目录总线路图关于机票关于酒店、费用、出租车关于证关于其他吉隆坡转机尼甘布斯里兰卡,引用孤独星球的兰卡版书中的一句话:雾里看花隔一层,斯里兰卡就是这样的国度。斯里兰卡 古称“锡兰”,简称兰卡,这里还不像东南亚国家哪么热门,也并不是国内多数游客的首选东南亚国家。由于多年的战争乱和海啸这个岛国更是蒙上了一层面纱。我在来兰卡之前完全对这个小国家一无所知,更不知道它是在地球上哪个方位的(可能是地理没学好)。而是在2014年有一次在网上看到一篇关于斯里兰卡的游记。看了一下游记的开头就马上对这个国家产生了浓厚的兴趣,一直花了半个多小时看完整篇兰卡的游记。才对这个位印度洋中小岛国有了些认识。斯里兰卡紧邻印度,所以被称为“印度洋中一滴泪”因地域关系使他深受印度文化的影响。兰卡大部份居民都是来自北印度的移民。是北印度的雅利安人移民至锡兰岛建立了僧伽罗王朝。后来南印信奉印度教泰米尔人也开始来到了这个岛上。不过给我印象最深的是可能还是兰卡美景和兰卡人民的的纯朴和纯洁的笑容。同时了兰卡也是个以佛教为主,另外也有信奉伊斯兰教的。他是个多种信仰和谐共处的神秘国家。正因为了有了这些原因,也是他优越于印度在我心中印象的原因。所以我决定去这个探寻这个美丽的小岛国。接下来的几天就是在网上找了很多关于兰卡资料。以前不知道的关于兰卡地理知识一下子全知道了。另外怎么去兰卡。证。机票。住宿。当地的风俗习惯。。。。还买了一本孤独星球的兰卡版书来更深入的了解兰卡。在网上有了更多对兰卡这个国家了解后,才有了2015年7月的这次真正意义上的兰卡自助之旅。。基本上每次自助游我都是一家三口。因为我想让三岁的儿子去更多的去了解这个世界上不同的风景和不同的历史文化和人文色彩。让他在成长的路上有着更多的体验和经历。这次本来是一家三口准备来兰卡旅行的当我正准备买机票时在微信群里说了一下我要去斯里兰卡旅行了。一下子很多朋友根本跟我开始一样都不知道斯里兰卡在哪里就说要报名跟我结伴自助游,一下子从一家三口变成了四五个家庭的旅行的大队伍了。接下来的事大家都知道了,我自然就是队长了给大伙解决。机票,住,行,吃。证。全落在我一个人的身上了。。。。。。。。。不过这次斯里兰卡之旅在网络上认识了很多去过兰卡或是常住兰卡的朋友们,他们给了我很多帮助和建议。比如:中国国家地理《斯里兰卡旅行指南》的作者。斯里兰卡小妞。还有因旅行在兰卡找到真爱的福建美女kiko.还有在兰卡开酒店的李哥和在兰卡卖蓝宝石土豪呵呵。按照惯例先上几张图: 总体线路图:尼甘布(Negombo)狮子岩(sigiriya)-丹布勒石窟寺(Dambulla)--康堤(kandy)--努瓦勒埃利耶 (NuwaraEliya)--埃勒(Ella)—亚拉(yala)--美蕊莎(Mirissa)--加勒(Galle)--科伦坡(Colombo)DAY 16月28广州至科伦坡 中午抵达,先去酒店办里check in 然后尼甘布镇上游览观光 。宿艾温拉花园酒店 (Avenra Garden Hotel)DAY2 尼甘布(Negombo)--狮子岩(sigiriya)---丹布勒石窟寺(Dambulla)----康堤(kandy)6月29 早上5点起来游览尼甘布鱼市7点30退房然后坐车前往狮子 下午前往下午前往丹布勒石窟寺。从丹布勒石窟 寺出来就往康提赶宿康堤Thilanka Hotel(提兰卡酒店)Day3康堤(kandy)7月1 睡到自然醒今天一天都在康堤活动 上午皇家植物园(Royal Botanic Garden下午佛牙活动 .宿康堤Thilanka Hotel(提兰卡酒店)Day4 康堤(kandy)-努瓦勒埃利耶 (NuwaraEliya) 7月2早上康堤湖边晨跑。10点出发去努瓦勒埃利耶 宿努瓦勒埃利耶The hill clubDAY 5努瓦勒埃利耶 (NuwaraEliya)--埃勒(Ella)—亚拉(yala)7月3早上镇上闲逛上午去镇中心的湖边玩然后 中午我们就去体验就前往埃勒的高 山火车。司机把我们送到火车站后就去ELLA火车站接我们前往今天最终的目的地 亚拉(YALA)晚上BBQ.宿亚拉Serene Park Hotel海悦酒店DAY6:亚拉(yala)--美蕊莎(Mirissa)7月3早上从酒店checkout 然后前往亚拉野生动物园(Yala National Park)。游览完动物园后下 午前往美蕊莎宿:Paradise Beach Club(天堂海滩俱乐部酒店)DAY7美蕊莎(Mirissa)7月4早上睡到自然醒吃过早餐。拍照今天一天在美蕊莎玩.宿:Paradise Beach Club(天堂海滩俱乐部酒店)DAY8美蕊莎(Mirissa)-加勒(Galle).上午在美蕊莎出海观鲸,下午坐车去加勒古城宿:Landesi By Jetwing(杰特威兰迪斯酒店)DAY9加勒(Galle)今天一天在古城自由活动 。宿:Landesi By Jetwing(杰特威兰迪斯酒店)DAY10加勒(Galle)-科伦坡(Colombo)-班达拉奈克国际机场(Bandaranaike international airport 7月7早上6点多坐加勒前往科伦坡的火车到达科伦坡后, 吃过中饭坐车前往班达拉奈克国际机场。下面这张是斯里兰卡区间的乘车时间地图,是我在网上找的。由于像素太低后面自已考备了一张。关于机票去兰卡行程搞定了接下来的 首要事情就是要解决机票的问:从国内飞兰卡有很多航空公司 斯里兰卡航空公司。马航。亚航。。。网上一查很多公司。最近这些年我可能坐亚航的飞机坐的比较多因为机票便宜。(我是亚航的粉丝,我儿子现在一看到亚航飞机就脱口而出:air ASIa.呵呵)。我是在亚航一次大促中提前了半年就预定今年7月飞兰卡的机票,广州飞科伦坡中途吉隆坡转机来回1570元人民币。虽然便宜不过时间也花的多。从广州飞吉隆坡4个小时。在在吉隆坡等4个小时然后在吉隆坡飞科伦坡3个半小时,有点累。不敢时间还是可以坐亚航的,转机也很方便为因不用拿行李到了吉隆坡后跟着指示牌走找到换登机牌的窗口换好登机牌后你就等着亚航的大飞机来接你就是了。。关于费用和 酒店, 租车这是我的一些吃住行玩的基本开支。因为我们都是带小孩的所以住的会好一点。其实兰卡有很多民宿都是很不错的,性价比高。酒店:我的所有酒店都是通过在到:BOOKING和雅高达上预定的。只有美蕊莎的酒店是由在长期在 兰卡 KIKO帮我预定的。租车:我们是通过网上找到的当地司机。由于兰卡的交通条件和地理位置原因一般去兰卡游大部分会选择包车因为哪些会方便很多。去兰卡租车是最常见的。至使我对于兰卡各地区来往的公共交通不是熟悉。因为我们人多所以就租了一辆大巴车。