从西藏回来一周了,不知是醉氧还是心逗留在那,时不时恍惚之间,思绪又飘到了喜马拉雅山脉的山谷里,七天所经历的一幕幕,又会浮现在眼前。古人说:山中方七日,世上已千年。好在真不是这么回事,我的亲人们、我的朋友们依然年轻、依然健康,正因为有了他(她)们的牵挂、祝福,经历了路上爆胎、车子冲下路基差点翻到沟里、车子追尾等等有惊无险的花絮后,平安归来。 有朋友说:雪山和大海是看不腻的!我同意,看着雪山或大海,的确可以发一天的呆。所以这几年来,夏天看海拍海,秋天进山拍雪峰,成了我的摄影主。今年的秋摄计划早在几个月前就确定,每个周末的爬山拉练只为这次徒步之旅,时不时担忧自己的体能、时不时担忧自己半月板已破碎的膝关节如何能应付这高海拔的连续徒步之旅,但我知道一点,现在不去,以后可能身体真的去不了了,抱着即使膝关节再伤害得重一点也要走一趟的决心,踏上了这趟旅程。 感谢这次同行的三位朋友:亚克西、言语、和曦,从订机票、联系住宿、租车、租牦牛、徒步之中的食、住。。。无一不为这趟之旅付出了辛勤的汗水。七天徒步行程:第一天:曲当乡--优帕村--晓乌措第二天:晓乌措--卓湘第三天:卓湘--热嘎第四天:热嘎--白当第五天:白当--热嘎第六天:热嘎--错学仁玛第七天:错学仁玛--伦珠林村--优帕村 珠峰东坡,在国内并不算特别有名气的徒步线路,但在国外驴友界却名声显赫。珠峰东坡和嘎玛沟在上世纪被美国和英国探险家赞誉为 “世界十大景观”之一、“世界上最美丽的山谷”、“世界十大经典徒步线路之一”。因其整个徒步线在珠峰自然保护区内,风景非震震撼,珍稀野生动植物繁多,同时可以欣赏到珠峰(世界第一)、洛子峰(世界第四)、马卡鲁峰(世界第五)。 此地区的特点主要是海拔高(平均海拔在4000m以上),雪山融水形成湖泊众多,天气好时能近距离欣赏雪山的震撼之美。线路上人迹罕至,生态原始,水源丰富,珍稀动植物时有所见,星星点点的高山湖泊如宝石般散布,加之嘎玛沟沟谷幽深,景色非常之迷人。 我们的徒步之旅,前几天是令人非常沮丧的,云雾太重,象第四天的行程,路上都没拍过一张,而带去的五块相机电池,最后剩下三块都没有用,因为每天吃过晚饭就开始下雨下雪,曝高原星空的愿望一直没能达成,但上天和神山还算关照,把好天气留在了最后两天,把大家最为看重的雪山倒影完美展现出来,所以总的来说,这一趟还算不虚此行。卓湘营地的早晨汤湘观景台白当营地看珠穆朗卓峰 晨拍珠穆隆索峰、洛子峰、珠峰 (从左至右)日出前天空泛起玫瑰红日照三峰晶莹剔透钻石山冰雪霜遥相呼应徒步七天感想良多,无奈怕打字,就不必矫情感概!下面按时间顺序用图片做个流水帐。俺一直建议进藏的航班选择个靠窗的位置,有机会航拍到雪山就赚到!可惜俺的航班太晚,再加上航班延误半个小时,只能抓住夕阳的一点尾巴拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡2.青稞熟了拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡3.不是新都桥,也有红草地拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡4.拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡5几米阳光?拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡6.拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡7.第二天就中秋节,好多年没在外面过了!本想从深圳带两个月饼过节吃也好,做路餐吃也好,但想到月饼易碎衣压遂放弃。没想到中秋这天,在曲丹乡转了半天也没找到月饼卖,好在和我们同行程的另一个安徽团的驴友带了几个月饼,中秋之夜和他们聊天之际吃了一点,表示过了这节,安徽团友如果看到此贴,俺再次表示感谢!拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡8.久乌拉垭口,世界上最好的雪山观景台,全球14座八千米以上的五座雪山尽收眼底,珠峰右边是卓奥友峰、希夏邦马峰、珠峰的左边是洛子峰、马卡鲁峰拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡9.珠峰巨大的金字塔山体矗立在蓝天下 拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡10卓奥友峰美轮美奂拉萨--日喀则--曲当乡11.此情此景忍不住和神山合影一张多谢各位朋友的支持、鼓励、欣赏,由于时间关系我就不一一回复了!第一天徒步路线:曲当乡(海拔3700m)——优帕村——晓乌错(4700米)上升900米 这是让我崩溃的一天,背着单反一机三头,三脚架,路餐,保暖衣服,1公斤的饮用水,整个背包合计28斤左右,然后从曲当乡开始徒步(很多队伍是从曲当乡坐车到优帕村开始徒步的,这样可以少走八九公里),翻不完的垭口,永远不够吸的高原稀薄空气中的氧气,1公斤的饮用人还剩1/3的路程就喝光,累、渴,每翻过一个垭口就希望能看到营地点,在无数次的失望之后,在麻木地拖动着疲惫的脚步往前的时候,终于走到了晓无措营地,时间已经快来到下午六点,乌云满天,晚霞没戏,疲惫、反胃,一头钻进帐篷睡去,直到同伴煮好面条喊起来随便吃点。躺在帐篷一瞬间,突然萌发了明天下山吧!我这体力可能撑不完全程,但又想可能今天背负不当,背的东西太多,饮用水太少,还有不该从曲当乡开始徒步,浪费了时间和体力。。。不想那么多了,明早起来再看身体条件再定,帐篷外飞起毛毛细雨,沉沉睡去,夜间又醒来无数次,高海拔地方始终睡得不踏实。12曲当乡——晓乌错13背了一天的三脚架,就路上按了两张流水慢门曲当乡——晓乌错14 第二天徒步行程:晓乌错(4700米)——-小乌拉(4900米)——卓湘(4000米) 第二天早上起来,觉得身体状况不错,又有信心接着往下走,可惜出帐篷一看,雪山呢?以前看过驴友们在晓乌错拍的雪山全都在云里雾里,比较沮丧,既然没啥好拍的,晓乌措也没啥好留恋的了,收拾东西走人。鉴于第一天负重过多,累得半死,毫不犹豫地把两个镜头、三脚架、头灯等全装到驮包内,让牦牛去驮吧,路餐也减了一半,顿时觉得包轻了不少,出发吧!15.别人拍的晓无措有雪山,可惜俺的眼里只有云和雾了晓乌错--卓湘16.远处的湖就是晓乌措,第一天的营地就扎在湖边晓乌错--卓湘17.歇会儿吧!晓乌错--卓湘18.左边还有个更大的海子晓乌错--卓湘19.小乌拉山口,马卡鲁雪山露了半个脸,好像在鼓励我们继续往前晓乌错--卓湘20.