一路向西----我的四姑娘东方圣山中国名山蜀山之后中国的阿尔卑斯最美穿越线路—长坪沟毕棚沟十大登山名山之一 户外登山者的天堂顺顺一路向西之四姑娘 写在出行前我是一个没有梦想的人,至少梦想对我来说不是经常出现的东西~于是,每每在生活中显现出来的就是随意与散漫。这或许源于生活状态,或许源于心底的想法,总之,很少会去执着于什么理想之类的东西。。。。。。得到了,不会欣喜若狂,失去了也不会伤心失望,我信缘份,也信天意~当我知道四姑娘山的时候,我还仅限于为别人做出行计划的阶段,查资料,看游记,与当地的协作沟通这都是工作的一部分,然后看着队员出发,看着他们回来的兴奋,我倒没觉得这个地方是我一定要去的,或是那样的高度根本就不是我所想岂及的~一切都在平淡平常中渡过。。。。。但是,也许是冥冥注定,从此后倒多留意了四姑娘山的游记。或许梦想就是这样一点点的生根的,以至于到最后发了芽,牢牢的长在心里,而自己倒不觉得。直到有一天,朋友说,过年是去越南好呢,还是柬甫寨好?我随口说了句,四姑娘山好。十分钟后,朋友问我,你说的靠谱不?当时我神经搭错了吧,只是很肯定的说:“靠”!!!于是,四姑娘山之行,成行!!!由于事前已经做过一次计划,很多功课已经不需要再做,高山协作自然而然的选择的是四姑娘山雪山之巅高山协作队扎西的队伍。因为曾经合作过,对他充满了信任,在平时的沟通中,能感觉到这个是直率的藏族小伙子,而我这样的个性也适合与这样耿直的人打交道。那么此次出行,有了好的旅伴,又有了放心的协作,剩下的,就是等待出行的日子了。 为四姑娘山雪山之巅高山协作队扎西做一个专版的广告协作领队:扎西格绒 (汉名:余强)电话:13778474311 QQ:1339978326很正式的为扎西做一个首版广告,源于他的真诚,藏族人的耿直绝对周到又细致登山服务。1:1的协作配比,强大的登山安全保证!!! 附上全队人的照片,特此向扎西协作队表示敬意。谢谢协作们的辛苦付出。是你们成就了我们的雪山之梦另附一张全体人各种不在状态的合影前图片,欢乐的不得了我就没想明白,大家这是干嘛呢~ 没有旅行的生活只能称为生存,人的一生要有两次冲动,一次是为奋不顾身的爱情,一次是为说走就走的旅 行---《上得天堂,下得地狱》我没有为爱情而奋不顾身过,但是这次出行,却是我一生唯一的一次说走就走~~~只是为了你,我的四姑娘!带上我心爱的小驴~~出发机场大巴 机场里的我,思维混乱,近他情怯,当思念即将成真的时候,有种不敢相信的小混乱~期盼又紧张深刻的体会到,等待也是一种幸福!煎熬的幸福! 在机场里转来转去,熬到登机时间,熬到起飞时间,熬到落地时间。。。。。终于我能抵达离你最近的城市:成都,我来了!!! 锦里,白天的繁华我没有体会到,夜晚,你给我的另一个动人的姿态,是不是让我用另一种心情去爱上你~擦肩而过的夜晚,或许我们还有再相见的一天。 入住扎西给预订好的梦之旅青年旅舍,我与朋友们笑言,咱们还算是青年么?驴哥爽朗的笑道,咱算正当年。哈哈,于是安心入住。手机里传来了短信提示音,司机说早七点会在青旅接我们,于是这一夜注定了就是时常看表的状态,祈盼着时间你快点快点快点过~成都的天亮来的好晚,七点钟竟然天光未亮,让我多少有了点小时差~要知道,这时候哈尔滨已经天光大亮了。 现在想来,我从哈尔滨出发到成都,再从成都出发到日隆,这一路的心都在期盼,紧张和向往之中煎熬着的。绕过这些弯弯的山路,体验了4400米的高山反应,脚底无跟头部剧痛,眼前模糊,喘气不匀。。。这些,就是四姑娘给我带来的一个小见面礼吧?那么,接下来的几天我将怎么渡过?心里充满了忐忑,高反这关必须挺过,如何挺,我不知道。但是我知道,我是有带着一颗并不一定冲顶的心来的,或许,我只是为了看一眼梦中的四姑娘,只是为了被你的怀抱包容。 你瞅啥呢? 楼上的小驴原来在瞅这位呢~~~~ 路途中的美食也不能错过,但是东北人到了四川真的感觉是那么的不习惯,半路吃饭的饭店屋子里好冷,喝了多少热水也不解决问,好在车上人挤人的比较暖和~我们的午餐,六个人,五菜一汤,点多了。不过卧龙四友饭店的腊排骨确实是味道极佳,不妨一尝。 一路上越走越晕,以至于沿途的美景都没有仔细的欣赏,相机也懒得拿出来, 当然也是因为我的拍摄位置不是很佳。。。当时看到前排的队友们一路狠拍,我就马上心里有极大的安慰,回去就跟你们要就好了~但是现在写起贴子来就感觉到比较不顺手了~自己有,比谁有都强~哈哈 越近日隆心里越怯,到了猫鼻梁,下车,第一眼看到四姑娘一下就惊呆了,无数次贴子里看到这个位置,这个样子的四 姑娘山,当真实呈现在眼前的时候,那种惊心动魄是绝对真实 的。面对圣山的朝拜之心,让我不禁想就这样注视下去。在心里,一遍一遍的祈祷,一遍一遍的祝福~~~ 临行前写了个日志,大意就是越走近你越觉得有些怯意 现在越来越贴近你的时候,突然就有了一种轻松,反正我来了,能咋样呢? 事先 应对高反做足了功课,红景天,深蹲(小声说下,这个不大认真的哦,结果登山的 时候知道了这是吃了大亏喽,如果好好练习深蹲,我上山就肯定不会那么吃力了) 日 隆,我们来了~扎西,你这时候是不是也满紧张的?怕我们来了把你家扫荡光,尤其是那在我们想象中满院子飞奔的山鸡野味啥的~实话说,我真心也是这么想的,你发贴子馋了我们那么久的土鸡汤,那么多的好吃的,终于,向我们扑面而来~~~ 梦想中最重要的一环是在扎西家的天台上晒太阳,发呆,看山,看水~那么大年初二的下午就是我们美梦成真的一刻。各种太阳晒的懒懒散散的,两个可爱的孩子陪我们嬉笑玩耍~~~小吃,红景天,阳光,童趣,手工作业,构成了我们这个下午整个美好的画面。。。。。。 大年初二,扎西用藏民特有的方式迎接了我们,不能喝美酒用红景天,洁白的哈达每一人条,不偏不向,整洁舒适的房间,干净的被褥,当我晚上躺在里面时,真的可以闻到阳光的味道,这里离阳光是更近一些的吧! 双桥沟记---- 给自己多安排了一天适应高海拔,这个环节在后来的爬山中显现出了极其重要的作用。同时,也让我们在这一天里,收获了双桥沟的美景。也晒足了日隆的太阳。 各种美女抓拍,各种帅哥配合,各种欢乐的大笑。。。。。。还笑言,看没有高反吧, 没啥事吧。不错,我们的适应能力都还相当不错。