本贴所有图文,均属原创。谢绝任何形式的转载。如有需要,请留言。 本次出行线路:上海-南宁-河内-顺化-会安-芽庄-大叻-美奈-西贡-金边-暹粒-四千美岛-万象-琅勃拉邦-昆明-上海。2011年12月12日出发,2012年1月9号回到上海,总共耗时29天。 本次出行人员:我,我的金牌搭档花花,浙江大叔,东北哥们,四川妹子。其中东北哥们到越南美奈后就和我们分开了,四川妹子到柬埔寨暹粒后也和我们分开了。大叔玩完柬埔寨就回国了,只有我和花花走完了原计划的全部行程。 去之前,我曾经对越南满肚子意见,排华,双轨制,宰起外国人来毫不手软,没有风景也没有人文积淀……等走完三国,发现我还是觉得越南最好。因为被法国殖民很多年,受影响很深,干净,颇具法式风情。跟旅游有关的行业都非常成熟,宾馆便宜,国际电话便宜,最妙的一点是,WIFI几乎覆盖所有旅行者足迹能到的地方,每到一地,掏出手机或电脑,就能上网,有很多还是不设密码的,随便蹭。我开玩笑:蹲在大街上的垃圾桶边上,都有网络可以蹭。度假可以去越南。 柬埔寨是一生中必须要到的地方之一,无他,盖因吴哥太壮观耳。彳亍其中,那种震撼,不是简单的语言可以描述的。 很多旅行者对老挝推崇备至,认为那是东南亚最后一片净土。我到了之后,却大失所望。脏,到处都是漫沙和黄尘,旅馆客栈的卫生条件也大不如越南。村民不错,淳朴,但所有的生意人都联合一致,众志成城地对付外国游客,哪怕你买一瓶水,也得付出比老挝本国人贵一至两倍的价格。不过,四千美岛和琅勃拉邦还是很好的。 除了吴哥,其他地方的风景并没有特别出奇的,就可玩程度来说,远远比不上尼泊尔。推荐有空闲又想不起去哪里的人,可以一试。会一点简单的英语就可以走这三国,其中暹粒已经被中国游客占据了半壁江山,几乎每个人都会说一两句中文,因为这几年,吴哥景区接待的游客中,有40%都是华裔。在景区里走着,随时都能听到中文导游的声音。 因为华裔游客众多,暹粒会说中文的TUTU司机非常抢手,如非提前预约,根本没有可能找上他们。因此我们找的也是英文司机,个人感觉不一定非得迷信网上推荐的中文司机,不但贵,有很多还被中国游客给惯坏了,名不符实。**先上几张组图,兄弟姐妹们多捧场~ 春秋照例晚点一小时,等到达南宁时,已经是晚上9点。和花花会合,住的宾馆就在火车站对面,离第二天的上车地点也很近。她已经买好了13号早上7点前往河内的巴士车票。 车是直达的,走凭祥友谊关进越南,有车掌小姐跟随,每人发一瓶水,含一顿午饭。车是广西运德公司承运的,车况不错,崭新。 到友谊关后,下车,过关。越南入境处真是搞笑,也没人出来维持个秩序什么的,所有的人都乱哄哄挤在一起,菜市场一样嘈杂。 接我们护照的证官俊眉朗目,堪称摔锅,我大大地诧异起来,印象里的越南人,不都是黑,矮,瘦,丑的么?怎么第一个见到的越南人,就颠覆了我以往的认知? 一直等了近一个小时,才拿到盖好入境章的护照,没有碰到勒索。 进越南,换了越南某公司的车,继续往河内开。一路分两次换了500元人民币,有1:3200,也有1:3300的。**友谊关。 到河内是当地时间下午3点半。合伙打了个的,根据功略,要求司机载我们到还剑湖边的肯德基,据说那里是旅行者聚集的地方。卸下行李,和花花去找房。河内的住宿没有传说中那么便宜,间基本上都是20刀以上,找了很久,找到一个30刀的两张大床的房,旅馆同意给我们加2张单人床,于是我和花花睡一张床,到越南的第一晚,是五个人挤在一个房间里睡的。 是晚磨牙声此起彼伏,烦躁中仔细分辨,是东北哥们和四川妹子发出的…… 晚饭就在街边找了个干净的看上去有点情调的小店,一翻菜单,一碗粉6万。真不便宜啊!我看到菜单上有“baby eggs”,不知道那是啥玩意,就点了一个,端上来一看,是没生下来就被杀了的鸡肚子里的小鸡蛋! 填饱肚子就回宾馆,有WIFI,每个人都带了电脑,蹲在床上上网。考虑到便携性,我在网本和IPAD之间犹豫了很久,最后还是带了IPAD。这个小东西到手一年了,之前一直懒得琢磨怎么安装应用程序,所以一直丢在床底下没动过,出来之前俺这个电脑盲使劲研究了一下,把该装的都装上了,就顺便带出来玩玩吧,毕竟看电影玩游戏还是很不错的。 其实,出国如果不是度假,呆在一个地方不动,有大把的时间用来发呆的话,是没有必要带电脑的,一只能无线上网的手机,就把什么都搞定了。大部分时间里,我上网看网页,发围脖,其实都是用手机。**6万一碗的粉。回来后被鱼猪嘲笑了,说这么贵也敢吃。。。第二天早上吃的法棍,比当地人贵一倍多……不过里面夹肉和蔬菜以及沙拉,还挺好吃的。早上起来先围着还剑湖转了一圈。如果你仅仅是围着还剑湖走,你会觉得,这是在中国。因为你眼睛所看到的,几乎全是中文。寺庙的名字,廊柱上的对联,石碑上的词,全部是中文。一句话,只要是看上去有点年代的东西,都离不开中文。 很多新娘在拍婚纱,穿着传统的奥黛。奥黛这种服饰,由身材均匀的女子来穿,非常之好看,越发显得人飘逸曼妙。不过因为它的上衣的开叉在腰部以上,对身材要求比较高,不能有一点赘肉。可惜一直都没有拍到一张象样的奥黛照片。*路过的小庙。圣约瑟大教堂。就在我们住的旅馆附近。来个特写……外墙上的圣父雕塑。教堂内部。看圣经的老人。还剑湖……湖边溜达。玉山祠/全是中文……过一座桥,里面是个小小的寺庙。有人在做法事。穿棕色衣服的女人,唱得抑扬顿挫的,可惜一句听不懂……风月……还剑湖边的肯德基。对背包客来说,这是一个地性的建筑。要去的童鞋,表忘记啊!离圣诞不远了,到处都是雪人和鹿车~年轻人就这样坐在街边,喝一杯果汁,一杯咖啡,谈几个小时恋爱。我们住宿的小巷. 逛完湖边,打的去新咖啡买今天晚上的票。越南有很多冒牌的新咖啡,据说有的就开在隔壁,但是正宗的新咖啡居然也很淡定,相安无事。这种情况如果换了在中国发生,两家早就打破头了。 网上找新咖啡的地点,叫了辆的士送过去,七拐八拐开了好一会才到。走进去,有点店大欺客的感觉,店员的态度不冷不热的,也是,他们才不愁客源呢! 选了河内、顺化、会安、芽庄、大叻、美奈、西贡这条线,每人46刀。后来在路上碰到过中国人,乘坐的是别的巴士公司的车,40刀。当然,也许他们的线路和我们的略有出入,我们选的,是最长的一条线,很多人在芽庄大叻和美奈这3个地方中,只会选其中2个。 虽然店员态度不咋地,但是做事还是非常规矩。一一告诉我们:今天晚上去顺化的车,是不停的,我们必须吃好晚饭过来乘车;下一站旅程必须提前两天去办事处确认;如果碰到周末,每人要加3刀的附加费……这样也好,就算是宰你,也宰在了明处。看到有人说买了别的公司的票,等上了车被要求再加钱的。我们没有碰到这情况。唯一一次在芽庄,确认去西贡的票时,因为是圣诞节,别人都加了3-5万不等,只有我一分钱没加。多半是那个服务小姐忘记了。花花夸我终于人品大爆发了一次…… 定好票又打个的回旅馆。车子开了5分钟就到了肯德基,大家面面相觑,这么近?敢情前一个司机是坑爹呢,带着我们绕了那么远,这么近的路程,就是步行也不过十分钟左右! 没法,已经当了瘟生被宰了,只好捏着鼻子认倒霉。 回到旅馆退房。越南的宾馆客栈入住时,都要求交上护照,等走的时候,付房钱,退还护照。一路行来都是如此,只有在西贡,只是填写了护照上的资料后就还给我们了,也不用预先付押金什么的,走时结帐。 背着包重新步行到新咖啡,把包存在那里。大叔和东北哥们想去独柱寺,胡志明纪念馆去看看,我们没兴趣,于是兵分两路。临分开前,花花反复叮嘱他们:“车是晚上6点半出发的,6点之前一定要回到这里。”定票的时候,新咖啡的工作人员就是要求我们6点钟等候的,因为车停在别的地方,必须分批把旅客送过去,所以要提前一点到。 我们又重新走回到湖边,乱逛一圈,累了,拐进路边一个咖啡店。越南产咖啡,所以咖啡卖得很便宜,人民币3元就能买上一杯。 店里有WIFI,一边喝咖啡一边上网。 眼看着时间快到了,吃了晚饭,走回新咖啡。*午饭,鸡肉饭。好象是3万5一碗,忘记了。。继续在湖边闲逛。一个流浪艺术家,在给一对情侣画像。([]

要不要看比萨欧洲50天,总花费18000人民币的故事?! 又是一年一度的比萨出走日,9月1日下的飞机,历经12国50天的欧洲之旅圆满结束。本来想在沉淀沉淀再来发帖,不过发现这次的照片实在是太多了,还是赶紧放上来,早点和大家分享,不然不知道要更新到什么时候。不过看过比萨以前帖子的人都知道,比萨的“坑”品有保障,更新虽慢,但绝不会虎头蛇尾。 熟悉比萨风格的都知道比萨的片子绝不是风景大片,而是走进生活,让你更加深入的了解各国的风土人情。欧洲是全世界的青年都想要去的地方,那里自由、平等、和谐,人们的生活节奏是如此的慢,人与人之间的交往是如此的简单,人们的言行是如此的自由,比萨的沙发之旅会带你走进他们的家庭,去看一看欧洲人是怎样生活的,他们的生活习惯和我们又有哪些不同。 这次12国50天的行程确实有些赶,比萨不是在车上,就是在行走的路上。听了拉脱维亚沙发主的建议,整个欧洲之旅几乎都是大巴,只有一次逼不得已搭了一次车,结果夜宿加油站,但却结识了忘年交——一个意大利老头;只有一次搭飞机,还多交了10欧的check in费(不做功课的下场);只有一次被臭虫咬的经历,你现在还确定欧洲很干净吗?当比萨在佛罗伦萨喝着啤酒抽着大麻时,房祖名在自己的家中因吸食大麻被逮捕(大麻啊,比烟叶劲大的一种草,竟被说成吸毒,那吸烟也会上瘾,为什么不说是吸毒?);当比萨在巴塞罗那的海滩裸晒时,国内的妹妹还朝着白富美奋力靠近;当比萨飞回北京在飞机上想看看北京的时候,只看到一片灰霾,直到感觉飞机落地,才看到地面,多可悲的空气质量。估计大家有很多关于欧洲的问问比萨1、问:欧洲真的很干净吗?答:空气很干净,地面不干净,到处都是烟头,大家抽完烟喜欢随手扔地上。2、问:欧洲人都喷香水吗? 答:当然不是。经常走在路上一阵劲风扑面,能噎死比萨。3、问:欧洲人真的是白天洗澡吗? 答:是的,早上必须洗,不然会熏死人的。4、问:欧洲人的家都是非常大吗? 答:不全是。大城市的房价很贵,住小公寓、合租公寓的比比皆是。5、问:欧洲真的是红灯停绿灯行吗? 答:不是的。欧洲车少人少,有时候红灯的时候路上没有车,大家就不会站在那里等红灯。但是即使行人闯红灯,汽车也会在离行人至少5米时停下,让行人先过。6、问:欧洲的公共厕所是都有卫生纸吗? 答:是的。除了那些移动公厕,所有的厕所都有卫生纸。而且欧洲人不用纸篓,家家户户的厕所里也没有纸篓,直接扔马桶里冲走。……….还是和以前一样,惫懒的比萨还是没有做攻略,买了机票就飞了,走一站联系下一站的沙发主,这一路就靠他们了,哪里有好吃的哪里有好玩的,怎会逃的了他们的手心。所以如果有景点我介绍错误,请大家及时指正。首先介绍一下这次旅行的12个国家,按照先后顺序:俄罗斯、拉脱维亚、立陶宛、波兰、、德国、荷兰、比利时、捷克、奥地利、意大利、西班牙、法国。其次我想大家最关心的是证问吧。跟大家介绍一下,我这次办了两个证,一个是俄罗斯证(淘宝上办的,只需要提供护照和照片),另一个是申根证。这里重点说一下申根证:1、我的是荷兰,因为手续最简单,出时间最短,拒率最低。2、我是自己递的,全部资料都是自己准备,证要求什么就提供什么,不要求的也不需要提供。3、申根证最需要注意的就是行程单和住宿预订。我的行程单是用穷游助手编辑的,住宿预订是在booking上预订,证拿到手后就全部取消了。机票:全程只飞了三次,分别是北京——莫斯科、都灵——巴塞罗那、巴黎——北京。总费用大概6400左右。都是提前2-3天买的机票,因为这次没有行程计划,走一步算一步所以没有提前买机票。住宿:比萨50天只住了4天的旅店,其他全部是沙发冲浪,所以住宿费用也就1000元人民币左右。交通:除了荷兰——比利时,整个意大利是火车,都灵——巴塞罗那是飞机,其余全部是大巴,大巴是欧洲最经济安全的交通工具了。之后我会在各国的游记中给大家介绍几个欧洲不错的廉价大巴。不要以为廉价就不好,所有的大巴都有卫生间,免费WIFI。现金:只带了400美金(只花了100美金),一张华夏银行卡,欧洲银联识的ATM还是很多的,随花随取更安全。行李:1、依旧是45升的包包,几件衣服,一个大围巾、睡袋,不再是简单洗漱用品了,因为欧洲物价贵,能带的都带齐了吧,当然有钱人可以自动忽略我说的。2、转换插头就带那种万能转换头就行,淘宝上十元左右,轻便实用。3、不用带卫生纸了,那种小包的纸巾带些就行,因为欧洲走到哪里都会有卫生纸,即使是大巴的卫生间都会有卫生纸,我带了两包卫生纸都没有派上用场。36楼 俄罗斯—圣彼得堡 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-53092793.html183楼 拉脱维亚—里加https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-53442553.html218楼 立陶宛—维尔纽斯https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-53580431.html250楼 波兰—华沙https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-53597685.html297楼 德国——柏林 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-53779008.html341楼 荷兰——阿姆斯特丹 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-54202792.html427楼 荷兰——鹿特丹 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-55214364.html471楼 比利时——布鲁塞尔 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-55279623.html526楼 德国——法兰克福 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-55392367.html628楼 捷克——布拉格 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-56146326.html692楼 奥地利——维也纳 https//bbs.8264.com/forum-redire ... 8-pid-56395186.html飞机上坐我旁边的妹子是在天津上学的莫斯科人,一聊才发现她认识好几个我的朋友,包括已经回白俄的两个好朋友!下飞机她带我去找ATM机取现。ATM就在电梯的右手边,百事可乐的旁边。ATM是全俄文操作,没有英文,妹子全程帮助我搞定,先去了3000卢布。妹子的父亲来接她,约好回津喝一杯。沿着有这个指示的志,去坐火车前往莫斯科市中心。最快捷的购票方法就是机器自助购票,看到很多人排队的地方,就是购票点了。机器购票非常的快捷方便,有中文操作界面。这个就是车票,进站的时候扫描上面的条码。如果不会机器购票,也有人工售票的,不过要排队。机场快线还是挺高大上的!火车上有可以放行李的架子。下了火车就要倒地铁,莫斯科的地铁站我很无语,因为没有做功课,还是照大众地铁站去找地铁站,结果绕了好几圈,几次从地铁站前经过都不知道那个就是地铁站,一直认为那是一家公司或商场什么的。卖地铁票的基本上都是俄罗斯大妈,不要指望她们能听懂你说英文,所以第一次买票又是一个好心妹子的帮忙,在俄罗斯的期间,经常被妹子帮忙!莫斯科地铁票40卢布我去俄罗斯之前联系的沙发主,和她约定在地铁站见面,因为这个地铁站只有一个出口。同时来的还有沙发主的另外两个沙发客,其中一个是阿根廷人,准备从莫斯科坐火车去北京,哈哈。在背包的时候不小心把腰扭了,当时就不能动了,疼的要命,到了沙发主家放下行李就躺着了,他们晚上出去喝酒我也没跟着去,实在是太疼,微信联系国内的好友求助怎么快速治疗扭伤。这是我在俄罗斯的第一个沙发主这个是她家 晚上睡床的睡床,睡地的睡地,我睡的沙发 7月10日今天沙发主第一个出门上班了,一个沙发客也早早出门见朋友去了,阿根廷的小伙在收拾行李,今天他就要去坐火车了。我因为腰扭了,也没打算出去转悠,而且一下不能适应莫斯科的天气,这真不是夏天的温度,还是那句话,不做功课冻死人啊,谁知道欧洲的夏天如此凉快。我这次出门只带了一件长袖,这件长袖一直穿到了巴黎,呵呵!因为家门钥匙留给了我,所以要等阿根廷的小哥走后我才能出门, 沙发就是这样往往刚开始熟悉就要说再见了。记住这个土耳其烤肉吧,全欧洲最便宜有管饱的食物了,有菜有肉有干粮。整个欧洲行吃的最多的就是它了。但是各国的口味都不太一样。这一天就是在沙发主家附近转悠转悠,缓解一下背部疼痛,不过我朋友告诉我的方法还挺管用,扭到腰及时按这种方法运动,基本上有两天就好了。还跟我沙发主说今天逛了几个公园,她就说那你走了很远啊,我说没有啊,就在你家附近,她说我家附近没有公园。然后我才知道人家所谓的公园基本上就是一片森林了,像这种的草地那就是街边的绿化带。 沙发主住的位置相当于北京的四环,但比四环贵多了。俄罗斯就是这样,只有莫斯科和圣彼得堡的收入高、消费贵,其他的地方都穷的要死,如果能适应莫斯科的消费,那么到了西欧也不会被高消费吓到。这次比萨基本上都是用手机拍的照片,所以有时画面不清晰或有些抖,请大家不要介意。进屋发现门口的招财猫,原来沙发主去过中国不少地方。我这位沙发主周五就要出城去度周末,所以联系了另外一个沙发主,今天去他家住。这个沙发主离现在的沙发主家不远地铁两站就到了,走路的话20分钟。这是我在莫斯科的第二个沙发主家,沙发主是个IT工程师,他把他的卧室让给我睡,他睡在客厅。看看就知道了,卧室除了有这么一个吓人的模型,就什么都没有了,客厅至少还有电视、电脑等各种娱乐设备。卧室客厅厨房 俄罗斯人大都很严肃,应该说大部分东欧的人都是不爱笑的。我这个沙发主就是,所以搞得我也不是很爱说话了,之后他给我的评价就是安静又冷静的女生,呵呵。沙发主家的窗外我觉得自己特别二,明明看见晚上有雨,气温这么低,结果第二天还穿着人字拖出去,二到家了。7月11日今天真是难忘的一天啊,比萨最爱穿的就是人字拖了,今天也是穿的它,结果把姐都冻傻了!真的不知道为什么一夜之间气温就降到如此之低。早上出门的时候,沙发主已经穿上卫衣、夹克了,我在屋子里面没感觉啊,依旧穿着人字拖出去了,结果走了一段路后就开始后悔为什么不穿球鞋,可是也不能回去了啊,沙发主要去上班,不能耽误人家工作。关键是这个沙发主不给家门钥匙。他把我送到了红场,自己再坐地铁去上班。地铁里有卖面包的,买了两个当早点,然后开始今年夏天最冷的一日游。一出地铁就是这个样子的。拍照的时候认识了一个西班牙的小哥,他住在马德里要去泰国度假,在莫斯科转机。俄航在欧洲是性价比较高的航空公司,大多数欧洲人穷游旅行亚洲会选择俄航。小伙有10个小时的转机时间就来红场转悠。这是克林姆林宫的外墙如果我说这个莫斯科著名的建筑物,经常出现在封面、明信片的教堂我不知道叫什么名字,不会有人笑话我吧。整个莫斯科我唯一能叫出名字的就是克林姆林宫和红场,呵呵。和西班牙小哥合个影看看今天的气温,姐感觉又回到冬天了。西班牙小哥也是从温暖的南欧飞来,准备飞去炎热的泰国,衣服也是没有多少,同样冻得不行,我们完全没有心情去看什么克林姆林宫了,决定找个暖和的地方喝一杯。克林姆林宫前的喷泉找了家餐厅能喝酒能上网的中午的时候,小哥说要吃一顿俄罗斯的传统菜,其实就是烤肉、牛排什么的,在我感觉这个欧洲的菜都是一个口味的。然后我们就一路走一路问,想找一家地道的俄餐厅俄罗斯人得英语真是不敢恭维,问了无数人才遇见一个哥们儿英语非常好,给我们指了一条正确的路,找到一家地道的俄餐厅。坐我们旁边的是几个中国人,他们都在莫斯科呆了很多年了,这次正好是陪从国内来这边的一个领导出来玩,他们说我们还是很会挑餐厅的。幸亏有他们,不然全俄文的菜单还真看不懂,主菜我要的牛肉539卢布,可真不便宜,不过看着挺小一块,但是我一个人吃还是有点多。传说中的红菜汤传说中的格瓦斯路上会有这种路,按着指示可以找到最近的银行,虽然看不懂俄文,但是数字几百米还是看的懂的。这家银行有银联示可以使用银联取现。晚上需要我沙发主帮我买火车票,所以先取些现金。我有个不好的毛病就是很粗心,这个在国内还好办,但是这次因为粗心可是闹了不少笑话。这次取钱看也不看就在那里按下一步下一步,结果取了一把百元钞票。还好银行的人好说话,给我换成了千元大钞便于携带。 西班牙小哥吃完午饭就回机场了,取完钱已经下午4点了,气温也在慢慢回升,溜达一会就找个地方坐了。莫斯科的地铁全部是俄文,没有英文。如果不懂俄文,最好是提前知道要去的站名,然后对照字母找到几号线和方向,还是比较容易的,不过报站就完全听不懂了。换乘的时候注意脚下,上面会有数字沿着方向走就可以找到换乘线路莫斯科的地铁非常的深,大约要2-3分钟才能到达底部对照字母可以找到乘车方向莫斯科的夏天几乎没有黑夜,晚上11点多感觉像是黄昏,然后早上3点多天又亮了7月12日这一路上住了很多沙发,只有两个沙发主临时改变日程,其中一个就是这位莫斯科的,说好了住到周日,结果周六人家告诉我要和家人出城度周末,所以要早早起床。我赶紧联系圣彼得堡的沙发主,告诉他要提前一天到。车票买的是最便宜的,普通硬座,不过上车才发现是卧铺车厢改的,完全可以躺上去。下午的火车,但是一大早就要跟沙发主出门,把我送到地铁站,不到9点就到火车站了。早点又吃的这个这是火车站周围([]