我们满怀信心,相信一定会云开雾散,雪山会和我们坦诚相见晓乌错--卓湘21.可惜高原气候多变,越走雾越大,别说拍雪山,连前行的路都快看不清了,收起相机专心赶路,时间过了两天没拍到一张满意的照片,雪山也才露了半个脸,急,真让人急!在下了很多很多坡后,在下坡时脚趾被鞋子挤得隐隐作痛时,终于看到卓湘营地。晓乌错--卓湘22.安营扎寨,烧火做饭。由于第一天在晓无错到营地就倒下,今天状态不错,所以东转转西逛逛,好奇牦牛工带了啥吃的,藏耙、青稞、酥油茶、藏酒,不得不承认他们自己酿的藏酒很不错,后来几天,我们开始讨,后来用食品换,饱了几次口福。晓乌错--卓湘23..有时世界真的很小,在茫茫的喜马拉雅山脉中,在同一个营地碰到来自深圳的走陈家塘的队伍,而我们的同伴和他们的队员居然是相识好久的老友,大家言谈甚欢,当晚在篝火旁,在他们年轻活泼的藏族小伙向导的带领下,大家又唱又跳,玩得很HIGH。第三天徒步行程:卓湘(4000米)--汤湘(4500)--热嘎(4200米)这天的徒步行程终点原计划到汤湘营地的,但昨晚走陈塘沟的队伍建议我们多走一个多小时到热嘎安营扎寨,因为汤湘营地取水又远又困难,我们关心的是哪个营地漂亮的?后来徒步到汤湘,才发现的确取水很困难,所以又接着徒步到热嘎,没想到热嘎也很漂亮。24.由于前晚玩得很HIGH,加上营地海拔较低,睡得都很踏实,第二天醒来一看天都亮了!卓湘--热嘎25.扭头一看,西边的雪山露出来了,马上穿衣,扛起三角架,跑到小溪边,场景很梦幻哦!([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 五个月过去了。每当上班中总会翻开手机相册,满屏幕的蓝天雪山,此贴是刚回来写的。现在很感激学弟一路坚持下来,陪我走完了这三条沟,一路平安就好。每每想想cho la pass,前后无人,白兮兮的一片,倘若不是学弟在前面一步步,我一个人该是多么的害怕,虽然偶有直升机飞过~但~我那么渺小那么渺小~【墨脱、EBC,我还会再走一次,带着未来的老公~】2014.04.26 2013.11.23-12.04 全程重装18KG+,结束时还有15KG+(其实就最初吃了3袋山之厨,之后都在餐厅吃的)【碎碎念】当初要出发的时候,压根寻不到11月份的攻略,只好参考12月,或者其他的。很多人加我同行,但最终决定和学弟一起,不想太麻烦,但是没想到,反而是更大的麻烦。全程无什么大片,几乎手机拍摄,没有麦子同学同行,大家看不到美片了。【队员介绍】我-momo:喜好虐线,重装。高原重装经验2次。没有单独出行过。学弟-条条:无任何徒步,重装经验,高原仅仅骑行青海湖。全程无背夫向导,每个人都是18KG+,走了12天,每个地方只住了1晚。我认为CHHUKHUNG、GORAK SHEP、GOKYO是这三条沟,但也有人说THAM是一条,走RENJOPASS的。我所去的大的景点,有CHHUNKUNG RI,KALA PATHAR,EBC,CHO LA PASS,GOKYO RI,第四湖至于攻略,每晚在等晚餐的时候我都记录在日记本上,下面会一一拍照上传。全程条条只带了手机,我背了微单,但事实上还是习惯拿手机拍。山上充电一般300-400RS/1 小时,建议多带充电宝,或者太阳板!我肯定以后背太阳板!先上一张在布宫的合影吧!11.23 D1 LUKLA-MONJO11.24 D2 MONJO-NAMCHE11.25 D3 NAMCHE-PANGBOCHE11.26 D4 PANGBOCHE-DINGBOCHE11.27 D5 DINGBOCHE-CHHUKHUNG(RI)11.28 D6 CHHUKHUNG-LUBOCHE11.29 D7 LUBOCHE-GORAK SHEP(KALA PATHAR)11.30 D8EBC-GORAK SHEP-DZONGLA12.01 D9 DZONGLA-cho la pass-THAGNAK12.02 D10 THAGNAK-GOKYO(RI/第四湖)12.03 D11 GOKYO-NAMCHE12.04 D12 NAMCHE-LUKLA 其实,这次徒步,我没有做什么攻略,没空~只带了常规装备,看了下怎么走,下了别人的线路安排,大致就完事了,至于哪座山是哪座,全部是条条看的地图。最坑爹的是千万别买中文版的,那神翻译,额~还是买英文版的!D0 2013.11.22 从泰米尔打的士过去旅游局貌似150RS可以搞定,不远,走过去也行,在球场那边。这一天办理登山证和TIMS卡 一共5010RS,购买往返机票。去帕坦超市shopping买菜,晚上在家煮火锅,为我们践行。现在机票没有OPEN,但可以到时候改,改我们最后在LUKLA被骗了,压根没法直接改,最好的办法就是早上六点去赶最早那班飞机,看看有没有空位。在尼泊尔境内飞机最好购买最早班的,其余的变故太多。再者,LUKLA下午一点后雾大不安全。LUKLA想必大家都知道是死亡机场,所以,坐最早班才是王道,全程飞机30-40分钟,海拔不超过4000M。我在飞机上往返都看的有透明胶带贴的玻璃窗户。 坐在摆渡车上,无聊啊~下面那堆机师在聊天,等我们上了飞机,他们两个在看报纸~小飞机坐12个人~我跑去要拍空姐,很配合的微笑,之后我坐下了,她跑来拿我的相机拍我~这个笑嘻嘻的帅哥是日本人~旁边那个是他女朋友吧!我一直觉得那个妹纸是中国人~感觉不像日本人~呵呵!此行飞机9名乘客,我和条条两个中国人,日本人2,韩国人1,尼泊尔人1,另外三个不大清楚~我旁边的货物~擦!传说中的死亡机场。这跑道。够味儿!LUKLA 抵达已是中午了。在最后一家餐厅吃了炒饭,买了气罐,800RS 230G 出发啦!!!!第一天到MONJO一路都有花园洋房,可供休息。有些攻略里说的不够仔细,说这一路1-2小时都有这样的地方。其实不是的,至少只在LUKLA到NAMCHE一路是如此,并且这一路感觉是在村子里穿梭~之后NAMCHE越往后越少,甚至一路都不会有了。所以,大家还是备点儿路餐,我就吃巧克力和葡萄干~说实话,建议带牛肉干,无奈我没胃口,压根没怎么吃,后来回LUKLA遇上在加都要去EBC的朋友,就都给他们了,所以我这一路食物其实也没怎么减轻重量。他们是准备很多,连老干妈水果都带上了,超级无敌幸福~小孩子回头一直看着我,可惜我木有糖果~晚上五点到了MONJO,天色已暗。在此之前好像遇到了一个检查站,在右边,你过去之后,工作人员在其他地方会跑出来,反正我英文再烂,也认识check!这一路的房间都是200-300RS~如果是一个人就是100-150RSD2 MONJO-NAMCHE这是我们第一晚住的客栈。