于是,对第二天上大本营充满了信心小插曲是,我们来的时候是扎西给安排的面包车,回去的时候自然也是接我们,可是全体五人,没有一个人能正确认出司机,,,,这是不是也是高反的副作用? 逛累了自然就想到了吃,短信寻问扎西,镇上啥好吃?很快回复简短的四个字:绿叶饭店。于是顺字摸店,找是找到了,可是人家关门过年。很是郁闷撒。再看旁边有一家肥肠粉~吃点东西可是好不容易,波波折折。先是我交涉无果,似乎我说的他们听不懂,派出我们的翻译官谢谢去交涉,结果。。。也不咋地~最后,由我们东北大汉老会长亲自出马,连唬带吓的弄回了五碗肥肠粉。。。吃饱了自然是回扎西家继续晒太阳去。 长坪村的各种美,各种闲逛,和各种发呆~如果说爱上了四姑娘,就先从爱上这个小村子开始吧。我想要的生活,喂马,劈柴,周游世界,面朝四姑娘,春暖花开~~~~驴哥,你要纸么?一句话音没落地,旁边的栏杆里伸出了好几只拿纸的手。哎。。。太热情了! 悠闲的藏族姐妹们,我梦中的生活就是这样的。背着我的孙子,坐在村头,望着来来去去穿得花花绿绿户外衣服的前去登山的人们,心里想着,想当年,姐也是一样的意气风发,一样的不知天高地厚~~~现在,我就会在这里,看着你们~为你们祝福和祈祷一切顺利!!!加油,帅哥美女们!马儿,你告诉我,你是不是可烦那个给你照相的人了?他拿着镜头跟你比划了有半个钟头吧?来回路过的人都觉得,这四个人,跟头马较的什么劲呢?看这对未婚妻和未婚夫~~这恐怕是这次出行她们彼此最大的睡获了吧我喜欢这个小亭子~([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The workers at a nearby mine did not know it and I too missed it last yearUnderground water with a constant temperature, an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such icy weather 感谢大伙儿支持和加分,不一一回复了。特别感谢多啦,希望能有机会一起喝酒吃肉。 Day 2 (April 21), 0km, Camping5192mBlustering gale all night, up and down like ocean waves. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. They use them from their teens to the time when their hair becomes silver.The deserted Jeep, could be left by illegal hunters years agoThe slaughtered wild yaks with the wheel size heads. Some of the skulls were chopped into half. Why was that? Could be taken away for making combs?My camp at the foot of the Daban underthe lingering golden rays of the setting sun. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. OK好吧,我承认一开始就没有写游记的打算,成都这一段图片一张没有拍。 众所周知,成都是一个很放松的城市,人人都喜欢耍,喝茶、火锅、麻将生活必不可少,不会像现在的城市、浮躁扭曲的价值观为本位现象,我觉得成都恰恰与国际接轨,之所以四川、重庆朋友能以这样的态度来面对生活,恰恰是内心的宽容和见解高人一筹!赞一个!!!!!第二天就杀到泸定牛背山脚下,在军长家中住了一晚,次日徒步上山。这几位是在成都发往泸定的班车上结伴的!是西南名族大学摄影协会的童鞋! 这是在军长家吃面的图片,典型的四川特制红油拌面,口水直流!!! 早上8点爬到下午三点,上班族的我体能真心差,最后只好搭了一辆重庆夫妇的牧马人抵达山顶,由于我五点多就到了,大部队六点多到,山上已经大雾,什么都看不见,一个人扎营山顶过了一晚。OK--个名字吧 义乌如风户外这就是让我搭车的好心夫妇(冒哥、冒嫂)9月来牛背山并不是最好的时候,我们在山上等候了48个小时,一直在下小雨,欲哭无泪! 好不容易天晴了10分钟,乌云又来了。牛背山这种碎石铺成的路可谓是惊险连连,越野车在这里才能算真的物尽其用!下山搭了一辆丰田霸道去了康定,司机于另外二人均是一同前往北京买车,现在返回新疆。都是做生意的人,边走边玩。我给他们做了一条川藏南线和青藏线的沿途简易攻略。到了康定算是已经进入藏区了,本地人大部分是藏族的。康定县城山上随处可见这样的壁画这个新鲜带壳的核桃第一次见,原来是绿色的,剥了皮就好了。康定的夜景不错哦,特别是湍急的河流在县城主干道上,气势不一般哦,川藏线进藏康定建议停留一下哦。康定情歌大名鼎鼎了!这个电影院上的图案也挺有意思!!!!好吧,出门在外要会照顾自己,买了1.5斤排骨一餐吃完,把肉当饭吃确实佩服自己。 第二天一早在康定坐了一个私家车去新都桥,40元,这的私家车为了拼客,足足让我等了一个多小时才开。新都桥小镇公路旁的房子大多是新盖的,看起来还是比较文艺吧。今晚就在这住一晚,20元一晚,还是比较划算吧,老板娘看我在路上走的,就把我带到她家了。他家没挂牌,看内部装饰,我想应该是对外经营的旅馆!男人就要轰轰烈烈第二天一早在镇里坐了一辆私家车去塔公,20元,车上一个喇嘛一直子念经,非常虔诚。藏族朋友的车子和他们房间一样,气味还是挺大的。塔公镇在修路,一直堵车,最后只好自己下车走到了塔公寺。塔公寺的白塔群相当的壮观,我以为白塔里面是装经文,也有可能是藏族朋友往生,骨灰埋葬在里面吧,还请广大朋友解答。 在塔公寺转经筒偶遇一慈祥老奶奶,这张脸让我想到了索达吉堪布写的那本畅销书《苦才是人生》。我忍不住的拍了一张,但是她问我要钱了。我很诧异,是什么让这位白发苍苍的老人,一辈子念经,到了人生最后的阶段,还能放下尊严!藏文经幡,藏族基本上是信仰佛教,经幡随处可见,常转法轮!