There are many like-minded asking me about it. I now present this thread to briefly tell everybody about my journey.The starting point of this traverse was from the highest peak of the western part of the Tibetan plateau, Jieshan Daban, and the day was April 20, 2010.I was heading eastward passing Bungdag Co, Yanghu Co, Rola Co, and Kangzhagri Mountain, which crossed over the desolate region from west to east. The journey continued northward to enter the unpopulated area of Altun Mountains, through Hoh Xil Mountains, Kunlun Mountains, Whale lake, ..., finally met some people by the Aqqikkol Hu and then arrived in Huatugou by vehicle three days later and that day was July 5. It had been 77 days in total. I had been all alone 74 days after leaving Jieshan Daban until arriving inAqqikkol Hu, which was about 1400km and about four months.[The Great Chang Tang] In Tibetan, "Chang Tang" means northern empty wilderness while narrowly, means unpopulated region in northern part of Tibet. However, it actually indiCATes all of the no man's land in northern. The great Chang Tang includes desolate places in Northern Tibet, Hoh Xil, Alun Mountains, and Kunlun Mountains, which are interconnected to form the unique and super empty wilderness in the world. Only because Hoh Xil is the most known name, most people just think this vast land is equivalent to Hoh Xil. In reality, Hoh Xil is only a small piece of the Great Chang Tang both administratively and geologically. The Great Chang Tang, the last land to chase your freedom and dream.The route that I traversed ForeplayI arrived in Tibet in the early March, a couple of troubles bothered me. The brand new plug got its positive and negative wrongly connected; the rivets of my rucksack eASIly got broken from now and again; and a multi-functional charger got damaged and so on. Riding my bike to Ngari for warming up of this journey, lost my rucksack but later got it back; lost my camera bag and got it back later again, and finally lost a big bicycle pannier in the street of Gyangze town under the eyes of police, including clothes, solar panel and so on.Without much choice, I returned to Lhasa to adjust all the stuff I would need in the wilderness. Then I begged some luck by going to Nyingchi to enjoy the blossoms of peach trees and to take a hot spring bath. I even had the privilege to enjoy time with ten girls in the hot spring. I felt my bad luck had all gone and then returned to Lhasa again to prepare going to Ngari. I did not expect that I was cheated on by some hustler and lost some money and delayed my schedule for a week. I had to find a car myself quickly to Nagri. However, I lost the tool for fast-parting my rear wheel on my way to Nagri, where was a remote area in Tibet and nowhere to buy the tool. Even if there was one in Lhasa it would take at least ten days for a special delivery service. I was lucky that my mate Duola asked a driver to bring the tool for me from Lhasa. I thought there should be no more nightmare like this but the nozzle of my brand new multi-fuel stove was broken. The next day I tried everywhere to weld them back together. The first three shops could not do the welding for copper. The fourth one said they could do it but could not guarantee a sUCCess. The engineer said it would be ten Chinese yuans if it was a success. I agreed. Just in seconds, my nozzle became crap in a flash of lightening. I was so upset. Again, Duola helped me by bringing her own MSR oil stove and Dingding's sleeping bag to Nagri. That was already April 16 and I did not have much time to waste. The following day I found a vehicle heading to Jieshan Daban.The sand storm over Yarlung Zangbo RiverA lonely peach tree blossoming in Yarlung Zangbo Grand CanyonNatural hot spring in wild, me singing and drinking (photo by a friend of mine) Day 1(April 20), 16km, Camping 5192mIt was a truck with a full load of iron wastes, arriving in Jieshan Daban at 6'o clock in the morning. It was still night and extremely cold and dark. Driver was not bothered to pop his head out of the driving cab. I climbed up on the top of the iron wastes, taking my bicycle down. In a hurry, I punched my old water bag. Fortunately I had another MSR water bag given by a friend of mine otherwise I would definitely fail without even starting my journey. For the first time for me to set up the brand new tent in strong, cold winds. It would be impossible to do so if the tent was not a whole piece. Extremely cold outside, about -15C, might be lower than that, I put my head into the sleeping bag but was nearly suffocated to death, honestly. The smell of Dingding's sleeping bag was, lol, so extraordinary. I woke up around 11 o'clock. There were still strong winds outside so that I had to use my bodyweight to keep the tent in place. At the time when I just started to cook and eat, four patrolling soldiers approached me. To their surprise someone, in this season, camped in Jieshan Daban. I was so nervous and afraid they were the people to block my journey because I was caught and deported from the desolate land last year. Luckily the four soldiers did not know my destination and were very kind to me. After they left, I immediately packed my stuff and pushed my bike into the depths of the unpopulated area just in case anything unexpected happened.The bike was very heavy due to the provisions and hard to control. There was even a quite small hill that I had to remove my bike panniers to get over it. This really struck me because this happened even the path was still the hardship one at the moment and I could not imagine what I would do once I entered the uncertain, endless wilderness. Until now I had not met anyone, even the nomadic pastoralists. I remembered there were quite a few of them roaming at the edge of the northern Tibetan plateau last year. All of these indicated it was not the good pasture season in such low temperature and strong winds. Around 16km there was a sheep cote, where I passed it last year, east of Lungmu Co. I was exhausted at this point so that I decided to camp in here and to rest my head. After arranging tent everything I went out to look for the wetland discovered by Duola and Liumeng last year. I was determined to find it.There were many hot springs in the wetland which were underground water with a constant temperature. The wetland therefore became an ideal habitat for some fishes and weeds under such harsh weather, which was the very unique land feature of terrain in this over 5200m highland.Perpetual snow in the valley blown to corn shape by strong windsThis wetland was discovered by Duola and Liumeng. The next day rather than continuing to travel, I stayed inside the sheep cote, hesitating and pondering over. Indeed, there were so many problems before this journey;I did not have sufficient physical preparation;the load had already reached its limitation; I still coughed a lot;the weather was so extreme and cold. All in all, I did not think this journey was well prepared and I did not have confidence in completing this journey mentally and physically. To do, or not to do, it was the question. Similarly I did not have confidence in my facilities, not knowing whether all of them would work functionally or not. The fact was one of the rivets got broken again and the front rack came loose. In the afternoon, I replaced all the rivets of the panniers with screws I had prepared before. This was an excellent job I had done which gave me no further troubles throughout my whole journey. I also re-adjusted the front rack. However I did not think it would definitely all right because I did not have a tool to do it. When the darkness descended,I made up my mind to continue my journey, which, of course, was not beyond any imagination. Orchid-like weedsSmall springs everywhere, clear and chillyA thin layer of ice covering the fresh spring