在此之前,在加都,那几个走ACT的因为遇到大雨,在中途的小村落住下了,窗户是坏的,导致手机现金全部被偷了,他们一再强调,要我们多加注意,东西放在睡袋里,并且找有宗教信仰的客栈。这一路都是新丰的藏传佛教~餐厅里都是XX的照片~MONJO到NAMCHE 下午两三点就到了,我们早上都是八点半多才出发。我真心忍耐了那么多天,条条收拾打包比我可以慢一小时,我们烧水之前,他放在外面的东西很少,就等烧完水把炉具放进去,结果还需要再半小时。让我相当崩溃,可能我耐性不好吧!我是女生,我戴隐形,我也擦护肤品,我就不知道我为什么打包比他快那么多。伤心~到最后,更坑爹的事情发生了,大家慢慢看吧!我就各种吐槽吧!到了NAMCHE 我们住的是NAMCHE HOTEL 最便宜是3美金的房间 房间内是唯一这一路可以充电的,免费的,洗澡300RS一人旁边有卖WIFI和机票的店铺,老板很好,我们每次买WIFI他都给我们更长的时间,半小时/100RS 1小时/200RS 12小时/500RS当晚条条在他下班(9点)去买1小时,结果整晚他都可以用。那边的WIFI是给你账户在网页登陆的,他们在电脑上设置时长。我们返回的时候,买了1小时,他给了两个半小时。NAMCHE HOTEL里的尼泊尔套饭很不错~对面是个户外店~当天下午抵达,看到了雪山和日落雪山~房间在23号 有两个窗户~超赞!手机拍摄~路上的自己和雪山~在铁桥上,在那里看到了彩虹,水雾拍打出来的,一直都在,黄色绿色紫色,相当漂亮。很小很小。是条条发现的~很远。NAMCHE的夜景,当晚就在纠结到底买BD的哪种登山杖~哈哈!纠结了一晚,一大早跑去买了,一直很喜欢,却一直舍不得,这边的比美代的还便宜~在NAMCHE 我们没有休整,有些人担心高反会休整,我们觉得没问~所以一大早就出发了。在NAMCHE遇到三个广东来摄影的大哥。NAMCHE之后遇到几个无锡流浪者还是什么俱乐部的~都有背夫~前者不去第一条沟,后者只去EBC~ D3 NAMCHE-TENGBOCHE-ANGBOCHE有攻略里说这天的路很折腾,我觉得还好吧!中午下降到3250,检查站,登记各自信息和背夫向导信息,最好完整,出什么事可以查到的。结果没有在那里吃东西,导致后来走了2个小时才有水源,让我饿肚子是件非常可怕的事情。条条也一路开始催我,很烦人,我就要慢慢走。这天很热,老外都是短袖短裤,我们包的严实,担心晒黑晒伤了,无奈头巾裹着头,呼吸不顺,我还是拉下来了,就这一天,鼻子就晒黑了。刚刚离开NAMCHE~ 我跟条条的合影。外加自己的背影。央求他给我拍的,我喜欢背影。可惜他不爱给我拍照~555~如果麦子在的话!大家又可以欣赏大片了!终于吃上第一顿山之厨了,为什么鳌太的时候觉得好好吃,现在却觉得好难吃。这一路只吃了三代,剩下的7袋在加都给丁丁了,他估计带去印度~他从JIRI走的EBC,走了21天来回,并且被困了一周,相当苦逼~并且他穿牛仔裤走的,还在5100冲水管澡~相当劲爆
证:两个月准备的证,美国需要面。 车 住 票:提前定好所有的住行还有各类门票。wifi:淘宝上租用的。游玩地:因为只有8天时间主要在洛杉矶和拉斯维加斯游玩天气:洛杉矶在六月初的时候,早晚温差大,早上可以穿薄外套,拉斯维加斯非常炎热而且干燥,注意防晒和补水。防晒推荐水宝宝。插头:美国的插头和国内一样无需转换。支付:有些地方刷不了银联,带Visa或者master卡还是很有必要的。食物:不用担心食物不习惯很多中餐馆和中国超市购物:洛杉矶到拉斯维加斯途中有间洛杉矶最大的折扣店,买coach和MK尤其便宜,其他品牌也非常低折扣。如果这里购物不满足可以到拉斯维加斯的折扣店购买。 gogogo,粗发啦,国航的大灰机,比上次去欧洲飞14个小时的舒服多了对于长途灰机,自带双拖鞋很有必要,不过你是Vip或者其他航空公司有提供就另当别论了。小伙伴们,洛杉矶见。11个小时45分钟…一直在天上…呜啊…娘亲喂,才灰了一半哭,尼玛,十二个小时,姐终于到了…给个free wifi行不行?来个街景吧尼玛,劳资终于到酒店了,灰12个小时,木有睡啊!头疼!头晕!还要坚持最少六个小时啊!来一趟米国我容易吗!介就是传说中的时差!!中国城无处不在偶遇拍婚纱照的新人迪斯尼音乐剧院嘻嘻!哈哈一个广场,竟然说这一带是人口比较集中的地带,泥煤啊,人呢?来个城市速写吧被轰吹乱头发滴吕子扮小清新拍照就是镜头你在或者不在那里,我都不看你农夫广场这是都出来过六一儿童节的节奏?尼玛,这才来第一天就进入购物状态,这后面咋整!湖人队(Lakers)及快艇队(Clippers)主场体育馆诺基亚广场俺不懂篮球…所以认识的人不多…([]
注:如果只想浏览主贴,请先点击“只看该作者”即可浏览连续主帖。注:如果只想浏览主贴,请先点击“只看该作者”即可浏览连续主帖。注:如果只想浏览主贴,请先点击“只看该作者”即可浏览连续主帖。序......打开新疆地图,在西天山中部地区分布着大大小小几十条河流,其中较大的有四条,自西向东依次是玛纳斯河、呼图壁河、三屯河和头屯河,其中以玛纳斯河最长,流域面积最大。这四条河流流域是新疆天山北坡经济带的核心地区,养育着数百多万的流域子民。该线路,主要设计思路:1.考察四大河流源头地区的生态系统;2.寻找呼图壁河源头最大的高山冰湖——绿湖,也叫河头湖或河源湖。这是中部天山地区最大的高山冰湖。目前还没有驴友到达过绿湖。3.全角度观赏拍摄天格尔峰;4.行走最美最大的高山牧场(比狼c的高山牧场还大)。5.开辟一条强度、难度和风景都能与狼塔c线、乌孙古道和夏特古道等新疆三大线路相当的全新探险线路。这是一次平均海拔3000米,最高海拔4010米的高山草原湿地探险之旅,是一次四河源头秘境的首次探访之路;我们计划找到呼图壁河源头湖--海拔3500米、周长3公里的绿湖。并且到达天格尔峰脚下,拜谒天格尔圣山.......由于是首次开辟新线,之前并没有驴友穿越过此线路,线路难度未知,尤其是要跨越四条大河的干流,水到底有多大?狼c穿越的是呼图壁河的三条支流,那水有多大,走过狼c的驴友都有体会。而这条线路需要横渡呼图壁河干流,能否借助简单的保护绳索顺利渡过?是否有牧民马匹帮助我们过河?还有,由于线路的三分之一是穿越蒙古牧民的冬季牧场,8月份是无人季节,野兽的袭击以及道路是否全程通畅?最后,就是这条线路风景究竟如何?......一切都是未知。鉴于线路的特殊性,只在我的qq空间发布了活动召集帖,主要是考虑所招募的队员必须是自己了解的。这也是我组队的一贯原则严格按照线路难易程度挑选队员。说到线路难度,一种是已经成熟的线路,比如狼c等,难度已经明确,参加队员也基本了解线路的难度,这种情况很好选择队员。按照线路难度来对号入座就可以。另外一种情况就是,全新线路,之前并没有驴友走过的线路。这样的线路难度、风景都未知,这样的线路可能很简单、也可能非常艰难,这就要求所挑选的队员必须是自己所了解的。