河道—空中栈道—马道之间来回穿梭切换。在狼c,这样的简易木桥对我们来说简直就是南京长江大桥呀在五、六十米高的断崖上开凿出来空中栈道,即让人兴奋刺激,更让人紧张害怕! 换个角度,再来看看这段栈道 栈道之间是马道连接。 可是,近三分一的马道都是四十五度以上的陡坡,需要手脚并用攀爬。爬得那个累呀! 更别说部分让人心惊肉跳的斜切路段了! 稍有不慎,就会“驴”失前蹄,抱憾终身的。(我们就是沿右手方向横切到下面的台普西克玛河谷,这段横切坡度在45度以上,局部达到50度以上,需要格外小心) 大家格外小心地穿过三段不太长的空中栈道,再爬上一个近百米的四十五度陡坡,然后斜切一个坡度四十五度长约四、五百米的碎石坡,就来到狼C路上著名的台普希克玛河谷。 中午12:30到达台普希克玛河谷。 简单午餐后,于1:30分出发,沿河谷一路上行。 反复在简易木桥间跳跃,有几处干脆就是独木一根。 队员们行走在独木桥上,练就着平衡木的功夫!到最后,连独木桥也没有了,还是换鞋淌水过河吧 在这段路上,我们还捡到了2008年狼c队伍里一位队员被河水冲走的包。 事故地点在老虎口,后文中还将提到。 相机、头灯等还在,只是已经无法使用。 台普希克玛河,是发源于狼塔的呼图壁河一条主要支流。该地的河谷狭窄,河水湍急。 传说中的狼C空中栈道,绝大部分都分布这段河谷里。 河谷两侧的山体极为陡峭,人工开凿出来的狭窄的空中栈道,在垂直的峭壁上盘旋而上,通过时让人心惊肉跳。空中栈道时而通向山梁,时而进入谷底,走在上面其实就是沿空中栈道在翻山越岭,体力消耗巨大。 河谷里植被丰富,次生林密集。虽然错过了最美的季节,但是,此时河谷丰富的植被,亦然色彩斑斓,红、黄、绿相间。谷底的台普希克玛河水清澈透亮,印衬出一副美轮美奂的河谷风光! 相信9月中旬来这里的山友应该可以欣赏到更美的台普希克玛河谷景色! 美丽的台普希克玛河谷风光 秀美的景色总是能让人格外的激动,有时还情不自禁会做出一些出格的事情。“高疯子”就是其中一个,经不住清澈透明的河水和两岸油画般的色彩的引诱,这位冬泳健将竟然出人意料地迅速把自己扒光,在温度只有七、八度冰河水里,来了个天体冷水浴!(照片未经本人同意请勿外传O(∩_∩)O哈哈~) 吓地两位女队友“石头”和“eleven”赶紧躲得远远的,烧水做饭去了. 中午3:30分,我们来到了空中栈道上很出名的那段栈道。说它出名,是因为这段栈道被山体塌方切断,已经无法正常通行。更重要的理由是,去年在这里曾经发生过山友堕包事件(幸好掉下去的是包而不是人!)。 下面插播一段“广告”,是我的队友也是狼c队伍里的二位美女之一关于这次狼c穿越的文字:狼c,走还是不走,是个问 作者:eleven “狼C”——走还是不走,是个问(上篇) (首先申明,这不是一篇游记、指南或攻略,这只是两个月后个人“徒后感”,如果记忆发生偏差,关于路途记述有差错之处,纯属“必然”,请各位大虾纠偏。虽然我在这段时间也梦回了几回,可是每次梦回都无端的生出些故事情节来,并且不知道该将这些情节安在哪里!) 酒的好喝正在于他的难喝。 ——《伤城》 走完这条线路后,偶而会和周围不曾徒过但却不断对徒步这事向往之的个别朋友聊关于“徒步”这档事,当我假模假势地说起这事时,内心的真实想法是:呸,就这破事儿有什么可聊的,没有开始徒却向往徒的家伙们总是想把这事提高到一个高度,俗称“升华”,无论是从哲学意义还是精神境界(如同当初的我,居然可以用“当初”,羞愧难当。