water The sheep cote, it was the door under the sleeping bag, which was in the same place as last year, everything looked like yesterdayThe wetland at duskLungmu Co at dusk. You could hear the gigantic sound of wind if the picture had a sound Day 3 (April 22), 52.4km, Camping 5145mGot up in the morning, could not put everything into the bags. Without much choice I had to throw away three portions of tsampa, elbow pads, and crampons. Following the road of the lead-zinicmine I found the side path to enter the wilderness, which was on the riverbed and very hard to see. I missed this side path last year so that I had to take a short cut into the wilderness directly then. That was why I had taken extra care to find the side path. The following journey was to get over a big hill, which lay 5275m above sea level and was the highest point of my whole journey. Around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I passed the side path leading to Orba Co and started a journey which was complete strange to me. I ate a piece of pilot breads, which was frozen like rocks so that I had to use my spade to crush it. At 6 o'clock in the evening, I had pushed plus rode my bicycle for about 32 km. I reckoned I should have been able to double this if I did no carry such heavy load. The wind became stronger and stronger. I opened the parasail kits and tested it. The result was far beyond what I expected. With the aid of the strong wind I was just like flying over the wilderness. After 8 o'clock in the evening, I started to observe the water Source and to get ready to camp. Map showed there were successive springs along the path and assembled to puddles. But I had overestimated the water source here in this land and in this season there were endless wilderness inside the valley, where I could not see a single drop of water. As it became darker and darker, I felt a little bit nervous which resulted in three spokes of the parasail broken and became a useless rubbish. Anyway, it helped me to move forward 20km more which benefited me a lot later on. When time approached 9.30 pm, it was almost completely dark. I had to lie my bike on the ground and went on to try to find water on the north side of the valley. This was a wide and flat sandy land, where I could not see any ditches there and further was complete darkness. I returned to get my GPS to look up the contours and found the south part of the valley was closer to a hill so I took the way. Finally I found a piece of ice in a ditch. I smashed about 20litre of ice. The ice was quite shallow scattered with sheep poo. On my way back, my eyes were hurt by strong winds, which got me a couple of days to recover. It was nearly 23 o'clock after I set up the tent. It also took about 40 mins to melt the ice. I was so tired and my appetite was completely spoiled. I then had a little bit of milk. I had never expected thing would go like this, it was so distressing. Streams along the path, ice everywhereThe river flew into Matou Hu, in whose north part there was a satellite lake, a wonderful ice-skating court It took 40mins to melt the ice in midnight Day 4 (April 23), 31km, Camping 5028mA cloudy day with gusts. From now and again, hails chased me from behind. Sunny spell. Heavy sandy land made me have to push my bike. At 3pm, I arrived at Luxing Hu, where there was a house made of clay. This was the last permanent building of my journey. Last year, Duola and Liumeng once lived in this house for three days without meeting anybody. It seemed it was the same but the truck parking in front of the house made me worry about. I went to the sheep cote first to check over, where there were only a few lambs following me everywhere I went later on. This made me feel warm in my heart. I observed farther places using my binoculars but could not see any people or sheeps. After making sure there were no people around I opened the locked door using a screwdriver. The living room was very clean. There were two boxes of beverages on the ground and a string of cured lamb legs hanging over in the interior room. A pot of water was on the top of the stove, lukewarm, which indicated the host must be not far away from his home. I filled up my water bag and left the house. I also put the screws back to the door in order not to leave any trace of my visiting. I then took a spanner from the toolbox of the truck, which gave me great help for the rest of the journey.I left the house as quickly as possible. After last year's experience, the nomadic pastoralists were the last people I wanted to meet. A few hundred meters away from the house, the vehicle traces were fading fast. Even downhill, I had to push rather than to ride because of the heavy loose sand. From the route point of view, only after Luxing Hu it was the real unpopulated land. After many days, I thought of the lamb legs from time to time. It was pity that I then had plenty of provisions and the bike was too heavy to carry anything more. Continue to melt the ice under the morning sunshine, all of the sheep poo had been removed carefullyCamping site, the little hill over there was the place where I got the ice last nightThe house by the Luxing Hu, empty, the last permanent building I saw throughout my journeyDay 5 (April 24), 19.8km, Camping 4951mSet off at 10.30 in the morning, the weather was similar to yesterday. Probably this road was the high plain or somewhere the wind passed so that it was so windy. The average wind speed was degree 6 but could reach degree 9 in the blick of an eye. The road was still full of sand and very heavy to walk on it. My eyes became worse under such harsh weather. About three o'clock in the afternoon, I saw something in my right, looked like antenna. I went closer to see what it was and found out it was an iron tower (the triangulation station). In 1970s, a joint team from Chinese three military regiments entered this area doing research. They have left a lot of triangulation stations and benchmarks, which I had the priviledge to see them today.At dusk, I approached to a spring by the Bungdag Co, which flew into the frozon lake. The sand and soil, brought by the strong wind, scattered on the surface of the ice all over the lake. There were so many cracks around the icey surface of the lake. I geussed it must be caused by the springs under the water rather than by melted ice. In the west of the Bungdag Co was the side path leading to Keriya Pass, where a SUV could reach directly. I had looked out any vehicle Tracks but failed. The cloudy sky started to snow. I set up the tent comfortably because I knew that I was safe having such a sweet spring beside me.Triangulation station erected by scientists from the joint research team on Chang Tang of three military regiments in 1971[size=+0]The gap between water and ice in Bungdag Co, I guessed there must be some springs under the lakeThe storm just above the ground, a chaotic darkness[size=+0]Icy Bungdag Co,one of the four biggest lakes in Northern Tibet, wild ducks flying over this vastness and lonenessSnowing at any time, should not happen so frequently like this in this seasonDay 6 (April 25), 4.3km, Camping 5002mWeathering landforms everywhere around this area. Spongy volcanic rocks could be found easily. I pushed my bike turning around a small hill, seeing a big river, the Yinshui He, flowing from Orba Co into Bungdag Co, which I had been to its upstream last year. It was also a passage for animal migration. The downstream of the river was extremely wide and broad. The thickess of the ice layer could reach one meter with the main stem in the middle course of the river, very deep. There were a few springs along the river, sweet and clear.I only went forward a little bit more than 4km but I had walked more than 20km for finding my way. It was not possible to cross the main stem, let alone the north bank of Bungdad Co. What I could only do was to try to find a shallow place to cross. But the southern area was a even larger piece of wetland and forced the road turn towards west. I spent a couple of hours but failed to find a good point to cross the river. In the afternoon, I decided to follow the edge of the wetland. When I reached the hill foot, the wetland finally disappeared. Around this area, there were clearly volcanic feature of terrain and I even found traces of pasturing and cairns made from volcanic rock.Here was the last pasturing trace I