参加队员不一定是体能最好的,但必须是心理素质最顽强的,也就是在任何情况下都能坦然面对的那种。否则,路途中的一些未知的困难可能会造成队员心理和情绪发生巨大变化,产生不可预见的麻烦,甚至直接导致穿越活动失败,给给整个队伍带来灭顶之灾。最终,有背包者、公格尔、石头、清风确认参加,加上我自己已经5人了,队伍可以成行,心中那个美呀!对于这样的队伍组合,我太满意了,除了这几人都是我比较了解、大家彼此都很熟悉以外,关键是这几个人的体能、速度都非常接近,这可以大大提高行进效率。因为我们知道,在长途跋涉中除了追赶前面队伍很累人以外,在海拔4000米的达坂顶等人会更加熬人,在那呼呼的冷风下等人也需要付出加倍的忍耐力。 至此,一条与著名的狼塔c线呈V型排列的穿越中部天山南北的线路计划正式出炉,这条线路从狼塔c线的出口——和静县巴伦台古仁郭勒村出发,先向东后转向北,最后从与呼图壁县相邻的昌吉市庙尔沟出山。具体穿越线路(暂时命名:[中天山]四河源头穿越或狼塔V线?.......):玛纳斯河源头支流和静县巴伦台古伦沟古仁郭勒村(狼c出口处)——奎克达坂3780m——夏热达坂——呼图壁河源头三角洲——绿湖3500m——乌拉布图达坂4010m——三屯河源头三角洲——天格尔达坂3780m——头屯河源头三角洲——头屯河大峡谷——桥楞格尔达坂——昌吉市庙尔沟镇农大林场全程120公里 ,五座达坂,爬升4200米, 难度等级 8 级(十级制) ,与狼塔c线相当,计划6天完成这是穿越路线简图: 一、旱獭到底招惹谁了?从8月14日开始,我打听接应从狼c穿越出来的驴友车,刚好有一支香港、深圳的9人队伍近期出山,联系到了他们预定的车辆师傅,师傅一听很高兴,他还正发愁自己去找不到古仁郭勒呢,我们刚好给他作个向导。万事具备,只等出发了。15日传来消息,是这支队伍用卫星电话打回来的,说是马上出山了,要司机等电话去出口接应他们。8月16日、17日在我们连续等了3天后,传出消息,说是这支队伍里有人受伤,已经搭乘矿区的车把伤员送到了和静县医院救治。其他队员回乌鲁木齐的时间待定。一边为这位受伤的驴友担心,一边查看了近期的天气预报,未来一周是难得的连续晴天。我们不能再等了。马上通知背包者去买到和静的火车票,一边通知清风统一购置了气罐并托运到和静县。18日晚8点,火车卧铺前往和静县。火车上的安全检查太苛刻了,大点的水果刀都不让带。可我们进山做饭要用刀呀,无人区生活一周怎么能没有刀?真TMD变态!背包者的水果刀被检查出来了,500元的刀扔了有点可惜,只好打电话让家人取回。研究了一下进站的安全检查程序,我只好冒险试一试。我把水果刀放到不锈钢水杯里带入,结果检查时还要求我喝了一口杯子里的水,最后涉险过关,万幸。一路无语,19日凌晨6点半到达和静,天还没有亮,我们徒步到达和静县城大十字,找了一处街心小游园休息,坐等天亮,主要是等托运过来的气罐。苦苦等了6个小时,终于在中午12点半等到了快递过来的燃气罐后,马上包车前往巴伦台。在巴伦台,吃了我们进山前的最后一顿正餐---带加面的豪华拌面。听饭馆老板说,早上有9人从呼图壁方向翻山过来,在巴伦台包车返回乌鲁木齐。这应该是8月12日进狼c的一支江西驴友队伍,可惜没有谋面。这是218国道502公里处,从这里进入狼c的出口古仁郭勒这是金特和钢矿区公路指示牌这是狼塔V线穿越的真正起点--古仁郭勒桥,同时也是狼c穿越的终点 刚刚迈开步子要走,迎面遇到一辆农用车,招手挡了下来,想让他再送我们一程,最好是能够翻越奎克达坂。车能走的地方干嘛要人走?商量了半天,车辆只能往前送5公里左右,上奎克达坂的路已经被洪水冲坏了,这车上不去。100元把我们5人5包又往里送了5公里。路上一直注意看着前方的路,希望能遇到一支走出狼c的队伍来。这是一辆收农副产品的车辆,车上有刚刚从牧民手中收购的钉子蘑菇,每公斤80元。据说味道如何如何鲜美。行不远,远处一辆摩托车招手,司机停车过去攀谈。摩托车司机从后储物箱里掏出几只已经死去的旱獭。原来这车就是干这个的呀。我们下车拍照,看到这车的车斗子里都是已经死去旱獭,应该有四、五十只。平时我们都是远观旱獭,感觉胖乎乎的非常招人可爱,此时看到如此多的旱獭尸体,心里多少有点不是滋味。 车的后箱里至少有50只旱獭尸体刚刚从摩托车上收购来的旱獭清风好奇,想掂一下旱獭的重量 农用车开到小砖房上一百米的地方就不能走了,不过这也节约我们一个小时的路程。告别师傅,向我们今天需要翻越的第一座达坂--奎克达坂爬去,现在海拔3280米,我们需要爬升约500米高程。远处左侧就是狼c的最后一个达坂---哈拉哈提达坂,右侧是我们此行的第一座达坂---古仁郭勒奎克达坂3780m 这是狼c的最后一个达坂---哈拉哈提达坂这是狼V的第一座达坂--奎克达坂海拔3780m 背包者和公格尔还是那么快,只一个多小时就顺利登顶奎克达坂。 因为是第一天行走,石头似乎状态不佳,被落在最后。我的状态不错,很快就追过了石头、清风第三个登顶。奎克达坂两侧是简易车道 奎克达坂海拔3780m,与狼c的最后一座达坂哈拉哈提达坂相距不到五百米,站在达坂顶遥望对面的哈拉哈提达坂,09年穿越狼c时的那一幕幕仿佛就在眼前。在今天的5名队员中有3人就是我们09年穿越狼c时的队友。奎克达坂也是玛纳斯河与呼图壁河之间的分水岭,过了奎克达坂就进入呼图壁河流域。奎克达坂顶的玛尼堆上挂满用羊耳朵穿起来经幡,抓紧时间和公格尔合影 从奎克达坂往东看去,是呼图壁河源头的一条重要支流。河流旁边有牧民的铁皮房子。 这段下达坂的路可以顺着简易公路走,坡度比较平缓。也可以沿着马道下到河谷。我看到山下有一处牧民房子,想过去打个招呼,顺便了解一下以后的路程。等我到房子跟前时,铁皮木屋是上锁的,房子的周围却挂满了这样的..........,对,没有错,这是被扒了皮的旱獭,这是在风干旱獭肉呢。转过头,看到的是更加血腥的一幕,旱獭的油已经被单独掏了出来晾晒,据说旱獭油是治疗烫伤和冻伤的良药。旁边还有座用毡子搭建的帐篷,里面的血腥场面更是惨不忍睹,这里就不发照片了。看着眼前的这一切,有种说不出道不明的愤怒。旱獭究竟惹谁了?该遭到这样残酷的杀戮! 据说,一只旱獭能卖50元,一个人每天最多可以抓40只旱獭,已经形成相当规模的市场。“没有买卖,就没有杀戮”记不清这是谁说过的话了,看看这些专职的盗猎分子。我们一路下来遇到了有五、六人。 这是沿途看到盗猎分子捕捉旱獭的“扣”晚上8点,我们在呼图壁河源头的一条支流边扎营,营地海拔3100m',感觉有点冷,需要穿抓绒衣外加冲锋衣。今天累计爬升500m,徒步距离12公里,那辆农用车带着我们走了5公里爬升了300米,为我们节约了1个多小时的时间。