简易佛塔,几块石头做一个玛尼堆,堆一个塔,既是信仰。南方很多寺院金碧辉煌,却无生气! 老奶奶在户外晒太阳唠嗑还请我吃东西,看看他们吃的是什么吧!大饼大肉,还有野果子哦!这是牦牛肉干,听藏民朋友讲:买牦牛肉要到市场买新鲜牦牛肉,然后自己腌制起来,就可长期保存。市场上的牦牛肉干有可能是其他牛肉做的,牦牛肉干好的一百多一斤。看完了塔公寺准备搭车离开,等了很久也没有车去炉霍方向,走着走着,遇到四个年轻人,两男两女,他们也是搭车的,我就和他们一道搭车。没想到那个美女拦了一辆大挂车,车居然停了,而且我们五个可以全部坐上去。我瞅瞅车上,至少能坐七八个小伙伴吧,呵呵 我们当天就到炉霍县了。司机放着音乐,我们哼着小调,从来没有这样的释怀。和比自己年轻的朋友一起玩,会更有激情。顺利抵达炉霍县,当天还去山上的寺院转了一圈,这里虽没有喇荣佛学院那么震撼,但也有他的特色。炉霍的寺院 第二天我们5人又一同搭车去了色达,我一个人先搭了一辆哈佛越野车,没想到车上还有2人搭车,就是这2个屌丝,哈哈!从尼泊尔搭车过来,反走川藏北线,从丁青过来。这两人一晚上通宵徒步,半夜三点搭到一辆大货车到炉霍。口袋里剩下80元钱,一天没有吃东西,一个月没有洗澡换衣服。绝对的屌丝,我深感佩服!!!这两人刚结婚,这趟就是度蜜月之旅哈哈哈哈!!!!路上的牦牛哥也不是好惹得,就是不让路哈哈哈这牛头看起来有点像头骨的感觉抵达色达县城后,在县城乘坐面包车去佛学院,5元一个人,或者包车20一辆。车子只能到佛学院停车场,也就是半山腰。当时我就被眼前的一幕给震撼到了 这种小木屋全部是学生自己花钱建的,造价几千元。听说现在女众区大概购买一个小木屋价格在3-5万。男众区会便宜点,因为男的出家相对女的少一点。佛学院是必须出家后才能进入学习的,通常会有一段时间考察期,老师认为可以就没多大问,不需要考试,也不需要推荐走后面,这里面人才济济,听说很多国外一流大学的高材生也在此地出家学习,国内的大学生就更多了。并且部分课程多语种教学!这样密密麻麻的在山腰上的建筑真是震撼人心,有人说这样的建筑像贫民区,我很明确的告诉他,这就是一个贫民区! 爬到山顶扎帐篷,悠闲的度过了一日。期间有个觉母(女众出家者)从屋子的窗户丢出几包干粮给我吃,非常感谢,误闯女众区,抱歉!这张图片是同行朋友用小日本相机慢曝出来的图!我翻拍。([]
斯里兰卡是印度半岛南端印度洋中的一个岛国,北临孟加拉湾,西濒阿拉伯海,为印度洋东西方海上交通必经之地面积65610平方公里。人口1580万(1985)。僧伽罗人占72%,泰米尔人占20.5%,摩尔人占 6.7%,柏格人和马来人占 0.8%。僧伽罗语为官方语言,泰米尔语为民族语言,社会上层通用英语。居民67.3%信奉佛教,17.6%信奉印度教,7.9%信奉基督教,7.1%信奉伊斯兰教。首都科伦坡。中国古书称之为师子国僧伽罗国、僧诃罗国等。僧伽罗系梵语 Simhala一词的音译,意为狮子。古代阿拉伯航海家称其为“宝岛.锡兰”目前“锡兰”一称仍通用。如对斯里兰卡有兴趣的朋友,有想到斯里兰卡自助游的兴趣(附带说一句,斯里兰卡和中国一向友好,是最适合中国人去自助游的国家之一);可跟贴就你所想详细了解和有疑问的地方提出,我会尽量详细就我所知解答。下文预告;本人独自在印度自助流浪历时23天,从印度最东面的加尔各答横穿到印度最西面的阿姆利则,沿途所见所闻精彩粉呈。近期将整理出来以飨各位朋友。斯里兰卡有两千多年文字记载的历史。来自南亚次大陆北部的雅利安移民约在公元前 6世纪来到兰卡岛,先在沿海地区落脚,然后沿河流向内地迁移,建立若干沿河村落并种植水稻。移民中最强大的是僧伽罗人。这一名称后来成了所有移民的共同名称。雅利安移民的政治制度是婆罗门式的。在南印度种姓制度影响下,逐渐形成斯里兰卡独特的种姓制度,构成了僧伽罗村社制度的基础。 2500年前,来自北印度的雅利安人移民至锡兰岛建立了僧伽罗王朝。前247年,印度孔雀王朝的阿育王派其子来岛弘扬佛教,受到当地国王的欢迎,从此僧伽罗人摈弃婆罗门教而改信佛教。公元前2世纪前后,南印度的泰米尔人也开始迁徙并定居锡兰岛。从公元5世纪至16世纪,岛内僧伽罗王国和泰米尔王国之间征战不断。16世纪初先后被葡萄牙(1505—1658)和荷兰(1658—1796)统治。 18世纪末,斯里兰卡成为英国殖民地,并在二战中成为盟军在南亚对抗日军入侵的海军基地。当时的锡兰总督兼三军总司令是以善于调和种族关系而著称的郝德杰(任锡兰总督时间为1937.10.16—1944.9.19)。1948年2月4日获得独立,定国名锡兰。1972年5月22日改称斯里兰卡共和国。1978年8月16日改国名为斯里兰卡民主社会主义共和国。斯里兰卡自助游,分别为:文化之旅、海滨之旅、高山之旅和生态之旅。一、文化之旅。在斯里兰卡这个小小岛屿国家中,分布着与埃及一样多的,共6处世界遗产,可谓是个奇迹。充分展示了斯里兰卡有文字记载的2000多年的文明史。由皇城康提、圣城阿努拉德普勒、古城波隆纳鲁沃这3个城市构成的三角区,被称为“文化金三角”。在这个三角区内,汇聚了多达5处该国的世界文化遗产。这里有巨大的古建筑群;有2500多年前的宫殿和石刻;有古都的遗址、花岗岩的雕像、高耸入云的巨型舍利塔。参观、体验这些文化遗产,可令人充满惊奇和振奋,焕发人的灵感,让人感受到这是一次文化之旅、精神之旅。1、“文化金三角”世界遗产分布情况。(1)康提(Kandy)一处:佛牙寺(Temple of Tooth Relics)。(2)丹布勒(Dumbulla)二处:丹布勒金庙石窟(The Golden Temple and Rock Temple of Dambulla)、锡吉里耶狮子岩(Sigiriya the Lion Rock)。(3)阿努拉德普勒(Anuradhapura)一处:由菩提树、千柱寺,及数个超巨型舍利塔组成。(4)波隆纳鲁沃(Polonnaruwa)一处:嘎里亚那(Galvihara)古城遗址。(5)南海之滨的世界文化遗产。斯里兰卡全国共6处世界文化遗产中,有5处在“文化金三角”,另一处在南海之滨的加勒(Galle)。是17世纪建造的,位于一座岛礁上的荷兰城堡。 二、海滨之旅。斯里兰卡这个海岛拥有1340公里长的海岸线,以及数百个沙滩。