如果非要提高高度,那就是头的那句了),其实呢,去他的,不过走走路而已,结局就是所有的关节不太灵光,象我这样的,居然还能整出“习惯性呕吐”这样的问来。所以劝你,别走!(这态度象极了小牛童鞋打电话让我选择“狼C”去还是不去时的态度。)。 大概9月中上旬时,小牛打电话说“刚刚好”他们准备走“狼C”,问我去否,我犹犹豫豫地不做选择,话里的意思大致是要小牛帮我做个决定,如果他觉的我能走,我就走,如果他觉的我不能,我再考虑考虑(意思是他如果愿意在路上帮我,就走,如果不帮就不走,阴险。),可是他就甩下一句话:“自己都觉的不行,那还走个屁呀,退坑!”,经过几个晚上的挣扎,我还是决定去,即使做出决定时还是两腿发抖。 这期间时不时朋友打来电话说天气预报说那几天变天,或者去户外店买东西也被店主一番规劝,“鲜橙多”在电话里大小道理又统统讲了一遍,然后参加两次碰头会,石头还是如此的坚定,打电话给背包问:猜猜看还有谁,背包答:大脚(多谢背包赐名)。 对于我来说也许不该放弃此次机会。参会的人如此激动、兴奋,以致于从“征途户外”出来,坐在下行的电梯里,大家只顾着讲话,完全没有注意到电梯压根就没动,没有人按1楼楼层。 走此线的家伙,脑子统统有问。在回家的路上,“树”给我做了最后一次思想工作:既然决定去,其他的事情一概不想,只要计划上路就好。 于是9月30日凌晨,背上背包,冲向集合点,讲出的话轻松,可是心里还是没底。 人陆续来齐,17座的车被“刚刚好”安排的刚刚好能塞下14头脑残患者及14坨大包,土狼童鞋坐地上,可坐可躺。 “刚刚好”当然坐在前,带路,于是在这条正儿八经的宽宽的公路上带错了进呼图壁县的路,这还没进山就错了,进山怎么办?(事实证明,这条对于刚刚好来讲梦回八百遍的“狼C”线,几乎比从他家到“征途户外”的路还清楚)。 “大自在”在自己店门前大摆早宴席,奶茶、包子款待这14头牲口。 (7天后,从山里了来,我深深理解大自在为何如此激动,快要拥抱我们中的每一个人了,那场景再回忆起来,颇有“风萧萧兮易水寒,壮士一去兮不复返”的感觉,当然,咱不“复返”,咱直接就去巴仑台了)。 吃好喝好,拎着“鸡蛋饼”真正上路,非常顺利,路修的很好,以致于我们可以少走十几公里的路。到达起始点,下车,整理背包,放鞭炮,与司机师傅告别,约定大概出山的时间,然后,跨出第一步。 从开始,我就有点吃不消了,上上下下在树林里穿行,没有停歇,好容易熬到午饭点,鸡蛋饼瞬间就没了。当然午饭点对于“疯子”来讲完全没选好———在河边(可是谁饭点不选在河边呢?),“疯子”象“精卫”一般,目就是要把河填了,并且不论什么河,于是在我们用午餐时,“疯子”正奋力搬着一块块的大石头扔向河里,待快吃好时,疯子停手了,开始用餐(难道为了餐前消化?)。 继续前行,仅仅是这一天的路,我已经在某些地段手脚并用了,回头还不晚,并且飞跃已经在怂恿了,可是谁甘心呢? “飞跃”领队之领队,捣乱军心,拉出去砍了(阿弥陀佛)。 路走的没有尽头,这一天却快到了尽头,天色渐渐暗了下来,我和飞跃走在最后,前方的人马可能已陆续到达营地,可是我还没看到营地在哪儿,有点急可还是得听领队之领队的教化:走十分钟,飞跃同志说,歇会儿,咱吃个黄瓜;再走十分钟,飞跃同志说,歇会儿,我抽根烟,再走十分钟,飞跃同志说,歇会儿,要不咱吃个西红柿(其实有在野外,想想这待遇,相当不错)? 