旅行结束已经一个月了,我已深深爱上了在路上的感觉,在路上的每一天,接触的每一寸土地,每一个人都是那么值得纪念。 本人,自取名葡萄,80后女孩一枚,2013年3月22日深圳出发,骑行广东,海南,广西,越南,云南,西藏拉萨,共计骑行超过6000公里;徒步搭车尼泊尔,西藏阿里,新疆,甘肃,陕西,河南郑州,家乡为终点,共计搭车超过10000公里,旅行总旅程近20000公里,耗时四个多月,所有花费不过万元左右!旅行路线以图为例: 那段日子,在我的脑子里总有一个想法,就是趁着自己还年轻,自己还有能力去做一些现在还能做的事情,去和我魂牵梦绕的梦中圣地亲密接触,去实现自己未能实现的梦想,不给自己的人生留下遗憾。因为我明白真的是有许多事情如果现在不做,以后也许真的不会有机会可以这么潇洒说走就走,不被现实束缚,去追逐自己的梦!我热爱旅行,旅行之前的几天,我天天抱着兴奋与期待的心情去开始这趟远行,在乎的只是这种追寻的过程,在此次旅行之前,我2012年五月曾经骑单车走过川藏线,环过青海湖,也骑行过6000公里,曾经没有一点骑行经验的我居然可以做到首次出远门就可以走这么远,因而更见坚定了我的信心,我相信只要我想走,我就可以到达我想去的地方。我已经深深的享受在路上的过程,会更高兴认识每一个驴友,以及每一个驴友物背后的故事。我只是一个行者,也可以一直在路上,只是自己不会是一个人走在路上。我希望在未来,不管是一个人还是两个人,或者是一家人,都可以再路上。如果以后自己有孩子,我会带着孩子去旅行,让他们感受大自然的巨大魅力,让他更好的感受人间冷暖,更好的了解这个世界。2013年3月,刚刚过完年,我辞掉了原本不错的工作,刚好有之前的骑友周叔骑行经过深圳,于是我们一路结伴前行!周叔此次从浙江沿着海岸线一路到达深圳,于是我带周叔简简单单的逛了一下深圳,没有过多的准备,我们说走就走,也许自己喜欢的就是这样,我们两人从深圳湾口岸轮渡到珠海。正是开始了我们的边境线骑行。骑行是快乐的,自由的,无忧无虑的,我享受那种速度与激情,贪恋路上的风景。骑行也是辛苦的,这样的季节,这样炎热的天气,我们也付出了太多的汗水,每一天衣服都是湿了又干干了又湿,即便如此,我依旧享受这个过程。 我的座驾也就是美利达公爵550,去年曾带我走过川藏,青海湖,已经走过6000公里。这次出行我只是稍稍保养变上路了,结果没想到骑行第一天车架就断了,幸好周叔帮我用铁钉固定了一下,不过也就坚持用了一天,两侧车架全部断裂,幸好已到阳江,我换上了全新的车架,继续赶路。确没想三天爆胎三次,还好周叔是补胎高手,五分钟就帮我搞定。在广东边境的每一天几乎都下雨,我们怕热,索性就直接淋雨,哈哈!3月28日,我们到达海安镇,在这里轮渡到海口。一路吹着海风,享受着旅行的快乐。周叔55岁左右,是户外高手,酷爱骑行。去年曾经从上海318的零公里开始一路骑行至拉萨。到达海口之后,另外一个骑友小顾也到达了海口,我们一起参观了海口市博物馆,海南大学,然后我们三人结伴一起环海南岛。我们从东线出发到三亚。环岛第一天,天下起了大雨,下午的时候雨停了,我们三个出发了,环岛正式开始,我们在40多公里处的道班搭帐篷,有个养护公路的阿姨真的很热心,让我们在里面搭帐篷,还为我们提供了洗澡的地方,给我们好大的木瓜吃!幸福,这就是简单的幸福!在这里我们与大自然亲密接触,很多很多的青蛙在草坪上跳来跳去,真是听取蛙声一片。 旅行之乐,在于美景,在于遇人,在于发现,寻找那些我们未知的、好奇的,或者曾经拥有、却被时间淡忘的珍宝。而我们最先寻获的,往往是自己的贪心和不知足。在去博鳌博鳌那里逛了一下,风景美如画!路边种的都是大片大片的菠萝。到了这里才知道原来菠萝是这么长的,菠萝蜜又是这样长的。看来走万卷书不如走万里路,这话可是真的。呵呵。小顾还跑到地理摘了两个菠萝,我们带路上吃,超有意思啦! 这一路走来,路边种植的都是热带水果,来海南,就让我们变成吃货吧!海南就是水果的天堂,是吃货的天堂哦!路过一个椰子的集散站,3块钱一个椰子,这样的酷暑天气,这样的叶子对我们骑行者来说实在是好宝贝,好吃又解渴! 也许旅游对大部分人来说是到景点观光拍照,买纪念品。而对我们来说,骑行式和背包式的旅行却能获得更多,这样的旅行能带来更多的惊喜和冒险,同时也有机会接触当地的人,对当地的文化及风俗可以有更进一步的了解。旅行的日子越久,走的地方越多,纪念品就买的越少,甚至不喜欢去游客多的地方。慢慢才发现,原来最美的景点一直都是在路上!那碧波荡漾的海水,浩瀚无垠的天空,三亚也许是很多人的梦中圣地!因而吸引了一批又一批的游客来到这里,尤以俄罗斯人居多。但对我来说,也许是在深圳看海看多了,所以来这里并没有太大的感觉!我们从西线回到海口,一路沿海边顺风骑行,时速可以达到30km/h,一天我们骑行180公里,两天到达海口,却并没有拍过多的照片。来到海口,我把我的车子外胎和链条,飞轮全部换新,为下面的旅行作准备。环完海南岛之后,我在海口把自行车保养了一下,把有些不用的行李寄回了家,成功减负,为我接下来的行程做准备!由于在海口遇到台风,未能及时买到去广西北海的船票,所以在海口多待了一天,在邮政寄行李的时候遇到了骑友小杨(健身教练),小杨也是资深骑友,骑自行车好多年,对海口也非常熟悉,晚上他带我们沿着海口的海岸线骑行,感受海风带给我们的清爽。2013年4月7日,终于买上了去北海的船票,我们五个人同行踏上了前往北海的船,上了船才知道,船上有好多骑友与背包客,都是“同道中人”,大家聊的热火朝天。 4月8日早上,本想早起看日出呢,没想到天空却飘起了小雨,日出是看不到啦!我们结伴五个骑友一起出发,广西的旅行正是开始啦! 我们早上骑行来到传说中的北海银滩,还从来没有见过这么漂亮的沙滩,洁白、细腻的沙滩会泛出银光,这里海天相连,波涛滚滚,一望无际,令人如入仙境,心旷神怡,流连忘返。 在前往东兴的路上,我们遇到了加拿大骑友Darren, 同是骑友,大家都感觉无比亲切。经过沟通才晓得,Darren也是要去东兴的,他要经过东兴口岸到越南去,因而我们下午就结伴一起走啦!我们一起来到东兴,周叔骑行比较快,已经帮我们订好了房间。Darren的座驾,在深圳买的新的。 到东兴后,发现东兴有好多山地车专卖店,听说车子是从越南走私过来的,不晓得是真是假。不过看起来很不错,Darren要去车店买链条油,但是店家却不懂英文,我只好当翻译啦!到了店里跟老板聊了大半天,店老板特别佩服Darren的勇气和毅力。最后给了Darren一个很好的价格。老板还建议我们从越南北线走,那段路风景又漂亮,又可以体验异国风情。吃晚饭的时候,经过商量,我们几个骑友决定尽下地主之谊,请Darren吃晚餐。聊天才晓得,Darren今年50岁啦,一辈子也未婚未育。他是把房子车子都卖了,才出来自行车旅行。他说,自行车旅行能够更好的体验当地的风土人情,能够让你与大自然亲密接触,自行车旅行能够让他以最小的花销走最多的地方,带他到达他想去的每一个角落,还可以锻炼身体。他的目是自行车环游世界。