《序》 凌晨两点半,我躺在上海到拉萨的火车上, 此刻,我的心灵得到了彻底的放松.... 面对未知的前路,没有企图,没有欲望, 此刻,一个旅者在路上.....《去西藏》之攻略篇 西藏,很多人向往的地方,2011年9月有机会前往。谨将此行记录,供个人回忆和他人参考。 时间:2011年9月13日----2011年9月29日 地点:以拉萨为中心,东至鲁朗,西至珠峰,北至纳木错。 总结:进藏,无论走川藏,走新藏,走滇藏,需要具备以下几点: 1、一部好车,山高路远,一部好车至关重要。 2、一个好司机,急弯天险,经验丰富的好司机,可以灵活应变。 3、一条好线路,多看攻略,好的线路,可以事半功倍,走更远的路看更美的风景。 4、一个好团队,不是一家人千万别硬靠一家门,不是所有背包的人都是驴,我欣赏喜力家门口贴的那句话,“西服领带莫入”,摆不清个人身份与角色的人,你可以去旅行团。不是所有的“绿皮车”都可以去拉萨,有的“绿皮车”只能做“地铁”。 5、一个好心态,良好的心态很重要,至少不会因为下雨看不到珠峰就怨天尤人。山在那里,看不见峰,你还可以看见云。 西藏之行,我是幸运的。 幸运的是选择了九月,这个晴朗的日子出行;幸运的是选择了好司机,这帮纯朴的藏族汉子,是他们合理地帮我们设计了路线和时间安排,让我们看到了珠峰的全貌;看到了纳木错的晚霞和日照念青唐古拉山;看到了羊卓雍错的静谧和碧玉般的满拉水库.... 幸运的是有一大群关心我的朋友,在我最需要的时候,伸出援助之手。忘不了八一杜鹃花宾馆的次仁;忘不了为了接我们下山,连口水都没有顾得喝的藏族司机次旦;忘不了话虽不多,却掷地有声的平措;还有格桑、次旺,还有很多微笑着的藏族朋友.... 幸运的是我在8264网预定了行者驴舍,忘不了,在行者驴舍那些推开窗子就可以看见布达拉宫的日子....... 我是幸运的,因为有你们..... 既然是攻略篇,那就先来介绍一下我们的车和我们的司机。 我们租用的第一部越野车,丰田巡航舰,驾驶员:格桑罗布。一个非常老实的藏族小伙子,话不多,人实在。 我们去珠峰,去纳木错的越野车和司机师傅:平措。也是一个话不多的藏族师傅,比我们年龄稍大,在路上帮我们设计路线,该赶路的时候赶路,随时拍景观光,时时为我们着想,推荐一下。因为越野车是他本人的,正式的日喀则旅行牌照的丰田越野车,手续齐全。联系电话:13648903219 师傅:平措。他常说,一路上有你,苦一点都愿意! 照片右边的是八一杜鹃花酒店的索朗次仁,一个年轻热心的藏族小伙子,在我们第一部越野车坏在路上的时候,是他及时安排另外一部越野车前去接应,并且帮我们解决了第二部车子的问,被我们戏称为“林芝及时雨”。 林芝杜鹃花酒店 索朗次仁 联系电话:13989940450 还有一位次旦师傅,在我们最需要的时候,开车去鲁朗接我们下山。次旦师傅是一个健谈的好司机,他可以讲述关于西藏的故事,介绍西藏各个景点的历史给你听。联系电话:13908945750 车型:猎豹。 我们的线路:西藏是个让你忘却了时间的地方,所以,没有必要赶路,走到哪里是哪里。这里到处都是风景。 第一天,预定布宫门票,去哲蚌寺,下午去大昭寺。 第二天,去布宫参观,酸奶坊里泡奶吧,布宫广场晒太阳,拉萨博物馆,八角街溜达,去藏家宴吃藏餐。 第三天,前往鲁朗,途径松赞干布的故乡,中流砥柱,尼洋河,八一,林芝,鲁朗林海,住八一。 第四天,鲁朗游 第五天,八一途径拉萨,住曲水。 第六天 ,曲水经岗巴拉山,看羊湖,满拉水库,卡惹拉冰川,住定日。 第七天,定日,珠峰,日喀则,住日喀则。 第八天,日喀则,尼木,纳木错,住纳木错羊宾馆。 第九天,纳木错返回拉萨。 第十天,拉萨河,八角街转悠,住行者驴舍。 第十一天,拉萨河,色拉寺。住行者驴舍。 第十二天,八角街小寺庙,娘热风情园看藏獒。 第十三天,拉萨火车站,离开拉萨。 我们投宿的地方,还有龙门客栈哦!拉萨入住:行者驴舍 坐落在布宫后面的驴舍,环境适宜驴友。 联系电话:13989905360老板江莉八一入住:杜鹃花宾馆 条件不错 长途免费哦 联系电话:13989940450有困难你可以随时找老板:次仁曲水入住:一个被当地评委文明单位的家庭旅舍,没有名字,是那个小镇上为数不多的旅社,我们忘记了名字,因 为当天晚上电路不好,灯忽闪忽闪的,被我们戏称为“龙门客栈”。只是投宿一晚,为了能及时看见羊湖的日出。白坝入住:成都庄园,一个很干净的小驴舍,老板很干净利索,联系电话:13889020294周先生纳木错入住:羊宾馆很有名的宾馆,中央四台介绍过,电话随处可以找到。 我们的团队既然是攻略篇,那就来说说我们的装备吧: 太阳镜、太阳帽、防晒霜(指数要高一点),护肤霜、润唇膏、湿纸巾(珠峰和纳木错不具备洗漱条件)、洗发水、香皂、牙刷、牙膏、毛巾、卷筒纸、头灯,雨具,水壶、睡袋。 衣服:漂亮妹妹可以随意准备衣服,只是不要忘记带一件轻便羽绒服、冲锋衣。 常备药物: 抗高反药物:红景天,西洋参片、板蓝根冲剂(每天喝,干燥到每天起床氮中带血,鼻腔.),消炎药,感冒药,退烧药,肠胃药,止血贴,复合维生素,牛黄解毒片,润喉片、诺迪康(其实就是藏药红景天)。 带些文具,比如:铅笔、本子、圆珠笔等比较好,这些是路上遇见藏族孩子,给他们的,我在纳木错遇见了一个女孩,她留了一个地址给我,希望我可以邮寄一些书本给她,在后面的游记我会写到。 友情提醒:你可以不买文具,但是千万不要带用过的,或者是坏东西给孩子们,在那蓝天下,面对孩子诚挚的眼睛你的良心会颤抖的。 准备一些纸币零钞,那里不用硬币哦! 不要担心东西带的不全,衣服带的不够,在拉萨八角街的商家,什么都有卖的,价格也很公道。 2011年9月13日至2011年9月29日徐州西藏自助游(17天)费用清单 交通:4551元(其中:包车2500,硬卧745,软卧1152,打车153)餐费:1061元(早饭管饱,中餐晚餐四菜一汤准)药品:82元 (四人剩余药品全部捐赠色拉寺附近转山藏民)保险:210元 (美亚保险30天)零钱:9元 (寺庙)住宿:635元(四人间、准间、多人间)门票:665元(含珠峰越野车、哲蚌、纳木措、大昭、布宫、羊湖)通讯:25元捐赠:80元(文具60元,喇嘛电话充值20元)(个人)合计:7318元 嗯,准备好了!我们该出发了!千万不要被下面的啤酒和牛奶吓倒了,这是四个人在44小时里的食物,我们是集中采购,这样可以避免浪费! 好了,啰嗦了这么多!我们出发吧!《去西藏》之二 路上的风景 都说:西藏不在拉萨,西藏不在日喀则,真正的西藏在路上……美景不在前藏,美景也不在后藏,真正的美景在路上…的确如此:美景在路上!凌晨上车,一觉醒来火车已经进入三门峡地区,眼前的河流应该是黄河的支流吧?下雨了,透过车窗看着窗外模糊的风景,心里想,把雨水留在路上吧,祈祷西藏是个大晴天。这里塌方了。桥被大水冲断了。火车驶进了甘肃地界,天开始蓝了,气候也干燥了。这是酒钢集团下属的一个重工基地,好像是在铁路沿线生产钢材的。 从格尔木开始,我们的火车开始进入青藏高原,真正意义上的青藏铁路开始了。 早上近六点的时候,列车停靠在格尔木车站,茫茫大漠只有一轮明月。从这一刻开始,我们的车窗就成了变幻莫测的观景台。([]

2010.享受老挝慢时光. 01(行程图、攻略)老挝LAOS,全称Lao People's Democratic Republic。 在游客群中,老挝仿佛就是东南亚国家中号召力最弱的一个,或许是最易被人忽略的地方了,它既没有吴哥、蒲甘、素可泰刺痛心灵的历史古迹,也没有普吉苏梅、西哈努克、美奈芽庄那样海天一色的美景,但神秘、悠闲、恬静、与世无争,恰恰是这个小小佛国给予现代人最好的礼物。 老挝,它保持了东南亚最后的原始天然和淳朴宁静,未经雕琢的自然风光和质朴天然的风土人情,与现代文明的差距正是老挝的诱人之处。尽管经济落后,物质匮乏,几乎没有工业(可能至今仍旧是世界上最平穷的25个国家之一),但小小的、懒散的、仿若时光流转回去的老挝,却令东西方背包客趋之若鹜。或许,在原始的状态中享受悠闲的快乐,是种更为直接更为本真的快乐。 是的,老挝没有令人失魂落魄大惊大艳的风景人文,老挝有的,只是平淡渗透的美。只要你走近它就会发现,老挝其实就像那著名的Lao coffee,看似清苦,但在唇齿舌尖滑过之后,便会在心中印下淡淡的甘美。 走过老挝、放逐欲望。去吧,去老挝!享受现代人稀罕的慢时光......年初从南越旅行回来的时候,都不曾想到自己十一长假会游到老挝。 还是因各位老挝游回来的前辈,在网上留下了太多精美诱惑的PP和文字,加之查到2007年老挝当选LP背包客最想去的地方之一,心里面一下子就放不开老挝咯!这竟促使我改变了“提前一年就定好旅行时间和地点”的老习惯,最终在六月份上亚航下了订单,这次老挝旅行就这样突如其来鸟。 