我觉的兰卡的大部份司其实挺负责的也很诚实本份的哪种。我们的司机叫 Udayanga Buddhika.挺不错的一个兰卡人。经常跟我们炫耀的是他有一个儿子和一个女儿。后在我们教会他用中国的微信。回国以后还经常可以互动。他每个星期都会主动来向我们问好一声。关于证关于斯里兰卡的证。也有落地和官方的网上申请的eta。因为中国海关没有到证一般是不让放行的。所以去斯里兰卡的证最多的就是电子证了ETA了。ETA主要是通过官网申请。一般前期准备作足。5分钟搞定。至于详细步骤大家可以在网上找一下有专门介绍证。一般有小孩在一起的证。小孩的会慢一二天的样子。要是没有可能直接发邮件去兰卡海关咨询。咨询后一般马上就会有eta发过来了。我只是要讲一下关于验证码刷不出来的原因,给大家分析一下。开始我也是按关网上的电子证的步骤可是怎么都不见验证码出来,浏览器换了几个了。后面在网上找了半天才终于给解决这个问了。下面我把验证码刷不出怎么解决的分享给大家。关于斯里兰卡ETA证刷不出验证码解决问:如果浏览器刷不出验证码。在网上下载一个谷歌的hosts文件。下载完后解压 在Windows系统里,打开C\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts文件,打开hosts文档在末尾添加最新下载的谷歌hosts文档。,然后重启电脑即可操作完成后。我发现我随便打开一个浏览器都可以看到验证码了。360也可以。不过到了付款阶段要等。有可能要重新几次。等到后面我发现每次都很快成功了。二三分钟一个。我一天帮人刷 了20个证。小孩子的有护照的也要单独证。不要加在父母哪里。只不过是可能收到的电子ETA会比成人要慢。要是没有收到可以至电或是发邮件过去,询问。英语不行的直接可以打成都大使馆电话:电话:0086-28-66168361/2。接通后在拔分机805。有中文服务。跟他说你的小孩没有收到ETA电子档。他们会帮你跟兰卡哪边联系的。 关于其它通讯:大部份来斯里兰卡的都会办一个叫Dialog卡。机场一楼大厅就有售的。一般都是办个1300卢比的套餐500卢比的话费和。1.5g上网流量。这个足够了刷微信和微博,我办了一个用了10天开热点后面还没有用完。所以我觉的办个别699套餐也差不多够用了。出行准备证件类: 护照, ETA证,往返机票,保险电子版,酒店预订单,美金,银联卡/信用卡摄影器材:D700相机二台。三角架。sony 微单。内存卡4张。衣物:替换内衣裤,短袖T恤若干,裙子若干,裤子(长/短),帆布鞋,凉鞋,长袖外套,遮阳帽,泳衣*1,墨镜?生活用品:洗漱用品,纸巾若干,湿纸巾,浴帽,吹风机,风油精,防蚊贴,护肤品,防晒,晒后修复(香蕉船),面膜,军dao,充电宝,各种充电线?常用药:创可贴,肠胃药,感冒药,消炎药,晕车药???关于现金:?可以不用提前兑换斯里兰卡货币,带上足够美金到了到了兑换就行,科伦坡的机场有好几家兑换点,汇率都还可以,最划算的应该算是司机帮我们去的兑换的汇率最高了。【注意事项】1、斯里兰卡与中国有2.5小时时差,北京时间的早上8点就是斯里兰卡时间早上5点半。2、斯里兰卡人视乌鸦为神鸟,请不要打杀乌鸦。3、斯里兰卡是佛教国家,请尊重当地的习俗,进寺庙一定要脱鞋,不要穿短裤短裙和背心。4、虽说斯里兰卡整体治安良好,但在科伦坡一些人口稠密的环境还需注意随身物品。5、中部山区的人观念较保守,女性在那里尽量不要穿的太过暴露,海边城市则没有限制。6、旺季火车的二等座和三等座非常拥挤,单身女性请尽可能做好自我保护。7、若入住当地人自己住处开设的家庭旅馆,或者进入一些个体商店,请注意是否需要脱鞋进入,请尽可能尊重并且适应当地人的习惯。 吉隆坡转机6月28日凌晨我们怀着无比兴奋和对兰卡之旅充满期望的心情踏上了广州飞科伦坡的飞机。因为我们坐的是亚州航空。亚航飞科伦坡随说机票便宜不过最麻烦的是要在吉隆坡转机。我们早上5点多到达吉隆坡klcc机场。要在这里等上4个小时等到930吉隆坡飞科伦坡的飞机。到在科伦坡是当地时间1055.等于从吉隆坡飞到科伦坡花了三个半小时。。到达吉隆坡机场后直接跟着指示牌走就可以找到这个换登机牌的地方了。换好登机牌左转上电梯就可以去登机口了。儿子刚在飞机上还睡着了。这一下飞机就醒了。醒了后要马上对着窗户外面问我飞机什么时候来。他就守着窗户这里看。。。凌晨会5点多小孩子个个精神好 。我的个神呀。。([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. This bear disappeared in a herd of wild yaks, which I had tried hard to spot, really weird About wildlife (part 2)Declaration personal experience for reference only.[Wild Yaks]I have talked about quite a few, like in the post of Day10. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 辉仔:资深户外爱好者,有着丰富的长线和高海拔经验,体能和意志力都非常棒,这次全程都基本在前队,全程完成穿越队员之一!虽然一路上有些调皮和个性凸显,但还是很好相处的,也是个难得的开心果。 帐篷:资深户外爱好者,前锋队员,一路都是在前队,丰富的高原和长线经验,体能和耐力都非常棒。虽然他不太善于言谈,但也是全程完成穿越的队员之一,这次出行他的嘴唇可真是苦恼了他! 寒江:资深户外爱好者,连续两年一起长线的队友,负重和高原适应能力都不错!喜欢摄影,这次为了减重他既然单反都没有带,只是携带了卡片机,这是我意想不到的!但意想不到的是他在第六天因为个人原因必须要下撤,大家也都能理解,可真心能希望他一起走完全程,这也是这次出行的遗憾! 线路简介:西藏的阿尔卑斯B线,是本人原创精心策划和设计的线路!位于念青唐古拉山东段,地处林芝的西北方向,那曲嘉黎县东南方向,距离林芝和嘉黎县都是一百多公里,虽然距离不远,从林芝方向到达徒步起点,包车还是比较方便,但如果从嘉黎县包车到达徒步终点的位置就相对危险很多,沿途峡谷、急流,山路崎岖,基本都是碎石路面,时而会有落石和滑坡现象,夜间和雨季更不要冒然行进。公路路况不好,交通不便且非常危险!这次的徒步起点为娘蒲乡,终点为忠于乡。南北气候差异较大,途中遇到冰雹,雨雪,冰川,河流,乱石坡,碎石坡,森林,沼泽,草甸,沙石路,河滩,断崖等等路况及天气。