在此之前,他已经从伦敦出发,骑行欧亚大陆来到中国,已经走过一万多公里啦!听他讲完,我们佩服的五体投地,不是每个驴友都能抛下一切去旅行的,这需要多么大的勇气和毅力呀! 能够认真地做自己喜欢的事情,当真是不可多得的幸福,一旦这样,我们便可以把一切令我们不安与恐惧的事情拒之门外,只要能够改变自己身边的一方小小天地,用执着的态度坚持不懈地耕耘它,便是肉眼凡胎如我的一切芸芸众生存在的理由、自信的来源,与坚定的依持。 4月10号一大早我们送DARREN从东兴口岸进了越南,但是我们都没有彼此的联系方式,就跟DARREN分开了!经过商量,我和周叔决定走越南北线,从东兴口岸入境,经过下龙湾,海防,河内,从中国河口出境。我们一拍即合,马上联系旅行社办了越南的证。证速度也快,只需要一天就可以办下来,费用400元。秦叔也让家人把护照顺丰了过来,但还是比我们晚了2天。我和周叔4月11号早上在东兴口岸兑换了越南盾,想着只在越南待10来天, 我自己兑换了900元的越南盾,就匆匆过海关啦!好黑的越南海关,每个关口都收钱,一共3个关口,一共收了150块人民币。结果到后来我们问了当地人才知道,这些钱根本不用给的。东兴与越南芒街只是相隔一条河,中国的手机在芒街也是可以使用。到越南第一件事就是换了手机卡,越南当地大部分人不会英文也不会中文,我们只好用手比划进行沟通。本想继续向前赶路,不料下起雨来,我跟周叔就找了一家家庭旅馆住下,环境还不错!住下之后,我们出去逛了下去寻找当地的美食,其实物价跟国内价格是差不多,一碗粉8-10元,水果也和国内价格差不多,并没有传说中的便宜。 我们早早的在芒街住下了,准备明天出发到下龙湾。晚上无聊,就把自己换的200多万越南盾拿来拍照发微博,之后就把money和手机都装在腰包里就睡觉啦!却不想,第二天早上起来,发现我的手机和200多万越南盾全部不见了。谁能料想这些东西会在这样的家庭旅馆自己丢失呢!这可是我10天的全部费用哦!难不成是昨天拿手机给老板看翻译,他瞄上了我的手机,还是房间内装有监控,我们不得而知。我急忙告诉周叔,他检查了一下他的东西都在,幸好我的sony微单在一个角落里充电,还在。没想到到越南第一天竟遇上这种事情,于是下楼找老板理论了半天,由于语言不通,老板用干巴巴的中文说我们没关窗户,是我们自己的责任。说是只愿意赔偿我200RMB, 要我们不要报警,说报警一分钱也没有。在这样的异国他乡,我们也不晓得该怎么办啦!出去逛了一圈,找到当地的派出所,虽然这里和中国只有一河之隔,却不想没一个人懂中文或英文。晕!只好作罢!谁叫咱在国外呢,想来如果这种事情在国内也很难说个清楚。幸好国内手机在这里还有信号,我就借来周叔的手机,装上自己的电话卡,给准备到越南来的秦叔打了电话,让他帮我多换一千左右的越南盾。要不还真不小的接下来怎么走。当天既然没走成,我和周叔只好去压马路啦!却不想在逛街再一次遇到加拿大骑友Darren,本以为他已经走了好几天了,没想到他也还在这里。好兴奋,我们来了一个大大的拥抱,这这种情况下,真是不是亲人胜似亲人。我们一起买水果吃,Darren买的好甜好甜的菠萝蜜,顿时洗去了我丢失手机的阴影。我们一起吃的晚餐,越南粉。挺特别的,可以加好多青菜,蛮好吃!在这里还认识了一个意大利驴友。大家都聊得很high。我们约好第二天一起等到秦叔再一起出发前往下龙湾。 旅行的美感,往往存在于和我们平常生活犹如遥隔天海般的巨大反差之中。那些快乐的,悲伤的,都成为我们永久的记忆。4月13日早上,我,周叔,Darren一起去口岸接了秦叔,大家一起上路了。秦叔已经60多岁啦!他是一位只是渊博的学者,喜欢专研政治。他也是资深自行车爱好者, 平时也加入自行车俱乐部,他的目是骑行穿越西藏。 我们沿着越南海岸线一路南下,风景秀丽无比,山水田园,想着当地人的生活无不惬意。我们骑行两天就到达了下龙湾,一个被称为“水上桂林”的地方。风景确实美如画,真正置身其中,你才真正能体会到什么叫做身在画中游。越南粉 我们沿着越南海岸线一路南下,风景秀丽无比,山水田园,想着当地人的生活无不惬意。我们骑行两天就到达了下龙湾,一个被称为“水上桂林”的地方。风景确实美如画,真正置身其中,你才真正能体会到什么叫做身在画中游。下龙湾海景 沿着下龙湾一路往东,沿途都是喀斯特地貌。很美。由于中午天气太热,我们就在路边休息,顺便把洗的未干的衣服拿出来晾一晾。听秦叔讲了好多共济会的事情。想不到他居然会研究如此多的东西,学问如此之大,不亚于名校大学教授级别。佩服啊!突然发现越南的女人都非常的能干,一个普通妇女都能干这么重的活,也许都是生活所迫吧! 晚上到达下龙湾,我和Darren约好去逛一下市区。海防的夜晚宁静,清凉。非常安静的美!我和Darren还在广场看到一尊雕像,Darren非说是菩萨,而对我们亚洲人来说,一看便知那时一名将军。海防的夜晚是那么的静谧! 夜色中的海防,有小情侣在拍照!还有越南非常好吃的甜品饮料,一份折合人民币三块钱,我和Darren一人吃了两份!好好吃!怀念中! 因为这尊雕塑,我们僵持半天,我们问了路边的一对小夫妻,他们告诉我们说那是他们那里很有名的一名将军,是她保卫着当地人民的幸福生活。不聊天不晓得,这对小夫妻女孩是中国广西人,之前在越南教中文,男孩是他的学生,男孩对女孩展开疯狂追求,于是就有了这么一段美好浪漫的跨国恋。 4月16日,我们从海防骑行到越南首都河内。路上来往的车辆挺多的,下午我们早早的就到达了河内。河内的发展感觉跟中国的二三线城市差不多,特别多的电动车和摩托车。在闹市区,也有特别多的欧洲的背包客汇聚于此,热闹非凡!这里是越南首都的志性地表,相当于中国的天安门级别的! 越南的很多古建筑,寺庙都跟来源于中国,因而在那里能够看到很多的汉字诗文。 在越南休整了一天,我们就依依不舍的跟Darren告别,因为他要往南骑行到南越,而我们却要往北回国。从河内往回走的路上,风光依旧秀丽无比,时而有起伏比较大的长坡,这些对我来说都没问,但秦叔却有些吃不消,一爬坡就大喘气。我只好在后面等他。没想到周叔骑行太快,竟然与我们走散了。在这样的异国他乡,周叔没有手机,没有地图,不懂越语,我们就此失去了联系。 就这样,后来的三天回国路,我担心了周叔整整三天三夜,晚上也睡不好觉,不晓得周叔自己能不能回去。我跟秦叔每天都在路边休息等周叔两个小时,却依旧没能等到他!在越南的最后一天, 秦叔非要请我吃饭,瞧瞧我们的最后一餐,还挺丰盛的,但是量太大了,我们只好打包走! 怀着忐忑不安的心情,我们终于来到了越南老街,而对岸就是云南河口啦!好兴奋,终于回国来,感觉无比亲切,还是中国好! 一到中国,我就迫不及待的给周叔打电话,但是还是一直打不通,想来他应该还在越南吧!到了河口,我们把剩余没用的越南盾换回人民币,便继续往前赶路啦!本以为往前20公里左右就有住的地方,但是我们一直沿着边境线骑行,河对岸就是越南,前不着村,后不着店,眼看天就黑了下来,我们只好打着手电继续赶路,越往前走我的心里越发忐忑不安,秦叔说这一带是走私贩毒特别严重的地带,这么晚骑行很不安全。