这些沙滩中,已经开发出来,供游人休闲的多达几十个。其数量之多,质量之好,环境之美,都是绝无仅有的。这是大自然对斯里兰卡人民的慷慨赐予。斯里兰卡的海滨度假胜地,集中在这个海岛的西南部海岸。在不到200公里长的距离中,大大小小已经开发出的海滩就有几十个。其中几个较大的海滩各具特色、名声在外。 1、几个值得一去的主要海滩。(1)尼甘布(Negombo)距科伦坡37公里,距国际机场仅有6公里。因其位置优势,这里常年吸引了大量刚刚到达,或者准备离开斯里兰卡的各国游客。这里也是首都科伦坡民众节假日最好的休闲之地。(2)卡卢特勒(Kalutara)距科伦坡42公里。这里除了拥有迷人的海滩和众多的五星级酒店外,还有一座庄严的3层佛教寺庙,以及里面的那座世界独一无二的空心佛塔。(3)本托塔(Bentota)距科伦坡62公里。这里有宽广如画的海滩;有大型海滨度假村和星级饭店;有独特的古董店;有斯里兰卡驰名建筑师巴瓦兄弟花园。在本托塔河上,游人还可乘船在内河游览和进行各种水上运动。(4)希克杜沃(Hikkaduwa)距科伦坡98公里。这里是全岛最有名的海滩之一。希克杜沃以潜水运动和珊瑚礁闻名。同样出名的还有冲浪和丰富多彩的夜生活。海边既有很多顶级海景酒店,附近也有背包客能接受的舒适客栈。(5)乌纳瓦吐纳(Unawatuna)距科伦坡116公里;距世界文化遗产,加勒的荷兰古城堡仅4公里。乌纳瓦吐纳号称世界12大顶级海滩之一。这里有奇妙的潜水区域;有像沙丁鱼罐头一样挤在一起的,让游人放松的沙滩;有丰富的夜生活;有许多性价比不高,但却符合市场经济规律,比三亚划算得多的酒店和度假村。(6)韦利格默(Weligama)距科伦坡143公里。这里风景迷人,绵延10多公里的海岸线上,全是大大小小的沙滩。海面上有端坐在木杆上垂钓的渔民和游弋的双体船;海岸边有名气很大,但规模很小的金枪鱼市场。(7)美蕊沙(Mirissa)距科伦坡155公里。这里的漂亮海湾,散发着原始、迷人的气息。游人们评价说:这里是斯里兰卡南部最美的海滩。在美蕊沙,除了冲浪、潜水、休闲外,最富特色,最吸引人的就是,在当年的11月至次年的5月,乘船出海看鲸鱼、海豚和飞鱼。(8)马特勒(Matara)距科伦坡163公里,公交大巴车程约5小时。这里是海岛南部顶端的一座大型海滨城市。在城边海岸的突出沙滩上,可以看到清晨太阳从海中冉冉升起,傍晚又从海中缓缓落下的罕见自然景观。这里还是游人去附近几个著名海滩远足的,最佳的中转站和大本营。(9)坦加勒(Tangalle)距科伦坡195公里。这里有世所罕见,几乎渺无人烟,拥有宽阔漂亮沙滩,长达10多公里,能够一览无遗的巨型、正圆形弧形海岸线。眼前不时跃出水面的银鱼,和那不断掠过水面的上百只海鸥,伴随着生生不息的海浪,引人遐想,令人忘我。(10)瑞卡瓦(Rekawa)距科伦坡205公里。在这里,在相应季节的夜晚满月时,可以看到从水下爬到沙滩上,自然繁殖的海龟,还可以与它们亲密接触。这就是高勒到科伦坡的海边火车。在就是传说的海边渔夫三、高山之旅。斯里兰卡有多样的地形地貌,以及由此带来多样化的气候和丰富多彩的自然景观。斯里兰卡南部山区有30多座上千米高的山峰。有这个海岛最高的,海拔2555米的皮杜鲁塔拉格勒山(Mount Pidurutalagala)。在山区的腹心地带,最有名,最受游客青睐的地方是努瓦勒埃利耶(Nuwara Eliya)。这里是斯里兰卡海拔最高的村镇,是美誉度最高的山区旅游胜地,有“小英格兰”之称。村镇周围有高尔夫球场和赛马场,附近有可供垂钓鳟鱼的湖泊、河流。夜晚在零度的气温下,人们穿冬衣戴皮帽,依偎在壁炉边烤火的情景,在这个只有夏天,没有春天、秋天,更没有冬天的热带岛屿上,构成一幅奇特的,引人入胜的自然、人文景观。距努瓦勒埃利耶不太远的南部地区,有景色优美,海拔超过2000米的山区高原霍顿平原(Horton Plains)。霍顿平原上最吸引人的景点是悬崖落差达1000多米,被人们描述得具有极大想象空间的:“世界的尽头(World’s End)”。科伦坡和康提都有公交车驶往努瓦勒埃利耶。行驶时间分别为3.5小时和2小时。距努瓦勒埃利耶同样不太远的东南部地区,有山区的另一个著名景点埃拉(Ella)。乘火车从努瓦勒埃利耶到埃拉,这条线路是世界上最美的火车线路之一。火车在海拔2000多米高的大片原始森林间,迎着茶园,穿过松涛,沿着陡峭的峡谷蜿蜒而行。真个是景在心中,人在画中。四、生态之旅。斯里兰卡除了无所不在,令人神往的海洋景观外,岛上森林密布、河流纵横,无数湖泊镶嵌其间。全岛有12个国家公园,52个自然保护区,占国土面积的12%。其中最著名的是位于海岛南部,被评为世界自然遗产的辛哈拉加森林保护区(Sinharaja Forest Reserve)。最吸引游人的是位于东南沿海的,巨型的自然保护区 —— 雅拉国家公园(Kumana National Park)。在康提附近,有几十头大象的人工保护区品纳维勒大象孤儿院;在狮子岩附近的米内日亚国家公园湖边,最多时可一次出现几十头野生大象;在波隆纳鲁沃的湖边,夕阳西下时,可一次见到数百只鸽子那么大的巨型蝙蝠;湖面上整天都能见到时而浮在水面,时而排队飞行的成千上万只水鸟;在南部海边瑞卡瓦的沙滩上,能在明月下见到上岸繁殖的海龟;在美蕊沙近海,可看到鲸鱼、海豚和飞鱼;........([]