十天的辗转颠簸下来,总的来说,老挝之行比想象中轻松,之前一直担心的交通衔接问,由于旅游市场的逐步成熟,现在都有代理或GH可以预定点到点的大巴联票了,让游客省了不少力,真不错呢! 趁着刚回来的新鲜劲儿,赶紧把实际行程和tips记下来,以供向往它的XDJM们参考吧。实际行程: D1 昆明,傍晚1830卧铺大巴(新螺蛳湾南部客运站、24h、¥374)发车 D2 大巴临晨430途经勐腊~730重新出发~930途径磨憨~1030口岸过境+老挝磨丁Beton入境~之后沿老挝13号公路开行~ 1930 到达琅勃拉邦Luang Prabang城郊的北星宾馆。 D3 琅勃拉邦(清早看布施&逛早市、下午光西瀑布Tat Kuang Si、傍晚观湄公河日落、夜市购物) D4 琅勃拉邦(清早看布施&揽湄公河晨景、白天逛寺庙——香通寺Wat Xieng Thong、维苏那拉特寺西瓜塔Wat Visoun、皇宫博物馆Royal Palace Museum、傍晚普西山Phu Si落日、夜市购物) D5 琅勃拉邦800~VIP大巴(7h、240公里)~1500到达万荣VangVieng(南松河看日落) D6上午万荣(骑行郊游,or Tubing漂流);下午1330VIP大巴(4h、160公里)~1715到达万象Vientiane(湄公河边日落)~2030卧铺大巴(过夜) D7清早630到达巴色Pakse~730VIP大巴~1030纳卡桑村渡口Nakasang~15分钟渡船~1100到达东德岛Dong Det(湄公河看日落) D8上午东德岛(骑行看小瀑布,or包船海钓…);下午1600渡船~纳卡桑村13号公路口~1730VIP大巴~傍晚1930到达巴色~2000卧铺大巴(过夜) D9清早630到达万象;之后万象(早市场、香昆寺佛像公园、超市购特产) D10白天万象(逛寺庙——塔峦寺That Dam、凯旋门Patuxai、西萨格寺Wat Si Saket、玉佛寺Wat Ho Phra Keo); 傍晚万象~亚航~返程D11Tips 1、关于季节的问: 我们的十一长假,正处于东南亚雨季的尾巴。一般每天都会有阵雨,有时是一个多小时的倾盆暴雨,有时却只滴几粒眼泪水,最适宜的是晚上的那场阵雨。白天温度,也就在30~33°C,不下雨的时候阳光灿烂够晒滴,到了夜晚会好过一点22~25°C,通风好的房间只用吊扇就将就OK了(房间要开空调的话,那可是另一个价咯)。 但十一长假,却正好在老挝的旅游淡季里头(老挝旅游旺季是11~2月),呵呵,游客少,确实感受很深啊,不用担心好的GH客满,还可以低价入住!吃饭、订车票、户外活动也一样不用担心拥挤。 十一长假去的优点还有,植被茂盛稻田原野葱绿很养眼,缺点则是雨季河水太浑浊,湄公河几乎变“黄河”了,光西瀑布的钙化池也是黄蜡蜡的,全然没了“小黄龙”的影子,没有诱人的碧池,也容易失去下水的欲望。 2、关于老挝筛选游地的提示: 游客常去的老挝游点有:琅勃拉邦、万荣、万象、四千岛、丰沙湾、占巴色、波罗芬高原。因时间路线和个人兴趣之故,我们只去了前面四地。 琅勃拉邦——位于上寮,是老挝古都,必去!其中最大的看点在于:清早布施、逛夜市购物、光西瀑布钙化池跳水、普西山日落、香通寺的生命之树。 万荣——位于中寮。卡斯特地貌,探洞、骑行、turbing漂流、跳水、皮划艇、篝火狂bar......是鬼佬弄出来的户外活动经典之地,被称“山寨版阳朔”,两者的确很像,不过个人看法是:万荣就是万荣,不要以为去过阳朔就可以忽略万荣了。...以前,万荣遍布含大麻的酒饮,菜单上称之“happy xx”的,现在老挝禁毒,表面上几乎已绝迹了。 万象——位于中寮,是老挝首都,可能是世界上唯一位于边境的国家首都了吧,感觉上是很平易近人的一个国都。另,不要理解字面意思,“万象”可是一头大象也没有的,其实“万象”是粤语的译音,普通话直接音译应该接近“万听”之类的,台湾人则叫它“万珍”(呵呵,台湾人按照古时候的称谓,还称老挝为“寮国”的)。 四千岛——位于下寮,在与柬埔寨接壤的湄公河上,灰常原生态!鬼佬心仪之地。骑行、游船、河钓、晒太阳、看书、写东西、想心事、发呆、乱转......反正你去那里就准备好kill time就好咯。 丰沙湾——位于上寮,以看平原石缸为卖点的原生态地区,据说能看到更淳朴的清晨布施。 占巴色——位于下寮,也很原生态,以一处比吴哥历史还早的高棉石窟而著名,只是破坏程度也更厉害了。 ......没想到实际走下来,个人最喜欢的是万荣和东德岛两地,而且特遗憾的是都只住了一晚!!同伴J-J同学很经典地说,那是因为近来太忙的人才会喜欢乡下生活,哈哈,要是闲人会更喜欢琅勃拉邦和万象舒适的生活了吧。所以,提醒一下生长在乡间和城市的同学,别盲目跟风,要选对自己的地方,毕竟像咱这类穷人上班族,假期和米米都很有限呐,要珍惜! 3、特别需要提醒携带的东东: 耳塞防high噪音、水上活动时的防水袋、飞机和夜行大巴上披的外套、色彩艳丽轻便的晴雨伞、高指数防晒霜、太阳镜、蚊不叮or驱虫软膏。 (如果陆路过境的话,很可能刚进咱边警的出境楼,就被直接捉到2楼交40大元办黄本本--健康证了,不过换回来的3颗防疟疾药片和一小支军医院出品的长效驱虫膏,俺们都用了,尤其那个驱蚊膏,比较了带去的其他产品,那效果,还真不是一般的好啊,真意外!所以,还是要相信老军医喔,哈哈) 其他可选的还有:mm的防晒薄长袖衣、骑行郊游用的防晒大沿儿帽、泳衣外的纱笼、以及无烟盘香、带USB口的插座、湿纸巾...... 建议携带药物:抗过敏药、奎宁防疟疾、藿香正气水、黄连素、维生素等...... 4、换汇经验: 磨憨口岸的人民币换汇最高,我们9.25过关时换到的是“ 1人民币 CNY = 1201老挝基普 LAK ”,跟出行前查的汇率相差很小。后来在老挝一路上的Exchange窗口看了,人民币换汇一路下跌啊,最高也就只有1180了,倒是感觉用美金换的汇率好,一般都稳定在8.1~8.0x左右(1 美元USD = 8100老挝基普 LAK),跟国际汇率相差不大。 注意一下,在磨憨口岸出关前(就是大巴停在关口一下车)就要换好钱,其实大巴前面停在磨憨车站时,就有不少当地妇女手里拿大沓的老挝基普围kip上来要换汇了(一般她们的喊价很难再还价的,即使你们有好几个人一起换大额)。因为你下了大巴不换钱,一旦进入中国这边的出境办公楼,给边警看了护照盖了出境章就得从另一面大门出去,这一脚跨出境,出了门就不让停留了,更别说换钱了,哪怕你跟换钱的妇女只隔一栏杆。 另外,兑换老币kip时一定不要怕麻烦,千万记住要当面清点清楚,否则可能发生缺张的情况,以及币值给错的“意外”情况,在老挝境内使用老币时也得一样小心!经验是注意下区分大面额5W和2W,都是粉红色的,还有老币常用的最小面值一千的纸币上,那个老挝数字1长得很像阿拉伯数字9喔,别慌慌张张的搞晕了!(呵呵,事实上也不可能存在有九千票面的钱币哒)。其实老币也有500面值和100面值的小纸币,有时候你换汇或在超市购物找零,常常被莫名地去零头,可别轻易地算了,记得老币也有小面值的喔,拿来留作纪念也蛮好滴。 老挝币只有纸币没有硬币的,简称kip,老挝币里头“零”太多,一般就以W为单位去计算老币就好了。跟人民币的快速等值换算,就是乘以8再去掉后面4个“零”,差不多就是人民币的当值咯,比如,老挝人比划价钱说1Wkip(一般会说英语ten,就是“十千”kip),其实相当于人民币8块钱左右。 5、便利的长途大巴联票: 很高兴地是,发现现在老挝境内的旅游地,诸如万荣~万象~巴色~四千诸岛,都可以买到联票了,这跟在越南走open tour公司车票、以及在尼泊尔代理车票都是类似的,很方便,票价呢也并非贵多少!尤其是去四千岛的3个岛(东阔岛、东德岛、东昆岛),原本看前辈的游记中提起,都得靠自己一程程链接砍价找车,麻烦又费时还要担心衔接问,但现在都可以订到车船联票咯,呵呵,也就是说,你买了他们的联票,就不怕赶不上每一个环节的大巴咯,真是省心呀。 另外,也有发完境外泰国、越南、柬埔寨各地的联票,大大地方便了串游东南亚的XDJM们。 6、城镇内交通: 太远不能走路过去时,就靠tuktuk(或者jump)了,实质是三轮摩托的改装小车,前者小点。 坐tutu车前一定要先讲好价、手写出来示意,因为老挝币的“零”太多了,尤其是在万象“大”城市,还很可能被故意混淆teen和ty的发音,1.8W和8W差的可不是一点儿,会被骗惨!另,旺季一定特别要跟车主谈好,包车中途是否准许再上人,不然相信会被挤扁。 现在tutu一般起价都叫1W/人,即使在这样的淡季,有时还会蒙5W/2人的。在车站内和游客聚居区要还下来价格较难,所以一般就自己背包走出车站外面,或走一段远离游客区,再拦车砍价更好。 