整条线路对于高海拔适应还是比较合理的,但危险性相对较高,有好几处危险路段,而且有几处容易迷路!线路攻略:至此这条线路游记公布后,不少朋友咨询,在此还是简单写写关于线路的一些重要节点和危险路段,及线路行进的相关事项和建议:整条线路可以划分为两部分,既从娘蒲乡到崩嘎村可以划分为第一部分,崩嘎村到忠于乡为第二部分,这里重点说说第一部分:第一部分线路安排:行程:娘蒲乡(3798)--扎拉1号垭口(5395)--杰拉山谷(4190)--崩嘎村(3800),行程为重装五天,注意事项:从娘蒲乡出发头两天虽然有大路行进,但还是建议全程徒步行走,布如沟的风光非常美,也为翻越后面5400米左右的扎拉1号垭口做海拔适应。队伍行进在第二天以后尽量不要落单,注意预防大型野生动物(如狗熊,黑熊等等),行进至第三天树林时,这里容易迷路,尽量在有经幡的附近寻找小路行走。扎拉1号垭口是根据多个地图数据得知的另外一个扎拉垭口而命名的,也是原本计划翻越的未知垭口,整片狭小的山谷区域都可以叫做扎拉。翻越垭口的路况艰难,陡峭,地形相对复杂,大片的乱石坡和冰川遗留,行进中要切记量力而行,控制队伍的行进范围。扎拉1号垭口至杰拉山谷路段基本都能找到小路行走,但途中也会有部分过头顶的灌木林,遇到时尽量队伍保持紧凑,避免迷路造成不必要的麻烦。杰拉山谷至崩嘎村有明显的藏民小道。线路延展:到达崩嘎村后可以安排两天时间前往琼波戈措观景台营地,往返线路观看雪山和冰川景观,切记,山路陡峭,攀升较大,山坡后半段路迹不明显,有迷失方向的可能,下山要注意保护,防止滑落。由于第二部分的线路未知性太多,翻越罗琼拉垭口也是相对危险性较大,前后的冰川和山体的风化不确定因素较多,从综合考虑,不建议前往行走。而后面的尼屋藏布山谷由于13年7月堰塞湖的灾难,导致当地地形和道路变化极大,出行非常不方便,要是今年的雨季和雪季后,还不知道道路和地形会有什么样变化,不可抗拒因素太多,所以非常不建议这几年再次前往,再者忠于乡当地政府已经不让游客进入,所以想要反向行进的朋友也最好打消这样的念头,安全第一,尼屋藏布那边的道路地形复杂,几年内还是很难恢复的!在此忠告山友们,望能理解!此攻略为本人提示和建议,途中所遇到任何危险和突发事件均已本人无关,请客观的评估您行进的队伍,做好风险预案! 第三天快到营地时,经过一片很好的草甸,回望队友们行走的一瞬间。。。 这次长线本人所有装备负重清单:服装类:ActionFox帽子 50GTX魔术头巾 25太阳眼镜 50奥索卡冲锋衣 560速干衣 200奥索卡羽绒服670抓绒手套 55内裤3条115抓绒裤 350奥索卡GTX冲锋裤425雪套1双120袜子四双 200服装类共计:2820 露营工具类:GG B80背包加防雨罩:3100帐篷 2550900克白鹅绒,700蓬松度睡袋 1550防潮充气垫 350火凤炉头加盒子 200大个套锅加收缩袋 170保温杯 550筷子加勺子 40熟料大碗加克重杯 110手电加绳子(小手电):2518节五号电池 450水果刀35毛巾 15牙刷牙膏 100打火机 40防水袋 100四个高山气罐 1480露营工具类共计:10865 行进工具类:GPS(不包电池) 150对讲机加天线加一块电池 240对讲机两块电池 180120编带 75冰爪770行进工具类共计:1415 电器和电源类:单反套机(18-135镜头,相机电池,内存卡) 1100广角镜头 480三块单反电池 150四个内存卡加读卡器 20移动电源加布套加充电头和线 210单反相机电池充电器150手机加两块电池225电器和电源类共计:2335 其他必备物品:身份证、银行卡、相片、现金**、嘉黎县暂住证 50垃圾袋、相机吹气筒、相机布 100行程单、保险单相关信息、行程冰川路段相片 50大地图一张 550防晒霜 100其他必备物品共计:850 香葱加香菜干 150榨菜6X50 300紫菜2包 40盐,鸡精,黑胡椒 350酱油和油 550调料配菜类总计:1390 早餐大米加玉米粒50x12 600路餐150x12 1800晚餐250x12 3000+多出的1500克小包装奶茶六包22X6132 食品正餐总计:7032 三脚架加快门线:1075 全部装备及物品总计:27782克红色部分为必须穿戴物品,所列的重量没有包括鞋子!其中这次十二天穿越,食品到最后穿越完成时早晚餐还有余量,路程是刚好合适!早餐的余下是因为途中有好几天是跟队友一起吃,自己的这份食物就没有用到,加上早餐大米做粥配榨菜,吃到后面真不想吃了。这次尝试了队友小鸽子的鹅肠粉特别好吃,口味比较适合我,又轻便,而易熟,缺点是易碎!下次的长线早餐还需改良!路餐,算是最满意的一次,在北京买的小包装芝麻饼和板栗,口味非常好,这两样食物都是50克一小袋,非常方便,每份准备了12袋。马来西亚巧克力,也是50克一小袋,缺点是吃到最后有点腻了,以后长线只会考虑带芝麻饼和板栗了!晚餐,手工面疙瘩汤配紫菜和葱花香菜,加上汤汁非常美味,制作方法完全是我家乡的做法!每餐250克面粉左右,有时候早餐还会想吃就再做点!面粉真是很方便,可以做煎饼,手工葱花饼,疙瘩汤等等。这些工艺和食材都是很容易在野外实现的!在林芝宾馆拍摄的部分装备 西藏是很多人的梦想之地,拉萨是西藏的省会,今年是第二次到西藏了!给人的印象还是那么好,空气新鲜,天空晴朗。。。 离出行很近了,这次出行约定的集合地是在林芝,考虑到有时间能提前到西藏,所以这次我和队友执着鸟先行到达拉萨,会合队友涛声再一起前往林芝集合!九月15日和队友执着鸟乘飞机抵达拉萨,激动的心情依然是那样的熟悉。这一次是执着鸟第一次来西藏,也是第一次看见藏区的风光,我对她说在西藏这样的风景和天气真是太多了,可她依然控制不住端着相机咔嚓咔嚓不停的照。。。匆匆忙忙已过中午时分,安顿好住宿后,就和队友到处闲逛,等待晚上另一名队友涛声的到来!队友执着鸟 9月16日涛声,我,还有执着鸟,我们三名队员在拉萨闲逛随拍。。。 顺时针围绕着布达拉宫行走,这里似乎一直都很多人,沿途都有转经筒。。。 布达拉宫后面的小公园风景还是非常好的、、、 这不知道是鸭子还是鸽子,能飞能游。。。是不是黄嘴鸥?还是红嘴鸥。。。 蓝天白云与公园的景观完美结合。。。 公园里已经有秋意的感觉。。。 月圆之日相聚林芝,追梦、渴望让心相连。。。 林芝地处西藏东南部,地区政府驻林芝县八一镇。雅鲁藏布江中下游,其西部和西南部分别与拉萨、山南两地市相连,东部和北部分别与昌都地区、那曲地区相连,南部与印度、缅甸两国接壤。林芝平均海拔3100米,总面积116175平方公里,总人口14万人。被称为西藏的江南,以世界上最深的峡谷——雅鲁藏布江大峡谷著称于世。