♥写在前面的话♥;爱是一场风花雪月的追逐爱是直到天荒地老的奔跑世界太大我们很小唯愿至此启程,心手相连,踏遍天崖,走到海角……回来后,始终有一段话萦绕在我脑海中,难以飘散——沉醉巴厘岛,情迷印度洋。一花一世界,步步是天堂。大家好,自由行菜鸟先向各位前辈、各位看官鞠一躬!这是我和老公第一次手牵手走出国门!我之前只有一次自由行韩国首尔的经历,而老公简直就是这方面的小白。出行前我做了很多功课,终于给自己制造了一次完美的蜜月,完美的旅程。这篇文章,重游记、轻攻略,但若仔细阅读,一定能发现我带给大家小建议及各种tips。这篇文章,重图片、轻文字,请各位把它看做是一个感性的女子,对于一次旅游感性但真实的记录。作为一个入门级摄影爱好者,这次旅行照了好几百张图片,希望邀大家共赏!欢迎各位指导、观摩、提问……谢谢!===大片预告===蓝梦岛coconuts酒店的无边泳池巴厘岛醉美夕阳一花一世界步步是天堂 印度洋的壮阔海景难忘碧海蓝天好吧,新人携夫婿露脸,欢迎各种拍砖。(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……===大片预告部分结束,正文即将开始=== 出行前我们还真的是准备了大半年的时间啊!从完全不懂这世上还有廉价航空开始……囧~~~到慌里慌张的亚航抢票(由于慌里慌张,搞到最后还要改出行时间,于是承担了亚航高额的改费,悲勒个催!!!)踏遍了各大旅游论坛,吸取了N多前辈的成功经验和精华!甚至很多行程都是直接照搬前辈的。所以我们自认为我们的行程还是非常合理的。巴厘岛必去的区域这次我们都走到了。10天行程虽编排得满满当当,但一点都不累,松紧适度。前4天主要是跑景点,后6天悠闲轻松泡villa~~~乌布、lovina、kuta、uluwatu、蓝梦岛、nusadua~~~我们的行迹遍布了巴厘岛6大区,真是一次充实的旅行!利用网上的一张巴厘岛主要景点地图,画出了我们的路线!按照不同的彩色笔墨,再配合地图下面的文字,我们的每日行程就清晰可见啦~~~! 一说到巴厘岛,大家都会想到这是一个浪漫的地方。适合恋人牵手旅行,适合新婚夫妇共享蜜月……网上总是流传这一个说法——巴厘岛是一流的酒店、二流的海滩、三流的景点。1、对于海滩,我觉得巴厘岛确实不算很灵(蓝梦岛的dream beach除外,嘿嘿)2、至于景点,在我个人的理解下是有争议的,巴厘岛有很多人文的、历史的东西,需要沉下心来慢慢品味,虽然相比我国的历史景观相对渺小,但却有着独特的浓郁的巴厘味道!3、说到酒店!巴厘岛就确实很赞啦!我们全程住了6个酒店,有300多元一晚的经济型酒店,也有好几千两晚的私人villa,都相当的舒服!而且若不是蜜月,真的很推荐大家在巴厘岛多发掘几百块一晚的酒店呢,性价比超级高,而且一点不逊于那些奢华酒店!那么就从订酒店开始吧。我们全程一共选择的6个酒店,有冷门的,也有极其热门的。事后发现,其实真的冷门的更好。嘻嘻。因为事前没在别人的攻略或游记中看过图片,到了实地以后会有更多惊喜!首先说一下入住酒店的总体情况:9月4日-6日,乌布pertiwi 酒店deLUXE room 2晚9月6日,lovina nuguraha酒店1晚9月7日,kuta oASIs酒店1晚9月8日-10日,kuta villa de daun 叶子别墅2晚 (蜜月套餐) 9月10日,蓝梦岛coconuts酒店1晚9月11日-13日,nusadua kayumanis 肉桂别墅2晚 (蜜月套餐)出行前比较了最著名的两个订房网站booking和agoda!也学习到了一些。booking是预定后不需要付款,到了酒店后再用当地货币现场支付。agoda是预定后即扣款,现在不是只有信用卡的结算方式了,用支付宝结算更划算。两个网站的特价房都是预定后不能取消。价格嘛,反正我查过的房价加上税和服务费后都是booking稍便宜,但我不敢说一定!但是对于我们来说有一个问。因为是蜜月,所以在叶子别墅和肉桂别墅的那两晚,我们都想预订蜜月套餐(就是包含烛光晚餐啊、spa啊、铺满花瓣的私人泳池啊这一类“肉麻”的蜜月项目,我研究了半天,发现两个订房网站都不包含这些项目)所以我们最终还是选择了旅游代理为我们订房,房价会比订房网站更便宜,还能拿到很多benefit !我选择的中文代理是vivian。vivian家都可以通过QQ在线即时联系,也可以电话中文联系,非常方便。有需要代理联系方式的童鞋,可以跟帖回复索要哈~~~ 关于证我们此行是从成都出发,经吉隆坡转机抵达巴厘岛。亚航。成都-吉隆坡。因为要到马来西亚转机,所以涉及到马来西亚证,出行前做了大量攻略+自己亲身体验=120小时的免费过境意思就是:只要你从马来入境算起,120小时内会离开马来境内前往第三国,就只需到了机场后免费的过境即可吉隆坡-巴厘岛。巴厘岛是落地。所以只需准备:1、有效期在6个月内的护照2、回程机票3、在巴厘岛登帕萨机场购买25美金的落地费,获得单据即可这个部分,在接下来的游记中,会有详细图解!!!旅行装备1、出境游保险 国外和我国不一样,对本国居民几乎是医疗免费、义务医疗,但若游客在那里有个小病小灾的,或许都要支付高额医疗费。 所以出境游保险最好还是备一份。 具体的保险种类,这个确实太多了,未避免广告嫌疑,大家选择适合自己的就好。2、转换插头+接线板 按照别人的攻略,出行前我们就准备好转换插头+接线板。就单看我们的行程,涉及到的两个国家马来西亚和印尼就使用不同的插座插头,所以转换头必不可少,现在电子设备又多,再带个适合自己的接线板,就不怕充电烦恼啦。3、防晒霜+晒后修复 左边第一瓶粉色的是网络大热——水宝宝!我买的是无油无泪配方,我觉得真的不油呢!(我可是大油田哦!)朋友6月去柬埔寨用的水宝宝一小管的那种,她说那种很油!大家各自斟酌吧。 中间绿色的是香蕉船晒后修复,是芦荟精华来的。真心好用!在巴厘岛期间我和LG争相涂抹~~~被强烈阳光晒后皮肤先会起小颗粒,然后痒痒的,这时就赶紧抹这个,不要让皮肤发展到变红甚至脱皮的状态。总之这次出行,我们只是晒黑,真的完全没有晒伤! 最后金黄色那个就是大名鼎鼎的安耐晒金瓶!小贵!但是上脸的东西总想用精细一点!日系产品真的是无油,涂上去很清爽,我大油田肌,涂了这个还能再抹BB霜呢! 4、防晒衫 以前真心不了解这个用途,只觉得淘宝上一抓一大把,20-30块钱一件。直到出发前我一个闺蜜告诉我一定要买它,闺蜜刚从韩国留学回来,在韩国期间经常去海边浴场,她说人家都穿这个直接下海,她也穿,皮肤一样会被晒黑,但是不会晒伤! 一听到不会晒伤!我肯定就买了!于是为了拍照需要,我一次买了4件:玫红、荧光黄、橘色、白色。 这衣服的确强大!浮潜时直接穿着它下海,没有晒伤,和我们一起去的老外都晒得通红!上岸后一接触阳光没一会儿就干了!大爱!后来几天,我老公连T恤都不穿了,直接沙滩短裤配防晒衣,又潮又舒适又防晒! 5、水下相机 最后一件就是水下相机啦。我是在TB上租了一台。第一次使用,第一次浮潜,体会到了海底世界的美妙哦!嘻嘻! 带着水下相机出行海岛真的是乐趣多多。 泳池里可以照,浮潜时可以照。懒得拿单反时还能救个急!