小经验:只要是在琅勃拉邦城内转悠,当地人乘的tutu价格是0.5Wkip;在万象,别相信那些景点tutu车主拿出的价格表,那高得真是太昧良心了! 7、通讯用老挝手机卡: 强烈建议穷游一族在到达当日就买好老挝SIM卡!老挝的手机卡很好买,小店里都有。我们买的M PHONE卡,2Wkip,里面还含差不多20~30分钟的老挝境内通话时间(没仔细记录,粗估的)。 老挝有2大通讯公司,一个是ETL,另外一个是LAO TEL。使用老挝的电话卡,单向收费,接听全免费,包括接听国际长途哦。建议买LAO TEL的M PHONE 电话卡,老挝境内差不多700kip一分钟,打回中国的话自动转成IP(就是直接0086-地区号-你要拨打的号码就可以了),2000kip左右一分钟。而ETL比较麻烦,打长话必须要加188,就变成了IP,如果不加188,那个费用吓死你! 附,中国通移动开通国际漫游的老挝资费准:(1).拨打当地电话4.99/分钟,拨中国国内电话0086+号码12.99/分钟,接听电话5.99/分钟。可以选择中国移动推出的**139优惠业务拨打国内电话,费用与接听相同5.99/分,每分钟可节省7 元。使用方法:拨国内手机拨**139*86 手机号#,固话拨**139*86区号用户号#,成功呼出后手机上会显示“Ok.Please wait”字样,此时可挂机等待约半分钟,移动会为您接通电话回拨过来。若被叫未接听电话则无需支付费用。(2).发国内用户短信1.99/条,接收短信免费。 8、生活: 老挝是220V电压与国内相同,大部分GH里的插头都是2孔的。 一般Guset House的开价,用空调的普遍比只用吊扇的贵2Wkip。特别指出一点,中文版的《LP老挝》一书版本较早,其中GH指导价格早已过时,甚至有些推荐的食店也早就关张找不到了(这点在琅勃拉邦特别突出)。 饮水,大的GH里有大净水桶,可以灌装。一般就自己在小店买6软瓶一组的瓶装饮用水,最高买过0.8W一组在四千岛,最低是0.5W一组在万象。好像洋鬼子都很喜欢买这种软瓶装,他们鬼着呢,估计这样买水最合算。 老挝小超市很多,日用品一应俱全,很方便。比如小小90ml的飘柔洗发水也就合人民币四五块钱,比越南还便宜点儿呢。街头Massage的小店很多,相对上海的美体店那是便宜得很,不过老挝的style用力太温柔,不够爽,用的精油也不够好。 9、小吃吃经验: 这个季节水果就买那种小米芭蕉吧,因为都是自然熟的,甜而糯很美味,比大香蕉还好吃。一扇小米芭蕉的当地价是0.5kip,记住喔!街上有水果小推车,有剥好的柚子卖,0.5Wkip一个挺甘甜的,也有认不得的绿色佛手果,没尝。街上小零食推车有卖煮玉米、煮盐水花生、煮小红薯的,还有烤小米芭蕉的小摊子,3只0.1Wkip,烤过之后的味道就像烘山芋,真神奇!在琅勃拉邦街头,常见一种现场烤制的小椰汁糕,并不甜腻而是香糯,是很美味的甜品喔! 法棍还不错很便宜,街头本地人小摊0.1Wkip一小根,还有许多法棍夹菜吃法的小推车,跟越南街头的很相似,有的鬼佬就在街头买这种法棍夹菜三明治来吃,呵呵,便宜又饱肚。 老挝的汤粉不如越南的好吃,可能有个人口感的缘故吧。总觉得老挝本地人吃的偏咸,花式粥啊米粉啊都不敢多喝,甚至老挝油条里也都会放点儿调味料。 老挝的咖啡质量挺不错的,咖啡浓度比国内高,只是从未溶入本地人生活,这跟越南很不同。不过一般针对游客的餐店都会有lao咖啡卖,强烈建议品尝!个人体验是,老挝咖啡更偏重咖啡清香,而越南咖啡则添加更多奶油香。 10、食品手信: 建议作为老挝手信之一,去超市购买些LAO咖啡带回来,会受欢迎滴。LAO咖啡大品牌是DAO-HEUANG GROUP的DAO COFFEE(还有另一个本地品牌,貌似没有DAO做的大),除了超市有卖,它还有专卖店,三合一的大致有3种不同的口味,600g30支我们买的是2.7Wkip。还有咖啡粉、咖啡豆,按品质分价格不同。 老挝产的一种本地酸角软糖,淡淡的酸甜味,挺不错,不管是自己吃还是送人都很好,只是包装简单了些,我们买的是一小包大约20几粒1.3Wkip。 11、学几个有用的老挝语: 1-能、2-耸、3-伞姆、4-西、5-哈、6-货格、7-结特、8-白特、9-告、10-西普、千-潘; 中国-巴太金、谢谢-hope jai(Khawp jai)、再见-拉滚(但实际听到的发音像“老公”),最重要的一个必学词是老挝打招呼问好的sabaidee-萨拜迪。 The other‘s tips: a,老挝时间: (和越南泰国时间一样),都比中国北京时间晚一个小时,如中国的10:00am是老挝的9:00am。 b,重量单位: 注意下,老挝的水果、蔬菜、肉类、糖等,都是轮公斤出售,价全是xxxkip一公斤。 c,信用卡,取现: 基本无用,或者用也要加3%+手续费,ATM机是有的,有VISA的借记卡提现在这些地方还是方便。 d,购物支付货币: 买东西看价的货币吧。价是美元,最好用美元支付,价是kip,就用kip支付。要不然给你折算一次,会贵一些的。老挝本地老币、美金、泰铢都可以流通使用,人民币之前也开始流通了,就是因为假币问又不行了。 e,衣着、习俗: 老挝人不接受暴露太多的装束。忌讳用左手传递东西或食物、忌讳别人触摸他们的头。 f,寺庙参观: 老挝的寺庙一般下午四点多就关门,中午休息,要去要赶早。 另外Lao Guidebook 2010上说最好是早上拜访寺庙,清晨过来拍照,可以掌握最好的光线效果。 老挝的寺院,不管大小,进入都要脱鞋子和帽子,短裤不能太短,露背露肩的衣服不能穿。 g,食: 老挝以糯米饭为主,叫做 kao niao(发音),普通老挝人吃饭很简单的,少油盐,就1个凉拌菜,用手捏一小团糯米饭配着吃。 要试试老挝的damahong,就是凉拌木瓜,老挝的木瓜不像国内的都熟透了,这里都是生的,脆脆的,和着辣椒、鱼露还有西红柿什么的,拌在一块儿吃,是地道的老挝菜。 老挝的bin ba就是烤鱼也很不错,一定要试,不过有点小贵。注意老挝不临海,一般就是淡水鱼。 不要忘了吃吃老挝的kao biao,一种类似中国粉的东西,一般5000kip一碗,糯米做的,很管饱,而且味道很不错。 老挝有一种酸奶,味道很不错,上面原味的不含糖酸奶,地下室一层果酱,吃起来很有感觉。 来老挝千万不要忘了买瓶Beer Lao来喝:地道唯一的老挝啤酒,在老挝的市场占有率极高,是老挝人的自豪。Beer Lao比国内的啤酒纯多了,酒精度数也要高一些,酒量不好的,千万要注意啊,不要以为只是一瓶啤酒而已。Wine Lao:类似葡萄酒的一种水果口味酒,深受女性喜欢。Lao Lao酒:一种当地自产的米酒威士忌,度数较高,据说后劲很大。 各色水果shake是每餐必点的饮品,绝对的美味。夜市上小摊出售的shake最便宜,卫生条件也不错,5000KIP/杯,其他地方在6000-26000之间不等。Mix fruit shake、Papaya+Pineapple、Strewberry等口味都不错。 老挝咖啡享誉盛名,在炎热的午后来一杯浓郁的冰黑咖啡也不失为一种享受,7000-12000KIP/杯。 h,老挝特色小吃: 香蕉奶油口味的PANCAKE、小铝碗里烤的椰汁小饼、蒸红薯、法棍面包、放在小竹筒里面蒸熟的黏米饭、加入很多种类当地香料的清蒸河鱼、搭配鱼露汁的油炸时蔬饼…… i,市场还价: 摸索到一些报价规律,供大家参考 夜市里的小物件、特色商品、报价的7折是一般他提供的最低成交价,但5折大都可以成交,有人是来给自己小店采购的,因相对量较大,比如某种纸灯笼买20-30个,观察到3-3.5折是底价附近了!老挝背景资料: 老挝慢生活: 在中南半岛,有一句很有名的谚语:“越南人种田;柬埔寨人看着稻米成长;而老挝人连看都懒得看,只竖起耳朵,听着青翠的秧苗拔高成穗”(Vietnamese plant the rice;Cambodians watch it to grow;Laos listen it to grow.)。慢生活体现在老挝人身上,即是:Bo Pegniang (Please don’t rush 请不要着急),慢吞吞、闲散、安静、而且安宁,大多数人脸上都挂着和善的微笑,见到你会轻轻低低地问候一声“撒拜迪”。 宗教深入生活: 老挝全民信奉小乘佛教,有人聚居的地方就有寺庙,在城市里几乎走不了几步就会出现一处寺庙。老挝男性上至高官、下至平民百姓,一生之中都必须至少出家当一次和尚,每次一般3个月,少则3-5天,也有终身为僧不还俗的。寺庙对人们而言,是教育之所,是沿袭老挝文化之地。 小乘佛教徒主要守持五戒,但不持素,只忌食“十肉”(即:人、象、虎、豹、狮、马、狗、蛇、猫、龟),日进二斋,过午不食。