我的心里害怕极了。幸好路上来往还有一些大货车,我的心里稍许平静了一些。走了好久,漆黑一片,在这伸手不见五指的黑夜,我和秦叔只好硬着头皮往前走,值得安慰的是秦叔带的“护身工具”挺齐全的,我一直嘲笑他带那么多的东西,现在想来说不定还真有用到的时候。秦叔带的锁链一直拴在腰间,手里还握着手电电警棍。他让我不要骑得离他太远。这个时刻,我也只有心理默念,祈祷我们的车子千万不要出问啊! 又过了好久,我们到了一个兵站,兵哥哥告诉我们前面5公里左右就有住的地方了,我们的心才算平静了下来。 到国内两天之后,周叔的电话终于打通了,原来他真的走错了路,翻了两座大山,每天都好几罐8264,一路往北,终于到达了中国的一个小边境口岸,我悬着的心终于松下来了!与小杨和小顾联系上之后,我们大家决定在元阳汇合。然后一起去西双版纳。4月21日,我们开始前往元阳方向的骑行,由于都是盘山公里,秦叔可能有些吃不消,他说我们跟小杨小顾汇合之后,就我们三个一起骑,他速度太慢了,要我们不要等他。他自己单骑能力很强的。我们顺理成章的跟他们在元阳汇合。卖香蕉的阿姨!小顾也要感受下背篓的分量!瞧瞧小杨,肌肉还是挺发达的呢!(
这个是在去宿雾岛薄荷岛(相关乱七八糟基本攻略请看 https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1806842-1-1.html )之前和几个美女去探道,13年4月的时候去的,就我一男的,众兄弟微信骂我要跟我绝交,我只能说你们太龌龊了,我就是个拎包的。4月在BORACAY有帆船大赛&当地有一个极限运动的活动,正好工作有档期可以自由支配,抬屁股就走~此行就带了两条QS沙滩裤,一件XLIMIT超薄防晒,一件棉T,一AKU背包,轻装出行。但是!几位美女一人一个大箱子,这里要感谢一下东南亚航空行李限重10公斤,要不我真是无能为力!女人啊,出门东西真是多啊.....!照片没有PS修锥子脸..........随便调调色就传了.....说一下,省的有人说我朋友肤浅,这几个女孩很厉害的,作为爷们我都很佩服。到了她们就开始张咯着拍照...海滩边上有很多吃饭的地方,长滩岛这里相当不错,比夏威夷人少,玩的可不比夏威夷差(只说海滩),假期短预算紧能自由行的年轻人首选,当然是你很爱海滩才行。酒店休整了一会就出去吃饭~海鲜可以!非常到位~不贵是真心~一人先吃5个生蚝,10个大虾~下午海滩就开始了!! 晚上你在海边走吧!全是PARTY! 吃完休息会就下海去~干什么的都有~大海,啤酒,好基友~==================================12楼继续 海滩边上晚上节目可多了,编个辫子先~5元人民币晚上就是喝酒PARTY了!太疯了~酒直接往嘴里 倒!哈哈~开心~ 没有门票,还送你一个墨镜~(FOX节目组的活动,之后在薄荷岛也被我撞到!现在官网都能看到照片)======================================第五页50楼继续 躁动了一晚上,第二天宿醉,睡到中午,下午直达海鲜市场!!不远~做小蹦蹦车就到~2元~这里的海鲜都是活的,全都特别大!吃起来吧!!这样一顿美味300元!!=================================================60楼继续 逛街开始~步行街走一圈,很绿色,跟芭提雅比不了......=============================70楼继续!这个小伙子不是我,特乐,碰巧拍上!还挺会抢镜!哈哈下午喝了个下午小酒又到晚上了~~今天轻松点~看看夜景洗洗睡~接下来就是没什么可说的潜水啊,冲浪等活动.........姑娘们传完~我的就不发了!没人看又重口味!大家多点评点评我另一篇带着奶奶出去玩的帖子啊~哈哈~小奶奶特可爱!https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1806842-1-1.html([]
2011年的八月,正赶上亚航的年度大促、本想在去年4月就前往而由于种种原因未能成行的新西兰自驾的诱惑再次出现,2012年5.13-5.28吉隆坡—基督城往返含税九百多令吉,与中学的死党两人一拍即合,立刻下手将特价机票抢到手。从此,漫长的八个月的等待从此开始……等待的感觉就是痛苦并幸福着,随着日子一天一天的临近,我终于要开始我筹划了将近一年的“中土世界”之旅!此次自驾路线还是网上常见的逆时针经典路线、毕竟考虑到还带着LD一起出游,不能过多的安排徒步路线,所以基本上路线还是以休闲为主。(自驾行程总共3495KM)D1(5.14) Christchurch--Kaikoura D2(5.15):KaikouraD3(5.16):Kaikoura --Greymouth D4(5.17):Greymouth ---Fox GlacierD5(5.18):Fox Glacier ---Wanaka D6(5.19):Wanaka---QueenstownD7(5.20):Queenstown D8(5.21):Queenstown ---Invercargill-D9(5.22):Invercargill---Dunedin D10(5.23):Dunedin---OamaroD11(5.24):Oamaro--- Twizel—Mt Cook D12(5.25):Twizel ---Lake Tekapo---FairlieD13(5.26)Fairlie---Akaroa D14(5.27)Akaroa---Christchurch按照发帖惯例,先上几张封面图片吸引大伙儿的眼球~继续吸引~~还有哦~~吸引到你了吗?还没?那我再来!嘿嘿,还有还有~~最后一招了~我最喜欢的一张作品~各位看的可还满意?下面我的游记正式开始.......................当当当~~首先开始人物介绍,我们此次出行是旅行的黄金组合,4人,我和我同学两对夫妻。人物1:楼主,烟鬼+摄鬼+司机+厨子+电工师傅。人物2:楼主同学RYU,外交主力+银行+司机+打杂+保镖。人物3:楼主家LD,小跟班一号人物4:RYU家LD,小跟班二号 第零天(5.13)由南半球飞往北半球的途中经过5个小时的飞行,我们从杭州飞到了吉隆坡(LCCT),随即便马不停蹄的转机前往基督城......八个月的等待就为这一天终于起飞飞往基督城了!飞机即将穿过澳洲大陆,离新西兰越来越近了!在亚航拥挤的机舱中,经过11个小时的煎熬,终于在5.13日2250分降落在基督城国际机场。这是我第一次乘坐亚航的航班,也应该是我最后一次乘坐亚航的航班。相比去年的前往土耳其的卡塔尔航空(公里数差不多,但服务却相差很大,尽管我已经做好了乘坐廉航的种种设想)。到达以后,早在国内便通过论坛相识的地球另一边MM的爱人(基督城伯爵)驾车来机场接我们,还借了我们大保温箱和电饭锅,一路上是我们最重要的装备。第一天就让我们感受到了新西兰的热情和真诚。