超多照片接下里的游记中一一奉上! 9月3日晚2130左右,我和LG抵达双流国际机场1号航站楼(现在1号只有川航和国际航线了),人还是蛮多的。因为出发前一周我才去了首尔,深深认识到成都人民对于出国旅游的热情,所以我们特意提前了很多到机场。 由于一周前才从这里出境,所以比较轻车熟路,拿着网上打印好的亚航登机牌,去柜台托运了行李后带着LG第一个冲到出关的地方。 由于我护照上有韩国证,所所以成都边检那个GG看了啥都没说就放行了,LG是白本出境,照例被拦下来多问了几个问。 我们的经验是:成都护照白本出境前往落地国家是完全没有问的哈,只需要提供你前往国家的机票就可以了,边检甚至没要求我们出示返程机票(我们准备了)和酒店订单。童鞋们放心出境吧。 9月3日2350,亚航红飞机准时起飞,9月4日4:30,准时降落吉隆坡LCCT廉价机场,一下飞机,顿时感觉真的是——廉价机场啊!一周前才去过韩国仁川机场,这差别确实太大了,LG说这个机场好像个工厂哦。不过廉价嘛,人家亚航的营销手段是很高明的。 下了飞机后就跟着大部队走,进了机场大厅直接上自动扶梯。上了二楼后,有马来证的朋友直接右转,一长排出境的柜台直接去出境就可以了。办理过境的朋友就看下图哈!!!!上了航站楼二楼后直走看左边,1分钟内就能看到!直接把护照和下一程机票递给过境窗口就是了,然后等着喊名字! 喊到名字的童鞋,拿回护照和机票什么的,转身往后走,后面是一排出口,从最左侧的出口出,把护照再给官员检查一下就可以出去了。(这段话有点儿绕,主要是当时忘了拍照,但仔细读读一定能体会的) 但这里有个问哈。第一次9月4日到达时是凌晨,就没有人要求我们填写马来西亚入境卡,但出境准备前往巴厘岛时,海关貌似问了我们为什么没有入境卡的存根,但当时我还没习惯马来英语确实听不懂,连问了几个“what”,他也无奈就放行了。 第二次9月13日是晚上抵达的,办理过境时就让我们填了入境卡的,然后把存根给了我们,第二天出境回成都时边检就收了我们的存根哈。看到有攻略说是在飞机上就要发放的,如果有朋友去的话,可以在飞机上就问问空姐、空少(有会中文的),该填的东西还是要填好,避免不必要的麻烦哈! 可以确定的是,去和回都没要求我们按指纹。 比较了吉隆坡LCCT机场和巴厘岛登帕萨机场。 LCCT的工作人员明显有素质的多!东南亚人民确实看起来就不那么“面善”有点凶的感觉,但是LCCT的工作人员你真的可以放心大胆地问他问,会热心给你指点的,不会像巴厘岛登帕萨机场,那些工作人员一副没见过钱的样子,总是找中国人索要小费,强烈BS!!! 走出机场后,看见的第一个店家就是网络大热的“OLDTOWN WHITE COFFE”(老街场白咖啡),因为要等几个小时才会继续飞,所以我们也选择在这里落脚,点了一份鹅肉粉,一份咖喱粉,一杯冰咖啡,一杯冰红茶,共计人民币70元的样子吧,在机场这个消费还是可以的,就是味道……我LG说我出了川系菜品其他的都吃不惯,所以走到东南亚我觉得就没有好吃的东西……咖喱味受不了的受不了啊 9月4日9时许,继续登机前往巴厘岛。 这是我们乘坐的红飞机!廉价机场,都是自己走着去登机的,哈哈! 9月4日1210分,飞机提前降落巴厘岛,本来还窃喜提前了,结果在跑道上滑都滑行了20分钟,真是1230准点到达啊!!!超佩服亚航的有木有。 一下飞机我又兴奋了!建在海边的机场耶!好美! 可惜单反没电了,我恨!于是水下相机+手机一阵乱拍!巴厘岛是落地!到了登帕萨机场后要做的第一件事就是跟着大部队去办理落地! 做了一个图,这样子一目了然了! 购买落地最好用美元现金,去中国银行可以换到!为什么说最好不要涉及刷卡、找钱等问呢!因为登帕萨机场的印尼工作人员就跟几辈子没见过钱一样,一看到自由行的中国人出现,就会想到小费!!!关于机场海关索要小费的问! 今年6月我朋友去柬埔寨时也碰到海关索要小费,她直接装听不懂,僵持了一下,放行了。但据说巴厘岛这边已经很嚣张了,直接用中文给你说“人民币”!如果在登帕萨机场被海关索要小费,先装听不懂,实在不行就给他,然后记住他的工牌,出来后和接机的工作人员碰头后,由他们的工作人员带着你去投诉!一定要投诉到底的! 如果大多数人英文都没好到可以直接和他理论的地部,所以先服软再投诉应该是个不错的方法!总之不要因为这些事影响旅行心情吧,毕竟也不是针对你一个中国人,是对大多数中国人都这样!哎,强烈呼唤国富力强啊!!!关于机场照相的问! 额!这个问!在登帕萨机场,能不照相还是别照了吧。如果被登帕萨机场的工作人员发现你照相,而你又确实照到了一些关键的示、建筑或者工作人员,那就会被罚款。走到别人的地界,英文又不是特别好,还真是纠结不清啊,于是所谓“罚款”、“小费”的傻傻分不清,也就只能“乖乖”认栽!曾经看到有人说过,登帕萨机场有专门抓人照相的人,会记录下来,过关时找你麻烦,所以大家,小心谨慎为妙!关于护照上落地盖章的问! 出了机场就看见我们订的接机工作人员,他把我们在巴厘岛10天的所有订单都交给了我们。然后他赶紧让我拿护照本给他看,开始还不懂什么事,原来是登帕萨海关经常故意少给你盖章,等你出境的时候就会出问,然后又是一大堆麻烦事,大家都懂了吧?!真是强烈BS!!护照本和出境卡存根上会分别盖章!大家一定要检查清楚。关于巴厘岛出境的问! 一定要妥善保管自己的出境卡存根,出境时要交给海关的。我们出境时就看见有老外弄掉了存根,然后就开始和海关漫长的纠结…… 还有一定要准备好每人150000印尼盾的现金,是出境费用,一定要是印尼盾现金!不然到时候在机场换汇汇率很糟糕! 出机场后,我们就看到了接机的老陈,和我们的司机gede~~~很幸运的是,未来几天的包车行程中我们都不需要更换司机,会一直由gede为我们服务!!!在几天的游览中,我们也和他建立了不错的感情,大家相处非常愉快! 9月4日下午1630,司机gede大叔带我们来到了乌布。 刚去了首尔自由行回来,初到巴厘岛,我承认我确实被shock到了!街道破旧而狭小,交通一片混乱,满街乱窜的摩托车,这是传说中的天堂吗?! 不过各国国情不同,很快也就适应了! 我们入住的第一个酒店在乌布,名叫pertiwi resort & spa。是一家鲜有人提及的酒店。但是入住后我们感觉真的非常好!