(注意,异性不得与僧侣有身体上的触碰。) 附,大乘与小乘的区别——“乘” 为车辆的意思。大乘即大车辆,大牛车,普渡众生自度度他;小乘即小车辆,鹿车羊车,只能自度。教义上区别:小乘主张“我空法有” ;大乘主张 “我法皆空” 。实践方面的区别:小乘主张修持阿罗汉果,求得自我解脱,独善其身;大乘主张行菩萨道兼善天下,普度众生,最终成佛。目不同,修行内容方法也异:小乘修三学(戒、定、慧)八正道;大乘则兼修六波罗蜜(六度),即布施、持戒、忍辱、精进、禅定、智慧。 湄公河: 流经老挝全境,老挝语Menam Khon,柬埔寨语作MeKong(意“母亲”),越语作Song Tien Giang,中国境内称澜沧江(Lancang Jiang或Lan-ts'ang Chiang)。湄公河是东南亚的母亲河,总长约4,880公里(3,033哩),流域总面积:81.1万平方公里,是世界第六大河,亚洲第三长河,东南亚第一大河。发源于中国青海省,流经西藏自治区与云南省,此后成为缅甸与老挝之间,以及老挝与泰国之间的部分国际边界,还流经老挝、柬埔寨与越南,然后在胡志明市(西贡)南面注入南海。老挝首都万象与柬埔寨首都金边均在岸边。湄公河约3/4的流域面积在其下游流经的5国--缅甸、老挝、泰国、柬埔寨与越南。最后写一段外话收尾。 老挝旅游业发展很快,接触旅游的当地人,大都会用多种语言跟你搭讪。打招呼的词,英语、法语、日语、韩语、中国普通话...他们都会,连万象的外语培训公司里,中文也是频繁开班的语种之一。 不过肯定是来自中国的背包客太少了,我们被直接招呼“O ha yo”的比例高达95%,虽然被认成了日本人郁闷,但好过那剩余5%被认成棒子,哈哈!然后当我们大声纠正“Chinese”的时候,100%会被反问是否来自HongKong,看来“香港是中国的”这个命已深入世界咯,吼吼。不过,我们还是会继续纠正“from ShangHai”喔,也有不少老挝人知道上海的,还不错!而且老挝人大多对中国人很好奇,搞旅游的那些人总是想从我们这里多学几个中文词呢。 其实,在老挝做生意的湖南老乡浙江老乡遍布各处,他们常年生活在老挝,其中开中餐馆倒是不多,大部分开店做商品生意。到了老挝国都万象,虽然紧挨着泰国,小超市的食品大部分也是泰国货,但却几乎就变成中国人的天下了,我们看到大的就有水利公司、道桥公司、建筑公司、大宾馆...都竖着巨幅的中文牌识。老挝唯一那条贯通南北的13号公路,就主要是中国援建的,而13号公路从与中国接壤的磨丁开始,直达泰国廊开的这一段,属于“昆曼公路”的老挝段。从另一个高度来看,老挝对中国的战略意义可是很大啊。 老挝的四邻顺时针分别是泰国、中国(云南)、越南和柬埔寨,前两个经济好的国家对它都有深刻影响。如今老挝旅游业飞速发展,不由得让人对它独特的原生态产生担忧,......唉,看看中国内地恶劣扰人的旅游业现状就够了。重要补充: 1)关于证。 俺习惯把事情提前做好,所以行前就把证的事情搞妥了才出门,建议XDJM们尽量跟俺一样。喜欢随性的人肯定会不屑地会问了:Why?虽说游记上查到的信息,说老挝可以陆路落地的人更多,事实上,那只是一般情况。口岸的政策随时在变,与我们同车的帅哥就遭遇了惨烈的意外!我们过境那段时间说是不给落地了,然后不得不找了换汇的小妹,她们讲可以帮忙通关系,最后的结果是花了一千大洋才过了国门!!要知道,老挝目前证费200元,一般委托代理也不过300元。(老挝证目前只有在北京和昆明可以自己办。) 2)老挝入境卡 到老挝入境的窗口,记得先问他们要入境卡!!自己填好再递进去盖章办手续。切记切记!!不然,他们不会主动递出空白卡来的,你就会被索要20RMB (or 2Wkip)才能被放过喔。 3)公路信息 据穷游网刚回来发帖的mm说,打听到两个月后,昆明~老挝公路的老挝段要开始维修了,老挝人的效率是不清楚几时能完工的,提醒要去的人注意。关键是老挝段都是窄窄的山路,弯弯曲曲的路况真的不好,反正俺睡在车子最前面中间位子的下铺,也非得用脚抵着栏杆,才不至于被时时东摇西摆的大巴甩出床铺,唉,确实很颠!要是修起路来,路况更差、错车更困难,估计从昆明到琅勃拉邦可就远不止24h咯! 4)夜行大巴 因为老挝的车子大部分是棒子那儿来的二手车,所以大巴铺位改装得怪怪的。万象和巴色的来回,俺们都睡了双人的那种上铺(幸好同伴J-J同学也不胖,哈哈),订票时可以提要求的,比如要前面的上铺。下铺一般有拉帘子,不过要是跟陌生人挤一个铺还要拉帘子可真受不了啦......,后来知道,也有单铺大巴卖,价格无异。琅勃拉邦到万象的也是夜行巴士,不晓得是否也有两种大巴呢? 看网上也有人说昆明到琅勃拉邦的大巴,买到的是上下都是双人的那种铺位,不过我们那趟车还是一排2x3个单铺的。单人铺很窄小的呢,连俺都觉得受不来,跟上海到青岛的“恐怖超载”夜行班车一样,呵呵,还是在北疆坐到的卧铺大巴宽敞啊(怀念ing,俺深爱着的北疆,咔咔)。 另,在昆明~琅勃拉邦的夜行大巴上,可能会有小偷装成的客人,要特别小心随身贵重物品!这个小偷往往是半夜到达勐腊之前(临晨4点),开始在走道里匍匐翻包行窃,然后在勐腊下车,事实上,过了勐腊之后,大巴上就剩下五六光人了,包括一个日本独驴。 2010.享受老挝慢时光. 02(预告美图之一)唉,每次旅行回来,一想到要整理4千张海量照片,都是一个头十个大。~~估计哪天就真的欠债不还直接潜逃啦,嘻嘻......^_^不多说牢骚话咯,先上几张自己喜欢的预告美图吧。 Ps.全部原创图片啊,咔咔,D90还没摸熟,PP问多多,请大家批评指正。 琅勃拉邦,Luang Prabang:在琅勃拉邦的花阴下,沉醉。` 大名在外的香通寺,它代表了琅勃拉邦的寺庙风格,与高棉和泰国的寺庙不同,寺顶一直垂至地面。主殿内壁全部是鎏金壁画,主殿后壁外墙上,则镶嵌着一棵令人过目不忘的生命之树!` ` 日落普西山远没有想象中的辉煌美妙,太阳哗啦一下子就掉到山后去咯。事实上,在普西山,还是看人间炊烟、天上晚霞来得棒。 万容,VangVieng:一只沉醉在万荣喀斯特风景里的猫猫。南松河上,飘回来的是正爽得hight的皮划艇&tubing。远处跳水+畅饮+蹦迪中的鬼佬&近处光PP戏水的本地小P孩。著名的LP推荐的看景GH:elephant crossing......不过,个人认为还是在这里次次4.5Wkip/人的较丰盛自助早餐,一边看看美景是最合算的咯。万象,Vientiane:万象的湄公河日落......注意,对岸可是泰国的土地咯。荣登老挝国徽的图案:塔銮。被赋予国家主权象征的鎏金塔,金光灿灿的果然好气势啊!万象并没有大象,只找到这两只石头小象,蹲在法式老房子的外墙上,快乐地甩鼻子嬉戏着。老挝首都最拿得出手的大街景,号称“小香榭丽舍”大道,远处就是老挝的“凯旋门”。呵呵,这个视角看起来,跟模仿的原型还真有些相似啊。2010.享受老挝慢时光. 03(预告美图之二) 特别喜欢四千美岛这个地方,为它拍了许多照片。选片好难,难以取舍,呵呵,只好再开一个新篇来预告它了,希望您不要嫌弃它的PP太多......四千岛 之 东德岛,Dong Det:(湄公河 篇)(四千美岛)(黄昏) ` ` ` ([]
夏天(6月28日至8月26日),和朋友一起游历了巴基斯坦北部地区,并完成了喀喇昆仑山区K2大本营,以及snowlake两条经典徒步线路。旅程之奇幻,遭遇之惊险,徒步之艰辛,在我本人的旅程经历中前所未有,特此为记。 预先说明的是,这是个纯粹的户外帖,帖子里没有艳遇激情之类的八卦,也不会有0元穷游的嘘头。这里要讲述的,只是两个傻乎乎的老男人,不远千里结伴去喀喇昆仑,看雪山走冰川的艰苦故事。如果你和我们一样,喜欢徒步,喜欢看雪山美景,那么请相信,这个帖子的6.5万字、1500张照片和23段视频,一定不会让你失望。 先大致列出行程表:6月28日-7月3日:北京出发,经银川、乌鲁木齐,抵达喀什与队友会合,7月3日到达塔什库尔干县;7月4日-7月15日:此次行程的第一部分,游历巴基斯坦北部山区:7月4日从塔什库尔干县经红其拉甫口岸出境,抵达巴基斯坦境内的边境口岸小镇sost,再往南经过堰塞湖,游览美丽的hunza,而后抵达北部地区首府Gilgit市;7月7日至10日,从Gilgit出发,往西抵达shandur pass山都垭口,观看著名的山都马球赛,期间很不幸遭遇球场骚乱,仓惶逃窜;7月11日至15日,到达徒步的起点城镇skardu,与徒步向导sharif会面,办理徒步许可证,游览skardu周边,并参观了当地什叶派穆斯林的阿舒拉节游行活动。 7月16日-27日:此次行程的第二部分,用时12天,完成徒步K2BC线路,抵达K2大本营并遇到了杨春风、饶剑峰、张京川在准备攀登K2,张梁、王静在攀登布洛阿特峰;而后艰难翻越了Gondogorola垭口,经hushey回到skardu。 