第一天(5.14)初识新西兰惊艳...... 基督城--凯库拉 旅行的第一天总是兴奋的,我早早的起床。清晨的基督城有点儿冷,看着路上的车子渐渐地增多,我渐渐迷失……一会儿才回过神来,我的新西兰南岛自驾之旅已经开始了! 早早的叫醒了RYU打电话给APEX公司,一会儿,一辆宝蓝色森林人就来接我们了,这就是接下来要陪伴我们14天的车了。由于很多网友都提到了APEX公司在还车后表示油未加满而擅自多算钱,我们还是本着多一事不如少一事的想法,8折买了第一桶油。而事实证明,这样似乎挺明智,我们还车的时候,油表已经亮灯了,哈哈!由于买的是全险,所以车子就看了下没什么大毛病就开走了。对于我和RYU这种开了十余年车的老司机来说,右舵车的不适感只要十分钟就能克服了,一切EASY!和基督城伯爵合影后向凯库拉进发!先是去了New World超市购买今明几天所需的调味品,油盐酱醋、食物等。第一天来到新西兰,激动万分,觉得超市的停车场都很美!没开出几公里,老婆就嚷嚷着要在路边的咖啡小店买杯咖啡喝喝,还说这是新西兰慢生活的开始,哈哈。开出基督城不久,天气就开始阴沉下来了,一副要下大雨的样子。难道这是新西兰给我们刚到来的新人的下马威吗?到了凯库拉不会也是阴天下雨吧。怀着忐忑的心情,我们继续往凯库拉开去。路上遇见的一辆古董级的房车~开车的大爷个性十足,留着长胡子、穿着皮夹克,带着蛤蟮!嗯!这就是我想象中的新西兰的生活方式I惜没有把大爷拍下来大约开了2个多小时,大海毫无预兆的出现在我们的眼前。凯库拉到了......初见凯库拉海岸线...... 凯库拉的住宿 Barnacle Bills 推荐指数:★★★★☆我们住的两卧室套房,每晚只要125刀,真是很便宜,而且房子也很大,厨房用品齐全。云层很厚,照片拍出来都是灰蒙蒙的,这就是我们在凯库拉住的地方花丛后面就是我们的房间旅馆的一些小摆设,店主以前是个船长,退休以后把自己船上的东西都拆了下来当成了装饰品,小小的物品透出浓浓的时间味道门口的大铁锚太阳公公出来小露了一下脸,马上又缩回去了 由于我们在路上耽搁的时间太长了,而5月又是新西兰的旅游淡季,我们安顿好住宿赶往观鲸公司时,被告知淡季最晚的一班观鲸船是中午12点。没办法,我们只好预定了第二天早上10点的那班船。本以为不能观鲸总能出海捕龙虾吧,致电给几个捕龙虾的地方,一致的回答是今天天气不好,不能出海捕龙虾。在得知这一结果以后,我们四人开始无所事事的在凯库拉的海岸线上闲逛,发现石头滩的岩石上有很多芝麻螺,这让无所事事的我们很兴奋,抓了够四个人吃的量,高高兴兴的回住宿地去了。天快黑的时候,发现天气变好了,这真是一个好兆头,希望明天能顺利观鲸与出海捕龙虾......第二天(5.15):凯库拉鲸鱼!装鲨海豹!海豚!龙虾!FISH! 今天的天气还是没有我们期盼的蓝天白云,依旧是灰蒙蒙的一片,甚至还下点小雨,这让我们对今天的观鲸之旅充满了担忧......看这天气......今天能看到鲸鱼么?这家就是凯库拉唯一的一家由毛利人开的观鲸公司,毛利人以前以宰杀鲸鱼为生,后来当地政府号召毛利人不要杀鲸鱼,转而授予他们开设观鲸公司的权力,这一决定才能使我们今天能看到野生的抹香鲸、杀人鲸。船开出去不久,船长就兴奋的通知我们,发现了今天的第一条鲸鱼~不过我的英语水平太菜,不知道发现的是啥鲸鱼,有同学能认出来不?(查了资料,这是一条抹香鲸)不过这家伙等我们的船一靠近,立马就闪了~而且是很温柔的潜了下去,尾鳍都没怎么甩,第一条鲸鱼拍摄失败!鲸鱼下潜以后,船长都会示意大家回到船舱去,由讲解员继续给大家讲解鲸鱼的知识,而其余船员则继续开船寻找别的鲸鱼的方位。观鲸船继续行驶了不到十五分钟,船长又在广播中通知发现今天的第二条鲸鱼了!但是我仍然没有听懂发现的是哪种鲸鱼~嘿嘿(后来仔细查看,发现还是一条抹香鲸)这次这家伙比较乖,我们的船靠的很近了,它还是气定神闲的吐着汽。最后,它不负一船人的期望,给大家上演了一次完美的神龙摆尾入水!废话不多说,上图才是王道!神龙摆尾来咯~~~(图比较多,一个回复只能上三张图,下面还有)完美收官~这条抹香鲸实在是太给力了!看过了第二条鲸鱼的精彩表演,船长决定让我们一船人轻松下,今天的另一猪脚登场!一只把自己装成鲨鱼的海豹!是的,你没看错!我也没写错!这是一只得了妄想症的海豹,它让我想起了印度那个一直举着手的巴巴~~~~看完这只得了妄想症的海豹,船长带着我们继续寻找鲸鱼去了,这次寻找的貌似是杀人鲸,我认为最漂亮的鲸鱼。不过这种鲸鱼很难找,在寻找的途中,我们碰见了另外一艘观鲸船,也是和我们同样的目的,寻找杀人鲸!在两艘船的共同寻找下,杀人鲸终于找到了。不过,等我们靠近它身边时,漂亮的杀人鲸迅速的下潜了,很遗憾,我只拍到了一张即将消失的尾鳍~ 最后,船长将我们带到海豚的聚集区,数百只海豚和海鸟在海面上飞跃~实在是太震撼了。 以前只在动物世界中见到成群的海豚和海鸟一起进食的场景,今天竟然亲眼所见,真不愧有100%纯净新西兰的称号!这只海鸟轻功了得呀~再见~亲爱的海豚...........([]
在8264上混了好几年,从来没发过帖,最多顶下。出行前也上网看了很多帖子,根据各种信息才制订出此次的线路,为此将游记发在这里以示感谢。3月初的一天无意中进入亚航官网,发现有促销活动,虽不象网上同学们秒杀抢到的便宜,但能从所住的城市出发,而且起飞时间是上午,很动心。于是与朋友商量后,第一次在网上订购了7月3日(因朋友那时才有空)去泰国的机票。操作了几个小时才搞定,笨呀。心奋了一夜没睡着。第二天将消息告之其他朋友,一下就约到好几个。使这次出行人数达到6人。线路大至如下,分三个阶段:第一段7月5日晚至13日泰南海边玩水。坐火车到素叻他尼,再去苏梅岛、帕岸岛、龟岛。(7楼起)第二段7月13至21日兵分两路,4人汽车返回曼谷去柬埔寨吴哥窟,2人汽车继续南下去甲米、董里玩水。(143楼起)第三段7月21晚至30日泰北感受清凉。6人在曼谷汇合后坐火车到清迈,汽车去拜县(240楼起)帖子发出后,很多人关心花费多少,在此补充一下,就不一一回答了。机票、证、保险和在泰国的所有花销加起来共约7500元左右,不含购物的费用。先介绍下一行的朋友们触缘姐,此行年龄最大的一位。茶亭,也是上了六十的哟,看不出来吧玲点,也是退了休的二妹,此行唯一懂一点英语的二妹的女儿豆豆,12岁初一学生,也稍微懂点英语还有就是我了,梦兰 此行一色的女人,还是四老一中一小,老的全不会英语,有的是出行经验和时间,只有二妹算是比较全面吧,豆豆妹没出过门,这也是第一次吧,这一群二货出门,时间又长,肯定故事不少哈,我慢慢讲。发两张合影,此行也没照到几张合影耶。 7月3日在重庆江北机场乘11点20分亚航的飞机,曼谷时间1点半左右到达素万那普国际机场。按攻略说的先换零钱拿地图,还找到免费电话卡,再去一楼餐厅吃饭,最后到底楼坐城市快线进城到帕亚泰也是TBS的N2站。这里吃饭很便宜这里买城市快线的票45B/人坐车就出故事,由于我们都不会英语,上车时我就数了下总共7个站,到终点站下车。