林芝的森林原始景观保存完好,高原挺拔的西藏古柏、喜玛拉雅冷杉、植物活化石“树蕨”以及百余种杜鹃等等应有尽有,素有“天然的自然博物馆”、“自然的绿色基因库”之称。 九月18日我们一行三人从拉萨前往林芝,激动的心情克制不住我们对追梦之路的期待,临近了,是否还在想起那些盼望很久的目的地和沿途的风景!这是我第一次前往林芝,之前在地图上研究过多次,可没想到时间如流水般,让我与林芝近距离相处!大概下午五点左右,到达林芝提前安排的住处,与在此守候多日的队员辉仔回合。。。辉仔来自广东,早前在北京一起走过山,风趣,幽默,加上些少许调皮,有时候也很个性啊,但还是个好队友。他在林芝地区差不多住了一个月,每天都盼望着我们的到来!这可不,相见如归,满脸的胡须已经完全使他变了一个样,让我们个个都大吃一惊!又惊又喜,三两队员就这样聊上了。今天我们已经四名队员,明天19日是我们的集合日期,其余队友都会陆续到达。晚上,四人相聚畅聊,一起吃了一顿美味砂锅蹄子。。。19日下午11名队员都已陆续抵达会和。相聚不如说是团聚和巧遇,这天刚好是中秋节,明天也是我们出行的日子,怎么也得吃顿好的,也算是行前大餐,让大家开心点,进山后可没有这么好的条件了!这样一拍即合,吃石锅鸡,买月饼。。。哎,还是那句话,这次遗憾的没有给队员们拍靓照。。。我和辉仔(右)在路上的合照(小鸽子拍摄) 涛声,徒步第一天拍摄19日先行到的队员们在林芝街区闲逛。前排夹子(左)和孙磊18日我前往鲁朗会友,路上经过垭口时拍摄。。。19日下午天空突变,闪电雷鸣,雨后出现很大很宽的双道彩虹。。。([]
当每年一次的远行已经成为一种习惯。。。。在07年 川藏行https//bbs.8264.com/thread-83107-1-1.html, 08年 新疆行 https//bbs.8264.com/thread-159403-1-1.html 之后。 09年 尼泊尔和印度 成了我最长的一次旅行。只是回来之后的琐事很多,那5000张待挑选的片子 也让我看着头大,让这篇帖子迟到太久了。记忆是会褪色的,那些浅浅的一笔总是容易早早的褪去。担心的就是那些细小的快乐时光的记忆不知还是否能够找回并把它纪录下来,而写贴子是留住那些时光的好办法。懒散的我只能希望自己在下一次旅行前 能发完这帖子,不要欠债过头。时间:2009 年 11.09-12.28行程:上海- 加德满都- the last resort度假地-加德满都-帕坦-巴德岗-加德满都-博卡拉-安纳普尔娜大环线徒步15天-博卡拉-奇达旺-尼泊尔印度边境-瓦纳纳西-阿格拉-斋普尔-乌代布尔-热那克普-焦特布尔-德里-加德满都-成都-上海先给上 两个国家的行程预告版:尼泊尔印度那点要乱写写在出发前的东西:关于为什么去尼迫尔:其实原本想在09年的秋天去阿里的,那是个已是久远了的念想。一些一些的缘故吧,总之再次错过。你看,记忆还真是开起了玩笑,我打字的这个当口开始思考下自己为什么要去尼迫尔,突然有点大脑空白。。。 好吧,想起来缘由似乎可以追溯到07年川藏回家的火车上碰到的一对刚从尼迫尔返回的驴友了,火车上第一次看了他们走安纳普尔娜小环线的照片,现在想来那是poon hill 观景台可以看到的绚丽日照群雪山的景象。觉得很美。。。。 这样的种子在心里种下,发芽是迟早的。所以就尼泊尔了,今年。关于为什么去印度: 准备出发前的一些时间遇到个朋友,给我看了些他的一个专业摄影师朋友在印度流浪了3个月拍的些东西,对说我一定要去印度看看,我一定会喜欢的。确实,我看完后,我想是的,我被吸引了,我得去。文明古国么,想想就很爽,可看的建筑和人文多了去了。。。虽然没去前也就只知道印度有个泰姬陵。接着就开始关注下印度的相关攻略,发现会有很多会讲印度有多恐怖,印度阿三很坏、印度盛产骗子、印度食物没法吃、印度到处是shit.... 而去过印度的人一般回来也会分为鲜明的两类一类会告诉你千万别去 理由如上等等,一类会告诉你印度太棒一定要去。 50天后,结束印度的旅行之后,我想说:如果你是一个真正的自助背包客,而且还喜欢摄影,你会爱上它的色彩,爱上它的神秘。爱上印度,它是天堂。如果你不吃咖喱,不能看到地上有shit、又容易被骗、且承受不起那所有的喧嚣、混乱、污染,那还是别来印度了,它是地狱。 到印度去,徘徊在天堂和地狱之间。关于攻略:之前我也习惯性的到网上去看看,可后来买了《尼迫尔》和《拉贾斯坦.德里和阿格拉》两本中文的 lonely planet。有这两本超级攻略宝典在手,其他的零散资料就基本都不用带了。我这次去的印度地区范围基本在《拉贾斯坦.德里和阿格拉》书中,全印度的lp也有,只是还没有中文版的。所以基本上只要带上靠谱的lp就可以放心出发了。关于机票: 去尼迫尔的机票是通过朋友以前认识的国航代理买的,这里要好好推荐下,这个国航的代理是国航驻尼迫尔加都的总代理,且在尼迫尔出票的话比国内便宜,所以我是通过他的淘宝店铺购买的电子客票,是尼迫尔那边出票国内登机的方式。到了尼迫尔还常帮我忙,人不错的。他叫陈军 msn chenjun8899@hotmail.com。关于证:尼迫尔的证比较好办,准备好 证申请表,照片一张(2寸的),身份证复印件一份,护照一本。具体看尼泊尔驻上海领事馆网站https//www.NEPAlconsulateshanghai.org.cn/about/intro.htm 一个月的证 费用为340元。印度的证比较麻烦,如果在上海办理,需要你提供国内至印度的往返机票证明才行,印度驻上海领事馆网站https//www.vfs-india.com.cn/shanghai/chinese/index.aspx由于我是准备从尼迫尔由陆路过境到印度,所以我是到加德满都去办理的印度证,需要提供从印度飞离的机票,办理周期需要5个工作日。可申请办理的2个月的证,要注意印度这个证有效期2个月是从你拿到证的日期开始计算的,而尼迫尔的一个月有效期则是从你入境时开始算。 印度证费用约为350元人民币。 11 09日上海飞成都,10号成都-拉萨(出海关 转机)-加德满都。10号的这个中国国际航空的航班,是世界上唯一的可以飞跃珠峰上空的航班,天气正常的情况下 在飞机的右侧可以俯瞰世界之巅。07年我在珠峰山脚下大本营看了 ,这次再到天上好好看看。右边的最高峰就是珠峰 珠峰大本营的那个坡面就在 这张照片的右山脊的背后 群山之上 接近尼泊尔了 山的层次越来越好 那一整排的喜马拉雅山脉 加都 Thamel 凤凰旅社边的小学 The last resort不错的度假地,旅程中最腐败的一段了。 可以玩世界第二高的蹦极 和可能是世界上最棒的2天时间的漂流。蹦极我就从这通往度假村吊桥上的平台跳下去 。然后下午在这条河的下游段玩最疯狂的漂流。在这里是住这样的固定式大帐篷的,错落在山野间,一个帐篷可住两人,很闲适。 常见的装饰水景盆 每天都是各式鲜花点缀一个凉水池 再次回到加都 开始游走于街巷 点提卡的那个男人 买花的小姑娘很美 ,事实上她还有个更美的同伴我没有来的及拍到。小小年纪不容易啊。如果你在加都纳新哈神龛的花市上看到这个小姑娘记得要买她的花。([]