7月28日-8月2日:休整,并往返gilgit办理证延期,未办理成功,返回skardu;8月3日-11日:此次行程的第三部分,用时9天,完成徒步snowlake线路,其间穿越了两条长度均在60公里左右的大冰川,抵达hunza。 8月12日-23日:此次行程的第四部分,从hunza出发,一路往南抵达巴基斯坦首都伊斯兰堡,办理证延期,并游览伊斯兰堡和古城拉合尔。8月24日-26日:伊斯兰堡经乌鲁木齐,飞回北京。 在开始我们的旅程故事之前,先隆重推荐我们这次徒步的向导sharif。sharif是徒步起点城镇skardu当地人,今年36了,有一个儿子和女儿,年纪都很小。sharif家族三代都是登山和徒步向导,家传渊源,他对当地喀喇昆仑山区可谓了如指掌,非常熟悉。sharif为人友善,脾气很好,他组织的徒步服务团队成员,都是来自他家同一个村庄,在团队管理上没有什么问或矛盾,成员很友善乐观而且团结,还能有效控制成本。去年他接待了几拨中国游客,今年又接待了好几拨。由于政治原因,近几年来自西方的游客大幅减少,sharif也希望能迅速吸引更多中国游客,这次徒步过程中,他很认真地向我们学习中文,还有计划去伊斯兰堡学习中文,为将来更好地服务中国游客做准备。(sharif和他的儿子卡玛尔) 另外,还要介绍一下sharif的叔叔ali,我们都管他叫阿里叔叔。阿里叔叔是个很有意思的人,整天乐呵呵的很喜欢开玩笑,很好相处,在当地也是很有名的登山和徒步向导,LP上都有对他的推荐。阿里叔叔体力很好,带队经验丰富,经常和sharif一起带队。如果由他带队徒步,也是很愉快的事情。(阿里叔叔和卡玛尔) 此次行程相关注意事项:(注意事项比较多,如果不打算去徒步,可以跳过不看)1、证:按照巴基斯坦使馆网站的说法,为中国公民提供免费证,但是你需要提交一大堆材料,比较麻烦,而且证官还有可能挑刺,说白了,和证代理串通起来赚钱。如果你有耐心和时间,可以尝试和证官直接打交道(据说北京大使馆办理比较正规)。想省事,可以找证代理(淘宝上就可找到),只要提交护照和照片即可,其它任何材料都不用准备,价格大概在1000-1200左右,可以办理一个月的商务证或旅行证。需要说明的是,如果你觉得一个月旅行时间足够,那就办理一个月即可;如果不够,则和证代理沟通,争取办理两个月或3个月的。去年据说在巴基斯坦北部城市gilgit或skardu,都可以办理证延期,但是今年的政策发生了变化,skardu不能再办理证延期,gilgit也只办理旅行证的延期,最多给你延15天,而且审批很严格;商务证延期则必须到伊斯兰堡办理,要和各种官僚机构打交道,很麻烦。2、徒步季节:尼泊尔境内的喜马拉雅山区,最佳徒步时间是10月份、11月份和4月份,但是喀喇昆仑山区则完全不一样。这里的登山季节是7月份,徒步的最佳季节就是7-9月份,其它月份天气较差,要翻越垭口很困难。即便如此,在7-9月份徒步,遇到恶劣天气的可能性仍比较大。我们徒步这两条线路,都遇到了雨雪天气。据当地的向导说,今年7月份有5支队伍徒步snowlake线路,因天气原因,只有一支队伍成功翻越垭口完成了全程徒步,其它四支队伍都不得不半途而返。3、往返行程:从国内去喀喇昆仑山区徒步,可以选择飞到伊斯兰堡,再坐大巴过去,但是往返机票比较贵。如果走陆路,可以先到喀什,然后经塔什库尔干县,从红其拉甫口岸出境。喀什和塔县都有去巴基斯坦的国际大巴,到巴基斯坦境内的sost口岸。这样费用能节省很多,还可以顺便游览慕士塔格峰及巴基斯坦北部山区风光,就是时间比较长一点,我们就是这么走的。需要注意的是,塔县的海关联检,可能会查你的红皮书和黄皮书,就是《国际旅行健康检查证明书》和《疫苗接种或预防措施国际证书》,需要在你所在地区的出入境检验检疫部门办理。这两本证明,如果没有,据说和检查人员说好话,也能过去。但是以防万一,我们出发前,还是办理了黄皮书(《疫苗接种或预防措施国际证书》),花了两百元。红皮书办理费用要五百元,我们想省钱,没有办理。在过海关时,检查人员问了几句,查看了一下黄皮书,也就放我们过去了。回程也可以原路返回,但是新疆在暑期也是旅游旺季,最好提前预订从喀什返回的机票或车票,能省不少钱。同时尽量避开6月底和8月底的时段,这是大学放假和开学的高峰期,也是游客进出新疆的高峰期,车票和机票都比较紧张。从伊斯兰堡飞回乌鲁木齐,只有南航的航班,如果是在网上预订的电子机票,记得要提前去南航在伊斯兰堡的办事处打印一张机票确认单,凭这张单据才能进机场办理登机手续。 4、保险:出发前我通过磨坊网站,花几百元购买了美亚保险的“乐悠游”海外旅行保障计划,共包含12项保险项目。记得把电子保单出发前交给家人,并记下保单号码,一旦有事,可以用得着。5、徒步许可证:徒步K2BC需要办理许可证,可以提前联系向导办理。如果到skardu之后办理,需要3天时间(要传真到伊斯兰堡办理)。我们就是到了skardu之后办理的,3天时间顺便游览了skardu周边。snowlake线路是开放区域,不需要办理徒步许可证。6、交通:巴基斯坦北部地区的交通主要是汽车,由于路况不好,中巴车(minibus)比较多,车内很挤,包括司机旁边,共有5排座位,每排坐4个人,坐进去之后基本就动弹不得,有时车尾和车顶还外挂几个人。从gilgit到skardu,我们坐过好几家公司的minibus,只有一次我们坐NATCO公司的中巴,是每排3个人,算是很好的条件了。从gilgit到伊斯兰堡,有带空调的豪华大巴,票价2100卢比,坐17个小时左右。徒步的开始路段需要坐车,一般安排的则是老式的越野车,在后面帖子里可以看到。7、风俗:巴基斯坦是伊斯兰国家,特别是北部山区,相对还是比较保守。注意尊重当地的风俗习惯,没有经过允许,不要给当地的女性拍照,更不要触碰当地女性。坐车时一般前排是女士专区。和人握手和给人端食物,要用右手。女士去当地旅行,最好穿长袖衣服和长裙长裤,不要露出胳膊和腿部。8、旅行风险:巴基斯坦对中国人相当友好,北部山区更是如此,只要说是中国人,一般都会受到热情相待,女士更加会有优待。喀喇昆仑山区总体而言还是比较安全的,唯一需要注意的是,从gilgit往南去伊斯兰堡的路上,会经过chilas地区,这一地区的部族据说和塔利班有联系,属于比较危险的地区。8月14日晚上我们从gilgit去伊斯兰堡坐大巴经过这一地区时,大巴车都是几辆结伴而行,司机告诫我们不要下车。第二天,也就是8月15日晚,这一地区就发生了恐怖袭击,三个武装分子拦住一辆巴士,枪杀了25个人,引发了skardu市的大规模游行抗议。这次恐怖袭击也直接影响到我们的回程计划。9、通信:在巴基斯坦旅行,可以买一张当地的电话卡,打当地电话和国内电话都比较便宜,一般买中移动在巴基斯坦子公司zong公司的卡比较多,但是充值时会扣掉将近20%的税费。徒步路段上是没有手机信号的,不妨把手机关掉或调到离线模式。我的队友用的iphone,徒步过程中关机,只在拍摄视频时才开机,比较省电。 10、食品:徒步线路上是没有补给的,所有食物从skardu出发时都要准备好,但又不可能带过多的量,所以最好出发前在准备物资时,和向导做好沟通,尽量照顾队员的口味、喜欢的食物类别。我们走k2BC时,由于事先没有沟通好,厨师在路上就做了很多的charpati面饼给我们吃,我的队友,来自山东的海洋同学吃得非常开心,而我这个南方人就简直痛不欲生。后来走snowlake时,厨师就相应对食物做了调整,增加了炒饭、面条、蔬菜水果的数量。另外,还可以从国内多带一点下饭菜、香辣牛肉酱、巧克力、牛肉干、压缩饼干之类,注意不要带含猪肉的食品。11、小费:向导会对徒步线路有一个报价,人越多,每个队员支付的价格就越低,但是这个报价是不包含小费的。这次我和队友两个人走k2BC,小费准是:背夫走完全程,每人小费20美金左右;有的背夫是在翻垭口之前就半途返回,小费就是10美金左右;厨师的小费是50美金;厨师助理是25美金;向导的小费是150美金。这样算下来,总的小费费用相当于徒步价格的12-15%左右。snowlake线路的小费金额与K2BC基本相同。如果队员较多,相应支付给向导和厨师的小费总额也会增加,但平摊下来,每个队员支付的金额还是会有减少。所以去徒步的话,队员人数还是多一点比较划算,以4-8个人为宜,人太多了队伍也不好协调。12、充电:巴基斯坦电力供应不足,首都伊斯兰堡都会有计划停电。北部山区的几个主要站点,skardu有自己的水电站,停电算是比较少的,hunza则没有统一的电网供电,各个旅馆都是自己发电。因此注意,只要有电力供应,抓紧给手机相机电池充电。