如此停停走走之后,我终于在这条马道看到了尽头,前方已有星星点点的亮光,快到营地了,可飞跃老先生还是停停走走,最后,道出真言:反正快到营地了,咱就慢点走,等到了营地,帐篷也搭起来了,饭也做得了,咱到了,吃了就睡! 这理儿不错,可还是得看情况。到了营地,我这边确实帐篷和饭都好了,等我安心吃饭时,营地响起的是飞跃的吼声:菜豆,在哪儿呢,这到营地半天,怎么连帐篷还没扎? 阴谋未得逞的人,通常都有点躁,可以理解。 (这天我们遇到了上海队7人,两名向导,5名队员,队伍至此扩大为21人。) 7点多起床,9点出发,我们还没吃饭,至尊宝与无怨无悔已收拾好背包,随时准备出发。 十月一日,我们要翻过白杨沟达阪,据刚刚好说,白杨沟达阪让很多人知难而返,事实证明这是很有道理的。走了一上午,不断上升,逐渐已看不到树木,我们在石子山上由开始的逛奔到晃荡,然而始终未见达阪真面貌,达阪究竟在哪儿,在我已不怎么想要知道答案时,看到了走在最前面的“背包客”“石头”“树”等一伙人在休息(这伙人休息就是重要信息),或许要到了。 到达午休点,吃过后,对于神秘白杨沟达阪的描述是,走过N个前方能看到的大大大山坡,他们将这称为“台阶”,然后就能到白杨沟达阪的脚下了。开始上台阶吧,“飞翔”走在我前面,无声无息,可是这N个台阶,累的人牛喘,于是,飞翔终于只是念叨着四个字“这群牲口,这群牲口……”我们还在台阶挣扎时,估计那几头壮牲口已经到达了白杨沟达阪的半山腰了,以致我终于走完台阶到达达阪脚下时,隐约能看到几个在晃动的小点儿。抬头望向顶峰,只有一个感觉,我,永远也到不了那儿了! 再也不看顶峰,只看脚下的山路,一步步往上挪,3860M的达阪终归能到,不过时间问。这天海拔上升1000多米,这一路就是三菱电梯—上上下下的感觉!上一千多米下一千多米。 下山对于飞跃简直就是—无法形容,反正在我看来,脚没沾地,瞬间就没了影。 倒是至尊宝在我前方演绎下山的优美动作,形 容梅兰芳 先生有“移步不换形”,至尊宝这下山姿势,手杖使用的灵活度,太过于优美,脚随手杖而变,变的快而稳,大家都这么走,可有些人就残疾了,比如小牛童鞋。有至尊宝在前方带路,恰恰好,在天刚擦黑,到达营地,马鞍形营地,打水很不方便,下山还有很远一段路。 帐篷还没扎稳,山大爷就变脸了,疾风骤雨,瞬间就到!迅速地将炉头等转至帐篷内,慌着给帐篷拉风绳,大概这个时候,土狼正在山下打水。差不多待土先生回来没多久,风雨就止了,月朗星稀,空气新鲜。 (这夜无语,没洗早睡吧!过了白杨沟达阪,彻底就成了开弓没有回头箭,无法返回。黄舒俊的歌里唱:马不停蹄的忧伤,我不是归人,只是过客。我们马不停蹄的赶路,来不及忧伤,我们不是归人,谁把家安这呀,一年归个三四回,非疯即傻;不是过客,谁没事干跑这当过客,找残废!) 还是七点左右,土狼又吹起床号了,出了帐篷,依然看到的是无怨无悔和至尊宝这对儿,收拾停当,候着! 九点,开始今天的行程。今天,栈道。 走过今天,狼C就完成了90%以上(刚刚好语)。对于我,恶梦正在摩拳擦掌正悄悄向我走来。 早晨的路,还好!除了土狼和小牛童鞋为了给今天平静的早上增加点气氛,而至使土狼伤了自己狼爪子,小牛童鞋扯破了裤子外,还是很顺利。