刚刚吃完饭,来了几位骑马的牧民和孩子,从他们哪里了解到,这条支流上游住着三户牧民,另外两户牧民就住在距离营地200米的山包后面,说来也巧,这时候,从那个山包后面又来了几位女孩子,牵着马过来吃草。在和她们聊天中,了解到我们要找的呼图壁河源头湖真名叫河头湖,哪里是冬季牧场,现在没有人。当他们听说我们要去河头湖时,极力劝阻我们,说我们无法到达哪里,一是因为现在水太大了,没有马匹是过不了河的。二是草原上的狼很多,另外还有熊猫(黑熊),很危险。对于他们所说信息到底有多少可信度?经验告诉我,这些信息只能作为参考。因为虽然他们很了解他们所在的大山,但他们不一定了解我们。对于这样信息我们必须要经过仔细分析才能取舍。况且,我们既然来了,就一定要自己去河头湖看看,直到走不了为止。 二、最大最美的高山牧场--夏热达坂高山牧场2009年10月当我穿越狼塔c线站在喀拉尕依特达坂顶上时,遥望着东南方向,哪里有着比西南方向的哈尔嘎特郭勒高山牧场更加广阔美丽的高山牧场,但由于资料匮乏,无法进一步了解这一地区的详细情况,也不知道哪里具体叫什么?这是当时回来后我所发表的狼c游记里的部分内容:“.....这是个三叉口大阪,往西南方向,是我们狼c前方的路线---哈尔嘎腾郭勒河谷;往东南方向也有非常明显的马道,远看也是个非常不错的高山牧场(但还没有哪里的名称和相关资料);......”2010年底,打开谷歌地球(GE),发现这一片区已经全部置换了高清图片,牧屋、马道清晰可见,这里是呼图壁河和三屯河源头三角洲地区。从GE上看,这一区域沟谷开阔,河网密布,草原辽阔。当然,最耀眼的当属呼图壁河源头的高山冰湖,该冰湖湖面海拔3500m,湖水碧绿,周围被4000m以上的雪山环绕,犹如一颗绿宝石镶嵌在雪山草原之间,非常醒目,着实令人向往......闲话不多说了,继续我们的正。D2日,8月20日,早晨起来感觉非常冷,帐篷周围的草上边都是霜。气温应该在零下5度左右。原计划今天的行程32公里,主要是因为今天的这段路没有过多海拔上升,所以是想多赶点路,争取到达河头湖(当地蒙古牧民的叫法,绿湖是当地哈萨克牧民的叫法)扎营。我们沿着呼图壁河的一条支流而下,脚下的牧草越来越高、越来越好,这一切表明,我们已经进入蒙古牧民的冬牧场。由于是冬季牧场,其他季节禁止放牧,所以草原上的牧草才这么好。这中间过了两次河,由于河水较小,直接跳过来了。这是第三次过河点,过了这里道路将转为西—东方向。 横切进入夏热达坂高山牧场人在画中 来到夏热达坂高山牧场,连平时很少照相的背包者也开始摆起poes,照个没完。 夏热达坂是一座坡度很平缓的小达坂,达坂上的牧草有20cm高,有的牧草已经发黄,里面还夹杂着许多不知名的各色野花,由于地势较高、视野非常开阔。走这样的达坂真是一种享受 石头情迷美丽的高山牧场石头捡的玛瑙石 天苍苍野茫茫看着非常养眼的高山草原达坂,海拔上升也比较平缓,可走起来并没有照片中看到的惬意。总是感觉腿上使不上劲,连领头疯跑的背包者和公格尔也不例外。感觉他们俩走得比我还费劲。清风今天状态不错,一直走在前面,我试着追他,追了一个小时,最后是我们俩最先登顶夏热达坂。登顶夏热达坂顶 在达坂顶,我想拍远处的雪山,刚刚换好300mm的长头,石头也到了。她指着我们背后的草坡说,哪里有一群羊。这是冬季牧场,没有牧民那来的羊群?我回过头看,这哪里是普通的羊群,分明是一群北山羊,数量足有50多只了。以前走狼c和乌孙古道最多见过10多只的北山羊群,这次可大发了。这个长头多次带出来过,可几乎就没有用过,这次可派上用场了。赶紧拍了几张。公格尔还闲太远,想再靠近点拍,我把相机给他,可他向羊群移动了100多米后,羊群却向着更远的山坡也移动了100多米。白忙乎了。这是放到最大的照片了,凑合看吧 夏热达坂的另外一侧也是非常广阔漂亮的高山牧场 从夏热达坂下来,就是我们要过的第二条河,它也是呼图壁河的一条主要支流。来到河边,河水没有想象中大,很好过,河边有几户牧民房子和羊圈,但都上了锁。房子的周围是一人多高的草,走在里面有点渗人。刚好也到中午午餐时间了,照例午餐休息晒帐篷睡袋。有羊群就有狼群,这就是自然界的法则。刚才在达坂顶看到的北山羊群也提示我,从今天开始我们5人将进入无人区,一切都要靠自己。因为呼图壁河源头地区是蒙古族牧民的冬季牧场,其他季节是没有人类活动的。清风还在河里捡到一只北山羊头。拍照留影,弃之河边,还有点恋恋不舍。后来的才知道,这样北山羊头沿途还很多,到后来别说背了,就连拍张照片都懒得拍了。清风在河里发现一具完整的北山羊头 顺河而下,很快就来到两河交叉处,这是呼图壁河上游最主要的“鸡爪"岔,在不足300米的长度内,先后有三条主要的支流汇集。这是第二次两河汇集,左侧的是我们刚刚过来呼河第二条流,右侧是呼图壁河干流。逆行不到300米,又是两条支流汇集,这是第一次汇集,左侧是呼图壁河干流,右侧是呼河的第三条支流 最东边的支流水量最大,也是呼图壁河的干流。溯源干流,就可以到达呼图壁河源头---绿湖(河头湖)。河头湖是当地蒙古牧民的叫法,后来我们知道,当地的哈萨克牧民称呼其为绿湖,我们感觉这个名字更能体现河头湖的特征,所以我们更愿意称呼其为绿湖。呼图壁河干流这时的马道变得时有时无,并且不停在河谷中穿行。这就带来一个问,如果我们按照马道行走,就必须不断涉水过河。但同时,我们看到,右侧的山势比较平缓,即便是没有马道也可以行走。在前队的清风、石头和公格尔趟了两次河后,我和背包者偷懒,提前从右侧山上横切,结果,路还是比较好走的,很快超越了前队。清风、石头和公格尔三人前面趟水过河走了 接下来的路,马道越来越模糊,时而河谷时而山梁。路上的草越来越深,到后来,逐渐出现小片的沼泽或者布满小草包的湿地。这样的路走起来很费劲,一不留神还可能崴脚。山坡上的路需要不断爬这样的小山包 非常感谢楼上各位新老朋友光顾,支持、顶帖!你们的跟贴树已经仔细看过,不胜感谢,谢谢你们的支持!这里不再一一回复,我先抓紧时间发帖子。 河道时宽时窄,马道时高时低沼泽地 需要精心选择落脚地 牧草时高时矮,看看这里的牧草已经有半人多高 前方的绿湖方向已经变天而另外一方却还是蓝天白云