我说数到坐,大家一聊天就没数,心想反正是终点站,都要下车的个,不要紧的,谁知到站后就是有好些人没下,结果我们自然不知,发现车往回开了才晓得终点站过了,只好在回开的第一个站下车。哈哈到曼谷就闹笑话。然后打TUTU车去高山路。诸位都知道在曼谷打TUTU车容易被宰,我们抱定每车100B的价格给,招了两辆TUTU车还是有司机愿意拉,很快到达高山路。根据攻略上的指引去了旅馆一条街(SoiRambuttri)把街都快走完了也没找到便宜的,而且大多数GH都住满了,终于在Bacm sabair GH找到住处,三间空调房共1400B,有一间有热水器。这条小巷比较安静,吃住都方便,还有很多马杀鸡店,离高山路很近,也是背包客云集的地方。晚上去高山路吃饭,这里热闹非常,不太喜欢。7月4日先去曼谷最著名的景点------大皇宫。高山路离大皇宫不远,上午走路过去,中间走了段弯路,结果到达时已是10点多了,正是旅行社到达的高峰时段。赶忙去买了票400B/人(含柚木宫门票)。这天很热,我们在里面呆到下午1点多,饿得遭不住了才出来。金碧辉煌的大皇宫在阳光下金灿灿的,晃得人睁不开眼。在大殿外拍的玉佛,殿内是不准拍照的 又饿又热,感觉要中暑了,在大排档吃完中饭猛喝了果汁后总算缓过劲来。坐1路车去华南蓬火车站买5日去春蓬和21日去清迈的票,再步行去唐人街。在火车站ATM机上取钱也搞笑,取出来的是100B一张的,一次只能取20张,也就是2000B,我看到攻略上说的是可取5000人民币的得嘛,怎么变成2000B了,难不成今后每天都要取钱哟。她们都取了,我感觉不对头便没取。结果晚上回高山路后我取了10000B,是1000B一张的10张,我想可能是按张数取,我要取20000B都取得到。顺便说下华夏银行的卡,每天第一次取钱不收手续费。晚上在唐人街吃饭,天开始下雨了,经过一个小巷时看见卖水果的手推车,上面有山竹,一问50B一公斤,算下来才5元人民币一斤便宜,先来2公斤,几分钟便消灭了,再来2公斤,风卷残云般又完了,然后又称4公斤提着带回去吃,太好吃了。雨越下越大,只好打的挤着回GH。回到高山路便去马杀鸡。 7月5日上午步行去柚木宫。这是大皇宫门票中包含了的,7日内都有效。这里与大皇宫的要求不一样,女性必须穿过膝长裙,我们都是穿的长裤,只好每人花40B买一块布裹在腰上才放行。这里不准拍照,每人发一个解说器,走到几号展区就按几号键,耳机里就播这个展区的解说。柚木宫是皇家博物馆,展出的都是皇家的精品、国宝。精致细腻华美无比 ,真金真银稀有宝石龙椅宝座等等绝非A货仿货之流,看得人眼花缭乱的。慢慢欣赏,不想离开,最后实在抗不过空调太冷的温度才出来。柚木宫 外面是大理石建筑里面便是柚木结构门楣上的浮雕在草坪上迈方步的小鸟,一点都不怕人本来对柚木宫没抱太大的希望,没想到还很值得看。出来后发现时间不早了,打听坐70路公交车去高山路,上车买票,售票员不收钱,才搞清楚是免费车。这是在一个不发达的国家吗,居然有免费车坐。当时朋友就开玩笑地喊起来我爱泰国。刚高兴没多久,就让我们大跌眼镜。回到GH收拾行李,准备退房走人,没想到超过12点了,要加收半天的房费,直接就在订金中扣了,MD晕哟。既然钱都扣了,咱们就不走,反正外面都热得遭不住,索性睡午觉,到下午3点多才离开。坐车去华南蓬火车站存包70B/包有点贵,再地铁去salom转轻轨去暹罗广场,随知轻轨坏了,这是啥运气哟,只好在salom附近吃了晚餐回车站。倒在候车厅的地上睡觉,居然睡得很香。22点55分的火车,车上多是背包客。坐位宽畅是航空坐,一边两位子,空调车温度很低,发毛巾、水、小点心,感觉很不错的。 7月6日基本上都在路上。早上6点过火车到达春蓬,在此下车的人很多。有TUTU去汽车站20B/人,几分钟就到了。为什么要去春蓬?所有的背包客到这里是要去龟岛,而我们是受了xfish《哥回来了》帖子的影响,一门心思想去素林群岛去浮潜。对于素林群岛LP书上介绍很简单,网上也宣有帖子介绍。跟着xfish的脚步,我们便走上了去素林群岛的路。而且对这里寄予了厚望,把这里放在第一站。这里乘迷你巴士去拉廊120B/人坐满开车。9点左右到过拉廊。正好停在去瓜拉布里的大巴旁边,又是下车接上车。泰国的旅游行业就是做得好,考虑很周到。在附近的小店吃饭,炒粉、炸鸡。去瓜拉布里车费110B/人,10点半出发12点过到达瓜拉布里。我和二妹、豆豆去找tom and am旅行社。很好找,正对汽车站公路对面。一路上感觉都不对,去这里的除了我们6人外没见一个老外,这里再不出名,总有老外知道噻,为什么没有人呢,想不明白。到了tom and am旅行社才被告之素林群岛去不了,一年中只有11月----来年4月开放,5----10月停业。原来5月至11月安达曼海受热带季风影响风浪大水混浊不适合潜水,所以不开放。这打击也太大了嘛,好不容易来到这里得到的是这个消息。书上和网上都没说这些,看来LP也靠不住。这几天的运气真的不怎么样耶。来都来了,又没车离开了,只好在镇上唯一的旅店住下吧,此时天又下起了雨。 我发不起帖了,主要是发的图传不上去,整得帖子也发不出,恼火哟我们的住处门廊前的风玲看前面河里是什么 7月7日目苏梅岛。一夜的雨不断,早晨起来停了。先乘8点半的大巴去达瓜巴,再转乘去素叻他尼的车,也是无缝衔接不用走路,1点过到达素叻他尼。车站便是市场很多吃摊,在一个会点华语的中年人那里吃快餐,又去市场买了6公斤多山竹,才25B/公斤和蛇皮果40B/公斤。按攻略上说的去seatran公司,结果顶到大太阳走了几百米的路只比车站旁边的旅游公司便宜了10B,划不着。在seatran旅游公司买的车船联票240B/人。3点20分的车近一个小时的车程到达敦沙码头。5点20分的船,7点才到达苏梅岛的那通码头,一直下雨,天也黑了。只有打双条车最方便,根据LP介绍苏梅岛最大的海滩是查汶,其次是拉迈海滩。我们不喜热闹,加之已经在双条车上的三人都是去拉迈的,于是我们选择了去拉迈。车子足足开了40多分钟,苏梅岛真的好大呀。我和二妹母女去找住宿雨天街上行人不多,走了约200多米在一小巷找到一处清幽僻静的GH,三间房有热水,两间风扇一间空调,房间很大,后面还有厨台可煮饭,共1000B。有宽畅的凉台饿了,去就近的饭馆吃了一顿象样的晚餐。到这天我们都买了18公斤多的山竹了,还是没吃够。 7月8日拉迈海滩休闲。早起上街到处都关门闭户安静之极,才想起泰国基本生活节凑是下午2点后才开始营业,高潮是晚上。所以现在大多数人还在梦乡里。没有早餐卖,还好到处都有24小时营业的711超市。711连锁超市的价格全国相同,比中国的一些连锁超市价格混乱好太多了。我们住宿的GH离海边大约走5分钟吧,上午在海边漫步游泳,下午逛街买菜找旅行社最后以350B/人敲定明天半日游岛和400B/人去帕岸的船,晚上自己动手煮海鲜火锅。对了补充一下,我们这次6个人带了两个电磁炉和一个可分离的电热杯。平时可烧开水,有时间自己煮饭下面也方便。泰国菜甜酸辣吃久了难免想吃重庆的麻辣味,所以还带了许多佐料去正好煮火锅。