旅馆一般都会提供插座。徒步路上是没有地方可以充电的,相机备用电池一定要带足。我的宾得k-x单反,用的是5号电池,出发前在淘宝上买了充足的劲量5号锂电池,相当给力,4节电池能用一周时间。13、货币兑换:在北部山区几个大的站点,美金和人民币都可以兑换当地卢比,可以找旅馆老板询问兑换点。这次我们兑换,拿人民币直接兑换卢比,要比带美金兑换更划算。例如,我们在gilgit,一元人民币可以兑换15卢比,而一美金则只能兑换92卢比。在sost口岸兑换时汇率要低一点,到gilgit稍高。8月下旬我们返程时,卢比有贬值,伊斯兰堡当地的外币兑换点,一元人民币可以兑换到15.2卢比,美金则是94.5卢比,还是拿人民币直接兑换更划算。 14、装备:最后列一下这次徒步我的装备物品清单:鞋子:SCARPA barun徒步鞋1双,Teva凉鞋1双;背包:小鹰38背包1个,强氧摄影胸包1个,强氧水壶包1个,驮包一个;内衣:C3上衣2件,C1长袖1件,速干短袖T恤1件,红辣椒排汗长裤1件,内裤若干;保暖:防风抓绒1件,HW玉羌带帽羽绒服一件;外衣:Marmot driclime风衣1件,Pata带帽软壳一件;裤子:TNF速干裤、Columbia 两截式速干裤各1条;睡袋:MHW -15度睡袋1个,睡袋内胆一个;药品:感冒药,腹泻药,健胃药,创可贴,清凉油,云南白药喷剂,抗生素类药(头孢类);其它:登山杖2支,护膝1对,抓绒帽1顶,防晒圆边帽1顶,头巾1条,手套2副(抓绒手套、劳保手套),太阳镜1副,徒步袜2-3双,雪套1副,头灯1个,手电1个,水壶1个,雨披1个,瑞士卡片军dao1个,手机+充电器,剃须刀,洗嗽用具(速干毛巾、牙膏牙刷、小梳子),卫生纸,湿纸巾两包,防晒霜,润唇膏,小本子,笔,照片,证件,晾衣夹。相机:宾得K-X单反+腾龙18-200镜头;5号锂电池若干;充电器+充电电池;存储卡;相机清理工具。在这次带的装备中,最满意的是徒步鞋和睡袋。scarpa barun徒步鞋是我这次出门前新买的,相当给力,因时间紧张,没有经过磨合就直接上路了,经历了各种艰苦地形,全程给我相当好的保护。MHW睡袋是很早的款式了,又大又重,徒步过程中有几晚直接睡在冰川上,很冷,幸好带了这条大睡袋。徒步结束后我把睡袋送给了向导,他非常高兴。另外,驮包也很有用,经历了马驮人背,磨破了几个洞,很好地保护了我的背包和物品。还有晾衣夹,徒步途中,在帐篷上晾晒衣物和睡袋,很有用。另外记得带一副便宜的劳保手套,走K2BC翻垭口时需要拉着绳子上下,用得着。至于失误的地方,主要是防潮垫,由向导提供,比较简陋,睡在冰川上的时候很冷,所以最好从国内带一个充气垫过去,或者在skardu再自己多买一个搓板垫。另外,药品不妨多带一点,除了队员,背夫们可能也需要一些药品。这次我走K2BC比较衰,12天全程生病,国内带过去的药全吃完了。走snowlake时买了巴基斯坦产的药,结果基本又没有吃。 第一部分:游历巴基斯坦北部:陌生的朋友自从看了去年的几篇K2徒步帖之后,就一直惦记,但总是下不了决心。今年4月份,我在EBC认识的青岛哥们海洋沙漠发了一条微博,准备6月底组织去巴基斯坦K2徒步,当时我心里就痒痒了,可还是不能确定。直到6月中旬,我才向海洋确定参加队伍,然后赶紧办理证,准备各种手续,找风总和被窝购买装备,订火车票飞机票。那十几天忙得不可开交,我发现出门长线旅行,准备越久考虑越多,反而可能越有变故,倒是像这样临时决定,下个狠心,也就出去了。一通忙乱之后,6月28日清晨,我去北京站赶火车去银川。正值学生放暑假,北京到乌鲁木齐的火车票根本买不到,飞机票也是很贵,强总替我一番核算,先坐火车到银川,再转乘春秋航空的班机到乌鲁木齐比较划算。那天出门就不顺利,北京下了雨,这就意味着大堵车。我9点出门,赶11点的火车,居然差点没赶上。好在有惊无险,第二天29日清晨顺利到达银川,然后换乘中午的飞机,下午到达乌鲁木齐,在中山路找了个宾馆住下,离火车站比较近。准备第二天,也就是6月30日,坐上午的火车去喀什和队友会合。其实我真心希望旅途平安顺利,当然有点小刺激也是无妨。可是我没有想到这趟旅程居然是这样出乎意料的开端。6月30日凌晨5点,我在旅馆床上睡得正香,迷迷糊糊就觉得床在晃荡。当时我第一反应就是:屋子里进贼啦?没事干吗晃我的床?然后突然一个激灵,感觉不对,好像是~~地震了!我腾地坐了起来,床还是在摇晃,可是外面走廊上没有任何动静,难道是我睡糊涂了?我于是又躺下了,刚躺下,床猛的来了个剧烈的晃动,连桌子也在晃。这可不是错觉,我立马跳起来,手忙脚乱边穿衣服,边开了门就往外跑。这时各个房间的客人都纷纷跑了出来,从8楼一口气跑到大街上。大家站在街边,大眼瞪小眼,谁都不知道是哪里地震了,还会不会有余震。有人拿出手机打电话刷新闻,都没有什么消息。这样干等到6点多,我估摸着,应该没啥大事,就上楼回到房间打开电视,新闻报道说,是和静县巩乃斯发生了6.6级地震,离乌鲁木齐有好几百公里,这里震感都那么强烈。反正已经睡不着了,干脆吃完早饭,收拾行李,去火车站等火车。进了候车室之后,大喇叭开始广播啦,说由于地震的影响,铁道部门要检查道路受损情况,因此开往南疆的列车全都要推迟发车,具体何时发车时间不确定,大家在候车室等着,不要走远。候车室人越来越多,又闷又热,一直等到下午两点,终于发车了,晚点了4个小时。然后一路不停的错车让车,第二天到达喀什,已经晚点了8个小时。 我的队友海洋和小赵,在帕米尔青年旅舍,热烈欢迎我的到来。原本计划5个人的队伍,一个家里有事,还有一个没办好证,这样就非战斗性减员成了3个人。他俩6月30日坐飞机来的喀什,恰恰就在前一天发生了和田劫机事件,顿时让我觉得大家真是难兄难弟。 我们在喀什休息了两天,看完了欧洲杯决赛,购买了一些物资和药品。7月3日上午,离开喀什,乘坐中巴车,赶往塔什库尔干县。 这是我第二次去塔什库尔干县了,一路帕米尔高原风光,可惜中巴车不能中途停下来拍照。 一路最著名的景点,当然就是冰山之父、海拔7546米的慕士塔格峰。 下午抵达塔县之后,我们找旅馆住下,打听好了第二天去巴基斯坦的国际大巴。下午哥三个闲得没事,就去县城边的石头城逛逛。 塔什库尔干,曾有葱岭、蒲犁、羯盘陀的美称,维吾尔语意为“石头城堡”,就是缘自这个古代的石头城。石头城海拔3100米,地势极为险峻,是新疆境内古丝道上一个著名的古城遗址。汉代时,这里是西域三十六国之一的蒲犁国的王城。唐朝政府统一西域后,在这设有葱岭守捉所。元朝初期,大兴土木扩建城廓,旧的石头城换了新颜。清光绪二十八年(1902年),清廷在此建立蒲犁厅,对旧城堡进行了维修和增补。城虽小,形势却十分险要。城外建有多层或断或续的城垣,隔墙之间石丘重叠,乱石成堆,构成独特的石头城风光。城下即一片湿地,古代自喀什、英吉沙、叶城、莎车至帕米尔高原的几条山路均汇集于此。尽管风吹日晒,它的轮廓仍然较为完整。 石头城边的湿地,开发建设成了郊野公园,建了木质栈道,成为当地人休闲的好去处。 往北望去,远远可以望见慕士塔格群峰,白雪皑皑。 河水缓缓流过,这一片群山环抱下的牧场,水草丰美。 牛羊在草地上静静享受美餐。 开阔的河谷。 夕阳西下,照亮了这片美丽的湿地草原。 夕阳下的石头城。 如画的草原黄昏。 金色阳光下,闪闪发亮的草原。 蓝天下云彩朵朵。 悠闲自得的马匹。([]
2013年马上就将结束,回到老家也有十来天了,心其实还在路上。在路上瞎折腾了8个多月后,累了,审美疲劳了,没钱了,终于停下来有时间整理照片了。旅行快不快乐,取决于跟什么人一起旅行。这里感谢一路同行的小伙伴们。因为有你们,我的人生更快乐。回忆如梦,所有的一切仿佛像似昨晚的一场梦:徒步雨崩抄小路掉进冰冷的溪里,半夜摸黑逃票尼农如同抗日战争, 搭拖拉机穿行澜沧大峡谷,大雪中搭车翻红拉雪山,东达山冰冻中下车奔跑,业拉山搭不到车抄近路徒步,坐在小货车后面敞开的车箱里下72拐,加查山上大雪中吃西瓜,似漆黑夜搭翻斗车去桑耶寺,坐玩命摩托上加乌拉山口看珠峰,在多玛等一天(等了15个小时)没搭到去叶城的车,坐溜索过叶尔羌河去皮勒村,两个B无GPS走狼塔C,单人无GPS穿越鳌太差点失温冻死(3天成功穿越),牛背山看云海啥都没看着(大雾),两个2B走在连傻B都不走的路上穿越罗布泊核心区......一切都历历在目。