忘不了这淳朴的笑容,忘不了这壮丽的景色,忘不了路上的艰辛,忘不了每天的发现,我们,洗玛之队,追寻雪山的脚步永不停歇! 洗玛之队的最终行程:D1,(9月27号)拉萨--环羊湖东南岸--普姆雍措--推瓦村D2,(9月28号)推瓦村--普姆雍措东南岸--普南冰川--康马D3,(9月29号)康马--冲巴雍措--多情措--吉汝村--岗巴D4,(9月30号)岗巴--曲登尼玛寺--神湖--岗巴D5,(10月1号)岗巴--牧村土林--宗错--定结湿地--新定日D6,(10月2号)新定日--定日--曲当D7,(10月3号)曲当--热布村--徒步--晓乌措营地D8,(10月4号)晓乌措营地--徒步--晓乌拉垭口--卓湘营地D9,(10月5号)卓湘营地--徒步--夏浓营地--汤湘观景台--汤湘营地D10,(10月6号)汤湘营地--徒步--措学仁玛D11,(10月7号)措学仁玛--徒步--朗玛拉垭口--拉则措--轮朱林村--曲当D12,(10月8号)曲当-新定日--岗嘎D13,(10月9号)岗嘎--拉龙拉垭口--通拉山口--聂拉木D14,(10月10号)聂拉木--雄鹰雪山观景台--欧日村--聂拉木D15,(10月11号)聂拉木--通拉山口--西夏检查站--佩枯措--恰门巴村D16,(10月12号)恰门巴村D17,(10月13号)恰门巴村--孔塘拉姆山口--吉隆县--热玛村--热玛营地--吉隆D18,(10月14号)吉隆--岗嘎D19,(10月15号)岗嘎--日喀则D20,(10月16号)日喀则--拉萨(原计划中绒辖沟行程因绒辖沟不开放,放弃。吉隆沟3日游因大雪,放弃。) 本日要点:相比通常的羊湖线路,羊湖东南岸的线路更加安静,没有大量的旅游车辆,没有收费站,没有限速,油路!羊湖就在你的身旁。普莫雍措的美丽毋容置疑,推瓦村是摄影爱好者的天堂,无论是雪山湖泊, 日落日出,还是银河星空你有太多的材可以拍摄。库拉岗日到不丹边境的喜马拉雅雪山群整齐的排列在普莫雍措东南岸,推瓦村的银河及星空是此次行程中最绚烂的夜空,没有之一。推瓦村里有藏民家庭可以住宿,最佳住宿地是湖边的推瓦村村委会。 洗玛之队环羊湖东南岸轨迹图 贡嘎普曲河谷-从岗堆村到加若拉山口的路景加若拉山口北麓的村庄-普努村站在海拔4700m的加若拉山口北望,可见远处的念青唐古拉的雪山;东南的远处山峦间,拉轨岗日的雪山群-乃钦康桑和卡鲁雪山冒着头下了山口,蔚蓝的羊湖出现了 山下是羊湖东南岸的村庄格希村格希村 格希村离平时我们从冈巴拉山口下的羊湖边村庄-扎玛龙村只有15km路程画面左侧远处的雪山是拉轨岗日的雪山卓木喀拉。其实我们去西藏游玩过的都在卓木喀拉山边绕过。G318从拉萨出发时,卓木喀拉一直在视野里,过了曲水三十多公里,在日喀则仁布县帕当乡,卓木喀拉就在G318公路左侧的雅江对岸。下图为G318边的卓木喀拉格希村羊湖边的卓木喀拉雪山辨识 羊湖边的一群全景接图离开格希村,沿着湖岸往吉琼村,湖边有片美丽的湿地 吉琼村,丰收的景象吉琼村看的到乃钦康桑雪山(宁金抗沙雪山) 离开吉琼村后道路离开了湖岸,翻越觉贡拉山口后羊湖又出现在不远处。山下是东拉乡贡嘎村贡嘎村过了岗巴村,一直到羊湖最东端的张达乡,路基本是沿着羊湖岸边行进 不远处延伸到湖中有个小山上有个寺庙,东拉乡日托寺翻越一个小山口-达隆拉山口后就是张达乡 我们在张达乡的藏茶馆用了午餐 张达乡的藏茶馆的午餐 藏区的传说里,十二丹玛是分布于藏区的地方神,藏语称“丹玛久妮”。她们都是莲花生大师收服守护雪域佛法的女神。其中,举着一根长矛和拿着绳套,骑着一匹骡子的蓝色魔女叫多结盖杰左,她就是羊卓雍错的女神。这幅壁画应该保存在达隆的桑丁寺里,空母措边的一个寺庙三年前我曾臆想过环羊湖的路线,当时制作的地图如下(格希到岗堆的路是这次画上的,当时候不能确定可行)当时想象的环线是这样的:拉萨-曲水-冈巴拉山口-扎玛龙村-白地-叶色村-道布龙-浪卡子-打隆-多劫-特布拉-工布学-曲朵-张达-东拉-格希村-加若拉山口-岗堆-拉萨这次行走证明了环羊湖是很容易的事,特别是我们这次行走的羊湖东南岸,已经大部分油路建设好了。 过了张达乡不久就正式绕到羊湖的南岸了。羊湖南岸的伦布雪乡附近的湖光山色: 翻过日拉山口不久就会看到羊湖的子湖巴纠错。日拉山口的羊湖景色:从日拉山口到特布拉山口的道路会从羊湖的子湖-巴纠错边经过。翻上特布拉山口,卡鲁雪山和乃钦康桑雪山的雪峰群伫立在羊湖的身后。 下山口是羊湖南岸村庄特布拉村,是个拥有无敌雪山湖景的富饶小村。环羊湖的同志们可以把此处当一个落脚点。 南岸的多劫乡 果拉勒乡羊湖最南端,可以看到乃钦康桑(宁金抗沙)的主峰 西行不多路就接上从浪卡子经达隆镇到洛扎的油路-浪洛公路 转过山口 普莫雍措就展现在眼前,海拔5000米的普莫雍措是西藏的圣湖,被称作为少女的眼泪, 从普莫雍措北岸观景台望去,蒙达岗日,卡热疆,库拉岗日,接响,抗沙等喜马拉雅群峰均可看见。 推瓦村的黄昏宁静而美丽,普莫雍措的星空如此灿烂。普莫雍错北岸的推瓦村,又称推村。推村有个寺庙叫推寺庙。我们旅程的第一夜就在推寺边不远处的推瓦村居委会里度过的 普莫雍错以南的那些雪山:以下资料借用老皮的研究心得。(老皮一个酷爱喜马拉雅雪山的摄影爱好者。但奇怪的是他自称为横断山脉的追随者)普莫雍错南方的连绵雪山,除了左侧庞大的蒙达岗日属于北喜马拉雅的雪峰,其他都是大喜马拉雅的主脊线上的雪山。学术上的大喜马拉雅山脉的东段,就是从墨脱的南迦巴瓦峰向西延伸,经过错那,洛扎,康马一直到帕里的卓木拉日峰。大喜马拉雅东段雪山是这样分成若干段的:墨脱的南迦巴瓦雪山段【NAMCHA BARWA RANGE】,南伊沟到加玉乡的巴恰西仁雪山段【PACHAKSHIRI RANGE],错那的康格多雪山段【KANGTO RANGE】,然后就是洛扎的库拉岗日雪山段【KUNLA KANGRI RANGE],普错对岸洛扎和康马边境处的鲁那拉雪山段【LUNALA RANGE】,库拉和鲁那拉背后的干卡本森雪山段【Gangkhar Puensum range】,康马到帕里的卓木拉日雪山段【CHOMOLHARI RANGE】。普莫雍错北岸看到的雪山,从左到右这样排列:北喜马拉雅的蒙达岗日雪山-大喜马拉雅的库拉岗日雪山群-大喜马拉雅的鲁娜拉雪山群(我们称之为普南雪山) 【库拉岗日雪山 KUNLA GANGRI HIMAL】在普莫雍错湖北的观景台放眼望去,左侧的库拉岗日雪山傲然伫立。东卫峰卡热疆三峰,库拉岗日中央峰三峰,以及西峰群的接响、杠沙等雪峰一览无遗。甚至能清晰的看到库拉岗日主峰北坡的主冰川展窝卓果冰川。 库拉岗日的主要6K以上雪峰山峰数据如下:东峰过拉卡日6497m,康米岗日6412m(被蒙达岗日庞大山体遮挡,观景台处看不到);东卫峰卡热疆III6820m,卡热疆II7216m,卡热疆I7221m;中央峰库拉岗日I7538m,库拉岗日II7418m,库拉岗日III7381m。以上诸峰,除了主峰西坡在中不两国争议区内,其他都在国境内。西峰群的数座6K雪峰,国境内的是6722m的杠沙峰,7776m的接响峰,争议区内的P6606,P6211,P7000数座无名雪峰均能在观景台处看见。库拉岗日雪山图解 【普南雪山】普南雪山,正式E文名为鲁那拉雪山 LUNALA HIMAL连绵80KM的普南雪山,在中国和不丹边境线上,是大喜马拉雅东段雪山的西端雪山群。区段划分为从康普沟(康普曲)以西,通玛关(toma la)以东的雪山段。该段雪山的北坡地区均为争议区,但实际为我方控制。绵长的普南雪山从东到西又分成三段。东段雪山在不丹叫平台雪山table mountion,主峰安比康雄(7100m),其他主要雪峰有7034m的增岗日zonpghu gang;中段叫康普岗,主峰7212m的康普岗(kangpu gang),主要雪峰有什磨日(jejekangphu7300m), 康普岗II 峰6945m;西段就是大名鼎鼎的40冰川所在的色略岗雪山(theri gang),主峰7202m的同山加布峰(日本人取的名字tongshanjiabu),在不丹称为teri 峰。很多游记上,包括GE的注上,有个卓木拉日岗或卓木拉日康Chomolhari Kang,那是GE的误,那其实应该是个小雪坡。([]