一说到巴厘岛,大家都会想到这是一个浪漫的地方。适合恋人牵手旅行,适合新婚夫妇共享蜜月……网上总是流传这一个说法——巴厘岛是一流的酒店、二流的海滩、三流的景点。1、对于海滩,我觉得巴厘岛确实不算很灵(蓝梦岛的dream beach除外,嘿嘿)2、至于景点,在我个人的理解下是有争议的,巴厘岛有很多人文的、历史的东西,需要沉下心来慢慢品味,虽然相比我国的历史景观相对渺小,但却有着独特的浓郁的巴厘味道!3、说到酒店!巴厘岛就确实很赞啦!我们全程住了6个酒店,有300多元一晚的经济型酒店,也有好几千两晚的私人villa,都相当的舒服!而且若不是蜜月,真的很推荐大家在巴厘岛多发掘几百块一晚的酒店呢,性价比超级高,而且一点不逊于那些奢华酒店!那么就从订酒店开始吧。我们全程一共选择的6个酒店,有冷门的,也有极其热门的。事后发现,其实真的冷门的更好。嘻嘻。因为事前没在别人的攻略或游记中看过图片,到了实地以后会有更多惊喜!首先说一下入住酒店的总体情况:9月4日-6日,乌布pertiwi 酒店deLUXE room 2晚9月6日,lovina nuguraha酒店1晚9月7日,kuta oASIs酒店1晚9月8日-10日,kuta villa de daun 叶子别墅2晚 (蜜月套餐) 9月10日,蓝梦岛coconuts酒店1晚9月11日-13日,nusadua kayumanis 肉桂别墅2晚 (蜜月套餐)出行前比较了最著名的两个订房网站booking和agoda!也学习到了一些。booking是预定后不需要付款,到了酒店后再用当地货币现场支付。agoda是预定后即扣款,现在不是只有信用卡的结算方式了,用支付宝结算更划算。两个网站的特价房都是预定后不能取消。价格嘛,反正我查过的房价加上税和服务费后都是booking稍便宜,但我不敢说一定!但是对于我们来说有一个问。因为是蜜月,所以在叶子别墅和肉桂别墅的那两晚,我们都想预订蜜月套餐(就是包含烛光晚餐啊、spa啊、铺满花瓣的私人泳池啊这一类“肉麻”的蜜月项目,我研究了半天,发现两个订房网站都不包含这些项目)所以我们最终还是选择了旅游代理为我们订房,房价会比订房网站更便宜,还能拿到很多benefit !我选择的中文代理是vivian。vivian家都可以通过QQ在线即时联系,也可以电话中文联系,非常方便。有需要代理联系方式的童鞋,可以跟帖回复索要哈~~~ 关于证我们此行是从成都出发,经吉隆坡转机抵达巴厘岛。亚航。成都-吉隆坡。因为要到马来西亚转机,所以涉及到马来西亚证,出行前做了大量攻略+自己亲身体验=120小时的免费过境意思就是:只要你从马来入境算起,120小时内会离开马来境内前往第三国,就只需到了机场后免费的过境即可吉隆坡-巴厘岛。巴厘岛是落地。所以只需准备:1、有效期在6个月内的护照2、回程机票3、在巴厘岛登帕萨机场购买25美金的落地费,获得单据即可这个部分,在接下来的游记中,会有详细图解!!!旅行装备1、出境游保险 国外和我国不一样,对本国居民几乎是医疗免费、义务医疗,但若游客在那里有个小病小灾的,或许都要支付高额医疗费。 所以出境游保险最好还是备一份。 具体的保险种类,这个确实太多了,未避免广告嫌疑,大家选择适合自己的就好。2、转换插头+接线板 按照别人的攻略,出行前我们就准备好转换插头+接线板。就单看我们的行程,涉及到的两个国家马来西亚和印尼就使用不同的插座插头,所以转换头必不可少,现在电子设备又多,再带个适合自己的接线板,就不怕充电烦恼啦。3、防晒霜+晒后修复 左边第一瓶粉色的是网络大热——水宝宝!我买的是无油无泪配方,我觉得真的不油呢!(我可是大油田哦!)朋友6月去柬埔寨用的水宝宝一小管的那种,她说那种很油!大家各自斟酌吧。 中间绿色的是香蕉船晒后修复,是芦荟精华来的。真心好用!在巴厘岛期间我和LG争相涂抹~~~被强烈阳光晒后皮肤先会起小颗粒,然后痒痒的,这时就赶紧抹这个,不要让皮肤发展到变红甚至脱皮的状态。总之这次出行,我们只是晒黑,真的完全没有晒伤! 最后金黄色那个就是大名鼎鼎的安耐晒金瓶!小贵!但是上脸的东西总想用精细一点!日系产品真的是无油,涂上去很清爽,我大油田肌,涂了这个还能再抹BB霜呢! 4、防晒衫 以前真心不了解这个用途,只觉得淘宝上一抓一大把,20-30块钱一件。直到出发前我一个闺蜜告诉我一定要买它,闺蜜刚从韩国留学回来,在韩国期间经常去海边浴场,她说人家都穿这个直接下海,她也穿,皮肤一样会被晒黑,但是不会晒伤! 一听到不会晒伤!我肯定就买了!于是为了拍照需要,我一次买了4件:玫红、荧光黄、橘色、白色。 这衣服的确强大!浮潜时直接穿着它下海,没有晒伤,和我们一起去的老外都晒得通红!上岸后一接触阳光没一会儿就干了!大爱!后来几天,我老公连T恤都不穿了,直接沙滩短裤配防晒衣,又潮又舒适又防晒! 5、水下相机 最后一件就是水下相机啦。我是在TB上租了一台。第一次使用,第一次浮潜,体会到了海底世界的美妙哦!嘻嘻! 带着水下相机出行海岛真的是乐趣多多。 泳池里可以照,浮潜时可以照。懒得拿单反时还能救个急!超多照片接下里的游记中一一奉上! 9月3日晚2130左右,我和LG抵达双流国际机场1号航站楼(现在1号只有川航和国际航线了),人还是蛮多的。因为出发前一周我才去了首尔,深深认识到成都人民对于出国旅游的热情,所以我们特意提前了很多到机场。 由于一周前才从这里出境,所以比较轻车熟路,拿着网上打印好的亚航登机牌,去柜台托运了行李后带着LG第一个冲到出关的地方。 由于我护照上有韩国证,所所以成都边检那个GG看了啥都没说就放行了,LG是白本出境,照例被拦下来多问了几个问。 我们的经验是:成都护照白本出境前往落地国家是完全没有问的哈,只需要提供你前往国家的机票就可以了,边检甚至没要求我们出示返程机票(我们准备了)和酒店订单。童鞋们放心出境吧。 9月3日2350,亚航红飞机准时起飞,9月4日4:30,准时降落吉隆坡LCCT廉价机场,一下飞机,顿时感觉真的是——廉价机场啊!一周前才去过韩国仁川机场,这差别确实太大了,LG说这个机场好像个工厂哦。不过廉价嘛,人家亚航的营销手段是很高明的。 