最美风景在路上2013年的穷游及徒步轨迹3月:湖南、云南(徒步雨崩)4月:云南、西藏5月:西藏、新疆6月:新疆(徒步琼库什台)7月:新疆、青海、陕西(2人GPS无向导穿越狼塔C线、单人无GPS无向导三天穿越鳌太)8月:四川、贵州(徒步牛背山)9月:重庆、湖南、湖北10月:湖北、新疆(2人无向导无卫星电话无后援徒步穿越罗布泊核心区)11月:甘肃、陕西、内蒙、北京、宁夏、山西、青海(徒步华山、箭扣、司马台)12月:湖南(徒步湖南崀山八角寨大峡谷探路)立帖记录下徒步历程微博名:胡世华Swan-hu咨询行程攻略的可加我QQ314880333或加群248211563目录徒步雨崩: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页 梅里雪山: 第28页(中国最美雪山)琼库什台徒步 : 第32页(中国最美草原)狼塔C 第56页风雪中徒步狼塔 2013年3月,辞职了,在家闲着,有个朋友在云南雨崩开了家小客栈想转让问我要不要接过来做(去年骑完318以后就有了开个小客栈的念头),之前听骑过滇藏线的骑友提过雨崩这个地方,只知道是梅里雪山下的一个村子,其它的一无所知,更不知道它竞然是中国十大徒步路线之一。我在网上查了几天雨崩的资料,在8264看了很多帖子,被梅里雪山的美丽惊呆了。日照金山是那么的振憾! 同时发现它是条很难的徒步路线(网上说的是中国十大徒步路线之一),走尼农进还有段很长的路是在悬崖边上走的。 记得去年骑318到泸定时,大家去泸定桥玩,我一到桥头脚就软了,最后还是队友牵我过到对岸的,这证明我有严重的恐高症。我考虑了几天到底要不要去雨崩(怕恐高过不去),权衡了几天我还是买了去昆明的火车票。3月底到4月,我在雨崩与飞来寺这两地方待了二十来天,来回进雨崩不记得多少次了,估计不下十次,后来村里面的很多人都认识我了。我从三条路线进过雨崩。里面的神瀑、冰湖都去好几次,神湖因三四月份去不了没去过。日照金山看到了不下十次。徒步初体验在去雨崩之前从来没有徒步过,对于户外也就是去年5月骑了次川藏南线,也算是驴友了。但看了网上的很多帖子后还是很忐忑,因为从来没接触过徒步,帖子上一般都说的神乎其神的,什么强度很大呀,中国十大徒步路线之一呀,每年都会死人呀。帖子上列的装备我都没有,最后打电话给朋友,朋友说来吧,不是很难的,你一个骑完过318的大男人怕什么呀。打完电话我就把去昆明的火车票买了。下面来说下我后面总结出来的攻略雨崩村位于梅里雪山十三峰之一的缅茨母峰与五冠峰的山脚下,景色优美,民风淳朴,是一个神秘的藏族村落。村子由两上雨崩与下雨崩组成,上下雨崩相距1公里左右。是徒步爱好者的天堂。交通:火车/汽车/飞机到昆明,然后可以从昆明到大理、丽江、香格里拉、德钦一路玩过去(可以搭车也可以班车),昆明、丽江、香格里拉都有直达德钦的班车(昆明到德钦22小时,丽江到德钦12小时,香格里拉到德钦5小时),德钦到飞来寺有班车班车(好像是5块每人),班车有时没有的,(也可以从德钦可以拼面包车到飞来寺,一般要砍价,可以砍到5块/人)从飞来寺到西当温泉有简易公路,西当到雨崩村是没有公路的,村子里的物资全部从西当用骡子驮进去,所以里面的物价很高(550ML的农夫山泉卖5元),但住宿很便宜(五一,十一等假会翻好几番),就是条件稍差点(间也有,平时150左右)。去年已经通了电(南方电网供电),只有中国移动在山上建了个小基站,但是是太阳能供电的,天气很好的时候白天晚上都有信号,天气一般的时候上午8点到晚上12点有信号,天气差的时候要白天10点以后才有信号,下午5点可能就没信号了。我走过的进雨崩的路有三条:1号线.从飞来寺坐车或包车到西当温泉,然后从西当温泉开始徒步或坐骡子进村(骡子来村价格(平时):从西当温泉到上雨崩是175/人,上雨崩到西当是125/人,只有土豪骑呀)2号线.从飞来寺包车到尼农桥,从尼农桥过澜沧江后徒步进村(没骡子骑),这条路相对危险很多,但风景也相对好得多。以前一般逃票的人走这条线,从今年4月开始很难成功了,我带人从这逃了两次没成功。3号线.从飞来寺山214国道下面开始全程徒步进雨崩,从荣中桥过澜沧江后,沿公路到西当温泉,从西当温泉开始与1号线走的是同样的路线。这条路很危险,强度也大,体力一般的人不建议走。日照金山梅里主峰卡瓦格博下面开始回忆第一次徒步雨崩尼农进雨崩攻略: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页 日照金山: 第28页 下面开始回忆第一次徒步雨崩尼农进雨崩攻略: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页日照金山: 第28页 途中偶遇纳帕海 途经金沙江,这段金沙江是云南与四川的界河,这边是云南德钦县,那边四川得荣县 金沙江峡谷春意盎然 白茫雪山上是另一番景象 这里就是飞来寺的街上了 飞来寺建议住觉色滇香国际青旅,在这里可以找到一起徒步雨崩的人可能会遇到很多牛人 第二天早上可以在飞来寺看日照金山,人品不好的就很难看到时了我有个哥们在飞来寺住了一星期没看到过 下面介绍我第一次从尼农进雨崩的情况当天晚上(3月28号)我在觉色滇乡国际青旅约到了7个人,听说头天晚上有人从尼农逃票成功了,我们大家一致决定逃票从尼农工进,我找前台要了包车司机的电话,司机跟我们说昨天还拉人逃票成功了,这更增加了我们的信心,司机说只要在天亮前过了查票的小房子就能成功,于是约好第二凌晨3点半从飞来寺出发。(包车好像是240元)第二天大家按约定上车出发了,当时特别冷,因为睡觉的时间短,大家一上车都睡着了,不知道翻过了几座山,大概过了1小时20分司机把我们叫醒下车,打着手机照向澜沧江边说:看到没,那里有座桥,桥对面有白塔,过了桥后往右走,一直沿路就行了,大概走1个半小时会看到一座小房子。我们仔细一看离河边还有很远呀,问司机怎么不送我们到下面去呀,司机说下面塌方了下不去,走10分钟下坡路就到了。我们打的打电,亮的亮手机照路,走了大概10多分钟到了河边,仔细一照发现有两座桥,我们选择了下游的一座,也就是尼农老吊桥过的河当时一片漆黑,这张照片是后面去的时候照的过桥后我们往右沿着澜沧江走一直走到到雨崩河与澜沧江交汇处右拐进峡谷 这个地方就是小河与澜沧江交汇处进入峡谷后就是沿着水渠走,这就是传说中的悬崖路了,其实一点都不危险,最窄处也有50-60CM宽 沿水渠走的这段峡谷很狭窄,风景不错 峡谷里看日照金山清澈的雨崩河 走到水渠尽头,遇到一座木桥 走到小木桥这里可以看到远处有一座木房子 ,沿着路一直往到房子方向走走到这里离小房子很近了,我们逃票胜利在望了 走到小房子附近时发现情况不妙,有人在,我们估计是查票的,绕也绕不过,大家只好硬着头皮过去了,走近以后果然不出所料是查票的,最后大家磨了1个多小时买了半票 这里要说一下,走到这个位置上面是有一条简易公路的,一直沿着公路走就到下雨崩了,但是走下面小路风景好很多。我们那天走的是下面的小路,结果还迷路了。 这是我认识的第一拔徒步驴友,一起走雨崩的战友(其实大部分都和我一样是第一次徒步) 我们那天运气不错,梅里雪山露出了真容,老远就印入眼帘 为了抄小路过河,第一次徒步居然掉河里。在这里晒了一个小时也没把鞋子晒干 有一段因为河边是峭壁,只能走在河床上,如果大雨天河水暴涨河床被淹,这里将很危险,我们走这里的时候还看到这里粘了一张去年的寻人启事,寻找一位老外([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 最遥远的背影 ----狼塔C+V线徒步日志 文/图苏格拉底麦穗 注:如果只想浏览主贴,请先点击“只看该作者”即可浏览连续主帖。 注:如果只想浏览主贴,请先点击“只看该作者”即可浏览连续主帖。 注:如果只想浏览主贴,请先点击“只看该作者”即可浏览连续主帖。狼塔来历: 狼塔之路是穿越北天山最为漫长和危险的徒步线路。它起始于位于北疆昌吉回族自治州的呼图壁河大峡谷,由北向南翻越五座近4000米的达坂后到达南疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州的和静县巴伦台,全程徒步距离约120公里。呼图壁河发源于河源峰,在当地哈萨克语中,河源峰被称为狼塔,意为有群狼守护的塔山。河源峰海拔高度5290米,山势陡峭,型如尖塔。狼塔C线正是穿越这一地区的一条高危徒步线路。狼塔C线穿越需要翻越冰山隘口、横渡激流、行走空中栈道、穿越草原、森林…风景绝美而又惊险刺激、集巍峨壮美的天山风光之大成。在新疆户外,狼塔C线被评为难度和风景最高的8级,是目前已知的最艰苦的徒步线路之一。在后山一百多公里的无人区里,森林茂密、遮天蔽日;奇花异草、闻所未闻。这里是狼、棕熊、雪豹、野猪、北山羊、盘羊、雪鸡等野生动物的乐园,更是富有探险精神的山友们的向往之地。