出发前写下的话:去西藏,而且还是去阿里,世界屋脊的屋脊,不是去郊区郊游,要面对的困难以及要准备的东西真的很多,也不知道是不是真的是好事多磨,正文之前就先写写我出发前遇到的主要困难、解决办法及最后的结局遇到的困难:1.今年是毕业年,和每一个毕业生一样,要面临找工作和答辩两大问,但是工作何时能定,答辩及时能完,一切都不是我能掌握和确定的,所以我不知道自己有多长的假期,或者说有没有假期,从年后一直烦闷,直到4月底知道答辩时间这种烦闷才略有好转。2.不知道有多少人会与我同行,因为我去西藏是打算包车的,而一辆越野车除司机外是坐3~4个人,最好是4个,这样费用是最划算的,人少了就贵,人多了就得再加一辆车,4或8个人当然最好,3个,6个,7个也行,万一是5个,那就真是呜呼哀哉了。3.行程的确定,到底是走A计划还是B计划,一直在纠结,最主要的原因是考虑到妈妈的身体情况。4.钱的问,小金毛的寄养问,旗子的问,师傅6月初开大会不知道哪一天结束的问,到底我是从北京还是从广州出发的问,中间还夹杂了去长岛的旅行问。。。。。。反正就是有一堆的问等待自己去发现及解决。解决的方法及最后的结果:1.(1)答辩的时间为5月21号,不会对出行造成影响。 (2)原计划6月6号广州飞拉萨,但我4号就得离开北京,回来安置好我家的小金毛,和妈妈一起出发,但不知道师傅的会几号结束,最后会议定在1~3号,4号踏实地离开。 (3)工作方面,陆总在5月24,25号两天进行了面试和体检,再有消息是6月中下旬,对我的计划几乎不造成影响,庆幸一下,但还是尽快回来为好。 (4)省医一开始说体检时7月中下旬的事,也不会对我的计划造成影响,但是在4号晚上,北京回广州的火车上,我接到了6号一早体检的通知,顿时傻了,是不去体检呢?还是改机票呢?南航一天就一个航班,我是退南航票,买别家的呢,还是改晚一天呢?N个电话后得到的结果是,如果退南航的票,买别家的票贵就不说,而且我之前买的是来回程的票,去程不坐南航,回程就没了,所以只能改后一天,但是改后一天,我就只能晚一天办边境证,也就是6月8号,但原计划是8号出发走阿里,8号办证能来得及么?一天的适应时间我妈妈受得了么?又是N个电话加深思熟虑,最后决定所有行程顺延一天,8号是周五,还能办边境证,要是周末就又得等两天,当机立断,赶紧改机票,又是N个电话,还是火车过山洞时信号不好的时候不断拨打,最终结果就是事情安排妥当后,几十块钱电话费又没了。不幸中的大幸是6号体检,万一是7号和8号,麻烦只会更大的。2.好兄弟脖子鱼一开始就退出了西藏之行,原因是多方面的,让我深感遗憾,就和去年贡嘎一样。小悠和张扬又没时间,色狼家里不放人,小肠没经费,老婆要考试,就算不考试家里也不同意,所以身边能和我同行的还是只有康娜。3.(1)行程的确定,一开始我想过两种进藏方案,一种是成都包车走318国道到拉萨,然后再去看珠峰,二是先到拉萨,再包车到处走,后来因为年后去云南,走梅里线的时候,一天坐12小时汽车,实在是烦了,所以改成了直奔拉萨。还有就是到拉萨的交通工具,开始时想坐火车的,但是票不好买,而且火车时间太长,我们的时间也有限,所以就改成飞机直飞,到拉萨再适应吧。至于到拉萨以后再怎么走,最后我选的是A计划,去阿里,因为实在是太喜欢看雪山了,心中太执着了,而且妈妈再不去,以后的身体条件更不适合了,这次不能说没有危险,我只能做好充分的准备,高原安,红景天,氧气,甲强龙,一个都不能少,而且先去看珠峰,万一不行,可以方便下撤。 (2)包车的问,找了很多家旅行社,报价从20000到24000不等,最后选择了一个最便宜的,也是给我感觉最好的一家。由于我们只有3人,一直还想再找到第4人,尝试了现实里拉人,网络上找人,最后未果,只能盯着高昂的车费出发,但愿风景能值回票价。 (3)第一次定机票时也出现了小插曲,导致原本十几分钟的事情愣是弄了一个半小时,最后的结果还不错,票都买下来,而且我也和那个客服代表熟悉了,以后订票又多了条私人关系。 (4)其他方面的问也一一解决,钱筹够了,小金毛放小舅家寄养了,摄影攻略找到了合适的了,装备也整齐了,药业买了。总的来说就是麻烦和困难很多,但都一一排除以及克服了。去西藏我一开始以为是需要三样东西,时间、金钱、身体,但后来我又发现需要魄力,但到了4号晚上接到体检通知的时候我有发现,还需要第5样,就是运气,如果我这次无法成行,无法圆梦,只能说明我暂时还与西藏无缘,但无论成行与否,所有的艰难困苦都将是对我的磨练,而我也从中学到很多东西,希望这次的圆梦之旅能顺利完成!出发前,先展示一下朋友们对我们的祝福,这是刚拿到旗子的时候拍的,到出发的时候,整面旗子都已经是名字了,可以和后面的照片对比 DAY1广州——拉萨444AM 睁眼,等待5点的到来,在等待的过程中赶到了淡淡的哀伤,是为什么呢?是这趟旅行的花费太高了,舍不得了?很多好友无法同行,亲爱的老婆也无法同行的缘故么?头天睡觉前看了一篇别人的游记,一路的风霜雨雪,没有美景,只有痛苦,我是在担心风景不给力么?500AM 起床,HR:53次/分。老妈起床时说昨晚吃了高原安后头疼,晨起还好点,这TMD是啥情况?不是假药吧!700AM办完登机,选择了安全通道那排座位,其中一个靠窗,航拍雪山是肯定不可少的,机场测得海拔27米,113°17′51″E,23°23′28″N。 飞机从广州至重庆一路的行程都是厚厚的云层,我的心也如云层一样厚重,我不希望蓝天,白云和阳光被乌云遮蔽。我们的飞机在重庆经停,再起飞前广播说起飞时间延后50分钟,但最终只晚了30分钟,在等待起飞的过程中,测得重庆的数据:海拔252米,106°38′12″E,29°43′4″N。飞机从重庆到拉萨的过程中,云层越来越薄,最后都已经变成小块状的了,地面已经能看见了,雪山也能看见了,我的心情终于也多云转晴了。