found throughout my journey, I guessed it was a summer pasture area. After this, there was no clear sign of human activities in this vast wilderness. I had been looking for my ways until it was dark. I made up my mind where to go TOMOrrow. The terrain here looked like Yardang landforms, as well as volcanic landforms The Yinshui He river from Orba CoSprings scattered all over the river bank, painted green by lovely algaeThe river was very deep. The mixture of green and amber colour showed the sand and mud carried by the melted iceThick layer of ice, sunken surface caused by strong gustsThe south course of the Yinshui He, countless small streams. To the right was the wetlandLooking for ways in the east, a trace of pasturing and the cairn made from spongy volcanic rocksMy camp, opposite to the hillDay 7 (April 26), 11km, Camping 5009mI moved forward to the direction I found yesterday, turning around the wetland and walking toward east. At 2pm, I was blocked by the zigzag Yinshui He again and I had no choice but to cross it. The river was about 700m wide, covered by ice which appeared very different. The hanging ice, the folding ice, the piling-up ice, the icy puddle, and the sleet were everywhere along the river bank. Having noticed all of these, I reckoned the river would be receding at dusk, which was why there were so many different shapes and forms of ice. I put my slipper on, going into the main stream of the river. I found there were at least three different courses of the river, the thickness of the surface ice varied and the river water reached above my knees. I sighed there would be no way back once I crossed this river. There are many ways in one's life too, you can only take it once and you will no long have the courage to repeat it.I pushed the bike crossing the river. Some of the ice was a bit soft, jamming the tyres so that I had to use my feet to break them first. Some of the ice was a bit thick but with half-melted underneath, sticking the the bike completely, some of the ice was half-water half-ice with a sandy riverbed, which was really hard to pass. I had to remove all of the panniers at the last stage of the crossing. I spent the whole four hours to cross the river, my legs got many bloody cuts. At 6pm, the surface ice was almost disappeared completely, the river level rapidly rising to a chaotic status. I thought if I hesitated a little bit at that time, I could not have the courage to cross this river under such circumstances. The river bank was unimaginably sandy and was quite steep. I had to unloaded the panniers again to reach the top of the bank. By the time of sunset, the weather became exceptionally good. The sunlight from the descending sun, the blue sky, the faint moon, .... I liked such a colorful and peaceful Chang Tang and very much enjoyed my camp and myself bathed in such beautiful colour.The ice like this was very thin and suspended, far away from the main stemHard surface with half-melted underneath, the soft sand at the botton was most scaryThe ice like this could easily jam the wheels, hard to get it outI had to unload the panniersChaotic water and terrible hails turned up in no timeThe Chang Tang at the moment liked it used to be,a mixture of cold and warm tones under the golden setting sun Day 8 (April 27), 14.6km, Camping 5112mLast night, I forgot to bring in the odometer, which was out of order due to the coldness in midnight. Since then I used GPS to check the mileage. The digital thermometer was no longer working. I had to use mercury thermometer to collect data. Night temperatures were basically between –15℃—–20℃ while the temperature inside my tent was about –10℃. The advantage of the integrated tent was that it limited the ventilation so to keep warm inside. However, it got clearly disadvantage of heavy condensation and dew. Every morning, there was plenty of frost inside the tent so that I had to put my hood on First Before fully getting dressed. The winds in Chang Tang finally became consistent with the pattern I had researched the other day no or very tiny wind in the morning, strong wind started after 2pm, and then at around 8pm its strength was reduced again. The accuracy of this prediction was about 80%.The road was very bad today. I walked whole afternoon in an ancient riverbed and it was so difficult that I had to use all of my strengths to move a small step forward and then to stop to breath, slower than a snail. After five hours' struggling, my eyes got wet when I saw the grassy river bank. Finally! The nightmare was over.Cold and clear morningHeavy morning condensation in the interior, a lot of frost to clearSuch dawning sunlight indicated a cloudy day ahead Day 9 (April 28), 18km, 5072mIn the morning I entered a range of sandy roads which were so terrible. The solar panel specially designed for GPS got short circuited. After checking it was found to be the diode got damaged. Luckily I got a replacement. Because the GPS was exclusively supplied by a solar panel so that it was no longer a problem for the power supplement of GPS. In a period of 70 days, I did replace the battery once, which saved me a lot of alkaline batteries. I did have another solar panel of 5.4 W which was used specifically for 7.5V Camera, DV and other digital facilities. Unlike water, I had never been short of power.At 7pm in the evening, I arrived at Pur Co. The surface of this lake was very odd the ice by the river bank rose and the river bank was broken, I reckoned that was due to the strong winds. The ice there was mingled with something yellow, could be the stain of alkali. There were many wild yaks on the other side of the lake. There could be two brown bears but I could not be for certain. On the east side of the lake, there was a peninsula leading to the centre of the lake. I camped just opposite to the peninsula. At night , I smashed the ice to get drinking water, which tasted alkali. For the first time I cooked the cereals, which was brought completely by accident. This was just because I found there was a little bit of extra space when I was in Nagri packing the stuff for this journey so that I bought two packs of cereals. It tasted disgusting, probably there was too much alkali in the water. I threw away half of it. Later I realised that probably I subconsciously felt that the provisions was so heavy. The wild yaks clustered into small groups. All of a sudden, there was a group of five of them running towards me, blowing a huge cloud of dust with the power of thunderbolts,I believed that anyone who did not know the characters of the wild yaks must be frightened to death under such circumstances. The fact was the wild yaks in groups never injured people. Rushing to you just to show you its territory. When they approached people at certain distance, they would turn sharply and run away, and then stopped somewhere high to stare at you. You can not imagine that the wild yaks were very cautious animals compared with its almost one ton of weight. Their first reaction, when meeting people, was to raise their tails, the front hooves rubbing against the ground, the horns pointing forward, the eyes redden, and the long body hair shaking, all of which showed their determination to fight.This was the warning sign that you should retreat. However, you should realise that this was only a gesture that they were afraid of you and wanted to scare you away. The thing was that if you were not afraid of them and moved forward, they would run away in no time. There were only some mad yaks attacking people, which was really rare to happen. In Chang Tang, an experienced driver know that it is very dangerous to pass directly from two or three lonely wild yaks. They always tried to avoid confronting them directly. If this was not possible, they would lit a cigarette, smoking, to wait until the yaks walked away themselves. This was because the wild yaks really could attack vehicles, which was not completely rumors. I once asked them why I had not been attacked. They told me that because my bike was so small they would not be bothered to attack it. My own experience was that approaching a wild yak very slowly, do not look into its eyes, and ignored what it was doing. As long as it moved forward a little bit, just stop and give the yaks a little bit of time to think. Because if you forced the yak, it could be themost dangerous animal in the world and nothing could stop