下了飞机后就跟着大部队走,进了机场大厅直接上自动扶梯。上了二楼后,有马来证的朋友直接右转,一长排出境的柜台直接去出境就可以了。办理过境的朋友就看下图哈!!!!上了航站楼二楼后直走看左边,1分钟内就能看到!直接把护照和下一程机票递给过境窗口就是了,然后等着喊名字! 喊到名字的童鞋,拿回护照和机票什么的,转身往后走,后面是一排出口,从最左侧的出口出,把护照再给官员检查一下就可以出去了。(这段话有点儿绕,主要是当时忘了拍照,但仔细读读一定能体会的) 但这里有个问哈。第一次9月4日到达时是凌晨,就没有人要求我们填写马来西亚入境卡,但出境准备前往巴厘岛时,海关貌似问了我们为什么没有入境卡的存根,但当时我还没习惯马来英语确实听不懂,连问了几个“what”,他也无奈就放行了。 第二次9月13日是晚上抵达的,办理过境时就让我们填了入境卡的,然后把存根给了我们,第二天出境回成都时边检就收了我们的存根哈。看到有攻略说是在飞机上就要发放的,如果有朋友去的话,可以在飞机上就问问空姐、空少(有会中文的),该填的东西还是要填好,避免不必要的麻烦哈! 可以确定的是,去和回都没要求我们按指纹。 比较了吉隆坡LCCT机场和巴厘岛登帕萨机场。 LCCT的工作人员明显有素质的多!东南亚人民确实看起来就不那么“面善”有点凶的感觉,但是LCCT的工作人员你真的可以放心大胆地问他问,会热心给你指点的,不会像巴厘岛登帕萨机场,那些工作人员一副没见过钱的样子,总是找中国人索要小费,强烈BS!!! 走出机场后,看见的第一个店家就是网络大热的“OLDTOWN WHITE COFFE”(老街场白咖啡),因为要等几个小时才会继续飞,所以我们也选择在这里落脚,点了一份鹅肉粉,一份咖喱粉,一杯冰咖啡,一杯冰红茶,共计人民币70元的样子吧,在机场这个消费还是可以的,就是味道……我LG说我出了川系菜品其他的都吃不惯,所以走到东南亚我觉得就没有好吃的东西……咖喱味受不了的受不了啊 9月4日9时许,继续登机前往巴厘岛。 这是我们乘坐的红飞机!廉价机场,都是自己走着去登机的,哈哈! 9月4日1210分,飞机提前降落巴厘岛,本来还窃喜提前了,结果在跑道上滑都滑行了20分钟,真是1230准点到达啊!!!超佩服亚航的有木有。 一下飞机我又兴奋了!建在海边的机场耶!好美! 可惜单反没电了,我恨!于是水下相机+手机一阵乱拍!巴厘岛是落地!到了登帕萨机场后要做的第一件事就是跟着大部队去办理落地! 做了一个图,这样子一目了然了! 购买落地最好用美元现金,去中国银行可以换到!为什么说最好不要涉及刷卡、找钱等问呢!因为登帕萨机场的印尼工作人员就跟几辈子没见过钱一样,一看到自由行的中国人出现,就会想到小费!!!关于机场海关索要小费的问! 今年6月我朋友去柬埔寨时也碰到海关索要小费,她直接装听不懂,僵持了一下,放行了。但据说巴厘岛这边已经很嚣张了,直接用中文给你说“人民币”!如果在登帕萨机场被海关索要小费,先装听不懂,实在不行就给他,然后记住他的工牌,出来后和接机的工作人员碰头后,由他们的工作人员带着你去投诉!一定要投诉到底的! 如果大多数人英文都没好到可以直接和他理论的地部,所以先服软再投诉应该是个不错的方法!总之不要因为这些事影响旅行心情吧,毕竟也不是针对你一个中国人,是对大多数中国人都这样!哎,强烈呼唤国富力强啊!!!关于机场照相的问! 额!这个问!在登帕萨机场,能不照相还是别照了吧。如果被登帕萨机场的工作人员发现你照相,而你又确实照到了一些关键的示、建筑或者工作人员,那就会被罚款。走到别人的地界,英文又不是特别好,还真是纠结不清啊,于是所谓“罚款”、“小费”的傻傻分不清,也就只能“乖乖”认栽!曾经看到有人说过,登帕萨机场有专门抓人照相的人,会记录下来,过关时找你麻烦,所以大家,小心谨慎为妙!关于护照上落地盖章的问! 出了机场就看见我们订的接机工作人员,他把我们在巴厘岛10天的所有订单都交给了我们。然后他赶紧让我拿护照本给他看,开始还不懂什么事,原来是登帕萨海关经常故意少给你盖章,等你出境的时候就会出问,然后又是一大堆麻烦事,大家都懂了吧?!真是强烈BS!!护照本和出境卡存根上会分别盖章!大家一定要检查清楚。关于巴厘岛出境的问! 一定要妥善保管自己的出境卡存根,出境时要交给海关的。我们出境时就看见有老外弄掉了存根,然后就开始和海关漫长的纠结…… 还有一定要准备好每人150000印尼盾的现金,是出境费用,一定要是印尼盾现金!不然到时候在机场换汇汇率很糟糕! 出机场后,我们就看到了接机的老陈,和我们的司机gede~~~很幸运的是,未来几天的包车行程中我们都不需要更换司机,会一直由gede为我们服务!!!在几天的游览中,我们也和他建立了不错的感情,大家相处非常愉快! 9月4日下午1630,司机gede大叔带我们来到了乌布。 刚去了首尔自由行回来,初到巴厘岛,我承认我确实被shock到了!街道破旧而狭小,交通一片混乱,满街乱窜的摩托车,这是传说中的天堂吗?! 不过各国国情不同,很快也就适应了! 我们入住的第一个酒店在乌布,名叫pertiwi resort & spa。是一家鲜有人提及的酒店。但是入住后我们感觉真的非常好!就像置身在一个热带雨林花园中,每一步都是景色,光是光酒店都能走上好一阵!一到这里,LG就说,度假的感觉来啦! 由于我们到的晚~~~享受到了第一个福利,upgrade!房型被升级了。后来才发现,房间升级一般都是你订的房型已经被住完了,所以想升级的话,晚到酒店才大有希望哦!而且到了酒店后,不妨向前台多问一句是否可以升级,说不定会有意外惊喜!这就是peitiwi酒店的门牌。 小小的非常低调。 在巴厘,即时是超级奢华的酒店,门牌、大门什么的也都很小巧、低调~~~这是酒店的大厅。 呵呵,真心低调的有木有,但很有巴厘岛的味道!巴厘岛的各种石雕都让人爱到不行 爱死了这样的配色,非常有巴厘岛的感觉! 我们是9月4日-13日待在巴厘岛的,好像刚好遇到了学生开学后的一个小淡季,整个行程中住了6个酒店,都没有什么人,除了热门景点海神庙和百度库遇到了大批游客,其余时间大多都是我们两个自己玩。全程10天也只碰到3对中国夫妇(情侣)。这种自由行的感觉,真的很棒!就拿我们入住的第一个酒店pertiwi来说,入住的那两天,整个酒店就我们两个中国人,连亚洲面孔都没有碰到。酒店本身就像一个花园一样……如果有时间,一定要两个人坐在这里静谧地享受时光老公到了这样的环境中,一下子就放松下来,像个孩子,玩得非常开心!!!当然,在热带雨林中,我也很开心哟学一学这个石雕的动作!!! 下午1600,ratu spa的接送车准时来酒店大堂接我们。 