快降落时我发现了,在西藏,天云地是如此的接近,这是以前从来没有体会过的感觉,在广州长大的我,从来都觉得云彩是高不可攀的1500 到达拉萨贡嘎机场,海拔3623米,91°7′57″E,29°39′52″N。我们住在天树花园酒店,下午算好日落的时间到布宫拍照,一开始夕阳被云朵挡住了,但是后来还是出现了,由于布宫不是非常准的坐北朝南,所以夕阳只把金顶和我们照亮了这就是在药王山的角度拍摄布宫,算是拍摄布宫的准照的机位吧,票价2元/人。今天从海平面直飞拉萨,轻微头疼(主要是同时拎着60来斤的行李),在药王山拍布宫时抽烟,头疼加重,但过会就好。说到在药王山拍摄布达拉宫,这里确实是个不错的机位,但是,来的人实在太多了,基本上拍出来的照片只要不是跑焦的,基本上都差不多,除非有很好的阳光和云彩作为衬托,不然我觉得,以我的摄影技术,想在这个位置拍出出彩的照片,难度恐怕很高。DAY2:拉萨晨起HR:70次/分,一晚上头疼,醒了多次,不过很快能再次入睡。上午去百益超市买干粮,罐头,零食等东西,以备大北线上没有吃饭的地方不至于饿死。我有一本摄影攻略,作者叫老鱼,下午我去布宫东侧拍摄布宫时,来到一个叫做老鱼饭局的餐馆,结果一聊才知道这个餐馆就是攻略那个老鱼开的,而且他本人就在餐馆内,于是和老鱼交流摄影经验,留了他的电话,然后就走去大昭寺,准备拍磕长头了。先用长焦拍,效果一般由于这个地方环境狭小,而且光线明暗差异很大,加上人多,动作杂乱,所以感觉用长焦拍摄不方便,就换上了24-70这个镜头,下面这张照片是一位藏民在给一个不知名的炉子里添加酥油。这是我很喜欢的一张照片,经幡与藏民,不能说每一个经过这个经幡的藏民都会虔诚的用额头来触碰这些经幡,但大多数都会停下脚步,用身体某个部分去与之接触换个角度看这个经幡,其实是某个东西的基座,远处是大昭寺的金顶,双鹿法轮就在我拍摄这个经幡的时候,一位藏族的大妈来向我化缘来了,可不要以为藏族同胞都是好吃懒做喜欢行乞的,而是他们为了心中的信仰,在朝拜途中实在没有经济来源时才向同胞求助的,我当然要慷慨解囊了,而且正好和老大妈说让她别动,当我的模特,说起来搞笑,这是我第一次付费拍摄,代价是5元,可惜当时没带外闪,阳光从头顶直射下来,加上大妈的帽子有宽大的帽檐,导致了他面部完全在阴影里,只有下巴有点亮光,没法把她脸上的神态和纹理拍摄清楚总觉得刚才在大昭寺门口没有拍到自己满意的照片,尤其是捕捉不到人们磕长头时的景象,非常的不甘心,于是我再次换上70-200焦距的爱死小白,蹲在大昭寺门口边上,换个角度,不从侧后方,二是从正侧方尝试抓拍,结果拍到了一张我很满意的照片,照片中的老大妈的虔诚一度让我忘记了按下快门,因为在那一瞬间,我的脑子不是在思考怎么拍照,而是在思考这大昭寺里面究竟有什么东西那么大魔力,让这位大妈这么身亡,这么诚心的跪拜没多久老妈和康娜来了,我们就到大昭寺广场外的藏餐馆吃饭,然后再度折回大昭寺,我妈每次看到这些小东西,都会忍不住停下来看看,有时候不得不说这些小玩意是挺吸引人的大昭寺广场永远都有转经的人流,这一天,我们并没有随人流转大昭寺,但是当我们从大北线回来以后,我们在此转了一圈本想在经幡边上打旗子的,但是保安不让,我只好站在经幡边上让康娜给我留影了,恰好有转经的人经过,我的相机也记录下一个游客与一个信徒之间的差异,我是用手随意地触摸着经幡,她是用额头虔诚的靠近经幡,其实当时我不是故意这么做出对比的,只是当时我是在思考问的时候,康娜给抓拍的,不知道这样一个不经意的动作,算不算是内心的自然流露呢前面说错了,原来我们这天也是转了大昭寺的,这张照片是我妈在选购小玩意时,我等她的时候抓拍的,其实在这一路上,磕长头的人有很多,但是要抓到一张自己满意的,并不是那么容易的,因为你既不能走得太近去打扰他们,又不能离得太远被人流遮挡镜头,所以想要拍一张好的,真要花点心思转经筒在八角街随处可见,大到要双手才能抱起来的,小到可以当手机挂饰的,款式太多,眼都花了,用店家的话说,总有一款适合你我们汉族人过年帖对联,藏族人是在屋顶插经幡,过年的时候把去年的旧经幡取下,但不是随意丢弃,而是统一集中到某个特定的地方,让其慢慢风化,回归自然。给我的感觉就是,他们很重视这些经幡,即使他们旧了,也不随意丢弃,而是给他们找个好归宿最后,夕阳西下,天公作美,送了我一张这样的照片。从大昭寺出来以后给老婆买了唐卡,然后坐人力三轮车回宾馆。在回程时和蹬车的人聊天发现他是个伟大的父亲,蹬了16的车,今年42岁,也就是说在和我一样年纪的时候就开始蹬车了,而且就是靠着蹬车养活了4个孩子,最大的孩子马上就要大学毕业了,突然觉得他很伟大,我在26岁的时候还在四处乱花钱,人家却已经靠着卖苦力养家糊口了。没有给这个伟大的爸爸照相,因为我不知道怎么用照片来表达我当时的感受,所以只能以文字表述了。DAY3 拉萨——日喀则630起床,700出门去拍布宫日出,地点已经选好,就是昨天去过的老鱼饭局,因为早上的缘故,选择了在布达拉宫的东面,顺光的方向拍摄的,这也是为什么在下午的时候要在药王山拍摄的原因,就是不想逆光。当第一缕阳光照到布宫时,我得到了这么张照片在思考光圈,快门,色温以及构图的时候,我无意间发现天上的云彩似乎呈问号状,于是拍了一张布宫在思考的照片太阳越升越高,布宫呈现明暗相间,可以和第一缕阳光刚照上布宫那张比较一下 1000 陆地巡洋舰正式起航,开始我们阿里大北线之旅,出发前公里数:315917KM1200 到达岗巴拉山口,这是第一个能看到羊卓雍错的地方,也是拍摄羊卓雍错准照的地方,天气好的话,还能看见远处7000+的宁金岗桑峰,这天虽然云比较多,但雪山还是为我露出了笑脸和藏獒合影完后,我们第一次打旗,现在的旗子已经是慢慢的祝福了顺公路下行一小段,来到一个不知道算不算是观景台的地方,换个角度继续拍摄羊湖,在这里我先用牦牛当前景照相,感觉不错,可我照完以后居然有个藏民过来和我说要收5元,我不乐意了,我说我拍之前你不说,现在说什么意思,要不我把照片删了行了吧,那老哥说删了也收钱,我听了就来气,直接无视他继续拍照再来一张羊湖的准照,因为这个地方基本上是人人都会选择拍照的地方,所以拍出来的也都差不多,要真想找不同的角度,除非到对面的山头上吧,这张照片很好的说明了,在晴天来到羊湖的重要性,因为天上的云彩会严重影响湖面的颜色左边是我,中间是同学康娜,右边是我妈虽然一干朋友没能同行,但打个旗,让朋友们看到这张照片的时候,也算是心里好过点吧,至少我在看到美景的同时,是想着和你们一起分享的最后当然少不了接片了,因为羊湖很大,而且形状极其不规则,湖水分布在山脉之间,所以是不可能照全的,除非从上往下航拍。这天多云,湖面不是纯蓝色的,而是蓝黑相间,虽没看见最美的羊湖,但此景对付我这种凡夫俗子的审美,那是绰绰有余了,借用一哥们的话说,湖面如同磨砂玻璃一样,呵呵([]