海边美女西方人自己的孩子自己带,不管走多远孩子多小。中国人小孩子甩给婆婆外婆带,小两口自己出去耍。这仅是文化差异吗?小美女这天云层很厚,海的顡色并不好看,但下海游泳正好不晒。海边漫步一个揪迁让大家玩hi了7月9日上午参加半日游,下午去大佛码头乘船去帕岸岛转车去了通乃番海滩。早早的收拾完毕,退房走人,来到旅行社门口还没上班,又到海边溜达一圈,卡片机随拍几张 9点接我们的巴士来了,半日游苏梅岛先看寺庙,然后看大佛像、查汶海滩观海、一处象形礁石、猴子摘椰子、一个大德高僧的木乃伊、最后是瀑布,在此吃饭,再返回旅行社提包去码头等船。好久没参加旅行社了,很不适应,也没感觉,就是赶行程走完了事。生命之根生命之源,稀奇的是这两礁石相邻不远观景台上拍的海景,平静广阔 半日游虽意义不大,也让我们对苏梅岛有了大致的了解。苏梅确实大也很繁华,开发多年非常成熟。下午两点才回到旅行社拿了大包又坐车去大佛码头等4点的快船去帕岸岛。帕岸岛离苏梅岛只有15公里,4、50分钟的航行便到了东南角的林海滩码头。有迷你巴士去通乃番海湾,车费300B/人。LP书上说东部无公路的信息已成历史了。车子从岛的最南边纵穿岛的腹地,公路弯道多,起复又大,很是危险,当地司机把车开得飞快,很是为他陧了一把汗。近一个小时的车程到达东北角的通乃番海湾。大佛码头等船时一老一小睡着了其实帕岸岛的南面和西面都开发很成熟,也热闹方便。我选择东北角的通乃番,是觉得这里比较清静而已,并没看到关于它的文章和评价。上车后发现车费这多贵,心里有些打鼓。当司机说到了,我看到的是前不着村后不着店也看不到海的地方。怀着忐忑不安的心情和二妹、茶亭去找住处,穿过树林和一片小屋便看见大海,第一眼就感觉好漂亮。走了几家最后在海湾边的第一家找到还有两间,而且只能住一夜,590B一间有热水没空调,有些贵,此时天已黑尽。吃饭也不便宜,这里交通不便又是在岛上自然东西贵。去帕岸的船上7月10日一大早起来去吃早餐,服务生很好,知道我们必须搬家,便介绍我们去了从边上数的第五家。这里的房价是600B一间,热水风扇房,如果住两夜可少100B。这里不太热也用不作空调。头晚因三人挤一间屋都没睡好,所以这天还是要了三间。放下行李就参加了旅行社的浮潜600B/人。在素林没浮潜成,在这里补起。11点先坐长尾船去岛的北面,在一处海滩边很多船已经在这里了,靠近海边时船停下来,每人发一套眼镜、呼吸器。我自己带了就没用旅行社的。水里很多各色的鱼漂亮,但珊瑚大多死了,不好看。我们在船的附近跟着鱼儿游,用卡片机一阵乱拍,上船后发现啥也看不见,全是糊的。茶亭最先下水,也最先起水,不一会儿晕船了,可能是昨夜没睡好又有些感冒船又被烤得很烫所致。后去一个海滩吃中饭,这里的海水很清澈很适合游泳,可中午时分阳光太强,下去几分钟就被晒得通红,好在搽了防晒霜没晒伤。第三站是看瀑布,这瀑布还很有名,lp书上还介绍了的,可我们都没觉得有啥看头,充其量只能算是个叠水。下午4点返回住地,晚上自己煮稀饭粉丝又节约了一顿哈。通乃番第一夜住的地方,环境优美的茅草屋,吃早餐这天是几天来天气最好的一天,阳光下的大海与蓝天一色这天晚上的彩霞出奇的弦 这里的沙滩又细又白又平,赤脚踩在上面很舒服,晚上又凉爽,海水平静得几乎没有浪,看着满天繁星非常惬意,选择这里真的没错。([]
2011年9月的菲律宾,一个人的旅行。人生第一次沙发客,花钱住过地下室,免费住过五星级酒店,在机场随便找了个人捡我回家住,全身湿漉漉走投无路时有好心人收留我还帮我吹干衣服,被host放飞机泥石流台风天滞留碧瑶……每天的心情都像是坐过山车,下一秒就有新的奇遇发生,感谢这传奇又美好的一切,感谢一路上遇到的所有肯收留我的善良的人,从一颗空荡荡的心到满载感恩和快乐回国,这一路,我经历了太多,遇到太多善良的人,太多难忘的事情,太多眼泪太多笑容,必须要一颗宽大的心才能装得下如此多的回忆。以下所有价钱已经换算为人民币。2011年9月19日,在我坐上飞机前,并没有将要飞离这个国家的真实感。出发的前一天晚上纠结于没用的事情失眠了一整夜,半夜2点起来补完白兔糖还有tiger&bunny。6点钟去睡觉,睡到9点多起床,到了下午5点还在继续补夏目,丝毫不想收拾行李,到了6点实在好像是要走了,所以就收拾了10分钟背上包就出门吃饭去了机场。起飞用了很长时间,飞离广州后就不知道身在何方了。只是看见如一方棋盘一样的大地,纵横交错的街道,星星点点的灯光,奇妙地随着飞机的摆动变换着角度。渐渐对距离产生错觉,窗外的月亮比地面上的更大更明亮,从上往下的赏月很没有真实感。半夜被冻醒,飞机上冷得无以复加,把带来的所有衣服都包在身上还是觉得实在太冷了!睡得迷迷糊糊闻到前排有人吃饭,好香啊,能不能给我点热水,或者让我走下飞机吧....卖火柴的小女孩划亮了最后一根火柴...然后她就冻死在飞机里。chapter 1 沙发客是怎样炼成的 到ninoy aquino机场(NAIA)已经是1点多,从现在开始,就没人能听懂你说中文了。拖着快要累死困死的身体从arrival走到depature,吃了一个茄子煎蛋,分量太小,又一个baked macaroni,于是被彻底腻到了,特别想吐。熬夜胃不舒服的情况下最不该吃这种东西,太多cheese和肉酱了。 下一班manila-cebu是早上4点,check in counter还没开放,于是我跟当地人一样在机场随便找了个椅子,倒头就睡,东西就丢在旁边也不想管了,不见就不见吧,大不了把我遣送回国。但还是顺利地去check in了,其间看见一个老外腿上纹身是中文的“我爱你”三个大字,还正楷的.还三个字红蓝绿三种颜色的..天呐各位同学,你们要是纹身千万别写什么外文在身上,你想想要是什么c'est la vie在法国人看来就像你在身上纹了中文的“这就是生活”多2B啊...反正我是接受不了... cebu黎明前的夜空是满满的岛屿灯火,星盘的感觉铺开。日出的时候是绵延千里的朝霞,一片安静的红色。因为不会调节压力,我的耳朵剧痛,几乎听不见声音,只感觉机舱内的大家都在红霞笼罩中屏息不语。 出了机场才5点多,这个时间打电话给rufela貌似不太礼貌,于是我绕过几个街角想要找到Jeepny进城,但是怎么也找不到。于是我还是听了rufela所说的,坐白色taxi去她家。司机几乎不会说英语,车厢里几十只蚊子一直在飞,但是很奇妙的是竟然没有一只咬我。 司机是个善良的人,根本没有骗我。只花了不到30块钱就从机场到了rufela家附近的Rahmann st. 因为rufela也没告诉我她家住哪,我又没有当地手机卡,所以就走到街角的jolli bee快餐去吃早餐等她。10块钱的早餐,大蒜饭(非常好吃),热狗,还有咖啡。店员说8点才有得买卡,但是照这么下去,不到8点我就累死了,于是果断找了旁边的警察叔叔打电话给rufela,几分钟后她来接我,然后我们七拐八拐到了她在Rahmann st.的家。本来以为是这么漂亮的房子,但是实际上,要经过一条晾满衣服的通道才到她住在一个楼梯底下的小隔间里面的家。 