线路简介:新疆北天山狼塔C+V徒步重装穿越新疆昌吉市(起点)--呼图壁白杨沟煤矿--白杨沟达坂—-台普希马克河--库勒阿特腾阿苏达坂----尔特兰塔河----蒙特开曾达坂----哈拉哈提达坂----古仁郭勒村----乌兰达坂----夏热达坂----绿湖----乌拉布图达坂----天格尔达坂----头屯河峡谷——乔楞格尔达坂----农大林场----昌吉市(终点)活动日期:2013年9月24日09时----10月4日16时领队:(新疆)清风(C线)(新疆)树OO(V线)(新疆)豆浆(V线) 队员简介(C+V报名队友): 封子(女浙江杭州)米诺克斯(江苏苏州)小伍(河南郑州)笨鸟(广东东莞)一休他哥(上海)苏格拉底麦穗(山东烟台) 序向天山深处的狼塔致敬 当我站在白杨沟达坂的垭口上,贪婪地向天山深处远眺,历经数百万年岁月形成的苍凉地貌,浩瀚壮阔,恍若风雷激荡,浩浩汤汤﹑奔涌而来......举头仰望,变幻诡谲的云朵,在湛蓝的天幕中,舒展着变幻多姿的风情,令人心醉神迷。灿烂千阳下,我结识了众多如我一样酷爱户外探险的朋友----他们或只身独行,或结伴而来,把动魄惊魂的淋漓汗水,撒在了这片遍布孤寂的大地上﹔把刻骨铭心的跋涉经历,化为人生记忆的底片,精心珍藏。 有人说,如果你爱一个人,带他(她)走狼塔吧,因为这里有天堂般的绝佳风景;如果你恨一个人,带他(她)走狼塔吧,因为这里有炼狱般的艰难行走......其实,天堂炼狱也好,情仇爱恨也罢,在我看来,一个人只要喜爱户外,或多或少都会在梦境中与狼塔结缘;一个人只要热衷探险,或早或晚都会行进在这条线路上----不管您是新疆本地人,还是来自遥远的国度 。雪峰千岁,白云万代,狼塔因你我到来而生机勃发;我们因穿越经历而悲欣交集...... 说狼塔是一条风景独好的经典户外线路,绝不是溢美夸张之辞。尔特兰塔河的冰冷刺骨,长空栈道的横切峭壁,河源主峰的直刺苍穹,库拉阿苏腾阿苏达坂的漫卷长风,绿湖湖畔的风轻云淡,哪一处不是狼塔线路的精彩华章?群山之巅的怒放雪莲,乌兰达坂的离离原草,沉静挺拔的雪岭云杉 ,高山植被的花团锦簇,天格尔峰的冰清玉洁,哪一点不是天山的浓情馈赠? 大自然的风光旖旎,尽收眼底,内心的点滴感悟也一样历历在目......一路走来,我收获了永志难忘的生死之交----中途小憩时的一杯热茶一个苹果,风雪漫天时的一句关爱叮咛,足以拉近几天前还是素不相识的队友间的心理距离;惊险路段的一次友善援手,愁云惨雾中的一回守候,慢慢褪去了每个人在都市里为了打拼生存蒙在脸上的种种面具……一种无法名状的力量在悄无声息地击中每个人的软肋,这正是当下社会中失散已久,可望不可即的无价真情!在这条交替着绝望希望,更迭着秀美蛮荒,弥散着英豪气息的雄关漫道上,残阳如血、乱云飞渡、骏马飞驰、金鹰翱翔。----这是天地间最宏大的舞台。远离尘世喧嚣,在不断行走中沉淀灵魂的你我,正是剧中的主角! 本来静默无声的狼塔线路,缘何在短短几年内声名鹊起,吸引海内外的驴友纷至沓来,一路行摄,激扬文字?是因为天时、地利、人和。狼塔虽处天山,交通却并不闭塞;呼图壁、和静县民风淳朴;户外领队大度豪迈,真诚坦荡,敢于担当,这已经积淀为这条线路的一种文化!热情、开朗、勇敢、善良----正是这样的领队人格魅力,留住了山南海北“狼塔迷”的心。 狼塔是户外探险爱好者心驰神往的线路,还在于旅途中渗透了人性中最朴素的追求----对生活的热爱,对绝美景致的不懈追寻,对艰难险阻的奋勇攻克,对友情的倍加珍视......这种精神底蕴,仿佛台普希马克河的湍急涡流,甘甜清冽,奔涌不息;仿佛根植在脑海深处的一粒种子,花开叶散,馥郁芬芳...... 我不是新疆人,但我对有“户外天堂”美誉之称的新疆山水情有独钟。如果把狼塔线路比作一位身在远方的老友,这位朋友神情冷峻﹑目光深沉﹑胸怀博大﹑背影伟岸。在路上,我和你,曾经挥汗如雨,曾经爱恨交加,曾经仰天长啸,他都在天山深处默默看在眼里----我在天格尔达坂静思,我在尔特兰塔河谷冥想,我在绿湖晨曦中泪涌,我在夏热牧场暮色里自语......很遗憾,十年前,我无缘结识狼塔线路的开拓者王铁男与杨春风,与他们同闯天山路;很幸运,十年后,我没有错过狼塔C+V,追随后来探险者的坚实背影,紧跟他们的稳健步履,感受铿锵心跳,并肩走过浩荡澎湃的户外岁月! 狼塔,你敞开怀抱融化了我,你轻捻指尖揉碎了我,你鼓动风云卷走了我,你掀起波澜淹没了我...... 一路行进,我感叹着脚下的蜿蜒长路,穿行湮没在达坂河谷的碎石深处;一路行进,我遥望着天边的暮云晓月,行者的决心与气概在胸膛燃烧;一路行进,我凝视着烟云蒸腾的雪域群峰,真切无言的心声一次次在心底难以阻遏地奔涌...... 再回首,狼塔线路不仅仅是一次对户外行者体能和经验的检阅,更是对人生态度和心理的审视与锤炼!狼塔线路,绝不是一条坦荡如砥的通天大道,而是一段跌宕起伏,坎坷崎岖的二百公里暴虐山路。那高耸陡峭的雪峰达坂,那寒彻冰冷的激流,依然时常在我的梦境中浮现......十一个跋山涉水,追风饮尘的日日夜夜啊!即使进入人生暮年,我依然回味不尽你的光荣与梦想,由衷感叹你的壮怀挚情。我可能忘记一路走来的山川地名,可能忘记每一次艰苦登攀的细枝末节,但挑战自我、命悬一线的拼搏挣扎将永志于心! 坦率地说,一次户外深度探险并不能彻底改变个体生命当下生存发展轨迹的既有走向,但,艰难跋涉之后的深刻感怀,却能够改变一个人的生活态度。晨曦朝阳里,走在路上,我破茧成蝶,展翅欲飞......已经成为过往的狼塔C+V线路的成功穿越,必将化作一枚明镜,永远照耀着我的灵魂!狼塔,你把背影留给了我,我却把自己留给了你。 冲破苦难,拥抱凯旋。----人生无处不登山…… 是为序。向天山深处的狼塔致敬! 第一章 身未动,心已远。 又见中秋。胶东地区,夜色澄澈。明月似一道孤独盛宴在天宇中恭候着我的赴会。不知从何时起,我发自内心地躲闪着一些中国传统节日的莅临。中国人用富有特色的发散思维把包括亲情在内的各种正常,非正常人际交往装进了大同小异的节日“箩筐”,在一种拉拉扯扯﹑眉来眼去﹑颔首不语中,中秋节早就失去了固有的静穆深沉,转而变得喧哗热闹起来。用十岁儿子的话说,“现在八月十五,谁还吃月饼啊!” 我在家中独自做着出征狼塔前最后的打点,虽然硕大的行囊事先已经被拆装了N次。----本是一个做事循规蹈矩的理工男,我甚至为了此次出行画了好几回的定置管理图。 上午,宋老师领着儿子回娘家过节了。多年的夫妻,已经让此时所有的叮咛变得多余,虽然她发自内心地不理解我的这次出行。送走娘俩,按照往常一样,我照旧不依不饶地在跑步机,健身器材上保质保量地自虐了一回!筋疲力尽后,我站在浴室喷头下,大口大口喘着粗气,回念父母亲此刻在身处他乡的小弟家中团聚,陡然生出几分孤单情绪。索性放开水阀,泪水﹑汗水一并簌簌流下,我知道,一年的“大考”,终于近在眼前,狼塔,我来了! 节日的车站冷冷清清,还是有好事者嗅出了我的行装诡异,主动走上前来,不咸不淡地东拉西扯。和几天前送行的好友一样,路人感言,兄弟,从黄海之滨烟台到西域边陲,迢迢万里,太远了吧?我莞尔一笑,心头暗想,远的不是新疆,而是说和做之间的距离!月光下,前方路基上的铁轨明灭着一道道清幽的光芒,恰似妻子临出家门时,回望我的深情一瞥。宋祖英演唱的《望月》陡然在心头响起……望着月亮的时候常常想起你望着你的时候就想起月亮世界上最美最美的是月亮比月亮更美更美的是你没有你的日子里我常常望着月亮那溶溶的月色就像你的脸庞月亮抚慰抚慰着我的心我的泪水浸湿了月光月亮在天上我在地上就像你在海角我在天涯月亮升的再高也高不过天你走的多么远也走不出我的思念 第二章 济南1085次列车的故事 非常感谢不知名的车站工作人员七手八脚地帮我把随身携带的大宗物资送进了卧铺车厢。不大的行李架顿时堆满了我的“宝贝”。待我安排消停,列车也徐徐启动了。我像只累趴下的蛤蟆一样,迅速进入了梦乡。 一夜无语。再次睁开眼睛时,车内弥漫着一股好闻的胭脂气味。下铺的两位回家过节的女大学生一边补着淡妆,一边指点着我的装备。济南到了! 经过反复斟酌,我决定在济南把物资减负。一个电话果断通知驻济警官接待站的好友分享了我本来要带到新疆的土特产品。晃晃悠悠地挪出站台,我立刻融化在喧嚣鼎沸的人流之中。 永和豆浆是我早餐的首选。刚刚落座,一位略显丰满的女生身着户外装,大大方方地走了过来,“你好,欢迎来到济南!大哥,您这是要去……?”我局促不安地起立示好,嗫嚅地挤出了两个字“狼塔”。女生来了兴致,眼神中放出了敬意的神采,自我介绍说,“我刚刚从墨脱线出来,敢走狼塔的可都是真汉子啊!大哥,祝你成功。”我心里涌上了一股羞赧之情,暗暗说道,什么汉子啊,哥是留级生,去年被劝退白杨沟达坂的熊样,你是没见过。 吃饱喝足,终于有了兴致扫视站台内外的景致。屈指算来,我这个从巴山蜀水深处走出的异乡人,在齐鲁大地生活,工作即将廿载。今天的济南,早已脱去了印象中内陆都市的羞涩内向,难觅昔日“四面荷花三面柳,一城山色半城湖”的旧城风貌。无孔不入的商品经济,已让这座中国东部省会城市换了容颜,不再朴实敦厚得像城墙一般寡言少语。(