ratu spa在乌布很有名,"ratu"在印尼语中是“女王”的意思,做这样的spa是指女王般的享受吗?ratu spa建在稻田边,房间窗外就能看到稻田,别有一番风味。 PS:ratu spa是出发前就在代理那里定好了,代理已经帮我们预订了接送的时间。所以它会直接在酒店等我们。到了做spa那里,自己只需要选择一下精油就可以了。房间内部结构,古香古色的巴里岛风情。选精油的瓶子很可爱!spa结束后还可以在右上那幅图中的三角浴缸里泡花瓣浴+品尝姜茶! 9月4日晚1900左右,做完ratu spa后,我们在wayan咖啡馆享用了到达巴厘岛的第一顿晚餐。 按照攻略点了一份印尼综合饭,店家推荐了一份沙爹鸡肉串饭,两杯西瓜汁和一份网络大热的死神蛋糕(death cake with chocolate)。合计人民币120元。由于还是处于单反无电状态,所以只有用手机拍拍食物,没办法拍出用餐环境。这个餐厅很有乌布味道,小桥流水、植物茂密,各种凉亭设置在花草树木间,静谧和谐。 巴厘岛的所有果汁都是鲜榨的。你点完后甚至会听到榨果汁的声音,让你感觉特别原汁原味。我们去巴厘的时期已经错过了当地水果最好的时节(5月-8月),所以酷爱水果的我俩没能一饱口福,可选择面非常少,芒果已经下市了,基本只能选择西瓜、橙汁、柠檬汁、百香果、混合果汁……所以在巴厘的10天里,西瓜汁成为我俩的大爱!(无论是餐厅还是小店,果汁都是折合人民币15-20元左右一杯)餐桌上很巴厘岛风味的小摆件~~~印尼综合炒饭旁边的配菜很丰盛 味道也还不错哦沙爹肉串饭~~~ 这种沙爹肉串是我在巴厘岛期间相对来说比较喜欢的食物,有点烧烤味,偏甜 但这份饭性价比不如综合炒饭高呢,综合烧饭的配菜丰富很
https//bo.ok168.com/music/%e6%b1%aa%e5%b3%b0/%e6%80%92%e6%94%be%e7%9a%84%e7%94%9f%e5%91%bd.wma有谁跟我一样,去贡嘎,是被这个前辈的背影所毒到的?又有谁真正的走到了照片中的这个位置?而又有谁看到照片中的景像?被誉为蜀山之王的贡嘎雪山,它滋养着这片土地上的儿女,是康巴藏人心目中的神山,它还是驴友心目中的徒步圣地,这个国庆,我背着小小驴,踏上了这个计划已久的贡嘎朝圣之路。。。。。 PS这个地图是我之前做攻略时在网上找到的,在此借用这次的大概行程,因时间原因,实际行程与计划行程是有点不一样的 我写游记,习惯按着顺序,写的尽量仔细点,如流水账般,因为我记性实在不太好,怕等我老了就回想不起很多细节了,那时候我再来看看我现在写的游记,就像重新走一回的感觉~ 可这次贡嘎的游记,我实在不知道该如何写,敲着键盘,看着自己被冻伤已脱壳的手背,擦干流血的嘴唇,回想这个国庆的带队穿越贡嘎,就觉得无比的辛酸与无奈,我一副领队,之所以把自己搞的这么悲催,已经无法用值不值来衡量了,当时之所以坚持下去的想法就是:既然答应帮忙带队,那就要帮忙帮到底。 故事,待我慢慢道来。。。。。。出发前2天才开始打包东西,整个装下来,大包20多公斤,小包16公斤,还好是轻装,不然我估计会走死的。 悲催的开始 9.29放假前一天照样正常上班,上午公司内网挂出公告,下午可不上班,之前预想的是可能会提前2个小时下班的,所以动车票订的是612去成都的,这下可好了,一下午,只有回家补瞌睡了,想想还是去买点暖宝宝带着的好,因为我实在怕冷,这个季节,好多地方暖宝宝都还没上架,逛了1个药店3个超市才买到暖宝宝。 回家把衣服洗了,清洁做了,睡了半小时觉,4点半起来准备出发,一个小鹰32,一个精灵55,一前一后两个背包超过50斤。这个点特别不好打车,出租车都没亮灯,因为是交接班的点,好不容易看到个没亮灯的出租车,说去火车站,司机让上车,告诉司机要先去附近接个同事,他和我一班动车去成都,在车上我忽然发现我就穿着短袖出门了,外套都没带,想要回去拿外套,出租车司机非常不乐意,想把我丢路边上不载我了,好说歹说司机才同意又把我送回去拿衣服,还好没堵车,不然司机会骂死我的。 到了火车站,去吃乡村基,人暴多,几乎没有座位,我看着包,同事去帮我买饭,不辣的就只有宫保鸡丁了,端来一看,冷的,冬瓜是半生的,也罢将就吃吧,结果,这一将就,刚上火车不到10分钟我就跑厕所拉肚子去了。 动车好比春运,那已经不能用人多来形容了,我这提前11天订票的都订的是餐车,走廊上全部都是人,快到成都了,看见窗外的雨像用盆在泼似的,我就焦虑了,因为我没带伞,赶紧把背包罩拿出来把两个背包都罩上。下了火车,挤着出了站,还好雨小了很多,还好有同事跟我坐一个车,帮我背着一个小包。本来就不好打车,加上修路把路都挖坏了就更不好打车了,所幸有成都的驴友听说我到成都要来接我,结果他也对路不熟悉,等他来了刚一上他的车雨又下大了,围着铁路局旋了两圈都没找到那个酒店,等找到酒店时发现酒店的前台和客房还隔了一段距离,下着雨,这不是坑爹嘛! 因为这次是帮朋友带商业队,37个队员,其中27个是上海的,8个是太原的,还有2个是散客,4个领队,而我们4个人之前都没见过,主领队是小包,还有个小董,小袁,加上我,出发前我都还不知道人数,也没有名单,到了成都也没拿到名单,告诉我名单就只打了一份出来。开始小包说不碰头了,第二天车上再说,结果我都睡下了,12点过了又把我叫起来,说4个领队齐了,老板娘来了,一起碰头说下行程安排,一直整到2点多钟,才散,结果也没说个所以然来。 房间里只有电灭蚊器,却没有灭蚊片,成都蚊子太多,一整晚我都在跟蚊子对抗,拍死了一只,结果还有一只一直在耳边飞,一整晚几乎没睡着,第二天早上起来一看,手臂上被咬了三个大包,脸上还有1个大包,脸都肿了,太郁闷了,从我记事开始就没有被蚊子咬过脸,真是无比悲催。。。。。。照例,出发前在电梯里先给自己自拍一张 国庆假后,这个网络盛传的对比图是我们这次的真实写照 这个最能体现我们的图片 D1、9.30 成都—雅安—石棉—泸定—康定—老榆林—电站高速路变停车场 早上6点不到就起来了,说是6点半出发,结果因为人太多,磨叽到7点才从酒店出发,此时城里已经开始小堵了。上到成雅高速,距离雅安40多公里的地方就开始堵车,基本上从9点到下午3是在堵车和缓行中度过的。堵车的原因除了国庆高速路免费增加了车流量外,更重要的是一些技术不好品行不好的司机也开上路了,一路上导致车祸不断追尾不断,而且还大量占用应急车道,也就造就了大堵车,凡堵车过的地方,必然会留下一大片垃圾,这就是中国人的素质,且不说高速路上的垃圾了,连贡嘎沿线都是垃圾,国人现在是越来越有钱了,可道德素质却越来越差了。 