总共只有放2张床的大小。墙上两个袋子挂满各种杂物,电视机用的还是天线电视,地上有很大一块粘鼠胶,事实证明最后一天我的确也看到了老鼠。微波炉是当做储物柜用的,里面塞满食物。冰箱里面只有果汁没有水喝,衣服丢得到处都是,rufela回家也不换衣服直接就躺床上,但是我坐了一晚上的飞机不换衣服实在脏死了,所以我就换了睡衣,换完才7点多,我们都觉得睡不够很困,就关了灯继续睡,一直睡到12点。 中午rufela问我要吃什么,我说随便吧,你吃什么我就吃什么就可以了。她带我去她经常吃饭的地方。 很好吃哦~~一个鱼一个狮子头一个炒南瓜和茄子什么的还有2个饭,加在一起不到10块钱,吃完又去路边买了炸香蕉吃。然后我们坐jeepny去看COLON street,据说是宿雾最古老的街道了。第一次坐jeepny的感觉很奇妙,大家都拥拥挤挤坐在一起,如果再有人上车,无论多挤仍然可以让出位置。给钱的时候通过一个个乘客传过去给司机,司机一边开车一边找钱,然后大家再递回来。感觉大家心里都有神明的存在,表情都很平和。一路上都是宿雾像城乡结合部一样的风景,但是我却觉得很安心很安全,心里有神有信仰的人跟拜物教的中国人不一样。路过宿雾的一些雕像,我也不记得叫什么了,总之宿雾的所有东西都和西班牙,lapulapu,麦哲伦和天主教有关。菲律宾的某种看起来像橘子的小吃,实际上是削掉皮直接吃的,酸中带甜。(有同学告诉我教santol)宿雾的jeepny跟马尼拉的不一样,马尼拉的会更漂亮一点,宿雾的是面包车改装的,形状上没那么漂亮,但是花纹特别好看,各种有创意的图案。 当地吃的东西最多就是chowking超群,jolli bee,还有各种siopao烧包siomai烧卖。chowking号称是中国炸鸡...我回忆了一下,中国人哪会天天吃炸鸡啊!一点也不中式。烧卖和包子都没吃,国内都有的东西不是很有兴趣。 沿着colon street走,经过许多小贩,一路感受古老街道的风景,最后走到宿雾教堂,很神圣的感觉,大家都跪着默默祈祷。rufela在教堂外面点起一根蜡烛,然后静静地看着蜡烛燃烧,我忽然觉得这样的午后,这样的静谧太美好了,凝视烛光,似乎觉得自己可以更接近神了。 fort san pedro就在附近,进去要门票,所以我们就在门口看了一下,没进去。我对古建筑兴趣不大,所以就直接去逛ayala center了。走在路上,迎面开来的车和走来的人都会跟我say hello,在国内从来没接受过如此善意的眼神和热情的对待,我还有一点习惯不了。 宿雾人民都是画家!去ayala的路上有好多面墙上都是漂亮的涂鸦,绵延不断的。 宿雾本身很像城乡结合部,但是shopping mall里面都很华丽,跟外面的环境一比,完全天壤之别。mango shake很好喝。去完ayala又去SM。这个国家里,这两个shopping mall特别的多。 一直逛到晚上,回到rufela家已经累得不想动了,来了才知道,菲律宾人是不用热水洗澡的,于是我也入乡随俗用冷水,天气比较热,还是受得了用冷水的。 洗完澡rufela出门买了芒果干和炸猪皮给我吃。这边的炸猪皮是一般人吃的小零食,蘸醋吃,我有点接受不了这种味道的东西。芒果干包装袋上用中文写着“菲律宾特产”而且保质期到2177年.....不怕...肯定比国内的更安全更有良心,rufela真是个善良的好女孩,我只是在couchsurfing上面联系的她,她就愿意带我到处玩,愿意让我睡她的床住在她家里,根本不考虑我是不是坏人的问。如果我是国内,从小被父母教育,连自己的好朋友都要防着三分,有时候我真的不明白为什么要防着,防了又能怎样,如果人家真的要拐卖你,你这种程度的防能防到什么?又说什么防君子不防小人,君子是不需要防的吧?为什么不能把心交给别人,不能得到真正的友谊呢?想起小的时候每次想去朋友家玩,爸妈都怕我遇到危险,都不是很愿意我去。但是这世界哪有这么多坏人,其实大家都很忙的,根本没时间总想着怎么骗你,但是大家总也不懂,总要告诉自己要防三分防三分,这样活着多累啊!即使这种防备已经融入生活中了,不觉得累了,但是冷静下来想一想,不觉得很悲哀么? 连续熬夜2天太伤身体了,再加上坐飞机带来的耳朵痛,看了一会全是雪花的电视,9点多就睡了。chapter 2一天花40块钱如何在异国生活呢? 决定不带单反出门,这是个正确的选择。 不知道为什么就迷迷糊糊没吃午饭跟rufela出门了,她说带我去lapulapu的海滩,我什么也不知道,显然也不会有什么异议。 先坐了两次jeepny,车上一个大叔先问我是不是韩国人,我说不是,然后他开始跟我讨论宗教的问。你信主么?不信为什么呢? 这个为什么把我问住了,我从来没有想过信不信主的问,一时语塞了,而且让我用中文我都不知道怎么回答,要我用英文回答我真的不知道说什么了.... 于是我只有灰溜溜地说,我只信钱啊不好意思.... 说完这句我终于明白为什么中国人缺德了...因为只信钱啊...因为钱就是缺德的人的橘色司,他们为了钱可以做出一切事情,根本没有内心的声音可以约束他们,所以他们为所欲为,做一切坏事都不愧疚。 大叔显然不明白我说的是什么,又噼里啪啦跟我说了一堆,我只有解释为国家背景不一样,难以相互理解,还没说完就下车了跟rufela去坐船,本来船票只要2块钱,rufela说我们是学生,然后船票就变成了1块5.....囧....在船上,旁边的姐姐一直用山寨机播歌曲,忽然发现,是不是黑眼豆豆在国外就跟国内的凤凰传奇一样..... 10分钟后到了lapu的码头,又坐2次jeepny去海滩。 一路上司机一直大功率地放Bieber的baby还有lady gaga的各种歌,下着小雨,车上的人兴致都很高。一路上很多小店在烤鸡,烤肉的香味呀~~~ 路过海边的浅滩,小雨里青青绿绿的草,还有吃草的牛,平平静静的乡村风景,远处浅浅的海面和颜色浅浅的天空。有一种恍如隔世的感觉。我竟然是跟一个菲律宾少女坐在jeepny上面欣赏这样的风景。我已经离开自己的国家很远了,这里已经是异国他乡了,但是我却不觉得害怕也不觉得想念,只是很期待每一天新鲜的一切事物。 rufela说的lapu海边其实是某度假村里面。大片的热带花朵和banga船,到处都是韩国人。我们坐在防波堤的栏杆上,吹着海风不说话。这时一个大叔走过来搭话,大叔真是个好厉害的大叔,会说中文广东话日语韩语英语塔加洛语。于是大叔就在混合各种语言跟我聊天。我大脑一直处于混乱运转中,各种语言跳来跳去... 聊不多久,大叔就开始问菲律宾男人必问的几大问:where 's your boyfriend?我说木有(其实我有木有又不关你事)惊讶状まじ???!!!俺、きっと今晩眠れないよ!(真滴?我今晚肯定睡不着了)可能你不喜欢大叔型的他有点伤心的表情没有没有...我很爱大叔的......(嘴贱啊!!!说了立刻后悔了) 于是他就开始喋喋不休像自然界其他雄性生物一样开始展示他的强大之处,人老心不老啊,40岁的人,20岁的花花心…… 过了一会下雨了,他也回去招呼客人,我和rufela就躺在沙滩的躺椅上吹风,看船看海看天空看云,难得的悠闲午后,慢悠悠躺到4点再慢悠悠回去。