就像置身在一个热带雨林花园中,每一步都是景色,光是光酒店都能走上好一阵!一到这里,LG就说,度假的感觉来啦! 由于我们到的晚~~~享受到了第一个福利,upgrade!房型被升级了。后来才发现,房间升级一般都是你订的房型已经被住完了,所以想升级的话,晚到酒店才大有希望哦!而且到了酒店后,不妨向前台多问一句是否可以升级,说不定会有意外惊喜!这就是peitiwi酒店的门牌。 小小的非常低调。 在巴厘,即时是超级奢华的酒店,门牌、大门什么的也都很小巧、低调~~~这是酒店的大厅。 呵呵,真心低调的有木有,但很有巴厘岛的味道!巴厘岛的各种石雕都让人爱到不行 爱死了这样的配色,非常有巴厘岛的感觉! 我们是9月4日-13日待在巴厘岛的,好像刚好遇到了学生开学后的一个小淡季,整个行程中住了6个酒店,都没有什么人,除了热门景点海神庙和百度库遇到了大批游客,其余时间大多都是我们两个自己玩。全程10天也只碰到3对中国夫妇(情侣)。这种自由行的感觉,真的很棒!就拿我们入住的第一个酒店pertiwi来说,入住的那两天,整个酒店就我们两个中国人,连亚洲面孔都没有碰到。酒店本身就像一个花园一样……如果有时间,一定要两个人坐在这里静谧地享受时光老公到了这样的环境中,一下子就放松下来,像个孩子,玩得非常开心!!!当然,在热带雨林中,我也很开心哟学一学这个石雕的动作!!! 下午1600,ratu spa的接送车准时来酒店大堂接我们。 ratu spa在乌布很有名,"ratu"在印尼语中是“女王”的意思,做这样的spa是指女王般的享受吗?ratu spa建在稻田边,房间窗外就能看到稻田,别有一番风味。 PS:ratu spa是出发前就在代理那里定好了,代理已经帮我们预订了接送的时间。所以它会直接在酒店等我们。到了做spa那里,自己只需要选择一下精油就可以了。房间内部结构,古香古色的巴里岛风情。选精油的瓶子很可爱!spa结束后还可以在右上那幅图中的三角浴缸里泡花瓣浴+品尝姜茶! 9月4日晚1900左右,做完ratu spa后,我们在wayan咖啡馆享用了到达巴厘岛的第一顿晚餐。 按照攻略点了一份印尼综合饭,店家推荐了一份沙爹鸡肉串饭,两杯西瓜汁和一份网络大热的死神蛋糕(death cake with chocolate)。合计人民币120元。由于还是处于单反无电状态,所以只有用手机拍拍食物,没办法拍出用餐环境。这个餐厅很有乌布味道,小桥流水、植物茂密,各种凉亭设置在花草树木间,静谧和谐。 巴厘岛的所有果汁都是鲜榨的。你点完后甚至会听到榨果汁的声音,让你感觉特别原汁原味。我们去巴厘的时期已经错过了当地水果最好的时节(5月-8月),所以酷爱水果的我俩没能一饱口福,可选择面非常少,芒果已经下市了,基本只能选择西瓜、橙汁、柠檬汁、百香果、混合果汁……所以在巴厘的10天里,西瓜汁成为我俩的大爱!(无论是餐厅还是小店,果汁都是折合人民币15-20元左右一杯)餐桌上很巴厘岛风味的小摆件~~~印尼综合炒饭旁边的配菜很丰盛 味道也还不错哦沙爹肉串饭~~~ 这种沙爹肉串是我在巴厘岛期间相对来说比较喜欢的食物,有点烧烤味,偏甜 但这份饭性价比不如综合炒饭高呢,综合烧饭的配菜丰富很多([]
2013年马上就将结束,回到老家也有十来天了,心其实还在路上。在路上瞎折腾了8个多月后,累了,审美疲劳了,没钱了,终于停下来有时间整理照片了。旅行快不快乐,取决于跟什么人一起旅行。这里感谢一路同行的小伙伴们。因为有你们,我的人生更快乐。回忆如梦,所有的一切仿佛像似昨晚的一场梦:徒步雨崩抄小路掉进冰冷的溪里,半夜摸黑逃票尼农如同抗日战争, 搭拖拉机穿行澜沧大峡谷,大雪中搭车翻红拉雪山,东达山冰冻中下车奔跑,业拉山搭不到车抄近路徒步,坐在小货车后面敞开的车箱里下72拐,加查山上大雪中吃西瓜,似漆黑夜搭翻斗车去桑耶寺,坐玩命摩托上加乌拉山口看珠峰,在多玛等一天(等了15个小时)没搭到去叶城的车,坐溜索过叶尔羌河去皮勒村,两个B无GPS走狼塔C,单人无GPS穿越鳌太差点失温冻死(3天成功穿越),牛背山看云海啥都没看着(大雾),两个2B走在连傻B都不走的路上穿越罗布泊核心区......一切都历历在目。最美风景在路上2013年的穷游及徒步轨迹3月:湖南、云南(徒步雨崩)4月:云南、西藏5月:西藏、新疆6月:新疆(徒步琼库什台)7月:新疆、青海、陕西(2人GPS无向导穿越狼塔C线、单人无GPS无向导三天穿越鳌太)8月:四川、贵州(徒步牛背山)9月:重庆、湖南、湖北10月:湖北、新疆(2人无向导无卫星电话无后援徒步穿越罗布泊核心区)11月:甘肃、陕西、内蒙、北京、宁夏、山西、青海(徒步华山、箭扣、司马台)12月:湖南(徒步湖南崀山八角寨大峡谷探路)立帖记录下徒步历程微博名:胡世华Swan-hu咨询行程攻略的可加我QQ314880333或加群248211563目录徒步雨崩: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页 梅里雪山: 第28页(中国最美雪山)琼库什台徒步 : 第32页(中国最美草原)狼塔C 第56页风雪中徒步狼塔 2013年3月,辞职了,在家闲着,有个朋友在云南雨崩开了家小客栈想转让问我要不要接过来做(去年骑完318以后就有了开个小客栈的念头),之前听骑过滇藏线的骑友提过雨崩这个地方,只知道是梅里雪山下的一个村子,其它的一无所知,更不知道它竞然是中国十大徒步路线之一。我在网上查了几天雨崩的资料,在8264看了很多帖子,被梅里雪山的美丽惊呆了。日照金山是那么的振憾! 同时发现它是条很难的徒步路线(网上说的是中国十大徒步路线之一),走尼农进还有段很长的路是在悬崖边上走的。 记得去年骑318到泸定时,大家去泸定桥玩,我一到桥头脚就软了,最后还是队友牵我过到对岸的,这证明我有严重的恐高症。我考虑了几天到底要不要去雨崩(怕恐高过不去),权衡了几天我还是买了去昆明的火车票。3月底到4月,我在雨崩与飞来寺这两地方待了二十来天,来回进雨崩不记得多少次了,估计不下十次,后来村里面的很多人都认识我了。我从三条路线进过雨崩。里面的神瀑、冰湖都去好几次,神湖因三四月份去不了没去过。日照金山看到了不下十次。徒步初体验在去雨崩之前从来没有徒步过,对于户外也就是去年5月骑了次川藏南线,也算是驴友了。