成雅高速堵过了,雅西高速又堵,高速路变停车场,惊现遛狗哥他在马路上遛狗,我就只有在车上看看我的小小驴和小小龙 这是一个乡,据说是最大的一个乡,叫九襄 汉源湖,其实是个很大的水库 汉源湖上的一小片蓝天这次出行,大部分照片都是用手机拍摄的,没有带单反,就借了一个松下LX5带着,卡片用的也少,就用了2天,为了省电拍的也少 圆月时在路上 到了石棉,已是下午3点,石棉是个小县城,吃饭的地方也大都是小餐馆,我们一行42人分成了3个地方才吃下饭,豆花饭味道还不错,因为赶时间,吃的太快,结果吃咽着了,顶着胃难受,我就一直在车上站了一个多小时。在海螺沟分叉路口,本来我们是可以走磨榆路的,走那段路要近一个多小时,就因为现在那条路其中一段规划为红石滩景区了,就是我们清明去的那个地方,要收每个人60元的门票钱,虽然问了警察,警察说过路不收费,但是为了不冒险,我们决定还是绕道泸定再到康定。 还没到泸定,天就黑了,在泸定水电站的地方,停车尿尿,我也要买苹果,今年苹果都涨价了,要价2.5元一斤了,前年我才买成1元一斤,讲了好久,说要10斤才讲成2元一斤,我直接买了10斤苹果,我超喜欢吃那边的苹果,果酸味十足,不用担心会有蜡。 坐了12个小时的车,我们终于在晚上2200到了康定的老榆林,在兵站那里换面包车,因为大巴无法开进去了,说好是6个面包车的,结果只来了4辆,我们的人得分两批进电站,天气不是很好,飘着小雨,只有那么几分钟,我们看到了圆月,中秋夜,我们就这么看了小会儿月亮。兵站到电站来回需40分钟至1个小时,经过一辆车,我们就要看看是不是来接我们的,在晚上11点左右终于我们我们坐上了开往电站的面包车,那段路很颠簸,一路上我们还看到有人打着电筒重装徒步进山,非常佩服。 本来今天的计划是要到格西草原扎营的,因为堵车,时间太晚,之能在电站打店铺,包子说给我们留了两个空房间,结果到了一看,那哪能算房间啊,就是一牛棚边的杂物房,前面到的上海队已经把两个小小的房间挤满了,女的这边一间实际上和旁边的是通的,那面睡了别的队的男的,中间堆得都是马帮的马鞍还有土豆毡毛等一堆杂物,我们后面还有3个女的,没法睡了,我只好把她们的包包都放到那堆杂物上,然后对着门竖着打地铺,门缝很高,晚上风吹的呼啦啦的,我睡得地紧挨着藏民的毡毛,一晚上都有股骚味熏着我,在打地铺的时候我都看到有跳蚤在跳, 我都忍住没叫,我怕惊吓了那些女孩子们,忍忍睡吧,要不是下着雨,我都想出去找地扎营了,第二批跟我一起到的男的都只有扎营了,因为房间里已经挤不下了。 晚上有几个女孩子不同程度的出现高反,其中一个还吐了,嘱咐他们吃下药,我想这才开始呢,后面的行程更艰难,也不知道这帮姑娘能不能走下来,因为早上在车上的时候,我问了下大家,哪些人是没上过高原的,结果举手的一大片,少说也有10多个,当时我就焦麻了。。。。。。。 D2、10.1 电站—格西草原—红石滩—两河口—下日乌且国庆的阳光 早上也不知道是哪个队伍起的最早,像我这么睡眠不好的,一有声响就醒了,索性起来,收拾好东西,把过道位置留出来,去看看早餐好了没有。早餐就一锅稀粥,也罢,昨儿个晚饭就没吃,今天早上也只有喝一碗稀饭了,有马帮烧了大叶茶,赶紧凑上去要碗喝。 天雾蒙蒙的,心想今天千万别下雨啊!还好老天给力,没过多久,太阳出来,雾气散的非常快,远处的海子山露出了雪山尖,四周的山也都在阳光的照耀下闪耀着光芒,山谷里飘着一云,就像一个丝带系在山腰上,电站的晨光,一种柔软的美。 今年国庆的贡嘎,就像是在赶集,出发前就有去色达的朋友这么笑我,我也笑他:我们去贡嘎赶集,那么你们去色达就是游行了。好多队伍已经开始前进,可我们的马帮还没到,让队员们都打包好行李,发放路餐,昨晚吐了的姑娘今天她自己说已经好多了,还好没事儿。 天越来越亮,阳光越来越耀眼,好多早已收拾好的人已迫不及待的想先走,没法,我只好先带着他们往前走,本来我们出发前是说好的我走中间的,结果走成领队的了,这一领队就一直领了好几天。有几个队员体力很好,跑的很快,我要加快脚步才能追上他们,一路上我都在追赶与等待中度过。735,我发现日照金山,大叫一声,快看,队员们都停下收拾装备的手,拿起相机,只听见快门的声音,我手机随身揣着的,赶紧摸出来照早餐只喝了一小碗清汤寡水的稀饭,冷的不行,赶上马帮的在吃早餐,烧了大叶茶,我厚着脸皮去要了几碗热茶水喝 9点左右,我带着一小部分人,出发,徒步,从现在开始背着小小驴和小小龙,走在最前面,以便队友识别,因为今年贡嘎的人实在太多从电站到格西草原的路一直都是逆溪而上,风光不错,这段路还是比较好走的,路宽,坡度不大,走起来并不是很费体力。 格西草原 945到达格西草原,草原其实并不大,但是在阳光的照耀下很美,有炊烟、有马匹、有溪流、有红石、远处还有雪山,称的上一个五星级营地,可惜昨晚我们到的太晚,没能在格西草原露营。穿过格西草原继续往前会穿越一片原始森林然后过木桥往河对岸走,再往上走一点会经过一小片草甸,草甸过后又是树林,穿过树林就会看到左手边的一片红石滩,红石滩向上前方看是盘盘山,向后看是海子山,非常漂亮。看过红石滩,继续往前,爬上一个小山坡,有点陡有点喘,不过爬上坡以后就会看到红石滩的源头,还有个小瀑布,我们在河滩边的草甸上吃午餐,望着远处的雪山,就这么不想走了。。。。。。。背着行囊,继续向前回望格西草原穿过森林,要过一个木桥桥上看到的风景~这次小鹰32很给力,第一天我背的太多了,装了10多个苹果在包包里过桥后看到的草甸,昨晚有人在此扎营,事实上,整个贡嘎线,像这样的草甸几乎都被扎营过红石滩,秀秀小小驴和小小龙,哥俩好呀这个小龙是我们财务那同事的,走的那天去他办公室,看着可爱,就顺手拿走,跟他说:姐带它上雪山去玩,省的你国庆把它关办公室里。我那同事说:那你一定要给我带回来哈,还要多拍点照片~小小驴,站不稳,坐也坐不稳,还好它背着包,只好靠在大石头上了,一路上背着它,很拉风上图为手机拍,下图为相机拍,相机拍的还是要好看些红石滩的源头,可惜手机找不出效果这组红石滩照片为卡片机拍摄 这组照片为手机拍摄。1130我达到这个河谷,开始在下面红石滩拍照的时候前面走了一个队员,我没敢多停留,赶紧去追,正好遇到个大上坡,差点没把我累死,当我爬上那个坡,就看到他在坡上悠闲的看着河谷,吃着路餐。。。。。用对讲机给主领队小包汇报已经追上队员的情况,小包指示,让我就在原地等着后面的队员,让他们都别走了,吃了路餐再走。 我们的路餐还是很丰盛的,每一个都包装好了,里面有1个面包、1根火腿肠、1个卤鸡蛋、1个沙琪玛、1罐红牛、1包榨菜、1个巧克力威化,还有1颗糖,都不是我爱吃的,那么多天,我就领了2次路餐,红牛我都给其他队员喝了又见漂亮的蓝色小花,偶喜欢这张照片是在我一QQ好友游记里看到的,别个正在让我帮忙拍照,那天他们也在这个地方吃路餐,就在我们旁边,居然没认出来,哈哈([]