them killing. Even a gunshot could not kill it but only left a small hole in its skin. In the past, the nomads living near this land would use yaks' skin as chopping board which was very much endurable. At noon, I lost my balacLAVA, which was brand new and I had never used it once. I could not be bothered to go back tofind it. This resulted in that I had to have my fleece hat day and night in the rest of my journey, which did not provide fully protection from the sun in the plateau. But somehow I was all right, perhaps because my skin is similar to those of yaks, lol. At around half past one, I found a deserted Jeep, upside down. I felt it could be there for years and it could be the vehicle of someillegal HUNTERs. Nowadays, we have wildlife conservation reserves in Chang Tang and the animals here are well protected. However, some people kills the wild yaks to sell them as the domestic yak's meat. In general, it is worth 10,000 Chinese yuans for a single wild yak. Therefore many people take the risk to make money. They often enter the unpopulated areas to hunt and their activities can reach 200 km in diameter. This is why the wild yaks in the deep wilderness are less afraid of people than thoseat the boundaries of the Chang Tang region.There once happened that a wild yak mother revenged its baby's murder in the Altun mountains. Its horns pierced the killer's chest and held his body over its head for more than ten days, which was very touching.Around 3pm, I walked out of the Pur basin. The next point was Hong Shan Daban and then it was the Yueya Hu by the Toze Gangri. At this time I found a vehicle track from south to north. I checked over but could not find the way where they had gone. I took my map, GPS, and compass, climbing up a small hill to estimate the location of Hong Shan Daban. The mountain was very round and it was hard to find the mountain pass. After determining the location of the Daban, I moved straightforward. When I passed a messy grassland, I saw something that I was reluctant to see more than hundreds of wild yaks' head scattered all over, which was definitely the scene of the illegal hunting. After that it was a very long ancient river bed with soft sand slowly rising until the foot of the mountain.There are some spines on the surface of the tongues of wild yaks, which are used by nomads in this area as combs. Tomorrow's weather must be wonderful, I reckoned Day 11(April 30), 20.4km, Camping 5120mThe surface of the road leading to Hong Shan Daban was very hard, most of them were small rocks, sort of gravels, plus a quite long downhill slope, I pushed my bike more than 20km for the first time after Luxing Hu. The mountain pass was quite flat, just like a broad ridge, it was 5256m above the sea level. Upon arriving at the pass, Toze Gangri of 6356m was in my sight clearly, very much round and there was no back bone like normal snow covered mountains. Most of the snow mountains in Chang Tang looked like this probably it was due to the geological movements. There were quite a few chirus or Tibetan antelopes in the valley but I was not interested in this kind of animals anymore after I witnessed a large scale of migration of such animals last year elsewhere.The herbivorous animals here are very quick to reach its original size of the population, such as wild yaks, chirus, Tibetan gazelle, pika, and marmot. When you go into the depths of the Chang Tang, you could hardly be surpised by the sudden appearance of the chirus because they are so common in here. At this time of year, the chirus have already male-female parted. You could see many pregnant female chirus but hardly see any males. According to recent research, Zonag Co is not the only lake for breeding. There are at least four of them in the whole Chang Tang. Zonag Co, Tuzi Hu, Heishi Beihu, and another lake I can not remember. I think there must be more than four of them and most of the populations do not migrant long way like most people used to think. They generally migrant from south to north between Central Mountains and Kunlun Mountains.The chirus looks very timid but are very curious about outside world. They are not really afraid of people, particularly in the depth of the Chang Tang. The nearest distance we can approach is about 30m. They just stare at you calmly and think who you are and why you move so slow. They would run in front of you. Look like they are afraid of you but the fact is they are playing with you. A man's own character shapes his fortune. This is of course suit for animals too. The chirus are the typical one. They have a super speed and a pair of sharp antlers. If they are crazy, three of them work together could easily kill a wolf. But as you might have known, their antlers are just for fighting to mate with females.Down the Daban there was a very steep and straight road, I tried to ride the bicycle but ended up with falling over. The front rack came loose and one of the pannier flew into valley. The foot of the mountain was the Yueya Hu covered by ice, which was alake full of heavy metal elements. Along the lake bank there were many stark rocks very much weathered, lining up just like castles or houses. This made me stop to investigate what they were from time to time, I did understand they were just rocks though but they were so real like the figures of real people. On of them even made me hide in a ditch, observing them again and again using my binoculars. There were also many black volcanic rocks. All in all, the features of this area were really unusual.Passed over the Yueya Hu, it was an endless ancient lake bed. What my GPS showed was this area was a big lake like tentacles. I looked around, it was endless wilderness without a piece of ice and a drop of water. Roughly, I estimated this lake bed was about 1200 square meters. I had to tell you that Chang Tang was a place where there was no high-resolution map. The marks in the map often were some kind of memory. Just like this ancient lake bed under my feet, may be it was full of water a few years ago. Who knows. Pushing the bike in such an endless lake bed was very easy to get lost. About wildlife (part 1)Declaration Personal experience for reference onlyDangerous wild animals and their threats to human beings are a ever-LASTING subject for those backpackers travelling in the wild.In Chang Tang, for example, there are two kinds of deadly animals, one is wolves and the other is brawn bears. As substitutes, wild yaks and crows might be dangerous to you in some circumstances that I will come back to this a little bit later on. As for how to protect yourself against these dangerous animals, I think the primary point is you do not try to hurt them because the emotions of human and animals are same instinctively. [Wolves]Throughout my journey, I met wolves a total of seven times, in which I confronted them five times. As you might have known that wolves have become more and more solitary animals, it is very rare they live in a large group nowadays. Please allow me off the point a little bit and talk about the ecological problems in Chang Tang. The problem is now not the decrease of the number of the chirus but the imbalance of the whole food chain, more specifically, the number of the animals on the higher trophic levels of the food chain has not yet reached its ideal level which results in this kind of imbalance. Particularly, the pikas and the marmots who have lost their predators rapidly expanse which results in the desertification of Chang Tang. As early as the middle of last century, wolves were the dominant predators in the vast wilderness. They became a threat not only to other preys but also nomads pasturing in this land. Therefore, the then government called on people to cull back the population of the wolves in Chang Tang, which resulted in the current situation directly. The last official record about wolves attacking humans was around 1970s, which happened in Bamaoqiongzong. A team of secientists was surrounded by a group of wolves and they had to shoot them using guns. Of course, at present in Chang Tang, wolves are absolutely lonely.In this traverse, the first time I encountered a pair of wolves, one of them staying in front of me pretending to attack me while the other staying behind me. This is the standard attacking strategy of wolves. First, you should not be nervous which can be easily detected by the predators. Second, you