路上见到二手衣服的商店,在国内还从来没见到可以买到古着的地方呢~在路边小摊买了炸蛋(囧)来吃,类似于国内的炸鹌鹑蛋,配着洋葱和辣味或者甜味的酱一起吃,1块5 3个,蛮好吃~ 卖炸蛋的大叔又是很热情地问我是不是韩国人(囧)然后祝我在菲律宾旅途愉快。周围的人也都对我微笑,这种被人善意对待的感觉温暖又幸福,像被棉花糖包住一样,甜甜的很快乐的感觉,在国内这么多年都没经历过,快要被宠坏了。 晚上回到家,rufela领着我去吃宿雾的夜市。一路上跟我解释菲律宾的有一种食品balot也就是毛鸡蛋。夜市好一片烟熏火燎,如果鼻子敏感的人肯定会被呛得进不去了,雾蒙蒙的离5米外都看不清人了。可能是她没理解我要的东西,就点了一个咸鸭蛋给我吃,原来菲律宾的咸鸭蛋是戴着手套用手吃的,而且就着洋葱、辣椒生着一起吃,还有包得像粽子一样的米饭。很特别的感受。然后烧烤就一一的端上来了,最后结账每人17,还可以还可以~~ 吃完烧烤走出来,rufela一边走一边问路边的人一些问,因为是Tagalog语,所以我也听不懂,想着这里离家这么近她没可能迷路吧~~她带着我走到一个神神秘秘坐在路灯下卖糖果的阿姨那里,阿姨打开一个暖暖的小蒸笼,啊!里面全都是毛鸡蛋哦~~孵化18天已经长出毛来尚未出壳的雏鸡,这是一种多么残忍又奇妙的吃法,我也是回来之后发现中国人也会这么吃的。有一点腥味,但是又带着点特别的感觉,但是吃羽毛真的不是我能受得了的...我还是把毛都扔掉了。蘸着辣醋,我们在广场的路灯下吃这种奇妙的食品,感受内心的战栗。旁边好像是在开露天演唱会,吃完我们冲了过去,看USA embassy乐团N个帅哥在台上又唱又跳,听着听着我和当地人一起快乐地跳了起来,一边大喊Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!Filipino!!毫不顾忌地大家一起跳舞,一起跟着唱,一起大声笑。又一次觉得恍如隔世,3天前还在CPA考场上纠结得要哭出来的人竟然在宿雾入夜的街边和菲律宾少女一起吃毛鸡蛋一起看露天演唱会,这个世界是有多神奇多美好?我没有被的士司机骗,警察叔叔接我电话让我联系到了rufela,第一次做沙发客,第一次吃毛鸡蛋,第一次听露天演唱会开心得快哭了。世界原来这么大,有这么多奇妙的事情等着我们去经历!chapter3血和巧克力蛋糕。早上起来rufela去上课了,我呆在她家里有点闷,就拿着相机出门走走。rufela说出门不用关门了,于是我就真没关门,钱包还丢在家里就出门了。 难得的好天气,所有的事情都显得如此美好,巧克力蛋糕才不到1块钱,而且超级好吃,秒杀国内一切贵爆了的蛋糕,走着走着忽然被一个铁丝刮到了脚,不算很痛所以就没留意,但是又走了几步血就流出来了,但是又没带纸巾又没带创可贴,那就继续走,回去再清洗算了,但是血流出来超多,鞋都湿了....这时有个大叔走过,就提醒我说血流出来了...我也知道血流出来了..但是我也没办法。 刚好路边有一家药店,我就走进去买创可贴,店里有个阿姨看到我流血了,立刻拿出纸巾给我,其他人也都很关心地看着我一直到我贴好创可贴不流血了为止,心里觉得很温暖不孤单,即使是不认识的人也会这样的关心别人太难得了,如果是在国内,路人肯定都避之不及。 回到rufela家东西都还在,只是有只老鼠在房间里跑来跑去.....还真有老鼠啊..... 写了张感谢信给rufela,背上包坐jeepny去机场了,开始觉得坐飞机跟坐汽车一样普通,cebu-boracay,螺旋桨小飞机chapter4 RP用尽是孤单 宿雾机场竟然有免费ipad用,严重的强大,玩ipad玩太HI了,变成最后一个登机的,走在路上还摔了一跤,一天之内相继伤到了胳膊和脚,难道是RP用尽了么? 在飞机上坐在一个很有气质的美国老奶奶身旁,我们开始交谈,她说她在长滩开咖啡馆,热情地给了我名片,邀请我去。我这种穷人肯定是没钱去喝咖啡的了,但是看看应该也是可以的。 螺旋桨的小小飞机,到了CATiclan机场我就直接走去坐船了,码头的水比岛上的还清还美。心情好到不行,尽管根本还不知道自己在岛上住哪里。下了船以为可以自己走路去找地方住,但是码头好像离游览区还挺远的,走了很久还是坐了tutu车。之前想订的Trafalga cottages在S3的金凤凰大酒店旁边,叫tutu车开到金凤凰旁边。但是走来走去也没看到这间cottage。正疑惑的时候,走出一条小巷就是海边了。 下午2点稍有阳光的大海,第一印象就是好欢乐好幸福。空气中飘散着食物的香味,沙滩道上放着音乐,小贩们来回叫卖,大海在很近的地方闪闪发亮,每个人的脸上都喜气洋洋,各种美美仙仙的长裙满街飘荡,尽管背着2个包有点另类,我也马上陶醉于这幸福的氛围中。 既然找不到trafalga,就随便走走吧,看到一个牌子写着traveller's inn,看到名字这么朴素肯定是便宜的地方,想也没想就进去了。 一条小巷子里面的二层木屋,养着许许多多可爱的小金鱼和小鹦鹉,院子里郁郁葱葱都是漂亮的花花草草。跟屋主老奶奶装了半天可爱讲价到150元4天,很不错的价钱了。房间很大,一个人住4个人的床,虽然有点旧,没热水,不过这个价格还是很不错的。弄好房,老奶奶的亲戚,一个当地男人也很热情地跟我打招呼,说:#¥%&……&*(&(¥%……I come from Iloilo city%…………&*……¥¥%@好吧...我就只能听懂那个iloilo city,其他都听不懂......他说iloilo的方言,英语说得很不好,然后问我要电话,说会发短信给我,这是第一次。院子里可爱的小鹦鹉和小鱼都是他养的,貌似他是iloilo过来做批发花鸟鱼虫生意的。 收拾好一切我就去吃饭,已经是下午3点,太饿了,我一个人吃掉yellow cab的一整个10寸大pizza,幸福到不行。不知道为什么,长滩岛的男人都特别喜欢我,路上打招呼都是说“我爱你”,yellow cab的店员超级热情,全部要过来跟我合影...好吧...早知道就要你们打折!吃完一个人在岛上闲逛,长滩不是一个适合一个人的地方,没有朋友在身边,看到街上所有双双对对会觉得特别孤单,所有有趣的东西也会变得无聊起来,只有悻悻地回去。iloilo city看见我回来,又问我电话多少...我说你都不记别人电话的么!!!这是第二次了!!!我很认真地给他输到手机里,还看着他加入通讯录了,这位哥记忆力太崩溃了。 晚上没有朋友,只能默默写日记,岛上的物价真是高啊!比宿雾高了个3倍。chapter5午夜惊魂早上起床去inasal吃早餐,这边的人早餐也要吃米饭,还用叶子包起来。味道还不错,就是感觉有点难消化。吃完继续四处瞎逛,绕过S1的山崖去看west cove,因为阴天,景色实在太一般,跟国内也差不多了。 ([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later.