但看了网上的很多帖子后还是很忐忑,因为从来没接触过徒步,帖子上一般都说的神乎其神的,什么强度很大呀,中国十大徒步路线之一呀,每年都会死人呀。帖子上列的装备我都没有,最后打电话给朋友,朋友说来吧,不是很难的,你一个骑完过318的大男人怕什么呀。打完电话我就把去昆明的火车票买了。下面来说下我后面总结出来的攻略雨崩村位于梅里雪山十三峰之一的缅茨母峰与五冠峰的山脚下,景色优美,民风淳朴,是一个神秘的藏族村落。村子由两上雨崩与下雨崩组成,上下雨崩相距1公里左右。是徒步爱好者的天堂。交通:火车/汽车/飞机到昆明,然后可以从昆明到大理、丽江、香格里拉、德钦一路玩过去(可以搭车也可以班车),昆明、丽江、香格里拉都有直达德钦的班车(昆明到德钦22小时,丽江到德钦12小时,香格里拉到德钦5小时),德钦到飞来寺有班车班车(好像是5块每人),班车有时没有的,(也可以从德钦可以拼面包车到飞来寺,一般要砍价,可以砍到5块/人)从飞来寺到西当温泉有简易公路,西当到雨崩村是没有公路的,村子里的物资全部从西当用骡子驮进去,所以里面的物价很高(550ML的农夫山泉卖5元),但住宿很便宜(五一,十一等假会翻好几番),就是条件稍差点(间也有,平时150左右)。去年已经通了电(南方电网供电),只有中国移动在山上建了个小基站,但是是太阳能供电的,天气很好的时候白天晚上都有信号,天气一般的时候上午8点到晚上12点有信号,天气差的时候要白天10点以后才有信号,下午5点可能就没信号了。我走过的进雨崩的路有三条:1号线.从飞来寺坐车或包车到西当温泉,然后从西当温泉开始徒步或坐骡子进村(骡子来村价格(平时):从西当温泉到上雨崩是175/人,上雨崩到西当是125/人,只有土豪骑呀)2号线.从飞来寺包车到尼农桥,从尼农桥过澜沧江后徒步进村(没骡子骑),这条路相对危险很多,但风景也相对好得多。以前一般逃票的人走这条线,从今年4月开始很难成功了,我带人从这逃了两次没成功。3号线.从飞来寺山214国道下面开始全程徒步进雨崩,从荣中桥过澜沧江后,沿公路到西当温泉,从西当温泉开始与1号线走的是同样的路线。这条路很危险,强度也大,体力一般的人不建议走。日照金山梅里主峰卡瓦格博下面开始回忆第一次徒步雨崩尼农进雨崩攻略: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页 日照金山: 第28页 下面开始回忆第一次徒步雨崩尼农进雨崩攻略: 第3页雨崩神瀑: 第9页雨崩冰湖: 第19页日照金山: 第28页 途中偶遇纳帕海 途经金沙江,这段金沙江是云南与四川的界河,这边是云南德钦县,那边四川得荣县 金沙江峡谷春意盎然 白茫雪山上是另一番景象 这里就是飞来寺的街上了 飞来寺建议住觉色滇香国际青旅,在这里可以找到一起徒步雨崩的人可能会遇到很多牛人 第二天早上可以在飞来寺看日照金山,人品不好的就很难看到时了我有个哥们在飞来寺住了一星期没看到过 下面介绍我第一次从尼农进雨崩的情况当天晚上(3月28号)我在觉色滇乡国际青旅约到了7个人,听说头天晚上有人从尼农逃票成功了,我们大家一致决定逃票从尼农工进,我找前台要了包车司机的电话,司机跟我们说昨天还拉人逃票成功了,这更增加了我们的信心,司机说只要在天亮前过了查票的小房子就能成功,于是约好第二凌晨3点半从飞来寺出发。(包车好像是240元)第二天大家按约定上车出发了,当时特别冷,因为睡觉的时间短,大家一上车都睡着了,不知道翻过了几座山,大概过了1小时20分司机把我们叫醒下车,打着手机照向澜沧江边说:看到没,那里有座桥,桥对面有白塔,过了桥后往右走,一直沿路就行了,大概走1个半小时会看到一座小房子。我们仔细一看离河边还有很远呀,问司机怎么不送我们到下面去呀,司机说下面塌方了下不去,走10分钟下坡路就到了。我们打的打电,亮的亮手机照路,走了大概10多分钟到了河边,仔细一照发现有两座桥,我们选择了下游的一座,也就是尼农老吊桥过的河当时一片漆黑,这张照片是后面去的时候照的过桥后我们往右沿着澜沧江走一直走到到雨崩河与澜沧江交汇处右拐进峡谷 这个地方就是小河与澜沧江交汇处进入峡谷后就是沿着水渠走,这就是传说中的悬崖路了,其实一点都不危险,最窄处也有50-60CM宽 沿水渠走的这段峡谷很狭窄,风景不错 峡谷里看日照金山清澈的雨崩河 走到水渠尽头,遇到一座木桥 走到小木桥这里可以看到远处有一座木房子 ,沿着路一直往到房子方向走走到这里离小房子很近了,我们逃票胜利在望了 走到小房子附近时发现情况不妙,有人在,我们估计是查票的,绕也绕不过,大家只好硬着头皮过去了,走近以后果然不出所料是查票的,最后大家磨了1个多小时买了半票 这里要说一下,走到这个位置上面是有一条简易公路的,一直沿着公路走就到下雨崩了,但是走下面小路风景好很多。我们那天走的是下面的小路,结果还迷路了。 这是我认识的第一拔徒步驴友,一起走雨崩的战友(其实大部分都和我一样是第一次徒步) 我们那天运气不错,梅里雪山露出了真容,老远就印入眼帘 为了抄小路过河,第一次徒步居然掉河里。在这里晒了一个小时也没把鞋子晒干 有一段因为河边是峭壁,只能走在河床上,如果大雨天河水暴涨河床被淹,这里将很危险,我们走这里的时候还看到这里粘了一张去年的寻人启事,寻找一位老外([]
野 山 清 凉 2009年 6月26日至6月28日,我们一行六人在向导蔡胜民的协作下,完成大别山霍山龙井河1号线局部、广家河2号线全程和狼牙谷3号线大半程的徒步穿越,观瀑嬉水。 喜欢行走,是因为心向林泉。如果你的骨子里刻满了随性与浪漫,那这个世界就无所谓城市与荒原。 2009.6.26,凌晨四点,我们一行六人驱车来到大别山堆谷山村。小憩两个小时,醒来就开始摘向导老蔡家的桃子充饥。 我和老蔡商量了一下行程,酷暑难耐,此行主要去水区。略去1号线无瀑布的地区,必要走完2号线,也就是强度难度最大的广家河瀑布区,3号线主要安排腐败项目。上图红线部分就是广家河线,线路内有11道瀑布,依次为玲珑瀑、贴心瀑、老虎夹瀑、珍珠瀑、万字瀑、彩虹瀑、三道崖瀑、黄崖瀑、飞天瀑、美女献秘瀑和老牛撒尿瀑。返程途经神龙首瀑和龙王樽瀑,再插入1号线看鲤鱼跳龙门瀑,经24道弯回堆谷山村。蓝线是3号线,狼牙谷线,相对强度较低,适宜嬉水。([]