should not retreat even an inch because this means you are the prey rather than the predator. Do not make any large movement, of course you could take a picture if you feel safe to do so. You must look into its eyes for a few minutes or even half an hour. When the wolves can not work out who you are and consider you are not posing any danger to them, then they will leave. You should remember that wolves in this land do not lack of food and it is much easy for them to catch a pika than a human. Even if being hungry, they would evaluate how easy to get you done, What you need to do is to show them that you are not interested in them and you are not afraid of them at all, let alone to show your ID card to them. As for the wolves family, really, I have not heard for ages. If you really have an encounter with them and they have no other choice, then it definitely depends on your forture. In fact, for so many year, it has been very rare to happen that wolves kill human. But the rumours are still there, in particular, the road connecting Xinjiang and Tibet.The nearest encounter with a wolf throughout my journey, no conflict at all[Brown Bears]Brown bears are real dangerous animals to human. Every year there are some accidents happened in some regions of Xinjiang on the north side of Kunkun Mountains and steppes in Northern Tibet. More than that the bears could attack your house, smash your windows, and eat your sheep. Therefore, in Northern Tibet some local councils give subsidies to the pastorarists for compensating the losses due to the bears because they are not allow to fight back and kill the bears except their lives are in great danger. Once there was a nomad taught me a method to protect yourself from bears. He told me to pick up a stick to feed the bear and the bear thinks the stick is your hand which tastes disgusting. So the bear would leave. It was so funny but the reality is to find a stick in this vast wilderness is just like you win the lottery.Bears are omonivorous animal who are generally not interested in human flesh. You can find that in most of accidents, the bears did not eat any of the human flesh rather they just smashed them for kind of fun that we could not understand. For the reason why bears kill human, one explanation is the conflict between human and wildlife in this extreme ecological environment. The nomads invade the habitats of the bears, which results in these conflicts. On the other hand, it might be because bears have quite high IQ so that they think it is much easy to kill a sheep in the cote rather than to kill a pika in the wild.I have met bears five times in my traverse, in two cases we were very close to each other. I had even walked with one of them for quite a while, just like we had a date for a walk. The fact is it is not that terrible like you might imagine. The same rules for dealing with wolves apply to bears. Never provoke dangerous animals. A bear can run at a speed of 40km/h, do you think you can compete this in a highland 5,000m above sea level?However, there is a situation where it is really dangerous, that is the encounter. It is not easy to control your instinctive reaction to the external dangers. Last year once I turned around a hill, there was a bear just in front of me. The bear of course was frightened by me with its front legs holding up, waving in the air and roaring. At that time I sat on the ground, ignoring it. The bear then left in a few minutes. Chang Tang is a vast land so that this is not that easy to happen. But if it does happen, really only God can bless you.The nearest encounter with a bear throughout my journey. I will no longer talk about it.This was the funniest encounter with a solitary wild yak, who did not warn me. If I sat down, it sat down too. If I moved forward, it stopped. Could not imagine what it was thinking about.[Crows]Crows are dangerous only when you fall unconscious in the wilderness. Of course they will be the first to taste your flesh in that case. Unlike their cousinsliving in urban areas, the crows in Chang Tang have a larger body like eagles. When they fly over your head, you could feel like it is a piece of cloud. They are scavengers but like fresh meat too. It once happened that a baby was killed by crows relentlessly, let alone the lambs got killed by them. Once a nomad asked me for fireworks to scare the crows away. (They are sacred birds not to be killed by human)It is easy to defend yourself against crows, that is to keep fighting, never fall in the wilderness.A short break attracted the crows. Of course, they were miscalculating this time, photo taken last year[Strategies Adopted]At the time when I met the four soldiers in Jieshan Daban, they said there were many dangerous animals in the Northern Tibet and asked me if I had brought a shotgun. I think if they knew that I would enter Chang Tang they would definitely check if I really have a shotgun. The so-called defence facilities I brought with me were the fireworks and pepper spray. I had never used them. The fireworks were ruined and thrown away when I crossed a river and I had never opened the pepper spray. I even had never thought about this when camping in the night. The reason was I did not feel the needs. During the day time whenever I met any animals I had never touched the knife I had brought. I did not have anything to defend myself when I walked out to investigate the route. The Chang Tang is really a vast area so as to be very easy to detect anything strange.By the way, you'd better to avoid mating season's animals because even tamed rabbits could be aggressive in mating season.The thing is even if you have a gun, it is not very much helpful when bears attack you. Therefore, your attitude is most important.I can tell you something. Dogs are more dangerous than these wild animals. I had been chased by Tibetan dogs, pounced on by dogs in mating season, also besieged by a group of dogs. I really feel it is more useful to know how to defend a dog.Declaration again The above experience is from Chang Tang only. Of course, the more you prepared, the better. Day 12 (May 1), 23.8km, Camping 5117mToday was May 1 -- the Labour Day, I had been walking in some lake area marked in the map but clearly dried up. The lake basin was flat and hard so that I even pushed my bike more than 20km. Let it be the special treat for my May Day. After midday it became cloudy with growing winds. Since the Yueya Hu that I passed yesterday, there were no big lakes until Yanghu Co (My route would be between Jianshui Hu and Bairab Co), there was even no light alkaline water to drink so I had to pay extra attention not to miss any possible drinking water supply to fill up my water bag. There were a few very small lakes but all were alkaline puddles which was very shallow, whose depth was no more than the length of a half-finger. These puddles were covered with a hard shell of the mixture of salt and ice which smelled stinking and decaying when getting closer, must be toxic water I supposed. On the shore of this type of small lakes it was muddy soil and very hard to get closer.There was no sign of tundra at all.It was almost half past six when I found some snow corns in a ditch, which was the only drinking water supply of the day. There was a thin layer of melted ice on the surface of the ground near the snow corn, which was very hard to collect and was contaminated by the alkali. The snow corn was the yet melted thick snow, which was shaped like a corn by wind. The snow was quite hard and dry,porous like ice. I crushed a few snow corns, putting them into the water bag.They would be my drinking water tonight. These snow corns were the only one in today's wilderness, I reckoned the reason why they were not melted like others was the soil underneath contained large amount of ice blocks which acted as a freezer.Very strong gale in the night, it was hard to bear the sound of the vibration of the tent. Small single tent was good in the sense that it would not be blown away as long as you stayed inside. But you had to be very careful to set up the tent. I once did not pay much attention when doing so, the tent was blown away by winds, and rolling over like a Giant lantern ... I ran after it, got it back, and was exhausted. In general, it is not possible to fix the tent completely using tent pegs because they were not very much effective like large tents. It