延河而行,可以上山可以下河,自由选择,只为了传说中的栈道。 走这一程,甚至来不及感觉到累,心里只有庆幸,今天天晴,如果有雨,不敢想象,一路向上,上不好走,下行更难。陡、滑、窄,每一步的迈出,都极其小心,土狼说,腿抖,不是累,是吓的!不夸张。 这一程完毕,“高疯子”在全体人员注目下洗了澡,裸体!(未完待续) 各位同学明天要出去爬山 暂时休息两天请耐心等待~~~~~{4_129} 这里是空中栈道的一个“老虎口”。大家格外小心地迂回,在45度的陡坡上,长满荆棘和灌木,需要手脚并用攀爬近40米的高度才可以绕过这个“老虎口”。 当然,这里面不包括一个人,这人大家都叫它“疯子”,它是较晚到达这个老虎口的,只见他在大家的劝阻和惊呼声中,背着30公斤的大包,“一溜黄烟”跑步穿过“老虎口”。他就是“疯子”----“飞跃”!我还急急忙忙将我的尼康d60对准了他,不怀好意地要给他拍“最后一跃”呢.......可真够玩命的!今年河水较小,如果是6--8月路过这里,仅是峡谷里震耳欲聋的河水声,就能使人心有余悸 下午4:00点,到达一小瀑布群河段,河水咆哮着冲下河谷,震耳欲聋,水雾弥漫折射出一道道细细的彩虹。这亦真亦幻的美景,使人久久不愿离去。 接下来,经过短暂的休整之后,开始爬越最长、最累的那段空中栈道。 这一次我们在栈道上,连续攀爬了近三个小时。栈道蜿蜒曲折、波浪前进。部分栈道,宽不足半米,头顶和侧壁还在不停地往外渗水。加上四十度以上的陡坡,更是湿滑难行。 而在栈道的另一侧,则是几十米高的悬崖峭壁和滔滔的台普希克玛河。在这段栈道上行走,每迈出一步,都需要格外地小心翼翼。 任何一个小小的失误,都有可能带来难以预料的后果。 在这段栈道上,我们还看到了一只因失蹄而摔下栈道的北山羊。(野山羊,国家二级保护动物) 这是一只非常健壮的成年母羊,羊龄十三岁(可以用数羊角上的节数的方法,来判断其年龄,一节代表一岁),体重在一百五十公斤以上,比家养山羊的两倍还要多。尸体还没有开始腐烂,应该是近一周之内才摔下来的。 这段栈道,除了极端地惊险刺激以外,还有海拔的反复上升、下降,体力消耗极大!严重地考验着队友们的胆识,磨砺着队友们的意志。 还是看照片吧 。由于要注意自身的安全,这一段的照片只能反映这段栈道的局部,当然,这已经非常不容易了 小心翼翼的切过这段山体滑坡,前面的沟谷豁然开朗,这可怕的空中栈道就算是走完了。 前面300米就是我们今天的今天的营地了也就是在这段栈道上,部分队友由于有恐高而选择逆河连续淌水而上,我们称之为“鱼路”。 我们把栈道称之为“天路”。两队中共有七名队友选择了走“鱼路”。我队中有“牛牛”、“eleven”、“高疯子”、“小曹”四人参加了“鱼队“。当然,这中间也包几名括并无恐高症,但特别擅长走“鱼路”的队友,比如“高疯子”和“小曹”。 传两张队友拍的”鱼路“的照片 下午7:00点,走“天路”的队友终于走出那漫长的栈道,陆陆续续到达了营地。 半个小时后,七名走“鱼路”的队友才拖着已经湿透了的下半身,疲惫不堪地来到营地。他们中的大多数已经被冰冷的河水冻的嘴唇发紫、身体瑟瑟发抖。个别队友有轻度失温征兆。特别是“eleven”,冰冷的河水的连续浸泡,已经使我们的美女的体力严重透支。 一到营地,赶紧支起帐篷,换去已经湿透的鞋袜和衣服。 “背包者”烧好的一大锅姜红糖水瞬间就被一抢而光。 