was snowing around 23 o'clock, the winds were howling from north,then the falling snow flakes landed on my tent quietly, I finally felt at peace and fell asleep. The flat ancient lake basin, assisting me walking more than 20kmSmall lake en route, toxic waterSnow corns, the only drinking water supply today Day 13 (May 2), 0km, Camping 5117mWaking up in the morning and opening the tent, the heavy snow outside must be sent by the God to force me have a break for the May Day. After lying in for a while, getting up and walking on the snowy ground out I went to have a look around. As first sight there were a herd of chirus. They were plainly to be spotted because they looked like a clear black straight line in the while snow. I returned to get my camera and then followed them to take some pictures. But they were very much alert and kept a quite long distance from me. I felt they were a group of pregnant females, instinctively protecting themselves from any potential harm. I was no longer short of water, the snow gave me a precious supply of drinking water. The problem was that they were very petrol consuming. I tool 8.6 litre of petrol and the oil stove was Duola's MSR. The pot was of 1.5 litre, mainly for boiling water. After several days' experiments, I found that the liquid water needed 16mins and 14-15mins to boil in the morning and evening, respectively. For ice, it would take 35-40mins while for snow it took 45-50mins. Melting snow was a very time and petrol consuming process so if I had a choice between snow and light alkaline water, most of time I would go with the latter. Lying inside the tent, listening to musics,I smoked a cigarette while gazing at the more and more chirus around me. Because it was very cold I had been wearing my shoes all the time. Now I just put my bare feet under the warm sun for some fresh air. I found three cuts in my hands and one in my sole. The cuts were about 4cm in length, looked terrible but it was actually all right really. Half of my toes were injured by to much walking, quite painful. I fetched my medicine bag and found I only got four patches of plasters, a serious mistake. One of the cuts in my hand had never been cured until I was out of this desolate land so as to feel like this finger would drop from my hand at any time. The others quickly recovered in a few days then new cuts appeared elsewhere. This process occurred periodically. I felt that it was somewhat related to the cold, dry weather and the lack of vitamins. The snow rapidly disappeared, which is unique phenomenon in Chang Tang. Because of the low air humidity and the high radiation from the sun, the snow was evaporating very fast, much quicker than the melting speed. Owing to this, the ground was generally still dry after the snow disappeared. In most cases, it would be only 2/5 left in the afternoon around 2 to 3 o'clock and small patches of ground could be seen. It would be completely all right for walking the next day. On the third day there could be some snow left in somewhere the sunlight hard to reach. So generally it could give you three days of water supply after a heavy snow like this. One of the pannier was broken, the most expensive one from deuter series, supposed to be waterproof. I will come back to it at some point later. 读书或者旅行,身体或灵魂总要有一个在路上。这次西藏之行,没有计划,没有行程,伙伴一直在变化,一开始的4个,后来6个,又变成4个,到西藏之后大家随着行程不同分分合合。在西藏,在哪里都有遇见,遇见的都是最美的风景。山南,是指冈底斯山和念青唐古拉山以南,横阔420公里,纵长329公里,总面积8万多平方公里的地域,属典型的高原河谷平原地区。传说中神猴同罗刹女结合而诞出藏民之地。山南是藏文化的滥觞之地,是西藏的灵魂所在。山南以博大的胸怀和聪明才智创造出了瑰丽多彩的雅砻文化和西藏历史上的众多第一,有吐蕃王朝时期留下的藏王陵墓群,西藏第一座寺庙桑耶寺,第一座宫殿雍布拉康,松赞干布主持建造西藏最早的佛殿昌珠寺。。。山南,是一个温暖的名词。南面是向阳的,往往和阳光、蓝天白云联系在一起。那么山南那个地方也是一个温暖的地方吗?遇见山南,份安静祥和、温暖静谧的感觉却深深地坠入心底。阳光是灿烂的,风在你耳旁时而低语时而欢笑,吸入的空气温润且醉人心脾,迎面的笑靥如花,这是怎样的一个地方,天堂吗? 先简单介绍下这次漫游的行程。6月1日 贡嘎机场--山南--昌珠寺--雍布拉康6月2日 山南--三安曲林乡--扎日6月3日-6月5日 徒步措嘎湖(我们的藏族司机兼向导 顿珠 联系电话 18708030607 18089938850)6月6日扎日-隆子县-山南6月7日青朴修行地--桑耶寺6月8日山南--羊卓雍错--库拉岗日--洛扎县6月9日洛扎县--色乡--塞卡古托寺--洛卓窝龙寺--拉普温泉6月10日洛扎县--普莫雍错--羊湖-山南6月11日山南--加查县--达拉岗布寺6月12日加查--拉姆拉错--山南6月13日山南--措美县--哲古草原--山南6月14日 山南---扎央宗--山南6月15日 山南--措那--勒布沟6月16日 勒布沟--措那6月17日 措那--浪波沟--东章瀑布--山南--拉萨6月18日 拉萨---纳木措6月19日 纳木措--拉萨6月20日 返程先上几场图片吧 6月1日,云上的日子我相信万物中有某种力量驱使我不停前行 ,它是生命,过去和未来的源泉。 但我们每每在原地踏步,却以为自己与世界同步变化。飞机喜欢坐靠窗口的位置,这次航班给了我一个大大的惊喜,飞机飞越的青藏高原上空,一场盛大的雪山盛宴在我面前铺陈开来,最精彩的当然是南迦巴瓦。飞机翅膀请自动忽略。灰机上看南迦巴瓦,冰雪的容颜,真是天宫玉宇,仿佛是天上的宫阙。俺们的领队怕怕,强驴一枚,这次是第10次进西藏了,这次行程大部分是怕怕规划的。阿俊,对女生超级有耐心的户外强驴。 本人,懒人一个,出行从来不做攻略,只知道跟着傻走,对于在西藏每天爬山,总是心存恐惧。爬山总是甩在最后一个,还好我的伙伴们没有抛弃我,哈。富贵,第一次进西藏就跟我们到5000+的地方来爬山,勇气可嘉。说话特别幽默,一路上是大家的开心果。 白开,独自来西藏旅行的菇凉,被俊哥捡到队伍里,一起去了拉姆拉错,措美和扎央宗。从贡嘎机场出来,立刻感觉到西藏的天空特别蓝,阳光特别强烈,湿度低很多,在高温高热的江苏呆惯了,呼吸一下高原的空气,觉得特别舒爽。因为第一站打算去扎日转山,为了节省时间,直接从机场包车去山南。中午时分,到达山南,住在怕怕同学进西藏经常住的同鑫宾馆。安顿下来,怕怕去车站买明天去扎日的车票。扎日不通大巴,车票只能买到三林乡,之后的100多公里山路只有包车了。安顿好住处,吃过午餐,差不多3点了,我们决定去山南最著名的景点昌珠寺和雍布拉康先逛逛。 藏语中,昌是鹰、鹞的意思,珠是龙的意思。相传此地在建寺前有一恶龙,被松赞干布化身为大鹏降伏后才得以建寺,故得名。相传7世纪时由吐蕃赞普松赞干布主持建造,后又经帕莫主巴大司徒绝曲坚参改建扩建。据说文成公主曾在该寺驻足修行,留有遗物。帕竹政权时期,昌珠寺进行过大规模的维修和扩建。昌珠寺在其晚期归属格鲁派。昌珠寺的珍珠唐卡为镇寺之宝,所画的是坚期木尼额松像(观世音菩萨憩息图)。整个唐卡长2米,宽1.2米,共耗珍珠26两(计29026颗),镶嵌钻石一颗,红宝石二颗,蓝宝石一颗,紫宝石0.55两,绿松石0.91两(计185粒),珊瑚4.1两(计1997颗),黄金15.5克。每天吸引许多信徒游客前来观瞻朝拜。 雍布拉康, 相传是西藏历史上第一座宫殿。西藏在松赞干布之前是没有文字的,主要历史都是以神话的方式口口相传。说是天神有六个儿子,赤顿祉是其中之一,赤顿祉之子就是聂赤赞普。聂赤赞普到了雅砻一带,看到这里水草丰美,就沿着天梯下降到人间,遇到12名聪明的牧羊人,他们问赞普“你从哪里来?”赞普用手指指雅拉香布雪山。牧羊人惊奇:“这是天上来的赞普,可以做我们的王。”于是牧羊人把赞普抬到家中,并且建造了雍布拉康献给赞普。初上高原,雍布拉康200米的上升,累的我气喘嘘嘘。走不到一个拐弯处,就得停下来喘气。一直很奇怪,西藏的皇宫和寺庙为什么都喜欢建造在山顶或者山腰,爬上去都累得要死。现在想来皇宫建在上上大概因为赞普是天上来的,建在山上离天更近一点。 回去的路上,采购去扎日转山时吃的东西,顺便买了一身藏装。到了酒店,领队怕怕吩咐我们不要洗澡,但是经过一夜火车上的闷热,身上难受无比,不管那许多高原禁忌了,直接洗了澡,用宾馆提供的洗衣机把衣服洗了。高原气候干燥,一个晚上不到,衣服就吹干了。6月2日 车上的一天 在山南20天,发现山南的班车90%都是9点半发车,票价大都是60元或70元。吃过早饭,我们背起大包小包往车站赶。我们住的地方离车站不算远,2个红绿灯路口,不过背着大大的登山包,手里还拎着好多吃的,再加上今天到高原才第二天,走路到车站实在不是个好的选择。但领队怕怕不允许我们打车,说是时间还早,到扎日还要在5000米海拔徒步呢。我不情愿地走着,边走边在心里骂着这个领队,“这个坏人为了省10块钱,非让大家走高反了不可!“上了车,发现西藏的车都是沿途带人的,而且车还刚好经过我们酒店门口,真是白累了半死。出了泽当镇,顺着S202一路向南。行走了大约40公里,翻过海拔5025的亚堆扎拉山口,山口右边雅拉香布雪山,是雅砻河的源头。 传说藏族地区有四大神山:即东方神山沃德贡杰、卫藏地区的神山雅拉香布、北方羌塘的神山念青唐古拉、南方神山库拉日杰。在公元8、9世纪的敦煌古藏文手写卷中多次提到雅拉香布,说“雅拉香布乃最高之神”。雅拉香布雪山所在的雅隆河谷是吐蕃最古老的部落繁衍之地,是农耕区。该部落奉雅拉香布为最大的山神,此后随着雅隆部落与其他部落的交往联系和互相融合,雅隆部落自身也发展壮大起来,在部落间的兼并战争中一直处于优胜的地位,最后终于取得了整个吐蓄的政权,他们崇奉的山神也就成了众部落共同信仰的山神而成为最高神灵。当地流传的神话中,雅拉香布山神是一头白牦牛,此牦牛有着无比的法力。从其口、鼻中不断喷处的雪暴,足以摧毁岩石、引发洪水。在藏族史籍文献中称雅拉香布山神为王族神灵,代表王室的力量。自古到今,雅砻地区的广大信徒都说:“居住在雅砻地区,就要祈祷雅拉香布神。”雅拉香布雪山海拔6635.8米,山头终年积雪不化,形成冰川,宛如巨大的水晶宫殿,被周围5000米以上的山峰高高托起,耸入云端。在西藏原始苯教中该雪山被奉为神山,神山的化身是一位武士。佛教传至西藏以后,山神成了佛教在雅砻一带的重要护法神,佛教徒在神山的东、南、西、北四方各建了小寺庙以供奉雅拉香布山神。每年藏历5月至9月间,会有藏区各地佛教徒前来朝拜。向南再翻越一座山口雪布达拉,海拔5105米。由于连续下坡,开车的师父中途下来用水冷却刹车。 隆子县边防检查站,过了检查站,悲催的搓板路开始了。路上的藏式民居。过了检查站,一直是在两座大山的峡谷里穿行,路上只能一个车子通过,不过我们的车沿路也没遇到什么车子,车开过,尘土飞扬。大山深处的人家。 ([]
第二次在8264上发帖找伴,临行前两个礼拜,才发的帖,详见召集帖https//bbs.8264.com/thread-1204496-3-1.html,急匆匆组了队。其实对我这样的懒人而言,实在是因为赶不上4.6小豆他们的队,而我又刚好要赶在4月底前赶回成都,这个时段找遍8264,绿野,磨房都没有合适的队伍跟,悲催!看来只有硬起头皮自己来,其实我是多么多么的希望有组织可以依靠,而我只需要走,不停的往前走,那才是我要的幸福户外生活。 而且发帖,从一开始准备走贡嘎,我也就准备了只留点照片在空间占个位,没事了自己看看,留给关注的朋友看看,就没想过要发帖。对我而言,发帖是一件多么悲惨的,饱受折磨的事情。花那么多时间码字,回忆,整理照片,坐在电脑前,我会发狂的。从玩户外这么多年,05年开始的,我就写过两篇帖子,但是只有一篇是写完的,另一篇就半途夭折了。而且都是在转山的路上就已经用日记的方式写在了纸上了,回来只是打上去,配点照片。出发贡嘎以后,从一出发时就安排了我们的小美女,还是在校大学生的小许负责本次的游记。但是,现在我一定要写,而且还要坐在电脑前凭借回忆原原本本的写上去。 以上啰嗦了那么多,就是因为有些话,我不得不说,不吐不快,所以我不得不写。先介绍下我们的队友。 小许 远近 谢雨 土狼 土狼+1 万里,可惜我这没有他的单人照,后面唯一的一张合影有他的一点影子,队友们有他照片的帮我贴吧。还有说明一下,我们成队为了包车方便是五个人,土狼和+1是他们先一天就到了老榆林,但是我们出发前就有联系,觉得可以一块走就等齐一块,其实是他们两兄弟在前面等着我们,辛苦了。 蔚蓝 闲话少说,我们来边图边叙。 一进到日乌且沟不久,就见到了传说中的红石滩,一个一个的红石滩,或深或浅,间断分隔。自然的和外面人工的就是不一样! 每天起床有太阳照着是多么幸福的时光,连那个影子都那么绚丽,这丝丝缕缕的阳光,让我想起我们翻过日乌且垭口后的那一晚,那一日,我们就在大雪纷飞中拔足狂奔。 而事后想起来,矛盾就是从第一晚的扎帐开始的。我的想法是我们从水电站开始徒步,大致一个小时左右就可以到格西草原扎帐,我们的攻略上也是这样安排的。我们晚上800从水电站出发,走了大约半个钟,在一个平台处,万里先是说他上去打望下,我本来在前面领路走的,然后就是大家在等他下来,10分钟左右他来了,然后就说今晚不走了,就在这扎吧,我把我的意思和大家说明了一下,然后表明我不算是领队,大家按户外的规矩投票吧,那边谢雨最先举起了手同意就地扎帐,然后是小许,我看了看远近,她没说话,我说那就扎吧。当晚下车的时候我就觉得头沉,过远近帐篷和大家沟通了下我就回帐篷睡了。 沟通挺搞笑的。明天继续! 继续我们出发第一晚的沟通,全队五个人,三男二女,我简单地介绍了下我们的行程,计划,再次和大家确认下,这里面谢雨和小许算是新驴,也是第一次走长线和第一次高海拔徒步,远近是爬过雪山的老驴,也就是我眼中的雪山派,万里,老驴,据他介绍是深圳登协的,俱乐部商业领队。蔚蓝,老驴,第一次带队走这样的长线。这次大家出来,我不是领队,首先要申明,我只是自己想走这条线,约几个朋友一起走,好玩,也可以分摊车费。其次,大家出来户外,尤其像我们这种重装徒步的,大家一定要了解自己。明天22号我们的目是上日乌且,23号翻垭口到磨西沟,24号冬季牧场,25号贡嘎寺,26号中午上木居,已经和多吉大叔约好了他们的小面包26号中午11点左右在那接我们,定金都已经放了,订车也是大家在老榆林就集体同意的。万里接上说,那要在子梅垭口住一晚。我看了一圈大家,没人有异议,那就稍微修改下,24号赶到贡嘎寺,25号子梅垭口扎帐,其他的不变,这一趟,我关注三个点,日乌且垭口,贡嘎寺,子梅垭口,其他的无所谓。从攻略上来看,明后天会比较辛苦。还有就是遇上大家有分歧的地方,我们大家投票选择,我说完了。 接下来就是万里同学,他说,首先,蔚蓝是我们的总领队,大家有什么事,要听从安排。其次,高海拔徒步,可能每个人高反情况不同,走到哪儿算哪,我们是出来玩的。当时听了那话,我第一感觉就是我们五个人的小队,什么总领队!未必还要整一排的副领队什么的。还有我们是重装穿越,什么走哪就算哪,那我们还做计划干嘛,还重装干嘛!在我眼里,重装就意味着能吃苦,想吃苦,以苦为乐,起码那个几天是。只是当时这些话没去说而已!当时就再次重复了没有领队这个说法,我们大家一起玩,只是前期攻略我在做而已,大家还是按投票做选择。万里听我那么说,又提了个:那大家就试下每个人轮流一天做领队,让大家体验下做领队的辛苦。我当时就没接那个话。心想,这个领队有什么权力嘛?一天到晚都在赶路看风景,有分歧了也是大家投票。而且让两个新人去做领队!完了我就回帐去睡了,我睡的是万里的帐,他们四个在远近的帐里接着海聊。这儿还有个小插曲,当时扎下帐时,我就和万里说,你要抽烟,尽量到外面抽,我不喜欢闻烟味。万里是把烟枪,他听了就跑远近帐去抽了,抽到多晚回来的?反正我早睡着了。到了行程的后面,远近一直策蔚蓝睡的帐,坐的车是不能抽烟的!说到我也觉得自己有点过分一样,把他从自己的帐篷里赶出去一样,其实我没赶哦!几个人无聊枯糙的走在沟中,一走就是两天,偶尔回头望望,就一直是这几个山峰垛那儿,听那个雪山派美女一直说说,后面最高的是什么田海子峰,是她的下一个目。我貌似没一点印象,哈哈,除了穿越贡嘎,我们道不同! 传说中的虫草,可别只找到美女哦 小荷才露尖尖角,小贡嘎 阳光如此多娇,引无数白云竟折腰 从我们扎帐的地方出发十几分钟就到了格西草原 经过格西草原后不远,我们追上了前面的土狼哥俩,从这两队变一队,我们变成七人队。 还有从出发地就一起走过来的两位当地挖虫草的村民,一路和他们聊过来,他们也是认为现在过垭口,难。而且我们今天要赶到上日乌且,不可能。 17:30,我们终于到了下日乌且处的一处废弃的牛棚处,只剩下半围的一堆石头了。万里提议今天不走了,小许有点高反,头晕。其实这时候离天黑还有老长一段时间,我们对下日乌且也没有明确的地。攻略上称从下到上日乌且还需2个小时,如果这儿算下日乌且,我们今天完全可以按计划赶到的。我说,大家看看吧,如果今天扎帐在下日乌且,那明天我们翻垭口前的体力消耗将会很大,而且时间上对我们也挺不利,我们必须赶在中午时间翻垭口。而且前面是什么状况,垭口前垭口后是什么状况,我们没有人走过,所以尽量多留足点余地给自己。大家都比较纠结,土狼那边那个兄弟,体力也比较不乐观,因为体重的缘故,他上到高原喘得厉害,土狼给他从两岔河租个马到下日乌且,牧民就问他要了五百,其实攻略上这也就一个多钟的路程。但是这哥们精神很乐观,他随我们,我们走,他也走,我们扎,他们也扎。问关键还是回到我们这,我建议大家考虑后面的路情,尽量赶到上日乌且,但是万里提出不走了,而小谢和小许无条件的跟他的意见,远近无所谓,不发表意见,我随大家吧。只能如此! 当夜因为有土狼他们带的腊肉,我们这边貌似都带的干粮,我带的鱼啊肉的都是那种超市买的包装的,对那种家用的有天然的亲近感,我很自然的就跑那边撑肉吃去了。小谢,小许和万里三个人在谢雨的帐篷那边弄饭吃,我们四个围在远近的帐篷里烧肉吃。今天晚上我都头痛有越来越厉害的趋势,让我想起EBC的几个观景点的苦痛,脑门两边使劲往脑袋中间挤,这样的头痛就是我的高反的典型代表。土狼的席梦思抬了一个放在帐篷里,我坐在里面,身体挺舒服,比他们任何一个都要舒服吧!但是头痛。土狼和他兄弟在折腾肉和面,我和远近就等吃就ok,玩户外这么长,似乎凡事都在亲力亲为,没享受过这种待遇一样,只是现在才反省过来的。外面慢慢的下起雪粒子,越来越大,后面又转成雨,尤其是晚上我回帐篷睡了,耳听着外面的雨转变成瓢泼大雨,担心扎在坡上的远近的A塔被水泡,防潮垫和睡袋全被水泡,那觉可真没法睡了,让万里大声叫应她,万一不行就大家挤好了,只是没有一点回声,雨的声音太大。 是夜,因为雨雪,因为有啤酒,因为有美女,我们四个好像聊了很多很多,聊到很晚了大家都不肯散一样。而关于明天关于贡嘎的,大家心头都沉着呢,估计不乐观,我们转回老榆林泡温泉算。 早上照例是小谢和万里最先起来,他们两个真的好精神,在外面转了一圈又一圈,我们还在睡着呢!我们都喜欢睡到太阳晒帐篷,睡袋,才有想爬出来的精神。 他们两个兜完了,来到帐篷前,外面昨晚下好厚的一层雪,估计垭口上,路上又平添一层。万里提议可能日乌且垭口过不了,改走盘盘山垭口,小谢也建议这样。我听了,认为这样不妥,第一我们没做盘盘山的攻略,第二,那边时间会比现在的路线多两天时间,我们的干粮和时间都不够。而且,从整队的行进速度的随心所欲,和昨晚恶劣的天气,我都只想下撤到老榆林泡着了。他们认为盘盘山应该只有一条路,而且刚好有一队重庆驴友走盘盘山,但是我认为盘盘山怎么可能只有一条路,哪座山都绝不止一条路,这个太冒险。而重庆队有租马,我们重装是没有办法跟得上的。如果大家不走日乌且,我就选择下撤,想走盘盘山的就跟万里走吧,但是我建议你们到两岔河租马,有马就有向导。当时三个人的小碰头就是这样了,结果就是他们两种选择,盘盘山和下撤,我的选择:日乌且和下撤。 等到大家都起来了,我提议大家都思考一下,我们下一步怎么弄。这时,万里同学很激动的说,他今天上午哪里都不去了,挖虫草去!顺便休整!我还未及吭声,平时不怎么表态的远近高兴地附和道,那我去你帐篷里睡觉去,昨晚一点都没睡好。小谢和小许一看,说那也挖虫草去,我说,你们要挖,要休息,你们呆着,我下撤!说完大家散了,万里和小许挖虫草去了,小谢去沟里拍照片。 1050分,蔚蓝,远近,和土狼兄弟两我们四个继续上路往日乌且垭口进发。至于事情结局为什么又发生了这么大的改变,请继续关注! 一路向日乌且垭口,只是图片上的不是我们,而是挖虫草的村民,这时节去,家家户户都上山挖去了,要找个司机,向导之类的,可费老劲了。 在下日乌且,发生了最滑稽最重大的一幕,我们七个人的队伍分成两队,一队在原地挖虫草,一队继续向日乌且垭口进发,我们四个整装重新出发,将近夭折的贡嘎穿越走出最坚实的那步 就在这雪地里撒把野 上完长长地碎石坡,是一个小垭口,一路顺着小水沟向前,就到了路书上小豆他们扎帐的巨石旁了,此时,大雪纷飞,我们四个队形严谨。 再往前,就是日乌且沟的尽头,远处连绵的就是日乌且峰和----。 未到山前,我们就要从右侧的山坡上往上往前横切了,爬升正式开始 上垭口前的最后见证人,专职挖虫草,他介绍的和小豆路书上的差不多,垭口雪到了大腿,估计很难过,建议不要去了。看我们那么坚决,告诉我们翻过前面那个小雪坡,再到视线尽头那个大雪坡,后面就是垭口,大雪坡前都有他的脚印,让我们跟着走。到此,看来一切都对得上,我的心稍安定一点。 一路上坡横切,间或会是灌木丛,日乌且沟慢慢掉在了脚下,小贡嘎也慢慢成为了背影 我们需要穿越左侧的雪地,才能爬上左侧的小雪坡,所以小,是因为她后面的更大,我们走近她时,看不到头顶和脚下出路在何方!只有上面,还是上面。这时的天,和纷飞大雪似乎一点关系都没有 路,就在脚下。 我们就一直坐在这,傻傻的等。从1520一直到1700,等着土狼他们两个上来,其间甚至发生了几轮激烈地争执。远近的观点是大家是一个队,就要等齐了一起走,前面就是雪线了。我则坚持,土狼他朋友在下面沟里已经是疲惫不堪地跟,这回一上坡准没戏了,估计这一趟就是我们两个的事了,你要上,我们就上,你要不上了,我更不上了。远近还是坚持就算他们不上了,也该上来和我们说声。这道理俺懂,俺也知道,这个结果,七个人的队,只剩下我们两个上去,就算过不去,起码我们去试了,很难让自己心里接受!但是大好下午的一个多小时,不就是最好的证明!我们实在是不能再等下去了!要么下撤到沟底和他们一起下撤,要么就是往前,尽量往前,再找合适的地儿扎帐。只是拗不过她的殷殷期盼,我只有轻装回头去找土狼他们两个,回头近300—400m,是一处高台,在那几乎可以望到沟底,扫视,呼喊,毫无反应。就这样,她彻底绝望了,我们才重新上路。后来下山后和土狼联系上,确实是他朋友走不动了,决定放弃,下撤到沟底,我们的呼喊他们能够听到,只是他们的回应我们听不到,风大,逆风。 看上去,我们离沟底是多么多么的近,但是我们走上来,很辛苦,甚至和土狼他们连告别的话都没能说上 雪地上徒步,让我想起在Cho La Par,我最不擅长的就是这个,一会会的工夫,已是脚发软,不知是走雪地特费劲,还是心里鸭梨山大,而且这个小雪坡的雪已经比那个垭口的雪厚得多了。我是男人,当然得我来开路! 雪坡上来了只是后面的还是雪坡。我们不知道后面等着的会是什么?更糟的是,挖虫草人的足迹慢慢地就没了,在白茫茫而刺眼的雪坡中我们迷失了方向,只记得往上,往上。 前面的坡太陡,我们已经折腾了一天,我们得省着点,选择横切,希望可以绕到垭口前 左侧,沟的对面就是万古不化的冰川,在阳光下呈蓝色,不时会有轰然塌落的巨响([]
拉萨于我是儿时的梦想,这些年走过青藏、甘南、川西,每次临近的时候,都停了下来。没有触及,是因为我觉得自己的渺小实在没有准备好去拉萨的勇气。有时也幻想着,牵一人可终老的手,在布达拉前鉴证下爱的誓言;有时会想起那一年,在雨崩村里,那个单纯的小伙子用不准的汉语,断续的表达,雨崩夏天我们住,冬天我们就去拉萨。拉萨,拉萨。那是一个让我想想就觉得魂牵梦绕的地方。有人去过拉萨,然后就毅然辞职,从此踏上了间隔年的旅程;有人去了拉萨,去了就不再离开;有人去过拉萨,便抛开了尘世,坦然去圆寂自己的梦。拉萨,拉萨。那是一个让我想想就觉得神奇无比的地方。那梦里无数次浮现的拉萨。它是世界上最缺氧的城市,却成为无数来者的心灵氧吧。拉萨,我终于带着一颗忐忑的心,走向你,走向一个美丽的梦。2013-1-25拉萨 2013-1-28羊湖,卡若拉冰川,日喀则,扎什伦布寺,樟木这篇游记,在物理距离上,可能不是精彩的那一篇,但是,我希望你能慢慢的读,和我共同来分享,这个让我常常眼含泪水,一步一菩提的感受的地方。行走,我觉得不是你走了多远,而是你感受到了多少。初到拉萨,住在东措,这家较有名气的青旅。拉萨的夜是寒冷的,没有了太阳,一切都是冰凉的。不过青旅提供了电褥子和暖阳,还算是比较舒服。东措的墙体可以涂鸦,给我印象最深的一句话是“从北京我飞到拉萨,看到布达拉,没什么感觉,头疼高反了,打了一天针,就回去了”。拉萨,这样风景与心灵都会震撼的地方你都不觉得好,我不知道生活还有什么可以感染你。或许你来,只是因为听到几次这个让人觉得神奇的地方,你来了,却忘记带来虔诚和故事以及坚定的信仰。如果提前你没有做好充足的功课,我想拉萨的众多充满历史的寺庙,在你眼中无非是红砖白墙的形状而已,看过一两座审美疲劳也罢。来拉萨,我觉得最该做的,不是去提前喝上一周红景天,而是看上一周拉萨人文历史的书,你会对这里爱得更深沉。这座除了印度圣地外,藏族佛教徒最主要朝圣的城,有着太多太多的故事。或许你走过的某个脚印就会与圣者们的足印相印相合。这里每一条的道路,都写满了虔诚,心怀敬畏,一切都不那么一样。在拉萨城,我常走走停停,我没有着急去看壮美的风景,我想静下来,让自己的心得到放松。没有想去寻求什么答案,那么获得的可能就是灵性最好的回答。随便站在哪里,我仿若都能看到,许多朝圣的人在一步一扣,她们的眼神让我时常眼泪满襟。要知道,朝圣的人们几个月甚至更长的时间都在路上,他们没有什么先进的装备保障。我见过一个五六十岁的阿妈,脚下是破旧的军胶鞋,一路来的泥泞早已掩盖了鞋子的真实颜色,肩部背着和她后背一样高的玻璃丝袋子,开口处就用麻绳扎起来,背在身上,而腰间挂着一个烧的发黑的水壶……看到这些,我甚至忘了举起相机,我呆望着默默的目送这这位老者,在心底为她祝福。一般朝圣者上路,口袋里会背着糌粑和牛肉干,烧点热水,就着风霜雨雪,便是一餐。据说,许多人死于朝圣的途中,经过的人,会取出死者的牙齿带上路,最好到达时,将牙齿塞进大昭寺某根柱上,代表替死者完成心愿。如果,我可以什么都放下,什么都不要,修得为来生,修在未来,我不在乎今生的疾苦,所经历的风尘与艰辛,我坚信来世的轮回,我的心会生出一朵美丽的睡莲,它让我日日安稳,伴我安眠。第二天去了布达拉宫,冬季是淡季,票价100元。如果你住在平措,有一部分房间是开窗即可看到布达拉宫的。这座占地总面积36万余平方米,东西长360米,南北宽270米,主楼13层,高117米,是世界上海拔最高,集宫殿、城堡和寺院于一体的宏伟建筑真的是和我想象里一模一样。太多的图片上看到过它的外观,除了气势宏伟外,从建筑的角度来说,真的没什么可以惊呆的。但是如果你了解布达拉扩建的历史,或者站在它的脚下,不仅仅对它是仰望了。在布达拉宫参观需要遵循所有藏传佛教的禁忌,例如不能戴帽,不能拍照(指进入宫殿以后,宫殿外可以拍一些“外景”),不能踩踏门槛等等,大殿内部比较阴冷,即使在阳光充足的中午。绕行布达拉宫为顶转经路。布达拉是拉萨最具特色的代表,这么说一定不为过。无数次的在宣传片,画册中见到。她的美,大气而端庄。今日来到它的脚下,顿觉自己的渺小,如蝼蚁。据说几百年前,这是一个完全没有图纸而建造出来的宫殿,从建筑的意义上来讲,说它是瑰宝也当之无愧。布达拉宫的美,在天然,在历史,在人文,在建筑学,在依然流动的朝圣者就像它的血脉,绵延而生。布达拉宫内是不允许拍照的,或许只有这样,才为布达拉宫殿批上一层神秘的面纱。我没有雇导游,在里面晃荡了一个钟头不到就出来了。或许只有厚重的历史,才可以让人在这里驻足。不得不提一下,布达拉宫的洗手间是很具特色的,建议感受下。从布达拉宫出来,顿时觉得外面温暖无比,暖洋洋的太阳就这样照到身上。冬天进入布达拉宫还是比较阴冷的,建议多穿些衣服。参观完了布达拉宫,就开始绕着布达拉宫转经。仓央嘉措的诗,总是让这些感性女青年心生期待,即便是很多人还没有这种信仰,她们依然会转动经筒,为自己修得福分。此刻,我站在你的脚下。凝重的,我不敢呼吸,我知,每夜遇到的是你,梦一次,是不是就算走过一遭,能不能,就此,阔别已久的心事,行不行,就此,就这样沉淀下去。当,我遇到你,我想这将是个开始。【摄影贴士】早晨七点可到对面的药王山观景台进行拍照,观景台有开放时间,请自行关注,也可到龙王潭拍倒影。 次日去了八角街后,去看被誉为西藏之眼的大昭寺。在拉萨,想早起是很困难的事情,按照生物钟,七点多就醒来的我,还是翻了个身,随即睡死过去,天太黑了,没有阳光的拉萨早晨,是很冷的。日头起来,室内渐暖,已是九点多了。简单洗漱,去隔壁的好利来喝过早点,就去八角街上。那是一个我很想去淘货的地方,无奈市场经济的大潮把这里也搅和的和街边小摊很相近。朋友遇到了有缘的藏族兄弟,说是改天去家里看比较老的藏刀。我与这里的佛珠终无缘不欢。逛了很久,没有遇到一串合适的。去时正逢当地道路改造,很多地段是扬尘严重的。冬季的皮肤是干干的,但在这里我的眼眶却是经常湿润。我看到那些不畏尘土的人,他们一路跪拜过来。脑门上是血肉与灰模糊在一起的颜色。只有意念和理想是没有什么可以阻挡的吧。喜欢看那些朝圣者的表情,哪怕是暮年,也是纯粹的,简单的。莲花由心而生。我匍匐前行的路上,有风,有雨,有尘埃,但,这些是我无关的一切,我只知,我的朝向,是你,一个期许与未来。走到大昭寺的时候,我才真的惊呆了。这里磕长头的人,远远要多于在布达拉宫看到的。虽然到过藏区很多次,但是这么规模宏大的场面,还是第一次见,多多少少的,不再淡定。合掌十字,扣拇指于掌中,双掌举过头顶,再观于眉心,置于喉,停于胸前轻触,拜下时,双膝着地,双掌分开贴于地面,以额触地,活上身前伸,双臂前伸,全身贴地,后而双臂支撑起身重新站立。十指合掌表示悲智并具,合掌经过头顶、眉心、喉部表示积聚善因以成就佛陀之神,拜下贴地表皈敬,着地即起表由轮回解脱。这是在拉萨一位有缘人讲给我的。 在西藏,有这样一首民歌:黑色的大地是我用身体量过来的,白色的云彩是我用手指数过来的,陡峭的山崖我像爬梯子一样攀上,平坦的草原我像读经书一样掀过……这首民歌描述的是藏民信徒从千里之外磕长头朝圣的经历。而朝圣的目的地之一,就是这西藏之眼---大昭寺。 买了门票进入参观,它是有两个入口,早晨正门开放,直达天井小广场。下午则要从南侧门进入。记得走寺庙的时候要顺时针走。在大昭寺供养零钱的时候,最好提前换好角币。当然如果你内心强大,你决对可以放100块,然后自己再找回99块。我看到不少藏族朋友是这样换角币的。拉萨的寺庙多不设功德箱,所以你可以把零钱放到你供养的佛脚下位置。这里的转经,如果绕大昭寺转经为内转经路,绕行八廊街为中转经路。外转经路为:江苏路—金珠路—林廊北路西段—林廊北路—林廊东路—江苏路大昭寺一层供奉有 千手观音 弥勒 莲师 弥勒 弥勒佛塔 大昭寺二层:从左上一开始为 法王修行洞莲师殿 胜乐殿吉祥天母佛龛 菩提道次第殿 佛子殿 药师佛殿 能仁殿 五王殿 骏马殿 法王殿 六道佛殿 传承殿。此处为在大昭寺二层遥望布达拉。 2012年以后纳木错冬日开放,可以说,冬日去纳木错是对身体的更大挑战。除了往返近八个小时的山路以外,还要经过一个5000+海拔的垭口。但这些依然无法阻挡我对神湖的向往。早晨七点从青旅出发,天还没有亮,继续在车上补觉,不想却更觉寒冷。九点不到的时候,天开始亮了起来。太阳也升了起来。阳光变得刺眼。我开始张望着这满目苍茫。苍茫这个词,总是在写作文的时候用到,也未能真正体会到到底何种景色才称得上苍茫。这沿途的风景让我确是感受到了这词的含义。虽不是草长莺飞,风吹草低见牛羊的季节。但是低矮的草壿让人的视线更加开阔,心也变得宽广起来…一路就这样欣赏着风景,听着我最爱的那首“天籁之爱”奔向你,纳木错,那种心情像是去见一个梦里的爱人,期盼而忐忑。若冬天不如平日的美,不知道会不会失望。一路走着,突然想起梭罗曾说“外面越荒凉,我的情绪就越高昂,这一点从无例外,因此赐予我海洋,沙漠或是荒野吧”。拉萨到纳木错一路的路况是很好的,没什么危险系数。终于要到了,到了,远远的望见,一片白色的冰清玉洁。山湖相连,仿若那冰封的湖水,是念青唐古拉山的眼泪,它流到心里,冻成冰。那关于你,古老的传说,我依然记得。纳木错哇,你是念青唐古拉山美丽的妻子,山与水的交融,世世代代的恩爱。这里的冬天汇集演绎着天地间最壮美和最具魄力的风景。虽不见纷纷扬扬的飞雪,但放眼望去,那白雪茫茫,银装素裹的纳木错是那么宁静而端庄。远处的念青唐古拉山银峰玉柱,在那无垠的蓝天映照下把人们带入一个洁白而高雅的白色天堂。那一刻我眼中的你,没有丝毫的羞怯与粉饰,我只是想静静的凝望着你,无法倾听,无一花一草的贪念,此刻,我的眼里都是你,纳木错,我爱你最原始的样子。一月,在固化的白色与蓝调中我更清晰的认识到你的美不若湖,不似海真正震慑我心的,是你的庄严与凝重玛尼堆在这里,替我守望守候的是幸福么还是一个未止的梦 【摄影贴士】到纳木错进行拍摄一般以春夏秋三季为宜,尤以5-9月为最佳。冬季在扎西半岛上很少有人留守,天气太冷了,我这个原产东北的菇凉都觉得要冻哭了。而且那根拉山口有时会因大雪封山。不过,纳木错的光影变化经常始料不及,任何季节任何时候都可能出现意想不到的光影效果。1、一早一晚是拍摄纳木错湖景的大好时机,强烈建议摄影发烧友在纳木错住宿一晚。2、扎西半岛的岩洞里有不少修行的僧人和尼姑,喜欢人文摄影的不妨与他们交流沟通一下。3、扎西半岛的小山包上新修了观景台,体力好的话可以沿台阶爬上去拍摄远景。 4、纳木错湖边修了转经筒,是很好的人像拍摄地。 羊湖-卡若拉冰川-聂拉木-日喀则-樟木这条路线租车时候,是和师傅讲好的两天行程,但是出发一早师傅说,可能大雪会封路,建议要一天到达。我们就选择一天来走。在高原上,不要去相信什么天气预报。一位经验丰富的老司机会给你更好的建议。往往他们车之间都是相互认识的,谁早出发,到了哪里什么路况都会有所沟通。出发的时候还不到六点。我们是打算在羊湖看日出的。羊卓雍措,简称羊湖,距拉萨不到100公里,与纳木措、玛旁雍措并称西藏三大圣湖,是喜马拉雅山北麓最大的内陆湖泊,湖光山色之美,冠绝藏南。位于西藏山南地区浪卡子县,拉萨市西南70多公里,喜马拉雅绵延的山体间,羊湖像一条美丽的玉带贯穿其中,熠熠生辉。日出的羊湖,不见蓝色,但是你会看到漂亮的光影,这也是一种享受。当然,冬天早晨的羊湖,一定要多穿多穿再多穿。西藏的景致,是大气浑厚的美,远远的,看那么一眼,驻足那么一次,也就今生难忘。从羊卓雍错出来后,跨越4330米的斯米拉山口后就来到了卡若拉冰川的冰舌下。冰舌前沿海拔5560米,观看卡若拉冰川的地方海拔约有5400米。在整个西藏离公路最近的就是卡若拉冰川,离公路只有三百多米。这可是位纯正的冰山美人,冰雪沿冰层张裂消融,形成壮丽多姿的冰塔林,那是上天雕琢的图腾,你无须懂得,瞻仰和凝视就是最好的对待。冰川的背后是山势险峻。卡若拉冰川因“红河谷”、“云水谣”等电影的拍摄而闻名于世。接下来,我们就开始一路奔向日喀则,想着能去趟扎什伦布,这座寺意为“吉祥须弥寺”的寺庙。这里供奉世界上最高最大的铜塑佛像,为强巴佛。我心向往着,在这尊强巴佛前许下对于美好未来的希望。期待着能够实现。强巴佛的大殿是定时开放的。