看看这张照片,狼塔已经离我们近在咫尺了 事实证明,“天路”要比“鱼路”好走,即节省体力也节省时间。 至此,可以说我们这次狼塔C线穿越的三分之二的难、险路段已经过来了,谢天!谢地!!谢人!!! 谢天:感谢上苍给了我们难得的三个好天气! 谢地:总是有惊无险,遇难成祥! 谢人:感谢我们的团队,团队的协作和互助才是我们这次狼C之行成功的关键。 今天累计上升约800米(估计),下降800米(估计),行走距离约15公里,用时10个小时。惊险、刺激、体力消耗很大。未完待续请看下集:之四--- 我们和狼群有个约会 91# sue5343 (*^__^*) 嘻嘻……我努力吧 O(∩_∩)O谢谢 D4日:10月3日,又一个大好的晴天。进入狼塔核心区域-----我们和狼群有个约会 7:00点刚过,我就起床了。 因为昨天到达营地时我看到狼塔离我们已经很近了(约10公里),它那酷似尖塔的山型,在群山中高高耸起,非常醒目,俊秀。早起,是为了拍一张狼塔日出的照片----狼塔金顶。 虽然,我的机器和技术都很一般,但也算没有白起个大早,总算拍了几张,个人感觉运气还不错,我走过两次博格达峰穿越,每次都是云遮雾罩的,什么也没有拍到,这次可算是幸运多了。 早9:30分拔营,沿着一个很不起眼的小河口(沟口有一颗挂满红色小果的树,这可是狼c路上最重要的地之一),逆河而上。开始翻越海拔3555米的库勒阿特藤大坂。 相对高差1000米。 大阪顶最后的300米陡峭难行、是坡度在60度左右的流沙坡,厚厚的积雪还覆盖住了上大阪的马道,爬升难度较大。 除此之外,其他上达坂的路段还是比较平缓易
十五天游历了欧洲大小十国。荷兰—— 比利时—— 法国—— 卢森堡—— 德国—— 瑞士—— 列支敦士登—— 奥地利—— 意大利—— 梵蒂冈。哈哈,我自己都感到迷惑,十个国家十四个城市。阿姆斯特丹、布鲁塞尔、巴黎、卢森堡、法兰克福、(海德堡)、琉森、列支敦士登、慕尼黑、菌斯布鲁克、威尼斯、罗马、梵蒂冈、佛罗伦萨、米兰。走马观花,浮光掠影,除了三飞,汽车行程四千多公里。城市的繁荣我无动于衷,悠久历史留下的艺术作品,人文景观让人震撼。但对我来讲,收获最大的还是这四千多公里,让我饱尝眼福,见识了欧洲超美丽的自然风光。还是那句话,风景在路上。原以为,只有高原才有的兰天白云,在欧洲天天见到。在川藏南线左贡到芒康的“卡均”,草甸、牧场、森林,美不胜收,殊不知这种风光在瑞士沿途尽是,好几天都车行在无限的美景中。这次旅行我最大的收益是这4000多平里。虽然同车40人都在行走,可认真关注窗外的人只有我。大巴车一路奔驰,再好的风景也不会停车。加之团员们上车就关好窗帘睡觉,我睁大眼睛也无法看到前面,风景一闪而过,非常遗憾,错失了很多美景。本来摄影技术有限;加上密封窗,头手伸不出去;到景点时间非常有限;挤在人缝中拍照;像机不专业,没有三角架;这次照片质量不好,许多都歪歪斜斜,删掉了1/3的照片,心痛啊,不可复制。看过哈总欧洲的照片,差别太大了。作为辛勤劳动的回报,还是想与大家分享,鼓起勇气,发贴,谢谢大家浏览。 十五天走了太多的地方,脑子里很混乱,几千张照片还需分门别类,慢慢上贴。也许地点与照片不符,请指正,谢谢。(上图为巴黎艾菲尔铁塔,下图为瑞士琉森的廓桥) 阿姆斯特丹 —— 美好与罪恶并存的城市 阿姆斯特丹,荷兰的首都,荷兰最大的城市和第二大港口,人口约71万,阿姆斯特丹是座水城,河网交错,河道纵横,被称作为“北方威尼斯”。提起阿姆斯特丹,就想到了:风车、乳酪、钻石、木鞋、喜力啤酒、郁金香、雏菊花海,春天里的阿姆斯特丹更是花的海洋。阿姆斯特丹的早晨 这里街道很干净,人、车很很少。在欧洲都是有轨电车,人们都骑自行车,市内停放自行车的地方很特别。 停放自行车的"高架桥" 街景 环绕阿姆斯特丹的运河 兰色、红色、绿色的各式小楼房,可爱极了。这里曾有个古老奇怪的法律,门越大交税越多。所以阿姆斯特丹住房的门都很小,而窗很大,家具都是从窗口吊运进去的。所有的楼房顶部都有数个伸出的铁钩子,以固定吊运物品所用的绳索。 正当我们在鲜花盛开的房前拍照,窗口出现了一位老人,慈眉善目的向我们招手微笑,还与我们合照。 正当欧洲杯,到处挂满了足球、花环、小旗,十分热闹。 刚进入阿姆斯特丹,我非常喜欢这个古老、宁静、花团锦簇的城市,可到了红灯区,听到看到后,感觉十分厌恶。这是个美好与罪恶并存的地方,糜艳奔放的红灯区丹拉克大街,橱窗女郎,性博物馆,把性、性交赤裸裸的表现出来了,让人毛骨悚然。在荷兰,榜“自由开放”的法律,使得“合法的性交易”、“合法的大麻贩卖”得到保障,它也是世界上第一个使同性恋婚姻合法化的国家。在这里,可以公开吸大麻 ; 妓女有营业执照、执证上岗;可以光明正大的嫖娼。 性博物馆我们没有参观,丹拉克大街也是清早去的,让女人亲眼目睹那些……,会有些难堪,也许对男人更有诱惑力。这里的红灯区在欧洲是最著名的,比泰国的红灯区“极别高”,许多男人专门为此到阿姆斯特丹。(网络也许不让上这些照片,上一张组照吧) 谢谢所有关注及留言的朋友们。发贴时还忐忑不安,摄影水平太低,与哈总的照片相比差距太大了。你们给了我信心,"本色出演" 哈,我也再返走一趟欧洲。4000多公里,路景太美了。我每天睁大眼睛,贪婪地注视着窗外,拍下这些照片,质量不太好,但是真实的欧洲自然风光。不好意思,拙品。因为旅行,工作积累太多,照片也多,只有慢慢上,请原谅。 在距阿姆斯特丹10公里的桑斯安斯风车村,是个美丽宁静的乡村。保留了三座木制风车,还有十几座荷兰风格的木建筑。当和煦的春风吹动着屹立了几百年的风车时,我想起了“堂吉诃德”手持长矛与风车的博斗。可别小看这个美丽而宁静的小乡村,彼得大帝曾经在这里学习过造船,拿破仑也曾赞美过这里的美景。当然,也是旅游团必到之地。 小树被立型成了这样 荷兰造型朴拙的木鞋,世界闻名。木鞋起源于数百年前,由于荷兰低地雨水多,户外工作的人们都会穿上木鞋,既可保暖又可保持干爽。五光十色的各式木鞋挂满了商店,旅游的人都会买些各式木鞋装饰品作为礼物送人。这是从古到今的朩鞋,刚开始没有颜色现今五光十色的各式木鞋 每个进入风车村的人,都会被拍照。打印后放在门口,10欧拿走。 网络资料 沃伦丹也称福伦丹,离阿姆斯特丹约20公里的车程,是艾瑟湖边一个小渔村。从前,当艾瑟湖还是个海湾的时候,这里的人们都是以打鱼为生。后来荷兰人为抵挡洪水,在北面建起了拦海大堤,海湾也变成了现在的艾瑟湖。打鱼的人渐渐少了,蜂拥而至的游人使这里成为荷兰北部的一个旅游镇,它也是到阿姆斯特丹旅客顺道游的必经之地。称它为奇迹小镇是因为,沃伦丹是围海造出来的小镇。这里风光秀丽,湖水宁谧,阿姆斯特丹人周末会来度假,也有很多城里人到这里买房子。 ([]
